Collaborations like these attract a large number of generous fans to Fortnite and allow gamers to play as their favorite characters. Throughout the years, collaborations have encompassed a wide spectrum of media, including Rick and Morty and Dragon Ball Z. Presently in Chapter 5 Season 1, Fortnite witnessed the introduction of a fresh partnership – one with the renowned Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. A special quest and rewards event was leaked to arrive towards the end of the season, but the collaboration only added five cosmetic outfits and matching cosmetic goods to the Item Shop. Officially, Epic has finally brought a special TMNT collab event to Fortnite named Cowabunga. Here’s all you need to know about it. Fortnite x TMNT Cowabunga event start and end date The TMNT Cowabunga Fortnite event began on February 9, 2024, and will run until February 27 at 9 AM ET. The event adds four new Mythic items, special TMNT Driftboards, two new cosmetic skins, and a brand new Cowabunga event pass that players can unlock to claim free rewards. However, do claim those rewards, you need to complete a set of quests. All Fortnite x TMNT Cowabunga quests and rewards You may access the most recent Cowabunga Quests by scrolling across to the TMNT icon to the right of the Play button on the Menu Tab. Complete them by engaging in activities that help you level up such as visiting the Turtle Lair, entering sewer pipes, using the TMNT Mythic weapons to eliminate your opponents, and performing insane tricks while riding a driftboard. The Cowabunga Quests are organized into six phases, with specific Quests corresponding to each mission provided to you by Master Splinter to defeat Shredder. Each phase of Cowabunga Quests will be released at different times in the game until February 27 at 9 AM ET.
