On February 6, the Arms Race patch arrived, bringing a plethora of new cosmetics, from CS2’s first weapon case, to a massive change to stickers. Additionally, it also brought in several gameplay changes. Namely now smokes can cast shadows and block light, adding an extra layer to CS2’s smoke mechanics. However, a bug was found that showed enemies’ player positions on the radar through smokes. Luckily, Valve has rolled out a patch to fix the bug.
