New SUMO (Remix) mode added to GTA V- plus double GTA$ and RP weekend, discounts and more The latest update for GTA Online adds the new SUMO (Remix) mode, 2x GTA$ and RP weekend, and bonus rewards for Terrobyte client jobs and business battles. GTA V recently turned five years old, but Rockstar is still dedicated to the Online mode, even with Red Dead Redemption 2 only weeks away. For the upcoming weekend, there is double GTA$ and RP through October 8, plus get double rewards for the new SUMO (Remix) mode until October 15. Like the original SUMO mode, there will be a safe zone where you will need to stay to avoid going up in flames, but the safe zone will now move and shrink. The safe zone is still your only way to avoid going up in flames, but this time it moves whenever the timer runs out, shrinking each time, and large pieces of the track may or may not disappear at random. This is carnage 2.0.
