  • Spider-Man No Way Home cosplayer shatters multiverse with amazing outfit – Dexerto

Spider-Man No Way Home cosplayer shatters multiverse with amazing outfit cosplaykittyy, Marvel, SonySpider-Man No Way Home simultaneously shattered the multiverse and box office ratings alike, and in order to celebrate the return of The Avengers most mischievous member, one fan has created the perfect Spider-Man cosplay. If there’s one movie that has been on everyone’s lips in December, it’s Marvel’s Spider-Man: No Way Home. Taking the world by sandstorm (get it?) and leaving fans in awe, the lovable webhead has even swung into Epic Games’ Fortnite and has been snatching the Victory Royale crown ever since. It turns out that Peter Parker hasn’t just dominated the entertainment sphere, as Californian cosplayer and long-time fan, Kitty, has taken to the streets in a stunning Spider-Man cosplay that will have those pesky villains flocking back into the shadows where they belong. Amazing Spider-Man cosplay saves the day As soon as the film was announced, Kitty knew that she had to don her super suit and get ready for battle alongside the hero of the hour himself. “I chose Spidey because he’s been my favorite superhero ever since I was a kid, growing up with the Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man really helped shaped my love for Spider-Man.” “I always felt Spider-Man was always relatable,” she told Dexerto. “Having two identities was always an interesting aspect of Spider-Man having to deal with the struggles of being a hero and being a teenager dealing with life in general.” Noting that she “thought No Way Home was an absolutely phenomenal movie,” she confesses that” I felt that there was never a dull moment throughout the film, which is why No Way Home is absolutely my favorite Spidey film so far.” This cosplay has to be one of our absolute favorites, too. Donning that iconic No Way Home black and gold suit whilst dropping into each of Spidey’s signature poses, Kitty truly embodies everything Peter Parker stands for – mischief, mayhem and, of course, unflinching morality. I’m watching #SpiderManNoWayHome tonight! So here’s some pics from my shoot 🙂 #spiderman #spidermancosplay pic.twitter.com/SlwF1IEq6X — Kitty (@cosplaykittyy) December 16, 2021 While she notes that she purchased this cosplay from herostime, she states that “this cosplay was difficult in terms of money, seeing as I didn’t make this I had been saving up money to buy this suit. It was pretty expensive in comparison to my other cosplays I’ve bought or made, but I felt it was worth it because it was a character I was really passionate about.” That passion has been amped up even further after watching No Way Home. ” I felt that the maturity and character development for Peter Parker was missing in the previous films of MCU’s Spider-Man until No Way Home provided a great opportunity for Peter to learn and grow from his mistakes. The performances of each actor/actress really helped pull the story together. “All in all this film is a really amazing movie filled with many lovable characters with an interesting take on things as a Spider-Man film! I highly recommend everyone watch it with little to no spoilers to experience it like I did!” As Kitty continues to entangle Marvel’s most fearsome faces within her webs, we can’t wait to see which hero (or villain) she transforms into next!

  • Spider-Man cosplayer web-slings into action as real life Gwen Stacy – Dexerto

Spider-Man cosplayer web-slings into action as real life Gwen Stacy Sony Pictures / Marvel / Instagram: @mk_aysA talented cosplayer went viral on Instagram after bringing Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse’s lead character Stacy Gwen to life. [jwplayer MDxzN19r] In 2018, Sony surprised viewers with the hit Spider-Man film Into the Spider-Verse. The animation brought several versions of the web-slinging hero to the big screen, and won Best Animated Feature at the 2019 Academy Awards. Prolific cosplayer ‘mk_ays’ celebrated the award-winning project by transforming into the movie’s lead heroine, Gwen Stacy. The artist shared her jaw-dropping true-to-life take on the beloved character on social media. Cosplayer goes viral as real life Spider-Gwen While the film mainly centers around Miles Morales, the iconic protagonist realizes classmate Gwen Stacy is also a superhero from an alternate universe. The heroine was also bitten by an arachnid and goes by Spider-Gwen. Popular cosplayer mk_ays brought her to life on Instagram, and made waves after sharing her costume. The Russian artist posed as the character in her school uniform, accurately re-creating a scene from the film. Ays captured Gwen’s look effortlessly, perfectly mirroring her wavy short blonde hair. She even depicted the hero’s blue eyes, and eyebrow piercings. She looks so much like Stacy, it’s almost as if she’s jumped out of the screen. View this post on Instagram The skilled artist also re-created the student’s superhero alter ego, Spider-Gwen, and accurately depicted her white and black bodysuit. In the film, the heroine web-slings into action and saves Miles Morales. The outfit is also packed full of details, such as her hoodie which has a red-webbing patterned underneath it. Her suit also has a textured black design, which runs from her chest down to the lower half of her pants. View this post on Instagram Fans of Into: The Spider-Verse are in luck as the film’s protagonist, Miles Morales, is getting his very own video game on November 12 with the launch of the PlayStation 5. While the game is not based on the 2018 animated film, players will no doubt jump at the chance to suit up as the iconic character once again.

  • Spellbinding Witcher 3 cosplay perfectly recreates sorceress Kiera Metz – Dexerto

Spellbinding Witcher 3 cosplay perfectly recreates sorceress Kiera Metz Zoevolf Instagram / CD Projekt RedAn incredible cosplay design for The Witcher’s Keira Metz makes the artist completely transform into the sorceress, highlighting the Temerians more elegant side. Cosplayers have been recreating the myriad characters from The Witcher cast for a long time, but the Netflix adaptation for the series has been really turning heads to the epic saga starring the White Wolf, Geralt of Rivia. The incredible thing about Witcher cosplays is the intricacies of the outfits. From the leatherwork of Witcher gear to the meticulous designs of the dresses and garbs, every character is incredibly detailed in both the adaptation and the games. Cosplayer ‘ZoeVolf’ makes no exception to the rule, with her incredible display as one of the Witcher’s more sophisticated witches. More in tune with how she looks at the tail end of the Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt, Zoe has long, platinum blonde hair that sits atop the steely demeanor of a high-class socialite. Fans will remember that Metz has no love for the grimy parts of Temeria, as someone who likes to keep her clean demeanor at all times. In that regard, Zoe’s cosplay shines in the dirt landscape her team chose to take the photoshoot of the design. Her outfit especially is vibrant in front of the background, with the blue and red material popping out against her long white skirt. Speaking of her shirt, it features an open-chest design with impressive details around the collar, draping down almost to the ground. A more impressive subtle detail can be seen in her red sash across her waist. Even though its blood red in color, you can still make out the barely noticeable designs across the belt. With matching red long-sleeved gloves and a satchel to carry her latest tombs and recipes, Zoe completes her costume for one of the series more troubling characters for Geralt. Zoe Volf is a very accomplished cosplayer, having done everything from popular characters like Dolores from Westworld to comic book heroines like Black Cat and others. She has a knack for showcasing a more pristine take to the characters she mirrors, but none so charming as her design for Keira Metz.

  • Spectacular Diablo cosplayer brings Lilith to life – Dexerto

Spectacular Diablo cosplayer brings Lilith to life Instagram: maikehuster3, Blizzard EntertainmentIf there’s one thing Diablo fans love, it’s insane cosplays. This cosplayer has tackled recreating Lilith, the demonic daughter of Mephisto and has truly brought the Daughter of Hatred to life. Blizzard’s Diablo universe is packed to the brim with characters that we all secretly want to be. From Diablo himself to Mephisto, the Lord of Hatred, gamers everywhere can’t help but admire the artistry that goes into the franchise. Sadly, whether us Diablo fans like it or not, we won’t be seeing Diablo IV anytime soon. An announcement on January 4, 2021, killed that dream before it had even began. So, to tide us over until we can finally start crawling through Hell’s dungeons once more, we’ve discovered an amazing cosplay that’ll ignite some excitement in every Diablo fan. Diablo cosplayer becomes hatred herself An insane cosplay from Maike, an artist based out of Germany, shows off her amazing recreation of Lilith, the face of Diablo IV. In a stunning collection of photos she’s seen plotting universal downfall in Lilith’s iconic black and gold v-neck dress, which has all of the embroidery and patterns that makes the original so beautiful. Cut perfectly to add an element of lust to the entire ensemble, it’s pretty hard to hate this outfit. Where the cosplay is quintessentially Lilith, though, is in the devilish details. Impressively crafted black horns protrude from Maike’s skull, wrapping around her cheek bones just as her muse’s do. The huge, bat-like wings are also eyecatching. Shrouding her form like a demonic cape, the pose Lilith’s sense of elegance but equally mirrors the danger that she exudes. View this post on Instagram View this post on Instagram Diablo IV might be delayed, but fans are still hyped Despite the bad news that we’ll be waiting until 2022 to get our hands on the latest instalment in the iconic series, it’s safe to say that cosplays like this one dampen the disappointment a little. It’s the community that keeps the Blizzard universe alive, and we can’t wait to see what else Maike pulls out of her hat. Hopefully it’s some more Diablo, but maybe we’re bias.

  • Sneaky’s “Tsundere Snacky” cosplay creates iconic anime style character – Dexerto

Sneaky’s “Tsundere Snacky” cosplay creates iconic anime style character Riot Games, Twitter: SneakyFormer Cloud9 ADC Zach ‘Sneaky’ Scuderi is known for dipping his toes into the cosplay universe, but the League of Legends superstar has outdone himself with this recent outfit. Cloud9 LoL icon Sneaky left his mark on the title’s extensive esports scene not only because of star studded career full of sick plays, but because of his insane cosplay talents. One of his most recent cosplay endeavours saw him create his very own character in the style of K/DA, League of Legends’ iconic K-pop group. This time around he’s created yet another disguise for his cosplay alter ego, Snacky, and it is absolutely stunning. Sneaky creates Tsundere Snacky While Sneaky is renowned for his cosplays of popular anime characters, this time he’s created an entirely new persona based on the Japanese concept of ‘tsundere.’ Tsundere is defined at the “Japanese term for a character development process that depicts a character with a personality who is initially polarized warm/soft, cold, temperamental, hotheaded before gradually showing a warmer, friendlier side over time.” Wearing a white cropped top with adorable aqua eye decals, paired with a peach and orange checked skirt, it’s not hard to imagine this character starting out as that popular girl in school, the slowly but surely humanizing over time. The beautifully styled blonde wig and perfectly sculpted glowing makeup matches the friendlier side of the Tsundere character. https://twitter.com/Sneaky/status/1389729313855918082 Crediting his girlfriend, Lynn, for the stunning makeup and Squarenoodles for the photography, this cosplay really is a piece of art. Even his former organization Cloud9 have jumped in to compliment the images, writing “you’re so hot brother” as they do on all of his cosplays. This cosplay was April’s exclusive image, so we can’t wait to see how the next few months progress. With new characters dropping in LoL such as Gwen, we’d love to see Snacky take on the seamstress in the future. Will he? Only time will tell.

  • Sneaky stuns fans with amazing LoL Star Guardian Xayah cosplay – Dexerto

Sneaky stuns fans with amazing LoL Star Guardian Xayah cosplay Riot GamesZach ‘Sneaky’ Scuderi might not be playing much Xayah on the Rift for Cloud9 nowadays, but he’s still wowing fans with his skill on the champion — this time pulling off a perfect genderbend cosplay of the Vastayan’s Star Guardian skin. Sneaky has taken some time off this year, stepping back from competitive League of Legends to focus on streaming independently. However, with a bit more extra time on his hands, the former LCS pro has whipped up one of the best Star Guardian Xayah cosplays we’ve seen. Sharing the cosplay on Twitter on January 26, Sneaky managed to pull of the Vastayan’s out-of-this-world costume superbly. Featuring neon features and a perfectly manicured wig with ears and all, Sneaky looked just like he stepped off the Rift as the champion he once dominated the LCS with. The dress, made out of a mix of fabrics, is almost a perfect replica of the 1350 RP skin in-game, while he capped off the design with the wing-style cape — a hallmark of Xayah and Rakan’s design. https://twitter.com/Sneaky/status/1221643058418049026 The cosplay has caught the attention of almost everyone in the League scene. His former team, Cloud9, replied to the tweet with the same phrase they always do — “you’re so hot brother.” The team’s social media manager, ‘Portilho,’ even made an “I lost” joke, like many others in the community. Much like the AD carry’s former cosplays, it’s likely his girlfriend, Esther Lynn, gave him a helping hand in designing the costumes, although a new photographer was on hand for the shoot in Martin Wong. However, Sneaky himself is no slacker, often showing off himself chipping in with cosplays, and even teasing fans by sometimes taking them on stream before they are completed. Sneaky has cosplayed plenty of female champions from League in the past, including K/DA Kai’Sa, K/DA Ahri, and Pool Party Caitlyn. On top of that, he has a Patreon with almost 1,500 supporters, sharing plenty more of his cosplay pics from across gaming and anime fandoms. Fans of Sneaky might not have to wait long for his next cosplaying endeavor, with the AD carry having a bit more spare time since leaving the LCS. While he’s been taking up streaming League of Legends full-time, he might tap into his cosplay fandom and show the design process of a few of his costumes live on stream for everyone to enjoy, especially if he keeps receiving rapturous applause.

  • Sneaky mesmerizes fans with amazing FGO Shuten Douji cosplay – Dexerto

Sneaky mesmerizes fans with amazing FGO Shuten Douji cosplay Aniplex / Riot GamesZach ‘Sneaky’ Scuderi has done it again. The former League of Legends pro has fooled everyone with yet another amazing genderbend cosplay, this time featuring Fate Grand Order’s Shuten Douji in a cute maid outfit. Sneaky was once one of the best AD carries to take to Summoner’s Rift in League of Legends. However he’s traded in the bright lights of the LCS Arena for the cosplay stage over the last couple of years, and he’s taken fans by storm. His cosplays are much loved by fans, so much so that he has over 1,500 supporters on Patreon. While he’s cosplayed the franchise that made him popular in the first place many times, he also has another love — Fate Grand Order. While he’s showcased cosplays of other characters from the franchise, his latest one might be the best yet. Sneaky took on the challenge of recreating oni character Shuten Douji, and he did so in style. It’s not a traditional version of the five-star assassin, however some fans would digress that his version is better — he turned Shuten Douji into a maid. While Sneaky put together the iconic headdress, including the red and white horns, he chose to run with a maid costume over a kimono. The cosplay is still stunning. The dress is beautifully done, and like all of his other cosplays, you’d be hard pressed to tell that it was a genderbend. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Sneaky cosplay without a Cloud9 reply. The org stuck to their guns, telling their former star “you’re so hot brother.” However, this time, Sneaky took notice and shot back: “Instant response.” https://twitter.com/Sneaky/status/1288302551129976839 It’s not the first Fate Grand Order cosplay Sneaky has done to impress fans. Earlier this year, he pulled off a magnificent Nero maid cosplay. He’s also tackled Astolfo — which is quite fitting for him. It’s only a matter of time until Sneaky confuses his fanbase yet again with another mesmerizing cosplay. With Worlds just around the corner, the former League pro could surprise us all with a new champion cosplay, or he might go for something entirely different. Watch this space.

  • Sneaky sends sparks flying with electric Genshin Impact Keqing cosplay – Dexerto

Sneaky sends sparks flying with electric Genshin Impact Keqing cosplay Sneaky Twitter / miHoYoFormer Cloud9 League of Legends star Zach ‘Sneaky’ Scuderi showed off his interpretation of Keqing with an electrifying Genshin Impact cosplay. During his time in the LCS, Sneaky was one of the most recognizable players in the league who was a tentpole of C9’s meme culture. After stepping away from pro play, he started ramping up his cosplays that have proven to be insanely popular with his fans. We’ve seen him don incredible cosplays like K/DA’s Ahri and Evelynn as well as some of his favorite characters from other titles like Fate Grand Order. Now the Genshin Impact craze has even swept up Sneaky. He cosplayed as one of the game’s strongest characters, Keqing, and it’s already getting a ton of fanfare. Sneaky’s Keqing shows off the character’s default appearance with the Piercing Thunderbolt outfit. The suit is riddled with details ripped straight from the game with multiple layers of intricate fabrics. To give the costume a bit more flair, he even wrapped the wig into two bundles to emulate the character’s faux cat ears that she’s known for. Like most of Sneaky’s gender-bending cosplays, this one is getting a ton of reactions from the community with FlyQuest contributing the time-honored tradition of commenting with “you’re so hot brother.” C9’s former ADC has been enjoying his time off the Rift with every new cosplay that instantly lights up social media. If Sneaky is a particular fan of Keqing, then he and many Genshin fans might be ecstatic to find out that a new outfit for her could be on the way. A Keqing skin leak showed off an upcoming design that may release in time for the 2.4 Lantern Rite event. Though we still have to wait for the skin to release in Genshin Impact, it could make for another popular Sneaky cosplay if he decides to take that one on as well.

  • Sneaky channels inner villain with League of Legends KDA Evelynn cosplay – Dexerto

Sneaky channels inner villain with League of Legends KDA Evelynn cosplay Riot Games, Twitter: SneakyFormer Cloud9 League of Legends star Zach ‘Sneaky’ Scuderi stuns LoL fans every month with his cosplays, and this K/DA All Out Evelynn outfit may be the most alluring yet. While Sneaky made his name in the LoL professional scene as Cloud9’s ADC, his retirement from the LCS has allowed him to focus more on streaming and creating stunning cosplays. We’ve seen everything from a viral Bunny Boy cosplay to the likes of K/DA queen Ahri, but this time around he’s emulating the K-pop band’s most mysterious member, Evelynn. Transforming himself into the demonic jungler herself, this stunning cosplay leaves us wanting MORE – get it? Sneaky’s LoL K/DA All Out Evelynn cosplay Continuing on his K/DA All Out journey, Sneaky has created a spectacular cosplay that truly encapsulates the stunning demoness. Sporting her stunning crystalline silver hair, it cascades down his shoulders like a shimmering waterfall and is styled to absolute perfection. Her glittering jacket perfectly mirrors that stunning hairstyle, and frames an ebony leather bralet that connects to a pair of high rise shorts attached to suspenders. While Evelynn looks stunning, though, she’s deadly. Sneaky’s fingertips are adorned with razor-sharp metallic claws, and her spindly lashers are prepped and ready to slice her enemies in half. All in all, the LoL icon truly embodies Evelynn’s stunning beauty but, equally, is just dripping with danger. https://twitter.com/Sneaky/status/1416928049606455299 Fans have been ensnared by Sneaky’s Evelynn, with Cloud9 dropping their usual “you’re so hot brother” in response. Another Twitter user has responded with a relatable meme because, after all, who isn’t excited for the next installment in Sneaky’s monthly cosplay series? This alluring cosplay is yet another smash hit for the LoL superstar. Will he continue down this K/DA all out path and gift us with Akali next time around? Or will he even bring the stunning songstress, Seraphine, to life? We’ll have to wait and see.

Sneaky casts a spell with wicked Fate/Grand Order Nero maid cosplay Colin Young-Wolff for Riot Games/SegaLeague of Legends streamer Zach ‘Sneaky’ Scuderi stunned social media with his take on Fate/Grand Order’s Nero with a maid cosplay for the ages. Scuderi’s outfit came equipped with golden high heels, white nylons and a bright red eye-popping maid outfit. The outfit also consists of an apron with golden shoulders, maid headpiece, and a blonde wig. https://www.instagram.com/p/CA4PBkqJ927/ According to the streamer, he had his girlfriend, Esther Lynn, do his makeup and it shows as his lips have a nice pinkness to them in addition. Finally, the photographer was SquareNoodles, who has a series of highly impressive cosplay pictures on his Instagram page. Amusingly, in the other photo, the streamer went out of his way to promote G Fuel by holding up two containers. The League of Legends streamer is well-known for his variety of gender-bending cosplays including Star Guardian Xayah, Pool Party Caitlyn, K/DA Ahri, and more. • Sneaky serves up incredible K/DA Ahri cosplay in time for Thanksgiving – Dexerto

Sneaky serves up incredible K/DA Ahri cosplay in time for Thanksgiving League of Legends pro Zach ‘Sneaky’ Scuderi has created yet another incredible gender-bend cosplay, this time featuring K/DA Ahri. Sneaky’s cosplay creations have enthralled the League of Legends community over the last three years. He’s taken some of the most popular characters from gaming and anime, and with the help of his girlfriend, helped bring them to life. With the League of Legends off-season well underway, the LCS champion bot laner has had some time to work on his next project, K/DA Ahri, just in time for the Thanksgiving holidays. The North American AD carry uploaded a photo shoot of his latest cosplay creation on November 28, simply captioned with “Happy Thanksgiving.” Sneaky did a pretty good job of replicating League’s resident fox-girl’s look in the K-Pop band, rocking a skin-tight leather one piece and inch-high platforms. However, some fans might be disappointed in the lack of a tail, with the AD carry choosing to edit the tail into the photoshoot instead. Ahri’s tails are notoriously difficult to make though, so you can’t really blame Sneaky for foregoing them and focusing on the costume itself. Happy thanksgiving 🦃 KDA Ahri 📸: @estherlynnhhj pic.twitter.com/HkEBGlE8hT— Zach Scuderi (@Sneaky) November 29, 2019 The former Cloud9 pro player has made a name for himself off the Rift through his streams and his cosplays. He tackles some of League of Legends most feminine characters, including Pizza Delivery Sivir and Star Guardian Soraka, and pulls it off with incredible accuracy. His girlfriend, Esther Lynn, often cosplays alongside him, or helps him with photoshoots and designing his costumes. Read more: Sneaky unveils K/DA Akali cosplay – Starting the venture off in 2016, Sneaky’s cosplays have rocketed the League personality to the forefront of the cosplay community. He currently has almost 1,400 patrons on Patreon, who can receive goodies such as signed polaroids and photo sets every month. Sneaky will be attending the League of Legends All-Star tournament held in Las Vegas on December 5 alongside fellow NA representative Bae ‘Bang’ Jun-sik. The duo cosplayed at the event last year as Xayah, with Sneaky asking his fans earlier this month for cosplay ideas for the fun end-of-year event. With two weeks left to go before the big event, it’s only a matter of time before Sneaky unveils his next greatest creation and confuses the entire League community once again.

  • Sneaky’s “Bunny Boy” cosplay has left fans speechless – Dexerto

Sneaky’s “Bunny Boy” cosplay has left fans speechless Twitter: SneakyFormer Cloud9 League of Legends pro Zach ‘Sneaky’ Scuderi has once again put Twitter in a tailspin with yet another stunning cosplay, this time an original “Bunny Boy” outfit. Sneaky’s cosplay career since his retirement from League of Legends in January 2020 might be more lucrative than any of his achievements on the Rift. Sure, the former Cloud9 pro went to seven World Championships, won two LCS titles, and made a name for himself as one of North America’s best players. However, his cosplays since his retirement have turned plenty of heads. From taking on League of Legends champions to anime fandom favorites, Sneaky is now just branching out into generic character cosplays. First it was “Tsundere Sneaky.” Now it’s the “Bunny Boy” himself. https://twitter.com/Sneaky/status/1395943110039965700 The cosplay doesn’t leave much to the imagination. With a tight blue leotard — much like the Cloud9 colors — topped off with a pair of bunny ears and a fluffy little tail, it’s not the most intricate design. However, in its simple form, it’s still got the internet reeling, and it’s easy to see why. Let’s be honest, there’s a lot of thirsty people out for Sneaky now, and that’s a trend with a lot of his recent cosplays. Of course, Cloud9 chimed in with the “you’re so hot brother” like they do under every Sneaky cosplay. The rest of the internet couldn’t believe what they were seeing. As per usual, he was helped out by his partner Esther Lynn, who often does the makeup and some of the designing of his cosplays. Now it’s just a matter of waiting for Sneaky’s next design. No matter what he takes on, it’s sure to surprise.

  • Sneaky brings NieR:Automata’s 2B to life in stunning cosplay – Dexerto

Sneaky brings NieR:Automata’s 2B to life in stunning cosplay Popular League of Legends professional Zach ‘Sneaky’ Scuderi revealed his new, stunning cosplay of Nier:Automata character 2B in what is yet another mind-blowing look from him. Nier: Automata, a hack and slash action game which is a follow-up to the original Nier title, released back in 2017 to much acclaim from critics and fans across the globe. In the game, players are tasked with completing three difficult chapters – each coming with their own character. The first of which is YoRHa No. 2 Type B, or 2B for short, a battle-android that has battled through wars and is well known for the close-quarters combat abilities – while also having a ranged attack in the form of the ‘Pod Shot’. While the character is a machine at the end of the day, it’s unique look means that it is pretty primed for cosplayers – so, that’s where Sneaky comes in. The former Cloud9 pro, who has wowed fans with his ability to pull-off stunning cosplays of members of the opposite sex in the past, pulled off the cosplay with some incredible accuracy. Just like 2B has in Nier:Automata’s Route A chapter, Sneaky suited up in a flowing black dress that has a tonne of details towards the very bottom, and a cut-out slot just near the chest area. With 2B also having a military visor covering her eyes, no cosplay would be complete with pulling that out – something which Sneaky, of course, managed to do. https://twitter.com/Sneaky/status/1210376168098144256 As usual, Sneaky took the look to the next level by completing it by carrying a brutal-looking sword and making it a focal point of his shoot. With Nier: Automata having plenty of other characters, there’s some more scope for the former Cloud9 player to explore the game’s world and pick out another cosplay. If he does, though, remains to be seen as he could pull off pretty much any look he puts his mind to.

  • Sneaky becomes Sword & Shield’s Marnie in incredible Pokemon cosplay – Dexerto

Sneaky becomes Sword & Shield’s Marnie in incredible Pokemon cosplay Popular League of Legends professional Zach ‘Sneaky’ Scuderi took his cosplaying efforts one step further as he jumped into the world of Pokemon with a Sword and Shield outfit. Aside from being a huge popular LoL player, Sneaky has made a name from himself with his cosplays – blurring the lines with a number of outfits from Riot Games’ title. While he may have found himself on the sidelines after being dropped from Cloud9’s LCS squad, Sneaky has plenty of time to find a new lane for himself – be that as an analyst, a streamer, or just a full-time cosplayer. That third route may not be the worst choice in the world, either, as he’s jumped into the world of Pokemon Sword and Shield and pulled out a stunning Marnie look. The popular player revealed his cosplay effort on December 14 during a charity stream with HyperX, tweeting out a quick snippet. “They wanted me to cosplay Pokimane but I heard Pokémon,” he joked, before showing off the outfit – complete with a Poke ball. Anyone who has played Sword and Shield and faced off against Marnie will appreciate how accurate Sneaky’s look is. The former Cloud9 man nailed her hair, as well as the pink dress and leather jacket ensemble. https://twitter.com/Sneaky/status/1205983093401632769 As is usual with his cosplays, many fans were stunned by how Sneaky managed to pull off the look of someone from the opposite gender – though it probably won’t be for the last time either. With Sword and Shield have such a diverse cast of characters, it wouldn’t be shocking to see Sneaky diving into another cosplay of someone that’s a bit more complex Leon or a little easier to pull off, like Hop. Either way, it’s sure to be a stunning look and something that fans of the League of Legends player look forward to. The possibilities, with his cosplaying abilities, are seemingly endless.

  • Sneaky stuns fans with another brilliant League of Legends K/DA cosplay – Dexerto

Sneaky stuns fans with another brilliant League of Legends K/DA cosplay Cloud9 / Riot GamesFormer Cloud9 pro player Zach ‘Sneaky’ Scuderi is at it again with his gender-bending cosplays, and this time, the former League of Legends star stunned fans and went viral on Twitter dressed as a K/DA popstar. Sneaky used to be one of the best AD carry players in the professional League of Legends scene. It’s been a while since hung up the boots. However, he’s still invested in the scene and owns a share of prominent esports organization Cloud9. But in an interesting twist of fate, he’s also found a new home in the cosplay community. He’s produced some absolute gems like the time he dressed as Shuten Douji from Fate Grand Order. However, this time, he merged his passions for League of Legends and cosplay into one and transformed himself into a K/DA member. For those who don’t know, K/DA is a virtual K-pop-inspired group starring super-popular League of Legends characters like Ahri, Akali, Evelynn, and Kai’Sa. Rather than dress up as one of the existing members, it looks like he’s created his own K/DA persona. The character has pink hair with bangs, a cyan-colored K/DA jacket, and black lingerie with fishnet stockings. He’s also wearing a virtual-reality helmet in the second picture and holding a controller to capture the gamer vibe. “Any gamers?” he wrote, while also crediting Squarenoodles for the photography and Lynn for the make-up. Cloud9 also commented, saying, “you’re so hot, brother,” keeping in line with their tradition of always commenting on his cosplays and heaping praise. But they’re not the only ones. Thousands of other copied and pasted their comment, too. The post has been liked more than 30,000 times, retweeted 4,000 times, and pulled more than 600 comments in the thread. Smash Ultimate’s top Peach player shocks Twitter with Bowsette cosplay eUnited/poderosoandrajoso/Deviant ArtSmash Ultimate pro Ezra ‘Samsora’ Morris is one of the most unique members of the game’s competitive scene, and showed exactly why with an incredible Bowsette cosplay. Morris, who is known for being the world’s top Peach player, is no stranger to cosplays, but this one may just be his most impressive yet. Taking to Twitter, the pro posted four photos of himself dressed as the fan-made character Bowsette, equipped with a shell on his back, black fingernails and nylons. https://twitter.com/Samsora_/status/1219322737858052102 However, instead of opting for blonde hair, Morris decided to spice things up with a red wig in addition to the character’s horns and crown. The response was mixed to say the least. While the tweet was liked nearly 8,000 times, there were some negative responses. Fellow pro player Tyler ‘Marss’ Martins replied saying, “I support you, but I won’t like the post.” https://twitter.com/LibertyPrime420/status/1219323397542379527 Another professional player, Brian ‘Cosmos’ Kalu had a similar take. “I don’t support this but I liked the post,” he said. “This ain’t it chief,” Twitter user Liberty Prime commented. The character of Bowsette was created by artist Ayyk92 back in 2018. The premise was that in New Super Mario Bros. U, the character Toadette would transform into Peachette when she puts on the Super Crown powerup. The Super Crown’s some spicy new Mario lore pic.twitter.com/7DQe6UXvLQ — haniwa (@ayyk92) September 19, 2018 In the comic created by Ayyk92, Mario antagonist Bowser puts the Super Crown on, transforming into Bowsette. The comic went viral and many different cosplays of the fan-made character began springing up across the net. This isn’t the first time Samsora has cosplayed as a female character, either: At Smash Ultimate Summit 2, the eUnited player dressed up as Princess Peach, where he performed a catwalk as part of a talent show gag. It will be fun to see what Samsora has up his sleeve for his next cosplay. It’s clear that he really enjoys breaking boundaries, even if some of his fellow players are shocked by what they see.

  • Smash Ultimate’s top Daisy dominates foes while cosplaying as his main – Dexerto

Smash Ultimate’s top Daisy dominates foes while cosplaying as his main Twitter/Umeki_Daisy/NintendoJapanese Smash Ultimate pro Shimizu ‘Umeki’ Masaki is regarded by many to be the best Daisy player in the world and showcased his insane skills while cosplaying the Peach-clone during a stream. Umeki’s Daisy’s skills are top notch with the pro frequently finishing with good results in tournaments across Japan with victories over some of the best in the region. During a September 18 YouTube stream, the player decided to take it a step further and cosplay as the Mario character. For a good two hours and change, the formidable player took stock after stock from opponents while competing on the game’s WiFi mode. The best part, however, came when the pro matched against a Mario player and proceeded to absolutely wipe the floor with the Nintendo mascot. In the span of just fourty-five seconds, Masaki was able to completely annihilate the plumber through a series of turnips tosses leading to off-stage antics including down airs, forward airs and to top it all off, a Daisy Bomber. Best of all, he did it all while only taking 16.5% damage, which is on the extremely low side of things. The clip, which was uploaded to Twitter, went viral racking up over 200,000 views. An impressive feat to say the least. While Daisy is technically an Echo Fighter of Peach, the two have near-identical movesets. Speaking of Peach and cosplays, another prominent pro, Ezra ‘Samsora’ Morris dressed up as his main during Smash Ultimate Summit 2. Samsora is widely regarded as the best Peach in the world, so now all we need is for he and Umeki to duke it out in Smash while dressed as their mains. Sadly, we’re going to have to wait for LANs to come back before we ever get that opportunity unless they want to try to match against each other despite the massive ping differences online.

Skyrim cosplay stuns fans with incredible Nightingale Armor outfit BethesdaAn incredible Skyrim cosplay has brought the elusive faction of the Thieves Guild to life with this detailed take on Nightingale Armor. If there’s one thing that Skyrim can boast, it’s the game’s impressive lore which runs deep into a character’s backstory. The Dragonborn can choose to pledge their allegiance to one of several factions while playing through the extensive campaign. One of which, are the Nightingales. The Nightingales are a secret inner circle of the Thieves Guild whose sole objectives are to protect Nocturnal’s shrines. As the Dragonborn, you can earn the trust of the Thieves Guild and complete a series of tasks to gain the armor blessed by Nocturnal. The Trinity Restored quest line is onerous to say the least. • Sailor Moon cosplayer transforms into destructive guardian Sailor Saturn – Dexerto

Sailor Moon cosplayer transforms into destructive guardian Sailor Saturn A talented Sailor Moon cosplayer has shared her take on the anime series’ all-powerful planet-destroying Sailor Saturn, unveiled at Anime NYC. Saturn was the last of the Sailor Guardians introduced in the popular anime series, and her entrance into the lives of Sailor Moon and the rest of the cast of heroes was certainly an explosive one — alongside Mistress 9, she nearly destroys Earth. The powerful guardian, known as Hotaru Tomoe before she is revealed as the final member of Moon’s heroic group, is one of the cult favorites from the anime series, so it makes sense she’d be the focus of one skilled cosplayer’s stunning costume. Saturn, the final Guardian, revealed at last In the series, Saturn is often solemn and stone-faced, only bringing out her powers when they’re absolutely needed. While ‘chibith0t’ does throw out a cheeky smile to celebrate her cosplay, for the most part, she gets Saturn’s personality just right. Chibi’s center-piece for the colorful cosplay is the character’s big red bow, complete with a self-made brooch sitting right in the middle. The costume also gets Saturn’s puffy guardian shoulder pads just right, with them sitting off the arms. No Sailor Guardian cosplay would be complete without the back-bow either, and the costume gets that just right too — while most of the photos shared from Anime NYC only show the front, you can see glimpses of it around her back. Chibi, who also regularly dabbles in other anime cosplays from series like Pokemon and Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma, also made sure she had all the little details of Saturn’s transformation outfit completed to a tee. Her hair was pulled back by a gold tiara, like most of the Guardians, her purple boots shone brighter than her bodice’s blue trim — just like Saturn’s in the anime — and her lengthy gloves reached all the way up her forearm, completing the outfit. “Happy birthday to the Goddess of Destruction herself, Sailor Saturn,” Chibi added when sharing her Saturn photos on Instagram. “Lovely shots of my Sailor Saturn Cosplay from Anime NYC, it was so awesome finally doing a Sailor Scout cosplay!” With all of the pieces brought together into one cool, calm, and collected Saturn cosplay, it seems like Chibi has knocked it out of the park. Now she just has to find a few other Sailor Guardians to team up with, and Earth will be pretty protected. https://www.instagram.com/p/B6-3tNKjNHG/ Sailor Moon still popular 28 years later While Sailor Moon’s original 200-episode run across five different shows, including ‘R,’ ‘S,’ and ‘Sailor Stars’ concluded in 1997, the series has seen a revival in recent times with the 2014 release of Sailor Moon Crystal, a 13-episode web series. Created to commemorate the original run’s 20th anniversary, fans flocked to the web-based retelling of the old story, and the love of Sailor Moon was re-sparked. Now, a movie sequel titled Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal, and set after the mini-series, is due for release in 2020. While it may be 28 years since the show’s first premiere, Naoko Takeuchi’s creation is still going as strong as ever.

  • Sailor Moon cosplayer fights evil by moonlight as elegant Neptune – Dexerto

Sailor Moon cosplayer fights evil by moonlight as elegant Neptune Toei Animation / Instagram: anarchystockersShe may not be the most famous of Sailor Moon’s cast, but a cosplayer has sourced the perfect colors and vibe for a sophisticated Sailor Neptune. Striking teal, complemented by the depths of navy blue and a stark contrast in the white uniform and gold tiara. Adorned in a marine ensemble—Sailor Neptune paints an emotive picture. Known for her poise, elegance and mastery over the ocean, Neptune’s look fits snugly with her character. Teal is a comforting, albeit vibrant color that lends itself directly to her prowess in the arts and to her preferred extracurricular activity for relaxation: swimming. Navy blue, conversely, is an easy allusion to the mysteries of the deep sea—similar to the wide breadth of power hidden behind Sailor Neptune’s calm, graceful exterior. Instagram cosplayer ‘anarchystockers,’ does it right. The self-professed “human disaster” and “terrible cosplayer” is also a liar, because this look is a human success story and quality cosplay. From the soothing aquatic hues to the unforced expressions, Tabitha of Delaware comfortably conveys the calm, yet spirited nature possessed by the Soldier of the Sea. https://www.instagram.com/p/B_fLR-jDGo3/ Sure, nobody is perfect. It’s true that bringing out a prop, like the Deep Aqua Mirror, would take this look to another level. But ‘anarchystockers’ even rolled the gloves down a little, which is the signature look of Neptune and her lover, Uranus (…also known as her cousin, if you happened to watch the English dub in the 2000s). Neptune’s alternate identity, Michiru Kaioh, is a composed, self-assured student who excels in the arts (specifically as a painter and violinist) and in all of her classes. Her other alternate identity, Princess Neptune, protected her home planet while rocking a gown and residing in a castle. That’s a multifaceted, yet consistently composed character. Someone who could casually flirt with a dude, Seiya Kou (while she is in her male civilian disguise), to figure out if they’re a threat—while not being attracted to men. Sneaky. ‘Anarchystockers’ therefore made the right choice by opting for muted, indecipherable facial expressions juxtaposed against a sharp focus in her eyes. https://www.instagram.com/p/B9cD2QoHTvc/ She also made the right choice by choosing Sailor Neptune’s outfit instead of the Princess or Michiru outfits. Super Sailor Neptune would have been cool too, but this look is just clean and badass. Most importantly, the classic uniform is a great backdrop for the turquoise wig. And even more importantly, you can still stream Sailor Moon on sites like Viz, Hulu and Crunchyroll.

  • Ronda Rousey’s Mortal Kombat Sonya Blade cosplay brings the pain – Dexerto

Ronda Rousey’s Mortal Kombat Sonya Blade cosplay brings the pain Warner BrosFormer UFC champion turned movie star Ronda Rousey partook in the charity event Kombat for a Kause by cosplaying as Mortal Kombat’s dangerous US Special Forces officer Sonya Blade. In a video posted to Instagram, Ronda first shows up dressed up in casual attire consisting of a straw hat, jean shorts and brown boots. However, once she tosses her hat at the camera, she reappears dressed completely differently. Without warning, metal music kicks in and the former WWE and UFC champion is dressed as Sonya Blade. The outfit in general is pretty snazzy with camo pants, black army boots, dog tags around her neck and a vest supposedly full of high-tech gadgets. If that wasn’t enough, with the use of some special effects, she even fires lasers from her arm-mounted weapon. Ronda credited costume creator Alicia Marie for the outfit and noted that even her messy room was supposed to be part of the cosplay. https://www.instagram.com/p/B_c5L7aHPjh/ “And yes, the crumpled up pink panties on the floor are part of the cosplay,” she explained. “This is how I imagine Sonya’s room actually looks, she leaves cotton panties like bread crumbs around her house like I do.” Sonya Blade was the first female Mortal Kombat character introduced in the series and has since become one of its most famous fighters. Amusingly, both Rousey and Blade pack armbar submissions in their arsenals, with Ronda winning numerous UFC matches thanks to the maneuver, so it’s really no wonder she would be a fit to dress as Blade. “@MattSaccaro: @RondaRousey Are you really a moderator on a pokemon forum?”I moderated the pokemon stadium 2 forum on gametalk.com as mew182 — Ronda Rousey (@RondaRousey) January 9, 2012 Additionally, she ended up voicing Sonya in Mortal Kombat 11. “I’ve always admired her, and admittedly kind of emulated her in my own way. Now, I get to try to be her,” she revealed. Rousey’s geek side has been well-documented. When she was only 16-years-old, she was a moderator on the now-defunct website Gametalk where she looked after the Pokemon Stadium 2 section. In February 2020, the athlete signed an exclusive streaming deal with Facebook Gaming joining the likes of Super Smash Bros star Gonzalo ‘ZeRo’ Barrios and Jeremy ‘Disguised Toast’ Wang on the platform.

Throughout a February 19 post, they showcased results of a test that focused on the helmet in particular. Successfully able to lift the front plate up and back down into place, the designer is able to change the appearance of the costume all with a simple movement of their fingers. “This will also allow me to interact and move normally without having to reach for buttons or triggers somewhere else in my body,” they said, emphasizing the neat functionality not only adds visual flair, but also allows for easier adjustment. View this post on Instagram I was going to leave this in my story but I wanted to make a post because I’m proud of it. So after some tinkering and testing I landed on a neat system for opening and closing the helmet with my fingers! The DPDT switch I got was too large mount in the glove and would’ve also required more wiring that I wanted to run. With this I’m using 2 relays resting at ground with ground running through the normally closed side. When I touch either finger it pulses 12v to on of the relays moving it to 12v and allowing the motor in the servo to spin. The contact on the thumb is a live 12v and the other 2 are to the relay triggers. It’s so simple and effective now that I figured it out. This will also allow me to interact and move normally without having to reach for buttons or triggers somewhere else in my body. Obviously this is a rough test. The helmet is a crappy trash helmet I test on. But the proof of concept is done! While the lights emanating from the gems themselves are one thing, the creator ramped things up a notch and included a light-up repulsor on the left palm of the armor suit. When retracting the fingers on their hand and pulling the wrist back slightly, the palm glows as though the cosplayer is ready to blast down an enemy from afar. “I’m also working on a special trigger mechanism for the stones so they also come on during specific movements,” they teased, indicating that even more functionality is on the way once they continue work on the suit. View this post on Instagram Started installing the LEDs and electronics ??? I can’t believe how effective the pressure trigger in the wrist is. I feel like it’s such a key feature of the suit. I see tons of builds with all of the lights on all the time and while it looks awesome it just lacks some of the key visuals I think the suit needs. I’m also working on a special trigger mechanism for the stones so they also come on during specific movements. It’s getting real ? #mk85 #mark85 #ironman #marvel #mcu #comics #marvelstudios #comiccon #comicon #mcmlondon #mcmlondoncomiccon #londonmcm #england #britian #3dprint #3dprinted #3dprinting #3dprinter #diy #hobby #cosplay #cosplayer #cosplaying #armor #art #paint #disney #disneyplus #nerd #led Having shattered records with the highest-grossing film of all time in Avengers: Endgame, there’s no denying just how iconic of a figure Iron Man has become over the years. Taking this stunning cosplay to a local convention could be a surefire way to turn heads due to the unique functionality that has been built into it from the ground up.

Re:Zero cosplayer shows off magical take on half-elf heroine Emilia White Fox / Instagram: @spisy_cosplayA skilled cosplayer has shared the most magical take on Emilia that fans will ever see, bringing the half-elf heroine to life with an amazing take. Re:Zero was the breakout anime of 2016, with many falling in love with its dark themes of death, loss, mystery, and battle. It follows the story of main protagonist Subaru Natsuki, a recluse who is suddenly summoned to a magical world while on a trip to the convenience store. There, he meets Emilia, a silver-haired half-elf woman and her companion Puck, an Artificial Spirit who protects her from harm. In a twisted turn of events, they’re all killed but Subaru awakens with the day completely reset and discovers that he has the ability to rewind time by dying. Re:Zero Emilia cosplay In the anime and the manga, the half-elf wears a white and purple outfit that consists of a corset with long, draping sleeves attached, a mini skirt, and thigh-high heeled boots. A golden eagle insignia is featured on the end of the sleeves, too. Cosplayer ‘Spisy’ recreated her clothing perfectly in her look, nailing every single small detail with perfect accuracy, even down to the matching choker with crystal stone pendant. She even recreated Emilia’s silver hair, and mimicked the classic braid that sits across the character’s head, as well as the cross-style hairclip pinned by her bangs. https://www.instagram.com/p/B8jkBqhpTSl/ In another shot, the cosplayer poses with Rem and Ram outside Roswaal’s mansion. The pair are the half-elf’s maids, and live in the massive house together under the care of Roswall, a Margrave and a sponsor for Emilia’s endeavor for the throne. The pink haired girl is cosplayed by ‘kura_cosplay‘ and blue by ‘tessa_crownster.’ The photograph really does look like a shot right out of the anime, and could very easily be mistaken for a live-action version of the dark fantasy. Re:Zero cosplayer wins fans’ hearts with beautiful Rem outfit Crunchyroll / Instagram: musedreamingNo matter if you’re Team Rem, Team Emilia, or Team Ram — all Re:Zero fans can appreciate this beautiful cosplay by ‘musedreaming,’ who took on the blue-haired maid of the Roswaal household in style. There’s no doubt that Re:Zero fans are hungry for more content after the end of Season 2 Part 2. There’s potentially a third season on the way, but don’t expect to hear any news on that front for a while. Until then, you have three choices: Rewatch the anime, maybe read the light novels, or admire some great works of art by fans to relive the nostalgia. If cosplay is your thing, then you should definitely check out this wonderful outfit by ‘musedreaming‘ of her self-proclaimed “best girl.” It’s a simple take on the reserved housemaid of the Roswaal family, but it’s won the hearts of thousands over. The maid outfit is perfectly tailed for Muse, adorned with all the frills and ties. Plus, who can forget Rem’s signature blue hair with the parted fringe and the purple flower headpiece. Like we said at the top, it’s not the most complex of cosplays. However, there’s always beauty in the simple things, and if you’re a Re:Zero fan waiting for some news on Season 3, then this tidbit of creativity should help scratch that itch. View this post on Instagram Speaking of Season 3, a renewal of the franchise hasn’t been locked in yet. With plenty of source material to go off though — and plenty of fans like Muse waiting — it’d be a shock if it didn’t get a third season.

  • Resident Evil Village cosplayer seduces fans as “tall vampire lady” Alcina Dimitrescu – Dexerto

Resident Evil Village cosplayer seduces fans as “tall vampire lady” Alcina Dimitrescu curvy_rhiwen Instagram / CapcomResident Evil Village fans can’t get enough of the Maiden demo’s Alcina Dimitrescu, with one cosplayer paying tribute to her with a spitting image of the castle’s head lady. [jwplayer MDxzN19r] Resident Evil Village could be primed to reveal some of the biggest secrets in the franchise and be one of the most important entries to the entire series’ lore to date. But Capcom also created one of the internet’s newest loves, who some are calling ‘hot/tall vampire lady.’ Her place in the larger Resident Evil lore is still something to experience come May 7, when Village comes out, but some of the community’s more artistic members are already taken by the vampiric mistress. Sonia García Rhiwen, who goes by ‘curvy_rhiwen,’ already has Lady Dimitrescu down to a T with her latest cosplay that shockingly captures the blood-driven character. View this post on Instagram “You asked for it,” Rhiwen told her fans, many of who were stricken after swiping just to be greeted with the RE8 antagonist’s image and another one of the cosplayer that looks just like Dimitrescu. In the demo, after solving your way through a dungeon keep, you ultimately make it to the Courtyard door, seemingly poised to escape the nightmares that happen in the castle. But just before exiting, she rudely blocks the player from leaving. The towering figure then grabs the maiden you play and thrusts her elongated fingernail knives into her. One of the last images we get is of Dimitrescu holding the player with an appetizing smile wearing bright red lips, a long white dress, an imposing black hat, and an elegant flower necklaces along with boutonnière that some believe could be linked to RE7’s progenitor flowers. Then it was all about putting the outfit together, creating a mirror-like recreation of the newly introduced Resident Evil character that’s taken the internet by storm. The cosplay is being hailed as one of the most accurate representations of Sanguis Virginis’ sinister sommelier, and one would have to agree by looking at those images back-to-back. With months until the new Resident Evil game drops, it won’t be surprising if we see more people create cosplays and tributes in the lead up to Village.

  • Resident Evil Village cosplayer pulls off perfect Lady Dimitrescu look – Dexerto

Resident Evil Village cosplayer pulls off perfect Lady Dimitrescu look IG: alice_with_cats / CapcomA Resident Evil Village cosplayer has wowed fans with a spot on cosplay of the notorious matriarch Lady Alcina Dimitrescu, three months ahead of its planned release date. Resident Evil Village is Capcom’s upcoming installment in the immensely popular horror franchise. Following on from 2017’s Biohazard and the remasters of 2 and 3 respectively, the next entry is highly anticipated. Some fans have already got their hands on the game’s Maiden demo, which launched at the end of January. That gave fans their first proper look at Lady Alcina Dimitrescu, a mutant countess who had a memorable role in the game’s demo. Her creepiness was matched only by the retractable claws she revealed at the end of Maiden, brutally spearing the protagonist and signaling the demo’s end. Since then, rather understandably, fans have been dying to see more of the terrifying matriarch. While fans will have to wait a little longer for another in-game look at the countess, some cosplayers are already channeling their inner creativity and faithfully recreating her look. Cosplayers have also created other characters, such as Daniela. That was the case with Instagram account ‘alice_with_cats’, who regularly posts awesome cosplays to her followers. In early February, she turned her attention to Lady Dimitrescu, absolutely nailing her towering figure, wide-brimmed hat and long, flowing gown. We’re also pleased to report that the cosplayer took the time to add the long, retractable claws, transporting her Lady Dimitrescu look from creepy to downright threatening. View this post on Instagram She also showcased a few more angles afterwards, which really brought the incredible attention to detail to light. Whether it’s the blood spatters across the chest and neck or the black leather gloves, it’s an incredible cosplay for a character who we’ve not even fully met. View this post on Instagram For a full look at the cosplay (and all the others she’s done), be sure to check out Alice’s Instagram page. Lady Dimitrescu became the subject of internet memes when it was revealed she’s over 9 feet tall. Needless to say, this fact piqued the interest of many basketball teams. Barring any delays, Resident Evil Village is set to drop on May 7, 2021.

Photographer Victoria ‘milliganvick‘ not only captured Galina as she posed as Dimitrescu but also helped the artist mirror Alcina’s look by meticulously applying makeup. This is easily one of the best portrayals of the tall vampire lady we have ever seen and it will be sure to capture fans’ hearts. https://www.instagram.com/p/CLUZ0SWj7Gu/ As if that wasn’t impressive enough, the talented duo also portrayed an iconic scene from the demo where Alcina emerges from a locked door and grabs Ethan. The 1:1 re-creation is chilling to say the least, as it brings the game to life like never before. https://www.instagram.com/p/CLWhwTdDnUJ/ Resident Evil Village will make its debut on next-gen consoles and PC on May 7, 2021. The new entry in the popular survival-horror franchise will be the eighth in the series and will continue the design of 7 by using a first-person point of view. While fans can’t seem to get enough of vampire Alcina Dimitrescu right now, it may be a different tune once the terrifying villain is chasing players down during the title’s epic story. One thing is for certain, though – the towering antagonist is already an icon in the genre.

  • Resident Evil cosplayer is ready to enter Raccoon City as Ada Wong – Dexerto

Resident Evil cosplayer is ready to enter Raccoon City as Ada Wong Instagram/ksanastankevich/CapcomAda Wong is one of Resident Evil’s most popular characters. Known for her red dress, fancy shoes and styled black hair, the anti-hero is one of the most popular femme fatales in gaming and thus, ripe for cosplay. Russian model Ksana Stankevich tried her luck with an Ada Wong costume, and the results speak for themselves. In a series of photoshoots, Stankevich mimics Ada’s look from Resident Evil 4, and recreates several scenes that could have been ripped right from the game. https://www.instagram.com/p/Bk0fbRuh13M/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link In one photo, the model stands in a warehouse while her dress blows in the wind. As she poses, she stares at the camera looking fierce while her finger rests on the trigger of a rifle. Better yet, in a follow-up pic, the cosplayer hides behind a pile of rugs and bags while one of the game’s infamous chainsaw men try searching for her. This shot, in particular, is a nice dual cosplay. because it features yet another character from the game. As anyone who played Resident Evil 4 knows, you do not want to fight one of those enemies at close range due to their instant kill potential. https://www.instagram.com/p/B2wPuD6lt1z/ A few other shots show Stankevich posing from behind while wielding a handgun and walking into the unknown. Finally, in one of her most impressive photos, the model changed up her look slightly to come more in line with Ada’s appearance in the Resident Evil 2 remake. A side-by-side comparison shows just how much effort went into making this version practically identical to her in-game model. “I really like this woman; she is so strong, beautiful and sexy,” the cosplayer said of the character. https://www.instagram.com/p/B4phlabjG3Y/ In addition to Ada, Stankevich has also cosplayed as Batman’s Poison Ivy, Tracer from Overwatch, Final Fantasy’s Tifa and Lara Croft from Tomb Raider. With so much talent, we can’t wait to see what the cosplay genius comes up with next.

  • Resident Evil cosplayer uncovers Raccoon City secrets as Leon Kennedy – Dexerto

Resident Evil cosplayer uncovers Raccoon City secrets as Leon Kennedy Instagram: plutonia_cosplay, CapcomWith Resident Evil finally getting an animated Netflix series, Infinite Darkness, one cosplayer has celebrated in style by creating a Leon Kennedy cosplay inspired by the RE:2 remake. Resident Evil has exploded back into the gaming hall of fame with the series’ latest installment, Village. With Lady Dimitrescu becoming an overnight sensation and the game’s lycans terrifying players all across the globe, 2021 marks a triumphant return for the Capcom title. Not only has the game entertained fans, it’s inspired a flourishing cosplay scene. From the bloodthirsty Bela to the world’s tallest supermodel masquerading as the vampire queen herself, Village-based cosplays have taken the world by storm. Harkening back to the early days, though, is plutonia_cosplay‘s stunning Resident Evil 2 cosplay, and it has dropped just in time to celebrate the new animated Netflix series, Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness. This Leon cosplay is the perfect zombie apocalypse outfit The brainchild of French Canadian cosplayer, plutonia_cosplay, this spectacular Leon cosplay looks as though he’s walked straight out of the ashes of the infection-ridden Racoon City. While he describes the cosplay as “fairly easy to make,” he told Dexerto that difficulties started to pop up while trying to secure character-specific items. “Most of the effort was put into sewing the patches on the shirt and the vest and finding specific items to purchase, like Leon’s signature Mathilda VP-70 pistol and the police belt with all the various pouches.” What’s wild, though, is the fact that plutonia is so dedicated that he grew out his hair in order to truly transform himself into Leon. Yes, you read that right, no wigs were harmed in the creation of this cosplay! “The costume building process began in November of 2019, and was finished in February of 2020. I just needed my hair to grow long enough to get it cut into Leon’s iconic undercut hairstyle, but unfortunately, global restrictions were put in place and I had to wait until June to finally get a haircut!” View this post on Instagram Why did Plutonia choose Resident Evil’s Leon? Leon has become quite the icon in the digital sphere, and he’s clearly had quite the impact on plutonia himself. “When I was younger, I kept on seeing ads for the Resident Evil movies with Milla Jovovich and I kept on hearing that they were awful and that they were not faithful to the source material. So I was always curious to check out the titles but I couldn’t play the games because I only had an original Xbox at the time,” he told Dexerto. “Fast forward to 2016, after seeing the reveal trailer for RE7 at Sony’s E3 conference, I decided to purchase all the games and play through them all before the release of RE7. I enjoyed the franchise and the characters so much that I wanted to try out cosplaying as them!” Letting his creativity run wild, he’s created a staggering 15 cosplays in total! View this post on Instagram And it won’t stop there. The future looks bright for fans of insane Resident Evil cosplays, because plutonia has a lot more up his sleeve. Writing that “the reactions [to the cosplay] so far have been pretty good,” he teased that “another Leon costume from RE4 and a Chris Redfield costume from RE Village” are on the horizon. It doesn’t stop there, though, as he’s “also working on two more secret RE costumes” that he’ll reveal to the public soon. As we channel our inner Leon to try and work out which character he plans to bring to life next, be sure check out his terrifyingly tantalizing work on Twitter and Instagram!

  • Resident Evil 3 cosplayer takes on Nemesis as classic Jill Valentine – Dexerto

Resident Evil 3 cosplayer takes on Nemesis as classic Jill Valentine Enji Night, Instagram / CapcomThe Resident Evil 3 Remake has finally released, and fans are flocking to replay Capcom’s classic horror title in all it’s new, visual glory — and it seems that cosplayers are getting in on the hype, too. While players sink their teeth into Capcom’s reimagining of its ever-popular horror franchise, cosplayers are busy creating their own spins on the game’s iconic cast of characters such as Jill Valentine and Carlos Oliveira. Popular cosplayer Enji Night brought out her own take on the game’s female lead, Jill, who is so popular that she’s made appearances in other Capcom titles like Project X Zone and even Marvel vs Capcom 2. In the spirit of the Remake’s release, Enji put together Jill’s classic outfit from the original game, showing the character with her iconic bob cut, blue tube top, and miniskirt, even making sure to wrap a sweater around her waist. Although simple, Enji’s take on the costume is incredibly accurate to the original game, which has since switched up Jill’s look with a skort and comparatively mussed hair — although her design certainly retains its loyalty to the first RE3. The cosplayer also hinted that fans can expect more RE3 content from her in the near future, with her caption suggesting that she may recreate Jill’s new outfit from the Remake very soon. In fact, Enji admitted that she’s had this cosplay in the closet for a while, but decided to re-shoot the costume considering both her fans’ affinity for the character and the newly-released Remake. While players are all about her original outfit, the Remake also boasts another iconic look for Jill in her S.T.A.R.S. uniform, which clothes the character in a beret, trousers, tactical shoulder pads, and gloves. Despite Capcom’s attention to detail in their re-imagining of the original game, some fans have expressed outrage over their changes to Jill’s clothing — in particular, her miniskirt, which the Remake changed to a skort, as aforementioned. Jill’s Resident Evil 3 Pre-Order Costume IS NOT her original outfit. They changed her skirt to a skort. I guess the Ethics Department wins again… 🤦♀️ #ResidentEvil3 pic.twitter.com/24dbdYnyrA — Vara Dark (@Vara_Dark) April 3, 2020 Nevertheless, it seems that the Resident Evil 3 Remake is being met with acclaim across the series’ fanbase — just be sure to keep an eye out for Nemesis (and his new nose).

  • Red Ded Redemption cosplayers become real-life Arthur & Sadie Adler – Dexerto

Red Ded Redemption cosplayers become real-life Arthur & Sadie Adler Rockstar Games/Instagram: msskunkTwo incredible gaming cosplayers came together to create their own versions of Red Dead Redemption’s Arthur and Sadie Adler — and the photos look like they’re straight out of the game. The first Red Dead Redemption game came out in 2010 and immediately earned mass appeal, with the 2018 prequel keeping the franchise alive and fans flocking to the servers of the Western adventure game. As with every popular game, film or TV show, though, fans have all different ways of honoring their favorites, and cosplayers are no exception. We’ve seen some incredible cosplays in our time, but this one is really something special, with ‘maul_cosplay‘ creating his flawless take on protagonist Arthur Morgan. That’s not all, though, as he also recruited female cosplayer ‘msskunk’ as Sadie, bringing the fan-favorite couple to life. “RDR2 is my absolute favorite game and I think Arthur and Sadie should spend more time together,” maul said in his Instagram post. “That’s what the photos are about. Arthur and Sadie enjoying life and spending some quality time together.” Arthur and Sadie’s relationship was an important one in Red Dead Redemption, and it would have been interesting to see their story developed further, and fans are definitely interested in seeing what occurs between the two — and the cosplay really showcases that. Not to mention, the outfits and setting are literally spot-on, and it’s almost impossible to find any difference between this and the characters themselves. View this post on Instagram Both the photos and the cosplays themselves came out looking incredible, as if the characters were lifted right out of the game. Heck, you wouldn’t be laughed at for mistaking this for game art rather than just a photo of two cosplayers paying homage. This isn’t the first of maul’s cosplays to make waves, with some brilliant looks taken from the likes of Assassin’s Creed and Borderlands 3’s Zane. If you’re looking for great gaming cosplays, maul and msskunk might be one of the best places to look, since their attention to detail is sublime.

  • Pokemon trainer joins Team Aqua with perfect Grunt cosplay – Dexerto

Pokemon trainer joins Team Aqua with perfect Grunt cosplay The Pokemon CompanyPokemon cosplays are all over the internet — especially of some of the gym leaders. However this brilliant Team Aqua grunt cosplay shows there’s some merit to the small fry too. Unlike his game counterparts, this Team Aqua grunt definitely doesn’t look like a push over. Cosplaying gives people the opportunity to express love for fictional characters, while creating their own unique iteration. Often people express their affection for a beloved character of popularity, sourced from a recently release television show or new hit game. But in sparkaura’s case, he created his own iteration for one of the most neglected characters from one of the oldest generation of Pokemon: a Team Aqua Grunt. The cosplay is simple, yet impressive. Grunts are often seen as weak trainers. Their lackluster Pokemon, such as Poochyana and Zigzagoon often served as grind fodder for the player during. But one quick look at the cosplayer, and he’s clearly not weak. People on social media commended the cosplayer, commenting “I never thought I’d see such a jacked grunt! I love your cosplay, good sir!” Others recommend more cosplays, clearly enjoying their work: “You can also rock an Archie cosplay.” Archie is the head of Pokemon’s Team Aqua, thereby far more formidable than a normal Aqua grunt. In addition, Archie’s general physique would fit rather well with Spark’s. He replied “Archie was my first idea because I love his ORAS design but decided to keep it simple for my first time. Maybe next year!” For a first go at cosplaying it is a very great showing, so here’s to hoping Spark will continue bringing the Pokemon community more cosplays.

  • Pokemon cosplayers blast off with impressive Team Rocket getup – Dexerto

Pokemon cosplayers blast off with impressive Team Rocket getup A cosplay duo pulled off a near-perfect incarnation of Team Rocket from the Pokemon anime with some of the best wig work ever. Cosplayers “Ryoko Demon” and “Reidoll” teamed up to bring the anime antagonists to life – and the end result was pure 90’s euphoria. Ryoko took the part of Jesse, and managed to design the perfect R-shaped hair curve to resemble the character from the show. Of course, natural hair would have a difficult time bending the laws of physics like this, but Ryoko managed to make it work with an assist from a wig. Meanwhile, Reidoll took the role of James, and matched her counterpart with a similar look and dynamic, sharp purple hair. Redditor “joshuahanslow17” uploaded a photo of the duo to the website where many users were blown away by the concept. “The Jesse wig is Incredible!” one user replied. “I’ve never seen the Jesse hair done right. That is fantastic!” another said. https://www.instagram.com/p/BQsxT7Igy4H/ Some were impressed with the fact that Reidoll included a purple belt with her James cosplay, something that many seem to overlook when they design their costumes. While the clothing itself is relatively simple – white tops and pants with the iconic Rocket R in the middle – the look is incredibly clean, and could easily look to be ripped right from a living room TV set to a kids television station in the mid-90’s. There are even more photos of the two in action on Ryoko Demon’s Instagram, including a pic where both cosplayers up the ante by donning traditional Japanese clothing. https://www.instagram.com/p/BnYs-MgAuDK/ In the anime, the Team Rocket duo, aided by their talking Meowth, are often seen trying to steal rare Pokemon and main protagonist Ash’s Pikachu. They also have many comic relief scenes that include the antagonists dressing up in outfits, such as the clothing seen above. If there ever ends up being a live-action Pokemon movie in search of Team Rocket, these two cosplayers may be just the right people to play the roles.

Cosplayer Maguma Usagi showed off his jaw-dropping outfit of the character on his social media, as the talented artist dressed up as the beloved Pokemon trainer at this year’s MagFest, which was held in Washington County, MD. Striking the character’s iconic Charizard pose, the cosplay artist put his full costume on display, showing off the intricate details that went into faithfully recreating the trainer’s outfit, from his flowing cape, to the iconic baseball cap that looks like a crown with the bill flipped up. https://www.instagram.com/p/B63engKDSdD/ As if the incredible costume wasn’t enough, he also recorded a video embodying the character, and even handed out Galar League endorsements from the game to festival goers that found him at the event. https://www.instagram.com/p/B63nz_kDigz/ Maguma is the closest we’ve seen to someone being a dead ringer for the Champion, looking exactly how we would imagine a live action version of the trainer to look like. The skilled artist teamed up with photographer Arsenio Dev for another photoset that showed him in various poses from the game, as he captured Leon’s spirit by flicking his cape behind him as he readies up for battle. “”It’s time give the people what they want! Pokemon cosplayer readies for The Isle of Armor in Victor’s new outfit Nintendo/Instagram/splgumCosplayer SPLgum showed he is ready for the Pokemon Sword and Shield expansion, The Isle of Armor, with an outfit based around Victor’s new dojo look. In The Isle of Armor expansion, Victor’s appearance changes drastically from his traditional attire or Gym uniform. Now, his hair is tied back in a bun of sorts, and his attire is now black and yellow colored. SPLgum went out of his way to completely match protagonist Victor’s new look. From the hair, hoodie, gloves and even socks – he looks like the game character brought to life. In the artwork used for inspiration, Victor wears a hoodie that covers a t-shirt with a logo on it due to the way the character is positioned. SPLgum matched the stance and as a result, it’s like staring into a mirror. Additionally, the cosplayer nailed Victor’s knee pads, which have Pokeball logos on them, as well as the belt with red and blue stripes and the white gloves. https://www.instagram.com/p/CAV4CcKjkoW/ Taking to Instagram, the cosplayer revealed that the outfit took a bit longer than expected: “I was supposed to be finished with this way back on March 21.” According to SPLgum, he couldn’t get the materials he needed in time and, at one point, even lost the knee pads, which “took almost forever to do.” That all said, the cosplay is complete and very well-done. That’s not all either – SPL said he plans on improving and upgrading the outfit once the current global issues are over and done with: “I’ll upgrade this outfit to the next level!” In the past, SPLgum had done plenty of other Pokemon-themed cosplays including Gym Leader Brawly, Team Yell Grunt and Ash from the anime. With The Crown Tundra expansion still to come, hopefully the cosplayer has more Victor outfits up his sleeve in the future.
