Kill la Kill cosplayer goes viral as perfect Ryuko Matoi Instagram: @sanet.cosplay / TriggerPopular cosplayer Sanet has gone viral again after she cosplayed Ryuko Matoi from Kill la Kill. It has already left thousands of fans in awe and the momentum isn’t slowing down anytime soon. Kill la Kill released way back in 2013 and only ran for 24 episodes and an OVA. However, its bizarre yet powerful story and memorable characters still resonate with fans all these years later. It revolves around a strong-willed 17-year-old girl named Ryuko Matoi who is on a quest to find out who killed her dad. Along the way, she crosses paths with Satsuki Kiryuin, the fearless student council president of Honnouji Academy, and her mother’s evil fashion empire. It doesn’t sound too crazy, right? Well, here’s the kicker. Ryuko, Satsuki, and other characters all gain special powers from their clothes, which seem to have their own personalities. Ryuko’s outfit looks like something between a Japanese high-school outfit and a navy sailor uniform. However, it’s technically an entity named Senketsu who serves as a deuteragonist in the show. Ryuko is a popular choice among cosplayers. It’s simple enough to pull off, but it always looks awesome. However, a popular cosplayer named Sanet decided to give it a shot, and like all her other stuff, it looks incredible. Now, she’s back at it again, and this time she’s come up with a phenomenal version of Kill la Kill’s Ryuko Matoi. “I won’t sacrifice the lives of others to achieve my goal,” she said, referring to an iconic quote. “Fav girl makes a comeback! I really missed cosplaying Ryuko so I quickly finished up making her accessories and did a shoot the other day!” View this post on Instagram Sanet’s cosplay is flawless from head to toe. She nailed everything from the hair, glove, and props, to the outfit and pose. It’s a splitting image of the original character in every way, and it’s left her fans speechless. She wanted to include some outside shots but said it was too cold to wear a skirt in ice-cold weather. Still, the sleek purple, black, and red background is a nice touch. It adds a sense of atmosphere to the piece. The cosplay has already racked up more than 5,000 likes and 72 comments, and those numbers will keep on rising. It’s another day in the office for Sanet, and she hit the ball right out of the park.

Kill la Kill cosplayer stamps her authority as perfect Satsuki Kiryuin – Dexerto
Kill la Kill cosplayer stamps her authority as perfect Satsuki Kiryuin Heather Highlander / TriggerKill la Kill’s Satsuki Kiryuin starts as an antagonist but slowly becomes a powerful heroine and one of the most awesome characters in the show, and one cosplayer wanted to pay her respects. [jwplayer 7oUVaTrP] Kill la Kill was a breakout show back in 2013, and it’s been a smash-hit among fans and cosplayers ever since. It mixes a bizarre and interesting plot about humans and their clothes with an absurd amount of action and character development. The show revolves around protagonist Ryuko Matoi, who wants to find out who killed her father and kill them. However, when she arrives at Honnoji Academy, she encounters an equally powerful woman, Satsuki Kiryuin, who rules the school. Satsuki Kiryuin isn’t evil, but she is a firm believer in authority and obedience. For that reason, she leads her people with an unwavering iron fist. Some of them worship her, while others fear her. A cosplayer named Heather Highlander falls in the second category of people. She is a firm believer in Satsuki Kiruyin’s ways and paid her respects by flawlessly transforming into her from top to bottom. Heather’s version of Satsuki Kiryuin’s military-themed uniform is the best one yet. The blue and goals seams interlace over the white in perfect harmony, and the spangled shoulder pads round it off nicely. View this post on Instagram Of course, let’s not forget about the raven-colored hair and bushy eyebrows sitting above her bright-blue eyes, which are on point too. Heather has even worked them in unison to pull of Satsuki Kiryuin’s trademark furious scowl. However, the highlight is definitely the Secret Sword Bakuzan, complete with a white hilt and guard and black blade. Satsuki Kiriyuin is a master swordsman, and her infamous sword is powerful enough to compete with Ryuko Matoi’s Scissor Blade. View this post on Instagram Kill la Kill fans might still have a divided opinion on Satsuki Kiryuin, even after she turns good. However, everyone can agree that Heather Highlander’s cosplay captures her looks and attitude to perfection. Kill la Kill is still one of the most talked-about anime all these years later, and characters like Satsuki Kiryuin played an important part in that.

Kayyybearxo debuts stunningly accurate Fortnite Calamity cosplay – Dexerto
Kayyybearxo debuts stunningly accurate Fortnite Calamity cosplay Instagram: Kayyybearxo/Epic GamesFortnite fans may not have the Apex Legends, Overwatch, and League of Legends – but there hasn’t been the number of cosplays that you might expect from a game with the massive popularity of Fortnite. However, that tide might be changing. Popular cosplayer Kayyybearxo, who has donned a wide variety of incredible looking cosplays in the past, has given an impressive take on one of Season 6’s most popular skins. 600Kayyybear becomes Calamity The cosplayer took on the form of the Calamity skin from Fortnite Season 6. Steering clear of the detailed cowboy hat and coat that was later incorporated in the game’s outfit, Kayyybear decided to stick with the base Calamity costume. That’s not to play down her efforts, however. The cosplay is still incredibly well done and matches the character almost perfectly by including the signature white t-shirt, jean cut shorts, brown cowboy hat with a white ring detail, and a bandana wrapped around the knee area on the left leg. The look was topped off with dyed pink hair, which she showed off a side-by-side comparison, showing what proved to be the inspiration for the look right next to her impressive recreation. As ever, Kayyybearxo killed the cosplay look and received a ton of compliments from fans who pretty much all noted just how accurate she portrayed the popular skin. The Instagram model has had her fair share of critics in the past who have taken issue with the fact that she does alternative ‘lewd’ versions of characters during her cosplay sessions. It’s already clear that the negative comments won’t dismay her for future cosplays.

Karrigan Taylor unveils incredible Alita: Battle Angel manga cosplay – Dexerto
Karrigan Taylor unveils incredible Alita: Battle Angel manga cosplay Cosplayer Karrigan Taylor unveiled her take for the titular cyborg from the classic manga Battle Angel Alita, giving the character an incredible take that’s fit for the new age. Even though the manga came out in the early 1990s, the story has been redone in various forms, including a popular OVA as well as a blockbuster movie produced by visionary director James Cameron. While those interpretations definitely paint the cybernetic Hunter-Warrior in terrific light, Alita truly comes alive when skillful cosplayers like Taylor transform themselves into the character which brings a unique feel to the rendition. 600The cosplayer revealed her Alita cosplay on Instagram, stunning her audience with what seems to be a simple take to the character – that is until you closely examine her finesse with the makeup. For the body of the design, Taylor put on a bodysuit which covers Alita’s black torso along with her purple cybernetic arms to match. 700While some might think the cosplay is straightforward, Alita’s original design is really simplistic, since the hard part arguably lies in pulling off the character’s giant eyes while making them look natural to the cosplayer. With that in mind, Taylor used a combination of Circle lenses and a meticulous makeup alone that the cosplayer said took her about an hour to get right. Who loves Alita? Go follow my tiktok, we are getting so close to 200k – https://t.co/5crQuS78rz pic.twitter.com/FTxKAkNXyF — Karrigan Taylor (@karrigantaylor) November 5, 2019 “I have makeup on, professional lighting and Circle lenses,” she said, explaining what it took to pull of the cosplay. “I worked pretty hard to give my eyes that big effect and it took me an hour to do the eye makeup alone.” The effort definitely paid off as people were loving the final outcome of her cosplay, seeing how she managed to nail the smaller details of the character. “Too accurate to the point I thought this was CGI,” one fan wrote. “Love it.” There were some who thought the cosplayer could have added a bit of flair by adding some foam to the mechanical bits of the suit. But as far as most people were concerned Taylor looked battle-ready with how her cosplay turned out.

While Square Enix’s looter shooter doesn’t satisfy everyone, one of the aspects of the game that’s received the most praise is its stunning graphics. In our Outriders review, we praised the game’s high-quality environments and accessories, but it turns out that there’s an artistic community blossoming around the title that’s equally as impressive. Leading the real-life Outriders is cosplayer Svetlana ‘Kamui’ Quindt , whose past endeavors such as her Demonic Brigitte and Monster Hunter Rise-inspired armor have stunned cosplay fans everywhere. Kamui creates stunning Outriders cosplay The cosplay queen has created a set of futuristic armor that would blend seamlessly into Outriders’ chaotic dystopian universe. With leather panels and gauntlets embellished with the iconic Outriders logo, the outfit looks as though it’s been sewn together by one of the planet’s huge space cowhides. There’s also a khaki cape-style hood draped over her shoulders, held together by a metal skeleton that frames her collar bone. What stands out, though, is her recreation of the game’s Legendary light machine gun, the Grim Marrow. With skeletal ribs wrapping around the glowing internal fleshy structure, Kamui has perfectly encapsulated the weapon’s macabre beauty. Smudgy black eyeshadow also highlights her eyes, and it looks as though she’s walked straight out of the game’s character creator into the real world. Kakegurui cosplayer shows off jaw-dropping take on Yumeko Jabami – Dexerto
Kakegurui cosplayer shows off jaw-dropping take on Yumeko Jabami Instagram: Queen_Jelz / MAPPAA Kakegurui fan has revealed an incredible cosplay of the anime’s main character, bringing the ‘Compulsive Gambler’ to life with a perfect version of Yumeko Jabami. Kakegurui started life as a manga back in 2014 but became so popular that it was adapted into an anime and then a live-action drama in 2018, as fans around the world became obsessed with the show and its larger-than-life characters. The series follows the story of Yumeko Jabami who is a student at Hyakkaou Private Academy, a school that’s home to the children of Japan’s richest and most influential people. While most school stories see the classmates ranked by popularity, academic performance, or athletic talent, there is only one thing that determines who sits at the top of Hyakkaou, and that’s their gambling skills. The upbeat and charismatic Kakegurui character always attracts the affection of her classmates around her, but don’t be fooled, that doesn’t mean she takes it easy when the chips are down. She is seen placing high-risk bets throughout the series but never takes it too hard when they don’t pay off. Yumeko’s personality and never-say-die attitude instantly turned her into a fan-favorite for viewers of the show, and cosplayer and YouTuber ‘queen_jelz’ is clearly a fan, showing off a fantastic take on the character. Jabami is instantly recognizable to fans of the show, with her long black hair flowing all the way down her back, with bangs and two long strands coming down either side of her face. The character wears the standard Hyakkou Private Academy uniform, which includes a red blazer with black trim, a white dress shirt, and a dark pleated skirt to finish off the look. She’s often seen wearing pink lipstick, and almost always sports red fingernails, painted to match her uniform. Jelz’ cosplay certainly looks identical to the character, with her uniform looking almost identical to the one the character sports in the series, and even captioned the image with one of Yumeko’s catchphrases, “Let’s get our gambling freak on!” Fans of the anime were definitely impressed by the cosplay, with one commenter calling the look “gorgeous,” while another rated it 10/10 before saying that would “definitely play blackjack” with her. Kakegurui has run for two series in anime form, but fans hoping for a third season may have a wait on their hands, with no release date on the horizon.

Kakegurui cosplayer hits the jackpot with incredible Mary Saotome outfit – Dexerto
Kakegurui cosplayer hits the jackpot with incredible Mary Saotome outfit Instagram/virtualfoxcosplay/MAPPAA Kakegurui fan decided to up the ante with her take on the anime’s primary protagonist Mary Saotome with an impressive outfit that looks like it’s ripped right from Hyakkaou Private Academy. In a series of photos, Virtual Fox Cosplay showed off her uniform, that she ended up wearing to a few conventions. The attire consists of the default school uniform, dawned by many students and gamblers at the academy which consists of a red blazer over a button-up shirt and gray skirt. Virtual Fox also included the black stockings and brown shoes to complete the ensemble. https://www.instagram.com/p/B8uNQ9UDzth/ The real element that conveys Mary, however, is her long blonde hair, and Virtual Fox took the extra effort to make sure it was properly implemented with a well-crafted wig. Finally, just the right amount of makeup and dark yellow contacts separate their take on Mary from other potential students. In some photos, the Kakegurui fan poses with fellow cosplayer Cobalt Cosplay, and together they look ripped right from the pages of the manga. https://www.instagram.com/p/B-NSRCkjZO5/ With Cobalt dressed as the show’s star Yumeko Jabami the two hit it off and look ready to team up at either the poker table or an elaborately complicated gamble. “We want to gamble more and more!” Virtual Fox captioned one of the photos of the two girls sitting side-by-side. In addition to Mary, Virtual Fox has also dressed up as Demon Slayer’s Nezuko, Touka from Tokyo Ghoul, and 2B from Nier Automata. https://www.instagram.com/p/B-KpxR4jtKg/ Unfortunately, a third season of Kakegurui has yet to be announced, but if it eventually does come out, we can probably bet on seeing even more cosplays from both Fox and Cobalt. As for who they will cosplay as, with so many options, the sky is the limit.

Kakegurui cosplayer hits the jackpot as stunning Yumeko Jabami – Dexerto
Kakegurui cosplayer hits the jackpot as stunning Yumeko Jabami Sanet Cosplay / Square EnixYumeko Jabami is the main character of popular anime series ‘Kakegurui,’ and cosplaying pro ‘Sanet Cosplay’ has gone all-in to bring the compulsive gambler to life. In Kakegurui, Yumeko Jabami flips the tables of Hyakkaou Private Academy by outplaying the school’s prestigious, oft-cruel students in the gambling circuit that determines their unrepentant caste system. In the real world, Sanet has flipped the script on the Kakegurui cosplay community by revamping her Yumeko look and adding a slew of props to complement the sophisticated aesthetic offered by her spot-on outfit, colored contact lenses and true-to-the-anime makeup. https://www.instagram.com/p/CAyQVyxjWh5/ Yumeko transfers to Hyakkaou and immediately makes an impact on the school’s shady scene. As beautiful as she is crafty, the schoolgirl brings big money and bigger intuitiveness to the table—shaking up the system manipulated by a high-class student body to win money and, when debts go too far, slaves. But far from an easily turned “doggy” or “kitty” (as the school’s gambling circuit dubs its male and female slaves, respectively), Yumeko is a talented, unfazed gambler. Sanet’s cosplay perfectly embodies that, with piercing red eyes, a poised demeanor and a slew of playing cards surrounding her—much like the consequential games surrounding the manga-turned-show’s school. https://www.instagram.com/p/CA3aAYRjwb3/ Sanet’s earlier caption for this look included one of Yumeko’s more emotive quotes: “Doubt, anger, despair. You must feel as if you could scream, am I right?” But she also took a moment to appreciate her fans for being “absolute simps for Yumeko Jabami.” Given the current movement for human rights, she shifted tone in her most recent caption for the look—noting that she is “trying to stay positive and keep cosplaying, because it’s something that truly makes me happy.” While it’s vital to amplify and support the movement, it’s also important to take the time for self-care so that people don’t get burnt out. With Sanet’s commitment to the important issues spanning her sharing important resources and providing a platform for other Black cosplayers, it’s vital that she is also taking the time to continue doing things that make her happy, too. And fans of Kakegurui or cosplay will absolutely not complain if one of those things just happens to be recreating Yumeko to perfection.

Kakegurui cosplayer gambles big as Student Council President Kirari – Dexerto
Kakegurui cosplayer gambles big as Student Council President Kirari Instagram/pearlipink/MAPPAA Kakegurui cosplayer has done a wonderful job at recreating the look of the series antagonist, Student Council President Kirari Momobami, and she looks ripped right from the anime. Kakegurui is easily one of the most popular newer animes. The series mostly takes place in Hyakkaou Private Academy, a school with a whole caste system centered around gambling. At the top of the food chain is Kirari Momobami. Despite her good looks and rather relaxed demeanor, she is a skilled gambler with a psychotic personality who always seems to have an ace up her sleeve. Cosplayer pearlipink did a fantastic job at replicating the look of the anime villain, matching her airbrushed face, knotted hair, and icy cold lipstick. https://www.instagram.com/p/CKnOogXgBG0/ Everything from Kirari’s school attire to even her pose seems on point with this cosplayer, who seems to very much be embodying the character. Pearlipink also nailed the antagonist’s eyes, which have this eerie blue gaze. Definitely, the kind of poker face that will leave you guessing what she’s holding. Not the type of person you want to meet in a night out at the casino. The cosplayer even posted a little makeup tutorial and listed all of the products she used to come up with her incredible look. Some of the items listed include NYX Born to Glow concealer, NYX Epic Ink Liner, and face paint for the lips and eyebrows. https://www.instagram.com/p/CKj9etHruCO/ If that wasn’t enough, pearlipink was also able to pull off the look of series star Yumeko Jabami with her lush black hair and a seductive smile that is bound to make unsuspecting victims put their chips in the middle. It’s quite clear that she has a lot of talent as a cosplayer and does a fantastic job at bringing the anime to life. Unfortunately, there is no sign that a third season of the anime is happening, despite its success. That said, should it ever return, we fully expect pearlipink to up the ante and showcase yet another cosplay featuring characters from the show.

Kakegurui cosplayer deals a winning hand as Kirari Momobami – Dexerto
Kakegurui cosplayer deals a winning hand as Kirari Momobami Instagram/shiokuro_/MAPPAKakegurui is one of the most popular gambling anime since its debut in 2017. Due to its success, many cosplays have popped up paying homage to the series’ colorful characters, such as its primary antagonist Kirari Momobami. Instagram cosplayer “shiokuro” has been gaining recognition for her takes on characters from such series as Black Butler, SINoALICE and more. However, her take on Kirari may be one of her absolute best works to date. Hyakkaou Private Academy’s Student Council President is best known for two very important appearance elements: her gray knotted hair and blue lips. The rest of her attire resembles what is worn by the other members of the school like protagonist Yumeko Jabami. https://www.instagram.com/p/B7UyG8-DFaO/ Amazingly, shiokuro absolutely nailed the president’s facial features. With green contacts to match her eyes, the model added the perfect shade of lipstick and hair to mimick the fan-favorite villain. As part of numerous photoshoots, shiokuro posed in scenes that look ripped right from the anime or manga itself. For instance, in one photo, she leans up against a railing in a fancy-looking library of sorts. In another, the model lies on her back while holding the ace of hearts while surrounded by poker chips and other playing cards. https://www.instagram.com/p/B7qdUyinSUi/ In the show, Momobami is known for her top-tier poker skills, as seen in the anime’s second season, “Kakegurui XX.” Another great shot features shiokuro at a carnival, with bright lights beaming from a game in the background adding to the atmosphere. You can imagine some sort of gambling is about to happen, given the setting. While a third season of Kakegurui has yet to be announced, there’s no doubt that the series has enough big fans to continue on – especially considering that the second season ended on a cliffhanger. https://www.instagram.com/p/B3UNkp0oeF3/ Hopefully, fans will get some news on another season of the anime very soon, but until then, at least there are cosplayers willing to bring the series and its characters to life. Considering the skill of her high-stakes costume, there’s no telling what other characters from the gambling anime shiokuro has up her sleeve for future cosplays.

However, a cosplay from K-Pop icon Amber Liu absolutely nails Jett’s appearance, body language and general moody personality. Pictured with Jett’s iconic silvery blue hair whilst balancing a floating knife controlled by the wind, the cosplay is perfect from top to bottom. The post attracted an impressive 296k likes on Instagram, as well as 5.5k likes on Twitter and over 800 retweets. Let’s get these idiots 🌪💨🎃👻 Thank you @AKAredstar for the amazing cosplay! Redstar for her Jett inspired outfit, it’s clear that Yuto’s attention to detail is unrivalled. Another picture sees April alongside Watchvenn host Emily Ghoul who is rocking a particularly impressive Sage cosplay. Both women look like they’re ready to take Bind by storm and make their enemies’ lives a living nightmare. Will Amber cosplay again? So from K-Pop legend to Valorant cosplayer, Amber Liu clearly has it all. Will we see more cosplays in the future? Who knows. Amber certainly seemed to enjoy this experience, with her caption reading “wind, show me where the boba is.” Only time will tell, but maybe we’ll see more Valorant pieces out of Amber. Only time will tell, but even if it isn’t Valorant we certainly want to see more from Korea’s resident pop queen.

Jujutsu Kaisen cosplayer lets darkness take over as sadistic villain Mahito – Dexerto
Jujutsu Kaisen cosplayer lets darkness take over as sadistic villain Mahito Instagram: @xxerxes_ / Viz MediaJujutsu Kaisen cosplays are taking over social media, but while most focus on the show’s heroes, a creative cosplayer named Xxerxes wanted to give Mahito, a sadistic villain, some love. Jujutsu Kaisen has enjoyed a meteoric rise in popularity since its release in 2020, which is no surprise since the Weekly Shōnen Jump manga it’s based on is one of the best-selling manga series of all time. Fans can’t get enough of the show’s dark and twisted but magnetizing story and characters. However, it’s hard to love the villains, especially when they’re as cruel and sadistic as Mahito. He’s an unregistered Special Grade Cursed Spirit whose ultimate goal is to abolish humanity and replace them with cursed spirits like himself. Cosplayer Xxerxes stunned her fans with an incredible take on the cold-blooded villain. She was kind enough to tell us what motivated her to do it, and which character she’d like to cosplay next. “I’m keen on bad characters,” she said, simply put. And it’s the honest truth. If you search through her profile, you’ll see Ryomen Sukuna, the main villain from the show, as well as Princess Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender and more. But her love for villains isn’t the only reason why she did it. Xxerxes admitted that, as a character, Mahito was “amazing” in his role. And she’s not wrong. After being introduced early in Episode 7, Mahito leaves a lasting impact that makes your skin crawl every time he appears on the screen. She captured that, and more, in a stunning transformation that’s attracted many likes and comments from fans who described it as “amazing” and “absolutely stunning.” The hair, eyes, scars, clothes, and of course, the presence of one of Sukuna’s fingers, are all perfect. View this post on Instagram Xxerxes’ take on Mahito was as good as it gets, and a huge win for fans who love villains. However, she plans to switch back over to the good side for her next Jujutsu Kaisen cosplay. “I’m planning to do Maki Zenin,” she said, explaining that the major supporting character is “incredible” despite not having cursed energy. Instead, she’s a specialist in weapons and uses Cursed Tools to take down foes. If it’s anything like her Mahito cosplay, it’s bound to be amazing.

Jujutsu Kaisen cosplayer hits nail on the head as Nobara Kugisaki – Dexerto
Jujutsu Kaisen cosplayer hits nail on the head as Nobara Kugisaki Viz Media / Instagram: Akemy SamaAkemy Sama is a perfectionist when it comes to her cosplays, and she absolutely nailed her take on Nobara Kugisaki, the hammer-wielding tritagonist in the smash hit anime Jujutsu Kaisen. Like most anime derived from manga featured in Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump, Jujutsu Kaisen has an interesting mix of good and evil characters that come in all shapes, sizes, and power levels. Nobara Kugisaki is a first-year jujutsu sorcerer student at Tokyo Jujutsu High and one of the main characters alongside Yuji Itadori and Megumi Fushiguro. And like them, she’s no slouch on the battlefield. In addition to having high reserves of cursed energy, Nobara’s main jujutsu sorcery technique involves her using jujutsu through a set of tools, including a hammer, nails, and a straw doll. Akemy Sama is a massive fan of the show, as evidenced by her viral take on Ryomen Sukuna, the sadistic King of the Curses that lives inside the show’s main protagonist, Yuji Itadori – hence the uncanny resemblance. But this time, she transformed into the confident and brash Nobara, and to surprise, it turned out great. “This was one of the cosplays that I didn’t even think I would do so soon, but @oni.cosplaystore gave me a great opportunity to debut it in style with the wig they sent me already styled!” she said. “I hope you like it because I love Nobara so much!” We absolutely loved it. It’s got every part of the jujutsu school uniform down pat, from the dark blue button-down jacket to the long matching skirt, black stockings, brown shoes, and brown belt that holds her tools. And the hammer crafted by @kaigam.cos rounded it off perfectly. View this post on Instagram We’re not the only ones who loved it. 7,500 mindblown fans also liked her post and flooded it with endless praise. Akemy Sama has 35,000 followers on Instagram. It’s because her cosplays are out of this world. If you’d like to support her, you can do so on ko-fi by clicking here.

Jujutsu Kaisen cosplayer goes viral as sadistic Sukuna with female twist – Dexerto
Jujutsu Kaisen cosplayer goes viral as sadistic Sukuna with female twist Viz MediaA versatile cosplayer’s incredible take on Sukuna from Jujutsu Kaisen, with a genderbent twist, has gone viral after fans lost their minds over how good it looks. Jujutsu Kaisen has many odd and interesting characters. However, Ryomen Sukuna is perhaps the most feared one. Described as “The King of Curses,” he is the main villain in the story and is known for his exceptional power and sadistic behavior. He also — for now — lives inside the body of the show’s protagonist Itadori Yuji. The supernatural appearance of Yuji while Sukuna has taken over his body is quite the site to see. He looks just like the protagonist, but with spiky pink hair and a second set of eyes. Akemy Sama decided to transform herself into the antagonist, and she nailed it. Her cosplay included all the details mentioned above, as well as a black crop-top with blue jeans. The black marks, pink hair, and red eyes complement each other perfectly to strike fear in the hearts of her foes, much to the adoration of her fans. “I’m in love with Jujutsu Kaisen, and I love to cosplay villains,” she said. “I decided to cut my old Zero Two’s wig and cosplay a female version of Sukuna. I hope you like it!” View this post on Instagram The comments section is filled with people who can’t believe how good it looks, and their enthusiasm and praise echo in the eyes of 8,000 other people who liked the post. Jujutsu Kaisen cosplays are on the rise thanks to the anime’s brilliant first season, and Akemy Sama’s brilliant take on Sukuna is one of many exciting ones that have been popping up.

Jujutsu Kaisen cosplayer channels Cursed Energy as Satoru Gojo – Dexerto
Jujutsu Kaisen cosplayer channels Cursed Energy as Satoru Gojo MAPPA, Instagram: weiann_vannOne of Jujutsu Kaisen’s most iconic characters is Satoru Gojo, the mysterious teacher at Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College. One cosplayer has brought the sorcerer to life with an insane outfit. It’s safe to say that the anime universe beautifully intertwines with the cosplay scene. With a whole host of characters and iconic titles, the Japanese cartoon genre has become a global phenomenon. Jujutsu Kaisen has become one of the most popular animes of 2020, and has dominated streaming website Crunchyroll for the last few months. The fantasy series features one character that has managed to attract quite a bit of attention though, and that’s Satoru Gojo, teacher and Jujutsu Sorcerer extraodinare. A magical Satoru cosplay One of the reasons that cosplayers have flocked to Gojo is his unique style, which sees his eyes covered by a black eyemask. An outfit posted on Instagram by weian_vann (Vann) really brings the character to life though. Not only is the outfit a perfect replica, Vann has nailed the iconic silver hair that has become so synonymous with the Cursed Energy master. There’s a sense of foreboding around him though, and we can imagine the anime-style purple smoke kicking up around him to imply that he’s not one to mess with. The first image sees him posed on a backward chair in a stature that’s both playful yet menacing. https://www.instagram.com/p/CJF1O_DLMv0/?igshid=r2jt965qt46l Fans are obsessed The Chinese cosplayer’s image has almost 62k likes, and the comment section is filled with a whole host of Jujutsu fans heaping praise upon him for being able to bring the iconic character to life. One fan has written “NO WAYYYYY MY HEARTTTT,” reacting in a similar way to many of the sorcerer’s lovestruck students. Another fan commented on Vann’s masterful recreation of Gojo’s iconic silver hair, asking “Wow! How long did it take to get the hair like that? It looks great!” A final commenter praised the entire outfit, writing that Vann “did so good” and that the cosplay “looks so realistic!” So it’s safe to say that fans are really loving Vann’s rendition of Gojo, because not only does he perfectly recreate the outfit but he really becomes the character. As the anime progresses it’ll be exciting to see if he does any more magical cosplays, but in the mean time we can happily swoon away over this one!

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure cosplayer wreaks havoc as Golden Wind’s Diavolo – Dexerto
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure cosplayer wreaks havoc as Golden Wind’s Diavolo A skilled cosplayer took antagonist Diavolo from JoJo Bizarre Adventure’s fifth manga story arc Golden Wind and transformed him into a real-life work of art that will have fans swooning. In the show and the manga, Diavolo is Golden Wind’s main adversary, and is known to be the boss of the drug-dealing gang Passione. He constantly wreaks havoc by trying to keep his identity a secret, and has an obsession with erasing any trace of himself from history. Despite his menacing personality, people love him, and cosplay artist Kat from Angelic Daze Cosplay is no different – they decided to bring the villain to the real world with a stunning take on the aggressive mafia character. JoJo’s Diavolo comes to life One of the boss’s most iconic features is his leopard-patterned pink hair that falls just below his shoulders and is parted to the side – something that the artist managed to pull off seamlessly with a perfectly styled wig. The character’s other prominent element is his outfit that consists of a shirt of sorts made from mesh wiring that attaches to the belt with long chainlinks across the torso, and his pants also stand out with their vibrant purple color. Kat completely nails his threads with their look, and even posed with some black ropes in the shot to tie everything together, and to make it appear as though the antagonist had jumped right out of the TV screen itself. https://www.instagram.com/p/B657pkanJvl/ Another photograph shows the Golden Wind adversary in a different pose – this time with his chest on display. As the character’s outfit is so skimpy with his mesh “shirt” and belt chains, it’s only natural that in the show and the manga, his muscles are always out for the world to see. The cosplayer managed to achieve the boss’s impeccable pecs by using a bodysuit and then applying extra body paint to make them stand out more – something that obviously paid off. While Diavolo’s appearance is very intricately detailed, the artist pulls off every element perfectly, and their design makes for the perfect real-life portrayal of the mafia boss. https://www.instagram.com/p/B5S5ve2nk24/ Kat’s cosplay designs have proven to be a hit with many, as their Instagram account boasts a decent 26,300 followers at this time of writing. Not only is their representation of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure great, they’ve also created amazing designs from other popular anime such as Studio Ghibli’s Howl’s Moving Castle, and Sailor Moon.

JK Rowling in awe at enchanting Harry Potter cosplay – Dexerto
JK Rowling in awe at enchanting Harry Potter cosplay Instagram: yosoyklee / Twitter: jk_rowlingIt’s every cosplayer’s dream to get recognition from the creators of the look that inspired their work – but there are very few bigger than Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling. Harry Potter was, and remains to this day, a global literary phenomenon unlike any we’ve seen in modern times. It inspired a whole generation of readers, writers and, more pertinent here, cosplayers. Many a fancy-dress party has seen the likes of Harry, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger in attendance, celebrating their love for the franchise – but now one of them has caught JK Rowling’s eye, who gave the best appraisal ever. On April 15, yosoyklee (real name Kaliyah Danielle) shared her Slytherin look on Twitter, particularly using make-up to full-effect to provide a unique take on the stereotypical Slytherin student. A mixture of black and gold eyeshadow formed the base of the look, with sinister-looking clouds surrounding one eye, while the other adorned a fantastically-recreated Dark Mark, the tattoo every one of Voldemort’s Death Eaters get inscribed onto their left forearm. The artwork and combination of black, green and gold caught Rowling’s attention, who told yosoyklee that “Slytherin never looked so good,” the highest of praise she could have received from the best-selling author. Kaliyah even whipped out a replica Severus Snape wand for the occasion, proving her allegiance to the house of Salazar Slytherin with a homage to the late Hogwarts Headmaster. It’s not often cosplayers gain recognition from the creators of the inspiration behind their look, so Danielle will no doubt be seriously excited by the praise, especially considering how many Slytherin cosplays Rowling must have seen in her time. While Harry Potter fans eagerly await more content, spin-off film series Fantastic Beasts will be getting a third installment, with an expected release date of November 12, 2021.

Jessica Nigri’s Black Hole-chan cosplay is out of this world – Dexerto
Jessica Nigri’s Black Hole-chan cosplay is out of this world Instagram: jessicanigriIn recent weeks, Nigri has appeared as Overwatch’s Mercy and as Jon Snow from Game of Thrones, much to the delight of her fans. Now, Nigri has tackled Black Hole-chan, an image that first began circulating back in 2015. What is Black Hole-chan? Black Hole-chan is an anthropomorphization of a black hole, essentially meaning that someone created an image of what a black hole would look like if it was a person. The earliest known picture of Black Hole-chan first appeared in December 2015, but the image and the idea didn’t really begin to see traction until late 2017, when it started to circulate online. Black Hole-chan disappeared again for another year, but burst into the limelight of internet fame when astronomers released the first image of a real black hole, located in a distant galaxy. Jessica Nigri’s Black Hole-Chan cosplay With Black Hole-chan becoming popular again after the release of the black hole image, Nigri decided to create a cosplay based around the idea of the humanized space-mass. Nigri went with the same orange and black colors featured in the real picture of the black hole, wearing a black wig with orange streaks, matching her makeup which saw her utilize orange eyeshadow and black lipstick. A luminous halo sits on her head, while a pair of orange horns spike out of her hair, giving a dangerous feel to the cosplay that matches the sheer power of black hole itself. The cosplay comes with two separate outfits, a long plank dress and a micro bikini, with both featuring orange accents to match the rest of her look. Held in her left hand is a globe of the earth, which would surely be destroyed if the actual planet ever came in contact with a black hole. Nigri confirmed that both of the outfits had been designed and created by here, while the horns were painted versions of the Albedo Horns from the Overlord anime.

Jade Cargill made her professional All Elite Wrestling debut late in early 2021; though little time has passed, she has since enjoyed a career that continues to wow audiences. The pro wrestler is known to dress up as pop culture characters from time to time, with the most notable of her cosplay efforts including Storm of X-Men fame. In the past, Cargill has also donned the green attire donned by classic Mortal Kombat fighter, Jade. But Cargill’s latest cosplay outfit may go down as a fan favorite. Jade Cargill dresses up as She-Hulk for AEW All Out 2022 For her entrance at AEW All Out 2022, Jade Cargill didn’t channel her inner Storm or wear the guise of a Mortal Kombat character. She instead brought She-Hulk to the pay-per-view event and broke through a faux brick wall while doing so. Notably, Cargill’s Jen Walters-inspired attire came complete with a look borrowed from the currently running She-Hulk comic series by Rainbow Powell. The All Elite Wrestling Twitter account shared footage of Jade Cargill’s She-Hulk entrance in the video below: Given the recent premiere of Disney Plus’ She-Hulk TV series, Cargill shocking the AEW All Out crowd with She-Hulk attire makes perfect sense. For example, Twitter user ChronoTriggered described the cosplay as “on point.” Others such as KimuraJinkestu called Cargill’s entrance “Godlike.” Better still, Jade Cargill managed to retain her TBS Championship in a tough All Out match against challenger Athena.

She also replicated the hunter’s navy blue baggy hakama pants perfectly, and even included the fluffy animal fur that sits around his waistline. This incredible Overwatch Ashe cosplay might be the most accurate yet – Dexerto
This incredible Overwatch Ashe cosplay might be the most accurate yet A wide range of Overwatch cosplays have been attempted, with some looking more incredible than others. Yet, a new, insanely accurate portrayal of the hero Ashe may just be the best yet. Overwatch fans have flooded all corners of the internet with their attempts to recreate their favorite heroes outside of the popular game. While some members of the game’s community have taken on the challenge of stepping into the shoes of Brigitte or Bastion, others have taken another route – dressing up as the leader of the Deadlock Gang, Ashe, with a stunning likeness and complete overall look. Detailed Ashe cosplay on display In a post to the Overwatch subreddit, user ‘Ruhira’ showed off her incredible Ashe cosplay, stating that she’s already prepared for Gamescom in August so she can mimic the popular hero among other fans. While August and Cologne may be a good bit of time away just yet, that hasn’t stopped Ruhira donning an incredibly detailed outfit – complete with Ashe’s signature hat, vest, right-shoulder piece, and gloves – even if her trusty ‘Viper’ rifle is missing. Compliments pour in from Overwatch fans Other posters were wowed by the detailing and effort put into the costume, with Ruhira’s hairstyle completing the overall look of the hero. One user even challenged Ruhira to call out Ashe’s signature “Bob, do something!” line during her trip to Gamescom. Yet, the original poster was already a step ahead of them, replying: “I promised myself to shout it if I see a Bob,” with multiple laughing face emojis attached. Other Ashe cosplays While it’s not the first, and unlikely to be the last, Ashe cosplay, the costume is totally brilliant in its own right – even if it’s missing the trusty B.O.B sidekick. Other cosplayers, like Juli ‘Denialism Cosplay’, have modeled themselves on the character in the past – adding a bit more of a risque flavor to their cosplaying attempts. Yet, there’s nothing better than a simple recreation of Ashe.

Therefore, it’s no surprise to see that characters from the franchise are also starting to appear in the world of cosplay, either, where fans often dress up as different figures and try to recreate them in the most creative ways possible. Instagram model Irine Meier, who has a staggering 751,000 followers on the platform at the time of writing, has had a go of recreating the look of Triss Merigold and the results are impeccable. For those who don’t know already, Merigold is one of the best healers in The Witcher, carrying with her a number of potions. However, what’s funny about the character is that she’s actually allergic to the potions she carries, meaning healing others is very much her thing. The cosplayer has shared many different outfits to her profile, but there’s no doubt that her take on the legendary Temerian sorceress of the 13th century is one of the best, and an instant hit with fans – attracting over 55,000 likes. https://www.instagram.com/p/B6WAMIcCYYM/ As the image above shows, Meier has done incredibly well to not only replicate the outfit, with a leaf green coat and gold trimming perfectly bringing the costume together but also the attention to detail for the photograph itself. The setting very much fits the design of Merigold’s costume and wouldn’t look out of place if you saw this in a scene from the TV show or video game, that’s for sure. Going one further, after noticing a slight difference about Triss’ character in the show, she completed another photoshoot showing what the “old school” version of Merigold the Fearless looks like. https://www.instagram.com/p/B7rLCT4oTUO/ Meier also confirmed that this would be one of many photos to be included in her next Patreon drop. The first image, seen earlier, will be included in her cosplay calendar, which is available to buy now via her Instagram page. Other designs that she’s completed in the past include Lara Croft, Ciri from The Witcher and more, but these ones might be up there with the very best.

Since then, Square Enix has released 15 installments in the main series, capturing the imagination of players across the globe for over three decades. For many, Final Fantasy 7 is the pinnacle of the series so far, full of characters that players really gravitate too, and cosplayer Kalisi_vamp has decided to show her appreciation for Tifa Lockhart with an incredibly accurate cosplay of the eco-terrorist. With the fiesty bruiser, who uses her fists to deadly effect, playing such an integral part in the story, it’s no surprise that Kallisi_vamp wanted to cosplay as her, and revealed her almost perfect recreation of the character on Instagram. Not only has she perfectly recreated her recognizable black-and-white-top, but Tifa’s pleated skirt is also present, with the same braces that hold it up, and even the exact same belt, complete with a perfect replica of the buckle. Kallisi_vamp’s cosplay is excellent from head to toe, with the classic red boots even featured for fans of the series to enjoy. View this post on Instagram TIFA LOCKHART TEST TIME ☺❤? Incredible Modern Warfare cosplay spawns Nikto into real life – Dexerto
Incredible Modern Warfare cosplay spawns Nikto into real life ActivisionCall of Duty: Modern Warfare’s Spetsnaz Operator Nikto has been spawned into real life with this incredible cosplay. With Ghost being all the rage in Modern Warfare throughout Season 2, Nikto’s release during the first season has seemingly flown under the radar. Representing the Allegiance faction, Nikto flies the Spetsnaz banner in-game along with Bale, Minotaur and Rodion. Although what makes the Operator stand-out from the crowd is his face — or lack thereof. With his identity concealed, the elusive character sports a full Russian g-suit and is available via the in-game store. After producing a spot-on cosplay of Modern Warfare’s Ghost (complete with authentic army scrubs to the trademark skull-patterned mask), Inzzen has plucked Nikto straight out of Infinity Ward’s blockbuster title and brought him to life. “The Nikto loadout was a hard challenge to make,” Inzzen told Dexerto. “From the mask to the final product, it took me nine hours to build it!” https://www.instagram.com/p/B-R3j26nM6f/ Call of Duty fans with eagle-eyes will pick-up on the attention to detail, including the text on the plate carrier and the khaki green jacket which sits underneath the heavy armor. Inzzen explained that obtaining the g-suit was the most difficult part of the build. “The hardest part of the outfit was to find the Russian g-suit that the pilots wore! But thanks to grey-shop they made it possible, by finding the g-suit and sending it to me!” In terms of Inzzen’s next project, he’ll be looking to recreate Season 2’s antagonist, Mace — which will look iconic next to his Ghost cosplay. “My next project is Mace — so stay tuned for that!” Inzzen’s cosplay talents don’t just stop there, as his Instagram is littered with a variety of military-themed cosplays. Check out the rest of their Instagram, to see just how Inzzen’s cosplays speak for themselves.

Incredible Modern Warfare cosplay respawns Ghost from the shadows – Dexerto
Incredible Modern Warfare cosplay respawns Ghost from the shadows ActivisionCall of Duty’s Simon ‘Ghost’ Riley is as real as ever thanks to Inzzen_custom’s incredible cosplay of the Modern Warfare Operator. Call of Duty has played host to some iconic figures throughout the years. From villains we love to hate (shoutout to General Shepherd) to flagship protagonists such as Soap MacTavish and the Mason brothers, Activision sure knows how to script a character. But perhaps none can top Ghost — an absolute juggernaut of the Modern Warfare series whose appearance in the franchise has spanned over a decade long. A member of Task Force 141 and the Shadow Company, Ghost’s mysterious background and concealed identity gave fans a fresh take on the series’ chief character. Ghost’s most recent return to the franchise came during Modern Warfare’s second season, as the character returned as a playable Operator in-game. With Activision drafting the popular character back into the mix, popular cosplayer Inzzen_custom was inspired to pay homage with an incredible cosplay. Inzzen’s efforts pay close attention to detail, as their Ghost rendition is kitted out with all the right attire. From the authentic army scrubs to the trademark skull-patterned mask, Inzzen’s take on British special forces officer looks just like Modern Warfare’s Operator. The Ghost outfit comes complete with all the gear, too, as Inzzen equips both an SMG or AR to their real-life Operator, to add an extra layer of authenticity. https://www.instagram.com/p/B8g1oANHe7u/ Inzzen’s talents don’t stop there, however, as the cosplayer also recreated Krueger’s popular execution from Infinity Ward’s title. https://www.instagram.com/p/B89KgMqHQ8K/ Inzzen’s host of cosplays will literally leave you wondering whether you’re immersed in the game. Incredible Misty cosplay from CoD: Black Ops really Packs-A-Punch – Dexerto
Incredible Misty cosplay from CoD: Black Ops really Packs-A-Punch westeros_cosplay (Instagram)/ActivisionThis Call of Duty: Black Ops cosplay is plucked straight from the game’s flagship Zombies mode, and Misty looks as badass as ever thanks to westeros_cosplay. There have been some iconic Call of Duty characters throughout the franchise’s history. Captain Price, Soap MacTavish, Alex & David Mason — the list goes on… But perhaps none can top this juggernaut of a cosplay by westeros_cosplay, who has created the perfect Abigail ‘Misty’ Briarton cosplay from Black Ops’ Zombies mode. There is no doubt that Treyarch’s Zombies mode transcended a genre of gameplay in the Black Ops series, with both the Aether and the Chaos sagas holding gripping narratives. Given how detailed each storyline is, players find ways to relate to the game’s characters — and perhaps none more so than Misty, with her do-or-die approach in both the BO2 and BO4 plot. Complete with a red flannel shirt tied over her black bra, faded jeans and brown work gloves, westeros_cosplay nailed their take on the American tomboy. https://www.instagram.com/p/B7wy9uQj2gZ/ The cosplayer has also paid attention to detail in the close-up shots of the outfit, by adding freckles and appearing slightly battle-worn for extra authenticity. Alongside being particularly astute in their approach, the cosplayer included Misty’s iconic brunette, tied-up hair that is covered by the trademark baseball cap which she always sports. While this cosplay almost looks as if it was plucked straight out of the Zombies timeline, it does resemble Misty’s BO2 appearance more than her BO4 cameo. All in all, though, the British cosplayer’s efforts encapsulate Misty’s cut-throat nature — which will undoubtedly leave fans excited for Treyarch’s next iteration in their Zombies saga with Black Ops 5.

Incredible Borderlands 3 cosplay brings Tyreen Calypso to life – Dexerto
Incredible Borderlands 3 cosplay brings Tyreen Calypso to life Borderlands fans are some of the most loyal when it comes to fandoms, and bringing their favorite characters to life through cosplay can often be no easy feat. For fans of Tyreen Calypso, one cosplayer went above and beyond to deliver the third installment’s antagonist into the real world. Posting on Reddit, cosplayer mangamsy uploaded a photo of her amazing Calypso costume, which was taken back in September 2019 at Elfia, a fantasy costume event that takes place in the Netherlands. The outfit itself and all its intricacies are done quite well to capture the wear and tear of the God Queen’s attire. The cosplay nails certain touches such as rips in just the right parts of the clothing, how one glove is a different color than the other, and all other fine details that any major Borderlands fan would pick up on. What makes it so awesome is in the photo, the getup maintains a lot of Borderlands’ cell-shaded charm. Moving onto Calypso’s physical appearance, mangamsy made sure to decorate her left arm with a blue tattoo, colored her hair, and styled it. Meanwhile, the makeup on her face was done in such a way to mimic cell-shading, which looks eerie yet cool. https://twitter.com/mangamsy/status/1186229401551360001 According to mangamsy, the editing and photo were done by EOS Andy, a German-based cosplay photographer. He put a lot of work and effort into making the outfit match the spirit of the game. In Borderlands 3, Tyreen Calypso is the game’s antagonist. She and her brother Troy are leaders of the Children of the Vault faction. She is the daughter of Typhon DeLeon, the first vault hunter. Considering how well this worked out, hopefully, mangamsy and EOS Andy work together more in the future to bring even more Borderlands characters to life at conventions or special events such as Elfia.

Incredible Akali cosplay sends K/DA fans wild – Dexerto
Incredible Akali cosplay sends K/DA fans wild Cosplayer Ksana Stankevich stunned League of Legends fans with an incredibly well made K/DA Akali outfit. K/DA is one of League of Legends’ most recent virtual bands, having made their debut at the 2018 World Championship. They became an instant hit, gaining millions of views on YouTube, as well as being incredibly popular as in-game skins. The band is formed of four characters, Ahri, Akali, Evelynn, and Kai’Sa, and have become prominent in the cosplay world, with fans cosplaying as both the entire band and their favorite individual members. View this post on Instagram Ksana Stankevich chose to become just one member, Akali, and absolutely nailed it with an arguably perfect cosplay. The outfit is incredibly accurate – to the point that it is hard to tell if it’s officially made by Riot Games’ or a fan version. Every detail is on point, with the jacket, hat, top, and hair all being exactly the same as the K/DA version – featuring the classic purple, gold, and white colors. The trousers bring the outfit together, with the segmented portions once again mirroring the K/DA character. Even the finer details such as the finger-less gloves and boots are identical. Fans absolutely loved the cosplay, dubbing it a perfect recreation, with comments like “If not for the title I would’ve mistaken this as a 3d rendered fan art”, “Oh God, 3D models are gaining consciousness!” and “Riot’s stepping up their statue product line with this one” filling a Reddit thread. It’s easy to see why people feel this way, as it is truly a breathtaking take on Akali, and may be one of the best K/DA cosplays out there.

Incredible 2B Nier: Automata cosplay looks straight out of the game – Dexerto
Incredible 2B Nier: Automata cosplay looks straight out of the game We’ve seen our fair share of 2B cosplays from Nier: Automata, but this one might take the cake as the best we’ve seen. Nier: Automata released back in 2017 and quickly became a fan-favorite title thanks to its strong storyline, excellent gameplay, fleshed-out characters. Even though we’re a couple of years out now from its initial release, we’re still seeing unique spins on the main character 2B in the form of some impressive looking cosplays. The character has a very elaborate design to her that is definitely pretty hard to nail, so it’s impressive any time we see it happen. Cosplayer LadaLyumos shared her spin on the main character and it’s so spot-on that you might actually be confused about whether it’s a screenshot from the game or not. 2B’s floating sword even makes an appearance in the cosplay so at first glance we don’t blame you for having to do a double or even triple-take. The filter on the image to go along with the smoke around her really helps sell that it’s a scene from the game itself. However, we can confirm that this is actually LadaLyumos in the outfit and it’s in fact not a video game scene. For those who are hungry for more from this photoshoot, Lyumos confirmed there will be more images to come. It will definitely be interesting to see what other shots look like and even better if we can get some behind-the-scenes contents. Comment byu/LadaLyumos from discussion incosplay On her Instagram page, she posted another look at the cosplay and it’s quite possible this one is better than the first. The second image puts the whole outfit on display and once again shows the floating sword, making it look like it’s another scene directly out of the video game. It’s not exactly clear how she’s able to pull it off, but we’re impressed with it nonetheless. https://www.instagram.com/p/B6OHUNQAK2F/ Of course, 2B isn’t the only character she cosplays and if you look through her Instagram, you’ll see a lot more there. Triss Merigold from The Witcher series is a cosplay she’s tried many times before and it’s almost as impressive as her 2B one.

Impressive Mass Effect Tali’Zorah cosplay is our favorite on the Citadel – Dexerto
Impressive Mass Effect Tali’Zorah cosplay is our favorite on the Citadel Despite being a few years out from a major release in the popular space opera series, Mass Effect fans are still creating some extraordinary costumes around their favorite characters and this might be the most authentic yet. Having just passed the annual N7 Day celebrations on November 7, with former Game Director Casey Hudson releasing brand new concept art, Mass Effect fans have been rekindling their love for the wondrous series. A creative cosplaying duo, Vincent & Evelyn Blackwater have long been iterating on their cosplay of Quarian sweetheart Tali’Zorah nar Rayya. It was only recently, however, that they finalized the costume and took to the streets for an official photo-shoot. From the uncompromising detail in the pattern design to the perfect gleam of the reflective helmet, every little detail has been taken into account and the results are remarkable. Read more: How much will the PS5 cost? – Even the most minor considerations such as the unique feet of the Quarian race to the hood of the costume that covers her helmet, have all been fleshed out with this impressive design. Perhaps the only thing missing is a weapon to accompany her in battle or an expertly crafted recreation of her numerous Machinist abilities. https://www.instagram.com/p/B4rvLmWDRr2/ Impressive costume design is one thing in and of itself, however the effort in post-production cannot be dismissed. The vibrant colors pop out of the screen and masterfully breathe life into the stunning cosplay. Through a creative angling and lighting effects, the pictures closely resemble proper concept art, with the real-world costume appearing nearly indistinguishable from the in-game counterpart. As Reddit user ‘simianne’ expressed, “I didn’t even realize it wasn’t fan-art until I read the title. She looks phenomenal!” While there’s no telling when a new Mass Effect title might be released, nor when the potential game would take place, it’s always exciting to speculate and Casey Hudson recently opened the floodgates for new conversations. Certainly not the only costumes of these creative cosplayers, you can follow their efforts and enjoy the rest of their authentic designs through their personal Instagram account.

Impressive Bewitching Miss Fortune cosplay has League players captivated – Dexerto
Impressive Bewitching Miss Fortune cosplay has League players captivated Instagram: lunamagix / Riot GamesAmerican cosplayer Jessica Ashe has pulled off an eye-catching take on the Bewitching Miss Fortune prestige skin from League of Legends — guns and all — that has taken the game’s fans by storm. Bewitching Miss Fortune was added to League of Legends last year as part of the Harrowing celebrations for Halloween, and was ever-so-lucky to be bestowed with a prestige variant. Since then, Jessica Ashe has been working on an intricate cosplay for the AD carry based off her then-recently-released skin. After months of work. she showed off her Miss Fortune for the first time at KatsuCon 2020, and it didn’t disappoint. The white-and-gold variant of the rare skin looked straight off of Summoner’s Rift, and she spared no detail from head-to-toe. She created the whole costume from scratch, from the extravagant kicks to the golden witches hat. She even got the guns custom-made, enlisting the help of a 3D printer to get it picture-perfect. “The guns were 3D printed by ‘furnacefuneral’ using the model by ‘3deerprint’ minus the bat wings on them which I just made myself,” she said on a February 16 Instagram post. “The rest of the costume was entirely made by me.” https://www.instagram.com/p/B8nBOP0jPan/ Ashe said it was amazing to get “so much love” for her take on Miss Fortune — including a commendation from the official League of Legends account — and described it as “probably [her] favorite cosplay thus far.” “After over a year of not really making a full cosplay, it felt so good to finally make something again and I can’t wait to keep making more,” she added. She didn’t just flaunt it on the floor at KatsuCon though. She made sure to get a bunch of other photos from around the place to really set the theme and take the cosplay to the next level. https://www.instagram.com/p/B817aLMD77-/ Ashe loves a good League of Legends cosplay, having done similarly amazing creations for K/DA Kai’Sa, Elementalist Lux, and Xayah. She doesn’t just cosplay League champions though, with a soft spot for anime as well, taking on projects like Fate character Astolfo. While she hasn’t shared details on what her next cosplay adventure will be, League fans will be hoping that it’s another champion from the beloved game in the hopes that Ashe will be able to pull off another amazing get-up.

Normalizing cosplay: As conventions return, cosplaying is forever changed – by TikTok – Dexerto
Normalizing cosplay: As conventions return, cosplaying is forever changed – by TikTok Dexerto: Andrew AmosConventions shutting down across 2020 and 2021 put the cosplay community on ice. However, the medium survived, and even thrived, as it adapted to new challenges. As conventions return, how has the craft evolved, and will things revert to the old standard? At every convention you go to with a pop culture or anime twist, there are bound to be cosplayers celebrating their favorite characters and showing off their craftsmanship. It has this magical vibe. Starstruck fans, even kids, walk up to one and nervously ask for a photo. Cosplayers happily oblige, getting perfectly into character like a Disney princess. It’s more than an outfit: they rattle off lines with perfect delivery, and for a split second it feels like you’re immersed in that world. However it took a global health crisis, and a lack of conventions for two years, to truly verbalize that magic. You don’t really know you miss something until it’s gone. And if it’s difficult for a fan, it was an even deeper cut for the cosplay community which thrived on this physical presence to not just interact and share their love for cosplay, but fandom too. “To me, it’s a really big family,” Knite, a popular cosplayer from Australia, told Dexerto at Crunchyroll Expo 2022. “I try to teach people my knowledge and make everyone happy with my craftsmanship. I’ve been given a lot of good opportunities to travel overseas as a guest, meeting so many different people from different countries, experiencing their cultures and style of cosplay. It’s so nice to see that cosplay is a hobby the whole world can enjoy, and everyone does it differently as well.” There has been a distinct shift before and after the crisis though. Cosplay didn’t just barely survive two years without conventions and in-person interaction. The community thrived, and coming back in 2022, there was an abundance of people paying homage to their icons. The community continued to expand and adapt, and cosplay is now more accessible than ever. However with a new normal slotting into place, will the medium take on its learnings over the last two years, or will it revert to the old standard? A hard stop putting cosplay into perspective When conventions stopped in early 2020, cosplayers with full calendars for the year suddenly had an abundance of free time. However, it was not all positive. For those who use cosplay as their job, like Knite, it left them in a precarious position of not knowing when their job would return. “It very heavily impacted my job,” they admitted. “My job consists of working with companies, going overseas, guesting at conventions. Even just working in Japan doing whatever events. That all stopped for two years and really heavily affected my career. What it did open up, though, was a new perspective. After working so hard on contract jobs, Knite could turn towards personal projects they had neglected and put the ‘play’ back into cosplay. “The thing with having cosplay as a job is you have to cosplay things you don’t want to. You have to make the costume, do a shoot or wear it at an event. Sometimes that happens and I’m like ‘I’m not enjoying this character’ but it is what it is. The pandemic made me want to start projects I wanted to do for myself.” The same goes for Vye, another Australian cosplayer, who uses cosplay as a creative outlet outside of their full-time job. Instead of the old tradition of making a new cosplay for every event, they used the two-year gap as a chance to improve their relationship with cosplay. “I’d do one photoshoot for a character, showcase my outfit at an event, enter it in competitions, and perform in-person,” they said. “Suddenly I didn’t have all that and without all that stuff, I didn’t know what I wanted to make of cosplay. “The first year, I just did a few makeup tests at home and was finding my feet and what I liked again. I decided there was no end in sight after a year, so I took it as a really good break and I could focus on myself and take things at my own pace. I could schedule all that so I pivoted cosplaying into my own speed and not focusing on deadlines. It improved my relationship with cosplay a lot, the hobby of making things. “Instead of conventions I did big photoshoot trips and I got to talk to a lot of people and do collaborations. I went to New Zealand for a few weeks when borders opened, exploring and doing cosplay stuff and that was something I never contemplated before. It was a case of making the most of the situations you were in.” It’s not like conventions and cosplay competitions stopped either. They just moved online. That was a massive boon for the likes of Kirilee, who is based in Perth, Australia, thousands of miles from any major conventions even within their own country. “We don’t have as many options as others [to go to conventions],” she said. “For me, I’ve had to go a lot online. “I got really excited because immediately there were some really big conventions in the US to be international because it was all online now. Crunchyroll Expo was one of the first ones to make it international and it was a lot more open and I also got to start speaking to other YouTubers and historical costumers who then influenced me. I was able to explore different sides and different skills I hadn’t been able to do before.” The social media boom, and normalizing cosplay With the cosplay community moving online, suddenly there was a much wider audience than before. With Twitter and Facebook once being the homes of cosplayers sharing their pictures, there were now more interactive mediums through TikTok. The short-form video platform allowed a different form of expression compared to still photography. It also opened up cosplay to a younger audience who were enamored by the style of play it evoked. This led to innovation in the space. Cosplay, for so long, was just thought of as “costume play” in the literal sense. It had to be true and authentic to the character. However this new audience added a personal twist to the medium, and revolutionized how even the most veteran craftspeople saw their craft. “I know that the community on TikTok is something I’ve never seen before,” Knite said. “They’re very different cosplayers. It’s more creative. They just do whatever they want with the costume. It doesn’t have to be picture-perfect like the character. They put their own twist on it, add accessories, glamorize it, and I find that so cool. “It is a hobby you can do entirely from home and that’s why it got so big on TikTok because people can do it from their bedrooms,” Vye added. “Especially for some people who don’t want to take the first big step of going out in public, it’s a great introduction into making yourself comfortable in that world.” Cosplay can mean a number of things now. It can just be make-up tests to look like a character. It can be a simple voiceover or a wig, done up for a vertical video and shared to millions. No longer is it just the extreme of doing everything as a one-to-one replica, it’s more open. The rise of cosplay’s popularity on social media has also led to the medium becoming more accessible. It’s now easy to go onto websites and buy cosplays of popular characters. Sure, it doesn’t equal handcrafting it, but it gives those without the handy skills a way to express their love for a character or a fandom without being gatekept. “A lot of people were introduced to cosplay through social media and companies caught onto that and mass-produced costumes,” Knite continued. “It’s much more accessible to get cosplays nowadays. “For me, I’m very mix and match. 90% I make my cosplay and the other 10% I buy, but a lot of people don’t have the skills yet or don’t know how to make costumes. Knowing they can buy everything online, it’s very intriguing to a lot of people because they’re like ‘oh I don’t need to make a costume, I can buy it and wear a wig.’” All this comes at a time when cosplay is more socially acceptable. A decade ago, or even just prior to 2020, it would have been a rare sight to see someone dressing up in public like that. Now it’s just a thing you see, and people don’t turn their nose up at it. “It’s really acceptable now for people to embrace their inner nerd and run with it and have fun with it and there’s no judgment,” Kirilee said. “Even people who are older than me — and I’m mid-30s — see things like The Big Bang Theory and media in general showing it, they’re like ‘oh that’s what you’re doing’. “When I first started people were like ‘are you dressing up? Are you going to a party? Is it Halloween?’ They couldn’t fathom why I’d spend hundreds of hours working on a costume, but now they’re like ‘yeah I can see how much you did today.’” Will everything return to as it was? Now as conventions return, the big question looming over cosplay is which path does it take? The community has its roots in massive meetups and conventions where everyone can share their craft. But the global health crisis showed it could survive, and thrive, online. Which is actually better depends on who you ask in the cosplay scene. Almost everyone agrees a hybrid model will allow the space to continue growing. But the direction it’ll take is still an unknown quantity, and one cosplayers are grappling with as they plan their schedules for 2023 and beyond. “For me personally, I’ve been involved with more international online competitions, and I loved that experience,” Kirilee said. “I want more of that, but with conventions, there may be a push to go back to the status quo of what it was and I’m like ‘we’ve come so far, let’s try and continue this inclusiveness that’s international.’” “There’s good and bad with both situations,” Vye added, “and we just need to assess what is good and reinforce that, and improve what we have had in the past. It’s very difficult [with] both sides having their benefits, and it’s difficult for people who have now built these two platforms and ways of doing things to try and get across the idea of mixing them.” Cosplay has opened right up. There are more opportunities now than ever before, and borders have been shrunk as things moved online. Everyone, from fans to companies to cosplayers themselves, has a deeper understanding of what the medium of cosplay actually is. Even the money full-time cosplayers can earn is going up. It’s also no longer this one broad concept of costume play. There are different facets to the craft, people can specialize in certain bits, and ultimately express themselves in the way they are most comfortable with. “There’s so many opportunities, even as someone who doesn’t have it as a full-time career, they’ll reach out to smaller people,” Vye said. “They also compensate way better than they used to which is a big step forward for the industry in general, that people are getting recognized for their hard work and that’s gratifying for me. “When I talk to companies who want recommendations for cosplayers to hire, I have to ask what situation is this going to be? If you want booth work, you want someone with an ‘out there’ personality. If you want a judge, you’ll want something else. “It’s rare that someone falls into all categories, and it’s really good in a way because it creates more opportunities to find their hobby. They don’t have to do everything which was the expectation back in the day. You had an expectation to fit every box and now it’s fine to pick and choose what you want to do.”

Horizon Forbidden West cosplayer readies her bow as sharpshooter Aloy – Dexerto
Horizon Forbidden West cosplayer readies her bow as sharpshooter Aloy Soylent Cosplay, Sony Computer EntertainmentHorizon Forbidden West finally allows us to dive back into the neo-dystopian fray as fan-favorite heroine Aloy, and one cosplayer has recreated her perfectly to celebrate the sequel. Horizon’s female protagonist and machine hunter extraordinaire, Aloy, has etched herself into gaming history as one of Sony’s most iconic characters, and coming into Horizon Forbidden West we’ll get to know her even better. Cosplayers have already been quick to celebrate the sequel’s release, transforming themselves into our heroine in order to take down The Blight in style. Joining the post-apocalyptic fray is Australian cosplayer Soylent Cosplay, whose recreation of Aloy will leave you absolutely speechless. Horizon Forbidden West Aloy cosplay slays the machines Telling Dexerto that she “absolutely loved Horizon Zero Dawn,” she confesses “the story, the characters, and the setting were so in-depth and fascinating and the aesthetic of the world really had me hooked. I knew I wanted to cosplay from it because all the outfits look so fantastic and like a fun challenge.” Aloy was a no-brainer for the Aussie artist, as she “instantly loved her as a character. I also love red-heads, so that was a drawing point as well. Her design is so real and gritty, while still keeping elements of her feminine and soft and I just really resonate with those kinds of characters.” Tempering the huntress wasn’t easy, however, as while the outfit “doesn’t have any extensive makeup work, which is what I’m accustomed to, there was a lot of problem-solving using a new material. The wig was especially challenging because of how much volume Aloy has in her hair and the unique coloring. It wasn’t my hardest costume, but there was definitely a learning curve. ” Despite this, Soylent rocks this Aloy cosplay as though it were a second skin. Fiery red hair cascades in braids down her shoulders, and her worn tan outfit is trimmed with cyan and ruby. Sporting the character’s aqua necktie and traditional hunting boots, all eyes are drawn to that bow. Masterfully crafted and adorned in feathers, each and every detail is absolutely perfect. View this post on Instagram “I decided to give myself a challenge and try to make the costume with the original materials in mind,” she recalls. “So the costume is made from real second-hand leather that I stained and colored using leather paints. All the pouches are completely functional, making this one of my most functional cosplays to date. View this post on Instagram While she hasn’t managed to secure a PlayStation 5 yet, nothing is stopping Soylent from diving into Forbidden West. “I’m desperately trying to get a PS5 to play it on, but I think I’m going to have to bite the bullet and just pay it on PS4 – which I’ve heard is still equally as beautiful. I can’t wait to jump back into the world again! ” Whatever console she plays on, however, we just know she’ll fall in love with Guerrilla Games’ stunning universe all over again – and who knows, maybe it’ll inspire her to create Aloy’s new outfit! We’ll have to wait and see.

Horizon Forbidden West cosplayer fends off machines as perfect huntress Aloy Sony / Instagram: @likeassassinPopular cosplayer Christina ‘likeassassin’ Volkova celebrated Horizon Forbidden West’s release in style by transforming into the series’ main protagonist, Aloy, leaving fans speechless. Horizon Forbidden West, the much-anticipated sequel to Horizon Zero Dawn, released on February 18. It’s getting rave reviews so far, which isn’t all that surprising since the first installment was also critically acclaimed. For those unfamiliar with the story, it follows the journey of a huntress named Aloy as she navigates through a post-apocalyptic version of the United States to find the source of a plague, taking on deadly machines along the way. Aloy is an extremely popular character. Naturally, that means cosplayers who want to bring her to life have big boots to fill. Hermione cosplay leaves Harry Potter fans spellbound to Gryffindor – Dexerto
Hermione cosplay leaves Harry Potter fans spellbound to Gryffindor This Harry Potter cosplay looks fresh out of the grounds of Hogwarts as Alix Darlina rivals Emma Watson’s Hermione Granger on Instagram – complete with wand and the iconic Gryffindor robes, just as J.K. Rowling imagined. Harry Potter is arguably the most iconic fictional movie series of our time. Taken from the mind of J.K Rowling, the eight-part movie series brought everything that fans know and love about the books to the big screen. The film series alone has grossed almost $8 billion, which has rendered characters such as Harry, Ron and Hermione icons of a generation. It’s for this reason why cosplayers far and wide attempt to bring them to life with their amazing recreations. Hermione’s story of Muggle descent is one that an entire generation could connect. Emma Watson brought a relatable character to the big screen and her portrayal provided the perfect role model for girls everywhere. Heck, the savvy book-worm even inspired a young girl from her early school years right the way through to graduating from Cambridge with her degree. Powerful female icons in TV and film are more important to young girls than we realise, look at the impact Hermione had on just one person.@jk_rowling @EmmaWatson pic.twitter.com/DqNEiAM2GS — Russell Howard Hour (@howardhour) February 7, 2019 Given Miss Granger’s popularity, Alix Darlina has fashioned the perfect Hermione cosplay which seems to tick all of the boxes. https://www.instagram.com/p/B6nZi30h9kX/ Complete with her wand and Gryffindor robes, Darlina’s recreation takes us back to the days of the Philosopher’s Stone and the Chamber of Secrets, where Granger sported the bushy, full fringe. Indeed, the cosplayer’s Hermione outfit appears to be a staple of her Instagram page, appearing in multiple videos and posts. In her first two posts, Darlina posed as the Muggle-born wizard with both wand and book in-hand. The self-proclaimed ‘Siberian Hermione’ is as authentic as they come and Darlina has really hit the nail on the head with her take… Perhaps only a shot of a library in the background while uttering the iconic words “it’s levi-O-sa, not levi-o-SA” could bolster her act. Her creative efforts don’t stop there, since Darlina’s Instagram profile showcases an array of incredible makeup posts on her page, too.

Hannah Stocking isn’t the first name that comes to mind when people think of Apex Legends. She’s best known for posting insanely popular TikTok videos and Instagram photos. But it seems like she’s a fan of the game, and her favorite legend is none other than Loba Andrade. It’s no surprise since the gunslinging thief is a popular choice among fans. However, Hannah took her appreciation even further by transforming into the character herself. The results are breathtaking, and it left many people wondering if the two of them were secretly twins, including herself. “Is Loba from Apex Legends my twin?” she wrote. If the pictures she posted are anything to go by, it looks like they could very well be. View this post on Instagram Hannah captured every minor detail, from the unique white and grey outfit with red trims to the braided hair, make-up, and bling. Apex Legends characters are bright and colorful, but they’re also rich in personality, and it’s important to pull that off too. Understandably, her fans couldn’t get enough of the photos. Halsey melts Overwatch fans’ hearts with adorable D.Va cosplay Instagram: @iamhalsey / Blizzard EntertainmentAshley Frangipane, better known as pop singer Halsey, shared the cutest take on the Overwatch tank hero D.Va that you’ll ever see. It’s so accurate, it looks as though she’s jumped straight out of the TV screen. D.Va is no doubt one of the first-person shooter’s most popular characters – in both the game and with cosplayers. Searching for Overwatch cosplays, it’s rare that you don’t see at least 50% of them dedicated to the pint-sized Korean. When you think of the typical OW fan, the last person you’d think of is Halsey, but she’s proven she’s a dedicated gamer by sharing the most perfect take on the tank character that you’ll probably ever see – it’s so good! Halsey’s Overwatch D.Va cosplay The pop star uploaded a set of four photos to Twitter with the caption “Another day another play,” in which she posed as the popular hero in a D.Va-themed bikini – because why not catch some sun while dressed up as your favorite video game character? Complete with the heroine’s famous headset and brown hair with bangs, the American completely nailed the look. She even included the pink face paint, as well as the iconic bunny logo featured on her swim top. One of the tank’s most recognized poses is when she throws up a peace sign with her hand during her ‘Selfie’ highlight intro. The 25-year-old replicated this perfectly in her shots, which really captures the carefree spirit of the hero perfectly. Overwatch pro player and Los Angeles Valiant off-tank Caleb ‘McGravy’ McGarvey responded to the photos with some hilarious ones of his own, striking the same poses as her in a D.Va body suit. This caught the singer’s attention, and she quote-tweeted it, adding a simple “king” and crown emoji in approval. While this is the first time Halsey has shared her love for Overwatch publicly, she has previously spoken about how she grew up playing video games like The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, and how it helped her to create her music. “In a video game, you have two options, you have a quick battle or you can play campaign. A quick battle is like listening to the single,” she said in an interview with Vulture in 2017. “Playing campaign is getting the whole story, the lore, why the characters are there, what’s motivating them.”

Halo Reach cosplayer amazes fans with “mind-boggling” Spartan armor – Dexerto
Halo Reach cosplayer amazes fans with “mind-boggling” Spartan armor YouTube/Random Ranger CosplayA Halo Reach cosplayer is making waves online for his incredibly-realistic version of Spartan armor, fooling fans into thinking it’s a screenshot from the game. Cosplayer ‘Random Ranger’ has crafted some of the best Halo-themed cosplays out there with the game’s iconic Spartan suits. But what makes his feel so dynamic is how they seem “lived in” with battle damage, chips and markings; they come across as being battle-tested. In a post on Reddit, the cosplayer uploaded an image of himself dressed in Spartan armor in front of a background taken from the game. Needless to say, fans absolutely ate it up, and some couldn’t believe it was real. “I still think it’s possible that I’ve been looking at an in-game render for the past minute,” one Redditor remarked. “I’m still convinced that this is a screenshot from the game haha. Amazing work!” a fan replied, while another simply stated, “This is mind-boggling.” Those are only a couple of the many messages truly believing the cosplay was taken from the game, and it’s easy to see why. The weapon, armor, helmet – the whole shebang is all on point. When asked how long it took to build, Random Ranger replied that it took him over 1,000 hours. That said, he did note it was his “first true attempt at making a costume.” Over on YouTube, the cosplayer delved into how he was able to do it in a video series. “I just want to share what I now know in an open and easy to consume format. So, I’m making cosplay tutorials on how I make my armor and props,” he explained. “I’m hoping this will translate into you guys being able to build something just as cool, because there’s nothing special about me making that armor.” https://www.instagram.com/p/CKMFd2yDpF0/ Hopefully, as he continues to upload videos, more people can follow along and craft their own Spartan armor. Who knows – maybe by the time it’s all done, folks will be able to go to conventions again and have even more reason to show off their hard work. For fans of Halo, this could be your best go-to if you’re looking to represent the franchise.

Gym Leader Nessa shows who’s boss in epic Pokemon Sword & Shield cosplay The Pokemon Company / Game Freak / Instagram: @littlebinkbonkNessa is one of the fiercest Gym Leaders in Pokemon Sword & Shield, and a talented Nintendo Switch fan brought her to life with an incredible cosplay take on the Water-type Trainer. In Sword and Shield, Hulbury city’s Nessa is the second Gym Leader players face on their journey to defeat Leon and become Champion. Her strong personality quickly made her a fan-favorite with Trainers, and cosplayer Magenta ‘littlebink’ is no different to this, as she shared a truly epic take on the Water expert. Splashing Nessa cosplay In the Nintendo title, the Leader wears her love for her Gym on her sleeve, or – quite literally – on her shirt, with a giant water droplet splashed right on the front. The Australian artist replicates this perfectly, and even includes the fighter’s text scrawled across it. The Water boss also sports matching shorts with the number 049 on, which is her Trainer number and can be read as yasai in Japanese to mean “swim” in English. Again, this is something the cosplayer mimics effortlessly, and even includes different types of Pokeballs on her belt to pull the whole look together. https://www.instagram.com/p/B7vHaZjlatr/ In another shot posted to her Instagram, Magenta poses by a pool to really bring out the Water-type atmosphere of the Pokemon figure, and looks right at home. Nessa also wears large gold hoop earrings, and a droplet necklace alongside her battle gear, and again, this is something that the cosplayer adds in for a perfectly accurate take. The artist’s rendition is truly one of the best representations of the character we’ve ever seen, and it really does look like she’s just jumped right out of the game and into real life. https://www.instagram.com/p/B6p34_MFkxQ/ Pokemon Sword & Shield has gone on to break Nintendo Switch sales records since its release in November 2019, and has since been given the title of the fastest selling game on the console to date. It sold over six million copies in its opening weekend alone, proving that new players and fans of the franchise alike absolutely love the latest addition to the series – and cosplayers are no exception.

While he’s recently a break from GTA RP, one of the biggest questions from fans and fellow streamers is just exactly when will Sykkuno make his return to the NoPixel server. The Twitch star became one of the best criminals in the virtual city as he could hack banks without breaking a sweat and his Yuno Sykk character was pretty well-liked by everyone on the server thanks to his wholesome interactions. While he’s clearly left his mark on his fellow players, the streamer’s character has also become a source of inspiration for his fans too. Twitter user xc0ffin garnered plenty of attention on September 4 as they found a Sykkuno cosplayer at the San Japan convention in San Antonio, Texas dressed up as Yuno Sykk. Mimir tags along for incredible God of War-inspired Freya cosplay – Dexerto
Mimir tags along for incredible God of War-inspired Freya cosplay Manulysart / SonyDollmaker and cosplayer ‘Manulysart’ recreated the head of Mimir to go along with their amazing God of War-inspired Freya cosplay. Freya played an integral part in God of War (2018), spending much of the narrative acting as an ally to Kratos and Atreus. Notably, she often went out of her way to set the father and son duo on the right path to the Nine Realms’ highest peak. By the end of the tale, however, Kratos had made an enemy of the Norse Goddess. And trailers for God of War: Ragnarok suggest the pair won’t soon make amends. The wise Mimir appears in stunning God of War Freya cosplay Cosplayer and dollmaker Manulysart went above and beyond when designing their Freya cosplay. In addition to crafting an outfit modeled after the beloved God of War character, the artist also built a replica of Mimir’s head. Manulysart managed to incorporate Freya’s tattoos and various accessories into the overall design, as well. The results are impeccable, evidenced in photos recently shared via the God of War subreddit. Thus far, God of War faithfuls seem wildly impressed by the Freya cosplay. One Reddit user, in particular, said they thought the photos were “part of the game” at first. UncleCletus00 chimed in to say they “legitimately thought this was [a] painting.” How exactly Freya will factor into Kratos’ and Atreus’ upcoming adventure presently remains to be seen. However, the little shown of her in pre-release material indicates there’s still bad blood between the former friends. The wait to see how it all pans out is, fortunately, coming to end, though. God of War: Ragnarok hits store shelves for the PS4 and PS5 later this fall on Wednesday, November 9.

Get ready for Pokemon Sword & Shield’s DLC with amazing Klara cosplay Game Freak / The Pokemon Company / Instagram: @wendykkumaIf you’re not already excited for Sword & Shield’s Isle of Armor DLC, then this Pokemon cosplay is sure to get you ready and raring to go. Pokemon Sword & Shield released on Nintendo Switch in November 2019, and broke sales records by shifting over six million copies in just its opening weekend alone. People fell head over heels for the Generation VIII title, and two sets of DLC – The Isle of Armor and The Crown Tundra – were announced on January 9, expanding the universe even further. Incredible Klara cosplay In the addons, there’s a different rival for each version: Klara for Pokemon Sword, and Avery in Shield. Talented cosplayer Wendykkuma shared her take on the former, and it’s almost as though the character has jumped right out of the Nintendo Switch screen itself. Not much is known about her at this time of writing, but it’s been revealed that she’s in training to become a Poison-type Gym Leader in the Galar region. The rival sports pink hair with a rather large pink and white bow shaped like Dustox wings on the back of her head – something that the self-proclaimed Nintendo enthusiast pulls off perfectly. https://www.instagram.com/p/B7LxFCSAbPs/ Another shot shows a better look at the Trainer’s uniform – a purple shirt with green drips all over it, showcasing her passion for Poison Pokemon – and a pair of shorts to match. Genshin Impact cosplayer sweeps fans away as beautiful Rosaria – Dexerto
Genshin Impact cosplayer sweeps fans away as beautiful Rosaria miHoYo / Instagram: melamori.cosplayWhile she might seem cold in Genshin Impact, Melamori’s cosplay of Rosaria is anything but. Her rendition of the Church of Favonius sister is one of the best Genshin Impact cosplays of all-time, sweeping fans away. Rosaria might seem cold-hearted in Genshin Impact, but the rather rebellious sister does have somewhat of a soft side. Sure, she’s not your typical clergywoman — one look at her outfit says as much. Where there is light, there must be shadow though, and Rosaria does plenty of the church’s dirty work with her own hand. She has been a fan-favorite character since her release. So, when Melamori dropped a stunning head-to-toe reimagining of Rosaria, fans were swept off their feet. “I’m happy to show you my new Genshin impact cosplay of one of my favorite characters – Rosaria! It’s definitely my perfect character type,” Melamori said on Instagram. She left no stone unturned in this picture-perfect creation. Crafting everything from a perfectly manicured wig and headdress to the white, red, and black dress, Melamori’s cosplay looks like just Rosaria in-game. Melamori even recreated the five-star Staff of Homa polearm from the game, which is one of Rosaria’s best weapons. The red-and-black staff matches perfectly with the character’s theme, and really adds that little extra polish on top of an already stunning cosplay. The best final touch? The frosty aura radiating around Rosaria in Melamori’s photoshoot really adds to that fantasy around the character’s Cryo vision. View this post on Instagram Her work isn’t just one of the best Rosaria costumes out there — it’s quite possibly the best Genshin Impact cosplay we’ve seen. It’s a hard one to top that’s for sure, and it’s one that even miHoYo probably wouldn’t get enough of.

Genshin Impact cosplayer radiates luxury as fiery Diluc – Dexerto
Genshin Impact cosplayer radiates luxury as fiery Diluc Twitter, @Akiri_qiutong / miHoYoA Chinese cosplayer, Akiri, has brought Genshin Impact’s Diluc to life — perfecting the RPG character’s fiery, yet nonchalant appearance and luxurious outfit. One of Genshin Impact’s seven Pyro characters, Diluc is most easily recognized by his scarlet, long hair and sophisticated attire. The character exudes fire and luxury, which is understandable, as he is of the esteemed Ragnvindr family and considered to be the wealthiest nobleman in Mondstadt. For Akiri’s cosplay, he decided to lean into that luxurious gentleman aesthetic. Matching the character’s pale, clear skin, red eyes and red hair, he took it a step further by outfitting himself in the sophisticated attire and placing himself in a sophisticated setting. Seated in a study of sorts, with a library of books behind him, wine glasses beside him, Akiri evokes the energy of a steadfast intellectual conducting strategizing for military conquest. Considering how lethal the character’s DPS (damage-per-second) is in-game, this vibe is completely accurate. Genshin Impact Cosplay —— Diluc “”Wine is banned for Kaeya. Apple juice is allowed.”” “”Everyone is welcomed here, except Kaeya.””#GenshinImpact #Genshin #原神 #Diluc #cosplay #cosplayer #diluckaeya #Kaeya #kaeluc pic.twitter.com/Hu0hAR2Ihl— 秋桐_Akiri (@Akiri_qiutong) March 18, 2021 But, while Akiri does a good job of maintaining Diluc’s casual side, he also took that cosplay to the battlefield as well. The owner of the Dawn Winery, Akiri made sure to capture shots examining red wines indoors, but then brought things outside. Wielding Diluc’s Flaming Sword, Akiri posted some shots to Instagram in which he shows off the sword’s size and heat. One can only assume that the flames are the product of Photoshop editing, but, like a good magician, Akiri has yet to reveal his secrets. View this post on Instagram Drinking wine in a sophisticated study, brandishing the Flaming Sword in an open field — Akiri really went all out with this cosplay and has rightfully earned some praise. In the replies to his Instagram post, the comments are exceptionally positive. One person replied, “hand in marriage pls,” while another commented “you are the most perfect Diluc I’ve seen so far.” Maybe the most romantic comment came from someone who said “it’s so good I’m in love with you.” And, in perfect Diluc fashion, Akiri maintained absolute nonchalance in his reply — offering the fan a simple “thanks.”

She also got some elf ears to round out the Knight of Favonius member’s facial features, and she couldn’t forget Klee’s two companions in Dodoco (attached to her bag) and her Jumpy Dumpty bomb. The cosplay looks amazing on Mochichuu, who captured the spirit of Klee perfectly, and Genshin Impact fans can’t get enough. View this post on Instagram It’s not Mochichuu’s first Genshin Impact cosplay, with the Italian star taking on Yanfei and Yae Miko most recently. There seems to be a theme in all of these — they all have predominantly red color palettes — so could someone like Yoimiya be on the cards for her too? Only time will tell, but no matter what, Mochichuu will likely blow fans’ minds like she did with her Klee cosplay.

Genshin Impact cosplayer electrifies as Electro Archon Baal – Dexerto
Genshin Impact cosplayer electrifies as Electro Archon Baal roxanne.kho / miHoYoA talented cosplayer has brought Genshin Impact’s Electro Archon, Baal, to life with an electrifying rendition of the popular 5-star character. Genshin Impact is home to all kinds of colorful characters, but one of the most popular is Baal – the exalted ruler of the Inazuma Shogunate. As the leader of the Inazuma Bakufu, the Electro Archon commands respect amongst her supporters and strikes fear into all those that dare to oppose her. To celebrate the release of Baal, cosplayer Roxanne Kho has stunned Genshin Impact players with her faithful recreation of the popular Electro character. The skilled cosplayer gives fans a glimpse into what the Electro Archon would look like if she were to step into the real world. Baal cosplayer stuns fans with faithful recreation of Inzauma Archon Roxanne Kho is no stranger to the world of Genshin Impact cosplays – in fact, the talented cosplayer is constantly bringing miHoYo’s most popular characters to life. Kho’s latest Baal cosplay has proven a huge hit amongst the game’s community of fans. The artist has faithfully recreated Baal’s signature pose, perfectly capturing Raiden Shogun’s powerful look. Everything from the character’s long braided purple hair and elegant kimono has been effortlessly captured, showcasing a great eye for detail. Even the intricate design of Baal’s Obi has been carefully recreated and features many finer details, which really bring the Electro Archon to life. Even Baal’s Musou no Hitotachi can be seen surging with electrical energy. Speaking to Dexerto, Roxanne Kho explained what her favorite part of Baal’s design was. “My favorite part of her design is mostly her face. She’s so pretty and alluring and you can just stare at her all day.” When discussing the costume, the cosplayer was drawn towards Baal’s traditional outfit. “Costume-wise, the Obi is my most favorite. It has so many details but just enough and not too much. The small golden fan at the back part was one of the assets that really sold me on cosplaying her.” Cosplaying certainly isn’t for the faint of heart, especially when the design process can be fraught with difficulty. Roxanne Kho stated that Baal’s wig was actually the most tricky part to recreate. “If you ask me, it has to be the hair. The hair might seem to be easy but if you’re one of the people who are detail-oriented, styling the wig is a challenge. To create a volume on a very long and heavy wig is the most difficult part on top of it, the way her hair was braided was so unique.” Fortunately, the talented cosplayer managed to overcome this challenge and re-created one of the best renditions of Baal we’ve seen so far. The Electro Archon isn’t the only Genshin Impact character Roxanne Kho has dressed up as, so make sure you check out her Instagram to see all the latest works.

Genshin Impact Mona cosplay sweeps away competitors It turns out that Mona has been on Asya’s mind for quite some time, as the game is popular with her followers. “My followers asked me to cosplay anyone from Genshin for a while, so I could not leave myself without Genshin Impact cosplay. “I chose Mona because she is one of my favorite characters,” she told Dexerto, noting “I also like to pick her in the game because of her abilities.” Taming the fiesty Hydromancer wasn’t easy, though, as she claims “my Mona cosplay was one of the hardest cosplays I’ve ever done. The photoshoot was exhausting because we needed to work with a special light to create magical photos. The suit contains lots of little details and it’s not comfortable to wear (especially the hat!) but it was great shooting. Genshin Impact cosplayer casts spells as flawless Lisa – Dexerto
Genshin Impact cosplayer casts spells as flawless Lisa miHoYo / Twitter: OfficialRinnieRAn incredibly talented cosplayer has gone viral after she recreated Genshin Impact character Lisa’s outfit to an extraordinary degree of detail, looking every bit the part of the sultry witch. Free-to-play gacha game Genshin Impact has proven to be yet another breakout hit of 2020. It’s similarity to the huge hit Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild drew people in, but it’s collectible character mechanic and fascinating story allowed it to stand on its own two feet. Since its September 28 release the game has been downloaded over 17 million times, and some people have even spent thousands on trying to secure their favorite character via the gacha based ‘wish’ process. Each character has their own interesting aesthetic, but among the most stunning is Lisa, Librarian of the Knights of Favonius, and a witch. She has a rather flirtatious personality which has made Genshin players fall head over heels for her and her stunningly magic aesthetic. Cosplayer OfficialRinnieR was keen to recreate Lisa’s amazing outfit, and within only two weeks of the game’s launch she managed to pull together an insanely accurate costume, each and every detail taken into consideration. The bodice is gorgeous, a deep royal purple that flare out into hanging pieces that form a skirt-like shape. The purple is contrasted with the white gold trim that follows the shape of the fabric, as well as forming metallic embellishments that look exactly like the original. She wears black heels, and sheer thigh-high stockings with a lace trim that accentuates that witchy feeling, whilst keeping in with her unique personality. https://twitter.com/OfficialRinnieR/status/1315076565185695744 Her blonde hair is styled in loose waves that cascade down the side of her arm, highlighted by the gold trim, looking practically as if she is glowing. Her hat tops off the look, an oversized purple witch style hat that has a purple flower embellishment, and she’s even hung a tiny lantern off the tip to add to Lisa’s gorgeous aesthetic. This look couldn’t have been more stunningly accurate, and Twitter seemed to agree, with OfficialRinnieR’s post having garnered nearly 25,000 likes in under 18 hours. A fantastic result for a fantastic Genshin Impact cosplay.

Genshin Impact cosplayer burns it up as flawless Amber – Dexerto
Genshin Impact cosplayer burns it up as flawless Amber miHoYo / Instagram: babsofthegalaxyA Genshin Impact cosplayer with a keen eye has done a fantastic job of recreating one of the game’s earliest characters, Amber, breathing a real-life edge into the anime-style character. Genshin Impact took the world by storm in late September when it was released, just when the internet thought there couldn’t possibly be any more viral games to sweep up millions of players like Among Us and Fall Guys did. The game is an open-world RPG, in a very similar vein to Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, but with its anime art-style, fascinating storyline, and elemental magic mechanic, the game has managed to solidify itself as an independently brilliant game in its own right. It is free to play, but users are able to purchase wishes that allow them to take chances at finding their most desired characters from the hugely varied list. One character that does not require any wishes to be made, however, is Amber, among the first characters that you meet and are able to play as in the game. We’ve seen some fantastic cosplays of various Genshin characters, including a stunning Jean and a magical Lisa, characters that have proven to be immensely popular since the game’s release. Amber has been somewhat of a lackluster character for some, and the subject of many memes, but nonetheless she also has many loyal fans who appreciate her for her perky personality and archery skills, along with her convenient fire-based abilities. Instagram user babsofthegalaxy had a go at recreating the Outrider of the Knights of Favonius, and she did an amazing job at bringing her to life. View this post on Instagram Here it is! My Amber cosplay from Genshin Impact! Are you guys playing it? It’s so much fun and for me Amber is instant waifu! Cannot wait to do a full shoot with her as soon as I finish her bunny!! Cosplay by me . . . . . . . . . . #genshinimpact #genshinimpactcosplay #ambergenshinimpact #genshinimpactamber #videogamecosplay #miHoYo #mihoyogame @genshinimpact #원신 #原神 Her headdress is an exact replica of Amber’s – two red bunny-like ears that fold slightly, complete with a stunning gold trim that complements the deep red perfectly. The tiny cropped red jacket looks equally as stylish as it does functional, with flying goggles hung around her neck, and coordinating golds and browns overlaying the red just like the original. View this post on Instagram Amber here to remind you all that tomorrow is Live day! I’m really excited to hang out with you guys again! Comment here which games you’d like to see me stream in the future! . . . . . . . #genshinimpactcosplay #genshinimpact #genshinimpactamber #mihoyogame #mihoyo @genshinimpact @genshin_impact_mobile Her corset pulls the attention in the look, sitting perfectly on her waist with brilliantly reflective and intricate gold patterns forming the center-piece. On her hips sit pocket-size bags, and on her legs she sports Amber’s red socks and white boots. The level of attention to detail in this look is just outstanding, and when comparing babsofthegalaxy to her Genshin counterpart, it’s no wonder that the cosplay went viral on Reddit with 30,000 upvotes.

Genshin Impact cosplayer strikes fear as ominous Scaramouche – Dexerto
Genshin Impact cosplayer strikes fear as ominous Scaramouche miHoYo / Instagram: ichirinsanScaramouche is a mysterious character in Genshin Impact, but that’s what draws fans and cosplayers alike to him. Ichirinsan has put an amazing spin on the Harbinger though, striking fear into the hearts of fans with their great cosplay. Scaramouche is one of the more ominous members of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. While he doesn’t rank the highest, his random and often powerful appearances through the game’s main story strike fear into even the most seasoned Traveler. Despite that though, Scaramouche has a strong fandom within the Genshin Impact community, with the skirmisher’s elusiveness being part of his charm. That’s what has drawn cosplayers like ‘ichirinsan’ to dressing up as the Harbinger. A massive Genshin Impact fan judging by their past cosplays, including a stunning rendition of Xiao, Rin has blown fans away with their take on Scaramouche. Dressed up in his traditional Inazuman garb, Rin captured the spirit of the ominous Scaramouche perfectly. While that includes the robe and assorted ornaments, a big part of the outfit is his hat, and she made it look stunning. With the veil all around, as well as the intricate hanging accessories, it definitely steals the show with the level of detail. It was also the hardest part of the cosplay: “My head had a workout with this hat. Please no more hat characters for me,” she said on Instagram. View this post on Instagram However, it seems the pain was worth it as thousands of Genshin Impact fans have fallen in love with Rin’s Scaramouche cosplay. The amount of support even caught them by surprise. “Thank you all so so much for supporting my Scaramouche post, I didn’t expect to have so much traction with that,” she added in a follow-up post, showcasing more photos of them in “Inazuma” (well, that’s what the tag on the post says). With Eula, Kaeya, Kujou Sara, Mona, and Ganyu also under their belt, Rin is building themselves a nice team of Genshin Impact cosplays — and fans should get excited about their future projects no matter what they are.

Genshin Impact cosplayer turns heads as elegant Kamisato Ayaka – Dexerto
Genshin Impact cosplayer turns heads as elegant Kamisato Ayaka Twitter: anaeliccosplay / miHoYoKamisato Ayaka is as elegant as they come in Genshin Impact — the face of the Yashiro Commission must look prim and proper, after all. Cosplayer ‘Anaelic’ has turned heads with their costume of the Genshin Impact princess. Genshin Impact’s Kamisato Ayaka has to be elegant to keep up a good appearance for the Yashiro Commission. She’s universally loved by the people of Inazuma, with the so-called White Heron Princess touching the hearts of everyone she meets. Now in real life, cosplayer Anaelic is doing just that with one of the most elegant Ayaka cosplays you’ll ever see. Anaelic outlined the process from concept to con-day, which took around two months. Starting back in August with the initial 3D printing of Ayaka’s Cryo vision, the cosplayer made everything by hand — using everything from fabric to foam — in time for convention season. She got some custom printed fabric for Ayaka’s skirt and back bow, before creating her sheets of armor with foam. “I don’t get to work with foam as often these days so I’m always surprised when I remember how quick I am with it now,” she said after knocking the pieces together. Some final Ayaka WIPs! Completed wig + shoes ✨ pic.twitter.com/UYGnrPasQR — Amber 💜💫✨ (@AnaelicCosplay) October 19, 2021 Even Ayaka’s sandals got the Anaelic overhaul, putting cute little boys on them — as well as flowers on the top of the socks. That’s also not to mention the cosplayer creating a replica model of Ayaka’s weapon, Mistsplitter Reforged, which was just the cherry on top of one of the best Genshin Impact cosplays you’ll ever see. It’s no wonder Anaelic is touring this costume out at conventions. Fans are loving seeing it out in the wild, and the cosplayer herself said the shoot led to “one of [her] new favourite cosplay photos of all time.” As for Anaelic’s next big project, it’s a wait-and-see, but you can bet she’ll document her journey on Twitter yet again.

Fullmetal Alchemist duo share best ever Olivier & Alex Armstrong cosplay – Dexerto
Fullmetal Alchemist duo share best ever Olivier & Alex Armstrong cosplay An incredible cosplay duo created one of the best Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood cosplay’s you will ever see, transforming into Alex and Olivier Armstrong with their incredibly true-to-life outfits. Fullmetal Alchemist originally debuted as an anime in 2003, although it was the 2009 remake Brotherhood that made it a household name. The series follows the Ulric brothers, who after messing with alchemy, causes Alphonse loses his body, and Edward sets out on a journey to get it back. Jaw-dropping Fullmetal Alchemist Cosplay In the series story, the Ulric brothers first meet Alex Armstong while serving in the Amestrian Military, and are later introduced to his terrifying sibling Olivier in the second half of the show at the Northern Wall. While originally sharing this back in November at the 2019 Anime NYC convention, cosplayers Ryan ‘thesparklingbaldie‘ and ‘lome_lindi‘ created one of the best Fullmetal costumes of all time, and make it look as if the characters had jumped from out of the anime into real life. The stunning photography was taken by ‘dtjaaaam‘ – an industry veteran photographer – and captured the two talented artists as they strike a perfect pose for each character. https://www.instagram.com/p/B5A1-mXn48b/ The duo posted more screenshots on their Instagram accounts, and showed off another amazing collaboration – this time with rchong_photo – as the two showed off their faithful recreation of the Armstrong siblings. The show can currently be watched in its entirety on streaming platform Netflix, as well as anime service Funimation, which did the English dub for the groundbreaking series.

Fullmetal Alchemist cosplayer shapeshifts into jealous homunculus Envy Bones / Instagram: @kuramachaan, @flurmyshootA skilled cosplayer has created the perfect look for Fullmetal Alchemist’s jealous homunculus Envy, turning them into a chilling re-creation of the formidable foe. Fullmetal Alchemist is regarded as one of the best anime series of all time, thanks to its dark themes of loss, death, murder, and loneliness. It follows the story of siblings Ed and Alphonse Elric after they attempt to bring their mother back from the dead and fail, leaving the younger brother without a body and the oldest without an arm and a leg. A big part of the plot centers on the homunculus – a set of artificial “humans” created by alchemy. A talented fan decided to cosplay Envy – the embodiment of one of the seven deadly sins – and pulled it off to perfection. Chilling Envy cosplay German cosplayer Kurama shared her take on the FMA villain, and it’s so realistic, it looks as though they’ve jumped right out of the TV screen itself. In the show, the antagonist can shapeshift into other forms, and can replicate other human beings to become almost like a clone – something the cosplayer pulls off by looking exactly like the menace itself. https://www.instagram.com/p/B7TwEZcIfbL/ Fullmetal Alchemist first aired in 2003, and was later remade as a second, updated series called Brotherhood in 2009 which gave a more in-depth yet streamlined look at the Elric brothers’ journey. Fullmetal Alchemist cosplay makes Lust more menacing than she is already – Dexerto
Fullmetal Alchemist cosplay makes Lust more menacing than she is already A skilled cosplayer created the perfect take on Lust the Lascivious from Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and somehow made her even more scary than she is in the anime itself. Fullmetal Alchemist follows the tale of siblings Edward and Alphonse Elric after their attempt to bring their dead mother back to life using alchemy results in the youngest brother losing his entire body, and his soul being put into a suit of armor. The two embark on a journey to recover Al’s physical form, but it’s not an easy ride as they uncover dark secrets about their homeland along the way. One of their obstacles is a Homunculus named Lust, which one cosplayer brought to life with an epically terrifying costume. Insanely accurate Lust cosplay In the show, the antagonist bears the mark of the Homunculus across her chest called Ouroboros, and depicts the eternal cycle of life and death with a dragon eating its own tail – something that Kinny V mimics perfectly in her take. Another one of the character’s iconic features is her form-fitting black dress, along with her chunky black boots, and they’re replicated with incredible accuracy in the artist’s depiction, too. The voice actress also nails the 250-year-old demon’s long talons as well, which makes her look even more threatening. https://www.instagram.com/p/B6_qlLEn9Ma/ In another shot, the cosplay artist provides a closer look at the dark makeup she chose to represent Lust, using a deep purple lip and smokey eye makeup to tie the whole look together. It also gives a better glimpse of the character’s black and red patterned gloves, which fully cover her arms all the way up to her armpits. FMA isn’t the only anime that Kinny has recreated outfits from – she’s also brought characters from other shows such as Blue Exorcist, Blazblue, and Fate Grand Order to life, too. https://www.instagram.com/p/B6o8JFfHU9X/ Despite releasing over 10 years ago, Fullmetal Alchemist is regarded as one of the best shows of all time amongst anime fans due to its gripping story and epic ending. It can be watched in its entirety on streaming service Netflix, as well as on Funimation and Crunchyroll.
