Unique Intervention loadout change makes Warzone 2 sniper even more OP ActivisionLooking to make your FJX Imperium – Intervention – loadout better than ever in Warzone 2? Well, there’s a slight change you need to make so it becomes even more ‘OP’. Ever since Warzone first launched as a part of Modern Warfare 2019, plenty of Call of Duty fans have been begging the devs to bring back iconic weapons from the franchise that have been missing. A few like the MP5 and Mac-10 have made their way in, but they didn’t touch the Intervention for hype from fans. MW2’s iconic fast-action sniper made its return in the current-day title but with a slight twist as it’s now known as the FJX Imperium. It has quickly shot up the pick rate charts too, standing as one of the best snipers on offer in Warzone 2 – especially with its one-shot capabilities. Though, there is a way to make it even better than it currently is. Cronen Zero-P optic makes FJX Imperium even more ‘OP’ in Warzone 2 That’s according to YouTuber Metaphor who, in his May 4 video, suggested that players need to move away from the meta optic that they’ve been running and adopt the Cronen Zero-P Optic. “It’s going to take some time to get used to, but I’m telling you right now, when it comes to quick scoping and playing aggressively, this scope is better than the regular scope,” he said, tipping his cap to the stock scope if you’re more of a long-range player. The rest of his loadout is the same, but Metaphor that it is his new “go-to” for the Intervention when it comes to playing fast and in your face as its “overpowered”. Barrel: Fahrenheit 29″ – Muzzle: Nilsound 90 – Optic: Cronen Zero-P – Laser: Accu-Shot 5mW Laser – Ammunition: .408 Explosive – As per WZRanked stats, most players are sticking with the stock sight in their loadout, with some opting to run a Bolt. Though, that isn’t universal. If Metaphor’s class brings back the quickscoping vibes on Highrise and Favela from 2009 then maybe some will switch. We’ll just have to wait and see.

Unique FiNN LMG Warzone loadout is “most overpowered” weapon in Season 4 – Dexerto
Unique FiNN LMG Warzone loadout is “most overpowered” weapon in Season 4 ActivisionPopular Warzone YouTuber IceManIsaac believes that the FiNN LMG could well be the “most overpowered” weapon in the battle royale at the minute as it’s looking like its old self once again. Like every other shooter and battle royale game, Warzone goes through different meta periods, with a whole host of weapons being given the chance to stand out. When the FiNN LMG was introduced back in Season Five of Modern Warfare, it was so incredibly broken off the bat that players were picking up kills that had previously only been reserved for snipers. The LMG has been nerfed a few times since, slipping down the popularity rankings. However, ahead of Season 5 getting underway, it seems to be getting its moment in the spotlight once again. NRG content creator IceManIsaac highlighted the LMG in his most recent video, suggesting that it shouldn’t be underrated for too much longer as he believes it’s the “most overpowered” weapon around right now. Why is that the case? Well, it has a better time to kill (TTK) than the Modern Warfare MP5, but if you toss on the LongShot Adverse barrel, it blows every meta weapon out of water, not just the SMG. The barrel boosts the weapon’s fire rate so high that it is a must-use if you’re going to start running the LMG, but the rest of the OP class is pretty standard. IceManIsaac’s OP FiNN LMG Warzone class Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Barrel: XRK Longshot Adverse – Laser: Tac Laser – Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip – Optic: VLK 3.0 Optic – As the YouTuber shows the recoil is a bit of a “dream” if you try to learn it, given all your shots will land within the range of a “man-sized target.” If anything, it may pull up slightly, but it’s easy to control. The LMG absolutely falls under the umbrella of being underrated, given it currently sits at 39th overall on WZRanked’s weapon list, but if it stays as it is and Isaac’s setup takes over, it could well rocket up the charts before long.

Unique Bruen MK9 Warzone loadout is taking over TikTok – Dexerto
Unique Bruen MK9 Warzone loadout is taking over TikTok ActivisionWarzone players have been showing a bit of love to the Bruen MK9 again after a loadout caught the eye of many on TikTok. When Warzone first launched back in March of 2020, the loadout meta revolved around snipers with thermal scopes and having a solid assault rifle as a backup. As the meta has shifted over time, different weapon types have had their moment in the sun, with one of the most powerful being the LMG meta as players gave some love to the Bruen MK9, Stoner, and FiNN. The different LMGs still have plenty of power in Warzone, but their popularity has fallen off as players have opted to go more mobile with SMGs and ‘hipfire’ assault rifle classes. Though, the Bruen could slowly start working its way back into the fold. The Bruen has started to get some shine from Warzone players on TikTok who have come up with a loadout that helps its mobility issues and has an incredibly fast Time to Kill (TTK). While typical Bruen setups revolve around the VLK 3.0x Optic and XRK Summit 26.8″ barrel, TikToker ttvzyro has something different. They’ve done away with long-range sight and gone for the Corp Combat Holo instead, while taking the Monolithic Suppressor instead of the barrel. They also use the Stippled Grip Tape as a grip, which is not something you just don’t see on Bruen loadout. As per WZRanked, the more popular Bruen loadouts take either Commando Foregrip or the Ranger Foregrip. TikTok’s Bruen Warzone loadout Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Laser: Tac Laser – Optic: Corp Combat Holo – Magazine: 60 round mag – Rear Grip: Stippled Grip Tape – The TikToker’s class has already racked up close to 2 million views, with plenty of players showing some love in the comments, noting that they need to try it. In terms of it breaking into the meta, that seems unlikely. The Bruen ranks as the 37th most-used weapon in Warzone according to WZRanked and it hasn’t broken out of the 30’s in quite some time.

Unique BAR Warzone loadout dominates meta STG in TTK after Season 3 buffs – Dexerto
Unique BAR Warzone loadout dominates meta STG in TTK after Season 3 buffs ActivisionCall of Duty: Vanguard’s BAR has, once again, stolen a place in the Warzone meta and if you want to get away from using the STG, you may want to consider this unique loadout. It’s been a little while now since Raven Software dropped the Season 3 Reloaded update on Warzone, prompting a pretty big shift in the meta across every single weapon type. While some categories are still competitive – players haven’t really settled on a dominant SMG, for example – the STG-44 has taken over the Assault Rifle meta. The Vanguard AR packs a pretty nasty punch and has a controllable recoil, which makes it a solid choice. However, if you want to break free from the STG dominance and use something else, the BAR might be an option, seeing as it does beat its Vanguard counterpart when it comes to TTK. That is, of course, if you rock the right loadout. NRG’s IceManIsaac highlighted the BAR in his June 3 video, noting that running the AR with the Removed Stock attachment is pretty much the way to go at this point. “You do not need a dedicated stock. Using the Removed Stock is going to help us get that aim down sight faster and move faster while using it,” the YouTuber said, adding that it also helps with the initial recoil of the AR. The rest of the build – Rubber Grip aside – is pretty standard, with the XL barrel being used to improve bullet velocity as well. All in all, when compared to the STG, the BAR has a better TTK inside the first 30 meters thanks to its headshot and neck shot multiplier. No recoil BAR loadout in Warzone Season 3 Muzzle: Recoil Booster – Barrel: CGC 30′ XL – Optic: SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x – Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop – Stock: Removed Stock – Magazine: 8mm Klauser 40-round mags – Ammunition: Lengthened – Rear Grip: Rubber Grip – Perk 1: Hardscope – Perk 2: On-Hand – As noted, to really dominate the STG in the TTK stakes, you do need to mix in at least one head or neck shot during a gunfight. Though, the BAR still has an impressive TTK if you hit pretty much anywhere bar just the enemy’s chest. It is absolute a meta AR pick at this point, so if you want an alternative to what everyone else is using, make sure to give it a go at some point.

UNILAD Stuns OpTic Gaming in Elimination Match at CWL Pro League Stage 2 Playoffs – Dexerto
UNILAD Stuns OpTic Gaming in Elimination Match at CWL Pro League Stage 2 Playoffs UNILAD has sent OpTic Gaming home with a 3-0 sweep in the first round of the CWL Pro League Stage 2 playoffs. For the second event in a row, UNILAD is responsible for OpTic Gaming’s exit from the competition. The new OpTic line-up is still looking for a big result after breaking up the most successful roster in Call of Duty history. UNILAD stopped them at the top-six at CWL Anaheim, and now they’ve eliminated OpTic in the very first round of the Stage 2 Playoffs for a 7/8 finish. UNILAD came out swinging in the opening map, a Valkyrie Hardpoint on which the European team out-slayed one of the most formidable slaying squads in Call of Duty, taking a 250-191 to open the series in their favor. Losing respawn modes has proven dangerous for an OpTic Gaming that has looked weaker on Search and Destroy, and that vulnerability bore out once again here as UNILAD were able to claim Sainte Marie du Mont 6-4 to reach match point. Relying on a reverse sweep is a precarious position for a team that’s struggled in Search and Destroy, but UNILAD didn’t even let OpTic get that far. A 2-1 capture the flag on Flak Tower sealed the deal for the Europeans, advancing them to next round of the lower bracket and eliminating OpTic Gaming from the event. UNILAD Eliminate OpTic Gaming in Top 6 Gaming at CWL Anaheim in Intense Five Game Series – Dexerto
UNILAD Eliminate OpTic Gaming in Top 6 Gaming at CWL Anaheim in Intense Five Game Series OpTic Gaming failed to make the top four yet again at a major open tournament in the CoD: WWII season, after losing 3-1 to a UNILAD team that many had written off ahead of CWL Anaheim. After Matthew “Skrapz” Marshall left UNILAD, many thought they had lost a player too valuable to replace, but the team has certainly proven their doubters wrong as they secure top four at CWL Anaheim. OpTic Gaming are improved from their last open event performance at CWL Seattle, back when Matthew “FormaL” Piper and Damon “Karma” Barlow were on the squad, but it wasn’t enough in the end. New players Anthony “Methodz” Zinni and Sam “Octane” Larew did impress in some series and maps, but when it came to important matches against Luminosity, they didn’t play their best. They began well in the losers bracket, taking out eUnited and Tainted Minds in dominant fashion, but UNILAD proved to be a different challenge all together. OG did take the opening map 250-203, but UNILAD remained unfazed, bouncing back immediately on Search and Destroy and CTF to open up a 2-1 lead. Map four on Valkyrie hardpoint was neck and neck till the very end, as OpTic mounted a comeback after being down over 100 points, eventually pulling it back to tie at around 200 points each. And insane final few moments saw OpTic force the game five. The game five SnD was suitably intense also, as UNILAD opened up a quick 2-0 lead thanks to this slick 1v3 from Sean “Seany” O’Connor. Methodz hit right back however, with his own slick three piece, and the teams were tied up at 3-3 with it all on the line. And of course it went all the way to round 11:

This Tactical Unicorn Black Ops 4 weapon skin is truly fabulous (and it’s really in the game) – Dexerto
This Tactical Unicorn Black Ops 4 weapon skin is truly fabulous (and it’s really in the game) Call of Duty fans have always liked colorful camos and concepts for their weapons, but one particular skin that has been making the rounds on Reddit just might be the most “out there” design the franchise has ever seen. In a Reddit thread titled ‘Welcome to Call of Duty’, an image of the GKS submachine gun with a multicolored paint job and unicorn head was shared, immediately prompting users to question whether the strange design was legitimate or not. Well, it is, and you’ll have a chance of getting your hands on Black Ops 4’s very own ‘Tactical Unicorn’ gun through the game’s Black Market and Contraband stream system. Players can earn various cosmetic items as they level up their Contraband, which works a lot like the Battle Pass in Fortnite, and will start receiving ‘Reserves’ (similar to Supply Drops) after the sixth tier. However, it looks like you’ll first be granted access to another variant of the GKS, and the Tactical Unicorn has to be earned through the signature weapon challenges that unlock its ‘Mastercraft’ version. Hollow on YouTube has uploaded a video where he does just that: From what we can gather, getting the signature GKS is down to luck of the draw when you earn a tier (there’s a good chance you’ll end up with something much less exciting), but we’ll keep you posted if we hear differently and can guarantee an unlock through another method. This is arguably the most ‘cartoonish’ weapon camo that we have ever seen in a Call of Duty game and is likely to split opinions among players. We’re willing to bet that you’ll like it if you’re a Fortnite fan, though! Which camp are you in? Is this the most fabulous weapon design that Call of Duty has ever seen or is it just too much?

What is Unhinged in Warzone 2.0? WZ2 new game mode, playlist explained – Dexerto
What is Unhinged in Warzone 2.0? WZ2 new game mode, playlist explained ActivisionWarzone 2 introduces a new playlist called Unhinged and if you’re wondering how it works, you’ve come to the right place. Activision has shaken things up with a massive update for Warzone 2, Season 1, with the patch notes revealing a number of weapon buffs and nerfs already. The new Al Mazrah map has opened its doors with a number of playlists available for players, including Solos, Duos, Quads, and Third Person. Interestingly, though, there’s a fifth one that has been thrown into the mix, called Unhinged. For those looking to shoot their shot in the new Warzone 2 game mode, you’re going to need to know how it works. So, let’s dive into the details. What is Warzone 2’s Unhinged playlist? Unhinged is a new Warzone playlist, added in the Warzone 2.0, Season 1 update on November 16. There is a max of 150 players allowed at any one time, with Assimilation, and up to six players per squad. The official blog post says: “Break the squad limit boundaries by using Assimilation to grow your squad up to 6 players! Alliances are fragile in this game mode and you may find yourself outnumbered at any point.” This isn’t the only new mode available, though, as DMZ also released with Season 1. Check out our full guide here. With all of the MW2 weapons being integrated into the new-look Call of Duty battle royale, a new weapons tier list has emerged with some strong loadouts. For more news, information on patch notes, and loadout guides, check out our dedicated CoD page here.

“Underwhelming” JAK Gunslinger has MW3 and Warzone players asking why it was added – Dexerto
“Underwhelming” JAK Gunslinger has MW3 and Warzone players asking why it was added Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone players thought they found the next best conversion kit in the JAK Gunslinger, but the new addition fell far short of expectations. After completing the week 7 challenges in Modern Warfare 3, players unlock the JAK Gunslinger conversion kit. On paper, the new addition should have been an instant hit as it increased the Basilisk’s magazine size to eight, increased the fire rate, and removed the bolt delay. However, after getting a hands-on test session with the weapon, players quickly realized that it’s one of the worst-performing conversion kits to be added. Warzone Meta tested the conversion kit in Warzone and determined that the pistol typically kills in five shots, translating to a 600-millisecond time-to-kill speed. For a short-range-meta weapon, this is below average, and a 300-millisecond time-to-kill speed can only be achieved with one headshot and two chest shots. As a result, we don’t expect the JAK Gunslinger to make any significant waves in the battle royale. The same can be said about multiplayer, as Warzone Meta tested the conversion kit in MW3 and determined that it has an average time-to-kill speed of 300 milliseconds, which is poor for the game mode. Players questioned why it would be added since the conversion kit underperforms in every category. “I don’t understand the point of spending dev efforts on this thing,” Warzone Loadout claimed. After running through the same tests, other players agreed. Warzone content creator JGOD concluded, “Probably fun in MP, but 8 bullets without snakeshots is a little too limiting for WZ imo.” JGOD held back his complaints, but other community members didn’t pull punches. “Unfortunately, this is yet another bad conversion kit,” Warzone Meta argued. Like any other weapon in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone, players can always make weapons perform better than they appear on the surface. But in this case, you are best off looking for a better option.

Underused Warzone SMG might be better than meta Bullfrog – Dexerto
Underused Warzone SMG might be better than meta Bullfrog ActivisionAs Warzone’s meta shifts again in Season 6, there’s an underused SMG that could actually be better than meta choices like the Bullfrog so long as you run the right loadout and class. Warzone’s meta has constantly shifted as Raven Software make changes. In the early days, snipers with thermal scopes ruled the roost, but they were quickly cycled out for LMGs and Assault Rifles. In Black Ops Cold War, it’s pretty much been all about the KAR-98 and running an SMG as your sidearm – with the MAC-10 and Bullfrog being the most recent go-to choices. With some players growing bored of the meta, they’re always looking for something different, even if it’s just for a few games. Though, if the stats are to be believed, the AK-74u might be worth picking up as your new go-to SMG. The true power of the weapon was highlighted by Warzone stats guru TrueGameData, who noted that while the AK-74u has a slightly lower fire rate compared to the Bullfrog, it makes up for it in other ways. When it comes to damage and range, the AK-74u has a slight advantage in both categories – with a huge advantage in shots that register to the neck, stomach, and extremities. Throw on the 50 round magazine for the 74u, and it actually gains a bigger advantage as well. That helps it in the TTK stakes too, where the 74U has another small leg up. As for recoil and speed, the Bullfrog may appear to have an easier to control recoil, but as TGD points out, that’s not necessarily the case as the AK-74u’s recoil is pretty manageable, as long as the set-up is right. TrueGameData AK-74u Warzone loadout class Muzzle: GRU Suppressor – Underbarrel: Patrol Grip – Magazine: Spetsnaz 50 round drum – Stock: KGB Skeletal Stock – Grip: Speed Tape – One other big factor that has seen the AK-74u drop to 27th on WZRanked’s popularity charts is the iron sights. Of course, you can throw on a scope, but that takes up a much-needed attachment. As TGD points out, throwing on the Taskforce barrel and GRU Suppressor will actually alter the iron sights and make it much cleaner, thus being more attractive for some players. Additionally, taking your current Bullfrog build and tossing it on to the AK-74u may also increase your love for the weapon, so give it a swing in a game or two at least.

Underused Warzone SMG might be better than most meta weapons – Dexerto
Underused Warzone SMG might be better than most meta weapons ActivisionWarzone might have a pretty set meta at the moment, but there are plenty of under-the-radar weapons that are worth giving a bit of love to, and that includes the recently introduced TEC-9. When Warzone first launched, the battle royale’s meta was constantly in flux. Snipers were the go-to weapons, then it was LMGs, and a whole host of assault rifles also got their moment in the sun. In recent seasons, the meta has become a little bit more stale – much to the annoyance of some players – but there are plenty of players who are willing to experiment with something new. As a result, we’ve seen that the LMGs – particularly the FiNN and MG 82 – have ridiculous TTKs (Time to Kill) that match those of the meta weapons. Now, a spotlight has been shone on the TEC-9. The TEC-9, iconic in other FPS titles, was introduced to Warzone with the start of Season 5. Players were quickly concerned about it, given how powerful similar akimbo weapons have been, but it’s slid down the usage charts. According to WZRanked, it’s currently the 37th most-used weapon in the battle royale, but as TrueGameData shows, that probably should be the case. The YouTuber has shown that the vastly underrated SMG has a better TTK than some of the most-used weapons in the game – blowing away some of it’s SMG rivals. One slight knock on the TEC-9 is that it does fall slightly behind both the MAC-10 and Bullfrog in some aspects of speed but it holds its own against other meta picks. TrueGameData TEC-9 Warzone loadout class Muzzle: Full Auto Repeater – Laser: Tiger Team Spotlight – Optic: Microflex LED – Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip – Ammunition: Salvo 48-round Fast Mag – Using the biggest magazine possible is key for SMGs, and only having a 48-round mag might be a bit of an eyebrow-raiser for some, but if you hit your shots, that won’t matter. The TEC-9 simply melts the competition and is well worth using at least once, just to see if it could become a full-time thing. We’ll have to wait and see if it starts shooting up the popularity charts.

Underused Warzone perk is “overpowered” after big Season 2 changes – Dexerto
Underused Warzone perk is “overpowered” after big Season 2 changes ActivisionThe perk meta in Warzone Season 2 Reloaded could be about to change in a big way as YouTuber IceManIsaac has highlighted an “overpowered” perk that barely anyone is using. After a few weeks of waiting, Raven Software finally brought the Season 2 Reloaded update to Warzone on March 24, and it’s changed the battle royale in a pretty big way. On top of the overhaul given to Rebirth Island, the developers also significantly changed up the way that some perks work, including Ghost. The popular second perk choice will no longer hide you from UAVs if you’re standing still – meaning if you’re a sniper user and have gone prone as a lookout, you’re going to be shown on the radar. The change has divided the fanbase just a little, with many stating that it’s a much-needed change to shake up the perk meta. Though, the update may have also caused one perk to become a little “broken.” In his video detailing the update, NRG’s IceManIsaac noted that the Season 2 Reloaded update gave Restock a pretty nice buff, with the recharge time on items being cut in half from 50 seconds to 25 seconds. “So, Restock. Every 25 seconds you’re getting a new stun and a new Semtex. I literally called this Restoxicity because it’s unbelievable,” the YouTuber said. “It’s unbelievable, every gunfight I can go in with a Semtex that can do up to 225 damage – two of those – and stuns which are incredibly overpowered, basically taking someone out of the fight for five seconds.” The Warzone star noted that there’s “no way” that the perk doesn’t get patched before long, seeing as things can become a little ridiculous. “I think it’s great that we’re getting away from the Ghost meta, but this? This is bad,” he added. As per WZRanked stats, the change to the perks hasn’t completely altered the meta overnight. Overkill and Ghost still lead the way in the second perk slot, and while Restock has seen an uptick in usage, it’s still barely over 3%. It remains to be seen if it’ll become more widespread or if the devs will nip things in the bud before they get out of hand as the YouTuber predicts.

Underused Warzone perk has secret advantage making it overpowered – Dexerto
Underused Warzone perk has secret advantage making it overpowered ActivisionFor the most part, Warzone players like to use the same perks across their loadouts and there isn’t too much variance — but this one underutilized perk is actually far more effective than almost any player is aware of. While there is sometimes a bit of variation in players’ preferred perk packages, there are also a number of perks that rarely get any use, and some players haven’t even tried out in their classes at all. That said, some of those less popular perks can often change your game up completely, and Warzone expert IceManIsaac believes he may have stumbled upon one that is way better than any average player realizes: Irradiated. The perk’s description reads “While under the effects of the gas circle you move faster and take reduced gas damage.” On top of this, you can also apply armor plates while taking gas damage, though without it you stop plating up as soon as you start taking damage. What many players haven’t cottoned onto yet, though, is that this applies to all forms of damage you can take in the game. For example, if you are plating up and a player starts shooting at you, while typically your Operator would stop applying the plates, Irradiated allows you to fight through it and just keep notching up your health with plates. Timestamp 7:10 This is perfect for when you’re rotating across Urzikstan, Vondel, or Fortune’s Keep, or even just trying to finesse opponents around buildings, not slowing down your health regeneration, and could often be the difference between winning or losing a gunfight. Whether you consider it important enough to take up one of your perk slots is up to you and your style of play, but especially during aggressive pushes, rotations, and late-game plays, this could be an absolute game-changer.

Underused Warzone field upgrade gets huge buff in MW3 integration – Dexerto
Underused Warzone field upgrade gets huge buff in MW3 integration ActivisionDuring a developer meeting with content creators, Warzone developers revealed various information ahead of the Modern Warfare 3 integration, including the confirmation that the Portable Radar is getting a massive buff. The Warzone meta is primarily defined by loadouts, more specifically weapons, and perks. These are the tools that enable playstyles and let each player shine in their own way. However, Field Upgrades can be just as impactful and even more important in the right situation. A well-timed Dead Silence to flank quietly or a Trophy System to protect a vehicle can be incredibly valuable. The Field Upgrade meta wasn’t overly diverse in Warzone previously, but upcoming changes to an underused option could see that change in Season 1. Portable Radar is getting a glow-up in Warzone Season 1 The Warzone Season 1 integration of Modern Warfare 3 will see the Portable Radar get a sizable buff potentially even elevating it into the meta. This was stated in a developer call and later tweeted by Primroze who amongst other changes stated, “Portable Radar Distance is doubled to 76M,” confirming that the underrated Field Upgrade is set to receive a huge buff. To provide some context on what 76 meters means in practical terms, that’s roughly the distance from one end of Scrapyard to the other. Now imagine that but across the Portable Radar’s entire radius. The jump from 38 meters to 76 meters is significant as the prior would only cover a section of a building at most while the latter will cover most buildings in their entirety. This should let teams lockdown areas better or scout ahead before pushing an enemy squad. It is worth noting that Portable Radar will still be countered by Ghost limiting its use in some scenarios. Even so, it looks like it will be a much stronger option in Warzone this time around and could even become meta.

Underused Warzone attachment turns MW’s M4A1 into two-shot monster – Dexerto
Underused Warzone attachment turns MW’s M4A1 into two-shot monster ActivisionAn underused Warzone attachment could be a great way of turning the Modern Warfare M4A1 into a two-shot behemoth in Caldera, according to YouTuber TheKoreanSavage. Despite the incredible array of weapons and attachments on offer in Call of Duty: Warzone, only a few are consistently picked as players flock to loadouts that are the most meta. The M4A1, despite coming to dominate the battle royale’s early seasons because of its fast fire rate and high damage, has fallen away as Black Ops Cold War and Vanguard weapons have been added. However, according to Warzone content creator and YouTuber TheKoreanSavage, it’s one underused attachment away from being one of Warzone’s best weapons. TheKoreanSavage ‘two-shot’ M4A1 Warzone loadout In a 10 March YouTube video, the popular YouTuber outlines why the .458 SOCOM 10-Round Mags are so lethal on the Modern Warfare assault rifle. They massively increase the gun’s damage and range, giving it a two-shot capability to rapidly drop enemies. Naturally, the downsides are there too – reducing ammo capacity significantly as well as fire rate and recoil control. However, as K3’s video shows, it can be a truly game-changing attachment – as long as you can hit your shots. It will also catch your opponents off guard, with stats site WZRanked suggesting it is picked just 1.7% of the time by the weapon’s users. Away from the two-shot attachment, the M4A1 loadout is fairly typical. The Monolithic Suppressor is a must-have on all MW weapons to improve range and discretion, while the Corvus Custom Marksman barrel improves range and recoil. The loadout is rounded off nicely by the Commando Foregrip and Stippled Grip Tape, both of which improve handling and maximize your chance of hitting shots. This accuracy is all the more important when using 10-round mags. The full loadout is detailed below: Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Barrel: Corvus Custom Marksman – Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip – Magazine: .458 SOCOM 10-Round Mags – Rear Grip: Stippled Grip Tape – While this class won’t be for the inexperienced, players confident in their Warzone aim should drop in and dominate with this two-shot M4A1.

Underused Warzone 2 perk gives unlimited UAV across all of Al Mazrah – Dexerto
Underused Warzone 2 perk gives unlimited UAV across all of Al Mazrah ActivisionUAVs are a valuable resource in Warzone 2, providing vital intel on enemy positions. Luckily, CoD guru Metaphor has discovered a way to use unlimited UAVs in Warzone 2 matches. Warzone 2 shakes up the formula from the original in a number of interesting ways. The new circle mechanics force to players to adapt quickly, while the Strongholds full of AI enemies pose a new challenge. One of the most controversial changes made in Warzone was the decision to remove the option of custom Perk setups, forcing players to use one of the pre-made Perk Packages. This was made worse by the fact that Perks appear to be completely broken for many, and don’t trigger in-game. Luckily, Warzone 2 expert Metaphor has found a surefire way to make sure players can use their Perks on Al Mazrah, and how they can use this workaround to get unlimited UAVs. In his November 28 video, the Youtuber found that the Birdseye Perk will essentially allow players to “run a UAV for the entire game,” providing them with valuable intel on where enemies are around the map. This new Perk, which also features in Modern Warfare 2, reveals the locations of enemies when they use a UAV anywhere on the map, in addition to any UAVs that players call in themselves. What makes this effect unique is that it covers the entire map, whereas calling in a UAV Killstreak only highlights other teams within a certain range. Many players may already have Birdseye equipped through the Recon Perk Package, but won’t be receiving the benefits. Ultimate Perks have been extremely inconsistent ever since Warzone 2 launched, and often don’t provide the effects they should. If you want to make use of unlimited UAVs, Metaphor has discovered a way to make sure Perks work every time. When you come to buy your loadout later in the game, instead of opting for a custom setup, scroll over to the default loadouts and select one of them. The Youtuber claims that the Perks on these loadouts work consistently in-game, so be sure to select an option that includes Birdseye to gain unlimited UAVs. Of course, the main drawback here is that you won’t have access to your own weapons, but these can be bought separately if you have the cash. Metaphor did explain that there’s a good chance this method will be patched in a future update, perhaps Season 1 Reloaded. But, for now, this is an effective way to ensure you’re getting the Ultimate Perk effect you want, and to get constant UAVs by using Birdseye.

Underused Vanguard sniper in Warzone rivals Kar98 after massive buffs – Dexerto
Underused Vanguard sniper in Warzone rivals Kar98 after massive buffs ActivisionWant to change up your sniper loadouts in Warzone? Well, there’s a recently buffed Call of Duty: Vanguard sniper that is pretty powerful and rivals the dominant Kar98. Ever since Call of Duty: Warzone first launched, sniper rifles have played an all-important role in the battle royale. The long-range weapons typically have one-shot potential, so you can camp or play pretty aggressively with them. Though, the sniper rifle meta has been a little stale for a while. The Swiss K31 and Kar98 have dominated for quite some time, and even though players have tried to give a little love to the likes of the AX-50 and Pelington, nothing really matches the other two. However, following the Warzone Pacific Season 2 update, there is one Vanguard sniper, in particular, that could become meta and rival those two as it is, in some cases, feeling like a “hit scan” weapon. The weapon in question is, of course, the 3-Line Sniper Rifle. The Vanguard option was given some movement and ADS speed buffs in the last patch, prompting some creators to shine a spotlight on it. That includes NRG’s IceManIsaac, who noted that some of the game’s popular sniper attachments were also buffed, which only helps the 3-Line’s cause. “I’m at a very close tie between this and the Kar,” he said. “The Vanguard Kar, it’s definitely faster but it doesn’t feel as satisfying, in terms of bullet velocity, as the 3-Line.” The YouTuber’s build of choice significantly boosts the sniper’s range and control, as well as adds a little bit more in terms of ADS speed, which is always welcome, even after the update. Best 3-Line Sniper Warzone loadout after buff Muzzle: Mercury Silencer – Barrel: Empress 514mm F01 – Underbarrel: Heavy Foregrip – Stock: ZAC Custom MZ – Magazine: 30-06 20 round mags – Ammunition: Lengthened – Rear Grip: Leather Grip – Perk 1: Silent Focus – Perk 2: Fully Loaded – As it currently stands, the 3-Line Sniper is the definition of an underused beast. As per WZRanked stats, it has a 0.26 pick rate and is the 43rd most-used weapon in the game. Should more players switch things up and run the YouTuber’s build, it would likely shoot up the charts. Though, many will continue to rock the Swiss and Kar regardless, just because they’re so comfortable with them.

Underused Vanguard SMG is topping KD charts in Warzone – Dexerto
Underused Vanguard SMG is topping KD charts in Warzone Treyarch/Activision/YouTube: PrologyA deadly Vanguard SMG is being overlooked in Warzone Season 5 Reloaded despite having the highest KD ratio in the game. The Armaguerra 43, MP40, and PPSh-41 have stood out as the most dominant SMGs in Warzone Season 5 Reloaded. Every single one of them has a lethal TTK, incredible mobility, and an impressive fire rate which is why they’re so popular. However, sometimes it’s fun to think outside the box and find an off-meta option that can contend with the top-tier picks. Well, one Vanguard SMG, in particular, deserves its time in the spotlight as it’s topping the KD charts with just a 0.5% pick rate. Best Type 100 loadout in Warzone Season 5 Reloaded Attachments Muzzle: Recoil Booster – Barrel: Warubachi 134mm Rapid – Optic: Slate Reflector – Stock: Warubachi Grip Folding – Underbarrel: M1930 Strife Angled – Magazine: .30 Russian Short 36-Round Mags – Ammo Type: Subsonic – Rear Grip: Grooved Grip – Perk 1: Vital – Perk 2: Quick – Sitting at a relatively low pick rate, the Type 100 is a powerful SMG that’s getting overlooked by the Warzone community. Statistically, the deadly Vanguard gun has one of the fastest TTKs in the game, making it absolutely devastating at close range. While this weapon won’t be suited to every player, it’s perfect for those who aren’t afraid to take 1v1 gunfights and outplay their opponents. The loadout above is built for this high-risk high-reward playstyle and will result in you racking up countless kills in any mode. Of course, any gun can be labeled as underrated, but the Type 100 actually has the stats to back it up. Currently, the weapon has the highest KD ratio in the game, at 1.38. This means the players that are using this SMG are seeing a huge amount of success with the gun, and are taking over their matches. While it’s deadly at close range, you will need to run Overkill so you can beam foes from a distance. We recommend the Cooper Carbine or STG44 as both ARs shred at long range in the current meta.

Underused Vanguard SMG absolutely dominates Warzone TTK in Season 2 – Dexerto
Underused Vanguard SMG absolutely dominates Warzone TTK in Season 2 ActivisionWant to switch up your Warzone loadouts and give something new a chance? Well, there’s an underused CoD: Vanguard SMG that actually dominates the rest in terms of Time-to-kill (TTK). As Raven Software have tweaked Warzone over the last few years, plenty of weapons have laid claim to being the best around when it comes to the all-important TTK. Some weapons, like the C58 and Grau, have just dominated enemies at any range, while the likes of the MAC-10 have been untouchable in those short-range engagements usually reserved for the final few circles. Now, with Warzone Pacific’s Season 2 update hitting the battle royale, there’s been another shift in terms of the TTK king, as the underused Type 100 has become the king of the SMGs. The Type 100’s newfound dominance was highlighted by Warzone stats guru TrueGameData, who pitted the game’s different SMGs against each other, to find the best at short-range. After running some calculations based on damaging different parts of an enemy, as well as the typical range of engagement, the Type 100 popped out as having an average of a 447-millisecond TTK – which even goes up to 18-meters. That stat puts it ahead of the much-loved Welgun and recently spotlighted Owen Gun in terms of the Vanguard SMGs. It also dominates popular choices like Black Ops Cold Wars’ LAPA, and Modern Warfare’s MP5. Fastest TTK Type 100 Warzone loadout Muzzle: Recoil Booster – Barrel: Warubachi 134mm rapid – Optic: Slate Reflector – Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop – Stock: Warubachi skeletal – Magazine: 8mm Kurz 48-round drum – Ammunition: Hollow Point – Rear Grip: Stippled Grip – Perk 1: Gung-Ho – Perk 2: – Timestamp of 3:00 The Type 100 is certainly worthy of it’s underrated monster tag too, considering it sits as the 37th most-used gun in the game currently, as per WZRanked stats. Given it has an “insane” TTK, and decent mobility, it could quickly rocket up the charts and become a meta pick. Though, we’ll just have to wait and see how long it takes players to show it some love.

Underused Vanguard LMG is Warzone’s best long-range weapon after buff – Dexerto
Underused Vanguard LMG is Warzone’s best long-range weapon after buff ActivisionLooking to change up your Warzone loadouts for more long-range engagements? Well, you can ditch the STG for the Type-11 as the Vanguard LMG is a monster. After the Season 3 update really shook up the Warzone meta, things have started to become a little more settled in the battle royale, with the likes of the STG, Type 100, and NZ-41 becoming the go-to guns of choice. Naturally, rocking the meta weapons is going to help your chances of picking up a run of Warzone victories, but there are plenty of players who want to keep things fresh. They experiment with lesser-used guns and see where that takes them. Well, in the case of WhosImmortal, he’s been highlighting the Type 11 from CoD Vanguard – and while it’s severely underused, it actually might just be the game’s best long-range weapon overall. The Warzone expert shined a light on the Vanguard LMG in his June 6 video, noting that its TTK (Time-To-Kill) stats are right up there with the likes of the STG, Vargo, and Automaton. While those three guns have an advantage in gunfights that take place inside 40 meters, the Type 11 dominates beyond that. Though it’s not exactly a slouch in those closer gunfights, you’re hardly going to be using an LMG there. So you can pair it with an SMG like the MP-40 or H4 Blixen. The YouTuber’s build also moves away from what we’ve seen with other Type 11 classes too as it uses the MX Silencer, SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x, Warubachi Weighted stock, and 90-round mags instead of the other popular choices. Best Type 11 loadout for Warzone Season 3 Muzzle: MX Silencer – Barrel: Sakura 487mm Shrouded – Optic: SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x – Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop – Stock: Warubachi Weighted – Magazine: 6.5mm Sakura 90-round – Ammunition: Lengthened – Rear Grip: Polymer Grip – Perk 1: Sleight of Hand – Perk 2: Fully Loaded – As noted, while the Type 11 has received a bit of love through buffs, it is still underused in Warzone. As per WZRanked stats, it has a 0.06 pick rate, putting it on par with the likes of the Streetsweeper and Groza. Though, expect that to rise before long once players realize the power that the LMG actually has.

Underused Vanguard LMG is one of Warzone’s deadliest weapons ahead of Season 4 – Dexerto
Underused Vanguard LMG is one of Warzone’s deadliest weapons ahead of Season 4 ActivisionWant to break away from the meta in Call of Duty: Warzone? Well, there is a Vanguard LMG that barely anyone uses, but has proven to be rather deadly recently. Over the last few seasons, Raven Software have been cleaning up the meta in Call of Duty: Warzone with some pretty big balancing changes and updates. Since the start of Season 3, the battle royale’s meta has pretty much been taken over by weapons primarily from Call of Duty: Vanguard, though there are some viable options from Black Ops Cold War and Modern Warfare. With complaints about things growing a little stale thanks to the dominance of the STG44 and NZ-41, players have been experimenting with some under-the-radar options – and it looks like they may have found one in the form of the Whitley LMG. Yes, the Whitley is a part of the Vanguard arsenal of weapons, but it hasn’t found a solid spot in the meta like the Bren and MG42 have on occasion. Though, that might be set to change. As per WZRanked stats, the LMG may only have a 0.04 pick rate in the battle royale right now, but it’s K/D and win ratio aren’t to be sniffed at. As of June 19, the Whitley has a 1.04 K/D ratio, and a 2.81 win rate, which is just outside the top 10 on both fronts. While the pick rate shows it isn’t being used by the wider community, good players are clearly having success with it, given it’s solid K/D ratio and pretty impressive win rate. Best Whitely LMG loadout for Warzone Muzzle: Mercury Silencer – Barrel: 28″ Gracey Mk.9 – Underbarrel: Carver Foregrip – Optic: G16 2.5x – Stock: CGC R4 – Ammunition: Lengthened – Magazine: .303 British 45-round mags – Rear Grip: Rubber Grip – Perk 1: Hardscope – Perk 2: Surplus – As we’ve seen previously, players have opted to use the Whitley as a long-range option, so you might be better suited using it on Caldera rather than the intimate setting of Rebirth Island. With Season 4 on the horizon, we can expect another round of weapon changes, but who knows if the Whitley will be involved in any capacity. It sits in a unique spot, but don’t be shocked to players giving it a try.

Underused Vanguard AR is actually one of Warzone’s most dominant weapons – Dexerto
Underused Vanguard AR is actually one of Warzone’s most dominant weapons ActivisionWhile the Warzone long-range meta is dominated by the likes of the KG M40, UGM-8, and Grau since the launch of Season 5, there’s one Vanguard assault rifle that has quietly been seeing heaps of success: the M1 Garand. The M1 Garand is an iconic weapon in the Call of Duty franchise, having been present dating all the way back to Call of Duty 2 in 2005. It’s been in multiple titles since then, all the way through to the current day when it was included as a gun in Call of Duty: Vanguard. While it hasn’t been particularly popular this year, including when it was integrated into Warzone in late 2021, the M1 Garand is actually silently putting in some serious work in the Call of Duty battle royale. According to WZRanked, the Vanguard rifle only has a 0.13 pick rate at the time of writing, one of the lowest pick rates in the game. Despite this, it actually puts up huge numbers. It boasts an average 1.27 KD, the fifth highest in the game, as well as a 4.65 win rate, the fourth highest in the game. If you’re looking to switch things up and go off-meta in the final days of Warzone before the launch of Warzone 2, it’s well worth trying out the M1 Garand. It’s semi-automatic, so you’ll need to make sure you hit your shots, but if you do it’s clearly a weapon that can slay through lobbies — and you’ll definitely confuse your opponents with the non-meta pick.

Underused Vanguard AR has one of the fastest long-range TTKs in Warzone – Dexerto
Underused Vanguard AR has one of the fastest long-range TTKs in Warzone ActivisionThe NZ-41 and STG44 are dominating the AR meta in Warzone Season 4, but there is a powerful alternative that outperforms both when it comes to long-range TTK. In Warzone Season 4, the NZ-41 and STG44 have risen up and established themselves as the meta ARs, each boasting impressive pick rates. While both of these weapons have strong TTKs and are relatively easy to control, their overwhelming popularity often overshadows powerful alternatives. One of which is Vanguard’s AS44, an underused weapon that actually outperforms the NZ-41 when it comes to long-range TTK and bullet velocity. Luckily, Warzone YouTuber JGOD has outlined the perfect loadout for the gun and kitted it out specifically to dominate the NZ-41 from a distance. Best AS44 Warzone loadout in Season 4 Attachments Muzzle: MX Silencer – Barrel: Kovalevskaya 615mm – Optic: SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x – Stock: Kovalevskaya Custom – Underbarrel: Carver Foregrip – Magazine: 7.62 Gorenko 50 Round Mags – Ammunition: Lengthened – Rear Grip: Hatched Grip – Perk: Disable – Perk2: Fully Loaded – Speaking about the AS44, JGOD highlights that although the weapon has a relatively low damage per mag, its TTK easily outperforms the NZ-41 at long-range if you can land a headshot. Despite this, he does note that the gun is definitely suited to Solos and Duos compared to Trios and Quads. While the AS44 does have a lot of initial kickback after you start firing, it’s simple to control after the first few bullets. So, make sure you hop into a practice lobby and learn the recoil if you want to beam enemies down from a distance. Keep in mind, that although the AS44 can be built as a sniper support or even close-range weapon, JGOD’s build focuses on making the AR deadly at long range. The MX Silencer, Kovalevskaya 615mm, and SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x all come together to create a lethal loadout with an unmatched TTK, if you can land your shots. According to WZRanked, the AS44 has an extremely low pick rate of just 0.8%, so it’ll be interesting to see if JGOD’s video boosts the Vanguard’s ARs popularity. Either way, before the rest of the community catch on, it’s definitely worth testing the AS44 in one of your matches and making the most of its powerful TTK.

Underused Vanguard AR actually dominates Warzone’s meta weapons – Dexerto
Underused Vanguard AR actually dominates Warzone’s meta weapons ActivisionWant to give your loadouts a fresh look in Warzone? Well, it might just be time to adopt Call of Duty: Vanguard’s AS44 as your go-to weapon given it blows away the competition. Over the last few months, the meta in Call of Duty: Warzone has been completely taken over by weapons from Vanguard. You’re at a bit of a disadvantage if you go into a match and aren’t using the likes of the NZ-41, Marco 5, or Cooper Carbine. Some players have tried to bring back weapons from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Black Ops Cold War, and there are some viable options from both, but it’s the Vanguard guns that have the most success. Though, there are a few weapons from the most recent CoD release that still go under the radar. That includes the AS44, which, statiscially, blows away the competition on a number of fronts. AS44 dominates Warzone TTK charts That’s right, the usually tricky to handle assault rifle – which only has a 0.78 pick rate on WZRanked – was highlighted by YouTuber WhosImmortal in a recent video because of it’s “insane” stats. The Warzone guru took a deep dive into the weapon’s power, claiming it is so far ahead of everything else, given it can operate as an SMG and a long-range option. He proved that by showing how it has a TTK of around 0.489ms in the first 20 metres – blowing away the more popular Marco 5 and Blixen choices. “It is crazy how versatile the AS44 has become,” the YouTuber said, pointing out how the devs have made the gun easier to use over time. “It is a little bit higher risk and higher reward, if you know what you’re doing.” Best AS44 loadout in Warzone Muzzle: MX Silencer – Barrel: Kovalevskaya 615mm – Underbarrel: Carver Foregrip – Optic: SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x – Stock: Kovalevskaya Custom – Magazine: 7.62 Gorenko 50-round mags – Ammunition: Lengthened – Rear Grip: Hatched Grip – Perk 1: Steady – Perk 2: On-Hand – As noted, the AS44’s current pick rate is incredibly low compared to its ridiculous stats, and it could be a matter of time before it breaks through into the meta. So, it might be better to get the jump on your opponents and adopt it sooner rather than later.

Underused SMG has “lethal” TTK at close quarters in Warzone 2 – Dexerto
Underused SMG has “lethal” TTK at close quarters in Warzone 2 ActivisonWarzone 2 expert WhosImmortal has unveiled an underrated SMG with a “lethal” TTK that isn’t getting enough attention in the current meta. When it comes to close-quarter skirmishes in Warzone 2, SMGs are difficult to outmatch thanks to their devastating damage output and strong mobility. In the current meta, both the Fennec 45 and Lachmann Sub have stood out as the most powerful choices, but there are other SMGs that are going under the radar. It’s important to check out these underrated guns as they have a huge amount of potential when kitted out with a meta set of attachments. Well, WhosImmortal has identified a slept-on SMG that’s easy to use, has a deadly TTK, and works best when used as a sniper support. Best Minibak loadout in Warzone 2 Attachments Barrel: BAK-9 279mm Barrel – Laser: Schlager PEQ Box IV – Muzzle: XTEN R-40 – Stock: OTREZAT Stock – Rear Grip: True Tac Grip – In Warzone 2, the Minibak “packs a punch” at close-range and while it may not have the blistering fire rate of the Fennec, its “low recoil” makes it consistent and incredibly easy to use. For WhosImmortal, this combination of strengths makes the pint-sized SMG a “lethal” option on Al Mazrah, especially when used alongside a sniper. One of the best aspects of the Minibak is the weapon’s large default magazine size which means you don’t have to waste an attachment slot on increasing the ammo capacity. As a result, you can maximize the gun’s mobility without sacrificing any damage output, which is exactly what the build above achieves. Topic starts at 2:40 Although the Minibak hasn’t been forgotten, it only has a 0.7% pick rate according to WZRanked which is certainly low for a weapon this strong. Running Weapon Specialist alongside this loadout will give you access to Overkill. We recommend running a sniper as your second primary but if you prefer a meta AR or LMG for beaming foes, those will also be effective. So, if you’re tired of using the same SMGs over and over, don’t hesitate to test out the Minibak in one of your matches.

Underused “powerhouse” LMG has lethal TTK in Modern Warfare 2 – Dexerto
Underused “powerhouse” LMG has lethal TTK in Modern Warfare 2 ActivisonWarzone expert WhosImmortal has identified a “powerhouse” LMG in Modern Warfare 2 that “decimates” opponents at medium to long-range. When picking a weapon in Modern Warfare 2, most players gravitate towards ARs and SMGs, often overlooking the LMG category completely. While these bulky guns lack mobility, they compensate for their shortcomings with raw firepower and powerful TTKs. Not only that, they’re unmatched at long-range and make it easy to beam down enemies from afar with the correct setup. Well, WhosImmortal has unveiled an LMG that deserves more attention and according to him, is a lethal option in multiplayer. Best Sakin MG38 loadout in Modern Warfare 2 Attachments Optic: SZ Lonewolf Optic – Stock: Cheetah STM Stock – Rear Grip: Bruen G305 Grip Wrap – Muzzle: Polafire-S – Underbarrel: FSS Sharkfin 90 – Describing the Sakin MG38 as a “powerhouse” that “decimates” enemies at medium to long-range, it’s safe to say WhosImmortal is a fan of this top-tier LMG. While it may not be the perfect pick for the run and gun modes that operate at a faster pace, it’s ideal for holding down power positions and locking down areas on a map. The build above aims to enhance the gun’s bullet velocity and damage, making it perfect for insta-killing enemies from afar. It also bolsters the Sakin’s recoil, making it extremely easy to control, especially with the SZ Lonewolf Optic. Timestamp of 9:13 As the Sakin struggles against aggressive players looking for close-quarter gunfights, we recommend running Overkill. This will allow you to run a shotgun or SMG as your secondary slot, giving you a versatile loadout that can eliminate foes at any range. Underused MW3 SMG dominates Warzone after Season 2 buffs – Dexerto
Underused MW3 SMG dominates Warzone after Season 2 buffs ActivisionOne of Modern Warfare 3’s most underused SMGs is one of the best choices in Warzone after recent buffs as it stacks up well against some of the meta options. In years gone by, the Warzone meta has gotten stale. At times, just one weapon has dominated, not leaving room for anything else, causing some frustrations for players who want to use different options. However, those headaches have been solve in Modern Warfare 3. The battle royale’s meta is in its most diverse state for quite some time, with plenty of weapons thriving – including a fair few from Modern Warfare 2 too thanks to buffs and nerfs in Season 2. It’s one of Modern Warfare 3’s most underused guns that is getting some love now, though, as one of the game’s most underused guns – the WSP-9 – is starting to get some love after a recent buff. Best WSP-9 loadout in Warzone That’s according to Warzone guru WhosImmortal who believes the SMG is one of the top options in Warzone and can compete with the current crop of meta guns. “It just got buffed a decent amount with Season 2, it’s got really good mobility, it’s relatively easy to use, and it’s got a surprisingly good TTK in the close-range and the mid-range as well,” the YouTuber said in his February 27 video. “This set-up in general is predictable in terms of control but also, it can fry and hold its own with pretty much every other SMG in the game at varying distances.” Muzzle: Shadowstrike Suppressor – Barrel: Hiss Short Light Barrel – Underbarrel: DR-6 Handstop – Optic: MK.3 Reflector – Magazine: 50-round mag – Timestamp of 0:28 WhosImmortal further noted that while the SMG is super easy to control, it can be made even easier by using the ZEHMN 35 Compensator Flash Hider instead of the Shadowstrike Suppressor. However, using that will make you show up on the map. Regardless of how you decide to tweak the loadout, the WSP-9 is clearly a powerful option. It just remains to be seen if it’ll become totally meta and displace something like the RAM-9.

Underused MW3 rifle has one of Warzone’s best TTKs but there’s a catch – Dexerto
Underused MW3 rifle has one of Warzone’s best TTKs but there’s a catch ActivisionOne of Modern Warfare 3’s most underused rifles actually has one of Warzone’s best Times to Kill, but there is also a pretty big catch to it. Since the Season 4 Reloaded update for Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone, the battle royale’s meta has found itself in a state of flux. The update was designed to really hit the KAR98K and Superi 46 dominance, and while that has happened, they haven’t totally fallen away. Several Modern Warfare 2 guns have gotten some love since the weapon balancing took effect, but it’s MW3 weapons that still rule the roost in the CoD battle royale. When it comes to the new meta, the likes of the Holger 556 and MTZ-556 are currently leading the way, but they don’t necessarily have the best TTKs in the game like the much-slept-on KVD Enforcer. The rifle, which has been ignored for quite some time in Warzone, was highlighted by stats guru WhosImmortal in his July 8 video as being one of the deadliest guns around. “The KVD Enforcer. At 34 meters, this has an 834 ms TTK, which is incredibly competitive and one of the best in-game for semi-auto guns and this thing also has a ridiculous damage range,” he said. Timestamp of 6:50 Barrel: KAS-7 Integrated Suppressor – Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support – Optic: Corio Eagleseye 2.5x – Magazine: 20-round mag – Ammunition: 7.62x54mmr High Grain – The semi-auto nature of the rifle is part of the catch with the Enforcer. As WhosImmortal points out, that makes it a “high skill gap weapon” and not everyone is going to be a fan of that. That is backed up by WZRanked stats, as the Marksman Rifle checks in as the 26th most popular gun right now. A number of semi-auto rifles have, in the past, been highlighted as having top TTKs in Warzone but they never really dominate the meta like their stats suggest they should. So, we’ll have to wait and see what happens with the Enforcer.

Underused MW2 SMG is actually one of Warzone’s best – Dexerto
Underused MW2 SMG is actually one of Warzone’s best ActivisionThere is an underused SMG from Modern Warfare 2 that is actually one of the best options in Warzone, but only if you’re playing on the small maps. Initially, weapons from Modern Warfare 2 had a rough go of things in Modern Warfare 3 and its subsequent Warzone integration. Many players saw the guns as being totally “unusable” as the health and TTK changes in MW3 meant they were underpowered compared to their newer counterparts. Fast forward a couple of months and, when it comes to Warzone in particular, there are a few guns from MW2 that are flying in the meta. Warzone experts like WhosImmortal have raved about the TR-76 Geist, FR Avancer, M16, and Tempus Torrent. Its Assault Rifles and Marksman Rifles that are, for the most part, leading the way, but there are a few SMGs making their way up the popularity charts too – and that should include the FSS Hurricane. That’s according to Warzone guru TheKoreanSavage, as he highlighted the MW2 SMG in his May 21 video, claiming it is the “best” SMG on Rebirth Island. “If you guys are not using the FSS Hurricane, you guys are missing out,” the YouTuber said, noting that his build focuses on buffing your movement speed and also makes recoil “non-existent.” Muzzle: ZEHMN35 Compensator – Underbarrel: XRK Edge BW-4 Handstop – Laser: SL Razorhawk Laser – Stock: Quicksilver Stock – Rear Grip: Phantom Grip – The Phantom Grip is one of two key attachments to boost your movement speed in this loadout, seeing as increases Sprint to Fire time by 20%. It also increases the ADS Speed by 9% too, taking that to 210 ms. It’s the XRK Edge BW-4 Handstop underbarrel that provides the other key boosts, as that increases your regular movement speed and ADS movement speed. The Hurricane already has a nice iron sight and 50-round magazine capacity, so you don’t have to worry about wasting attachments on either of those. Though, you can play around with the muzzle, if you prefer something else.

Underused MW2 SMG has “insane” TTK in Warzone 2 – Dexerto
Underused MW2 SMG has “insane” TTK in Warzone 2 ActivisionLooking to run something different with your Warzone 2 loadouts? Well, there is an SMG that no one is using that has a “nasty” TTK and is actually “insane” in general. The Season 2 and Season 2 Reloaded updates have certainly shaken up Warzone 2 in a big way, especially with the arrival of a new map, the new Tempus Torrent rifle, and general gameplay changes. The arrival of a new weapon has also meant that some existing weapons have been balanced. Naturally, this has caused the meta to undergo some changes again, with the likes of the Sakin MG and VEL 46 dethroning the previously more popular RPK and Fennec. Of course, not everyone likes to stick to the meta. Some want to be different and find guns that no one is using. That’s where YouTuber Metaphor comes in, as he’s got an “insane” Modern Warfare 2 SMG build that everyone is ignoring. Best MX9 build in Warzone 2 Season 2 The SMG in question is the MX9, which actually received a buff in Season 2 Reloaded, as the devs increased its mid-damage ranges. Though, no attachments were touched. “I just don’t think a lot of people want to give this gun a chance, but honestly, with this class setup it actually feels really good,” the YouTuber said, noting that it has “no recoil” and is “nasty” overall. Naturally, it’s decked out with all five possible attachments, including the 9MM Sub OP ammunition and 32-round mag, which buffs its TTK and fire rate to succeed in close-quarters fights. Muzzle: FTAC Castle Comp – Ammunition: 9MM Sub OP – Magazine: 32-round mags – Rear Grip: Bruen Q900 Grip – Comb: FTAC C11 Riser – As noted, the SMG has barely gotten any love in Warzone 2, with it coming in with a 0.3% usage and 35th overall as per WZRanked stats. Given that the SMG category as a whole is in a good place, its certainly worth giving the MX9 a chance, especially if you just want something different.

Underused Modern Warfare weapons actually have best TTKs in Warzone – Dexerto
Underused Modern Warfare weapons actually have best TTKs in Warzone ActivisionWhile Vanguard weapons tend to dominate the Warzone meta in Caldera and Rebirth Island, there are still some viable weapons from the Cold War and Modern Warfare pools. Two MW guns in particular have incredible TTKs but are largely forgotten in Warzone, according to WhosImmortal. Since Warzone launched in March 2020, it has undergone several huge meta shifts, especially when Black Ops Cold War and Vanguard were integrated into the game. Over time, older guns have become less prevalent, in favor of their shiny new counterparts, with Vanguard guns such as the STG and Owen Gun currently leading the Warzone meta. That doesn’t necessarily have to be the case though, with some MW weapons still definitely viable — and a couple of them among the fastest TTKs in the game. Warzone expert posted a video on June 14 discussing the fastest TTK weapons in Warzone, and while three of the five were some meta Vanguard choices, two will only be familiar to those who really grinded in the opening months of Warzone. The two guns are the Fennec SMG and the Oden assault rifle, which have a 0.26 and 0.11 pick ratio respectively, according to WZRanked. While the Fennec was once a somewhat common pick (although never really meta), the Oden has long been a largely disliked gun in Warzone due to its very slow rate of fire and frustratingly punchy recoil. Here’s how WhosImmortal decks out his Fennec and Oden to get kills as efficiently as possible: Fennec Barrel: ZLR 18” Deadfall – Laser: Tac Laser – Stock: No Stock – Underbarrel: Merc Foregrip – Magazine: 40 Round Drum Mags – Oden Muzzle: Colossus Suppressor – Barrel: Oden Factory 810mm – Optic: VLK 3.0x optic – Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip – Magazine: 30 Round Mags – As WhosImmortal explains, the Fennec is still a good gun, but there are plenty of reasons players would want to avoid the Oden. As he says, though, those who can control it and get the best out of it will definitely reap the rewards. Read More: Everything in Warzone Pacific Season 4 – While we don’t expect to see the Fennec and Oden fly to the top of the meta rankings, given how powerful the current options are, they’re definitely worth trying out. You might even catch some enemies off-guard, perplexed by your bizarre loadout.

Underused Modern Warfare AR brings back “OG meta” in Warzone – Dexerto
Underused Modern Warfare AR brings back “OG meta” in Warzone Treyarch/ActivisionWarzone expert WhosImmortal has unveiled a Modern Warfare loadout that brings back the “OG meta” in Warzone Season 5. When it comes to meta ARs in Warzone Season 5, the Cooper Carbine and Automaton stand out as the strongest options based on popularity. While pick rate is a good metric to base your choice of guns on, it can lead you to overlook other options that often go under the radar. A lot of these underrated weapons are usually from Modern Warfare, as most players gravitate towards Vanguard’s arsenal of guns. However, Warzone guru WhosImmortal is convinced that an underused Modern Warfare AR can compete with the top-tier choices in the current meta. Best M4A1 loadout in Warzone Season 5 Attachments Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Barrel: Stock M16 Grenadier – Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic – Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip – Magazine: 60 Round Mags – Back in the early days of Warzone, the M4A1 ruled over Verdansk and was the top-tier pick in the meta for a very long time. Well, according to WhosImmortal, it’s time to pick this old-school AR back up as the “OG meta” loadout showcased above absolutely shreds enemies in Season 5, and allows it to compete with the other Vanguard options. Comparing the M4A1 to the Grau 5.56, Automaton, and the STG44 in his video, the Warzone guru showcases that the OG Modern Warfare AR can hold its own when it comes to TTK, especially at the medium range. As a result, the build above looks to maximize the M4A1’s damage, kitting it out to eliminate foes from a distance. In terms of a secondary weapon, we recommend running Overkill with this loadout as it allows you to utilize a meta SMG. Both the PPSh-41 and the Armaguerra 43 are solid choices in the current meta and are devastating at close-range. So, if you’re bored of constantly using Vanguard weapons, consider using the M4A1, you won’t regret it.

Underused LMG has “overpowered” TTK at mid-range in Warzone 2 – Dexerto
Underused LMG has “overpowered” TTK at mid-range in Warzone 2 ActivisonWarzone 2 expert WhosImmortal has unveiled an underrated LMG that’s an “absolute beast” at mid-range thanks to its “overpowered” TTK. When it comes to LMGs in Warzone 2, the majority of them provide top-tier performance at long-range and can laser beam foes with minimal recoil. This makes them ideal for outputting huge amounts of damage from power positions, making short work of multiple enemies in a single mag. For mid-range, players will typically opt for a meta AR but WhosImmortal has discovered an underused LMG that thrives at 40m and it’s an “absolute beast”. With an “overpowered” TTK, this LMG is unique in that it outperforms every other gun in the category when it comes to mid-range gunfights. Best RAPP H loadout in Warzone 2 Attachments Ammunition: 7.62 High Velocity – Muzzle: Kastovia DX90 – Underbarrel: B052 Grip – Optic: Schlager 3.4x – Rear Grip: Lachmann TCG-10 – For WhosImmortal, the RAPP H takes the crown for mid-range when it comes to LMGs, with the Warzone 2 guru labeling it as “overpowered” up to 40m. While the gun is plagued with a lot of recoil, it’s well worth learning the pattern to abuse its “wild” TTK that melts enemy health bars. The biggest strength of the RAPP H is its incredibly fast fire rate, allowing it to eliminate opponents before they have a chance to fire back. The build above maximizes the weapon’s bullet velocity and damage, while also putting a leash on the LMG’s heavy kickback. Topic starts at 2:42 For your perk package, there’s only really one choice and that’s Weapon Specialist. As the RAPP H is deadly at medium range, you’ll need a close-quarter SMG for mobility to face-to-face damage. Using this bundle gives you access to Overkill which allows you to do exactly that. We recommend running the Fennec 45 or Lachmann Sub, as both are top-tier meta options. So, don’t hesitate to use this loadout, it’s guaranteed to help you rack up countless kills on Al Mazrah.

Underused Gorenko sniper loadout dominates World Series of Warzone – Dexerto
Underused Gorenko sniper loadout dominates World Series of Warzone ActivisionThe World Series of Warzone is well underway, with over 200 players across both Europe and North America taking to battle for their share of the $600k up for grabs. On the EU side of the tournaments, one surprise sniper rifle became a dominant force across Caldera: the Gorenko. The World Series of Warzone was dominated by Italian pro BBlade, who won both the Trios and Solo tournaments to take home over $116k. While that was a shock in itself, what surprised many more viewers was how popular the Gorenko anti-tank sniper rifle turned out to be among the best players in Europe. According to Activision’s Senior Community Manager Shaun Akerman, the off-meta sniper saw up to almost 20% usage in the opening game of the 5-map Trios tournament. This 15-20% pick rate is a stark contrast to the regular pick rate in casual play, which WZRanked has at just 0.74, behind five other snipers or marksman rifles. World Series of Warzone Gorenko loadout While everyone will have built their Gorenko loadouts slightly differently for the tournament, here’s roughly what most players will have been running: Muzzle: MX Silencer – Barrel: 420mm Empress – Optic: SVT PU Scope 3-6x – Stock: Reinforced Stock – Underbarrel: Bipod – Ammo Type: FMJ Rounds – Magazine: 13mm AM 10 Round Mags – Rear Grip: Stippled Grip – Perk 1: Discard – Perk 2: On-Hand – Obviously these are the best players in the game, and found a good way to utilize the Gorenko, so time will tell whether this catches on on a wider scale. With Warzone 2 just around the corner, could we be about to see the return of the sniper meta to round out Season 5?

Underused Cold War SMG rivals best Vanguard weapons in Warzone TTK – Dexerto
Underused Cold War SMG rivals best Vanguard weapons in Warzone TTK ActivisionIf you’re looking to change up your SMG loadout in Warzone, well, there’s a Black Ops Cold War option that rivals the Welgun and H4 Blixen when it comes to TTK – provided you mix in a headshot. Since Raven Software dropped the Season 3 and Season 3 Reloaded updates onto Warzone, the weapon meta has gone through a number of big shifts. Long-dominant snipers like the Kar98 and Swiss K31 have fallen by the wayside, while many players have traded in their SMGs for more versatile Assault Rifles. SMGs, of course, still have a valuable role to play in the battle royale, given their insane fire rate and close-range damage, but there is a split between players on which is the best option. The recently-added H4 Blixen has been dominating the TTK charts, but the MP-40 and Welgun retain solid pick rates despite that. However, if you want to freshen things up, you may want to go back to Cold War’s TEC-9. That’s right, the Tec-9 for Black Ops Cold War is a pretty decent contender in the TTK stakes, even if it does only have a 0.04 pick rate according to WZRanked’s most recent batch of stats. Despite its rock bottom pick rate, the Cold War SMG has an advantage over the popular Welgun in terms of TTK, provided players mix in a headshot. As per Sym.GG stats, the TEC-9 clocks in with a 540ms TTK within 15 meters compared to the Welgun’s 704ms. If you’re just hitting body shots, the TEC-9 does fall behind both the Welgun and H4 Blixen by a far bit at close range, but beyond 23 meters, it outclasses them both. So, control the recoil and you’ve got a handy option in your pocket. Best TEC-9 loadout in Warzone Muzzle: Full Auto Repeater – Barrel: 7.3″ Reinforced Heavy – Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip – Magazine: STANAG 48 round – Rear Grip: Airborne Elastic Wrap – As noted, to get the most out of the TEC-9’s capabilities, you do have to mix in a headshot or neck shot. You can’t just focus completely on the body or extremities. If you’re able to do so, however, you will have a fresh SMG option to mix into your arsenal.

Underused Cold War AR could be better than Warzone’s meta XM4 – Dexerto
Underused Cold War AR could be better than Warzone’s meta XM4 ActivisionIf you want to break away from the Call of Duty: Warzone meta and start experimenting with other weapons, there’s an underused Black Ops Cold War assault rifle that you may want to look into. The Call of Duty: Warzone meta has been in a pretty solid shape ever since the integration with Call of Duty: Vanguard back in December, with weapons from the new game taking over as they couldn’t go head-to-head with Modern Warfare and Black Ops Cold war choices. That has since changed, with Raven Software finally allowing weapons and equipment from all three titles to clash on Caldera. As a result, some older weapons have become popular again, including Cold War’s XM4 and AK47. However, some Warzone players are also experimenting with the Vargo 52 as the new assault rifle has little to no recoil, and also packs a pretty hefty punch. NRG’s IceManIsaac highlighted the Cold War assault rifle in his April 5 video, noting that plenty of players have been “gassing up” the Vargo for a little bit. Read More: Top 10 most viewed Warzone Twitch streamers – While he might not have been sold at first, the YouTuber has come around. “It’s actually really, really good. It might even be better than the XM4,” Isaac said. “This gun is unbelievable. It hits like an XM4, maybe with a little less recoil. This could be one of the strongest guns in the Warzone meta that people are just now finding out about.” He isn’t using an all that unfamiliar build either. The GRU Suppressor, Task Force barrel, and Spetsnaz Grip all get some shine, but the YouTuber opts for the Axial Arms 3x scope over the more commonly used Microflex LED. IceManIsaac’s best Vargo 52 Warzone loadout Muzzle: GRU Suppressor – Barrel: 18.6′ Task Force – Optic: Axial Arms 3x – Underbarrel: Spetsnaz Grip – Magazine: 45-round mags – As he noted, the Vargo is barely being used in the meta currently, even though it doesn’t have a horrendous pick rate. As per WZRanked stats, it sits 20th overall when it comes to the battle royale’s most popular weapons. While some players might feel more at home with the XM4, given they’ve had more time to get used to it, don’t be shocked to see the Vargo rise up the ranks a little in the near future.

Underused AMAX Warzone loadout makes Modern Warfare AR meta again – Dexerto
Underused AMAX Warzone loadout makes Modern Warfare AR meta again ActivisionYouTuber and streamer TheKoreanSavage has revealed a new and unique CR-56 AMAX class for Warzone Season Six and, despite not being strictly ‘meta’, it turns the Modern Warfare AR into a juggernaut. The CR-56 AMAX, like a number of weapons in Warzone, has seen its popularity fluctuate across the last year or so. The seasons where it was a dominant force in Verdansk have come and gone, but so too have seasons where it has largely been overlooked. Currently, in Season Six, it sits 19th on the list of most popular weapons in Warzone. That’s not bad (considering there are over 90 options to choose from), but it doesn’t exactly inspire players to drop in with it as their primary. That could change, though, thanks to streamer and YouTuber TheKoreanSavage. One of the community’s few big names to still use the AMAX, TKS revealed his unique loadout for the Modern Warfare assault rifle in a November 28 YouTube video. TheKoreanSavage’s insane CR-56 AMAX Warzone loadout While most loadouts for the AMAX gravitate towards large magazines, TKS ignores these attachments and focuses on bringing the once-dominant AR into today’s meta. A Tac Laser and Commando Foregrip keep the AMAX mobile and accurate, whilst XRK Zodiac S440 barrel and the VLK 3.0x Optic ensure medium ranges are where this weapon thrives. Rounding off the class is the Monolithic Suppressor, which is still a must-have on any Modern Warfare weapon in Warzone. Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Barrel: XRK Zodiac S440 – Laser: Tac Laser – Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic – Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip – It’s certainly a behemoth at medium ranges, providing players can consistently hit their shots. No magazine attachment does mean that less accurate players may struggle to wipe enemies (or their teams) without the need for multiple reloads. Assuming you can lay down accurate fire though, drop into Warzone and enjoy this CR-56 AMAX class ahead of the transition to Caldera’s Pacific setting.

Underused Akimbo shotgun loadout is “one-shotting” players in Warzone – Dexerto
Underused Akimbo shotgun loadout is “one-shotting” players in Warzone Treyarch/ActivisionWhile most shotguns struggle to break into the Warzone meta, a very specific Double Barrel build is “one-shotting” players and has even had the community calling for nerfs. Although the Pacific update and Caldera have been implemented for just under a month now, players are still discovering new powerful loadouts every single day. While the majority of these builds revolve around making the perfect AR or SMG class, one specific setup has stood out from the crowd as it involves Vanguard’s Double Barrel shotgun. Despite the weapon still having a relatively low pick rate, the loadout has been spreading through the Warzone community and already has players calling for nerfs. Its ability to one-shot multiple opponents at close-range has made it a top-tier secondary, but you’ll need the correct setup if you want to try it out for yourself. Luckily, we’ve got you covered. “One-shot” Double Barrel Warzone loadout Attachments Muzzle: M97 Full Choke – Barrel: Sawed-Off – Optic: None – Stock: Removed Stock – Underbarrel: None – Magazine: None – Ammunition: Buck and Slug – Rear Grip: Fabric Grip – Perk: Akimbo – Perk2: Quick – The most important aspect of the Double Barrel loadout is of course the Akimbo perk. This makes the shotguns absolutely unmatched at close quarters, making it easy to clear out buildings and staircases. Alongside the Buck and Slug rounds, Sawed-Off barrel, and of course the Removed Stock, it’s safe to say you’ll have a secondary that’s a force to be reckoned with. Of course, it’s absolutely key that you run the Overkill perk with this loadout, as the Double Barrel’s not going to perform at medium or long-range. We recommend taking your favorite AR or LMG with the shotguns, that way, you’ll be able to take down opponents in any scenario. If you’re still doubting the power of these pint-sized shotguns, take a look at TioLeo’s clip below, where they’re wiped from full health in a single shot. It’s hard to know how long the Double Barrel shotguns will remain in their current state, as players are already complaining that they’re too powerful and shouldn’t be able to “one-shot”. So, while they’re still going under the radar in terms of pick rate, consider testing them out in your matches, especially if you’re a fan of Rebirth Island.

Underrated Welgun attachment makes it perfect sniper support in Warzone – Dexerto
Underrated Welgun attachment makes it perfect sniper support in Warzone Treyarch/ActivisionWarzone YouTuber Metaphor has discovered a powerful attachment for the Welgun that transforms the SMG into a dominant sniper support option. When it comes to SMGs in Warzone, the MP40 and Owen Gun stand out from the crowd as the two meta choices in Season 2 Reloaded. These guns excel due to their incredibly fast TTK and mobility making them powerhouses at close-quarters, especially on the Rebirth Island map. Despite this, some players prefer to run a class that can perform at a slightly longer range and act as more of a sniper support setup. Well, Warzone YouTuber Metaphor believes the Welgun fits this role perfectly, as long as you’re running a specific barrel attachment. Welgun sniper support Warzone loadout Attachments Muzzle: Recoil Booster – Barrel: 240mm Hockenson 43 – Optic: GW 03 – Stock: SA 43 Folding – Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop – Magazine: 62 Gorenko 40 Round Mags – Ammo Type: Lengthened – Rear Grip: Grooved Grip – Perk 1: Fleet – Perk 2: Quick – Instead of building the Welgun as a typical close-quarter SMG, Metaphor has decided to kit out the weapon with more versatile attachments that allow it to perform at a slightly longer range. The most fundamental change is the switch of the meta 320mm SA Shrouded to the 240mm Hockenson barrel, giving the weapon significantly less bullet drop-off. This makes it a perfect sniper support option to rival the Cold War AK47 or LAPA. Not only that, Metaphor’s choice of stock and rear grip gives the gun an insane amount of strafe speed. Finally, the rest of the build focuses on maximizing the Welgun’s damage and with the perks boosting mobility, this setup is a force to be reckoned with in the right players’ hands. So, if you’re creating a Kar98k or Swiss setup and need a reliable SMG to go alongside your rifle, this is definitely a build worth testing. While ARs often perform better at long-range, running an SMG in a sniper support build provides you with a huge amount of mobility, and even opens up chances to push weakened squads aggressively.

Underrated Warzone STEN loadout is perfect challenger for MP40 meta – Dexerto
Underrated Warzone STEN loadout is perfect challenger for MP40 meta ActivisionThis Warzone STEN build matches up with every other MP40 SMG in the meta and comes out on top more often than not. If you’re looking to switch things up then this new take on a classic playstyle could be the perfect pick. There is no shortage of viable SMGs to pick from in Warzone right now. From the recently enhanced effectiveness of the MP40 to Season 2 Reloaded’s old faithful Welgun, players have been spoiled with variety as of late and the weapon pool is only getting wider. While it hasn’t properly been at the top of the meta yet, the STEN has flirted with being a good pick a few times since Vanguard’s release but this version of it brings the gun properly into the limelight as a competitor. Warzone’s underrated all-around STEN loadout This new-look version of the STEN boasts the fastest TTK out of all the SMGs at the 15m range and never falls below second-best at longer distances. While it may get outclassed by the Welgun at 10m and closer, the overall utility makes it a perfect pick for both Caldera and Rebirth Island. STEN Muzzle: Recoil Booster – Barrel: SA 65mm Rapid – Optic: Slate Reflector – Stock: Gawain Para – Underbarrel: m1941 Hand Stop – Magazine: .45 ACP 32 Round Mag – Ammo Type: Lengthened – Rear Grip: Fabric Grip – Perk: Acrobatic – Perk 2: Quick – Swiss K31 Muzzle: GRU Suppressor – Barrel: 24.9 Combat Recon – Laser: 5mW Laser – Underbarrel: Bruiser Grip – Rear Grip: Airborne Elastic Wrap – Perks Double Time – Overkill – Amped – The biggest downside to this build is the smaller magazine size but that should be less of a problem in solos and duos than in trios and quads. While the other weapon in this loadout is really up to personal preference, keeping a sniper in the other slot has been time-tested as a lethal strategy. In this case, using Swiss K31 or a Kar98k allows you the most freedom to play the game at long range, meaning you’re not stuck finessing across the map and have much more control over your own destiny. If this particular loadout doesn’t strike your fancy, we’ve got plenty of other options to explore to find your perfect close-range match.

Underrated Warzone sniper loadout is better than Kar98 & Swiss – Dexerto
Underrated Warzone sniper loadout is better than Kar98 & Swiss ActivisionIf you’re looking to mix up your sniper loadouts for Warzone, look no further than the Type 99 as stats guru TrueGameData has a build that is “broken” due to its one-shot potential. When it comes to picking a sniper to run in Warzone, players have been split between the Kar98k and Swiss K31 for the longest time. However, with the Vanguard integration, there are plenty of other options as well. Vanguard’s long-range options may not be as fast as a Kar98K build with that trusty Sport Comb stock, but they certainly pack a considerable punch. The Type 99, especially, is a big damage dealer and can put enemies down with one shot, no matter where on the body you may hit them – which is a pretty big change compared to its rival. Warzone stats guru TrueGameData pointed out that the long-range rifle is currently a bit “overpowered” in the battle royale, especially with its damage-increasing attachments. In his December 12 video, the YouTuber notes that the Shiraishi 712mm barrel, 8mm Klauser 5 round mag, and Vital perk all buff the damage to a point where a chest shot will knock an enemy with full health and armor. Nothing else will do so. Obviously, with 10 perk slots on the Vanguard weapons, you can make it even deadlier by buffing the bullet velocity and overall stability. Though, it does come at a cost of the already slow speeds – both ADS and movement as a whole. One-shot Tyer 99 Warzone class Muzzle: Mercury Silencer – Barrel: Shiraishi 712mm barrel – Optic: Type 99 10.0x Telescopic – Stock: Removed Stock – Underbarrel: Heavy Foregrip – Magazine: 8mm Klauser 5 round mag – Ammunition: Lengthened – Rear Grip: Leather Grip – Perk 1: Vital – Perk 2: Deep Breath – Some players may try and add attachments that reduce Flinch, however, the YouTuber believes these don’t work as it currently stands. One change you can make is to opt for the ZF4 3.5x Rifle Scope as that removes the glint when aiming in. Though, you will of course lose a bit of range. As we’re in the early days of the Vanguard meta shaking out, it remains to be seen if the Type 99 will knock off the Swiss and Kar98, but it certainly has a case.

Underrated Warzone loadout turns Cold War SMG into deadly AR – Dexerto
Underrated Warzone loadout turns Cold War SMG into deadly AR ActivisionIf you’re looking to run a new SMG build in Warzone, then look no further than the Cold War Milano, as it’s actually a pretty solid sniper support and more resembles an assault rifle at times. With the integration between Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone, there is an endless amount of choices for players to change up their loadouts in the battle royale. While the meta has pretty much revolved around Vanguard weapons like the MP-40, Bren, and Cooper Carbine in recent weeks, there are plenty of weapons from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Black Ops Cold War that pack a pretty hefty punch should you choose to rock them. Most recently, players have been showing some love to Modern Warfare’s Bruen LMG as it’s on par with the Bren. Though there are some who are also rocking the Milano again, and it’s actually a solid pseudo-assault rifle. Warzone content creator ItsMetaphor highlighted the Cold War SMG in his April 2nd video, calling it the “most underrated” weapon in the game currently, and noting that it is a solid sniper support weapon. “I do think this gun is actually one of the stronger weapons in the game right now, but it’s kind of weird the way you want to use it,” the YouTuber said. “I do actually think its best purpose is a sniper support,” he added, noting that you can eliminate an enemy from any range with the Milano – provided you hit a sniper shot first. The build for the Milano should be a recognizable one to most Warzone players, seeing as the Agency Suppressor, Task Force barrel, Bruiser Grip, and 55-round STANAG mag all play a key role. Though, it’s the 3x Axial Arms optic that helps the weapon in a big way. Best Milano loadout for Warzone sniper support Muzzle: Agency Suppressor – Barrel: 10.6′ Task Force – Optic: 3x Axial Arms – Underbarrel: Bruiser Grip – Magazine: STANAG 55-round drum – As the YouTuber noted, the Milano is pretty underrated in the current Warzone meta. As per WZRanked stats, it sits as the 16th most-used weapon in the game, behind a few other SMGs. It remains to be seen if the Cold War SMG will ever reach the heights of its past, when it regularly sat inside the top five best weapons, but this loadout could certainly help.

Underrated Warzone LMG quietly dominates Warzone KD rankings – Dexerto
Underrated Warzone LMG quietly dominates Warzone KD rankings Treyarch/ActivisionAn underused Vanguard LMG with an impressive win rate & KD ratio is being overlooked by the Warzone community and could be a hidden gem worth testing in one of your matches. The huge balance changes that arrived with the Season 4 Reloaded update have completely shifted the meta in Warzone. Once dominant picks like the NZ-41 have slipped down the rankings, making way for new top-tier options like the KG M40. Despite this, sometimes the power of a weapon doesn’t always correlate with its pick rate, meaning a lot of strong options can go under the radar. Well, that appears to be the case for a specific Vanguard LMG that according to WZRanked, has the fifth highest win rate and is even sitting in sixth place for KD ratio. UGM 8 LMG is being overlooked by Warzone players Added in the Season 4 update back on June 22, the UGM 8 is an LMG that very few Warzone players use, sitting at an extremely low 0.5% pick rate. Of course, that doesn’t mean the weapon isn’t strong, as it’s currently sitting in fifth place when it comes to win rate in Warzone at 3.91%. Not only that, with a 1.19 KD, it’s also netting a lot of kills for those who are willing to put the practice in with the UGM-8. If that wasn’t enough, the LMG received a recoil reduction buff in the Season 4 Reloaded update, making it easier to control and helping it to perform better at long range. So, if you’re looking for an off-meta weapon that has the potential to be a hidden gem on Caldera and Rebirth, it may be worth picking up the UGM 8. Keep in mind, this gun thrives at long-range, so make sure to run a strong SMG in your secondary slot. We recommend either the H4 Blixen or Macro 5, as both weapons have a lethal TTK and excellent mobility.

Underrated Warzone LMG outperforms meta ARs TTK in Season 4 Reloaded – Dexerto
Underrated Warzone LMG outperforms meta ARs TTK in Season 4 Reloaded Treyarch/ActivisionWarzone expert WhosImmortal has unveiled an underrated Vanguard LMG that has a better TTK than all of the meta ARs at medium-range. When it comes to picking out a strong weapon in Warzone, the majority of players will gravitate towards ARs and SMGs. Unfortunately, this means the LMG category often gets overlooked and left to the wayside, despite having countless powerful options that can be lethal if built correctly. Well, Warzone guru WhosImmortal identified this and decided to shine a spotlight on some of the best LMGs in Season 4 Reloaded. One of which is the Whitley, a weapon that outperforms all the meta ARs in terms of TTK at 0 to 50 meters, making it deadly at medium-range. Best Whitley LMG loadout in Warzone Season 4 Reloaded Attachments Muzzle: MX Silencer – Barrel: 28″ Gracey Mk. 9 – Optic: SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x – Stock: CGC R4 – Underbarrel: M1930 Strife Angled – Magazine: 303 British 45 Round Mag – Ammunition: Lengthened – Rear Grip: Hatched Grip – Perk: Hardscope – Perk1: Fully Loaded – While the Whitley can certainly hold its own in long-range engagements and beam down enemies from a distance with ease, its TTK actually peaks at 0 to 50 meters. This makes the Whitley a unique choice as it directly competes with a lot of the meta ARs including the NZ-41 and KG M40. Although running an LMG for medium-range will sacrifice your mobility, when it comes to damage, it’s hard to outmatch the Whitely. WhosImmortal’s build does focus on allowing the weapon to excel at medium to long-range, making it an ideal pick on Caldera and Rebirth Island. Topic starts at 5:06 With an extremely low pick rate of just 0.1%, the Whitley is one of the most underrated weapons in the game and is definitely worth using if you’re looking for an off-meta pick. We recommend running Overkill with the loadout above so you can pair it with a meta SMG like the Marco 5 or H4 Blixen.

Underrated Warzone LMG is dominating Verdansk’s K/D leaderboards – Dexerto
Underrated Warzone LMG is dominating Verdansk’s K/D leaderboards ActivisionWarzone players are constantly switching up the weapons they are using to find the best one in the current meta. While many ARs tend to dominate the game, there’s a new top dog that is at the top of the K/D charts and it’s the MG 82. The Season 5 Reloaded update brought many different weapons changes to the game which have shaken up the meta in some ways. Most players try to build a loadout that has low recoil guns and lots of bullets. Even though ARs come to mind right away, there are always other viable options. With a new meta every update, things are certain to change but there is a certain LMG climbing the leaderboard that is catching a lot of people by surprise. Warzone MG 82 is the highest K/D gun While many people have been trying out new weapons this season to figure out the meta, it appears that one weapon is ruling the streets of Verdansk. At the time of writing, according to WZRanked, the MG 82 has the highest K/D in all of Warzone with a 1.51. While a 1.51 may seem low, it is comfortably the best out of all the weapons in the game. This is nearly a 0.50 increase in K/D from last month, which was before the Season 5 Reloaded update. Even though this gun has a high K/D it is still ranked fairly low on its popularity. It currently sits 24th out of 86 primary weapons in Warzone. Players like JoeWo have started using this weapon in Iron Trials thanks to its limited recoil and large magazines. Next time you drop into Verdansk, it may be a good idea to give this LMG a go and see if you can bring up its K/D (and yours).

Underrated Warzone 2 SMG actually dominates with fastest TTK in Season 2 – Dexerto
Underrated Warzone 2 SMG actually dominates with fastest TTK in Season 2 ActivisionLooking for a different SMG to use in Warzone 2 now that the Fennec has fallen off a bit? Well, there’s an underrated choice that actually has one of the best TTKs in the game. The Season 2 update for Warzone 2 has given the Call of Duty battle royale a pretty big shake-up, finally giving players a lot of what they wanted with Resurgence mode and weapon updates. When it comes to the latter, the likes of the ISO Hemlock, Raal, and Sakin MG have become top dogs, replacing the previous standouts. Below them, though, are plenty of guns that are on the verge of breaking out and becoming part of the meta. That’s exactly the case with SMGs, as the likes of the Fennec and Vaznev-9k could easily be cycled out and replaced by an underrated choice that is producing a solid TTK – the PDSW. Best PDSW 528 loadout in Warzone 2 Season 2 That’s right, the PDSW – also known as the P90 by some – actually has one of the best TTKs for an SMG in the CoD battle royale. Warzone 2 guru WhosImmortal highlighted it in his March 6 video, singing its praises alongside the VEL 46. “The PDSW actually stands out the most to me because of its damage ranges,” the YouTuber said, noting that the PDSW performs consistently better at different ranges than other SMGs. “The PDSW, the P90, whatever you want to call it is the king at that first damage range.” In the ideal SMG range – which is between 10 and 15 meters – this particular PDSW build has a TTK of 616ms, which is absolutely superior to the Vaznev’s 720ms and Lachmann’s 702ms. Muzzle: Lockshot KT85 – Laser: VLK LR 7MW – Optic: Cronen Mini Pro – Rear Grip: Bruen Q900 Grip – Stock: TV Taccomb – As noted, the PDSW is pretty underrated at the minute. WZRanked has it as being on the fringes of the meta as the 12th most-used weapon in the game. Plenty of players are still opting to use the Vaznev and Lachmann sub instead of it, but bank on that changing before long.

Underrated Warzone 2 rifle is absolutely deadly & should dominate Season 4 meta – Dexerto
Underrated Warzone 2 rifle is absolutely deadly & should dominate Season 4 meta ActivisionIf you’re looking to run a different assault rifle loadout in Warzone 2, well, there is an underrated option that actually destroys people in Season 4. With the start of Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 Season 4, the Call of Duty devs decided to make a pretty big change to the battle royale’s meta. The Cronen Squall, which had long been the dominant weapon in Warzone 2, was hit with a big nerf. That meant that the top spot in the meta was up for grabs. It’s quickly been filled by the likes of the Lachmann-556, SO-14, and HBR 56, as they’re the go-to weapons for medium-to-long-range fights. However, there is an “underrated” rifle that sits just below them in the meta that is actually a bit ‘overpowered’ following the new update. Best TAQ-V loadout in Warzone 2 Season 4 The rifle in question? That would be the TAQ-V. Warzone 2 guru WhosImmortal highlighted it as such in his July 3 video, putting it up alongside some of the best weapons in the game. Though, it does have a fair bit of “risk and reward” to consider. “It’s got a very, very competitive TTK. It’s got some recoil that you just have to get used to, but I don’t think it’s anything too crazy, it’s still relatively straightforward,” the YouTuber noted. “You land your shots with this thing, it’s going to be tough to outgun it in the mid-to-long-range.” There isn’t any funky loadout doing the job for you either. It’s a pretty standard setup with the likes of the FTAC Ripper underbarrel, Aim-OP V4 sight, and 50-round drum magazine all being used. Muzzle: ZLR Talon 5 – Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper – Magazine: 50-round drum – Optic: Aim-OP V4 – Rear Grip: FSS Combat Grip – As noted, the TAQ-V isn’t completely off-meta, seeing as WZRanked has it as the eighth most-used gun in the game. Though, its 3.8% pick rate could be much higher. With the guns above it likely to get some consideration for nerfs in the mid-season update, the TAQ-V could be an ideal choice to adopt before that happens.

Underrated Warzone 2 LMG has “monster” TTK & can rival meta RPK – Dexerto
Underrated Warzone 2 LMG has “monster” TTK & can rival meta RPK ActivisionWarzone 2 expert WhosImmortal has revealed an underused “monster” LMG that has the potential to compete with the RPK and RAAL. If you’re looking to dominate in mid to long-range gunfights in Warzone 2, it’s vital you pick a strong AR or LMG. These weapons are built for laser-beaming foes from a distance and in the current meta, the TAQ-56, RPK, and RAAL MG sit at the top of the tier list. However, their overwhelming popularity often leads to other options getting overlooked and tossed to the wayside. Well, WhosImmortal believes one LMG deserves a lot more attention thanks to its “monster” TTK and its devastating power in those tense mid-range skirmishes. Best RAPP-H loadout in Warzone 2 Attachments Muzzle: SAKIN Tread-40 – Underbarrel: Edge-47 Grip – Magazine: 100-Round Mag – Optic: AIM OP-V4 – Rear Grip: Lachmann TCG-10 – While the RAPP-H certainly lacks mobility in Warzone 2, it makes up for it with a “crazy TTK” that wipes out foes in 853ms at 72 meters. WhosImmortal describes the LMG as a “monster when it comes to taking out enemies quickly”, and definitely a contender for the RPK and the RAAL in Season 2. As this weapon is extremely bulky, you’ll see the most success when posted up in power positions above your opponents. This will allow you to rain down bullets on your foes and give them no chance to respond. The build above focuses on maximizing the RAPP-H’s firepower, while also bolstering its recoil to make it a laser beam. The topic starts at 7:37 Of course, you’ll need to run Overkill with this weapon to give your overall setup more versatility. We recommend a meta SMG like the Fennec or the Lachmann. Finally, it’s worth noting that the RAPP only has a 0.4% pick rate according to WZRanked, so if you’re a player who’s always on the lookout for the next hidden gem, this could be the gun for you.

Underrated Warzone 2 LMG dominates with “utterly insane” TTK in Season 3 – Dexerto
Underrated Warzone 2 LMG dominates with “utterly insane” TTK in Season 3 ActivisionThere is an underrated LMG in Warzone 2 that has an “insane” TTK in Season 3, and it might be time for everyone to start using it. Over the last few months, the meta in Warzone 2 has undergone a pretty radical shake-up thanks to weapon balancing updates in both Season 2 and Season 3. These changes have seen the likes of the ISO Hemlock, RPK, Tempus Torrent, and M4 fall away from their dominant positions in the meta. As it stands, they’ve been replaced by the Cronen Squall and Vaznev-9k – with a few snipers also lurking around the top spots now that they have one-shot capabilities. Though, there are still a few weapons that aren’t a part of the meta that probably should be. These underrated weapons all have solid TTKs, but typically have something else that holds them back. Though, the Rapp-H might not have that issue. Best Rapp-H loadout for Warzone 2 Season 3 The powerful LMG was highlighted by Warzone guru WhosImmortal in his May 1 video, noting that it has an “insane” TTK right now, despite being nowhere near the meta. “This is often overlooked for something like the RPK, RAAL, or Sakin, but truth be told, the TTK on the Rapp-H is utterly insane at all ranges,” he said. “If you are able to consistently shots on target, it just rips through everyone.” It doesn’t require a special build or blueprint either, with the YouTuber running a pretty similar setup to everyone else with the Sakin Tread-40 muzzle, Aim OP-V4 optic, and Lachmann TCG-10 rear grip all featuring. Muzzle: Sakin Tread-40 – Underbarrel: Edge-47 Grip – Optic: Aim OP-V4 – Magazine: 100-round mag – Rear Grip: Lachmann TCG-10 – As noted, the LMG absolutely falls into the underrated and overlooked category of guns in Warzone 2, given that it sits 24th on WZRanked’s most-used guns list. The Rapp’s pick rate has tracked upwards a touch in recent weeks, but it remains to be seen if it’ll have a big explosion that really puts it on the meta radar.

Underrated Warzone 2 LMG dominates with “ridiculous” TTK – Dexerto
Underrated Warzone 2 LMG dominates with “ridiculous” TTK ActivisionIf you’re still looking to get your LMG fix in Warzone 2 but don’t want to use the Sakin or RPK, well, you might want to take a look at the Rapp H and its “spicy” TTK. Pretty much every weapon type has had its shine in Warzone and Warzone 2 over the last few years, but the spotlight has firmly been on LMGs in the last few weeks. The likes of the RPK and Raal – with their high fire rate and massive ammo capacity – were the perfect weapons of destruction in Season 1. However, they were both nerfed after their domination got a little out of hand. Naturally, players have tried to find replacements. The Sakin MG38 has slotted in as the go-to LMG for players in Season 2, however, there is an under-the-radar LMG option that has a devastating TTK that could dethrone it. Best Rapp H LMG loadout in Warzone 2 That’s right, we’re talking about the Rapp H. It was something that Warzone YouTuber WhosImmortal highlighted in his March 27 video, noting that it packs a punch with its impressive TTK. “A weapon that’s much lower risk but still very high reward is the Rapp H. This thing is just an absolute spray and pray machine,” he said. “It has a crazy fast fire rate but also brings the damage of an LMG to the table, making the TTK very, very spicy.” With it being an LMG, you have the option to tack on an extra large mag, and that’s a key component of the YouTuber’s build. He partners the 100-round mag with the Sakin Tread-40 muzzle and Edge-47 Grip underbarrel to really cement the Rapp’s power. Muzzle: Sakin Tread-40 – Underbarrel: Edge-47 Grip – Optic: Aim OP-V4 – Magazine: 100-round mag – Rear Grip: Lachmann TCG-10 – The Rapp’s TTK clocks in at 755m/s for up to 56 meters, meaning it’s deadly in those mid-game mid-range fights that happen so often. As noted, it’s on the fringes of the meta right now – with it clocking in as the 19th-most used weapon according to WZRanked. Though, expect that to change before long.

Underrated Warzone 2 AR is one of fastest-killing weapons with “surprising” TTK – Dexerto
Underrated Warzone 2 AR is one of fastest-killing weapons with “surprising” TTK ActivisionWarzone 2 is chocked full of powerful Assault Rifles to experiment with, and CoD guru WhosImmortal has revealed that one of the most ridiculed guns in Al Mazrah actually has one of the fastest long-range TTKs in the entire game. Time-to-kill (TTK) is one of the most crucial stats in Warzone 2, showing us how long it will take to clear out an enemy’s armor and health if they hit their shots. High-skilled players will often build loadouts around meta weapons that have the fastest TTK to give them an edge in every fight. This is why we’ve seen the likes of the RPK and the Fennec 45 dominate Al Mazrah since launch, as they have some of the best practical TTKs in Warzone 2 at long and short-range respectively. But CoD expert WhosImmortal has revealed that, when it comes to long-range TTK, one of the game’s forgotten Assault Rifles beats the meta RPK. Using stats from sym.gg, the YouTuber found that the M13B has the second-fastest TTK at long-range of any Assault Rifle in Warzone 2, being beaten only by the Kastov 762. This may come as a shock, as the M13 has been mocked since it arrived in the battle royale and Modern Warfare 2, with many players opting not to grind the DMZ challenges required to unlock it. “Definitely the most surprising to me is that the M213 has the second fast TTK over range. We’re looking at 881ms over 70 meters, which is very impressive,” said WhoImmortal when comparing the stats. “This thing definitely took me by surprise. I knew it was good at long-range – I didn’t know it was this good.” Check WhosImmortal’s fastest TTK M13B loadout below: Barrel: 14″ Bruen Echelon – Muzzle: Echoless-80 – Optic: Aim OP-V4 – Magazine: 60 Round Mag – Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56 – The M13B naturally comes with a blistering fire rate, so WhosImmortal’s loadout focuses on making it as accurate as can be to unlock that deadly TTK. He attached the FTAC Ripper 56 and Echoless-80 for better recoil stability to ensure you’re hitting every shot. Then, he went for the 14″ Bruen Echelon for greater bullet velocity and damage range, making the M13B extremely effective past 70 meters. Optic-wise he picked the Aim OP-V4 for extra precision at range and tuned it for faster ADS. Last up was the 60 Round Mag, allowing players to burn through multiple enemies before having to worry about reloading. WhosImmortal did want players, however, that while the M13B is a beast at range, it’s worth running an SMG to keep you covered in short-range fights. “This thing is really not all that great for close-range or for mid-range,” the YouTuber continued. “But then you get to long range and it just kinda takes over, which is very unique and also very impressive. This thing is certainly a top-tier option.” For more on Warzone 2, be sure to check out our other guides: Do Warzone skins carry over to Warzone 2? | What are Strongholds in Warzone 2? | All Warzone 2 vehicles and Gas Stations | Does Warzone 2 have SBMM? | How do Warzone 2 circles work? | Best Akimbo Pistol loadouts | Best Warzone 2 perk packages for Season 1 Reloaded | Does Warzone 2 have SBMM? | Most popular guns in Warzone 2.0: Weapon tier list

Overlooked Warzone 2 AR dominates with better TTK than ISO Hemlock – Dexerto
Overlooked Warzone 2 AR dominates with better TTK than ISO Hemlock ActivisionThe ISO Hemlock might be the most popular gun in Warzone 2, however, there are a few assault rifles that actually beat it when it comes to TTK – including one under-the-radar option. Despite being hit with nerfs over the last few months, the ISO Hemlock has remained the go-to weapon in Warzone 2 for many players. It has sat comfortably at the top of the meta for the last few weeks, though, the Cronen Squall has started to make inroads to dethroning it. The Hemlock has been praised by many players for just being so simple to use in-game. It doesn’t have much, if any, recoil at all and it packs a punch in terms of TTK. For all its popularity, though, the Hemlock isn’t actually the fastest-killing AR in Warzone 2. That distinction goes to other options, including one overlooked rifle that’s solid across all ranges. That assault rifle? Well, it’s the STB 556, which wasn’t touched in the last round of buffs and nerfs, and has just sat on the fringes of the meta for a while. It was highlighted by Warzone 2 guru WhosImmortal in his May 29 video, as he pointed out that it is one of the better ARs for TTK in the battle royale. “This thing is point and shoot, it is a laser beam,” he said, calling it the “easiest” non-Hemlock rifle to use. The YouTuber noted the STB has “the best” close-range TTK compared to some other alternatives, with a TTK around 593ms, but it doesn’t really drop off either. The only knock on it is it’s ammo capacity. Best STB 556 loadout in Warzone 2 to beat ISO Hemlock Muzzle: Harbinger D20 – Barrel: 508mm Rear Guard – Optic: Aim OP-V4 – Ammunition: 5.56 High Velocity – Magazine: 42-round mag – As noted, the STB does get overlooked a fair bit considering its stats. WZRanked stats have it as the 18th most-used gun in the game as it clocks in with a 0.8% pick ratio. That makes it the 8th most-used assault rifle, even though it beats all of them for TTK. So, we’ll just have to wait and see if that ticks up eventually. It should.

Underrated Warzone 2 AR becomes meta after Season 3 Reloaded buffs – Dexerto
Underrated Warzone 2 AR becomes meta after Season 3 Reloaded buffs ActivisionThere’s an underrated assault rifle rocketing up in popularity since Warzone 2’s Season 3 Reloaded update gave it a buff in addition to already having no recoil. The meta in Warzone 2 has undergone a fair few changes over the last few months, with Season 2 Reloaded and Season 3 both bringing about some weapon balancing. However, it is the recent Season 3 Reloaded update that has really shaken things up again in a drastic way. That update introduced the FTAC Siege and GS Magna handguns, but in terms of primary weapons, the devs also brought in Maximum Armor Damage, which has had an impact on the battle royale’s time-to-kill. That has seen the ISO Hemlock, once again, become the dominant weapon in the game. However, there is another AR that has rocketed up in pick rate after being completely forgotten about previously. Best Lachmann-556 loadout in Warzone 2 Season 3 Reloaded The AR in question is the Lachmann-556 which saw its damage increase across all ranges and didn’t suffer any nerfs – not even to the long-standing no recoil glitch it has. So, YouTuber SallyIsADog highlighted it in his May 14th video, noting that it has “quietly” become a part of the meta since the update. While select other weapons got their attachments tuned, that didn’t happen to the 556. That means that, if you’ve run the popular 556 set-ups before – which includes the FTAC Ripper 56 underbarrel, 60-round mag, and AIM OP-V4 optic – you’ll be pretty much good to go. Muzzle: 15.9′ Lachmann Rapp Barrel – Barrel: Sakin Tread-40 – Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56 – Magazine: 60-round mag – Optic: AIM OP-V4 – The stats back up Sally’s take on that too. As per WZRanked, the Lachmann-556 has shot up to being the sixth most-used gun in the game with an almost 4% pick rate. It remains to be seen if it’ll increase any further, but the gun clearly has a role to play in the current meta.

Underrated Warzone 2 AR beats meta Hemlock with “lethal” TTK after buff – Dexerto
Underrated Warzone 2 AR beats meta Hemlock with “lethal” TTK after buff ActivisionIf you’re looking for an assault rifle to use in Warzone 2 instead of the meta ISO Hemlock, well, there is a slept-on option that actually beats it in terms of TTK. Over the last few months, Warzone 2 has had a few weapons dominate the meta, thanks to their rapid TTK and complete lack of recoil across different ranges. The ISO Hemlock was one such assault rifle that filled that gap at the top of the pile once LMGs went out of style. It’s solid at all ranges, lacks any significant recoil, and despite a few nerfs, has continued to be a pretty solid choice. Following the Season 3 Reloaded changes, the Hemlock jumped back into the spotlight too, becoming the go-to weapon for many players once again. Though, it isn’t the undisputed TTK king and actually loses out to some of its more underrated counterparts. Best Lachmann 556 build in Warzone 2 Season 3 Reloaded for TTK One such counterpart is the Lachmann 556, which was highlighted by Warzone 2 guru WhosImmortal in his May 18 video, proclaiming it to be one of the top-tier weapons in the game. “It ends up being the third best TTK over range, but especially in the mid-range there, it’s kind of in a world of its own,” the YouTuber said, pointing out that the Lachmann is “lethal” following its own buff. His setup is a little different from some others, however, as it’s tuned for further control and accuracy to give it a “non-existent” recoil. That means using the FTAC Ripper underbarrel and Echoless-80 instead of the more popular Sakin Tread muzzle builds. Muzzle: Echoless-80 (-0.72, +0.48) – Barrel: 15.9″ Lachmann Rapp Barrel (+0.26, +0.26) – Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper (+0.44, +0.27) – Optic: Aim OP-V4 (-1.35, -1.65) – Magazine: 40-Round Mag – As WhosImmortal also points out, the 556 had been a little “slept on” recently, but has started to tick up in popularity. According to WZRanked stats, it has around a 7% usage rate, which puts it in the top 10 most-used guns. Other YouTubers have also been showing it some love since the Season 3 Reloaded update, so it should continue to climb the rankings. If you’re not onboard now, you might just get left behind.

Underrated Vanguard SMG is one of Warzone’s deadliest weapons in Season 3 – Dexerto
Underrated Vanguard SMG is one of Warzone’s deadliest weapons in Season 3 ActivisionStill can’t decide on the best SMG to run in Warzone after the Season 3 update? Well, there’s an underrated Vanguard choice that is proving to be pretty deadly, and you might want to adopt it. The Season 3 update for Warzone Pacific may have dropped back on April 27, but the battle royale meta is still in a pretty big state of flux – whether that be in terms of best overall weapon, best sniper support, or best SMG. When it comes to the latter, many players have put their faith in the likes of the Welgun, Owen Gun, and MP-40 to get the job done on both Caldera and Rebirth Island, but there isn’t a clear winner in that battle just yet. A case can even be made of Call of Duty: Vanguard’s Armaguerra 43 SMG because, despite it being pretty underused, it does hold one of the best K/D ratios in the game currently, and even has an impressive win ratio to match. The SMG, which was released back in Season 2, has been adopted by the likes of Biffle in recent weeks and has proven to be quite a bit more than just a solid side-arm for close-range fights. As per WZRanked stats, the Armaguerra 43 holds the third-best K/D in the game as it stands, sitting just behind the Owen Gun and Welgun with a 1.32 ratio. On top of that, it has a 4.12 win ratio, which is the best in Season 3 as the SMG leaps above the Welgun and MG 82. There isn’t a broken attachment of anything of that nature that is helping the SMG find success. It’s just the fact that good players are using it when nobody else is. Best Armaguerra 43 Warzone loadout for K/D Muzzle: Recoil Booster – Barrel: Botti 570mm Precisione – Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop – Optic: Nydar Model 47 – Stock: Imerito SA Folding – Magazine: 9mm 60-round mags – Ammunition: Lengthened – Rear Grip: Polymer Grip – Perk 1: Steady – Perk 2: Quick – The above build does stray a little from the usual setup of the Armaguerra 43, seeing as Botti 570mm Precisione barrel, Nydar Model 47 sight, Polymer Grip, and Steady perk replace their more popular counterparts. Whether or not the SMG will take over and claim its spot as the meta choice remains to be seen at this point. Though, it’s hard to ignore the weapon’s success.

Underrated Vanguard LMG tops Warzone win rate charts in Season 5 Reloaded – Dexerto
Underrated Vanguard LMG tops Warzone win rate charts in Season 5 Reloaded Treyarch/ActivisionA powerful Vanguard LMG is being overlooked by the Warzone community despite having the highest win rate in the game. Season 5 Reloaded arrived in Warzone on September 28 and marked the end of an era as the title’s final major update. Alongside a set of hefty balance changes to underused weapons, Raven also introduced a brand new AR and LMG to the arsenal. While both guns were forgotten almost immediately by the community, it’s the Lienna 57 LMG that select players are having plenty of success with. Although the gun has an extremely low pick rate, it’s managed to achieve the highest win rate in the Warzone, showcasing it can be dominant in the right players’ hands. Best Lienna 57 loadout in Warzone Season 5 Reloaded Attachments Muzzle: MX Silencer – Barrel: FREI 432 Shrouded – Optic: G16 2.5x – Stock: Wenger NH Adjustable – Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop – Magazine: 8mm Klauser 50 Round Mags – Ammunition: Lengthened – Rear Grip: Hatched Grip – Perk1: Tight Grip – Perk2: Fully Loaded – Compared to ARs and SMGs, the LMG category is extremely overlooked as they often lack the mobility required to outplay opponents during skirmishes. Despite this, they can be devastating at long range and this is certainly the case for the Lienna 57 LMG that’s capable of wiping out enemies in an instant. The build above focuses on maximizing the weapon’s damage while also bolstering its recoil, making it easy to laser beam foes from a distance. Keep in mind, we recommend running Overkill with this setup so you can utilize the Armaguerra or MP40 for close-range encounters. Although it’s easy to label any weapon underrated, the Lienna 57 has the stats to back it up. According to WZRanked, the LMG has the highest win rate in all of Warzone at an impressive 4.37%. Not only that, but it also boasts a 1.19 KD which indicates this gun is severely underused and could be a hidden gem. So, don’t sleep on this LMG and take the Lienna 57 into one of your matches, it could be the sleeper pick that takes your play to the next level.

Underrated Vanguard AR is a beast on Warzone’s Fortune’s Keep map – Dexerto
Underrated Vanguard AR is a beast on Warzone’s Fortune’s Keep map ActivisionIn need of a new assault rifle to get the job done on Fortune’s Keep? Well, there’s a gun from Call of Duty: Vanguard that has fallen out of the Warzone meta but can still rip through enemies. With the start of Warzone Pacific Season 4, Raven Software introduced a brand-new map in the form of Fortune’s Keep. The idyllic island, which has become home to a band of mercenaries, is quite different from Verdansk, Caldera, and even Rebirth Island. In the short time since it’s been live, the narrow streets of Fortune’s Keep have become a playground for SMGs – especially the brand-new Marco-5 and old favorites like the MP-40. However, like with the other maps, you can get plenty of joy from assault rifles too. That includes Vanguard’s AS44, which has gone under the radar as of late, but could see a little bit of a revival. The AS44 has been highlighted by a number of Warzone content creators, including WhosImmortal, because of its decent TTK and insanely quick fire rate. While the assault rifle can be built to maximize it’s TTK – putting it in the region of about 700ms and also working like an SMG – it also comes with a pretty nasty bit of recoil. So, some loadouts do take that into consideration. WhosImmortal’s build balances the TTK buff and recoil control, with the YouTuber opting for the M1941 Hand Stop underbarrel, Polymer Grip, and Kovalevskaya Custom barrel to bring the recoil a little more under control. Best AS44 Warzone loadout Muzzle: MX Silencer – Barrel: Kovalevskaya 615mm – Optic: G16 2.5x – Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop – Stock: Kovalevskaya Custom – Ammunition: Lengthened – Magazine: 7.62 Gorenko 50-round mags – Rear Grip: Polymer Grip – Perk 1: Gung-Ho – Perk 2: Fully Loaded – As the YouTuber himself notes, the weapon is in a bit of an “experimental” choice currently, seeing as not many players are using it. As per WZRanked stats, the AS44 has a 0.58 pick rate, so it hasn’t been completely abandoned like some other guns. However, it is absolutely under the radar. It remains to be seen as to whether or not it’ll crack the meta, but with its impressive TTK and ability to fight at all ranges, the AS44 is definitely something worth using in Season 4.

Underrated Vanguard AR has the “fastest TTK” in Warzone – Dexerto
Underrated Vanguard AR has the “fastest TTK” in Warzone Treyarch/ActivisionThe STG44 and the Cooper Carbine are the go-to ARs for the majority of Warzone players in the current meta, but it may be time to put them down and pick up the ITRA Burst. When it comes to picking an AR in Warzone Pacific, a lot of players will opt for the weapons that have the highest overall pick rate. While basing your choice of guns on popularity is a strong metric, it will often cause you to overlook a lot of underrated weapons on the arsenal. One that seems to have gone completely under the radar is the lethal ITRA Burst, a Vanguard AR that according to FaZe Booya has “arguably the fastest TTK in the game.” However, in order to get the most out of the AR, you’ll need a top-tier loadout and luckily, Booya has provided exactly that. FaZe Booya shows off “insane” ITRA Burst loadout While the ITRA Burst falls under the assault rifle category, Booya takes a different approach to most with his loadout and kits out the weapon to function like an SMG. This makes the burst weapon absolutely lethal at close-range, allowing him to shred through enemies before they can even get a shot off. Not only that, the class has minimal recoil making it easy to land every single bullet and maximize the TTK for quick kills. If you’re thinking of taking this loadout onto Caldera it may be worth running Overkill so you have a long-range option, but on Rebirth Island it’s well-worth running Ghost. Attachments Muzzle: Recoil Booster – Barrel: Perfetto 140mm Rapida – Optic: Slate Reflector – Stock: Botti SSI Skeletal – Underbarrel: Carver Foregrip – Magazine: .303 British 32 Round Mag – Ammunition: Lengthened – Rear Grip: Polymer Grip – Perk: Vital – Perk2: Fully Loaded – This loadout is definitely worth trying out if you’re an aggressive player that loves taking close-quarter skirmishes. The ITRA’s burst pattern may take some time to master, but once you’re landing your shots, it’s lights out for your opponents. Don’t forget to change up some of the attachments if they don’t fit your style of play, all classes come down to preference so make sure you experiment with the build.

Underrated Vanguard AR dominates mid-range fights in Warzone – Dexerto
Underrated Vanguard AR dominates mid-range fights in Warzone ActivisionCall of Duty: Warzone players have been showing a bit of love to CoD: Vanguard’s NZ-41 assault rifle, and while it doesn’t laser foes at long range, it is a beast in mid to short-range fights. The integration between Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone is a few months old at this point, and has given way to a pretty stable meta. Out of the current top ten most popular weapons, Vanguard’s MP-40, Bren, and Cooper Carbine all lead the way, with the ever-popular Swiss K31 and Kar98 still getting some shine after all this time. While the meta might be set, there are plenty of Warzone fans who want something different and like to go off script, experimenting with different weapons. As a result, some have found a Vanguard rifle that is a bit of a beast at close-range fights. The rifle in question is the NZ-41 which, as it stands, currently sits as the 42nd most-popular weapon in the battle royale, as per stats from WZRanked. However, as YouTuber Metaphor shows, while it may lack the long-range capabilities of the Bren or C58, it does “thrive” in those close to mid-range where you’d usually find something like the Grau or AS Val doing damage. In terms of how you’re best setting it up, the YouTuber doesn’t have a particularly funky build – it’s what you’d expect really, with the likes of the Mercury Silencer, Carver Foregrip, G16 optic, and Lengthened ammunition. Best NZ-41 Warzone loadout Muzzle: Mercury Silencer – Barrel: Orbweaver 360mm BC – Underbarrel: Carver Foregrip – Optic: G16 2.5x – Magazine: 8mm Klauser 40 round – Ammunition: Lengthened – Stock: Orbweaver E Pack – Rear Grip: Polymer Grip – Perk 1: Acrobatic – Perk 2: Fully Loaded – As the YouTuber notes, the bullet velocity of the NZ-41 does let it down at long-range, so it might better off as a sniper support option rather than an all-around killer. Time will tell as to whether or not other players pick it up and show the AR some love.

Underrated SMG is one of Warzone 2’s best after Season 5 Reloaded buff – Dexerto
Underrated SMG is one of Warzone 2’s best after Season 5 Reloaded buff ActivisionWarzone 2 guru WhosImmortal has highlighted an underrated option as one of the best choices in Season 5 Reloaded after it received some buffs. With the start of Season 5 Reloaded, the Warzone 2 devs set about making some of their biggest changes to the weapon pool in quite some time. The incredibly dominant Cronen Squall has been nerfed yet again, nerfs to the ISO Hemlock have caused a bit of controversy within the community, and the Sakin MG has been knocked down a few pegs after its shot multipliers were all decreased in a significant manner. Naturally, other guns were given a lift and slowly started to creep up into a position where they can shape the meta until Modern Warfare 3 releases. And that includes the Bas-P, which is now one of the best options in the battle royale. Bas-P is “meta-shifting” after buff in Warzone 2 Season 5 Reloaded That’s according to WhosImmortal anyway, as the Warzone guru revealed his ranking for the weapons in the game following the the latest round of buffs and nerfs. He’s moved it up right into the top end of his “top tier” section of guns, noting its deadly TTK as a reason that the gun is “meta-shifting” now. “It’s been a long time coming, the Bas-P has gotten a lot of buffs now, they just recently buffed the neck, torso, and limb multipliers. It’s TTK is finally to the point where it is competitive,” he said, noting it’s “decent” in close-range fights but gets better further out. “Pretty low recoil, it’s a solid SMG for sure. One of the better options at the moment.” Timestamp of 9:17 The Bas-P has been on the fringes for a while, but it had previously split some Warzone gurus who questioned its all-around effectiveness. As the new meta shakes out, it remains to be seen just where it will land, but it is looking promising for those players who want to run a new SMG.

Underrated SMG dominates Warzone 2 with lethal TTK & “low recoil” – Dexerto
Underrated SMG dominates Warzone 2 with lethal TTK & “low recoil” ActivisonWarzone 2 expert WhosImmortal has unveiled an underused SMG with a lethal TTK, low recoil, and a longer bullet drop than its competitors, making it potent at mid-range. When it comes to meta SMGs in Warzone 2, the Fennec 45 and Lachmann Sub have stood out as the strongest guns. However, their overwhelming popularity means a lot of players completely overlook the other options and assume they’re not worth using. Well, Warzone 2 guru WhosImmortal decided to countdown the best SMGs based on their TTK, and while the familiar picks made an appearance, there were a few off-meta weapons that stood out from the crowd. One, in particular, has a combination of “low recoil”, lethal damage output, and firepower at mid-range, making it a lot more versatile than its competitors. Best VEL 46 Warzone 2 loadout Attachments Muzzle: Lockshot KT85 – Laser: VLK LZR 7MW – Rear Grip: Schlager Soldier Grip – Underbarrel: XTEN Drop Grip – Stock: Demo RXT Stock – With an 841ms TTK, the VEL 46 is no slouch in Warzone 2 and dishes out a hefty amount of damage at close quarters. While it can’t quite contend with the Fennec’s firepower, it’s significantly better at mid-range, making it a perfect sniper support class. This hybrid playstyle allows the weapon to thrive in more gunfights and means you’re less likely to be caught off-guard in a bad position. According to WhosImmortal, the VEL has incredible control and mobility, as well as “low recoil” which makes it extremely easy to land your shots. The build above aims to maximize the VEL’s firepower while also bolstering its kickback, and of course, give you the maneuverability to outplay your foes. Timestamp of 7:46 With a 0.7% overall pick rate in Warzone 2, it’s safe to say the VEL is being slept on by the community and deserves more attention. So, if you’re getting bored of the Lachmann and Fennec, test out this SMG and see if its mid-range capabilities suit your playstyle on Al Mazrah.

Underrated MW2 AR is actually perfect sniper support in Warzone – Dexerto
Underrated MW2 AR is actually perfect sniper support in Warzone ActivisionThere’s an Assault Rifle from Modern Warfare 2 that is incredibly viable as a sniper support option in Warzone and players need to stop sleeping on it. Weapons from Modern Warfare 2 have had plenty of ups and downs in Modern Warfare 3, especially when it comes to Warzone. The older guns didn’t quite stack up at first and were deemed “unusable” by a lot of players. That has changed over the last few updates, as fans of the battle royale have started returning to weapons like the TR-76 Geist, STB 556, and FTAC Recon, with their power now matching that of their counterparts from MW3. There is also another coming to the fore as well, especially as a sniper support, and that’s the Kastov 545. Warzone guru WhosImmortal highlighted the AR in his April 24 video, stating that it’s an incredibly viable option right now. “Yes, an MW2 is actually very good as sniper support here,” the YouTuber said, praising the Kastov’s aggressiveness. “It’s close-range and mid-range is incredibly, incredibly competitive across the board.” WhosImmortal added that the rifle is “easy to use” anyway, so the build can focus on upping the range and bullet velocity, which is what the Kastov actually needs. “I really like the feel of this thing,” he concluded. Muzzle: Casus Brake – Barrel: Kastovia 406 – Underbarrel: FTAC SP-10 Angled grip – Optic: JAK Glassless – Magazine: 60-round mag – Timestamp of 1:41 The big knock on Modern Warfare 2 guns had been their visual clutter and recoil, but that has been cleaned up recently and players are finding them much more palatable, and the Kastov perfectly fits that. As per WZRanked stats, the AR sits as the 100th most popular gun in Warzone, so it is very much being slept on. Going back to the Kastov is an excellent option for anyone who has grown tired of the MCW and BP50 dominating the AR meta. So, give it a swing.

Underrated MP5 warzone loadout is OP after secret buff discovered – Dexerto
Underrated MP5 warzone loadout is OP after secret buff discovered ActivisionThe Modern Warfare MP5 has been a dominant pick in Warzone ever since the game was released, but a new secret buff has made it even stronger. While many Warzone players continue to use the MAC-10 and Bullfrog in Warzone Season 5, the MP5 has taken the spotlight. This is partly down to a secret buff that has increased its damage in close-quarter firefights. Not only does this mean the MP5 is an incredibly viable option, but it has also seen a drastic increase in popularity. Quite how long the MP5 will remain a top pick remains to be seen, but for now, this new loadout appears to absolutely melt foes across Verdansk. Whether you wish to capitalize on this new buff or simply wish to utilze one of the strongest SMGs in the game, then you’ll definitely want to use this MP5 loadout. OP MP5 Warzone loadout Barrel: Monolithic Integral Suppressor – Laser: 5mW Laser – Stock: FTAC Collapsible – Underbarrel: Merc Foregrip – Ammunition: 10mm Auto 30-Round Magazine – First up is the Monolithic Integral Suppressor. This barrel attachment speeds up the MP5’s bullet velocity and suppresses your shots – an area that is important for any close-quarters loadout. Read More: Cold War players demand Tec 9 SMG nerfs – To help counter the negative ADS penalty from the barrel, we’ve attached the FTAC Collapsible stock. Not only does this increase the gun’s ADS speed, but it also enhances your mobility. After all, rushing down your foes and going for aggressive flanks should be your main priority when using the MP5. Both the 5mW Laser and Merc Foregrip give the MP5 fantastic hip fire accuracy, which gives it an edge in close-quarter firefights. The added recoil control and sprint to fire speed also ensure the gun is as accurate as possible. Rounding things off at the bottom of the attachment list is the 10mm Auto 30-Round Magazine. Read More: FaZe Swagg addresses Warzone cheating claims – It’s this change that makes the MP5 so dominant in Season 5. For most SMG and AR builds in Warzone, you would usually try to pack as large a round in as possible to more easily take down enemies. However, the 10mm rounds have been secretly buffed and now hit much harder than ever, particularly when kitted out with all the attachments above. While the limited ammo does make missing shots unforgiving, especially in Trio or Quads modes, the DPS of this MP5 is through the roof. Try to gun for 1v1 fights and you’ll find success in no time!

Underrated Modern Warfare AR dominates Warzone’s NZ-41 in TTK – Dexerto
Underrated Modern Warfare AR dominates Warzone’s NZ-41 in TTK ActivisionWant to break away from the NZ-41 meta in Warzone? Well, there’s a classic Modern Warfare rifle that actually beats it in TTK, and is pretty easy to use. Over the last few weeks, the NZ-41 has cemented itself as the best assault rifle in all of Call of Duty: Warzone thanks to its speedy TTK and pretty easy-to-control recoil. While players have sought change – either in the way of a nerf to the Call of Duty: Vanguard favorite or by trying to use other weapons – the NZ-41 still remains one of the best three weapons in the game, as well as being the most popular. Though, that could change once players feast their eyes on the stats behind Modern Warfare’s M13, as the classic assault rifle actually outshines the NZ-41 in some key stats, including with TTK (Time to Kill). Warzone content creator IceManIsaac highlighted the Modern Warfare AR in his July 3rd video, noting its advantages over the NZ-41, even though some players may still believe it’s not that good. The NRG YouTuber showed that the M13 matches the NZ-41 in the TTK when it comes to upper body shots, clocking in at around 800ms. Though, anywhere else on the body – neck shots aside – and the Modern Warfare rifle actually leaves its Vanguard counterpart in the dust. What also helps the M13 is its superior fire rate and muzzle velocity, meaning you’re deadlier in long-range fights. When you also factor in its steady recoil pattern, the underrated Modern Warfare rifle becomes a deadly option. Best M13 Warzone loadout in Season 4 Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Barrel: Tempus Marksman – Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip – Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic – Magazine: 60-round mags – The NZ-41 does maintain one advantage over the M13 though, and that comes in its zoom. “You can go with something like the 3-6x (scope on the NZ), but you will have to get used to the 3x VLK again (with the M13),” the YouTuber added. While the M13 doesn’t have a rock bottom pick rate like some of its Modern Warfare counterparts, it is on the fringes of the meta somewhat. So, we’ll just have to wait and see if it starts becoming a more popular option in-game.

Underrated Modern Warfare 3 SMG is slowly taking over Warzone meta – Dexerto
Underrated Modern Warfare 3 SMG is slowly taking over Warzone meta ActivisionThe Warzone SMG meta is fairly locked in, with the Superi 46 being the go-to short-range weapon of choice — but some other guns are quietly challenging for that top spot, and this one in particular may be well worth trying. The Superi is no doubt a powerful SMG with a great fire rate, recoil control, and mobility. But, as with any gun in Call of Duty, sometimes it just doesn’t quite mesh perfectly with your play style. If you’re a hyper-aggressive player that loves getting into opponents’ faces, then the FJX Horus might be the perfect gun to swap to. Here’s the best FJX Horus class if you want to try it: Stock: Ripper Light Stock – Muzzle: ZEHMN35 Compensated Flash Hider – Optic: JAK Glassless Optic – Magazine: 60 Round Drum – Rear Grip: Lull-9M Grip – This build should keep you accurate without losing much mobility or speed, though you could also switch out the Lull-9M Grip for a Martis Heavy Barrel to improve accuracy even further. While we don’t always recommend using an optic on your SMGs, as their short range naturally means better performance if you can max out with other attachments. However, the Horus iron sight isn’t the nicest to use and can be a bit distracting. But, if you happen to like the iron sights, it could be worth opting for a non-optic attachment. As far as SMGs in Warzone go, the FJX Horus can definitely hang with the Superi 46, and they are by and far the two top submachine guns in the game. For that reason it’s well worth testing out and seeing how you like it in comparison.

Underrated Modern Warfare 3 assault rifle is actually a Warzone demon – Dexerto
Underrated Modern Warfare 3 assault rifle is actually a Warzone demon ActivisionOne particular assault rifle from Modern Warfare 3 could be a meta-busting demon in Warzone, but barely anybody is using it still. The Warzone meta has been dominated by the HRM SMG, MORS sniper, and a long-range automatic weapon such as the Pulemyot, Bruen, or SOA Subverter, for some time now. With the mid to long-range meta fairly open, there are some guns that can seriously compete without really getting much use in Urzikstan or Rebirth Island, and one of the best might be the SVA 545. The SVA has failed to really enter meta discussions. While there are some diehards that enjoy it and use it a decent amount, you’re not often going to come across someone using one, but you might be missing out on something seriously lethal by ignoring it. Here’s how you should built out your SVA for maximum efficiency in Warzone: Muzzle: VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor – Barrel: STV Precision Barrel – Optic: JAK Glassless Optic – Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support Grip – Magazine: 60 Round Mag – Obviously there are some changes you could make depending on your playstyle and personal preferences. For example, you might prefer the Corio Eagleseye 2.5x optic, especially on Urzikstan. On Rebirth Island, though, you might instead want to swap out the Underbarrel for something like the Mane V6 Stock or 5.45 High Grain Rounds. The rifle got a fairly significant buff in the April 9 update that flew a little under the radar, with huge damage range boosts bringing it more level with the meta weapons. As those changes flew under the radar, though, it will be interesting to see whether there are any more balancing changes made to the weapon in the Season 3 Reloaded update on May 1.

Underrated LMG in Warzone might be better than all Assault Rifles – Dexerto
Underrated LMG in Warzone might be better than all Assault Rifles ActivisionWarzone’s MG 82 LMG might be better than every meta assault rifle in the battle royale as stats show it melts enemies with its ridiculous time to kill (TTK). LMG’s have lived a bit of a charmed life in Warzone. At times, they’ve been the go-to weapons of choice and unbeatable, but there have been other periods where they’ve been pretty useless. The light machine guns are just too immobile for some players to justify making the change, as they value speed over the damage output. However, that could change given how underrated the current crop truly is. New stats showed that the FiNN might be the “most overpowered” weapon in the battle royale with the right set-up, but the MG 82 isn’t far off either. Currently, the MG 82 sits at 42nd in the WZRanked list of most-used weapons. Players are simply staying away from it, seeing as it was nerfed recently. However, as True Game Data shows, it is “massively slept on” at the minute, and boasts a better TTK than the FARA, Krig 6, and C58. According to the YouTuber, the LMG is better suited to Verdansk as it does feel “a little slow” for Rebirth, but it ultimately melts. Out of the three big meta rifles, the MG 82 only falls behind the C58 in terms of TTK when it comes to solely headshots. Everything else and the LMG is ahead. While the reload speed is a slight issue, that can be helped by throwing on the Fast Mag attachment. TrueGameData MG 82 Warzone loadout class Muzzle: Agency Suppressor – Barrel: 16.4 Task Force – Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip – Optic: Axial Arms 3x – Ammo: Fast Mag – One knock on the MG 82 is it’s recoil pattern. It can get a little out of hand, but it is perfectly vertical still, so you can master it pretty quickly. It remains to be seen if it’ll actually take over the meta, but it goes to show that there are weapons out there that players pass up that are viable.

Underrated “laser beam” SMG has zero recoil in Warzone 2 – Dexerto
Underrated “laser beam” SMG has zero recoil in Warzone 2 ActivisonWarzone 2 expert FaZe Booya has unveiled an underused SMG that’s a “laser beam” on Al Mazrah and deserves more attention in the current meta. SMGs are the top-tier choice at close quarters in Warzone 2, offering unmatched TTKs and a huge amount of mobility to outplay your foes. In the current meta, the Fennec 45 and Lachmann Sub has stood out as the strongest guns, but their overwhelming popularity is leading the community to overlook a lot of the other options. While damage output is a key metric, sometimes it’s better to focus on stability and recoil control, ensuring you’ll land most of your shots. Well, Warzone 2 guru FaZe Booya has identified a “laser beam” SMG that’s being slept on, and while it can’t contend with the Fennec’s TTK, its accuracy makes it incredibly simple to use. Best MX9 Warzone 2 loadout Attachments Muzzle: Forge DX90-F – Laser: VLK LZR 7MW – Barrel: 16.5″ STB Factory – Stock: Bruen STB 556 Stock – Magazine: 32-Round Mag – Out of all the SMGs in Warzone 2, the MX9 is not receiving a lot of attention in Season 1 Reloaded, but Booya is convinced it’s a strong pick for anyone who struggles with recoil control. Describing the weapon as a “laser beam”, the SMG is deadly accurate at close quarters, meaning it’s simple to land all of your shots on target in high-pressure situations. Not only that, the MX9 is equipped with a “solid” TTK that melts health bars, as well as plenty of mobility for players who love to aggressively push their opponents. The build above focuses on bolstering the SMG’s recoil while also pushing its damage to the limits. The MX9 will never match the Fennec’s TTK, but in terms of stability, it’s top-tier. According to WZRanked, the MX9 has an incredibly low pick rate of just 0.2%, so if you’re looking for an off-meta pick, this could be a brilliant option. We recommend running Weapon Specialist alongside the SMG so you can utilize the RPK or M4 for any enemies that challenge you at long-range. So, don’t hesitate to test this loadout in-game, especially if you’re a player that struggles to control hefty recoil patterns.

Underrated Cold War sniper rivals meta Warzone picks with solid KD – Dexerto
Underrated Cold War sniper rivals meta Warzone picks with solid KD ActivisionLooking for a sniper to use in the final days of Warzone? Well, there’s a solid choice from Black Ops Cold War that rivals some of the meta snipers. With the arrival of Warzone 2 almost upon, plenty of players have been bidding farewell to the original Warzone in a number of different ways. Some have achieved the monumental task of winning a game with every single weapon while others have been trying to uncover any potential late hints about the next battle royale experience. Though, some just want to use some of their favorite classic weapons for one last time. That means that players have been dipping back into the likes of Modern Warfare and Black Ops Cold War to use older weapons. If you’re wanting to do that, you may want to consider the ZRG 20mm sniper as it’s still quite powerful. Cold War’s ZRG sniper is a solid pick in Warzone Yes, that’s right, the ZRG 20mm from Black Ops Cold War is actually proving to be a solid pick in the final few days of Warzone, even if it is going under the radar with many players. As per WZRanked stats, the Cold War sniper has a solid pick rate of 0.69, and boasts an impressive 2.81 win rate as well. It’s kill/death ratio is just a tick above 1.09, which isn’t close to the upper echelons, but is still pretty decent. In fact, those stats put the ZRG right up there with some more popular picks. It has a better K/D ratio than the HDR – currently the second most-popular sniper – and is right behind the 3-Line Rifle, which is the most popular pick of the lot. The Cold War sniper still maintains its one-shot headshot ability, so if you’re a marksman, you’re going to find success. Though, it typically requires two shots if you hit elsewhere. As the stats show, it can certainly rival the more popular picks, so why not give it one last run out during the last hurrah for Warzone. You might surprise a few.

Underrated Cold War sniper in Warzone will replace Kar98 & Swiss in Season 3 – Dexerto
Underrated Cold War sniper in Warzone will replace Kar98 & Swiss in Season 3 ActivisionCall of Duty: Warzone’s sniper meta looks set for a shake-up in Pacific Season 3, and the long-standing dominance of the Kar98 and Swiss K31 could be challenged by some Cold War alternatives. While there are more than 15 snipers to use in Warzone, the meta has been dominated by two for quite some time – Modern Warfare’s Kar98K and Cold War’s Swiss K31. The two long-range powerhouses are a familiar sight to anyone who drops into Caldera – and even Rebirth Island on occasion – and have been the source of much frustration over the last few seasons. Players have repeatedly begged for nerfs and want Raven Software to bring other snipers into the spotlight. Well, with Warzone Pacific Season 3 on the horizon, those prayers could be answered, and if the highly-requested nerfs come into play, then you might want to start using the Pellington 703 from Black Ops Cold War. The underrated sniper, which currently ranks as the 46th most-used weapon in Warzone, was highlighted by YouTuber Metaphor as a possible standout once the Season 3 changes come into play. “There are massive changes happening with the snipers coming in Season 3 that will render our favorite snipers unusable, I can’t go into detail yet but the season is right around the corner,” the YouTuber said in his April 18 video. “The Pellington is an amazing alternative and great at all ranges for a Kar98k/Swiss replacement.” Metaphor has also highlighted Cold War’s LW3 Tundra as another possible meta option and believes that it is a better choice if you’re not playing more methodically and not pushing the pace. For aggressive players, though, the Pellington looks to be the move. As noted, there is no exact word on what these sniper nerfs will entail, but plenty of players are already trying to figure out what will work best for them moving forward. So, make sure you’ve got a few snipers leveled up pretty high and get prepared to use something different before long.

Underrated Cold War LMG tops Warzone win charts after UGM-8 nerf – Dexerto
Underrated Cold War LMG tops Warzone win charts after UGM-8 nerf ActivisionThe MG 82 dominated Warzone’s long-range-meta in Season 4, and the Cold War LMG is back and better than ever in Season 5. Warzone’s final weapon balancing patch drastically shook up the game’s meta. The developers focused on addressing Warzone’s long-range meta in Season 5, which meant nerfing the game’s top weapons. The UGM-8 LMG reigned supreme in mid to long-range engagements, killing faster than most top-tier weapons. The overpowering LMG was the third most selected weapon in Warzone during season 4 and boasted the game’s best K/D ratio. Raven Software responded accordingly by nerfing the UGM-8 in Season 5 Reloaded, ending its short run in the spotlight. With a void to fill in the LMG class, the MG 82 reclaimed its spot last as the top choice. UGM 82 ranked as highest winning weapon According to WZ Ranked, the MG 82 has a win percentage of 6.23% and a respectable 1.22 K/D ratio. However, the LMG is only selected .4% of the time, ranking among the bottom half of weapons. LMGs don’t usually jump off the page as must-select weapons in Warzone, but the MG 82 has all the makings of an underrated gem that needs more attention. The MG 82 shines in medium or long-range combat. Like most LMGs, the weapon sufferers from weak mobility and harder-to-handle recoil, but its devastating damage output more than makes up for it. LMGs are perfect for dealing with squads of enemies, and the MG 82 is no different, offering a massive 125-round magazine. Check out our best MG 82 loadout and give one of the game’s most underrated weapons a try for yourself.

Underrated Cold War AR still dominates at long-range in Warzone Season 5 – Dexerto
Underrated Cold War AR still dominates at long-range in Warzone Season 5 Treyarch/ActivisionWarzone expert WhosImmortal has showcased a forgotten Cold War AR that can compete with the Cooper Carbine & Automaton at long-range in Season 5. While the Grau 5.56 has made a comeback in the current meta after a heavy set of buffs in Warzone Season 5, the majority of top-tier weapons are all still from Vanguard. This means a lot of the community will immediately write off a gun if it isn’t from the latest CoD title, as the WWII weapons have eclipsed most of the Cold War & Modern Warfare options since arriving in the battle royale. Well, according to Warzone guru WhosImmortal, that’s a mistake when it comes to one Cold War AR that is being slept on by the player base. With plenty of damage and a massive amount of power at long-range, it may be time to test out this weapon in one of your matches, and he’s even included a top-tier loadout. Best Vargo 52 loadout in Warzone Season 5 Attachments Muzzle: GRU Suppressor – Barrel: 18.6″ Task Force – Optic: Axial Arms 3x – Underbarrel: Spetsnaz Speedgrip – Magazine: Spetsnaz 60 Rnd – After receiving ADS buffs in Season 5, WhosImmortal believes this is the perfect time to utilize the powerful Vargo 52. Unlike a lot of ARs that are strongest at medium range, the Vargo excels at long distances with its deadly damage and minimal recoil. Describing the Cold War gun as a “beast” and praising its “power, range, and damage”, WhosImmortal thinks the Vargo is ideal for beaming down opponents on Caldera. The build above focuses on maximizing the weapon’s damage while also bolstering its recoil, allowing you to laser down your foes with ease. Topic starts 2:12 Keep in mind, as the Vargo 52 is a long-range option, you’ll need to run Overkill with this loadout if you want a versatile class. We recommend running Vanguard’s PPSh-41 as your SMG secondary as it’s currently the most popular gun in Warzone and shreds at close quarters. With these two weapons together, you’ll be a force to be reckoned with on any map you play on, allowing you to rack up countless kills.

Underrated Cold War AR is a no recoil “laser beam” in Warzone Season 5 Reloaded – Dexerto
Underrated Cold War AR is a no recoil “laser beam” in Warzone Season 5 Reloaded ActivisionWarzone expert Metaphor has revealed a loadout for the Cold War Fara 83 that transforms it into a “top tier” Assault Rifle in the battle royale’s final season. Warzone players are spoilt for choice when it comes to Assault Rifles, with weapons from three different CoD entries to choose from. However, it’s often been the case that a select number of ARs have dominated the meta, such as the Cooper Carbine or the STG44. With Warzone 2 on the horizon, many players will be looking to experiment and try out some different options before they leave Caldera in the rearview mirror. Luckily, there are a number of less popular Assault Rifles that are incredibly effective in Warzone Season 5 Reloaded, away from the usual go-to picks. Warzone expert Metaphor has revealed a Fara 83 loadout that puts it in contention with the game’s meta guns. In his October 17 video, Metaphor said that the Cold War rifle is a very strong contender in the final season with the right combination of attachments. “Overall, I just think this gun is a really good low recoil complete laserbeam that everyone basically has ranked up,” he explained. “I do recommend giving this gun a try, it’s definitely a top-tier AR.” The Fara 83 gained popularity when Black Ops Cold War was the latest CoD, but has fallen way off since the launch of Vanguard and the move to Caldera. Despite experts like Metaphor singing its praises, it currently only has a 0.73 pick rate on WZ Ranked. If you’re looking to take the Fara 83 for a spin, check out Metaphor’s loadout below: Metaphor’s best Fara 83 in Warzone Season 5 Reloaded Muzzle: Gru Suppressor – Barrel: 18.7″ Spetsnaz RPK Barrel – Optic: Axial Arms 3x – Underbarrel: Spetsnaz Grip – Ammunition: Spetsnaz 60 Rnd – The Gru Suppressor and 18.7″ Spetsnaz RPK Barrel make the Fara 83 much easier to control, as well buffing the overall damage range and bullet velocity, allowing you to pick off enemies at all ranges. Optic-wise you can go with whichever sight you feel confident with, but Metaphor chose the Axial Arms 3x for greater accuracy at a distance. Meanwhile, the Spetsnaz Grip reduces the recoil even further, and offers better movement speed. Lastly, loading up with the Spetsnaz 60 Rnds means you can polish off multiple enemies before worrying about reloading, ideal for Squads and Duos. So, if you’re bored of running the same old Assault Rifles in Warzone, be sure to try out this Fara 83 in your next match.

Underrated Cold War AR boasts absurd Warzone win rate – Dexerto
Underrated Cold War AR boasts absurd Warzone win rate ActivisionWarzone is well into its final season and the meta is still taking interesting twists in turns. While Season 5 is headed steadily towards its end, there’s an underrated Cold War AR that’s still making a surge up the win rate charts after all this time. Warzone has gone through meta change after meta change since launching way back in March of 2020 and even as the game’s final season pushes towards its finale, players are still discovering new weapons to take over the game with. While this particular AR has had some time in the sun before, it fell into obscurity for most of the Vanguard-themed era of the game. That’s all changing now though as WZRanked has it listed at the 8th highest overall win rate as of September 26. Surprise Cold War AR still packs a punch in Warzone The Vargo-52 debuted during the Cold War era and was a bit overshadowed by other standouts of that time. This problem only got worse when many of the CW weapons were specifically targeted for nerfs after the transition to Warzone Pacific and the arrival of Caldera. Now though, the Vargo has climbed to achieve a 3.43 win rate and a respectable 1.16 K/D across the game. While it’s still not as popular as options like the Grau or Cooper Carbine, it eclipses them both in terms of win percentage. Despite its excellent performance, it is only picked in 0.34% of all games, making a true sleeper pick for anyone who is hoping to pick their performance up but isn’t a fan of the more popular options. The optimal loadout for the gun is a fairly common one as well, making it ideal to pickup even for people who aren’t intimately familiar with how to use it.

Underrated Cold War AR beats Warzone meta picks with insane mid-range TTK – Dexerto
Underrated Cold War AR beats Warzone meta picks with insane mid-range TTK Treyarch/ActivisionWarzone expert WhosImmortal has outlined the Black Ops Cold War AK-47 as one of Season 4’s best weapons, revealing that it outperforms the BR’s most meta ARs in terms of time-to-kill (TTK). As a general rule, Vanguard’s life-cycle has seen Warzone dominated by weapons from the WW2 shooter. At the moment, the Armaguerra 43 and KG M40 are the two weapons dominating the late Season 4 meta, with both staying strong in spite of nerfs. They currently combine for nearly 22% of all picks in Warzone but that doesn’t mean less-chosen weapons can’t hold their own. We’ve recently seen praise heaped on the Cold War MG82 and, in an August 20 YouTube video, WZ expert WhosImmortal claimed the Cold War AK-47 can compete with the very best guns in terms of TTK. WhosImmortal reveals Cold War AK-47 build ahead of Season 5 With its TTK more than holding its own, the AK-47 benefits most from strong damage and decent range. Its recoil and handling leave a bit to be desired but, once players master them, there’s an awful lot to like about the classic of the CoD series. Using stats from TrueGameData, Immortal showed that the AK-47 outperforms a number of more popular guns, including the STG44, NZ-41 and KG M40. “The AK has the most [recoil] movement but it’s also a very consistent pattern throughout,” he said. “Over range the AK [has the] second best TTK throughout. Beating out the STG and significantly beating out the NZ and the KG.” It may take some time to master the recoil pattern but once players have done so and can hit accurate shots, the AK will be sure to reward its user. Immortal’s full recommended AK-47 loadout is detailed below: Muzzle: GRU Suppressor – Barrel: 20” Spetsnaz PK Barrel – Optic: Axial Arms 3x – Underbarrel: Spetsnaz Grip – Magazine: Bakelite 60 Rnd – While it won’t have you covered at the closest or longest of ranges, the AK-47’s all-round punch makes it an incredibly strong primary weapon that’ll keep you in gunfights of all varieties. It may have a pick-rate of just 0.88% but don’t sleep on the AK-47 and, once using, stick with it until you know the recoil pattern inside out.

Underrated Black Ops 6 SMG has faster TTK than Jackal PDW – Dexerto
Underrated Black Ops 6 SMG has faster TTK than Jackal PDW ActivisionPlayers were quick to anoint the Jackal PDW as the best Black Ops 6 beta weapon, but the C9 gives the popular SMG a run for its money. After watching Call of Duty legend Scump pull off 100-plus kill performances with his go-to Jackal PDW loadout, it’s hard not to fall in love with the weapon. In saying that, stats paint a much different picture. A player posted a spreadsheet of the fastest time-to-kill weapons in the beta. And to the surprise of many, the C9 leads all choices with a 246-millisecond TTK and gets even faster with Rapid Fire equipped. Meanwhile, the Jackal PDW clocks in at 264ms since a slower fire rate slightly holds the weapon back. Yet both options have cons, as the Jackal PDW boasts faster sprint-to-fire and aim-down-sight speeds. Most players have leaned toward the PDW because the C9’s damage falls off at around 25 meters. However, if you are looking for pure slaying power and want to win every close range engagement; the C9 is the weapon for you. Other players have started to catch on. “Don’t let people know that the C9 is better at close range than the Jackal PDW,” one user noted. “It’s over for the Jackal, the C9 is the move,” a second commenter argued. The Black Ops 6 devs confirmed that the title has a faster TTK than MW3 and Black Ops Cold War. So, with that in mind, using a powerful SMG up close will feel more potent than in other series entries. You also have to factor in omnimovement, and how essential it is to react faster and outmaneuver than your opponent. SMGs offer the best mobility, further helping the C9’s case. If you’d like to know which attachments to use on this versatile SMG, you can check out our best C9 loadout guide.

Underrated BAR loadout is perfect for dominating Warzone games on Rebirth – Dexerto
Underrated BAR loadout is perfect for dominating Warzone games on Rebirth ActivisionFaZe Clan star Booya has shown off a new twist on the best BAR loadout in Warzone using some pretty underused attachments to make it a bit of a beast. When the integration between Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone first happened, it didn’t long for weapons from the latest CoD release to take over the battle royale’s meta. Though, in the month since, things have changed quite a bit. Updates and weapon balancing from the devs have kept the meta in flux, with a healthy mix of Vanguard, Modern Warfare, and Cold War weapons being pretty viable in the game currently. One weapon that was pretty solid at the start of Warzone Pacific, the BAR assault rifle, has slipped away in terms of usage in the last few weeks. However, that could change in quick fashion thanks to a pretty unusual build that the likes of FaZe Booya are rocking. The FaZe Clan star highlighted the assault rifle in his March 26 YouTube video, noting that he’s using some attachments that don’t really get much love. That includes the Mark VI Skeletal underbarrel, Fabric Grip, Cooper SP stock, and 8mm Klauser 30-round mags, which have a usage rate of 0.42%, 4.8%, 7.1%, and 9.6% respectively as per WZRanked. There are places for the old reliable Recoil Booster, CGC 30″ XL barrel, and G16 2.5x sight choices, which help make the BAR viable anyway, but as Booya shows with a 21-kill victory, it’s a menace on Rebirth Island thanks to the other attachments. FaZe Booya’s best BAR loadout in Warzone Muzzle: Recoil Booster – Barrel: CGC 30″ XL barrel – Optic: G16 2.5x – Underbarrel: Mark VI Skeletal – Stock: Cooper SP – Magazine: 8mm Klauser 30-round mags – Ammunition: Lengthened – Rear Grip: Fabric Grip – Perk 1: Hardscope – Perk 2: – As noted, the BAR has slipped away from its height of popularity, which saw the assault rifle sit within the top five most-used weapons for a little while. It has a resurgence following the Season 2 Reloaded update, but is still on the fringes of the meta. Though, Booya’s class could change that, so we’ll have to wait and see.

Unbreakable gas masks are ruining Warzone as devs are trying to fix it – Dexerto
Unbreakable gas masks are ruining Warzone as devs are trying to fix it Infinity WardCall of Duty players are finding the unbreakable gas mask glitch once again in Warzone, as the bug that had once been subsided has made an unwelcome return. As Infinity Ward contest with some of the biggest problems in their popular battle royale, like the ‘demon gun’ glitch, others are dealing with a more annoying headache when taking fights in the middle of Warzone’s gas. Unlike other battle royales, Warzone has a system that lets players momentarily withstand the damaging effects of its outer ring while wearing a gas mask. These masks aren’t made to last, but as some have already shown, that hasn’t always been the case. Not to be confused with the Durable Gas Masks that secretly came in the Season 5 update, these glitched items have been around for a while and even the devs previously recognized the issue but have still yet to come up with a fix. But, despite being patched, the glitch is now back into the spotlight and has been popping up in more games, like when Tyler ‘TeePee’ Polchow’s got eliminated by someone deep in the gas. The kill-cam revealed the enemy player had a regular gas mask with the typical indication that it was glitched. The item’s gauge was showing that it was already completely spent, but the player was harmlessly navigating the next fight outside of the circle. This obviously can change the outcome of entire matches, as instead of having to scurry back into the zone once their mask hits 0 health, people are being able to just hang around in the gas and eliminated unsuspecting opponents. Gas mask glitch This game is pathetic RN pic.twitter.com/LdoU1uxfdQ — TeeP (@TylerTeeP) August 13, 2020 The glitched masks are just players working with what they loot off the ground, so it’s not a hack or something players can knowingly exploit, but it does pose a big issue for Warzone’s competitive integrity. This is just another one in a long list of bugs and glitches that are currently making the popular battle royale unplayable, on top of the aforementioned visual issue with weapons looking horribly distorted. A fix for the glitch is still labeled as ‘in progress’ and it’s something that the Warzone community will be eager to see resolved sooner than later.

“Unbelievably broken” gun is Warzone’s fastest killing but not everyone can use it – Dexerto
“Unbelievably broken” gun is Warzone’s fastest killing but not everyone can use it ActivisionThere is an “unbelievably broken” gun from Modern Warfare 3 in Warzone that only certain players can use, but some experts are hoping it gets patched soon. Over the last few years, Warzone has had its fair share of broken weapons. Longtime CoD players still get nervous when the DMR is mentioned, and shivers are sent down player’s spines when the Mac-10 Gallantry blueprint gets brought up. The Warzone devs have, at times, been quick to address these broken weapons, but they still linger following new seasonal updates. Which, well, is the case right now following the Season 3 Reloaded patch. IceManIsaac has, once again, highlighted the COR-45 pistol as being “unbelievably broken,” but he notes that only keyboard and mouse players can actually use it properly. The pistol, with Isaac’s build, has a 400 ms TTK thanks to the XRK Lightning Fire Trigger Action attachment. But, to harness the full power of the pistol, you have to be playing on mouse and keyboard, have your mouse wheel delay on 0, and as the YouTuber points out, you have to change your firing mode to be the mouse wheel. “This is usable, it is not a meme,” he said in his May 7 video, noting that the pistol has been brought up previously as having an outstanding TTK. Muzzle: ZEHMN 35 Compensator – Optic: Slate Reflector – Stock: XRK Tactical Stock – Magazine: 40 round drum – Trigger Action: Lightning Fire – Timestamp of 19:40 Despite shining a spotlight on it IceManIsaac doesn’t want the COR-45 to become meta. “Mouse and key players have been down for a long time, and this will probably be patched in a matter of days,” he added, urging the devs to nerf the conversion kit. “Scroll wheel inputs have been in gaming forever. I do think the Lighting Fire trigger should not exist because the fire rate is too fast. I’ve seen it abused with people using macros and stuff,” he concluded.

Unbelievable Warzone glide spot makes maneuvering around Rebirth Island a breeze – Dexerto
Unbelievable Warzone glide spot makes maneuvering around Rebirth Island a breeze ActivisionWarzone’s Rebirth Island has exploded in popularity in 2022 and more players means more cool new discoveries. While there are plenty of secrets yet to be exposed, this glide spot is one of the most unique ways to get around the map yet. Warzone is renowned in the battle royal space for having some of the most unique movement techniques across the genre. From vehicle tricks to surprisingly tricky jump spots, there has been no shortage of fun ways to get around the map for players in the know. However, that concept gets taken to eleven with this Rebirth Island glide that nearly spans a quarter of the entire map. Unreal Warzone glide spot is the perfect escape route The process starts at the northwest side of the Prison Block building. Once you’re up on the outer stairs towards the missile-bearing truck, just jump off of the stairs on the flagpole side and pull your chute. Keep gliding over the truck and then take a sharp left-hand turn towards the helipad at the Docks. When done right, you’ll skate right onto the exterior of the helipad without a hitch. This is perfect for games where Top Prison is being heavily contested and you need to make a quick escape but it also works as a rotational tool to escape the gas in a pinch Every new video that shows off a spot like this naturally raises the question of what other hidden gems everyone has been missing out on. It’s probably a good thing that there aren’t too many though because getting this one right is going to take a bit of fine-tuning anyway.

Unbelievable Warzone fail proves why you need to be aggressive in Gulag – Dexerto
Unbelievable Warzone fail proves why you need to be aggressive in Gulag ActivisionWarzone Season 5 brought a new Gulag experience to the game. This introduced a new arena for players to fight for their redeployment. However, things went wrong for one player after not being aggressive and failing to kill an AFK person. With the integration of Season 5 into Warzone, the fan-favorite map, Rush, was brought into Verdansk as the Gulag. The Gulag is one of Warzone’s most famous places, players are sent here after their first death on Verdansk and fight another player for redeployment. It’s a 1-on-1 gunfight with a predetermined loadout and usually, the best way to win the battle is flying at your enemy and gunning them down. This clip will remind you to do just that. Warzone player loses Gulag fight to AFK opponent When it’s your turn to fight in the Gulag you are focused on one thing and only one thing, killing your enemy and dropping back into Verdansk. If you wait too long then you need to capture the objective in the middle. Occasionally, things can go wrong if you don’t take a gunfight. This Reddit clip posted by ‘Super_Avocado’ shows exactly why you need to be aggressive in the Gulag. You can see another player spectating waiting for their match to start. Meanwhile, the two players facing off against one another ends hilariously wrong for one player. One person is running around playing angles while the other is legit just not playing the game. Eventually, enough time passes and the capture point comes up, and still, the one player doesn’t make any move toward the flag. This results in a tie and both players are eliminated from the game. All of this happened because the one person was too scared to push and take a gunfight that would’ve been free. Take this as a friendly reminder to have some confidence your their gun skills and take the challenges so you don’t end up like this unfortunate person.

Unbelievable Warzone 2 exploit gives players max money – Dexerto
Unbelievable Warzone 2 exploit gives players max money ActivisionWarzone 2 has had a number of strange glitches so far but none have been more game-breaking than this max money exploit that works in BR & DMZ. Anyone who has played either game type on Al Mazrah knows that money makes the world go ’round. Whether you’re buying new equipment, streaks, or loadouts, there’s simply no way to avoid needing to spend some cash to get a leg up on the opposition. Of course, doing things ‘the right way’ can take quite a bit of time even for people who know what they’re doing, so it’s not a surprise players have turned to exploits in order to make things easier and save a whole lot of time. Warzone 2 exploit gives players max money in Battle Royale and DMZ modes As demonstrated by CoD expert JGOD, all it takes to pull this off is to leave some money close to a floor weapon and attempt to stow the cash again. The game will convert the cash from the floor into the respective game mode’s max amount as it re-enters your loot pool. For DMZ, this caps out at $1.3 million. The exact same process works in BR though, meaning players can absolutely empty a buy station in just one trip whenever they pull it off successfully. While it may be tempting to try this out, it’s worth remembering that Activision has handed out bans for players attempting to use similar exploits in the past, and particularly with DMZ, it seems likely that they would pursue those same measures this time around. It’s worth knowing that it exists though, especially if the number of full-kit demons around the map seems to spike in the next few days. Ultra in control of CDL ‘Group of Death’ | CDL Reverse Sweep Stage 3 Preview – Dexerto
Ultra in control of CDL ‘Group of Death’ | CDL Reverse Sweep Stage 3 Preview Dexerto / Call of Duty LeagueThe Call of Duty League crowned its Stage 2 champions, the Toronto Ultra, and now moves toward Stage 3. The Reverse Sweep crew, Enable, Pacman, and Katie Bedford, preview how crazy the CDL’s groups and rosters are about to be. After reviewing all of the Stage 2 Major’s madness, Ian ‘Enable’ Wyatt, Jonathan ‘Pacman’ Tucker and Katie Bedford are ready for a wild Stage 3. The Ultra shocked everyone by demolishing the Atlanta FaZe in the Major, but things should get even spicier in Stage 3. The first thing on the Reverse Sweep’s communal mind? Stacked groups. The crew broke down just how nasty the groups can be after Toronto makes its first choice: throwing the Dallas Empire into FaZe’s group. Then, after looking into what caliber of groups might be in play for Stage 3, the group also dove into official and rumored roster shakeups. All things considered, the CDL could be a different world in its third stage. The Group of Death “This is terrifying,” Pacman said about the groups that are about to get wild. Toronto can put Dallas in Atlanta’s group, then FaZe can put the Minnesota ROKKR in Toronto’s group. Next, they predict Minnesota puts OpTic Chicago in FaZe’s group — and you can sense how frightening things can get. “The top three would be FaZe, Empire, OpTic in one group. I don’t even have words to explain…” As evidenced by Enable’s inability to elaborate, in all likelihood there will be a very intimidating ‘group of death’ in Stage 3. The roster moves: Mutineers, Legion, and Guerrillas? Touching on the LA Thieves’ decision to bench Austin ‘SlasheR’ Liddicoat, Pacman explains the mantra of all CDL teams: “Sometimes you just have to take a risk and act.” Read more: CDL announces long-awaited return to LAN – As such, the crew agrees that three teams need to make changes: the Florida Mutineers, Paris Legion, and Los Angeles Guerrillas. While the Legion have already picked up Donovan ‘Temp’ Laroda, the other two rosters have some serious candidates to consider in the midseason Rostermania. “There’s players that are waiting for their opportunity. They’re on the sidelines right now, hungry. Saints, Temp, Havoc, Sib, Decemate. There is a lot of talent that are ready to come and take your spot.” As Enable explains, should the Mutineers and Guerrillas elect to make a change — there are some intriguing prospects lying in wait. OpTic can’t make a change, but the Subliners should Speaking of teams that could make changes, both OpTic and the New York Subliners had disappointing performances in the Stage 2 Major. The group agrees that OpTic can’t make a change unless a player decides to retire, as there are no reasonable replacements for the team’s talent and stardom. Pacman explains OpTic’s position succinctly with regards to making a roster change: “Could they? Of course they could. Will they? No.” As for the Subliners, pointing out that rookie Paco ‘HyDra’ Rusiewiez’s English is good enough for his team to dominate in Challengers, the Reverse Sweep gang agrees it’s time to give him a chance. “Mack and Diamondcon are great. So is Asim and Clay. They’re all great players, but is it enough firepower? And you have this generational talent, that everyone’s telling me, on the bench.” With Enable touching on HyDra’s growing reputation, the group thinks it’s time for New York to give their “generational talent” a chance. Stage 3’s X-Factors: Temp, iLLeY, and Octane As for established players who need to be watched in Stage 3, the group each broke down one player who they think is in must-watch territory. For Pacman, it’s Temp, who he believes can form a dangerous tandem with Nicholas ‘Classic’ DiCostanzo. “For whatever reason, him and Nick have this really good duo chemistry thing going — and they could really, really make a team that’s been on the cusp be really scary.” In Enable’s eyes, the most interesting player in Stage 3 is the underperforming Indervir ‘iLLeY’ Dhaliwal, who “needs to become [Empire’s] SND superstar. That’s what he’s there for. Because if he doesn’t … he would be the scapegoat if they ever decided to make a roster move.” And, finally, Bedford kept it simple and went with the infamous Sam ‘Octane’ Larew because she’s ready to see him return to his ceiling: “I want him to prove that he deserves the paycheck that he’s getting from Seattle. Where’s Black Ops 4 Octane? Where is that Octane that wins those sub-range gunfights with his AR?” Enable and Pacman weren’t so sure BO4 Octane could resurrect in Black Ops Cold War, but their argument is best understood in the full preview show! Ultimate Warzone Iron Trials ’84 guide: rules, buy stations and more – Dexerto
Ultimate Warzone Iron Trials ’84 guide: rules, buy stations and more ActivisionWarzone devs have constantly been updating the playlist to give the community different game modes to try out. From objective-based Payload to Clash 50v50 there are plenty of things to try. However, Warzone’s newest mode, Iron Trials ‘84, is set to be the hardest Battle Royale ever. Season 5 Reloaded is bringing tons of new content, including a new game mode, to Warzone. For players that might be bored of the classic BR mode or Rebirth Island, Iron Trials ‘84 could be their saving grace. This mode has taken all the aspects that you love and know from Verdnask and cranked them up. More health, longer TTKs, expensive loadout drops, and more — this is going to going to be super competitive. On top of that, the Gulag is throwing a new twist into Warzone that has never been seen before. Iron Trials is for the best of the best and chaos is certain to ensue. Warzone Iron Trials ‘84 rules This new Warzone game mode could be one of the hardest we have ever seen. To start, players will have more health than the normal mode and a different regen rate. The health has been increased from 100 to 250 and regen has been reduced from 120 to 40 health per second. This will create longer gunfights, raising the TTK on every weapon. While the TTK will change, snipers are also getting a huge nerf. They will now only kill in one shot if done from 30 meters or less. On top of that, stuns and stims are less effective, making players trust their gun skill more than ever. Sniper Rifles: A single headshot from a Sniper Rifle will only down an enemy if they are within 30 meters. This gives time for those on the receiving end of a longshot to react – the most elite snipers will be able to adjust their strategies accordingly and still dish out lethal damage at long range with precise follow-up shots. – Stun Grenades: Decreased the stun effect duration by 50%. – Medical Syringes: Decreased the regeneration rate by 50%. Players will find that this piece of tactical equipment is still quite effective despite this change, especially given altered health regeneration rules. – Warzone Iron Trials ’84 Buy Station prices & loot Another big change comes with the buys station, all prices have been drastically increased to make it a bit harder to get set up. The prices are listed below: Armor Bundle: $1,500 to $2,000 – Gas Mask: $3,000 to $4,000 – Cluster Strike: $3,000 to $4,000 – Precision Strike: $3,500 to $4,500 – Self Revive: $4,000 to $5,000 – UAV: $4,000 to $6,000 – Loadout Drop Marker: $10,000 to $15,000 – Players drop into this mode with just a .44 Magnum and a Sledgehammer. However, finding weapons upgrades can be difficult. The spawn rate for Epic and Legendary loot has been reduced and a new rarity, “Classified” has been introduced. Classified weapons will have more than the standard five attachments but are extremely hard to find. Another new aspect of this mode is the removal of Dead Silence and Stopping Power. This will allow for more tactical play and make players think twice before taking a fight. The full list of changes can be found here: Loot: The item pool for Supply Boxes and items found on the ground have been significantly altered from that seen in standard play. This mode also emphasizes the importance of scavenging to survive – having a knowledge of where to find boxes and being able to complete multiple Contracts are two general Warzone skills that become even more useful in Iron Trials ‘84. – Basic Attachments: Common weapons will start with an attachment – most to provide their max magazine size. – Rarity Spawn Rates: Epic and Legendary weapons are now harder to find. Players will have to open a few more boxes than usual to find what they’re looking for. – New Rarity – Classified: These weapons will spawn with a few more attachments than usual – more than the standard five. That said, good luck finding one. – Killstreaks: Drop rates have been reduced. Time to stop spamming UAVs and to start putting those senses to the test. – Cash Spawns: Larger piles of cash are rarer. Players will have to stay on top of scavenging for cash if they plan to afford a Loadout. – Field Upgrades: No Dead Silence. No Stopping Power Rounds. Period. – While these may move away from the traditional Warzone mode, these changes are focused on making the game more about gunfights. Warzone Iron Trials ’84 Gulag There is a Gulag, but it’s stripped down to really focus on earning your redeployment. There are no akimbo weapons or full- and semi-auto shotguns, as well as fewer tactical and lethal equipment options. This is just a pure gunfight to let the best person win. If you earn redeployment, you will drop back into Verdansk with the weapons and equipment that you used in the Gulag. Release date & Rewards for Iron Trials ‘84 This hardcore game mode is now live and will be for the time being. Players can drop in with their duo and fight to become the best-of-best. We can’t all be winners in the Iron Trials… but for those of us who are, there’s an exclusive reward. 🥇 Hit us with a screenshot of that sweet W and your new Victory of Iron Trials ’84 Calling Card in #Warzone! pic.twitter.com/1Fu5Y7PW83 — Raven Software (@RavenSoftware) September 16, 2021 As for rewards, players that are able to win a game will get this exclusive Calling Card. There are no participation trophies and only those that can win a game will be able to get their hands on this.

Ultimate Warzone Ghosts of Verdansk guide: Rules, ghost abilities and more – Dexerto
Ultimate Warzone Ghosts of Verdansk guide: Rules, ghost abilities and more ActivisionWith The Haunting Event news, it was also revealed Warzone would be getting a new LTM called “Ghosts of Verdansk.” Here’s everything you need to know about this spooky twist to the battle royale. Warzone’s 2021 Halloween event, The Haunting is finally here with tons of new content for players to unlock. From Scream’s Ghostface to Donnie Darko, there are loads of new operator skins spooking up Verdansk. On top of this, players are getting a new LTM with a ghostly twist to the normal battle royale mode. Activision revealed everything there is to know about this mode and we have broken it down. Warzone Ghosts of Verdansk rules & ghost abilities https://twitter.com/CallofDuty/status/1450145095177678850 The LTM will be available on October 19 and will be live through November 2. In a twist of last year’s Zombies LTM the devs have thrown ghosts in this year. In this mode, when you first die you will come back as a ghost instead of going to the Gulag. When a ghost you don’t have any weapons but you get abilities that are listed below: Super Jump: Similar to the jump from Zombie Royale, Ghosts can charge up and “leap” through the air to cover serious ground. Because Ghosts have no body, they can float or glide following a jump or drop from any high distance. – Teleport: Another movement option, but with a slower cooldown than Super Jump, lets Ghosts teleport a short distance to immediately close gaps between them and living Operators. They can even teleport right through them and appear behind their target. – Spectral Blast: This area-of-effect stun attack slows down Operators and disables vehicles. – While playing as a ghost your objective is to eliminate enemy operators by using your abilities. Each player killed will drop a soul and you need three of them to spawn back in as an operator. You can also perform a finishing move to instantly respawn but this can be challenging and interrupted by other players. If players are in the Sacred Ground, then ghosts can not attack them. Sacred Grounds are marked by a glowing blue circle and beam of light. However, these zones can be damaged by ghosts throwing their spectral bodies at them over and over. Warzone Ghosts of Verdansk Fear meter Ghosts of Verdansk also brings in the Fear meter that will range from 0 to 100 points. When it reaches 50 points operators can experience hallucinations as well more frightening things if they reach 100 points. Read More: Dr Disrespect explains why he’s skeptical of Warzone anti-cheat: “Part of me thinks it’s a PR play” – Fear increases when the following events take place: Being shot at, being hit by enemy Equipment, or having their Killstreaks in the area – Camping (AKA cowardice) – Seeing dead bodies or Ghosts – Having squadmates downed or eliminated – While Fear can go up there are also ways to decrease it and prevent these hallucinations from happening. Here are the ways to lower it: Eliminating a player or Ghost – Reviving a squadmate – Completing a Contract – Remaining within Sacred Ground… so long as it stays intact – You will definitely want to try and complete as many of these as possible as the consequences for letting your fear meter rise can be very punishing to winning the game. In this haunting LTM it’s a battle to become the last living operator and survive all the daunting tasks along the way.

Ultimate Warzone Clash guide: new 50v50 game mode explained – Dexerto
Ultimate Warzone Clash guide: new 50v50 game mode explained ActivisionAs a spiritual successor to Warzone Rumble, Clash is a new 50v50 game mode in Season 5 and we’ve got a complete guide to help you get ahead of the curve. Here’s everything there is to know about the new Warzone playlist. If the traditional battle royale experience is getting stale, Warzone Clash is here to provide more of a team-based multiplayer structure. Rather than dropping in as a solo player or part of a small squad, Clash puts you into a team of 50 players. Dropping into certain chunks of Verdansk, two teams of 50 compete in a typical deathmatch game. Respawns are unlimited, you have access to any loadout, and the first to 200 kills wins. But there’s more to Clash than first meets the eye. With a number of new features not present in Rumble, there’s plenty to wrap your head around. Here’s a complete rundown on how Clash works in Warzone Season 5. How Warzone Clash works At the start of every Clash game, two teams of 50 drop into a section of Verdansk. You won’t be traveling through the entire battle royale map as Clash hones in on a few unique areas to keep the action flowing. Every kill you secure adds a point to your team’s total score. The first to 200 total eliminations wins the match. But outside of general gunfights, there’s plenty you can be doing to help your team on the path to victory. Clash brings in a number of gameplay elements from the standard Warzone experience. From Contracts to Buy Stations and even vehicles, this mode plays out more like a game of Warzone than a game of multiplayer deathmatch. Exact Warzone damage values are also carried over into Clash. Meaning all weapons and equipment will function the exact same as they do in the battle royale mode. If you’re looking to test a new loadout before dropping into Verdansk properly, Clash could be the best opportunity to get a feel for your new kit. Best Warzone Clash loadouts With every kill pushing your team closer to a win, an aggressive playstyle is hugely important for Clash. This means Assault Rifles, SMGs, and even Shotguns are pivotal in the heat of the moment. From the C58 to the Mac 10, make sure you grab something that keeps you agile in Verdansk. While sniping from afar can be a solid option, staying in one place for too long could leave your team struggling to catch up. Moreover, there’s no need for Ghost in a mode like this where you’re constantly on the move, always looking for fights, and respawning quite frequently. Aggression is key so Overkill is the ideal Perk to keep you in the fight. When one weapon gets low on ammo, swap to the other and keep on firing. As a general rule of thumb, Warzone’s best loadouts will be the best Clash loadouts as well. Since damage values are the same across the board, your strongest loadouts for the battle royale will still shred in Clash.

Ultimate Mauer Der Toten quest guide: full Zombies ‘Tin Man Heart’ Easter Egg walkthrough – Dexerto
Ultimate Mauer Der Toten quest guide: full Zombies ‘Tin Man Heart’ Easter Egg walkthrough ActivisionMauer Der Toten is the latest round-based Zombies map in Call of Duty and we’ve got a complete walkthrough of the Tin Man Heart Easter Egg to help you push through the new Main Quest. With Mauer Der Toten now available following the Season 4 Reloaded update, players are rushing to get through the brand new Main Quest. No different from previous round-based maps, this one requires you to master the environment and learn all there is to know about the latest weapons and items. Even with perfect coordination, it could still take a few hours to grind through the Easter Egg. But we’ve got you covered with a full guide to help along the way. Here’s everything there is to know about the Mauer Der Toten Tin Man Heart Main Quest. Before starting the Tin Man Heart Main Quest Before you get started with the Mauer Der Toten Main Quest, there are few essentials you’ll need to get sorted first. As with every easter egg, turning on the power is where you need to start. Once that’s taken care of, your team will need to focus on two main objectives in the early rounds. Finding the CRBR-S Wonder Weapon is one such objective. Use our full guide here to track down the brand new gun. Meanwhile, everyone should be on the lookout for components to assemble Klaus, Mauer Der Toten’s friendly new robot. Once Klaus is assembled, you’ll need to find the rest of his parts to fully upgrade him before starting the Main Quest. With those steps ticked off, you’re ready to begin the Tin Man Heart quest. Craft the Hacking Helm Your first proper step in the Tin Man Heart Main Quest is to craft a new tool. Three components are needed to form the Hacking Helm and they can only be acquired with the CRBR-S Wonder Weapon. Head to the three following locations and shoot the specific objects to reveal each crafting component. Antenna component – Apartment Rooftop: Shoot the Radio Tower – Electronic Boards – Ghost Station: Shoot the Metal Panel – Transistor – Electronics Store: Shoot the Radios – Once your team has picked up all three components, head to the Safe House and interact with Klaus. Doing so will automatically craft the Hacking Helm to advance the Main Quest. Break down the wall to the Secret Lab Next up, your goal is to find and break into the Secret Lab. As the same implies, this is a hidden location that you’ll need to smash your way inside of. Firstly, head down into the Sewer Access location with Klaus by your side. Using the Klaus Remote Control, command him to a large brick wall near the main staircase. Klaus will punch through the brick layer of the wall to reveal a metal layer behind. As soon as you’re ready, use the CRBR-S to shoot this metal wall and advance through into the Secret Lab. It’s worth noting that the CRBR-S must have the Blazer Mod Kit for this step to work. Placing Empty Canisters around Mauer Der Toten Once you’re inside, end the current round and begin the next one to remove shields from equipment in the Secret Lab. Once you’ve got the Zombies under control and you’re ready to progress the Main Quest, you’ll notice three Empty Canisters nearby. These can be picked up from the Conversion Unit. Once you’ve got them in hand, shoot a nearby computer to obtain Endstation Lures. These will be vital for the next step. Empty Canisters need to be placed in Essence Harvesters scattered throughout the map. Below are the possible spawn locations for Essence Harvesters in Mauer Der Toten. Ghost Station – East Berlin Streets – Alley – Destroyed Penthouse – Korber Rooftop – West Berlin Street – Sewer Access – Once the Canisters have been placed in the Harvesters, throw an Endstation Lure in close proximity to spawn a Tempest. These enemies are tough so be ready for a fight, but killing them will send their essence into the Canisters. Repeat this step until all three Canisters are filled and now labeled as Charged Canisters. Take them back to the Secret Lab where you found them and you’ll be ready for the next step. Get Klaus to stop the train After returning the Canisters, you’ll next need to head to the Switch Control Room. Inside this location near the train tracks, you’ll be able to flip the Railway Switch to swap the tracks nearby. Once they’ve been swapped over, simply command Klaus to stand directly on the tracks. As the next train arrives, Klaus will stop it and allow you to enter. When inside, you’ll find Rico’s Keycard on a Zombie and a Bomb inside a briefcase. Pick both of these up to advance the Main Quest. Return back to the Secret Lab and interact with the Conversion Unit once again. This time, doing so will insert the Bomb you just picked up. Activating the Disruptor Satellite With one of the two items now in place, the next step is to use the Keycard you recently acquired. Head to the Safe House and you’ll spot a computer inside. Interact with it to insert Rico’s Keycard. Continue to interact, browse files, and eventually activate the Disruptor Satellite. You’ll then have to complete this in a different location. Head to West Berlin Street, look for a computer once again and repeat the process to initiate a firing sequence. In doing so, various challenging enemies will spawn, so be prepared for another fight. Throughout these two steps, you’ll be racing against the clock. As soon as the first computer is activated, a five-minute timer will appear. Your entire team will wipe if you fail to kill the remaining enemies in time. Crafting the Uranium Devices and Cleansing Rocks Upon killing the tough enemies in the last step, specifically the Megaton Blaster and the Bomber, two Uranium Rocks will drop. Pick both of these up and head to a Workbench to craft Uranium Devices. With these Uranium Devices in hand, you’ll need to split up and head to two separate locations on the map. One player must take a Device to the Destroyed Penthouse while the other heads to the Korber Rooftops. Once in the right areas, interact with nearby ziplines to place the Uranium Devices. These will travel along the zipline and crash into one another. Once complete, you’ll be able to pick up a Cleansed Rock from the East Berlin Streets below. Head back to the Secret Lab, place this Cleansed Rock near the Warhead, complete the round, and repeat the exact process above once again. Activate the Satellites, kill the Megaton Blaster and Bomber, smash the Uranium Devices, and add one more Cleansed Rock to the Warhead. The moment the second Cleansed Rock is added, you’ll automatically trigger the final Boss Fight. Valentina Boss Fight Valentina will spawn in the Secret Lab to begin the Boss Fight. As you progress, she will teleport around the map and use different attacks. Valentine has both a shield and a regular health bar that you’ll need to deplete. Regular weapon damage works just fine here, so shoot with your strongest weapons. Keep in mind that Valentina can heal by consuming nearby Zombies. So try to clear the regular enemies when possible to keep her health low. After killing Valentina, Klaus will begin to transport the finished Warhead into a nearby portal. Simply fend off Zombies, keep him alive at all costs, and you’ll trigger a final cutscene upon finishing the Main Quest.

UK Retailer GAME Listing for Black Ops 4 Suggests 100 Players in Blackout Battle Royale – Dexerto
UK Retailer GAME Listing for Black Ops 4 Suggests 100 Players in Blackout Battle Royale Leading UK video game retailer, GAME, has added a description to the Blackout section of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, suggesting it will be a 100 player experience – although it is unconfirmed. Similar to other battle royales like Fortnite, PUBG and H1Z1, which all have 100 players, this new listing seems to suggest Black Ops 4 will aim for this industry standard. It was initially believed that Call of Duty would aim for a slightly reduced player count, in order to ensure high frames per second and server speeds are retained, and 100 players is certainly an ambitious feat for such a graphic intensive game. But, according to the listing from GAME, players will drop into a match “vs 99-other players”. You can see the game description on the official website here. The description comes from a breakdown of the whole game given on the website, which also outlines the basics of the other modes and features. Leaks Reveal New Blackout Details, Weapon Variants and More in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Treyarch has remained tight-lipped on much of the Blackout information, including player count, but they have made it clear it is a very large undertaking. The map itself is said 1500 times the size of Nuketown, according to Treyarch lead designer David Vonderhaar. With a map that large, 100 players certainly seems feasible, but it will be the stress put on servers and games consoles that will be the big test.

UK fugitive gets arrested after leaving hideout to buy Call of Duty – Dexerto
UK fugitive gets arrested after leaving hideout to buy Call of Duty West Midlands Police / ActivisionA wanted UK fugitive, Clint Butler, has got himself caught and returned to prison in Birmingham after raising suspicion in public while making a rare venture outside to…purchase Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. They say that “CoD is life,” but that might not be as true for anyone as it is for Butler, who risked his life in the free world by trying to get a copy of Black Ops Cold War. In November 2020, Butler escaped from the HMP Spring Hill open prison in Buckinghamshire, remaining a free, albeit wanted man until his arrest in 2021. Butler, who had originally been serving a 17-year sentence for robbery and firearm possession, evidently got bored of staying at home after escaping from Spring Hill. As such, he and a friend decided to go purchase CoD on Martineau Way in Birmingham, England. While on the quick shopping trip, two police officers reportedly noticed the pair acting weird and change directions upon seeing them, so they approached the two for questioning. Within moments, Butler attacked the officers, was apprehended, and eventually charged with additional counts of escape and assault. Butler, who is 36 years old, was initially approached by the officers for acting strangely, but they began by asking him why he and his friend were out and about despite lockdown mandates. His answer would make any FPS fan proud: “I’ve come to get the new because I can’t sit around in lockdown.” Unfortunately, things quickly turned south as, suspicious of the name he gave them (which was later proven to be fake), the officers said they’d be checking his details. Unhappy with the idea of handing over his identification, the fugitive quickly got dirty and kicked one officer in the groin before trying to swiftly escape. Eventually, things settled down and Butler’s Call of Duty foray was cut short. Now, his original sentence, which was expected to finish in 2024, has been extended due to additional charges. Authorities indicate that another 13 months have been added for the escape and six months for assaulting officers.

UFC veteran Renato Moicano claims he learned English by playing Call of Duty – Dexerto
UFC veteran Renato Moicano claims he learned English by playing Call of Duty Activision / Instagram: renato_moicano_ufcFollowing his emphatic win and instantly iconic post-fight promo at UFC 281, Brazilian MMA veteran Renato Moicana revealed how playing Call of Duty online helped him learn English. Over the past weekend at the UFC’s takeover of Madison Square Garden, Renato Moicano stole the show with an unforgettable post-fight interview. Sharing the cage with Joe Rogan, Moicano was loud, excited, and clearly wanted to secure a bonus payment for his first-round submission of Brad Riddell. “Moicano wants money” he repeated to thunderous applause. The promo quickly went viral, exploding across social media and boosting his following a great deal. “It was one of the great post-fight interviews of all time,” as Ariel Helwani put it during a November 17 episode of The MMA Hour. However, learning to communicate in such a way didn’t happen overnight for the Brazilian star. “It took a long time to learn English,” he told Helwani during their interview. Having been in the UFC since 2014, many were surprised to see this new side of the fighter, one with boundless charisma, after years of mostly flying under the radar. “It was very hard for me to speak English in the beginning,” he continued. “But [over] the last couple of years, I have been trying to work on my English and trying to get better. It’s not perfect yet but at least I can express myself the way I want.” At first, he tried to improve his understanding of the language through conversations at the gym with “friends and other fighters. But [our] team has so many Brazilians, it’s hard.” That’s when he turned to online games as a solution. “I started playing games like Call of Duty. I started to talk with people in the games and I started to get better. I know it’s not perfect, but it’s getting better.” Regardless of whether he’s a trash talker or just wanting to strategize with his teammates, chatting in multiplayer games like CoD has helped improve his English vocabulary over time. Now, he’s confident enough to cut explosive promos in post-fight interviews and in doing so, has captivated the UFC audience.

UFC Champion Jon Jones set to play Call of Duty with professional player – Dexerto
UFC Champion Jon Jones set to play Call of Duty with professional player Jon Jones / TreyarchUFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon ‘Bones’ Jones is set to trade his MMA gloves for a controller, when he takes to the sticks to play Call of Duty with a professional player. Jones is well-known for being one of the most naturally gifted mixed martial artists in the world, regularly wowing audiences across the globe with his incredible skill and clever fighting techniques. Now the American will have a chance to prove that his talents can carry over to the realm of video games, when he joins former Evil Geniuses player Renato ‘Saints’ Forza for some Call of Duty. When Jones tweeted on Tuesday, January 1 that he was looking forward to “kicking this year’s ass,” Forza immediately replied to the MMA fighter, telling him that he was the “greatest of all time.” This reply seems to have caught the eye of Jones, who immediately asked what system Saints plays on, before informing the CoD pro that he would send him his PlayStation Network username via direct messages. Forza was clearly excited at the prospect, responding with a GIF of actor Steve Carell shouting “It’s happening,” from an episode of The Office, while fellow pro and OpTic Gaming member Damon ‘Karma’ Barlow tweeted: “That is awesome. Don’t let him down Renato.” :fist::skin-tone-4::fist::skin-tone-4::fist::skin-tone-4: pic.twitter.com/GsTF9m7R3q — Renato (@SaintsNato) January 1, 2019 It’s not clear yet whether Saints will stream while playing with the combat sports athlete, although fans will hope that they can catch a glimpse of the pair in action. With no upcoming fight scheduled, Jones should have plenty of time to dedicate to Call of Duty as he’s not expected to enter the Octagon again until March at the earliest. Jones is now a two-time UFC Light Heavyweight Champion after defeating Swedish striker Alexander ‘The Mauler’ Gustafsson in the main event of UFC 232 on Saturday, December 29.

Two years of Warzone: How it became Call of Duty’s most influential game ever – Dexerto
Two years of Warzone: How it became Call of Duty’s most influential game ever ActivisionCall of Duty battle royale Warzone released on March 10, 2020, and changed the direction of CoD and gaming as a whole. Here’s how, in two years, Warzone became the most influential game the franchise has ever seen. Warzone was first announced on March 9, 2020, just one day before the game officially dropped. While rumors had run rampant for some time, the Infinity Ward battle royale title arrived on March 10 and was a near-instant hit. Learning from previous CoD BR title Blackout, as well as other competitors such as Apex Legends and Fortnite, Warzone had everything it needed to absolutely fly; and fly it did. Through the good, the bad, and the ugly, Warzone became far more than just a popular battle royale. It transcended the platforms it was played on, provided sanctuary to a generation trapped indoors by a global pandemic, and made every game developer the world over reconsider their work. Warzone seemed to capture lightning in a bottle at a time when Call of Duty really needed rejuvenating. Throughout the jetpack and post-jetpack years, public sentiment towards the CoD games had slowly started to waiver, and players had naturally flitted towards other games such as Fortnite. When Warzone dropped, though, that changed completely. The entire western world seemed to gravitate towards it, and it became an instant hit. Warzone content takes over Perhaps a huge part in the cultural shift, we saw content creators from all different games head over to try out Warzone when it first came out, and most of them loved it almost instantly. Streamers such as NICKMERCS, TimTheTatman, xQc and Shroud all tried their hand at the game, and many stuck around for months if not years, with Warzone becoming the biggest game on Twitch. Not only did big names flock to it, but it helped elevate many creators, too. The likes of JoeWo, the Baka Bros, Swagg, Tommey, and more all saw their personal brands fly through tournaments, streaming, and the general buzz around the game. While it may not have reached the same dizzying heights as Fortnite a few years prior, Warzone birthed a number of careers. Changing battle royale forever No matter how you look at it, Warzone changed the battle royale genre, even inspiring the popular BRs that came before it. While the top battle royale titles all seem to borrow features from one another, Warzone broke the mold by introducing certain features that hadn’t been seen before. Contracts are vital to how Warzone plays out, be it a Bounty or a Supply Run, and can make or break a match. Before long, Fortnite imitated and brought in their own Contracts. The Gulag is a feature that almost seemed anti-battle royale in its creation but turned out to be one of the defining things in Warzone that helped eliminate the boring parts of BR gameplay. It felt like you were always in the action, something that both Apex and Fortnite are missing with their Reboot Vans and Respawn Beacons. Most influential CoD game ever? Warzone changed the trajectory of Call of Duty completely, there’s no denying it, and has impacted competitors as well as the franchise in general. Obviously, some CoD games were more influential than others. Call of Duty 4 completely redefined the FPS genre, with the general game design, killstreaks, gunplay, and more impacting how developers treated FPS games forevermore. Warzone, though, offered something entirely different. A genuinely revolutionary battle royale — for better or for worse — that reinjected life into what many were calling a dying video game franchise, despite the fact it continued to be a number one seller every year. Players who had long since left CoD came back in their droves, and as such, we’ve seen Vanguard — and no doubt future CoD titles — imitate Warzone with the gunsmith, fast TTK, and general gunplay. Read More: Best Warzone players of 2021 – It’s a big claim to make, but Warzone may have just influenced the future of Call of Duty more than any other CoD has done before it. Thanks to Warzone’s success, we’re seeing a CoD game be delayed for the first time ever, as Treyarch look to make their 2023 (now 2024 title) as polished as possible. It even meant that the financial underperformance of Vanguard wasn’t quite as damaging to Activision as it could have been. FWIW, Activision executives never felt the need to stop yearly Call of Duty releases cause the games would make $1 billion in a few weeks, until Vanguard. — CharlieIntel (@charlieINTEL) February 22, 2022 Warzone might not have the pull it did throughout 2020 and 2021. Verdansk was a heaven of sorts for much of the community, with reception to Caldera not being quite as hot. But it’s impossibly to deny that in two years, Warzone has altered the course of Call of Duty, and perhaps the entire battle royale genre, for years. The question is how they make that continue — especially with sequel Warzone 2 on the horizon.

Two Warzone 2 game modes disabled & players think it’s due to rapid XP farming – Dexerto
Two Warzone 2 game modes disabled & players think it’s due to rapid XP farming ActivisionTwo Warzone 2 game modes, Plunder and Lockdown, have both been temporarily disabled as devs “investigate an issue.” Exactly what that issue might be, is unclear, though players are convinced it’s all in relation to an XP farm. Given Warzone 2’s nature as a live-service title, with new content drops and sizeable updates always just around the corner, things occasionally go wrong with the hundreds of moving parts. In some cases, this leads to harmless bugs that tend to be more amusing than anything. Though in other instances, these issues can outright ruin the experience. In the most extreme scenarios, devs tend to resort to one final measure: Disabling game modes altogether. While this is a rarity, typically reserved for the most disruptive quirks, the removal of two playlists on August 10 has some players thinking otherwise. Here, many are convinced devs pulled key game modes down to prevent the community from abusing an XP farm. Announced late in the day on August 10, both Plunder and Lockdown were disabled while devs “investigate an issue.” The exact nature of this particular issue went undisclosed. Even on the official Warzone Trello Board, no specific details have been provided at the time of writing. Thus, the community began to speculate as to why devs so urgently forced these modes out of the game. With no widespread knowledge of a match-ruining bug or Warzone-wide exploit in the spotlight, some were convinced there was a different reason for the swift action. “Gotta get rid of the quick XP methods fast I see,” one player replied to the news on Twitter. “XP ‘issue’ lol,” another chimed in. Various players all pointed to an XP farm as the culprit behind it all. While unconfirmed, it would certainly make sense. Acquiring XP faster than devs intend, while beneficial for the players, directly goes against predetermined progression systems. Take for instance, Double XP rewards. If Plunder can help boost XP gains regardless, these goodies can be overlooked. Obviously, for the time being, it’s worth taking this speculation lightly. There could very well be a game-breaking bug under the surface we just weren’t wary of. For now, players will simply have to go about their grinding business in any other game mode as we await the return of both Plunder and Lockdown. No ETA has been provided but we’ll be sure to update you here when they’re back in rotation.

Two-time World Champion JKap retires from competitive Call of Duty – Dexerto
Two-time World Champion JKap retires from competitive Call of Duty [jwplayer sD84salO] In an announcement that’s stunned the competitive Call of Duty scene, two-time World Champion and highly decorated pro player Jordan ‘JKap’ Kaplan has announced his retirement from the esport. JKap’s announcement came seemingly out of nowhere on September 2, when the 10-year veteran tweeted out that he would be moving on to “another challenge.” “I’m officially retiring from Call of Duty,” he wrote. “It was an incredible 10-year run that game me some of the best memories of my life, but it’s time to move on to another challenge. Thank you for all the support over the years. I’m officially retiring from Call of Duty. It was an incredible 10-year run that gave me some of the best memories of my life, but it’s time to move on to another challenge. Thank you for all the support over the years ❤️ — Jordan Kaplan (@JKap415) September 2, 2020 This news comes just days after the Call of Duty League announced that the 2021 Black Ops Cold War season would be reverted back to the old 4v4 format. This means that at least 12 players from the previous campaign will be losing their starting jobs, and with JKap already on the bench at OpTic Gaming Los Angeles, it seemed like a foregone conclusion that he’d be looking for a new team. However, he’s opted to take the alternate route – retirement, which makes sense since he’s achieved pretty much everything there is to accomplish in CoD esports and his legacy is firmly sealed as a top-10 pro player of all time. JKap first broke onto the scene in 2010 before making his first big-move to OpTic Gaming a year later. He gained prominence throughout the years as a championship-caliber star before winning his first World Championship with Denial Esports in 2015. He doubled up on that the following season, with Team Envy, joining the also recently-retired Damon ‘Karma’ Barlow as the only CoD pros with two rings. He made his third CoD Champs Grand Final in a row (a record that still stands) during the Infinite Warfare season in 2017, losing to Karma’s OpTic in two series. After spells with Luminosity Gaming, eUnited, and Evil Geniuses, JKap returned to play for the Green Wall once franchising kicked off in 2020, but poor performances and results from the team led to his demotion in favor of Martin ‘Chino’ Chino. He hasn’t featured in an official match since then; his final appearance as a professional player would be in the Chicago Home Series on April 26, where OGLA finished in last place. All in all, Kaplan wraps up his stellar career with 10 major trophies and two World Championships. The only question that remains is, what’s next? In his announcement tweet, he hinted at “moving on to another challenge,” so there’s a strong possibility that he could continue to be involved in the pro scene as a coach, caster, or analyst. Of course, he still has the option of investing all his time and resources into content creation. JKap already streams Warzone full-time on Twitch, and with the battle royale continuing to be one of the more popular games out there, he might find content creation as a suitable life in his retirement. Keep up with all of this offseason’s roster changes and player signings with our Call of Duty League Rostermania hub.

Two-time CoD World Champion JKap joins new team ahead of CWL London – Dexerto
Two-time CoD World Champion JKap joins new team ahead of CWL London Longtime Call of Duty veteran competitor and two-time World Champion Jordan ‘JKap’ Kaplan has found a new home for the remainder of the current CWL season. On April 22, Evil Geniuses confirmed their acquisition of JKap from eUnited, and that he would be joining the org’s revamped roster for the upcoming CWL London major tournament, as well as the remainder of the CWL Pro League. Along with bringing on JKap, EG also revealed that they had signed Timothy ‘Phantomz’ Landis from FaZe Clan Black as the fifth member of their new squad. Evil Geniuses’ new CWL roster With the acquisition of JKap and Phantomz, Evil Geniuses have now rounded off their five-man roster for presumably the rest of the season, following their April 18 move that brought on Apathy. With all of the moves now confirmed, here is EG’s new five-mad going into CWL London and beyond: Jordan ‘JKap’ Attach – Timothy ‘Phantomz’ Landis – Dillon ‘Attach’ Price – Bryan ‘Apathy’ Zhelyazkov – John ‘Xotic’ Bruno – In order to make room for JKap and Phantomz on the roster, EG bid farewell to Tyler ‘FeLo’ Johnson and Jevon ‘Goonjar’ Gooljar-Lim, who are both now officially free agents. The org also confirmed that they had dropped Mathew ‘Royalty’ Faithfull, although that had been pretty much in books ever since Royalty joined UYU on April 19. Makes sure to keep up with all of the roster changes made during the April 5-22 window by visiting our CWL London RosterMania hub. JKap reunited with Apathy and Attach JKap joining Evil Geniuses reunited him with the two players he’s won both of his World Championships with in recent years. He and Attach, of course, were part of that Denial Esports squad that took home first at the 2015 CoD Championships, Following that season, the Team Envy roster that he and Apathy were part of went to back-to-back CWL Champs Grand Finals in 2016 and 2017, winning the first and losing to OpTic Gaming in the second. Stage set for revenge matches at CWL London The stage will be set for JKap to get immediate revenge on his former org at CWL London as both Evil Geniuses and eUnited have been grouped together in Pool C. It’s been well documented that JKap’s time with eUnited was contentious to say the least, culminating with a demotion from the starting lineup, followed by a startling public feud between he and Clayster. Meanwhile, Apathy will also get a chance at vengeance against the Team Envy squad that dropped him, against some of the very teammates he won last season’s CWL Championship with as a member of EG.

Two-time Call of Duty World Champion Apathy retires from CDL – Dexerto
Two-time Call of Duty World Champion Apathy retires from CDL Evil GeniusesTwo-time Call of Duty World Champion Apathy has announced that he is retiring from the CDL and professional CoD. Bryan ‘Apathy’ Zhelyazkov competed for over 10 years, but has decided it is time to move on from playing. He capped off one of the greatest careers the esport has ever seen, taking home the World Championship in both Black Ops 4 and World War II. In total, Apathy won six major events throughout his tenure. The last two years in the CDL were rough for Apathy and, heading into the 2022 season, the ex-pro announced he received no offers despite feeling like he had some “gas left in the tank.” Retiring From Professional Call of Duty… Read: https://t.co/U1cZi55FY6 — Apathy (@Apathy_BZ) October 4, 2021 Apathy steps away from professional CoD a 2x World Champ Apathy started to make a name for himself back in CoD: Ghosts when he broke into the scene on Strictly Business. The team was able to win the Champs Regional Finals and enter as the number one seed. Although the team didn’t win that event he would go on to get picked up by better teams. Read More: CDL 2022 Rostermania hub – With runs on Orgs such as FaZe, Envy, and Evil Geniuses, Apathy will go down as one of the greatest to play the game. Perhaps his most memorable tournament came in 2018, as his Evil Geniuses team entered Champs as heavy underdogs. The team was able to knock OpTic Gaming out of groups and the rest is history as they went on to win Champs, getting Apathy his second ring. When the league switched to the franchised format, Apathy found himself on the Seattle Surge with three-time World Champ Damon ‘Karma’ Barlow and AR superstar Sam ‘Octane’ Larew. Unfortunately, the team never clicked and Apathy signed with the Los Angeles Guerrillas for the 2021 season. Things didn’t work out there either, as the team finished in 11th and missed CoD Champs. LAG now yields a completely new roster for 2022. In his announcement, Apathy said, “I did try to get on a pro team and wanted to keep competing but there were no opportunities or offers. I completely understand why, just felt like I had gas in the tank still.” While the last two years may have damaged his chances at landing on a CDL team, his legacy will live on in the Call of Duty world. He plans to share more plans on his future “very soon.”

Two Team Reciprocity players have been approved for P1 visas – Dexerto
Two Team Reciprocity players have been approved for P1 visas Team Reciprocity’s Thomas ‘Tommey’ Trewren and Bradley ‘Wuskin’ Marshall have been granted P1 athletic visas to compete in North American Call of Duty tournaments. Many international professional players, including Tommey and Wuskin, have previously had to travel on tourist visas and risk being rejected at the border when traveling for competitions. The three remaining members of Team Reciprocity, Zach ‘Zed’ Denyer, Sean ‘Seany’ O’Connor and Denholm ‘Denz’ Taylor, have yet to confirm whether they have been approved for a P1 visa at this stage. However, once all five members have been approved, the British and Australian mixed team will not need to worry about being turned away at the border. This is a real problem as Canadian player Jevon ‘Goonjar’ Gooljar-Lim was turned away during the Black Ops III season, which led to Team Kaliber being relegated from the CWL Pro League.
