NICKMERCS shows off FiNN Warzone loadout as his new main weapon Activision / FaZe ClanWarzone aficionado, Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff, has previously been vocal about his love for the Mk9 Bruen, but it looks like there’s a new king in town, as the FaZe streamer has made the switch over to Season 5’s FiNN LMG. The Bruen absolutely dominated the Season 4 meta in Warzone. But after receiving a series of nerfs, the agile LMG has been taken down a peg or two and no longer holds the same prowess in Verdansk. While the usual suspects like the Grau 5.56, Kilo 141 and the M4A1 will all give the Bruen a run for its money, it looks like there’s a new contender — the FiNN LMG. After arriving during August 25’s Season 5: Reloaded update, the FiNN is much more accessible than the Bruen, in the sense that the challenge to acquire the heavy-hitting gun is much easier. Best FiNN LMG loadout in Warzone NICKMERCS — who was at the forefront of the Bruen meta before it was mainstream — is now dubbing the FiNN as his go-to weapon. During his August 29 Twitch stream, Kolcheff claimed the LMG to be a “crazy-ass weapon” while hinting towards it being his new ‘main’ weapon of choice. This isn’t the first time Nick has proclaimed his love for the weapon, after vouching for it during his August 25 YouTube upload — in which he dubbed the LMG to be “overpowered,” as he racked up an impressive 23 kills. So how does NICKMERCS get the most out of the FiNN? Well, as with most LMGs, the focus should be on controlling the kick from the weapon’s recoil. To do that, Nick throws on the XRK Longshot Advantage and Tac Laser, to really get the most out of the weapon fire rate. Below is Nick’s full rig: Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor. – Barrel: XRK Longshot Advantage. – Laser: Tac Laser. – Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic. – Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip. – With the above loadout, the majority of the weapon’s baseline stats are significantly improved, with both Accuracy and Range receiving the biggest boost, while Mobility takes a hit. It’s no surprise then that Kolcheff might be making the switch over to the FiNN as his main weapon, especially considering that the weapon is designed to bridge the gap between Assault Rifles and LMGs.

NICKMERCS shows off “best ever” Kar98k Warzone loadout – Dexerto
NICKMERCS shows off “best ever” Kar98k Warzone loadout Activision / NICKMERCS (YouTube)Call of Duty content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed his “best ever” Kar98k loadout for Warzone, showcasing just how powerful this rifle can be. [jwplayer ljpFaE9y] While the Kar98k may have lost the crown to the SP-R 208 in Season 6, it has come back with a vengeance. Thanks to subsequent nerfs to the SP-R 208, the Kar98k continues to be the go-to rifle for those looking to dominate the competition with montage-worthy headshots. In fact, this German rifle is currently the most picked sniper class in Warzone, beating the likes of the ever-popular HDR. This lethal Marksman Rifle boasts incredible damage across all engagement ranges, making it the perfect gun for Warzone. NICKMERCS’ loadout aims to push the Kar98k to its ranged limits, while also enhancing its overall accuracy. This enables players to effortlessly claim those all-important cranium kills. Make sure you use this deadly Kar98k loadout while this gun is still the dominant force in Warzone. Best Kar98k loadout for Warzone Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Barrel: Singuard Custom 27.6” – Laser: Tac Laser – Optic: Sniper Scope – Rear Grip: Stipled Grip Tape – These attachments enable the Kar98k to hit targets with incredible precision across long-range engagement ranges. While it may not hit as hard as the HDR and AX-50, this loadout is much easier to use and more forgiving when it comes to missing any shots. When you combine this gun’s high damage, excellent range, pinpoint accuracy, and great speed, you have a rifle that is incredibly potent. Both the Monolithic Suppressor and Singuard 27.6” boost the Kar98k’s damage range, allowing you to get the drop on even the most distant targets. If that wasn’t enough, the Monolithic Suppressor will also keep your shots hidden when firing, which has become imperative across all weapon classes in Warzone. Next up is the Sniper Scope. This optic provides a perfect sight picture for those long-range head/body shots. The magnification is best used at medium to long-range distances, so make sure you pair this rifle with an AR or SMG to keep you competitive in close-range firefights. Of course, all the above attachments greatly impact the Kar98k’s ADS time. To help alleviate this, Nick has attached the Tac Laser. This handy laser may be visible to enemy squads, but it also reduces the ADS penalty. Being able to quickly snap onto targets is very important in Warzone, so this attachment is a must with this particular loadout. Rounding things is the Stippled Grip Tape. Having yet another attachment that enhances the Kar98k’s ADS speed is huge, particularly as both the Laser and Rear Grip make this rifle pretty snappy. While you won’t be quickscoping your way to victory, these attachments will help you avoid any frustrating ADS related deaths. Nick uses this loadout to go on a 22-kill tear across Verdansk, demonstrating that the Kar98k is still a truly dominant sniper class in the current meta. NICKMERCS shows off AK74u Warzone loadout to compete with Mac 10 – Dexerto
NICKMERCS shows off AK74u Warzone loadout to compete with Mac 10 Activision/YouTube: NICKMERCSPopular Twitch streamer Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff is one of the go-to names for Warzone players looking to bolster their loadouts and maximize their chances of winning in Verdansk, and this AK74u class could be one to look out for. Since the Black Ops Cold War integration with Warzone on December 16, we’ve seen all of the BOCW weapons added to the game, bringing a shifting meta and new dynamic in many gunfights, especially on the new Rebirth Island map in the Resurgence game mode. One gun that’s become almost essential in Warzone — especially with the R9-0 ‘fire shotgun’ nerf — is the Mac-10 submachine gun, which is a truly face-melting SMG up close. That said, if you’re looking for an alternative to the Mac-10, the AK74u seems to be next in line, and Nick thinks it could compete with the new SMG. NICKMERCS AK74u Warzone loadout Black Ops Cold War players will certainly be familiar with the AK74u, as it became SMG of choice following the MP5 nerf at the start of the game, and that trend looks to be continuing in Warzone. If you haven’t fully leveled or unlocked the Mac-10 yet, or you just want a new gun to use, NICKMERCS’ AK74u loadout could be the one for you. Here’s how he sets his up: Muzzle: Spetsnaz Compensator – Stock: No Stock – Underbarrel: Spetsnaz Grip – Ammunition: 50 Rnd VDV Fast Mag – Rear Grip: Spetsnaz Field Grip – There’s no doubt you will have been melted by a Mac-10 or two since the launch of Warzone Season 1, but if you’re looking to beat them without joining them, this highly accurate, high-damage AK74u might be the solution. While the Cold War assault rifles have struggled to keep up with those that were already popular in Warzone, such as the Kilo 141, the close-range SMGs have been excelling as a secondary carry, so this is bound to win most gunfights in close-quarters, especially if your opponent is still using Modern Warfare weapons. Whether it’s as good as the Mac-10 remains to be seen, but this will definitely help you get a few more kills and is well worth trying out.

NICKMERCS shows off AK-47 Warzone loadout for Season 3 “banned” from competitive – Dexerto
NICKMERCS shows off AK-47 Warzone loadout for Season 3 “banned” from competitive Activision / NICKMERCS (YouTube)Call of Duty content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed his Season 3 AK-47 loadout that turns the AR into a deadly SMG. The AK-47 has always been capable of dishing out plenty of damage, but it’s only after the Season 3 nerfs to the FFAR, AUG, and M16 that it has become increasingly popular. Adding to this, are the recent recoil adjustments that have also made the AK-47 a lot more competent at range. This deadly Cold War AR boasts an incredible damage profile and great mobility, making it a great choice in Warzone Season 3. Nick’s AK-47 build aims to capitalize on the gun’s incredible damage capabilities by transforming it into a deadly SMG. If you’re tired of running the meta MAC-10 loadout or just want to try something new, then this AK-47 loadout is the perfect addition to your arsenal. NICKMERCS AK-47 Warzone loadout Barrel: 15.5” Ultralight – Stock: KGB Skeletal Stock – Underbarrel: Spetsnaz Speedgrip – Ammunition: 45 Rnd – Rear Grip: Serpent Wrap – Nick’s AK-47 loadout is tailored around making the gun as quickly as possible, enabling players to zip around their foes and melt them in close-quarters fights. First up is the 15.5” Ultralight barrel and KGB Skeletal Stock. The barrel helps speed up your strafe speed, while the KGB Skeletal Stock boosts ADS firing move speed, aim walking speed, and sprint to fire time. Read More: Best FARA 83 Warzone class loadout – Next on the speed-enhancing attachment list is the Spetsnaz Speedgrip. This underbarrel attachment is essential, particularly if you wish to remain competitive against the most potent SMGs. Not only does the added sprint move speed and horizontal recoil control greatly increase the AK-47’s kill potential, but it also helps secure kills outside of close-quarter ranges. The Serpent Wrap is also a must here as it greatly speeds up the AK-47’s ADS time, which enables you to zap onto your target and begin firing off those high-damage rounds. Rounding things off at the bottom of the list is the 45 Rnd mag. This mag attachment gives you plenty of ammo needed to take down multiple foes, while also not impacting the AK-47’s ADS speed. After all, sluggish aim down sight times can quickly lead to many a frustrating death. There you have it, one AK-47 loadout that can compete with Warzone SMGs. NICKMERCS shows his “max damage” Origin 12 loadout in Warzone – Dexerto
NICKMERCS shows his “max damage” Origin 12 loadout in Warzone FaZe Clan (Twitter) / ActivisionFaZe star Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed his go-to Origin 12 shotgun loadout for Warzone, which is perfect for getting up close and personal in Verdansk. Every once in a while, a weapon will come along and cause a bit of a stir in Verdansk. The R9-0 ‘Dragon’s Breath’ shook up Warzone’s meta, wreaking havoc due to its ‘damage over time’ effect. Kolcheff himself has even pleaded with Infinity Ward to nerf the “broken” shotgun, in a bid to restore some balance back to close-quarters engagements. But with the R9-0 dominating the meta, Nick figured that if you can’t beat them, join them, and cooked up an Origin 12 loadout that should level the playing field in close proximity. While having an SMG in your back pocket is almost common practice when going to popular landing spots such as Superstore or Military Base, the recent shift in meta has meant that most players will be rocking something that will pack a punch. Enter the Origin 12. With the highest damage-per-second of any shotgun currently available, when used correctly, this can prove difficult to handle up close — blink and you’re dead! To get the most out of his Origin, Nick adds the Tac Impaler Barrel and No Stock attachments to improve Mobility and Range. Here’s a summary of NICKMERCS’ Origin 12 class. Best Origin loadout for Warzone Muzzle: Choke. – Barrel: FORCE Tac Impaler. – Laser: 5mW Laser. – Stock: No Stock. – Ammunition: 12 Round Mags. – In his gameplay, Nick goes on an absolute tear in close-quarters engagements, with his opponents having no answer for the sheer power that the Origin brings to the table. Paired with his staple Mk9 Bruen, Kolcheff clocked out with an impressive 21-kill gameplay with Tim ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar, Ben ‘DrLupo’ Lupo and former UFC Featherweight Champ, Max Holloway. While the Bruen is one of the best medium-range weapons in the game, there’s a plethora of other popular weapons on offer to ensure you’re dominant in Verdansk.

NICKMERCS showcases the best CR56 Amax Warzone loadout – Dexerto
NICKMERCS showcases the best CR56 Amax Warzone loadout YouTube: NICKMERCS / Activision[jwplayer pJ2GcHDn]Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed his best CR-56 Amax loadout for Call of Duty battle royale Warzone — but he does have some concerns about using the weapon. NICKMERCS’ Warzone ability is evident, regularly placing well in tournaments and helping push the meta forward, such as when he revealed his Bruen Mk9 class that is now so popular. After the CR-56 Amax was released in the Season Four battle pass, it became a popular weapon for players, with its inspiration from the ever-popular Galil assault rifle from previous Call of Duty iterations. Now, Nick has brought it to Verdansk to try it out in the battle royale setting and, while he doesn’t think it’s likely to be his go-to weapon – especially when the Bruen and Grau are still so good – it clearly still packs a punch. Some of the attachments follow a similar theme to most of Nick’s loadouts, and what you can commonly expect to see in Warzone, but with a couple of twists. This is how NICKMERCS builds his CR-56 Amax (or Galil) in Warzone: Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Optic: G.I. Mini Reflex – Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip – Ammunition: 45 Round Mags – Rear Grip: CR-56 Rubberized Wrap – There are a couple of differences in this loadout to what you might typically expect. First of all, and the most obvious, is the choice of optic. While you’re likely to have several long-range gunfights in Warzone, the G.I. Mini Reflex doesn’t really lend itself to this, so you could change this to a more advanced optic if you would prefer that. For the Rear Grip, too, most players typically choose Stippled grips, but Nick has opted for a Rubberized grip to help him control recoil slightly better. Overall, this is one that seems well-geared towards mid-range gunfights and could be particularly effective as the game reaches its climax, but Nick does say he’s not sure if it’s “what [I’m] going to be using on game day,” so it’s worth seeing what works best for you. If you’re looking for more inspiration, make sure you check out our complete CR-56 Amax guide with suggestions for both Warzone and Modern Warfare multiplayer class loadouts.

NICKMERCS showcases new RAM-7 loadout as ‘strongest’ AR class in Warzone – Dexerto
NICKMERCS showcases new RAM-7 loadout as ‘strongest’ AR class in Warzone YouTube: NICKMERCS / Infinity WardAs Warzone Season 5 continues to evolve, Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff believes he’s found the “strongest” Assault Rifle class in the game thanks to a new RAM-7 loadout. We’re just a few weeks into the current season and we’ve already seen a wide array of weapons claim the top spot. The meta is constantly in rotation as plenty of guns are viable in plenty of situations. From the MP5 SMG to the MG34 LMG, NICKMERCS has a few favorites in rotation. None quite lead the pack like his new favorite Assault Rifle loadout, however. While he first led viewers to believe the CR-56 AMAX was the best in the game following an August 11 patch, there’s a new contender that’s “actually the strongest.” The RAM-7 AR has long been more of a niche pick across Modern Warfare and multiplayer. Though it might have the most untapped potential in its class, according to the popular content creator. “A week ago we uploaded a video about the hardest-hitting Assault Rifle,” he addressed. “But that was in quotations and that was quoting a [viewer] in chat. This gun, the RAM-7, is actually the strongest and hardest-hitting AR in Warzone. Just need to be clear.” No different from most ARs in the game, this weapon will help you win gunfights from most distances. It’s best at a close to mid-range though, due to its exceptionally fast fire rate. There are a number of unique variations for the weapon but here’s what NICKMERCS believes is the strongest loadout. NICKMERCS’ Warzone Season 5 RAM-7 loadout Muzzle: Monolith Suppressor – Barrel: FSS Ranger – Optic: Corp Combat Holo Sight – Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip – Ammunition: 50 Round Mags – The ‘Snap Dragon’ as the weapon blueprint is labeled, gives the AR far more accuracy and far more range. With the combination of attachments above, you can essentially beam down foes in the blink of an eye. With the FSS Ranger and Commando Foregrip, the RAM-7 becomes a viable tool from greater distances than usual. Moreover, the 50 Round Mag allows you to continue firing for a good while. In the right situations, a single clip could be more than enough to wipe out an entire enemy squad. You’ll be moving slightly slower than usual, but “if you position right, the RAM-7 can definitely work,” NICKMERCS assured. In one of his first games with the loadout, he dropped a 20-bomb and couldn’t believe how effective it really was. “It just downs them so fast,” he joked during a recent Twitch stream. Another balance update could always see the popular content creator change his mind. But for now, the RAM-7 appears to be the go-to for NICKMERCS in Warzone.

NICKMERCS showcases his best Bruen MK9 Warzone loadout – Dexerto
NICKMERCS showcases his best Bruen MK9 Warzone loadout FaZe Clan (Twitter) / ActivisionNick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has unveiled his setup for the Bruen MK9 LMG in Warzone Season 4 — a weapon which is starting to dominate the meta in Verdansk. The Bruen MK9 LMG was added to Modern Warfare and Warzone in the middle of Season Three. Although what makes this hard-hitting weapon stand out from the crowd, is its relatively high mobility when compared to the rest in its class. With the stopping power of LMGs and precision/mobility stats that most ARs would be proud of, the Bruen is a complete game changer. It’s no wonder, then, that the LMG has been growing in popularity throughout Season 4. In fact, plenty of popular streamers have been using the Bruen as a staple part of their loadouts during high-profile tournaments. So how do we get the best out of the hybrid LMG? Best Bruen MK9 Warzone loadout NICKMERCS’s Bruen loadout is all about precision. All of the attachments on the weapon are designed to boost Accuracy, Range and Control in exchange for a little bit of Mobility. Considering the high-caliber bullets that come out of the Bruen’s chamber, there is very limited recoil on Kolcheff’s rig. This is largely due to the Tac Laser, which improves aim down sight speed and aim stability simultaneously. Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor. – Barrel: XRK Summit 26.8”. – Laser: Tac Laser. – Optic: Corp Combat Holo Sight. – Ammunition: 60 Round Mags. – Nick clocked out with an impressive 26-kill Warzone victory with the Bruen. Unlike the vast majority of the FaZe streamer’s classes, the Bruen is better suited to an optic of some kind. As always, he pairs the Bruen with an MP5 submachine gun as his secondary — a weapon that he describes as “overpowered” when stacked with his choice of attachments. Combine the increased accuracy with the devastating 60-round magazine and it’s easy to see why the Bruen is fast becoming the new meta in Verdansk. Of course, if you’re looking to give the LMG a go yourself, you’ll need to complete the unique challenge of eliminating enemies near smoke grenades with the Bruen in-hand first.

NICKMERCS showcases CR-56 AMAX loadout as it replaces DMR in Warzone meta – Dexerto
NICKMERCS showcases CR-56 AMAX loadout as it replaces DMR in Warzone meta YouTube: NICKMERCS/ActivisionTwitch star Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has got a solid CR56 Amax loadout for Call of Duty Warzone following the recent nerfs to the DMR. In fact, he’s hinted at the assault rifle being the best gun in the game. Following on from the recent nerfs to the DMR, Warzone players have been trying out a few different weapons to see what sticks and what can help them dominate on Verdansk and Rebirth Island. For the most part, the MAC-10 and Diamatti’s have stuck around – seeing as they deal some serious damage, but if players who want range have to use assault rifles, for the most part. Some have gone back to the M4, and others the Kilo 141, but NICKMERCS is using the Amax (otherwise known as the Galil) and has got a nice class that deals some damage in the battle royale. The FaZe Clan member revealed the loadout in his newest video – hinting at it possibly being the best gun in Warzone now that the DMR has been nerfed quite a bit. “The AMAX, it’s damage, accuracy, range – this is a gun that has been in the mix for a long time now, and everyone is going back to it,” Nick noted, adding that he’s “got some work” to do with it though, as he and the weapon don’t quite see eye-to-eye. As for what he’s using, the Twitch star has a nice set up that buffs the assault rifle’s accuracy and range quite a bit, with control getting an ever so slight buff. However, the trade-off is that you lose a fair bit of mobility. Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Barrel: XRK Zodiac S440 – Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic – Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip – Ammunition: 45 Round Mags – The loadout is actually one we’ve got in our list of best Amax classes for Warzone, so if you want something a little different – perhaps with a touch more mobility – you can check that out here. Obviously, if everyone starts using the gun again and it becomes an issue, then, it could suffer the same fate as the DMR, but until then, it’s worth seeing if it works for you.

NICKMERCS showcases “aimbot” M13 Warzone loadout – Dexerto
NICKMERCS showcases “aimbot” M13 Warzone loadout Nickmercs / ActivisionTwitch streamer Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed his new M13 loadout that he has been using to dominate in Warzone. The M13 has been known for its precision compared to other ARs, but it has not been the most common pick in recent months, with many Warzone players still opting for the likes of the Kilo, Grau, and the LMGs instead. However, in his latest upload, NICKMERCS explained that the weapon was getting overlooked and claimed that his new Warzone loadout for Season 5 can be so accurate it is “like aimbot.” While weapons such as the Kilo have been seen as a popular pick for accurate assault rifle loadouts, NICKMERCS claimed his M13 class was a much better fit for him in Warzone. “I’m probably going to get a lot of bulls*** for this, I don’t care. I think it’s the better version of the Kilo,” he admitted, revealing that he has had more success with the M13. He added that his class has not changed too much from Season 4, adding a Ranger Foregrip and blue dot sight to his original loadout for even more accuracy in-game. Standard attachments like the Monolithic Suppressor, Tempus Marksman barrel, and the 60 round mags have also remained, giving him all the tools to outplay his opponents with this loadout. Topic starts at 2:46 Here’s how his M13 setup looks, if you weren’t able to catch it: Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Barrel: Tempus Marksman – Optic: Corp Combat Holo Sight – Underbarrel: Ranger Foregrip – Ammunition: 60 Round Mags – This M13 loadout can really shine in medium to long-range gunfights, however, if you plan on getting up close and personal, it might be best to have a shotgun or SMG to pair with it. During his latest Warzone games, NICKMERCS has been using his impressive Origin-12 loadout alongside the M13, which can make for a devastating combo.

NICKMERCS shares concerns over major Warzone changes coming soon – Dexerto
NICKMERCS shares concerns over major Warzone changes coming soon YT: NICKMERCS / ActivisionFaZe Clan content creator and Warzone competitor Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has shared his concerns over the future of Call of Duty: Warzone, with multiple major changes on the battle royale’s horizon. While it remains one of the world’s most popular video games, a number of Warzone’s most prominent creators and players have suggested the battle royale is in dire straights. Cheating has always been an issue, but many are now claiming it is making the average game unplayable due to the prevalence of hackers. As Raven and Activision try and keep the game fresh and interesting, plenty of new content appears set to join Verdansk, including planes. Mobility and transport have long been key in Verdansk’s giant environment, with helicopters, armored trucks, and quad bikes easy to find across the map. NICKMERCS, though, is one of many to appear hesitant over the plane’s inclusion, citing Fortnite as an example of when they did not turn out particularly well. In a July 23 YouTube video, Kolcheff addressed them and appeared uncertain. “First things first,” he said. “People are finding the planes [in the game code]. I’m talking about the planes with the turret. That kind of plane. I don’t know about you guys but I played Fortnite for some time, I still do. And I remember when they put planes in Fortnite… nah, nah! So good luck with that one chief.” It wasn’t all bad news though, as the Twitch star signalled his excitement over an alleged live event that will usher in Warzone Season 5, as well as acting as a major reveal for Call of Duty 2021, thought to be a WWII title called Vanguard. Though, Nick is also unsure about Warzone going back in time and having a World War II setting. New guns and POIs will almost always go down a treat with the majority of Warzone’s player base, but vehicles (especially those with the potential to be overpowered) may split opinion to a greater degree. Activision and Raven have a fairly good track record at dropping balanced new content, but planes could pose the biggest challenge yet.

NICKMERCS says Warzone devs shouldn’t bring back old locations like Dam – Dexerto
NICKMERCS says Warzone devs shouldn’t bring back old locations like Dam YouTube: NICKMERCS/ActivisionStreaming star Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff explained why he’s unsure about Warzone bringing back old locations after Verdansk’s dam was spotted in the Season 4 trailer. For some battle royale fans, getting map changes every few weeks has been something they’ve come to expect. Yet, with Warzone, Raven Software have only made slight changes on a rare occasion. The modern-day Verdansk map stayed largely the same until it was replaced by the 1984 version of the map, which introduced a few new locations and even brought a limited-time POI in the form of Nakatomi Plaza. With hype building for Season 4, the developers dropped a new trailer of what’s set to come next, and eagle-eyed fans spotted the dam, which had been removed in the 1980’s map, possibly making a return. Well, while some fans are happy, NICKMERCS isn’t a massive fan of the devs bringing back old locations, and would rather them focus on making fresh changes. “Now, this was not my favorite place to fight, you don’t see me out here too often unless I died or I’m getting the team back in on a weird scav, or I’m getting the chopper that was out there,” the FaZe Clan star said in his June 14 video, before asking his viewers if they want to see the old map being rebuilt ever so slightly. “I’m kind of looking forward to new things, things we haven’t seen yet. I loved, loved, loved the Plaza they put down there with the vault and the money, I’ve been real vocal about that. I want to see some more of that type of stuff, not going back to build what we were already playing on man.” Timestamp of 0:13 While the dam was spotted in the trailer, it’s not yet confirmed if it’ll return. That also goes for the vehicles that were spotted too. It remains to be seen if Season 4 will also bring new locations that might fit the bill for Nick, but we’ll just have to wait and see.

NICKMERCS says he probably won’t play MW3 after the skin controversy: “F**k em” – Dexerto
NICKMERCS says he probably won’t play MW3 after the skin controversy: “F**k em” Youtube: NICKMERCSNICKMERCS says he probably won’t be playing Modern Warfare 3 after falling out with Activision amid his skin controversy. On June 9, Nick “NICKMERCS” Kolcheff’s own Call of Duty skin bundle was removed from the in-game store after he made several controversial Pride Month comments that saw him under fire. The removal of NICKMERCS’ bundle saw TimTheTatman’s bundle removed at the request of the streamer in support of his friend, and the removal of his skin bundle saw his relationship with Activision sour. However, with a new CoD game on the horizon, Modern Warfare 3, NICKMERCS has said he most likely won’t be playing the game after his falling out with Activision. During a stream, he was talking about how the gaming industry’s landscape has changed towards being more progressive during his time as a streamer, and he touched upon his relationship with Activision. NICKMERCS says he most likely won’t be playing MW3 after skin controversy “If Call of Duty, they don’t want to associate themselves with me because that’s how I feel, then so what? F**k em,” Nick said on stream. “They can agree to disagree.” When asked by a viewer if he was going to play the new CoD game, Nick said, “I mean probably not. I might, but probably not.” Nick explained, “Part of it is hard, because if you’re me, like a lot of you guys, I grew up playing CoD. So obviously I have a lot of friends who still play CoD… A big part of my community comes from CoD, so I would love to tap into a part of that but man the way they handled the whole thing and painted me out be some bad guy that they don’t want to be associated with because at the end of the day, I have an issue with pushing views and things like that on young little children.” Nick went on to comment on the skin controversy, calling the entire debacle “strange” and that he was blown away by how it went down.

NICKMERCS ruthlessly trolls TimTheTatman in Warzone with map glitch – Dexerto
NICKMERCS ruthlessly trolls TimTheTatman in Warzone with map glitch NICKMERCS/TimTheTatmanPopular streamer Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff recently dove back into the Warzone, but his iron sights weren’t set on enemy players. Instead, the content creator turned his attention to TimTheTatman. While NICKMERCS has doubled down on his stance regarding full-time streaming on Warzone, it didn’t take long for Nick to get up to his usual antics. Aside from picking up a number of impressive kills in his return games, the popular streamer quickly began to troll his fellow squadmate, TimTheTatman. Warzone is home to plenty of strange visual glitches and map exploits, but one of the most frustrating is Caldera’s various dead spots. These areas of the map can cause players to get stuck on the terrain, which can lead to some rather frustrating deaths. Well, this is exactly what happened to TimTheTatman. NICKMERCS trolls TimTheTatman in Warzone stream Despite Nick leaving Warzone for Apex Legends, the streamer enjoys coming back to the game every now and then. While his recent return has been far from smooth, the banter between TimTheTatman and cloakzy invariably has the whole squad in hysterics. However, this time, the antics seemed to start as soon as Nick and his team landed on the map. After successfully securing their guns and winning some early-game firefights, the squad began to rotate to the next position. Unfortunately, TimTheTatman quickly found himself unable to move after he got stuck between some rocks and trees. “I’m stuck, I think I found a dead spot. Can you get me a car, please?” Instead of responding to Tim’s plea for help, Nick quickly realized he could use this opportunity to troll his friend. “No, because that would be teaching you bad habits. You need to work yourself out of this. You got yourself into this, you’re going to get yourself out of this.” Tim began to furiously yell and let off a number of rounds towards Nick, which only made the situation even more comical. “I want to get out! Get me a f**king car, get me a car. I’m stuck! Guys please, I found a dead spot and I can’t get out.” After it became clear that Nick wasn’t going to help him, Tim began to desperately try to get himself unstuck. Whether it was Nick’s words of encouragement or sheer luck, the streamer eventually managed to escape. Tim then proceeded to unload a clip into Nick, much to the amusement of the rest of the squad. While Nick may no longer stream Warzone full-time, his fans were delighted that the chemistry between these two players was still as comical as ever. There are sure to be plenty more antics in his upcoming streams, so be sure to check them out.

NICKMERCS reveals why he’s “scared” about Warzone in CoD 2021 – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals why he’s “scared” about Warzone in CoD 2021 Activision/NICKMERCSPopular content creator NICKMERCS recently explained why he’s “scared” about this year’s Call of Duty title and the future of Warzone based on the latest rumors. Though he admitted there was one, albeit small, aspect that does interest him. Call of Duty 2021 is gearing up to be a pretty divisive game. Rumored to be titled Call of Duty WWII: Vanguard, the game is apparently going to be developed by Sledgehammer Games and will bring players back to World War II. Reactions to the news have been somewhat mixed, with some players voicing their support for the game and era, while others aren’t exactly looking forward to Vanguard. Now, one popular YouTuber has made his opinion clear about it and he doesn’t sound too thrilled. In a new video, YouTuber NICKMERCS gave his opinion on the upcoming game, which has yet to be officially announced as of the time of this writing, saying that his uncertainty about the title and its possible integration with Warzone comes down to the time period that it’s set in. “In the history of Call of Duty, every time they go back in time, I’m just not a big fan,” NICKMERCS said. “Just the energy, the vibe, it’s always like some war that we’re in, it’s just sad times, a weird look, and I don’t really like it.” That being said, NICKMERCS did say that he’s excited for the game and did reveal one aspect really interests him because of the implications for Warzone. One rumor floating around is that WWII Vanguard will be running on the same engine as Modern Warfare (2019). The YouTuber says this is a step in the right direction because he feels like “switching engines from game to game” and then trying to combine them all together, can “lead to kind of a mess.” Of course, all of the rumors going around about the game have yet to be confirmed by Activision, Sledgehammer Games, or any Call of Duty development studio for that matter. Currently, it’s unknown when the game will be announced by the publishers.

NICKMERCS reveals Warzone’s best SP-R208 sniper loadout – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals Warzone’s best SP-R208 sniper loadout Activision / NICKMERCS (YouTube)Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed his best SP-R208 (R700) loadout for Call of Duty: Warzone, demonstrating how powerful this new marksman rifle can truly be. The SP-R208 is one of the latest weapons to join Warzone’s deadly arsenal in Season 6, so it was only a matter of time before it featured its very own NICKMERCS makeover. While it may have lost its original Modern Warfare name (R700), it still packs an almighty punch when kitted out with the right attachments. In fact, this marksman rifle is one of the very best sniper classes in the entire game. Offering both incredible range, high precision, fast rechambering, and huge damage potential – the SP-R208 is one gun you’ll want to add to your collection. This particular loadout is all about maximizing the SP-R208’s range and accuracy, giving players the ability to deliver devastating one-shots that send opponents reeling to the gulag. If you’re after a hitscan sniper that is both incredibly easy to use and extremely potent, then this loadout will give you all the tools needed to grab a dominant Warzone win. Best SP-R208 loadout for Warzone Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Barrel: SP-R 26” – Laser: Tac Laser – Optic: Solozero SP-R 28mm – Ammunition: .338 Lupua Mag 5-R Mags – Nick’s loadout is very similar to our own SP-R208 build, but his one sacrifices a little speed and converts it into higher accuracy. However, the loss in speed is negligible when you can simply click on heads and down targets across any range. However, the 7x magnification on the Solozero SP-R 28mm can make it a little difficult to use on closer targets, so you’ll want to use an AR to cover this weakness. Both the Monolithic Suppressor, SP-R 26” barrel, and .338 Lapua Mag 5-R Mags effectively max out the SP-R208’s damage range, allowing you to kill enemies in long-distance engagements with deadly precision. If that wasn’t enough, the barrel and ammunition also serve to increase the SP-R208’s bullet velocity. “This thing is no joke. I’m telling you, this is the best sniper in Warzone by far,” the Twitch star said. “It’s just like the Kar98k as it shoots fast and it’s got a crazy ADS, but the crazy thing about this sniper is that it’s hitscan.” This means you won’t have to lead your shots at range, effectively eliminating any frustrations that come with long-distance sniping. Being able to just focus on your target and not having to compensate for bullet drop/travel time is huge, particularly when you want to rack up those high kill count games. The Solozero SP-R 28mm optic’s superior magnification enables you to aim for those montage-worthy headshots no matter how far the target. After all, there’s nothing more satisfying than taking out an entire squad before they can even react. Nick uses this SP-R208 loadout to go on a 24-kill rampage across Verdansk, securing a dominant Warzone win in the process. It’s certainly not hard to see why this marksman rifle is currently the go-to pick for those looking to deliver lethal cross-map headshots. NICKMERCS reveals the “biggest issue” with Warzone 2 Ranked Play – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals the “biggest issue” with Warzone 2 Ranked Play Activision, NICKMERCSNICKMERCS explained why 150-player lobbies in Warzone 2 Ranked Play make it difficult to match players with a similar skill level. Season 3 Reloaded marked the beginning of Warzone 2 Ranked Play. Every player starts at Bronze 1 and must earn SR to progress through the mode’s seven divisions. Players rank up through match placement, kills, assists, and kills by your squad. MW2 uses the same Skill Divison format and restricts higher-level players from facing off against the mode’s lowest-ranked players. NICKMERCS explained why it is less realistic for Warzone 2 to uphold those same matchmaking standards. Does Warzone 2 Ranked Play have fair matchmaking? NICKMERCS, TimTheTatman, and FaZe Booya ran into a group of Top 250 players during a Warzone 2 Ranked Play match, and Tim questioned if the matchmaking was fair. The leader of the MFAM Army wasn’t that surprised about the encounter, despite being low-ranked. “They can’t put all Top 250 players in a lobby because these guys aren’t all playing at the same time.” “So if you are gold or even silver, and platinum, there are going to be these times you see these guys in your lobby, that’s just the way that it is.” Nick argued that it’s not worth being in 20 to 30-minute queues just to be in a lobby of all players in the same division. “Otherwise, the people at the top are never going to be able to get games,” and the queue time would be ridiculous.” MFAM community members argued Halo’s ranked mode perfected matchmaking. However, Nick argued: “It’s not a fair comparison,” as Warzone 2 Ranked Play lobbies require 150 players instead of eight in Halo, making it even harder to group players with the same rank. The developers have already taken action to improve matchmaking as a background update focused on matching players in similar Skill Divisions.

NICKMERCS reveals the “best” Kar98 sniper loadout for Warzone – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals the “best” Kar98 sniper loadout for Warzone NICKMERCS[jwplayer SZm0PqRr]Popular streamer Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed the “best” sniper for Call of Duty: Warzone with his choice being the Kar98 with a few different attachments. As Call of Duty: Warzone has grabbed the attention of battle royale players across the globe, everyone has been trying to get a leg up on each other with different class setups. Some fans have been following in the footsteps of professional CoD players will others have been following content creators. NICKMERCS, who has been dominating the Warzone section of Twitch, has already rolled out a few of his favorite setups – including the Bruen MK9, the AUG, and even the M13. Though, with the Kar98K getting a buff to its ADS speed and damage at range, he’s given that a go too – and it might actually be the best sniper available to you in Verdansk. In his July 16 YouTube upload, the FaZe Clan member noted that plenty of fans had been pushing for him to try the Kar98K following the buff. Read More: How to create a Counter UAV in Warzone – As a result, Nick noted that it’s actually pretty good and while some players rock the sniper in a class with The MP5, he’s sticking with the M4. This means that he can dish out some damage at range with either weapon or rip through enemies at close range with the assault rifle. So, if you want to cop his loadout, this is how NICKMERCS builds his Kar98K in Warzone: Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Laser: Tac Laser – Optic: Sniper Scope – Barrel: Singuard Custom 27.6” – Rear Grip: Stippled Grip Tape – Even though there might be better snipers in Verdansk than Nick himself, the streamer lived up to the FaZe Clan name with some of his shots – downing enemies at ridiculous ranges and even pulling off collaterals. Whether the Kar98K remains the best sniper available in Warzone as Infinity Ward rolls out different updates is unknown, but for now, it’s best to avoid NICKMERCS when he’s wielding one.

NICKMERCS reveals “strongest” M4 Warzone loadout – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals “strongest” M4 Warzone loadout FaZe/ActivisionPopular content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed the “strongest” M4 loadout for Call of Duty: Warzone, making a slight adjustment to the usual setup that players rock. As the different seasons have unfolded in Warzone, players have been making adjustments – following the meta as best as possible in order to rack up victory after victory. While weapons like the Bruen MK9, M13, and Oden have had their days in the sun, players always come back to guns like the M4. The old reliable, as NICKMERCS calls it, has been floor loot for the longest time, and given that it’s been in Modern Warfare since the start, most players have been able to max out it’s levels and unlock all the key attachments. While players have settled into a usual M4 loadout, using Commando Foregrip and Iron Sights, NICKMERCS has got a twist that seemingly makes it stronger than usual. NICKMERCS’ M4 Corp Combat Warzone loadout In his September 3 YouTube upload, the FaZe Clan member noted that while the M4 bangs without a sight, he’s tossed the Corp Combat Holo Sight onto his, and it’s become pretty deadly. “I’ll be honest, and this is saying a lot, but I think this is the best M4 class currently right now,” the Twitch star noted. “It’s got a little bounce to it, but putting that Corp Combat with the blue dot on there, I think you’re able to hit headshots way easier.” Obviously, when it comes to dropping into Verdansk, familiarity is key so you might not want to run with Nick’s setup, but it’s worth giving it a try in at least a few games. Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Barrel: Stock M16 Grenadier – Optic: Corp Combat Holo Sight (Blue Dot) – Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip – Ammunition: 60 Round Mags – With the Blue Dot reticle for the Corp Combat Holo Sight being one of the keys for Nick’s setup, you will need to grind to unlock that – if you haven’t already. Whether or not this is a meta changer remains to be seen, but, it can’t hurt to tweak the M4 just a little bit – it is still one of the best guns in the game.

NICKMERCS reveals simple way to expose cheating Warzone streamers – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals simple way to expose cheating Warzone streamers NICKMERCSThe cheating scene in Warzone continues to be a huge problem, but NICKMERCS believes there’s an easy way to catch out streamers that use hacks to get an unfair advantage. While the release of the ricochet anti-cheat engine has helped alleviate the number of hackers in Warzone, there are still players that manage to slip through the net. Sadly, due to the sheer amount of cheaters in the game, it can often be difficult to tell whether a player is legitimately skilled or using hacks to get game-winning kills. This has obviously proven to be a huge problem within CoD’s streaming scene, with many players often calling out Warzone content creators for using hacks. This has led to a number of hackusation channels, which aim to expose CoD content creators for using cheats in-game. However, popular content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff believes that there is one simple solution to revealing which streamers are using hacks in Warzone. NICKMERCS on streamers cheating in Warzone “I think there are people cheating for sure,” explained Nick. “Just wait until LAN…if they perform or underperform, that should tell you a good amount that you’re trying to know.” Call of Duty LAN events are great opportunities for players to flex their skills in live events, which are hosted in person over a local area network. This instantly makes it much harder for players to install and use hacks, especially when they don’t have access to their own hardware and software. Timestamp of 1:25 “If you go to a LAN and you see this completely different player, that’s a problem, in my opinion,” said the streamer. “Listen, not everyone’s going to be able to perform every time, but you realize at Call of Duty LAN, we play for like a whole day – like an eight-hour stream.” Nick then noted that at the recent CoD LAN event, streamers got to play Warzone 2 and a variety of Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer modes. “I’m not talking about nerves, you see this guy or girl and they’re performing incredibly online, then they get to LAN, and they’re just f*cking awful. That’s a f*cking problem, that’s an issue.” Whether Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 will have a huge cheating problem remains to be seen, but for now, Nick believes LAN performances are still the best method to spot potential hackers.

NICKMERCS reveals secret Warzone attachment to improve recoil – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals secret Warzone attachment to improve recoil Activision / YouTube: NICKMERCSNick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed his new CR-56 AMAX loadout for Warzone, and with it, a certain attachment that he believes helps control recoil even better than ever before. [jwplayer RexLZ1JW] For the most part, we all have our loadouts that we’re fairly comfortable with and tend not to change things up much. If recent stats are anything to go by, there’s a high chance you use an assault rifle such as the Kilo 141 with a Commando Foregrip, extended mag, a suppressor and, perhaps most importantly, the VLK 3.0x Optic, which will be seen on almost all AR builds. It’s hard to argue that the VLK optic isn’t one of the most integral parts of any primary Warzone loadout, allowing you to take medium to long-range engagements which can be so important in Verdansk — but it can be improved upon with a certain reticle, and we’re not talking about the Blue Dot. Warzone reticle to reduce recoil? Now, while Nick uses this on his AMAX, it goes without saying that this could help you on any weapon that you use an ACOG sight, especially if you’re trying to minimize recoil even further. The one change Nick says can help with this is by switching from the default VLK reticle to the T Pose, which looks more similar to a standard sniper crosshair, with straight lines placed vertically and horizontally across the scope. This is especially helpful on weapons like the CR-56 AMAX, of which recoil is one of the main drawbacks, but could really be used on any assault rifle or LMG to help you improve your recoil control slightly. How to unlock the T Pose reticle The T Pose reticle isn’t exactly easy to unlock, especially if you only play Warzone and not regular Modern Warfare multiplayer, and will be a grind — which probably suggests it’s worth unlocking. Here are the steps for all ACOG reticle unlocks: Cross Dot: 200 kills using Scout Combat optic – Angle Eye: 50 headshots using Scout Combat optic – T Pose: 200 kills using the VLK optic – Double Cross: 50 headshots using the VLK optic – Green Cross: 200 kills using Cronen C480 Pro – Redeye: 50 headshots using Cronen C480 Pro – Blue V: 50x Three-Streak using any ACOG – For each unlock, you have to complete the previous challenge. So, to unlock T Pose, you need to get 200 kills and 50 headshots using the Scout Combat optic, then get your 200 VLK kills. Whether it helps you control recoil better remains to be seen, but it’s definitely worth having a try, because any advantage is a good one.

NICKMERCS reveals “OP” Warzone weapon no one is using – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals “OP” Warzone weapon no one is using YouTube: NICKMERCS/ActivisionStreaming star Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff believes that Warzone’s Groza is “OP” when used the right way, and it could be on its way to becoming part of the meta. The meta in Warzone has been in flux since day one. First off, you were behind the pack if you didn’t use a thermal scope, then a DMR, and now you’ll struggle if you don’t use the FFAR. Most players quickly conform to the meta, given they want wins, but there are plenty out there who are rocking different weapons like shotguns and different LMGs. Black Ops Cold War’s Groza has been getting a little bit of love recently, with some streamers picking it up. In fact, NICKMERCS believes it’s even overpowered in some situations, and not far off matching the FFAR. In his April 3 video, the FaZe Clan star gave his thoughts on the assault rifle after using it for a bit in Verdansk, suggesting that it’s better than the MAC-10 which is still used quite often. “People swear by it, and honestly, it’s really not a bad gun. It’s pretty damn OP if you use it the right way,” Nick said, noting that even still, if you’re not using the FFAR, you’re probably not going to pick up wins. “I do think you can get away with using the Groza a little bit. In my opinion, it’s better than the MAC-10, it definitely replaces every other SMG,” he continued. “It shoots really fast, it kills really fast, it has high damage at close range. It’s got a big magazine. It’s not better than the FFAR, but it’s almost there.” Timestamp of 0:25 As Nick notes, it’d take a pretty decent nerf to knock the FFAR off it’s perch, but given all the complaints about it, changes could come down the line. Whether or not the Groza will be the gun to replace it though, remains to be seen. Currently, the Groza has a 0.59 pick rate according to stats from WZRanked, so it is quite underused. Though if Nick is a fan, that means others will become fans as well.

NICKMERCS reveals “no recoil” Grau 5.56 Warzone loadout – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals “no recoil” Grau 5.56 Warzone loadout NICKMERCS (YouTube) / ActivisionHugely popular content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has unveiled his perfect Grau class for Warzone. Here’s exactly how the Twitch streamer gets the most out of the assault rifle. There’s no hiding the fact that since the Grau 5.56 was introduced in Season 2, it has become one of Warzone’s gold standard. With it’s 5.56mm rounds (which is similar to some LMGs) and quick rate of fire, the Grau can pack a punch without having to pay the price in mobility. Aside from the obvious benefits of being lighter on your feet, the Grau also has limited recoil — even when used with no attachments. Despite receiving a nerf in Season 4, the sturdy AR has stood the test of time and continues to be one of the most popular weapons in Verdansk. But with the likes of the Kilo 141, Mk9 Bruen, and even the M13 all giving the Grau a run for its money, NICKMERCS decided to revisit his Grau glory days and fine-tune a class which he claims to have “no recoil.” Best Grau 5.56 loadout for Warzone To get the most out of his Grau, Nick’s build really hones in on buffing the Accuracy and Range. For what his Grau class sacrifices in Mobility, it more than makes up for in the level of precision put on the table. Adding both the Monolithic Suppressor and Tempus Archangel Barrel gives Kolcheff’s Grau minimal sway while aiming down sight. Complementing this with the Ranger Foregrip Underbarrel and NICKMERCS gets negligible recoil from his Grau. This can be substituted for the Commando Foregrip, if you’re willing to trade a little Accuracy for Mobility. His full loadout can be seen below. Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor. – Barrel: Tempus 26.4” Archangel. – Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic. – Underbarrel: Ranger Foregrip. – Ammunition: 60 Round Mags. – On the surface, Nick’s Grau rig is very similar to his “no recoil” Kilo 141 loadout, which makes use of a similar attachment setup to give similar benefits. There’s no doubt that the Grau is one of the most versatile weapons in Verdansk, and the Faze star shows this, as he clocks out with a whopping 26-kill gameplay to showcase exactly why the Grau still holds its own.

NICKMERCS reveals new Grau 5.56 Warzone Season 3 loadout – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals new Grau 5.56 Warzone Season 3 loadout Activision / NICKMERCS (YouTube)Call of Duty content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed his latest Grau build, which melts opponents in Warzone Season 3. The Warzone Season 3 nerfs to the FFAR, M16, and AUG have led to a more diverse weapon meta. While the AMAX may still be the go-to AR for a lot of players, it’s days at the top of the AR rankings are numbered. After Activision confirmed that the AMAX would be getting a nerf, many players have been looking for the next best replacement. So far, the Krig 6 seems to be the top contender to the AR throne. However, NICKMERCS’ latest Grau loadout could also prove extremely popular. The Grau may no longer be at the top of the game’s AR meta, but it certainly packs a punch. Not only is it capable of delivering great amounts of damage, it also has a great rate of fire and easy to control recoil. NICKMERCS Grau Warzone loadout Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Barrel: Tempus 26.4” Archangel – Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic – Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip – Ammunition: 60 Round Mags – While our own Grau loadout is focused purely on close-quarters and mid-range firefights, Nick’s build comes packed with a bit more range. This makes it particularly useful when you wish to snag those all-important cross-map kills. The ever-popular CoD content creator has maximized the Grau’s accuracy and range, while also bolstering the gun’s control. First up is the Monolithic Suppressor and Tempus 26.4” Archangel barrel. Both these attachments increase the Grau’s damage range, while the Tempus barrel increases bullet velocity and helps with recoil control. The added Sound Suppression also keeps you off the map when firing – an area that is beneficial to any Warzone player looking to remain hidden. The VLK 3.0x Optic has replaced the Tac Laser in order to maximize the Grau’s long-range kill potential. Having the added 3x magnification enables you to effortlessly aim for head and bodyshots. Fortunately, this is incredibly easy to do thanks to the added recoil stabilization and aiming stability offered from the Commando Foregrip. Read More: Is Rambo coming to Warzone? – Lastly, the 60 Round Mags will ensure you have plenty of ammunition to take down multiple targets. Even if you miss a few shots, you’ll always have enough reserve ammo to keep you on track. There you have it, the latest Grau loadout that can compete with Warzone’s most popular AR builds. Make sure you check out our Call of Duty hub for all the latest Warzone news and updates.

NICKMERCS reveals his Warzone Bren loadout that dominates Caldera – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals his Warzone Bren loadout that dominates Caldera NICKMERCS/ActivisionThe Bren is currently one of the best LMG in Warzone and NICKMERCS has the perfect build for players to use. Popular streamer Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff recently dove back into Warzone, giving fans the chance to see what loadouts he utilizes. One of the most powerful is the Bren, the game’s most powerful LMG. Not only does this Vanguard LMG come packed with insane amounts of damage, but it is also incredibly accurate when kitted out with optimal attachments. Whether you’re looking to get an advantage in Season 1 or just wish to increase your killcount, then Nick’s Bren loadout is a must pick. NICKMERCS’ Bren Warzone loadout Muzzle: Mercury Silencer – Barrel: Queen’s 705mm Royal – Optic: G16 2.5x – Stock: Hockenson SP2B – Underbarrel: m1941 Hand Stop – Magazine: 6.5 Sakura 40 Round Mags – Ammo Type: Lengthened – Rear Grip: Polymer Grip – Perk: Tight Grip – Perk2: Fully Loaded – The Bren has been a popular choice amongst Vanguard players thanks to its fantastic versatility, which makes it ideal for mid to long-range engagements. NICKMERCS’ Bren loadout enhances the gun’s accuracy, damage, range, and control – pushing the WW2 AR to its very limits. Like most meta LMGs in Warzone, Nick has used attachments that greatly increase the gun’s accuracy. Kitting out the Bren with the Mercury Silencer, Queen’s 705mm Royal, G16 2.5x, Hockenson SP2B, m1941 Hand Stop, and Polymer Grip ensure that the AR barely moves when fired. Timestamp of 0:27 If that wasn’t enough, the Tight Grip perk maintains accuracy when going full-auto. This means you can simply hold down the trigger and beam your foes, without having to constantly adjust your aim. Because of the incredible accuracy afforded by the Bren, the G16 2.5x Optic is a great option for those that wish to gun for headshot kills. Pair this with the 6.5 Sakura 40 Round Mags, Lengthened, Fully Loaded perk, and you have an LMG that can consistently pepper squads with high-damage rounds. It’s certainly not hard to see why Nick has been using Bren during his recent Warzone streams, so be sure to give this loadout a go.

NICKMERCS reveals his top meta SMG loadout on Warzone return – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals his top meta SMG loadout on Warzone return YouTube: NICKMERCSNICKMERCS is finally back on Warzone after some months away, with his viewers delighted to see him back in the Call of Duty battle royale instead of Apex Legends. After trying out some of the different weapons, both long- and short-range, he’s decided on his favorite SMG to use. After months of dominance from the WSP Swarm, the SMG meta is starting to open up in Warzone, with several viable options for those close-quarters gunfights that can be imperative to succeeding in the game. Whether it’s launch weapons like the AMR9 or the Season 2 Battle Pass SMG, the Ram-9, there are a number of good choices to pick from. Nick has gone for something different, though, and has discovered a love for the WSP 9, tearing through Urzikstan with it. Here’s his class. NICKMERCS reveals his “overpowered” JAK-12 Warzone loadout – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals his “overpowered” JAK-12 Warzone loadout NICKMERCSNick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff is back at it again with his loadout guides and this time he has revealed his best JAK-12 setup for Call of Duty: Warzone, demonstrating just how overpowered this new shotgun is. The JAK-12 (AA-12) is the latest gun to make an appearance in Modern Warfare and it seems to already be wreaking havoc in Warzone. This comes just weeks after Activision nerfed the Origin 12. In fact, a lot of players are now using the JAK-12 as an overpowered replacement. Not only does this deadly shotgun offer incredible amounts of close quarters burst damage, it can also make short work of any long-range opponents. As a result, the JAK-12 Shotgun has been picked up by both pro and casual players thanks to its fantastic kill potential. It’s certainly not hard to see why this iconic Modern Warfare 2 shotgun has been so prevalent across the frozen fields of Verdansk. If you’re after a shotgun that is both incredibly easy to use and extremely powerful, then this loadout will give you the edge needed to grab a Warzone win. Best JAK-12 Warzone loadout Muzzle: Choke – Barrel: ZLR J-3600 TORRENT – Laser: Tac Laser – Underbarrel: Merc Foregrip – Ammunition: 8-R Dragon’s Breath – Nick’s loadout aims to bolster the JAK-12’s close-quarters damage, giving players the damage they need to wipe out multiple targets when breaching buildings. This setup is completely different from the IceManIsaac loadout we covered, which focused on using the explosive frag rounds to maximize the gun’s ranged capabilities. While taking out foes with explosive rounds is always going to be incredibly fun, Nick’s loadout will leave your enemies burnt to a crisp. The 8-R Dragon’s Breath rounds chew through even the hardiest foes, quickly melting through any armor plates in seconds. Incendiary rounds continually spark heated debates in the CoD community, especially since they can hit multiple targets and greatly impede your vision when hit by them. However, this build is all about bolstering these red hot bullets. Both the Choke and ZLR J-3600 TORRENT create a tighter bullet spread and increase the JAK-12’s damage range, allowing you to begin firing off lethal rounds much sooner than most close-range shotgun builds. Meanwhile, the Tac Laser greatly increases the gun’s ADS speed. It’s unlikely that you’ll ever need to ADS with the JAK-12, but it’s good to have the option available when you wish to deliver a few molten rounds to an enemy’s head. Lastly, the loadout rounds things off with the Merc Foregrip. This trusty underbarrel attachment reduces the JAK-12’’s recoil and further reduces the gun ADS time. NICKMERCS reveals his biggest issue with Warzone’s Fortune’s Keep map – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals his biggest issue with Warzone’s Fortune’s Keep map NICKMERCS/ActivisionStreaming star Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has explained his biggest issue with Warzone’s newest map, Fortune’s Keep, as he’s not the biggest fan of one particular area. At the start of Season 4 of Warzone Pacific, Raven Software introduced the battle royale’s fourth new map in the form of Fortune’s Keep. The map, themed as the idyllic hideaway for a gang of mercenaries, has quickly become a fan favorite thanks to its vibrant colors and intense gunfights, as it is entirely different from the likes of Rebirth Island and Caldera. For some fans, it has lept above the original Verdansk map as their favorite virtual battlefield, and while NICKMERCS is a fan of it, he has got one particular issue with the battle royale’s newest map. NICKMERCS explains his biggest issue with Fortune’s Keep The FaZe Clan star, who has been dabbling back in Warzone over the last few weeks, highlighted the new map in his July 17 video and gave the devs plenty of praise for it. “You can say what you want about this game right now, but I really do like this new map they put out. I thought it was kind of vibey. I like the terrain, the flow, the colors, and I like the size as well,” the streaming star said. Though, he wasn’t completely in love with it. “The only thing I didn’t really like about it, maybe, was the underground cave area,” Nick continued. “Other than that, I was pretty chill with it.” Timestamp of 0:20 The Twitch star had previously stated that he believes the map is better than Caldera, rating it as an “eight or nine” out of ten as it brought him back to the CoD battle royale. It remains to be seen if he’ll stick around long-term or return to competing in Apex Legends. Though, as long as Fortune’s Keep is in the rotation, he’ll probably continue to dabble in Warzone from time to time.

NICKMERCS reveals his biggest concerns about Warzone Season 3 update – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals his biggest concerns about Warzone Season 3 update NICKMERCS/ActivisionStreaming star Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff says he’s slightly skeptical of Warzone’s Season 3 update and is hoping for some actual map changes to Verdansk. The start of Warzone Season 3 in Black Ops Cold War is just on the horizon, with Raven Software and Treyarch revealing some of the new content that is coming. There are a few new operators – including a 1984’s Captain Price – new weapons, and a ‘Hunt for Adler’ event coming to Warzone with the big update. Given that the Verdansk map is also going to change, plenty of players are understandably excited about what’s going to change. However, NICKMERCS isn’t getting his hopes up too high. Just prior to the announcements about what’s changing in Season 3, the FaZe Clan member uploaded a video to YouTube talking about the new season. Read More: Warzone Season 3 update patch notes – After dishing on what info had already been leaked, Nick got into his own personal thoughts. “I’m a little skeptical, you know what I’m saying,” he said. “I want to see some really good guns get dropped, I want to see new content. I hope this map, I know we’re going back in time on the same map but I still hope that its a lot of new and cool things,” Nick added. “I’m hopeful, I’m just not too hopeful and I don’t want to be let down again, you know what I mean.” Timestamp of 1:18 With not wanting to get his hopes up, the Twitch star might be referring to back to the Season 2 update where players went into things expecting a huge change. However, that just wasn’t the case, and Nick spoke out about his disappointment. We don’t have to wait long until we see how he feels about the update, though. The new update drops on Wednesday, April 21 at 9:00 PM PT, and you can find the exact time for your own timezone, here.

NICKMERCS reveals his best Rebirth Island Warzone class loadout – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals his best Rebirth Island Warzone class loadout Twitter: NICKMERCS/ ActivisionWith many Warzone players making the switch to playing Rebirth Island full-time, Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has unveiled his pick for the best loadout for the mode. When Warzone first launched over a year ago, players only had the option to drop into games on Verdansk but things have changed quite dramatically since then. Now, when you start up Warzone, you have the choice between Verdansk and Rebirth Island, with the latter becoming increasingly popular due to how quickly games fly by. Even though he had a few concerns about Rebirth at first, NICKMERCS has joined many players in making said switch and seems to be having a good time. So much so, that the FaZe Clan star has already got his pick for the mode’s best loadout. Speaking about the mode on his MoreNICKMERCS channel, Nick said that he made the switch due to the huge amount of stream snipers, cheaters, and hackers that were infesting Verdansk, and he seems happy with the choice. Obviously, a smaller map means you’ve got to change up your loadout, and so he’s now rocking the XM4 and the KAR-98. “This is by far one of my favorite loadouts in the game that I’ve ever used since playing Warzone,” Nick said. “And on Rebirth specifically, it fries!” Nick’s KAR set-up is pretty standard stuff, but the XM4 class is one that has started to get some love since the start of Season 4. You can check out the full loadout below: NICKMERCS Rebirth Island Warzone class KAR-98 Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Barrel: Singuard Custom 27.6 – Laser: Tac Laser – Optic: Sniper Scope – Stock: FTAC Sport Comb – XM4 Muzzle: Agency Suppressor – Laser: Tiger Team Spotlight – Ammo: STANAG 60 Round – Optic: Microflex LED – Stock: Raider Pad – As Nick points out, it’s a set-up that offers speed but also balances being able to do damage at any range and in any situation. It’s worth giving it a shot, especially if you’re making the switch to Rebirth. It won’t be long before it takes over the meta, especially if Nick loves it.

NICKMERCS reveals his AUG Warzone loadout to replace the MP5 – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals his AUG Warzone loadout to replace the MP5 Activision / Twitch: FortniteNick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed what his ideal AUG loadout is in Warzone, offering a viable alternative to the more popular MP5 and MP7 SMGs. [jwplayer nAe0wVtG] For most people, they’ve got their Warzone loadouts figured out and often run what is typically considered the meta; the Kilo 141, with an MP5 in your back pocket. While there is occasionally some variation, with some players maybe opting for the likes of the M4A1, an MP7 or a sniper rifle of some sort, there are some weapons that you’ll almost never see in Verdansk. Season 6 launched back on September 29, and players have been testing out the new weapons, as well as how balancing might have changed the existing crop of guns — and Nick thinks the AUG could be a sleeper pick for your loadout. After mentioning how pro Call of Duty players actually banned the AUG in pro scrims and matches earlier in 2020, as one of the weapons they made a “gentleman’s agreement” to not use, Nick explains that he believes the AUG can actually go toe-to-toe with the likes of the MP5 and MP7. So, if you’re looking for a new submachine gun to run, and want to use something slightly different to the usual and take enemies by surprise, this AUG loadout might be for you. Here’s what Nick stacks on his: Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Barrel: 407mm Extended Barrel – Laser: 5mW Laser – Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip – Rear Grip: Stippled Grip Tape – While most of this follows what we would typically expect from an SMG loadout in Warzone, there are some notable differences, but the biggest is the lack of ammunition options. Usually, you would see someone put some kind of magazine extension on their weapon, as is often necessary when finishing your kills in Warzone. Instead, Nick’s AUG uses the standard magazine, and he opts for the Stippled Grip Tape underbarrel instead, improving recoil control and aiming stability. With this, you should hopefully hit more shots on your target and not have need for an extended magazine. You’re not likely to see the AUG used much in Warzone, so with this loadout you might be able to catch your opponents by surprise and pick up some eliminations you wouldn’t have before.

NICKMERCS reveals FARA 83 Warzone loadout that turns it into an SMG – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals FARA 83 Warzone loadout that turns it into an SMG Activision / TreyarchThe FARA 83 is the latest AR to join Warzone’s ever-growing roster in Season 2. Call of Duty content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff used the lightning-fast Assault Rifle in his latest video, showcasing just how potent it can be. While the AMAX and FFAR are still dominating the current Warzone meta, the FARA 83 does offer another option for those that enjoy the SMG playstyle. This lightning-fast AR was released as part of the Season 2 update, which introduced new operators, weapons, and map updates. The FARA 83 boasts an incredible rate of fire, high damage profile, and incredible precision, making it one of the more deadly ARs in the game. Like most Black Ops Cold War guns, the FARA’s damage greatly diminishes at mid to long-range engagements. However, this speedy AR is great in close-quarters combat where it can mow down multiple enemies in a matter of seconds. As a result, NICKMERCS’ FARA 83 loadout aims to transform it into a gun worthy of the SMG class. NICKMERCS’ FARA 83 Warzone loadout Muzzle: Infantry Compensator – Barrel: 13.7” Takedown – Underbarrel: Field Agent Foregrip – Ammunition: STANAG 60 Rnd – Rear Grip: SASR Jungle Grip – Nick’s FARA 83 loadout is tailored towards making the gun as quick and reactive as possible, enabling players to take down close-quarters foes with deadly precision. First up is the Infantry Compensator and Field Agent Foregrip. Both of these attachments decrease the FARA’s vertical recoil, while the underbarrel also diminishes any horizontal movement. Read More: Best FARA 83 Warzone loadout class – This makes landing those all-important head and body shots incredibly easy, especially when you’re going full-auto in close-quarter firefights. Next up is the 13.7” Takedown barrel, which increases the FARA’s bullet velocity and strafe speed. If you like the superior mobility offered by the SMG class, then you’ll definitely want to use this attachment. Meanwhile, the SASR Jungle Grip eliminates any lengthy ADS speeds and keeps you competitive against the ever-popular MAC-10 and MP5 classes. No optic is needed here as this FARA class is all about rushing down your opponents. Rounding things off at the bottom of the attachment list is that of the STANAG 60 Rnd magazine. While it may not offer the quick reload speed of the SALVO 60 Rnd Fast Mag, it doesn’t have any ADS penalty, meaning you can quickly beam people before they can even react. While the FARA 83 may not overthrow the FFAR or AMAX, NICKMERCS’ loadout proves just how potent this Season 2 AR can be.

NICKMERCS reveals concerns over BOCW Warzone Season 2 loot changes – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals concerns over BOCW Warzone Season 2 loot changes NICKMERCS/ActivisionTwitch star and YouTuber Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff believes the FFAR is set to suffer from the upcoming Black Ops Cold War and Warzone Season 2 update, making a few predictions about its future as a part of floor loot. Ever since Warzone released as a part of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, the meta has constantly been changing. Pretty much every weapon type has had its day in the sun before balancing updates have changed things. With Cold War Season 2 on the horizon, Warzone is set to undergo changes yet again – adding new locations, new weapons, and new modes as well. As a result, the current crop of weapons will be tweaked and floor loot will be shaken up as well. That, according to NICKMERCS, could spell disaster for the FFAR and players who rely on ground loot. The FFAR is widely regarded as one of, if not the, best weapons in Warzone and is widely available in Verdansk. When the Season 2 update rolls around, Nick believes that will change, as there should be floor loot changes coming. Read More: What’s new in Black Ops Cold War Season 2 – Though, he is unsure if the changes will be all that positive. “I love running through Superstore, getting an FFAR on the ground, and melting everybody, its fun – because in Warzone right now, it’s nice knowing that if I have 25 stream snipers landing with me, if I get an FFAR, they’re all dead,” he said. “Now, we know this thing is going to get a nerf but I’m also assuming it’s going to get taken out of ground loot. My only hope is that if they do, and probably will, swap up the floor loot, I hope there’s still some good guns because every now and again they make some changes and there ain’t nothing to use on the ground.” Even though Nick is likely spot on about floor loot changes, nothing has been confirmed just yet. We only know that new weapons are coming, not whats happening with the current crop. We’ll just have to wait and see if he’s right about the FFAR and floor loot once the update rolls around on February 24.

NICKMERCS reveals concerns about rumored Warzone WW2 Pacific map – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals concerns about rumored Warzone WW2 Pacific map Activision / NICKMERCS (YouTube)With the reports of Raven Software implementing a brand new WWII-themed map into Warzone, Call of Duty content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has finally given his thoughts on the matter. The rumors and leaks continue to pour in and it seems that the CoD 2021 will be going back to the brutal battlefields of WWII. Call of Duty: Vanguard is reportedly being developed by Sledgehammer Games — the developers behind Call of Duty: WWII. Not only does this mean players will be utilizing older weaponry like the Thompson and M1 Garand in the game’s multiplayer modes, but it will also be bringing the 1940s conflict to Warzone. According to a recent report, the new map is going to be named Pacific and will be “significantly larger” than Verdansk. Players can also expect a wave of new vehicles and other new features that will help bring the WWII theme to life. While Warzone fans have wanted new content for a while, several players aren’t enamored with the boots-on-the-ground action of WWII — NICKMERCS being one of them. This news is obviously incredibly exciting to many Warzone fans, particularly those who are tired of playing on Verdansk. While its 1984 facelift and addition of new POIs have helped alleviate the tedium of its frozen fields, there’s no doubt Warzone is in desperate need of some new content. Well, that’s exactly what the new Pacific WWII map aims to do. Despite this, Call of Duty content creator NICKMERCS has a few concerns. “Believe me, as a YouTuber and team YouTube, I’m all about the change. I don’t want to complain about that part of it,” says Nick. “I just don’t like going back in time to the WWII days. Obviously, not the happiest times in the world, right? “I remember when Call of Duty put out WWII CoD, it was just horrible. It pushed me away to Fortnite.” Timestamp of 0:17 Sledgehammer Games’ previous WWII title certainly wasn’t a fan-favorite by any means, and while some CoD pros enjoyed the more grounded action, it certainly had its fair share of problems. One of the biggest gripes was just how unexciting the maps looked — an area Nick is really concerned about. “The colors in the game were just dull and bland,” says Nick. “How’s it going to work with all of our current guns in Modern Warfare? There’s no way that I’m going to be up against a brick wall of 1940 using a Kilo.” Nick’s concerns are certainly valid and it will be interesting to see how this integration will work. According to the report, Vanguard will be running on the Modern Warfare/Warzone engine. It’s hoped that this will improve the integration process between CoD 2021 and Warzone, but we’ll likely hear official news on this in the months to come.

NICKMERCS reveals big change to make Mac 10 Warzone loadout even more OP – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals big change to make Mac 10 Warzone loadout even more OP Activision/YouTube: NICKMERCSNick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff is one of the biggest names in Warzone right now, and his Mac 10 loadout is imitated across Verdansk — but he’s made a pretty big change to it. Since Warzone and Black Ops Cold War integrated with one another in December, the Mac 10 has quickly become a go-to weapon in Warzone, an easy-to-control SMG that really packs a punch. Pair it with a top ranged weapon such as the DMR, CR-56 AMAX, or Kar98k and you’ve got a loadout that is perfectly suited to battle royale. NICKMERCS’ Mac 10 loadout has become the standard for the weapon, but he’s now made a big change to it, and you can bet this will catch on sooner rather than later. NICKMERCS new Mac 10 loadout NICKMERCS has kept his Mac 10 almost exactly the same as what it was before, barring one major change: the Ammunition used. Read More: When will Warzone solos return? – “I swapped out the Drum Mag for the Fast Mag,” he revealed in his January 17 YouTube upload. “You know, to add a little extra speed.” The Salvo 53 Rnd Fast Mag offers the same increased clip size but with an even faster reload speed than the STANAG 53 Rnd Drum. It does reduce the ADS time further than the STANAG, but as Nick says, it lets him play even faster than usual. This will be especially helpful when taking on multiple enemies in a short time span, making sure the likelihood of dying while reloading is minimal. Elsewhere, all of the other attachments are exactly the same. Here’s a rundown of what he uses: Muzzle: Muzzle Brake 9 – Barrel: 5.3” Extended – Stock: Wire Stock – Underbarrel: Patrol Grip – Ammunition: Salvo 53 Rnd Fast Mag – Most players would probably also opt for the Agency Suppressor rather than the Muzzle Brake on the Mac 10, but it’s clearly working out for Nick. We would recommend trying out the Fast Mag Nick uses, especially in team games rather than just solos, but whether this impacts the meta at all remains to be seen.

NICKMERCS reveals “best” Overkill loadout for Warzone Season 5 – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals “best” Overkill loadout for Warzone Season 5 Infinity Ward/FaZe ClanImmensely popular Twitch streamer Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff, has shared his ideal class for Warzone Season 5, combining two of the Call of Duty’s best weapons. As far as Warzone players go, there are few as popular or successful as NICKMERCS. The FaZe Clan content creator exploded in popularity with Fortnite, and has recently transitioned to Call of Duty’s second battle royale effort. Accompanying his Twitch success has been a host of impressive tournament placings, winning the recent $100k Toronto Ultra Warzone tournament. In the tournament, he showcased his favorite overall class for Warzone Season 5, which combines two of the game’s strongest weapons. The MP5 is Kolcheff’s SMG of choice, utilizing its faster attachments to maximize its viability up close. Despite receiving a modest nerf at the end of June, it has remained among the best close-range weapons in the game. Known as the Ducat, the MP5 variant makes use of the FTAC Collapsible, Monolithic Integral Suppressor, and Sleight of Hand to ramp up its ADS and mobility. 45 round mags and the Merc Foregrip are also key in Warzone, allowing more accurate shots and players to get back into the action significantly quicker. As his primary is so geared towards close range combat, it’s no surprise that Kolcheff’s secondary is the Bruen Mk9 – the LMG that has taken over Verdansk since the nerf of the Grau 5.56. The Monolithic Suppressor and XRK Summit 26.8″ significantly increase the Bruen’s range, making it viable at longer ranges as well as medium. The Tac Laser aids hip-fire and ADS time, with the 60 round mags massively reducing reload time. The relative strength of the Bruen has actually led some to call for it’s nerf in Season 5, with its minimal recoil making annihilating enemies incredibly simple. Infinity Ward have confirmed that more weapon tuning is on the way, but the Season 5 update itself did not feature any weapon adjustments. Assuming a nerf of some kind is on the way for the Bruen, use this class while you still can.

NICKMERCS reveals best MP5 loadout for Warzone Season 5 – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals best MP5 loadout for Warzone Season 5 YouTube: NICKMERCSDespite the MP5’s popularity declining following a series of weapon tuning updates, streamer Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has shared an MP5 class to get it back in favor; ideal for the ongoing Warzone Season 5. The MP5 has come to dominate nearly all forms of Modern Warfare, remaining the pro players’ SMG of choice since the game’s launch back in November. However, while it dominated the early months of Warzone, it has seen its popularity fall to some extent as players try other weapons. NICKMERCS, though, has remained faithful to the classic SMG and has now shared his favorite loadout for Season 5. It won’t surprise anyone that it’s best used alongside a longer-range weapon, with Kolcheff describing it as the perfect “pocket” weapon. NICKMERCS’ Warzone Season 5 MP5 loadout Monolithic Suppressor – FTAC Collapsible – Merc Foregrip – 45 Round Mags – Stippled Grip Tape – First up is the Monolithic Suppressor. Surprisingly, this is fairly optional on the MP5 given the number of silenced barrels players can equip. However, Kolcheff has gone for the suppressor itself, which will buff damage range and keep you off enemy radars. The FTAC Collapsible stock and Stippled Grip Tape will massively reduce ADS time, and boost strafing speed. The 45 round mags will keep you in the action for longer, while the Merc Foregrip will help to stabilize shots. There is no need for an optic, as the MP5’s iron sights are perfectly adequate for the ranges it’s viable at. Given this loadout’s suitability for close-range engagements, it’s best run with a longer-range weapon in your other slot. We’d recommend an AR like the Kilo 141, or a sniper rifle like the AX-50 or HDR. The call, however, is ultimately yours. As NICKMERCS says, this is the perfect weapon to have in your pocket for close-range engagements. We’ll see how the meta changes as more weapons are added but for now, this old-favorite remains as strong as ever.

NICKMERCS reveals best M13 Warzone class to dominate Season 4 – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals best M13 Warzone class to dominate Season 4 FaZe Clan / Activision[jwplayer qiSnM8TU]Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed the M13 class that he “loves” after a balancing patch in Season 4 saw the Grau, among other popular weapons, face a nerf. On June 29, Modern Warfare and battle royale hit Warzone had a fairly sizable patch that impacted the meta across all modes. Prior to the patch, the most common pro loadout in Warzone was a Grau 5.56 assault rifle with an MP5 or MP7 submachine gun, granting players the ability to take out opponents comfortably at any distance. As expected, though, the Grau was nerfed after numerous complaints from the community, and players have since been trying to find the best classes that work for them. While many still feel most comfortable with the Grau, and some are returning to the ever-reliable M4A1, Nick and some others are starting to realize the true value of the M13 assault rifle after the update. After a few successful games, Nick pulled up his M13 class, simply repeating “I love it” over and over again, and we’ve listed below what his exact setup is so you can see how it works for you in-game. You can see why Nick loves this setup, too, because he’s absolutely melting with it. There’s hardly any recoil and it packs enough of a punch to down multiple enemies in one clip, especially when you attach 60 Round Mags. Timestamp 4:09 Here’s how his M13 setup looks, if you weren’t able to catch it: Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Barrel: Tempus Marksman – Optic: Corp Combat Holo Sight – Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip – Ammunition: 60 Round Mags – Nick also mentions later on that it’s a lot of fun to use and that, perhaps because of the scope, it’s “actually really easy to hit close range headshots.” So, go and give this M13 a spin, and you might find yourself dominating Verdansk even more than usual. That said, if it’s not quite for you, make sure to check out our ultimate Warzone loadout guide, with suggestions for a whole range of the most deadly weapons in the game.

NICKMERCS responds to questions about quitting Apex Legends for Warzone 2 – Dexerto
NICKMERCS responds to questions about quitting Apex Legends for Warzone 2 NICKMERCSPopular streamer Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff recently discussed his thoughts on Warzone ranked and whether he will quit Apex Legends for Warzone 2. Despite occasionally returning to Warzone for the odd stream, NICKMERCS has been vocal when it comes to voicing his distaste for the BR. The streamer famously left Warzone when the Vanguard integration update hit, and since then, Nick has been busy grinding Apex Legends. Those familiar with NICKMERCS’ streams will know just how much he loves Respawn’s BR, especially when it comes to the game’s ranked matches. However, with the arrival of Warzone 2, the streamer has now voiced his views on a competitive Warzone mode and when he will quit Apex Legends. NICKMERCS on Warzone ranked and quitting Apex Legends During his recent Apex Legends stream, Nick was asked about his views on Warzone ranked and when he’ll retire from Respawn’s BR. “Ranked Warzone, I feel like that sh*t is going to be really weird man,” said Nick. A Warzone ranked mode has been a highly requested feature ever since the game launched back in 2020, but the developers have yet to implement it. However, many Call of Duty fans are hopeful that Warzone 2 will finally see this mode added to the game. Timestamp of 01:36 Quite how it will function remains to be seen, but for now, Nick believes that a Warzone ranked mode would be rather strange, especially since the BR has only hosted competitive games via official tournaments. Of course, if a ranked Warzone mode did come out, then NICKMERCS fans would certainly be happy for more CoD content. “Listen, I’m not saying that I’m going to quit Apex. I just know me, man, I know how I am. Like, when new games come out and sh*t, I like to try it out every now and then. As for currently, I’m so deep in Apex, it’s crazy – I can tell that I’m going to be here for a while. I don’t know how long that is, but there’s definitely a clock on it.”

NICKMERCS hits back at claims he “ruined” Warzone with loadout videos – Dexerto
NICKMERCS hits back at claims he “ruined” Warzone with loadout videos Activision / NICKMERCS (YouTube)Call of Duty content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has responded to viewers that believe he has ruined Warzone with his meta loadout videos. NICKMERCS has been creating loadout videos for Warzone since the game originally launched, which has given the Call of Duty community the opportunity to replicate his favorite weapon builds. Of course, like many CoD streamers, Nick’s loadouts have become some of the most popular in the game. In fact, it’s rare to not see Warzone players running around with competitively kitted out guns. Whether you’re a fan of NICKMERCS’ content or prefer other Warzone personalities, there’s certainly no denying just how influential he has been in shaping the Warzone meta. Of course, this has sparked a lot of anger in the community as the majority of players only adopt the most competitive builds. NICKMERCS loadout video response In a recent video, Nick addressed the opinion that he has “ruined” Warzone with his loadout videos. While a number of Warzone players have always been eager to point out how the ever-popular streamer’s loadouts have impacted the meta, it reached a climax when Nick released a video on the FFAR 1. The Warzone streamer has been getting a lot of flak from Warzone players, with many of them taking to Nick’s Twitter and YouTube comments section to show their frustrations. “What the team and I do here is give you insights on the best guns, the news to come, and we take a lot of pride in giving that information,” explains the streamer. Due to the highly competitive nature of Warzone, it’s understandable that the majority of the playerbase will gravitate towards these meta loadouts. After all, winning games isn’t particularly easy, especially when you’re constantly pitted against skilled squads and never-ending hacker hordes. “A lot of you guys can’t wait for the new loadout and for me to use lots of different guns, and not just the same gun over and over again,” says Nick. “I don’t think that any of you guys should be getting upset with me about putting a loadout out there on YouTube. I mean, it’s a YouTube channel, it’s my job, it’s what I do. I’m not trying to ruin the game, I’m just trying to give you guys a little bit of insight into what I’m using.” Read More: Warzone stream sniper trolls NICKMERCS – Nick also goes on to state how the game’s balancing is down to Activision, stating that “It’s up to the game’s developers and their whole team to keep things fresh, update things, nerf things, buff things. That’s on them, not me.” While Activision has nerfed certain guns in the past, they have often taken a fairly long time to do so. For example, it took multiple nerfs before the DMR’s reign of terror came to an end. However, Nick does admit that he and fellow Warzone streamers do help to increase the general competitiveness of the playerbase. “I think sometimes me and other YouTubers expedite the process of noobs getting better – that’s fine, that’s partly our job,” explains Nick. “I know the majority of you guys are cool with this and don’t care, but for those of you who do care, listen. It’s my job, I’m going to keep doing this.” NICKMERCS’ loadouts will continue to prove popular amongst Warzone players of all skill levels, so expect to see plenty more OP builds in the future.

NICKMERCS refutes claims that the Bruen Mk9 has “ruined” Warzone – Dexerto
NICKMERCS refutes claims that the Bruen Mk9 has “ruined” Warzone Infinity Ward/FaZe ClanPopular Twitch streamer and ex-Call of Duty competitor NICKMERCS has challenged claims that the Bruen Mk9 has “ruined” Warzone, suggesting that there are other issues that remain far more damaging. Despite Warzone’s incredible popularity, certain issues have risen to the surface in CoD’s sophomore battle royale effort. The Grau 5.56 dominated weapon choices for the game’s opening months, and received a moderate nerf from Infinity Ward. With the fall of the Grau came the rise of the Bruen, another DLC weapon from Modern Warfare — this time an LMG. The gun’s incredible damage and range are complimented by its modest recoil, making it the best weapon in the game at almost any range. A lot of Warzone’s most prominent creators have called for it to be nerfed, but those calls have fallen on deaf ears at Infinity Ward – so far, at least. One of these figures who has been a vocal critic of the Bruen is ex-CoD pro turned caster Anthony ‘NAMELESS’ Wheeler, who simply tweeted: “The Bruen has ruined Warzone.” NICKMERCS, though, wasn’t having any of it, and responded to suggest that there are more pressing issues plaguing Warzone than the Bruen’s relative strength. “First the Grau, now the Bruen,” he replied. “There will be something next & something after. Not to mention how the bots all quit as time goes on so the game naturally becomes more sweaty. If anything is shitting on Warzone right now it’s the hackers imo.” First the Grau, now the Bruen. There will be something next & something after. Not to mention how the bots all quit as time goes on so the game naturally becomes more sweaty. If anything is shitting on Warzone right now it’s the hackers imo. — nickmercs (@NICKMERCS) July 28, 2020 NICKMERCS’ argument is essentially that, while the Bruen is definitely powerful, the improving standard of the average player is compounding its strength, not to mention that there will always be a dominant weapon in a game like Warzone. The hacking issue, he said, is the biggest problem facing the game right now. Despite weeks of player complaints, many argue the developers are yet to take meaningful action against hackers. In fact, many players actually criticized their latest update on cheaters, arguing they have not taken sufficient action and simply demanding players stop hacking is not enough. While there are plenty of players unhappy with the Bruen, it’s fair to say that many more are unhappy with the hacking situation. After all, players annihilating enemies with the Bruen are at least playing within the rules. Over time, both issues will likely be looked at and patched, but for now it’s just part of the Warzone experience.

NICKMERCS recommends “max damage” AK-47 Warzone loadout for Season 3 – Dexerto
NICKMERCS recommends “max damage” AK-47 Warzone loadout for Season 3 Activision / NICKMERCS (YouTube)Call of Duty content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has been busy putting players down with his new AK-47 build. Find out what attachments you need to replicate this deadly AR. The Cold War AK-47 has seen a fair amount of play in Warzone Season 3, with many players adopting an SMG-style build for close-quarter engagements. This Russian Assault Rifle received changes to its recoil, which has made it much easier to control. As a result, more players have been picking it up and utilizing it as part of their loadout. While it may not be as potent as the AMAX or Krig 6, the AK-47 is still capable of dishing out some incredible damage. NICKMERCS previously showcased his powerful close-quarters AK-47 build, but for those that enjoy taking out their opponents from afar, then this build will enable you to do just that. The beauty of this build is that it still remains viable against the game’s top SMG classes, while also competing at range. NICKMERCS’ AK-47 Warzone class Muzzle: Gru Suppressor – Barrel: 20” Spetsnaz RPK Barrel – Optic: Microflex LED – Stock: KGB Skeletal Stock – Ammunition: 45 Rnd – Nick’s latest AK-47 loadout bolsters the gun’s damage, range, and mobility. The added bullet velocity and damage range from the Gru Suppressor helps when you’re gunning for those mid-range kills, while the added vertical recoil drastically increases the gun’s accuracy. Pair this with even more damage range from the 20” Spetsnaz RPK Barrel and you have a recipe for success. Read More: Warzone Season 3 Reloaded patch notes – Unlike the SMG style AK-47, Nick has equipped the Microflex LED to help increase the AR’s lethality across both close and mid-range engagements. While it may not have the 3.0.x magnification of the Axial Arms, it does offer a clear picture of your target and surroundings. Due to the limited zoom of the Microflex LED, you’re best off switching to a weapon with better magnification. The KGB Skeletal Stock is a must for those that enjoy aggressively rushing down their foes. This particular stock increases everything from the AK-47’s ADS firing move speed to the sprint to fire time. Having a gun you can rely on upon in close-quarters scenarios is huge, particularly if you wish to get the drop on pesky campers. Lastly, the 45 Rnd mags give you just enough ammo without diminishing the gun’s ADS time – an area that is incredibly important when beating opponents in late-game rounds when the map is that much smaller. There you have it, one AK-47 loadout that can melt opponents in close to mid-range firefights. NICKMERCS reacts to Modern Warfare 2 reveal: “I’m trying to contain my excitement” – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reacts to Modern Warfare 2 reveal: “I’m trying to contain my excitement” Activision/NICKMERCS (YouTube)Popular streamer Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed his thoughts on the Modern Warfare 2 reveal, explaining why he is trying to temper his excitement. Following on from the recent Modern Warfare 2 reveal, NICKMERCS has given his honest opinion on the upcoming title. While many CoD content creators and fans have been keen to praise the 2019 sequel, Nick still remains cautious. The content creator was originally a huge fan of Warzone during the Verdansk days, but the Vanguard integration ultimately drove him away. This led to NICKMERCS grinding out competitive Apex Legends games – an area he has been incredibly passionate about. However, Nick did previously note that Modern Warfare 2 would bring him back to Warzone. This news is obviously massive for CoD fans who have missed his high-energy gameplay, but the streamer did raise a number of concerns about Modern Warfare 2. NICKMERCS reacts to Modern Warfare 2 reveal “I’m trying to contain my excitement, you know what I mean? They might f*ck around and not deliver like usual,” said Nick. “You know that the core CoD guys are going to be like ‘this game is so good’ either way.” Read More: Every Modern Warfare 2 map & mode – NICKMERCS notes how poor the recent Kong vs Godzilla event was in Warzone, which he used as an example of how the devs have disappointed fans in the past. “They advertised King Kong and Godzilla fighting for like two months, only for them to just shout at each other.” It’s because of experiences like this, that Nick remains cautious. Timestamp of 1:05 Despite this, the streamer did note that he is hyped for another Modern Warfare-themed battle royale. “MW2 was one of the greatest CoD games ever, and it’s a great CoD to base a battle royale around,” said Nick. “The fact that they’re making another Warzone around that, it’s definitely framed up nicely. We’ll see, right?” While details surrounding Warzone 2 remain scarce, it’s clear that Nick is keen to dive back in and give both titles a go once they release.

NICKMERCS rates the best Warzone players from to Scump to HusKerrs – Dexerto
NICKMERCS rates the best Warzone players from to Scump to HusKerrs Infinity Ward / United Talent AgencyTasked with drafting a team for a Call of Duty: Warzone tournament, NICKMERCS went through some of the game’s biggest names, ranking them while determining who he would most want to duo with. [jwplayer br5AuoVJ] To start Davis ‘Hitch’ Edwards’ $10,000 “Cracked Creators” Warzone tournament, 16 creators were tasked with drafting their duo from 16 “cracked” streamers. As one of the creators allowed to select their tandem, NICKMERCS sifted through 16 of the game’s best to determine who he would prefer to play with. Ultimately, the FaZe streamer ended up putting his decision to a poll among his fans. But, before doing so, he originally went through all 16 and gave thoughts on how each of them ranks. And the options were varied, but all shared one thing in common: talent. With professional Call of Duty League players like Matthew ‘FormaL’ Piper and Seth ‘Scump’ Abner available, as well as Warzone streamers like Aydan and HusKerrs, the candidates were excellent. Still, NICKMERCS sifted through and broke down who he truly believes ranks as the battle royale’s best. Segment begins at 00:20:45. NICKMERCS starts by going through the list and just expressing what an absolute struggle it will be to pick from such a talented crop of peers: “Oh, it’s going to be so hard to pick man … No matter what, everybody that I would pick from is cracked.” But, after going through and complimenting practically everybody, he starts the process of elimination. Since Nick chooses second after DrDisrespect, he immediately eliminates Zlaner as Doc’s likely first pick. Then, he eliminates JoeWo with two simple reasons: “I’ve never played with him and every time I play against him, I beat that little ass.” Then, BobbyPoff is gone: “BobbyPoff, I love the guy, but take him off the list.” And the “Scarf Lord” is followed quickly by the Chicago Huntsmen’s FormaL and Scump: “Love ‘em, love ‘em. But I feel like there’s better BR players.” After that, things start getting complicated. Similar to Zlaner, Nick decides to sacrifice Merk so that he can play with his longtime duo, Maven. Then, recognizing that all of these remaining players are absolute menaces on Verdansk, he goes with two simple metrics to determine his personal preference. He immediately prioritizes controller players and the highest earners in Warzone tournaments. That eliminates stars like HusKerrs and Symfuhny for their mouse and keyboard usage, while also eliminating Crowder and DougIsRaw for their low earnings. Finally, he eliminates Jukeyz because of his struggles understanding the UK maestro’s accent and decides to put the decision to a poll. Ultimately, it’s between Aydan and Tommey, with Cloakzy popping on to let NICKMERCS know that Aydan’s been playing some Fortnite recently. That leaves the FaZe star choosing Tommey, noting that “he’s got great communication, phenomenal player, guaranteed to get some chopper kills off rip.” Despite going through full rankings for his options and landing upon an excellent duo, the decision-making process proved to be futile. NICKMERCS and Tommey could only end in the Top 12 for the tournament, while the easily dismissed BobbyPoff actually came in first place.

NICKMERCS ragequits Warzone return stream and instantly goes to Apex Legends – Dexerto
NICKMERCS ragequits Warzone return stream and instantly goes to Apex Legends NICKMERCSNICKMERCS’ return to Warzone was highly anticipated, but the popular streamer quickly found himself rage quitting the game once again. NICKMERCS has often voiced his current distaste for Warzone, but the content creator recently announced that he would be briefly returning. This was obviously met with a lot of hype from the CoD community, especially since Nick has been largely absent from the game since the Vanguard integration. In fact, his dislike for the current state of Warzone led him to Apex Legends. Since then, the streamer has been busy grinding out ranked matches and working on becoming a top-tier Apex Predator. Despite Nick’s views on Warzone, he recently got the squad back together and dropped into Caldera once again. However, it wasn’t long before he decided to end his Warzone stream and play Apex Legends instead. NICKMERCS ragequits Warzone during return stream Despite leaving Warzone for Apex Legends, Nick occasionally revisits Warzone every now and then. While his interest in the game has dwindled since the introduction of the Pacific update, the banter between his teammates always brings plenty of laughs. This was certainly true when TimTheTatman, Cloakzy, and FaZe Nio teamed up for some quads matches. However, amidst the laughs, it was clear that Nick wasn’t having the best of times. After getting instantly beamed out of the sky and then losing his gulag match, the streamer was forced to watch as his squad got into constant firefights. “I’m going to go play my own f*cking game man, this is ridiculous. [Nio], you’re sweating your balls off to keep Tim alive, but when I’m f*cking downed, f*ck it right?!” Eventually, Nick was brought back and the streamer tried to land on a nearby loadout drop, but as soon as he attempted to get a weapon, an enemy player instantly eliminated him. By this point, the frustration had clearly built up, and NICKMERCS instantly quit out of the game, leaving the voice call and booting up Apex Legends. Whether Nick will return to Warzone in the future remains to be seen, but for now, it looks as though the streamer is still enjoying his break from the popular battle royale.

NICKMERCS quits Warzone tournaments as cheaters run rampant – Dexerto
NICKMERCS quits Warzone tournaments as cheaters run rampant Twitch: NICKMERCS/ActivisionNick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed that he’s “done” with competitive Warzone tournaments as they’re filled cheaters and players using loopholes. [jwplayer N1L8Sl7d] It’s an unfortunate truth that cheating and hacking in Call of Duty: Warzone has become something players are no longer surprised to see. From aimbots that lock-on to enemies from across the map, to players standing inside solid walls, it’s not uncommon to see multiple examples of hacking in every single play session. Despite this being a serious issue in public matchmaking, it’s arguably more concerning when it begins to affect the competitive side of the game. That’s exactly what’s been happening recently, with multiple Warzone tournament contenders being accused of cheating or loopholing to find easier lobbies. NICKMERCS has now spoken out on the topic and it looks like he’s finally done with competitive Warzone tournaments. NICKMERCS on cheaters in competitive Warzone On his January 20 stream, NICKMERCS voiced his opinion on the current state of competitive Warzone. He began by expressing how bad tournaments have got because of loopholers and cheaters: “now, they’re doing s**t, they’ve been doing s**t, that’s even more crazy than that, I mean dude there’s routers at play… there’s all kinds of hacks.” Nick certainly isn’t the first big personality in the Call of Duty scene to address these problems. It was only back in December that, founder of 100 Thieves, Matthew ‘Nadeshot’ Haag voiced his concern on stream about players using routers to find easier lobbies. Read More: Is the DMR still OP in Warzone? – Nick’s rant continued with him questioning the purpose of these tournaments if they’re completely void of authenticity: “there’s no pride in this thing anymore man, where’s the dignity? Where’s the honor system.” (via @WickedGoodGames) Interestingly, Nick compares Warzone’s competitive situation with that of Fortnite, expressing that cheating becomes inevitable when there’s enough money on the table: “I told you guys, I told all of you, this is the natural evolution of these games, the same s**t happened in Fortnite.” It’s obvious he’s has come to the end of the line with competitive Warzone until action is taken against players that are abusing exploits: “you can be apart of it, I’m not, I’m not unless there’s some extra incentive for me to play a tournament, I’m not playing.” There’s no denying that more and more competitors are starting to use these exploits in Warzone tournaments. As Nick states, it becomes all the more difficult for players who are trying to win without the use of these cheats: “shoutout to the ones who aren’t you know, I feel bad for Tommey and Aydan and those type of players.” (via @WickedGoodGames) It’s no surprise that so many competitive Warzone players are beginning to lose their patience with the exploits taking place in tournaments. We can only hope that the developers implement a better anti-cheat system and the organizers of these competitive events enforce specific rules. NICKMERCS pushes for Scump, Pamaj and more to get CoD Creator Codes – Dexerto
NICKMERCS pushes for Scump, Pamaj and more to get CoD Creator Codes Activision/YouTube: NICKMERCS[jwplayer EM7ByTrZ] Twitch streamer Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has responded to criticism over his reception of the recently rolled out Call of Duty Creator Codes — and even agreed with some of the critics, too. When Call of Duty first rolled out Creator Codes at the end of August, it was to help some of the biggest content creators in the game, with fans able to show support and said creators earning remuneration when their codes get used a certain amount. There was one major issue, though, as the community were quick to point out: some of CoD’s biggest names didn’t get creator codes. NRG co-CEO Hector ‘H3CZ’ Rodriguez was one of the first to point this out, alarmed at the likes of Seth ‘Scump’ Abner and Matthew ‘Nadeshot’ Haag not receiving codes. The fact that neither @scump or @Nadeshot or @Pamaj got codes is FUCKED UP. (I don’t use the f word ever on twitter, but just needed to say it) — OpTic HecZ (@H3CZ) August 28, 2020 Obviously, with millions of followers, subscribers and fans between them, the aforementioned players, as well as the likes of Austin ‘Pamaj’ Pamajewon, were pretty surprised not to get their own codes. As expected, this meant that those who did receive codes were catching quite a lot of flak, despite having no control over who did and didn’t get codes in the beta phase of its rollout. While NICKMERCS has defended himself getting one already, explaining what he does for the community and discussing how long he has been in the Call of Duty scene, he’s also come out to say that he agrees with some of the criticism in a YouTube video posted on September 2. “The fact that they rolled out this Creator Code program and didn’t include a few of these guys… It’s crazy,” he said. “We’re talking some of the biggest names in Call of Duty. Pamaj, Scump, Crim… I agree with the majority of you guys. I think they should have codes and been a part of the rollout.” He continues by saying that he “doesn’t make the rules,” before speaking about his history in Call of Duty to explain why him receiving a code before others isn’t so out there. Nick does make sure to point out a couple of times that this is still early stages and is just a beginner or “beta” phase, and he expects said players to receive codes down the line, so fans shouldn’t be too concerned right now.

NICKMERCS predicts best Warzone loadout for Season 4 – but with a catch – Dexerto
NICKMERCS predicts best Warzone loadout for Season 4 – but with a catch YouTube: NICKMERCS/ActivisionWith the Warzone Season 4 update being imminent, streaming star Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has made his pick for the loadout that will dominate next season, if nothing drastic changes. With the trailer and roadmap for Warzone Season 4 finally being revealed, fans of Call of Duty’s battle royale title have got plenty of reasons to be excited about the next update. A few weapons, a new bike, a Hijacked-themed gulag, and a new Satelite POI are headed to Verdansk, alongside the mysterious Red Doors that have been teased for a few weeks. The update will also bring weapon changes that shake up the meta. Even though Raven hasn’t given much away in terms of weapon balancing, NICKMERCS has made an early call on what should dominate as the next best loadout. Speaking during his June 14 video, the FaZe Clan star said that if not too many major changes aren’t made to weapons, the AMAX and MAC-10 will be the dominant loadout in Season 4. “I got to be honest man, people have been using the AMAX and MAC-10 for a long, long time, it’s been a thing in the game for a while, but this is what I think is going to be the best guns, the tournament guns, what everybody’s using in this new season, if we see no changes to these guns,” Nick said. The Warzone star noted that the AMAX has been nerfed a few times now, so that might avoid changes this time around. As for the MAC-10, well, that hasn’t been changed for a while so it could be a prime candidate for a tweak. Timestamp of 0:10 While the weapons are, currently, two of the best in the battle royale, the dominant loadout has been an AMAX and Kar98 according to WZRanked stats. As Nick says, it all depends on what changes Raven make to the weapons, and they’ve been holding the cards close to their chest, so we’ll have to wait and see if he’s proven right or not.

NICKMERCS praises “incredible” Warzone Pacific map, but still wants one big change – Dexerto
NICKMERCS praises “incredible” Warzone Pacific map, but still wants one big change YouTube: NICKMERCS / Sledgehammer GamesNick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff might be finding peace playing Apex Legends, but the Call of Duty favorite is digging the upcoming Warzone map, Pacific. It might even be good enough to bring him back, however he still wants one change to the CoD battle royale. Warzone Season 5 Reloaded has dropped, and there’s plenty of big anticipation around it. While Judge Dredd is dropping in among more new content, all eyes are on Call of Duty Vanguard, and the new Pacific map coming as part of the Warzone integration. It might even be enough to bring NICKMERCS back, if only temporarily. The Twitch star, who has been enjoying his last month playing Apex Legends, has no plans to return to Call of Duty permanently. However, for “new stuff” like the Pacific map, he’s keen to jump back in. BREAKING: First look at the Pacific Map for #Warzone, coming later this year! pic.twitter.com/mHgdMv9eN7 — CharlieIntel (@charlieINTEL) September 7, 2021 “I have always said that they need to make a new map with an island theme, jungley, and bro did they deliver. I haven’t played it, but I saw the pictures and videos and it looks phenomenal,” he said in a September 8 YouTube video. “I don’t like going back in time, especially to WW2 times, but I’m happy it’s going to be a bit tropical. The map is overall a vibe. “I’m having a lot of fun in Apex right now, I don’t think I’ll ever permanently go back to Call of Duty, but I do want to check out the new stuff.” NICKMERCS even drew comparisons to Apex Legends’ Kings Canyon. The OG map for Respawn’s battle royale has similar “jungle” vibe, something the streamer digs — just look at his stream background. “I wanted a jungle, trees and green, and that’s what that map is. That part is exciting, that’s got me a little bit excited for Vanguard not going to lie,” he added. NICKMERCS pleads for Warzone ranked to bring back big streamers However, a new map won’t keep NICKMERCS playing Warzone permanently. After scratching the competitive itch with Apex Legends ranked, he wants Warzone to implement the same thing in the Vanguard integration. “If they’re going to be listening to sh*t, then I’ll keep it going — I’d love some kind of ranked mode, something to grind. That’d be so lit bro. Not League Play, I want a battle royale, just like this [Apex Legends ranked], something to play for.” It’s an old demand, but as Apex Legends blazes ahead, it could bring Warzone back to the top. It might not bring back all the big guns permanently, but ranked play would be a huge addition to the battle royale. After all, anti-cheat is finally on its way, so dreams can come true.

NICKMERCS pleads with Warzone devs to fix “worst glitch ever” – Dexerto
NICKMERCS pleads with Warzone devs to fix “worst glitch ever” Activision / Infinity WardThe ever-popular Call of Duty content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has given his views on the unlimited Juggernaut exploit that is currently running rampant across Warzone. [jwplayer ljpFaE9y] NICKMERCS has been pretty vocal when it comes to the current state of Warzone lobbies, especially voicing his concerns for the ongoing hacking problem and lackluster map changes. While his loadout guides have undoubtedly impacted the meta, it’s also hoped that his recent video will help highlight how broken the latest glitch is. Juggernauts have gained a lot of notoriety ever since their introduction, but a duplication glitch has since made things even worse. Not only is killing one Juggernaut incredibly difficult, but it’s also pretty much impossible when a whole squad is kitted out with them. The unlimited Juggernaut glitch is incredibly easy to exploit and it’s not uncommon to see multiple squads using this trick to grab an easy win. Of course, this has led to a lot of frustrations in the Warzone community, with many players refusing to play until the matter is fixed. “This is the worst glitch we’ve ever seen in Warzone so far,” NICKMERCS states. “I mean, you thought the gun glitch was bad, nah, this is way worse. They’ve gotta get on this.” While there have been numerous glitches in Warzone since its launch, the current infinite juggernaut glitch is one that is really making waves in the community for its game-breaking potential. While hackers and the infamous wall glitch continue to plague the game, it’s the unlimited Juggernaut suit spawns that are really making the headlines. This is partly down to how easy it is to replicate. In order to use this glitch to their advantage, players only need to have a killstreak and Juggernaut drop. Once these two items have been acquired, it’s just a case of activating the Juggernaut while picking up the killstreak at the same time. If timed right, you’ll be able to duplicate the Juggernaut suit. This has resulted in numerous squads running around Verdansk with the most devastating streak in the game. “We’ve had a problem with Activision dragging their feet, taking their damn time in the past – so we’re hoping that this [patch] is a little speedy. This thing is pretty out of control man, every lobby that we go in, there’s a team of Juggernauts that you’re fighting.” Activision has yet to make an official statement on this game-breaking glitch, but it’s hoped that they will put an end to the Juggernaut nightmare soon.

NICKMERCS picks Warzone’s next best weapon after AMAX nerf – Dexerto
NICKMERCS picks Warzone’s next best weapon after AMAX nerf YouTube: NICKMERCS/ActivisionStreaming star Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed his pick for Warzone’s next best weapon once the AMAX is hit with a nerf, as the upcoming update is exactly what he’s been after. Ever since Warzone launched over a year ago, the weapon meta has constantly been shifting. It focused first on snipers, then shifted to the DMR, and more recently the Mac-10, AMAX, and AUG. Players have though always been calling for nerfs to keep things fresh. They’ve constantly raised complaints with the meta going stale, and it looks like Raven Software is listening. Cold War Season 3 is still pretty new, but they’ve already confirmed changes are coming. One of which is to the AMAX, and as everyone predicts its downfall, NICKMERCS is looking for its successor, and he thinks he’s found it in the form of an old favorite. In his April 29 YouTube video, the FaZe Clan part-owner praised Raven for revealing their upcoming changes, saying it’s exactly what he’s been wanting. “It looks like they’re trying to stay on top of the most-used guns in Warzone. So whatever everybodys rocking, whatever the percentages look like on their data end, they’re just going to keep hitting the top of the food chain. I’ve been asking for this kind of attention to the game for a long time,” Nick said. In terms of what’s going to be the next top dog, Nick believes that honor will go to the Krig-6, stating that it’ll replace not only the AMAX, but every assault rifle in the game to boot. Timestamp of 0:06 As anyone who has used the Krig-6 before will know, it shoots pretty straight and deals decent damage, so bringing a few weapons down could propel up the rankings once again. It remains to be seen if Nick will be proven right, or if Warzone players will switch their attention to something else. Who knows, the upcoming update could spark an even bigger meta shift away from assault rifles altogether.

NICKMERCS picks underrated Warzone Season 3 loadout as his favorite – Dexerto
NICKMERCS picks underrated Warzone Season 3 loadout as his favorite YouTube: NICKMERCS/ActivisionTwitch star Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed his ideal class loadout for Warzone Season 3, especially when it comes to taking on others in high-stakes tournaments. Warzone players have been cycling through different loadouts ever since the battle royale first launched over a year ago. Whenever Raven Software releases a new season, or drops some buffs and nerfs, it doesn’t take long for a meta to shake out and for players to follow what some of the biggest names are using. NICKMERCS has always been one creator who shows off what he’s rocking with in Verdansk, and he likes to get a little crazy at times as well, going away from the meta and using some underrated guns to great effect. While some might have a KAR98 and an AMAX as their ideal loadout for the new Warzone season, Nick has gone in a different direction, once again hyping up the PKM LMG. The Faze Clan co-owner also pairs the LMG with the AS VAL, a weapon he believes could become king in Warzone at some point, if Raven gives it a bit of love. “If I’m running a $100,000 tournament tomorrow, these are the guns that I’m bringing,” Nick said. “The AS VAL is perfect for those close-range fights to put down one, two, quick reload, three and four. The only problem is that reload. If you can learn to play around with it, bob and weave a bit, you’re not going to lose a gunfight at close-range.” Timestamp of 0:10 As for the PKM, well, Nick says it is a “beam” in solos, duos, or trios, but the laodout as a whole slips a bit in quads because of the reload speeds. Neither weapon can truly be classed as meta either. As per WZRanked stats, they sit 22nd and 26th respectively in usage, but Nick’s stamp of approval could see them raise up the ranks a little.

NICKMERCS picks underrated SMG that will dominate Warzone meta – Dexerto
NICKMERCS picks underrated SMG that will dominate Warzone meta NICKMERCS/ActivisionFaZe Clan’s Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff believes that there is an underrated SMG in Warzone that is just waiting to break out and should become a top choice in the future. For the past year, Warzone players have been switching up their favorite weapons based on the ever-changing meta. The battle royale has gone from being dominated by thermal scopes at long range, to weapons that aim in as fast as possible at close range. Raven Software have been trying to keep things balanced with updates, with the most recent set of changes coming on May 7 – finally nerfing the AMAX and Street Sweeper. Amongst those changes, the Bullfrog SMG saw it’s maximum damage output take a slight hit, but its max damage range, move speed, and sprint out speed were buffed. And it’s a weapon that NICKMERCS has taken a shine to. During his May 8 video, the FaZe Clan co-owner was rocking the SMG and made some claims about just how it should start becoming a focal point within the Warzone meta as Season 3 progresses. “After the recent changes, all those patch notes, they kind of buffed the Bullfrog but they also kind of kept it the same, a little bit weird, some different things going on with the Bullfrog,” Nick said about the changes before praising the SMG. “Honestly, I think this is going to be one of the main guns that people are running going forward in Warzone. It’s got a great time-to-kill, it’s quick, the movement speed is ridiculous, and it’s really easy to use – especially with aim assist!” Timestamp of 0:15 Nick further states that there are plenty of “viable options” when it comes to using SMGs in Warzone these days, but the Bullfrog, right now, lags behind some of the other choices when it comes to pick rate. According to stats from WZRanked, the Bullfrog comes in as the 12th most-used weapon in the battle royale, and sits as the fourth most-used SMG behind the MAC-10, LC10, and MP5, with an overall pick rate of 3.0%. So, it remains to be seen if Nick is right, and if the Bullfrog will start to get some more love in Warzone as we progress through Season 3.

NICKMERCS picks top 3 changes Warzone desperately needs – Dexerto
NICKMERCS picks top 3 changes Warzone desperately needs Activision / NICKMERCS (YouTube)Call of Duty content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has outlined everything Warzone needs to fix to be great again. Warzone certainly has its fair share of problems. From the constant onslaught of cheaters to weird and whacky exploits, there’s always something that troubles the game. Despite the positivity surrounding the game’s current weapon balancing, Warzone continues to be filled with all kinds of problems. In fact, it’s become increasingly difficult to join a lobby that isn’t filled with hackers or those that are abusing various glitches. While Activision has been banning accounts and targeting cheat websites, the developers have yet to really address the current health of the BR titles. This has led to many players ditching the game altogether in favor of other FPS titles like Apex Legends and Fortnite. The current state of Warzone may not be particularly great right now, but NICKMERCS believes Activision can fix many of these issues. Aside from the plea for a better anti-cheat system, Nick outlined the top three things he’d like to see added to Warzone in the future. NICKMERCS’ Warzone wishlist “I think we need a brand new map, we need a change from Verdansk. I think it was a swing and a miss,” says Nick. “I thought at first that it might have some sauce, some flavor…but ultimately, I don’t think we’re messing with this stuff. I want an island theme with beaches, ocean, palm trees, and jungle. That’s what I want.” While Verdanks ‘84 added new POIs like Plaza, the changes weren’t as big as most players were hoping for. The vast majority of BR titles have numerous maps that are rotated between or constantly altered, but Warzone has yet to really wow fans with any significant changes. “Next up, we need a FOV slider on console,” says Nick. This has been a huge problem since Warzone’s release, with many fans frustrated by the unfair advantage PC has over their console competitors. After all, being able to see more of your surroundings is huge in any FPS game. “Every day, I get people in my Twitch chat complaining about not having a FOV slider. It’s been something that everyone’s been wanting for a long time,” says Nick. “You’ve got to hook these console guys up, they’re already down bad with the FPS.” Timestamp at 0:26 While the base Xbox One and PS4 models may struggle, the Xbox Series and PS5 definitely have enough power to warrant the addition of a FOV slider. This addition could go a long way in bridging the gap between PC and console players. “The last thing is [Raven Software] need to be quicker to fix bugs and broken in-game glitches,” says Nick. “These things can’t go on for weeks and months. They can’t happen, get fixed, then happen again. They need to get on top of this stuff, I don’t know who runs the ship over there, but we’re about to hit an iceberg.” Nick’s certainly right to be frustrated by this ongoing issue. The invisibility glitch and notorious stim glitch are just two examples of persistent bugs that always seem to come scurrying back. Whether Nick’s wishlist will come true remains to be seen, but for now, it looks like Warzone has a lot of issues that need to be addressed if it wishes to survive against the competition.

NICKMERCS picks the only SMG you should use in Warzone Season 6 – Dexerto
NICKMERCS picks the only SMG you should use in Warzone Season 6 YouTube: NICKMERCS/ActivisionTwitch star Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff highlighted what he believes is the “only SMG you should use” in Warzone Season 6, but it’s not quite a dark horse pick. While SMGs have always been pretty solid in Warzone, they’ve really risen to prominence in the last few seasons, especially the MAC-10, MP5, and Bullfrog. With the Warzone Season 6 update, the OTS 9 also started to get some love from players too, with its pick rate steadily climbing and joining the other SMGs inside the top 10 most popular weapons. Some players have also been trying to find a new ruler for the SMG class, highlighting the AK74-U as an “underutilized” choice and giving the PPSH some love too, but NICKMERCS believes that one of the old faithful choices still ranks way above the rest. In his October 11 highlight video, the FaZe Clan star once again jumped back into Verdansk for a few games alongside TimTheTatman, as well as FaZe partners Nio and Swagg. The quartet were ripping their way through the opposition, with Nick using the GRAU assault rifle as his main weapon to get knocks. Though, it’s the ‘Regal Sword’ blueprint for the MAC-10 that he was using to clean up the virtual battlefield. Nick noted that ever since he’s put Apex Legends on the backburner and focused on Warzone, the SMG has been “shredding” for him on the way to some high kill games and plenty of wins. Now, it’s not exactly a pick out of left field – the MAC-10 still ranks as Warzone’s most popular sub – but its place atop of the SMG mountain has come under threat from others as noted. While some players may have fallen in love with the OTS 9 thanks to its speed, if Nick says the MAC-10 is still the only choice for him, well, expect to see it reign supreme for a while yet.

NICKMERCS picks out best AR in Warzone meta after buffs and nerfs – Dexerto
NICKMERCS picks out best AR in Warzone meta after buffs and nerfs YouTube: NICKMERCS/ActivisionWarzone star Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff believes the C58 is going to become meta after the recent round of buffs and nerfs, comparing it to the pre-nerf AMAX. As Warzone has undergone changes and weapons have been buffed and nerfed, plenty of players have tried to get ahead of the meta changes by picking up different weapons. NICKMERCS is one of those players who is always at the forefront of changes, giving his opinion on what could jump up to become the best gun in the battle royale, and what sneaky underrated picks are deadly too. Well, after a raft of changes in the Season 4 Reloaded update, the FaZe Clan star believes the C58 rifle is going to rise up the ranks as it’s got a massive advantage over some others. Speaking during his July 17 video, Nick revealed that C58 had helped him achieve a brand-new personal best for eliminations in Warzone following the update and that is a little “broken” right now. “This C58 gun is going to take over Warzone, I’m telling you right now,” the YouTuber said, imploring viewers to get it leveled up. “Listen to me carefully, this gun is the best long-distance gun to use right now. Trust me. “There was a big, big update, a lot of changes, a lot of nerfs, a lot of buffs to a lot of different guns, this is the one. It kind of his this AMAX feel, pre-nerf and it will be the meta, if not already, trust me.” Timestamp of 0:34 Nick isn’t alone on this either. Fellow Warzone YouTuber JGOD picked the weapon as his go-to following the changes and players are already following suit. As per stats from WZRanked, the C58 has risen up to be the fifth most-used weapon in Warzone right now, with only the Krig-6 and Grau having bigger increases in pick rates. So, it’s clear some players are loving it already.

NICKMERCS’ overpowered VLK Rogue Warzone loadout kills in “one shot” – Dexerto
NICKMERCS’ overpowered VLK Rogue Warzone loadout kills in “one shot” Youtube, @NICKMERCS / Infinity WardShotguns have dominated the Call of Duty: Warzone meta for a while now and FaZe Clan’s NICKMERCS thinks that a souped up, “one-shot” VLK Rogue class might be the next one up. First, it was the Origin-12 that supplanted the MP5 as everyone’s favorite secondary weapon in Warzone. After that got nerfed, people pivoted to the R9-0, also known as the “Doof Doof,” which, bolstered by Dragon’s Breath rounds, knocks fully armored enemies in just two shots. Now, in anticipation of a nerf that many are hoping will come to the R9, Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff is taking TimTheTatMan’s suggestion and trying out the VLK Rogue. While many have become somewhat enamored with the semi-automatic shotgun in the early game, given its potency as ground loot, few have truly experimented with it in their loadouts. Basing his class on Tim’s, Nick ran a Dragon’s Breath-powered VLK in a game with Swagg and the results were surprising. Although it may not overtake the R9 until nerfs come through, the potential is undeniable. Noting that Tim and chat had been telling him to try the VLK, Nick built out a class for it and proceeded to drop a casual 30-bomb. Using the Kilo 141 at range, he managed to pull off some nasty close-quarters kills with the Rogue, suggesting it may actually be viable. Here’s the full class that Nick used to bully enemies with the VLK: Muzzle: FORGE TAC Marauder – Barrel: 16” Warlord – Laser: 5mW Laser – Ammunition: 8-R Dragon’s Breath – Rear Grip: Stippled Grip Tape – After taking some time to get his loadout, Nick got his first kill with the Rogue at about the 6:20 mark in the video. In that fight, he encountered a bathroom camper and easily one-shot him as the enemy tried to turn the corner. Pulling off similar kills throughout the big game, the popular streamer proceeded to confirm suspicions that this shotgun really could play into the next meta once the R9 gets nerfed. “If the R9 nerf actually does come in, do we think that the VLK is gonna take its place? Personally, I do. I think this is next up. If the R9 gets nerfed, I think people go to the VLK (or maybe we go back to the MP5).”

NICKMERCS outlines 3 big changes he wants in Warzone Season 4 – Dexerto
NICKMERCS outlines 3 big changes he wants in Warzone Season 4 YouTube: NICKMERCS/ActivisionStreaming star Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed his wish list for changes he wants to see made to Warzone soon, and in Season 4. Warzone continues to power on as one of the most popular games in the world, but that doesn’t mean it’s perfect and without issues. Recently, players have been complaining about hackers and cheaters being back in a big way, as well as the regular server issues and complaints about weapon balancing. With Season 4 coming into view soon, it gives Raven Software a chance to make some sweeping changes, and NICKMERCS has got at least three big things that he wants to be tweaked. Speaking on his More NICKMERCS channel, the FaZe co-owner pointed at the glaring sun being one of the biggest issues affecting players recently, and wants it changed ASAP, seeing as Raven have highlighted it as well. “This sun is being a nuisance,” Nick said. “I don’t know what they did, but they’ve got to turn it down!” On top of the “painful” glare being changed, Nick wants further anti-cheat changes and perhaps the return of specialist. “I’m hoping to see some big changes happen in this game over the next couple of weeks,” he added. “The sun is painful, anti-cheat not being a thing is just awful, we’re getting hacked on a lot more lately it seems. Them taking out the thing that me and my friends loved, the vault with specialist, for no reason, bothers me. But I’m still hopeful.” Timestamp of 0:45 The Twitch star did note that the addition of Nakatomi Plaza and vault was “good stuff” and he was hopeful of seeing more stuff along those lines. Warzone Season 4 is not slated to start until mid-June, so there is time for Nick’s calls to be heard. But we’ll have to wait and see if they actually are.

NICKMERCS’ new Bruen loadout ahead of Warzone Season 2 – Dexerto
NICKMERCS’ new Bruen loadout ahead of Warzone Season 2 Activision / NICKMERCS (YouTube)The Bruen is no stranger to Warzone’s meta spotlight and it continues to be the most popular LMG in the game. Call of Duty content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff used the beefy Bruen in his latest video, showcasing just how lethal the LMG can still be. The Bruen dominated both the casual and competitive Warzone tournaments upon its release, thanks to its high damage, large magazine, incredible accuracy, and decent range. Even after the Bruen’s nerf, this LMG still remains a good pick for those that enjoy the LMG playstyle. While the likes of the PKM and Stoner 63 are cropping up in games, many LMG enthusiasts are still utilizing the Bruen. The majority of Warzone’s LMGs have often struggled to compete against the game’s most popular loadouts, but with the right attachments, the Bruen can still shred through multiple enemies. Unlike the PKM and Stoner 63, this LMG is a lot more manageable in its recoil and has higher accuracy. Whether you’re tired of using the same AR loadouts or just looking to shake things, then NICKMERCS’ Bruen loadout will do just that. NICKMERCS’ Bruen Warzone loadout Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Barrel: XRK Summit 26.8” – Laser: Tac Laser – Optic: Corp Combat Holo Sight – Ammunition: 60 Round Mags – Nick’s Bruen loadout is tailored towards completely removing the gun’s recoil, while also enhancing its range potential. First up is the Monolithic Suppressor, which gives the Bruen increased damage range and sound suppression. Warzone’s LMGs often fall off at range due to the overall kick, but fortunately, this is not the case for the Bruen. Read More: NICKMERCS reveals his Cold War MP5 loadout – To help eliminate any recoil, Nick has utilized the XRK Summit 26.8” barrel. Not only does the barrel increase the Bruen’s damage range and bullet velocity, but it also drastically lowers the gun’s overall recoil. This enables you to go full-auto across any distance without having to wrestle for control. LMG’s are not exactly known for their mobility and speed, but the TAC Laser attachment does help diminish the Bruen’s sluggish ADS speed. While this won’t help you win against the zippy MAC-10 and MP5 SMG loadouts, it will enable you to flick onto targets when you’re on the hunt for satisfying squad wipes. Lastly, rounding things off at the bottom of the list are the Corp Combat Holo Sight and 60 Round Mags. The Corp Combat Holo sight joins the VLK 3.0x as one of the cleanest sights in the game, enabling you to easily kill targets across all close to medium ranges. The 60 Round Mags may not be as big as those seen on the PKM and Stoner 63, but it does give you enough ammunition to take down multiple opponents. NICKMERCS’ Bruen loadout proves just how lethal this LMG can still be.

NICKMERCS reveals his Cold War MP5 loadout that still shreds in Warzone – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals his Cold War MP5 loadout that still shreds in Warzone Activision / NICKMERCS (YouTube)Call of Duty content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has dusted off the MP5, showcasing just how lethal the iconic SMG can still be. The MP5 dominated both the casual and competitive CoD scene in both Cold War and Warzone, but guns like the FFAR and MAC-10 have now taken the top spot. While the MP5 may have dropped in popularity, the Cold War version still boasts decent kill potential thanks to its fast rate of fire, fantastic mobility, and accurate hip fire. While the majority of Warzone’s playerbase utilized the MP5 since the game’s release, there has been a rather drastic change in the SMG meta. This has led to many players dropping the MP5 altogether, despite it being one of the fastest killing SMGs in the game. Whether you’re looking to shake things up or just want another SMG that will get the job done, then NICKMERCS’ Cold War MP5 loadout ticks all the boxes. NICKMERCS’ MP5 Warzone loadout Barrel: 9.5″ Task Force – Stock: No Stock – Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip – Ammunition: STANAG 50 Rnd Drum – Rear Grip: Speed Tape – Nick’s MP5 loadout is all about boosting the gun’s range, mobility, and damage. It may deal pitiful mid to long-range damage, but it absolutely melts opponents in close-quarter firefights. The 9.5” Task Force is the bread and butter of this particular loadout as it increases the MP5’s damage, range, and bullet velocity. Not only does this greatly diminish the number of bullets needed to down an enemy, but the added bullet velocity also quickens the TTK. Next up is the No Stock attachment. This completely removes the stock and lightens the MP5, making it a lot more mobile and increases the sprint to fire time. When you combine this with the added ADS time from the Speed Tape, you have a very reactive loadout that enables hyper-aggressive play. The Field Agent Foregrip and STANAG 50 Rnd Drum. The Field Agent Foregrip is a must as it decreases both the MP5’s horizontal and vertical recoil. While this won’t matter all that much in close-quarter scenarios, you’ll need a little extra accuracy for foes who are a little further afield. Lastly, the STANAG 50 Rnd Drum will give you enough bullets to shred through multiple opponents without having to constantly reload. Even if you miss a few shots, the extra ammunition will keep you in the fight. While the MP5 may not be the go-to SMG in Warzone, NICKMERCS did manage to put on a 22 kill game, proving that this Cold War variant is still a decent pick.

NICKMERCS makes bold prediction about BOCW Warzone Season 1 – Dexerto
NICKMERCS makes bold prediction about BOCW Warzone Season 1 NICKMERCS / ActivisionThe ever-popular Call of Duty content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has given his thoughts on how Black Ops Cold War will impact the current Warzone meta. [jwplayer HWYgaLCR] While Warzone currently shares its loadouts with Modern Warfare, it won’t be long until Black Ops Cold War’s guns are integrated into the game. This integration will likely have a huge impact on Warzone’s current meta, especially given certain Black Ops variants are better than their Modern Warfare counterparts. While Modern Warfare’s ever-popular Kilo 141 has been the go-to gun for both competitive and casual players alike, popular Warzone streamer believes this could soon change. Whether you love or hate this AR, it looks like Treyarch’s integration will be making some pretty big changes to the current loadout picks in Warzone. The Kilo 141 is still the most dominant assault rifle in the entire game thanks to its incredible accuracy, minimal recoil, and fantastic damage range. In fact, this AR has proved so devastating that the majority of the playerbase utilizes it. Read More: NICKMERCS on Warzone “worst glitch ever” – “If I’m running a tournament, I’m running the Kilo,” Nick says. “Most people are running the Kilo and while in the past we’ve seen other guns be the main AR, like the Grau or an LMG like the Bruen — every time there is big update, there’s always a new gun that comes into play.” Of course, the Kilo’s dominance has led many Warzone players to call upon Activision to nerf it, but there have been no significant changes that have altered its current placement as the number one gun. However, NICKMERCS believes the Kilo’s days are numbered. “With all these new guns coming in from Cold War, I think it’s about time to say goodbye to the Kilo. Every single time in the history of Warzone when new guns come in and new updates come in, there’s new guns that take the throne.” While many Call of Duty fans will be happy to see the meta shift away from the Kilo 141, the Call of Duty content creator hopes Activision aren’t too harsh. After all, major nerfs can lead to a gun becoming unusable. Read More: Best Black Ops Cold War weapons in Warzone – “My only hope is that when they nerf the Kilo, they don’t nerf it into the ground,” states Nick. “It still needs to be viable. They did a great job with the Grau and the Bruen nerf, so I have a pretty good feeling they’re going to do good with the Kilo.” Of course, only time will tell whether Treyarch’s Black Ops Cold War integration will have a huge impact on the current Warzone meta. For now, though, the Kilo 141 still remains the top dog.

NICKMERCS’ Krig 6 Warzone loadout could be secret powerhouse – Dexerto
NICKMERCS’ Krig 6 Warzone loadout could be secret powerhouse FaZe Clan / ActivisionWith the exception of the now-nerfed DMR, Black Ops Cold War weapons have not made much of an impact on the Warzone meta, but NICKMERCS thinks the Krig 6 assault rifle could be a viable choice to run. With the DMR nerf, players have been struggling to find the next big weapon in Warzone — which is probably a good thing, especially with how much hate the DMR received. Many players have seen themselves returning to the likes of the CR-56 AMAX, Kilo 141 or the Grau, as more familiar Modern Warfare weapons, but the BOCW guns could be very much viable in the current meta. In BOCW, the Krig is one of the main assault rifles due to its top accuracy and range, as well as decent fire rate, making it formidable at most ranges — and this could be reflected in Verdansk, too. While everyone’s trying out weapons new and old, Nick thinks he’s stumbled on a weapon that could actually be usable in Warzone. Although it’s not shredding opponents like the DMR did, this Krig 6 loadout packs a punch and seems to be fairly level with the other top ARs. Here’s how Nick builds out his Krig for maximum impact in Verdansk: Muzzle: Agency Suppressor – Barrel: 19.7” Takedown – Optic: Axial Arms 3x – Underbarrel: Bruiser Grip – Ammunition: Salvo 60 Rnd Fast Mag – Skip to 1:48 to see loadout You can see in his gameplay that the Krig 6 is a very respectable gun, especially at medium ranges. It might not do serious damage from longer ranges, but you should be opting for a sniper of some sort to take those fights. Read More: Does Warzone have an anti-cheat system? – Nick got himself 17 kills before finding himself dead, beamed by none other than a Krig 6, which proved so powerful that Nick was sure the opponent had Stopping Power rounds. So, give this gun a whirl — you might just be surprised by how much you enjoy it.

NICKMERCS kicks off Warzone return stream in the worst way possible – Dexerto
NICKMERCS kicks off Warzone return stream in the worst way possible YouTube: NICKMERCSNick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff made his grand return to Warzone on January 20 and, while his viewers were excited to see him drop in on Caldera and start slaying his opponents, things didn’t quite go as intended. Nick remains one of Twitch’s top stars, despite a slight drop in viewership following his switch to Apex Legends. He was very vocal about his growing disdain for the Call of Duty battle royale hit, and has even hinted at trying to go pro in Apex, so his return came as quite a surprise. For any viewers expecting to see the NICKMERCS of Verdansk, however, things didn’t quite go as planned, and started with some seriously questionable play. Anybody that makes a habit of switching between different FPS games know how hard it can be to move from one to another when you’ve taken some time away. Aiming feels different, it looks slightly unfamiliar and, overall, your gameplay just won’t be quite as good. Nick experienced that first-hand as soon as he dropped into Caldera, too, much to his and his teammates’ dismay. After floating into Peak with Cloakzy, Teep and TimTheTatman, Nick flew down a ladder into the main building and immediately started his hunt for a weapon. He perhaps could have found one quicker but, when he finally got his hands on a pistol, he spun around and missed every single shot. Despite Nick’s pleas to any nearby teammates to come to his rescue, nobody was able to, and he found himself in the Gulag way before he would have liked to. Even his venture into the Gulag was a bit too close for Nick’s liking, unable to get a proper location on his opponent and having to hop the flag as his shots didn’t do the damage needed to secure the kill. Nick did keep on playing for a few more hours, and even said he was enjoying it at times, but don’t expect to see NICKMERCS on Warzone too often in the future.

NICKMERCS in disbelief after encountering “different kind” of Warzone cheater – Dexerto
NICKMERCS in disbelief after encountering “different kind” of Warzone cheater Twitch: NICKMERCSNICKMERCS was left in total disbelief as he encountered a “different kind” of Warzone cheater that was wreaking havoc in his battle royale lobby. With the release of the 2021 CoD title in November, Warzone players can expect RICOCHET – Activision’s anti-cheat system – to be in full effect. Till then, players are left frustrated while Warzone’s cheating epidemic continues as we creep up to the release of the next game and anti-cheat. With no repercussions, Warzone cheaters are still prominent in almost every lobby, though it’s nothing we haven’t seen before. However, a “different kind” of cheater left popular Twitch streamer Nicholas ‘NICKMERCS‘ Kolcheff in complete disbelief. During a stream on October 15, the FaZe Clan co-owner was playing Warzone where he encountered a cheater that was different from the rest. The cheater briefly left NICKMERCS lost for words, as his squad got obliterated in a matter of seconds. “Holy f**k. That’s a different kind of cheater,” said the Twitch star. He continued: “I’m done with this f**king game man.” As NICKMERCS respawned from the gulag parachuting, he was immediately gunned down from the same cheater out the sky. The killcam showed the cheater shooting Nick through the trees, to which the streamer mocked the situation, saying: “Oh through the trees huh? Nice shot, that’s some good vision!” Warzone players are used to the cheaters in every lobby by now. Fortunately, they only have a short while to go until RICOCHET is added into the game. There have been concerns that RICOCHET’s code leaked online, but Warzone devs have since cooled these concerns and stated that the leaked version was a ‘pre-release’ build. Hopefully, the introduction of Activision’s anti-cheat will put a stop to the cheating pandemic that has ruined the game for many.

NICKMERCS hits out at “unsupportive” fans hating on him for not playing Warzone – Dexerto
NICKMERCS hits out at “unsupportive” fans hating on him for not playing Warzone NICKMERCSPopular streamer Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has called out unsupportive fans that hate on him for playing other titles besides Warzone. Following on from the exciting news that Infinity Ward is currently developing Warzone 2 alongside MW2, there have been a lot of questions on whether NICKMERCS will return to the battle royale. Despite leaving Warzone in favor of Apex Legends, the popular streamer has often returned to Warzone during new updates. While his stance on the current state of the game hasn’t changed, Nick has revealed his excitement surrounding Warzone 2 and MW2. However, the content creator has voiced his frustrations over unsupportive fans, noting how they have had a negative impact on his passion for Warzone. NICKMERCS calls out unsupportive fans “There’s just this group of people that get mad that I go play a different game,” explained Nick. “They get mad, they come to me, and they b*tch at me not for playing that game. They hate on the new game I’m playing, and they b*tch at me for not playing the old game I used to play.” While many of Nick’s fans have accepted his move over to Apex Legends and appreciate the work he’s put into the competitive scene, there are still those that dislike his move from Warzone. It’s these kinds of viewers that the streamer often has to deal with, especially when switching between games. Timestamp of 12:09 “It makes me resent that whole area. It’s just the circle of life of my stream, it happens every f*cking time,” said the content creator. “I’m over here trying to turn the page. I have my goals, my aspirations, and I’m just trying to do my thing…They’re just being so unsupportive. They just talk sh*t about the place I’m at now and b*tching at me for not being where they want me.” Despite this, Nick did reveal that he will come back to Warzone in the future but has no plans to play the BR in its current state. “People probably think I’ll never play CoD again, well, that’s not the case. The current state of Warzone is not intriguing to me. I get on that game and I just feel nothing, unless I’m playing with my friends.” With Warzone 2 and MW2 on the horizon, we’ll likely see Nick return to the battle royale, but those wanting the streamer to dive back into Caldera will be disappointed. For now, Nick has his sights firmly set on Apex Legends’ competitive scene.

NICKMERCS hints at when he might make Warzone return – Dexerto
NICKMERCS hints at when he might make Warzone return NICKMERCS/ActivisionStreaming star Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has hinted at when he may make his return to Warzone after getting his teeth sunk deep into Apex Legends. Just like many other content creators over the years, NICKMERCS has gravitated more towards battle royale games like Fortnite, Warzone, and Apex Legends than anything else. After ditching Fortnite for Warzone, the FaZe Clan star exploded in popularity but the Call of Duty battle royale has come with some massive headaches in the last few months due to the rise of cheating and hackers in-game. As a result, Nick made the switch to Apex Legends and has enjoyed great success – rising to the top in Ranked play. However, plenty of fans want him to go back to Warzone. He did tame part in the Vanguard reveal event, but a longer return to Verdansk isn’t on the cards just yet and could be a while off. In his September 3rd video, the FaZe Clan star was addressing questions from fans about his stream, how he’s liking Apex, if he’ll get involved in competitive play, and a whole bunch of different topics. He eventually got around to talking about Warzone and whether or not he’ll return at some point. “I used to play Warzone bro, and I have zero desire to get on that game. Like, literal zero,” he said. “I don’t wanna play it. I don’t wanna play tournaments in it. I don’t want to play nothing.” However, Nick wasn’t completely against returning to the CoD battle royale. “When the new one comes out, am I gonna try it? Absolutely. But for right now, Nah.” Timestamp of 15:00 Like many Nick has been vocal about the game needing an anti-cheat, and that is finally coming with the Vanguard integration to Warzone. However, he has also raised a few issues about adding a World War 2-themed game to Warzone and how it might not all fit together. Though, we’ll just have to wait and see what happens once he plays.

NICKMERCS hints at leaving Fortnite due to CoD: Warzone – Dexerto
NICKMERCS hints at leaving Fortnite due to CoD: Warzone Activision / Twitter: nickmercsPopular Twitch streamer Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has become hugely popular for his Fortnite streams in recent years but, after having a lot of fun on Warzone, it looks like he may be putting Epic Games’ monster hit behind him. Having been a popular Call of Duty streamer before the release of Fortnite, his switch to the battle royale titan came as somewhat of a disappointment to many of his fans, but it’s fair to say that he’s seen more success since making the switch than many could have ever imagined. However, despite his two-year love affair with the game, he hinted in his March 17 stream that it may be coming to an end soon, after really enjoying new Call of Duty battle royale Warzone. After a long session playing the new game, which released on March 10, Nick was very honest with his fans about his feelings towards the two titles. “I’ve been playing for 10 hours and I’m f**king fine,” he said. “I feel like I’ve played for an hour. Guys… we’re in a predicament.” Expanding on what his predicament is, Nick said “Man… Fortnite, huh? What was it, two years and some change? I think we had a good run.” He went on to explain that they’re going to be bringing back the Fortnite Friday tournaments but for Warzone, a prospect he’s clearly excited about, especially given the popularity of the Fortnite Friday tournaments and how much of a platform they gave certain streamers. He mentions that when he goes to bed at night he’s thinking of Warzone and when he wakes up in the morning all he wants to do is get up and play – so it sounds like we may be welcoming in a new era of NICKMERCS. Nick isn’t the only one that has been streaming a lot of Warzone, with the likes of Summit1G, Cloakzy, Ninja and CouRage all also getting involved in the action, having previously been primarily playing other games.

NICKMERCS highlights huge XM4 advantage for Warzone controller players – Dexerto
NICKMERCS highlights huge XM4 advantage for Warzone controller players FaZe Clan / ActivisionNick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff, Warzone content creator for FaZe Clan, has explained why he thinks the XM4 is better for controller players in Warzone, as opposed to their PC counterparts. The XM4, while consistently popular in Black Ops Cold War, has struggled to make a significant and long-term impact in Verdansk. That could be changing though, with Season 4 seeing the XM4 explode in popularity. The assault rifle’s high damage and fast fire rate make it a monster at close to medium ranges, with many players even beginning to use it as a SMG of sorts. NICKMERCS has been among those singing the weapon’s praises, but he believes controller players have an advantage while using the Cold War weapon. In his July 3 YouTube video, he discussed the changes Raven have made to the XM4, and why pairing it with a Kar98k is the perfect Overkill class. He didn’t discount using the weapon as a keyboard and mouse player, just caveated it by stating the strafe and recoil may me more difficult to operate cohesively. “One of my favorite things about this XM4 class is the mobility,” he said. “I think being a controller player this is one of those times where I have to understand that aim assist works towards the advantage of the weapon. There’s a lot of guns in Warzone that have a good amount of strafe speed. “So any gun where you’re moving left to right – horizontally, with good strafe speed. Aim assist is gonna be a big part of that.” He finished: “The XM4 has a lot of strafe speed. So believe me when I tell you this is more so a controller player gun. Now with that being said if you’re a keyboard and mouse player guy you can definitely get away with using this thing, you just gotta be really damn good.” If you’re struggling for an XM4 loadout, check out our recommended Warzone class loadout. However you choose to run it, it’ll be worth bearing in mind the advice from one of Warzone’s best.

NICKMERCS first Warzone game after return ends in disaster – Dexerto
NICKMERCS first Warzone game after return ends in disaster Twitch: nickmercsNick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff made his grand return to Call of Duty battle royale hit Warzone on February 7 with the Season 2 update, and while it was very highly anticipated for him and his legion of fans, the first game didn’t quite go as well as he might have hoped. Nick first started showing progress in his streaming career playing Call of Duty, before Fortnite came out and he absolutely blew up. Since then, he became the biggest Warzone streamer before a switch to Apex Legends, in which he has been competing and attempting to reach the pro ranks. While he regularly came back to Warzone, things came to a head in 2023 when he and Tim ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar got their own Operator skins in the game — which were quickly withdrawn after a controversial tweet from Nick that saw him labelled as “homophobic” by some. After several months away from the game now, Nick made his comeback for the release of Ranked Resurgence on the return of the Fortune’s Keep map, and it didn’t start brilliantly. Dropping into his first match back, Nick landed in and fumbled around trying to pick up the weapon he found, before an opponent dropped in on him and instantly melted him. He then started trying to figure out the Gulag, throwing Molotovs and getting some early shots on his opponent, before getting absolutely spun on and sent back to the Spectator cam on his disappointed teammate. The streamer was left speechless while his chat laughed at the series of comedic errors as he struggled to shake off the rust. Things did turn for Nick eventually and he started to find his form once again after a while, just taking a little bit of time to settle in.

NICKMERCS fires back at fans ‘questioning’ his Warzone creator code – Dexerto
NICKMERCS fires back at fans ‘questioning’ his Warzone creator code FaZe Clan / Infinity WardPopular Twitch streamer Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has responded to criticism from Call of Duty fans after he was selected to receive one of the new creator codes for Warzone and Modern Warfare. Activision revealed that they would be launching a new system for Modern Warfare and Warzone players to support their favorite content creators through in-game purchases. Similar to Fortnite, this new “Support a Creator” beta allows fans to enter a code of their choice before making a purchase in the store, with a portion of the sale going to creators. However, Activision received major backlash as long-time Call of Duty personalities such as Nadeshot, Scump and Pamaj did not receive codes, while other creators who are not particularly known for Call of Duty did. It seems that NICKMERCS was also a victim of this outrage, as the streaming star made a response on August 28, addressing those who were “questioning” why he received a creator code. “With how much we give back it’s actually mind-blowing to me that anybody would ever question an MFAM creator code,” Nick explained, responding to some of the criticism that had come his way. With how much we give back… it’s actually mind-blowing to me that anybody would ever question an MFAM creator code. Actions speak much louder than words & the bottom line is, we always go above & beyond to support whatever community we’re involved in. Don’t forget that. — FaZe Nickmercs (@NICKMERCS) August 29, 2020 “Actions speak much louder than words” he continued, “the bottom line is, we always go above and beyond to support whatever community we’re involved in. Don’t forget that.” Since he started streaming Warzone earlier in the year, NICKMERCS has hosted numerous tournaments with his MFAM Gauntlet series, giving small streamers a chance to shine in front of thousands of new viewers. You can’t really do much more than what you already do Nick. People don’t realize how much responsibility is on your shoulders. Keep doing your thing bro! — Censor (@Censor) August 29, 2020 While CoD pros have been critical of who has and hasn’t been receiving these codes, YouTuber and NYSL pro Doug ‘Censor’ Martin responded to Nick, claiming that he is doing plenty to help build the Call of Duty community. While NICKMERCS’s stream became very popular playing Fortnite, he was previously best known for Search & Destroy streams on Call of Duty titles like Modern Warfare Remastered and Black Ops 3. Activision has not addressed the criticism over certain creators not getting codes, but, as the system is currently in beta stage, it is likely that more creators will get their own codes soon.

NICKMERCS is finally back playing Warzone again but don’t expect it to last long – Dexerto
NICKMERCS is finally back playing Warzone again but don’t expect it to last long Twitch: NICKMERCS / Raven SoftwareNicholas ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff is finally back playing Warzone again after dramatically ditching the game in late August, but don’t expect it to last — the Twitch star still has a pile of problems with the Call of Duty battle royale he once played every day. The 31-year-old Twitch star was one of Call of Duty’s biggest content creators before he abandoned ship in August last year, trading Warzone for Apex Legends. Ever since, his MFAM fans have been begging him to make a return to the battle royale, despite him remaining adamant he was “done”. Now, on January 20, the Twitch star has bowed to demands — kind of — and returned to Warzone in a long-awaited comeback. Only, don’t expect it to last long, he warns. “Am I back on CoD?” NICKMERCS was asked midway through his broadcast, before dashing Warzone fans’ hopes. “No, I’m playing with Cloak, that’s it right now.” The main issue, NICKMERCS explained, is that he just isn’t enjoying any aspect of the battle royale right now. Jumping in for “short bursts” isn’t so bad, and he “actually had a bit of fun,” but doesn’t want to come back full-time. That’s obviously at odds right now with what many of his long-time fans want from his streams, but Kolcheff refuses to back down on his Warzone stance. Even worse, he adds, is that if he plays Call of Duty for “just a bit” then viewers beg him “harder and harder” to go back again. “Look, I don’t know,” the 31-year-old said. “It’s just the 1940s sh**, not even really Caldera either. It’s just the wrap [Warzone] has it on it [right now]. Like, why are we in the 1940s playing this stupid f**king game? “I don’t get it… why? It’s so bad,” he continued, before admitting he was already eyeing a return to Apex Legends. “[Apex] is looking real, real good right about now!” All that said, NICKMERCS did get into the rhythm of the battle royale eventually. He even popped off after a win with Cloakzy, declaring he’s “back, yeah!” “Oh yeah, that’s the feeling,” Kolcheff said, before admitting he’d had a good time. “I did actually have fun today. I’m having fun, yeah. At the beginning it was rough, I didn’t have my bearings. “When I got back up to speed, it was feeling good,” the once reigning Warzone king said towards the end of his stream. “I dropped 20-something. I’m back, chilling.” In unfortunate news for his loyal Warzone fans, however, NICKMERCS confirmed his comeback was just a one-off; he will be returning to the Apex Legends grind, where he has machinations to go pro. If he does eventually add a second battle royale to his rotation again, the 31-year-old added, Fortnite would be the more likely contender after bringing back Tilted Towers. “[Fortnite] is actually f**king nuts [now],” he said. “The Spider-Man stuff is so fluid, so fun to Spider-Man everywhere, and the map is really good. Tilted is back!”

NICKMERCS finally making Warzone return after viral controversy – Dexerto
NICKMERCS finally making Warzone return after viral controversy ActivisionKick streamer NICKMERCS is finally returning to Warzone nearly nine months after his CoD skin was pulled following a viral rant about Pride months in elementary schools. Call of Duty and NICKMERCS have had a love-hate relationship that seemingly ended last year when the FaZe star sparked controversy online. In June 2023, the streamer responded to a tweet about a news story where a brawl erupted over a school board’s decision to acknowledge Pride month, commenting, “They should leave little children alone.” The backlash was swift. Despite Nick saying that he didn’t mean to upset anyone, Call of Duty removed his operator skin from the shop, promoting NICKMERCS to quit Warzone, but that hiatus appears to be coming to an end. NICKMERCS returns to Warzone despite Pride month drama In a post on X on February 6, NICKMERCS confirmed that he would once again be streaming Warzone. The image features NICKMERCS’ operator skin arriving on the battlefield along with the caption “tomorrow” indicating a return to Warzone for the first time in many months. This decision comes even as the streamer has continued to feud with Activision for pulling his skin. Notably, he claimed he likely wouldn’t even stream MW3 over the controversy and even called the devs “rats” for releasing a skin similar to his. However, Nick’s supporters are on board with the return to Warzone. Fellow streamer TimTheTatman, who asked for his Operator to be removed in solidarity with Nick, posted a video of him teaming with his friend, commenting “we’re so back.” FaZe Swagg was excited too, posting a gif of WWE’s Undertaker emerging from out of a coffin. It’s unclear what exactly caused Nick to change his mind on CoD, but he wouldn’t be the first one to go back on his word. Notably, Dr Disrespect vowed to stop playing Warzone until NICKMERCS got his skin back and an apology from Activision, but has since played the battle royale on stream. Expect to learn more about why NICKMERCS is back to playing Warzone tomorrow when his stream kicks off.

NICKMERCS explains why Warzone’s old map was better than Caldera – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains why Warzone’s old map was better than Caldera NICKMERCSPopular streamer Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed his thoughts on Warzone’s new Caldera map and how he thinks it compares to Verdansk. NICKMERCS has weighed in on the Warzone Caldera debate, giving his honest opinions on the game’s new jungle setting. So far, the reactions have been fairly negative, with the likes of Aydan and Dr Disrespect voicing their concerns over how the map plays. Even Warzone’s wider community has remained largely unimpressed, with many recently showing their lack of excitement over the upcoming changes. Despite the initial excitement surrounding Caldera, Nick has listed all the things he loves and hates about the recent map release. NICKMERCS gives thoughts on Warzone Caldera map While Nick has been busy grinding competitive Apex Legends, the popular streamer returned to Warzone to check out Caldera. The popular streamer previously explained why Caldera won’t change his mind on being “done” with Warzone, but he has now revealed his opinions on Verdansk’s replacement. “Gun in Verdansk are 9 out of 10, on Caldera, they’re a 3 out of 10,” explained Nick. “The vehicles in Verdansk are 10 out 10, they’re some of the best vehicles I have played in any video game in my entire life. Caldera is a -1.” Timestamp of 0:30 It’s clear Nick isn’t a huge fan of Caldera, but the streamer did rate the map itself slightly higher than Verdansk. “Verdansk was dark, but it was very comfortable, there were a lot of great POIs. I’ll give it a strong 7. I’m giving Caldera an early 8.” One of the biggest negatives surrounding the new map has been how Vanguard’s weapons underperform when compared to their Modern Warfare and Cold War counterparts. “They’re so bad, it’s not even comparable to what we were playing with. It’s because we’re in 1930, man.” Whether Nick will play more Warzone in the future remains to be seen, but like most streamers, he doesn’t seem too impressed with Caldera.

NICKMERCS explains why Warzone’s M16 needs a nerf as much as AUG does – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains why Warzone’s M16 needs a nerf as much as AUG does YouTube: NICKMERCS/ActivisionWarzone star Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff believes the devs have to change the M16 once they eventually nerf the AUG, otherwise, it’s going to be more of the same in Verdansk. The meta in Warzone has constantly been in flux since day one. Players have been running around with all different kinds of weapons, from LMGs to SMGs and tactical rifles. Currently, the AUG meta has taken over, leading some players to coin the nickname AUGZone – just like when the DMR was running wild a few months back. Players have been calling for changes to the ridiculous powerful rifle, with NICKMERCS spearheading the charge. However, he believes that Raven Software will have to change more than just the AUG when buffs and nerfs come around. During his March 28 video, the FaZe Clan star noted that the Black Ops Cold War M16 isn’t a million miles away from the AUG currently, even if the latter is the weapon of choice for players. That, he believes, means both need to change. Read More: Best Gallo SA12 Warzone class – “I got to be honest man, the M16 and the AUG, they basically do the same thing. I mean, the AUG might be a little faster but both of them, when you’re aiming at a guy down sight, it does the same thing,” Nick said. He continued: “A lot of people want the AUG nerfed and they want this thing gone out of the game. I’m a firm believer that if they’re going to nerf the AUG, they better nerf this M16 too. If they don’t, everyone’s going to be running around with the M16 and it’s going to be the same thing as it is now, just with a different gun. Trust me.” Timestamp 0:06 Obviously, Nick isn’t alone in wanting changes. Dr Disrespect labeled the AUG meta as worse than the DMR ever was too. Weapon tuning has been announced for Black Ops Cold War’s multiplayer mode, but nothing has been confirmed for Warzone yet. So, we’ll have to wait and see if a nerf comes through for the AUG.

NICKMERCS explains why Warzone’s AMAX needs even more nerfs – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains why Warzone’s AMAX needs even more nerfs YouTube: NICKMERCS/ActivisionTwitch star Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff believes Warzone’s AMAX still needs a bigger nerf than its already received, given its still pretty powerful in the battle royale. The AMAX assault rifle has reigned supreme in Warzone for quite some time, with players repeatedly calling for changes in the hopes of shaking up the meta. Well, on May 27, Raven Software delivered a long-awaited nerf, tweaking the Headshot multiplier and bringing the rifle more in line with others. Despite that, plenty of players still swear by their AMAX loadouts and it still ranks as the second most-used weapon in Warzone, per WZRanked. As a result, NICKMERCS believes it needs a few more changes. In his May 29 video, the FaZe Clan star was discussing the recent changes that the AMAX had gone through and explained that while its opened the door for other weapons, the AMAX still reigns supreme. “If I had to give you my honest opinion, after that nerf, people are still out there using it man. The AMAX, I feel like it’s always going to be a thing,” Nick said. “Until they really, really nerf it, it’s just kind of going to be a gun that is hard to ignore. The damage and then the mobility, you pair those two things together and unless you hit those two things hard, people are always going to be running around with an AMAX.” Timestamp of 0:07 Nick again noted that some players have moved on from the weapon, and there plenty of “viable” options right now. He’s never been the biggest lover of the assault rifle anyway, but it is still the king for the most part. So, it remains to be seen if another change is coming.

NICKMERCS explains why Warzone 2 would be better with Advanced Warfare feature – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains why Warzone 2 would be better with Advanced Warfare feature Activision/YouTube: NICKMERCSTwitch star Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has explained why he thinks Warzone would be better with a futuristic-style Call of Duty consisting of Exo suits rather than the usual formula. NICKMERCS was one of the prominent faces of Warzone during its height as the most popular battle royale. However, as the game began to be plagued with cheaters in almost every lobby, many of the top streamers slowly shifted away from Verdansk. While some moved on from the battle royale genre entirely, many made their way over to Respawn Entertainment’s Apex Legends as their main game to stream – including Nick. While it’s been quite some time since he’s put his hours into Warzone, the popular streamer previously confirmed he would be making a return to the game with the release of Warzone 2. However, in a recent YouTube video, the streaming star explained how he believes a futuristic Warzone, inspired by Call of Duty titles such as Black Ops 3 and Advanced Warfare consisting of Exo suits would be much better for the game. In his June 11 video, the FaZe Clan member was asked for his thoughts on the new Modern Warfare 2 trailer by his teammate. “I mean listen, if they f**k it up, they’re just awful,” said the streaming star. “It’s so easy not to f**k it up. It was already great, how can you f**k up something that was already great. “The trailer was f**king lit. It has all the characters, lit a** graphics, it’s gonna be good,” he added. “It’s got to be good, they can’t f**k this up man. They f**k it up I don’t know what to tell them.” NICKMERCS continued, adding that he believes a battle royale with a futuristic style would be big. “Black Ops 3 was lit, Advanced Warfare was lit, if they can make a battle royale around that kind of style, it would be really big,” he said. “That would be lit right, with an Advanced Warfare Exo suit?” Timestamp at 0:08 While the Twitch streamer believes moving towards a futuristic style is the way to go, it’s worth noting that the last time the Call of Duty developing studios created a game set in the future, fans pleaded for them to head back to boots on the ground. Who knows if he’ll ever get his wish.

NICKMERCS explains why Warzone 2 is “a lot better” than he thought – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains why Warzone 2 is “a lot better” than he thought NICKMERCS/ActivisionNICKMERCS dove into Warzone 2 for the first time and left pleasantly surprised after a few days despite having a few concerns. NICKMERCS and his ALGS Team, Tripods, failed to qualify for the Split 1 playoffs, but the downtime has allowed him to rediscover his passion for CoD. ALGS Split 2 doesn’t begin until January, giving NICKMERKS plenty of time to explore Al Mazrah with friends. Warzone 2 launched in November, but competing in Apex forced Nick to skip out on trying out the battle royale sequel. TimTheTatman didn’t hold back from roasting Nick as he attempted to re-learn the ropes of Warzone a few months late. After a few days of streaming the game, NICKMERCS looks more like his dominant self, and he shared his first impression of Warzone 2. After a slew of mixed reviews, Nick’s stance may come as a surprise to some fans. NICKMERCS shares initial impression of Warzone 2 In NICKMERCS latest YouTube video, he explained how he feels about Warzone 2. “The game at the core is pretty good, but they added these bots and the backpack loot system. The core game and the UI actually feel pretty da*n good.” One of his biggest concerns comes with the implementation of AI enemies. “I don’t know if I’m fighting a bot half the f**king time. I don’t see how that’s not an issue.” Nick also struggled to come around to adding backpacks and adjusting to Warzone 2’s faster TTK speed. “The TTK so quick. You blink, and you’re dead. I don’t like backpacks; it’s stupid. It has like this PUBG, H1Z1 kind of thing going on.” Despite listing a few concerns, he was impressed by the game’s movement, gunfights, and look and feel of Al Mazrah. Nick said he would continue streaming Warzone 2 through January and some of February as long as he likes the game. However, don’t expect Nick to become a full-time Warzone streamer again; as he said, once it gets closer to ALGS Split 2, he will be dedicating all of his time to playing Apex Legends.

NICKMERCS explains why the MAC-10 “sadly” could be getting nerfed – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains why the MAC-10 “sadly” could be getting nerfed NICKMERCS / ActivisionCall of Duty content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff believes the MAC-10 will get another nerf in Warzone’s next update. Find out what the ever-popular streamer had to say. Warzone’s MAC-10 has been wreaking havoc in Warzone since the gun released as part of the Season 1 update. Even after receiving a nerf to the gun’s headshot multiplier, the MAC-10 continues to dominate the competition. The pint-sized SMG boasts a blisteringly fast rate of fire, fantastic mobility, and great hip-fire accuracy. As a result, the majority of Warzone players have gravitated towards using the MAC-10. To make matters even worse, Warzone players have found that the MAC-10 Gallantry Blueprint increases the gun’s damage even further. It’s certainly not hard to see why this SMG continues to remain at the top of the meta rankings. However, Call of Duty streamer NICKMERCS believes the MAC-10’s days of domination are almost over. Another MAC-10 nerf could be on the way The MAC-10 is currently the most powerful SMG in Warzone, beating both the MP5 and MP7. If you’re not running a close-quarters class with this gun, then chances are you’ll be beaten by someone who does utilize it. It’s this potency that has led to the MAC-10 receiving a small tweak to its headshot multiplier. Read More: Custom Call of Duty Game mode goes viral – Of course, this has done little to its competitive viability and NICKMERCS thinks this is only the very beginning of the MAC-10 nerf saga. “The MAC-10 is one of the most enjoyable guns I’ve played with in Warzone. It gives me that Skorpion Black Ops 2 vibe, man, I just love this weapon.” This same sentiment will likely ring true for a lot of Warzone players who prefer to aggressively push their enemies and seek out close-quarters fights. However, there’s no denying how absurdly broken the MAC-10 is. After all, this gun is capable of downing a target in mere seconds. As a result, Nick believes the MAC-10 will be joining the DMR 14 in the next round of nerfs. “Sadly, the MAC-10 was a part of that first nerf, which sadly means the MAC-10 is probably going to be a part of the second nerf.” Read More: Best MP5 loadout in Warzone – Usually, when a gun continues to overperform after receiving a nerf, Activision invariably ramps up the pressure. This often results in the targeted weapon dropping off the competitive ladder. “If history tells us anything, that’s how it works,” says Nick. “I’m going to be honest, the DMR I’m totally cool with. But the MAC-10, I’m definitely going to be sad about.” For many Warzone players, the MAC-10 was the first SMG that offered something different outside of the usual MP5 loadouts we’ve seen dominate the game since Warzone release. Time will soon tell just how detrimental a possible MAC-10 nerf will be, but for now, this punch SMG continues to be a top pick.

NICKMERCS explains why the FAL is now the “strongest” gun in Warzone – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains why the FAL is now the “strongest” gun in Warzone FaZe Clan (Twitter) / Activision[jwplayer fQfYV77d] FaZe Clan’s Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has delved into the reasons why he believes the FAL is the best weapon in Warzone, claiming that the AR is more devastating than an SMG up close. With Infinity Ward working round-the-clock to tweak weapons in a bid to make the game more balanced, alongside the constant rotation of floor loot in Verdansk, players are always trying to keep tabs on meta changes. Most recently, following a nerf to the Grau 5.56 and the MP5, the meta has shifted to the Bruen MK9 — with the LMGs devastating damage being one of its major selling points. But now, NICKMERCS believes that the FAL is in the same boat as the Bruen, with the semi-automatic AR becoming one of his go-to weapons of choice. FAL is Warzone’s best weapon? Ever since the FAL was added to Warzone’s floor loot rotation in Season 4, the weapon has been growing in popularity. But now, Nick believes that the trusty AR deserves a class of its very own, as he detailed his class for what he dubs to be the best weapon in the game. “I strongly encourage you to watch this video, put on this class, and get to work… This is the strongest gun in the video game, by far!” Barrel: 18.0” Ultralight. – Laser: Tac Laser. – Stock: No Stock. – Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip. – Perk: Sleight of Hand. – Nick then went on to explain how the FAL has the highest damage per shot than any other AR in Warzone right now. Although, ironically the Twitch streamer went on to clarify how the weapon should be used like a submachine gun. “This is what you carry in your pocket, because you know you’re going to have a Bruen as your main,” Kolcheff explained. If you want to get Nick’s Bruen loadout to complete the class, check it out here. Of course, without equipping the Burst Perk, the FAL’s fire rate will be entirely dependent on your trigger finger. So if you plan on using Nick’s newfound favorite weapon, it might be worth hopping into a multiplayer game to get some practice in first.

NICKMERCS reveals the best overkill Warzone loadout in Season 4 – Dexerto
NICKMERCS reveals the best overkill Warzone loadout in Season 4 Activision / NICKMERCS (YouTube)The C58 recently received a nerf to repair the broken 4x sight, which was giving it a reduced recoil pattern. However, Call of Duty content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff believes this AR is still the best AR in Warzone. While Raven Software have finally fixed the C58’s recoil, the Cold War AR continues to dominate the competition in Warzone Season 4. This deadly Assault Rifle currently ranks second in terms of popularity and has a 9.2% pick ratio. If that wasn’t enough, the C58 also has the highest K/D ratio (1.31) in the game. Because of this, both casual and pro Warzone players utilize the C58 to wrack up high kill count games. Combining both accuracy and high amounts of damage, the C58 can shred through armor and quickly put people in the ground. Paired with a deadly secondary in the form of the MAC-10, and you have a recipe for success. Call of Duty content creator NICKMERCS recently gave his opinions on why he thinks everyone should be using this lethal combo. During his July 21 video, Nick explained why he thinks the C58 and MAC-10 are the top meta picks in Season 4. “I’ve been trying a bunch of different guns,” says Nick. “The Bruen’s back, the Grau’s back, the M4 – all that stuff. After using all these different guns, I’m still sticking true to that C58 as my main and the MAC-10 as my pocket class.” Originally, the C58’s 4x sight optic was giving the AR minimal recoil. In fact, the AR barely moved at all when fired full-auto. While the C58 may no longer have a significantly reduced recoil pattern, Nick believes it’s still the best AR in the current meta. Meanwhile, the MAC-10 has remained a stalwart choice since its introduction during the Cold War integration. Timestamp at 0:16 “These guns, in my opinion, are undefeatable. The C58 is for sure the main AR that everybody is using right now,” says Nick. “Now the MAC-10 is something you can play around with a little bit.” After all, the SMG meta is pretty diverse at the moment, with guns like the Bullfrog and MP5 being solid choices. Read More: Best C58 Warzone loadout – “I think this [loadout] is perfect for high kill games, it really packs a punch. It’s got a solution to any problem, anything you face on the map.” Nick is certainly not the only Warzone streamer that loves the C58 and MAC-10 combo. JGOD also believes that both weapons are still meta, so it’s not hard to see why these guns are still top choices for so many players.

NICKMERCS explains why slide cancel removal is a good thing in Modern Warfare 2 – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains why slide cancel removal is a good thing in Modern Warfare 2 NICKMERCSPopular streamer Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff recently discussed his thoughts on the removal of slide canceling in Modern Warfare 2 – an area that has proven incredibly divisive in the game’s beta. Slide canceling has been a big part of Warzone ever since the game’s launch. Not only does it increase your movement speed, but it can make it harder for your opponent to actually hit you during gunfights. In fact, the best Warzone players utilize this mechanic to get an advantage over their foes. While slide canceling can be replicated via a newly-found technique, the original method has been completely removed from Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2. This has obviously sparked a lot of debate amongst the community, with many players and streamers voicing their views on the removal. Now NICKMERCS has revealed his thoughts on the lack of slide canceling in MW2, stating why he thinks it’s actually a great thing for the overall health of the game. NICKMERCS on Modern Warfare 2 slide canceling removal “I wasn’t a fan of slide canceling,” said Nick. “I think pressing in your analog down like that every two seconds, a thousand times a day is ridiculous. However, people that act like it’s not a skill gap are f*cking dumb.” Of course, having good aim and decent positioning will help you win more games in Warzone, but being able to run rings around your foes is also a massive bonus. This is especially true in close-range firefights, where high mobility can keep you alive and lead to your opponent missing their shots. Timestamp of 4:18 However, Nick believes slide canceling is just an annoying mechanic that ultimately divides the community’s casual and competitive playerbase in an unhealthy way. “If you put things in the game that you can just spam to increase your speed or your movement, I mean that’s just going to increase the skill gap. So, for a guy like me who doesn’t want to smash my stick in a hundred thousand times a day anymore, that’s going to p*ss me off.” Instead, the content creator believes the developers should find other methods that players can use to flex over their opponents. “I like the fact that they took that out, I think [slide canceling] is f*cking stupid. I think there are other ways to implement skill gaps without breaking your thumb, you know.”

NICKMERCS explains why Scump is the greatest CoD player ever – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains why Scump is the greatest CoD player ever Activision/Call of Duty LeagueSeth ‘Scump’ Abner has been the face of professional Call of Duty ever since making his debut in 2011 — and NICKMERCS believes that Scump is the greatest CoD player of all time. Scump broke onto the scene during Black Ops with Quantic LeveraGe, and at the start of Modern Warfare 3, he joined OpTic. That OpTic team became a dynasty, and Scump won 31 major tournaments across multiple titles. The video game icon won CoD Champs in 2017 and looked to add another feather to his illustrious cap in 2022 after a turbulent CDL season with OpTic. LA Thieves’ Drazah & Kenny labeled OpTic Texas, the CDL’s most “overrated” team, ahead of Champs. LA swept OpTic at CDL Champs 2022 and took down the reigning World Champion Atlanta FaZe in the Grand Finals. After losing 3-0 to LA, Texas swept the New York Subliners before the up-and-coming Seattle Surge ended OpTic’s season in the next round. Despite OpTic’s shortcomings, NICKMERCS still believes Scump is the king of CoD. NICKMERCS calls Scump the GOAT of CoD During NICKMERC’S August 8 stream, he discussed CDL and the best CoD player of all time, When talking about Scump’s legacy, NICKMERCS claimed, “I don’t know if anyone compares to Scump, at least in the Call of Duty scene. He has got to be far and away the GOAT in my opinion.” The streamer also included Crimsix, Clayster, and Crowder in the GOAT conversation. Crimsix has the most Major wins, 37, and is a three-time world champion. Clayster is also a three-time world champion and has 19 major wins under his belt. Crowder is FaZe’s head coach. He won a World Championship in 2015 with Denial Esports and coached FaZe to a 2021 World Championship. Scump’s future remains uncertain for competing in Modern Warfare 2. After CDL Champs 2022, he tweeted, “This was hands down the hardest year as a competitor I’ve ever had. Think I aged five years with how stressed I was.”

NICKMERCS explains why Modern Warfare 2 will bring him back to Warzone – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains why Modern Warfare 2 will bring him back to Warzone NICKMERCSPopular streamer Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed that MW2 would bring him back to Warzone, giving his Call of Duty fans hope for his long-awaited return to the BR. With the recent news that Infinity Ward is currently developing Warzone 2 alongside MW2, there has been a lot of excitement in the CoD community. While Vanguard proved popular, the reception surrounding the WW2 shooter has been mixed. In fact, one of the biggest critics of Warzone’s Vanguard integration has been NICKMERCS. The popular streamer famously left the BR and has since been busy grinding out competitive Apex Legends games. However, Nick has now revealed that the MW2 Warzone integration would bring him back to the CoD BR in a heartbeat. NICKMERCS on MW2 Warzone integration “I think it’s a great move and that’s more like it,” said Nick. “Even with that being said, I don’t have any real ambition to play MW2 – as surprising as that may be. I might hop on it a little bit.” However, with the developers revealing that both MW2 and Warzone 2 will be “designed together from the ground-up,” many players have been getting increasingly excited for the future of the series. This is especially true for NICKMERCS, who was turned away by the Vanguard integration. “As long as Call of Duty is old-fashioned bullsh*t, I have zero intentions [of going back],” he continued. “I can’t even wrap my head around why you guys play that sh*t. It’s so f*cking bad, I’ve always hated it.” Timestamp of 0:59 Of course, with the departure from WW2, Nick is keen to dive back into Warzone. It’s also important to note that a new engine powers both the new Call of Duty game release and Warzone, which is something Nick is excited about. “F*ck the WW2 stuff, now we’re going to MW2 – one of the most iconic, wildly popular Call of Duty games ever. I mean, you build a good battle royale around that, now we’re talking.” While details surrounding Warzone 2 and MW2 remain scarce, it’s clear that Nick is keen to dive back into Warzone once both games make their debut.

NICKMERCS explains why he’s stopped playing Warzone tournaments – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains why he’s stopped playing Warzone tournaments NICKMERCS / TreyarchNick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has explained why he’s been put off competing in Warzone tournaments, blaming “snakes” who use questionable methods to win. To celebrate the new Season One update for Treyarch’s hit battle royale Call of Duty: Warzone, the popular streamer shared a YouTube video where he discussed the game’s new features, such as the Rebirth Island map and a series of new weapons. During the video, he also shared his concerns regarding tournaments in Warzone – as well as other online battle royale games – and how they’re being overrun by people cheating or bending the rules. “I think the tournaments have turned a page for me in this game. Everybody that plays it now… I don’t know man, it’s just a little questionable. There’s a lot of snakes in the grass. It got weird man,” he said. Topic starts at 2:25 NICKMERCS – who recently called for fire shotguns to be removed from Warzone completely – went on to compare the situation to the tournaments that take place in Epic Games’ Fortnite: Battle Royale. “Same thing happened to Fortnite, man. To play those tournaments, these kids have routers so they can only connect to certain locations and you get a bunch of bots in your Kill Race tournament. That’s where I’m out man, I’m not doing that sh*t,” he said. Read More: Warzone’s new Resurgance mode explained – “Fortnite was the same f***ing way. It got to a point where the whole thing was filled with… yes, sure, there’s the Aydans and the Tommeys who are undeniably incredible and they deserve all the love. “But then there are these little f***ing snakes, they’re everywhere, and they’re cheating and they’re bullsh**ting, and it’s just not something you want to be a part of.” Warzone and Black Ops Cold War have both been given a joint Season One update, and it’s one of the biggest in the franchise’s history. There are even two new modes for Zombies, including a festive makeover called Jingle Hells. NICKMERCS explains why he’s avoiding Modern Warfare 2 – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains why he’s avoiding Modern Warfare 2 NICKMERCS/ActivisionTwitch star Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has explained why he’s not diving right into Modern Warfare 2 like so many of his peers. With the long-awaited release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 finally here, plenty of CoD fans and streamers have been diving right into Infinity Ward’s newest offering. Even though the new game is only in its early days, opinions have been pretty split among fans – especially regarding the layout of the new maps and how you build and unlock new weapons. In the case of NICKMERCS, while he’s got a history of dominating in Search and Destroy, he’s been straying away from Call of Duty in the last few months. In fact, he’s not even planning to dive into Modern Warfare 2 anytime soon. NICKMERCS won’t play Modern Warfare 2 just yet With the newest CoD came finally going live, the Twitch star was quizzed by some fans and fellow content creators on why he wasn’t getting involved. “I have Apex pro league in a week man. If anyone coming up in here like why am I not playing TDM, dude, you’re bugging out of your mind,” Nick said. “That sh*t is going to be hot for a couple of days and then it’s going to f**king die. “I don’t have any plans on playing the new CoD, at least for right now. I’m so locked in on the goals ahead and stuff, so.” The FaZe Clan star did note that he will “definitely dabble” in Warzone 2, but for the time being, his full focus is on Apex Legends and grinding out with his Tripod teammates. Given his background in Call of Duty, and the fact you’ll need some attachment from multiplayer to carry over to Warzone 2, it probably won’t be long before Nick dives into the new game. But, for now, it’s all about Apex.

NICKMERCS explains why he won’t play Call of Duty Vanguard – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains why he won’t play Call of Duty Vanguard Twitch: NICKMERCS/ActivisionNick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has explained why he isn’t playing the new Call of Duty: Vanguard — but has been slightly tempted by it. Nick has, at times, been one of the biggest names on Twitch when it comes to Call of Duty. Several years ago, before he blew up in Fortnite, Nick was constantly grinding Search and Destroy tournaments and was one of the most popular names in the scene, barring the top pros. He’s since disavowed the CoD S&D community, calling it “home to some of the dirtiest little creatures on the internet.” In a Twitch stream on November 11, Nick spoke up about Vanguard, why he’d be interested in playing it but ultimately decided to continue his Apex Legends grind rather than join in on the new CoD hype. “Every year, new Call of Duty comes out, everybody loves it for a week,” he said in a clip that has now started going viral on TikTok. “It’s just brand new. And I’ve watched, I just don’t think there’s a lot to talk about.” That wasn’t all, though, with Nick suggesting that he could be tempted back in. “The only thing that I think would really interest me about that pub-style of Call of Duty is those S&D tournaments… But that community is something I told myself I’d never get back involved with again.” Click here if TikTok won’t load He went on: “I don’t even want to bring my viewership, my people, my community into the S&D world ever again. So I try and stay away from it.” While long-time fans of Nick would love to see him back in the S&D scene and competing against top pros and streamers, he’s never made a secret of his disdain for that community, so it’s no surprise to see him avoiding it.

NICKMERCS explains why he used to hate Atlanta FaZe’s aBeZy – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains why he used to hate Atlanta FaZe’s aBeZy NICKMERCS | Enigma6 GroupNewer NICKMERCS fans may not know, but the streamer was once a significant figure in competitive CoD. NICMERCS explained why he used to hate FaZe CoD pro aBeZy. The former Gears of War and Halo pro also dipped his toe into competitive CoD. NICKMERCS used to compete in CoD SnD tournaments regularly up against CoD’s biggest names. In 2018, NICKMERCS called out current FaZe star aBeZy, allegedly over a Call of Duty 3v3 wager match. During a Twitch stream, NICKMERCS called out the eventual two-time-world champion. “When you spend enough time around somebody, you realize who they are,” the streamer said. “That kid’s a f**king a**hole. He’s been an a**hole his entire time in Call of Duty. He’s got very few friends and a lot of enemies.” aBeZy responded by saying he has “absolutely nothing against NICKMERCS or the MFAM.” At the time, aBeZy was a member of EUnited. Ironically, both parties are now members of FaZe, and NICKMERCS cleared the air on their relationship. NICKMERCS explains previous hatred of Atlanta FaZe’s aBeZy NICKMERCS shared his thought about aBeZy during his August 9 live stream. The streamer said, “I remember playing against 2Pac and aBeZy in Modern Warfare Remastered matches, and I hated aBeZy.” NICKMERCS claimed that aBeZy “used to talk mad s*it,” and he caught him talking about him on 2Pac’s stream. Now that aBeZy is a member of FaZe, NICKMERCS said that he better appreciates aBeZy’ chip on the shoulder mentality. The streamer also stated that he and aBeZy “put that behind” them, and “he is a good kid now.” The CoD competitive community would love to have NICKMERCS back involved for Modern Warfare 2.

NICKMERCS explains why he avoids Warzone tournaments due to “dirty” players – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains why he avoids Warzone tournaments due to “dirty” players Activision/NICKMERCSIn a recent stream on Twitch, Nickmercs explained that he avoids newer Warzone tournaments because they are “dirty”, claiming that he knows of players who “drop their K/D” and use cheats like special routers that allow them to get into lower-skilled lobbies. Cheating in Warzone is one of the hottest topics in the game’s community right now. Between methods allowing players to get into so-called “bot lobbies” to people accusing other streamers of using said methods, one thing for certain right now is that cheating is on the minds of a lot of more-competitive Warzone players. Now, popular Warzone streamer Nickmercs has commented on the drama, stating in a clip from a recent livestream that he knows people cheat using a bunch of different methods. Explaining why that’s part of the reason he won’t play in competitive Warzone tournaments anymore. “There’s a reason why I don’t play in these tournaments anymore,” NICKMERCS said. It has nothing to do with skill. The only reason I don’t play is because they’re dirty. The f*cking tournaments are dirty. They’re all dirty. I’m not saying everybody playing in them is dirty, I’m saying there are people that are allowed to play in these tournaments that are dirty. I don’t wanna have anything to do with them.” The streamer does levy some pretty strong accusations, he doesn’t mention by name exactly who is using these methods or just cheating in general, due to the fact that he “doesn’t care enough” to “call out everybody”. Beyond that, the streamer also complained about “apps” that provide unverified statistics, more than likely referring to the number of unofficial Warzone companion apps that started cropping up in recent weeks, which have also gained some notable traction within the community. “There’s no verification, the math is wrong, they’re not doing it right,” NICKMERCS said. Nickmercs says that he doesn’t play in Warzone tournaments anymore because some people allowed to play in them are “dirty” He also went onto say his team talked to the new SBMM website, and they’ve admitted they haven’t done things accurately SPICY SPICY pic.twitter.com/VPZn3p4BDA — Wicked Good Gaming (@WickedGoodGames) January 11, 2021 All in all, it’s understandable why the streamer would be frustrated by these “dirty” tournaments. If certain players truly are cheating and using methods to circumvent SBMM, then that should be dealt with appropriately. While some YouTubers have been more willing to call out certain players for cheating, until we get a longer form breakdown by a big streamer, it may be a while before we have any answers regarding how many people use these methods.

NICKMERCS explains why “broken” R9-0 Dragon’s Breath needs to be nerfed – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains why “broken” R9-0 Dragon’s Breath needs to be nerfed Activision / FaZe ClanFaZe Clan star Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has delved into why Warzone’s R9-0 ‘Dragon’s Breath’ is “broken,” and why Infinity Ward needs to nerf the shotgun variant in Season 5. Since Warzone’s introduction, Infinity Ward have done a great job at keeping the meta fresh by bringing in new weapons as part of the season-based content delivery. The developers have received backlash from the community for ‘ruining’ Warzone with dominant weapons, such as the first iteration of the Grau 5.56 or the Mk9 Bruen LMG. And while those weapons have since been fine-tuned to help them align more with the meta, it appears that history is repeating itself with the R9-0 ‘Dragon’s Breath’ shotgun — which is every bit as lethal as its namesake suggests. Does Infinity Ward need to nerf the R9-0? So what makes the “Dragon’s Breath” version of the R9-0 so special? As you can probably guess, the rounds are riddled with incendiary that quite literally burns your foes alive, meaning that alongside dishing out the initial damage, it will also do a significant amount of damage over time. Being at the forefront of the Warzone meta, NICKMERCS discovered just how devastatingly powerful the weapon can be shortly after its release. But unlike his relationship with the Bruen, Kolcheff has a love-hate thing going on with Dragon’s Breath. “If I post a video, saying that it’s broken and more and more people use it, it’s only going to get the damn thing fixed faster… Have fun with the shotgun and do it now, because I can guarantee you ain’t going to be able to have fun with this thing for too much longer.” Nick showed just how devastating the weapon can be up close, after showcasing his loadout (detailed below). Of course, the weapon will only be super effective in CQB, so you might want to consider pairing it up with one of Warzone’s most popular weapons. Muzzle: Choke. – Barrel: FORCE TAC Sentry. – Laser: 5mW Laser. – Underbarrel: Merc Foregrip. – Ammunition: Dragon’s Breath Rounds. –

NICKMERCS explains why Advanced Warfare was one of the best CoD’s ever – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains why Advanced Warfare was one of the best CoD’s ever NICKMERCS/Sledgehammer GamesAdvanced Warfare is far from being the most popular Call of Duty title, but NICKMERCS has revealed why he fell in love with this futuristic FPS game. One of the most popular streamers in Call of Duty, Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff recently discussed his favorite CoD games of all time, but it was his love for Advanced Warfare that surprised his fans the most. This futuristic title prove incredibly divisive when it was released, which was largely down to the Exo suit movement enhancements and sci-fi-themed guns. It’s no surprise that the streamer enjoyed the added mobility and speed seen in Advanced Warfare – after all, Nick has often explained how he hates WW2-themed FPS games. However, NICKMERCS believes that AW was one of the best CoD’s ever made, speaking about it during a Twitch stream. NICKMERCS on why he loves Advanced Warfare After his recent return to Warzone, Nick decided to discuss all the previous CoD titles he’s enjoyed over the years. While he was keen to stress how bad Black Ops 4 and Call of Duty WWII were, he did reveal his love for Advanced Warfare. “Advanced Warfare was a great game, it really was,” said Nick. “They could have made a whole battle royale around this Exo Suit. What a great, underrated game. The Search and Destroy was incredible, Hardpoint was incredible, and the maps were really good. I really enjoyed this game.” Timestamp of 3:08 It’s clear Nick has a lot of love for Advanced Warfare and he played the game for a year straight, grinding out tournaments and perfecting his skills. “We won hundreds of tournaments playing this sh*t,” the streamer explained. “Half of you weren’t even here and didn’t know who I was, but we were dominating.” The added verticality and speed offered from the Exo Suit weren’t for everyone, but it’s clear NICKMERCS prefers shooters with fluid movement options. This is partly why he enjoys Apex Legends over any other battle royale game. Whether Call of Duty 2024 will take us back to the futuristic gunfights seen in Advanced Warfare remains to be seen, but for Nick, this would certainly be a welcomed return.

NICKMERCS explains how Warzone’s DMR is a bigger problem than you might think – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains how Warzone’s DMR is a bigger problem than you might think Activision / YouTube: NICKMERCSThe DMR 14 has well and truly taken over Warzone as the ‘must-pick’ gun of choice, but Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff believes the problem with the current meta runs much deeper than just this one weapon. Since the latest balancing update went through, it’s safe to say that almost every game has been dominated by the DMR. It can deal an extraordinary amount of damage in the blink of an eye, making it the standout weapon of Season One. With practically every single player using it, “if you don’t have one, you’re gonna get bopped by one,” NICKMERCS joked. If you can’t find one, get off the game. It took over the entire meta of Warzone.” While a fix might seem as simple as just toning things down a bit and reducing its power, there’s a deeper problem with the state of balance in Warzone, according to one of its most popular players. After a relatively stagnant meta before Black Ops Cold War’s weapons were added to the mix, the community was desperate for something new. “We wanted them to shake things up a bit,” NICKMERCS acknowledged. “And they did… this DMR is unbelievable.” The weapon has taken over to a frustrating extent. “Everyone is using it. It’s officially DMRzone,” he continued. Similar to other meta-defining weapons of previous seasons, a simple tweak could take it out of rotation. At least, that’s what you’d think. NICKMERCS believes the latest issues run deeper than that, however. “The one really big reason as to why this is a problem… if they end up patching this thing, everyone’s gonna jump over to the Type 63.” Another Tactical Rifle, the Type 63 is nearly identical, just with “a little more recoil,” he explained. As a result, the current state of balance in Warzone “is not going to change for a while,” according to the popular streamer. Perhaps one way to shake things up instead of nerfing multiple guns, would be to “buff more Cold War guns,” he argued. “A lot” of the weapons introduced with Black Ops Cold War just “aren’t viable compared to the DMR and the Mac-10.” So with some selective buffs, new weapons could be brought to the foreground as Season One continues. Read More: Symfuhny’s DMR 14 loadout – While the DMR itself is “broken,” it’s clear to NICKMERCS that a single nerf wouldn’t do the trick. As of now, there’s no telling how long we’ll be in this tac-rifle meta before a big shift in Warzone.

NICKMERCS explains how Warzone Season 2 teasers could lead to a new map – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains how Warzone Season 2 teasers could lead to a new map YouTube: NICKMERCS / ActivisionNick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has explained why recent Zombie teasers in Warzone could be leading us to an entirely new map once Season 2 arrives. [jwplayer bjQdhi3F] For the past 13 months Verdansk has been the sole map for the standard Warzone experience. While Rebirth Island arrived in December, it provided a much smaller battlefield for a completely different playlist. At long last, the next proper map for the Call of Duty battle royale could be fast approaching, according to popular content creator NICKMERCS. With Season 2 on the horizon, the FaZe Clan member has explained why now might be the perfect time to introduce a new stage. As teasers begin flooding the map, it’s clear that Zombies will play a large role in the future of Warzone. From bizarre machines to a change in the weather, here’s what NICKMERCS believes it’s all pointing towards. The entire Warzone community is “on the same page” when it comes to one thing, according to the Warzone star. “Everyone’s hoping this is gonna be a new map and an in-game event.” Leaks have hinted that March is the likely release for a major Warzone update, aligning with the Season 2 update. With teasers now appearing in-game, these reports have more weight to them than ever before. Though in order to get to a new map, something dramatic could be in store. Months of leaks and easter eggs have suggested that a nuclear event could be on the way. “There’s always a conversation about a big nuke hitting the map,” NICKMERCS explained. What better reason to nuke Verdansk than Zombies? Read More: Best Warzone landing spots on Verdansk – “Maybe this means we’re going to see zombies in the future,” he said. “Zombies takeover, we drop the nuke, blow up the map, and we go somewhere else.” This theory certainly makes sense and with various reports of new Zombie modes as well, everything appears to be aligned for a major Season 2 shakeup. Will Verdansk be gone forever? What will the new map look like? How different will Warzone be in Year 2? These are all questions we should have answers for over the coming weeks. Keep your eyes peeled for new teasers in Warzone soon.

NICKMERCS explains vital change Warzone needs to have a good ranked mode – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains vital change Warzone needs to have a good ranked mode NICKMERCSPopular streamer Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed his thoughts on Warzone getting a ranked mode, and why he believes more mobility options would make it a much better experience. During his recent stream, NICKMERCS returned to Warzone to try out the new Fortune’s Keep map. This new addition was added as part of the Season 4 update, which brought with it news guns and content for players to sink their teeth into. While Nick’s experience on Fortune’s Keep has been positive, the streamer revealed his thoughts on the addition of a ranked mode. This topic has been discussed in the game’s community, especially among pro players and streamers. However, the popular content creator believes that Warzone needs more mobility if it wishes to compete with the likes of Apex Legends and Fortnite. NICKMERCS thoughts on Warzone ranked mode “They’d have to introduce ranked carefully,” explained Nick. “I don’t know how they’d do it, but I’d be in for something like that, on a map like Fortune’s Keep. You make it squads of three.” Despite enjoying the more intimate fighting and nonstop action of Fortune’s Keep, Nick believes that bringing a ranked mode to Warzone would be tricky. “I just think it’s hard to make BRs work like that when there’s no rotation, no mobility, no superpower – like Apex has a really cool blend.” He then mentioned how the characters in Apex Legends all have clear synergies with one another, which helps set up exciting team-based plays. It’s this that makes Respawn’s battle royale so appealing to Nick. The streamer also noted how Fortnite also has its own mechanics that keep things fresh. “You got the building and even on the no build, you have cars, rifts Impulse Grenades – all kinds of mobility,” said Nick. “[Raven Software] would have to add some mobility to this game, especially if they did tournaments and stuff like that. It could be cool. The one thing that I’ve always like about [Warzone], is the action does nonstop. It’s hard not to like that, you just don’t get ranked.” Warzone has started to add more mobility to the game, with balloons and various vehicles being added over the course of each season. However, whether the developers will provide more movement options in Warzone 2 remains to be seen, but we’ll just have to wait and see what the future holds for the popular FPS.

NICKMERCS explains how Warzone’s DMR should be nerfed in next update – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains how Warzone’s DMR should be nerfed in next update Activision / NICKMERCS (YouTube)Call of Duty content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has given his thoughts on the recent Warzone DMR nerf, acknowledging that it wasn’t enough and offering the perfect advice on how best to nerf the weapon. The DMR has been wreaking havoc in Warzone since its release at the start of Season 1. However, recent nerfs to its headshot damage and recoil have aimed to help decrease the Tactical Rifle’s kill potential. However, it seems the nerfs have done little to stop it from dominating the competition. Even after the recent changes, the DMR is still the fastest killing gun in the entire game, capable of killing a fully armored enemy in a few shots. For many Warzone players, these nerfs will seem rather minimal, but Call of Duty streamer NICKMERCS believes that the DMR’s days of domination are numbered. NICKMERCS says DMRs days are numbered The DMR 14 is still the most dominant gun in the entire game – in fact, this Marksman Rifle has proved so devastating that the majority of Warzone’s playerbase utilizes it. This has resulted in the meta becoming incredibly stale. Read More: How to unlock Modern Warfare’s CX-9 SMG – “DMRzone is getting crazy. We’re sick of it, I’m sick of it,” said Nick says. “Nobody wants to do it anymore. It hurts, it’s pain, we’re done.” This sentiment certainly rings true for a lot of Warzone players, with many of them voicing their frustrations online. Nick explains how the best way to nerf the DMR Even Dr Disrespect recently called for Warzone to “overhaul” the DMR. It certainly seems that everyone is in agreement over the overpowered nature of the game’s latest Marksman Rifle. “Raven Software said they reduced the headshot damage from a two-tap to a three-tap, but you can shoot that thing so damn fast that it doesn’t even matter.” Read More: How to get Streetsweeper shotgun in Warzone – It’s clear that a lot of Warzone players are very unhappy about the current issue, but Nick believes there is a way to nerf the DMR without making it completely obsolete. “I think the best thing they could do is change the ammo to sniper ammo, and slow down the rate of fire a little bit. That might make it a much harder weapon to use.” Of course, only time will tell whether the next DMR nerf will render this gun completely useless. For now, though, it seems the DMR isn’t going anywhere soon.

NICKMERCS explains how new Warzone Season 4 feature could be huge for the game – Dexerto
NICKMERCS explains how new Warzone Season 4 feature could be huge for the game Activision/YouTube: NICKMERCSSeason 4 is arriving imminently in Warzone, and Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed the one new feature he’s particularly excited about for the new season. Season 4 is set to see a bunch of changes across both Warzone and Black Ops Cold War. Verdansk is going to look slightly different after the June 17 update with new operators, weapons and a brand new Satellite Crash Sites POI. One major change coming to Verdansk ‘84, however, is the addition of the mysterious Red Doors, which will allow players to fast-travel across Verdansk. While the first year of Warzone saw very few changes to the map, Season 3 went back in time and made some minor changes. Now, Season 4 is adding to it — and NICKMERCS thinks this could be great. While official patch notes for Warzone Season 4 aren’t out yet, we have been given glimpses at what’s to come, and the Red Doors will certainly be a breath of fresh air for players who are looking for easier ways to traverse the map. In a YouTube upload talking about the new season, Nick went through all of the fresh content coming to Warzone. He seemed excited about all of the new weapons coming, the Hijacked Gulag, and in particular, the Red Doors. “This is a lot to talk about, because I think it’s another fast-travelling system that they’re trying to put into the game, kind of like the subway,” he explained. “The subway was a big swing and a big miss, because it just took so long to get down there, and then it took so long to travel.” Nick goes on to add that he’s “hoping the Red Doors are a big, big improvement on this fast-travel system,” and he thinks they’re going to hit it out of the park. Of course, it’s impossible to know how the new doors will play out until we’ve had some time to settle in and really explore them.

NICKMERCS drops ridiculous Kilo 141 Warzone loadout – Dexerto
NICKMERCS drops ridiculous Kilo 141 Warzone loadout YouTube: NICKMERCS/ActivisionPopular content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed his new Kilo 141 class for Warzone, which some players believe might just “the best gun” in the game. As the Call of Duty Warzone seasons have unfolded, different guns have shaken up the meta – meaning that players are constantly adapting on the fly to what might give them an edge over everybody else. The thermal snipers had their day when the battle royale first launched, and attention has turned to weapons like the Bruen MK9, and FiNN LMG. Though, there are a few classics that still match up against the best. That includes the Kilo 141. It’s been in Modern Warfare and Warzone since launch – and is now having its moment in the spotlight. So much so, that despite not feeling it at first, NICKMERCS has shown off a pretty top tier class that could rip through enemies in Warzone. As expected, the FaZe Clan member has got the Monolithic Suppressor and Commando Foregrip as a part of his attachments. They are pretty much key for every class after all. On top of those, the Singuard Arms 19.8” Prowler barrel and VLK 3.0x Optic provide additional accuracy and range so that targets can be picked off easily. The 60 round mag is also ideal so that you aren’t sweating about running out of shots. Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Barrel: Singuard Arms 19.8” Prowler – Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip – Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic – Ammunition: 60 Round mag – Of course, even though the class works for some players – including Nick – it isn’t going to be to the specification everyone. Some might find that a better setup works for their playstyle. At the end of the day, there is still plenty of room to tweak the weapon through Gunsmith, so say you aren’t a fan of the optic, you can throw something else and see if that takes your fancy.

NICKMERCS’ “max damage” DMR is still OP after Warzone nerf – Dexerto
NICKMERCS’ “max damage” DMR is still OP after Warzone nerf Activision / NICKMERCS (YouTube)Call of Duty content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff believes the DMR is still one of the best guns in Warzone. This loadout is bringing the best out of the gun since its nerf, with just a few minor tweaks. The DMR has been one of the most powerful guns to ever be released in Warzone. In fact, the gun proved so overpowered that it has been nerfed several times. Even after the recent recoil changes, the DMR is still one of the fastest killing guns in the entire game. While it may not be as potent as it was at the start of Season 1, it is still capable of pumping out some huge damage. The Tactical Rifle boasts a decent rate of fire, fantastic damage, and great accuracy. As a result, the majority of Warzone players still gravitate towards using the DMR. NICKMERCS is no stranger to the DMR’s dominance and it continues to be a staple pick for the Call of Duty streamer. NICKMERCS’ DMR Warzone loadout Muzzle: Infantry Compensator – Barrel: 16.3” Titanium – Optic: Axial Arms 3x – Underbarrel: Field Agent Foregrip – Ammunition: 30 Rnd Speed Mag – Nick’s DMR loadout has changed quite significantly since the gun received its most recent nerf. The new attachments here are the Infantry Compensator and 16.3” Titanium barrel, which help to keep the DMR from slipping out of contention. Read More: Is the DMR still OP in Warzone? – The Infantry Compensator helps to minimize the DMR’s vertical recoil, enabling you to quickly fire rounds without having to ease off the trigger. Meanwhile, the 16.3” Titanium barrel and Field Agent Foregrip add to the gun’s rate of fire, while also serving to further decrease recoil. This allows you to quickly shoot down enemies without having to worry about recoil control. Simply lock onto your target and let the bullets fly. The fire rate is so fast that the nerfed headshot multiplier won’t make any difference to your kill times. Rounding things off at the bottom of the list is the Axial Arms 3x and 30 Rnd Speed Mag. The Axial Arms 3x is one of the cleanest Black Ops Cold War sights in the game, enabling you to easily kill targets across all engagement ranges. Meanwhile, the 30 Rnd Speed Mag gives you enough ammo to down multiple foes, while also reducing the DMR’s reload time. It’s certainly not hard to see why NICKMERCS easily secured a 20 kill game with this loadout, so give it a try for yourself if you want to get a competitive edge.

NICKMERCS creates deadly RAM-7 Warzone loadout for all ranges – Dexerto
NICKMERCS creates deadly RAM-7 Warzone loadout for all ranges NICKMERCS/ActivisionTwitch and YouTube star Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has shown off his pretty interesting Ram-7 loadout for Warzone as players have started experimenting with different weapons. [jwplayer seN10a3q] Ever since Warzone released, players have constantly fiddled around with their loadouts to try and get something that works for their playstyle but also keeps up with the ever-changing meta. With the switch to Black Ops Cold War, the meta has somewhat shifted away from the original weapons in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, but some players have been going back to them – especially in terms of the assault rifles. We’ve seen new classes for the M4, the Kilo 141, as well as Amax CR-56, but now NICKMERCS has been trying out the Ram-7 again, and he’s got a pretty spicy class. As Nick notes, the Ram-7 was, at one point, the strongest assault rifle in Warzone but updates saw it displaced by others. Yet, it’s still pretty nice in terms of the damage it deals and not being incredibly slow to carry. “It’s a very, very strong assault rifle, but it’s kind of hard to control the recoil at distance,” Nick said. “I’ll be honest man, I had never used the Ram-7 ironsight in Warzone… this things slaps.” With his setup, Nick has boosted the accuracy, range, and control somewhat, but the mobility does take a hit. Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Barrel: FSS Ranger – Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip – Ammo: 50-round mags – Rear Grip: Stippled Grip Tape – Now, whether or not the weapon will displace some others and cement its place in the meta is anyone guess. However, it’s still not as quick as weapons like the FFAR and Mac-10, so it might take another round of nerfs and buffs to really get the Ram-7 up there. Read More: Is the DMR still OP in Warzone? – Yet, Nick’s setup is a pretty nice close to mid-range setup, and worth messing around with if you’re looking for something new.

NICKMERCS’ deadly FFAR loadout still dominates after Season 3 nerf – Dexerto
NICKMERCS’ deadly FFAR loadout still dominates after Season 3 nerf Activision / TreyarchCall of Duty content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed his FFAR build, which absolutely shreds in Warzone Season 3. The FFAR was hit pretty hard by the Warzone Season 3 weapon nerfs, but NICKMERCS’ new build demonstrates that the Cold War AR is still alive and kicking. While many Call of Duty players have switched out the FFAR for the likes of the FARA and AK-47, NICKMERCS still believes the FFAR is still one of the most dominant close-quarters guns in the game. Despite having its max damage and range nerfed, the FFAR still deals incredible amounts of damage when kitted out with the right attachments. Nick’s FFAR build counters a lot of the gun’s current problems and brings it firmly back into the meta spotlight. If you miss using the FFAR, then this lethal loadout is the perfect addition to your arsenal. NICKMERCS FFAR Warzone loadout Muzzle: Flashguard 5.56 – Barrel: 19.5” Task Force – Stock: Raider Stock – Ammunition: STANAG 50 Rnd – Rear Grip: Serpent Wrap – While many Warzone players were rightfully relieved to see the FFAR nerfs in Season 3, Nick believes that the FFAR isn’t going anywhere. In fact, this build proves that this OP AR is still one of the top contenders. “I’m telling you right now that if I’m playing a tournament tomorrow, I got the FFAR in my back pocket. Nobody is going to be able to ignore this thing. You might be able to get around it a little bit, but in the end, this is going to be the end all be all.” Nick’s new FFAR loadout maximizes everything from the gun’s damage, range, mobility, and control. This enables players to quickly melt through their foes with laser-like precision, especially in close-quarter firefights. First up is the Flashguard 5.56 Muzzle and 19.5” Task Force Barrel. Nick has dropped the Agency Suppressor and opted for a Muzzle that decreases the FFAR’s vertical recoil and increases aim stability, which will help with securing those all-important headshots. The 19.5” Task Force Barrel is a must as it enhances the FFAR’s damage range, bullet velocity, and strafe speed. This enables it to compete with the current FARA and AK-47 builds that are currently cropping up across Verdansk. Meanwhile, both the Raider Stock and Serpent Wrap provide added mobility, while also keeping the gun’s ADS speed quick. After all, you’ll always want to quickly zap onto your target when going for those hyper-aggressive flanks. Lastly, the STANAG 50 Rnd mags will ensure you have plenty of ammunition to take down multiple targets. Simply hold down the trigger and let the bullets fly. There you have it, a new FFAR loadout that can compete with Warzone best close-quarter guns. NICKMERCS creates powerful new LC10 Warzone Season 3 loadout – Dexerto
NICKMERCS creates powerful new LC10 Warzone Season 3 loadout Activision / NICKMERCS (YouTube)Call of Duty content creator Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has revealed his new LC10 SMG loadout, which shreds players in close-quarters firefights. While the MP5 and MAC-10 still reign supreme in Warzone Season 3, the game’s meta is in a great place right now. In fact, the recent weapon balance patch has enabled some lesser-known guns to shine. The LC10 may look relatively unimposing when compared to the popular SMG loadouts, but it is still capable of dishing out some pretty decent damage. This is particularly true when you utilize NICKMERCS’ LC10 loadout. Coming packed with great handling, high mobility, and a fast rate of fire, the LC10 continues to be one of the most underrated SMGs in Warzone. The LC10 may not take the top SMG spot, but it is still capable of delivering some game-winning kills provided you kit it out with the right attachments. NICKMERCS LC10 Warzone loadout Muzzle: Agency Suppressor – Barrel: 13.9” Task Force – Stock: No Stock – Ammunition: STANAG 55 Rnd – Rear Grip: Serpent Wrap – Nick’s LC10 build features a few noticeable differences to our own loadout. The Call of Duty content creator has kitted his LC10 out with attachments that focus on making the gun as quick and reactive as possible. This makes it exceptionally fast when aiming down sights and running around Verdansk. First up, is the Agency Suppressor and 13.9” Task Force barrel. Both of these attachments are must-picks as they conceal your shots, minimize vertical recoil, increase damage range, bullet velocity, and strafe speed. The No Stock has been used to help with the gun’s Sprint to Fire time. While it may minimize the LC10’s hipfire accuracy, the ability to begin firing that much quicker is massive – particularly in those run and gun situations. If that wasn’t enough, the Serpent Wrap also speeds up your ADS time. Lastly, the STANAG 55 Rnd Mags ensures you have plenty of ammunition to take down even the most well-armored foes. It will also help minimize any frustrations that come from constantly reloading. Whether the LC10 will see a rise in popularity going into Season 4 remains to be seen, but NICKMERCS’ loadout certainly sets a good example.
