FaZe Clan struggle during opening days of CWL Pro League Qualifier Despite getting out to a solid start at the CWL Pro League Qualifier, FaZe Clan has hit a few roadblocks and are now in hot water in Pool A. FaZe Clan is one of the most prolific names in Call of Duty, but things haven’t exactly started off the best for them during the Black Ops 4 season. After closing out CWL Vegas with a lackluster 13th-16th finish, they are now on the brink of missing out on the Pro League altogether after a rough first two days of competition. Things started well enough for FaZe on Wednesday when they brushed past their sister team, FC Black, with an easy 3-0 record. Most importantly, newcomer McArthur ‘Cellium’ Jovel seemed to have fit right in with his teammates after posting some gaudy numbers in the series. Things didn’t go nearly as well in the second match against Enigma6, however, as they fell 3-1 to end the day with an even 1-1 record. Despite the subpar ending to Day One, FaZe had a chance to rebound against Project 18 on Day Two. Unfortunately for FaZe, the woes on the first day carried right into the second day with yet another subpar showing, resulting in a 3-1 loss. While a 1-2 record with three games left to play in their Pool wouldn’t be a death sentence on its own, the fact they still have tough matchups against the likes of Team Reciprocity and Team Sween could spell disaster for the talented squad. Even more than just their losses alone FaZe simply hasn’t looked like a championship contender, something that CWL analyst Anthony ‘NAMELESS’ Wheeler pointed out bluntly during the broadcast. “These guys just aren’t good right now,” NAMELSSS said of FaZe Clan’s current squad. “They have a lot to work on.” .@NAMELESS just went IN on FaZe Clan. :flushed:https://t.co/NKHQSgV6Gh #CWLPS4 pic.twitter.com/exGW1j5TOK — Call of Duty World League (@CODWorldLeague) January 17, 2019 Still, there’s plenty of chances left for FaZe to turn things around on the final two days of Pool Play to give themselves a shot at making it into the Pro League. They’ll need to shore up their play in a hurry, though, as these Qualifiers are the one and only shot at making it into the Pro League. FaZe’s next match is against Team Reciprocity at 6pm EST on Friday, January 18.

Now, after leaving NYSL, ZooMaa is officially rejoining FaZe Clan as a content creator. FaZe Clan to field second Call of Duty roster under FaZe Black for CWL Vegas [CONFIRMED] – Dexerto
FaZe Clan to field second Call of Duty roster under FaZe Black for CWL Vegas [CONFIRMED] UPDATE – December 6, 2018 (2:10pm EST) FaZe Clan has officially announced FC Black along with the CWL Vegas roster. Reviving our history with new faces. Introducing our new Academy club, the first to be supported by FaZe Clan on their climb to professional status. Meet, FC Black:@tomGRVTY @Tisch47 @PhantomzTheGod @GstaAsim @i2Mosh #FaZeUp pic.twitter.com/5NdTyu59Dz — FaZe Clan (@FaZeClan) December 6, 2018 Rumors are spreading of a potential return of the iconic ‘FaZe Black’ name for CWL Vegas, as FaZe Clan are speculated to be fielding an amateur team in addition to their main lineup. FaZe Clan’s main roster, led by long time members like Dillon ‘Attach’ Price and Tommy ‘ZooMaa’ Paparatto, may not be the only players representing FaZe at the first event of the Black Ops 4 season, if rumors turn out to be accurate. The most recent CWL 2K winning team, consisting of Tanner ‘Mosh’ Clark, Timothy ‘Phantomz’ Landis, Paul ‘Tisch’ Tischer, Thomas ‘GRVTY’ Malin and ‘Asim’, are yet to announce an organization for CWL Vegas. However, ‘Asim’ confirmed on Twitter that the roster had signed with a team, and were waiting to making the official announcement – which is said to be FaZe Black. According to Twitter account @CODBurnerIntel (created to share updates from the infamous rostermania leaker ‘CoDBurner’), FaZe Black will be recruiting this open bracket team. This rumor was later bolstered by the appearance of the name ‘FC Black’ on the official Open Winners Bracket on the MLG website, ahead of CWL Vegas, spotted by Reddit user u/pottsy3. One of the players, ‘GRVTY’, has been close friends with FaZe Clan player James ‘Crowder’ Crowder (formerly Replays), and so it is possible a good word has been put in by his friend. Adding more fuel to the speculation was a response from FaZe Clan’s Attach, following Asim’s post that they were announced their organization for Vegas soon. Attach simply replies ‘I wonder who it is’. One slight complicating factor is that organizations are not permitted to have two teams competing in the CWL Pro League, so if both the main FaZe roster and this up and coming team were to qualify, the FaZe Black team would need to look for new representation. Pro League teams in the 2019 season must also select one substitute player, meaning that even if this roster was to miss out on the Pro League, FaZe may look to keep one of the players on as their sub. This is all speculation at this point, with an official announcement still to come from the CWL 2K winning team. FC Black Thomas ‘GRVTY’ Malin – Paul ‘Tisch’ Tischler – Timothy ‘Phantomz’ Landis – Tanner ‘Mosh’ Clark – ‘GstaAsim’ –

FaZe Clan return to CWL Pro League for Black Ops 4 with all new roster – Dexerto
FaZe Clan return to CWL Pro League for Black Ops 4 with all new roster MLGLegendary Call of Duty organization FaZe Clan have officially made their return to the top level of the esport after missing out on Pro League qualification, acquiring the spot of now-defunct Red Reserve. The move was heavily rumored prior to the official announcement, woith numerous leaks and hints from players that the organization which has its roots in Call of Duty would be making a comeback. FaZe hadn’t completely left CoD esports however, as they continued to field their ‘FaZe Black’ roster, which won the amateur segment of the tournament at CWL Fort Worth. They have promoted two players from that FaZe Black roster, Obey ‘Asim’ Asim and McArthur ‘Cellium’ Jovel, to the main squad now, as well as brining on board two of the former Red Reserve players, Matthew ‘Skrapz’ Marshall and Trei ‘Zer0’ Morris. Rounding out the roster is long time FaZe star Tommy ‘ZooMaa’ Paratto, who spent a short time as a sub for OpTic Gaming in the Pro League already in Black Ops 4, but stuck with his official position under FaZe even after missing out at the qualifier. FaZe Clan’s return to the CWL and the pro level of Call of Duty was somewhat expected, especially with franchising on the horizon for the 2020 season, but they were perhaps fortunate to have Red Reserve’s financial troubles provide an opportunity so early, and reportedly for so cheap. We’re baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack. FaZe Clan has officially re-entered the @CODWorldLeague with a roster of ZooMaa, Cellium, Asim, Skrapz, and Zer0 :writing_hand:️ Our first games will come at CWL London, from May 3rd-5th! #FaZeUp pic.twitter.com/EsCcNuDV8q — FaZe Clan (@FaZeClan) April 20, 2019 By acquiring Red Reserve’s spot in the Pro League, retaining the talents of Skrapz and Zer0, they will hold on to the 5-6 record which the previous all-British roster had attained. They also take their position in Pool C for the upcoming CWL London, where they will face eUnited, Team Envy and Evil Geniuses – the latter two of which also made major roster overhauls. The remaining members of Red Reserve’s now-former roster have also landed on their feet, joining Denial Esports. CWL London begins on May 3, which will be the first time FaZe fans will see their professional team back in action since the disappointment at the last chance qualifier in January.

FaZe Clan make first Call of Duty roster change amid franchising uncertainty – Dexerto
FaZe Clan make first Call of Duty roster change amid franchising uncertainty FaZe Clan/Infinity WardThe first roster change of world famous esports organization FaZe Clan has been announced, as the Call of Duty World League makes its transition into a franchise-based competition. FaZe Clan experienced mixed fortunes over the course of Black Ops 4, with a third-place finish at the CWL Pro League Playoffs being the highlight. As one of the world’s largest esports organizations, there is a good chance that they will acquire a spot in the franchise league. On August 22, FaZe pro Matthew ‘Skrapz’ Marshall stated that he was told there’s an “80% chance” that FaZe will acquire a spot. However, if they do, they will be doing so with a different roster to the one that finished Black Ops 4. Trei ‘Zer0’ Morris appears to have confirmed his departure from FaZe Clan in a tweet on September 1. “I’m currently exploring new opportunities for the upcoming CDL season,” the British CoD star said. “If you would like to reach out to me, you can DM me or email me.” The aforementioned Skrapz responded to the tweet, wishing his ex-teammate luck for the future. Zer0 only joined FaZe Clan back in April of 2019, hoping to turn his Black Ops 4 fortunes around. It doesn’t seem to have paid off, and he’ll be searching for a new roster as we build up to Modern Warfare. Goodluck buddy! Whatever happens I’ll always love ya trei  — FaZe Skrapz (@skrapzg) September 1, 2019 While Zer0 is the only confirmed player to have left the FaZe roster, speculation is also building around Thomas ‘ZooMaa’ Paparatto’s future at the organization. While nothing has been announced, the Italian pro tweeted on August 30 that he is excited to find out what city he is going to represent. Eagle-eyed twitter users have also noticed that he has added his email to his Twitter bio, perhaps indicating that he is fielding offers. I just wanna know what city I’m playing for :raised_hands::skin-tone-4: — FaZe ZooMaa (@ZooMaa) August 30, 2019 However, his social channels are still dominated by FaZe Clan regalia and his bio still reads “Captain of FaZe Clan”, so this remains strictly speculative for now. While Zer0 is confirmed to have departed, Skrapz certainly appears to be staying put. Teammates Cellium and Asim have been all but silent about their future heading into the franchise-based league. FaZe Clan and FC Black locked horns during Day One of the CWL Pro League qualifier – Dexerto
FaZe Clan and FC Black locked horns during Day One of the CWL Pro League qualifier MLGDuring Day One of the Call of Duty Pro League play-in qualifier, FaZe Clan had to do battle with their sister squad – FC Black. The play-in qualifier kicked off on January 16 at the MLG Studios in Columbus, Ohio, with the teams who finished outside of the automatic qualifying spots for Pro League at CWL Vegas, throwing down. A number of top names who underperformed at the first event of the season, including 100 Thieves, FaZe and Team Envy, are all in action in Columbus. FaZe kicked off their qualifying run against FC Black – a roster that was picked up by the FaZe Clan organization just prior to CWL Vegas. The gap between the two teams showed as FaZe Clan took the best of five series in three games. FC Black joined up with FaZe just before CWL Vegas. The senior squad secured a 250-75 victory on Seaside Hardpoint, a 6-2 win in Search and Destroy on Gridlock before picking up a 3-1 win in Control on the same map behind a huge effort from their newest player, Cellium. The 18-year-old had not taken part in a LAN event before this but that didn’t matter as FaZe swept the series to give themselves a winning start to the qualifiers. The youngster showed just why teams were desperate to add him to their rosters with a ridiculous 31-8 first game where he was able to secure a full set of killstreaks in his first life in the Hardpoint start to the series. However, it was not completely plain sailing for FaZe Clan. In their second series of the day, they fell to a 3-1 defeat at the hands of Enigma 6. It was better news for FC Black as they were able to secure a 3-1 victory over Project 18. Following a mixed day one, FC Black found themselves sitting in the bottom two of Pool A – meaning that they will be eliminated from the qualifier if they don’t move up the table. Both teams will return to action on January 17, with FaZe Clan taking on Project 18 whilst FC Black will play Team Sween later in the day.

FaZe Clan’s Black Ops 4 CWL Pro League Roster confirmed? Rated drops massive hint – Dexerto
FaZe Clan’s Black Ops 4 CWL Pro League Roster confirmed? Rated drops massive hint MLGCall of Duty Pro League roster has been may have been ‘confirmed’ by current Red Reserve player Rhys ‘Rated‘ Price. Are FaZe replacing Red Reserve? During a stream on April 4, Red Reserve player Matthew ‘Skrapz’ Marshall hinted at FaZe Clan potentially Trei ‘Zer0’ Morris that they have been made homeless by the organization. Since Skrapz’ bombshell, rumors have swirled regarding a potential new-look FaZe Pro League roster. April 5 marked the lifting of the current roster lock, allowing teams to make moves during the transfer period. FaZe Clan missed out on qualification to the Black Ops 4 Pro league. Who is on the FaZe roster? One potential roster, centered around current RR players Skrapz and Trei ‘Zer0’ Morris, which also included Tommy ‘ZooMaa’ Paparatto, McArthur ‘Cellium’ Jovel and Maurice ‘Fero’ Hernandez was posted to the CoDCompetitive subreddit – leading to increased speculation. Rated ‘confirmed’ the squad in a comment on the CoDCompetitive subreddit, where a post had been made about the potential FaZe roster. “Replace two people & you’ve got the roster. One on loan one recently dropped maybe I dunno,” stated Rated, adding a winking face to his comment. After one fan guessed that the players he was referring to were Dillion ‘Attach’ Price and Jordan ‘JKap’ Kaplan, Rated added: “Ding, ding, ding – we have a winner.” The rumored squad seemingly falls in accordance with CWL Pro League rules as at least one current RR player would have to remain on the roster if FaZe picks up the spot. The current Red Reserve roster, however, looks set for a split, with Skrapz and Rated firing shots at each other on Twitter about a number of rumored roster moves and changes. Is Rated right about the line-up? Just who that holdover player would be is at this point unknown, despite this rumored and ‘confirmed’ roster including Skrapz and Zer0. Both players recently announced their free agency from the RR roster, and that they were open to discussions with other organizations. Read More: Red Reserve Call of Duty players allegedly made homeless as organisation’s issues continue – While Rated may have ‘confirmed’ the roster on Reddit, an official announcement is yet to be made and potential plans could still change as they attempt to secure their lineup.

FaZe Clan CoD troll fans on social media by announcing OpTic member as their new fifth player – Dexerto
FaZe Clan CoD troll fans on social media by announcing OpTic member as their new fifth player Rostermania in Call of Duty is a busy an anxious time for many competitive players, but for FaZe Clan, it’s the perfect time to troll the community. On October 5, FaZe posted an announcement on their Twitter page announcing who the new fifth member of their CoD team was going to be, knowing that their fans were desperate for intel. However, the announcement turned out to reveal OpTic Gaming content creator and formal CWL caster Jack ‘CouRage’ Dunlop as their newest player. “Wish granted. Welcome to FaZe Clan’s official 5th member of our Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 professional roster: CouRage,” the announcement read. The “wish granted” part was in reference to a tweet that CouRage had put out the day before, jokingly asking to be signed to the roster. Even FaZe Update, the org’s official update page on Twitter, tweeted out that the fifth player would be revealed at 12:05 PM PT / 3:05 PM ET. Not to miss out on the fun, OpTic’s official Twitter page conveniently reminded FaZe that picking up CouRage may not have been the best move, considering he infamously went 0-15 in a wager match in Black Ops 3. sources close to Dexerto have reported that all signs post to a former FaZe and OpTic player being added to the roster for the upcoming season.

FaZe Clan CoD Pro ZooMaa’s Twitch Account Has Been Suspended – Dexerto
FaZe Clan CoD Pro ZooMaa’s Twitch Account Has Been Suspended FaZe Clan Call of Duty pro player Thomas ‘ZooMaa’ Paparatto has announced that his Twitch account has been suspended for seven days. The news was revealed late in the day on September 5 when ZooMaa published a post about out it on his Twitter page. However, this has occurred just days after ZooMaa and several others were live on his stream discussing the viral topic of the ‘CoDBurner,’ a mysterious and unknown person of interest who has been leaking private information online about CoD roster changes, insider dealings, and more. During this stream, ZooMaa and the others had been discussing ways on how to figure out who the CoDBurner is, one of which was using his IP address to track his relative location. Many are speculating that this is what got ZooMaa into trouble with Twitch, since such a discussion could have potentially violated the first rule of the site’s Terms of Service, which states that users cannot stream content that is invasive of others’ privacy or publicity rights. Whether or not this is the reason, or what the reason actually is, may never be revealed. Regardless, fans and viewers of ZooMaa’s stream will have to wait seven days before the CoD pro is allowed to stream on Twitch again.

FaZe Clan CoD Pro ZooMaa Has Good News About His Current Twitch Suspension – Dexerto
FaZe Clan CoD Pro ZooMaa Has Good News About His Current Twitch Suspension It looks as though the suspension that Twitch have handed out to FaZe Clan pro Call of Duty player Thomas ‘ZooMaa’ Paparatto is going to end sooner rather than later. ZooMaa announced on September 7 on Twitter that his suspension has been reduced and that he should have his account enabled in “less than six days.” According to the CoD pro, Twitch made the choice to reduce his ban after making “a mistake on their end.” Heard back from Twitch. They made a mistake on their end and I will have my account back in less than 6 days. Love to hear that. #FaZeUp #ZooMob The next day, he announced that his suspension had been increased to “indefinite,” although Twitch had not provided a reason as to why. He also revealed that this had all happened because he had been discussing someone’s address live on stream, which would be a bannable offense under Twitch’s T.O.S. Was on the phone with my friend and thought my mic was muted, and an address was said. It was an accident and my first strike… Now that the misunderstanding has been resolved and Twitch’s error corrected, the FaZe star will look to be going back live in less than a week.

FaZe Clan CoD confirm former player as their new fifth for the Black Ops 4 season – Dexerto
FaZe Clan CoD confirm former player as their new fifth for the Black Ops 4 season North American esports organization FaZe Clan have called upon a former player to complete their Call of Duty team for the upcoming Black Ops 4 season. Anthony ‘Methodz’ Zinni, who was most recently with OpTic Gaming, has joined the FaZe roster that includes Thomas ‘ZooMaa’ Paparatto, Dillon ‘Attach’ Price, James ‘Replays’ Crowder and Preston ‘Priestahh’ Greiner – one of the few rosters in competitive CoD that had not made any changes since forming at the start of the WWII season. This roster move was announced on October 8 via a post on the FaZe Clan official Twitter page, which also included a highlight montage of Methodz’s best plays from this past season. “I’m beyond excited to be home,” Methodz tweeted after the news had broken. Having been competing in Call of Duty since 2012, Methodz enjoyed two separate stints with FaZe Clan during 2013 and 2014. His best placing during that time came at the MLG Spring Championship 2013, where he, Heist, Replays, and MBoZe placed 5-6th, winning $2,300. Methodz played for several teams during the WWII season, including Next Threat, Rise Nation, and Team Kaliber, before finishing out the season with OpTic Gaming. However, after OpTic’s disastrous placing at the 2018 CWL Championship, it was clear that Methodz was on his way out as the team began its major revamp. His move to FaZe does not come as a major surprise, especially since Dexerto had reported the move several days prior, based on the reports of several reliable sources.

FaZe Clan co-owner Apex hilariously destroys trash talker on Call of Duty: MW2 – Dexerto
FaZe Clan co-owner Apex hilariously destroys trash talker on Call of Duty: MW2 FaZe Apez / Infinity wardAfter running into a trash talker during his epic return to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, FaZe Clan’s Apex decided to hand out a brutal beating on one of the game’s most popular maps. FaZe Clan’s co-founder had to delete Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 on his console to free up space for the notoriously sniper heavy game, but once he got going, it was all about Free-For-All on Highrise. The streamer, who has over 4.7 million subscribers on YouTube, finished fifth in the game with 1200 points before he was flooded with Xbox messages. The first he showed us was from ‘king hevn,’ which said: “Good to see you back on MW2”, however one player seemed to want a challenge rather than a conversation. Rust, the popular Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 map typically used for 1v1 sniper matches. A message from Las Mortas said: “1v1 MW2 Rust and if you don’t accept, then you will have five years of bad luck”, which is not the standard way to ask for a one-on-one sniper match on the famous Call of Duty map. “Oh wow, I’ve got to 1v1 this kid on Rust. No way. I did not think that this was going to happen. I did not think this is what my day was going to be,” he said before setting up the lobby. “Here we go bro, let’s go.” Yet – even after all of that – Las Mortas never decided to join the game. Instead, PackinHeatPooba, who called Apex a “bearded short”, joined the lobby and the challenge was finally on. Apex raced into a 9-0 lead against his opponent, while Las Mortas continued to send him messages, but the gamer was too busy destroying his opponent to reply. The “despicable” game ended 20-2 to the YouTuber, with one of PackinHeatPooba’s kills coming from a throwing knife and the other from when Apex was trying to no-scope the player for a while. After realizing the gulf in class between the two, the player swiftly left the lobby at the end of the game. All talk, no action.

FaZe Clan Clinch Final Division A Spot in CWL Pro League Stage 2 Playoffs as Evil Geniuses are Eliminated – Dexerto
FaZe Clan Clinch Final Division A Spot in CWL Pro League Stage 2 Playoffs as Evil Geniuses are Eliminated Blizzard EntertainmentNorth American Call of Duty pro team FaZe Clan have officially qualified for the CWL Pro League Stage 2 Playoffs. FaZe are the fourth and final team from Division A to clinch a spot, joining Red Reserve, Echo Fox, and Team Kaliber. After a shockingly bad start to the Stage 2, FaZe came into the sixth and final week of Stage 2 knowing that they would need to win all four of their matches to even have a chance at the postseason. Although they managed to win their first three matches, their Playoff lives ended up being decided before they played their fourth match, thanks to Team EnVy defeating Evil Geniuses and eliminating them from contention. ALL OVER @EvilGeniuses. With the loss to EnVy, @FaZeClan will be the 4th and final team from Division A to qualify for #CWLPS4 Stage 2 Playoffs! pic.twitter.com/vlkq5XDER3 — Call of Duty esports (@CODWorldLeague) July 6, 2018 Of course even if EG had not lost to EnVy, FaZe would have still had the chance to qualify with a win against Team Kaliber. FaZe owned the tiebreaker against EG thanks to a better head-to-head map count. However, they must have felt relieved in completing their ultimate comeback within the Division A standings and getting the chance to defend their Stage 1 crown. Qualified for playoffs! Very proud of the team bouncing back after that rough first week. We’re looking good and have to keep putting in the work. Thanks for all the support! #FaZeUp — FaZe ZooMaa (@ZooMaa) July 6, 2018 We LOVE nV! We officially made it to playoffs. This season was very disappointing for us but we’ve learned a lot and improved. Excited for Playoffs and Champs— FaZe Attach (@Attach) July 6, 2018 The CWL Pro League features a total of 16 teams divided into Divisions A and B, with the 8 teams of each group playing each other twice. While every team receives a base cash prize for participating, the top four teams of each Division qualify for the Playoffs, where a whopping $500,000 prize pool will be up for grabs.

FaZe Clan Black win $75,000 CWL Fort Worth Open Bracket Tournament – recap and final placements – Dexerto
FaZe Clan Black win $75,000 CWL Fort Worth Open Bracket Tournament – recap and final placements SCUF GamingThe amateur Open Bracket Tournament at CWL Fort Worth came to a close on March 17, with FaZe Clan Black taking home the first place prize. FC Black defeated Australian squad Mindfreak 3-2 in the Grand Final, completing a reverse sweep after going down 0-2 in the early goings. Thanks to their nearly flawless run through the Winners Bracket of the competition, FC Black only needed to win the one series in the Grand Final, while Mindfreak would have still needed to win another best-of-five if they had been able to take the first. The series started off well in the Australians’ favor, after a 250-193 win on Arsenal Hardpoint and 6-3 victory on Gridlock Search and Destroy had them comfortably up 2-0. However, using their fully stacked roster to its fullest potential, FC Black came roaring back with a 3-1 win on Arsenal Control and tied up the series with a 2-2 victory on Frequency Hardpoint. #Game5Alert: @FaZeClan.Black get it to the last S&D vs @Mindfreak, they have a chance to win the Open Bracket Grand Final right now!https://t.co/NKHQShcI4R#CWLPS4 | #CWLFortWorth pic.twitter.com/gtnfFUvCxv — Call of Duty World League (@CODWorldLeague) March 17, 2019 With all to play for in the fifth and final game of the first series, FC Black took total advantage of their momentum and cruised to a 6-3 win on Arsenal S&D, securing the tournament victory and $15,000 first place prize. Mindfreak’s second place finish earned them a $12,500 prize, and the top four was rounded off by Cyclone and Nation of Power. You can check out the top 16 money placings by visiting our CWL Fort Worth final placements hub. FC Black’s Open Bracket Tournament victory comes as a surprise or shock to virtually no one, as the team was one of the clear-cut favorites to win the event. Featuring FaZe Clan’s McArthur ‘Cellium’ Jovel and eUnited’s Chris ‘Simp’ Lehr, many projected that the squad would have a relatively easy time winning the tournament, and they pretty much did. Their one and only hiccup, if it can be called that, came in the Winners Bracket semifinal, when they needed to go to a fifth map to defeat third-place team Cyclone. Other than that, the team did not drop a single map throughout the entire event, not even during the rounds that were played best-of-five.

FaZe Clan’s Attach joins new Pro League team ahead of CWL Fort Worth – Dexerto
FaZe Clan’s Attach joins new Pro League team ahead of CWL Fort Worth @FaZeClanIn a stunning roster move that has caught many off guard, FaZe Clan Call of Duty pro player Dillon ‘Attach’ Price has temporarily found a new home for the rest of the Black Ops 4 season. On March 8, Evil Geniuses announced that they had successfully loaned Attach from FaZe Clan, and he will be joining their CoD team just in time for next week’s CWL Fort Worth major tournament. He will be joining a roster that includes Jevon ‘Goonjar’ Gooljar-Lim, Mathew ‘Royalty’ Faithfull, Tyler ‘FeLo’ Johnson, and John ‘Xotic’ Bruno. Attach will, of course, be filling the roster spot vacated by Brice ‘Faccento’ Faccento, who had announced his retirement from competitive Call of Duty several days prior. It must be noted that this roster move is a loan and not a permanent transfer, meaning Attach will be returning to FaZe at some point either this season or after. A big welcome to @Attach, who joins our Call of Duty roster on loan from @FaZeClan! We’ll be competing with him starting with CWL Fort Worth next weekend, and continuing onto CWL Pro League matches afterward. Read more here: https://t.co/Sr8LAYiHql pic.twitter.com/1gx9cH00Ym — Evil Geniuses (@EvilGeniuses) March 9, 2019 This move allows Attach to compete CWL Pro League for the first time this season after FaZe Clan shockingly failed to qualify back in January. At the time, unlike some of his teammates, Attach was unable to secure a suitable move for himself and was thus forced to sit out the first four weeks of the Pro League before the roster lock was lifted again on March 1. Fortunately, for Attach, he was able to grab a spot on a Pro League team before rosters were locked again on March 8, and fans will likely be excited to see the world champion back in the main fold. “I’m very excited to be teaming up with these hungry and talented players,” he said. “I’m thankful for the opportunity and ready to get to work to turn this season around.” Thankful for this opportunity to compete under @EvilGeniuses’s for the rest of the Black Ops 4 Season! I didn’t leave FaZe I am being loaned. Thank you for all the support and I’ll see you guys at Fort Worth!— FaZe Attach (@Attach) March 9, 2019 EG will hope that Attach’s presence will indeed help the team turn things around in the Pro League, where they currently sit dead last in Division A with a lowly 1-6 record. “It’s not every day a world champion is a free agent and with a player like Attach it’s easy to say that he would make any team better by joining,” said CoD coach Revan. “Attach is a hard working and dedicated player, he pushes others around him and is open to improving his own play. A leader by example, we’re all very excited to grow as a team with Attach as our new fifth.” But before any improvement can be made in the Pro League, EG first have to face the stern challenge that lays ahead them at CWL Fort Worth, where they’ve been grouped with 100 Thieves, Red Reserve, and Enigma6 Group in Pool B.

Censor shares update on CoD franchise future after ‘exciting’ meetings – Dexerto
Censor shares update on CoD franchise future after ‘exciting’ meetings YouTube: Censor/Unsplash: Andreas DressFaZe Clan’s Doug ‘Censor’ Martin has provided another update on his future in competitive Call of Duty, as Activision’s title transitions to a franchise-based league. It is no secret that CoD’s move to a franchise-based league will bring big changes to the competitive scene. We will no longer see household esports names like OpTic Gaming or FaZe Clan, as city-based rosters like Los Angeles and Toronto replace them. While much remains unclear about the future of Call of Duty esports, Censor has been unequivocal when stating that he wants to be a big part of the competitive scene. On August 22, he provided fans with another update about his future in the popular FPS title. “I just want to give you an update on the Call of Duty franchise meetings and everything that I’m doing,” explained the FaZe Clan star, who recently went bald. “I’m working really hard, I’m doing a lot guys. I wanna make Call of Duty esports the coolest, biggest most mainstream fun thing on planet Earth.” Read More: Modern Warfare 2v2 Alpha first impressions – He also said that he feels he is currently in “the best headspace” in order to out a career move in Call of Duty esports. “I’ve been working my tail off 24/7, talking to franchises, figuring out what my next move is gonna be.” Unfortunately, if you’re after specific names of the franchises that Censor is talking to, he doesn’t provide them. “Out of respect for the franchises I feel it’s important – and with transparency to you guys, to the franchises, everyone in general – I think it’s very important that I do not disclose any of the information, until I can give a definitive answer.” While he did not disclose specific details, the FaZe Clan content creator summarized the meetings as “going great”. Censor last played in Call of Duty esports back in WWII, on a compLexity roster that placed 13-16th at Champs. He played alongside Ricky, Blazt and Greenwall star Dashy. He did not feature at all in competitive Black Ops 4, but has made clear he wants to be back for Modern Warfare’s competitive season. While history would suggest Censor sees himself as a player, it certainly sounds like he is weighing up all his options as CoD makes the transformation into a franchise-based league.

FaZe Censor recounts his favorite moment of his Call of Duty career – Dexerto
FaZe Censor recounts his favorite moment of his Call of Duty career Doug ‘Censor’ Martin just recently retired from competitive Call of Duty (again) and in a video on his YouTube channel recounted his favorite moment in his CoD career. In arguably his best run as a pro for FaZe Clan in 2014 and 2015, Censor was one of the key pieces of a couple huge wins for FaZe. According to Censor, his favorite moment during his entire career came during this stretch at MLG’s Columbus Open in 2014 on a FaZe roster with Aches, Apathy, and SlasheR. Coming from the loser’s bracket, FaZe had their backs against the wall, game after game. They were coming off elimination games against Denial (3-2), Team Kaliber (3-1), and Prophecy NA (3-2), when they had to pull off a bracket reset against OpTic gaming. OpTic was just beginning the dominant stretch that would make them the face of competitive Call of Duty and was on fire in Columbus with three straight 3-0 victories to place them in the finals. After a bracket reset, FaZe and OpTic had split the first four modes and had one Search and Destroy game for the Columbus championship. Enter Censor: Both teams had three players left after a Crimsix and SlasheR trade. OpTic’s Formal appeared to have the jump on Censor but he turned it around and secured the kill on Formal then immediately followed up with another kill on Scump, all but sealing the championship for FaZe. Censor went to plant the bomb and Nadeshot picked him off but had given up his position and Apathy and Aches were able to easily win the ensuing 1v2, giving this FaZe Clan roster its first and only major victory.

FaZe Censor makes incredible gesture for vLionMan for CoD Champs 2019 CWL/Francisco Suarez – ESPAT MediaFaZe Clan’s Doug ‘Censor’ Martin has announced that he will send vLionMan to the upcoming CWL Champs, following the revenue generated from his ‘CoD Burner’ reveal. In a bid to continually do good by the Call of Duty community, the FaZe Clan member posted on Twitter on July 18, to reveal the identity of the CoD Burner. After Censor’s Tweet was well received by the community, he later took to his YouTube channel on July 20, to further publicly expose the CoD Burner’s actions. This is the COD Burner. According to his personal reddit account (check all photos) he’s a semi-public figure and has multiple interviews in mass media. Anyone find any? Because I can’t. pic.twitter.com/luZkBwart5 — FaZe Censor (@Censor) July 18, 2019 Following a 57-minute long video questioning the CoD Burner’s financial resources and motives, fans are now dubbing the YouTube sensation as ‘Detective Doug’ and are requesting more content of a similar nature. Censor’s efforts on YouTube were recognized by the competitive Call of Duty community, with the video generating $900 in profits after amassing more than 200,000 views. Now, Censor is giving back to the CoD faithful by sending none other than graphic designer ‘vLionMan’ to the CWL Championships for Black Ops 4. vLionMan has poured countless hours into his unique concept of ‘player cards’, which have been popular amongst pros and fans alike. The New Zealand-based design student regularly takes to Twitter to post his objective stat-based player cards, obtaining his stats from CoDStats.gg. The 21-year-old graphic phenom has since expressed his gratitude by creating a throwback ‘legend card’ from MLG Columbus, exclusively for Censor. FaZe Censor set to expose true identity of infamous CoDBurner – Dexerto
FaZe Censor set to expose true identity of infamous CoDBurner Twitter: Censor / ESL / KUNMFaZe Clan‘s Doug ‘Censor’ Martin announced today that he is going to expose the identity of the infamous CoDBurner soon. CoDBurner has long been seen as a nuisance in the competitive CoD scene, as he has leaked roster moves and pro team lineups, amongst a long list of other confidential information on Reddit. Pro players such as Censor have vigorously been trying to uncover the identity of this leaker, and the unveiling might finally be upon us. Censor claims he’s exposing the leaker soon On Wednesday July 17, Censor took to Twitter to say that he was ready to finally put the whole thing to rest, and expose who the leaker is. When initially talking to Censor, the leaker had told various people that he made his money working for Goldman Sachs. Problem is, Censor’s uncle was the former Vice President for the banking group. The FaZe pro then updated everyone on social media, saying that he now has CoDBurner’s full legal name, and is going to drop a video on Friday to finally expose him. Update: I have the COD Burners full legal name. Making a video about this guy and putting it to bed. Friday. — FaZe Censor (@Censor) July 17, 2019 “A massive fuck you” Censor then followed his earlier tweet with a video, saying: “This guy is an idiot. For someone who is really trying to cover his tracks, he’s really dumb. He exposed himself. I have enough evidence to expose him now, but I am waiting for one final piece to come back. It’s a really important piece, as a massive fuck you from myself.” Read More: Top 20 highest earning Call of Duty pros – He said that he might even expose the name today, if he gets the information and has the time. The pro player then left his audience with one last bit of advice. “Never ever associate with people who have money and you don’t know where they are getting the money from. Or what their name is”. Who is CoDBurner? The leaker first showed up in April of 2018, exposing roster changes and moves being made by pro teams leading up to the mid season. But the competitive scene was rocked when in August of that year, he took to Reddit to leak confidential information on OG. His post detailed a great amount of inside information of what was going on behind the scenes. This led many pro players and fans to dig deep to figure out who this leaker could be. 600Whether we get the name today or Friday, the long saga looks to finally be coming to an end. Hopefully then, competitive players can finally breathe a sigh of relief.

FaZe Booya’s Warzone 2 MP5 loadout could be perfect for Ashika Island – Dexerto
FaZe Booya’s Warzone 2 MP5 loadout could be perfect for Ashika Island ActivisionFaZe Booya was a Resurgence demon in Warzone 2’s predecessor and now he has shared a super fast MP5 loadout just in time for Ashika Island’s arrival in the new era. Booya’s name was at the top of the Resurgence scene throughout most of Warzone. The Nuke Squad member was also partially responsible for popularizing many top-tier loadouts throughout that run. Although Season 2’s Resurgence mode is still a few weeks away, he’s kept that passion alive in Warzone 2 and is back once again with an MP5 loadout that might give the Fennec a run for its money. FaZe Booya’s “#1 MP5 Class” in Warzone 2 The Lachmann Sub has lived in the shadow of the Fennec for all of Warzone 2’s young lifespan but Booya’s class makes the gap between then them much shorter. In a recent video, he put it to use in a game where he dropped 22 of his squad’s 33 kills and it’s hard to dispute just how effective this new-look SMG is at close range. Here’s the full build for anyone who wants to give it a try: Barrel: L38 Falcon 226mm (+0.50, +0.40) – Laser: VLK LZR 7MW – Stock: Meer Recoil 56 (-4.00, -2.40) – Rear Grip: Lachmann TCG 10 (-1.00, -0.45) – Magazine: 50-Round Drum – All of these tunings are meant to keep the gun’s mobility high with a touch of accuracy and range boosting on the barrel. Al Mazrah has plenty of close corridors and narrow alleyways but a gun like this will really shine when Ashika Island drops and Resurgence gives the game’s fastest players their new favorite playground.

FaZe Booya’s “ultimate” Cronen Squall loadout outguns SMGs up close in Warzone 2 – Dexerto
FaZe Booya’s “ultimate” Cronen Squall loadout outguns SMGs up close in Warzone 2 ActivisionFaZe content creator Booya has created the “ultimate,” Cronen Squall loadout for Warzone 2 that manages to outgun even SMGs at close range. When trying to find a sniper support or a close range gun most Warzone 2 players opt for either an SMG or a fast handling assault rifle. After all, these often provide the best balance of fast weapon handling and a fast TTK up close. However, Warzone 2 Season 3 introduced the Cronen Squall, a battle rifle that immediately entered the meta becoming one of the most popular primary weapons. Given its impressive damage and status as a battle rifle, many players opted to use it as a long range weapon. However, Booya believes he has found a way to make the Cronen Squall even more powerful. Best Cronen Squall close range loadout in Warzone 2 Season 3 FaZe content creator Booya has created a loadout that offers a unique twist on the Cronen Squall. Rather than focusing on long range damage and accuracy, this build looks to dominate at close-range outgunning SMGs in the process. Although Booya’s build speeds up weapon handling some attachments like the Lockshot KT85 are still used to reduce recoil. The Cronen Squall is a high recoil weapon that can be tricky to control without certain attachments. The FaZe member emphasized that his loadout is only optimized for close and medium-range gunfights. Those looking for a more traditional build can check out our best Cronen Squall loadout guide. Muzzle: Lockshot KT85 – Barrel: SB6.8 16″ – Laser: Schlager PEQ Box IV – Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56 – Magazine: 30 Round Mag – What makes the Cronen Squall such a strong SMG alternative is that it has an extremely fast sprint to fire speed for a battle rifle. This allows for aggressive play without having to worry about getting caught out. However, the Squall does have an unusual characteristic that could take some getting used to. Unlike most other weapons it has an open bolt delay meaning that there is a brief pause between pulling the trigger and the gun firing.

FaZe Booya’s throwback Warzone MP5 loadout dominates on Rebirth Island – Dexerto
FaZe Booya’s throwback Warzone MP5 loadout dominates on Rebirth Island The Modern Warfare MP5 to many is a forgotten relic of the past in Warzone — but the gun can still shred on Rebirth Island with the right loadout. Warzone fans during Modern Warfare are sure to have fond memories of whipping out the MP5 and annihilating enemies at close range in Verdansk. The gun has an extremely fast rate of fire and is easily controllable in short to mid-range engagements. The MP5 became virtually obsolete once the Vanguard MP40 was introduced. Player health increasing to 300 makes the MP5’s time to kill speed a little bit problematic at mid-range, but the gun still looks like its old self when playing aggressively up in people’s faces. FaZe Booya’s Modern Warfare MP5 loadout Warzone YouTuber and Twitch streamer Faze Booya decided to throw things back and create an MP5 loadout in a video on May 31. Barrel: Monolithic Integral Suppressor – Stock: FTAC Collapsble – Underbarrel: Merc Foregrip – Magazine: 45 Round Mags – Perk: Sleight of Hand – The MP5 truly shines with a loadout that maximizes movement speed, aim down sight speed, and bullet velocity. Also, don’t shy away from testing out the gun’s insane hip-fire capability. The Monolithic Integral Suppressor provides sound suppression and increases bullet velocity at the cost of aim down sight speed. Booya mentioned that you could use the Monolithic Suppressor instead for increased aim down sight time but the difference isn’t really huge. The FTAC Collapsible stock is a go-to selection for any MP5 loadout as it increases movement speed, while the Merc Foregrip provides extra recoil control. Sleight of Hand comes in handy with a smaller magazine of just 45, letting you start firing off at enemies even quicker. Give Booya’s MP5 loadout a try for yourself and relive the glory days of running around Verdansk.

FaZe Booya’s surprising Warzone 2 “SMG” build is perfect for Ashika Island – Dexerto
FaZe Booya’s surprising Warzone 2 “SMG” build is perfect for Ashika Island ActivisionFaZe Booya was a premier name in the Resurgence scene even before Ashika Island arrived in Warzone 2. Now that it’s here, he’s back to shake up the game with fun loadouts like this makeshift ISO Hemlock SMG. Booya has long been at the top of the Warzone Resurgence community. The ultra-talented gamer puts on a masterclass every time he loads into Ashika Island and he’s not stingy when it comes to teaching other players how to do the same. Part of what makes him such a force on the map is that he’s always up to date with the best weapons and loadouts for the mode, and while this ISO Hemlock build might not kill as fast as some of Warzone 2’s other options, it’s super easy to use and makes for a great beginner weapon. FaZe Booya’s Warzone 2 Ashika Island ISO Hemlock This class takes the new Season 2 weapon, the ISO Hemlock, and transforms it into an almost unrecognizable SMG without ever switching platforms or anything like that. Instead, it’s built around the ISO Stockless Mod and the Cipher-121 barrel, which amplify all of the SMG-like qualities of the weapon without dragging down its damage. Barrel: Cipher-121 – Optic: Cronen Mini Pro – Stock: ISO Stockless Mod – Rear Grip: Sakin-ZX Rear Grip – Magazine: 45-Round Mag – Booya put it to use in a recent Warzone 2 video and collected 23 kills in a match prior to getting eliminated, though his death was primarily caused by a shoddy connection. This gun maintains the laserbeam accuracy of its Assault Rifle form, but the enhanced movement makes it an ideal choice for Al Mazrah as well as Warzone 2’s Ashika Island. It may not replace your favorite SMG on a full-time basis, but it’s worth giving a run for anyone needing a change of pace.

FaZe Booya’s “insane” Warzone MP40 loadout shreds on Rebirth Island – Dexerto
FaZe Booya’s “insane” Warzone MP40 loadout shreds on Rebirth Island ActivisionBooya is one of the biggest names in all of Warzone and he’s back to show off another premium Rebirth Island loadout. This time around he’s highlighting the changes every player can make to their MP40 class to optimize for the close-quarters gameplay of the smaller map. It’s the Season 3 Reloaded era of Warzone and players now have more health than ever before. That should mean that games get a little more difficult to survive since kills will be harder to come by, but that’s not the case for FaZe Booya. His brand-new MP40 class is good enough to make you forget all about that pesky health change and get back to dominating the field exactly like before. FaZe Booya’s Rebirth Island MP40 tips There’s nothing that’s going to change the game in this version of Warzone’s best SMG, but even a few tiny adjustments can make life a whole lot easier. Every second counts when the action is coming at the standard Rebirth pace, so prioritizing ADS speed and fire rate are the two main objectives with this build. This might mean playing a little closer to the action than normal, but since the MP40 is still one of the best guns in the game, that shouldn’t be too much of an issue. Booya’s MP40 loadout Muzzle: Recoil Booster – Barrel: VDD 189mm Short – Optic: Krausnick ISO1M – Stock: Krausnick 33M Folding – Underbarrel: m1941 Hand Stop – Magazine: .62 Gorenko 45 Round Mag – Ammo Type: Hollow Point – Rear Grip: Hatched Grip – Proficiency: Perfectionist – Kit: Quick – By subbing in Hollow Points and the .62 Gorenko 45 Round Mag, the gun’s rate of fire skyrockets in comparison to the standard version. The m1941 Hand Stop will keep your shots flying straight and compensate for the range that’s lost from not using Lengthened like the current meta version of the gun. For anyone that’s tired of the MP40 though, we’ve also got the hottest new Armaguerra-43 loadout that some players think could claim the top spot this season.

FaZe Booya’s “insane” FTAC Siege Warzone 2 loadout dominates Ashika Island – Dexerto
FaZe Booya’s “insane” FTAC Siege Warzone 2 loadout dominates Ashika Island Warzone 2 content creator FaZe Booya has revealed his “insane” FTAC Siege loadout that is the perfect secondary for players that don’t use Overkill, especially on Ashika Island. The Season 3 Reloaded update for Warzone 2 saw two new weapons introduced, the GS Magna, and FTAC Siege. Whilst the GS Magna is mostly just a fun weapon with relatively little competitive use the FTAC Siege has already established itself as one of the best secondary weapons in both MW2 and Warzone 2. Naturally, Warzone 2 players trying to take advantage of the new pistol are desperately trying to figure out the best FTAC Siege loadout and now Booya thinks he might have found it. Best FTAC Siege loadout in Warzone 2 Season 3 Reloaded FaZe Booya has created an “insane” FTAC Siege loadout that dominates Ashika Island. The FaZe content creator revealed the build in a video uploaded on May 12. Speaking on the build, Booya highlighted a unique selling point that makes it better than many SMGS: “It’s very solid overall. Especially since this is a pistol so you don’t have to rock Overkill with it. You can also use pistols in the water where you can’t use other secondaries like submachine guns.” Barrel: STF-U – Laser: FJX DIOD-70 – Stock: Siege Wire Stock – Magazine: 50 Round Drum – Rear Grip: SUR-160 – It’s early days but the FTAC Siege is proving to be a popular choice already in Warzone 2. According to WZ Ranked, the machine pistol currently ranks 15th in usage rate ahead of competitors such as the STB 556, PDSW 528, and MX9. The FTAC Siege is the joint most used pistol in Warzone 2 alongside the X13 Auto. Both have a 1.3% usage rate followed by the .50 GS at 0.5% and GS Magna at 0.3%. A key difference between the Siege and X13 Auto is that the former was only added in Season 3 Reloaded. Many players won’t have unlocked it yet so it’s possible that the automatic handgun could rise in popularity as the season progresses.

FaZe Booya’s “crazy” UGR SMG Warzone loadout dominates Rebirth Island – Dexerto
FaZe Booya’s “crazy” UGR SMG Warzone loadout dominates Rebirth Island FaZe Booya/ActivisionBlack Ops Cold War’s UGR SMG is the newest gun to land in Call of Duty: Warzone, and FaZe Clan star Booya has got a “crazy” loadout that maximizes its mobility. The long-awaited Season 3 update for Warzone Pacific was pretty much focused on shaking up the battle royale’s meta. Many fan-favorite weapons were hit with nerfs, but there were plenty of buffs to go around as well. On top of those changes, fans got a bit of a surprise when a new weapon – the UGR SMG – was introduced through Black Ops Cold War. It may only be early days, but the UGR has already won over some players thanks to its close-range damage and speed. FaZe Clan’s Swagg believes the SMG is already “broken,” and his Nuke Squad partner Booya has unveiled a loadout that gives the UGR “crazy” mobility. Though, he would prefer it if it had a bigger magazine. Booya highlighted the new weapon in his May 8 video as he racked up a 28-kill win on Rebirth Island and bamboozled plenty of enemies with the SMG’s speed. To this point, many UGR classes have centered around the 14.5″ Liberator barrel and Microflex LED sight, but Booya doesn’t opt for those. Instead, he uses the GRU Suppressor and 12.8″ VDV reinforced barrel as the combo gives the SMG iron sights that resemble the AK-74U. “The only downside, which is a pretty big downside to this gun, it only has a 30-round clip,” the FaZe star said. “It’s got a good headshot multiplier, so if you get headshots mixed in your time to kill is pretty fast. The mobility is pretty crazy and it’s kind of good close-quarters.” FaZe Booya’s UGR SMG loadout for Warzone Muzzle: GRU Suppressor – Barrel: 12.8″ VDV reinforced – Stock: KGB Skeletal Stock – Underbarrel: Bruiser Grip – Rear Grip: Serpent Wrap – With the SMG category currently dominated by the Welgun, Owen Gun, and MP-40, it could be difficult for the UGR to cement a spot amongst the top dogs. Despite that, it’s worth trying out while it’s new and fresh, and you never know, it could be something that dominates before long. So, give it a try.

FaZe Booya’s “best” Warzone sniper is a forgotten Modern Warfare choice – Dexerto
FaZe Booya’s “best” Warzone sniper is a forgotten Modern Warfare choice ActivisionCompetitive Warzone star FaZe Booya has pointed to Modern Warfare’s SP-R 208 as one of the best snipers in Warzone Pacific and Rebirth Island, despite the forgotten weapon sitting at a Season 2 pick rate of just 1.04%. One fan-favorite aspect of Warzone has undeniably been the crossover of content from multiple titles in one place for the first time in Call of Duty history. While the collection of weapons, equipment, and more has caused issues for Raven and Activision, players of the popular CoD battle royale have been enamored by the amount of choice they have when it comes to setting up their loadouts. Now, FaZe Clan star Booya has outlined a long-forgotten Modern Warfare sniper as one of the game’s best in Season 2, despite its pick rate falling far behind the most used snipers in Warzone. In an April 1 YouTube video, Booya described Modern Warfare’s SP-R 208 as “the best sniper rifle on Rebirth Island,” suggesting it can compete with the universally popular Kar98k and Swiss K31. “Honestly it felt pretty good,” he said. “I like how it has a 5 round mag and you don’t have to individually reload every shot.” He did concede that it probably still falls a little short of the Kar98k in some scenarios but, on Rebirth Island, it’s a criminally underused sniper rifle. FaZe Booya’s full SP-R 208 class setup is outlined below. FaZe Booya’s SP-R Warzone loadout Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Laser: Tac Laser – Optic: Solozero SP-R 28mm – Stock: XRK SP-LITE 208 Blitz – Magazine: .300 Norma Mag 5-R Magazine – Despite the glowing review from Booya, WZRanked shows that the SP-R 208 currently sits at a pick rate of 1.04%, putting it 30th overall in terms of most used primaries and marking it as one of Warzone Pacific’s most underrated weapons. You will need a trusty backup to deal with enemies at closer ranges though, with the content creator going for the OTS-9 to drop 25 kills in Rebirth. We doubt the SP-R 208 has the strength to dethrone the Kar98k or Swiss but, as Booya proved, it can be lethal in the right hands.

FaZe Booya unveils Warzone build for forgotten Cold War SMG to rule Season 4 – Dexerto
FaZe Booya unveils Warzone build for forgotten Cold War SMG to rule Season 4 ActivisionWarzone competitor FaZe Booya has unveiled his Bullfrog build for Season 4, claiming the Black Ops Cold War SMG still dominates Rebirth Island despite being fairly low in the game’s meta. Warzone Season 4, like all those that have preceded it, has a clearly established weapon meta in which players naturally gravitate towards the best weapons in the game. However, weapons outside the concrete meta can still have a place, so long as they’re built and used correctly. That brings us to the Bullfrog, a SMG with a meagre pick-rate of just 0.76% in Season 4. Competitive player Booya, though, reckons it can dominate Rebirth with the right setup. Bullfrog Warzone loadout to rule Rebirth Island The loadout is specifically designed for Rebirth Island, but will be applicable to the game’s other maps so long as players continue to use the Bullfrog sensibly. It’s naturally better at close-ranges and trying to outgun ARs or snipers will definitely get you killed. Booya explained that his Bullfrog build is geared towards speed, maximizing the movement speed whilst minimizing the time it takes to ADS. The 65 Round Mag improves on the Bullfrog’s base mag size and ensures you can take down multiple opponents at once. It’s worth nothing that there’s no recoil mitigation here, so it might take some getting used to the Bullfrog’s moderate kick. The full loadout is detailed below: Muzzle: Sound Suppressor – Barrel: 7.4″ Task Force – Stock: KGB Skeletal Stock – Rear Grip: Serpent Wrap – Magazine: 65 Rnd – Regardless of what map you’re dropping in to, a longer range weapon in the back pocket will be the most sensible choice. Something like the ever-reliable Kilo 141 will see your class made even stronger and ensure you’re ready for any gunfight. It goes to show that, used sensibly and with the right attachments, you don’t always need the most heavily picked weapons to make a mark in Warzone.

FaZe Booya unveils resurgent Vanguard SMG that “melts” Warzone opponents – Dexerto
FaZe Booya unveils resurgent Vanguard SMG that “melts” Warzone opponents ActivisionFaZe Booya is one of the go-to names in Warzone when it comes to loadouts and his build for this Vanguard SMG is guaranteed to absolutely melt the competition. Warzone is coming to its end but that doesn’t mean the demons who call it home are slowing down anytime soon. Booya has carved out a reputation as one of the best Resurgence players in the world and when he suggests that more people should be using a gun then his word is as good as gold. This time around he’s putting fans on to a Vanguard SMG that was previously a middle-of-the-pack option but that is currently seeing a huge boost in popularity. That’s not just his opinion either, the stats back him up in a big way. FaZe Booya unveils Vanguard SMG with surging Warzone pick rate The gun in question is the Marco 5 and it is having its biggest jump in popularity ever. First introduced with the Season 4 update, this highly-accurate sub has spent most of its life stuck behind weapons like the MP40, Owen Gun, and most recently the Armaguerra. Now though, the Nuke Squad representative is encouraging people to give it a shot and he’s not the only that’s on board with it. In fact, it has now jumped up into the top ten most-used weapons in the entire game according to WZRanked. In the video above, Booya puts up a 20-kill game using the Airborne Toxin Blueprint alongside the Cleanup Crew XM4 and it’s easy to see why he thinks the gun is in an excellent place right now as he absolutely ripped through the lobby. It may not overthrow the Armaguerra anytime soon but it has already displaced the rest of the competition and for anyone looking for a competitive alternative, it could be the perfect replacement.

FaZe Booya unveils deadly Warzone loadout for underused Cold War SMG – Dexerto
FaZe Booya unveils deadly Warzone loadout for underused Cold War SMG Treyarch/ActivisionWarzone expert FaZe Booya has identified an underrated Cold War SMG that’s absolutely lethal in Season 5 after receiving a set of buffs in the major update. For close-quarter combat in Warzone, the number one choice will always be SMGs as they offer a lethal TTK and impressive mobility. In Season 5, it’s the Vanguard weapons that are considered top-tier, with the PPSh-41, Armaguerra 43, and H4 Blixen all dominating the meta. As a result, a lot of players overlook guns from the past, especially those from Cold War, even though some of them have the potential to compete. Well, FaZe Booya has identified this and showcased a lethal Cold War SMG that is being slept on in Season 5. Best UGR Warzone loadout in Season 5 Attachments Muzzle: GRU Suppressor – Barrel: 12.8″ VDV Reinforced – Optic: Microflex LED – Stock: KGB Skeletal Stock – Magazine: Explosive Flechettes – After receiving a buff to its magazine capacity in Season 5, the UGR is now a viable SMG pick in Warzone according to FaZe Booya. Increasing the Explosive Flechettes magazine from 36 rounds to 50, the UGR can now wipe out multiple enemies without the issue of having to reload constantly. Describing the loadout as “amazing”, Booya’s build maximizes the Cold War SMG’s TTK without compromising its mobility. It’s worth noting that the E.O.D perk does counter the Explosive Flechettes and will reduce your damage if you run into an opponent using it. Despite only having a 0.1% pick rate, the gun has the fifteenth-highest KD ratio in the game, so it’s definitely the perfect weapon for racking up kills. Keep in mind, that you’ll need to run Overkill with this loadout so you can run a longer-range secondary. Booya opts for the Kar98k, but you can also go with a meta AR like the Cooper Carbine or STG44.

FaZe Booya showcases deadly Automaton loadout perfect for Season 3 Reloaded – Dexerto
FaZe Booya showcases deadly Automaton loadout perfect for Season 3 Reloaded Activision/FaZe BooyaThe Automaton has been steadily climbing up the best Warzone Assault Rifle rankings, and FaZe Booya has a deadly loadout for players to use in Season 3 Reloaded. Warzone Season 3 Reloaded has led to an influx of Vanguard weapons taking top spots within the current weapon meta. While the STG44 still reigns supreme, the Automaton has also started to creep into contention. This highly accurate AR has extremely low-recoil and decent damage, which makes it a highly versatile pick for mid to long-range firefights. In fact, the highly versatile weapon currently has a 2.82% win rate, which puts it just below the STG44. So, if you’re on the lookout for a new weapon to use on Caldera or just want a strong meta option, then FaZe Booya’s Automaton loadout is one you’ll want to try. FaZe Booya’s Automaton Warzone loadout Muzzle: MX Silencer – Barrel: ZAC 600mm BFA – Optic: SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x – Stock: ZAC Skeletal – Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop – Magazine: 6.5mm Sakura 75 Round Drums – Ammunition: Lengthened – Rear Grip: Polymer Grip – Perk 1: Tight Grip – Perk 2: Fully Loaded – FaZe Booya’s Automaton loadout is tailored to bolster the gun’s accuracy and range, transforming it into an absolute laser. This is where the MX Silencer, ZAC 600mm BFA, SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x, ZAC Skeletal, M1941 Hand Stop, and Polymer Grip come in. In fact, when all of these attachments are utilized, the Automaton barely moves when fired full-auto. The Tight Grip Perk also aids with stability, giving you even greater precision during sustained engagements. Timestamp of 23:35 Because of the added accuracy of this loadout, players can simply focus on positioning and setting up plays. If you see an enemy in mid to long-range scenarios, simply scope in with the SVT PU Scope and watch as your enemy’s health vanishes in an instant. As you’ll be using this AR in ranged engagements, FaZe Booya has equipped the Lengthened ammo type. After all, having a 10% increase in bullet velocity can make hitting distant targets a little easier. Lastly, the 6.5mm Sakura 75 Round Drums and Fully Loaded Perk ensure you have plenty of ammunition – an area that is incredibly important now that players have more HP. Be sure to give this lethal Automaton loadout a go in the Season 3 Reloaded update.

FaZe Booya shares Warzone Bruen Mk9 build to make MW LMG meta again – Dexerto
FaZe Booya shares Warzone Bruen Mk9 build to make MW LMG meta again ActivisionFaZe Clan’s Booya has revealed his go-to Bruen Mk9 loadout for Warzone Season 5 Reloaded, claiming it puts the once-dominant LMG back on the very top of the meta in Rebirth Island. Warzone fans’ attention is rapidly turning to the battle royale’s sequel, which we now know will drop in mid-November and, at least to begin with, feature the brand new Al Mazrah environment. However, there is still plenty of life in the original BR, with fans still keen to know what weapons they should be dropping in with, whether in Caldera or Rebirth Island. On the topic of the latter map, FaZe Clan content creator Booya has outlined his Bruen Mk9 LMG build for Season 5 Reloaded, explaining how it is ideal to dominate enemies on Rebirth Island. FaZe Booya Bruen loadout for Warzone Season 5 Reloaded In an October 7 video, the BR pro recommended players use the Spoiled Rotten blueprint. While nerfs to the LMG since its dominance in the Modern Warfare era prevent it from being as reliable or quick-to-kill at long ranges, it remains a mid-range monster in spite of some slower handling stats. That’s why it’s ideal for Rebirth Island and attachments are designed to improve damage and range. If players struggle with recoil control, Booya recommended swapping the laser out for a foregrip but, in general, his go-to attachments are as follows: Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Barrel: XRK Summit 26.8” – Optic: Corp Combat Holo Sight – Laser: Tac Laser – Magazine: 60 Round Mags – Players will simply need a strong SMG to ensure they’re covered in the inevitable close-range gunfights Rebirth Island will bring. Currently, your best bet is the Armaguerra 43, but players should know that it received a nerf in the October 6 Warzone patch. If that’s put you off, try out the Vanguard MP-40. Either, though, will complement the Bruen build very nicely.

FaZe Booya reveals throwback Fennec loadout in Warzone that still melts on Vondel – Dexerto
FaZe Booya reveals throwback Fennec loadout in Warzone that still melts on Vondel Activision/Instagram: gd.booyaFaZe Clan’s Booya is always one step ahead of the meta in Warzone, no matter which map it is or the weapon balancing changes that may have occurred with each update, and he’s brought back a classic weapon that can still fry opponents. One of the more fun parts of Warzone is trying different new weapons that aren’t typically in the meta, but it’s also equally as fun to play with some throwback guns sometimes, testing out weapons that were once meta but no longer are. Back in the Verdansk and Caldera days, players loved pulling out old Modern Warfare 2019 meta guns like the Grau or the M4 after they’d had their time in the spotlight, trying to relive the glory days of yesteryear. While this isn’t quite possible in the current iteration of Warzone, limited to just the weapons available in Modern Warfare 2, many players still like to try out old weapons that were once popular, and that includes the Fennec, which Booya is a huge advocate for. Booya’s Fennec loadout on Vondel The Fennec was the go-to SMG in the early days of Warzone Al Mazrah, paired with an RPK they made a formidable duo of both long-range and close-quarters firepower that couldn’t be touched. While the Fennec has fallen out of the meta rankings since, it can still pack a serious punch, especially if you build it like Booya does. He uses the following attachments: Muzzle: Lockshot KT85 – Underbarrel: FSS Sharkfin 90 – Magazine: Fennec Mag 45 – Stock: Agile Assault-7 Stock – Rear Grip: Fennec Rubber Grip – As always, these attachments can be tuned however you prefer to use them, and we would recommend playing around with them a little to find the perfect combination that works for you. It might not have the same level of control as more popular meta picks such as the Lachmann Sub or the BAS-P, but its rate of fire alone makes it a serious demon to come up against — and once you get used to it, you can absolutely melt enemies at close range.

FaZe Booya reveals Nikita AVT loadout perfect for Rebirth Island – Dexerto
FaZe Booya reveals Nikita AVT loadout perfect for Rebirth Island Activision/FaZe BooyaThe Nikita AVT is the latest Assault Rifle to be added to Warzone in Season 3 and Faze Booya has the perfect loadout for maximizing its damage in Rebirth Island. Warzone Season 3 is finally here and players have currently been busy leveling up the Nikita AVT – the game’s new Assault Rifle. Not only is this deadly AR known as the “best-in-class fire rate,” but it can also deliver great DPS in close-quarters and mid-range engagements. Whether this lightning-fast weapon has what it takes to claim a top-tier spot among Warzone’s best Assault Rifles remains to be seen, but FaZe Booya has the perfect Nikita AVT loadout that maximizes its kill potential. FaZe Booya Nikita AVT Warzone loadout Muzzle: MX Silencer – Barrel: Empress 613mm BFA – Optic: G16 2.5x – Stock: ZAC MS – Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop – Magazine: 6.5 Sakura 55 Round Drums – Ammo Type: Lengthened – Rear Grip: Polymer Grip – Perk: Brace – Perk 2: Fully Loaded – Unlike our own Nikita AVT loadout, FaZe Booya has opted for attachments that primarily focus on maximizing the gun’s accuracy. The MX Silencer, Empress 613mm BFA, and Polymer Grip all greatly reduce the gun’s vertical recoil. When these three attachments are combined with the added accuracy from the ZAC MS, M1941 Hand Stop, and Brace – the Nikita AVT barely moves when fired. Because of this, FaZe Booya has used the G16 2.5x Optic, which offers the perfect magnification for mid-range firefights. Timestamp of 22:40 Meanwhile, the 6.5 Sakura 55 Round Drums and Fully Loaded Perk give you plenty of ammunition needed to take down multiple foes. Lastly, Booya rounded out his Nikita AVT loadout with the Lengthened ammo type to help increase the AR’s damage. It’s not hard to see why the Nuke Squad star managed to claim a whopping 20 kills with this fast-firing AR, so make sure you give this loadout a go when dropping into Rebirth Island.

FaZe Booya reveals most “underrated” Warzone SMG on Rebirth Island – Dexerto
FaZe Booya reveals most “underrated” Warzone SMG on Rebirth Island ActivisionIf you’re tired of terrorizing Rebirth Island with the same old setups every match then FaZe Booya’s pick for the most underrated SMG might help you spice things up a bit. Booya is one of the premier names when it comes to breaking ankles and taking names on Rebirth Island. From showing off in high kill games to competing against some of the best players in the world, the young man has run the gamut in Warzone’s secondary game mode. That’s why when he says a weapon is underrated in his signature mode, the community’s ears collectively perk up and people start to pay attention. FaZe Booya’s underrated SMG loadout on Rebirth Island In a May 18 YouTube video, the Faze Clan star put on an absolute clinic with the TEC-9, showing how the forgotten Cold War favorite still packs quite the punch. At the end of a 21-kill solo game, he takes some time to show off his version of the gun so that anyone looking to try it out for themselves can give it a fair shot. With add-ons like the 4.9″ Task Force barrel and Bruiser Grip, the gun gets a big boost to movement and a nice bump to damage range as well. Muzzle: Full Auto Repeater – Barrel: 4.9″ Task Force – Stock: Raider Stock – Underbarrel: Bruiser Grip – Magazine: Salvo 48 Rnd Fast Mag – This build isn’t going to outpace the Owen Gun or the Type 100 in terms of sheer TTK but that doesn’t mean good players can’t get a lot of mileage out of it. As with most SMGs on Rebirth, staying light on your feet is an important factor in how well someone performs with this gun. If the fights start popping off at long range then you’ll likely need to switch over to a more versatile primary until you close the distance. The TEC-9 will almost certainly remain a niche pick in Season 3 but it’s still plenty of fun to get reacquainted with for the game’s more adventurous players.

FaZe Booya reveals lethal STG44 Warzone loadout that still dominates after nerf – Dexerto
FaZe Booya reveals lethal STG44 Warzone loadout that still dominates after nerf Activision/FaZe BooyaThe STG44 is the best AR in Warzone Season 3 and FaZe Booya has a meta loadout that maximizes the gun’s damage and accuracy. Warzone’s AR meta is currently dominated by the STG44 – in fact, this deadly Vanguard weapon sits comfortably at the top. Not only does it come packed with great accuracy, but its DPS is also through the roof, especially when kitted out with the best attachments. It’s certainly not hard to see why the STG44 currently has a massive 13.93% pick rate in Season 3. While both the NZ-41 and Cooper Carbine continue to creep up the rankings, the STG44 is still the go-to AR in Warzone. So, if you’re aiming to use the best gun in the game and want to maximize your kills, then FaZe Booya’s STG44 loadout is a must-pick. FaZe Booya’s STG44 Warzone loadout Muzzle: MX Silencer – Barrel: VDD 760mm 05B – Optic: SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x – Stock: VDD 34S Weighted – Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop – Magazine: 7.62 Gorenko 50 Round Mags – Ammo Type: Lengthened – Rear Grip: Polymer Grip – Proficiency: Focus – Kit: Fully Loaded – FaZe Booya’s STG44 loadout is all about transforming the STG44 into an absolute laser, which makes it perfect for Caldera. The MX Silencer, VDD 760mm 05B, SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x, VDD 34S Weighted, and M1941 Hand Stop all help reduce the gun’s recoil. In fact, when these attachments are used in coordination with the 7.62 Gorenko 50 Round Mags and Polymer Grip — the AR barely moves. This makes it incredibly deadly for mid to long-range engagements. Timestamp of 27:13 Simply scope in with the SVT-40 PU Scope 3-6x and begin lighting up your enemies with highly precise head and bodyshots. Eliminating ranged targets is even easier thanks to the added bullet velocity from the Lengthened ammo, while Fully Loaded ensures you start with the maximum amount of rounds. Pair the STG44 with the MP40 or H4 Blixen and you have a dominant loadout that can obliterate enemies across all ranges. It’s certainly not hard to see why the STG44 ranks at the top of Warzone’s AR rankings, so give FaZe Booya’s build a go when you next drop into Caldera.

FaZe Booya reveals Lachmann Shroud loadout to dominate Vondel in Warzone – Dexerto
FaZe Booya reveals Lachmann Shroud loadout to dominate Vondel in Warzone Activision/BooyaFaZe Clan Call of Duty star Booya has revealed his loadout for the new Lachmann Shroud SMG that was introduced in Season 5 Reloaded, and it looks like it could have a serious impact on the Warzone meta. With each seasonal and mid-season update, Call of Duty adds a number of new weapons to the game in an attempt to keep gameplay fresh and the meta moving. The Lachmann Shroud SMG is the latest to be added to that collection, as the likes of the ISO 45 dominate across Al Mazrah, Vondel, and Ashika Island. While sometimes it can be hard to know the best way to build a weapon when it first launches, as the intricacies of the gun mean there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to the Gunsmith, fortunately, there are people like Booya who can keep players ahead of the curve. Booya’s Lachmann Shroud loadout Here’s how Booya builds out his Lachmann Shroud for maximum impact on Vondel: Underbarrel: FSS Sharkfin 90 – Ammunition: 9mm Sub HP – Magazine: 40 Round Mag – Optic: Slimline Pro – Stock: Meer Recoil-56 Factory Stock – Timestamp 28:41 for loadout Of course, these loadouts are always just advisory, and we would definitely recommend trying out a few other loadouts with different attachments to see what works best for you and your play style. That said, Booya normally has the right idea when it comes to building classes for new weapons, so it would definitely make sense to give this a try. If you still haven’t unlocked the Lachmann Shroud, you will need to complete all four initial Sector E0 challenges in the Battle Pass, and get 30 operator hip-fire kills with SMGs. Once you’ve got it, it’s time to get grinding and try out the best Lachmann Shroud loadout!

FaZe Booya reveals “fastest killing” MP7 loadout to dominate Ashika Island in Warzone 2 – Dexerto
FaZe Booya reveals “fastest killing” MP7 loadout to dominate Ashika Island in Warzone 2 Activision/FaZe BooyaFaZe Booya has revealed a new SMG loadout to dominate in Warzone 2’s Ashika Island, calling it the “fastest killing” class. While Warzone 2 hasn’t quite taken off like Warzone 1 did when Verdansk was first introduced to players, there are still thousands of players chasing down new ways to break the meta and stay ahead of the competition. With the Cronen Squall still dominating the Warzone 2 meta, people have tried a variety of different weapons for close-quarters combat. With the Lachmann Sub and Vaznev-9K proving most popular among the SMG options, Booya has gone for a slightly different alternative. Instead, the FaZe Clan member is traversing Ashika Island with the VEL 46 in hand, and has shown off what he calls the “fastest killing” loadout for it. Booya’s VEL 46 (MP7) loadout in Warzone 2 Here’s how Booya decks out his VEL 46 to kill his opponents in the fastest fashion possible on Ashika Island: Muzzle: Lacerta Compensator – Laser: VLK LZR 7MW – Stock: Demo RXT Stock – Magazine: 50 Round Mag – Rear Grip: ZLR Combat Grip – Timestamp: 27:31 for loadout Booya tunes his attachments to prioritize recoil control and speed, ensuring he can easily snap on to his opponents, get around quickly, and hit his shots as efficiently as possible. This differs slightly from our best VEL 46 loadout, but it’s well worth trying out different attachments, tunings, and complete loadouts to see what works best for you.

FaZe Booya reveals BP50 Warzone build so good it’s a “bug” in Season 5 Reloaded – Dexerto
FaZe Booya reveals BP50 Warzone build so good it’s a “bug” in Season 5 Reloaded Treyarch/ActivisionFaZe Clan Warzone competitor Booya has revealed a Season 5 Reloaded build of the new BP50 assault rifle, claiming it’s so strong in Rebirth Island it’s basically a “bug”. As is the system Warzone fans have become accustomed to, new weapons from Vanguard continue to make the leap into the CoD battle royale. The most recent weapon to drop in Sledgehammer’s WWII title is the BP50, a bullpup AR that’s easily unlockable for players (simply requiring 15 AR kills with an ACOG scope). While it’s yet to occupy a real position of importance in Warzone’s Season 5 meta, it can kill very fast as a result of its high fire rate and decent handling. As a result, it’s at its strongest in Rebirth Island rather than Caldera, where the average gunfight is versus a nearby enemy and in tight spaces. It’s certainly where FaZe Booya’s recommended loadout thrives. Booya BP50 Warzone build for Rebirth Island In a 14 October video, the FaZe star claimed that the BP50 excels so much on Rebirth that it’s tantamount to a “bug”. If players do want to use it on Caldera, Booya recommended it as a “sniper support” weapon. He also outlined its slightly weaker damage but, because of its easy-to-manage recoil and strong fire rate, it can still thrive at medium ranges: “This thing is a beam. It’s very good as a sniper support or as an AR just to rock by itself like I was using. Tempered [Perk 2] fits it very well. It’s got very low recoil. It’s low damage… but the low recoil kinda helps out.” His fully recommended loadout is detailed below: Muzzle: MX Silencer – Barrel: Desmet 540mm PMH – Laser: Charlier CR Laser – Optic: Slate Reflector – Stock: Leroy Custom – Perk: Tight Grip – Perk 2: Fully Loaded – Rear Grip: Hatched Grip – Magazine: 5.6mm 60 Round Mags – Ammunition: Lengthened – If you do want to run it with a sniper, there’s no better weapon at the moment than the Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle, which walks the fine line between damage and mobility adeptly. Whatever you opt for in the back pocket, this BP50 build will have you covered in all close to medium-range gunfights.

FaZe Booya reveals “best” M4 Warzone 2 loadout for Season One wins – Dexerto
FaZe Booya reveals “best” M4 Warzone 2 loadout for Season One wins ActivisionWarzone pro and content creator FaZe Booya has outlined his go-to Warzone 2 M4 build for Season One, perfect for shredding enemies and racking up wins. The M4 has dominated the early game meta in both Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0. In the latter, it currently sits by some margin as the most used gun, being picked by players in nearly 1/5 instances. Its fast fire rate, decent range, and solid damage make it a monster, perfect to occupy players’ primary weapon spot on Al Mazrah. However, recent CoDs have massively increased the number of attachments players can pick from, making augmenting weapons more tricky. Thankfully, FaZe Clan’s Booya has you covered. FaZe Booya M4 loadout Warzone 2.0 In a December 1 YouTube video, the BR competitor outlined his go-to class setup for the M4, improving its damage, recoil stability, and magazine size. While it does still kick moderately, players can swap out the optic for another recoil control attachment if they struggle with the M4’s volatility. “The optic’s really up to you,” he said. “If you’re fine with the iron sights you can rock another ADS attachment or recoil control attachment… I just prefer the red dot on the M4.” His full class recommendation is detailed below: Muzzle: Harbinger D20 – Barrel: Hightower 20″ Barrel – Optic: Cronen Mini Pro – Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper – Magazine: 45 Round Mag – Players will need a closer-range weapon to protect them where the M4 doesn’t excel. For that, Booya recommended the Fennec but the choice is ultimately yours from the game’s SMG pool. The M4 is by some distance Warzone 2.0’s most popular gun and, with Booya dropping over 20 kills with this class setup, it’s easy to see why.

FaZe Booya hypes up TimTheTatman’s “amazing” bundle weapons – Dexerto
FaZe Booya hypes up TimTheTatman’s “amazing” bundle weapons ActivsionTimTheTatman’s Warzone 2 Operator bundle includes blueprints for the M4 and Lachmann Sub. FaZe Booya gave both a spin and walked away pleasantly surprised. NICKMERCS and TimTheTatman became the first content creators to receive operator skins in Warzone 2. Some players questioned why Activision chose them over other COD community members. For example, Call of Duty’s announcement trailer for the crossover received around 2,000 likes and over 6,500 dislikes. NICKMERCS hit back at critics, claiming that “this is a very good thing for creators.” FaZe Booya tried out both TimTheTatman Operator weapons and gave his first impression. FaZe Booya blown away by TimTheTatman operator weapons Booya is known for making overpowered loadouts of his own, but this time he decided to try out another content creator’s custom class. “The MP5 felt amazing. It was actually surprising how fast this thing killed. I guess it’s because you are always hip firing, so you don’t have to worry about aiming down sight.” The YouTuber wasn’t as impressed by the M4, but still believes it’s viable in matches. “For the M4, I probably would have tuned it more for recoil control and maybe changed the Underbarrel to the FTAC Ripper.” Despite it not being a top-tier loadout, Booya admitted that it still performs “pretty good.” Tatty Fatty Lachmann Sub Warzone 2 loadout Here is TimTheTatman’s Lachmann Sub loadout. It’s important to note that both bundle weapons are already pro-tuned, so you won’t need to make any adjustments. Only eight teams could make it through to the final bracket and some star-studded rosters couldn’t quite make the cut. Warzone icons such as Symfuhny, Vikkstar, and plenty more, were wiped out of the competition early. Standing out among the big personalities, a trio that fought through the MFAM qualifier made an epic run. Not only did they cruise through the initial phase of the tournament, but they also pulled off huge upsets in bracket play. The group of friends knocked out Team HusKerrs against all odds, clearly proving they’re a force to be reckoned with. This iteration of the event also made history. We saw the first-ever tie in MFAM Gauntlet history,” according to cohost Joe ‘Merk’ Deluca. In an unprecedented turn of events, Team Aydan and Team MVS both tied at 136 points in the semi-final round. The two teams then had to battle it out in a tie-breaking Gunfight series which eventually saw Team MVS move onto the grand final. Ultimately, it was Team FaZe Bloo and Team MVS in the last round of action. 11 points immediately separated the two squads after the first game, though it was FaZe Bloo and his lineup that pulled ahead in the end. They came away as the overall victors of the first week in the July Gauntlet. MFAM Gauntlet July Warzone tourney placements (Top 8) When was the MFAM Gauntlet Warzone tourney? The first week’s Main Event bracket play kicked off at 7 p.m. ET on July 15, following three hours of gameplay that helped determine seeding. Like the other events, it was streamed on Twitch on the MFAM channel, which we have linked below. Live leaderboard The full leaderboard for teams that participated in the MFAM Gauntlet can be found here. It was updated regularly throughout the tournament as games were played and results came through. Teams & players The first week was Trios, the second is Duos, third is Quads, and the fourth hasn’t yet been decided—currently sitting as “choice,” implying that finalists will be able to choose their preferred squad size. Of the teams that participated, some huge names stood out. Some teams had three popular streamers, like Timthetatman, Symfuhnny, and Dougisraw’s. Others, like Aydan, Doug ‘Censor’ Martin, and Ahtract’s or Tfue, Cloakzy, and Innocents’, featured two high-profile players and a lesser known streamer. The field was insane though, as it ranged from professional athletes like Tarik Cohen and Vincent Poirier to current and former World Record holders like Vikkstar, Swagg, Lucky Chamu and Frozone. Of course, there was some major Call of Duty League representation as well, with substitute CDL players like Martin ‘MjChino’ Chino, Jordan ‘JKap’ Kaplan, and Brandon ‘Dashy’ Otell all getting in on the action. Format, rules, prize breakdown There are different formats for Qualifiers and Main Events, and different formats for squad size each week. But, in general, teams get to compile the points from their best five games over four hours in Qualifiers and that same format extends to Main Events, except just over three hours with a single-elimination bracket for the top eight teams after that. As mentioned earlier, the prize pool is split into $20,000 per week for the Main Event, $2,500 for qualifiers, and $500 for the players with the most kills.

It’s great to see Blaze taking the positives from the situation rather than getting frustrated over something he can’t control. Fingers crossed, Blaze and his group will look to go for a second run and attempt to break the record. Hopefully next time they won’t run into a similar issue.

FaZe Blaze’s 153-round Cold War Zombies run ends in disaster – again – Dexerto
FaZe Blaze’s 153-round Cold War Zombies run ends in disaster – again Treyarch / FaZe BlazeFaZe Clan’s Lucas ‘Blaze’ Mosing’s title run in Black Ops Cold War Zombies was clicking and flowing incredible well until it all came crashing to a halt – marking the second time in one week a promising run collapsed on him. Blaze has been gunning through Zombies with the world-record for Duos fixed in his sights. The target is currently 309 rounds; while completely plausible for players like Blaze, the world hasn’t been on his side during recent attempts. One of the biggest factors of a successful Zombies run comes down to getting into the right flow with your teammate to grind past the later rounds. His Ring of Fire-centric run with Twitch streamer GhostzyTV successfully got them over 150 rounds with their setup between the Penthouse and the levels below mowing rows of the undead as they came up. The game was clicking, the rounds were rolling past, and the streamer as well as his chat were hyped on the progression that was unfolding. Then it all ended. Shortly after, Blaze took to Twitter to reveal what had happened that suddenly made the Twitch stream shut down. “My internet just went out.. we were at round 153,” he said. That quickly concluded all the synergy that he and Ghostzy built up in the round. Shortly before the internet when out, Blaze was really impressed with the communication between the two streamers that made the rounds fly by. Though it was all for naught, with the duo just needing a few more levels to tie up their personal-best of 164 rounds they notched just days before. However, unlike that attempt which ended in a game crash, this time it only took them two days to get to that ballpark instead of five. That probably added a bit more salt to the wound since the two streamers were breezing through some of the rounds en route to the coveted 309-mark. Blaze is nothing if not persistent in Black Ops Cold War Zombies, so there’s no doubt he’ll be able to replicate those numbers again – though hopefully without any game crashes or internet outages.

FaZe Blaze sets absurd Zombies world record in Black Ops Cold War – Dexerto
FaZe Blaze sets absurd Zombies world record in Black Ops Cold War Twitter, @FaZeBlaze / TreyarchZombies has returned to Call of Duty with Black Ops Cold War’s release and FaZe Clan’s Blaze, in a duo with Ghostzy, has overcome days of crashes to set an insane record of 328 rounds. Lucas ‘Blaze’ Mosing has a huge footprint on social media, with 3.5 million YouTube subscribers and 1.6 million Twitter followers. Ever since Black Ops Cold War dropped into the public’s hands on November 13, his Twitch numbers have skyrocketed as well. As Blaze continues to up the ante for Zombies content, the streamer has received over 130,000 new followers on Twitch in the past month. Now, he sits at just above 589,000 Twitch followers, with a large chunk simply intrigued by his efforts to set Zombies world records. Those record runs have been shut down by game crashes on numerous occasions, but the most recent effort went unimpeded. Grouped with fellow streamer, Ghostzy, the FaZe star managed to surpass the former record attempts and survive well past “Round Zero,” also known as Round 256. WE FKN DID IT!!!!!!!!!! NEW DUO ZOMBIES WORLD RECORD!! 328 ROUNDS!!! NO CRASHES I CAN’T BELIEVE IT!!!— Blaze (@FaZeBlaze) December 2, 2020 With how many crashes people have been experiencing as they drive their Ray Guns and punch-packed weapons into the later rounds of Zombies matches, hitting 328 rounds is pretty wild. While Blaze explained that they were only a few rounds past the former record holder, the duo was nonetheless ecstatic and their mark will be hard to surpass. To set this high bar, both players used the “Ring of Fire” Field Upgrade, which creates a small perimeter around the duo, boosting their damage and burning enemies within it. With excellent comms and comfortable management over their Cymbal Monkeys, the two provide an excellent tutorial for new Zombies players. And, as the record was being reached, Blaze couldn’t help but give in to a wholesome sense of camaraderie. Like best friends in a bath house, the streamer took a moment to cheerfully relax and celebrate the moment with his roommate. Blaze and Ghostzy met each other randomly – as described by the latter in a TikTok comment – and an immediate Zombies bond was formed. Weeks later, they have overcome the 326-round world record that two other duos were tied at. Unfortunately, it appears that a Spanish duo of ‘hydrashitoo’ and ‘juanlokoo’ have taken the Zombies leaderboard by storm at the exact same time. The duo, playing on PC, have set a shocking record of 365 and, thus far, it doesn’t appear that Blaze or Ghostzy are aware of how much higher the bar has been raised.

FaZe Blaze doesn’t understand the hype around Modern Warfare 3: “Looks like last year’s” – Dexerto
FaZe Blaze doesn’t understand the hype around Modern Warfare 3: “Looks like last year’s” ActivisionModern Warfare 3 has built up a lot of hype, but a member of FaZe Clan is questioning the excitement surrounding the title. Modern Warfare 3 just finished up its first round of beta testing, showing PlayStation players what’s next in the shooter’s future. The biggest headlines have been old maps reborn, with maps like Favela and Estate returning after 14 years. Conversely, new gameplay tools like Battle Rage and the Breacher Drone have shown an old formula injected with fresh ideas. That said, not everyone’s impressed by what’s been on full display. One member of the prolific FaZe Clan took to voicing his opinion on Modern Warfare 3. FaZe Blaze on Modern Warfare 3: “looks like last years cod” FaZe Blaze’s tweet is a two-parter, with the first portion stemming from a tweet where he says, “I don’t get the hype, it looks like last year’s COD.” Many of the responses Blaze received came from fans defending the title, with one user replying, “OG maps… guns.. map voting.. and slide cancel, wym.” Blaze acknowledged that his opinion is strictly based on MW3’s visual selling points, as he hasn’t played it yet. However, that didn’t stop him from following up with a video showing 2022’s Modern Warfare 2 and MW3 side-by-side. His video did numbers, as the clip shows off nearly identical animations and menus. One of the most popular responses came from one player who said, “Brother it’s literally a sequel, do the same thing for MW2 & 3 from back in the day and it’ll look very similar, too.” Despite raising awareness, Blaze ended his charade by admitting he was just joking. However, he did raise an interesting point where he mentioned that developers are too afraid to take risks by developing something new. No matter where he stands, Modern Warfare 3 is set to hit a second beta this week, with more changes inbound before it releases November 10.

FaZe Banks humiliates Nadeshot in Rust sniping 1v1: Final Result – Dexerto
FaZe Banks humiliates Nadeshot in Rust sniping 1v1: Final Result 100 Thieves / FaZe ClanDespite his legacy as a Call of Duty professional, Nadeshot wasn’t able to back up his confidence in his highly anticipated 1v1 against FaZe CEO Banks, ultimately succumbing to a brutal defeat. Following Banks’ return to a leadership position in FaZe, Nadeshot wanted to put his credentials to the test in the only way old-school CoD players know: A 1v1 on Rust. The match-up split the community in terms of who would win, but many felt Nade’s experience as a pro and more frequently playing Call of Duty in the last few years would be more than enough to take down Banks. However, the FaZe CEO certainly has the edge in terms of quickscoping and trickshotting. This proved to be the case when the 1v1 finally took place on May 30, as he quickly dispatched of Nade in dominant fashion. In the end, it wasn’t even close. Although the 100 Thieves boss hit a few nice shots, Banks walked out victorious with a final scoreline of 20-5. The rules were simple: Intervention only, radar on, first to 20 kills, Rust. Many a feud has been settled in this way over the years. Following his humbling, Nadeshot posted on X/Twitter: “GGs Banks. Sh*t got real, real quick. See you in chat tomorrow, gentlemen. There will be ungodly amounts of cry baby cheese and honestly can’t wait to yap with you boys on stream.” Although Banks was all love in the replies, calling Nade his “brother” forever, he also made sure to get his digs in at those who doubted him. The event, called Founding Father’s LAN, was a big success overall, with streams reaching huge viewership numbers. Scump’s stream of the event on Twitch peaked at over 47,000 live viewers, Nadeshot’s channel reached 36,000, and ZooMaa’s hit a peak of over 10,000. More events from these organizations teaming up should be coming too off the back of this one – although Nadeshot certainly got a reminder of why he hung up the controller in the first place, so might not be back on stage anytime soon.

FaZe Banks agrees to Call of Duty sniping 1v1 with Nadeshot after FaZe Clan reboot – Dexerto
FaZe Banks agrees to Call of Duty sniping 1v1 with Nadeshot after FaZe Clan reboot YouTube: Banks, 100 Thieves CastFaZe Clan CEO Richard ‘Banks’ Bergstrom has agreed to a 1v1 with 100 Thieves founder and CEO Matthew ‘Nadeshot’ Haag, with the old-school Call of Duty community split over who they think could win. At the end of April, Banks finally announced a long-awaited FaZe Clan “reboot,” narrowing the roster of creators down to just 14, removing a bunch of both old and new members of the organization. They have since announced the signing of four new members that are supposed to more closely align with the future of FaZe Clan. With FaZe and Banks in the news, Nadeshot, while discussing the changes on the CouRage & Nadeshot show, issued a challenge to the ex-sniper extraordinaire: a 1v1 on Rust. It didn’t take long for Banks to respond either, setting some rules for what he wants the 1v1 to look like: Intervention only, radar on, first to 20 kills. He even poked fun at Nade, saying the ex-pro “won’t hit double digits.” While this sounded like a bit of fun and as though nothing would really come from it, Banks later posted a screenshot of a FaceTime call between himself, Nadeshot, and OpTic Gaming CEO Hector ‘H3CZ’ Rodriguez. “Founding fathers MW2 LAN tournament, officially in the works,” he confirmed. While the natural response is to believe that a former OpTic Gaming pro and multiple-time MLG champion would win with ease, it’s not clear-cut if the 1v1 is actually Intervention-only on Rust. Many of the comments across multiple posts have backed Nadeshot, believing him to be the guaranteed winner, but with Banks’ sniping history, an Intervention 1v1 is his playground. Legendary COD sniper Spratt, previously of FaZe Clan, said: “Many will go with Nadeshot on this one, due to his history in competing and still playing CoD every day. But at the core of it, he’s not a sniper, and with Banks having competitive sniping routes, those skills don’t ever leave you… No matter how long it’s been. So it’s gonna be close, but I’ll go with Banks on taking the W.” Banks himself was supremely confident, too, adding: “The disrespect in the replies is crazy. I got 100 days of my sad pathetic f**king life spent sitting in a chair on rust with the radar on. If you can bet on this put your f**king life’s savings on the kid. This a money glitch.” As it stands, there are no concrete plans or dates, but something certainly seems to be in the works here, and it could even be a full-on classic Modern Warfare 2 LAN if the conversations between Banks, Nadeshot, and H3CZ go well.

FaZe Attach shows how ‘skillful’ the War Machine specialist is in Black Ops 4 – Dexerto
FaZe Attach shows how ‘skillful’ the War Machine specialist is in Black Ops 4 There has been a lot of debate about the impact of specialists in Call of Duty on competitive play, and FaZe Clan’s Dillon ‘Attach’ Price shows just how powerful they can really be. Specialists return in Black Ops 4, many of them inspired by those in Black Ops 3, along with some new ones too, and they are more powerful than ever before. Seraph’s ‘Annihilator’, for example, the one shot revolver, now no longer needs to be cocked before firing, or Recon’s ‘Vision Pulse’, which now shows enemies through walls for every player on the team, not just Recon. Another returning specialist, Battery, comes back with her signature War Machine, the fast firing grenade launcher which has huge splash damage, as Attach demonstrates. All of these specialists are allowed in competitive play, and they can be game changing, with Attach wiping out the enemy team not once, but twice, during a hardpoint match on Seaside. “I’m going to show you how skillful the War Machine is,” he says, showing off his “quickest 9 piece in competitive COD history, “when they don’t have trophy [systems], it’s a wrap.” NEW WORLD RECORD: Quickest 9 Piece in Competitive COD History! pic.twitter.com/r0RgmKg4Df— FaZe Attach (@Attach) November 7, 2018 Attach rather sarcastically claims “that was a well deserved nine-piece right there”, explaining how it helped FaZe win the scrim vs Splyce. Much of the complaints about specialists from the competitive community have centered around two in particular, ‘Ajax’ (with his Riot Shield he can shoot through) and ‘Torque’ (who can place a Barricade and Razor Wire down on the map). Neither of these specialists are deemed particularly conducive to competitive play, but some feel specialists generally take something away from competitive ‘integrity’. On the other hand, they create huge highlight moments which are undeniably exciting to watch for a spectator, as well as helping more casual fans perhaps recognize their favorite specialist in play, even if they don’t have a favorite player yet.

FaZe Attach hilariously costs fellow pro player a Blackout wager match – Dexerto
FaZe Attach hilariously costs fellow pro player a Blackout wager match Whilst playing Call of Duty: Blackout, you may run into some familiar faces. However, during a recent game, FaZe Clan’s professional player Dillon ‘Attach’ Price was shocked to run into a fellow pro. Dropping into a wager game alongside Splyce professional player Lamar ‘Accuracy’ Abedi, Attach unknowingly bumps into Luminosity Gaming’s Matthew ‘FormaL’ Piper who is playing in his own Blackout tournament final. Attach, who is streaming the game, has a one gifted Twitch subscription worth $5 on the line with Accuracy but that pales in comparison to what he cost FormaL. After landing on the roof of the stable buildings at Farm, Attach quickly jumped through a window and searched for whatever loot he can get his hands on. He spotted the other player in his building – without knowing that it is Formal – picked up a Maddox assault rifle lying to his right and quickly set about spraying down his fellow pro. Despite Formal’s PSN account name popping up on screen, Attach didn’t quite realise who he had finished off until his his wager rival for his own game, Accuracy, called out: “Oh, that kid got smoked! That was Matt! That was Formal, you just killed Formal.” After a quick moment of realisation, Attach says, “Matt got smoked!,” before bursting out into a fit of laughter. The FaZe pro then connected with FormaL over Mumble. Amongst his laughter, Attach apologised to his fallen comrade before continuing on with his game. Attach continued to apologize after learning that he had cost FormaL $40 but the former OpTic Gaming player shook it off and moved on.

FaZe Clan’s Attach Has Revealed What he Thinks of the OpTic/Luminosity Roster Moves – Dexerto
FaZe Clan’s Attach Has Revealed What he Thinks of the OpTic/Luminosity Roster Moves FaZe Clan professional Call of Duty player Dillon ‘Attach’ Price has given his opinion regarding the recent RosterMania involving OpTic Gaming and Luminosity. In a recently released recap video, the former World Champion breaks down the roster moves and reveals who he feels benefited more. The most recent period of RosterMania will likely go down as the most publicized in the esport’s history as OpTic split up their dynasty roster after going over three years without making a roster move. In what was essentially a straight swap of Assault Rifle players, OpTic’s Matthew ‘FormaL’ Piper left for Luminosity and was replaced by LG’s Sam ‘Octane’ Larew. Read More: Incredible Statistics Show the Average Placement of 180 Pro Players Across the CoD WWII Season – With so many people offering their reactions and opinions on these roster moves, Attach also chipped in his two cents, and was very complimentary of Octane and how his gun-skill stacks up against the rest of the competition. “FormaL and Octane are very similar. I think Octane has the best AR shot in the game. […] I think Octane has been a little better in this game.” However, Attach was quick to point out that people should not forget how good FormaL is and how good he really can be when properly motivated. “When FormaL is on point, he has a nasty shot too. When he’s on point, he has one of the best shots in the game too. […] Whenever FormaL gets traded or released or something like that, a team change happens, he goes to a whole new level, and I think teaming with JKap and stuff, that team right there will really benefit him.” Overall, Attach feels that the trade and change of faces and scenery will benefit both players and teams relatively equally. I feel like that trade is a straight up trade. I think it was mostly done just because the vibes on the team, some people weren’t getting along on some teams, so they needed to trade and get someone new on the team, a new face, and also someone that’s just as nasty. I think the trade is pretty even in the AR perspective. […] I feel like both teams probably did get better.” – You can view the entirety of Attach’s Rostermania Update #3 video down below, or on his official YouTube page.

FaZe Agony Wipes Entire Team with Quad Headshot Feed in Blackout – Dexerto
FaZe Agony Wipes Entire Team with Quad Headshot Feed in Blackout With the Blackout Private Beta in full swing, the highlights have already started to roll in. One particularly impressive display was FaZe Agony netting a quad kill on an unsuspecting team. The highlight in question sees Agony emerge from the water after getting into the circle. Then the slaughter begins. Right away, someone in Agony’s group notices the opposing players are well out of position – they were on the very edge of the safe zone looking to pick players off but ended up getting wiped out themselves. The first victim is caught totally unaware while standing up. His buddy on the ground wasn’t helping (distracting is a better word) and soon met his end as well. The third to fall to Agony’s onslaught seems to have no idea at all of what is going on. They’re simply minding their own business going through some loot, before getting a sniper round to the head. Read More: David Vonderhaar Explains to Shroud and Lirik Why Freelook is Unlikely to Feature in Blackout – Finally, the fourth player taken out actually has an idea of where Agony is, but despite his ducking, diving, dodging and dipping, Agony puts a couple more sniper rounds where they needed to be to complete the wipe out of the team. “Oh my god, was that a quad headshot feed bro?” Agony asks near the end of the clip. Yes bro, yes it was. Agony has played and streamed Call of Duty’s Battle Royale mode Blackout since the beta went live on Monday, September 11. The highly anticipated first foray into the battle royale genre seems to be going down well with fans and players, both old and new, and it only promises to get better for the official release.

Fastest ways to level up weapons in Black Ops Cold War – Dexerto
Fastest ways to level up weapons in Black Ops Cold War TreyarchThe new Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War title has surprised players with the time it takes to level up weapons. Unlocking new attachments and camos has become a little more difficult but these tips should make life easier. [jwplayer 38QHhqzR] One of the biggest complaints players have with Black Ops Cold War is how slow the progression system is, whether in regards to overall level or weapons specifically. Without Double Weapon XP, it can be a bit of a drag trying to level up your guns in order to unlock specific attachments that you may want, especially with how much impact some can have when equipped. We’ve put together some pointers for how to upgrade your weapons faster that will hopefully help speed things up for you in multiplayer. Play the right game modes: Hardcore, objective, large-scale While the game modes you choose to play themselves might not impact how fast you level up guns, the fact that matches in objective or larger format playlists last longer gives you more opportunities to get kills and chain eliminations together for better XP yield. Playing modes like Combined Arms (this year’s version of Ground War) and Fireteam: Dirty Bomb could be a much more efficient use of your time, in terms of gaining weapon XP. And if you’re not a fan of these large-scale modes, then you can probably achieve the same concept in Domination, Hardpoint, and Control, as opposed to Team Deathmatch, Search & Destroy, and Kill Confirmed. Read More: How to level up fast in Black Ops Cold War – Then, of course, there’s Hardcore, which lowers everyone’s health and thus drastically increases your chances of getting headshots and chaining kills together, both of which boost up your weapon XP. Not to mention, you can really get a lot of your camos done way faster in Hardcore, especially the ones that have specific kill requirements. PlayStation Party Boost As part of Sony’s ongoing agreement with Activision, BOCW is the latest CoD to feature PlayStation Party Boost, which grants 25% bonus weapon XP to all users playing together in a party. Unfortunately, this method is exclusive to PlayStation players, but the good news is that not everyone in the party has to be on a PS4 or PS5; the Party Boost works in cross-platform parties as well, although only the PS player gets the extra XP. Zombies! One of the new things that BOCW has introduced in the world of CoD is that XP and weapon XP is shared between all game modes, which means that playing Zombies would allow you to level up guns just the same as in multiplayer. While the difference may not be obvious, it could be a simpler way to gain experience points in a much more casual setting, not having to worry about playing an objective, your K/D ratio, or over-eager players on the enemy team. But all that aside, there’s reportedly a major exploit in Zombies that enables “god mode,” which appears to yield tremendous amounts of weapon XP and, needless to say drastically increases your leveling rate. Not that we would ever recommend exploiting these sorts of glitches… but you can see a demonstration of it in the video below, courtesy of Grrae’s Guides. Look out for Double Weapon XP promos This may seem like an obvious one, which it is, but if you plan on leveling up guns as quickly as possible, you certainly don’t want to miss 2X Weapon XP promotions, whenever Treyarch and Activision release them. Make sure to follow us on Twitter, @Dexertointel, as we will always be tweeting out and letting you know when such promos are active in Black Ops Cold War. Until then, make sure to keeps all of the above tips in mind next time you load into the game to maximize your weapon XP!

Fastest ways to kill the Strike Team scorestreak in Black Ops 4 – Dexerto
Fastest ways to kill the Strike Team scorestreak in Black Ops 4 Fans of Black Ops 4 will know all about the Strike Team scorestreak, which has become one of the strongest and most feared streaks in the game. The killstreak is unlocked when players have a gained point total of 1300 without dying, and allows players to call in two computer-controlled soldiers to help assist your team in the battle. Strike Team members are flown into the map on a helicopter, and then rappel down into the warzone, ready to wreak havoc. These soldiers can kill enemy players with their weapons, but what makes them extremely dangerous is their unbelievable amount of health, which sits around 1200 points, compared to the normal 150 HP for players. Due to this, Call of Duty fans are constantly looking for a way to take them out that doesn’t require them emptying numerous clips into them. Thankfully, YouTuber TheXclusiveAce has a few ways that can help players destroy this enemy duo. Ace reveals that while FMJ is supposed to deal more damage to enemy scorestreaks, it doesn’t actually work on the Strike Team. However, because these enemies seem to be coded as enemy players, the High Calibre attachment will deal extra damage to them, meaning you can take them down quicker. The Combat Axe seems to be the strongest weapon to use against the Strike Team, as it kills them in one shot, while Ruin’s Gravity Slam and Firebreak’s Purifier are the most effective specialist weapons against them. For players who want to avoid them rather than take them on, Ace suggests running Engineer as a perk as it will allow you to see their location through walls, helping you stay clear of the Strike Team, while Cold Blooded seems to make it harder for them to lock on and kill you, but doesn’t make you invisible to their aim. Ace recommends creating a class designed for taking out the Strike team, using High Calibre, especially on the Paladin sniper or the Auger DMR, or the Skullsplitter operator mod on the Mozu pistol.

Fastest way to unlock the Blue Dot reticle in Warzone – Dexerto
Fastest way to unlock the Blue Dot reticle in Warzone ActivisionThe Blue Dot reticle has fast become one of the most popular in Warzone, with players claiming it helps with their aim and accuracy when engaging in gunfights. Here’s everything you need to know in order to unlock it for yourself. The Blue Dot has seen a massive uptick in use, especially as it becomes more popular among Warzone content creators who are constantly seeking new ways to flex across Verdansk. Plenty of CoD titles have offered similar unlocks in the past, allowing players to customize their weapon’s appearance with different colored reticles. That said, it’s not easy unlock in Warzone. Acquiring the Blue Dot reticle will take some grinding, but here’s exactly how you can grab it. How to unlock the Blue Dot reticle for Holo sights There are exactly nine tasks that have to be completed to unlock the reticle, and in a certain order, so it’s guaranteed to take up a solid wedge of time. Let’s take a look at the challenges you have to complete to unlock the Blue Dot for holographic sights: Get 200 Kills using the Corp Combat Holo Sight – Get 50 Headshots using the Corp Combat Holo Sight – Get 200 Kills using the APX5 Holographic Sight – Get 50 Headshots using the APX5 Holographic Sight – Get 200 Kills using the PBX Holo 7 Sight – Get 50 Headshots using the PBX Holo 7 Sight – Get 200 Kills using any Holo Sight – Get 50 Headshots using any Holo Sight – Get 3 kills without dying 150 times using any Holo Sight – These have to be done in this order, as completing each challenge unlocks the next, and each one will also unlock a new reticle as it builds up to the big one. How to unlock the Blue Dot reticle for Reflex sights The process for unlocking Blue Dot on Holo sights is fairly similar, though there is an additional challenge thrown in there that will make the process take even longer. Here’s what you’ve got to do: Get 200 Kills using the Operator Reflex Sight – Get 50 Headshots using the Operator Reflex Sight – Get 200 Kills using the Aim-Op Sight – Get 50 Headshots using the Aim-Op Sight – Get 200 Kills using the Viper Reflex Sight – Get 50 Headshots using the Viper Reflex Sight – Get 200 Kills using any Monocle Sight – Get 50 Headshots using the Monocle Sight – Get 3 kills without dying 150 times using any Reflex Sight – Get 500 kills using any Reflex Optic – Fastest way to unlock Blue Dot Now you know how to do it, you’ll want to know the quickest way to unlock the reticle, too. While we can find ways to minimize how much time you have to spend grinding, it’s worth noting that this really is a grind, and will require a lot of time spent picking up the kills. Your best bet is to drop into Plunder or Warzone Rumble if it’s available. These casual playlists will let you rack up the kills without much of a hassle. It also greatly reduces the overall time since you’ll be respawning and dropping right back in. Moreover, when attempting to get headshots, your safest option would probably be using a single-fire weapon like the FAL and aiming for the head. That said, there are plenty of ways to unlock Blue Dot, and as long as you keep up with the challenges, you should be able to unlock them through any method, though some processes may take longer than the ones we’ve laid out above.

Fastest way to level up your Modern Warfare Battle Pass (PC, PS4, Xbox) – Dexerto
Fastest way to level up your Modern Warfare Battle Pass (PC, PS4, Xbox) Modern Warfare: Season One ushered in a fresh batch of content, including a 100+ tier Battle Pass for players to grind through. But what is the quickest way to rank-up and soak up the rewards? Modern Warfare’s first season has welcomed the first seasonal Battle Pass system to the Call of Duty franchise. Bringing with it over 150 new items for players to earn, the Battle Pass comes in two options. You can either reap 20 tiers worth of free content as you progress through, or you can opt to purchase Battle Pass for 1000 COD Points to bask in all of the available content. As per Activision’s blog post, there are three ways to interact with the Battle Pass ranking system, either through: “playing the game, earning XP, and completing challenges.” However, the fastest way of obtaining the loot associated with climbing the ranks remains shrouded. So here’s how to soar through the Battle Pass ranks fast. 1. Challenges Kill two birds (or in this case three) with one stone, by hitting the Battle Pass ranking system from all angles. Completing Officer challenges will net you a neat XP boost, which will boost your Officer rank and Battle Pass level simultaneously. There’s a select few mission challenges within the Battle Pass itself that will unlock specific content embedded into tiers (such as the ‘Chem Division’ Operator skin right at the beginning) — so be sure to prioritize these first and foremost. After completing any given challenge, you will be rewarded with either a calling card, emblem, blueprint or XP bonus. Meaning that not only will you soar through the tiers, but you’ll gain more loot along the way. 2. Trials While completing Trials in Modern Warfare will not aid your progress towards any challenges, you can bag yourself up to 10,000 XP for less than one minute’s worth of gameplay. Providing that you can put up a three-star performance, you will take out around 10% of a Battle Pass tier — by far the most time efficient way of ranking up. While completing your runs, you can attempt to obtain a world record in the process (be sure to let us know if you set a record time). 3. Game mode type and frequency Game mode choice is surprisingly important. Since you’ll be looking to yield as much XP in the shortest time possible, objective-based game modes (such as Domination, Hardpoint and Search & Destroy) will prove lucrative. After being re-enabled, the ‘Shoot House 24/7’ playlist is a great way to ensure that you have a high number of engagements in as little time as possible. Although a quick tip: if you’re completing Office/mission challenges, try to factor those in at the same time — objective/kill-based challenges would work well here. 4. Skipping tiers Of course, if you don’t want to grind for your loot, you can elect to skip tiers by purchasing tiers in one of three ways. You can either choose to purchase the Battle Pass with a 20-tier skip right off the bat, although this will cost you 2400 COD Points. Second, you can acquire certain cosmetic bundles from the store which have a one/two tier pass tied into them. Or finally, you can buy individual tier skips at 150 COD Points a pop. But where’s the fun in that? While the above is a guide to help you fast-track your way through the Season One Battle Pass, some players have developed more innovative ways of cheating the system. Although, it goes without saying that this will heavily affect your in-game stats, and is not very time efficient. Not only that, but you’ll affect others’ multiplayer experience.

Fastest way to get Damascus Camo in Modern Warfare – Dexerto
Fastest way to get Damascus Camo in Modern Warfare ActivisionThe grind to Modern Warfare’s most prestigious skins can be a long and frustrating road, but it seems like someone discovered the fastest way to get Damascus camo in the game. Every gun in Modern Warfare has its own set of challenges to accomplish and camos to unlock, but the Gold and Platinum variants require a lot more grinding from players who hope to equip them in their games. You can choose to unlock these challenges by slogging it out in Multiplayer public matches, or by dropping into Warzone and fragging enemies to be the last man standing. But it’s only when players unlock every single Platinum skin for every gun that they can finally reap the rewards of the elusive Damascus camos – making it easy to see why so many players give up on the grind before long. How to get Damascus fast in Modern Warfare To make life much easier for Modern Warfare’s ‘completionists’, Reddit user ‘mmmbbb’ shared a trick they came across in their matches to “alleviate some pain in the camo grind.” They recommend equipping Spotter, the perk that lets you see enemy equipment, field upgrades, and killstreaks through walls. Additionally, players should have a weapon fitted with the FMJ attachment. With this combo, players can “find an enemy claymore you can safely shoot, you can crouch, reload and hipfire, and it will count toward not only those challenges but also your main kill challenge.” The trick will also count for “5 or 0 attachment and your three killstreaks,” so this method helps with cleaning up the more annoying challenges marked for every gun. Even though players will still have to grind out a considerable amount of games, this will give players a much easier roadmap to follow when going for Damascus. The user even noted that in a typical game of Ground War, shooting down six UAV’s in a single life goes a long way since it counts as “two 3-killstreaks, six kills, six crouch/mount kills, reload kills, etc.” Other players looking for a way to quickly get Damascus were surprised, saying that the tips “halved my Damascus grind time” if the method pans out. With the new addition of the Obsidian camo from Activision, we also have more to grind for than just the alternative. While it will still be a grind to obtain Damascus camos, setting your sights on equipment and killstreaks gives a much more streamlined way to unlocking Modern Warfare’s most exclusive skins. Fastest Modern Warfare 3 SMG loadout is rusher’s dream – Dexerto
Fastest Modern Warfare 3 SMG loadout is rusher’s dream ActivisionRushing has been a key part of Call of Duty since multiplayer’s origins. Those who enjoy the run-and-gun playstyle need to try out this Modern Warfare 3 SMG as it’s the fastest loadout by far. Added in MW3 Season 4, the Superi 46 is the newest submachine gun in the game. Inspired by the real-world CMMG Banshee, it is a fast-handling primary weapon that can be built to have a mobility stat that betters even Modern Warfare 3’s pistols. While all of its mobility stats are impressive, its ADS Movement Speed is what stands out most at 5.0 m/s. For comparison, other high mobility weapons like the AMR9 top out at just 4.4 m/s, roughly 13% slower which is a huge difference by COD standards. Here’s the Superi 46 loadout you’ll want to use to make the new SMG as fast as possible: Muzzle: Zehmn35 Compensated Flash Hider – Barrel: Zulu OP3 Light Barrel – Stock: JAK Cutthroat – Underbarrel: FTAC MSP-98 Handstop – Rear Grip: Sakin ZX Grip – MW3 players wanting to make the Superi 46 a true speed demon will want to partner it with the Infantry Vest, Assault Gloves, and Stalker Boots. These perks all provide various benefits to movement, making this already rapid loadout even faster. It’s not as though the Superi 46 becomes uncontrollable with this loadout either. The new SMG has excellent recoil control regardless of how you fine-tune it. Even a build that focuses on mobility is still more accurate than most other submachine guns. The Superi 46’s damage output is great too, with the SMG having a competitive TTK of 270 ms in its maximum damage range. With this particular loadout, that’s 19 meters, which is solid for an SMG. It isn’t too surprising that the Superi 46 is so strong, as many new weapons introduced in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone tend to follow that trend. This is especially true for the Kar98k, which has been dominating the meta since it was added in Season 4.

Fastest method to max out Warzone weapons in 1 hour explained by JGOD – Dexerto
Fastest method to max out Warzone weapons in 1 hour explained by JGOD Activision / JGODThe grind of your getting weapons to max level in Warzone can be a painful one, taking up hours upon hours of precious time. Luckily, with this easy method shared by JGOD, every attachment can be earned in under 60 minutes. Warzone players put a lot of time and effort into finding the perfect weapon that suits their playstyle, while also fitting in with the meta. But before building a devastating loadout, they must first level up that weapon to unlock all of the attachments. This can be a painfully slow process in regular battle royale matches, especially when trying to level the much grindier Vanguard guns. Thankfully, CoD expert JGOD has revealed a method where leveling up becomes a breeze, and players can hit the maximum level on a single weapon in just an hour. JGOD reveals how to reach max weapon level in Warzone in one hour In his March 14 video, JGOD revealed that the optimal way to rack up weapon XP quickly is by completing Contracts on Rebirth Island. He advised players to apply a Double XP Token, as well as ask every member of their squad to equip the Pointman Perk. Contracts in Warzone don’t always pay out a huge amount of weapon XP, but after each one your multiplier bonus goes up, and the rewards can grow at a rapid pace. JGOD outlined that if you’re in an efficient party where everyone is focused on Contracts, it’s possible to tick off around 15 in a single match of Rebirth Island. This amounts to roughly 17,000 XP, rising to 34,000 when factoring in the Double XP Token. Modern Warfare weapons tend to require around 115,000 XP to reach max level, while Vanguard and Cold War guns need closer to 145,000 XP. Given that matches on Rebirth Island tend to last just 11 or 12 minutes, weapons can be maxed out in just shy of an hour if you can spam Contracts consistently enough. Here’s a quick step-by-step recap on how to reach max weapon level in one hour: Activate a Double XP Token in the menu – Ensure that everyone in your squad has Pointman equipped in the Perk 2 slot – Drop into a game of Rebirth Island – Equip the weapon you wish to level up – Focus solely on completing Contracts as a squad – Aim to tick off around 15 per match – Repeat until you reach max level – If it’s not possible to find a full squad to help with the grind, JGOD still believed that it’s possible to achieve the same goal in two hours, hammering out seven or eight Contracts instead of 15. He recommended that players seek out Big Game Bounties, regular Bounties, and Supply Drops, as these will pay out the most XP. This very same method can also be done on Clash, but it does come with a handful of issues. The number of Contracts available per match is significantly lower, and the multiplier for each one completed doesn’t ramp up at the same rate. Leveling up weapons in Warzone can be an arduous task, especially if it’s a brand new weapon like the Vargo 52. With this relatively easy technique, players can drastically cut the time and get back into action with the exact attachments they want.

Fastest killing weapons in Black Ops Cold War: TTK & gun damage stats – Dexerto
Fastest killing weapons in Black Ops Cold War: TTK & gun damage stats ActivisionWondering which weapons kill the fastest in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War? Below, you can find all the damage stats and time to kill (TTK) for each gun in multiplayer – currently based on the BOCW Beta but could be changed following the game’s full release. [jwplayer Q7ySHZq9] In most first-person shooters, let alone Call of Duty titles, time-to-kill is everything. Knowing how long it’ll take for you to kill another player can be the difference between winning and losing a gunfight. Even among the general time to kill in the game, each individual weapon has its own TTK, which changes things up even more. For a while, we’ve known the general TTK for Black Ops Cold War, at least in the pre-release version, but we never got a look at each individual weapon’s specific stats. Now, a Reddit user named AzizVS2 has compiled all of the stats from the beta in a comprehensive guide to all of the BOCW guns. Black Ops Cold War Beta time to kill According to AzizVS2’s breakdown, two of the fastest killing guns in the Beta were the Hauer 77 pump-action shotgun, which regularly got one-shot kills, and the M16. If you played the pre-release version, neither should come as a shock, as each one dominated the meta during both weekends. The slowest killing weapon, according to the chart, was the Type 63 semi-automatic rifle. This also shouldn’t come as a surprise either – even though it does deal high damage, it also has a pretty slow rate of fire. This effectively balances out its TTK to one of the tamest of Cold War weapons. Black Ops Cold War Beta weapon damage In addition to TTK, a lot of other weapon stats have also been calculated and presented. According to the chart, the highest damage weapon was, once again, the Hauer 77 shotgun, clocking in at 159 damage at its closest effective range (6m). The Gallo Sa12 shotgun also put up respectable numbers, putting out 118 damage at the same range as the Hauer. The two lowest weapons were the Diamatti pistol and the XM4 assault rifle, both outputting 30 damage per shot. That being said, it’s worth noting that both have a high rate of fire and a much longer range than the shotguns, obviously. There are some things that should be pointed out about all this, of course, starting with the fact that these stats are not official and haven’t been confirmed by Treyarch or Activision. This means that there could be some miscalculations. Furthermore, as mentioned above, all of this is based on the BOCW Beta, and there’s a good chance Treyarch will implement some weapon balancing updates when the game fully launches, so expect these lists to change. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is set to release on Friday, November 13 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Series X, Series S, and PC.

Fastest and best ways to destroy streaks in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 – Dexerto
Fastest and best ways to destroy streaks in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 As with every Call of Duty title, scorestreaks are a fundamental aspect of the Multiplayer of Black Ops 4, and some can be very annoying and difficult to deal with. Most good public match players will know how to set up their classes and adjust their gameplay in various situations so that they earn the most streaks they can during every match. With how overpowered certain streaks can be in this game, and how well they stack on each other, matches can get one-sided in a hurry. Luckily, CoD expert YouTuber ‘TheXclusiveAce’ has come up tutorial video that breaks down and determines the best ways to go about destroying streaks in Black Ops 4. Read More: Nov. 27 update adds Firing Range Night and Seaside Sunset maps, plus two new modes – Patch Notes – The first thing he looks at is the Hellion Salvo launcher, which takes one rocket to destroy a UAV, CUAV, Drone Squad drone, Care Package chopper, tow rockets to destroy a Sentry, three to destroy a Sniper’s Nest and Attack Chopper, four for the Mantis, and five for the Strike Team deploy chopper and Gunship. The launcher also has several attachments, such as Fast Lock, Rocket Cache, Fast Loader, and High Explosive, which only affects shooting at players and not streaks. FMJ II can only currently be equipped on the Strife pistol, Cordite SMG, Rampart 17 AR, AUG DMR Tactical Rifle, Titan LMG, and Paladin sniper rifle. Out of all of those weapons, Ace makes it clear that the Paladin sniper rifle is the most powerful weapon against streaks with FMJ II, but it is not as versatile as the Titan when getting back into the regular combat of the game. The final topic he covers is Attack Chopper streak, since it is very powerful and commonly achieved during matches. Read More: How to unlock classic Black Ops Zombies characters in Blackout – Dempsey, Nikolai, Richtofen, and Takeo – He timed how long each of the weapons above take to to destroy the chopper, and the fastest option was the Annihilator, which took just over four seconds. Second came the Titan LMG at just under seven second, third was the Paladin at eight second, and the fourth was the Hellion Salvo at nine seconds.

Fast-travel coming to Warzone Season 6 with subway system – Dexerto
Fast-travel coming to Warzone Season 6 with subway system Activision[jwplayer FyNohfvK] Infinity Ward and Activision have revealed some brand new details about the upcoming subway in Call of Duty: Warzone, including the fact that it will, essentially, be a fast-travel system, which will more than likely change the game up significantly. With a map as big as Warzone’s, travelling from one point to the other is a tedious task to say the least. Even with vehicles it sometimes takes too long to get to one point on the map. Of course, this is a part of every battle royale game. You’re not supposed to be able to get from one side to the other in seconds like a true open world game. Last season, the developers famously included a train system in order to keep a vehicle constantly flowing from one side of the map to the other. Unfortunately, it hasn’t really been used as much of a vehicle and instead is just a moving fighting location, which very well might have been the intention all along. Now, Activision has unveiled new details about the subway system coming to Warzone, which is set to go live with Season 6 on September 29, and if it operates the way they describe it, it’s going to completely change how the game works. According to the developers, the subway essentially acts as a fast-travel system, which is pretty unique for the battle royale genre. Players will be able to find identical stations around the map in various locations, go into them and choose which location they’d like to travel too based on the selections they have available. There are a few restrictions to this of course. Depending on which location they are in, it seems like players will only have two options for destinations. In addition, the train won’t move if there’s fighting happening on either the train or the tracks themselves. Players also won’t be able to move to a location that’s in the storm. There’s still some questions left to be answered, however. Does the train actually move on tracks at high speeds or do players essentially just teleport from one station to the other? Also, how much “fighting” has to happen in order for the train to stop? Will players not be able to fire their gun at all or will it require an enemy nearby? Hopefully all these questions will be answered soon, as Season 6 is only a few days away at this point.

Farm 18 revealed as new Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer map – Dexerto
Farm 18 revealed as new Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer map ActivisionModern Warfare 2 developers revealed the design process of creating the multiplayer map Farm 18. Activision announced Modern Warfare 2’s first multiplayer map at CDL Champs 2022. Marina Bay Grand Prix is a mid-range map based on an F1 track in Singapore. Players battle in and around a racetrack. The developers also announced the Call of Duty Next presentation. The stream airs on September 15, one day before the Playstation-exclusive part of the multiplayer beta begins. CoD Next addresses everything players can expect from multiplayer in the upcoming game. A previous CoD leak revealed Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer maps; Saba, Museum, and Oil Field. The leak also mentioned Grand Prix, which turned out to be reliable. Farm 18 marks the second official map revealed for Modern Warfare 2. Modern Warfare 2 developers reveal Farm 18 The official Call of Duty Twitter account shared a video of Farm 18’s development process. Geoff Smith, Director of Multiplayer Design, said, “Farm 18 came out of the idea of the Shoot House.” Shoot House was a fan-favorite short-range multiplayer map in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019. The map took place on a remote live-firing range somewhere in the deserts of Urzikstan. The Call of Duty developers aimed to create a similar “Shoothopuse type situation” in the middle of Farm 18 while allowing different playstyles in other map areas. Senior Artist Ashley Thundercliffe said, “it’s a perfect balance between all departments trying to find the perfect harmony to ensure we got a beautiful realistic looking space while also being fun for the players to enjoy.” Thundercliffe also emphasized the importance of foliage not catering to “people hiding in corners” on the map. Hidden at the end of the trailer was also the first look at multiplayer’s gunplay.

Black Ops 4 players still furious after “pay to win” weapon is nerfed – Dexerto
Black Ops 4 players still furious after “pay to win” weapon is nerfed Treyarch/YouTube: InkslasherCall of Duty: Black Ops 4 players are still furious with developers Treyarch over the S6 Stingray weapon. Despite its nerf, many players feel the damage has already been done, and it is too late for the changes to be meaningful. The S6 Stingray was added to Black Ops 4 on June 4, with the Days of Summer update. It was one of four weapons added to the game exclusively in Reserve Crates, a move which was widely criticized by the community. However, there was particular anger surrounding the S6 Stingray. The two-round-burst Tactical Rifle was quickly deemed overpowered, especially when paired with its operator mod, which sees ‘flechette projectiles’ explode on impact with the enemy. The weapon was nerfed in the June 14 update, with the developers stating that it “proved too strong with its original rate of fire.” Hence, they have increased the burst delay on the S6 Stingray. However, some fans argue that the damage has already been done, and that Treyarch deliberately added the weapon(s) overpowered to the game, in order to encourage players to spend money on reserve crates. Now the guns have had a couple of weeks in the game, and a lot of money has been spent by players – they are able to nerf them. It’s important to note that the June 11 update made it easier for players to earn reserve crates. Reddit user BAMcGhee posted their scathing assessment of Treyarch’s nerf announcement, jokingly ‘translating’ their message. “We absolutely knew how overpowered these weapons were when we designed them; it was on purpose. Why do you think we locked them behind supply drops?” he joked, as he tore into the developers. “Now that we’ve made enough money off the idiots spending hundreds & even thousands of dollars to obtain them, we’re going to nerf them into the ground so that you all will stop complaining about them,” they continued, making their feelings about Treyarch clear. It’s important to remember that Activision, publishers of Call of Duty, are likely to be more responsible for the disliked, ‘pay-to-win’ nature of these new weapons, as they have the final say on how the game’s microtransactions operate and how DLC is distributed.

Fans meme LA CoD franchise after name and logo reveal – Dexerto
Fans meme LA CoD franchise after name and logo reveal The Los Angeles Call of Duty franchise owned by Kroenke Sports and Entertainment company has revealed their operating logo and name for the upcoming inaugural CDL season – and fans saw the funny side. As the release of Modern Warfare edges closer, so does the launch of the Call of Duty League: the first time in the esport’s history that it has incorporated franchising and other commercial aspects of American sports. While most cities are set to unite around one CoD roster, there are two separate franchises that will fight for the LA fanbase. One franchise is owned by Kroenke Sports and Entertainment while the other is owned by Immortals, the parent company of OpTic Gaming. Kroenke Sports and Entertainment may be best known for being majority shareholders of Arsenal football club, but they are not new to the world of esports, currently owning the Los Angeles Gladiators in the Overwatch League. Late on October 18, the LA CoD franchise rebranded their Twitter accounts to the ‘LA Guerrillas’ – the name that leaks had previously suggested they would be acquiring. Furthermore, they revealed their logo; a hooded figure with white eyes. This was accompanied by the hashtag #HoodsUp, suggesting the kind of branding we can expect to see from the franchise. Many fans were quick to meme this logo, likening it to the character models featured in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, particularly that of Spider-Woman. Similarly, many compared the logo to that of existing esports organization Rogue. There was mixed responses the the reveal, while some ‘dig it’, others thought it was too simplistic. A lot of jokes centered around comparisons to Spider-Man, with some arguing it looked like a teaser for a sequel. One even joked that a slot for the Call of Duty League cost $25million, but the organization’s branding budget was a mere $25. The logo and branding is only half of the battle to securing fans for their franchise though, as they will be going up against the OpTic brand in LA. With the ex-OpTic Gaming franchise opening up just across the town, it remains to be seen which LA franchise will win the battle for CoD fans in the famous Californian city.

Fans convinced they can hear ‘Modern Warfare 4’ at private CoD 2019 test event – Dexerto
Fans convinced they can hear ‘Modern Warfare 4’ at private CoD 2019 test event After a closed-doors play session of the ‘new Call of Duty‘ was teased by a handful of College football players, some fans, who grow impatient for a teaser, are convinced they can hear ‘Modern Warfare 4’ being spoken of. The play session was very much secretive, save for a few social media posts which gave nothing about the game away, other than it was Infinity Ward’s 2019 offering. Pretty much everyone is convinced that the game is going to the fourth entry in the Modern Warfare series, but nothing has been officially confirmed to that effect yet. CoD fans speculate on Modern Warfare 4 Of course, that doesn’t stop rampant speculation, and the sole clip of footage from the private play session has sent some fans down another hole of wonder and anticipation. The short clip is almost entirely unintelligible, and deliberately so, to prevent even the slightest hint at what CoD 2019 will be, but having slowed the clip down, fans believe they can hear both ‘killstreaks’ and ‘Modern Warfare 4’. Call of Duty fan Tyler James uploaded the slowed version of the clip to YouTube, and places subtitles below where he believes he hears the title ‘Modern Warfare 4’. Do they really say Modern Warfare 4? Posting the clip on Reddit, James states “I slowed down the video from the football players playing the new game, and added subtitles. they definitely say “killstreaks” and “modern warfare 4”. The clip split opinion, with some agreeing they could hear parts of it, but not the entirety, and others who say it is clutching at straws, but do hear ‘streaks’ and ‘warfare’. Not everyone is so convinced however, with some commenters arguing “People hear what they want to hear, it’s just a illusion.” Even if the players did utter Modern Warfare 4, it still wouldn’t be any kind of confirmation – after all, they could have been discussing their surprise that it wasn’t Modern Warfare 4, for all we know.

Fan theory suggests Modern Warfare Warzone is imminent: Fact or Fiction? – Dexerto
Fan theory suggests Modern Warfare Warzone is imminent: Fact or Fiction? Infinity WardWhen is Call of Duty‘s Modern Warfare Warzone releasing? The question that is on every CoD fans mind. The latest rumor suggests its release could be imminent – with a February 25 release date suggesting the game could be out tomorrow. Ever since Modern Warfare Season 2 begun, speculation has been rife as to when the inevitable battle royale mode would arrive. We are now approaching the two-week mark though, and nothing, at least officially, has been revealed. Friday, February 14 had initially been touted as hype for the new mode reached fever pitch. After all, a brand new battle royale game to enjoy seemed the perfect way to spend Valentine’s Day. February 25 release date? That weekend came and went, however, and although the hype is still very much there, it has dampened somewhat. The excitement could be about to ramp up again though, as the latest rumors suggest February 25, the day after writing, is when Warzone could drop. This rumor is purely speculative but the evidence is certainly encouraging. It comes courtesy of ModernWarzone, which is affiliated with the popular subreddit, too. “We have evidence that leads us to STRONGLY believe that #Warzone will be released on Tuesday 2/25 barring a live launch at PAX East,” the first tweet of a thread explaining why Warzone could be coming tomorrow, said. Here we go. All aboard the hype train. We have evidence that leads us to STRONGLY believe that #Warzone will be released on Tuesday 2/25 barring a live launch at PAX east. Evidence will be in a thread linked below. This is speculation and is not in any way a guarantee. — ModernWarzone (@ModernWarzone) February 22, 2020 PAX East has three booths, two of which are listed as Modern Warfare while the other is intriguingly listed as COD. ModernWarzone speculates this is evidence that Warzone will indeed be a stand-alone game that can be downloaded separately to Modern Warfare. More evidence Warzone could come tomorrow Interestingly the only booth listed as COD shares space with other games that have, or are, battle royale games – CSGO and PUBG. “This is presumably to show the technical ability to run these games, especially considering that PUBG runs like sh*t on any computer. #Warzone will be the 1st 200-player BR.” With 200 players competing for battle royale supremacy in Warzone, the booth listed is too small to fit this many players. This has led to speculation that the game will need to be released in order to be able to fill the lobbies. ModernWarzone continued to put the pieces of the puzzle together, noticing that there is a Black Ops 3 event listed as well. This seems at least a little strange given the title released all the way back in 2015. This led them to suggest it could be a placeholder for something else – with Warzone the only reasonable and believable suggestion. While this may not end up being the full release, it could be the lifting of the Media Embargo, meaning we would finally get some official details about Warzone. We’ll have to wait and see what happens, but we can surely expect some Modern Warfare battle royale news soon.

Fan’s surprise proposal to Lottie at CWL London ends in embarrassment – Dexerto
Fan’s surprise proposal to Lottie at CWL London ends in embarrassment Lottie Van-Praag, Instagram / FreepikThere have been a string of proposals at major esports events across the globe as of late – but one surprise proposal at CWL London didn’t wrap up in a happy ending. During the CWL London Grand Finals, a fan approached esports host and presenter Lottie Van-Praag with what looked to be a plastic ring from a gallon of milk, getting down on one knee to “shoot his shot.” However, his romantic strategy didn’t go according to plan, as Lottie can be seen rejecting the fan with a sympathetic touch to his arm. Lottie herself addressed the matter in a humorous Tweet shortly after the proposal video made the rounds on social media, simply writing, “I’m sorry, Joe.” https://www.instagram.com/p/BqHrdEDAxAN/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_linkMay is the month for esports proposals This is far from the latest proposal at an esports event, by far; in fact, a fan in Sydney, Australia proposed to his longtime girlfriend during ESL’s CS:GO IEM Sydney on May 4 – just a day prior to Lottie’s unfortunate rejection. A tear-jerking Twitch proposal Livestreamed proposals are becoming more and more common as time goes on, with popular Twitch streamer ‘Edisonparklive’ also proposing to his girlfriend during an April broadcast, after breaking the record for most hours streamed during a 30-day period. Park’s proposal was made even more sentimental due to his use of a Rubik’s cube to house the ring, which he had given to his fiance at the start of their relationship with missing colors as a means to symbolize how much more they had to learn about each other. At the time of the proposal, Park had filled in the cube’s colors, showing that they had learned a lot about each other within their three years of dating. As for Joe, it doesn’t look like things panned out so successfully. –

Fan-favorite Warzone AR still dominates despite big nerfs – Dexerto
Fan-favorite Warzone AR still dominates despite big nerfs ActivisionThe TR-76 Geist is still one of the best weapons in Warzone despite its recent nerfs, and it should be a key part of your loadouts. With the release of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 just on the horizon, many Warzone fans would be forgiven for thinking that the battle royale would have to take a back seat for a little while. The integration with MW3 isn’t likely to happen until December, but there have still been changes. The devs have hit the battle royale meta with a raft of buffs and nerfs, shaking things up and forcing players to reconsider some of their favorite loadouts. The TR-76 Geist was one of those that was hit with nerfs and has since fallen away from being the dominant assault rifle of choice. However, the Season 6 addition is still proving to be a more than solid choice. Best TR-76 Geist loadout after Warzone Season 6 nerfs That’s according to Warzone guru WhosImmortal, as he highlighted the Geist in his November 5 video on the meta shifts. The YouTuber put the AR on his list of top 10 best guns in the battle royale. “It’s got the control, this thing is super easy to use and it’s damage profile is good. When you factor in that accuracy, it’s realistic TTK is going to be really efficient over the mid to long-range,” he said. The YouTuber noted that the Geist thrives through its control, and that’s how players should be maximizing the AR following the nerfs. Muzzle: Bore-490 – Barrel: Bruen Bridle Heavy – Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56 – Optic: Aim OP-V4 – Magazine: 45-round mag – Metaphor isn’t the only one still believing in the Geist either. WZRanked stats still has the AR as one of the best choices in the battle royale too. It’s unlikely to see many more changes before MW3’s integration with Warzone takes over, so what we’re working with now is the way it’ll be.

Fan-favorite Warzone AR is now “fastest killing” gun in the battle royale – Dexerto
Fan-favorite Warzone AR is now “fastest killing” gun in the battle royale ActivisionWarzone expert IceManIsaac has highlighted the “fastest-killing” assault rifle in the battle royale, and it’s a classic fan-favorite that everyone has used at one point or another. For a lot of Warzone players, harkening back to the days of Verdansk is something they do on a regular basis. Those are the days they remember most fondly, especially because, for many, it was their first real venture into a battle royale. So, it’s only natural that they try to recapture those moments where possible. They’ve had opportunities to do that at times with Modern Warfare 2 and Modern Warfare 3 as some of the most popular guns from Modern Warfare (2019) have been resurrected in different ways. The Ram-7 was one of the early favorites for many Warzone fans as it blended the power of an assault with the speed of an SMG like nothing else. And, well, that’s proving to be the case in MW3 again. Best Ram-7 loadout in Warzone for Season 1 Reloaded Warzone guru IceManIsaac highlighted the AR in his January 25 video, noting it’s become the “fastest-killing” weapon in the battle royale amid the changes in Season 1 Reloaded. “Oh my gosh, the Ram-7 is the fastest-killing assault rifle or LMG in the game right now, and it is so fun to use,” the YouTuber said, noting that it has a TTK of around 640 m/s when you’re hitting combination shots on an enemy with full health. IceManIsaac added that while some LMGs have the capacity to use 100-round mags, they don’t compare with the Ram-7 despite only using a 60-round mag. Muzzle: Casus Brake – Barrel: Cronen Headwind – Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support Underbarrel – Magazine: 60 Round drum – Stock: HVS 3.4 Pad – While Isaac’s loadout is pretty set in stone, he is open to using the JAK BFB muzzle too, which many players have started adopting as their main attachment because of the recoil control it offers. Obviously, if the AR becomes a bit too overpowered, it’s likely to be nerfed in future updates. But, for now, it’s perfect for Season 1 Reloaded.

Fan-favorite Warzone AR is meta “frontrunner” again after October 23 update – Dexerto
Fan-favorite Warzone AR is meta “frontrunner” again after October 23 update ActivisionChanging your loadouts up after the October 23 updates in Warzone? Well, one classic AR option is a “frontrunner” as one of the more solid options. Despite the Modern Warfare 2 cycle being close to its end, the Warzone devs have continued to roll out some pretty big updates to the battle royale. Season 6 has introduced the popular Haunting event – complete with nighttime maps and zombies roaming around – as well as a round of buffs and nerfs. The weapon balancing has continued since the start of the new season as well, most recently with the October 23 update. That update saw nerfs to the deadly Lockwood 300 shotgun, TR-76 Geist, Kastov 762, and M13B, as well as a few others. Those changes have shaken up the meta and sent players scrambling to change their loadouts. Best ISO Hemlock loadout for Warzone Season 6 However, there is at least one familiar assault rifle that you can count on to still be solid – and that’s the ISO Hemlock. It was highlighted by JGOD shortly after the changes, as he claimed the Hemlock is a “frontrunner” in the meta now. “The Hemlock is, surprisingly, a really good option. It is the same build we’ve had forever,” he noted. “This one is a pretty solid option.” The AR doesn’t pack the same punch as it did a few seasons back, but its TTK is still competitive with the likes of Tempus Razorback. It also matches the pre-nerf TR-76 Geist, which is solid too. Barrel: Fielder-T50 – Muzzle: Harbinger D20 – Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper – Optic: Aim OP-V4 – Magazine: 45-round mags – The other positive about the Hemlock is that its recoil is still easy to control and familiar, so it doesn’t take much relearning – if any – if you’ve been away from it. Of course, some players might want to experiment with something a little different given that MW3 is around the corner, but if you want a classic option, you can’t go wrong.

Fan-favorite Warzone AR is meta again after nerf thanks to one attachment – Dexerto
Fan-favorite Warzone AR is meta again after nerf thanks to one attachment ActivisionA fan-favorite assault rifle from Modern Warfare 3 is proving to be meta again in Warzone despite its recent nerf, and it’s all thanks to one attachment change. Even though the Modern Warfare 3 x Warzone update isn’t all that far into its lifecycle, there have been plenty of massive changes made to the battle royale already – especially in terms of the meta. The Season 1 Reloaded update saw the meta put into its most diverse state yet. That mis-season update made changes to the M13B, MTZ 762, Striker 9, and pretty much every LMG too. Cast your mind back to the start of Season 1, however, and a few other popular weapons were nerfed. The most popular of those was the Bas-B. The assault rifle had proven itself to be one of the go-to options in the early days of MW3 but fell away after the nerf. Best Bas-B loadout in Warzone for Modern Warfare 3 However, the Bas-B looks to be on its way back. That’s according to Warzone expert Sally is a Dog, as he highlighted the powerful rifle in his January 31 video. In that, Sally noted that the post-nerf Bas-B isn’t all that great, until you use the JAK BFB Muzzle. “They nerfed it, but bad news, it is now back and that is thanks to one specific attachment,” he said. “It turns the Bas-B into an absolute laserbeam.” The JAK BFB Muzzle has already proven to be a bit of a crutch for some players thanks to the way it nerfs recoil on all guns. It can decrease gun kick by 60%, which is pretty powerful, even for a weapon that is easy to control. Muzzle: JAK BFB Muzzle – Barrel: Bruen Venom long barrel – Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy support – Magazine: 45-round mag – Stock: Ravage-20 Heavy stock – The only downside to using the muzzle is the fact that you will appear on enemy radars in a similar way to being spotted by an Advanced UAV, but the juice is worth the squeeze. Obviously, if things gets out of hand, the devs may choose to make some changes and nerf the Bas-B again. Though, for now, you may as well have fun.

Fan-favorite Warzone AR has “insane” TTK after buff but there’s a catch – Dexerto
Fan-favorite Warzone AR has “insane” TTK after buff but there’s a catch ActivisionWarzone expert Metaphor has highlighted a fan-favorite assault rifle that has an “insane” TTK after a recent buff, but that comes with a bit of a catch. After a few big updates, the Warzone meta has shifted into its most diverse state for quite some time. While weapons like the SVA 545 and Striker 9 are proving to be popular picks, they aren’t the only way to score a win in Urzikstan. Pretty much every gun is competitive at the moment, but there are some stronger options than others. That is especially true after the February 13 update, which saw the TAQ Evolvere and MCW both receiving some buffs. The MCW, which has been popular ever since Modern Warfare 3 was released given the resemblance to the ACR, is especially powerful after the update – and that’s thanks to the JAK Raven Kit Conversion Kit. Best MCW loadout in Warzone after Season 2 buff The conversion kit buffs the AR’s close-to-medium ranged stats as it increases its handling and mobility, much to the delight of Warzone guru Metaphor, as he believes the devs went “overboard” with the buff. “This thing is actually crazy. This thing was already good. I don’t know if the buffs to the MCW really changed much but this thing feels insane with my tac-stance setup,” the YouTuber said, noting that it’s not as quick as the BP50, but is right up there. “The downs you get with this thing are unreal. You kill people so fast, especially if you get a headshot in there, it is so dang good.” Barrel: Orchestra-40 Short Barrel – Underbarrel: FTAC MSP-98 Handstop – Laser: Verdent Hook Box Laser – Magazine: 40-Round Mag – Conversion Kit: JAK Raven Kit – Outside of the 40-round mag, there aren’t many knocks on the MCW, but the JAK Raven Kit is a crutch attachment because of how it changes the AR. If, as Metaphor suspects, the devs have gone too “overboard” with the buffs then the AR might get some tuning before long. But, for now, it’s insanely fun.

Fan-favorite Specialist returns in new Black Ops 4 Operation teaser – Dexerto
Fan-favorite Specialist returns in new Black Ops 4 Operation teaser Treyarch have been coming out with teasers for their next Black Ops 4 content drop scheduled for April 30, which will bring the next Operation and what looks like the return of a fan-favorite Specialist. On the heels of Operation Hot Pursuit, Treyarch is already looking forward to their next main event for Black Ops. So far teasers have been pointing to a new game mode, but a surprising reveal is signaling the debut for a classic character. In an April 25 post, the Call of Duty Twitter released a 40 second clip of a squad making their way through a compound just before being completely annihilated by a figure lurking in the shadows. Spectre coming into the Black Ops 4 Fans got instantly hyped after watching the brief clip that strongly indicates Black Ops 3 Specialist Spectre will make its return back to the battle grounds. The teaser ends with a simple tag saying “Strike from the Shadows.” It’s looking like April 30 will introduce another Black Ops 3 alum to the latest title in the franchise. It’ll be interesting to see if Treyarch keeps Spectre relatively unchanged for its Black Ops 4 debut, or if the Specialist will be largely the same from the previous game. The next Operation in Black Ops 4 The Black Ops 4 devs have already confirmed that the game’s next major event will be coming out on April 30 on PlayStation 4, with PC and Xbox expected to soon follow the following week on May 7. The studio must be hard at work since they plan on doing the routine drop for the game’s main pillars of Multiplayer, Zombies and Blackout while also hyping up the return of Prop Hunter. Although they’ve kept the specifics of the next Operation close to the vest, the company plans on doing a “detailed Operation roadmap, reveal trailer, and Treyarch studio livestream in the coming days” to clue in their fans for what’s to come in Black Ops 4. Call of Duty fans have been eagerly anticipating the next batch of content. With April 30 fast approaching players will soon be able to get their hands on Spectre and the entire new offerings the next Operation will bring.

Fan-favorite MW2 SMG dominates again in Modern Warfare 3 after buff – Dexerto
Fan-favorite MW2 SMG dominates again in Modern Warfare 3 after buff Activision BlizzardOne of Modern Warfare 2’s most popular weapons is a top option for Modern Warfare 3’s multiplayer modes, but it’s being overlooked right now. The carry-forward aspect of Modern Warfare 3 has, at times, divided opinion. When the newest CoD title first launched, players were happy to be still able to use their favorite skins from MW2. On the weapons front, however, the older guns fell behind their newer counterparts. At one point, players claimed that some were “unusable” compared to MW3 options, and that was all to do with the TTK changes in the new game. Players have continued to complain about the usability of MW2 weapons in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone, urging the devs to buff a few of them. However, CoD guru WhosImmortal is optimistic for a few of them. Best Lachmann Sub in Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer In his March 10 video, the CoD expert highlighted the Lachmann Sub as one of the best guns in multiplayer despite the fact MW2 guns aren’t typically as powerful as their MW3 counterparts. “It’s not often we get to talk about them (MW2 guns) this year, they’re obsolete in so many ways, but they ended up buffing the MP5 – the Lachmann Sub – in Season 2 Reloaded and it’s feeling good,” the YouTuber said. “In multiplayer, where the TTK is already fast, you could get away with using it but now it’s actually really competitive.” WhosImmortal noted that many of the Modern Warfare 2 attachments don’t compliment the SMG’s power, so it’s built without a stock or rear grip. There is, of course, a laser and extended magazine, though. Muzzle: ZEHMN35 Compensator – Barrel: L38 Falcon 226mm – Underbarrel: OR-6 Handstop – Laser: Kimura RYL33 Laser – Magazine: 40-round mag – Timestamp of 8:47 As per WZRanked stats, the Lachmann is still being overlooked a fair bit and hasn’t ticked up in interest all that much since being buffed. It could very well become popular again at some point, but for now, it’s likely still going to be ignored for options from MW3.

Fan favorite MW2 maps coming to Modern Warfare 3 post-launch – Dexerto
Fan favorite MW2 maps coming to Modern Warfare 3 post-launch ActivisionSledgehammer Games announced that MW2 maps will be added to Modern Warfare 3, starting with four fan favorites. MW2 and MW3 share a unique connection compared to previous Call of Duty titles. In years past, a new series entry wiped the slate clean with new maps, weapons, and more. But the Carry Forward Program flips the script and allows players to take all of their MW2 weapon progression, operator skins, and weapon blueprints into MW3. Carry Forward made fans ask if the same could be done for maps. Shoot House and Shipment have become staples of the franchise, appearing in every Modern Warfare game. Players worried that this might be the last time we saw either beloved environment appear in a game for at least a few years. The devs had other ideas in mind and reassured fans that weapons and operations aren’t the only things carrying over to Modern Warfare 3. Mercado, Farm 18 and Shoot House coming to Modern Warfare 3 On October 31, Activision released a blog post going over the post-launch plans for Multiplayer content in Modern Warfare 3. CharlieIntel confirmed: “Modern Warfare II maps will be added to Modern Warfare 3 throughout post-launch seasons. The first set will be four maps, including Farm 18, Mercado, and Shoot House, in a dedicated playlist.” The devs did not provide a specific date but confirmed Shoot House and the other three MW2 maps will receive a dedicated playlist shortly after Modern Warfare 3 officially releases. It’s also important to note that these MW2 maps will not count toward the over 12 maps already planned in live seasons. For players wondering how the MW2 maps will work with MW3 gameplay, the devs elaborated: “These maps are graphically identical to how they appeared in MWII, and due to the innovations to movement and general gameplay mechanics present in MWIII, you may find that they play in an altogether different manner.” The devs also confirmed that Cutthroat will not be playable on the Carry Forward MW2 maps. Fan-favorite MW2 AR will dominate Warzone meta with MW3 gun nerfs – Dexerto
Fan-favorite MW2 AR will dominate Warzone meta with MW3 gun nerfs ActivisionThere’s a fan-favorite assault rifle from Modern Warfare 2 that still deals some serious damage in Warzone and can outgun some of the more popular picks from Modern Warfare 3. That’s right, it’s the M13B. Over the last few years, Warzone has become an amalgamation of a few different games. Weapons, equipment, and even perks from different releases have rubbed up against each other in the battle royale setting. Naturally, weapons and equipment from the newer game are usually stronger, just because the game has been more closely tuned for them – meaning long-standing weapons typically fall off pretty heavily. In the case of the Modern Warfare 3 and Modern Warfare 2 crossover in Warzone, the MW3 guns have ruled the roost. They’re the ones dominating the meta, including the new Ram-7, but it faces stiff competition from MW2’s M13B. Best M13B loadout for Warzone in Modern Warfare 3 That’s according to Warzone guru Metaphor, anyway, who highlighted the old fan-favorite in his January 9 video as being a viable competitor to the dominant Ram-7. “This gun is actually one of the only MW2 guns that are still, not only decent, but actually good,” the YouTuber said, noting the M13B doesn’t have recoil either, which is always a bonus. “If the Ram-7 ever gets nerfed, I highly doubt the M13 will be and I can easily this becoming my new main gun after the Ram-7 and everything gets nerfed.” The loadout is slightly different from what players had been running in MW2, but the popular 60-round mag, Bruen heavy support underbarrel, and MK.3 Reflektor sight are all being used. Muzzle: Casus Brake – Barrel: 14’ Bruen Echelon – Underbarrel: Bruen heavy support underbarrel – Optic: MK.3 Reflektor – Magazine: 60-round mag – As he notes, weapon changes are inbound with the Season 1 Reloaded buffs and nerfs, but it’s highly unlikely that many – if any – Modern Warfare 2 guns would be touched. That will open a path for the M13B to become a meta pick yet again, especially if the MW3 guns aren’t massively overhauled in the wake of nerfs. We’ll just have to wait and see.

Fan-favorite MW2 AR rivals MW3 meta guns with deadly TTK – Dexerto
Fan-favorite MW2 AR rivals MW3 meta guns with deadly TTK ActivisionOne of Call of Duty’s fan-favorite assault rifles, the Chimera, is actually pretty dominant in MW3 thanks to its deadly TTK, but some players have overlooked it. Over the last few years, Warzone has been the place for different Call of Duty games to mix together, with players using weapons from a range of titles against one another. Well, in Modern Warfare 3, that has also extended to multiplayer. Sure, the majority of players are using weapons from the newer game in a bid to get ahead of the curve when the big Warzone update drops in December, but MW2’s weapons are still viable as well. A few of them have popped up in multiplayer games as rivals to the likes of the Bas-B, MCW, and Striker from MW3, but a few are still being overlooked despite being pretty competitive. Best Chimera loadout for Modern Warfare 3 That includes the Chimera – or Honey Badger to some longtime CoD players – as it has a “competitive” TTK to match up against some of the best weapons in MW3. Well, that’s according to CoD guru WhosImmortal as he highlighted it in his November 26 video. “It’s close-range, mid-range, and even long-range TTK, if you’re in those situations, is incredibly competitive and this thing, in MW2 MP was my favorite rifles, same thing stands true in MW3. It feels really good in this game,” he said. Unsurprisingly, the YouTuber’s build isn’t a funky one and uses some pretty standard attachments that got love in Warzone. That includes the VLK LZR 7Mw, EXF Vorpal barrel, and D37 grip. Muzzle: L4R Flash Hider – Barrel: 6.5’ EXF Vorpal – Underbarrel: FTAC SP-10 Angled Grip – Laser: VLK LZR 7Mw – Rear Grip: D37 Grip – As noted, there are plenty of CoD fans ignoring the MW2 weapons in MW3 just because they want to get to grips with the newer options. However, sometimes you just need to use something thats a little more familar, and that’s exactly what the Chimera offers.

Fan-favorite MW2 AR is competitive again in Warzone but it’s being slept-on – Dexerto
Fan-favorite MW2 AR is competitive again in Warzone but it’s being slept-on ActivisionOne of Modern Warfare 2’s most popular assault rifles is proving to be a top option in Warzone again, but plenty of players are still sleeping on it. When the Modern Warfare 3 cycle for Warzone first got underway, players were concerned about how weapons from the previous game – Modern Warfare 2 – would cope. The Time to Kill and health changes in the battle royale didn’t favor the older guns whatsoever. In the early days, those MW2 guns fell right off. They were totally ignored in favor of their fresher counterparts. However, that has changed over the last few seasons, with the devs showing a fair bit of love towards the older weapons and MW2 guns have crept back into the meta. The Chimera regularly had a place as one of the go-to sniper support weapons, but was nerfed in the seasons of Warzone – leaving it pretty out of sight for many battle royale players. Well, Warzone expert SallyIsADog has highlighted it as being a “competitive” option once again, especially if you like Rebirth Island games. Muzzle: ZEHMN35 Compensated Flash Hider – Barrel: 10’ SA Phoenix – Underbarrel: Chewk Angled Grip – Optic: Quarters Classic – Ammunition: Blackout High Grain – “There’s a couple of things that make this gun much better than people realize. It’s a very forgiving gun,” the YouTuber said in his July 29 video. “It doesn’t have an insane headshot multiplier. From headshot to lower torso, there is a very, very minimal damage drop-off. “That means that, while you’re not going to get a couple of kills every once in a while where you rip headshots, you’re also not going to get into gunfights where you think ‘how did I not kill them?’ and on a game whose servers are in a constant state of dumpster fire, that can be a very important thing.” As per WZRanked stats, the Modern Warfare 2 AR is completely off player’s radars. It sits as the 67th most popular gun right now, despite being viable. Obviously, many players are averse to using MW2 guns because of their visual shake and clutter, but the Chimera is pretty interesting if you can look past that.

Fan-favorite MW2 AR dominates in Warzone after Season 4 buff – Dexerto
Fan-favorite MW2 AR dominates in Warzone after Season 4 buff ActivisionA fan-favorite Assault Rifle from Modern Warfare 2 is proving to be a bit dominant in Warzone after getting yet another buff in Season 4, as it’s now one of the best sniper support options. At times, guns from Modern Warfare 2 have had a tough go at things in Modern Warfare 3. During the early days, CoD fans claimed that some of their old favorites were totally “unusable” and had to get rid of their loadouts despite the carry-forward aspect of the game. Fast forward a few months, and there are a fair few weapons from MW2 that are floating around the meta – especially when it comes to Warzone. Guns like the FR Avancer, TR-76 Geist, and Kastov 545 have all gotten their moment in the spotlight recently. Well, with the recent buffs in Season 4, they’ve been joined by the Chimera, as Warzone guru WhosImmortal believes it is one of the best sniper support options in the battle royale. “This was already a fantastic sniper support option before Season 4, and well now, it’s even better, and you love to see that,” the YouTuber said in his May 30 video. WhosImmortal notes that the MW2 AR has a “fast” TTK and is best used when you’re being “aggressive” up-close. That means using it in fights under 30 meters, so don’t try your luck at longer distances. Muzzle: Sonic Suppressor L – Barrel: 8.5’ EXF Vorpal – Underbarrel: XRK Edge BW-4 Handstop – Optic: MK.3 Reflector – Magazine: 45-round mag – Timestamp of 6:10 Given that it’s a sniper support option, you’ll need to pair it with, well, a sniper. WhosImmortal goes with the MORS in his video, but you could use it in a duo with the returning KAR98K. Using the Chimera alongside the KAR98K would be a loadout of two long-time fan favorites, and neither of them are likely to change anytime soon, so you don’t have to worry about that.

Fan-favorite LMG dominates in Warzone again with deadly TTK – Dexerto
Fan-favorite LMG dominates in Warzone again with deadly TTK ActivisionOne of Modern Warfare 3’s most popular LMGs is dominant in Warzone again, thanks to its “so consistent” TTK and being “so easy to use” at different ranges. Pretty much every weapon type has had its day in the sun in Warzone, but LMGs have been especially dominant in the last few months – especially at the end of Modern Warfare 2 and in the recent weeks of Modern Warfare 3. Some of Modern Warfare 2’s LMGs stack up well against their MW3 counterparts, especially as the heavy damage-dealing guns are deadly in mid to long-range fights. However, their visual clutter from barrel smoke and way makes them a less viable option than the newer guns. So, when sorting through what are the best options in the LMG category, Warzone expert WhosImmortal puts one of the long-standing favorites right up there as the best – and that’s the Bruen MK9. Best Bruen MK9 meta loadout in Warzone That’s right, the Bruen – which returned in MW3 as an LMG – is WhosImmortal’s favorite LMG, and his pick to be the best one in the battle royale right now. “It’s TTK, over all ranges, is just so consistent, it’s so easy to use, and it’s so aggressive for an LMG in general because we’ve got the 60-round mag here. This speeds it up, makes it feel more like an assault rifle, so you can take a lot more mid-range based fights and play a lot faster with this,” the YouTuber said. Unsurprisingly, the loadout also utilizes the VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor, Bruen Heavy Support underbarrel, and Corio Eagleseye 2.5x optic to further improve control. The Bruen isn’t a ‘no recoil’ gun but it isn’t far off either. Muzzle: VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor – Barrel: 23’ XRK Horizon V2 – Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support – Optic: Corio Eagleseye 2.5x – Magazine: 60-round mag – Timestamp of 9:10 Another plus for the Bruen is that its TTK doesn’t really change that much across different ranges. There is a small dropoff beyond 35 meters but it remains strong regardless of that. As per WZRanked stats, the Bruen has been overlooked a bit in recent weeks, but interest in the LMG is slowly starting to tick back up. So, expect to see more of it soon.

Fan-favorite Black Ops maps apparently returning in Cold War Season 3 – Dexerto
Fan-favorite Black Ops maps apparently returning in Cold War Season 3 TreyarchNew rumors in the Call of Duty community point towards a couple of new maps in Black Ops Cold War and Warzone Season 3, thought to be Echelon and Standoff. Black Ops Cold War has continued recent Call of Duty trends and added some fan-favorite maps into the multiplayer rotation. Among others, we’ve seen Raid and Express dropped into multiplayer and competitive map rotations. We can expect more to come, though. Back in January, BOCW leaks claimed there another 8 or so remakes planned after Express was added. Now, with Season 3 on the horizon, we have been given some unconfirmed names of the maps returning, and one appears to be another remake of a Black Ops 2 classic. Standoff in Black Ops Cold War Season 3 The leaks come by way of TheGhostofMW on Twitter who has, in the past, leaked Calling Cards and other in-game items correctly. “This is not from my usual source,” they caveated, “so don’t take this with 100% certainty, but I’ve been told “Echelon and Standoff” for S3 maps. Again, this is not from my main squeeze.” It sounds like the leak has come from a slightly different source than usual, so fans should certainly take it with a pinch of salt. Until the maps are officially confirmed by Treyarch or Activision, they remain subject to change. https://twitter.com/TheGhostOfMW/status/1383508732026388488?s=20 Standoff, though, would fit with past leaks pointing to fan-favorite remakes. It featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, and is widely considered one of the best CoD maps of all time. Echelon, on the other hand, sounds like it will be a completely new map, similar to Apocalypse that was added in Season 2. Apparently set on a building site, Echelon has been in the game’s files since Season 1 and is thought to be similar to BO2’s Vertigo. If they do come with the launch of Season 3, we can expect them both around April 21. That’s a big if, though.

Fan-favorite AR is “broken” in Warzone 2 when weird setup is used – Dexerto
Fan-favorite AR is “broken” in Warzone 2 when weird setup is used ActivisionThere’s a fan-favorite assault rifle in Warzone 2 that is viable and even “broken” despite it not being as widely used as it once was. Given how popular Warzone and Warzone 2 have been over the last few years, everyone can look back and immediately pick out their favorite era of the battle royale. And, well, that typically includes Verdansk. Many players yearn for the DMR to return, some want sniping to go back to the way it was when the Kar90 dominated, and others are still making use of the M4. The assault rifle has been in every version of Warzone to date and has been one of the go-to choices. It has been slightly nerfed for Warzone 2 Season 5, but it looks to still be viable despite its pick rate being much lower than it once was. Best M4 loadout in Warzone 2 Season 5 In fact, Warzone 2 guru TheKoreanSavage believes the M4 is one of the “broken” weapons that the battle royale currently has. However, that comes with a bit of a catch. Upon highlighting the M4 in his August 14 video, the YouTuber noted that players should be running without an optic. That’s a departure from the current meta, where pretty much every gun uses a variation of the Cronen Mini Pro, Aim OP-V4, or Schlager 3.4x sights. Instead, this loadout focuses on recoil control, opting for the FSS Ole-V Laser, XTEN Ported 290 muzzle, and Hightower 20’ Barrel. Muzzle: XTEN Ported 290 – Barrel: Hightower 20’ Barrel – Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56 – Laser: FSS Ole-V Laser – Magazine: 60-round mag – Timestamp of 1:12 Sadly, the loadout doesn’t do too much in the way of combating all the on-screen weapon smoke that comes from firing off a few rounds. You’ll still have to tend with a hefty amount of that. Though, given that everyone knows the M4’s recoil pattern pretty much off by heart at this point, you might be able to just fight on through it.

Fan concept would make it easier to see weapon attachements in Blackout – Dexerto
Fan concept would make it easier to see weapon attachements in Blackout Black Ops 4 players are always coming up with great ways to improve the game and this suggestion for Blackout is one of the best yet. While being able to manage your inventory in a battle royale is extremely important, seeing what attachments you have equipped in Blackout is sometimes a bit cumbersome. Reddit user ‘TR1CL0PS’ has come up with a concept that would make it easier than ever to see your attachments without having to jeopardize yourself in the heat of battle. Currently, the only way to gain see what attachments you have on each weapon in Blackout is to open up the menu and inspect each weapon individually. On console, this means having to stop moving altogether in order to do so, which could put you in plenty of danger. TR1CL0PS’ concept would eliminate this struggle by displaying your equipped attachments on the HUD in plain view. With this UI update, players would know exactly what they have equipped at all times, making it easy to know what attachments you need to keep an eye out for or swap for when looting. There’s nothing worse than not knowing what you’ve got equipped and having to fumble around while trying to quickly loot a fallen enemy quick enough to not leave yourself out in the open. While there’s no way to know if this is something that Treyarch will bring to Blackout anytime soon, it would certainly be a welcomed addition for all players. Given the developer has already confirmed that more quality of life updates are on the way for Blackout console players, we could see a similar change come to Black Ops 4 very soon.

Fan concept for Blackout would make picking up the right perks easier – Dexerto
Fan concept for Blackout would make picking up the right perks easier A creative fan has designed a very simple solution to the problem of identifying perks in Call of Duty’s Blackout mode, which currently can be somewhat tricky. Perks are extremely useful in Blackout – check out our full guide for details of every one – and are not to be missed in your load out if you want to win consistently. However, you will sometimes find yourself in a pinch, with little time to casually loot items on the ground, which is why having all perks the same shade of dark green can be cumbersome. It often requires a moment to read the name of the perk or recognize its logo, before you can decide whether it’s the one you want, or a waste of an inventory slot. As far back as the Blackout beta, players were suggesting that a color coded system of some kind would be a straight forward solution to this, but Treyarch didn’t acknowledge these suggestions, and when the full release came, all perks were still a dark green/grey. Reddit user u/Logjamz has done a mock up version of what color coded perks would look like, which would certainly make them a lot more instantly recognizable. Dr DisRespect responds to Summit1g’s Blackout challengeHowever, there is no doubt that something could certainly be done to improve the visualization of perks, avoiding putting yourself at risk while you run over to check and read every perk. A color system would allow players to spot the perks they want or don’t want from a distance, but it is possible that Treyarch wants players to feel pressured when looting.

Fan accidentally congratulates Skrapz for winning after he lost at CWL Fort Worth – Dexerto
Fan accidentally congratulates Skrapz for winning after he lost at CWL Fort Worth Things got a little awkward at CWL Fort Worth after a fan congratulated Skrapz for his win, despite the fact he lost to his twin brother. Matthew ‘Skrapz’ Marshall is a professional Call of Duty player for Red Reserve while his twin brother Bradley ‘wuskin’ Marshall is a pro player for Team Reciprocity. The two brothers went against each other today, Championship Sunday, at the CWL Fort Worth event with wuskin and Team Reciprocity coming out victorious. All of this was business as usual until a fan came up to congratulate wuskin on his win. Except it wasn’t wuskin being congratulated but it was actually his twin brother Skrapz who was being congratulated. Skrapz and wuskin are probably used to being mixed up in real life but none of those moments probably stung as much as this one had to. Fortunately, Skraps took the mistake in stride and tweeted about the error, calling it an ‘ultimate dagger’ in reply to someone who pointed out what had happened. As for the fan, he probably felt a little embarrassed for pouring salt on a fresh wound but it’s something you can laugh off years down the road. In the case of Skrapz, it’s probably a bittersweet feeling as he is out of the competition but he is still able to root for his brother. If you’re following the action at CWL Fort Worth you can keep up with our live updates of the games during Championship Sunday right here. The action wraps up today so stay tuned.

Family playing Call of Duty too loudly prompts armed police response – Dexerto
Family playing Call of Duty too loudly prompts armed police response A family playing Call of Duty together too loudly caused their neighbors to fear a domestic violence incident was ongoing and phone 911, resulting in a large police response. The McKee family, from Volusia County, Florida, were playing the game together at home on the night of Thursday, November 15, but got a little too caught up in the action. Jamie McKee, who was playing with her husband and daughter, said that she “was getting mad at them for shooting me [in the game]”, and so was shouting ‘Don’t kill me! No, let me get up, let me get a gun!’ However, the family had forgotten that their windows were open, meaning their raised voices were easily audible to their neighbors. Two women, sisters who live nearby, phoned 911 and told the operator: “Hi, I’m calling because I hear my neighbors fighting down the street from me and I’m a little bit concerned with what their saying. Uh, my sister lives with me and she was out there smoking a cigarette and she heard them screaming something like a woman saying ‘No, please don’t kill me.’ I heard a man say ‘why did you take my gun?’” Believing a potentially deadly situation was unfolding, police sent six patrol vehicles to the address, meanwhile the McKee family had no idea what was happening: “They were at my neighbor’s house with guns drawn. They were holding [them] against their chest and listening to houses.” Footage from the incident was uploaded to the City of DeLand YouTube channel. McKee says “we were playing a video game […] I have a loud voice.” The police were understanding about the confusion, and McKee said that she appreciates they took the threat seriously. “Now we shut the windows and try to quiet my voice as best I can,” McKee told WFLA. The family don’t know who called in the complaint, but said they apologize to all their neighbors for the disturbance. No weapons were found in the home and no charges were filed. H/T: Local10

Fake Modern Warfare 2 map is so bad players want it in the game – Dexerto
Fake Modern Warfare 2 map is so bad players want it in the game ActivisionA Modern Warfare 2 player created a fake map idea and community members ironically want to see it added officially. Modern Warfare 2’s multiplayer map pool has received a substantial amount of criticism. Community members flamed multiplayer’s “pathetic” Season 2 update for only adding one previously removed map and a remastered environment. Season 1 followed a similar trend, re-introducing the well-known Shipment and Shoothouse. Multiplayer fans pleaded with the developers for a new map instead of remasters, and in response, Infinity Ward pushed up the release date for an original map in Season 2 Reloaded. Infinity Ward’s announcement helped soothe some disgruntled fans, yet others have taken matters into their own hands, creating their own multiplayer battlefields. Modern Warfare 2 fake satire map goes viral A Modern Warfare 2 player jokingly proposed a new 6v6 map on Reddit inspired by 24/7 Shipment. The concept would be just one hallway with enemy teams spawning across from one another. The idea pokes fun at the CoD community for enjoying Shipment and Shoothouse’s frantic nature, but some players actually fell in love with the idea. One community member pitched a mode inspired by Gunfight and the Gulag, pitting enemies against each other in intense one-versus-one duels on maps similar to the hallway concept. A second user added, “you are joking, but many Shipment players would unironically love this map.” Other players agreed, claiming, “this would be epic,” or saying things such as, “ok, but that would be so fun.” Battlefield 4’s Operation Locker featured hallway combat just like the image above, and believe it or not, the map is one of the most beloved environments in the series. So for something that started as a joke, Hallway would be a fun LTM or April Fools mode for players looking to grind XP or have fun with friends.

FACEIT explains why anti-cheat system won’t detect Warzone hackers – Dexerto
FACEIT explains why anti-cheat system won’t detect Warzone hackers Activision/FACEITThe hacking problem in Warzone is one that has been ruining games for years, and Activision have consistently struggled to do much about it, even with their RICOCHET anti-cheat system. Is FACEIT anti-cheat really the solution some players think it is? Despite numerous ban waves and the implementation of RICOCHET, hacking has run rampant in Warzone, and players have often sought new ways to confirm that they’re not cheating — or to prove that someone is. One of these measures that competitors, streamers, and casual players alike have found in attempts to prove their innocence is the use of FACEIT’s popular anti-cheat system. While some people swear by it and believe that all players should have to run FACEIT to play Warzone, the company has confirmed that their anti-cheat system simply is not available on Warzone or Call of Duty as a whole. “The way that our Anticheat system is built is that it can only work for game titles that are officially supported, with FACEIT tech integrated,” FACEIT’s Chief Marketing Officer, Fabio Floris, told Dexerto. “Unless a player is actively playing in a game session on one of those officially supported games, our product simply stops working by design and cannot detect, track or block any potential form of cheating — it does not have any form of interaction with the game at all.” FACEIT’s anti-cheat supports titles such as CS:GO, PUBG, and League of Legends — but not Call of Duty. That could change in the future, though. Floris explained: “At FACEIT we’re constantly looking to support more and more game titles, by working closely with game developers to design robust anti-cheat solutions that improve the experience for their players and protect the integrity of their competitive gaming programs. “We’ve actually recently decided to invest in a new portal that will be going live soon, under the name of ‘FACEIT Labs.’ With FACEIT Labs, game developers will be able to easily access and install those technologies in their games through SDK and specific game engines plugins.” Hello Censor! We would like to provide some clarification since many users from the COD community have been reaching out to us in the past hours about this topic. pic.twitter.com/tOyQje90En — FACEIT (@FACEIT) March 24, 2022 Floris concluded his point by discussing the misconceptions surrounding FACEIT anti-cheat as it pertains to Warzone. “We’ve been contacted by a few members of the COD community recently and we released a few public posts to clarify some misunderstandings on how our AC system works and its effectiveness to protect COD game sessions from cheating. “We’re incredibly proud of the effectiveness of our Anticheat, however, we want to avoid any false expectations which could negatively impact the integrity of the competitive scene. We don’t want people using an Anticheat solution during tournaments thinking it is 100% effective when it is not.”

Facebook Gaming Warzone streamer claims platform doesn’t ban blatant hackers – Dexerto
Facebook Gaming Warzone streamer claims platform doesn’t ban blatant hackers Activision / FacebookFacebook Gaming’s community guidelines have been called into question as a streamer is accusing the platform of not banning obvious cheaters and making money off of them. Hacking is highly frowned upon in the gaming community. Moreover, it is a violation of terms in many games as well as streaming platforms. Yet, Facebook Gaming has always been a step behind when it comes to properly punishing these cheaters. In response to an article about a Facebook streamer that has blatantly cheated on the platform, Glimmerman101 sent in proof to Dexerto that Facebook doesn’t have an issue with people that hack on their broadcast. Facebook Gaming streamer shows platform ignoring hackers As seen in the picture above, Glimmerman sent video proof of a Facebook streamer that was using blatant hacks while live. Facebook responded to him stating, “We reviewed the video again and confirmed that it doesn’t go against any of our Community Standards.” However, back in February of 2021, the platform reportedly said that “cheating is not welcome on Facebook Gaming.” The streaming service said they would demonetize cheaters, which prevents them from being part of the Level Up program and receiving star donations. Despite this, Glimmerman said, “I have seen many times with them [hackers] receiving star donations during the stream.” When star donations are purchased, Facebook takes a percentage of that profit for itself. So not only are the ratty streamers earning a profit, the platform they are using is making money as well. The problems don’t end here, he also feels that there isn’t a great way to report these offenders. Facebook Gaming doesn’t have “actual methods” to report Glimmerman thinks that Facebook has a flawed reporting system as whenever you report a hacker you are told: “it’s not against Community Standards.” The solution he was provided by a Facebook official was that if he doesn’t like seeing streamers that hack then “you can hide the content so it won’t show on your feed.” Instead of actually removing these people from their platform they are just telling viewers to cover their eyes from it. While this is just one case brought to attention, there could be much more similar to this. One thing is certain, gamers don’t like hackers and this is some blinding proof that Facebook is trying to eliminate the problem.

Facebook Gaming slammed for giving blatant Warzone hacker a streaming partnership – Dexerto
Facebook Gaming slammed for giving blatant Warzone hacker a streaming partnership Activision / FacebookWarzone’s ongoing battle against hackers was once again thrust into the spotlight as the community blasted Facebook Gaming for partnering a creator who brazenly streamed himself cheating in the battle royale. Although Activision and Raven Software have done much to combat the cheating issues plaguing Warzone, going so far as to ban tens of thousands of accounts for using hacks, it remains a constant struggle to remove these individuals from the free-to-play title. Warzone’s cheating issues were highlighted yet again after Facebook Gaming was slammed by players and content creators for allowing a known cheater to not only broadcast his hacks to viewers, but obtain a partnership with the streaming platform in the process. What has Facebook become man. The biggest hacker and known stream sniper has gotten partnership. Wow🤣 pic.twitter.com/jyl7srTVHC — BeanBolt (@BeanBolt) May 1, 2021 The situation first gained attention on May 1 after fellow Facebook Gaming partner ‘BeanBolt’ shared that the creator in question, known as ‘Hacks gaming 2’, had been granted partnership by the platform. Read More: Best weapons to use in Warzone Season 3 – Partnership with Facebook Gaming is typically the highest level of engagement a creator can obtain, and other Facebook streamers were quick to criticize the platform for allowing this individual to become a partner while cheating on-stream. Another Facebook streamer, Jeff Leach, responded to BeanBolt’s tweet and called out the platform directly. “Why is a hacking, toxic, stream sniper getting partnered?” he asked, and went on to slam the streaming service, calling the events “an insult to the platform and every streamer grinding for partnership.” https://twitter.com/jeffleach/status/1388607689870118914 Many other creators voiced their own concerns in the replies to Leach’s tweet. “This hacker has gotten partnered and [reached] 9k [followers]” once user lamented. “So much for honest work and drive. Hopefully [Facebook] makes some necessary changes.” Despite the initial misstep, Facebook was quick to take action after becoming aware of the situation. Several hours later, another user confirmed that the hacker’s partnership had been removed but they were still able to monetize their content, which led to additional backlash against the platform. They’ve taken his partnership away but he’s still monetised ? It’s a fucking joke pic.twitter.com/lqA508ugfM — 🅵🆁🅴🅽🅲🅷🆈 (@frenchy4185) May 2, 2021 Hacker’s account gone from Facebook At the time of writing, the account in question is no longer active on Facebook Gaming, and the hacker may have been banned in addition to losing their partnership agreement — a welcome turn of events for those concerned about the platform’s handling of the situation. This is not the first time Facebook has come under fire for allowing cheaters to broadcast content on their platform. Popular Warzone streamer Vikram ‘Vikkstar’ Singh Barn quit the battle royale after discovering another Facebook streamer broadcasting hacks to their audience. While Raven continues to ban accounts for the use of unauthorized programs and Facebook has taken action to remove the hacker’s content from their site, the situation is a reminder of just how popular these illegal programs are and how difficult it can be to combat them effectively.

Facebook Gaming looking to stop cheating streamers after Vikkstar’s Warzone boycott – Dexerto
Facebook Gaming looking to stop cheating streamers after Vikkstar’s Warzone boycott Activision/FacebookSeemingly in response to content creator Vikkstar quitting Warzone over hacking and the streaming of said hacks on social media, Facebook Gaming has taken steps to block cheaters from broadcasting that kind of content on their platform. If you’ve been annoyed with the number of players streaming themselves cheating in games like Warzone, then there’s some good news on the way for you. Facebook has announced it will be taking steps to curb cheaters who stream content on its platform, according to industry insider Rod ‘Slasher’ Breslau. Facebook tells me they have fully demonetized and removed from their Level Up program the Call of Duty Warzone cheater that Vikkstar spoke about in his video, along with several other accounts streaming cheats. Facebook says it will be stepping up efforts against streaming cheats — Rod Breslau (@Slasher) February 1, 2021 Some of the steps the company will be taking to cut down on the number of cheaters, according to Slasher, includes the removal of players from the Partner and Level Up programs. This means those streamers will no longer be able to “access monetization features like Stars and Fan Subscriptions. The news comes a couple of days after popular CoD content creator Vikkstar announced via YouTube that he would be quitting Warzone due to the number of cheaters in the game. In a video posted to his YouTube channel on January 30, 2021, Vikkstar witnessed someone streaming with cheats in Warzone on Facebook. He was understandably frustrated by the blatant hacking going on on the broadcast, seemingly without any kind of punishment or backlash. Facebook has since demonetized and removed the hacker seen in the video from their Level Up program, “along with several other accounts who stream cheats.” from a Facebook representative: “Cheating is not welcome on Facebook Gaming.” pic.twitter.com/5E5fqbyPnb — Rod Breslau (@Slasher) February 1, 2021 As for Vikkstar himself, earlier today he announced that he had an open line of communication with Activision about the cheating problem in the game. It’s likely that Warzone isn’t completely dead to him and that the Facebook stream was just the final affront. Like all efforts to remove and ban cheaters from having a platform, it remains to be seen how effective Facebook’s measures will be. Only time will tell.

FaZe’s Attach gets Black Ops 4 account reset by hackers just after reaching Master Prestige – Dexerto
FaZe’s Attach gets Black Ops 4 account reset by hackers just after reaching Master Prestige FaZe Clan’s Dillon ‘Attach’ Price has had to experience an ordeal that no Call of Duty player should ever have to go through. The pro player found out on November 23 that his Black Ops 4 account had been breached by hackers and completely reset back to level one. This came just a day after Attach reached the Master Prestige rank in the Multiplayer, which is the highest possibly Prestige that anyone can achieve. “My PlayStation account just got hacked,” he tweeted. “I just hit Master Prestige yesterday.” His tweet also included images confirming that his account was reset, which can be seen below. While that does not conclusively reveal anything, it hints at the possibility that his YouTube account may also have been compromised. As of now, it’s unclear as to whether Attach can get his Black Ops 4 account to be reversed back to its Master Prestige rank prior to this hacking ordeal. If not, it will be a tough blow to someone who spent weeks grinding the game to reach the max rank, and potentially even inspire other hackers to try and do the same.

FaZe CoD pro player ZooMaa’s Twitch ban is finally ending tonight – Dexerto
FaZe CoD pro player ZooMaa’s Twitch ban is finally ending tonight ZooMaa – Instagram, MLG | TwitchProfessional Call of Duty player FaZe ‘ZooMaa’ is finally returning to Twitch after what was supposed to be an ‘indefinite’ ban from the platform. ZooMaa announced in a Tweet that he would be streaming once again on September 12 – much sooner than was originally anticipated. “There’s been a development! My stream will be unsuspended sometime tonight, so get ready for some Blackout cause this is my year!!😂” However, that suspension grew from seven days to an indefinite ban – and ZooMaa was just as surprised as his fans. He stated in a Tweet that the reason for his suspension was due to revealing an address on stream, during which he thought that he had muted his microphone. Twitch sent him an email regarding the situation and stated that his ban would be indefinite. “Was on the phone with my friend and thought my mic was muted, and an address was said. It was an accident and my first strike… idk how I got an email saying I’m indefinitely suspended.” “Heard back from Twitch. They made a mistake on their end and I will have my account back in less than 6 days. Love to hear that. #FaZeUp #ZooMob 💯” 600https://twitter.com/ZooMaa/status/1038137543286554626 Nowr, it looks as though his account will be restored sooner – after just five days, in fact. With the suspension over, fans can expect ZooMaa’s triumphant return with a stream of the Call of Duty: ‘Blackout’ battle royale mode Private Beta.

FaZe Clan’s ZooMaa and Asim win the $10K Dr DisRespect and BoomTV Code Red Blackout tournament – recap and final placements – Dexerto
FaZe Clan’s ZooMaa and Asim win the $10K Dr DisRespect and BoomTV Code Red Blackout tournament – recap and final placements FaZe Clan pro Call of Duty player Thomas ‘ZooMaa’ Paparatto and FC Black academy player ‘Asim’ have won the December 14 running of the $10,000 Code Red tournament for Black Ops 4’s Blackout battle royale mode, hosted by Twitch streamer Dr DisRespect, BoomTV, and Esports Arena. The pair edged out eUnited pro James ‘Clayster’ Eubanks and academy star Chris ‘Simp’ Lehr in the grand final to secure the $6,000 first place prize and the prestige of a Code Red championship. Before reading on, please go over the scoring format to better understand the remainder of this recap. HOW TO WIN: Code Red is a double-elimination tournament that will start off with 16 teams of two players each. Since there are no publicly available custom games yet in Blackout, the competition will follow the standard ‘total of two’ format. Each round, the Duos that are matched up together will queue into a Squads lobby and try to get more combined eliminations than their opponent. After two maps, the team with the more combined kills from both maps wins. If kills are tied after the two maps, a third map will be played, with the first Duo to get to five total kills first winning. If neither team gets to five, the one with the higher number of eliminations wins. Having lost in the first round of the Winner’s Bracket, ZooMaa and Asim went on an incredible Loser’s Bracket run to reach the grand final, winning six straight matches in the process. However, since Clayster and Simp had won the Winner’s Bracket, they only needed to win one of two matches in the grand final, while the FaZe players needed to win both if they were to be crowned victors. Full of confidence, ZooMaa and Asim came out hot in map one of game one, putting up nine kills while eUnited were eliminated early and had zero. That early advantage was enough to carry ZooMaa and Asim to an 11-6 overall victory in the first game, which reset the bracket and forced a winners-take-all game two. The second game started off a lot more tightly contested than the first, as the eUnited boys narrowly led 12-11 after the first map, looking to close things out in map two. However, with everything basically on the line, the two teams made an aggressive decision to land in a central area of the map, which proved to be more rewarding for ZooMaa and Asim as they wrapped up map two 10-5 to win game two 21-17 and secure the Code Red championship. Here are the final placements of the December 14 running of the Code Red Blackout tournament, along with the prize breakdown for each placements. Located below the final placements are the finalized Winner’s and Loser’s Brackets, which include the aggregate scores of each match from the tournament. Winner’s Bracket Loser’s Bracket About the Code Red Blackout tournament Code Red is a collaborative project that features tournaments for both Blackout and Fortnite battle royale titles. It is put together by popular Twitch personality Dr DisRespect, the livestream gaming platform called BoomTV, and EsportsArena. The December 14 tournament was the first to be solely dedicated to PlayStation 4 players, and it featured some of the biggest names in all of Call of Duty esports from orgs like OpTic Gaming, FaZe Clan, eUnited, Splyce, and more. More information about BoomTV and the Code Red tournaments can be found on their official website HERE.

FaZe Clan’s Attach Takes Down Helicopter Pilot With Incredible Blackout Sniper Shot – Dexerto
FaZe Clan’s Attach Takes Down Helicopter Pilot With Incredible Blackout Sniper Shot FaZe Clan’s Dillon ‘Attach’ Price is already getting the hang of the Blackout beta and showing his opponents why he’s a professional Call of Duty player! The 2015 CoD world champion has been playing the PlayStation 4 beta release of Call of Duty’s all-new battle royale title non-stop since it went live, and he’s produced some stellar clips in that timeframe. However, one achievement seems to be standing out above all others for the 21-year-old; an incredible iron sight sniper shot to take down an opponent in a helicopter: Attach was just as shocked as his viewers when he hit the unlikely shot, screaming “I KILLED HIM! Yo, yo, yo CLIP THAT! CLIP THAT! I just sniped him out the helicopter!” The impressive play goes to show that Blackout’s helicopters won’t make players invulnerable. In fact, if they’re open to shots like this, a lot of would-be pilots might do well to consider a different path! The Blackout beta seems to be a huge hit with both the Call of Duty community and fans of the battle royale genre. Naturally, the CoD pros like Attach are taking to the PlayStation 4 mechanics exceptionally well! In the responses to his sniper clip, Attach stated “I’m having so much fun so far” – a statement that seems to be true for for all of the big names in the competitive Call of Duty scene, past and present. The Blackout beta is set to run until September 17 and promises to challenge the likes of Fortnite for Twitch viewership until that date.

FaZe Clan’s Attach and Team Envy’s Apathy give tips to improve your aim and win more gunfights in Black Ops 4 – Dexerto
FaZe Clan’s Attach and Team Envy’s Apathy give tips to improve your aim and win more gunfights in Black Ops 4 FaZe Clan pro player and 2015 Call of Duty World Champion Dillon ‘Attach’ Price and current World Champion Bryan ‘Apathy’ Zhelyazkov have given Back Ops 4 fans some tips on how to get better at the game. Both professionals wanted to focus on player’s aim, and the small changes and adjustments they could make that could see them go from losing gunfights to winning them. The first thing the FaZe Clan member suggested was finding a controller that you feel comfortable using, and then figuring out how you like to hold it, whether that is normally or using the claw method. Attach also suggests diving into the settings in Black Ops 4 and trying out different button layouts, and controller sensitivities until you find one that suits you. Apathy said that a basic but massive factor to improve your aim is centering, which is making sure that the crosshairs in the middle of your screen are always looking towards where you want to go, or where you think enemies might be. “It means you’re always ready,” stated Apathy. “It allows you to snap in right away on your enemy. It’s really effective, it really works.” However, Attach feels that the biggest advantage you can give yourself over opponents is positioning. “If you’re on a headglitch, it’s harder for their bullets to hit me, and easier for mine to hit them because I am behind something, and they are not. It’s better to have the worst aim and be in a better position, than have the best aim and be in a worse spot.” Of course, all of these techniques need to be practiced, and both Attach and Apathy state that the best way to do that is by shooting bots, and playing as many games as possible. If you’re struggling to get results in this year’s Call of Duty title, check out our handy Black Ops 4 Guides Hub, which features links to various articles than can help improve your game!

FaZe Clan reveals major roster change ahead of CWL Pro League Qualifier – Dexerto
FaZe Clan reveals major roster change ahead of CWL Pro League Qualifier FaZe Clan has confirmed the long rumored signing of rising prospect Cellium. The legendary CoD team dropped Methodz after a somewhat disappointing placement at CWL Vegas. Methodz signed with G2, who also made changes, but FaZe was not interested in a straight swap or trade. Instead, they signed former eUnited development player Cellium, who recently became old enough to compete at the professional level. Cellium was on the radar of top Call of Duty organizations for a long time as a potential prospect, playing for eU’s Cadets teams, but he failed to meet the age requirements in place at the CWL. OFFICIAL – Ahead of January’s @CODWorldLeague qualifier, we have transferred Methodz off our professional roster & signed a new 5th: @Cellium. Welcome to FaZe! #FaZeUppic.twitter.com/n4x5XViVSk — FaZe Clan (@FaZeClan) December 22, 2018 FaZe kept the core of their successful WW2 roster together and added Methodz as their fifth player due to Black Ops 4’s new roster rules. However, a top 16 finish at CWL Vegas had the organization searching or new options. Methodz was the odd man out due to his slower play style that may not have been meshing well with the aggro subs of FaZe. Cellium is expected to pick up an AR for his new team, though FaZe may be able to try out completely new roles for everyone with the new roster makeup. The current members of FaZe Clan welcomed their new signing, with Dillon ‘Attach’ Price saying, “Excited to be teaming with this young animal @Cellium, So much talent and potential.” Excited to be teaming with this young animal @Cellium, So much talent and potential. FaZe Clan eliminated from CWL Pro League Qualifier tournament – Dexerto
FaZe Clan eliminated from CWL Pro League Qualifier tournament In a surprising turn of events, FaZe Clan’s Call of Duty team has been eliminated from the qualifier tournament for the Call of Duty World League’s Pro League. FaZe lost to French team Overtime Esports 2-3 in the second round of the Loser’s Bracket, a match the turned out to be a tight, back-and-forth affair that went the distance. The match started with FaZe taking the lead after a 250-199 win on Seaside Hardpoint, but Overtime responded with a 6-3 win on Gridlock Search and Destroy. Overtime would win their second map in a row, 3-2 on Arsenal Control, but FaZe forced a game five with a strong 250-112 Hardpoint victory on Gridlock. With everyone on the line, Overtime proved to be the more clutch of the two teams and flexed their S&D ability with a 6-2 victory on Arsenal S&D. .@FaZeClan NOT IN PRO LEAGUE.@Overtime_eSport take the series 3-2 and will be continuing on at the #CWLPS4 Pro League Qualifier! pic.twitter.com/DIQLEt3r4u — Call of Duty World League (@CODWorldLeague) January 20, 2019 This result means that last season’s Pro League Season One champions will not participate in the premier competition of the Black Ops 4 season, and will instead be forced to compete in the Amateur Circuit. While the prospect of FaZe not being in the Pro League is stunning, it does not come as a major shock to those who have been keeping up with the team’s performances so far this season. After a disappointing 13-16th placing at CWL Vegas, the org looked to quickly turn things around and moved to sign talented prospect Cellium, who had never competed professionally prior to joining FaZe. the team struggled out of the games at the Pro League Qualifier, but eventually qualified for bracket play after some clutch victories in their final few Pool matches. They were then defeated 3-2 by Excelerate Gaming in their first Winner’s Bracket match, which knocked them down to the do-or-die Loser’s Bracket, where they beat Tainted Minds 3-0 before coming up against Overtime. What this ultimately means for FaZe’s roster remains to be seen, as it’s hard to imagine all five players will be content on playing at the amateur level for the rest of the season. We could see the roster broken apart after what was such a promising WWII season, in which they won the first half of the Pro League and placed third at the 2018 CWL Championship.
