Dr Disrespect believes Warzone 2 has “great” potential for one simple reason Dr Disrespect/ActivisionStreaming star Dr Disrespect has tipped his cap to Warzone 2, pointing out the most “underrated” part of the battle royale so far. The release of Warzone 2 has thrust Call of Duty and the battle royale genre back into the spotlight as thousands have descended onto the new Al Mazrah map. Even though it’s only been live for a few days, the CoD battle royale has gotten a pretty warm reception from players. Though, there have been a few that have been quick to point out a handful of changes that they’d like to see be made over the coming weeks and months. Dr Disrespect was, initially pretty concerned about Warzone 2 and doubted its lifespan. However, the Two-Time seems to be coming around as he’s confirmed that he’s a “fan” of what he’s played so far. Dr Disrespect believes Warzone 2.0 has “great” potential Like everyone else, The Doc dove straight into the battle royale upon launch and quickly started picking up wins with his signature violence, speed, and momentum. After grabbing a win alongside his duo ZLander, the Two-Time was asked for his thoughts on the new BR experience and its potential. “I think it’s great. For me, one of the most underrated things in first-person shooter games is level design and map design. It’s so crucial to have that as dominant as the rest of the game,” he said. “We’ll start off with the level design. I think it’s fantastic. I’m really digging it. The whole looting aspect. It was a little like ‘what the hell is this’ but now that I’m used to it and now that I kind of understand everything, for the most part, that’s pretty sweet. I think the game has a lot of great potential. I’m a fan of Warzone 2.0.” Timestamp of 23:33 While he may be a fan of it now, we’ve seen the Doc have plenty of issues with battle royales in the past, and it probably won’t be long before he’s fuming at Warzone 2. The game has that fresh and new feel to it that everyone enjoys, but lets see how long that lasts – especially for the Two-Time.

Dr Disrespect believes Pacific update is change that could finally save Warzone – Dexerto
Dr Disrespect believes Pacific update is change that could finally save Warzone YouTube: Dr Disrespect / Raven SoftwareDr Disrespect is slowly changing his tune on Warzone again, recently admitting he is convinced the new Caldera map will be the change Raven Software needed to ship to save their Call of Duty battle royale. It’s certainly been no secret Dr Disrespect has been less than thrilled with Warzone these past few months. The two-time may not have quit the game like other stars, but he’s mainly avoided the battle royale recently. Warzone’s new update may have changed his mind though. On December 9 — or even 24 hours earlier for Vanguard players — the flagship Call of Duty battle royale will herald in one of the biggest updates since its early 2020 release. On top of new guns, events, modes, and more, Warzone is finally getting a new map, tropical island Caldera. The swap has reinvigorated the two-time, who is now claiming the massive Pacific update could be the Raven Software change that finally saves Warzone. Dr Disrespect has actually already played games in Caldera, despite the huge Warzone update not shipping live until Dec. 9. He was handed an exclusive look at the battle royale’s update in a closed preview, and it’s certainly got him excited in a way he hasn’t been for months. There’s one big reason to be hopeful, he said: the map swap. “Warzone is a fun battle royale,” the Doc admitted. “That’s right. The concept for Warzone, the way it’s designed, its flow, pacing, they’re all good. The core game design is addicting. The problem isn’t that… it’s that we’ve been playing the same map for two years now, and that’s made it horrible.” Dr Disrespect is certainly impressed with the tropical Caldera battleground so far, going so far as to claim it’s “dripping in heat,” and “really beautiful”. But even if it wasn’t, the YouTuber explained, its arrival would still be huge. “We’ve been playing this same f**king map for two years. There’s no excitement or narrative left to enjoy. Getting a new map is a gamechanger.” Of course, the Doc notoriously changes his opinions like the wind, so it’s always worth waiting until he actually gets his hands on the Caldera update when it drops live later this week, but he’s certainly willing to give it a chance. “The design of the game, the feel of the game on this new map, I’m actually having fun!” the two-time admitted. “The map is beautiful, and I can see things again. Can I hear things? F**k no, but I can see things.” The YouTuber also said he was excited to work his way through the new CoD Vanguard arsenal being added to the battle royale, and their “fifty million new attachments”. In particular, he singled out the Kar98k rifle, which he says is going to lead to “clip season” in his streams. “We’re gonna be playing this new Warzone map every day. It’s going to be showtime material. You better buckle in! What a year we have ahead of us.” Related segment begins at 16:17 in the video below. Whether or not Dr Disrespect sticks to his opinions on the Warzone Pacific update remains to be seen, but it’s a big pivot from the popular YouTuber who up until recently regularly declared he had “absolutely interest” in playing the Call of Duty battle royale during his streams. That far back, however, he was already calling for a new Warzone map. “Please, let’s get the hell out of the Verdansk map,” he declared. “I have no interest left, no enthusiasm. I’ve done it, seen it all, experienced it all in the game.”

Dr Disrespect begs Warzone 2 devs to get BR “under control” – Dexerto
Dr Disrespect begs Warzone 2 devs to get BR “under control” Youtube/Dr DisrespectYouTube streamer and mustache savant Dr Disrespect has begged Activision to get Call of Duty “under control” claiming that Warzone 2 is currently in an “atrocious” place. Dr Disrespect has been brimming with criticism of Warzone 2 since its release back in November. Amongst criticism of its TTK and (lack of) skill gap, he has claimed that it’s designed to protect “brainless gamers” and needs significant adjustment moving forwards. In the absence of such changes though, he has doubled down on his demands to Activision. Dr Disrespect demands Warzone 2 is brought “under control” Sending a message to the devs amid a series of tricky Solo matches, he begged them to get it “under control” and claimed the current Warzone 2 Solos experience is “atrocious”. “Get it under control,” he said. “Hey Call of Duty, you gotta get it under control. Activision, you gotta get this franchise under control. Treyarch, Vonderhaar, Vondy, come on man, bring my fun back. You can always rely on a good old Treyarch [game]… Gimme back my CoD! That Solo experience right there was atrocious.” Timestamp: 14:37 He went on to pinpoint the amount of utility that players are able to have, furthering his past claims that the game has very little in the way of a meaningful skill gap. “I’m hitting headshots with snipers, obviously we’re not knocking them,” he continued. “Then I die from flashes from a Riot Shield flasher who’s driving a car and keeping it as his little vehicle. Jumping out , throwing a whole bunch of flashes… That’s my f**king experience. It’s atrocious, man. Get this game under control.” However, he did say that he believes one “massive patch” could fix the game, setting it in a new direction and ensuring it reaches its potential. Whether Infinity Ward drops that is another matter altogether. For now, fans will have to make do with Warzone 2 as it is. Those dissatisfied with Call of Duty’s current iterations can look forward to DEADROP, the Doc’s very own “vertical shooter”.

Dr DisRespect becomes possessed during a game of Blackout using the ‘Stalker’ perk – Dexerto
Dr DisRespect becomes possessed during a game of Blackout using the ‘Stalker’ perk Dr DisRespect appeared to become taken over by a demon while playing the new Blackout mode on Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, before explaining it was all because of the ‘Stalker’ perk. The self-proclaimed ‘face of Twitch’ never fails to surprise his viewers, but some genuinely feared for his health when he suddenly began panting and grunting as he evaded enemy fire. The Stalker perk allows your Blackout character to move faster while crouched, essentially moving at full sprinting speed, and the Doc likened the movement to hunting animal. He then physically bobs around in his chair as he takes shots and tries to escape, before heading back out in to the fray and cutting down an enemy. His possessed state eventually caused his demise as he ran out wildly challenging opponents, perhaps thinking himself invincible with the Stalker perk. Inevitably a player with full health and armor caught him while he was weak and gunned him down, which seemed to snap the Doc out of his trance. After coming back to reality, he very casually explains, “that’s the Stalker perk, FYI. It’s a brand new perk in the game. Man it takes you-, certainly a different style.” Of course, his death had nothing to do with his manic ranting and aggressive play, but rather his aim sensitivity – which felt a “little slippery.” You can watch the Doc live stream Blackout daily on his Twitch channel, which seems to be his new favored battle royale game.

Dr Disrespect bashes Warzone 2 over “phony” changes in Season 2: “I can’t stand it” – Dexerto
Dr Disrespect bashes Warzone 2 over “phony” changes in Season 2: “I can’t stand it” Dr DisrespectStreaming star Dr Disrespect suggested that some of the changes being made in Warzone 2 Season 2 are “phony” given they’re just going to revert to the way things should have been. The launch of Warzone 2 saw a few pretty significant changes from the way the original Warzone had worked as looting, armor plates, the gulag, and more underwent an overhaul. While some of these changes have been welcomed by players, there have been calls to revert a few others as well and bring back things that should have been kept in from the original battle royale – including Resurgence playlists. With Season 2 just around the corner, the developers have confirmed that they’ll be making a number of sweeping changes to the battle royale and Ashika Island will be introduced as the long-awaited Resurgence map. However, Dr Disrespect isn’t a fan. Dr Disrespect calls Warzone 2 Season 2 changes “phony” The Two-Time, who has been pretty critical of the battle royale in the last few weeks, suggested that the changes would be a little “phony” as it’s basically just reverting back to the way things were. “Season 2 is going to be interesting because it’s going to be like they’re basically reverting a lot of s*it and its kind of crazy that they’re probably going to get praised for it and it’s like, nothing new, they’re just fixing all the s*it they added,” his duo partner ZLaner said. “Can’t stand it,” the Doc quickly answered. “Yeah, I know, it’s so phony. It’s such a phony.” Timestamp of 23:53 As noted, the Doc has been increasingly critical of the game recently, even suggesting he was going to switch to Valorant or Apex Legends instead. He’ll be around for Season 2, but it remains to seen just how long he’ll stick with the CoD battle royale once the changes have been made.

Dr Disrespect bashes “unimpressive” Modern Warfare 2 reveal & claims his game looks better – Dexerto
Dr Disrespect bashes “unimpressive” Modern Warfare 2 reveal & claims his game looks better Dr Disrespect/ActivisionDr Disrespect took some shots at the reveal of Modern Warfare 2, claiming his new game is already looking better than the “unimpressive” next Call of Duty title. After weeks of rumors and leaks, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 – a follow-up to the soft reboot of the Modern Warfare series from 2019 – was finally revealed by Infinity Ward back at the end of May. The devs haven’t wasted any time in keeping the hype for the new game bubbling over, revealing some gameplay and engine footage for MW2 (2022) a few weeks later on June 8. While plenty of CoD fans have been left excited by what they’ve seen, and are desperate to get their hands on the new game, Dr Disrespect claimed the reveal was “unimpressive” and that his Project Moon title already looks better. The Two-Time, who is a former Call of Duty developer himself, gave his thoughts on the reveal during his June 10 stream, admitting it has “potential” but was worried by the seemingly ‘dated’ game engine. “Man, you talk about looking at an engine that is really on its last legs. I mean, that engine feels outdated, doesn’t it?” The Doc said. “I’d like to talk about the reveal man, unimpressive. Unimpressive. “I think they’re going to have to knock it out of the park with the Modern Warfare gameplay, you know? Let’s hope they do that,” he added, noting that everyone knows what the “potential” of the game could be, but he doesn’t believe it’s lived up to it yet. “I was not impressed. I’ll be straight up real with you… I could take a screenshot of our game right now, in-engine, and I don’t think anything from what I saw there could match it,” The Doc added. Timestamp of 22:12 While the hype for his own project is to be expected, the streaming star did further note that he wants to see how Modern Warfare 2 plays and feels – especially with multiplayer, given that’s his go-to mode. An open beta for MW2 has been confirmed by Infinity Ward, but there’s no date announced just yet. That’ll be when Doc gets his wish.

Dr Disrespect bashes “dated” Warzone as battle royale issue continue – Dexerto
Dr Disrespect bashes “dated” Warzone as battle royale issue continue YouTube: Dr Disrespect/ActivisionStreaming star Dr Disrespect once again took aim at the Warzone devs over the state of the game, saying it feels “broken” and “dated” amid a few issues. With his background in game development, and having made half the maps for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Dr Disrespect has no issues going after developers when he feels like something isn’t right. He’s regularly gone after the PUBG devs, hit out at Epic Games, and he’s isn’t afraid of giving Activision and Raven Software both barrels when he feels something is amiss with Warzone. The Doc has even asked for Treyarch to be given control of CoD’s battle royale. The Two-Time has often ‘quit’ Warzone, but like everyone else, he’s back playing it before Verdansk is gone for good and CoD: Vanguard’s Pacific map takes over. Though, he’s still got a few complaints. During his October 30 stream, the streaming star was on the hunt for wins with random partners when, in one game, he was outgunned by an enemy at Airport. The Doc had his sniper lined up, waiting for the scope glint from his foe so he could go for a headshot, but the glint never showed up. That set him off on another bashing of the battle royale. “I go off the glint, right… No glint? He’s able to peak that? Dude, this game is broken in so many ways man,” the Two-Time complained as he escaped the Gulag. “Like, this game is at a child level of network, coding, and programming, it just feels like it’s dated.” Timestamp of 2:06:27 While he was frustrated with what had happened, the Doc didn’t launch into one of his signature rage quits and find something else to play. He just plowed on playing Warzone a little while longer. With the hype around CoD: Vanguard’s integration building, the Two-Time is unlikely to turn his back on the battle royale anytime soon, but he isn’t its biggest fan right now.

Dr Disrespect likely banned from $300K World Series of Warzone tournament over Twitch ties – Dexerto
Dr Disrespect likely banned from $300K World Series of Warzone tournament over Twitch ties Twitter, @DrDisrespect / ActivisionBad news for fans of violence, speed, and momentum. According to the World Series of Warzone ruleset and Twitch partnership, it seems that Dr Disrespect will be banned from the $1.2 million tournament. Dr Disrespect hasn’t been winning many Warzone tournaments, but it’s a spectacle when he participates and fans have loved his involvement. Unfortunately, with Warzone being such a popular category on Twitch, Doc’s history has prevented him from getting much air time during the biggest events. Now, Warzone is getting its biggest event series of all time: the World Series of Warzone, which has a $1.2 million prize pool and puts 150 streamers, pro players, and content creators in private lobbies. And it looks like Doc will be prevented from participating, let alone getting any air time. Based on his infamous permaban from Twitch, alongside the WSOW’s exclusivity deal with Twitch Rivals, the ruleset is concerning. While full players haven’t been announced, it seems highly unlikely that the Two-Time will make the cut. After being permanently banned from Twitch, Doc is now on YouTube and Twitch streamers are not allowed to have him involved in their streams at all. In the past, accidental Doc involvement has even led to drama. Now, Twitch Rivals is partnering with the WSOW and that isn’t good news for Doc fans. For one, the ruleset asserts that all players “shall broadcast their gameplay exclusively on the streaming platform designated.” Additionally, the ruleset also explains that all participants must “be in good standing with respect to the applicable broadcast platform on which the WSOW Tournament is distributed.” Putting all of the above information together, it’s hard to imagine a way for Dr Disrespect to get in on the WSOW action. Of course, things can change should Activision and Twitch come to an agreement regarding the Doc’s “standing” with the streaming platform. If that does happen, we’ll be all over it — but, until then, fans may have to keep wondering what happened between the Two-Time and Twitch.

Dr Disrespect backtracks on his Warzone 2 verdict: “It won’t last very long” – Dexerto
Dr Disrespect backtracks on his Warzone 2 verdict: “It won’t last very long” Dr DisrespectJust days after Dr Disrespect praised the long-term potential of Warzone 2, the streaming star has predicted that the battle royale isn’t going to survive for long unless a key issue is addressed. Warzone 2 is finally here, and millions of CoD fans from around the world are dropping in to experience Al Mazrah. As you’d expect, creators have also wasted no time in trying out the sequel and delivering their verdict. One of the biggest names who has been streaming Warzone 2 daily is Dr Disrespect, who recently said he felt the game had potential and praised the new map design. However, just a few days later, the Two-Time claimed he is worried about Warzone 2’s future if the developers don’t look to fix one key issue. Dr Disrespect was streaming playing with CouRage in preparation for the OpTic Texas 100k Warzone 2 event and, after a handful of quick deaths, mentioned that the low TTK has destroyed the skill gap. “Dude there is literally no skill gap in this game, huh?” Doc said after being eliminated. CouRage responded by saying that this was the developers’ goal, and they wanted “anyone to kill anyone.” Doc continued by pointing out that a low skill gap would hurt Warzone 2 going forward: “Yeah the game’s not going to last very long in my opinion.” Later in the same stream, the YouTuber star once again spoke about how easy it is to secure kills in the new game, and how Warzone 2 feels dumbed down compared to the original. “It’s such a f*****g phony game, it’s literally built for fourth graders at this point,” he ranted after another death. “I’m just talking about this game in general right now – the way it’s tuned and there’s literally no skill gap.” Doc even called for Treyarch to develop the next battle royale, building on their work on blackout in 2018, which was the CoD series’ first move into the space. “I guess my question is ‘when’s Treyarch back in the rotation?’ I want Blackout 2, I think it’s time we ditch Warzone. I don’t know, maybe, maybe not. But let’s get Treyarch back in the ball game, holy s**t. Treyarch makes fun.” Dr Disrespect isn’t the only big-name creator that’s criticized the skill gap in Warzone 2. However, only time will tell if Infinity Ward and the other developers decide to introduce some TTK changes in Season 1 Reloaded or beyond.

Dr Disrespect urges Warzone & Apex Legends devs to balance controller aim assist – Dexerto
Dr Disrespect urges Warzone & Apex Legends devs to balance controller aim assist YouTube: Dr Disrespect / ActivisionDr Disrespect believes controller aim assist is becoming a “huge issue” in first-person shooters and battle royales like Call of Duty: Warzone and Apex Legends, urging developers to fix it or face the consequences. Crossplay is all-the-rage these days. Most games allow players to play with their friends regardless of whether they’re on PC or console. And if they don’t, they’re missing out on an important feature that is becoming the norm. However, developers have struggled to balance between input methods. Traditionally, mouse and keyboard players always had the edge over controller players in first-person shooters due to having more control and precision. But interestingly, controller aim assist has been fine-tuned over the years, and it’s gotten to the point where some streamers, including Dr Disrespect, claim it’s overpowered and requires little to no skill on the part of the player. It’s been a while since he’s talked about the issue. However, Doc jumped right into it again in a tweet posted on September 4. He claimed the imbalance between the two inputs is a “huge issue” before threatening to “break something” out of frustration. “With cross-play becoming the norm for FPS games, aim assist is becoming a huge issue,” he said. “We need some devs prioritizing balance between the two inputs. I’m gonna break something.” However, Nicholas ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff, who is known for dominating lobbies with a controller, playfully ripped into him, saying: “You’re going to get f**king rolled either way, old man.” You’re gonna get fuckin rolled either way old man. That’s on everything. #ControllerGang — FaZe Nickmercs (@NICKMERCS) September 4, 2021 Doc isn’t the only one to have qualms about aim assist. Everyone from HusKerrs, JGOD, and even Shroud share the same view. A number of Apex Legends pros also claimed the game was in its worst state ever as a result. Crossplay has many perks and is a desirable feature. However, it’s created a new set of issues for developers, including the need to balance input methods — something at least Respawn is looking at for Apex. Until they figure it how though, players won’t stop expressing their concerns.

Dr Disrespect and ZLaner run into “world’s worst” Warzone hacker – Dexerto
Dr Disrespect and ZLaner run into “world’s worst” Warzone hacker YouTube; Dr. DisRespectDr. Disrespect and ZLaner are one of the premier dynamic duos in the Warzone scene, but the two had a match come crashing to a brutal end when an otherwise inept hacker showed up to ruin their fun. It’s a common sight to find the Doc and Zack ‘ZLaner’ Lane crushing Warzone lobbies together these days. The two have a longstanding history of tearing up the competition together and creating memorable moments as they do. While a recent outing had the potential to be another classic for the duo, it was brought to an early end by a cheater who was a little less than competent when it came to doing anything other than using third-party software to aim for them. Doc and ZLaner spectate “the worst” Warzone hacker In a July 10 video on Doc’s channel, the pair were chasing down a team that were close by on the map. Before the fight even had a chance to truly get underway, the two-time found himself get smacked with a torrent of bullets and going down with little warning. As he crawled to safety, ZLaner stepped up to fight but also got shredded in an instant. “Oh, this guy’s hacking, guaranteed,” he said as he went down. Mr. Violence, Speed, and Momentum was able to get away with his life, but it only prolonged the inevitable as the cheater eventually disposed of him a few minutes later. “This guy doesn’t even know how to f****ng slide cancel…he can barely maneuver in this game” Lane continued before chiming in with some complaints of his own. “Look at (them), staring at walls and sh*t. Staring through them. I hate ’em…” Doc then took the opportunity to take a few more shots at Call of Duty’s Ricochet anti-cheat system before moving on completely. Later. when one of his viewers commented that some websites are giving out wallhack programs for free, he dismissed the entire idea of cheat prevention in Call of Duty as just “something to calm the chatter.”

Dr Disrespect and TSM Halifax create perfect Call of Duty MMO concept – Dexerto
Dr Disrespect and TSM Halifax create perfect Call of Duty MMO concept Dr. Disrespect / Infinity WardIn a recent battle royale stream, Dr Disrespect and TSM’s Halifax and Viss brainstormed an intriguing MMO battle royale concept that could be perfect for Call of Duty. The popular Triple Threat Challenge requires that you win a game of trios in Call of Duty: Warzone, Apex Legends, and PUBG. By the time Dr Disrespect, Halifax and Viss were on the third prong of their challenge, securing a win in PUBG, they had begun conceptualizing a new battle royale mode that incorporated MMO elements. After Halifax brought up the idea of a battle royale with gun game features, the Doc jumped right at the idea: “That would be sick. I think Call of Duty could do that.” Triple Threat Challenge completed. ✅ Warzone victory ✅ Apex victory ✅ PUBG victoryOfficially 2hr 24min. Firm handshakes @TSMViss and @Halifax pic.twitter.com/BYOTvFBFN0 — Dr Disrespect (@DrDisrespect) May 7, 2020 The concept is simple enough: Halifax’s first interest is to “try a battle royale that has gun game, like you just level up your guns by getting kills.” This makes sense since it would remove the RNG aspect of gun loot and even the playing field at the game’s start, before simply rewarding players for effective aggression. Aside from leveling up your pistol before you reach “an SMG, go to an AR, then you get an AR and a sniper,” Halifax also suggested that “maybe you can put points into armor or another weapon.” This would allow players to build out toward their own preferred playstyle without needing to rely on the indiscriminate luck of loot crates and loadouts. As Viss elaborated, based on your kills you could be able to “level yourself up as if it was like an MMO.” The concept is actually quite intriguing and would make for a cool experiment that Infinity Ward could implement instead of some of the modes their community has been less excited about. Read more: Warzone update nerfs Akimbo .357 pistols – Warzone Solos, in particular, has become incredibly campy recently—with players deploying, finding a gun, and immediately hiding near an unopened crate on the second floor of a building in anticipation of an easy kill. Not only would implementing this equalized and leveling-up system be a fun innovation on its own—but it could also impact player tendencies. Without loot to rely on and with the incentive to secure kills, players would be more eager to seek out gunfights knowing that it’s their best way to improve their kit. Most recently, a similar mechanic was introduced to Apex Legends—in which players who obtain an Evo Shield are able to level that shield up by dealing damage to opponents. Feedback has been widely positive, with professional players recently running the shield in the latest Apex Legends Global Series tournaments. Hopefully, Doc and the boys’ concept makes it to Infinity Ward’s radar, because this could be a very fun concept to flesh out and begin experimenting within limited playlists.

Dr Disrespect and KiLLa believe Modern Warfare will be perfect for one reason – Dexerto
Dr Disrespect and KiLLa believe Modern Warfare will be perfect for one reason Dr DisrespectPopular Twitch streamer Call of Duty world champion, Adam ‘KiLLa’ Sloss, are looking forward to the release of Modern Warfare after multiplayer was finally unveiled. The much anticipated gameplay reveal of the new Modern Warfare game left many with mixed emotions, after seeing the brand new look of the upcoming addition to the Call of Duty franchise. There was a lot to dissect in the “Gunfight” mode which was displayed by popular Rainbow 6 Siege with the new leaning feature. However, former world champion KiLLa, who has always been vocal on the state of competitive CoD, felt that this change in direction was needed for the franchise. He expressed that the removal of slide ‘canceling’, which is a prevalent mechanic in Black Ops 4 used for the upper hand in gunfights, would lead to a much more tactical game, “Game looks amazing imo,” he said “anyone saying otherwise is a slide canceling moron.” Games looks amazing imo anyone saying otherwise is a slide canceling moron who hasn’t ran a tac all year — Adam “”KiLLa”” Sloss (@KiLLa_Sloss) July 11, 2019 Dr Disrespect, who has had hands-on experience with the game already, agreed. The Doc expects it to be a good year for Call of Duty, agreeing with KiLLa by explaining that Modern Warfare’s gameplay requires more “pacing and tactics” than the likes of Black Ops 4, “You’re gonna love it KiLLa,” he replied, “Actual talented pacing and tactics.” Although KiLLa and Dr Disrespect seem positive about the new changes coming to Modern Warfare, other Call of Duty stars, such as ACHES, have their reservations about the changes to movement mechanics. The full multiplayer reveal for Modern Warfare is set for August 1, where fans will get a chance to see exactly what is in store for the game’s release on October 25.

Dr Disrespect already wants to quit CoD Vanguard just days after release – Dexerto
Dr Disrespect already wants to quit CoD Vanguard just days after release YouTube: Dr Disrespect / Sledgehammer GamesDr Disrespect is already considering dumping Call of Duty Vanguard from his YouTube streaming rotation, just days after the Sledgehammer Games release hit shelves, after he “didn’t enjoy a single second” of play on launch day. Hype around the new CoD Vanguard hit deafening levels last week ahead of release, with droves of players eager to hit the franchise’s latest World War II entry. Chief among them was, of course, Dr Disrespect. The two-time is — for the most part — a loyal CoD fan and even designed several levels for Advanced Warfare. He’s admitted several times in the past that his heart will always belong to Warzone and Call of Duty, and so of course the YouTuber had to try the new game. Things didn’t go so well for Dr Disrespect, however. In fact, the two-time is actually thinking about walking away from CoD Vanguard entirely, just days after launch, because of a “very rough” opening day. Dr Disrespect, like many others over the weekend, gathered his fireteam. In this case, Doc rallied his fellow streamers, TimTheTatman and ZLaner, and the trio immediately sunk their teeth into Sledgehammer’s latest offering. At first, the popular trio seemed interested and excited. The Doc heaped praise on early multiplayer levels, and at one stage claimed he was “liking the feel, fast, sleek.” That opinion soon twisted, however, devolving into Dr Disrespect raging over the game’s pace, and repetitively dying in a hilarious clip. In the end, the Doc had simply had enough. Dr Disrespect gives a detailed and thorough explanation of Vanguard tacticspic.twitter.com/aqqvMPOd1W — Dexerto (@Dexerto) November 6, 2021 And, perhaps, even worse, after his outburst of deaths — the Doc’s hilarious way of roasting Vanguard’s pace — he simply stopped yelling. “Yep, I’m done I reckon. That’s it,” he said suddenly. “That was awful. I’m trying to…” the Doc said, pausing. After a moment, he started closing down his entire stream. “I’m trying to think, to figure out if I had any fun with the game. I don’t want to be a negative, negative nancy. I just didn’t have any fun playing the game, at all. That’s just me. The two-time quickly force-closed the game via Alt-F4 before continuing: “That was just a rough experience. I think, SBMM or not, it wouldn’t have mattered either.” The related segment begins at 7:07:39 in the video below. Overall, reactions to CoD Vanguard have been mixed. Dr Disrespect made his stance pretty clear with his stream-ending rant, but other fans have been praising Sledgehammer for their latest entry. Others are less happy though, especially when it comes to the “disastrous” perks systems. Here at Dexerto we’ve also issued a Vanguard verdict, and we’re a little kinder than Doc. We gave it 6/10, but did admit it felt like a “step back” for the franchise.

Dr Disrespect already dropping Warzone highlights with the new Bomber Plane – Dexerto
Dr Disrespect already dropping Warzone highlights with the new Bomber Plane Activision / Twitter, @DrDisrespectCall of Duty: Warzone Season 2 launched on Valentine’s Day and the Two-Time decided to bring his brand of tough love to the Pacific. Almost instantly, Dr Disrespect pulled off highlights with the new Bomber Plane vehicle. Warzone Pacific has been a bumpy road for the CoD franchise, leading the developers to explain that it’s become a “bloated” game which is hard to fix. They delayed Season 2’s launch by a couple weeks to sort through that rubble and hope to have cleared some obstacles. What better way, then, to navigate a bumpy road and roadblocks than by hitting the skies? Season 2 released a new Bomber Plane vehicle on Caldera and Dr Disrespect was quick to take the wheel. While the sniping specialist is better known for his headshots and rage (which Season 2 hasn’t been able to avoid), his steering isn’t so bad either. He showed off exactly what the Bomber Plane is capable of. Silently, he dropped off two bombs from the skies, with duo ZLaner calling out “boom, boom” to mark the occasion. A moment later, a down was confirmed and, balancing out Doc’s icy silence, Z exclaimed “oh! You put him down!” With Doc wanting to finish his food, the Two-Time turned around and went back to wipe the plate clean. Nearing the enemies, he dropped another bomb and immediately parachuted away – hitting the ground and unsheathing his gun as another down was confirmed. As the enemies tried to hit a revive, Doc came in and secured his tasty treats. Within seconds, the hopeful reviver had been killed and two eliminations were added to the Doc’s tally. Overall, it’s pretty clear from the Two-Time’s terror that the Bomber Plane has some interesting potential. After pulling off the shenanigans, even he reacted by saying “man, that Bomber’s kind of nice.” The vehicles can also be used to destroy things like Loadout Drops and Anti-Aircraft Guns, so there’s even more for players to experiment with. With Season 2 only a day old, it will be interesting to see what other plays people start pulling off.

Dr Disrespect reveals he’s allowed to play in Warzone tournaments again – Dexerto
Dr Disrespect reveals he’s allowed to play in Warzone tournaments again YouTube: Dr Disrespect / ActivisionHaving been blocked from Toronto Ultra’s recent $100K Warzone tournament, Dr Disrespect appears to have cleared the air and is now be eligible to compete in all the biggest Call of Duty battle royale events again. With six figures on the line in the latest Warzone tournament, Dr Disrespect had a team ready to go. The two-time was all set to drop in with popular CoD streamer Zack ‘ZLaner’ Lane, though their plans were quickly shot down. Tournament organizers pulled Dr Disrespect from the event without giving a reason on Feb 28. “They said Doc is not allowed,” ZLaner explained. His best guess was “it has to do with [Doc’s] Twitch ban.” Due to being blocked on the Amazon-owned platform, he’s unable to play alongside friends that stream on Twitch. Naturally, viewers around the world were frustrated by the situation, but all appears to have been resolved just days later; according to the YouTube superstar himself, the Doc is once again eligible for all high-profile Warzone competitions. “It’s bulls*** that they wouldn’t let you compete,” a loyal viewer said at the beginning of Doc’s March 8 stream on YouTube. “Your energy is needed in these [Warzone] tournaments.” “Well, we’re allowed to compete,” Doc responded without hesitation. “Flip phone rang the other day, good news: we can compete in Warzone tournaments again.” While he missed out on the recent $100K prize pool, nothing appears to be standing in his way moving forward. However, there still appears to be a degree of confusion surrounding the original event ban. Read More: When are Zombies camos coming to Warzone? – “Why did they even not let you do it?” Doc asked himself. “I don’t know man. I mean, I designed like half the maps for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare! But I don’t really like to talk about myself. I don’t wanna get into it.” The relevant topic begins at the 32:22 mark below. It could have been Twitch-related issues that Dr Disrespect is unable to address on stream, or it could have been something else entirely. Just like his actual ban on Twitch, it seems as though this Warzone drama will also remain shrouded in mystery, for now at least. Read More: When is the Nuke event in Warzone? – Major competitions are now an option once again, however. Therefore, it’s a given that we’ll see Doc dropping back into Verdansk for an event in the near future.

Dr Disrespect admits he misses Modern Warfare 2 despite one major flaw – Dexerto
Dr Disrespect admits he misses Modern Warfare 2 despite one major flaw YT: Dr Disrespect / ActivisionYouTube streamer and mustache expert Dr Disrespect has revealed that he misses Modern Warfare 2’s multiplayer after the conclusion of the Beta, despite it possessing one major flaw. The Modern Warfare 2 Beta wrapped up towards the end of September and, despite generally positive feedback from players, there were clear areas for Infinity Ward to improve ahead of the full game’s release on October 28. The Doc himself invested considerable time into the Beta, bringing his trademark brand of violence, speed and momentum to the 2022 shooter. While scratching around for something to play during an October 7 livestream, he revealed more of his feelings towards the upcoming CoD installment and admitted that he misses the game’s multiplayer, despite one obvious flaw. Dr Disrespect misses Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer despite SBMM grievances “You know what I kinda feel like playing?” he said to his viewers. “Is Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer. Like right now would be a good time to just play multiplayer, level up some guns, level up my guy, kinda learn the maps. Really? Yeah. Listen I didn’t have any issues – Modern Warfare 2’s multiplayer was actually pretty good.” However, he went on to pinpoint his major flaw with the Beta, one shared by large portions of the community. “Until that SBMM started f**king kicking in. Then I’m just fighting – every single fight it’s a [struggle]. I don’t wanna be at the edge of my seat every single moment.” Modern Warfare 2’s skill-based matchmaking certainly came in for criticism from the player base, with many eager to see it toned down ahead of the full game’s launch. Timestamp: 1:24:22 The Doc did touch on his issues with SBMM back when the Beta was live, describing it as his major worry with the Infinity Ward title. Another prominent figure who was unimpressed with the level of SBMM was CouRage, who described it as “horrible”. It’s certainly a compliment that the Doc was itching to play MW2 ahead of its release, but it’s clear that more needs to be done by Infinity Ward and Activision to placate his worries about the controversial matchmaking mechanic.

Dr Disrespect accuses Warzone devs of false advertisement over Ricochet anti-cheat – Dexerto
Dr Disrespect accuses Warzone devs of false advertisement over Ricochet anti-cheat Dr Disrespect/ActivisionStreaming star Dr Disrespect accused the Call of Duty: Warzone developers of false advertisement over the Ricochet anti-cheat after he fell victim to a pretty suspect player. Despite all of Warzone’s success over the last two years, the battle royale’s struggles with cheaters and hackers has been well documented. Raven Software have, over time, banned many cheaters but only introduced an anti-cheat with the CoD: Vanguard integration. While the anti-cheat appeared to be doing its job at the start of the integration period, players have complained that there has been a recent influx of cheaters, claiming they may have found a way to make their cheats undetectable. In the case of Dr Disrespect, who took a break from Warzone like many others as cheaters got out of hand, he also has his doubts about Ricochet being fully operational at the minute. During his January 7 stream, the Two-Time settled in for a small session of Warzone when he encountered a few issues – mainly with his connection to the servers. However, before he tried to right those problems, he was taken down by a player who came across as a little suspect. Not only was their aim on point, but they’d pre-fired at The Doc before he was even really visible behind cover. “That guy is hacking right? Hundred percent?” the streamer said with a shocked look on his face after watching the resulting kill cam. “So, they did lie to us about Ricochet. That’s false advertisement, huh.” Timestamp of 1:32:20 The Doc sought some answers from his viewers, with many commenting that they’d run into hackers recently after a period without them. There’s no telling if something has changed that has allowed cheaters to bypass Ricochet’s checks, but it appears they’re becoming more common. Though, we’ll have to wait and see if there are any further changes to get rid of them.

Dr Disrespect absolutely roasts “jobless” Warzone player for killing him – Dexerto
Dr Disrespect absolutely roasts “jobless” Warzone player for killing him YouTube: Dr Disrespect / Raven SoftwareDr Disrespect has been extremely vocal about his distaste for Warzone, and the streamer let his frustrations out on an unfortunate player. On August 1, Dr Dispresect claimed that he’s ‘done‘ with Call of Duty until Warzone 2. Doc’s CoD backlash comes after holding his upcoming FPS title DEADROP in higher esteem. The popular streamer also bashed Modern Warfare 2 for being “unimpressive” and doubled down after leaked images surfaced. A lack of solid FPS game offerings and annoying opposing players sent Doc over the edge in a recent stream. Dr Disrespect tears into a Warzone player During Dr Dispresect’s August 1 stream, he went on an epic rant after dying to a Warzone player. Doc mocked the player that killed him for playing Warzone on a Monday instead of working or doing something else with their life. “Talk about low-life bottom-of-the-barrel trash.” The streamer continued to bash the player, “They aren’t athletic, have terrible hygiene, have a fat gut, and don’t care about showing respect to their parents. Clueless, jobless, never going to drive a car. If they do, it is stolen.” Dr. Disrespect concluded by bragging about his lifestyle, saying he is always striving to be better and wants to succeed, unlike the person who killed him. “That is the difference between a lot of these chubby cheeks, no life idiot, want to be gamers.” Fans love Dr Disrespect for his on-stream persona, but he took it to another level in this tirade.

Dr DisRespect’s new Blackout meta shows how to deal with Level 3 Armor – Dexerto
Dr DisRespect’s new Blackout meta shows how to deal with Level 3 Armor Popular Twitch streamer and leader of the Champions Club Dr DisRespect has revealed a new Blackout meta that will help you deal with enemies who are running Level 3 armor. The Doc found himself in a 1v1 battle at the end of an intense game of Blackout, when instead of using an assault rifle or a submachine gun, Dr DisRespect pulled out a shotgun. With three hits from the MOG 12 shotgun, the back to back 1993 and 1994 Blockbuster Video Gaming Champion secured his victory over a foe that was running Level 3 armor. “It’s a brand new meta,” screamed The Doc in delight. “Brand new meta. I think it’s a new meta. It’s a shotgun and SDM combination.” While Dr DisRespect was clearly pleased with his efforts, he admitted that he couldn’t take all the credit for his new strategy. “Kraftyy handed down that knowledge to me, so got to give credit to Kraftyy. Firm handshakes in the chat for Kraftyy,” stated The Doc. “It’s a hell of a formula and boy oh boy, is it pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty effective,” concluded the Two-Time. The self-proclaimed ‘Face of Twitch’ has been in fine form since the release of Blackout, and even appeared to be possessed by a demon during a game last week. Dr DisRespect has also challenged fellow streamer Summit1g on Blackout, after the fromer Counter-Strike: Global Offensive pro claimed he would be able to defeat The Doc in a game of the battle royale mode.

Dr DisRespect’s Code Red tournament is returning for Blackout – Dexerto
Dr DisRespect’s Code Red tournament is returning for Blackout TreyarchDr. DisRespect has announced that he will be teaming up with BOOM.TV to host a Code Red tournament on Blackout. The tournament is set to take place on Thursday, October 18, less than a week after Blackout’s full release alongside Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 on Friday, October 12. The Doc has already hosted a Code Red tournament on PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, but has set his sights on Call of Duty’s battle royale mode for his next competition. Dr. DisRespect announced the tournament on his Twitter account, simply stating that the event would be “Bigger, better, and more dominant.” It’s comes as no surprise that the Two-time Blockbuster Champion plans to host a Blackout tournament, given how much he enjoyed the beta. During the week-long beta, Dr. DisRespect sent a message to Treyarch’s Studio Design Director David Vonderhaar during one of his broadcasts, simply saying; “I love this game”. Bigger, better, and more dominant. Oct. 18th. pic.twitter.com/B1teHMWNDp — Dr DisRespect (@DrDisRespect) September 23, 2018 While waiting for the Blackout release, The Doc has returned to playing PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, but has become increasingly frustrated at the state of the game. Dr. DisRespect’s annoyance with PUBG came to a head during a game where he told his audience; “Oh God, I hate this game. I don’t want to play it anymore. I don’t want to play it. Get me off of it.” While Doc’s Code Red tournament is scheduled for the October 18, there has yet to be any announcements regarding prize pool, format or who will be competing.

Dr DisRespect responds to Summit1g’s Blackout challenge – Dexerto
Dr DisRespect responds to Summit1g’s Blackout challenge Twitch star Dr DisRespect has responded to a challenge laid out by fellow streamer Jaryd ‘Summit1g’ Lazar regarding Call of Duty’s new battle royale mode, Blackout. Summit1g was streaming Blackout with Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins, when the pair began to discuss PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, which Lazar regularly played before Blackout released. The American made reference to how he disliked playing PUBG every day, to which Ninja responded: “I’d get sick of it too if I got sniped in the face by Dr DisRespect every time I got on.” The former Counter-Strike Global Offensive streamer and semi-pro wasn’t impressed by Blevins’ remark, stating: “That’s because I sucked at that game, but this game’s different. If Doc came at me on this game…” Unfortunately for Summit1g, the two-time Blockbuster Video Game Champion got his hands on the clip, and let Lazar know exactly what would happen if the two faced off on Blackout. “I would destroy you! Are you kidding me?” screamed the The Doc. “I haven’t seen one snipe. I haven’t seen one 360.” “I’ve seen a lot of flat-billed hats, a lot of Monster Energy sips, but that’s about it! I haven’t seen anything! There’s no way he said that.” Dr DisRespect then issued a threat of his own to the American streamer, saying: “This is a warning. Once my Hot Drops game mode is polished and comes back, you’re going to be the first one I challenge in Blackout.” Unfortunately, we don’t know when this exciting showdown will take place, but it’s clear that The Doc is already hyped up to take down Summit1g.

Dr DisRespect is loving Blackout on PC, wins first game with a sniper headshot – Dexerto
Dr DisRespect is loving Blackout on PC, wins first game with a sniper headshot Treyarch / Dr DisRespect – TwitchMajor streamer Guy ‘Dr DisRespect’ Beahm shared his thoughts on Call of Duty: Blackout’s PC iteration during a broadcast of the private access beta, where he expressed high praise for the title. He marveled at Blackout’s smoothness during his stream of the battle-royale game on the platform, saying that he felt like his rig was “paid off” because of the title. “This feels so good,” he stated happily. “I mean, this is why we all have our 144-240 hz, 1080 T-I, top of the line mouse, keyboard gear, headset, audio, everything… it’s all built for a game like this, man.” The Doc went on to win his very first game, as well, taking out his enemy with a clean headshot via sniper-rifle. He celebrated his victory on the green-screen, giving a rousing speech to his audience in the virtual Gillette arena. “It’s really not a big deal when you’ve been doing it your entire life,” he said. “But I’ll tell you right now… it’s a big deal when it’s the first game.” Blackout’s early access beta for PC began September 14, alongside that of the Xbox One. The PC open beta is set to go live on Saturday, September 15, at 1 PM ET. The Beta will end in full for all platforms on September 17, at 1 PM ET. With Drift0r’s recent comparison of the game’s graphics on PS4 vs the PS4 Pro, fans might be in for another examination of Blackout’s PC rendition, as well. Currently, the Doc’s platform of choice appears to be PC. With other major streamers like Ninja and Shroud also broadcasting the beta, fans can bet on a general consensus of the title’s performance by pros in the near future.

Dr DisRespect goes on hilarious rant after getting killed with a knife in Black Ops 4 – Dexerto
Dr DisRespect goes on hilarious rant after getting killed with a knife in Black Ops 4 Dr DisRespect is known for his often spicy opinions and that was on full display during this incredible rant on knives in Black Ops 4. Every long-time Call of Duty player has memories of running around Modern Warfare 2 using the absurdly overpowered knife, but that doesn’t mean fans wanted it to come back. If some did, the Doc wasn’t one of them. He went on a knife-fueled rant after being killed by them twice at the end of the game then watching the final killcam which featured two more knife kills. “To me [using a knife] is absolutely pathetic. It’s skinny. To have someone like that runaround, take all the bullets and knife me, it’s disgusting,” said the Doc. The rant goes on to show just how annoyed Doc is, and after he declares Black Ops 2 the best CoD multiplayer experience. Obviously, the largest drawback to the knife is how it breaks realism. It often takes five or more bullets to bring someone down from full health but one quick swipe of the knife does the same work as nearly a clip. The old saying “never bring a knife to a gunfight” should be switched for close quarters engagements in Call of Duty. Whoever is quicker to abandon the shot and try to get the knife kill often wins, and the Doc is sick about it.

Dr DisRespect gets hilariously ran over by his own truck in Blackout – Dexerto
Dr DisRespect gets hilariously ran over by his own truck in Blackout Dr DisRespect is all about violence, speed and momentum, but unfortunately for the popular Twitch star it was the speed and momentum of his own truck that eliminated him from a game of Blackout. The two time Blockbuster Video Gaming Champion was live streaming alongside Team SoloMid member Sean ‘vsnz’ Garcia, who had already been eliminated from the match. The Doc was driving a truck near Rivertown, when he spotted an enemy further down the road he was driving on. Reacting quickly, Dr DisRespect immediately jumped out of the truck, abandoning the vehicle as he prepared to take aim at his opponent with a sniper rifle. Unfortunately for The Doc, he had left the truck on a slope, and just as he was about to pull the trigger, it came careering back down the slope and over the top of the leader of the Champions Club. Vsnz immediately burst into fits of laughter, joking: “When the violence, speed and momentum is just way too strong,” while even The Doc broke into a smile, before claiming that there was “definitely something going on with that truck.” The Doc has made Blackout his game of choice since the release of the Call of Duty battle royale mode, and has even hosted a Code Red tournament on the game that he went on to win. He will be making his return to the Battle Bus soon however, as he is set to host a $20,000 Fortnite tournament on Thursday, November 8. One thing is for sure, he’ll definitely be more careful about where he parks in future, in an attempt to avoid mistakes like this happening again!

Dr DisRespect calls out Shroud for glitching after losing Blackout final circle – Dexerto
Dr DisRespect calls out Shroud for glitching after losing Blackout final circle Popular streamer Dr DisRespect faced off against former CS:GO professional player Michael ‘Shroud’ Grzesiek on Blackout, and wasn’t impressed by the way Shroud won the match. Both men were playing duos matches on Call of Duty’s battle royale game mode, when their teams were forced to go head-to-head as the last two squads standing. The final circle came down to the rocky desert area in the South East corner of the map, and only one of the duos would be able to walk away as victor. Shroud and his teammate Chad quickly pushed the issue, with the Canadian deploying his winguit as he made a short jump off a rock, into the action. The Doc was able to take down Chad, but a well placed 9-Bang by Shroud blinded both Dr DisRespect and TSM VSNZ, allowing the former Cloud9 star to pick them off with ease and secure the victory. Dr DisRespect was immediately unhappy with the way he died, and called out Shroud for his use of the wingsuit, which the leader of the Champions Club felt was abusing a glitch. “He glitch glided off the rock, man,” stated The Doc. “That’s OK. That’s OK. Definitely not upset. I was blinded, definitely not upset about that.” “This guy is a hang-gliding, glitch abuser and it makes me sick. I killed Chad with a flash bang!” laughed Dr DisRespect. The Doc then supposedly received a phone call from Treyarch Design Director David Vonderhaar. Unfortunately, we couldn’t hear the call, meaning nobody can verify who was on the other end of the line. “Vonderhaar, yeah, I saw it,” replied The Doc as he took the call. “Yeah, he was abusing the hell out of it. I know we won the match, I know. People have got to exploit, it’s the only way you can beat the Two-Time. Let them have the training wheels.”

Down bad Warzone streamer 1v1s Tinder match with a date on the line – Dexerto
Down bad Warzone streamer 1v1s Tinder match with a date on the line YouTube/Lucky ChamuSometimes to get a little one-on-one, you need to win a one-on-one. That’s exactly what happened with Warzone streamer LuckyChamu after he matched with a girl on Tinder and wanted to score a date. Tinder is one of the most popular dating apps in the world with millions of users swiping right on potential matches every single day. As it turns out, being able to transition those matches into real-time dates can all be decided by your skill in Call of Duty. Twitch streamer LuckyChamu found himself in quite the wild situation with a Tinder match during his virtual date, with the two making a serious Call of Duty: Modern Warfare bet. “What do you want if you win?” Lucky asked his match. “I want free money. I want free merch!” she exclaimed. For LuckyChamu, his motivation was clear: win the one-on-one so she’d pay when they go out for dinner. Little did he know, however, that his Tinder date possessed some mad skills. Even after Lucky managed to go up 1-0 in the best of three, his match bounced back and really made him work for it in the next round, where she won 30-29. With the series tied, the two raised the stakes a bit, opting to make the final game Kali Sticks and throwing knives only, with the date having to give LuckyChamu her Snapchat if he managed to win. In the end, the date was able to secure the win, but it wasn’t a total loss for Lucky by any stretch. “How about when I come get the merch from you, I still take you out for dinner?” she proposed. Sadly, it’s unclear when exactly that date has been scheduled for, but the fact that Lucky secured the dinner without even winning in C0D goes to show that winning people over is what really matters.

This update targeted parts of South Africa and South America by opening up additional Blackout playlists on consoles so players would be able to find matches with ore regularity. PS4 players also got their hands on a new weapon crate that came with a guaranteed weapon that grants 25% bonus XP per kill which would work great during a double XP event. Treyarch isn’t done releasing updates for Black Ops 4 so look forward for additional events like this in the future.

DooM Clan face backlash after being accused of cheating in the race to Black Ops 4 master prestige – Dexerto
DooM Clan face backlash after being accused of cheating in the race to Black Ops 4 master prestige Popular gaming entertainment organization ‘DooM Clan’ have been accused of cheating their way to become the first account to hit master prestige in Black Ops 4. Every year with the release of a new Call of Duty title, Activision launches #TheRace campaign, this year renamed to #CODNation Challenge, which pits players (typically in groups) against each other to rank up an account to master prestige in the least time. The campaign is promotional for Call of Duty, but also serves to raise money for Activision’s ‘Call of Duty Endowment’ charity, which helps US veterans. DooM Clan are said to have won #TheRace for four successive years, and Black Ops 4 would be their fifth, but there is dispute among fans whether their entry should stand. Fans immediately began to accuse the organization of playing before the embargo with an early copy of the game, and also using 2XP codes, perhaps even finding and using a 2XP glitch. They are also accused of not streaming the entirety of their play time, which is enforced in order to prevent any confusion over who are deserved winners. You were disqualified from the race due to starting over 6 hours early and using the constant 2xp glitch, well done cheaters you should be proud of yourself. Don’t panic, your terrible Black Ops 6 stats won’t carry over to the full game – Dexerto
Don’t panic, your terrible Black Ops 6 stats won’t carry over to the full game ActivisionCall of Duty’s Black Ops 6 beta has finally kicked off with its early access opening weekend, and thankfully for some players, stats won’t be carried over when the game fully releases. Black Ops 6’s early access beta will be available from August 30 to September 3 for those who pre-ordered any edition of the game. Meanwhile, the open beta will also be accessible from September 6 to September 9. However, as with any beta, some players will inevitably find themselves at the bottom of leaderboards for various reasons. Whether it be that some players take longer to get used to the new game, or are faced against others who have been grinding harder, it can be a struggle. Not to worry, though, Activision has confirmed that all your stats and the level you reached in the beta will reset when the game launches on October 25, 2024. “Whether you reached Level 30 during the Beta weekends or not, all Beta leveling content will reset when the game launches,” the developer explained further via an official blog post. Everything on your CoD account for Black Ops 6 will be reset at launch and you will start at level one. This includes all unlocks, such as weapons, attachments, camos, perks, and killstreaks. Furthermore, your stats will also be wiped out. This resets your Kill/Death ratio, Win/Loss ratio, and any other data relating to your performance during the beta. However, any free cosmetic rewards you earned while playing the Black Ops 6 beta will still be accessible on your account when the game fully launches. This will be the only feature carried over. Check out all the maps and modes, and discover how to level up fast by earning XP and getting those exclusive rewards in the beta before Black Ops 6 launches on October 25, 2024.

Is Donnie Darko coming to Warzone? Halloween event leaks reveal new skin – Dexerto
Is Donnie Darko coming to Warzone? Halloween event leaks reveal new skin Pandora Cinema / ActivisionCould Donnie Darko be dropping into Verdansk in the near future? New Warzone leaks have hinted at the iconic character joining as an Operator Skin in this year’s Halloween event. Major Warzone crossovers don’t appear to be slowing down anytime soon. Just days after Judge Dredd joined the popular Call of Duty battle royale, new leaks have outlined what to expect with this year’s Halloween-themed event. The previous Haunting of Verdansk gave us both Jigsaw and Leatherface as terrifying Operator skins. This time around, we appear to be in store for another duo. Previous leaks hinted at Ghostface joining the mix, and now, Donnie Darko seems to be next up. If it’s Donnie Darko himself, originally portrayed by Jake Gyllenhaal, it may be the least chilling Halloween skin yet. But there’s every chance we get the ominous Frank instead. Throughout the 2001 cult classic, Donnie Darko is haunted by visions of Frank, a giant and creepy bunny. While nothing is yet confirmed, the door appears to be open for either character to join Warzone. Leaks from prominent CoD dataminer ‘Nanikos’ first revealed numerous ‘Donnie’ files in the latest version of the game. For now, these are limited to wrist accessories, an emblem, and a calling card. If history is anything to go by, however, these are purely some additional items to accompany a full Operator skin. Although it’s not entirely confirmed just yet, the leaker believes Donnie Darko is the “only thing that makes sense” for the latest files. We’ll just have to wait and see if this one proves to be real. If the Donnie Darko skin does materialize, it lends credence to earlier leaks that highlight Ghostface from the Scream franchise as the second Operator skin. https://twitter.com/_Nanikos_/status/1436902575664599040 Reportedly titled ‘All Hallows Eve,’ this year’s Halloween event doesn’t yet have a date locked in. Obviously, it’ll coincide with October 31 festivities, though it’s safe to assume the spooky update will come into effect just before. We’ll keep you updated with all the latest as we gear up for the 2021 Halloween event in Warzone.

Dominant Warzone 2 LMG loadout brings “prime RPK” back to battle royale – Dexerto
Dominant Warzone 2 LMG loadout brings “prime RPK” back to battle royale ActivisionWarzone expert Metaphor has discovered an LMG loadout that he claims brings the “prime RPK” back to Warzone 2, as the weapon has faded out of the BR meta despite once being dominant. For the first few months of Warzone 2, the RPK LMG was a must-use across Al Mazrah. While other weapons, such as the TAQ 56, were good, the RPK really stood head and shoulders above everything else. By the time Season 2 rolled around, however, there were a number of weapon balancing updates, new guns, and serious nerfs that saw the RPK fall drastically down the meta rankings. While it’s been replaced by several weapons, including most commonly the ISO Hemlock, there hasn’t been a gun quite as dominant as the RPK since — though Metaphor thinks he’s found the perfect replacement. Metaphor’s Sakin MG38 replaces prime RPK One gun that has floated around the top of the meta is the Sakin MG38 LMG, but Metaphor has devised a loadout for it that makes it match the RPK at the height of its dominance. Here are the attachments Metaphor uses on his Sakin: Muzzle: Sakin Tread-40 – Barrel: 20” Bruen Silver Series Barrel – Optic: Aim Op-V4 – Underbarrel: Bruen Warrior LMG – Ammunition: 7.62 High Velocity – From there, you should tune the attachments to prioritize damage range, recoil control, and bullet velocity, keeping the gun easy to control while also being able to beam enemies at any distance. This loadout is slightly different from our best Sakin MG38, but it’s always worth trying out a few different attachments and class setups to find what suits you and your playstyle the best. If you’re still not sure which long-range weapon is best for you, make sure you check out our best Warzone 2 loadouts to help you dominate across Al Mazrah and Ashika Island.

Does Warzone have an anti-cheat system? – Dexerto
Does Warzone have an anti-cheat system? ActivisionSince the release of Warzone, cheaters and hackers have only become more and more prominent, but is Activision trying to directly combat the issue? Here’s what we know about anti-cheat in Warzone. Cheating is undoubtedly one of the biggest talking points in the Warzone community. Regardless of which playlist you’re in, you’d be hard-pressed to find a lobby without a single cheater more often than not. While it was rare at first, the problem has only exploded in recent months. From aimbots that instantly headshot targets to wall-hacks that reveal every player on the map, there’s a wide variety of cheats in Warzone today. Almost everyone has experienced frustration at the hands of cheaters but how are the developers trying to solve the problem? Does Warzone have an anti-cheat system? You might be surprised to learn that Warzone does in fact have an anti-cheat system. Unfortunately, there’s no real information on the current system in-game. We have no details on how cheaters are detected, how rapidly accounts are shut down, nor the running total for bans across Warzone. The current anti-cheat operates under the surface without players ever truly knowing how it functions. Unlike more explicit anti-cheat systems such as those found in Valorant or Rainbow Six Siege, Warzone’s is kept completely under wraps. We do know that the system works to some extent. Cheaters are occasionally shut down, proving the system does its job from time to time. However, it’s certainly not without issues. While a post back in October 2020 revealed that over 200,000 accounts had been banned, a good number of these hit innocent players. Multiple banwaves have locked out seemingly harmless users without warning or explanation. These come at completely random intervals with the community never quite sure when to expect another influx of bans. A Warzone hacker is streaming live on Twitch saying he doesn’t care if they get banned because they’ll just “”be on another account”” 🤦♂️ pic.twitter.com/jChFkNUujD — Dexerto Esports (@DexertoEsports) January 17, 2021 Moreover, Warzone is a free title. Meaning these account bans are essentially ineffective. Cheaters can simply register a new account and continue with their cheating ways. In fact, a hacker recently went on record and mocked the current system in-place. The last major banwave lost them roughly 80 accounts though even with this setback, they continue to break the Warzone experience on fresh accounts as though nothing happened. Unfortunately without anti-cheat, authentic Warzone tournaments just aren’t possible anymore. We learned a lot from those Gauntlets & I’ve been tellin’ y’all.. There’s too much cheese & way too many rats. Bob & weave baby. — FaZe Nickmercs (@NICKMERCS) January 22, 2021 The lack of a stricter anti-cheat has impacted all levels of play in Warzone. Even the biggest tournaments have been caught in the crossfire due to the ever-growing number of cheaters. Read More: Bizarre Warzone bug doesn’t show zone circle – There’s no telling when a more effective system might come into effect either. Fans have been clamoring for months for meaningful updates on the state of anti-cheat. For the time being, it appears to be a topic the devs rarely address. We’ll be sure to keep you updated if the situation changes.

Does Warzone 2 have SBMM? Skill-based matchmaking explained – Dexerto
Does Warzone 2 have SBMM? Skill-based matchmaking explained ActivisionSkill-based matchmaking continues to be controversial in Call of Duty and gaming, but does Warzone 2 use it? Here’s everything you need to know about Warzone 2 SBMM. Warzone 2 is now well into its life cycle. Infinity Ward have thrown plenty of new ideas into the mix for the sequel, from reworked loadout drops to a new 2v2 Gulag. There are also plenty of returning features that fans will be familiar with, but is the controversial skill-based matchmaking system present in Warzone 2? This is everything you need to know about Warzone 2 SBMM, including an explanation of how it affects your matches. Is skill-based matchmaking in Warzone 2? Activision or Infinity Ward remain incredibly tight-lipped about their matchmaking. However, it is very safe to say that Warzone 2 does have SBMM. The feature appears in every new mainline CoD entry, including Modern Warfare 2 (2022), and the original Warzone. It’s unlikely that the developers would change their approach without informing the community, but we’ll be sure to update this section if the devs or publishers ever break their steadfast silence. How does it work in Warzone 2? Skill-based matchmaking is a system that takes into accounts players’ stats when filling and creating matches. Using players’ in game data – like K/D ratio, score per minute and more – it is able to generally match players with opponents of a similar skill level. If you’re Level 250 in Warzone 2, expect to come up against similarly high-ranked players. If you’re a novice, you can expect to come across enemies also just starting out on their Warzone 2 journeys. In theory, ensuring that everyone faces enemies that are similar in skill to their own means that matches fairer and closer. It protects lesser skilled players from being annihilated. However, it continues to prove controversial, especially among those who play at a high level like content creators. They have argued that it punishes anyone who is good at the game by consistently putting them in tougher lobbies. It is also arguable that it is motivated by financial reasons. Lower skilled players are protected and therefore more likely to keep playing and invest time and money in a specific game. For a full explanation, check out our skill-based matchmaking explainer. In spite of the criticism and mixed reviews, it is becoming more and more common in the gaming world. Warzone 2, in short, will continue to use it throughout its entire life cycle.

Does MW3 have skill-based matchmaking? – Dexerto
Does MW3 have skill-based matchmaking? ActivisionDebates around skill-based matchmaking continue to dominate COD community discussions, and that is no different for Modern Warfare 3. Here is everything you need to know about the controversial feature returning. Skill-based matchmaking (SBMM) refers to the matchmaking system and algorithms a game uses to find other players. Users find matches based on connection but also based on those with a similar skill level. In Call of Duty, the matchmaking algorithm is believed to consider statistics, like time played, score per minute, and Kill/Death Ratio (KDR). Some community members argue that the system unfairly punishes higher-skilled players by constantly matching them against increasingly difficult opponents. It’s especially discouraging when players feel discouraged to improve, as they don’t want to go up against insurmountable enemies. Modern Warfare 2 players took issue with the system in Ranked Play, as SBMM did not account for Skill Divisions, resulting in extremely unbalanced matches. Players in the lowest division went up against squads several ranks above them, driving some away from the mode. Does Modern Warfare 3 have SBMM? Neither Sledgehammer Games nor Activision confirmed the presence of SBMM in MW3. However, CharlieIntel indirectly confirmed it while complaining about its implementation. The COD insider argued: “Skill Based Matchmaking is something that is, unfortunately, needed in lobbies for casual players, but at the same time, has been tuned up way too much after MW 2019 in Call of Duty. It is a bit excessive how quickly it has thrown you into try-hard lobbies in the last few years.” Other community members agreed and called for the devs to tune down the “excessive” SBMM ahead of MW3’s full release. The last time a COD developer directly acknowledged SBMM was in 2021 when veteran multiplayer developer Josh Menke confirmed the feature has always existed in the franchise. Menke did his best to reassure fans that it’s getting better with each generation, but community members feel quite the opposite heading into Modern Warfare 3.

Does Modern Warfare 3 have Zombies? – Dexerto
Does Modern Warfare 3 have Zombies? ActivisionModern Warfare 3’s arrival has left many questioning if the beloved Zombies mode is present. Here’s what you need to know. Since World at War arrived in 2008, Call of Duty has always featured three unique modes for fans to chew on – a campaign, multiplayer, and a horde/co-op mode. Call of Duty titles are normally created by two studios – Treyarch and Infinity Ward, with the former always boasting a Zombies mode in its titles. Meanwhile, the latter introduced and pioneered Spec-Ops in its Modern Warfare series. Since Modern Warfare 3 is a sequel to last year’s MW2, it’s left many wondering if Spec-Ops returns or if the series will take a different path. Here’s what you need to know. Does MW3 feature a Zombies mode? Surprisingly, yes, Modern Warfare 3 does feature a Zombies mode and is the first Modern Warfare title to feature this mode. Titled Modern Warfare Zombies, or MWZ for short, Activision announced the return of Zombies in a blog post when MW3 was finally revealed. That said, MWZ features a unique take on the Zombies formula. Normally, the Zombies experience has always been round-based. Players would hop into a map, earn points for killing zombies, and have to survive for as long as they can, with each successive wave increasing the difficulty. Modern Warfare 3’s Zombies mode, Operation Deadbolt, changes that narrative just a bit. In MWZ, players load into the new Warzone map, Urzikstan, in a PvE environment akin to MW2’s DMZ mode. The goal is to load in, survive for as long as possible, and extract precious equipment. As you travel deeper into the map, the enemies become more challenging, although the rewards are greater, provided you survive. MWZ still retains the core Zombies gameplay, meaning you’ll find Perks and Wonder Weapons hidden in the game world while fighting off massive hordes. It’s just not the conventional mode fans have grown used to. That’s everything you need to know about Zombies in MW3. Does Modern Warfare 3 have an FOV slider? Beta leaks reveal first details – Dexerto
Does Modern Warfare 3 have an FOV slider? Beta leaks reveal first details ActivisionDoes this year’s new Call of Duty release, Modern Warfare 3, feature a Field of View (FOV) slider among its list of settings? Here’s what we know thanks to some early Beta leaks. With each annual installment in the CoD franchise, avid players are always looking to push the limits and get the most out of the experience. While boosting FPS is one such way of getting a leg-up, another is by increasing your FOV. By expanding your view, either on console or PC, you’re able to see more of the world at any given moment. This means enemies previously off to your side just out of view, now fall right into frame for an easy kill. Naturally, it’s become an increasingly requested feature in recent years and now, with Modern Warfare 3 on the horizon, will there be an FOV slider in this year’s CoD? Here’s what we know. Does Modern Warfare 3 have an FOV slider? Yes, we know for certain Modern Warfare 3 indeed boasts an FOV slider. This was first revealed mere hours after the Modern Warfare 3 Beta pre-load went live on the PlayStation Network. Leakers quickly broke their way into the early build and shared a range of settings online, including the first look at the FOV slider. Much like in recent installments, this year’s CoD title will give players the option to expand or reduce their FOV to suit their playstyle. The default value is seemingly set to 80, with the ability to expand all the way up to 120 FOV. There’s also an option to expand the setting, likely to tweak finer values and really hone in your optimal field of view. As always, however, it’s worth keeping in mind this is just a Beta for the time being. Anything can change between now and MW3’s full release, though it’s unlikely a core setting such as this will be stripped at the last minute. Rest assured, we’ll keep you posted here with any further details as they emerge, especially once the MW3 Beta opens up in the near future.

Does Modern Warfare 3 beta progress carry over to the full game? – Dexerto
Does Modern Warfare 3 beta progress carry over to the full game? ActivisionModern Warfare 3 beta players can unlock all kinds of exciting features and rewards, but will their hard-earned progress carry over to the official launch? The Modern Warfare 3 beta is now here, and some players have been fortunate enough to get their hands on the game already. Modern Warfare 3 beta players are experiencing all of the game’s features, such as revamped maps, weapons, killstreaks, and more. And while the excitement of leveling up and unlocking more features is sure to be enough of a highlight for players, many have been left wondering if they’ll need to do it all over again once the game launches later this year. Will MW3 beta progress carry over to the full game? No, Modern Warfare 3 beta progress will not carry over to the full game when it’s released. This means that all the hard work players put into leveling up and unlocking weapons, killstreaks, perks, and other items will not be reflected in the full game. Players will start from scratch, just like every new player, once MW3 launches. During the MW3 beta, players can reach a maximum level of 30 over the two beta weekends. This allows them to unlock gear to use in their loadouts. However, come the official game launch, the Player Level will reset back to the beginning. This means players will have to level up all over again, re-earning all the items and rewards they had unlocked during the beta. But it’s not all bad news. While the progression won’t carry over, players’ efforts won’t go entirely unrewarded. Those who participate in the beta will have something to show for their dedication. There are several rewards up for grabs that will be available on players’ accounts once the game launches. These rewards include: “Appetite: Whet” animated emblem – Unlocks at level 2 – “Operation Beta” charm – Unlocks at level 7 – “Beta Tester” calling card – Unlocks at level 9 – “MW3 Beta” sticker – Unlocks at level 11 – “Did the Beta” large decal – Unlocks at level 16 – “Beta Ripper” weapon blueprint – Unlocks at level 20 – “Beta Proof” weapon sticker – Unlocks at level 25 – “Tester” Jabber operator skin – Unlocks at level 30 – While the progression from the MW3 beta won’t carry over to the full game, players still have a lot to look forward to.

Does Modern Warfare 2 have SBMM? Skill-based matchmaking explained – Dexerto
Does Modern Warfare 2 have SBMM? Skill-based matchmaking explained ActivisionThe controversial skill-based matchmaking feature is always a hot topic within CoD, but does Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer use it? Here’s everything you need to know about Modern Warfare 2 SBMM. Modern Warfare 2 is well into its lifecycle by now, and players are getting to grips with the game’s many weapons, maps, and mechanics. Infinity Ward’s latest entry in the series introduced a host of fresh ideas, from the new Raids to the overhauled Battle Pass system. But one feature that is always controversial among fans is skill-based matchmaking (SBMM), and many are dying to know if Modern Warfare 2’s multiplayer modes make use of it. Here’s a guide on everything you need to know about Modern Warfare 2 SBMM. Does Modern Warfare 2 have SBMM? Yes, Modern Warfare 2 does feature SBMM in all of its multiplayer modes. The developers themselves have never officially confirmed its presence in MW2, but a former CoD dev did confirm in an interview back in 2021 that every game in the series used the feature to some degree. Given that it’s such a controversial part of multiplayer gaming, it’s hard to imagine it being removed from Modern Warfare 2 without an announcement. It also applies to Warzone 2, which was developed alongside Modern Warfare 2. What is Modern Warfare 2 SBMM? Skill-based matchmaking is a system that places players of similar ability into the same lobby in an effort to keep matches fair and balanced. This is done based on your stats such as K/D ratio to determine your skill and match you against teams of equal skill. For example, if you’re a level 200 demon with a K/D of 3.0, your lobbies will be full of players with a similar mastery of the game. Meanwhile, more casual players will come against lower-skilled enemies to make sure they can still have fun without being wiped off the map. In theory, this sounds like it would make matches fairer for everyone, but SBMM has been a heavily debated subject across various multiplayer games. Higher-skill players, like pros or streamers, have argued that SBMM punishes them for being better at the game by matching them against tougher opponents. It’s also been claimed that SBMM caters to more casual players and gives them greater incentive to invest time and money in a game even if they’re not hitting the top 100 on the leaderboard. However, despite the criticism, it’s becoming more and more coming across the industry, and it’s something that Modern Warfare 2 players will have to contend with for the entirety of the game’s lifespan. Do Warzone’s Modern Warfare guns have stronger aim assist than Cold War weapons? – Dexerto
Do Warzone’s Modern Warfare guns have stronger aim assist than Cold War weapons? YouTube / NICKMERCSStats in Warzone aren’t always what they seem, and content creator Tyler ‘TeeP’ Polchow has now discovered a potential difference in the way aim assist functions for Modern Warfare weapons compared to their Cold War counterparts. Aim assist has always been a hotly debated topic in Warzone, especially between controller players and those who use mouse and keyboard. However, it seems like a whole new can of worms may have just been opened in regards to the topic. Call of Duty World Champion and current Twitch star TeeP ignited a whole new side to the aim assist conversation by pointing out how the aim assist of Modern Warfare weapons appears to be much stronger than on guns from Black Ops Cold War. Bro can some of you try this for me and tell me if I’m crazy? I think MW guns have more aim assist slow-down than CW guns pic.twitter.com/iS34zbhvtD — TeeP (@TylerTeeP) May 8, 2021 The Envy streamer was stunned to find that the Modern Warfare version of the MP5 seemingly had a much stronger pull when aiming at an enemy player than the Cold War’s iteration of the SMG: “Can some of you try this and tell me if I’m crazy? I think Modern Warfare guns have more aim assist than Cold War guns.” In the clip, TeeP dragged his reticle back and forth over another player using both versions of the MP5, with only a barrel attachment equipped. He then demonstrated how the MW weapon appeared to stick on target much more than its Cold War counterpart. “I’m pretty sure the Modern Warfare one has a lot more aim assist,” he speculated. The content creator was not alone in his assessment, and other pros and players confirmed they had experienced the exact same thing, with one user commenting that he’d “honestly been saying this for ages.” Another aim assist test with Kar98 and Pelly pic.twitter.com/mxTrJtaiLx — TeeP (@TylerTeeP) May 8, 2021 In another clip, TeeP tested the same idea using two sniper rifles, the Kar98k from Modern Warfare and the Pellington from Cold War, and the difference in aim assist seemed even clearer. As he dragged the scope across his target, the MW sniper seemed to slow down much more than the CW alternative. Read More: Warzone May 7 weapon balancing patch notes – “It just passes through!” the streamer exclaimed at one point while testing the Pellington. While he did confirm that aim assist was still present on the Cold War sniper, he compared the feeling of using it to dragging the scope through sand, while using the Kar98k felt much slower, like pulling it through mud. JGOD tests out Modern Warfare vs Cold War aim assist in Warzone Unsurprisingly, after TeeP shared all of these findings on social media, the community immediately turned to popular Warzone statistician JGOD, asking him to look further into this apparent phenomenon. A day after the mystery surfaced, the YouTuber responded. In his video, JGOD revealed there are some slight differences in the strength of aim assist between weapons in Warzone. However, these discrepancies aren’t strictly based on which game each gun is from, but instead the FOV modifier of each iron sight and zoom of each scope in the battle royale. “A lot of the Modern Warfare guns have different zooms than the Cold War [guns], so there are scenarios that make it feel like your gun is zoomed in or zoomed out more,” the YouTuber explained while breaking down the footage TeeP had shared on Twitter. “[When you’re zoomed in] that aim assist bubble is much larger within your actual scope, so when you’re dragging across [your target] it’ll actually feel like you have more aim assist because you kind of do,” JGOD revealed, confirming the feeling TeeP expressed in his videos. The bottom line is that iron sights and scopes with a higher level of zoom effectively increase the strength of aim assist, so controller players should make sure to take full advantage of weapons that fit that criteria to gain an advantage over their opponents in Warzone.

Do Warzone stats reset in Season 1? MW3 integration explained – Dexerto
Do Warzone stats reset in Season 1? MW3 integration explained ActivisionAs the clock ticks toward the launch of Modern Warfare 3’s Season 1 and the new Warzone, many fans of the popular battle royale are left wondering if their stats will reset. Following a call between content creators and Warzone developers, it has now been revealed that an overwhelming number of changes are on the way as the new Warzone drops on December 6. These changes are set to significantly impact not just the gameplay but have an impact on stats and progression, especially for those who have racked up countless hours in the previous game. Here’s everything you need to know about the stat reset and its implications. Will Warzone stats reset in MW3 Season 1? Yes, it has been revealed that all Warzone stats will be reset when Season 1 launches on Modern Warfare 3 on December 6. The reset wipes clean all previously earned victories and kills in Warzone. This development is a part of Warzone’s integration into Modern Warfare 3, representing a fresh start. Alongside the reset, players can look forward to an array of new features, including fresh gameplay, a revamped map, and an arsenal of new weapons in what is a new beginning for Warzone. Warzone fans were quick to comment on the news that stats will reset for Urzikstan, and it’s a mixed bag of reactions from players. Many appear to be glad that statistics will be reset, commenting, “Good, was never tracked right anyway,” and “as they should be.” Others, seemingly more worried about losing their historical progress, commented, “Will they at least make a historical tab for Al Mazrah to where u can see ur MWII stats then MWIII.” Be sure to check out the rest of our Modern Warfare 3 guides right here: Best Modern Warfare 3 AR class loadouts | How to slide cancel in Modern Warfare 3 | Best controller settings in Modern Warfare 3 | All maps & modes | How to play Modern Warfare 3 at 120 FPS on PS5 | Modern Warfare 3 TTK | How long is the Modern Warfare 3 campaign? | Campaign mission list | How to fix packet burst | How to play MW3 Zombies in third person

Do Modern Warfare 2 levels carry forward into Modern Warfare 3? – Dexerto
Do Modern Warfare 2 levels carry forward into Modern Warfare 3? ActivisionWith the arrival of Modern Warfare 3, players are left wondering whether their hard-earned levels and prestige from Modern Warfare 2 will carry forward into the new game. In August, Activision revealed that a new Carry Forward system would be introduced into the Modern Warfare series, allowing players to carry over some of their progress between games. Now that Modern Warfare 3 is here, players can carry forward a significant amount of their MWII content, such as their arsenal of weapons, unlocked Operators, and various cosmetic items, However, a burning question among fans is whether their ranks and level progression in Modern Warfare 2 will carry forward into Modern Warfare 3. Will MW2 ranks and levels carry forward to MW3? When it comes to the specific question of whether ranks and level progress in Modern Warfare 2 transfer to Modern Warfare 3, the answer is no. The progression system in terms of Rank and Prestige XP is game-specific. This means that while you can level up a Modern Warfare 2 weapon in Modern Warfare 3, the Rank and Prestige XP you earn will be awarded in the game where you are leveling up your weapon, either MWII or MWIII, but not both. While Call of Duty’s highly-praised Carry Forward system allows a vast amount of content to be transferred from a previous Modern Warfare title to a new one it does not extend to transferring ranks and level progress. For players hoping to level up and Prestige in Modern Warfare 3 they’ll need to do so by completing matches and finishing objectives in MW3. With the maximum level cap now set at just 55 until Season 1 starts, players will seemingly have no problem leveling up fast before the next five Prestige levels are introduced in December. Do double XP tokens transfer to Modern Warfare 3 From MW2? – Dexerto
Do double XP tokens transfer to Modern Warfare 3 From MW2? ActivisionWhether it be Double level, weapon, or Battle Pass XP, here is everything you need to know about tokens carrying over to Modern Warfare 3 from MW2. Some community members held back from purchasing MW2 microtransactions, fearing they wouldn’t carry over to the next game. This comes after already getting burned once when cosmetic items didn’t carry over from WZ1 to WZ2. Thankfully, the devs stepped in and announced Carry Forward. The new program ensures that all weapon progression, operator skins, and weapon blueprints carry over to Modern Warfare 3. Players can feel safe purchasing an operator skin in-store or spending hours completing a challenge to unlock a new camo. However, if players didn’t read the fine print, they may have missed if double XP tokens will carry over to the next title. Do double XP tokens transfer to Modern Warfare 3 In short, yes, double XP tokens transfer over to MW3 from MW2. So players have nothing to worry about if they feel as though they have to rush to use every final token. Better yet, the tokens could be just what users need to get a headstart in the next game, unlocking new weapons. If players missed the initial announcement in August, CharlieIntel reminded players: “All XP tokens will transfer and be fully available to use in #MW3 at launch.” That doesn’t mean it’s not worth using tokens now. Weapon levels are fully synced up, meaning weapons maintain their level between both games. So, if you have any loose ends, it’s worth tying those up now before the next game. It remains to be seen how strong MW2 weapons will be in the next game, but Warzone expert JGOD claimed: “There is a completely new weapon profile they can attach to these guns that changes them to the MW3 profiles.” If the old weapons don’t translate well, at least players will have XP tokens to level up Modern Warfare 3’s weapons.

DMZ Season 6 update patch notes: Buy Station price changes, killstreak changes, more – Dexerto
DMZ Season 6 update patch notes: Buy Station price changes, killstreak changes, more ActivisionDMZ Season 6 finally changes the parameters for Assimilation, improves the bounty system, and decreases killstreak spam. It remains to be seen if Sledgehammer Games has any plans to bring back DMZ in Modern Warfare 3. Fear started to spread in August as DMZ fans expressed concerns about the extraction shooter becoming a “forgotten” game mode. Infinity Ward provided regular updates to the Warzone spinoff, but proceedings started to go awry in Season 4 Reloaded. Players blasted that mid-season update for “ruining” DMZ, as the plea-for-help system went horribly wrong, and game-breaking bugs plagued the mode. DMZ community members also called out assimilation exploits and performance issues as massive blemishes. Fortunately, Season 6 is here and addresses several of the issues getting in the way of players enjoying DMZ. Season 6 Assimilation, killstreaks, and bounty system changes Season 4 Reloaded introduced a new feature to disincentivize killing too many enemies, but it ended up having the inverse effect. If a squad kills too many teams in DMZ, a bounty is put on their heads, revealing their location to the entire lobby. Killing a player with a bounty awards $10,000 to each squad member. Players combined the bounty feature with Assimilation, which allows teams to recruit new teammates. Squads of 6 would run around lobbies and take out everyone in sight. In Season 6, Assimilation now allows a maximum of four players per team. And to cut down on Killstreak use, Seas 6 reduces the frequency of killstreaks found in loot. DMZ Season 6 full patch notes Here are the full DMZ Season 6 patch notes. Gameplay Assimilation now allows a maximum of 4 Players per team – Players can now use their own Dog Tags to Barter in DMZ – Hostages can no longer be dropped on dirt bikes – Hostages can now be extracted in drivable exfil helicopters – Reduced the frequency of Killstreaks found in loot – Surviving a Hunt Squad contract now grants a UAV immediately to the hunted squad – Adjusted a number of DMZ Buy Station prices: Munitions Box – From $1,000 to $5,000 – Gas Mask – From $2,000 to $3,500 – Medium Backpack – From $5,000 to $6,500 – Large Backpack – From $30,000 to $50,000 – 3 Plate Carriers – From $35,000 to $65,000 – JLTV Airdrops – From $18,000 to $75,000 – UAV – From $12,000 to $100,000 – AUAV – From $12,000 to $200,000 – Precision Airstrike – From $12,000 to $30,000 – Cluster Strike – From $12,000 to $30,000 – Revive Pistol – From $7,500 to $10,000 – – Bug fixes Fixed an issue that could cause the Player to not receive event credit for running over enemies with the LTV – Fixed an issue causing an incorrect Crown Faction unlock requirement – Fixed an issue that showed unobtainable notes in the notes menu – Fixed an issue that allowed Players to set a custom weapon to Contraband in certain situations – Fixed an issue where hostile helicopters chasing the train could spawn without enemies in rare circumstances – Fixed a number of Faction Mission descriptions – Fixed an issue where the Signal Intelligence contract could target phones in locked spaces – Fixed an issue where pinging hostages would activate an incorrect voice line – Fixed an issue where some Phalanx missions were not properly allowing Players to progress other squadmate’s missions – Fixed an issue that sometimes allowed Players to carry a Primary Weapon while holding a hostage – Fixed a number of inconsistent Buy Station prices –

DMZ Season 5 update patch notes: Disguise field upgrade, self-revive box, more – Dexerto
DMZ Season 5 update patch notes: Disguise field upgrade, self-revive box, more ActivisionDMZ Season 5 delivers a few new features, including active combat zones, disguise field upgrades, self-revive boxes, and more. Here is everything you need to know about the latest seasonal update. DMZ players flamed Season 4 for “ruining” the game mode in their eyes. In response, Infinity Ward introduced a bounty feature and revamped the plea for help in DMZ Season 4 Reloaded. However, game-breaking bugs have prevented players from enjoying the game mode. Plea for help is supposed to allow players a chance to get back up and not lose all of their stuff. Unfortunately, players exploited the feature to trap players in a permanent death sequence. Pre-made six-man teams, performance issues, spawning without weapons, and XP farming, still reared their ugly heads as other prevalent issues in the game mode. Amid community members losing faith in the game mode, Season 5 aims to breathe some life into the extraction shooter. Disguise field upgrade, self-revive box, and scuba gas mask announced DMZ and Warzone 2 players have complained about implementing AI enemies since the battle royale sequel launched in November. Infinity Ward has slowly cut down on the feature across every game mode and is introducing a new field upgrade to help deal with the annoying foes. The disguise field upgrade allows players to appear as a member of a DMZ AI faction. Combatants of the same faction will not attack unless aggressive action is taken toward them. Meanwhile, a lack of self-revives makes infiltration missions in DMZ difficult. Self-revive boxes help alleviate that issue by offering squads the option to store multiple self-revive kits at once. And for players that are looking for a little more PvP action, active combat zones offer higher quality supplies and gear. DMZ Season 5 update early patch notes Here are the full Season 5 patch notes. Disguise Field Upgrade (Launch Window) Built for pure stealth engagements, the Disguised Field Upgrade allows you to appear as a member of a DMZ Combatant (AI) Faction. Equip the Disguise and DMZ Combatants of the same faction will not attack unless you blow your cover and act aggressively towards them. After using it to get up from Last Stand, it immediately activates Battle Rage’s effects, allowing you to heal more quickly. The Tactical Sprint is also constantly refreshed for a short period of time. Self-Revive Box (Launch Window) Much like an Armor Box, this Field Upgrade holds multiple Self-Revive Kits. Perfect for squad-based infiltrations. Scuba Gas Mask (Launch Window) This is a Gas Mask that also acts as a Rebreather, providing protection from radioactive winds, gas, and allows for underwater breathing for an extended period of time. New Missions and Urgents New Missions and new Urgent Missions (if unlocked) will become available in Season 05. – Friendly Fire Due to recent developments in Al Mazrah, Shadow Company is now allied with Operators across the Exclusion Zones. Fans of Warzone’s extraction shooter expansion fear the worst if changes don’t come soon. First, DMZ players urged the devs to address PvP problems before the game mode fades away into irrelevance. And then, community members raised concerns about a long list of bugs “ruining” DMZ. To make matters worse, Activision has yet to confirm DMZ returning in Modern Warfare 3, and some players fear it will be replaced by Sledgehammer’s open-world zombies mode. So even though Season 5 Reloaded may not deliver the wide-sweeping changes some fans may have hoped for, it at least addresses a few of the most troubling bugs. DMZ Season 4 patch notes: Upgrade system, Vondel map, progress reset – Dexerto
DMZ Season 4 patch notes: Upgrade system, Vondel map, progress reset ActivisionInfinity Ward has continually supported DMZ throughout Modern Warfare 2’s life cycle with new features and maps, and that promising trend continues in Season 4. Call of Duty’s extraction shooter game mode is still in Beta and has undergone massive changes. Over just three seasons of content, the devs have already released several new environments and game-changing features. This includes Season 3, which introduced fundamental changes. The Barter system added a way for players to swap items they collected for other valuables. DMZ’s new workbench feature allows users to either add or remove an attachment to contraband weapons. Season 4 is no different, providing the passionate fan base with the mode’s second-ever progress wipe and a streamlined method of completing missions. Let’s jump right into everything you need to know. Forward Operating base introduced to DMZ in Season 4 Infinity Ward described the Forward Operating Base (FOB) as the “central hub” for DMZ. Faction missions are still in the game and need to be equipped as before, but FOB lets players unlock upgrades passively. FOB features unlocks such as insured weapon slots, barter recipes, buy station discounts, and more. The new system is also how players will obtain new features that are coming to the mode in Season 4. The developers argued that this change will make it easier for players to complete challenges without needing to select a mission before deploying. New DMZ map Vondel Season 4 introduces Vondel to Warzone’s map rotation and also opens its doors to DMZ players. The urban map is set in the Netherlands and features 18 operators or six squads per match. Squads will be able to complete a DMZ contract exclusive to the map that tasks players with hacking phones. Similar to the sandstorms on Al Mazrah, Vondel introduces a fog system that impacts visibility in matches. Season 4 progress reset Faction Mission progress, contraband, key, and mission inventories also undergo a reset in Season 4. The wipe will not affect earned rewards such as blueprints, skins, and calling cards. However, One big difference from the Season 2 wipe is a reset of insured weapon slots. Players will need to re-unlock their insured weapon slots by coming Forward Operating Base objectives. DMZ Season 4 patch notes Here are the full DMZ Season 4 patch notes. New Features Forward Operating base Consider the Forward Operating Base (FOB) a central hub for DMZ. Here, Operators will complete objectives to unlock upgrades across DMZ. The FOB is divided into four categories of upgrades. Weapons Locker Insured Weapon Slots – Insured Weapon cooldown time – Contraband Weapon stash size increases – – Stash Wallet Unlock – Wallet capacity – Key and Contraband Stash Size increases – – Bounty Board Personal Exfil – Barter recipes – Buy Station discounts – – Communications Station Urgent Missions access – – The F.O.B. contains passive objectives – a new set of mission types for Players to pursue that reward permanent upgrades for DMZ. DMZ Season 3 patch notes: Barter system, workbench, more – Dexerto
DMZ Season 3 patch notes: Barter system, workbench, more ActivisionWarzone 2’s DMZ game mode receives a massive overhaul in Season 3, and players can expect a few major changes to the game’s systems, and we have the patch notes for you. Infinity Ward’s new extraction shooter game mode, DMZ, received praise in Season 1, but the following season fell short in the eyes of several streamers. DMZ expert Westie claimed Season 2 went too far “the wrong way,” arguing the developers didn’t do enough to improve a “semi-broken” beta version. Fellow DMZ streamer, Stodeh, agreed and claimed interest in the game was “falling daily.” The Youtuber believes a lack of replayability, long-term progression, and an over-emphasis on PVP gameplay prevents the community from growing. Season 3 breathes fresh life into DMZ, so here is everything you need to know about the upcoming seasonal update. Contents Barter system, Workbenches & Operator slots – New Factions, missions & backpacks – Contracts, new vehicles & bosses – Full Warzone Season 3 DMZ patch notes – Barter system, Workbenches & Operator slots DMZ Season 3 emphasizes customization and fresh experiences each time you load in. The Barter system serves as a way for players to swap items they collected for other valuables. Before, players didn’t have the ability to edit contraband weapons. The workbench allows users to either add an attachment to a contraband weapon or remove one, which will help these guns feel more valuable. Extraction shooters punish players by taking all of their loot if they die. Active Duty operator slots help alleviate that struggle and also open the door for community members to strategize. Each player gets three Active Duty operator slots with their own soldier items, meaning you can pick and choose which operator carries what. New Factions, missions & backpacks An unknown faction, REDACTED, is coming to Season 03 and will boast three of its mission tiers at launch, plus two more in-season. Season 03 of DMZ will not reset your mission progress. Furthermore, the new REDACTED Faction, available to all players, will have three of its mission tiers available at Season 03 launch, with two more to come at mid-season. Secure Backpacks, as the name suggests, secure items between runs. This means that those non-Contraband, non-on-soldier items are secured in your inventory and don’t convert to XP upon extraction. Plus, items in a Secure Backpack are kept to that Active Duty Soldier if they are eliminated in an Extraction Zone. Most likely one of the biggest game-changers in DMZ alongside Active Duty Operator slots, as this can help with supply runs and Mission objectives. And both of them come from the same idea of persistence: in DMZ, you need to continue doing missions and tasks despite getting knocked down some times. For the Secure Backpack, even if you lose one important mission item, it will still be there with a Secure Backpack (and remember that there is a Barter recipe for it, too). As for Scavenger Backpacks, these take out that third weapon slot usually found in Medium and Large Backpacks and add additional item slots. Perfect for completing Missions when there are a ton of valuable items that need to be picked up. Contracts, new vehicles & bosses Most Operators who play Battle Royale know the details about Supply Runs, but now these Contracts are coming to DMZ, and they are similar in name only: A Supply Run is a great contract for gearing up when your Active Duty Operator is brand new. Think of it as a lower-stakes Safecracker: instead of iron safes, all your Operator needs to do is find wooden crates. All items there are free for the taking. The Heavy Chopper is back, and there will be a new way to privately exfiltrate an Exclusion Zone DMZ in Season 03: both of which can help you exfiltrate safely. Operators should prepare to face new threats across the various Exclusion Zones, as there are not one but two bosses that intel suggests are [[REDACTED]]. Intel also suggests that deep underground in Al Mazrah, there is [[REDACTED]]. Full Warzone Season 3 update DMZ patch notes Here are all the patch notes, courtesy of Activision, to do with DMZ in Call of Duty: Warzone 2 Season 3, with descriptions of what each new change will do: Trophy Hunt New Limited-Time Event Operators and Agents drop trophies when killed. Barter can be found at Buy Stations and offers exchange of certain items for useful equipment. Remembering these “Recipes” will be a useful tool for acquiring specific items. Barter is not Player-to-Player. – The Workbench has arrived in DMZ and allows players to customize Contraband Weapons during deployment – this includes any equipped weapon that may be insured or looted. Players will be able to add or remove attachments based on their weapon progression. Craft the perfect build or add the right attachment for an advantage in situational combat. – Individual Operators now go on “Active Duty” when used by the Player. Only one Active Duty slot can be equipped at a time, but all Players will start with 3 slots. Active Duty Operators have their own persistent items: Exfil Streak, Dog Tag Rarity, Backpack Type, Killstreak, Gas Mask and Self Revive. – When failing to exfil, only that individual Operator will have its gear, streak, and Dog Tag rarity reset. All other Operators will not be affected. – – Along with Persistent Operators being added into DMZ, we are adding certain Bundles to the Store that have additional Active Duty Operator Slots included. – Campers got you down? Private exfil will be available at Buy Stations to trigger an exfil chopper to land at an exfil point that is inactive for other Players during that match. It doesn’t mean you won’t be spotted by an enemy squad, but there may be less heat than one of the public points visible on the Tac Map. – As mentioned above the Heavy Chopper will be in DMZ and Battle Royale. Find fuel around the map to utilize this new vehicle. Flying it out of bounds will automatically trigger exfiltration. – Supply Run Similar to Safecracker, Operators will need to locate and loot 3 crates – – Rebreather – new Field Upgrade that allows Players to breathe underwater – Skeleton Key – this key can unlock any locked space in place of a specific key – 4 New Plate Carriers Tempered – 2 stronger armor plates vs. 3 plate (same as BR) – Comms – audio alert when an enemy Player or squad is nearby and increased duration of all UAVs and UAV Towers – Medic – faster teammate revives and self-revives – Stealth – will not appear on enemy radars (Ghost Perk) – – 2 New Backpacks Secure – items are kept to that Active Duty Soldier if they are eliminated in an Extraction Zone and are not consumed for XP upon successful exfil – Scavenger – maximum item slots at the cost of the third weapon slot – –

DMZ Season 2 update early patch notes: Progression wipe, enemy tuning & new map – Dexerto
DMZ Season 2 update early patch notes: Progression wipe, enemy tuning & new map Activision BlizzardWarzone 2’s DMZ has become a cult classic, and Activision announced a fresh batch of content coming to the fan-favorite mode in Season 2. Activision promised wide-sweeping changes coming to Warzone 2 in Season 2 but made sure not to forget about DMZ. The Tarkov-inspired game mode boasts a passionate player base, and we claimed it “stole the show” in our Warzone 2 review. DMZ provides a much different experience than Warzone 2, offering a hardcore extraction shooter with mission-based gameplay. Season 1 Reloaded introduced a new location for the game mode and added a plethora of new content and bug fixes. Season 2 builds off that momentum, adjusting the mode’s difficulty and spawn points, and brings the game closer even in line with Escape from Tarkov. Here’s everything you need to know about DMZ before the new season kicks off on February 15. Seasonal refreshes coming in Season 2 A feature that sets apart Escape from Tarkov from other FPS titles is server wipes. A wipe is an event that usually occurs after a major update, in which a player’s progress is reset to zero. Players have their stash and gear deleted, giving users a fresh experience and a reason to hop back into the game. On January 25, Activision announced seasonal refreshes are coming to DMZ in Season 2. Players’ Faction mission progress and inventory of contraband items and keys will be reset. The developers said they would provide more information in a future blog ahead of Season 2. The developers also announced changes coming to enemy and mission difficulty. AI enemies will no longer overwhelm squads with their spawn patterns, and the accuracy of AI enemies in long-range adjustments is being adjusted. Mission difficulty is also being scaled, making it easier to unlock the second insured weapon slot and subsequent slots as well. On top of Al Mazrah and Building 21, Activision announced a third Exclusion Zone coming to Season 2. DMZ early Season 2 patch notes Here’s everything we know so far, coming to DMZ in Season 2. Enemy Tuning In Season 01 the AI in DMZ were challenging, but the ramp up of difficulty was often steep with some players getting overwhelmed. With Season 02, we’ve introduced a number of balance changes to adjust the types of AI spawning, the number of AI spawning, and the accuracy of AI at range and much more. All of this should provide a challenging but manageable play-space that still requires player respect of enemy combatants in the DMZ. Spawn Points We are tuning some of the infil points across Al Mazrah for improved early match experience based on gameplay data. Starting at a point at which your squad feels isolated or without loot and contract opportunities is not the best experience. These tweaks should improve spawn points across the mode. Mission Difficulty Tuning Data and feedback reinforced that the Faction Mission difficulty ramp was too aggressive for many Players, and that the demanding scale ultimately made it very challenging to unlock the second Insured Weapon Slot (completing all Tier 3 Missions) in Season 01. We have adjusted the overall scaling of difficulty in Missions as the Tiers progress. Later Tier Missions will still be quite challenging even for the experienced Operator, but we believe more straightforward access to an additional Insured Slot will provide a better path forward for all Players. Crashes We know crashes are especially impactful in DMZ if you lose your items and Contraband Weapons as a result. Addressing these crashes is a priority for Season 02, and we are committed to increased stability. Stay tuned for more specifics on this. Seasonal Refresh All-new missions are coming to Season 02 including a refresh of your current Faction mission progress and an inventory (Contraband and Keys) reset. We will be detailing all the need-to-know intel for DMZ ahead of Season 02 in an upcoming blog. Locations With a new Exclusion Zone coming to Season 02, players will have a third option to choose from when deploying in DMZ. The Faction Mission refresh will provide new missions that send you across these destinations, including Building 21. We suggest you and your squad gear up for infiltration first!

DMZ Season 2 Reloaded patch notes: Building 21 Access, enemy changes & more – Dexerto
DMZ Season 2 Reloaded patch notes: Building 21 Access, enemy changes & more ActivisionActivision has revealed new patch notes for DMZ in Season 2 Reloaded with an aim to provide an improved and streamlined experience along with several new additions. Here’s a rundown of everything you need to know about DMZ in Season 2 Reloaded. Season 2 Reloaded introduced a ton of new content in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 like new game modes, maps, and weapons. For their Tarkov-inspired mode, DMZ, the devs have planned to streamline the game mode and provide a much-enhanced experience for the players. With the Reloaded update, new features like updated usage requirements for Building 21 Access Cards, variations to infiltration and exfiltration points, and different ways of enemy combatants arriving have been implemented for DMZ. While these are not a lot, they will definitely aim at providing a better experience for the players. Having said that, here is everything you need to know about the second season of DMZ. DMZ Season 2 Reloaded: Key changes Updated usage requirements for Building 21 Access Cards With Season 2 Reloaded, every player will no longer need to equip Building 21 Access Cards prior to dropping into the match. It will be enough if a single player decides to carry an Access Card to Building 21 before infiltrating. Remember, this change won’t impact the Access or Key Cards for accessing locked spaces inside Building 21. You will still need to equip those in your Backpack before entering the match. Integration of new features & more for DMZ Season 2 Reloaded brings variations to the infiltration and exfiltration points in Al Mazrah. The total count of vehicles has also been reduced in the Modern City for an even distribution of the same throughout the entire map. Improving the experience There is a slight chance of enemy combatants dropping an upgraded weapon upon their death. Also, they may arrive or operate in a variety of vehicles and not just armored trucks. Several bugs related to Stronghold access, Mission sharing progress with squadmates, the Secure Nuclear Material contract, and more have also been fixed. DMZ Season 2 Reloaded full patch notes We have all the details related to DMZ in Season 2 Reloaded, thanks to the official Call of Duty blog. You can find a complete rundown of the patch notes below: Gameplay We have updated the usage requirements for Building 21 Access Cards: Players no longer need to bring Building 21 Access Cards into the match by equipping them prior to infiltration – At least one Player in a squad must have a Building 21 Access Card in their Inventory to allow infiltration – If a Player does infil to Building 21 with an Access Card in their Backpack, they will lose that card if they do not extract with it – This change only impacts Building 21 Access Cards and not the Access/Key Cards for locked spaces inside Building 21, as those must still be equipped in your Backpack prior to infiltration – – Enemy combatants in DMZ can now operate or arrive in a variety of vehicles, not just the Armored Truck – We have added some variations to infiltration and exfiltration points – The Destroy Supplies Contract has been updated to reveal the 4 closest safes, instead of revealing all safes within a distance of the Contract – Reduced the total number of vehicles in Modern City for more even distribution of vehicles throughout Al Mazrah – Enemy combatants now have a small chance to drop upgraded weapons upon death – Bug Fixes Fixed several Stronghold access issues across DMZ – Fixed an issue where the Secure Nuclear Material contract could select a locked toolbox on Ashika Island – Increased minimum distance between Secure Nuclear Material contracts on Ashika Island so they do not overlap – Fixed Favor for a Friend Mission having an incorrect location description – Fixed description for Stronghold Reacquisition Mission incorrectly stating that the Legion Deal Intel must be extracted – Fixed an issue where taking a weapon directly from an enemy’s Backpack wouldn’t register it as an enemy weapon for some Missions – Fixed issue where the Overlord voiceover would fade out improperly when extracting – Fixed issues where certain Missions weren’t sharing progress with squadmates, including missions that have you use field upgrades and killstreaks such as Death From Above – Fixed issue where Key Elimination wasn’t giving progress for unlocking a cache instead of a locked door – Fixed an issue where some Players did not get credit for the final exfil due to timer – Fixed an issue where match search would stop if the party leader left the group – Fixed an issue that would prevent the Player from using their Armor temporarily, when trying to use Armor and the Radiation Blocker at the same time –

DMZ players bash “shameful” MW2 Season 2 paywall content – Dexerto
DMZ players bash “shameful” MW2 Season 2 paywall content ActivisionDMZ players criticized the developers for locking Season 2 content behind a purchase of MW2. On February 2, Infinity Ward released a blog detailing DMZ Season 2 content. A progress wipe resets contraband, key inventory, and Faction missions and mission progress. The new season also features three playable locations: Ashika Island, Building 21, and Al Mazrah. Players have raised concerns over AI enemies being too difficult to take down in Warzone 2 and DMZ. Infinity Ward announced the upcoming major update also adjusts AI spawns and accuracy at range. Season 2 also introduces a new Faction, but not every player will have access to the new missions. DMZ players feel deceived MW2 Season 2 paywall Warzone 2’s second season introduces a new Faction to DMZ. Infinity Ward stated in the blog, “this faction will only be available to Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 owners.” Modern Warfare 2 costs $70, making it difficult for some players to complete the new challenges. Call of Duty, insider CharlieINTEL, responded to the news by claiming, “forcing players to buy the $70 game to unlock the new missions in the free-to-play DMZ mode seems like a dumb move.” DMZ already features content locked behind a paywall, as CoD streamer Westie pointed out, “free to play players already have a smaller contraband stash and a key stash of 10 slots instead of 20. Although this move isn’t good, I’m not surprised.” Warzone 2 guru JGOD responded, “BR and DMZ are free to play and marketed as such. Free-to-play games are supposed to generate revenue from a battle pass or other microtransactions, but not this type of paywall after the fact.” Fellow streamer Stodeh summed up the community reaction perfectly by just responding with, “oof,” We will provide an update if Infinity Ward responds to the overwhelming criticism.

DMZ players annoyed as Warzone 2 still hasn’t fixed AI enemies – Dexerto
DMZ players annoyed as Warzone 2 still hasn’t fixed AI enemies ActivisionWarzone 2 players have voiced their concern with the lack of changes to AI, especially as the devs promised to change things back for DMZ in February and we’re now well into April. When DMZ – an Escape from Tarkov-esque mode – was announced as a part of Warzone 2, plenty of Call of Duty players were extremely hyped for what was in store. While the mode has proven to be a hit, there have been a number of issues facing players, mainly revolving around the AI that populates the mode alongside the PVP action. Many players have complained that the AI is simply too strong and that they ruin the experience. Back in February, the devs stated that they would be addressing those complaints, with a focus on enemies killing players quickly over long-range. While some changes have been made, players are still waiting for bigger improvements. DMZ players growing tired of waiting for AI changes It was something Redditor pudge1987 flagged on April 23, exclaiming their excitement about the issue finally being addressed. Though, it wasn’t long before other Warzone players quickly poured cold water on things. “This was added to the Trello board on February 16. Still not properly addressed,” said one fan. “They say this every time and every time they touch AI it gets worse,” added another less-than-impressed player. “That’s been sitting there for three seasons and they have yet to address it. With every season the AI gets buffed. You cant walk within 100 meters without getting a storm of shots at you from all directions,” another commented, claiming they AI also has “unlimited” range. Some players remain hopeful that Season 3 Reloaded will have something in store for DMZ’s AI and finally put the mode on the right track – including the addition of the previously leaked ‘reputation’ system to better deal with AI. Though, we’ll just have to wait and see if that ends up being the case. The devs have been promising change for quite some time, after all.

DMZ leakers claim “reputation” system to make AI friendly is coming to the mode – Dexerto
DMZ leakers claim “reputation” system to make AI friendly is coming to the mode ActivisonThe Season 2 Reloaded update expanded upon the DMZ mode, but leakers suggest that huge additions are still in store for fans of the mode. Season 2 reloaded went live on March 15, bringing quite a few changes to the DMZ mode of Warzone 2. Among other things AI can now operate a variety of vehicles and have a chance for them to drop upgraded versions of their weapons. DMZ has definitely come a long way since the beginning of Warzone, with new features and Ashika Map also being added as part of the mode. Some fans of DMZ argue that the developers are taking it in the wrong direction. But there is a shining light on the horizon, as some leakers are now suggesting that huge changes are coming. ‘Task Force Leakers 141‘ claim that a brand new reputation system will be added to Warzone 2’s DMZ and with it new contracts and rewards. DMZ leakers suggest that an AI faction system is coming The AI is the primary antagonist of the DMZ mode: you can go a whole match without ever running into enemy players, but the bots are a constant threat. This might change in a future update according to the leaks. According to the tweet thread, new “faction sites” with AI representing that faction will be sprinkled throughout the map. “Barter contracts” supposedly give the players an option to build a reputation with a specific faction, turning that faction’s AI friendly. Furthermore, Task Force Leakers suggests that special buy stations within these sites will offer players equipment and rewards based on their current reputation with that faction. As these are unconfirmed leaks it’s impossible to know if this will make it into the game or not, but the idea itself is sound. Having a safe haven to visit and resupply would make the experience better for PvE-oriented players. Likewise, the PvP tag hunters would be presented with another potential challange to take on. This also opens up the possibility for some kind of recruitable bots that would hang around with players. But given the bots reputation among DMZ players maybe that’s just a step too far.

DMZ expert reveals easy way to earn skeleton keys in Season 3 – Dexerto
DMZ expert reveals easy way to earn skeleton keys in Season 3 ActivisionSkelton keys can be extremely difficult to craft in DMZ, but YouTuber Stodeh revealed an easy method to farm the elusive item. Infinity Ward gave DMZ a massive overhaul in Season 3. The extraction shooter game mode received a barter system, allowing players to swap items they collected for other valuables. Workbenches introduced attachment swapping for contraband weapons, and operator slots enabled players to pick and choose what they bring into a match. DMZ expert Stodeh highlighted an improvement that flew under the radar, which implements a highly-requested rework for Building 21. What changed with Building 21 in DMZ Season 3? Stodeh expressed his frustrations with Building 21 and explained what changed. “Before Season 3, going to Building 21 was simply a place of misery to complete quests and die to crazy AI and players.” “It still is that, but now they have quietly turned Building 21 into a goldmine.” After Season 3, players always spawn with a large backpack, 3-plate vest, self-revive, and a five-attachment Fennec. However, the YouTuber warned players that it will delete any bag variations they have equipped, such as secure and scavenger bags. Stodeh elaborated that the developers added more teams, making completing the Clean and Sweep Mission easier as they require nine enemy dog tags. “Most importantly,” Stodeh argued, “Building 21 is the easiest place to earn a skeleton key in DMZ.” Players must collect one video cassette record, vintage wine, an encrypted hard drive, or any combination of the three to craft a skeleton key. The controversial item allows users to open any locked door on any map. Stodeh recommends players enter Building 21 with the free weapon and plates, quickly collect three hard drives, and craft a skeleton key without risking sacrificing any of their gear. Grenade launchers make earning skeleton keys anything but a cakewalk. Stodeh claimed, “It is the most overpowered weapon without a doubt and ruins the fun for everyone.” If players are lucky enough to avoid grenade launchers, this method should serve as an easy way to farm useful keys in DMZ.

Disappointing Black Ops 4 CMG Pro Down ends worse than it started – Final placements – Dexerto
Disappointing Black Ops 4 CMG Pro Down ends worse than it started – Final placements The CMG Pro Down has filled competitive CoD fans schedules and given pros valuable practice between official CWL tournaments, but this weekend’s edition was lacking. The tournament started with eUnited and OpTic Gaming dropping out for a much deserved rest. The two automatically qualified for the Pro League based on their CWL Vegas placings, meaning they don’t have to worry about competitive CoD for about another month. Splyce and Luminosity also qualified, but decided to make short, cameo appearances in the Pro Down. For the rest of the teams, possibly the biggest tournament of their careers is taking place on January 16 – this is the reason the Pro Down tournament was so disappointing. The Pro League Play-in takes place just days after the Pro Down and will determine the Black Ops 4 League teams for the entire season. With such massive stakes at the Play-in, pros were understandably hesitant to stream this weekend, potentially revealing the strategies they have been working on since Vegas. Splyce was the one team who decided to stream the Pro Down, making Jurd, Temp and Loony (and substitute NAMELESS) the only way for CoD fans to watch the tournament. Since they were eliminated in Round 2, the Pro Down quickly disappeared from sight. Read More: Black Ops 4: Best class setup for turning Mozu pistol into an unstoppable weapon in Multiplayer – As for the matches, we can look at results after completion like we are following 1940’s baseball. 100 Thieves, possibly still working out the kinks or maybe hiding new strats, dropped their first two matches to go home early. They lost a 5-map affair to TeddyRecKs and crew, before being knocked out by EnVy in Losers. 200EnVy, who said they were using the Pro Down as practice, went on a decent run by eliminating 100T, EG, and Tainted Minds before dropping to REC in Round 4. Pittsburgh Knights and UYU may have tried to use the Pro Down to gel their rosters after making late moves. Both teams picked up quality wins; PK dropped EG and UYU took out Team Spacely after sending EnVy to Losers. In the end it was FaZe and Enigma 6 making it to Winners Finals and Reciprocity emerging from the Losers side of the bracket. Which brings us to the exciting conclusion of the Pro Down tournament: Reciprocity and Faze decided to end the tournament due to all 3 of us being in the same pools for the upcoming PLQ, with that being said we will be taking 1st place in this weeks CMG Prodown GGs to everyone we played excited to keep the momentum going and prove everyone wrong :call_me_hand::skin-tone-3: — Alpha E6 Matt (@KiSMET6_) January 14, 2019 The Pro Down ended in a triple forfeit, but at least nobody was watching. Pro players should not have to stream important practice sessions during what are ultimately meaningless tournaments – and fans should not have to wait months between competitive content. Thankfully, the Pro League Play-in will solve the problem on January 16.

Disabled CoD player shows how he clutches up with just three fingers – Dexerto
Disabled CoD player shows how he clutches up with just three fingers ActivisionA disabled Call of Duty player has shown off his insane abilities with just three fingers, making clutch plays in Warzone and Black Ops Cold War’s League Play. It’s fair to say that accessibility has come a long way in gaming over the years, but it’s always impressive to see just how much someone less-abled pulls off insane plays that many of us could only dream of. In the past, we’ve even seen CoD players putting in incredible work using their feet on the controller, while Luminosity Gaming signed popular disabled streamer RockyNoHands after his streams and clips went viral. It’s truly incredible and really shows that anyone can do it. Always switching it up between Warzone and Cold War, Twitch streamer Spear3FW is constantly showing off his prowess on the map, never letting his disability get the better of his ability on the sticks. This is exemplified personally in this tight clutch in a 1v3 on Raid Search & Destroy, as Spear3FW perfectly plays his life, jukes his opponents and takes gunfights at exactly the right time to get the round win. As shown by the stats appearing on the side of his stream, this clearly isn’t a fluke for Spear, boasting a 2.59 Warzone KD and proving he’s no slouch. Explaining how he plays in a Reddit comment, Spear has clearly found a method that works for him, using just the default Xbox controller. He said: “I have 1 thumb (controlling Left analog, Right analog, ABXY) and on my other hand I have two fingers which deal with RT, RB and LB, I raise my left leg to ADS!” So, it doesn’t sound easy at all, but Spear definitely makes it look easy as he finesses his opponents.

DirK Announces an Update on His Future With the CWL Commentary Team and Competitive Call of Duty – Dexerto
DirK Announces an Update on His Future With the CWL Commentary Team and Competitive Call of Duty Jamie ‘DirK’ Ruiz announced an update on his future with the CWL Commentary team after receiving an offer from the NBA 2K League. Although the competitive Call of Duty scene is primarily dominated by the players in terms of popularity, commentators and casters have gained a substantial following of supporters for their dedication to the scene. While some fans may watch matches strictly for high-tier gameplay, others understand the value that certain commentators bring to the table, which allows for a new feel to the broadcast. Over the course of five years of involvement throughout the competitive Call of Duty community, Dirk began to gain notoriety by being present at a collection of high-profile LAN events, along with creating content outside of the game. However, even after he originally announced that he would be sticking with the CWL for the remainder of the 2018 season, Dirk revealed that he will no longer be working with Activision and MLG due to personal reasons, and will be with the NBA 2K League moving forward. His full statement from the CoDCompetitive subreddit page can be viewed below. Just an Update Hey guys, I just wanted to give an update on my future with Call of Duty as a whole. As some of you may know, I’ve been doing lots of work with the NBA 2K League over the past couple of months. I had to make a big decision, not only thinking of myself, but my girlfriend and family back home. I have some personal issues that have impacted this that I don’t feel comfortable sharing. I requested to Activision MLG to be released from my contract to allow me to pursue the offer the NBA 2K League brought to the table. I have nothing but the up most for every single person that I’ve worked with at MLG. From the broadcast staff, down to the amazing talent that have helped me grow into the commentator I have over the past five years. Call of Duty is where I started, and it was so hard to make this choice. Thank you guys for everything you’ve done to support me, I’ll still be around on the Reddit being active, and destroying Cam in 8’s. Bravo Caster Dirk, out.

Diehard CoD fans are “demoralized” and losing interest in MW3 – Dexerto
Diehard CoD fans are “demoralized” and losing interest in MW3 ActivisionMW3 players reflect on the state of the game and how it’s “demoralized” them from wanting to play anymore. MW3 is the latest CoD title to bring the fast-paced FPS action to players worldwide. This year’s entry is a little different since its 16 launch maps all come from 2009’s Modern Warfare 2, and it’s the first modern-era title to feature a Zombies mode. There’s a lot to experience aside from the usual formula fans have grown accustomed to. However, not every feature has landed well with players, with some in-game systems killing player enjoyment. MW3 players have grown tired of the current state of the game, and have taken to the forums to express how they feel. CoD players reflect on the state of MW3 If you’ve followed MW3 since its launch or played it, you very well know what fan ire has targeted. Rampant claims of SBMM, MWZ’s lack of crash protection, and the tale as old as time — Warzone infested with cheaters — are just a few recurring criticisms. Taking to the ModernWarfareIII Reddit, RockStarCorgi reiterated all of these complaints. They went on to add: “I like the game, and I want to have fun and be optimistic, but I just end up feeling defeated.” While posts like these seem to be a dime a dozen, many of these points are common feelings shared by fans. Speaking on MWZ’s crashing, one player commented: “I gave up with zombies last night. I think collectively my squad of three “disconnected from host” or crashed at least 7 times.” “For the past 4 years, every cod has been fun yet ruined by the fact that they end up being more frustrating than fun,” another reflected. RockStarCorgi ended their post with a rather somber: “I guess I’ll have to wait for a year before they decide to patch up the problems.” Time will tell if Sledgehammer can flesh out the issues plaguing MW3, so stay tuned as the journey continues.

Did Mike Majlak just leak JKap’s announcement as LA Thieves CDL coach? – Dexerto
Did Mike Majlak just leak JKap’s announcement as LA Thieves CDL coach? YouTube: Mike Majlak Vlogs / Instagram: Jkap415 / LA ThievesWhile touring the 100 Thieves facility in his latest vlog, YouTube celeb Mike Majlak may have accidentally locked in Jordan ‘JKap’ Kaplan as the head coach for the LA Thieves Call of Duty League team. Leaks are nothing new to the Call of Duty scene. Though more often than not, these leaks come from insiders, staff, or players directly. This time around, however, the LA Thieves may have had an upcoming announcement spoiled by an outsider to the esports industry in Mike Majlak. Known for his podcast with Logan Paul and his rapidly growing YouTube channel, Majlak has become a big name across social media over the past few years. While he’s yet to properly dip his toes in the esports landscape, he may have just made his first big headline without actually meaning to. In the middle of a tour of the 100 Thieves Cash App Compound, CEO Matthew ‘Nadeshot’ Haag was guiding him through a production room. It just so happened that veteran competitor JKap was sitting in the room alongside LA Thieves General Manager Eric ‘Muddawg’ Sanders at the time. Muddawg is leading the charge when it comes to finalizing the CDL roster and its support staff. It’s no mistake those two happened to be in the same room together. In fact, JKap was even wearing LA Thieves merch as well. It’s entirely likely Majlak walked in while they were recording an announcement video. Having retired from competitive play back in September, JKap has since been rumored to swap into a coaching role. Recent screenshots have even leaked his presence in various scrims with LA Thieves players. Having been a mainstay at the top of the scene since 2010, JKap has about as much experience as anyone in competitive CoD. He won back to back world championships in 2015 and 2016, racking up a few hundred thousand in total prizing over the years. From Nadeshot’s former team in OpTic Gaming, to FaZe Clan and Envy, JKap has seen and done it all with the biggest orgs. Now, it seems his next move is all but locked in thanks to this accidental reveal in Majlak’s latest vlog. JKap can be spotted at the 4:45 mark below JKap played alongside three of the players now signed to LA Thieves. It makes all the sense in the world to continue that relationship and it seems a formal announcement is imminent. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with the news as it drops over @DexertoIntel.

Did Fortnite copy some popular skins directly from Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare? – Dexerto
Did Fortnite copy some popular skins directly from Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare? A curious connection has been found between Fortnite and Call of Duty that suggests that the popular battle royale title ripped off some of its more popular cosmetic items from Advanced Warfare. When it comes to cosmetic items, Fortnite is second to none in terms of both quantity and quality. Despite being free-to-play, the game continues to rake in record-breaking revenue, almost all of which comes from the sale of cosmetics. The Call of Duty title that comes closest to that is Advanced Warfare, which many players consider to have the best pool of cosmetic items from the popular first person shooter series. On February 26, Twitter user @NewFLVR posted a set of images that pointed out that some of Fortnite’s more well-known skins bore striking resemblances with their Advanced Warfare counterparts. Considering that AW was released years before Fortnite’s BR mode, this struck the question in many people’s mind of whether some of the ideas for these skins were simply just copied. The four Fortnite skins he listed were Merry Marauder, Deep Sea Destroyer, Shogun, and Scourge, which he compared to Advanced Warfare’s Gingerbread, Deep Sea Diver, Samurai, and Mardi Gras gear suits. It’s hard to ignore that fact that the two skins shown in each pair look very similar to each other, in terms of theme, color scheme, and design. Of course the fact that the cosmetics look the same isn’t undeniable proof that Epic Games copied Sledgehammer Games’ ideas for cosmetic items and implemented them into their own game. This is more likely the case of both companies using universally known character types as inspiration for their own in-game cosmetics, and some have simply just overlapped. What do you think about some of these Fortnite skins looking similar to Advanced Warfare cosmetics? Do you believe this is just a coincidence, or did Epic Games actually use the AW skins for inspiration? Let us know by tweeting @Dexerto or @DexertoINTEL and sharing your thoughts!

DiazBiffle unveils competitive Cold War MP5 Warzone loadout for Season 4 – Dexerto
DiazBiffle unveils competitive Cold War MP5 Warzone loadout for Season 4 ActivisionWarzone content creator and competitor DiazBiffle has shared his competitive Cold War MP5 loadout for Season 4, using it to topple professional opponents in high-stakes tournaments. The Modern Warfare version of the MP5 SMG was Warzone’s most popular weapon for some time when the battle royale first launched back in 2020. However, it has dropped off as new SMGs like the MAC-10, Milano 821 and Cold War MP5 have exploded in popularity. In Season 4 it’s generally agreed that the Cold War MP5 is one of the strongest close-range options, tearing through opponents with strong damage, manageable recoil and excellent iron sights. Not only has it become common in public matches, but top tier players like DiazBiffle are using it to win thousands of dollars in competitive Warzone. The content creator and pro player shared his loadout in a recent YouTube video, giving fans a reliable and monstrous CW MP5 loadout. The ‘Paint Blaster’ variant, the Cold War MP5’s attachments are as follows: Muzzle: Agency Suppressor – Laser: Tiger Team Spotlight – Underbarrel: Bruiser Grip – Ammunition: STAGNAG 50 Rnd Drum – Stock: Raider Stock – The Agency Suppressor is a must-have on almost any weapon, extending range while keeping players’ off enemy radars. The Tiger Team Spotlight improves mobility, as does the Raider Stock. While a lot of players would go for an underbarrel that stabilizes shots and lowers recoil, Diaz again opts to maximize mobility and handling with the Bruiser Grip. Finally, the STAGNAG 50 Rnd Drum gives players 20 extra shots per magazine, meaning reloads will be reduced and squad wipes become a real possibility. This MP5 loadout relies on players being able to control the weapon’s moderate recoil, as well as being selective and only using it at closer ranges. That’s why we’re recommending pairing it with a longer range weapon like the Kilo 141 or the weapon that’s dominating the Season 4 meta – the FARA 83. Naturally, you can mix up the attachments to match your own play style and preferences, but Diaz has shown time and time again that his opinion in Warzone is worth trusting.

DiazBiffle reveals competitive Warzone EM2 and OTs 9 loadout for Season 6 – Dexerto
DiazBiffle reveals competitive Warzone EM2 and OTs 9 loadout for Season 6 ActivisionWarzone streamer and pro player DiazBiffle has shared his EM2/OTs 9 loadout for Season Six, ensuring you can dominate enemies at all ranges in Verdansk’s final season. DiazBiffle is amongst the most talented Warzone players in the world, experiencing huge growth in following as fans flock to his channel to watch his top-tier gameplay. It’s not just content creation though, with Diaz regularly competing in Warzone tournaments alongside the very best players in the world. Naturally, then, players want to know what weapons he’s taking into Verdansk with him in order to compete with players of all quality. With Season 6 well underway, he’s still rocking the EM2 and OTs 9 loadout he perfected in the latter parts of Season 5. It’s even more lethal now, especially given the SMG’s incredible mobility and handling. DiazBiffle’s Season 6 EM2 and OTs 9 Loadout For his long-range option, Biffle is rocking the EM2 assault rifle. It fires slightly slower than some of its counterparts, but recoil is moderate and its range and damage are through the roof. Hitting accurate shots at long-ranges means you can tear through enemies, with the EM2’s long-range damage maximized by Diaz’ choice of attachments. The full EM2 loadout is below: Muzzle: Agency Suppressor – Barrel: 25.8″ Task Force – Optic: Axial Arms 3x – Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip – Magazine: 40 Rnd – Diaz’ close-range weapon of choice is the OTs 9, a late addition to Black Ops Cold War. Like the best Warzone SMGs, it has decent close-range damage, manageable recoil, and incredibly strong handling and mobility. The streamer’s attachments maximize its viability at medium ranges to ensure that it can cover all the areas where the EM2 might struggle. Mobility is also improved with the KGB Skeletal Stock, meaning players will be hard to hit and rapid in their movement around the map. Muzzle: GRU Suppressor – Barrel: 8.1″ Task Force – Rear Grip: Serpent Wrap – Magazine: VDV 40 Rnd Fast Mag – Stock: KGB Skeletal Stock – The weapons complement one another excellently, ensuring that Diaz can compete at any range with any enemy. There have been some suggestions the OTs 9 will be nerfed in the future but it continues to rise in popularity as players recognize its strengths. For now, drop in and dominate with Diaz’ competitive classes.

DiazBiffle creates EM2 Warzone loadout to destroy in Season Five – Dexerto
DiazBiffle creates EM2 Warzone loadout to destroy in Season Five ActivisionPopular Warzone competitor and content creator DiazBiffle has revealed his go-to EM2 loadout for Season Five, as the Cold War assault rifle makes its mark in Verdansk. The biggest shake-ups to Warzone’s weapon meta tend to arrive with new seasons, so it’s no surprise that some players are scratching around for a new dominant gun. While the Krig 6, MAC-10, and Bullfrog continue to be immensely popular, many are realizing what a monster the new EM2 assault rifle can be, especially off the back of its popularity in Black Ops Cold War. So strong it was recently removed from League Play, the heavy-hitting AR makes up for its slow fire rate through pure power, something DiazBiffle seeks to maximize in his chosen loadout. DiazBiffle’s EM2 Warzone Loadout Muzzle: Agency Suppressor – Barrel: 27.4″ Ranger – Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip – Ammunition: 40 Rnd – Optics: Axial Arms 3x – A version of the Geomatik blueprint, this EM2 seeks to build on the weapon’s strongest attributes – its damage and range. The Axial Arms optic is perfect for those medium to longer ranges, as is the 27.4″ Ranger barrel which significantly augments bullet velocity. The Agency Suppressor is a must-have on any Cold War AR – keeping players off enemy radars while improving range. Finally, the Field Agent Grip goes a long way to offset the gun’s moderate recoil, and the 40 Rnd mag means players can tear through opposition teams without the need to reload. While the British assault rifle isn’t yet topping Warzone’s most used weapon lists, it could climb significantly as buffs and nerfs have their say – and players realize just how strong it can be. If you want to swap the Axial Arms optic for something different you can, but bear in mind the EM2’s best ranges are undoubtedly medium to long. On that topic, you’ll probably want to pair it with an SMG like the MAC-10, Bullfrog, or even the new TEC 9 SMG.

Diablo 4’s Butcher will rain down hell in Warzone 2 Season 6 – Dexerto
Diablo 4’s Butcher will rain down hell in Warzone 2 Season 6 Activision BlizzardDiablo 4’s The Butcher miniboss is joining Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2’s The Haunting mid-season 6 event. Call of Duty’s The Haunting event is returning for spooky season, launching alongside the mid-season 6 rollout. Players can expect to encounter a host of supernatural activities across Vondel. Leaks pointed to several guest characters joining the fray, too, all of whom have since been confirmed as upcoming additions. Thus, MW2 and Warzone 2 faithful can look forward to Hellrising’s Alucard, Spawn, Skeletor, and Evil Dead 2’s Ash Williams. Some leaks additionally pointed to Diablo 4 villains Lilith and The Butcher touching down. These have also proven accurate – let’s just say, players should prepare themselves for a nightmare worthy of hell itself. Warzone 2’s The Haunting welcomes Diablo 4’s Butcher Activision has confirmed that demons from Sanctuary are spilling into Vondel, thanks in no small part to “a demonic incantation by a sorceress [that’s also] unleashed a zombie outbreak.” The undead may not be the biggest concern, though. Several demonic altars have cropped up around Vondead, presumably powering the supernatural events and bearing some link to a myth known only as “The Butcher.” Players willing to face the Diablo 4 miniboss will be able to summon him, and then enter the underworld. All who bring the hulking creature to his knees should reap great rewards, though the specifics are not yet known. How formidable Warzone 2’s Butcher battle will be compared to his Diablo 4 encounters remains a mystery for now. Many players consider the massive demon to be just as difficult to defeat as Uber Lilith – if not more so. Warzone 2 and MW2 players can determine that for themselves when The Haunting begins during the mid-season rollout on October 17.

Dexerto celebrates EPOS H6PRO release with Toronto Ultra documentary – Dexerto
Dexerto celebrates EPOS H6PRO release with Toronto Ultra documentary DexertoDexerto have partnered with the Toronto Ultra and EPOS to tell the story of the CDL team’s underdog 2021 season in a must-watch documentary celebrating the highly-anticipated release of the EPOS H6PRO gaming headset. It’s safe to say that no one expected the Toronto Ultra to be a team in the CDL title conversation in 2021. They had finished seventh in the 2020 regular season, and sixth in the 2020 playoffs. As the league changed from starting line ups of five players back to four for 2021, Ultra removed Nicholas ‘Classic’ DiCostanzo but made no other changes to the starting lineup of Anthony ‘Methodz’ Zinni, Cameron ‘Cammy’ McKilligan, Ben ‘Bance’ Bance, and Tobias ‘CleanX’ Jønsson. However, the team went on to defy their critics after a few changes. The story of the 2021 season is told, through interviews with the team, in a new documentary produced by Dexerto. A season to remember The first major of the 2021 season validated the opinions of Ultra’s many critics as the team finished 11th. The poor start saw head coach Mark ‘MarkyB’ Bryceland bench Methodz in favor of rookie Jamie ‘Insight’ Craven. “I was shocked, I’m still shocked,” Methodz said in the documentary. “I disagree with the decision with every single bone in my body. I think it was unwarranted. Quite frankly, I’m f*cking pissed.” Methodz’s objection appeared warranted as Seattle only improved by a single win in the Stage 2 group stage. However, despite losing to Atlanta FaZe in their first match of the Stage 2 Major, Ultra battled their way to the Grand Final, getting their revenge on FaZe with a thrilling 5-3 victory. That marked the turning point for Ultra, who would finish third at the next two Majors, and second at the Stage 5 Major. That only left the CDL Championship. Ultra were once again dumped into the Loser’s Bracket after their first series, this time by the defending champions, Dallas Empire. But once again, Ultra battled their way through the bracket. They saw OpTic Chicago off before getting revenge on Minnesota RØKKR for the Stage 5 Major final. That set up a rematch with Dallas in the Loser’s Final. This time around, Ultra came out on top. Ahead of them lay a Grand Final against Atlanta FaZe, a team Toronto had beaten just once all season. The #CDL2021 season has come to a close for @TorontoUltra You proved to everyone that your squad is not to be taken lightly and we want to thank you all for the memories! #StrengthInTheNorth. They place 2nd earning $650,000. pic.twitter.com/TLSrrbCMS0 — Call of Duty League (@CODLeague) August 22, 2021 Try as they might, they were unable to overcome FaZe’s stacked roster and had to watch as Atlanta became the second CDL champions. However, the Ultra had proven beyond a doubt that they had the talent to contend for a CDL title. EPOS release new gaming headset Communication was one of Ultra’s biggest strengths in 2021 and you can enjoy that same level of audio quality with the EPOS H6PRO headset, which comes in two different versions, closed and open-backed, to better suit your gaming needs. With a lightweight design, gaming-centric soundproofing, intuitive volume control, and a detachable microphone, the H6PRO is the headset for any serious gamer. Both versions of the headset have a suggested retail price of £149.00/$179 USD.

Devs confirm DMZ reset in Warzone 2 Season 4 – Dexerto
Devs confirm DMZ reset in Warzone 2 Season 4 Activision BlizzardInfinity Ward confirmed a date for DMZ’s second reset and revealed everything players will need to start over from scratch again. Warzone 2’s DMZ game mode received a massive overhaul in Season 3. The Barter system introduced a way for players to swap items they collected for other valuables. DMZ’s new workbench feature allows users to either add or remove an attachment to contraband weapons. DMZ streamer Stodeh is worried about the future of the mode. The YouTuber claimed that a lack of replayability and long-term progression prevents the extraction shooter from becoming more popular. Season 3 addresses a few of those concerns, and Season 4 goes one step further by wiping progress for a second time. DMZ will receive a progress reset in Season 4 On May 31, Infinity Ward announced: “Updates will include a refresh and reset like that of Season 2 in order to make room for new mission sets and the new upgrade.” One big difference is Season 2 did not reset insured weapon slots, which allow players to carry over weapons between rounds even if they fail to exfil. Originally Season 2 was also scheduled to reset insured weapon slots, but community members blasted the controversial decision, and Infinity Ward backtracked. Insured weapon slots didn’t escape a reset this time, and the devs explained that the wipe is happening because there will be new ways to unlock them. Faction Mission progress, contraband, key, and mission inventories also undergo a reset in Season 4. The wipe will not affect earned rewards such as blueprints, skins, and calling cards. Infinity Ward revealed that more DMZ Season 4 news is coming as part of an upcoming blog post. As for when DMZ players can expect their progress to start over, CharlieIntel reported that Season 4 starts on June 14.

Developer at Infinity Ward Says 2019 Call of Duty Will Be ‘Extraordinary’ – Dexerto
Developer at Infinity Ward Says 2019 Call of Duty Will Be ‘Extraordinary’ Studio Art Director at Infinity Ward, the studio scheduled to release the 2019 iteration of Call of Duty, has said the game will be ‘extraordinary.’ Reports earlier this year signalled an en masse return of previous Infinity Ward employees back to the studio from Respawn Entertainment, sparking rumors that a fourth Modern Warfare game might be on the way. At this point, there is very little known about the next game, after Black Ops 4 which will release on October 12th. In fact, there is next to nothing known whatsoever. But, in a rare moment of public insight, Art Director Joel Emslie responded to a tweet asking him how good the next game will be and he gave a surprisingly detailed response. While it is not yet even confirmed that the game he is referring to is in fact Call of Duty, Infinity Ward are expected to be the next development team up, with their last title being 2016’s ‘Infinite Warfare’. IW’s setting didn’t go over well with a majority of the fan base, many feeling it was too futuristic. 2017’s WWII returned to a more classic setting, while Black Ops 4 is set to go back to the more futuristic angle. A Modern Warfare game would likely spark a lot of excitement though, with the last in the trilogy releasing in 2011, but Emslie doesn’t give any hints at all. Projects like this are why I love my job. I’ve seen things here at the studio that give me goose bumps and send me running back to my desk to keep creating:) This isn’t going to be good, its going to be extraordinary! Cant wait for the day when I can hear what you think. — Joel Emslie (@ArtPeasant) June 30, 2018 2019, when the next CoD i expected to release will also mark 10 years since the release of the fan favorite Modern Warfare 2. Some are anticipating that this game will be remastered, with multiple reports stating it is in the works and the original Modern Warfare having already been remastered. While the hype train is already in full flow for Black Ops 4, it looks like the 2019 CoD hype train may also be firing up soon too.

Devastating Black Ops Cold War exploit found as CoD players access IP, crash games, more – Dexerto
Devastating Black Ops Cold War exploit found as CoD players access IP, crash games, more ActivisionA Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War exploit has been discovered which allows players to gain access to the IP addresses of others in the lobby, crash games entirely, among other malicious acts. Despite being a few years old, most older CoD games like Black Ops Cold War will always have a dedicated fan base that hosts public lobbies for players to continue grinding in. However, older games with no new updates mean players can be free to find exploits that would usually be patched out. And it seems this is now happening in Black Ops Cold War. In a tweet from our sister site, Charlie Intel, they reported that there is an exploit in Cold War on all platforms which allows a person to gain access to the IP address of others in their lobby. “There is currently an exploit in Black Ops Cold War on all platforms where a person can gain access to a player’s IP, crash the game, or potentially cause other issues” the tweet reads. “No indication so far of it happening in Modern Warfare 2 or Warzone 2.” Letting strangers, especially bad actors, get hold of a player’s IP address can spell disaster for an individual. When hackers get a hold of it, not only can they crash your game from their end, they can perform other malicious activities which don’t pertain to CoD. Such as performing DDoS attacks, doxing an individual’s personal information, tracking their online activities, and even using it to impersonate you for illegal activities. As we know, Activision is yet to address the issue. Nor have they given out a statement that they are aware of the problem. We would highly recommend players stay away from CoD Black Ops Cold War until the issue is resolved.

Denial Owner steps down amid accusations of not paying players – Dexerto
Denial Owner steps down amid accusations of not paying players Skillshot Media / Denial EsportsCWL spot from Overtime eSports, had been mounting against the organization. Smith had joined forces with other prominent figures in esports to rebuild the Denial organization in mid-December 2018 after previous management infamously tarnished the Wolfpack brand for numerous controversies related to unpaid salaries. Since taking over, Smith himself has been at the center of criticism, ranging from interactions with the public and firing a graphic designer over innocuous comments, to accusations of players going unpaid for long periods of time. Smith steps down from Denial The executive released a statement saying the organization had “been running too fast for [their] own good,” and that Strategic Advisor Jerry Nguyen will now be promoted to Chief Strategy Officer to handle the day-to-day operations. The news of Smith stepping down from his position at Denial come as French esports organization Overtime eSports and former player Nathan ‘Natshay’ Dupuis alleged that they have gone without payment from previous business deals. Overtime released a statement on May 15 claiming they had yet to be paid for the CWL Pro League spot they dealt to Denial Esports on January 28. Controversy riddled Denial’s Call of Duty squad Even though a team under the Denial banner have played almost a dozen games in the Call of Duty league, Overtime say they “are still waiting for a sum of several tens of thousands of euros for the sale of the CWL Pro League spot.” The claims come as a follow up to the May 13 accusations by Natshay in which the former Overtime and Denial member said the North American organization had not paid out player salaries with figures reaching up to $15,000. In the same statement Smith said the debacle with Natshay stemmed from United States law preventing the organization from legally paying the player “due to existing immigration laws regarding work authorization and visas.” Since then Denial has set up a form to appropriately pay the “alleged owed salaries of the player.” Denial Esports will now look to rectify past transgressions with current CEO Patrick ‘BlackBeardAP’ E. Smith Sr. and CSO Nguyen at the helm. Smith’s statement did not mention the alleged failed payment to Overtime eSports.

Denial Esports reportedly owe a massive amount for CWL spot and player salaries – Dexerto
Denial Esports reportedly owe a massive amount for CWL spot and player salaries Denial Esports / CWLNorth American esports organization Denial Esports may end up having to pay a massive amount of the money that they reportedly owe to players and for their spot in the Call of Duty World League. Not for the first time, controversy has surrounded Denial Esports this past few days, with the issue, once again, involving unpaid debts. On May 13, Denial were accused by former CoD pro player Nathan ‘Natshay’ Dupuis of not paying players the salaries they had agreed upon when first signing with the org back in January. According to information reported by Dot Esports, the org and players signed letters of intent that would end up with the players getting paid a combined €26,000 ($29,618.86). However, seeing as how none of the five players had received any salary during the three months that they were part of the team, Denial could owe them a combined €79,500 ($88,856.59) in unpaid salaries. In addition to the unpaid salaries, Denial allegedly also owe another €40,000 ($44,707.72) to Overtime Esport, the org with whom the players originally qualified for the Pro League, but whose spot was transferred to Denial. According to reports, when Overtime were not paid the money they were owed for the spot, they reached out to MLG, but when the matter did not get resolved, they eventually release their own statement on social media. Today, through this message, we want to break the silence. As some have noted, Overtime has been inactive since January 28, the official date of the announcement of our CoD team’s departure for Denial. Overtime has continued to evolve in recent years on Call Of Duty, from amateur to Pro League. We have quickly reached a stage of development where funding is essential to keep our operations going. We had an extraordinary journey with our players who qualified in CWL Pro League, it was very hard for us to let them go, but we respected an arrangement that had been made between us before they came to us for CWL Vegas. Then it was an evil for a good in the end, the money recovered from the spot would have allowed us to prosper our projects and make us pass a new level in esports. Unfortunately, nothing has happened as planned since that day. We are still waiting for a sum of several tens of thousands of euros for the sale of the CWL Pro League spot that we got earlier this year. Measures have been taken and procedures have been launched, but if we want this story to come to an end, unfortunately we cannot go into any more detail at this time. We want to show our support to Lucas, Nathan and Ryan who are in a similar situation to ours. We hope that this story will be brought back to order as soon as possible and that everyone can continue their journey with what they deserve. With the two sums added together, Denial could end up paying a whopping €119,500 ($133,564) to the players and Overtime Esport before this is all said and done. The exact amount they will end up paying, however, is still well up in the air, as there are some details that will need to be closely examined before Denial start dishing out money. For one, according to reports, Denial COO Justin Jacobson and co-owner Zach Smith have maintained that the contracts that were offered to the players did not guarantee them any salary, since they could not be officially paid until they acquired P1-A Visas. Instead, the org covered the players’ costs for living expenses, such as food and hotel, until their Visa situation was dealt with. However, Smith told Dot Esports that he personally feels that the players should be compensated, despite the fact that Denial technically don’t owe them anything. “Me personally, they are owed money,” Smith said. “Now, would it matter if I gave them a million dollars under the table? We still couldn’t pay them legally without the P-1A Visas. Now, from a legal standpoint, do we owe them money? No, but we are rectifying the situation no matter what.” No end in sight to Denial controversy This ongoing controversy has reflected pretty negatively on Denial, at least from the public’s perspective, and ultimately led to Smith stepping down from daily operations with the team. Some aspects of the situation remain very unclear at this point, so there’s no telling when this financial issue between Denial, their former players, and Overtime will be resolved. As always, we will continue providing you updates on this story as more information becomes available.

Denial Esports release graphic designer over Tweet about Enigma6’s logo – Dexerto
Denial Esports release graphic designer over Tweet about Enigma6’s logo Professional esports organization Denial have released their in-house graphic designer, Owen Roe, after he said the logo of Call of Duty org Enigma6 needed “updated”. A fan-made concept for a new Enigma6 logo caused a stir in the community, after Sondra General, co-founder of the organization, responded by saying “We would never change our logo […] Not sure who & why decided to create a new logo but we have had our logo for years and everyone loves it.” General also thanked the artist, and complimented the work, but some fans thought her response was harsh. Sondra later clarified and said that the “Tweet was not intended to be mean.” My tweet was not intended to be mean by any means. I was simply laughing at all other responses without tagging them all. I clearly said he did “great work” and would recommend him to a friend. I already apologize if he took offense which he did not. Have a good day twitter. — Sondra General (@SondraGeneral) February 16, 2019 Roe, a graphic designer working with Denial Esports, had also commented on the fan-made concept, complimenting the work, and also voicing his opinion that the current Enigma6 logo “needs some serious updating”. The following day, Roe revealed via Twitter that he was “no longer affiliated with Denial”, and confirmed that the reason for his departure was the Tweet posted in response to the logo concept. Yes, really. This is the tweet that got me dropped. pic.twitter.com/vdJ4URVp5D — Owen M. Roe (@OwenMRoe) February 17, 2019 Roe has told Dexerto that he believes pressure from Enigma6 influenced Denial’s decision to end their working relationship, as owners of both teams are acquainted with one another. After deleting his response to the fan-made logo concept, Roe says “A few hours later I received a call saying I was dropped from the team.” Denial Owner Zach Smith responded to Roe publicly on Twitter, accusing the graphic designer of painting “a false narrative.” Owen. If you’re going to paint a false narrative please do it correctly. We had a great conversation l about you leaving and we exchanged great words. Please don’t punt a false picture just for the likes. It’s not becoming of you. — Xac (@ZachtehCEO) February 17, 2019 Denial Esports did not respond to a request for comment. Both Denial and Enigma6 field rosters in the CWL Pro League, with the two teams set to face each other in Division B in February.

Denial Esports drop over-the-top hint about new Call of Duty roster – Dexerto
Denial Esports drop over-the-top hint about new Call of Duty roster It’s no secret that Denial Esports are looking to make a return to competitive Call of Duty, and they’re trying every trick in the book to increase the hype around a potential roster announcement. The Denial organization’s return in late 2018 was met with skepticism by fans of various different esports titles, but the new owners were quick to ingratiate themselves by paying off the player debts that the old owners had failed to settle. Since then, the official Denial Twitter account has been dropping hint after hint about picking up teams in a number of different games, including CS:GO and CoD, but nothing official has been announced. However, the organization took teasing to a whole new level late on January 6 when they dropped the most obvious, and over-the-top, teaser about their new Black Ops 4 roster so far. “We have been hinting at our new CoD roster. We hope all our followers/fans are excited/angry,” they said. “We also hope that everyone understands that we are trying to understand the SPACE and make sure we cause HAVOK for years to come.” I know that we have been hinting at our new CoD roster. We hope all our followers/fans are excited/angry. We also hope that everyone understands that we are trying to understand the SPACE and make sure we cause HAVOK for years to come. — Denial Esports (@DenialEsports) January 7, 2019 The competitive CoD community has been discussing potential Denial rosters ever since the organization returned. The team that most fans have singled out as the most likely to join has been Michael ‘SpaceLy’ Schmale’s team that played under the Str8 Rippin banner at CWL Las Vegas in December. The team finished in an impressive 7th – 8th place at the first major tournament of the Black Ops 4 season, outplacing some of the biggest names in the scene, but they have struggled to find a permanent home. The fact that Denial’s Twitter post capitalizes the words ‘SPACE’ (for SpaceLy) and ‘HAVOK’ (for Colt ‘Havok’ McLendon) makes it clear that they want to feed into the speculation about them picking the team up. Of course, the blatant hint might be their attempt at throwing fans off the scent of their real roster. With the CWL Pro League Play-In qualification tournament set to begin on January 16, Denial are likely to make their official announcement very soon. SpaceLy and company have shown they are capable of advancing through the Play-In and securing their spot in the LAN league, making them a solid prospect for any organization. If Denial Esports and SpaceLy’s team link up, the roster will consist of: SpaceLy – Havok – Maux – MajorManiak – Nagafen –

Denial Esports shuts down as co-owner goes on insane rant – “Go f*ck yourself” – Dexerto
Denial Esports shuts down as co-owner goes on insane rant – “Go f*ck yourself” Denial Esports / Zach Smith – TwitterNorth American esports organization Denial Esports will be closing down their operations, according to co-owner Zachary Smith, who went on a maniacal tirade to make the announcement. On May 31, Smith went on a massive rant on Twitter, posting a series of harsh and eye-opening tweets about Denial, including the fact that they would be “closing.” In his thread of tweets, Smith expressed his anger and frustration at how things had gone so south at Denial, and at the people who had apparently turned his back on him. “I’m not sad that Denial is closing,” he tweeted. “I’m actually happy to see it fold. It showed me the true colors of a lot of people I called friends.” “I learned a valuable lesson. Esports is like the first lunar landing. It was blown up in the public’s eyes, cost copious amounts of money, and brought minimal physical return. Thank you to everyone, and as always, go f*ck yourself.” Denial currently own a spot in the CWL Pro League, which will be terminated effectively. After nine weeks of the regular season, Denial currently have a 5-10 record and sit next-to-last in Division B, with little to no hope of qualifying directly for the Playoffs. As a result of the organization disbanding, their entire roster now remains without any entity to represent, and Rhys ‘Rated’ Price has already begun looking for any potential suitors willing to pick them up. DENIAL ESPORTS CWL PRO LEAGUE ROSTER Joseph ‘Joee’ Pinnington – Rhys ‘Rated’ Price – Ben ‘Bance’ Bance – Alex ‘Alexx’ Carpenter – Carson ‘Brack’ Newberry – Ryan ‘ZeeK’ Lapierre (sub) – Mikhail ‘Blfire’ Glushenok (manager) – We are now officially working with CWL on finding a new home for the team license this will be for CWL/Anaheim/Miami/Champs. If you are interested or know of anyone interested In getting involved in Call Of Duty my DM’s are open & my email is – ratedbusiness@hotmail.com — Rhys Price (@Rated_COD) May 31, 2019 The news of Denial’s dissolution has not come as a major surprise to many in esports, considering that the org reportedly owed over $130,000 in unpaid salaries and fees. On May 13, Call of Duty pro player Nathan ‘Natshay’ Dupuis accused the org of not paying player salaries, which was followed by Overtime eSport claiming that they were never paid for their spot in the CWL Pro League, and both were harshly addressed by Smith in his thread of angry tweets. “From paying people’s rent to making sure their players got to events,” he said.” They so conveniently forgot the moment some French kid that dropped out of high school had an opinion on the situation.” “Overtime claiming that we stole their spot. Overtime, when selling us their spot, conveniently forgot to tell us they didn’t own two players on the roster – committing international trade fraud.” Prior to this rant, Smith had already stepped down from daily operations with the team, and was faced with more accusations that the goodwill payments he had made to former players had been charged back, which he claims was due to his bank flagging potentially suspicious transactions. History repeats itself for Denial Esports This is, of course, not the first time that Denial have stepped away from esports because of internal and financial issues. The organization went through a major down period from 2016-2018, especially in terms of competing in CoD esports, largely due to unpaid salaries and fees, consistent stonewalling by upper-management, and legal action taken against them. However, the organization returned with a bang in early-2019, with former CEO Robby Rignalda publicly apologizing for his “mismanagement,” and claiming that the new CEO Smith had “righted his wrongs” and “was turning the Denial brand in what it once was.” When news of Denial’s second demise broke, Rignalda also posted some comments of his own about the difficult situation. All I wanted to do was get the players paid back was willing to forfeit 6 years of hard work to do so. I’m still not sure exactly what is going on. I’ll do all I can. Feel free to dm if you are personally affected. — Robby Ringnalda (@DenialCEO) May 31, 2019 Not trying to play victim. I have no benefit in coming back. Just trying to get people like your csgo boys paid. Which I thought happened in January. When all the players posted screenshots of payments. — Robby Ringnalda (@DenialCEO) May 31, 2019 As always, we will continue to bring you updates on this developing story as more information becomes available.

Denial Esports announce new pro CoD roster featuring three Red Reserve players – Dexerto
Denial Esports announce new pro CoD roster featuring three Red Reserve players Esports Insider / MLGProfessional esports organization Denial Esports have announced a major Call of Duty roster overhaul, bringing on several former Red Reserve players to their new CWL Pro League team. On April 19, Denial revealed their brand new roster that will feature at the upcoming CWL London major tournament and the remainder of the CWL season, including the Pro League. The new roster features the three former Red Reserve players – Rated, Bance, and Joee – who were all free agents after RR essentially withdrew from CoD esports all together. Joining the three will be former Excelerate Gaming player Brack, who left the org on April 19 after they sold their CWL Pro League spot to Elevate. The final member of the starting lineup will be Alexx, who had spent the entirety of the season so far with Team Sween after failing to qualify for the Pro League in January. Makes sure to keep up with all of the roster changes made during the April 5-22 window by visiting our CWL London RosterMania hub. Fate of Denial’s former players As part of this massive roster overhaul, Denial dropped their entire CWL roster with the exception of ZeeK. Wailers and Breszy joined Elevate’s brand new roster, essentially swapping places with Brack, while rizK and Natshay all became free agents. Staan, who was Denial’s substitute at the Pro League, has also entered free agency, with ZeeK now being designated as the team’s new sub. Red Reserve players find a new home It has been a very rattling past few months for the Red Reserve roster to say the least, ever since it became clear that the org’s days in CoD esports were numbered. With RR now all but officially out of the Pro League, reportedly having sold their spot to FaZe Clan, the roster split up, with Rated, Joee, and Bance all joining Denial while Skrapz and Zer0 will very likely join FaZe’s new roster. These moves, of course, had been heavily rumored in the weeks leading up the official announcements, so not many were surprised when the news first broke. Tough challenge awaits at CWL London The first time we will see Denial’s revamped roster will be at CWL London, which is set to take place May 3-5. Unfortunately for the team, they’ve been placed in arguably the most difficult group at the competition, having to face Gen.G, Splyce and Luminosity in Pool B. The players will want to get in as much practice in and build as much chemistry as they can before the tournament as finishing in the top two of their pool will not be easy.

Denial Esports announce Call of Duty team ahead of CWL Pro League Qualifier – Dexerto
Denial Esports announce Call of Duty team ahead of CWL Pro League Qualifier After teasing the announcement of a new Call of Duty roster for the last few days, Denial Esports has finally revealed their new acquisition just before the end of 2018. The former Call of Duty Championship organization is re-entering the Call of Duty scene in 2019 and is doing so with one of the hottest rosters around. On January 1, they announced the acquisition of the former Str8 Rippin roster consisting of Michael ‘SpaceLy’ Schmale, Michaek ‘MajorManiak’ Szymaniak, Jared ‘Nagafen’ Harrell, Colt ‘Havok’ McLendon, and Chance ‘Maux’ Moncivaez. The roster, who competed under the Str8 Rippin banner at CWL Vegas, finished 7th-8th overall at that event after securing a solid 3-1 record during Pool Play. Despite playing for Str8 Rippin during the event, SpaceLy and co. always intended to sign with an organization on a permanent basis for the rest of the Black Ops 4 season. Now under the Denial Esports brand, the roster will now look forward to the CWL Pro League Qualifier starting on January 16. The acquisition comes just a couple of weeks after it was announced that Denial Esports was under new ownership and would be clearing any debts formerly owed by the organization. In addition to this new Call of Duty roster, Denial Esports has been rumored to also be looking to pick up a CS:GO roster in 2019, as well. On January 29, they announced the acquisition of the former Overtime eSport roster consisting of Wailers ‘Wailers’ Locart, Ryan ‘ZeeK’ Lapierre, Lucas ‘rizK’ Derambure, Paul ‘Breszy’ Breszynski, and Nathan ‘Natshay’ Dupuis. The French roster was one of the most exciting teams to compete during the CWL Pro League Qualifier and certainly made a few new fans along the way with their passionate play. While the roster only finished the first event of the Black Ops 4 season with a 25th-28th placing, they turned things around in a big way during the Qualifier. Despite being in a stacked Pool C along with teams such as Midnight Esports, 100 Thieves, and the aforementioned Team SpaceLy, they managed a 3-3 record to make it into the playoffs. They initially fell to Team Sween in their first winners match, but then went on a hot streak to make it into the League. They first took out FaZe Clan.Black before upsetting FaZe Clan with a nailbiting 3-2 win that sent them into the final qualifying game where they defeated Mindfreak 3-1 to earn the final coveted spot in the CWL Pro League. Now flying the Denial banner, the French powerhouse squad will look ahead to the CWL Pro League, which kicks of on February 4, where they are slotted into Division B. Denial Esports will also be in attendance at the next open event, CWL Fort Worth, which takes place March 15-17.

Denial CEO responds to criticism for baiting fans about new Black Ops 4 roster – Dexerto
Denial CEO responds to criticism for baiting fans about new Black Ops 4 roster Denial Esports CEO Zach Smith has responded to backlash from Call of Duty fans who believe that the organization is baiting fans by not announcing their new lineup. Denial have been hinting that they are making a return to the popular first-person-shooter in which the organization has a rich history, winning the 2015 Call of Duty World Championships. After disappearing for most of 2018, Denial made its comeback to esports in December, with the new owners paying off debts that had been owed to players across a variety of esports titles. While the Denial Twitter account dropped an over-the-top hint that they would be signing Michael ‘SpaceLy’ Schmale’s squad for the CWL Pro League Qualifiers, the organization have yet to officially announce their roster, and it seems some fans are getting tired of waiting. In response to Denial announcing their new Gears of War roster, a fan posted that they were disappointed that it wasn’t the Call of Duty roster, to which Smith replied: “You’re obsessed.” The twitter user named MattTyphoon stressed that he was “happy for all the players” joining Denial, but that the organization had been baiting fans for week, with Smith telling him that he’ll “wait more as well,” seemingly confirming that the announcement won’t be made in the near future. While Denial may have hoped that teasing the announcement would build hype for the new squad, it appears it might have backfired with CoD fans on Reddit stating that they were “over it” and had lost interest. SpaceLy’s squad are set to take part in the CWL Pro League Qualifier, which kicks off on Wednesday, January 16 as 28 teams battle for their spot in the CWL Pro League. Denial’s roster if they do acquire the squad will be: Michael ‘SpaceLy‘ Schmale – Colt ‘Havok‘ McLendon – Chance ‘Maux‘ Moncivaez – Michael ‘MajorManiak‘ Szymaniak – Jared ‘Nagafen‘ Harrell –

Demon Gun glitch returns in Warzone and is worse than ever – Dexerto
Demon Gun glitch returns in Warzone and is worse than ever ActivisionWarzone’s Demon Gun glitch has been oddly quiet for some time now, but it has finally reared its head once more. As well as occupying the screen in a terrifying twisted form, it also seems to have a new upgrade that makes it even more deadly. When Warzone Pacific first launched, Caldera was constantly being subjected to an inability to load textures and multiple instances of the Demon Gun glitch in every match. After several patches and updates, some semblance of normality was finally achieved, making the map more cohesive and glitch-free. The hot tropics of Caldera have been relatively free of twisted, sharp Demon glitches for a while now. However, it appears like it has returned in a recent update as one player unexpectedly ran into the Demon Gun glitch during a recent game, only, it had a new trick up its sleeve. Warzone’s Demon Gun glitch is back The thing about Warzone’s Demon Gun glitch is that it’s utterly terrifying to look at. For those unfamiliar with this phenomenon, the glitch breaks the textures of a gun, leaving the gun itself to become a huge, spikey-looking deathtrap that obscures a lot of the screen and player’s view. It can be off-putting and unsettling for both gamers as you need to decipher the location of your opponent who is buried amongst a sea of protruding textures. OowlwoO was simply trying to obtain a cash drop during a game of Rebirth, when out of the corner of their eye a demonic presence suddenly emerged, taking up most of the screen before quickly downing the player. The bizarre thing about this version of the Demon glitch is that as soon as the player went into the downed state, they were immediately booted from the game. In this instance, it seems like the enemy player was the one who glitched out this time instead of the gun, creating “the smoke monster” in the process. Users were quick to offer comfort with one player humorously offering: “Shouldn’t have killed the blob,” and another saying: “You should know better than to go in his feeding grounds.”

Deadly XM4 loadout still dominates Warzone meta despite nerfs – Dexerto
Deadly XM4 loadout still dominates Warzone meta despite nerfs ActivisionWarzone guru IceManIsaac has explained why the XM4 from Black Ops Cold War should still be considered meta despite its recent nerfs in the battle royale. For the longest time, Warzone players have pleaded with Raven Software for weapon balancing changes – and they’ve gotten their wish as a part of the Warzone Pacific Season 3 update. The new update has brought about some of the biggest meta shifts that the battle royale has seen to this point, with some fan-favorite weapons like the Kar98 falling by the wayside and being replaced by previously underrated choices. Black Ops Cold War’s XM4 was also hit as a part of the recent nerfs, with its maximum damage being decreased ever so slightly. While some players have ditched it, and have started focusing on the STG as a replacement, IceManIsaac believes they should go back to the old faithful. The NRG content creator highlighted the assault rifles in his May 22 video, noting that the XM4’s recent nerf wasn’t as bad as some may think – especially as its headshot multiplier was actually increased. While the maximum damage has dropped off, the Warzone YouTuber showed that the XM4 fares pretty well when compared to the STG, and actually beats it in TTK with certain shots and at different ranges. “The XM4, even with those nerfs is still meta. When you start to reach out you’ll see some fluctuation here or there, but on the whole, the XM4 is still a very easy gun to control,” he said. “Do not waste your time leveling up these STGs if you’re not super committed to it.” The YouTuber isn’t running some wacky build for the XM4, either. You can still run the Cold War favorite with the classic Agency Suppressor and Task Force barrel loadout. Obviously, the assault rifle could be hit with further nerfs down the line, but for now, don’t abandon it completely.

Deadly Warzone Top Break pistols loadout brings back infamous Snakeshot meta – Dexerto
Deadly Warzone Top Break pistols loadout brings back infamous Snakeshot meta ActivisionWarzone’s terrifying Akimbo Snakeshots have been reborn with a new build for the Top Break pistol, and it actually rivals some of the best weapons in the game. Just like many of its battle royale rivals, Warzone has gone through periods where if you’re not using a certain weapon or loadout, it is pretty impossible for you to grab a win. Weapons like the DMR and MAC-10 have been completely broken in the past, with akimbo shotguns being nightmare fuel recently for players on Caldera. One of the most terrifying loadouts, the Akimbo Snakeshot pistol builds which ripped through the competition in Warzone back in Modern Warfare, have been somewhat reborn in Warzone Pacific. While the Akimbo Snakeshot build could be used on a few different Modern Warfare pistols, it’s really only the Top Break pistols that can use them in Warzone Pacific. As Warzone content creator ModernWarzone notes, the setup makes the Top Break one of the better secondary weapon picks, especially if you’re quickly alternating shots on the triggers rather than trying to spam them in one go. Like all other Vanguard loadouts, you’re going to utilize every attachment slot possible, so you’ll have to grind out a bit of weapon leveling first to get key attachments like the Hair Trigger, Short Shell ammo, and obviously the Akimbo perk. Though, as the YouTube shows, it is pretty worthwhile. Warzone Top Break akimbo loadout Muzzle: F8 Stabilizer – Barrel: Wilkie W-4 Stub – Optic: G16 2.5x – Trigger Action: Hair Trigger – Magazine: .30 Russian Short – Ammunition: M15 Short Shell – Rear Grip: Fabric Grip – Perk 1: Akimbo – Perk 2: Quick – Even though some Warzone players swear off secondaries and just run Overkill, the build makes switching things up and dropping the perk worthwhile. As per WZRanked stats, the Top Breaks are a somewhat popular choice already – clocking in as the 7th most-used secondary weapon – so don’t be shocked to see this loadout getting some love on Caldera before long.

Deadly Warzone SMG is “way too good” in Season 1 Reloaded – Dexerto
Deadly Warzone SMG is “way too good” in Season 1 Reloaded ActivisionOne of Warzone’s best SMGs is “way too good” in Season 1 Reloaded, and it’s proving to be a must-use for many of the battle royale’s best players. With each new Warzone update – whether it’s one of the big seasonal patches or just a small, overnight hot fix – the devs typically create some sort of shift in the meta. That can, at times, be a massive overhaul that sees a popular weapon disappear from view, and, in other situations, it just elevates an underused weapon into a competitive option. These updates typically also herald the arrival of a new weapon or two as well. Typically, the newer guns shoot straight to the top of the usage charts as players want to get to grips with them and unlock all the necessary attachments to make them meta. Though, there have been some less than useful additions too. The HRM-9, however, falls on the first side of that. The SMG was introduced as a part of Season 1 Reloaded and has proven to be popular and it’s already “way too good.” Best HRM-9 loadout in Warzone after Season 1 Reloaded That’s according to Warzone guru Metaphor, who highlighted the HRM-9 in his January 23 video, comparing it to the deadly H4 Blixen from Call of Duty: Vanguard. “This thing is unbelievable. Bro, this SMG is giving me the same vibes that the H4 Blixen did in Vanguard. Not that it feels like that, but it feels like I have an SMG in my hands that feels way too good,” the YouTuber said. While some players are opting for the Princeps Long Barrel, Metaphor’s build goes away from that as he feels it’s “too slow.” Instead, he uses the ZEHMN35 Compensator and Chewk Angled Grip to balance the SMG’s recoil. And, of course, the 50-round drum barrel is there. Muzzle: ZEHMN35 Compensator – Underbarrel: Chewk Angled Grip – Stock: Folding Stock – Magazine: 50-Round drum – Rear Grip: PCS-90 Assault Grip – As noted, the HRM-9 has already proven to be a popular choice with players in the wake of nerfs to WSP Swarm, but it does also have a challenger in the form of the “insane” Striker 9. Thanks to their versatility, SMGs will never go out of style in Warzone, but be sure to give this build a try before the devs consider more changes.

Deadly Warzone SMG confirmed for CoD Mobile Season 3 – Dexerto
Deadly Warzone SMG confirmed for CoD Mobile Season 3 ActivisionThe Call of Duty Mobile devs have revealed that a deadly Modern Warfare weapon is coming in 2021’s Season 3 update, and it should be easily recognizable if you play Warzone. For years now, there has been a section of Call of Duty fans who want to see a game unlike any other. They want to do away with the new yearly release and have Activision release a game that brings together some of the most popular things from CoD history. That, on console and PC at least, seems like a pipedream. However, if you’ve got a mobile device, Call of Duty Mobile is pretty much what some fans want. The game has plenty of throwbacks to old CoD titles, as well as some unique stuff of its own, and when Season 3 rolls around, more classic weapons are coming to the fold. PP Bizon in CoD Mobile That’s right, the developers have begun their teases for Season 3, dropping a small snippet of a video for a new map, as well as a new weapon. The image for the new weapon is just like recent teases. A dark outline of the weapon is visible and set against a colorful background. “Look familiar? Can you guess what weapon this is? You can expect it to arrive in the next season of COD Mobile!” the devs tweeted on April 4 Anyone who has played Call of Duty Modern Warfare (2019) or Warzone will instantly be able to tell you what the new weapon is as it’s the Bizon SMG. https://twitter.com/PlayCODMobile/status/1378754238981935104 Some fans quickly called for the devs to start adding weapons from Black Ops titles, given there’s been an influx of Modern Warfare-based weapons recently. That could be possible seeing as last season, Modern Warfare and Black Ops weapons were added side-by-side. We’ll just have to wait and see what the devs decide to do but Season 3 isn’t all that far away so the wait won’t be too long.

Deadly Warzone shotgun rivals “broken” one-shot Lockwood 300 after buff – Dexerto
Deadly Warzone shotgun rivals “broken” one-shot Lockwood 300 after buff ActivisionWarzone guru Metaphor has unveiled a newly-buffed shotgun that rivals the “broken” one-shot Lockwood 300 that has taken over the meta in the last few weeks. Over the course of the original Warzone and Warzone 2, shotguns have plenty of time in the spotlight. They’ve broken at different points, usually due to an attachment giving them more power and range than ever before. Dragon’s Breath ammunition had been the main issue over the last few months, however, in recent days, Warzone has been taken over by the Lockwood 300 shotgun after it was pointed that it can take enemies out in one shot thanks to the Maelstorm Dual Trigger attachment and is somewhat “broken”. Players have swarmed to the shotgun in a bid to rack up wins. Though it has been banned in Ranked play. However, it’s not the only shotgun that can propel you into the winner’s circle. Best MX Guardian loadout for Warzone Season 6 If you want a viable alternative then you’ll want to look at the MX Guardian. According to Warzone guru Metaphor, it provides more ‘safety’ than the Lockwood, given that you can afford to miss one shot and not be punished. “It did recently get some buffs to make it a top contender,” Metaphor said. “I really do think, going into the final season of Warzone, we are in a shotgun meta. I think plenty of shotguns are good right now.” As noted, the MX Guardian is a bit more “safe to use” because of the semi-auto trigger. It allows you to not just be reliant on your first shot and still kills “super quick” as you can spam shots. Muzzle: Bryson Choke – Barrel: HYP-LM – Laser: Point-G3P 04 – Stock: MX DCP-0 – Trigger Action: Semi-Auto Trigger – The YouTuber added that the MX Guardian can “rival” the Lockwood as the top dog in Warzone, but plenty of people are still ignoring it despite the fact its damage was buffed in the big Season 6 update. So, if you’re bored of the Lockwood already and want to try something else, give it a go. Plus, the Guardian isn’t banned in Ranked just yet either.

Deadly Warzone LMG has no recoil & “nuts” TTK after surprise buff – Dexerto
Deadly Warzone LMG has no recoil & “nuts” TTK after surprise buff ActivisionOne of Warzone’s overlooked LMGs is set to be meta after a surprise buff, however, one specific attachment makes it viable. At times, the Warzone meta has been dominated by just one specific weapon, but that hasn’t been the case across Season 1 Reloaded and Season 2, as the meta is in its most diverse state ever. There are, of course, standout options like the SVA 545, MTZ-762, BP50, and the Striker 9, with the latter being changed again in the February 13 update. The Striker had it’s some of its damage ranges increased, but that also came with some nerfs to recoil – especially as its horizontal recoil has been increased by almost 70%. The SMG was also joined by the TAQ Evolvere in the surprise buff, with the LMG having its damage increased across the board. However, it is the 556 ammo type that really helps the TAQ thrive after the buff, especially if you want to use it in the mid-range. Best TAQ Evolvere loadout in Warzone Season 2 after buff Warzone guru WhosImmortal highlighted the LMG’s buffs shortly after the patch, praising the 556 ammo type for making the LMG “unique” compared to the other options. “I mean, this thing goes crazy. This fire rate is nuts and this turns it into a lot more of a close to mid-range style weapon here. It (556 rounds) kills the range a lot here, but it goes crazy in the fire rate, general visual recoil is easier here,” the YouTuber said, noting that fellow stats guru JGOD called the LMG’s TTK “a little nuts” after the buff. He also praised the TAQ’s strafe speed and control, adding that it barely has any recoil to go along with the increased power. Muzzle: Casus Break – Barrel: LRF Righteous long barrel – Underbarrel: Hound-96 Grip – Magazine: 100-round 556 Belt – Stock: Rampart Heavy Stock – As noted, the 556 ammo is the stronger option than the 762 rounds, with the latter being called “clunky” by WhosImmortal. If the devs have overturned the TAQ then the LMG could see some nerfs before long. But, for now, its a lot of fun to use and clearly meta.

Deadly shotgun replaces ‘OP’ Lockwood 300 as Warzone’s best – Dexerto
Deadly shotgun replaces ‘OP’ Lockwood 300 as Warzone’s best ActivisionIf you’re looking for a powerful shotgun to replace the now-nerfed Lockwood 300 in your Warzone loadouts, well, look no further than the Bryson 800. Over the past few years, Warzone has had its fair share of run-ins with overpowered weapons. A majority of these have come when something new is added to the game while others, at times, have been because of new weapon bundles. Most recently, the Lockwood 300 shotgun had players up in arms for a little bit – especially the Doom shotgun bundle. There were plenty of complaints about it being overpowered as it would not only delete enemies at close-range, but also at a similar range to SMGs and even Assault Rifles. While it’s still powerful, the Lockwood has undergone a few rounds of nerfs in recent weeks and it’s just slipped away from being the top dog. However, it’s no longer the best shotgun in Warzone. Best Bryson 800 loadout in Warzone Season 6 That’s according to Warzone guru Metaphor, who highlighted the Bryson 800 in his October 31 video, proclaiming that to be the best shotgun available. “They did something to the Bryson recently that made it more consistent than ever before and this thing is actually really good now,” he said. “Now, it’s not as OP as the one-shot shotgun was at its peak, obviously everyone knows that’s been nerfed by now, but this thing has such a consistent two-shot kill.” Unlike other shotguns, there isn’t any funky attachment making the Bryson so powerful its just a case of recent buffs working as they should. Muzzle: Bryson Choke – Barrel: 29.5’ Rifled Barrel – Underbarrel: Merc Foregrip – Laser: Point-G3P 04 – Stock: Stockless Pistol Grip – One of the big benefits that the Bryson has is that you can afford to miss your first shot and not be completely punished for that. That wasn’t the case with the Lockwood, given that by the time you’d set up your second shot, you could have been wiped out by an enemy with an SMG.

Deadly Owen Gun Warzone loadout might be better than meta MP40 – Dexerto
Deadly Owen Gun Warzone loadout might be better than meta MP40 ActivisionLooking to move away from the MP40 meta in Warzone? Well, the Owen Gun might just be the answer as one deadly loadout is getting some love from players. Once the integration between Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone took place, it didn’t long for the Vanguard weapons to jump to the top of the battle royale meta. As it currently stands, half of the top 10 most-used weapons in Warzone come from Vanguard, with the MP40 leading the pack by a fair margin. However, if you’re looking to change up your loadouts and try something new out, but want to stick with an SMG, then the Owen Gun could be the weapon that you’re looking for. The SMG, which ranks as the 24th most-used weapon as per WZRanked stats, has been getting some shine from players recently – especially across TikTok and YouTube. TikToker TTVZyro and YouTuber Metaphor both highlighted it recently on YouTube, noting that they believe it is the best SMG in Warzone thanks to its movement speed and Time-T0-Kill. Their loadouts do stray away from some of the more commonly used Owen Gun attachments. For example, there is no real need for a barrel, the Slate Reflector sight is replaced by the M38/Slate 2.5x custom scope, and a stock is also lacking. TikTok’s deadly Owen Gun loadout Muzzle: Recoil Booster – Underbarrel: Mark VI Skeletal – Optic: Nydar Model 47 – Rear Grip: Fabric Grip – Stock: Removed Stock – Magazine: 9mm 72 round mags – Ammunition: Incendiary – Perk 1: Acrobatic – Perk 2: Quick – As the Warzone content creators note, the unusual style of the SMG is a sticking point for some players, but it is hard to deny just how hard-hitting it is in-game. In terms of whether or not it’ll claim the popularity charts, that remains to be seen. The Owen Gun is yet to crack the top 20, but it has slowly crept up in recent weeks. Maybe this class will push it over the top.

Deadly MW3 LMG replaces Warzone’s meta DG-58 as fastest TTK weapon – Dexerto
Deadly MW3 LMG replaces Warzone’s meta DG-58 as fastest TTK weapon ActivisionAn LMG from Modern Warfare 3 has now replaced the meta DG-58 LSW as Warzone’s fastest-killing weapon following the Season 4 update. Whenever a new season rolls around for Warzone, the battle royale’s meta quickly undergoes a few shifts. If a top weapon from a previous season is totally broken, it’ll be brought back down to earth and something else will take its spot. The DG-58 LSW wasn’t as absurdly broken as some other guns in Warzone history, but it was definitely up there. The Modern Warfare 3 LMG had been the go-to option throughout Season 3, however, was heavily nerfed in Season 4 with changes to the bullet velocity and headshot multiplier. Those changes have, naturally, impacted the DG’s TTK, and it’s fallen away as the fastest-killing gun in Warzone. Don’t fret though, because WhosImmortal has highlighted another LMG to take its place – the Holger 26. “Now, the Holger is the more optimal choice. Not only does it have a better damage range, especially when you’re putting on full attachments to extend that range,” the Warzone guru said in his June 3 video. To be specific, the Holger has a TTK of 765 ms in fights over 30 meters, while the DG-58 LSW lacks behind at 850 ms. Muzzle: VT-7 Spirtifrie Suppressor – Barrel: Holger Factory Barrel – Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support – Optic: JAK Glassless Optic – Stock: Ascent Lord Stock – WhosImmortal noted that the difference between the two TTKs is barely noticeable at longer ranges, but the Holger is still a hair faster than its rival. The YouTuber also added that the LMG can be built in two different ways, with or without the Ascent Lord Stock, but that attachment does make it a “laser” in the long-range fights. It remains to be seen if the Holger will vault up to the top of the meta charts and knock off the likes of the Striker 9, Bruen, and MCW.

Deadly MW3 LMG dominates Warzone with “crazy” TTK in Season 2 Reloaded – Dexerto
Deadly MW3 LMG dominates Warzone with “crazy” TTK in Season 2 Reloaded ActivisionWarzone expert WhosImmortal has highlighted one of Modern Warfare 3’s LMGs as having a “crazy” TTK after the Season 2 Reloaded update. At times, the Warzone meta has been incredibly stale, with just one gun dominating things, but that hasn’t been the case recently. Throughout the end of Season 1 Reloaded, and the start of Season 2, the meta went into its most diverse state for quite some time. That continued into Season 2 Reloaded, but the battle royale devs have made some big changes to things. The popular BP50 AR was hit with a set of nerfs, including decreases to its damage outputs. That was a similar story for the MTZ-762 as the battle rifle was, again, nerfed. The wide-ranging nerfs have opened up spaces for other weapons to creep up and take a spot in the meta. And, the Holger 26 LMG could be one of the big beneficiaries of that, especially as it has a “crazy” TTK now. Best Holger 26 loadout for Warzone That’s according to Warzone guru WhosImmortal, who highlighted the LMG as one of the better choices in the battle royale after the Season 2 Reloaded update. “I go for the Ascent Lord Stock here. Instead of mobility, this is just control-based. It makes this thing an absolute laser beam. There’s no recoil whatsoever,” the YouTuber said, highlighting of the key attachments in the loadout. “The thing is powerful, it’s got a pretty crazy TTK. So, works great for the mid to long-range as well.” Muzzle: Holger Factory Barrel – Barrel: VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor – Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support – Optic: Corio Eagleseye 2.5x – Stock: Ascent Lord Stock – Timestamp of 13:59 WhosImmortal has also been pairing the Holger with the Striker as the SMG provides the perfect balance by offering close-range destruction. With other LMGs getting a nerf, alongside the wider meta shifts, there is definitely room for the Holger 26 to rise up. It just remains to be seen if it’ll do so.

Deadly MW2 rifle has one of Warzone’s best TTKs, but there’s a catch – Dexerto
Deadly MW2 rifle has one of Warzone’s best TTKs, but there’s a catch ActivisionOne of Modern Warfare 2’s most popular weapons has one of the best TTKs in Warzone’s Season 2 Reloaded update, but that only comes because of a twist in the build. When Modern Warfare 3 launched, there were plenty of complaints from players about the carry-forward aspect of the Modern Warfare 2 guns. Given that there were health changes in MW3, the MW2 guns were deemed “unusable” at first and couldn’t compete with their newer counterparts. That has changed over the last few weeks, however, with the Season 2 and Season 2 Reloaded updates putting some of the best guns from Modern Warfare 2 into the spotlight. And that goes for both multiplayer and Warzone. In the case of the TAQ-V, one of the most popular weapons from MW2, well that is proving to be a beast again in Warzone as it has one of the best TTKs in the battle royale. You just need to set it up in one specific way. Best TAQ-V loadout in Warzone Season 2 Reloaded Well, that’s according to Warzone guru WhosImmortal, who highlighted the MW2 battle rifle in his March 17 video, claiming its semi-auto mode pushes it into the top tier of weapons. “Semi-auto guns are inherently more difficult to use but the payoff here is pretty extreme. 45 meters, a decent range where a lot of fights will take place in, an 829 ms TTK, which is extremely fast,” the YouTuber said. “You might not realize it, but the TAQ-V can hold its own if you’ve got the trigger finger and accuracy to consistently land shots at a high rate.” Given that you need the semi-auto mode to unlock the TAQ’s true potential, the loadout is built for accuracy. That means using the VT-7 Spitfire Suppressor, Bruen Heavy Support underbarrel, and Tactique Brute Stock. Muzzle: VT-7 Spitfire Suppressor – Underbarrel: Bruen Heavy Support – Optic: Corio Eagleseye 2.5x – Magazine: 50-round drum – Stock: Tactique Brute Stock – Timestamp of 4:35 As per WZRanked stats, the TAQ-V still isn’t getting a look in with players as it sits with a 0.03% popularity rate. That’s a long way off even being a tenuous part of the meta. However, as WhosImmortal points out, if you can master it, you are going to find success. So, don’t be shocked to see some players run it.

Deadly Modern Warfare 3 SMG revives Warzone’s Mac 10 meta – Dexerto
Deadly Modern Warfare 3 SMG revives Warzone’s Mac 10 meta ActivisionThe Mac 10 was one of the most popular weapons in Warzone history when it was in the meta back during the Verdansk days, and ever since, players have been looking to recreate that type of gameplay with other submachine guns — and this loadout might just do the trick. Back in Black Ops Cold War, the Mac 10 submachine gun wreaked havoc in both Verdansk and Rebirth Island, with a great rate of fire, steady handling, and great mobility. It really encapsulated a true do-it-all SMG. While there have been some dominant subs since players don’t look at the short-range meta weapons quite as fondly as the Mac 10, and this gun class might just bring it back. The best WSP Swarm was meta in the early days of Urzikstan, truly dominating the SMG class by some distance, but has since fallen to the wayside and down the pecking order. However, put the following attachments on it, just like tcTekk has, and you can recreate the Mac 10 almost perfectly: Muzzle: ZEHMN35 Compensated Flash Hider – Barrel: WSP Reckless 90 Long Barrel – Stock: FSS Fortress Heavy Stock – Ammunition: 9mm High Grain Rounds – Magazine: 100 Round Drum – Obviously, the gun won’t be an exact like-for-like, but as the attachments are effective in improving range, recoil, and handling, as well as the 100 Round Drum of High Grain Rounds dealing more damage and across multiple enemies, you’ll be hard pushed to find many better SMG classes than this one. With Treyarch working on the next Call of Duty, expected to release at the end of 2024, it’s very possible that they might bring back the actual Mac 10 to the game. Leaks have hinted at a name of either Black Ops 6 or Black Ops Gulf War, but it is expected to follow the events of Black Ops Cold War, which may mean the most popular guns returning, as often happens in Call of Duty. Combine that with the rumored return of Verdansk, and OG Warzone players may be in for an absolute treat to round out the year.

Deadly Bruen Warzone loadout dominates meta Bren in TTK – Dexerto
Deadly Bruen Warzone loadout dominates meta Bren in TTK ActivisionIf you’re still running the Bren as your go-to weapon in Warzone, you may want to think again, as Modern Warfare’s Bruen LMG actually outshines its rival in the TTK (Time-To-Kill) stakes. Despite Raven Software making a few changes with the Season 2 Reloaded update, Warzone’s meta has remained pretty stable recently, with a few Vanguard weapons remaining as the top dogs. That includes the Bren, which had previously been the most popular weapon in the battle royale, but has remained a strong choice after some tweaks thanks to its solid Time to Kill (TTK), as well as its range. Though, if you’re wanting to keep things fresh and get ahead of the meta, you may want to rethink your LMG loadouts, as it appears that the Bren isn’t actually the best choice for TTK. That’s right, as YouTuber WhosImmortal points out, the Bren has actually fallen behind Modern Warfare’s Bruen LMG when it comes to TTK – and the Bruen isn’t all that popular of a choice anymore. The YouTuber highlighted that the Bruen is actually better in his April 1st video, showing that the Modern Warfare LMG has huge advantages if you’re just nailing chest shots now with the new health changes. While things get a little closer for headshots, the Bruen still holds the upper hand. “While the Bren is so dominant to every part of the body, the Bruen is equal to or better than the Bren pretty much, minus the headshots for a little bit,” he said, noting that the Vanguard weapon only really takes the upper hand if your engagements are over 59 meters. Best Bruen LMG Warzone loadout for Season 2 Reloaded Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor – Barrel: XRK Summit 26.8′ – Optic: Corp Combat Holo Sight – Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip – Magazine: 60 round mags – As noted, the Bruen’s popularity has severely dropped off in recent months, and now sits as the 59th most-used weapon per WZRanked. That could all change, of course, if players start to rock the dominant loadout, but it could also force Raven into making a few changes. So, we’ll have to wait and see.

Dead Ops Arcade 3 teased for Black Ops Cold War Zombies – Dexerto
Dead Ops Arcade 3 teased for Black Ops Cold War Zombies Activision[jwplayer QkvtNtzX] Activision has confirmed that Dead Ops Arcade, the fan-favorite top-down shooter featured in previous Black Ops games, will be making its return in Black Ops Cold War. When most people think of Treyarch Zombies, they think of classic maps like Nacht der Untoten, Der Riese, Kino der Toten, and even newer maps like Der Eisendrache. All of these maps, and the normal mode in general, have classic first-person shooter gameplay alongside wave-based combat. That’s just the Zombies experience as most people know it. One lesser known aspect of the series, however, is called Dead Ops Arcade. While this mode uses the undead in the same way the normal mode does, it’s certainly unique in terms of how it controls and how it plays. The problem is that, up until this point, it’s only appeared in two games, so it’s exposure is a bit limited. That seems to be changing, however, as Treyarch has hinted that its upcoming game Black Ops Cold War will indeed include a sequel to Dead Ops Arcade, which excited longtime fans of the mode. The company announced the news in their blog post talking about Black Ops Cold War’s Zombies mode after its reveal earlier today. At the end of the post, fans can see a giant picture of a stylized beach, alongside a number “3”, hinting that the mode will more than likely be called Dead Ops Arcade 3. For those that don’t know, Dead Ops Arcade appeared in both Black Ops 1 in 2010 and Black Ops 3 in 2015. Instead of traditional first-person shooter mechanics, the game instead played in a top-down, twin-stick shooter style, with players running around maps, killing zombies, collecting power-ups, and more. The mode itself has gotten a ton of praise over the years, with the general consensus being that it brings a breath of fresh air to the franchise which is so obsessed with first-person shooter gameplay. Unfortunately, we don’t know anything more about the mode itself. There were no screenshots, no gameplay, and no other details released, just the teaser. Here’s hoping we won’t have to wait until release to hear more about it.
