LEGO Fortnite players say paywall-locked builds will “ruin” the game Epic Games, LEGOFortnite is introducing new building sets to LEGO Fortnite, but they come with a price tag of upwards of $20. LEGO Fortnite was Epic Games’ latest push for making the universe more accessible to all ages alongside Rocket Racing and Fortnite Festival. All three of which were revealed ahead of Chapter 5. The game mode follows a survival-based format and showcases structures and creatures crafted entirely in LEGO’s distinctive style. Since its launch on December 7, LEGO Fortnite has garnered a substantial player base with hundreds of thousands logging in daily. Despite its initial success, the game has only recently received its first significant update. LEGO Fortnite fans “disheartened” over new builds On March 7, LEGO Fortnite announced its latest addition to the game – purchasable build kits. These kids are themed around aspects that are already in Fortnite, such as Durr Burger. However, some players think that the hefty price tag isn’t worth it. “Sad to see these items be behind a paywall,” said 100 Thieves content creator CourageJD. “Definitely disappointing!” Several commenters shared a common sentiment, expressing uncertainty about why Fortnite would restrict essential creative items behind purchases. Some believed that the prices might be justified if the sets were actual LEGO builds, but not when they were just virtual additions to the game. “I hope the game will continue to get FREE builds in future updates,” said another commenter. “This is disheartening.” “You know for damn sure they won’t do that,” replied one commenter. “There’s too much potential money in this, and with Lego Fortnite not having any quests, there’s no shot of any “free for completing quests” stuff that you would get with a battle pass. Lego Fortnite is ruined because of this.” For those who are interested in purchasing these sets, they will hit the item shop on March 8. This will coincide with the release of Chapter 5 Season 2 which will add a new battle pass and change the map.

LEGO Fortnite players cast their complaints over missing Gone Fishin’ features – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite players cast their complaints over missing Gone Fishin’ features Epic GamesLEGO Fortnite players are pointing out missing features in the Gone Fishin’ update as the game focuses on fishing rather than travel options. Ever since it launched at the start of Chapter 5, LEGO Fortnite has become quite the hit for Epic Games as the survival game mode saw a breath of fresh air for battle royale. However, ever since its release in late December 2023, the game has been slow with new content as it released right on the holidays. But the game just released its first big update, Gone Fishin’, adding in a plethora of new features. But, despite the huge update, players are casting their complaints over some missing features that the Gone Fishin’ update missed. As you can tell by the name, Gone Fishin’ focuses on adding fishing to LEGO Fortnite, among other new additions from a plethora of fishes, to new tools, and even new resources. However, despite coming out to the celebration of the community as you can now fish with the boys, many point out that this update doesn’t fix a long-time problem in most players’ playthroughs, traveling the world. “Please, just give us a better method of travel,” a player commented in the LEGO Fortnite subreddit on the update. “A horse, a donkey, a rabbit, a giraffe, a scooter that takes slurp juice as fuel. I don’t care. Anything.” Another player questioned, “Nothing added for traveling this HUGE map? Can you just give us back the unlimited grappler until you do?” With another describing the pains, they go through to travel the map to their other bases. “Getting pushed off my ship, dying on purpose, respawning on the ship, and lowering the ship at least two times per one-way trip between my bases is such a pain in the ass at the moment,” they wrote. So LEGO Fortnite players will need to wait and see if Epic in a future update brings another big update, hopefully with more methods of travel.

LEGO Fortnite players complain the map is just way too big – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite players complain the map is just way too big LEGO FortniteLEGO Fortnite players have voiced their frustration with the game having a massive map that’s hard to get around. Adding frustration vehicles and other teleportation remain unreliable LEGO Fortnite continues to be a roaring success for Epic Games. The fully-fledged survival game was added to the Fortnite hub just a few weeks ago, and players have been out mining its depths (and knotroot). There’s a lot to get lost in out there as you build your dream LEGO mansion. From desert and snow biomes, there are a lot of resources to find to help you make more and more advanced items that will help you on your travels. On top of that, you’ll be able to take on bigger and bigger challenges too. The world is also procedurally generated, meaning that every time you start a new game, you will have a new landscape to discover and conquer. However, perhaps that’s also an issue – maybe the world is too big. That’s what some LEGO Fortnite players are saying, with many lamenting how long it takes to get around. LEGO Fortnite’s world takes too long to traverse for some players In a highly upvoted Reddit post titled “The game is too large with no reliable form of transportation”, user Cryptikfox said the game’s world is too cumbersome to traverse. They commented: “I love exploring the world, and would gladly waste my life away collecting resources, but the travel distances are absolutely brutal.” “Some friends and I spent a while building up a world since the release but now our village is a 20 minute one-way commute to the frostlands. We got a bad seed with no real ideal locations close to all 3 biomes” They also complained about the vehicles, which can become unreliable with glitching after a few uses. This was echoed by a second highly upvoted post titled, “Don’t build a vehicle expecting it to be useful.” They explained: “Don’t waste hours of your life on a monorail that will break, don’t waste hours making a plane that can turn but the rockets clip out of the cage, don’t make my mistake if you want to actually get around the map fast.” It seems vehicles are quite glitchy, or straight up broken in their current state, exacerbating the issue with the long travel distances. Here’s hoping their stability and more travel options come to the game world in the future.

LEGO Fortnite players call for more movement features to be added – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite players call for more movement features to be added Epic GamesLEGO Fortnite players are calling out devs to add more movement features to the game to ease traversal across three biomes on the map. Here’s what they suggested. Among the many survival games available, LEGO Fortnite has risen to prominence in a short amount of time, becoming the first free-to-play Fortnite game to have more players than Battle Royale did at launch. Players have been patiently waiting for an update that supposedly brings new features to the survival/sandbox adventure, which was released in December 2023, for the past month. Community members are still talking about how to move around and what tools to use for traversal, even now the Rift weaponry and other useful things have leaked. The Steering Wheel, rideable animals, and other features have been long-requested by players on social media, prompting developers to address their demands. After much speculation, they have finally come up with a list of movement features they hope developers will include in the game’s rumored update later this month. Here’s what the players proposed and requested. LEGO Fortnite players demand devs add more movement features In an amusing Reddit post by user2252005, they asked the player community whether they’d like to see a rideable LEGO Horse or a LEGO Bicycle to be added to LEGO Fortnite in the future. With the image the user wrote, “Personally, I’d love to see more transportation options, specifically horses and bicycles since both are already actual LEGO pieces anyway.” They added further, “I could see horses being found roaming the grassland biome and needing to be tamed while bikes could be placed under the Toys tab in the build menu, maybe made out of copper and flexwood or something along those lines.” Several players who are tired of the lack of transportation items in the games turned in their comments on the suggestion above. One such user said, “I’m just taking a break from the game until they add transportation.” Another chimed in with a list of suggestions, “Horses would be great, not sure if a bike would work on the rough terrain. Steering wheel, we already have tires. Different arrow types. A sword made from flexwood, the uncommon and rare swords both use knotwood. A tent for a quick night shelter. Propellers for airship builds.” A third user added with their demands, “Boats to search the water areas either motorized or rowboats. Snowboard/ Bikes for fun and fast mobility. Rideable animals. Mending options to repair tools/weapons.” While the list of demands goes on among players as they wait for a major LEGO Fortnite update, we’ve got a guide for you in the meanwhile that lets you build a driveable car in the game.

LEGO Fortnite players beg for new content to fix ‘boring’ endgame – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite players beg for new content to fix ‘boring’ endgame Epic Games, LEGOLEGO Fortnite players beg developers for more content as they run out of things to do less than a month into the game. Fortnite swarmed with hundreds of thousands when LEGO Fortnite dropped on December 7. Over a million players jumped into the lobbies during the first few days, but as time has gone on, people have started to lose interest. LEGO Fortnite’s numbers have dropped from nearly a million daily to just a couple hundred thousand. While some games would kill for this number of players, the drop-off is significant. Now, users have taken to social media to complain about the lack of content in the game and what to do once they have reached ‘the end.’ LEGO Fortnite socials flood with requests for new content It has been weeks since LEGO Fortnite has received any sort of update. The last update detailed small changes to item stack size and weapon durability. However, since then, people have asked developers to address the real issues with the game. “Any word on a content update/bug fix patch,” asked one user on a recent post from LEGO Fortnite. Twitter is not the only platform being bombarded with tough questions from the fan base, either. Multiple posts on Reddit have also begun popping up to deal with the issues regarding what to do after getting numerous villages to level 10. “Hearing people ask ‘What should I do when I hit end game?’,” said one Redditor. “I suggest building your megabase upon the tallest mountain in the game and giving it a grand staircase! The views up here are awesome.” While building a dream base has been the goal for many, some have experienced hitting build limits, which has stopped them from playing the game entirely. At the time of writing this article, LEGO Fortnite has not made or announced any updates or patches to the game.

LEGO Fortnite players are finally done with “broken” game – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite players are finally done with “broken” game Epic GamesOne LEGO Fortnite player has announced they have finished playing the new game mode after they encountered a building bug that totally destroyed their sky structure in seconds. Fortnite started a whole new beginning with the addition of three innovative game modes to kick off Chapter 5. One of which was LEGO Fortnite, which has been by far the most popular of the new modes. So much so, that it was the main contributor that surged Fortnite to break its player count records and achieve over 44 million players in just one day. Two months later, the LEGO mode is still the strongest performing. However, all three modes have faced criticisms from players of becoming “boring” following a series of lackluster content updates. This has led to player numbers significantly dropping across the new modes and now various LEGO Fortnite players have expressed why they have finally had enough. LEGO Fortnite player says they are done after too many issues LEGO Fortnite player sfchillin announced to the game’s subreddit: “I’m done with this broken game. Too many issues and wasted time.” It was paired with a tragic video of the player trying to build a transportation system high up in the sky. They showed them walking along and extending their platform with new floor pieces. Yet, when they went to place another piece to connect the two sky platforms together, an OG bug ensued, which doesn’t let players connect platforms. The structure they had been building and walking along broke instantly as all the wooden materials could be seen falling, with the player forced to pull out their Glider to land safely. Experienced players “Idk why anyone is attempting to build these ‘transportation’ systems. There’s 100 posts every week about them completely breaking. People refuse to learn from other’s mistakes.” To which players poured in to instead slam LEGO Fortnite. One responded: “Because literally nothing else in the game. No lore, no good bosses, no story.” As another added: “For a game that revolves around building it does a sh*tty job! I have lost countless structures to glitches.” The classic bug, that “has been here from the beginning. You can’t connect from the other side,” has proved to be an issue ever since players were getting the hang of building and tried to create their first monorails.

LEGO Fortnite player reveals unlimited farming trick – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite player reveals unlimited farming trick Epic Games / theaxegrinderOne LEGO Fortnite player has discovered a farming exploit that lets you instantly harvest all your crops without the lengthy wait time. Here is exactly how to do it. LEGO Fortnite dropped into Fortnite with the start of Chapter 5 Season 1, where the Minecraft-esque game mode helped shatter peak player count records in just a day. Ever since, players have been putting in countless hours to max out their villages and level, explore their worlds, and make some remarkable vehicles, buildings, and pop culture recreations. However, with the LEGO game still being in the early days, players have noticed an array of different bugs when playing. Many of these have proved troublesome, but some can be incredibly helpful. One of these is an ingenious trick that a player has revealed is a farming exploit that allows your crops to be harvested in an instant, which can be completed an infinite amount of times. LEGO Fortnite player discovers infinite farming exploit Fortnite player theaxegrinder asked: “So… Did you guys know about this?” As they showed their gameplay for how exactly to turn fifty Pumpkin seeds into fifty Pumpkins and Vines in just seconds. The player first collected fifty Pumpkin seeds which they then placed in the Plot of Soil from their inventory. Then they just hit their planted Pumpkin with their Longsword, where after every strike the player receives one Pumpkin and one Vine. Despite some players already knowing about the bug, many praised them and were left shocked, with one stating: “This just changed my life.” One asked: “Works with anything or just pumpkin?” As players confirmed: “Anything. I found this out a couple nights ago when I was putting all my loot in one village to see what I had.” Many have suspected the farming trick would soon be removed: “Watch this get patched to where it only just drops the seeds,” so make sure you stack up and get farming while it’s still in LEGO Fortnite.

LEGO Fortnite player shares genius way to mark cleared out caves – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite player shares genius way to mark cleared out caves LEGO FortniteOne LEGO Fortnite player has found a great way to remember which caves have been cleared out using map markers. Fortnite’s introduction of a survival-based open world was an instant success with fans. Especially those who were fans of LEGO and wanted to bring that building experience to life. The game mode, introduced alongside Fortnite Festival and Rocket Racing, peaked at over 2 million players within the first week of its release. Just one million below the peak rating of regular battle royale. However, the player count has been falling since, dropping to under 200,000 concert players daily, mostly due to the numerous unfixed bugs and the need for more content to be added. That said, players are still finding new ways to streamline their gaming experience in LEGO Fortnite, especially when exploring caves. Map markers are great for caves, but there’s a catch A Reddit user posted to the official LEGO Fortnite subreddit asking other players if they were the only ones that used map markers to identify caves that no longer had resources. However, the concept itself was not unique, according to commenters beneath the post. One commenter pointed out that while map markers can be extremely useful, they also have their drawbacks, notably the limited amount you can use. “I was marking every cave entrance I was running across: red for desert, blue for snow, green for grasslands, and breaking/rebuilding them grey once explored,” said one commenter. “Then came the dreaded ‘you have too many of this item.’ It’s really annoying. Even if respawning materials isn’t currently a thing, hamstringing my ability to exhaustively catalog caves on the map makes me just… not want to explore.” One player replied to this sentiment: “It’s like I’m playing a watered-down legacy console Minecraft.” Players are fleeing LEGO Fortnite in droves, frustrated by the restrictive measures slapped on villagers, buildings, and map markers. Hopefully, this lack of freedom will be adjusted in future updates, which players are begging for at this point.

LEGO Fortnite player reveals how to instantly farm hundreds of Heavy Wool – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite player reveals how to instantly farm hundreds of Heavy Wool Epic Games / SuperMadFishyOne LEGO Fortnite player has discovered a farming exploit that lets you instantly get hundreds of Heavy Wool. Here is exactly how to do it. LEGO Fortnite has made quite an impact after it launched into Fortnite at the start of Chapter 5, where it instantly broke peak player count records. Players have quickly turned into passionate fans, thanks to the countless hours of adventures and tasks they can take part in as part of their own user-created LEGO worlds. This includes surviving, building, crafting, exploring and fighting various enemies. A task that can prove troublesome is finding and making various resources and materials in the game. One of these is creating Heavy Wool, which thanks to an exploit, a player has shown how you can easily and instantly create hundreds of these in LEGO Fortnite. Here’s exactly how. LEGO Fortnite player discovers genius Heavy Wool exploit Fortnite player SuperMadFishy posted: “Just realized that animals eat seeds too and not just vines, so instead of dropping 1000 vines at a time, I am now exclusively dropping wheat seeds as it’s so much easier to get thousands. 1500 seeds got me 350 heavy wool.” A player replied: “Next up on Hoarders…” as many more praised the player for the Heavy Wool exploit, calling them a “god.” Despite the exploit proving useful to get Heavy Wool fast, many questioned: “What can you do with heavy wool? I couldn’t figure that out.” The OP clarified: “Right now it seems to only be used for heavy wool thread, which is used for certain charms. I imagine it will have more uses in the future I’m just stocking up on everything.” Heavy Wool can also be used to create Wool fabric for Gliders, and with more updates coming from Epic Games, it is worth stocking up with this easy method for resources that may prove useful in the future.

LEGO Fortnite player recreates Star Destroyer inspired by real-life Star Wars set – Dexerto

As the player community is steadily going innovative with their in-game creations, here’s how this one looks and what fans had to say. The cornerstone of both LEGO and Fortnite is the spirit of creativity. There are limitless opportunities for individuals to dream, build, and explore on both platforms. At the intersection of these two realms, LEGO Fortnite players stand at the threshold between the digital and physical mediums of model creation. Since the mode’s release, players have exhibited their imaginations by creating unique structures such as an underground marijuana plantation, and creative transportation such as planes and monorails. Yet, despite many players slamming the game’s traversal, LEGO Fortnite vehicle builds continue to be popular. Though most of the creations have been typical fare, one player has taken inspiration from their actual LEGO Star Wars set and built a fully operational Star Destroyer in the game. LEGO Fortnite player builds Star Destroyer in the game A LEGO Fortnite player who goes by the name of cxt_bro shared his LEGO Star Destroyer build on a Reddit thread. According to the player, the build is inspired by the official Star Wars LEGO sets. Upon looking at the marvelous creation, players applauded the user for their efforts. One such player said, “So f*****g cool dude, continue doing this, you have a huge talent.” Another chimed in after the user revealed they spent only an hour making it, “How the hell it only take you an hour, this would’ve taken me at least 5 or 6. Crazy. How did you go about making it?” The user then laid out instructions for the Star Destroyer build and commented, “I started out with a triangle outline, added tons of roofs first, then most of the crazy details were saved for later after the base design was near completion. The only thing that made it difficult for me was the annoying night cycles making it hard to see.” As LEGO Fortnite continues to thrive with joyous players and community, there are several upcoming additions to the game mode that have already leaked online.

The dynamically created landscape of LEGO Fortnite is divided into three biomes, each with its unique mix of obstacles and useful supplies. Here’s how it looks and how the player community reacted to it. With its fast-growing fanbase, LEGO Fortnite has quickly become one of the best free-to-play survival/sandbox games available. Our review lauded the game for taking on established favorites like Minecraft. Played by more people than in Season OG, LEGO Fortnite has quickly become number one of the three newest additions to the Fortnite ecosystem. The game is inspiring its user base to unleash their imaginations as they build their own Star Destroyer and other one-of-a-kind vehicles, towns, and inspired masterpieces using LEGO materials. Social media is already crowded with hundreds of imaginative creations made by LEGO Fortnite players. The user then gets inside and shows a work counter and the driver’s area which looks somewhat similar to the one you’re used to seeing in Breaking Bad. Once they turn on the Activation Switch, the RV boosts up and runs at full speed, while smashing trees and other structures in the way. LEGO Fortnite player invents fully functional in-game helicopter – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite player invents fully functional in-game helicopter Reddit/MosqueromgA LEGO Fortnite player has invented a working helicopter in the game and it’s amazing. Here’s how it works and how players reacted to the build. LEGO Fortnite has flourished as one of the best survival games due to its innovative procedurally generated gameplay, the use of LEGO bricks as building materials, and the game’s elegant fusion of Fortnite’s characters and elements. Survival and Sandbox are the two modes in LEGO Fortnite, and each has its devoted player base. Users who enjoy a challenge and combating brutes should select Survival and embark on a realistic journey similar to that of Minecraft. Others, however, opt for Sandbox mode, in which they can freely express their imagination and construct one-of-a-kind structures. Numerous players have built Star Destroyers, boats, cars, and other objects in LEGO Fortnite, shocking the community with their capabilities. A player in the game has now created a fully operational helicopter, much to the amusement of others. Player creates a fully working Helicopter in LEGO Fortnite A user named Mosqueromg shared their LEGO Fortnite creation, which is a fully functional Helicopter, via a walkthrough video that shows the creation in action as well as the structure’s interior. Alongside the video, the user also wrote, “Helicopter with steering wheel and propeller” (translated from Spanish). Looking at the build, they have attached multiple thrusters to their LEGO Fortnite invention as well as Activation Switches, each with independent roles in the Helicopter’s inner workings. The Helicopter blades are also seen perfectly spinning. Upon looking at the amusing creation, players commended the user. One such player said, “You won bro, this is cool.” Another chimed in, “With how buggy this is that has to break within 5 mins. Too many resources for me.” A third user called attention to the mode’s limited resources and added, “Honestly, with the level of creativity vehicles have reached despite the known bugginess, devs should certainly be focusing their efforts on making these workable. I don’t care about the actual survival aspect. Just give me the ability to build crazy s**t.” While the launch version of LEGO Fortnite still has limited resources and items, several leaks have pointed towards various new features coming soon to the game.

Here’s what it looks like and how fans reacted to it. Among big sandbox/survival adventure games like Minecraft, LEGO Fortnite stands out as a contender and has gone viral. After its introduction in Fortnite, the mode broke the active player count of Season OG, which was already a record for Epic’s Battle Royale setup. After more than a week of its release, players are still having a blast with the LEGO Fortnite experience, and they’re letting their creativity soar as they build vehicles like airships, cars, and monorails. Additionally, the level of excitement surrounding player builds is unparalleled, as they construct luxurious houses, subterranean bunkers, and recreations of famous landmarks. One player’s creation of a fully stocked marijuana farm and its fictitious illicit operation became viral. Even if it sounds complicated, here are the reactions of fans to the hilarious creation. LEGO Fortnite player creates a fully stocked marijuana farm in-game A user named MitchellC published a video on TikTok, which was later shared on Facebook, where they showcased their “illegal grow (marijuana) operation” in LEGO Fortnite. The player while donning the free skin walked through their underground bunker where they had assembled rows of potted plants with multiple ceiling lights shining over them. Furthermore, they went on to showcase a packing station, a sink, an office, and barrels of water around the area. However, others added their comments with one fan saying, “It’s a good thing cops aren’t in the game.” Another one chimed in, “It’s just actually on Fortnite, or is this another game because this looks fun.” A third fan added, “Breaking Bad in LEGO.” As players continue to innovate in LEGO Fortnite, we’ve got you covered right here at Dexerto for all you need to know before you start playing the game.

LEGO Fortnite player creates perfect replica of Star Wars Death Star – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite player creates perfect replica of Star Wars Death Star Reddit: u/cxt_broLEGO Fortnite’s creativity continues to reach new heights after one player showed off their incredible Death Star recreation in the game mode. After Fortnite OG, it seemed nearly impossible that Epic Games could top the milestones set by the throwback season. Enter Chapter 5, Season 1, and along comes three new modes, including LEGO Fortnite. Fortnite’s take on the Minecraft formula broke the records set by Season OG, and for good reason, by giving players the tools to create whatever they want with LEGO’s signature style. Players have spent countless hours recreating their favorite locales, vehicles, and structures in-game, with some incredible results to show for it. The creation train hasn’t stopped rolling, as one player shared their build of the Death Star from Star Wars. LEGO Fortnite player shows off Death Star recreation in-game Reddit user cxt_bro shared their creation from the “galaxy far, far away” to the LEGOfortnite subreddit. The Death Star evilly lurks in their realm’s skies, complete with a secret entrance. The best part of the creation is that the player can go inside the Death Star, with an image showing the amazingly detailed interiors. Players’ comments were positive, with plenty of praise in the replies for cxt_bro’s creation. However, the color scheme was a point of contention, with players saying the brown colors made it look like “The Death Bagel” or the “Century Egg.” Other Star Wars fans jokingly pointed out the lore inaccuracy of Leia rebuilding the Death Star. “Leia, why did you remake that? You do remember it blew up your planet, right?” This isn’t the first time Star Wars creations made their way into Fortnite, especially from this player. Late last year, they built the Star Destroyer LEGO Fortnite, basing it on the LEGO model. Stay tuned, as this player’s Star Wars creation may be far from over.

Too bad my mic was muted and I couldn’t share my colorful vocabulary,” they further revealed. “Airships are completely broken in survival. Best to stick with your own 2 feet for travel,” one player suggested, as another saw the lighter side: “They’re so glitchy it’s hilarious. I’ve been thrown off my ship like 10 times.” Various others shared their own infuriating experiences,” I made a monorail across my map to transfer my base, the wheels on the bottom broke halfway sending the train over the side and half of my chests disappeared with almost all my important items.” With LEGO Fortnite having only been released on December 7, Epic Games has confirmed that the survival and building-focused game will continue to have updates and new features to improve it.

LEGO Fortnite Lost Isles update 31.20 patch notes: Return of Klombo, new biomes & vehicles Epic GamesLEGO Fortnite’s latest Lost Isles update brings tons of new content including new biomes, weapons, vehicles, and the return of a fan-favorite creature. Here are the full patch notes. LEGO Fortnite has come a long way since it was released. So many new features, weapons, animals, and more have been added to the game, making it the perfect getaway if you’re looking for a breath of fresh air from the Battle Royale. And now that Epic has finally released the Lost Isles update that adds Klombo to the island and brings a much-requested vehicle to the game. So, here are the patch notes for update 31.20 in LEGO Fortnite. LEGO Fortnite update 31.20 full patch notes Explore Lost Isles Any Battle Bus Station will transport you to Lost Isles, which has a diverse ecosystem featuring five different environments. Here’s what to know about each one: Beach The Beach is a great place to pursue relaxation… just be careful of the Pirates landlubbin’ in and out of Pirate Towns. Mind your sea legs — these scallywag dogs will be setting their sights your way! Plains The Plains are anything but plain, but they’re plenty plantain — this biome is the home of the Peely Tribe! (Yes we know plantains aren’t the same as bananas. We wouldn’t slip up like that…) The members of the Peely Tribe are friendly and need all the help they can get to drive back the pillaging pirates and other lurking foes. Jungle Now you’re in the thick of it! The Jungle is a lush biome with helpful plants like Hop Flowers that make you bounce, Slurp Plants that heal you, and damaging Bomb and Stink Flowers that can help you defend yourself. Defend yourself against what, you ask? The Storm-Wild Tomatoes. Maybe they arrived after “Tomato Town” was wiped out, or maybe they’ve been here before Tomato Town was even a thing. Mountains Get ready for a pretty view! Climb to the top of the Mountains to feel high and mighty and pluck some pineapples too. Pirate fortresses can be found here along with callous creatures. Floating Islands Seen from most places in Lost Isles, the Floating Islands act as a great compass for your travels (if you don’t want to use your actual Compass). While a challenging biome to traverse, the encounters and critters you’ll find here offer rewards you won’t find anywhere else. Launch yourself off a geyser to glide up here, or maybe just build some stairs. New Weapons and Runes Exploring uncharted territory comes with some risks, so grab some tools to help you out! Collect Mahogany from trees in Lost Isles to unlock the recipes for these. The Pirate Musket, Flint-Knock Pistol, and dynamite-laden Boom Shield are standard-issue supplies of Pirates. If you find yourself in a scuttle with them, they can drop one of these if you win! From the Peely Tribe, you’ll find plenty of Throwing Spears, a punch-packing projectile. Storm-Wild Tomatoes are known for carrying the Explorer’s Machete, which is great for cutting through the thick Jungle, plus the Knockback Shield to send foes flying. The Essence Table has been upgraded to the Rune Forge, where you can craft Runes for strengthening your tools by spending Essence. (Chopping down trees, picking plants, and defeating enemies can get you Essence!) Craft one of these Runes and apply it to a tool to upgrade it: Rune of Berserk I-III: apply to a tool to increase your attack speed with it – Rune of Damage I-III: apply to a tool to increase its damage – Rune of Destruction I-III: apply to a tool to give it a chance to instantly destroy buildings when hitting them – Rune of Durability I-III: apply to a tool to increase its durability – Rune of Health I-III: apply to a tool to create a chance for enemies to drop Health items when hit – Rune of Luck I-III: apply it to a tool to give it an increased chance of getting extra loot drops when defeating enemies – Rune of Undead Bane I-III: apply it to a tool to give it increased damage against undead enemies – While venturing out in the world you’ll also find powerful books called Tomes that give one of the Runes above or an item recipe when you read them. Friendly Klombos & Grumpy Golems Lost Isles is home to the legendary Klombos, which can be found in their native lagoon habitats in the Jungle. Feed a Klombo a Klomberry to earn a friend and trusty steed to accompany you on your big adventures. Just, don’t make it mad. Some of Lost Isles is best admired from a distance, as the scenery here often has a mind of its own. Golems are dangerous, living statues that roam the Beach, Plains, and Jungle. Defend yourself against Golems to get valuable resources and Rift Shards, an ingredient for Battle Bus Stations. New Consumables Lost Isles has lots of new foods you can eat or use as ingredients. Some enhance your abilities, while others can be replanted back on the mainland. On the Beach you’ll find: Bananas An ingredient in Banana Pancakes, which temporarily make you jump higher. – – Coconuts Can be made into Tropical Smoothies that temporarily increase your max stamina. – – In the Plains you’ll find: Pineapples A (controversial) ingredient for Hawaiian Pizza, which lowers your stamina consumption. – – Klomberries Feed one to a Klombo to make it your friend and rideable, or eat it to restore some Health. Can be converted to Klomberry Seeds at a Grain Mill, replanted, and grown back on the mainland. – – In the Jungle you’ll find: Tomatoes A local delicacy you can eat to restore some Health. Can be converted into Tomato Seeds at a Grain Mill, replanted, and grown back on the mainland. – – Fun in the Sun Paradise is meant for playing. Lost Isles adds several new Toys! Can you pet animals in LEGO Fortnite? – Dexerto
Can you pet animals in LEGO Fortnite? Epic Games, LEGOExplore the rich content of LEGO Fortnite, where various animals provide rewards under specific conditions, making the game experience even more engaging. Fortnite’s LEGO collaboration went live on Thursday, December 7, introducing a new Minecraft-like game mode. Given the clear Minecraft influence, the mode’s most notable elements center around crafting, building, and survival mechanics. As such, LEGO Fortnite encourages players to create their unique worlds and even invite their friends along for the ride. But there’s much more going on than meets the eye. For example, several different types of animals roam around that may deserve a little attention. Can players pet animals in LEGO Fortnite? As noted by the popular Can You Pet the Dog Twitter account, yes, it is possible to pet wildlife in Fornite’s LEGO mode. The official LEGO Fortnite page shared more insight, noting that players can interact with the following creatures: Chickens, Cows, and Sheep. Brutes, on the other hand, probably won’t take kindly to such behavior. The ability to pet animals isn’t the only benefit that wildlife creatures provide in LEGO Fortnite. Petting the Cows, Chicken, and Sheep also rewards players with crafting materials, such as milk, eggs, and wool. (It is also worth noting that LEGO Fortnite’s animals may drop different loot if a player kills them instead.) Notably, the ongoing LEGO collaboration constitutes one of three modes coming to Fortnite. A Rocket League-style racing experience will become available on Friday, December 8. Finally, Fortnite Festival is a mode built by Harmonix, the development team behind Rock Band; it’s scheduled to go live on Saturday, December 9. The Weeknd will headline the mode’s accompanying Festival event.

LEGO Fortnite now lets you create a “sick” moving base and players are loving it – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite now lets you create a “sick” moving base and players are loving it Epic GamesWith LEGO Fortnite’s latest update, players can now build more vehicles in the game, and that includes a “portable base” that you can steer anywhere. When LEGO Fortnite first came out, building vehicles was challenging due to all the limitations – yet players still managed. Over the past few months, we’ve seen some creative builds, like a fully functional in-game plane and even the Millennium Falcon ship from Star Wars. However, now that LEGO Fortnite just recently dropped its new v29.10 Mechanical Mayhem patch, players can run even more wild with their vehicle builds, as the update added a bunch of new vehicle-related items, such as Powered Wheels, Driver’s Seat, and more. And thanks to all that, one player has managed to create a base in the game on top of a vehicle. Their creation was shared in an X post, which has garnered quite the attention from the community. In the clips they uploaded, their vehicle can be seen to provide enough space for a Grill, Metal Smelter, chests, and basically all the other necessary stations and things players would normally build in a base. To top it off, the player was able to fully control it, driving it around the map as they sat in the front driver seat. They also showcased a clip where the vehicle could stay completely intact after hitting a tree, something that worried many players. There have been horrifying clips in the past showing flying bases and vehicles getting blown into bits after bumping into an animal or a random thing, but the player reassured others that’s not the case with their creation. They also claimed that this “portable base” is capable of navigating all terrains and doesn’t flip over easily. Seeing this, many other players in the comments were excited to try this out. “GIVE ME THE BLUEPRINTS,” commented one user. “It was so nice to see the tree shatter. My lights break every time I go under one,” praised one user. “This is sick,” another chimed in. If you’re looking into building something straight out of a Howl’s Moving Castle movie, this might be the closest thing to it at the moment.

Fortnite player survey hints at mods & DLC coming to LEGO mode – Dexerto
Fortnite player survey hints at mods & DLC coming to LEGO mode Epic Games/LEGOEpic Games may consider adding mods and DLC Fortnite LEGO mode based on a newly released player survey. Fortnite’s LEGO-themed content hit the popular multiplayer game late in 2023, offering up a survival experience that feels comparable to Minecraft in many ways. Players want more out of the mode’s currently available offerings, though, specifically in terms of building capabilities – or lack thereof. Fortunately, the crew at Epic Games continues to iterate on the mode. LEGO Fortnite’s first major update, for example, recently added launch pads, several building improvements, and new LEGO-style outfits. A new survey indicates the development team has even bigger plans in mind for the future. Fortnite survey sparks hope for LEGO mods and DLC As relayed by Fortnite-dedicated Twitter account ShiinaBR, Epic just sent a new player survey across the community. It naturally asks users a host of questions to gauge interest in certain topics, but one question, in particular, stood out. The inquiry wants to know why users may be creating multiple worlds in Fortnite’s LEGO mode. Participants can choose from the following – “I wanted to use a mod” and “I wanted to use DLC.” ShiinaBR points out that this indicates DLC and mods could come to the mode sometime in the future. Of course, a brief mention in a survey isn’t indicative of what will and will not arrive in the mode. But, at the very least, the survey implies Epic is considering mods and DLC for LEGO Fortnite. Responses to the above tweet show that players are more than open to the possibilities. “This is all I want,” said another leaker, SamLeakss. However, others seem hesitant with respect to the potential costs of such additions. One such response reads in part, “DLC? No please, especially if it’s paid…” As of writing, Epic has yet to tip its hat about what else could be in store for the popular LEGO Fortnite content.

LEGO Fortnite leaks tease new crafting station & higher rarity items – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite leaks tease new crafting station & higher rarity items Epic GamesSurviving in LEGO Fortnite may seem like a challenge, but a leaked crafting station and new higher-tier items may shake things up in the game’s blocky world. Here’s what you should know. LEGO Fortnite is all about surviving, crafting, exploring, and building a village that you can expand as you progress throughout the game. Despite being a new game mode in Chapter 5, Season 1, it certainly didn’t take too long until players found ways to unleash their creativity in it. From building a fully functional plane to the iconic Millennium Falcon, this game mode offers players resources that they can transform into various things using multiple crafting stations. However, according to recent leaks, it seems that players will have more options to explore due to an all-new crafting station and never-before-seen tier-five items. A post on X showcased an upcoming LEGO Fortnite crafting station called the Refiner. At first glance, the model seems to resemble The Bridge, a key location in Fortnite’s lore. As for what it does, it allows players to process Rift Ore into Rift Fragments. Considering Rift Ore isn’t available in-game at the moment, it’s likely we’ll be seeing this new material making its way to LEGO Fortnite alongside the Refiner. But that’s not all. One of the well-known Fortnite leakers, iFireMokey, showed players a glimpse of new higher rarity items in action. These are the Rift Sword, Iron Axe, Titanium Shovel, and Titanium Pickaxe. As seen from the post’s video, these tools seem to destroy trees and bushes faster compared to their lower-tier counterparts. Meanwhile, the Titanium Shovel is a massive upgrade from the Epic Shovel. With this, you’ll be able to collect seeds and gather more soil in one scoop, allowing you to manage your crops more effectively. It’s unclear when these items will be arriving in the game as they have yet to be confirmed by Epic. That said, combine these with all the other leaked weapons and items, it’s safe to say that there’s a lot to look forward to in LEGO Fortnite.

LEGO Fortnite mode accidentally revealed and it looks like Minecraft – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite mode accidentally revealed and it looks like Minecraft Epic GamesA Fortnite bug let a player get a sneak peek at the upcoming LEGO Fortnite mode, and comparisons to popular sandbox game Minecraft are flooding in. Fortnite’s Chapter 5 marks a huge undertaking for the battle royale. Aside from the new gameplay features — like wall-running and weapon mods — and new skins, three massive new game modes are joining very soon. The new modes are riffs on iconic titles: Rocket Racing is a spin on Rocket League, Fortnite Festival is a take on Guitar Hero, and the LEGO Fortnite mode is a survival experience akin to Minecraft. One Fortnite player experienced a bug that let them get a new look at the latter mode, and it’s possible nobody expected how close to Minecraft it would resemble. Fortnite bug showed early look at LEGO mode coming FortNiteBR user CorgiFull‘s game bugged, and it granted them an early look at the LEGO Fortnite game mode. In a series of screenshots, they showed off the menus from the mode, which is nearly identical to Minecraft. Players can create a world, save said world, and choose whether they want to play “Survival” or “Sandbox” mode. Outside of the basics, there’s an in-depth menu that allows for deeper customization such as villagers and friendly creatures appearing in-game. Minecraft has been around for nearly a decade, and it’s left a huge mark on the gaming industry, as fans want more ways to experience something similar. Many of the replies echoed that sentiment: “If this is literally a Minecraft rip-off in Fortnite with a Lego coat of paint, I am so hyped to try this.” Despite how similar the menus look, expect this mode to have a clever Fortnite spin. For example, you can’t use your abundance of LEGO skins in Minecraft. LEGO Fortnite launches on December 7, and we’ll see how the full mode plays out.

LEGO Fortnite leaks reveal Half-Life inspired Gravity Gun & other new weapons – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite leaks reveal Half-Life inspired Gravity Gun & other new weapons Epic GamesA few new weapons were revealed in a LEGO Fortnite leak, one of which is an incredibly exciting throwback to the days of G-Mod: a Half-Life-esque Gravity Gun. LEGO Fortnite‘s launch has seen meteoric success, with the formula of other sandbox survival games blending perfectly with the identity of LEGOs as building blocks that provide near-endless possibilities. Dexerto was keen on it, but with the impression that the game would need more content to reach its full potential. According to some new leaks, the game’s upcoming content already has some exciting stuff in store. Alongside a standard Assault Rifle and what seems to be some sort of bow, there’s one weapon that’s particularly exciting is a weapon that seems to function much like Half-Life’s Gravity Gun. New Fortnite LEGO weapons leaked First up is the basic Assault Rifle, titled the “Stud Gun” in the game files. When it comes to ranged weapons, it’s hard to go wrong with a basic AR. It isn’t yet clear if this weapon will need to be reloaded or if it’ll just work off of a static pool of ammo. Either way, this feels like a key part of any weapon arsenal. Simple yet reliable. The next weapon is what could possibly be a bow, although there’s a chance this is a weapon that was scrapped early in development rather than a new addition. While the Crossbow is a fun weapon, the ability to charge and fire shots does sound enticing. Having players choose between a consistent crossbow or a sort of longbow that does more damage but requires more skill would bring some much-needed variety. The last weapon, however, is much more interesting than the other two. The Gravity Gun is all about picking up objects and tossing them, giving players a number of possibilities in combat. For instance, picking up and tossing an explosive barrel probably does a lot more damage than just throwing a boulder at something. Not only does this weapon offer up value in combat, but it’s also has utility outside of it. This is the sort of tool that has the potential to massive change up LEGO Fortnite’s core gameplay, and an incredibly exciting addition that’ll surely be worth the wait.

LEGO Fortnite is getting the Star Wars treatment according to leaks – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite is getting the Star Wars treatment according to leaks LEGO FortniteLEGO Fortnite will be getting the Star Wars treatment with the latest collaboration to come to the Fortnite universe. Fortnite is running it back with the Star Wars event coming to the game shortly after the Avatar: The Last Airbender event ends on May 3. The Star Wars franchise is no stranger to video games or LEGO, with the LEGO Star Wars games already bringing the two massive franchises together. Star Wars will also be coming to LEGO Fortnite in some capacity according to leaks. The image included with the links shows an image of one of the starter villagers accompanied by several Star Wars characters like Chewbacca and C-3PO. Little is known about the Star Wars event, but further leaks have revealed new mythic weapons, Rocket Racing tracks, and Fortnite Festival items will all be added. LEGO Fortnite is still new to the franchise and there has only been a handful of updates since its release in December. The most recent was the Gone Fishin’ update which added multiple new items and creatures to the game. Fortnite is coming off the back of a massive collaboration with Avatar: The Last Airbender which included an in-game event pass that allowed players to earn free and paid cosmetics through completing quests. The last Star Wars collaboration had a similar pass, but it is unknown if LEGO Fortnite or Battle Royale will see another pass like this with the release. However, from the leaks, it seems that LEGO Fortnite will be getting the Star Wars treatment in some form.

LEGO Fortnite hotfix tried to remove Battle Pass XP exploit — but it’s still in the game – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite hotfix tried to remove Battle Pass XP exploit — but it’s still in the game Epic GamesFortnite just nerfed the best way to farm experience points for the battle pass through LEGO Fortnite in the latest hotfix, but there are still ways to cheese some XP. With the release of Chapter 5 Season 2, LEGO Fortnite was the way to go in terms of leveling up the battle pass. Before the hotfix, players could jump into a LEGO Fortnite world and leave their games on for hours at a time to gain XP. The glitch could only be done once a day, but could result in upwards of 4 battle pass levels at once. Now the seemingly infinite experience glitch has been completely removed from the game. LEGO Fortnite now has an AFK timer that will prevent people from leaving the game on in the background. “How am I supposed to reach level 200 now wtf?” complained one commenter. Multiple members of the community who had been using the glitch to climb through the battle pass shared this sentiment. Especially with the bonus rewards recently revealed in the latest patch. Although players were quick to come up with potential solutions to the problem. One suggested that players could tie a cord around their controller in order to keep moving. There are a number of solutions here to keep the player model moving, including sitting on a jump pad. Though Epic is doing everything they can to work around XP exploits, players are finding ways to innovate. However, the most recent update also nerfed the amount of experience earned in LEGO Fortnite, though it didn’t take back XP players earned via this exploit. Fortnite has cracked down on experience this season twice now. First was when players noticed that the challenges no longer gave as much experience as they used to. Now, Fortnite has made it more difficult to grind through the other modes and level up quickly.

LEGO Fortnite Halloween Event revealed with “haunted” update teaser – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite Halloween Event revealed with “haunted” update teaser Epic Games/LEGOA new LEGO Fortnite update teaser has revealed a Halloween event called Haunted coming to the game. Here’s everything that was seen in the clip. LEGO Fortnite’s Star Wars-themed update ended in August, leaving room for a fresh content patch to enter the game. According to in-game teasers, Fortnite patch 31.20, which is set to release on September 17, will include a “Lost Isles” update that is rumored to return the long-awaited Klombo into the game. Apart from the announced patch, Epic is also planning to host a Halloween event in the game mode this year, thanks to a teaser revealed on the official LEGO Fortnite 24×7 build livestream. The Haunted teaser shows glimpses of the content arriving in the game such as a new Dark biome, dark underground tunnels, a mysterious entity, and a new one-eyed floating monster. However, towards the end of the teaser, it says, “Coming Soon to LEGO Islands”, which could end up being Creative 2.0 maps by LEGO. The 14-second clip revealed the update would arrive in October, and according to our Fortnite update dates, it’s going to be either October 1 or October 15. Following the teaser, several players expressed excitement for the first horror update coming to the game. One such player wrote: “That looks intriguing.” Another chimed in: “Hopefully we get cool Halloween stuff for BR too.” A third one expressed concern, however: “Imagine Fortnitemares is just in the LEGO mode this year.” A fourth added: “If it’s only Creative stuff we lost.” Fortnitemares have been a yearly tradition for Epic to offer players since the OG Chapter 1 days. Each year, they add new gameplay and spooky content to the main Battle Royale mode. However, throughout the past year, players have expressed displeasure with the annual events. Yet, if Epic releases a new version of Fortnitemares in LEGO mode, it’s only natural that they continue the tradition with BR mode and incorporate LTMs like Horde Rush, which brings the festivities of Halloween to the game, rather than just candy consumables scattered across the island.

LEGO Fortnite hilariously teaches players how to befriend wildlife ahead of release – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite hilariously teaches players how to befriend wildlife ahead of release Fortnite/LEGOAfter the release of the official cinematic trailer, LEGO Fortnite has now dropped a hilarious comic strip that teaches players how to befriend wildlife in the game. While the release of the much-awaited mode is less than 24 hours away, here’s how players reacted to the latest drop. The highly-anticipated LEGO game mode for Fortnite is almost here, and the player base is ecstatic. Players and LEGO fans alike are giddy with anticipation for both the new LEGO x Fortnite skins and the opportunity to play in an adventure survival scenario reminiscent of Minecraft. Epic Games’ IP is expanding to appeal to a wider spectrum of players with the introduction of three new game modes that build on Fortnite’s ever-growing Battle Royale mode. The official cinematic trailer for LEGO Fortnite showcases stunning visuals, innovative crafting and survival mechanics, and transports players to a whole new universe. Since the trailer continues to highlight the thrilling features that will be included in the game on December 7, 2023, it refrains from giving too much away. Thus, LEGO Fortnite has produced a comic strip that teaches players how to befriend wildlife, which is both humorous and useful for the new journey. LEGO Fortnite comic strip pokes fun at players to befriend wildlife The forthcoming Fortnite mode will allow players to befriend wildlife, and the official LEGO Fortnite X account has an instructional comic strip thread outlining the process. Wolves, boars, chickens, and cows are among the game’s wildlife, as seen in the trailer; however, cows get the spotlight in the comic strip. According to the comic, players need to first grow a pumpkin by sowing a seed, watering it, and plucking the fruit when it’s grown. Once plucked, users should carry the pumpkin and “butter up the wildlife” with it. In the final frame, the strip shows a herd of cows suddenly appearing to claim the singular pumpkin as the character seems shocked. While does not accurately represent the feature in-game, players found it amusing and commented on the hilarity. One such player said, “I’m bout to have 3 pumpkins farms.” Another chimed in, “Screw the instruction. I’m gonna wing it.” A third user went on to add, “The cow seems so cute!” A fourth one commented, “This is the coolest update I’ve ever seen.” LEGO Fortnite releases on December 7, 2023. Check out our coverage on everything you need to know about the game mode before it’s out.

LEGO Fortnite goes down for maintenance to address village destruction bug – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite goes down for maintenance to address village destruction bug Epic GamesLEGO Fortnite is down for emergency maintenance after a malicious bug has caused entire villages to be destroyed. LEGO Fortnite‘s release has been a success for Epic Games, as the developers managed to blend survival mechanics with the charm of LEGO. At its core, the sky is the limit for players as they are given the tools to create whatever they desire. Some insane levels of creation have come forth, with players beautifully recreating locales, iconic vehicles, and monuments in the game. It’s all fun and games until it comes crashing down, and that’s exactly what’s been happening as a nasty bug has forced Epic Games to shift LEGO Fortnite into maintenance mode. LEGO Fortnite bug caused complete village destruction Head over to the LEGO Fortnite subreddit, and numerous threads have shared horror stories of the bug in question. Players logging into their world have been surprised with their builds completely demolished or merely a skeleton of what they used to be. The stories flooded the LEGO Fortnite support Discord channel and raised enough eyebrows that Epic Games announced the mode would be going offline as the developers work to address the issue. Player appreciation flooded in, although many are rightfully upset at the progress they’ve lost. Epic Games shared an update that more information will be provided on how they’ve remedied the issue, but it’s still a work in progress. While LEGO Fortnite has been a success, its status has been quite shaky since it launched due to bugs. A previous issue made players lose village levels. We’ll keep you updated as more information comes to light on the situation. For now, it’s best to stay off the mode until a clear fix is implemented.

LEGO Fortnite glitch causes village level loss after renovations – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite glitch causes village level loss after renovations Epic Games/LEGOA bug in LEGO Fortnite is causing players to lose their village levels permanently after changes are made to the buildings within. LEGO Fortnite was an explosive hit when it first released on December 7 as one of the three new modes coming to the game. The survival game mode offered players a free-to-play Minecraft experience in LEGO style. In it’s first week of release, LEGO Fortnite had over a million current players and stayed above 500,000 for the weeks following. However, as the game creeps up on its one-month anniversary, glaring issues have caused a drop in player base. One of the most notable issues the game is currently facing is its build limit, which has forced many players to put their grand build ideas on hold. Players are beginning to experience issues with the villages they had to grind to level up. LEGO Fortnite village bug leaving players without upgrades A Redditor posted an image to the official LEGO Fortnite Reddit and described the problem of their village losing levels. These level downgrades came after the user destroyed buildings to make room for new ones. “I am playing on PC,” started the poster. “My village level was almost to level 6, then when I checked after adding a bunch of walls around my base, it had dropped below level 5. I disconnected and joined back to see if it would fix it, but when I checked, it was below level 4. I tried disconnecting one more time, and now it is below level 3. The level is dropping inexplicably. I should have more than enough stuff in my village to be over level 6.” Other comments echoed the bug by explaining that they, too, had been experiencing issues. Some said that the bug happened once they destroyed their village square and replaced it while others said it had to do with the amount of light in the village. However, it seems like rebuilding is to blame for this issue. “Take a look at my village; it’s not even above level 1,” said one commentator. “I got it to 10 once, and then after that, it was downhill. I think it has to do with renovations, if you build it adds +1 to the village score. If you break one I think it is -2, -3 I don’t know for sure but it’s dumb. If you break pre-existing stuff, you’ll need to build a lot to make up for it.” LEGO Fortnite has not made any significant changes to the game since it was released. The latest update from the developers was minor changes surrounding weapon durability to item stacking. At the time of writing this article, the developers have not addressed this village deleveling bug.

LEGO Fortnite finally receives long-awaited vehicle in biggest update yet – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite finally receives long-awaited vehicle in biggest update yet Dexerto/Epic GamesEpic Games has shared a new build arriving in LEGO Fortnite, and the excitement for this upcoming vehicle is spreading like wildfire. Those who put the game down due to a lack of new content finally have a reason to play again. LEGO Fortnite fans were already creating their own cars before official car builds came out. However, despite players also figuring out how to make builds fly, there has yet to be an official flying vehicle. This will soon change according to a September 12 X post by LEGO Fortnite, which revealed the long-awaited air ship build will arrive in the Lost Isles update. Fans have been calling this the biggest update yet, and this flying ship is probably just one of many things to come. The Lost Isles update will launch on September 17 alongside Fortnite’s patch 31.20, two weeks after the 31.10 update that introduced the Isle of Doom and Shuri Claws. Other than schematics for a flying vehicle, we also know about more features coming to this big update such as a new type of fish, new food and recipes, and a fan-favorite Fortnite character. The replies to the post on X announcing the air ship were filled with ecstatic players. “PLANES? W UPDATE ALREADY,” one response exclaimed. Some commenters were shocked to see this type of build arrive so soon. “THIS is a surprise. Definitely getting an air ship FARRRRR sooner than I would have imagined,” a fan said before explaining how excited they were to get back into the game. Although players have figured out how to create flying vehicles in the game’s current patch, having blueprints of a working air ship is a lot more useful for people who don’t want to go through the arduous process of building an air vehicle from scratch. Besides the Lost Isles update, fans are also looking forward to the Halloween update teased in a recent trailer. At least we know there’s more to come even after the Lost Isles.

LEGO Fortnite Farm Friends update patch notes: Pigs, bears, animal farm & more – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite Farm Friends update patch notes: Pigs, bears, animal farm & more Epic Games/LEGOThe latest Farm Friends update in LEGO Fortnite brings Pigs, bears, animal farms, and much more in update v29.30. Here are the patch notes. LEGO Fortnite’s ever-changing landscape has received various new elements to keep gaming intriguing for players and to spark ingenuity in constructing and creating survival items. With prior vehicle improvements, users could finally create their own automobiles and vehicles, ranging from a speeder to a helicopter. The inclusion of vehicles has also given Epic greater room to develop with the game mode since Star Wars collaboration items will be added shortly. However, until then, the most recent update, v29.30, includes animals that you may raise and cultivate in LEGO Fortnite. Here are the patch notes: LEGO Fortnite update 29.30 patch notes The Farm Friends LEGO Fortnite update increases the Village recruitment cap to ten per Village. Three Village slots are available to Villagers, three slots are available to animals, and four slots are available to Villagers or animals. Animals you can recruit to your Village include cows, sheep, chickens, and a new animal arriving with this update: pigs! Tame and recruit animals to your farm You’ll need to gain the trust of wild animals before you can lead them back to your Village. But before they’re ready to follow you, you’re gonna need to build them a new home: an Animal House. The Animal House is a new Station, made for feeding your animals and farming resources. You’ll unlock the Animal House recipe once your Village reaches Level 2! The way to an animal’s heart is through its stomach. Build the trust of wild animals by petting them, then gain their friendship by giving them an Animal Treat! Unlock the recipe for Animal Treats by building an Animal House If the animal accepts your delicious treat, you’ve got a limited amount of time to get them back to your Village. Make sure their journey back is a peaceful one — any unpleasant encounters could upset them so much that they give you the hoof! Get creative with how you lead an animal back to your Village. Lure them into a vehicle for a quick journey, use a Fishing Rod to pull them across tight spots, or cross barriers by building bridges! If the animal gets hurt on the journey, make sure to heal them by giving them another Animal Treat. When you’ve braved the journey back, it’s time to put a roof over your new companion’s head! Interact with an Animal House to assign your animal its new home, and to name it from a selection of names. (Only one animal can be assigned per Animal House.) Once they’re settled in, it’s your job to ensure they enjoy life on the farm. Keep your animals happy by feeding them, petting them, or having a boogie next to them! You can also build objects for them to interact with. If your animals feel ignored, they won’t stick around for long. It’s recommended to assign a Villager to take good care of them when you’re not around! New resources Take good care of your animals and you’ll be rewarded with new resources to help you out: Chickens produce Feathers and Fertilizer over time. – Cows produce Milk and Fertilizer over time. – Sheep produce Wool and Fertilizer over time. – Pigs produce Mushrooms and Fertilizer over time. – New villagers Five new Villagers are ready to lend a helping hand and separate the wheat from the chaff! Cadence is a master woodworker, Ash is wild about plants, and Brooks is all about channeling nature’s beat! As for the bright and cheerful engineer Lana Llane, she can’t wait to settle in a Village and find some new projects to work on. And then there’s Guernsey. Guernsey is… one of a kind. Beware of the Bear Farm Friends is all about making new friends, whether they’re animals or Villagers. That said, not all of the animals like to play nice. Bear = bad. Don’t let Bears follow you back to your Village because you’ll never hear the end of it. Thankfully, they’re quite sleepy and can be easily avoided, as long as you’re quiet. New Animal Variants Farming has never looked so fantastic. Farm Friends adds new variants for animals: Brown and tan chickens spawn in the Dry Valley. – Yellow chickens spawn in the Grasslands. – Cows now have different spot patterns and colors. – Anarchy Acres bundle Organized chaos, organically farmed. The Anarchy Acres Bundle is available from the Shop for 800 V-Bucks and includes: Fully Furnished Farm – LEGO Kit with 3 Builds, the Homestead Interiors Decor Bundle, and Rural Hospitality Decor Bundle (This Kit is 600 V-Bucks individually.) – Farmer’s Favorites – LEGO Decor Bundle with 9 Decor items (This Bundle is 400 V-Bucks individually.) – Village Square improvements The Village Square UI has been revamped to help you keep a close eye on your Villages: Monitor who lives in your Village, the backstories of your Villagers, and the happiness of your animals. You can also view the jobs of Villagers and even ask them to leave. – You can see who’s visiting your Village, which jobs are assigned, the biome you’re in, and your Village’s upgrade requirements. You can also edit your Village banner and rename your Village from a selection of names. – You can now choose from a selection of names when first setting up your Village. – General bug fixes Fixed an issue where stamina would sometimes become enabled in worlds where stamina was turned off. – Fixed an issue where saplings couldn’t be destroyed if they were growing near other objects. – Fixed an issue where swords would sometimes stop doing damage. – Fixed an issue where the first attack from swords would sometimes miss. – Fixed an issue that caused some Pickaxes to stop doing damage to certain objects. – Villagers no longer pester players when players are regenerating Health. – Starting a sneak while sprinting no longer makes players stuck in sprinting. – More BR skins join LEGO The new v29.30 brings even more LEGO Styles for your favorite Outfits! If you already own these Outfits, the LEGO Styles will automatically be in your Locker: 8-Ball vs Scratch – Aeronaut – Airhead – Antonia – Atlantean Fishstick – Bandolier – Bendie – Blue Striker – Bonehead – Brainstorm – Bunnywolf – Cade – Championship Aura – Chopper – Chrome Punk – Cipher – Circuit Breaker – Cobalt – Colby – Crossheart – D’Ark – Dazzle – Devastator – Diecast – Doggo – Dominator – Double Helix – Eco – Ether – Fable – Far Out Man – Fennix – Fixer – Flare – Frigid Foregoer – Galaxy – Galaxy Crossfade – Glow – Gumbo – Gumshoe – Hard Charger – Heart-Stopper – Huntress – Jumpshot – Jun-Hwan – Kalia – King Krab – Lennox Rose – Lt. LEGO Fortnite December 14 patch notes: Tool durability buffs, Brutes nerfed, more – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite December 14 patch notes: Tool durability buffs, Brutes nerfed, more Epic GamesLEGO Fortnite’s December 14 patch is here, and it brings buffs to tool durability, nerfs to brutes, and more. So here is all you need to know. As Fortnite expands its scope as wide as any player could’ve imagined in Chapter 5 with three new game modes, it introduced one of FN’s biggest highlights to date, LEGO Fortnite. Despite players enjoying the new Minecraft-esque mode, it isn’t without its bugs and needs for balance changes which players have been calling for. This is why the LEGO Fortnite devs have released a new patch with some tweaks to tool durability, nerfs to mobs, and more, all just a day after the most recent update. Announced on the LEGO Fortnite Status Twitter account, several tweaks have been rolled out in the new patch on December 14. The list of changes is as follows: Brute’s poison attack and Frost Scorpion explosions have been nerfed – Critters have less health, and Spiders under rocks are rarer – Petting rams now drop Heavy Wool – Grapplers can be used 30 times – More tool durability fixes – Tools got a durability buff just one day prior, however, it seems the devs felt the buffs weren’t strong enough across the board, so they increased it further. They wrote of the buffs, “Yesterday, we let you know we buffed the max durability of all tools and weapons by +30%, but we found an issue.” Rare and Epic tools weren’t buffed enough. We’ve fixed this and you will now see their durability increased by 60% over what it was previously.” The update didn’t include any bug fixes, however, the devs have been made aware of various bugs players have been facing, listing it down on their Trello of problems to fix.

LEGO Fortnite dev explains why they can’t add custom world names despite requests – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite dev explains why they can’t add custom world names despite requests Epic GamesFortnite developer Evanosaurus explained that custom world names were left out of LEGO Fortnite due to moderation concerns. LEGO Fortnite has been a massive hit since its release on December 7. The new survival mode has players teaming up with their friends to explore caves, farm crops, and build their own villages. Unlike Minecraft, LEGO Fortnite is entirely free to play and allows players to play alone or with up to 16 people at no extra cost. This tactic has paid off big for Fortnite, as hundreds of thousands of players jump into the mode daily. Players can create a world for themselves or join one that a friend has made. There is currently no limit on how many worlds a person can have or join, making organization tricky. LEGO Fortnite world names would be a ‘nightmare’ to moderate A Twitter/X user going by the handle Fire Monkey recently posed a query about the naming conventions of LEGO Fortnite worlds. They inquired whether altering the default creator’s username as the designated name for these LEGO Fortnite environments is possible. “We originally had free-text world names, but quickly figured out how much of a nightmare that was going to be for moderation,” said Evanosaurus. “So for now, they’re just numbered.” While some understood the need for some sort of filter, others were confused as to why there needed to be one at all. “But you can name Creative maps whatever and you see ‘Rosa Parks Back of the Bus 1v1s’ on Discovery,” said one user. “But talk about moderation on private LEGO survival maps. Wow.” There could be changes to the world naming systems in the future, but for now, players will be stuck with the creator’s name and world number next to it. But if the system changes, we will be sure to keep you updated.

LEGO Fortnite’s “censored” Dead Game skin leaves community confused – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite’s “censored” Dead Game skin leaves community confused Epic GamesFortnite’s Veronika skin dons a “Dead Game” shirt that Epic “censored” upon releasing it in the LEGO game mode. Epic unleashed the “Dead Game” skin on Fortnite in 2022 with the launch of v21.50. Officially labeled as the Veronika skin, this particular look comes in the form of a woman wearing a forest green top that reads, “DEAD GAME.” The shirt allowed Epic to poke fun at those who flooded comment sections and forum pages with messages calling Fortnite “dead.” Evidently, Veronika’s proven popular enough to make her way into LEGO Fortnite. It’s not a one-to-one transition between worlds, though. As spotted by HYPEX, Veronika dons a different shirt in LEGO mode. Instead of the top’s white letters spelling out “DEAD GAME,” they now form the words “BEST GAME.” (It’s worth pointing out that Veronika’s hair color has also changed between the two models.) Several people responding to the post have called the change adorable and fun. However, others are confused by the edit, joking that Epic must’ve felt the need to spare kids from seeing the shirt’s original wording. “The concept of death is too scary for children,” reads one derisive reply. Without official word from the publisher, any guesses read as little more than speculation. But LEGO likely has a part to play; after all, while Fortnite is rated T for Teen by the ESRB, the rating board gave the LEGO mode a separate E10+ rating. Others have argued the so-called censorship may amount to something else entirely. “It’s because LEGO is about positivity, and ‘dead game’ is viewed as a negative statement, so they made it positive instead: ‘best game,’” another person suggested. It remains to be seen if Epic Games will share an explanation of its own.

LEGO Fortnite Cat Island Adventure: Map code & how to play the game – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite Cat Island Adventure: Map code & how to play the game Epic GamesThis new LEGO Fortnite game mode lets you take care of cats and do adorable things with them. Here’s how to access the LEGO Fortnite Cat Island Adventure map and how to play the game. As a survival game, LEGO Fortnite has a surprising variety of animals, such as cows, chickens, fish, and so on. But thanks to one of the latest LEGO Fortnite additions, the list expands even more, as cats have also been added to a game mode called Cat Island Adventure. Players in this mode can build, raise, and take care of cats roaming around the island! The trailer showcased this mode as a chill and cute pet-raising game, similar to how you’d imagine a Tamagotchi. If you’re keen on checking this mode out, here’s how to access the LEGO Fortnite Cat Island Adventure map and how to play the mode. How to open the LEGO Fortnite Cat Island Adventure map The Cat Island Adventure game mode can be accessed from the “LEGO Islands” tab. You’ll need to select LEGO Fortnite first in your lobby, then scroll down until you find this specific tab. Another way to access this game mode is by entering its map code, 4051-8342-2747, from the search icon. How to play LEGO Fortnite Cat Island Adventure Cat Island Adventure is a bit different from LEGO Fortnite. As soon as you arrive on the island, you’ll be swarmed with cats desperate for your attention. There are no specific building or survival-related quests here, as your ultimate goal is to take care of the cats. So far, I’ve found several ways to interact with the cats. Other than feeding, petting, and bathing them, there are options to build structures and toys for the cats to enjoy. I managed to build a radio in my playthrough, which somehow attracted the cats to dance together in such a cute way. Occasionally, the cats will also show thought bubbles, showing what would make them happy.

How to craft Star Wars Blasters in LEGO Fortnite – Dexerto
How to craft Star Wars Blasters in LEGO Fortnite Epic Games/DisneyThe newly released LEGO Fortnite crossover with Star Wars added Blasters to the game mode; here’s how to craft them. A new rift opened up with the launch of Fortnite v29.40, bringing Star Wars’ Rebels to LEGO mode with the Galactic Empire hot on their heels. Of course, the Rebellion’s forces mean to make a stand, but they must first establish a thriving Rebel Village to do so. Weapons like DL-44 and E-11 Blasters should ensure such a feat is easy to accomplish. The only problem is that players have to build the weapons from the ground up. Here are details on how to do just that. How to craft Blasters in LEGO Fortnite Notably, building a Star Wars Blaster first requires players to craft a Rebel Workbench. The recipe for the workbench requires 8x Plastoid and 5x Wood. Plastoid can be picked up from downed Stormtroopers and Imperial chests, while Wood can be harvested from trees. Once the Rebel Workbench is completed, LEGO Fortnite players looking to create DL-44 Blasters should have the following materials in their inventory: 1x Power Cell, 2x Cut Ruby, and 6x Durasteel. The materials for crafting E-11 Blasters include 1x Power Cell, 1x Cut Ruby, 3x Scrap Durasteel, and 10x Plastoid. Power Cells can be made at uncommon-level Craft Benches using 6x Glass and 50x Biomass. LEGO Fortnite 30.40 update patch notes: Battle Bus fast travel, Pressure Plates, Pirate Bundle Epic GamesLEGO Fortnite‘s 30.40 update introduces plenty of new additions, including Battle Bus fast travel, new toys such as Pressure Plates and Activated Balloons, a Pirate Lifestyle Bundle, and much more. The patch for the LEGO building and survival mode in Fortnite has been scheduled to be released into the game on August 6, 2024. Epic’s last major content update for LEGO Fortnite arrived nearly two months ago, so players have anticipated all the new additions and changes. Here’s everything that’s been changed in the LEGO Fortnite 30.40 update, as well as the full patch notes. What’s changed in the 30.40 patch? The biggest change coming to LEGO Fortnite with the 30.40 update is the introduction of the Battle Bus fast travel network. Epic has overhauled how you move between your Villages and hot spots, making traveling a breeze. Four new toys have been added to allow for more inventive builds. These include Pressure Plates and Trigger Plates, which are famously used in Minecraft to aid in various creations. Activated Balloon Small and Activated Balloon Large have also been added to switch between inflated and uninflated balloons. Following on from Fortnite’s major collaboration with Pirates of the Caribbean, players can live it up like a pirate with the Pirate Lifestyle Bundle. Two new vehicles, the Codex, five new LEGO Outfit Styles, improvements, and major current World Setting changes have also been included. LEGO Fortnite 30.40 update patch notes Battle Bus fast travel The Battle Bus fast travel network is ready for operation in your world. Bus Stations — a new kind of Station — are already set up in your world. – You can build your own by destroying a Bus Station for Rift Shards, an ingredient for this Station. – At a Bus Station, a familiar-looking bus called a “Battle Bus” will pick you up and take you to a Bus Station of your choice. – This will allow you to travel from your Village to your favorite mining spot in seconds. – New Toys LEGO Fortnite’s v30.40 update adds four new Toys: Pressure Plate: A button you can put pressure on in order to switch on channels. The button needs to stay down to work! – Trigger Plate: Another button you can put pressure on to switch on channels. Unlike a Pressure Plate, the button doesn’t have to stay down. Unlock the recipe for a Trigger Plate by adding Blast Powder to your inventory. – – Activated Balloon Small: A small balloon that comes uninflated. Inflate it using channel control. Unlock the recipe for an Activated Balloon Small by crafting a Loom. – – Activated Balloon Large: The same Toy as an Activated Balloon Small, but much larger. Unlock the recipe for an Activated Balloon Large by crafting a Loom. – – Pirate Lifestyle Bundle The Pirate Lifestyle Bundle will be available in the Item Shop on August 6. This Bundle is 1,000 V-Bucks and includes: Captain’s Battlement – LEGO Kit with the Captain’s Battlement Build and Planky Favorites Decor Bundle. (This Kit is 800 V-Bucks individually.) – Captain’s Cabin – Decor Bundle with 8 Decor items. Especially good for indoor decoration! (This Bundle is 300 V-Bucks individually.) – Seaport Style – Decor Bundle with 8 Decor items. Especially good for outdoor decoration! Get information on what you’ve discovered, get hints on what you haven’t, and track recipes you’re working on. – LEGO Outfit styles v30.40 brings new LEGO Styles for five Outfits you may already have, including the world-famous adventurer Indiana Jones: Abyss – Antheia – The Cube Queen – Ember – Indiana Jones – Change current World Settings You no longer have to make a new world if you want to change your settings. Every setting except your mode (Cozy, Survival, Sandbox, Expert) and Player Elimination can be changed. Just a few heads-up: This doesn’t apply to the locked settings in Expert mode. – If you turn off Enemies (including Storm-Wild Enemies), the existing ones will remain until you defeat them or leave the area. – If you turn off Friendly Creatures or Villagers, the existing ones will remain until you leave the area. – Major improvements and adjustments You can zoom out much farther on the world map and pan across your entire world. – When using a controller, you’ll have a virtual cursor to control the map with. – You can ping the map, which will drop a marker in the world to help with your travels! – Inventory has been increased to 32 slots. – Filter items in the Build menu by theme or Set to quickly find what you’re looking for. – Name your worlds and Villages whatever you like –

If you get a low memory or too many constructs nearby notification, here’s how you can try continuing normal play: Low Memory: Try reducing overall constructs, the number of unique constructs, or items and creatures. Moving away from dense areas or exiting and re-entering the world can help too. (Note: the amount of memory available depends on the platform you’re playing on.) – Too Many Constructs Nearby: Try spreading out constructs over larger areas. Also try using larger Building Parts rather than many smaller ones to achieve a similar result. Building in a different location or removing constructs you no longer want can also help. – Along with the above solution, here are the rest of the bug fixes players can expect: Villagers in the Rebel Village will no longer count towards the world Villager cap. – The world Villager count in the Village Hub will display the correct number of Villagers. – Skeletons will be less likely to spawn in Villages. – Lava Caves on Star Wars Island will have Rubies! – Animals will do a better job avoiding Campfires. – Wolves learned how to swim! –

LEGO Fortnite 30.20 update patch notes: New Glider, Brite Bomber’s Base, Crafting Bench changes, more – Dexerto
LEGO Fortnite 30.20 update patch notes: New Glider, Brite Bomber’s Base, Crafting Bench changes, more Epic GamesLEGO Fortnite’s 30.20 patch reworks the progression systems while adding a new Glider and bug fixes. Getting Started Quests also return to the mode. Since its arrival, LEGO Fortnite‘s slowly improved through various patches and updates. 30.20 is probably the biggest patch to date, as it reworks the mode’s progression systems to make it much more approachable for new players. With 30.20, upgrades aren’t tied to Crafting Benches. Getting Started Quests are also back, helping new or returning players learn the ropes. There are also a few bug fixes for good measure and a new Glider to craft; here’s the full breakdown courtesy of Epic Games’ Reddit post. LEGO Fortnite 30.20 patch notes Crafting Bench updates We removed upgrades from the crafting bench! We heard some feedback that it made it feel too slow to access recipes that you had already unlocked. (For example, setting up a new village in the Dry Valley, and needing to re-level your bench for uncommon tools.) Now, instead of needing to upgrade the bench, you can obtain the same recipes by picking up resources. For example, the Uncommon Axe will unlock when you pick up bones. This should make it quicker to craft new tools as you explore, as long as you have the resources. Additionally, more recipes will come with the crafting bench you initially place: Forest Axe – Pickaxe – Shovel – Fishing Rod – Hunting Dagger – Health Charm – Torch – This removes the visual upgrades to the bench as well, which we know some of you loved to decorate with. Existing crafting benches will maintain their visual state, and return their materials if broken. Crafting benches placed after this update will not have visual upgrades however we are working on a way to bring the visual upgrades back in a future release. Unlock Trigger Changes In v30.20 more recipes are revealed at the start of the game, and picking up resources is what reveals new processor recipes: Players will now start with the Crafting bench, Small Shack, Foundations, Village Square, Bed, and Campfire available – Picking up Meat, Corn, Eggs or Torch reveals the Grill – Picking up Wood reveals the Sawmill – Picking up Wheat or Corn reveals the Seed Grinder – And so on… – When you pick up a resource, you immediately have something you can do with it! As part of this change, a few item recipes have been adjusted: A Torch is now required to craft a Campfire – A Torch is now required to craft a Grill – The Metal Crate no longer costs copper and has tougher HP. – Brite Bomber’s Base Lastly, new Survival and Cozy worlds created will start you at Brite Bomber’s Base. This is a new spot where you help Brite Bomber start a village of her own! This will only spawn in new worlds, as it is focused on new players, but more NPC villages are something we are working on for the future. The Brite Bomber village goes up to Level 5. Along the way, she will give you rewards for helping her. Brite Bomber Account Quests There is a set of companion quests for Bright Bomber’s base. Players will complete all steps of the quests as they help Brite Bomber out and receive XP rewards. Take a look at the in-game quest menu to find them. New Glider A new Glider has been added to the game! It will deplete stamina slightly more than the existing glider but can be crafted with more easily available resources. The recipe is learned when you place a Spinning Wheel and requires Thread and Rods to craft. The existing Glider is now 100% more effective at stamina usage! Getting Started Quests The Getting Started quests are back and now visible in the HUD. These quests can be completed by themselves or as part of the new Brite Bombers Base POI. Players who are already familiar with the game can long press the quest button to disable the HUD text. Bug Fixes Fixed not being able to stack Galactic Lodge Roof Hip pieces on top of each other. – Fixed not being able to place roof pieces next to the Medieval Valley roof. – Jump attacks now produce a critical hit (double damage!) – Crossbows now auto-reload after firing. – Fixed a bug where Elegant Counters were never granted in Survival mode. – Fixed multiple crashes. – Fixed an issue where makeup was displayed incorrectly during some emotes. – Fixed a bug where villagers made way too much sound at the village square! –

Legendary Fortnite easter egg survives Season 7 alien invasion – Dexerto
Legendary Fortnite easter egg survives Season 7 alien invasion Epic GamesFortnite is no stranger to laying clever easter eggs around the map for players to find, and this legendary chair has been through it all – but it appears a little bit different after the alien invasion. Fortnite Season 7 released at the beginning of June, and Epic have once again wowed players worldwide with all the new and innovative features they have added into their battle royale. Also, it seems they are already gearing up to release new weapons, as some leaks have surfaced on social media. However, with the alien mothership hovering over the Fortnite island and the aliens well underway in their invasion, there is a certain chair that has somehow survived it all! Fortnite easter egg survives Season 7 update If you have been keeping an eye on the Fortnite Reddit since Season 7 released, you may have noticed a certain chair has risen to the top of the page. The chair in question has been nestled atop a mountain alongside the eastern portion of the Fortnite map, just a bit past Catty Corner and Retail Row. Over the duration of Chapter 2, it has been getting increasingly smaller in size. The post on Reddit from user PlatinumPika notes that somehow the chair has survived another season. Now, it is smaller than an Ammo box, as last season it was around the size of a backbling. This isn’t the first time this sort of thing has happened, either. Paying homage to Borderlands in previous seasons, there was a chest that closely resembled Claptrap around the map. Other easter eggs include the bunkers around the Fortnite map, which we have been wondering what is inside for years now. As well, during Chapter 1, an ongoing sequence of rock sculptures were making their way across the map to be reunited with one another, so it is clear the dev team has remained committed to easter eggs. Will it get even smaller? We’ll have to wait and see.

Learn How to Run a Shotgun With These Fortnite Tips and Tricks – Dexerto
Learn How to Run a Shotgun With These Fortnite Tips and Tricks Learn how to dominate the new meta with MonsterDFace’s Fortnite Shotgun tips and tricks. The Double Barreled shotgun was added to Fortnite in Season 5’s v2 update and is incredibly popular as fans want to try out the latest weapon. According to MonsterDface however, it is not the best option in the current meta. [The Double Barreled] Shotgun is not better in the current meta as opposed running the Heavy Shotgun. Not that it’s not fun to use, not that it doesn’t shine in it’s own area… the Heavy Shotgun has way too much good than it does bad to be outclassed by the Double Barreled Shotgun. It is not all bad news for those who love the Double Barrel, MonsterDface claims it is the second best Shotgun in Fortnite, preferring it to the Tactical and Pump shotguns. You can do some really devastating damage with [the Double Barrel].. So it’s not completely useless. So unless you are competing against pros in the Fortnite Summer Skirmish, the Double Barrel Shotgun will most likely be fine for your needs. It does take a unique play style to be effective, which MonsterDface goes over. He lays out a few simple “Do’s and Dont’s” to get a Victory Royale with the Double Barrel. First up is to know your range. Do not use this gun at an extended range. When we talk close quarter with the Double Barrel, we mean extremely close quarter… Chest to chest, I can smell your breath in the morning close. If you are not that close with the Double Barrel, you are probably using it at the wrong time. But if you are that close with the new shotgun, it will outshine all the others, even the Heavy. MonsterDface goes over what the Double Barrel is capable of when used correctly. The damage output on this thing is phenomenal, the plays that you can make with this gun in edit situations and other types of high-level, intense PvP in close quarters are crazy. To complete your loadout in this meta, MosterDface recommends a backup weapon that makes up for the Double Barreled’s weaknesses. The loadout preferences for this weapon definitely heavily rely upon running a big magazine weapon as a backup. An LMG, P90 or Drum Gun. For MonsterDface’s complete tips on how to run the Double Barreled Shotgun in Fortnite’s current meta, check out the video below.

The Legend of Zelda comes to Fortnite in epic Creative mode crossover – Dexerto
The Legend of Zelda comes to Fortnite in epic Creative mode crossover Epic Games / NintendoSince releasing in December, Fortnite’s Creative Mode has unleashed the community’s creative spirit, and now one dedicated YouTuber has recreated the overworld in the original The Legend of Zelda. Creative Mode was first brought to the popular Battle Royale in December 2018, and has since spawned an untold amount of unique creations from players. A YouTuber user by the name of ‘Mustard Plays’ posted a trailer for his Zelda creation on August 16 to his channel. The trailer details his re-creation of the Nintendo classic in the Fortnite mode, making for an epic crossover. Zelda in Fortnite The trailer opens with the triforce and fades to the controversial Infinity Sword, which is creatively being used to represent Master Sword. As the familiar Zelda song swells, the camera pans to a top down view of the overworld. Beautifully re-created, we get a panning view of the world’s layout, which closely mirrors the original Nintendo title. There is then a glimpse at the dungeons, and the puzzles players will have to complete to advance. The trailer isn’t the only thing in the video – it also contains a walkthrough by Mustard Plays himself. “This is a full re-creation of the overworld of the original Legend of Zelda. It has 9 dungeons. 8 on the overworld and one for the final boss,” the creator said. Impressively, he also revealed that he only used a few assets to create the whole map. At one point in the video, he shows us the bottom of the map, revealing the insane depth of the dungeons that have different levels. It even has an homage to the original’s secret rupees, which let you enter hidden rooms. “If you find all 30 coins, you get to go to a secret room,” he revealed. This isn’t the first time someone has recreated a Nintendo title in Fortnite’s creative mode. On June 30, another creative fan named ‘FiveWalnut8586‘ posted his Pokemon creation to Reddit. Read More: Fortnite v10.10 early patch notes – Just as stunning, the player recreated the early parts of Pokemon Red, which even included an accurately sized Onyx, and took players all the way up to Mt. Moon. Talented gamers never cease to amaze their communities with the things they can make, as more games like Fortnite give them the tools to create anything they want.

More changes coming to the Fortnite cube and Loot Lake’s floating island – Dexerto
More changes coming to the Fortnite cube and Loot Lake’s floating island The major event involving the mysterious Fortnite cube that marked the start of Season 6 might not be the last development in the object’s story. The large purple cube, affectionately named ‘Kevin’ by the Fortnite community, first appeared on the map in Season 5 and began moving around the map, leaving strange runes on the ground as it did so. Eventually it made its way to Loot Lake where it promptly melted and formed a strange, bouncy purple layer on top of the water’s surface for a number of days. At this point it was generally accepted that there would be some form of cube-related event to mark the start of Season 6, and anybody that thought that was proven correct in the September 27 V6.0 patch when the cube rose out of the lake with the island on top of it! The cube has created numerous ‘corrupted’ areas of the map and the floating island has all sorts of cool aspect to it, but some eagle-eyed fans of the game have already started to collect evidence to suggest that there is more to come: The well known data mining account known as FNBRLeaks on Twitter leaked some files related to the game that seem to suggest that the cube will grow throughout the season, as seen in the image above. But that’s not all! Numerous players have also reported seeing the floating island above Salty Springs while playing in Playground mode, a huge distance away from Loot Lake. It is currently unknown whether this particular phenomenon is a glitch or an intended movement feature that has accidentally been implemented in Playground too early. Some players are reporting seeing the Floating Island in different areas around the new #Fortnite Map in Playground. It’s currently unknown if this is a glitch or the start of an in-game event (via @D_YouTuber_). pic.twitter.com/7YdglNMgU4 — Fortnite News • FortniteINTEL.com (@FortniteINTEL) September 27, 2018

Leakers convinced Eminem is coming to Fortnite after rapper takes over Icon Radio – Dexerto
Leakers convinced Eminem is coming to Fortnite after rapper takes over Icon Radio Epic Games/NPRFortnite’s Icon Radio has turned into an extremely long Eminem marathon and now leakers are speculating that the legendary rapper may be making his in-game debut. Ariana Grande, Travis Scott, and Anderson. Paak are just a few artists that have received their own skins in Fortnite and it looks like ‘Slim Shady’ himself could be set to join them, according to some notable Fortnite leakers. While it’s far from confirmed that the ‘Lose Yourself’ rapper is making his way onto the battle bus, it’s certainly no coincidence that his music has taken over in a major way. Eminem invades Fortnite’s Icon Radio stations with major music marathon This bizarre takeover was first spotted by Fortnite Leaker InTheShade who flagged it and passed it on to Hypex. The latter was the first person to raise the question of whether or not this was signaling an incoming Em appearance in the game. “Eminem is the ONLY artist playing on Fortnite’s ICONs radio right now. Potential collab?” they asked. Shortly after that, another notable info dropper iFireMonkey noted that the radio plays 53 minutes of ‘The Fire Marshall’s’ music, but that there has yet to be a skin spotted in the game’s files. “As a reminder however, there are 0 skins currently encrypted so it might be something smaller like a emote or music pack.” These things are all a possibility, and given that Eminem has garnered a controversial name spanning his career, Epic Games may simply be testing the waters to see how interested the Fortnite audience would be in such a big-time event. Regardless of what form the Detroit-native arrives in, his notoriously loyal fans would no doubt come flooding in to throw their money directly at any potential crossover.

Leaker reveals how Fortnite kept Travis Scott event hidden – Dexerto
Leaker reveals how Fortnite kept Travis Scott event hidden Epic GamesA Fortnite leaker has revealed how Epic Games tried to keep the Travis Scott event a secret and avoid major data mined leaks from spoiling it, by using code words. This isn’t the first time Epic has put on a major event, as the previous in-game concert by Marshmello was also a viral hit. However, that event was leaked heavily in advance. That isn’t to say that the Travis Scott event was kept totally secret, as leakers did find evidence of a skin for the rapper in the game files, but no one knew a major concert was coming until Epic teased it in-game themselves. This was a big improvement in Epic’s ongoing battle against leakers, and it looks like they used some simple trickery to avoid it being easily found in the game files. Unlike the Travis Scott skin (which was simply a cosmetic set called ‘Travis Scott’), the event itself was called ‘CycloneJerky’ in the game files. This led to rampant speculation about the “jerky event”, but no one had any idea what this meant. MASSIVE: An event currently just called “”Jerky”” is in the works, relavant to previous tweet The playlist used for, the end, marshmello, etc was modified with the name “”Jerky”” “”There’s no goal score before the event. Hang out and have fun before the event starts.”” — Lucas7yoshi – FESTIVAL ARC??? (@Lucas7yoshi) April 15, 2020 Leakers did note that the Marshmello concert had also been called Jerky, but it looks like this is Epic’s way of misleading data miners to prevent them from finding big upcoming content or events. It looks like ‘CycloneJerky’ was simply used for ‘CJ’, standing for Cactus Jack, one of Travis Scott’s nicknames. In fact, it’s not the first time Epic have used this trick. Lucas7Yoshi also gave examples of other initials used to cover up new content in the game files. These include ‘ZebraWallet’ for Zone Wars, or ‘TourBus’ for Tyler Blevins (aka Ninja). If you aren’t aware epic LOOVES taking names, taking just the first letters of each word and then coming up with another word to replace it TourBus TB Tyler Blevins ZebraWallet ZW Zone Wars Etc — Lucas7yoshi // leaks (@Lucas7yoshi) April 24, 2020 Perhaps Epic thought that the ‘TS’ initials would have been too obvious for data miners, and so opted for Travis’s Cactus Jack name instead. We can likely expect more in-game concerts in the future too, not least because of the massive viewing numbers for this latest event. Over 10 million players watched live in-game. Additionally, the new single revealed in the concert, with Travis Scott and Kid Cudi, instantly shot to number one, proving a Fortnite concert could be the perfect way for artists to promote new music.

Leaked skin reveals how Fortnite’s literal bots will look in-game – Dexerto
Leaked skin reveals how Fortnite’s literal bots will look in-game Epic GamesEpic Games confirmed in September that bots would be coming to Fortnite, in an effort to improve the matchmaking experience, and new leaked skins have given us a first look at these AI opponents. Because the skill levels in Fortnite have changed drastically since it’s launch in late 2017, Epic is looking at improving how players are matched against others to ensure everyone gets a more enjoyable experience. Though controversial, this skill-based matchmaking system should hopefully prevent Epic from adding in items and vehicles designed to help less-skilled players get easy kills (i.e. the BRUTE mechs). As part of this new system, Epic revealed that actual bots (computer-controlled enemies) would be added, mainly to be used in matches of lower skill groups to help newer players get off to a better start. However, in order to ensure players are able to easily discern what is a real opponent and what is actually a bot, it appears that these bots will wear a specific, unique skin. According to leaker ShiinaBR, the skin is a style of the ‘A.I.M’ outfit, which was found in a so-far unused game file. The Bots (which will be added in Season 11) will apparently wear the A.I.M. outfit! There is an unused style of the A.I.M. outfit in the game files and it would make sense that the Bots will wear this style to prevent that players pretend to be a bot during the games. 😀 pic.twitter.com/wy7ZVecvTe — ShiinaBR – Fortnite Leaks (@ShiinaBR) October 4, 2019 The purpose of this is fairly simple – real players will be able to tell if it’s an actual opponent or not immediately. More importantly, keeping it unique to the bots will prevent any players rather cheekily using the skin to pretend they’re a bot themselves. These bots will be added in Season 11, which is set to go live on October 14, following the leaked ‘The End’ event, rumored to take place on October 13. There is some apprehension about these bots being added, with some players arguing that it could cause more problems than it will solve, but we’ll have to wait until Season 11 begins to know for sure.

Leakers confirm Fortnite New Years Event 2020 – details, weapon skins, more – Dexerto
Leakers confirm Fortnite New Years Event 2020 – details, weapon skins, more Fortnite leakers have confirmed that Fortnite Chapter 2 will have a New Years Event for the start of 2020, suggesting it will be very similar to the one we saw last year. As long-time Fortnite players will know, Epic Games pride themselves on hosting awesome in-game events to match those in the real-world. Christmas time sees the map become snowy, and a new Star Wars film sees lightsabers implemented. This will be the case yet again for the turn of the decade, with all signs suggesting players will be in store for an almost identical experience to last year. According to reputable Fortnite data miner, ‘Lucas7yoshi’, the event is going to be similar to the one from last year. For those who didn’t play Fortnite last year, the game forced players to dance every hour as it became 2019 in a new part of the world. Hence, players all across the world should be able to enjoy the New Year in-game as it happens in their locality. However, a number of players complained that this impeded their ability to play a normal game of Fortnite when the event was happening. What will happen in the Fortnite New Year Event? “I don’t really see anything that looks different from last year’s,” Yoshi said. “So it’s most likely going to be fairly similar at its core – but probably updated.” also these are things One is winterfest one is shop pic.twitter.com/mB3NO3VpVS — Lucas7yoshi – FESTIVAL ARC??? (@Lucas7yoshi) December 27, 2019 https://twitter.com/FNBRNetBackup/status/1210642359546974208?s=20 Further to this, Yoshi leaked a couple of weapon skins that will be accompanying the event, both of which look pretty awesome. A look into the game’s coding cements these suggestions, seeing a number of similarities. These include a New Year timer to provide a countdown, as well as a disco ball – which has already appeared in ‘replay’ files in the game. While much appears to be similar to last year’s, events are subject to change depending on how Epic want to celebrate the New Year. Developers also get time off around the holidays, meaning a similar event to last year is likely. Winterfest has been ongoing throughout December on the Fortnite map, with a number of weapons being unvaulted and mysterious blizzards blowing across the map. As this event blows out, stay tuned for all the latest.

Upcoming Season 6 Skins, Emotes and Cosmetics found in Fortnite’s V6.0 files – Dexerto
Upcoming Season 6 Skins, Emotes and Cosmetics found in Fortnite’s V6.0 files One of the best things about a Fortnite Battle Royale update is that the data mining community takes no time at all to start leaking new skins and cosmetics for us to sink our teeth into! This has, once again, been the case with the highly anticipated V6.0 update that marked the beginning of Season 6 when it went live on September 27. The well known data mining account known as TwoEpicBuddies on Twitter is one of the more reliable sources of information and has already released an image with all of skins, pickaxes, gliders, emotes and more that can be found in the V6.0 files. Some of them will look familiar as we have already seen a sneak peak of them in the Season 6 Battle Pass introduction videos, courtesy of Epic Games. But some, particularly the emotes (which are currently only available in picture form), have not yet been seen: Also included in the leaks are some outfit color variations, Battle Pass skin variations, a mystery character, and some “clown skin without mask” variations. The Calamity skin, which is one of the progressive outfits found in the Season 6 Battle Pass, will even have a choice of hats! Keep an eye out for more leaked skins, cosmetics and more as soon as they become available! The V6.0 update introduced a number of significant changes, including an updated map, a number of items being vaulted and much more.

Leaked skins and cosmetic items from the Fortnite Battle Royale 8.50 update – Dexerto
Leaked skins and cosmetic items from the Fortnite Battle Royale 8.50 update The Fortnite Battle Royale’s v8.50 patch was headlined by the new Avengers Endgame LTM, released in conjunction with the movie of the same name that releases in the United States on April 26, alongside a host of bug fixes that should fix complaints that fans have had in the current game. While Fortnite fans have plenty of new content to get their hands on, especially with the new Endgame event, it seems they’ll also have new cosmetic items to look forward to as well. Unsurprisingly, data miners have already started digging through the v8.50 patch files which were included as part of the update, and have found a number of new cosmetic items that players will likely be able to spend their V-Bucks on in the near future. A number of the leaked items appear to reference the final installment of the current Marvel move storyline, with players able to use one of the Avenger’s Quinjets as a glider in the game. There is no official word from Epic Games as to when these items will be made available to purchase, or how much they will cost when they are finally released. It’s expected that they will go live at some point in the next seven days, which is likely when fans of the game can expect to see the next update. Of course, there’s also no guarantee that these items will ever make an appearance in the game, as Epic Games have previously added cosmetic items in game files, and then never used them. Leaked skins and cosmetics found in the Fortnite V6.02 files continue the Halloween theme – Dexerto
Leaked skins and cosmetics found in the Fortnite V6.02 files continue the Halloween theme One of the most exciting aspects of a new Fortnite patch is that data miners are often able to get their hands on the files and leak upcoming skins, items and cosmetics that are yet to go live. This was no different with the release of the V6.02 patch on October 10. The update was already pretty cool, thanks to the addition of the Disco Domination LTM, Quad Launcher and more, but the new leaks make it even better! As is often the case, the well-known data mining account known as @TwoEpicBuddies on Twitter was one of the first to release a number of new skins, cosmetics and emotes that we can expect to see coming to the game. The leak seems to confirm that Epic Games are continuing with their Halloween theme for at least another week, as the skins range from spooky hooded characters all the way to a pretty awesome looking pumpkin head character: First footage of new Quad Launcher in Fortnite Battle RoyaleStay tuned for more information, including names and rarities of the various skins as soon as the data miners have had time to work them out. Perhaps even more exciting than these leaks is the fact that the Skull Trooper skin, one of the rarest and most popular to ever grace the game, is finally back! Fans may now have another thing to look forward to as well, with a new SMG potentially making its way into the game. Leaker spedicey1 first shared news of this new weapon on Feb 12, with a simple tweet claiming that new SMGs are coming soon, highlighting two lines that state: “WID_Pistol_RapidFireSMG_Athena.” Popular leaker ShiinaBR then added that there will be both an uncommon and rare version of the weapon, leading many fans to believe that this may be the return of the Machine Pistol which was vaulted back in 2018. Of course, it could also be a whole new weapon as you never really know what Epic are planning, especially with how bizarre some updates have been. new smgs soon: WID_Pistol_RapidFireSMG_Athena_UC_Ore_T03 WID_Pistol_RapidFireSMG_Athena_R_Ore_T03— spedicey1 (@spedicey1) February 12, 2020 RUMOR: Apparently we’re getting a new Rapid Fire SMG very soon! Leaked skins and cosmetics found in Fortnite V6.20 files – Names and Rarities – Zombie Jonesy and more as Halloween theme continues! – Dexerto
Leaked skins and cosmetics found in Fortnite V6.20 files – Names and Rarities – Zombie Jonesy and more as Halloween theme continues! The best thing about a new Fortnite patch is often the fact that data miners are able to get their hands on the files and leak upcoming skins, items and cosmetics that are yet to go live. This was, once again, the case with the release of the v6.20 patch on October 24. The update was already pretty awesome as it introduced the Fortnitemares 2018 event, challenges, skin, and even an all-new western-themed pistol called the ‘Six Shooter’, but the latest leaks make it even better! As is almost always the case, @TwoEpicBuddies, a well-known data mining account on Twitter, was one of the first to release a number of new skins, cosmetics and emotes that we can expect to see coming to the game. It looks like the Halloween theme is once again continuing, with a few skins that are clearly inspired by Mexico’s Day of the Dead celebrations, a Zombie Jonesy, and more. They’ve also included another look at the new Deadfire skin, which has progressive styles that change in-game. Dante (Epic) Back for more Fortnite Update V6.20 patch notes: New Six Shooter weapon, Fortnitemares, Pumpkin Launcher and more Stay tuned for more information, including names and rarities of the various skins as soon as the data miners have had time to work them out. While you’re waiting, you can find out everything you need to know about the Fortnitemares challenges and rewards here.

New leaked PS4-exclusive items coming soon to Fortnite Battle Royale – Dexerto
New leaked PS4-exclusive items coming soon to Fortnite Battle Royale Polygon / Epic GamesData-miners have discovered new cosmetic items coming soon to Fortnite Battle Royale that will be exclusively available on PlayStation 4. PS4-exclusive cosmetic items are nothing new in the world of Fortnite BR, as there have been numerous bundles made available through the PS Store since the game’s release. Most of these items and bundles have been offered for free to players, with the only requirement being that the player be subscribed to PlayStation Plus – Sony’s online gaming subscription. It appears that the next set of items will be a exclusive glider and contrails, thanks to leaks from prominent data-miners @lucas7yoshi and @FNBRLATLeaks. The glider will be of Epic rarity and called Coaxial Blue, having an in-game description that reads: “dual-rotor tactical copter.” As for the contrails, the item is reportedly of Rare rarity and will be called Blue Fusion: “Gone in a Flash.” For those who may not be familiar with contrails, they are specially designed trails that emit from players’ hands and feet when they are gliding down. The evidence that points to both of these items being solely available on the PS4 was found in encrypted game files, with the words ‘Cosmetics.Source.Platform.PS4″ clearly visible on the bottom lines. When will these leaked items release? Those who play the popular battle royale on PS4 will recognize that the color scheme of both items corresponds perfectly with the design of the Carbon Pack, which happens to be the current cosmetic bundle available for free to PlayStation Plus subscribers. This suggests that the two leaked items could soon join that Carbon Pack, which would make sense since the pack currently only features the Carbon Commando Outfit and Carbon Pack Back Bling. If the similarities turn out to just be a coincidence, then that means the leaked items will be part of a future set, the release date of which remains unknown at this point. How to claim PS4-exclusive items In order claim a cosmetic items bundle that is exclusive to PlayStation, players must visit the PlayStation Store and find the bundle, as long as it’s still actively available. At which point, once signed in, the system will recognize if the user has an active PS Plus subscription, and then allow the player to add the bundle into their cart and download it free of charge.

Fortnite leaks reveal Prop Hunt LTM coming soon – Dexerto
Fortnite leaks reveal Prop Hunt LTM coming soon Epic GamesDataminers have discovered that a special Prop Hunt mode will be added to v9.20 update. Epic Games utilize limited time modes as a way of creating new game types, promoting movie releases such as John Wick and Avengers Endgame, or introducing new weapons and items that wouldn’t fit in normal battle royale gameplay. It appears that fans of the title will soon be able to play one of gaming’s most popular party modes, as Prop Hunt is set to be added to Fortnite in the near future. Discovered in the game’s files was the Prop-o-matic gun, which will turn players into copies of objects found around the map. One team will be provided with the weapon in the game mode and use it to hide from opposing players who will try to find the various props that have been hidden around the map. According to FireMonkeyFN, there is a set list of items that players can turn into, which include a number of food items, objects and more. The full list of available props are: Apple – Banana – Bread – Cereal – Cheese – Cheese Wheel – DurrBurger – DurrDrink – DurrFries – DurrHotSauce – Jar Of Jam – Liquor – Orange – Pie – Salami – Wine – Coffee Pot – Cup – Cup Stack – Cutting Board – Jar – Jug – Pitcher – Plate – Pot – Salt Shaker – Serving Dish – Bed Roll – Book – Chair – Chess Board – Couch – Pillow – Leaves – Log – Plank – Stump – Tire – Wood Cart – Wood Chip – Cardboard Box – Container – Open Crate – Balloon – Can – Cash – Desk – Dolly – Rubber Duck – Saw – Shelf – Table – Toilet Paper – Tool Box – Empty Tool Box – Trash Bag – [LEAK] The new “”Prop-o-matic”” gun in-game! (+ me actually holding it this time 😉 The Prop-o-matic is a gun that will be used to transform yourself into props, in the soon to be expected Prop Hunt LTM!#Fortnite pic.twitter.com/zAcMBe21UA — KrispyLeaks – Fortnite Leaks/News (@KrispyLeaks) June 8, 2019 Prop Hunt is a recognizable game mode for fans of other titles such as Call of Duty, as it is regularly added to the game as a popular party playlist. It originally started life as a mod in Counter-Strike: Source, but became it’s own mode as part of the iconic Gary’s Mod game on Steam. It’s currently unclear how the rules will wor, as the game’s incredibly large map would make it difficult for players to locate enemies. It’s possible that the mod will take place on a specifically designed Creative island, or that the storm will be used to limit the play area. There’s no official release date for Prop Hunt, but with the files already spotted inside the game, it seems likely that we will see it in the next few weeks.

Leaked PCB Challenges in Fortnite might be a South Korea exclusive – Dexerto
Leaked PCB Challenges in Fortnite might be a South Korea exclusive It looks like the mysterious PCB challenges that leaked with Fortnite’s V6.22 update might not be available for players in all regions around the world. While Fortnite players are well accustomed to the various challenges presented to them on a weekly basis, the newest set of challenges to leak were quite the head-scratcher. Most challenges only pertain to things that can be done in-game, but the PCB Challenges looked to have players play Fortnite at “a participating PC Cafe,” making them incredibly unique to Fortnite. Thanks to Reddit user ‘DrillDriver,’ however, new light has been shed on just what’s up with these brand-new challenges. It turns out that the sign on the side of the new Keyboard King store says ‘PC방,’ which is the name of a chain of Korean PC gaming cafes that translates to ‘PC Bang.’ Adding further credence to this theory is a marketing campaign spotted in South Korea that features actor Chris Pratt. While in South Korea for the League of Legends World Championship, Darin Kwilinski, Senior Editor of ESPN Esports, caught a glimpse of the campaign by way of a sign on the side of a bus. Wait are we getting a @prattprattpratt skin in @FortniteGame???? pic.twitter.com/EmupzaSHq0 — Darin @ ESPN Esports (@darink) November 6, 2018 Additionally, DrillDriver took to a different Reddit thread (that has since been deleted) to translate a TV commercial featuring Chris Pratt that explains the special event. Given that gaming cafes aren’t very common in many areas of the world, this could all very well point to the PCB challenges being a collaboration with the gaming cafe chain to celebrate the game’s release in South Korea. Read More: Fornite v6.22 update introduces Heavy AR, NFL outfits, Team Terror LTM and more – November 6 patch notes – Of course, none of this has been confirmed by Epic Games, but with the event reportedly due to kick off in a couple days, the wait for official confirmation shouldn’t be too long.

Leaked Names of Skins and Cosmetics Found in Fortnite’s V5.2 Files – Dexerto
Leaked Names of Skins and Cosmetics Found in Fortnite’s V5.2 Files Epic GamesDataminers at XDA Developers have leaked the names of a number of new Fortnite skins and cosmetics that they have discovered in the 5.2 patch files. The leakers have gained access to the installer APK file for the Android version of Fortnite Battle Royale (which has not yet been released) and found a great deal of information in the process. The V5.2 patch is expected to be released on August 7 and it looks like it will come with a wide variety of new skins and cosmetics. XDA released the following image: https://www.xda-developers.com/fortnite-battle-royale-5-2-patch-new-items/ Unfortunately, there are currently no images of the cosmetics. XDA explained that this is due to Fortnite’s Android release using a new compression method that their tools cannot currently access: “We were, unfortunately, unable to get renders of these skins and items because Fortnite Mobile on Android is using a new compression method on the assets which current tools don’t support. Attempting to pull these files with current tools causes the viewer will crash. When the update goes live, probably on Tuesday, more experienced data-miners will be able to pull more data and hopefully images on everything new.” The new cosmetics will include various outfits/skins, some new gliders, pickaxes and back bling, and a number of new emotes. The full list is as follows: Skins: Celestial (Male) – DurrburgerHero (Male) (Burger Boss Victory well done.) – Exercise (Female) (Aerobic Assassin Flex your victory muscles.) – Exercise (Male) (Mullet Marauder Totally radical.) – FuzzyBearPanda (Female) (2000 V-Bucks) (P.A.N.D.A Team Leader Victory now. Leaked John Wick set for Fortnite Season 9 looks incredible – Dexerto
Leaked John Wick set for Fortnite Season 9 looks incredible v9.01 update for the popular battle royale title has been an early hit with players, as many celebrate Epic Games’ decisions to nerf the ultra-powerful Drum Gun, and to make some much-needed alterations to how Slipstreams work around the map. While many are focused on the patch notes, leakers have already started to sift through the game’s files in hopes of finding clues as to what will be coming soon, and it appears that the much-rumored tie-in with the new John Wick movie is taking place, with a new cosmetic set for the character leaked by @FNBRHQ. This isn’t the first time fans have been able to rock a skin similar to the character, as The Reaper skin, which was the Tier 100 reward from Season 3’s Battle Pass, was widely believed to be based on the character, although this was never officially confirmed. Leaked John Wick cosmetics set First spotted in the game’s files on May 15, fans of the John Wick series will soon be able to rock the same look as the former hitman in the game, and get their hands on one of the franchise’s well-known props. The new version of the John Wick skin features a look almost identical to actor Keanu Reeves, who has played the character since 2014, and will reprise his role in Chapter 3 – Parabellum. 600Players will also be able to use one of the gold coins from the movie as back bling for the character. In the John Wick movies, these special gold coins are a form of currency, used a way to secure services in the underworld instead of traceable forms of money such as cash or credit cards. 600Data miner HypeX was able to give players a look at what the skin and backbling will look like in the game’s, ahead of its official release. Leaked “”John Wick”” skin In-Match footage! pic.twitter.com/UWGrTOwVMy — ShiinaBR – Fortnite Leaks (@ShiinaBR) May 15, 2019 John Wick event in Fortnite Battle Royale It comes as little surprise that new John Wick items have been found in the game, as it appears that Fortnite Battle Royale is set for a major event to help promote the release of John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, which opens in cinemas on May 17 in the United States. According to leaks found in the v9.0 update, John Wick will get his own special limited time mode, much like the Avengers did with Endgame, that will see players attempt to collect the gold coins from the movie, while what looks to be Wick’s house from the movie was also added as a new building near Paradise Palms. The mode, called “Wick’s Bounty,” will also have a number of special challenges for players to compete, with the leaked skin and back bling a possible reward for their completion. Epic Games have yet to announce when the John Wick event will take place, but with the movie scheduled to release on Friday, it’s likely that we will receive some new information on the LTM in the near future.

Leaked Loading Screens for the Week 3 and 4 Road Trip Challenges in Fortnite – Dexerto
Leaked Loading Screens for the Week 3 and 4 Road Trip Challenges in Fortnite Dataminers have leaked the Road Trip challenge loading screens for Week 3 and 4 of Season 5 in Fortnite Battle Royale. The leak comes after the release of the V5.10 patch and each loading screen should give a strong indication of the whereabouts of the bonus Road Trip Battle Pass star that is associated with that particular week. The first of the loading screens shows one of the recently added All Terrain Karts (ATK) screeching around a corner of a race track while another character holds a checkered flag. The number plate on the ATK reads “J2 SW” with a star in the middle. It is possible that “J2” refers to the J-2 coordinates on the map, which would place the Battle Pass star just to the north-east of Wailing woods. A hill in the background looks like one of the large mounds found in Paradise Palms, so it seems likely that the Week 4 star is on top of one of those. Finding the star will grant you a free Battle Pass tier level up. If you complete all of the Road Trip challenges in Season 5, you will unlock a special Road Trip skin which has not yet been revealed.

Leaked Icicle pickaxe for Fortnite is based on another popular fan-made concept – Dexerto
Leaked Icicle pickaxe for Fortnite is based on another popular fan-made concept Members of the Fortnite community are constantly coming up with new concepts and ideas for items, skins and more, but it’s not every day that one actually gets added to the game. Perhaps the most notable concept to ever make it into the game came in the form of the ‘Tender Defender’ outfit that a 10-year-old fan designed and desperately wanted to see become a reality. Now, though, it would appear that another Redditor’s impressive concept work is about to become a reality after leaked assets from the Season 7 v7.00 patch show an upcoming pickaxe that will be familiar to a number of our readers. In October we shared an incredible Snowman cosmetic set concept from Reddit user ‘snabobo’ which included the ‘Cold To The Touch’ pickaxe, and the recently leaked ‘Icicle’ pickaxe from the v7.00 files looks almost identical. The entire cosmetic set went down well with the Reddit community, and one user, ‘Hoogen646’, even suggested that ‘Ice-Sickle’ as a better name for the pickaxe! One player that might not be surprised to see the Icicle pickaxe coming to the game, though, is ‘snabobo’, who responded to a Reddit thread about it being added and seemed to confirm that they had been contacted by Epic. Read More: Winter versions of classic Fortnite skins ‘Red Knight’ and more coming soon, according to leaks – Snabobo said: “I create ideas based on what I would like to see, not what I think I will see. Its okay thought cause I recently got contacted saying it was from my idea, so I can rest easy now.” With Epic Games adding designs like Tender Defender and the Icicle pickaxe to the game, it would seem that there has never been a better time to be a Fortnite concept artist!

Leaked Images Show Major Changes Coming to the Fortnite Battle Royale Map – Dexerto
Leaked Images Show Major Changes Coming to the Fortnite Battle Royale Map A well known data mining account has leaked images of what the Fortnite Battle Royale map will look like following the next major update to the game. The beginning of Season 4 in Fortnite Battle Royale was one of the most highly anticipated moments in the game’s history as meteors struck the map, changing it significantly, and numerous heroes and villains started to appear. Now, with Season 4 slowly drawing to a close, the speculation about what Season 5 will bring has started to reach fever pitch, with everything from Villains launching the rocket near Snobby Shores, to an alien invasion being discussed as possibilities. Most theories do seem to focus on the rocket, though, and it looks like it will continue to play a part in Season 5 as one of the most well data mining accounts, @TwoEpicBuddies, has released images of what the map should look like after next patch. The images show a new tower in Tilted Towers, which might explain the ongoing building work, some changes to Dusty Divot, which was main impact spot of the meteor, and what seems to be a significant change to the Villain’s lair. TwoEpicBuddies seems to believe that the rocket is missing entirely, while other community members have suggested that the change is actually showing some silo doors. We’ll leave you to decide for yourself! The rest of the close up images can be found below and a large full resolution image of the entire map can be viewed here. It is worth noting that none of the information shared by TwoEpicBuddies has been confirmed by Epic Games and everything is also subject to change before the next update is released (which should be on June 26th).

Leaked ‘Ice Storm’ Fortnite in-game event may be coming soon and it includes a new set of challenges – Dexerto
Leaked ‘Ice Storm’ Fortnite in-game event may be coming soon and it includes a new set of challenges New information has surfaced that points to a brand new in-game event called ‘Ice Storm’ coming soon to Fortnite Battle Royale. Data miners have found in-game files that hint at the Ice Storm event, including several images, animations, and a new set of challenges that will seemingly unlock at various points during the event. The leaks include three images that warn of inclement weather coming to the Fortnite map, and resemble animated and cartoon versions of what weather stations would normally show on television. Speaking of television, one of the images features the Season 7 Ice King teaser image as the backdrop to the words “No Signal,’ which will presumably be shown on the numerous TV sets that can be found in-game. This would be very similar to how the in-game TV sets flashed out warnings of incoming danger in the days and weeks leading up to the launch of Season 5 over the summer. The challenges that will be available during Ice Storm have also been discovered and leaked, and feature requirements mostly involving dealing damage to certain things via certain types of weapons. This leak comes courtesy of @FortniteGameLAT, although this is unofficial and thus subject to change by the time the event does go live in Fortnite. Leaked in-game footage of Fortnite Spectator Mode released – Dexerto
Leaked in-game footage of Fortnite Spectator Mode released Epic GamesFootage of Fortnite’s unreleased Spectator Mode has been leaked on Reddit, giving fans of the popular battle royale title their first look at the system ahead of its eventual release. Spectator Mode has long been rumored to be on it’s way to Fortnite, but Epic Games have remained tight-lipped at the prospect of the feature appearing in the game in the near future. While little was known about Spectator Mode, a Fortnite player on Reddit has been able to access parts of the system, giving fans a look at what they can expect when it finally goes live. In a video uploaded to /r/FortniteLeaks by a user named VastBlast, the player can be seen accessing the menus associated with Spectator Mode. The player can be seen accessing Spectator Mode in the bottom-right corner of the screen, which then offers the option to watch a friend’s session, or a specific game session if they have an ID associated with the match. When selecting a friend’s session, players can then select from a list of their Epic Games friends who are in games, although the video doesn’t show VastBlast actually spectating any matches, as this functionality is unlikely to be active yet. It’s unclear how VastBlast was able to access this feature, as some say they have seen a glitch with the client that has presented the Spectator Mode option in the past. There is currently no official release date for Spectator Mode, but if Epic Games have added the functionality into the client, it’s likely that we will see it go live for all players in the near future.

Leaked Harpoon Gun coming soon to Fortnite – Dexerto
Leaked Harpoon Gun coming soon to Fortnite v11.10 patch update on October 29, Epic Games have added all sorts of new content to the game’s files and data miners have been hard at work trying to uncover as much as they can for fans to see. We already know that the Pumpkin Rocket Launcher, as has become tradition, will return to the battle royale game with Fortnitemares, although the arrival of a brand new weapon might well surprise some sections of the player base. Fortnite leaker Lucas7yoshi has revealed that a brand new Harpoon Gun, which can be seen below, is coming soon to the game for the Halloween inspired Fortnitemares event. The event kicks off on October 29, the same day as the patch went live in-game, bringing a plethora of new content with it. So, let’s take a look at the latest addition to the game’s weapon list. The lack of patch notes during the course of Chapter 2, Season 1 has left players wondering just what has changed in the game every time a patch goes live, but leakers appear to be doing their job for them in the meantime. This wasn’t the only interesting leak to have been released since the patch was rolled out, though, as a list of new Fortnitemare challenges, coupled with fresh Halloween inspired skins and cosmetics, have also been revealed. Fortnite’s new Harpoon Gun might have been introduced to help fans attack the Storm King, as it can latch onto structures and even deal damage. Its damage stats, at the time of writing, are unconfirmed.

Leaked Fortnite x Splatoon files reveal next crossover event – Dexerto
Leaked Fortnite x Splatoon files reveal next crossover event Nintendo / Epic GamesAnother Fortnite collaboration with a popular video game title is officially on the way, with the popular battle royale title sent to link up with Nintendo title Splatoon in the near future. Fortnite fans have become well accustomed to special events or cosmetics appear in the game to promote other things, with a collaboration with the new IT: Chapter Two movie currently underway with a spooky balloon appearing at Pleasant Park. Now, one of Nintendo Switch’s most popular games is head for the island, with Splatoon set to splash paint all over Fortnite as it makes its way to the battle royale title. After searching through the game’s files following the v10.20 Content Update, data miner Lucas7yoshi discovered the names of a number of files which appear to be involved in some sort of Splatoon crossover. The files are for new skins, naming some of the game’s characters such as Squid Kid, and another named Street Urchin, which is believed to be a codename for Spyke. Possible splatoon crossover CID_TBD_Athena_Commando_M_SquidKid CID_TBD_Athena_Commando_M_StreetUrchin (i have not played, this is included based on a reddit comment) BID_TBD_SquidKid — Lucas7yoshi // Fortnite Leaks & News (@Lucas7yoshi) September 5, 2019 When these characters will be made available for purchase remains to be seen, but if Epic has started adding them to the game’s files, it seems likely that they will appear in the in-game store in the near future. Whether the paint-shooting mechanics of Splatoon, which tasks players with covering the map in the color of their respective team, will come to Fortnite remains to be seen, but with Epic Games dedicating a whole section of the map to their Borderlands crossover, it certainly isn’t beyond the realms of possibility. Neither Nintendo nor Epic have confirmed that a Splatoon collab is taking place, and with little information available regarding the possible event, there is no official date for which fans of the games can expect to see the mash-up take place.

Leaked Fortnite x Batman Joker item coming soon – Dexerto
Leaked Fortnite x Batman Joker item coming soon Epic Games looks set to add a brand new Joker inspired item to Fortnite‘s upcoming Gotham City location, to open up the beginning of the game’s latest crossover with the Batman franchise. The free-to-play game has been host to several interesting crossovers in recent times, including Marvel’s The Avengers, Stranger Things, Borderlands 3 and many others, but it’s a brand new Batman event that has people talking in Season 10. Following the introduction of the game’s v10.31 patch on September 18, data miners discovered that one of its most popular locations, Tilted Town, was about to undergo even more changes. In fact, they revealed that it would be replaced by Gotham City. Fortnite Joker Jam item coming soon? With many fans wondering whether or not this was a crossover linked with Batman Day on September 21, or even an event to promote the new Joker movie which releases on October 4, it appears that they will be getting both. Fortnite leaker HYPEX uncovered some interesting details after the patch went live, but one of the most mysterious – and interesting – is definitely this Joker inspired item. You can check it out below. According to HYPEX this item, which has been described as a “jam” by the data miner, will be able to be placed on different structures in Fortnite – such as walls. There’s no hiding that currently we don’t have a lot of information about what this will actually do in-game. After all, many people thought that the leaked Fortnite Batarang was going to be an item, but turned out to be a teaser added to Tilted Town after the arrival of a brand new Rift Beacon. For all we know, this new Joker item could just be another prop to tease the event before it kicks off, but the likelihood is that it will be an actual item in the game. We await more information on its capabilities, but it’s worth noting that its presence has not yet been confirmed by Epic Games, meaning there’s a chance that it could be tweaked, or even scrapped, at any time in the future.

Leaked Fortnite x Dragon Ball trailer reveals mythic weapon, skins & gliders – Dexerto
Leaked Fortnite x Dragon Ball trailer reveals mythic weapon, skins & gliders The official trailer for the Fortnite x Dragon Ball crossover event has leaked showing off the new skins, cosmetics, and in-game powers. Epic Games has been teasing its second massive anime crossover with one of the most iconic television series in history: Dragon Ball. And with Goku being one of the strongest characters in any multiverse, this collab had to be big. Not only does the Dragon Ball crossover include four iconic characters from the anime, but it also features an in-game item similar to the Marvel powers from Chapter 2 Season 4. Players can harness the power of the legendary Kamehameha and blast their opponents to the afterlife. The event is set to kick off after downtime on August 16 following the Fortnite v21.40 update. But a leaked trailer for the crossover already shows what the Saiyans are bringing to The island. The trailer was uploaded to Twitter by notable leaker iFireMonkey. The trailer shows off four characters coming to the game as purchasable skins: Goku, Vegeta, Bulma, and Beerus. There are also three different gliders from the anime including Vegeta’s space capsule, Goku’s flying nimbus cloud, and Shenron the dragon. Players can also be seen using the Kamehameha ability to damage opponents and structures. They’re also shown using the energy blasts against one another with the beams interrupting each other. A couple of emotes are also on display. Players can use the Super Saiyan powerup emote even when not using the Goku and Vegeta skins. The Fusion Dance is also in Fortnite as a synced emote players can perform with friends. There’s likely more in store for players to discover once the crossover is officially released. But until then, this leaked trailer will have to hold players over for the next few hours.

Leaked Fortnite Week 9 Hunting Party screen shows the A.I.M. skin hunting other characters – Dexerto
Leaked Fortnite Week 9 Hunting Party screen shows the A.I.M. skin hunting other characters With the V6.30 Update for Fortnite Battle Royale released on Wednesday, November 14, dataminers have already began leaking upcoming cosmetics and items, including the Week 9 Hunting Party loading screen. Players can unlock the Hunting Party loading screens by completing bonus challenges that have ran throughout the duration of Season Six, much like the Blockbuster and Road Trip challenges that took place during Season 5 and 6. Players who completed seven weeks worth of challenges were able to unlock the A.I.M. skin as a special reward, with Epic Games yet to announce whether there will be another reward for completing every Hunting Party challenge. Dataminers have already leaked the Week 8 loading screen, which also features the A.I.M. skin, who appears to be using a map to find something. The Week 9 loading screen also features the A.I.M. character, alongside a Calamity skin and and one other character. While the Calamity skin is sitting in a lovely field enjoying some flowers, A.I.M. is seen standing menacingly in the background, staring at the two unaware Fortnite characters. It appears that A.I.M. could be actually hunting the two characters, perhaps indicating what the Hunting Party title for the Season 6 challenges has been all about. Alongside the leaks of the loading screens, dataminers have found new cosmetic items that will be making their way to Fortnite in the near future, including a wizard and a punk rocker named Riot. These leaks all come from the Fortnite V6.30 update, which featured the official release of the unbelievably powerful Mounted Turret and the new Food Fight Limited Time Mode.

Leaked Fortnite weapon & item unvault list for each day of Winterfest – Dexerto
Leaked Fortnite weapon & item unvault list for each day of Winterfest Epic Games are bringing back some classic weapons and items as part of Fortnite Chapter 2’s ongoing Winterfest event, and the whole list of things they plan to unvault has been leaked. With the holiday season in full swing, Epic Games launched the Winterfest in-game event in Fortnite on December 18, turning the popular battle royale into a winter wonderland. As part of the event, the developers announced that they will be unvaulting some of the items and weapons from the game’s earlier seasons, each one to be available for a single day before going back into the vault. As is the norm, dataminers were able to forage through the event’s game files and find the full list of everything that Epic plan to unvault during Winterfest. Here is the full list of weapons and items that Epic will reportedly be bringing back from the vault each day over the course of this 21-day event, with there being some repetitions along the way. This leak comes courtesy of HYPEX, one of the community’s most reliable and prominent dataminers. Full schedule of all Fortnite weapons & items to be unvaulted during Winterfest According to HYPEX, the order with which the weapons and items are listed in the graphic above is the same order that Epic will be releasing them back into the game, each for a single day before going back into the vault. It must be noted that, for whatever reason, Winterfest was delayed a single day after Epic initially announced it was supposed to launch on December 17. Thus, the list effectively starts at the second weapon – the Double Barrel Shotgun. December 17 – Heavy Sniper Rifle (skipped due to delay) – December 18 – Double Barrel Shotgun – December 19 – Drum Gun – December 20 – Flint-Knock Pistol – December 21 – Stink Bomb – December 22 – Infantry Rifle – December 23 – Dual Pistols – December 24 – Tactical Submachine Gun – December 25 – Shockwave Grenade – December 26 – Drum Shotgun – December 27 – Boom Bow – December 28 – Hand Cannon – December 29 – Suppressed Submachine Gun – December 30 – Heavy Sniper Rifle – December 31 – Boogie Bomb – January 1, 2020 – Flint-Knock Pistol – January 2 – Drum Gun – January 3 – Infantry Rifle – January 4 – Hand Cannon – January 5 – Tactical Submachine Gun – January 6 – Boom Bow – This list falls in line with how long Winterfest will reportedly go on for, with leakers determining the end date to be January 6. Confirmed list of unvaulted weapons & items during Winterfest December 18 – Double Barrel Shotgun We’ve brought back the Double Barrel Shotgun for one day only! #FortniteWinterfest pic.twitter.com/zyNcnfajx8 — Fortnite (@FortniteGame) December 18, 2019 The first weapon to be brought back was the Double Barrel Shotgun on December 18. The most powerful shotgun to ever exist in the game, the Double Barrel was first introduced back in Season 5 before being vaulted at the start of Season 7. As mentioned above, the reason the event started off with this weapon and not the Heavy Sniper Rifle is that the first day was effectively skipped due to the delay of the Winterfest launch. December 19 – Drum Gun We’ve brought back the Drum Gun for today! #FortniteWinterfest pic.twitter.com/UGFKuErvbG — Fortnite (@FortniteGame) December 19, 2019 One of the most controversial weapons in the game, the Drum Gun was brought back from the vault on December 19, and not for the first time. Initially introduced during Season 4, the powerful gun was repeatedly nerfed and eventually vaulted before returning during the in-game voting event that took place in Season 8. However, because of how versatile and overpowered it is, Epic ended up vaulting it for the second time in Season 10, but now it’s back for players to enjoy, albeit for only a single day. December 20 – Flint-Knock Pistol The Flint Knock Pistol makes a return today! #FortniteWinterfest pic.twitter.com/m5t8BBishT — Fortnite (@FortniteGame) December 20, 2019 The Flint-Knock Pistol is one of the more interesting weapons in Fortnite because it not only has the capability to inflict damage but it also knocks players around. Thus, many used it as not only a gun but also a mobility device, shooting it into the ground to propel themselves high into the air. It was first introduced during Season 8 but then vaulted at the start of Season X. However, the devs did return it just a few weeks later only for it to get vaulted for a second time at the start of Chapter 2. December 21 – The Stink Bomb The Stink Bomb makes its smelly return for one day only! #FortniteWinterfest pic.twitter.com/wE5rd0zrpe — Fortnite (@FortniteGame) December 21, 2019 This unvaulted weapon really stinks. The Stink Bomb is the first explosive to be unvaulted for the Winterfest update. The poisonous cloud it creates lasts for 9 seconds and does 5 damage per half-second, bypassing shields. It can harm the thrower, but not the thrower’s teammates. The Stink Bomb was introduced in Season 4, but was vaulted in Season 11 with the new chapter. December 22 – The Infantry Rifle The Infantry Rifle makes its return today! #FortniteWinterfest pic.twitter.com/DkBt8hvMdb — Fortnite (@FortniteGame) December 22, 2019 The Infantry Rifle uses medium bullets and has a headshot multiplier of 2x. What’s more, it is 100% accurate when aiming down sights making it excellent at taking out enemies at a distance. While all variants of the Infantry Rifle was vauled in Patch 11.0, its return should be a welcome one, even if it is for a single day. December 23 – Dual Pistols The Dual Pistols make their return for one day only! #FortniteWinterfest pic.twitter.com/T2Cp1PZcCa — Fortnite (@FortniteGame) December 23, 2019 Despite appearing overpowered on paper, the Dual Pistols never really became a part of the meta after being first introduced during Season 4. Its huge dropoff at range made it a liability, and there were always better close-range weapons to use in its place, such as shotguns and SMGs. This will be the first time that Dual Pistols have been in Fortnite since they were vaulted during Season 9. December 24 – Tactical SMG The Tactical SMG has been unvaulted today! #FortniteWinterfest pic.twitter.com/IXGXPnh3xr — Fortnite (@FortniteGame) December 24, 2019 The Tactical SMG has been a journeyman weapon of sorts in Fortnite – having been in the game for a long time but undergone several changes throughout the seasons. It was first introduced all the way back in Season 1 but was vaulted at the start of Season 5, in order to make room for the regular SMG. However, it was brought back several months later during Season X, replacing the Burst SMG, and Epic even added a gold Legendary version for the first time ever. It was vaulted for a second time at the start of Chapter 2, as the developers opted to keep the regular SMG as the only weapon of its kind in the game. December 25 – Shockwave Grenade The Shockwave Grenade makes its return for one day only! #FortniteWinterfest pic.twitter.com/pGBkfk6PjE — Fortnite (@FortniteGame) December 25, 2019 Not many items in Fortnite have been powerful enough to establish their own meta, but the Shockwave Grenade has definitely been an exception. Initially added during Season 5, the mobility device was vaulted at the start of Season 7 before returning again during Season 9 in place of Impulse Grenades. During Season X, particularly in the first-ever Fortnite Champion Series, the Shockwave Grenade could be found in most players’ inventories at all times, as it was one of the few legitimate ways that players could speed up their mobility. However, it was vaulted again at the start of Chapter 2. December 26 – Drum Shotgun The Drum Shotgun returns for today only! #FortniteWinterfest pic.twitter.com/OSNSe0uEqg — Fortnite (@FortniteGame) December 26, 2019 Of the weapons and items that have been unvaulted so far in Winterfest, the Drum Shotgun is by far the newest one. It was first introduced about halfway through Season 9 before being vaulted in Season 10. When it was first removed, Epic Games didn’t really provide a reason or explanation, but the shotgun was considered by many to be too powerful due to its automatic and high fire rate. December 27 – Boom Bow The Boom Bow makes its explosive return today! #FortniteWinterfest pic.twitter.com/V2mZ6WalrK — Fortnite (@FortniteGame) December 27, 2019 The Boom Bow was first added in Fortnite during Season 8 but was subsequently vaulted several weeks into Season 9. It quickly became apparent that the weapon was way too powerful to exist in a battle royale because it shredded through players’ health and shield very quickly. December 28 – The Hand Cannon The Hand Cannon returns for today! #FortniteWinterfest pic.twitter.com/ToJUeDBXEu — Fortnite (@FortniteGame) December 28, 2019 The Hand Cannon is a heavy pistol that packs quite a wallop. The Hand Cannon uses heavy ammo instead of light ammo, and deals 75 damage to players and 100 damage to structures. It can take out a freshly built stone wall in just one shot. It was vaulted at the start of Chapter 2. December 29 – Suppressed SMG The Suppressed SMG makes its return today! #FortniteWinterfest pic.twitter.com/8Z0qo6o6QA — Fortnite (@FortniteGame) December 29, 2019 Very few weapons have been in and out of the Fortnite vault as much as the Suppressed SMG. One of the earliest guns in the game, the Suppressed SMG was first added in Season 1 before all of its variants were vaulted at the start of Season 6. It was brought back to the game in Season 7. It was vaulted for the second time, in Season 9, but unvaulted again just a couple of updates later, because of the Tactical Assault Rifle being taken out. However, with Epic wanting to limit the weapon pool at the start of Chapter 2, it was taken out of the game for the third time in the v11.0 update. December 30 – Heavy Sniper Rifle Steady your shot. The Heavy Sniper Makes its return for today only! #FortniteWinterfest pic.twitter.com/pF9jBSw39c — Fortnite (@FortniteGame) December 30, 2019 As the name suggests, the Heavy Sniper Rifle was the most powerful weapon of its class in Fortnite, and one of the most damage-dealing the battle royale has ever seen. It was added during Season 5 and lasted for nearly another five seasons, as it was vaulted at the start of Chapter 2. It’s not clear exactly why Epic took this weapon out – either it was too powerful or they were simply trying to limit down the sniper class to just a single gun. December 31 – Boogie Bomb Dance the night away. The Boogie Bomb makes its return for today only! #FortniteWinterfest pic.twitter.com/nTnAInABzP — Fortnite (@FortniteGame) December 31, 2019 The Boogie Bomb was one of the first real ‘fun’ items added to Fortnite, way back in Season 1. Players learned quickly not to take the disco ball-looking grenade lightly, as it was an item that could always shut down any player, whether they be a novice or pro. It was also one of the very few items/weapons that lasted all the way through until the start of Chapter 2, when it was finally vaulted due to Epic wanting to limit the pool of items and weapons in the game. Always keep in mind that nothing should be considered official until formally announced by Epic Games, which means the leaked information presented above is subject to change at any time at the discretion of the developers.

Leaked Fortnite weapon looks like it was built by Fuse in Apex Legends – Dexerto
Leaked Fortnite weapon looks like it was built by Fuse in Apex Legends Epic Games / Respawn EntertainmentA recently-leaked powerful Fortnite weapon has got players comparing it to a feature from another popular battle royale game, Apex Legends. Fortnite has introduced tons of weapons since it debuted in 2017, but there are many that never make it into the game. Often they get leaked online and some even have gameplay footage, but regular players never get to use them. One of these unreleased weapons is the TinStack, also referred to as the Mini-Gun Grenade Launcher. Information on it leaked a while back, but new footage of the weapon’s features has surfaced, and it’s reminding players of Fuse from Apex Legends. The comparisons were drawn after Fortnite leaker ximton shared a video of the Tinstack weapon’s newly-discovered feature in action. As well as being able to launch grenades at other players with regular aiming and shooting, the unreleased weapon appears to come with a special air strike feature that rains down explosive grenades from the sky. While some Fortnite players were busy getting excited over the potential of being able to use this weapon in a future update, others noticed that the weapon is very similar to the ‘ultimate’ ability of the new Apex Legends character Fuse. Apex Legends introduced Fuse in its recent Season 8 update, which went live on Tuesday, February 2, 2021. The mercenary-turned-cage fighter uses explosives to wreak havoc and destroy his enemies. Fuse’s ultimate, Motherlode, sees him bring out the big guns – literally. Known affectionately as Wally, the character’s ultimate weapon rains down grenades from the sky and surrounds enemies in a ring of fire. Quite a few gamers picked up on the similarities between Fuse and the new Fortnite weapon, with one writing that it “seems oddly familiar to the new Apex Legends character’s ultimate” while another added: “This reminds me of Fuse’s ultimate.” Of course, this is all just a coincidence, as the TinStack weapon has been in the Fortnite files for a while now, long before Fuse was added to Apex Legends – but fans of both games are enjoying the similarities. The Tinstack isn’t the only leaked weapon that could potentially be coming to the game soon. We’ve rounded up the best unreleased Fortnite weapons, including the Flamethrower and a Troll Launcher (yes, really).

Leaked Fortnite UI changes aren’t what the community wanted – Dexerto
Leaked Fortnite UI changes aren’t what the community wanted Epic GamesFortnite is reportedly releasing a significant update to the UI system in an upcoming release, and some community members are less than enthused by early mock-ups from a trusted leaker. Renowned Fortnite leaker HYPEX has dropped a new concept on Twitter/X, sharing early images of the UI changes. The layout presented is a stark departure from the current game, with the player name, secondary name, platform, and status all prominently displayed from the lobby screen. While the current lobby screen does contain the player’s name or a friend’s nickname, this new UI would bring much more information to the main screen. The friend’s tab on the right of the lobby shows the mode, platform, and game mode another person is on. As seen in the image provided by HYPEX, the potential UI changes would make the lobby much more cluttered with information. However, it would remove the need to constantly check the bar on the side to see what your friends are doing and their current status. Players have requested changes to the Fortnite UI for several seasons, but, as the comments underneath the post showed, this change wasn’t what the community expected. “THIS ISN’T THE UI UPDATE WE ASKED FOR,” exclaimed one user under the post. One user even pointed out that the “UI update” didn’t seem like an update. Instead, it looked more like changes to just the lobby. Something that isn’t what the community has been asking for, instead an update to the Locker UI system. “I don’t mind this too much, but can they stop avoiding a Locker UI revamp?” asked another user. These changes have no set release date, as they could still be in early development. Take all of this information with a grain of salt. We will keep you updated if the change does come, either in Chapter 5 or Chapter 6.

Fortnite: Leaked skins and cosmetics from v8.20 patch – Dexerto
Fortnite: Leaked skins and cosmetics from v8.20 patch Epic Games have officially released the v8.20 patch for v8.20 Fortnite patch officially went live on Wednesday, March 27, and brought with it a host of changes and new items, such as the Poison Dart Trap, Foraged Items and an unpopular change to the rewards players received following an elimination. While Fortnite fans have plenty of new content to sink their teeth into, they’ll also have plenty of new cosmetic items to spend their V-Bucks on in the near future. As is customary following a Fortnite update, data miners have been digging through the files that were added to the game during downtime, and have come across a number of new cosmetic items that will likely be added to the Item Shop. The leaked skins continue two of the major themes for Fortnite Season 8, based around pirates and the massive volcano. As usual, there is no word on when these items will be added to the Item Shop, or how much they will cost when they finally make it there. Throughout Season 8, Epic Games have added two weeks worth of consumables in each major update, so expect to see them all make an appearance over the course of the next 14 days. Of course, just because they have been added to the game’s files doesn’t mean they will ever appear in the game, as Epic have previously included new files in a patch, just to never use them. Leaked Fortnite skins & cosmetics: Valentine’s Day and Harley Quinn skin – Dexerto
Leaked Fortnite skins & cosmetics: Valentine’s Day and Harley Quinn skin Epic GamesThe final Fortnite update for Season 1 of Chapter 2, v11.50, has gone live, and data miners have uncovered a batch of unreleased skins and cosmetics coming to the battle royale. Season 2 is set to start on February 20, but before then there’s still time for a few more events in the first season – the longest ever so far. With not long left in the season, there’s fewer new skins and cosmetics this time around, but it looks like a Valentine’s Day event is coming, judging by the look of these leaked items. Before we get to the Valentine’s Day content though, there’s one skin that everyone’s been waiting for that has now been confirmed. The new film Birds of Prey is releasing on February 7, and to celebrate, a Harley Quinn skin is on its way to Fortnite. There are two styles for the skin too, the first her standard look, and another, even wackier outfit. This image of the new skin was leaked via HYPEX. New Valentine’s Day skins Then, one week after the release of Birds of Prey, it is, of course, Valentine’s Day. For the final week of Season 1, it looks like players will be getting loved up. There are four new skins for this event in total, plus one extra style, and a host of other items including backblings and weapon wraps. You can see all the leaked Valentine’s Day content coming to Fortnite here, thanks to leaker HYPEX. We don’t know the exact release date for these items yet though. Presumably, the Harley Quinn skin will be available by February 7, to tie in with the launch of the movie. A leak claimed it will be available on February 6, at 7pm EST. As for the rest of the skins and cosmetics, we’d expect these to be available just before Valentine’s Day itself, so perhaps not until February 12 or 13. Epic Games should give an exact release date closer to the time.

Leaked Fortnite skins and cosmetics from v10.40 Update – Dexerto
Leaked Fortnite skins and cosmetics from v10.40 Update Fortnite’s v10.40 Update is now live on all platforms, and data miners have been scouring the game’s files to find all the leaked skins, back bling, harvesting tools, and more hidden inside the patch. The v10.40 Update introduced a brand new location to the game called Starry Suburbs, while also making some major changes to how aim assist works for those who use a controller to play the popular battle royale title. As with any patch, data miners are already sifting through the new additions to the game, and have discovered a host of cosmetics that will be coming to the in-game store in the near future. As always, Epic Games have hidden these items deep inside the patch files, but for those who are impatient and don’t want to wait on the developers to release them officially, leakers release them as soon as possible to give us a look at what’s coming next to the game. As always, just because the skins, gliders, wraps, and more have been added to the game, it doesn’t guarantee that they will ever make it to the game. Some items that are added to the title are never released publically, so it’s always possible that you may never be able to rock them as you hunt for Victory Royales. With last week’s v10.31 Update offering no new cosmetics to players, Epic have added a host of new items with this patch, and thanks to @ShiinaBR, @FunGamesLeaks, @MaxWinebach, and @Lucas7yoshi, you can take a look at what will be added to the store over the next few weeks. Leaked Fortnite skins and cosmetics from v10.10 update – Dexerto
Leaked Fortnite skins and cosmetics from v10.10 update The v10.10 update has finally arrived in Fortnite after an entire day’s delay, bringing with it Zombies, Retail Row and more, and leakers have already uncovered a slew of new skins and cosmetics added to game files. The main features of the new update are of course the map changes and the return of zombies (or ‘fiends’ as they’re properly named), although thankfully it looks like the zombies will be restricted to Retail Row only. The much-maligned BRUTE mechs have also had some changes made, although perhaps not as big as players might have hoped for, with spawn adjustments and new lasers which give players on the opposing end a better chance. The controversial Infinity Blade has also returned in Fortnite, but thankfully only in a special mode dedicated to its use, called the Sword Fight LTM, available in squads or duos. As with every new update, Epic appears to have added new cosmetics to the game files ready for release in the item shop soon. Leaked Fortnite skins & cosmetics from Fortnitemares v14.40 update – Dexerto
Leaked Fortnite skins & cosmetics from Fortnitemares v14.40 update Epic GamesWith Halloween taking over in Fortnite, and the return of the Fortnitemares event, there are lots of new skins and variants for players to get their hands on. Thanks to data miners, we have a look at these early, as usual. This is the third year of Fortnitemares – the annual Halloween event in Fortnite that adds spooky decorations to the map, Zombies and some once-a-year cosmetics. This year, Midas takes center-stage with his surprising return. The character hasn’t been seen since the end of Season 2 when his Device experiment flooded the entire island, but the man with a golden touch has reappeared and taken back control of The Agency, with some help from his Shadow henchmen. With Fortnite taking a spooky turn for the Halloween season, it’s no surprise that there are some spooky skins on offer for fans of the game to get their hands on, so everyone can get into the spirit. Skull Squad skins have become a feature of Fortnitemares, and this year is no exception with new variants including Fishstick and Beef Boss, while Skull Trooper gets a special party makeover with neon lights to make him stand out from the crowd. There’s also two new pumpkin skins for those who want the jack-o-lantern look this year, while Midas is also getting a special skin style that will see him covered in purple Shadow flames, just like his Henchman. Leaked Fortnite skins and cosmetic items from v9.30 update – Dexerto
Leaked Fortnite skins and cosmetic items from v9.30 update v9.30 update introduced the brand new Chug Splash item, a consumable that gives 20 health or shield points to anyone who is hit by it when thrown. Epic have also reverted the shotgun delay and vaulted a number of items such as the Boom Bow in the patch. Along with the brand new items, Epic have also added a number of brand new cosmetics to the game’s files, which will be added to the in-game store and made available for purchase over the next few days. Cosmetic items are added to the game in one big batch, and are often hidden away inside the latest update in the hopes that players won’t see them until they are officially released by Epic themselves. The good news for fans of cosmetic items is that data miners often release them as soon as they are added to the game, giving fans a sneak peek at what is set to be made available for purchase. As usual, just because Epic Games add new cosmetics into the game’s files doesn’t guarantee that they will ever be made available for purchase, as the developers have added skins to the game in the past which never saw the light of day. Following the v9.21 update which included no leaked skins, Epic Games have added a host of new items for fans to take a look at in the files for this week’s patch. Leaked Fortnite skins and cosmetic items from v11.10 update – Dexerto
Leaked Fortnite skins and cosmetic items from v11.10 update Fortnite’s v11.10 Update is now live, which means Epic Games have added a host of new cosmetic items to the game’s files which are coming to the popular battle royale title in the near future. With Halloween just days away, Epic Games have brought back it’s annual spooky event Fortnitemares, with the Chapter 2 map invaded by the same undead horde of zombies which caused chaos on the game’s original map. With the v11.10 update coming as the first major update since Chapter 2 Season 1 began, Epic Games have finally added new skins to the game, with data miners sifting through the files to give us an early look before they’ve been added to the store. New skins, gliders, back blings, and more are added to the game in one massive patch, and hidden away in the game’s files so players can’t find them early. Thankfully, data miners do the hard work of foraging through the update to release them, so those obsessed with Fortnite cosmetics can see what they may be purchasing in the next few weeks. As always, just because Epic Games have added the cosmetics to the game’s files, it doesn’t guarantee that they will all see the light of day, as the developers have been known to add items that never see the light of day. Almost all of the skins added in the v11.10 Update will be made available for purchase in Fortnite’s in-game store using V-Bucks, although some may be used as part of the Fortnitemares event as special rewards for completing tasks and challenges. Leaked Fortnite skins and cosmetics from v11.20 update – Dexerto
Leaked Fortnite skins and cosmetics from v11.20 update One of the first major updates for Fortnite Chapter 2 is live, and although there are no patch notes, a plethora of new skins and cosmetics have been leaked. Some of these leaked cosmetics feature a Christmassy theme, possibly hinting at another winter event, like 2018’s 14 Days of Fortnite. There’s also some satanic skins too, so possibly some kind of event surrounding that too, although they could just be purely cosmetic. This post will be updated with any further leaks following the v11.20 Fortnite update.

Leaked Fortnite skins and cosmetics from v10.20 update – Dexerto
Leaked Fortnite skins and cosmetics from v10.20 update The latest update for Fortnite Battle Royale, patch v10.20, dropped on Tuesday, August 27, and data miners instantly got to work digging up unreleased skins and cosmetics from the game files. The update added a new shield bubble item, as well as bringing a major nerf to BRUTE mech (finally). There were also more map changes, as there have been with every update so far in Season X, this time seeing Paradise Palms turned into the Pandora Rift Zone by yet another Rift Beacon. The new map location is unlike anything that’s been seen before, and when inside the zone, players will receive shield after four seconds if not taking damage. And some of the new skins and items that have been added are also unlike anything we’ve seen before, and we know this thanks to leakers FNBRHQ and VastBlastt. Leaked Fortnite skins from v10.20 patch These new skins appear to be part of the Borderlands crossover, which has come to Fortnite to promote the launch of Borderlands 3, releasing on September 13. The main cover art character is also going to be a playable skin, leaked by XTigerHyperX and FortTory.
