How to complete the ‘Compete in a Dance Off at an abandoned mansion’ Fortnite Season 7 challenge Reddit /u/25104003717460While most of the Fortnite Season 7, Week 2 challenges are fairly straightforward, the one about dancing in an abandoned warehouse seems to have left more than a few players scratching their heads. The second week’s challenges went live on December 13 and the Battle Pass exclusive task asking players to “Compete in a Dance Off at an abandoned mansion” was certainly among the more interesting of the bunch. While the challenge might seem somewhat cryptic, it’s actually pretty simple to complete. We’ve marked the exact location on the map below. How to complete secret Klombo challenges in Fortnite: Snow mound locations – Dexerto
How to complete secret Klombo challenges in Fortnite: Snow mound locations Epic GamesSecret Klombo challenges were quietly added to Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 in a recent update, requiring players to find several Klombo-sized snow mound locations. Klombo was the undeniable star of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1. The lovable giant creature spawned at various points across the map, minding its own business, eating Klomberries, and launching players out of its blowhole. But if players hit a Klombo with their pickaxe or attempted to shoot it, the usually-gentle giant would go on a fiery rampage and destroy anything in its path. Players even began to speculate whether they could kill Klombo (despicable, honestly). Sadly, Klombo was removed from the Island at the start of Chapter 3 Season 2, but a new secret challenge has appeared to hint at the return of the loveable dinosaur. Here’s everything you need to know about this mysterious quest. Contents How to complete secret Klombo challenges – Klombo-sized snow mound locations – Is Klombo returning to Fortnite? – How to complete secret Klombo challenges in Fortnite While regular weekly challenges and Resistance Quests show up on your Fortnite quest menu, the secret Klombo challenge won’t make itself known to you until you’ve completed it, which can make it difficult to finish. There’s a reason it’s called a ‘secret’ challenge, after all. In order to complete this challenge, you’ll need to visit the snow-covered area at the northwest corner of the map, close to The Seven Outpost, then find and interact with one of the Klombo-sized mounds. Once you’ve done this, the challenge will appear in your quest menu and you’ll be instructed to find two more Klombo-sized mounds. These are all in the same area, so it’s simply a case of running around until you’ve found all three. Fortnite Klombo-sized snow mound locations Here are the locations of the Klombo-sized snow mounds in Fortnite: The first Klombo-sized mound is just north of Logjam Lumberyard, off the side of the road. – The second Klombo-sized mound is up the hill slightly to the northwest of the first one. – The third Klombo-sized mound is near the coast, northeast of the second one. – You’ll earn 10,000 XP for completing this challenge, which should help you on your journey to completing the Battle Pass. It’s not a lot of XP, but every little helps, right? If more Klombo challenges get added in the future, we’ll update this guide with instructions. So… is Klombo returning to Fortnite? All signs currently point to Klombo making a grand return at some point in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2, which is good news for all you superfans of the adorable dinosaur-like creature. Of course, it’s not guaranteed that Klombo will return, but we doubt that Epic Games would include big hints like this secret challenge if they weren’t planning on bringing Klombo back. How to complete Quests in Fortnite Season 5: Challenges & rewards – Dexerto
How to complete Quests in Fortnite Season 5: Challenges & rewards Epic GamesWith Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5, challenges are seemingly no more, at least in the form that they’ve taken for a while. Now, players are able to complete quests, which operate in a similar way but are a bit different nonetheless. Here’s what you need to know about them. For a while now, players in Fortnite have been completing challenges in order to help level up their battle pass. These challenges tasked players with completing certain objectives around the map and, in return, they are given rewards, mostly XP. It ended up being one of the main ways players could grind up their battle pass tiers and overall level. Now, with the start of Season 5 in Chapter 2, challenges are gone, at least in the form they once took. Now, players will have to complete Quests in order to level up their battle pass. But how do you complete them and what are the actual requirements? Here’s what you need to know. What are Quests in Fortnite Season 5? Jumping into Fortnite Season 5, one might be a bit confused as to what Quests are and why they’ve replaced challenges. While don’t know for sure why exactly they’ve taken the place of the latter, you can rest assured that they operate almost identically to the old format. In Fortnite’s main menu, you should see a button to press on the left side labeled Quests. Clicking it will bring up the map and all your Quests, similar to how it’s been in previous seasons. That being said, these new “challenges” are a bit more narrative-focused, having quotes alongside them. Chapter 2 Season 5 Quests list Quests are split up into different rarities. Everyone seems to have the two same Legendary Quests, alongside some rare and uncommon quests that are different from player to player. Once a quest is done, a new one pops up in its place, which presumably will keep happening until you’ve gone through every single challenge. That being said, for the two Quests that everyone does have, here’s what you need to complete: Mandalorian Bounties: Complete Bounties – Legendary Quests 1: Four Stages Stage 1: Shotgun Eliminations – Stage 2: Assault Rifle Damage – Stage 3: Sniper Rifle Elimination from 150m – Stage 4: Deal Explosive damage to structures – – Legendary Quests 2: Three Stages Stage 1: Discover Named Locations – Stage 2: Talk to a character – Stage 3: Collect bars – – New Quests should be available every week as the season goes on, much like the challenges of old. We’ll be updating this piece with new objectives as they become available. All in all, it seems like Quests are a more refined version of challenges; gone is the long list of tasks and now we have a more organized experience. Here’s hoping that Epic continues with this style in the future.

How to complete Mandalorian Bounties in Fortnite Season 5 – Dexerto
How to complete Mandalorian Bounties in Fortnite Season 5 Epic GamesEpic Games have finally rolled out the Fortnite Season 5 update, revealing Disney’s The Mandalorian will be the latest crossover, and with that comes a number of Bounties to complete for the Battle Pass challenges. As Star Wars fans will know already, Bounty Hunters exist in the galaxy far, far away. The Mandalorian is just one example of that, and the narrative has been wildly popular since the show launched on the Disney+ streaming platform. Now though, it’s time for Fortnite players to get involved with the action and hunt down bosses themselves. Prices have been put on heads and these targets are based right across the island, but what do we know about the system so far? Let’s take a look. How to get Fortnite Bounties: Bounty system explained It looks like there will be a developing series of Bounty challenges in Fortnite Battle Royale, which will give the community the opportunity to earn cash. This can then be spent in-game on a variety of different upgrades and even to hire other hunters. Load up Fortnite Battle Royale. – Enter the Battle Pass menu. – Access the periodically updated Bounty challenges screen. – Assign yourself to a specific bounty, and chase down your target. – How to hire hunters We don’t really get patch notes anymore, but Epic Games did reveal a list of changes – of sorts – on December 2. According to a blog post, it says: “As a hunter, it’s your duty to help the island’s characters in their unstable new reality. Take on their quests and bounties, get intel on your surroundings, or hire them to be your ally. Don’t want to negotiate? Challenge them to a duel and reap the rewards.” New cash bar currency There’s also a new currency system in place for the season, and it might even go beyond that as well. Essentially, for completing challenges and taking on different bounties, players will be able to rack up cash themselves. It will be wages, kind of. In an official statement, Epic Games said: “The new characters only accept one form of payment: bars! Earn bars by completing quests and bounties, eliminating players, or finding hidden stashes around the island. Spend your earned bars on new exotic weapons, upgrades, intel, services and more.” Fortnite NPC Locations Alongside the new update come new character NPCs that are situated all over the world. From Mancake, through to Sunflower and Farmer Steel, it’s worth visiting these as often are you’re able to break away from surviving against other players. Taking advantage of these NPCs will bag you fantastic rewards. With challenges being called quests this season, everything feels slightly more story-driven, and these NPCs are no exception. There are over 40 characters to meet and work alongside whilst surviving against the storm. MLL over on Twitter shared an incredibly handy guide as to where you can find each of them, shown below. ALL 40 NPC locations in Season 5! 👤 Doggo, Burnout, Blaze & Kyle have 2 possible spawns. pic.twitter.com/AFJtJb1KmV — MLL (@meetlootllama) December 3, 2020 How it Works Fortnite’s bounties are incredibly easy to start. All you have to do is: Buy a bounty from any NPC on the map, shown in the image above. – A golden blip will appear on the map, showing you a rough area of where that particular player is. – Head to that area and proceed to find, and kill said player. – Completing the bounty will reward you with gold bars. These can be used to purchase weapon upgrades, or even hire NPCs as an ally. –

Here’s everything you need to know about how to get the Metallica memorial easter egg in Fortnite Chapter 5, Season 3. Fortnite Metallica Cliff Burton memorial Easter egg location The Cliff Burton memorial easter egg can be found in an underground tunnel area within the loot island in Fortnite. To get to this location, you’ll need to survive a few circles among anything else, as the loot island doesn’t spawn until later in the game. The loot island, also known as the floating island, is generally hard to miss once it spawns. You’ll be notified thanks to an icon on your map indicating the island’s location. Usually, there’s a Rift nearby the area that can help you land on top. All you need to do is follow the marker on your map to find it. Once you’ve made it to the island, look for a cave-like area underneath the stage. You’re in the right place if you see a bright “Gutbombs Tasteland” sign. Simply follow the path inside the tunnel until you reach a wall displaying “Cliff ‘Em All” graffiti surrounded by furniture and speakers. If this is your first time here, you’ll be automatically notified that you’ve completed the secret quest and earned 10,000 XP. This Fortnite easter egg is a tribute to Metallica’s ex-bassist, Cliff Burton, who died in a tour bus accident in 1986.

How to complete Jordan Downtown Drop LTM challenges in 5 minutes – Dexerto
How to complete Jordan Downtown Drop LTM challenges in 5 minutes The Jordan collaboration in Fortnite Battle Royale has kicked off with a new limited time mode (LTM), Downtown Drop, which comes with its own set of challenges that you can quickly complete with this Creative map. In total, there are 13 challenges, and although there are some great rewards to go with them, it can be a tedious task, especially with challenges like ‘change the color of 1000 tiles’. Making matters worse, these challenges and the associated rewards will only be available for as long as the collaboration lasts. So, if you don’t have hours to put into playing, you might never complete them all. Thankfully, one creative player has made a map which makes all the tasks much more efficient to complete, and anyone can play it by using the creative map code. The creator, u/notjoss, explains that “Some of the challenges like the Collect 50 shoes and 50 Basketballs can be tedious, and maybe you want your edit styles unlocked already.” This is why they made the map, which puts (almost) everything you need to complete the 13 challenges in one place. You can, of course, still complete the challenges in the regular LTM, but using this map will also tick off the tasks all the same, and in much, much faster time. There are some challenges that you will still require take some effort, though, such as finding the hidden Jonesy behind a fence. Where to find Jonesy behind a fence To locate the hiding Jonesy, you will need to head to the small alleyway on the second slope on the Downtown Drop LTM, where you find Jonesy lurking in the corner. To use the creative map from notjoss, you will need to enter the code 9377-7330-8940.

Fortnite Midas’ Mission Part 2, Week 10 Challenges Eliminate players with a shotgun, AR and SMG (3) – Search chests in different matches (7) – Eliminate a player or henchman with a Legendary or Boss weapon (3) – Heal teammates with a Bandage Bazooka (200) – Dance within 10 seconds of knocking a henchman (3) – Search different golden pipe wrenches (5) – Catch a fish while riding in a Choppa (3) – Deal damage to player or henchman at the Yacht and the Agency in a single match (2) – Visit the Agency, Hayman and Greasy Graves in a single match (3) – Deal damage to henchman while disguised (100) – In order to unlock Midas’ Shadow or Ghost variants, players will need to complete 18 out of the 20 available challenges to unlock an additional task for each faction, which will likely be based around the Legendary weapon drop boxes as seen in previous weeks. Every completed challenge will offer 40,000 XP as a reward, helping players along in their efforts to complete the battle pass before the end of the season. As Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 2 was scheduled to finish on April 30 before its extension, it is still unknown what Epic Games has in store to keep fans of the battle royale entertained. Leaks thus far have indicated that Midas will be heavily involved in this season’s end.

How to complete Fortnite’s Week 11 Location Domination challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite’s Week 11 Location Domination challenges Epic GamesFortnite Chapter 2, Season 2 is rolling on for some time yet, and a brand-new week means another set of challenges called Location Domination are on their way for fans of the game to sink their teeth into on Thursday, April 30. The eleventh season of Fortnite Season 2 kicked off with the v12.50 Update, which introduced a major nerf to the Heavy Sniper Rifle, and made some massive adjustments to aim assist in the hopes that it would lower the effectiveness and remove some of the perceived advantage controller players have when locking on to enemies. Now, players will have a new set of challenges to take on as they attempt to complete their Battle Pass and unlock their remaining Season 2 cosmetics, although these challenges are unlike anything we’ve seen in the popular battle royale title before. The Location Domination challenge set includes 10 challenges, however each task comes with three distinct tiers, meaning players will need to work their way through multiple stages of the same challenge to actually complete it. While we’ve seen challenges like this in the past, this is the first time we’ve seen a full set of them, meaning Fortnite fans will really need to grind if they want to earn the XP rewards from Location Domination. The good news is that none of the challenges seem likely to be particularly difficult, but rather will just be time-consuming as you head to different locations across the island in search of Chests, Henchmen, or enemies. Chests need to be opened at The Grotto using the ID Scanner, players or Henchman must be eliminated at Pleasant Park, and you’ll need to toss some Henchmen overboard at The Yacht if you want to complete these tasks. You can view the full list of Week 11 Location Domination challenges below, thanks to dataminer iFireMonkey. Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 2 Location Domination challenges Eliminate 5/10/100 players or Henchmen at Pleasant Park – Open 3/5/10 Chests locked by an ID Scanner at The Grotto – Throw 3/5/10 Henchmen overboard The Yacht – Destroy 3/7/15 Gnomes at Camp Cod or Fort Crumpet – Deal 500/1,500/10,000 damage to players at The Agency – Collect 250/750/1,500 metal at Hydro 16 or Compact Cars – Search 5/15/30 ammo boxes at Lazy Lake – Search 5/15/30 Chests at Retail Row – Catch 5/25/100 fish at Slurpy Swamp – Place top 10 3/6/10 times after landing at Dirty Docks – These Challenges will be available Thursday at 10 AM Eastern Time. pic.twitter.com/lPP6VWTDVD — FireMonkey • Fortnite Intel ? (@iFireMonkey) April 29, 2020 Completing each challenge also offers tiered rewards, with 10,000, 25,000, and 55,000 XP up for grabs every time you complete part of the task, a massive reward for players who are aiming to hit Tier 100 in their Battle Pass before the end of the season. The challenges officially go live on Thursday, April 30, so get ready to jump into the action and take on these tasks as Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 2 comes to a close.

How to complete Fortnite’s Unfused Tier 100 challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite’s Unfused Tier 100 challenges Each Fortnite season comes with a special Tier 100 skin, a reward for reaching the highest battle pass level available. Season 11 brings us the Fusion skin, and here’s how to complete the exclusive Unfused challenges that come with it. Fortnite Chapter 2 brought players a brand new map, with a selection of unique skins and challenges to go with it. In the first season of Chapter 2, the Fusion skin is the big one: unlocked at tier 100, the Fusion skin and, more importantly, the Unfused challenges, offer players some new, unique cosmetics to grind for. Completing the Unfused challenges The Unfused challenges are unlocked at tier 100 and there are eight of them in total; four for the ‘XEV’ skin style, while the other four are for the ‘VEX’ style. These challenges don’t appear to be particularly difficult and are likely stuff you’ll be able to do in the space of a few games – as long as you’re playing you’ll likely complete them anyway. The challenges are as follows: XEV: Finish top 5 in Duos or Squads (3) XEV: Carry a teammate out of the Storm (1) XEV: Revive and Reboot a teammate (1) XEV: Assist a teammate with eliminations in different matches (10) VEX: Destroy opposing player buildings (25) VEX: Finish top 10 in Solos (3) VEX: Yeet an opponent and deal fall damage (1) VEX: Eliminate an opponent in different matches (10) Tier 100 skins typically have a variation in styles available for players to earn, and Chapter 2 is clearly no different as evidenced here. There is still time to grind out your tiers to get to 100 and work on the Unfused challenges, as the first season of Chapter 2 has been confirmed to be extended to end in early February. This will come after the rumored Risky Reels in-game event, which is expected to appear on New Year’s Day. There is currently no clue as to what the next tier 100 skin could possibly be when Epic Games introduce Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 2. In the past, Tier 100 skins have included the likes of The Reaper (commonly known as John Wick) and Black Knight skins, from seasons three and one respectively. Can they recreate something as iconic as these?

How to complete Fortnite’s Travis Scott Astronomical event challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite’s Travis Scott Astronomical event challenges Epic GamesThe Travis Scott Astronomical Challenges are live in Fortnite, letting all fans speedrun through the objectives before the in-game Cactus Jack concerts take over the servers. The Astronomical stage on the Fortnite island will be key for most of the challenges, and will require you to bust a move like you would at a Cactus Jack show in real life. To get to the nitty-gritty, check out the guide below for the steps you need to complete every new entry in the game. The next set of challenges in v12.41 will give the Fortnite community three different tasks, each of which will unlock a new item inspired by Travis Scott’s brand – and completing all three gives them access to a special dance emote. For the first challenge, you will have to dance for 10 seconds on the dance floors located at The Yacht or Apres Ski. This one is the most straightforward challenge of the set; all you need to do is make sure you have enough room to use an emote before getting killed by another person looking to complete the first task. Then, to complete the ‘Bounce off of different giant Astro heads,’ you will have to make a trip down to the Astronomical stage area. Once you’re there, giant Astro heads (Travis Scott’s head statues) will be located on the surrounding islands. The challenge wants you to do this five times, which will be easy to do if you’re quick enough. The giant heads are located very near each other in front of what could be the stage for the Astronomical in-game event. Completing the second challenge will net you the special banner icon for the Cactus Jack event in Fortnite. Finally, the simplest challenge in the stack requires you to visit the stage north of Sweaty Sands. By doing this, you’ll get the last piece of content in the challenge set. Then, by locking down all three challenges, you’ll get a new Travis Scott emote reminiscent of the rapper’s famous on-stage moment from 2017. Due to the upcoming Travis Scott concerts taking place within Fortnite, these are going to be popular items to collect to show off during the show.

If you’re trying to nab every scrap of XP this season, we’ve got you covered with a full rundown of the latest objectives. Experience has always been a significant aspect of Fortnite’s gameplay loop. Each season players can login and unlock new cosmetics for their time spent playing the mega-popular Battle Royale. Season 3 has been no different. A 100-tier Battle Pass has been up for grabs from day one, though players will still want to push for as much XP as possible throughout the season. While wins are a solid way to bump up your gains, completing Challenges is by far the most efficient method each week. Whether you’ve been on top of each set since Season 3 began, or this is your first week hunting them down, fret not. Challenges are easily tackled in just a few games, and we’ve got a rundown on everything you’ll need to do in week four. As per usual, the latest Challenges will have you traveling far and wide across Fortnite’s map. You’ll need to visit a new location for each challenge, though you won’t need to stay for too long during your visit. Searching through Ammo Boxes and Chests can be blitzed through in a single drop, while eliminations and damage can be tallied up in no time as well. Perhaps the most unique challenge this week is the Frenzy Farm objective. You’ll need to start your run at the farm and fight your way through to a top 25 finish. As plenty of players will be dropping in this location to complete the task, it’s going to be a hotspot. Try to land and immediately make your way to a nearby point of interest instead. Survival is key and early combat is guaranteed at Frenzy Farm for the next week, so try to avoid sticking around. Another unique objective asks you to dance on a camera at Sweaty Sands. This camera can be hard to spot at first. You’ll want to find an outdoor film set at this location. Once you’ve spotted it, look up for a canopy overhead. There will be a camera here for you to dance on. How to complete Fortnite’s swimming time trials for Week 8 Mission – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite’s swimming time trials for Week 8 Mission Fortnite’s Chapter 2, Season 1, Week 8 Missions are now live, and one of the newest challenges for Fortnite players is to take on two swimming time trials at Lazy Lake and east of Hydro 16. As always, Epic Games have released a brand-new set of challenges for fans of the popular battle royale title to sink their teeth into, and this week’s Mission makes reference to Chapter 2’s new swimming mechanic with the name ‘Dive!’ Surprisingly, only one of the challenges actually requires players to jump into the water, with two time trials placed on the map which players need to complete to earn their Battle Star rewards. To complete this challenge, players will need to head to Lazy Lake, and a location described only as “east of Hydro 16.” For those that don’t know the map like the back of their hands, finding Hydro 16 may be tricky, especially as it isn’t a named location in Chapter 2, and isn’t marked on the in-game minimap. Hydro 16 is an unmarked building located between Slurpy Swamp and Misty Meadows, with the lake just north-west of the town where you need to head to find the exact spot. If locating these spots is proving tricky, the map below should provide the exact locations to make the process a little smoother. Once there, a glowing stopwatch will appear on the water, and once interacted with by the player the time trial will begin. A series of rings will appear in a slalom, with players required to swim through every one within the allotted time limit. Completing this task plus seven more will unlock the Fortnite Week 8 loading screen, which can be used to find the hidden letter ‘E’. This also adds to your Alter Ego challenges as you unlock the special Sorana skin.

How to complete Fortnite’s Season 3 Week 3 Challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite’s Season 3 Week 3 Challenges Epic GamesIf you’re looking to quickly rank up your Season 3 Battle Pass, the latest batch of weekly Fortnite challenges have arrived. Here’s everything you need to know. Fortnite’s third major Season in Chapter Two went live on June 17. Since then, players have been growing familiar with all-new weapons and a host of map changes to boot. As always, experience gains are crucial as everyone looks to rank up their Battle Pass as fast as possible. Completing in-game challenges is often the most efficient way to rank up and fortunately, there’s always a new list right around the corner. Week 3’s objectives have been plucked from the June 29 v13.20 update and we’ve got you covered with a full rundown. Eight new challenges are available and each will provide 35,000XP upon completion. As per usual, you’ll be able to smash through most of them in no time at all. Collecting 280,000XP in just a few games. All Fortnite Season 3 Week 3 challenges: Search Chests or Ammo Boxes at Misty Meadows (x7) – Eliminations at The Authority (x3) – Collect Floating Rings at Lazy lake (x4) – Dance on top of the Crane at Rickety Rig (x1) – Deal damage from inside a cornfield at Frenzy Farm (x100) – Destroy cars within 60 seconds of landing at Retail Row from the Battle Bus (x2) – Land a Choppa at the bottom of Steamy Stacks (x1) – Deal damage to opponents at Catty Corner (x200) – Searching seven chests and ammo boxes at Misty Meadows can be knocked off the very first time you land in Week 3. You can instantly jump straight into another match to destroy cars at Retail Row as well. From here on out, each challenge will have you focusing on a unique section of the map. Some tasks require a set amount of damage or eliminations while others will have you dancing. They’re all rather simple tasks that you should be able to tick off without much difficulty. Perhaps the most difficult of the Week 3 challenges is having to deal damage “inside a cornfield at Frenzy Farm.” It can be tough trying to land shots in this location in a regular game. But with players all trying to complete this task, you should find plenty of enemies nearby, leading to a few easy shots. While these eight objectives can be blitzed through in just a few games, Epic often tends to hide secret challenges around the map. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled throughout Week 3 of Season 3, as you never know what you may find.

How to complete Fortnite’s Remedy vs Toxin Mission challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite’s Remedy vs Toxin Mission challenges The first season of Fortnite‘s Chapter 2 is rapidly approaching its end, but fans of the popular battle royale title still have some new challenges to take on, and rewards to earn, with the Remedy vs Toxin Mission that goes live on January 9. Epic Games add a brand-new Mission on Thursdays, packed full of tasks for players to complete to earn XP bonuses and rank up their Battle Pass. There are also some cool cosmetic rewards to help characters stand out from the crowd when jumping out of the Battle Bus. While Missions took a back seat over the festive period, replaced by the Winterfest event as Epic Games and their staff took a break, 2020 is here and that means the Remedy vs Toxin Mission is here, going live on all platforms on Thursday, January 9. The Remedy vs Toxin Mission is a mixed bag, with no specific theme laid out by the challenges for players to follow. That doesn’t mean they’ll be easy or straight-forward though, with some of the challenges set to test players’ gun skills, and their knowledge of the map as well. Battle royale entrants will need to visit three different food trucks that have been placed around the island, and will also need to head to three bus stops that are found along the roads and lanes of the island for another of the Mission’s tasks. Your knowledge of Landmarks, recognizable locations that aren’t named on the map, will also be important, as you need to head to these areas and open seven Chests. You’ll need to be precise with your aim as well this week as finding three eliminations with the SMG, dealing damage with Common, Uncommon, and Rare Weapons in a single match, and achieving Weapon Specialist Accolades are all on the menu for those who hope to reap the rewards of the Remedy vs Toxin Mission. Completing nine of the tasks will also unlock a new skin, with a special purple version of the Remedy character offered to those who grind their way through the Mission. There is one catch though, as players must be Tier 40 on the Battle Pass before they take these challenges on. So, if you haven’t been grinding your way up the ranks this season, you’ll need to do a little bit of work before you can unlock the special purple edition of Remedy.

How to complete Fortnite’s new secret quest for an easy 15,000XP – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite’s new secret quest for an easy 15,000XP Epic GamesA secret questline is taking place around the map in Fortnite, as teddy bears and gnomes seemingly go to war. Here’s an overview on how to complete the latest step and earn an easy 15,000XP. Epic Games often keeps players on their toes with new challenges and tasks coming with every update. From the recent weekly affair with Deadpool, to TNTina’s challenges, there’s always something to keep the community occupied. After a series of secret quests were datamined, a war between gnomes and teddy bears is finally gearing up around the battle royale map. Here’s how you can get involved, and how you can complete the latest step to earn a heap of experience. What is the new secret questline in Fortnite? Fortnite loves to introduce subtle changes with each passing update, whether that be a new map change or a new secret task. One of the most recent patches included a few lines of code surrounding a teddy bear vs garden gnome storyline. The often unnoticed Season 2 narrative supposedly features three unique quests. “Stop the Battle, Teddies Libearated,” and “Celebrate the Truce.” As the weeks go by, the story is set to evolve, new changes should appear across the map, and new tasks will become available. The latest secret objective is now in the game and rewards players a hefty 15,000XP upon completion. How to complete Fortnite’s new secret quest step. The next time that you drop into the map, head to the Eastern side of Weeping Woods. On top of a small hill, you’ll find a large assortment of tiny figures getting ready for war. On one side, garden gnomes are gearing up for battle with rakes, hoes, and even a giant cannon. On the other, teddy bears with military helmets are ready to retaliate. Each armed with mini-firecrackers while a leader sits atop a tank. To complete the secret quest, all you need to do is approach the front of each group. Walking towards the cannon will let you “disarm the gnomes,” and walking towards the tank will let you “disarm the teddys.” Upon disarming both, you’ll complete the ‘Drop Your Weapons’ challenge and earn 15,000 season XP. There appears to be a number of additional secret quests on the way soon, as the battle rages on between these cute but deadly factions. Keep your eyes peeled for future guides on how to complete the next steps as they become available.

How to complete Fortnite’s Ghost vs Shadow security plans challenge – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite’s Ghost vs Shadow security plans challenge Graphics: Epic GamesEpic Games have added their first Ghost vs Shadow challenge to Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 2 and players are going to have to steal security plans from one of three new locations in order to pull it off. The game’s developers mixed things up with the introduction of the v12.00 update on February 20, which saw a number of new points of interest appear on the battle royale map, many of which feature vaults that are ready to loot. For those who haven’t really landed at many of them already, Epic have given you an extra incentive for Week 2 by including three of these spots, The Yacht, The Rig, and The Shark, in the Ghost vs Shadow challenges. As Battle Pass owners will be aware, at the beginning of Season 2 they were asked to join one of two agencies, Ghost or Shadow, and that will impact the route you take with each of these new challenges. Let’s take a look. Fortnite’s “Steal The Yacht, Rig or Shark security plans” challenge Stealing plans from The Yacht Stealing plans at The Yacht is the easiest one of the three, so that’s the one we’ve selected for this guide. After all, players want to check off these tasks as fast as possible. Here’s a step-by-step guide: Start up a game of Fortnite and drop at The Yacht. – Land in the water, on the left side of the front of the boat. – Locate and break a patterned panel. – Enter the boat from there and walk through the door on the right, clicking X or Square to open. – Go to the furthest room inside, take a right and you will see a large machine (below). – Interact with the machine to steal the plans. – Take the plans to Steamy Stacks and deliver them to a deposit box. – One of the things you will need to be wary of at The Yacht, while stealing the plans for this challenge, is the NPC henchman that walks around the boat protecting the very thing you want. Him, and also watch out for other players dropping at the location who may also be looking to complete the mission. Where are the security plans at The Yacht? As seen below, by following our instructions you will reach this large machine. Interact with it, steal the security plans and flee the scene to get them to your agency’s deposit box as soon as you can. The process is a little different for The Shark and The Rig, although we selected this one as it was the easiest out of the three. That doesn’t mean you can’t try the others, nevertheless. Shadow and Ghost deposit box locations? If you have picked up the plans and wondering where to deposit them at Steamy Stacks, we’ve also got you covered. The deposit box you use will depend on which agency you represent. Shadow and Ghost have separate boxes the plans have to go in, and you can tell the difference between the two based on the logos marked on each of them – as seen below. For completing this challenge, players will be rewarded with a brand new style for the Hench Hauler Back Bling, where they can customize exactly how they would like it to look. There are bound to be further missions that pit both Ghost and Shadow players against each other, moving forward, so expect more guides like this one from Dexerto in the near future. Good look, agents.

How to complete Fortnite Winterfest’s ‘frozen fireworks’ challenge – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Winterfest’s ‘frozen fireworks’ challenge Fortnite’s first challenge of 2020 has been revealed and players are going to have to set off fireworks for Day 15 of Winterfest in order to land themselves with yet another reward. There are a number of fireworks scattered around the Fortnite Battle Royale map, all of which could be set off for previous challenges, however, there’s something different about them this time. They’ve frozen over! For this mission, in particular, you’re going to need to visit three of the map’s most popular destinations and quickly light one of the frozen explosives. Watch out, though, as it won’t only be you trying to do it. All frozen firework locations in Fortnite Frozen fireworks have been dotted around at Sweaty Sands, Craggy Cliffs and Dirty Docks, but all you have to do is light at least one at each of these places. The spawning for them does appear to be inconsistent, although the main areas they tend to appear have been highlighted in our map below – which should save you some time at least. After all, some players might be looking on top of buildings for fireworks, when really they’re mostly near water. Let’s take a look at all of the frozen firework locations. Once you have landed at these points of interest, it’s important to act fast when you spot the fireworks. There’s a good chance that flocks of players will be trying to beat you to them in some games, and once they have been set off by somebody else, you will have to wait until the next game to have another chance. Fortnite Winterfest Day 15 reward The reward for the challenge is a perfect reminder of Fortnite’s New Year celebrations as well, a 2020 glider. How to complete Fortnite Winterfest Day 14 challenge – all locations – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Winterfest Day 14 challenge – all locations Epic Games have revealed a brand new Winterfest challenge for Fortnite Battle Royale and players are going to have to visit three different locations to complete it. The Winterfest Day 14 challenge was released on December 31, following on from a number of festive missions released this winter. There’s a fresh reward up for grabs as well, but let’s focus on how to complete it first. You will need to visit Crackshot’s Cabin, Mr. Polar’s Artisanal Ice, and The Workshop in order to finish the task successfully. While landing at three different spots might not sound too difficult, knowing where they are will make things a hell of a lot faster for you. So, let’s take a look at where to find them. Where to find Crackshot’s Cabin, Mr. Polar’s Artisanal Ice & The Workshop The worst thing about these three places is that they’re so far apart from one another, making it more difficult to check all of them off in one game. However, it’s surely not impossible. As our map shows, Crackshot’s Cabin can be found near the Eye Land landmark in the middle of the map, whereas the others are more or less on the coasts of the Fortnite island. Mr. Polar’s Artisanal Ice is based at Dirty Docks (red below), while The Workshop is between Holly Hedges and Slurpy Swamp (blue below). If those directions aren’t specific enough for you, don’t worry, we’ve marked all three on the graphic below to make things even easier. How to complete Fortnite Week 9: Midas’ Mission Challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Week 9: Midas’ Mission Challenges Epic GamesThe Week 9 challenges are now available in Fortnite, as players can embark on the first part of the Midas’ Mission set, which will eventually unlock Midas’ skin styles. Although this was meant to be the penultimate week of Season 2, it has now been extended, meaning Week 10 won’t be the last week after all. Instead, the Season is now ending in June, and there will be extra challenges added each week to fill the gaps. However, the two-part Midas’ Mission challenges are still coming in Week 9 and 10. That means the first part is now available to complete in-game. Most of the tasks are fairly straight forward, but there are few which will require some more time to complete. Fortnite Week 9 Midas’ Mission Challenges Search Chests in different Named Locations (5) – Deal damage to players with Sniper Rifles (300) – Upgrade a weapon to Legendary rarity at an Upgrade Bench (1) – Search a Llama, Legendary Chest, or Supply Drop (1) – Deal damage to a Choppa with a passenger or pilot inside (100) – Collect XP coins (5) – Carry a giant pink teddy bear found in Risky Reels 100 meters (100) – Search Midas’ golden llama between a junk yard, gas station, and an RV campsite (1) – Gather Intel during Spy Games Operation matches (10) – Earn Survival, Combat, or Scavenger Gold Medals (1) – Each of these challenges will reward you with a healthy 40,000 XP. For some of the trickier challenges, here’s how to complete them: To Collect XP coins: You’ll find these dotted all over the map, so your best bet is just to play the game as normal and you should stumble across more than enough to get your five. Find a giant pink teddy bear: The challenge name gives this one away – all the teddy bears can be found in Risky Reels, you’ll simply need to carry them 100 meters. Finding Midas’ golden llama: You’ll find the golden llama just on the edge of the river, directly south of the RV campsite. In addition to the 40,000 XP per challenge, you’ll also get the option to unlock either the Ghost or Shadow style of the Midas skin after completing 18 challenges. Of course, that means you’ll need to wait until next week when the next 10 challenges for part 2 go live, but it’s still recommended to get all 10 of this week’s tasks done.

Anyone who has been playing Epic Games’ blockbuster battle royale title for a while will know that the developers ditched the old weekly challenge system they used to employ, instead switching to limited-time Missions at the start of Season 10. As usual, Battle Pass owners will have a new Mission added to their game on Thursday, December 5, bringing with it a number of new challenges that players can complete to earn XP and Battle Stars to rank up their pass and unlock cosmetic items. Unlike previous weeks which saw the Mission title hint at the challenges found inside, Week 9 is titled “Chaos Rising,” and sees players take on a variety of different challenges that don’t seem to follow any specific theme. Players will be utilizing the game’s various movement tools such as Motorboats and Ziplines to rotate around the island, while players will also need to practice their skydiving at Steamy Stacks, where they need to make their way through a series of rings placed high in the sky. While they may not have introduced anything significant, that doesn’t mean there isn’t still plenty for players to do, with Season 2’s eighth set of weekly challenges going live on April 9, and giving fans plenty of tasks to complete in search of some XP rewards and cosmetics from their Battle Pass. As has been the case throughout Season 2, each set of weekly tasks focuses on one of the characters from the Battle Pass, a group of secret agents who have taken residency in The Agency, although their overarching plans for the island remain unknown. This week, Skye gets her second group of challenges, as players embark on her adventure once again. It’ll come as no surprise to Fortnite fans that there is plenty of traveling to be done, as players need to land at The Shark and then visit The Agency in the same match. You’ll also need to fly a Choppa under Purple, Red, and Blue Steel Bridges for another of the challenges. SMGs and Pistols are this week’s weapons of choice, with 3 eliminations and 10 headshots required respectively for those hoping to complete Skye’s Adventure. Players will also need to keep an eye out for the Kingsman umbrella and Crash Pads which were introduced in v12.30, as you’ll need to use both of these items to successfully complete the final two tasks for the week. How to complete Fortnite Week 8 Dive! Mission challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Week 8 Dive! Mission challenges Fortnite Chapter 2 is now into Week 8, which means Epic Games are adding another brand-new Mission set named Dive! full of new challenges for players to complete. Long-time fans of Fortnite will know that the original weekly challenge system is gone, instead replaced by Missions which offer even more tasks and rewards than their counterparts from the early seasons of the battle royale title. As always, Battle Pass owners will have a new Mission to sink their teeth into when challenges go live on Thursday, November 28, with tons of XP and Battle Stars up for grabs as players continue to rank up their Pass and unlock cosmetic items for their characters. With this week’s Mission titled Dive!, it comes as no surprise that players will be required to do some swimming, as Epic Games have added time trials at Lazy Lake and Hydro 16 which must be completed to scratch off this challenge. Supply Drops and Chests are also priority items this week, with dealing damage to Supply Drops as they fall, and then opening one within 10 seconds of it landing makes up two tasks in the overall Mission set. Mastering the Harpoon Gun will let players pull an item, opponent and catch a fish for one of the week’s more difficult challenges, but the good news is that they don’t have to all be performed in a single match. You can view all of the Dive! Mission challenges below. Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 1, Week 8 Dive! Mission challenges Deal damage to descending Supply Drops (200) – Eliminations at Hydro 16 or Holly Hedges (3) – Search a Supply Drop within 10 seconds of it landing (3) – Complete the swimming time trials at Lazy Lake and East of Hydro 16 (2) – Eliminations without aiming down sights (3) – Pull an item, pull an opponent, and catch a fish using a Harpoon Gun (3) – Deal damage to opponents within 30 seconds of using a glider (1) – Search 2 chests within 30 seconds of each other (3) – Harvest wood within 60 seconds after landing from the Battle Bus in a single match (300) – Deal damage with 2 different weapons within 30 seconds (1) – Search the hidden ‘E’ found in the Dive! Loading Screen (1) – Once eight of the Dive! Missions have been successfully completed, players will unlock a special loading screen with a hidden letter ‘E’ than can be found somewhere on the map. Battle Pass owners will have seven days to complete the Dive! Mission, so make sure to hop into the game and start ticking them off before time runs out on December 5.

How to complete Fortnite Week 7 Trick Shot challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Week 7 Trick Shot challenges Epic Games have activated a brand new set of weekly challenges in Fortnite Battle Royale, with the Trick Shot set being added to the game for players to grind through. The game’s developers have mixed up the way challenges work a few times in recent seasons, with secret battle stars and banners having been replaced by hidden letter locations in Fortnite Chapter 2. In Week 7, there is also one more hidden letter – a second T to be exact – which can be found by looking for clues in the new loading screen, unlocked by completing all of these new tasks. So, let’s take a look at how you can complete them. There are a number of different things that you’re going to have to do to check off all of the Trick Shot challenges and shockingly enough, hitting trick shots with a sniper hasn’t made the list. Instead, players are tasked with eating Foraged Apples from a specific location, dealing damage with shotguns, dancing at certain spots on the island and more. The full list of Trick Shot challenges can be found below. Fortnite Trick Shot challenge list Eliminations while at 50 Health or less (x2) – Consume Foraged Apples at The Orchard (x3) – Eliminations at Weeping Woods or a Landmark (x3) – Dance at the Pipeman, the Hayman, and the Timber Tent – Gain Health with a Small Fry, a Flopper and a Slurp Fish – Eliminations with Pistols (x3) – Visit Named Locations in a single match (x3) – Damage with Shotguns (x500) – Save yourself from fall damage by landing in a hideout – Heal yourself within 10 seconds after taking damage from an opponent – Search the hidden “T” in the Trick Shot Loading Screen. – With Epic Games confirming that Chapter 2, Season 1 has been extended until sometime in February, making it one of the biggest seasons in the game’s history, it begs the question as to whether or not more hidden letter challenges will be announced once every letter in the word ‘Fortnite’ have been found. What we do know, though, is that players can expect to see some holiday-themed challenges announced in a few week’s time, with the developer looking to go one better than last year’s 14 Days of Fortnite event. The Trick Shot challenges are now live in-game, so act fast and get them all done before they disappear on November 28.

Fortnite fans were greeted with the latest update to the popular battle royale title in the form of the v12.10 update, which introduced Proximity Mines to the game, and included a number of bug fixes to help improve quality of life for players searching for Victory Royales. As is usually the case, that means Epic Games have added some new challenges for fans to sink their teeth into. This week’s Mission focuses on one of the skins from the Season 2 Battle Pass named TNTina, who became an instant fan-favorite thanks to her special glider, a red bomb which she surfs into action on. TNTina’s Trial is only available to Battle Pass owners, and while some sets can be extremely difficult, the explosive new character has been fairly kind to Fortnite players, with none of the Week 3 tasks set to cause too much difficulty for experienced combatants. Using TNTina’s Propane Tanks are essential for these challenges, with players asked to destroy 10 structures using the item, which should be fairly easy considering that any building counts towards this. Boats are also on the agenda, as Fortnite fans need to catch some air while driving the vehicle, with speeding off the nearest waterfall the easiest way to do so. There will be some traveling to do with these challenges, as chests need to be opened at Holly Hedges or Retail Row, while players also need to land at The Rig, Hydro 16, and Logjam Woodworks for another of the tasks. How to complete Fortnite Season 5 Week 8 challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Season 5 Week 8 challenges Epic GamesFortnite’s Season 5 Week 8 challenges are here, and we’ve got all the information you need to complete them all in no time, with some handy tips along the way. We’re now halfway through Season 5 of Epic Games’ hit battle royale Fortnite, and the weekly challenges just keep on coming to help players earn that all-important XP to level up their Battle Pass. The introduction of Predator to the island may be taking everyone’s attention right now, but you’ll still want to make time for the Week 8 challenges as they’ll need to be completed by Thursday, January 28. This week features a farming theme, as three of the challenges will require players to visit either a Farm or a Farmers Market on the map. Aside from those, there are some more standard quests like dealing Pistol damage and collecting Gold Bars. Read More: Fortnite leak hints at Lara Croft skin – Without further ado, here are the seven Epic quests you’ll need to complete this week, as well as the single Legendary quest that’ll earn you a significant chunk of XP. Fortnite Season 5 Week 8 Quests Destroy apple and tomato produce boxes at The Orchard Farmers Market (3) – Drive a car through the corn field at Steel Farm (1) – Deliver a truck to Sunflower’s Farm (1) – Pistol Damage (250) – Collect Gold Bars (500) – Blow up a gas pump (1) – Distance traveled Gliding (3,500) – Let’s start with the basic ones: You’ll gain Gliding distance every time you play a match and jump from the Battle Bus. Similarly, you’ll collect Gold Bars in everyday play, but you can speed this one along by searching tills, safes, and destroying washing machines. Pistol damage is easy, as you’ll simply need to find a Pistol (they’re very common) and shoot other players. You may find it easier to go after IO Guards, as their aim isn’t great, and remember that using a rarer Pistol will deal more damage. Blowing up a gas pump should be as simple as visiting a gas station and shooting one of the gas pumps out the front until they explode. We’ll have guides for the Farm challenges when they go live, so be sure to check back then. As always, completing each of these challenges will bag you a sweet 20,000 XP, meaning there’s a total of 140,000 XP to be earned. And that’s not even including this week’s Legendary quest. Fortnite Season 5 Week 8 Legendary Quest Eat Fish (10/20/30/40/50) – To complete the Week 8 Legendary quest, you’ll need to eat fish. You can do this by fishing with a Rod or Harpoon Gun, or by using explosives such as Grenades or a Motorboat’s missiles to blow them up. Simple, right? Well, there are multiple tiers to this challenge, and if you want to complete them all and get yourself a whopping 55,500 XP you’ll need to eat a grand total of 50 fish. While finding 50 fish might take you a while, it should be a lot easier to complete than last week’s Legendary challenge, which had some players calling for “trash” vehicle challenges to be removed from the game. Remember, you’ll have until Thursday, January 28, 2021, to complete all of these weekly challenges before they disappear when Week 9 rolls around.

How to complete Fortnite Season 5 Week 9 challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Season 5 Week 9 challenges Epic GamesFortnite Season 5’s Week 9 challenges are here, and we’ve got a guide with some handy tips to help you complete them all in no time. As we get even closer to the end of Fortnite Season 5, Epic Games have got another set of weekly challenges for players to complete to earn that ever-important XP, which will help you max out your Battle Pass and unlock all the cosmetics you need. While most weeks have a theme of some sort – previously we’ve had gnomes and fishing, for example – there’s no obvious connection in Week 9. That’s no bad thing, though, as these challenges are more exciting than the typical ‘open chests’ or ‘deal pistol damage’ quests. There are a number of location-based challenges that will require you to visit specific points of interest or locate hidden items, such as finding a black box in the crashed plane, and you’ll also need to take on one of the formidable Loot Sharks. Below you’ll find the list of seven Epic quests you’ll need to complete this week, as well as the Legendary quest that will earn you a huge amount of XP to help you level up. Fortnite Season 5 Week 9 Quests Shakedown an IO Guard (1) – Find a hidden bunker (1) – Find the crashed plane’s black box (1) – Deal damage while in water (200) – Emote at stone statues (1) – Ride the Steamy Stacks (1) – Deal damage to a Loot Shark (500) – We’ve got an IO Guard location guide from a previous challenge to help you complete the first quest. Dealing damage while in water is pretty self-explanatory. Riding the Steamy Stacks requires you to enter one of the two power plant towers at the POI. Dealing damage to a Loot Shark will probably provide you with the biggest challenge this week. You can find them near Sharky Shell at the northwest of the map, but be careful, as they won’t hesitate to attack. Read More: Fortnite leak hints at Lara Croft skin – We’ve got individual step-by-step guides for the location-based quests, including finding the hidden bunker and using an emote at a stone statue, which you can find by clicking them on the list above. Fortnite Season 5 Week 9 Legendary Quest Shakedown Opponents (5/10/15/20/25) – This week’s Legendary quest is to shakedown a total of 25 opponents, which shouldn’t be too much of a challenge as you’ll likely be doing this during day-to-day gameplay anyway. Of course, you’ll need to play duos, trios, or squads to do this, but we recommend squads to get the most out of the shakedown feature, which locates nearby teammates. IO Guards also count towards the tally. You’ll have until Thursday, February 5, 2021, to tick all of these quests off before Week 10 rolls around and a new set of challenges arrive.

How to complete Fortnite Season 5 Week 6 challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Season 5 Week 6 challenges Epic GamesAnother week of Fortnite Season 5 action means another set of challenges for players to complete. Here’s how to complete the game’s Week 6 quests, with handy location details you will need along the way. Fortnite fans both casual and hardcore will know the importance of completing challenges and quests. Not only do they give you a sense of achievement in the game, but they also unlock XP – and sometimes rare cosmetics or wraps. If you’re looking to progress to the next tier of the Battle Pass, or there’s a specific skin you want to get your hands on in the Battle Pass, completing the weekly challenges is one of the fastest ways to get there. Week 6 of Season 5 brings with it a fresh batch of quests for players to complete, and while some of them are everyday tasks you’ll likely complete without even trying, others will require a little more dedication. Unlike last week’s gnome-inspired challenges, this week the focus is on fishing, with players needing to catch fish, blow up fish, and destroy various fishing-related items. We hope you like fishing! Fortnite Season 5 Week 6 Challenges There are a total of seven regular challenges and one legendary challenge to complete this week, which you can see in the list below: Blow up Fishing Holes at Sharky Shell, Sweaty Sands, or Flopper Pond (3) – Destroy Motorboats (3) – Blow up Fishing Holes at Lazy Lake Island, Lake Canoe, and near Steamy Stacks (3) – Catch Fish (7) – Signal the Coral Buddies (1) – Destroy Boats (7) – Destroy Fishing Rod Barrels (7) – Get Headshots (20, 40, 60, 80, 100) – Let’s start with the easy ones first: Catching fish, destroying fishing rod barrels, and destroying boats. You should be able to chip away at all three of these challenges in the same area. Simply visit large bodies of water, like the island just north of Misty Meadows. Blowing up fishing holes will require you to visit six different locations: Sharky Shell, Sweaty Sands, Flopper Pond, Lazy Lake Island, Lake Canoe, and Steamy Stacks. Throw grenades into the randomly-spawned fishing holes or use the missile feature on a motorboat. The Coral Buddies will make a return this week, and you’ll need to ‘signal’ them. Players will need to visit the elevated hut at the north of Coral Castle, where there will be six conch shells to ‘toot’ by interacting with them. Finally, the legendary challenge will prove difficult for those who don’t have a steady hand; you’ll need to get a grand total of 100 headshots. There are XP rewards for every 20 headshots achieved, though, so even if you don’t complete it fully, you’ll still get something along the way.

How to complete Fortnite Season 5 Week 3 challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Season 5 Week 3 challenges Epic GamesFortnite Season 5 Week 3 is here, which means there’s a new series of challenges to complete. They’re a piece of cake and won’t take more than a few games. Here’s everything you need to know. Fortnite Season 5 is well underway now, and players love all the new content. However, the weekly challenges still help keep things fresh and provide a fun way to gain XP. Last week, players had to embark on a treasure hunt of sorts to find clues and items, plant evidence, and break stuff. It was an enjoyable roller-coaster ride. This week, however, the challenges are more straightforward. How to complete Fortnite Season 5 Week 3 Challenges Fortnite Season 5 Week 3’s challenges all have something in common. They’re about damage, destruction, and loot. Epic Games must have realized that treasure hunts are fun, but wreaking havoc is even better. Here’s a list of all them all: Damage players with Assault Rifles or SMGs (500) – Headshot Damage to players with Pistols or Sniper Rifles (200) – Destroy Toilets (3) – Loot Chests in Craggy Cliffs, Holly Hedges, or Retail Row (7) – Eliminations with Rare Weapons or greater (3) – Eliminations while in a vehicle (1) – Loot Ammo Boxes in Salty Towers or Colossal Coliseum (7) – The challenges are very easy to do, and each one is worth a whopping 20,000 XP. But the best part is, they’re available for the rest of the season and can be finished at any time, so there’s no need to rush. Still, if you want to get them done quickly, we’ve got some pointers to make it even more of a breeze. The damage, eliminations, and loot challenges are all self-explanatory. So, that leaves the destroying toilets challenge. You can find plenty of toilets scattered around the map. However, the best place to land is Flush Factory on the southern side of the map. Plus, from there, you’ll be able to quickly rotate to Holly Hedges and finish that challenge as well. Last but not least, if you want to make the kills and eliminations challenges even easier, you can hop into a game of Team Rumble. That way, you could potentially finish all the challenges in a game or two. Fortnite Season 5 Week 3’s challenges are a walk in the park compared to last week, so there isn’t more to say. However, they offer the same amount of XP for significantly less time and effort, so don’t forget to finish them!

Moreover, if you’re trying to unlock some rare skins after completing the Battle Pass, challenges are always there for you. They’re undeniably the best way to earn lightning-fast XP and they can be knocked out in no time at all. If you’ve been around the block, you’ll be familiar with most of the tasks this week. If you’re a newcomer, some of these might sound tougher than others. Regardless, we’ve got a breakdown of every challenge for Week 5 of Season 5 in Fortnite. There are eight challenges in total for the current week of Fortnite. Some can be ticked off in a matter of seconds when you first drop in. Others will take a little more time but award a bigger amount of XP. For starters, some usual suspects are among the batch. Opening chests and ammo crates, dealing damage while crouched, and finding a number of collectibles across the map. These shouldn’t be too difficult so long as you hone in on them. Some of the more difficult tasks this week will have you playing in a certain way. Dealing 1,000 damage within 10 seconds of emerging from some sand can be a little tedious. You’ll have to drop in and hope that enemies are nearby while you sink below the surface. Given it’s a weekly challenge, however, there’s a good chance plenty of foes gather around. For the top-tier challenge this week you’ll have to eliminate IO Guards around the map. Killing off 50 of these AI-controlled opponents will award a whopping 55,000XP. Making this one well worth your time. Below is the full list of challenges for Week 5. Fortnite Season 5 Week 5 Challenges Find the buried Blue Coin in Retail Row (1) – Dig up Gnomes from Fort Crumpet and Pleasant Park (1) – Search chests or ammo crates (15) – Collect Gnomes from Fort Crumpet and and Holly Hedges (1) – Bury Gnomes in Pleasant Park or Retail Row (2) – Deal damage within 10 seconds of resurfacing from sand (1,000) – Deal damage while crouched (500) – Eliminate IO Guards (10/20/30/40/50) – Dropping into certain locations, completing a challenge, and then backing out of the lobby will be your fastest strategy here. After a few games you should have most of these tied up with just the IO guards left and some damage to deal. We’re already five weeks into the latest Fortnite Season. Before you know it we’ll be barreling towards the next major update. So be sure to get in every last bit of XP this week if you’re looking to make the most of the content on offer.

How to complete Fortnite Season 5 Week 2 challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Season 5 Week 2 challenges Epic GamesFortnite Season 5 is already up to Week 2. How time flies. If you’re still getting a hang of all the new content, there’s no better time to test things out than going after the weekly challenges. There’s plenty of XP on offer, which you’ll need for the battle pass grind. Challenges are vastly different in Fortnite Season 5. You have to contend with different challenge rarities — from dailies, to regular weeklies, and the new timed Legendary challenges. Thankfully, the weeklies have said mostly the same, and they’ll still prove to be the most decisive in making progress on your battle pass. Combined with the timed Legendary challenge, you’ll make up a ton of experience. Fortnite Season 5 Week 2 challenges Week 2’s challenges aren’t your traditional gun-enemies-down ones. They’ve got a heavy focus on destroying the map, finding some clues, and planting some of your own across the map. You can knock out three birds with one stone if you drop on Steamy Stacks. If you take a vehicle and drive it to Pleasant Park, find a flaming ring on your way there, and stop at Pleasant, you can do three challenges at once. Don’t forget to bulldoze some mailboxes and dog houses too. These are found in the more built-up areas of the map, so if you’re struggling, just go to a big POI. Destroy mailboxes (5) – Plant the evidence in Catty Corner or Flush Factory (3) – Find car parts (3) – Deliver a vehicle from Steamy Stacks to Pleasant Park (1) – Drive through flaming rings (1) – Find clues in Pleasant Park, Holly Hedges, and Lazy Lake (3) – Destroy dog houses (3) – On top of these weekly challenges, there is one Legendary challenge: Damage with Legendary Weapons (1500/3000/4500/6000/7500). Each stage of the Legendary challenge will earn you XP, so be sure to finish it completely to maximize your XP gain. The weekly challenges won’t expire, but you’ll only have until December 17 to do the legendary timed damage challenge, so get cracking now!

How to complete Fortnite Season 5 Week 10 challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Season 5 Week 10 challenges Epic GamesOn a mission to complete Fortnite’s Season 5 Week 10 challenges? We’ve got a definitive guide with some handy tips to finish them all in no time. Another set of weekly challenges have arrived in Fortnite, and that means even more chances for players to earn that all-important XP and max out their Battle Pass before Season 5 comes to an end on March 15. This week’s quests are actually pretty easy in comparison to previous ones this season. There are no hidden items to find or unmarked locations to visit, so it shouldn’t take you too long to tick them all off your list. In fact, most of the Week 10 challenges are activities you’ll complete during everyday play. For example, you’ll need to consume three items of food, upgrade three weapons, and eliminate five IO Guards. Below you’ll find the complete list of quests you can tackle during Week 10. There are seven Epic quests in total, as well as a single Legendary quest that will earn you a huge amount of XP when finished. Fortnite Season 5 Week 10 Quests Use food consumables (3) – Eliminations with Common Weapons (1) – Go for a swim at Lazy Lake (1) – Dance near Pleasant Park (1) – Deal Melee Damage (300) – Upgrade weapons (3) – Eliminate IO Guards (5) – Using food consumables is pretty straightforward. You can find them inside stores at locations like Retail Row and Misty Meadows. Getting eliminations with common weapons is easy too, as you’ll find them lying around as floor loot. Read More: Fortnite leak hints at Lara Croft skin – To go swimming at Lazy Lake, you’ll need to visit the lake at the south of the map, which is in between Misty Meadows and the Lazy Lake POI. Dancing near Pleasant Park will require you to simply use a dance emote at Pleasant Park. Dealing melee damage can be done by attacking other players with your pickaxe, which could be dangerous if your target has strong weapons. It might be best to do this near the beginning of a match when players are still searching for loot. The upgrading weapons challenge requires you to visit an NPC that offers this service, such as Kondor at Misty Meadows, with some Gold Bars to spare. Upgrading common weapons is cheaper, so do that if you’re running low. Finally, we’ve got a handy IO Guard location guide from a previous challenge to help you complete the final Epic quest of eliminating five IO Guards. Fortnite Season 5 Week 10 Legendary Quest Destroy sofas, beds, or chairs (20/40/60/80/100) – As far as Legendary Quests go, this is probably one of the easiest we’ve seen so far. While other weeks have required you to take down IO Guards or get headshot damage, this one doesn’t even require you to engage in combat. A grand total of 100 sofas, beds, or chairs need to be destroyed to fully complete this Legendary Quest, which could take you a while to do. Just keep an eye out for them while looting houses for weapons, and you should be fine. Remember, you’ll need to complete all of the Week 10 challenges by Thursday, February 11, 2021, when they’ll be replaced by the Week 11 challenges.

How to complete Fortnite Season 5 Week 11 challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Season 5 Week 11 challenges Epic GamesFortnite’s Season 5 Week 11 challenges are here, and they’re all about Valentine’s Day. Here’s how to complete all the challenges and earn that sweet XP. Every week, Epic Games introduces a brand new set of challenges to their hit battle royale Fortnite. It’s the perfect opportunity for players to collect XP to max out their Battle Pass before Season 5 ends on March 15, 2021. While most weeks have a loose theme like fishing or gnomes, Week 11 is pulling out all the stops for Valentine’s Day as players will be taking on the role of Cupid to spread the love and find partners for Fishstick, Lovely, and more. Most of these challenges are location-based, with romantic meals taking place at The Island’s restaurants and presents being sourced from farms, for example. They shouldn’t be too difficult to complete if you know the map well. Below you’ll find the complete list of Week 11 challenges that go live Thursday, February 11, 2021, at 9AM ET, which includes seven Epic quests as well as a single Legendary quest that will earn you a massive amount of XP when finished. Fortnite Season 5 Week 11 Epic Quests Catch different kinds of fish to find a Valentine’s date for Fishstick (3) – Serve Fishstick and his date a fancy dinner at any restaurant (1) – Find a rose at Steel Farm or The Orchard (1) – Collect Grimbles’ love potion from Fort Crumpet, Coral Cove, or Stealthy Stronghold (1) – Deliver the love potion to Slurpy Swamp or Shanty Town (1) – Collect chocolate boxes from Pleasant Park, Holly Hedges, or Retail Row (3) – Choose a character to be Lovely’s valentine! (1) – Let’s go through these quests then, shall we? First off, you’ll need to catch three different kinds of fish. We recommend doing this at Lazy Lake which is just north of Misty Meadows. You’ll find plenty of fishing equipment and fishing holes here. To serve Fishstick and his date a fancy dinner, you’ll simply need to visit any restaurant on the map and head inside. A rose can be found at Steel Farm or The Orchard, which are both located northeast of the sandy area that surrounds the Zero Point. Collecting Grimbles’ love potion will require you to search around one of the three named POIs, which could take a while to find. We’ve got a location guide here. Then, you’ll need to deliver it to either Slurpy Swamp or Shanty Town, which is just west of Slurpy Swamp. Three chocolate boxes need to be collected from Pleasant Park, Holly Hedges, or Retail Row. Again, we’ve got a location guide right here. Finally, we’re not sure how to choose a character to be Lovely’s valentine – check back here for a guide to that quest when the challenges go live. Fortnite Season 5 Week 11 Legendary Quest Deal damage to opponents with crossbows (1000/2000/3000/4000/5000) – Our best advice for any ‘deal damage’ challenges is to target IO Guards instead of other players. Their aim typically isn’t very good, and they’re not very fast. This should make it easy to shoot them with a crossbow from a safe distance. Interestingly, the Crossbow is currently vaulted in Season 5, so we’d assume Epic Games are planning to unvault the weapon before the Week 11 challenges go live. If that’s not the case, then players might need to complete this Legendary quest in an LTM. Epic quests give 20,000 XP and Legendary quests give 55,000 XP. Remember, you’ll only have until Thursday, February 18, 2021, to complete these quests before the Week 12 challenges take over.

How to complete Fortnite Season 4’s secret ‘Most Wanted’ Challenge – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Season 4’s secret ‘Most Wanted’ Challenge Epic GamesWith each passing week in Fortnite Chapter 2: Season 4, Epic Games is advancing a secret storyline hidden in plain sight. You can earn a ton of experience every step of the way and we’ve got you covered on the latest part of the Challenge. [jwplayer uZppK6qI] Ever since Season 2 of Chapter 2, secret Challenges have been hidden under the surface across Fortnite. While your standard weekly objectives are still present, there’s been another surprising way to earn XP almost every week this season. While the storyline originally depicted a war between gnomes and teddy bears, it has since evolved. Over the past few weeks, players have been uncovering a deadly scheme. Gnomes were looking to annihilate the battle royale map. However, if you followed our guide on the previous steps, you would have put a stop to this already. The ‘Downfall’ part of this narrative may be wrapped up, but the story continues this week. There’s a new secret Challenge for you to unravel so here’s what you need to know to get through it. First and foremost, to start this section of the Challenge, every single bomb will need to be defused. Once that’s sorted, your next job is to find the gnome behind the chaos. As the name of this new step implies, Most Wanted sprays are key. There are three of these sprays around the map and all of them highlight a rather ominous looking gnome. These can be found at The Shark, Camp Cod, and Hydro 16. For the first location, simply enter the shark and look to the left side of its mouth. Next up, search for a broken building on the Northern side of the Camp Cod island. You’ll find the spray underneath. Last but not least, Hydro 16’s spray can be found above the dock. Fortunately, you only need to head to one of these spots in order to complete this part of the secret Challenge. As soon as you head to the nearest spray, 10,000XP will be yours just like that. There’s a good chance players might stumble upon these sprays without even know what they are. However, it’s a neat little reward for players that have been paying extremely close attention to the weekly narrative. The evil gnome plan has been put to an end and the most wanted spray has been discovered. So what’s next? With a few weeks left in the season, we’re likely heading towards another catastrophic event. As Galactus barrels towards the map, and we potentially get thrown back to the original battlegrounds, maybe the gnomes will try to take credit for what the devourer of worlds has in store.

How to complete Fortnite Season 4’s secret ‘Downfall’ challenge – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Season 4’s secret ‘Downfall’ challenge Epic GamesEasy experience boosts are right around the corner as we’ve got a full overview of the latest secret challenge in Fortnite Season 4. Here’s everything you need to know about the ‘Downfall’ challenge. [jwplayer so0eN9Pk] Fortnite Season 4 comes boasting a new set of challenges each and every week. These are here to help you on your way through the 100-tier Battle Pass. Every scrap of XP is vital if you’re seeking the absolute best rewards on offer this time around. On top of this, however, there’s also a secret way to boost your XP. While wins and eliminations certainly help, Epic Games has a tendency to hide surprising challenges in plain sight. Last season gnomes had an evolving storyline across the map, though this was only apparent if you were paying close attention. Through each step in the journey, XP was to be acquired and the same can be said with Season 4’s new secret objectives. Rather than being locked in a feud with teddy bears, this time the gnomes have something bigger in store. To uncover their plot, you’ll need to head out on a trek across the map and we’ve got you covered with every stop on your journey. How to complete Fortnite Downfall challenge First up, you’ll want to drop in near the Weeping Woods. Head towards the old Shadow base just outside of the POI and duck down into the basement. This is where the secrets begin to unravel. You’ll spot a gnome scheming away while looking over a map of various bomb locations. Just for visiting this first location and finding the gnome, 20,000XP will already be yours. This can be knocked out in just a few seconds the next time you log in for a Fortnite session. From here on out though, you’ll be required to disarm the bombs highlighted on this map. Sweaty Sands, Misty Meadows, Holly Hedges, Craggy Cliffs, and Steamy Stacks are where these bombs can be found. Simply head to each location, look for the bombs, and start disarming them for another 20,000 XP. Once you’re through with all of those, there’s still one thing left to do in order to stop the gnomes from blowing up the map. Drop into Lazy Lake for your next and final step in this secret challenge. You’ll find a gnome reading a newspaper in this area. Destroy it and just like that, another 20,000XP is all yours. Previous hidden objectives simply had players interacting with objects, or watching gnomes battle teddies. This time around, players have a more active role in stopping a cataclysmic event. 60,000 XP can be yours in barely any time at all, so be sure to get this done before the season comes to a close.

How to complete Fortnite Season 4’s secret Grave Mistake challenge – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Season 4’s secret Grave Mistake challenge Epic GamesFortnite Season 4 is winding down but if you’re in need of some last-minute experience boosts, challenges are the way to go and we’ve got you covered with this week’s secret mission. [jwplayer so0eN9Pk] Each and every week fresh challenges drop into the mix throughout Fortnite. Whether it’s traveling to a new location or opening chests, there’s always a simple task that’ll grant you a ton of XP. On top of these weekly challenges, Epic Games loves to add some secret objectives with each new update. Throughout the current season, evil gnomes have been scheming. If you’ve kept up with the ongoing storyline, you would have already claimed a good chunk of XP for your efforts. While we’ve already put a stop to the catastrophic plans of these gnomes, there’s still more to do. This week, however, things couldn’t be simpler. It’s time to embrace the meme. After stumbling upon the evil gnomes, shooting down their nuclear efforts, and discovering a handful of most-wanted posters, your task this week is a little different. It can be smashed out in a matter of seconds just by dropping into Slurpy Swamp. Once you’ve landed, head just North of this Point of Interest. Amidst the swampy territory is a small plot of land without any buildings or structures. Keep your eyes to the ground and you’ll notice something unique nearby. Directly in front of a tree is a grave for the leader of the evil gnomes. You could easily stumble upon this by mistake but if you interact with it, 20,000XP will be yours. All you need to do if ‘Pay Respects.’ This is a nod to Call of Duty Advanced Warfare’s iconic moment towards the start of the 2014 campaign. Holding down the ‘F’ key will allow you to pay respects in Fortnite, just like it did in the meme-worthy cutscene six years back. There are no elaborate plans to follow, no reasons to travel the map. Simply paying your respects to the fallen gnome leader will get you your XP for the week. There’s no telling if this is the final step in the secret storyline. If you’re struggling for last-minute XP gains, however, this is one of the simplest things you can do to get an easy boost.

You’ll need a bit of patience — and a Pro Fishing Rod — to complete the Legendary Fishing challenge too. As long as you find a good fishing hole with the right equipment, you should be able to pull one out eventually — hopefully just in one game! As for the hotly contested landing spots, Weeping Woods, Misty Meadows, and Coral Castle are going to be the three hot spots. The chests, eliminations, and stone collection challenges at all three will mean players will be going in droves to knock the missions off early. The same can be said for Doom’s Domain as players will be looking to enter the vault for easy XP. Make sure you have a decent loadout before heading in as you’re sure to face some opposition here. One rather unique challenge this week asks you to deal damage in a very specific way. First, you’ll need to find and equip Storm’s Whirlwind Blast ability. Once you’ve got an enemy in your sights, use this ability to knock them back. Once they’re pushed off course, you’ll then need to swap your weapons and deal 1,000 damage. To tick off multiple challenges at once, you could always find Storm’s ability, then head to Craggy Cliffs, or even Coral Castle. The full list of objectives for Week 7 can be found below. The best way to earn experience, as per usual, is through these weekly challenges. They’ll take you around the map to new POIs you might not have explored yet, as well as introduce some of the new content added in recent updates. In Week 4, starting September 17, you’ll be heading back to some long-time fan favorites like Steamy Stacks, the Authority, Weeping Woods, Sweaty Sands, and Slurpy Swamp. You’ll also need to hack some robots and destroy some gatherers, using their remains to take down your enemies. How to complete Fortnite Season 4 Week 5 challenges Epic GamesWeek 5 of Fortnite Season 4 is upon us and that means new challenges are now available to help boost your experience gains faster than anything else. Completing challenges in Fortnite is by far the most effective way of racking up XP in the battle royale. Whether it’s the weekly objectives or secret tasks, there are plenty of unique activities to tick off each and every time you login. Most are trying to blitz their way through the Season 4 Battle Pass to unlock the best cosmetics. Though there’s even more to push for once you’ve hit the cap this time around. Ultra rare ‘foil’ skins are the hottest commodity in the Marvel-themed leg of Fortnite and you’ll need every scrap of XP you can get. The latest challenges have just made their way to Fortnite and this time there are nine to complete. Here’s everything you need to know. As per usual, you can expect to travel all across the map in order to complete the challenges in Week 5. From Doom’s Domain to Stark Industries, you’ll be dropping in at a number of locations. Thankfully, you should be able to rush through many of these areas without much hassle. Some challenges are as simple as opening chests. Others ask you to deal a certain amount of damage at other Points of Interest. A few minutes should be all that’s needed before you can set out towards the next objective. Some of them can be a little more time consuming though. For one particular challenge this week, you’ll need to get your hands on the fastest car you can find. Driving a long distance is never easy given how many opponents are on the map. So you’ll need to avoid damage at all costs when driving from Slurpy Swamp to Catty Corner. While still in a vehicle, another challenge asks you to jump through flaming rings at Salty Springs as well. These are easy enough to spot, but expect this to be a hot area over the next seven days. Check out the full list of challenges below. Fortnite Season 4 Week 5 Challenges: Search Chests at Doom’s Domain (0/7) – Eliminations at Dirty Docks (0/3) – Drive a car from Slurpy Swamp to Catty Corner in less than 4 minutes without getting out (0/1) – Collect Floating Rings at Coral Castle (0/1) – In a vehicle, jump through the flaming rings at Salty Springs (0/1) – Make a Stark Robot dance (0/1) – Destroy Gorgers (0/1) – Deal damage to opponents at The Authority (0/500) – Deal damage to opponents at Stark Industries (0/500) – A few 100,000 XP will be yours once all nine challenges are ticked off for the week. How to complete Fortnite Season 4 Week 13 XP Xtravaganza challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Season 4 Week 13 XP Xtravaganza challenges Epic GamesWith Fortnite Season 4 winding down, there’s only a few days left to get some last-minute experience and round out the Battle Pass before it disappears. Here are the latest challenges for some quick boosts. [jwplayer y5OnwS0O] Season 4 of Epic’s popular Battle Royale has been one for the ages. Marvel’s long list of iconic heroes and villains completely took over the experience. From cosmetics in the Battle Pass to exclusive unlocks at even higher levels, all of the top rewards have been Marvel-themed. If you’ve been coasting over the past 12 weeks but desperately want to level up before the season ends, you’re in luck. Fortnite has introduced another set of weekly challenges to massively bump your XP gains in no time at all. Whether you’re a veteran player or a total newcomer, these tasks couldn’t be simpler. They won’t take you long to get through either, so here’s a quick rundown on everything you need to do this week. The first thing you’ll want to prioritize when dropping in this week, is finding an SMG. Once you’ve got your hands on the fast-firing weapon, you’ll be able to tick off multiple challenges all at once. Dealing damage, eliminating AI enemies, and taking down opponents can all be done with an SMG in hand to make things that much more efficient. 20 kills are required in total, so if you’re playing smart, this should only take a night of playing to get done. As you push through lobbies, keep an eye out for chests as you normally would. Opening chests and various supply drops will also come in handy for the XP challenges. You’ll be awarded handsomely just for keeping the basic fundamentals of Fortnight in mind. Perhaps the only truly unique task is to dance on all five colored bridges in the same lobby. It’s not going to be the simplest challenge as you’ll likely need a few vehicles on your journey. However, this can be done in Team Rumble, instead of the standard battle royale playlists. The full list of challenges in Week 13 can be found below. Fortnite Season 4 Week 13 XP Xtravaganza Challenges Deal damage with SMGs (1,000/2,500/5,000) – Eliminate Stark Robots, Gatherers, or Gorgers (10/25/50) – Search Chests/Ammo Boxes/Supply Drops (10 each) – Collect materials (1,000/1,500/2,000) – Dance on all five colored bridges in a single match – Eliminate opponents (20) – Other than the dancing, everything here should be relatively straightforward. Once you’ve got them all knocked out for the week, you’ll have to keep playing regular matches and hunt down XP coins for any final boosts. You’ve only got a few days left to go in Season 4 too. As we look ahead, here’s an overview of what we already know about Season 5.

These are designed to help players catch up on late experience gains. There are five extremely simple tasks for you to get through. Once you’re done, a whopping 130,000 XP will be all yours. Most of these can be ticked off without really trying. Dealing damage and using various abilities will come over time regardless of how you choose to play. One challenge in particular stands out, however. You’ll need to visit every named location on the map in a single game. While this would prove near impossible in a regular battle royale lobby, this challenge can be knocked out in Team Rumble as well. How to complete Fortnite Season 4 Week 12 XP Xtravaganza challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Season 4 Week 12 XP Xtravaganza challenges Epic GamesFortnite Season 4 is drawing towards its end, but the XP Xstravaganza is alive and well, and that means players can take advantage of another set of challenges to boost their experience. [jwplayer uZppK6qI] Fortnite Season 4 has been an absolute blast. It’s introduced all kinds of new content, and there’s still some extra surprises on the cards. However, it’s entered into its 12th week now, which means Season 5 isn’t too far away. It’s out with the old and in with the new, which is bittersweet for those who haven’t unlocked everything in the Season 4 Battle Pass. That’s right, folks. Those precious unlocks are drawing closer to their extinction. Fortunately, there couldn’t be a better time to boost your experience. Epic Games has been generous in providing many ways for players to rack up whatever experience they need. However, none are better than the Fortnite Season 4 Week 12 XP Xtravaganza Challenges. The Fortnite XP Xtravaganza Week 12 Challenges are the perfect opportunity for players to make up for lost time. They’re fun and creative, and while most are straightforward, some can be a little challenging. Here’s a complete list of them all: Fortnite Season 4 Week 12 XP Xtravaganza Challenges Deal damage with Shotguns to opponents (1,000/2,500/5,000) – Eliminate opponents with Common/Rare/Epic weapons (7 each) – Damage opponents using the Choppa’s blades (50/150/250) – Catch fish (10) – Catch fish with a Pro Fishing Rod (10) – Catch fish with Explosive Weapons (10) – Shoot a gas can be thrown by a teammate before it hits the ground (1) – Consume foraged items (30) – Keep in mind that some of the challenges need to be completed in stages. For example, the first one requires you to deal 1,000 damage to opponents with Shotguns. Then, you’ll need to hit 2,500 and 5,000 to finish it entirely. Similarly, the third challenge requires you to deal 50 damage to opponents with Choppa’s blades. Then, 150 and 250 to wrap it up. This one also happens to be the hardest challenge, since you’ll need to become a master pilot to get it done. You’ll need to catch fish to complete three of the challenges, including 10 with any fishing rod, 10 with a Pro Fishing Rod, and 10 with Explosive weapons. However, catching fish is easier said than done. Of course, it’s not that hard to catch the fish. But it is hard to find the time to do it in the heat of battle. After all, you will be a sitting duck in the process. And with that, all that’s left to do is to get started with the challenges. If you finish them all, you’ll get a nice experience boost right in time before the seasons ends. The best part is, there’s a challenge for everyone. If you can’t be bothered fishing, you can frag enemies with a shotgun or try and swoop down on unsuspecting enemies with a chopper. The choice is yours.

How to complete Fortnite Season 3 Week 9 challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Season 3 Week 9 challenges Epic Games[jwplayer Puy4UiEa]Fortnite Week 9 is officially here and as always, fans of the popular battle royale game have a brand-new set of challenges to sink their teeth into as they rank up their Battle Pass and unlock special cosmetic rewards. It’s been a quiet week for Fortnite on the update front with no new patch this week, but we still have plenty to focus on as we get to grips with the new vehicles that were added in the 13.40 update on August 5, which can be used to make easy rotations around the island, or just mow down enemies en-route to a Victory Royale. Of course, a new week means new challenges, and Epic are set to add 7 tasks for us to take on, with vehicles once again playing a part, along with the Henchmen that patrol locations across the map, and the pesky Marauders who can appear anywhere. Like most Season 3 challenges, most of this week’s offerings are fairly straightforward but will see you travel across the island to hit some of the named locations dotted around the map. You will need to open seven chests at Pleasant Park and take down three enemy players at The Fortilla. You’ll also need to gas up a vehicle at Catty Corner, while your harvesting tool will be important at Hydro 16, where you need to collect 200 metal. Elsewhere, you’ll need to find some Henchman or Marauders and start slaying out, as you need to eliminate seven, and then 70 of the characters to complete the two final challenges. The easiest way to complete this is probably to head to The Authority and take down the Henchman who patrol the location but will likely take a number of visits to hit that massive 70 number. The good news is that it is a team challenge, so you can rope in some friends to give you a helping hand. You can view the Season 3, Week 9 challenges below. Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 3, Week 9 challenges Search Chests at Pleasant Park (7) – Eliminations at The Fortilla (3) – Gas up a Vehicle at Catty Corner (1) – Stoke Campfires at Camp Cod (3) – Collect Metal at Hydro 16 (200) – Eliminate Henchmen or Marauders (7) – Eliminate Henchmen or Marauders (70) – Completing these challenges are well worth the effort if you’re in the process of leveling up your Battle Pass, as each task completed offers 35,000 XP towards your next skin or cosmetic item while completing the difficult team challenge will give you a massive 80,000 XP as a reward for your hard work. The Fortnite Season 3 Week 9 challenges are set to go live today on PC, Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices, so jump into the action and start taking down Henchmen for those sweet XP rewards.

Retail Row is sure to be a hotspot for the next seven days as everyone looks to complete the same task. Not only that, but driving all the way from Retail to Pleasant Park is sure to be difficult as well. It might take you a few drops to even get your hands on a vehicle, so patience is key with this particular challenge. Otherwise, everything is fairly standard in Week 8. You’ll need to complete another time trial at Motorboat Mayhem. Besides from these two objectives, everything else can be tackled fairly quickly. These challenges will be live until Week 9 kicks off on August 12. So you’ve got plenty of time to get used to vehicles and claim this week’s XP for yourself.

How to complete Fortnite Season 3 Week 6 challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Season 3 Week 6 challenges Epic Games[jwplayer Puy4UiEa]It’s been six weeks since Fortnite Season 3 started. Seems like a while ago, doesn’t it? Well, there’s still plenty of grinding on the horizon if you want to max out your battle pass, and this week’s missions are some of the easiest ones yet. Every week, Epic releases new Fortnite missions to players to help them complete the Season 3 battle pass. From venturing to new areas of the map, to using new mechanics introduced after the major update, the types of missions vary from week to week. In Week 6 though, there’s been some major changes. Some popular missions have been left out, being replaced by more simpler tasks. This is good for the grind, but could make things a bit dull overall. Fortnite Season 3 Week 6 challenges Epic has done away with challenges concerning Whirlpools and Floating Rings for Week 6, changing things up. Those two objectives have proven to be problematic, with bugs and glitches galore plaguing players’ progress on those missions in previous weeks. Here’s the full list of Fortnite missions for Week 6, courtesy of dataminer ‘iFireMonkey’: Deal Damage at Rickety Rig (500) – Eliminations at Pleasant Park (3) – Land at the Authority and finish Top 25 (1) – Gas up a Vehicle at Catty Corner (1) – Catch a weapon at Stack Shack (1) – Search Chests (10) – Search Chests (100) – Search Ammo Boxes at Salty Springs (7) – Search Chests at Lazy Lake (7) – Each of these missions will net you 35,000 XP — except for the 100 Chests mission, which is worth a whopping 80,000 XP. If you’ve been struggling in completing your battle pass, this will be a nice surprise. On top of the missions, there are also new 14 coins on the map. They’re dotted around various locations, so be sure to find them all for an extra 80,000 XP. The Fortnite Season 3 Week 6 challenges will be activated on July 23, and you’ll have until next Wednesday, July 29, to complete them. There’s no better way to level up your Battle Pass and unlock all the new cosmetics this season. We’re seven weeks into Season 3 and if early intel remains accurate, there are just a few weeks to go. This means your window is closing to complete the current Battle Pass but thankfully new challenges are here for you. Fortnite Season 3 Week 7 challenges From wiping out enemy teams to finding new collectibles, the latest challenges might take you a bit longer than usual. You’ll have to travel across the entire map as per usual so expect to drop in at a few different locations. Below is a full list of every new task in Week 7. Search 7 Chests at Retail Row – Gain 100 health or shields from SLURP at Slurpy Swamp – Collect Floating Rings at Weeping Woods – Find 3 balls of yarn at Catty Corner – Collect 300 Stone from Rapid’s Rest – Eliminate 5 Players – Eliminate 50 Players – Search 7Ammo Boxes at Pleasant Park – 3 Eliminations at Sweaty Sands – Perhaps the most time-consuming challenge will be to eliminate 50 players. It’d be best to leave this objective on the backburner and focus on everything else first. As you tackle the other tasks, kills will often fall right into your lap. Collecting 300 Stone at Rapid’s Rest might take a few drops to get through as well. Players will be swarming this location all week trying to get the experience for themselves. So you’ve got plenty of time to chip away at them throughout the next week.

How to complete Fortnite Season 3 Week 10 challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Season 3 Week 10 challenges Epic GamesIt’s the final week of Fortnite Season 3 and that means it’s the final week to complete your Battle Pass. Every scrap of experience is vital in these closing days and we’ve got you covered with a complete overview of the Week 10 challenges to boost your gains one last time. Fortnite’s third season is coming to a close and there are just a few days left to claim the rewards in the current Battle Pass. From Legendary skins to weapon wraps and plenty more, these items won’t be made available again. If you’ve been struggling to make up the experience in time, challenges are by far the most efficient way to grind. Each week Epic releases a new set of limited-time objectives that reward a ton of XP. Most are easy to knock out in a game or two, but some can be a little more time-consuming. 325,000 XP is up for grabs once the Week 10 challenges go live. That could just be enough for you to claim the final tiers in your Battle Pass. Here’s everything you need to be fully prepared for when the new tasks go live in Fortnite over the coming days. The latest set of challenges will have you traveling the map far and wide as per usual. You’ll have to search for hidden collectibles, rack up a certain amount of damage, and of course, dance. Almost every challenge this week can be blitzed through in a matter of minutes. However, one in particular will take some time. The biggest objective asks you to “deal 15,000 damage to opponents with Shotguns or SMGs.” This might take longer than all other challenges combined if you’re not all too proficient with these weapons. It’s likely that everyone will be looking to equip any rarity of the guns early into matches this week, so be extra cautious of close-range fights. Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 3, Week 10 challenges Search 7 Chests at The Authority – 3 Eliminations at Misty Meadows – Collect 5 Fireflies from Weeping Woods – Dance on the Apres Ski dance floor for 10 seconds – Destroy 7 shipping containers at Dirty Docks – Deal 500 damage to opponents with Shotguns or SMGs – Deal 15,000 damage to opponents with Shotguns or SMGs – Search 7 Ammo Boxes at Frenzy Farm – One of the best tactics is to simply play your game as usual and let this damage accumulate over time. You’re likely to run into powerful shotguns and SMGs over time, so there’s no need to force this one immediately. Finding three kills at Misty Meadows can be done relatively quickly. If you die or fail to finish this in one go, there’s no reason not to leave and instantly queue back up for another match. Searching chests and ammo crates will be a breeze, and destroying shipping containers won’t take you long either. There are just days remaining before Season 3 comes to a close. As a result, players will be wanting to finish off their Battle Pass immediately. You can expect every Point of Interest in these challenges to be flooded with XP-hungry players. Once you’ve wrapped up this batch, it’ll be full steam ahead for Season 4. Fortnite’s next content drop is right around the corner as Season 4 was recently confirmed to arrive on August 27.

How to complete Fortnite Season 2, Week 4 TNTina’s Trial challenges Epic GamesFortnite Season 2, Week 4 has arrived, which means players have another set of 10 new challenges to sink their teeth into as part of TNTina’s Trial. Fortnite challenges have become an important part of the week for fans of the popular battle royale game, releasing every Thursday and giving players objectives to work towards as they hunt for those precious victory royales. This season, challenges are based around the agents who make up the game’s Battle Pass, with Brutus kicking off proceedings for Week 1 and 2. Last week, TNTina and her trials took over from the lumbering character, and she’s back again this week with 10 more tasks for players to take on as they rank up and unlock rewards. With the challenges named around TNTina, it should come as no surprise that many of this week’s tasks are based around explosives, with players required to destroy structures with Proximity Mines or Remote Explosives, Fish with Explosives, and use Decoy Grenades five times. There will be plenty of traveling, as usual, with players needing to open Chests at Pleasant Park or Slurpy Swamp, and will also need to visit Grumpy Greens, Mowdown, and Risky Reels, three landmarks which are not marked on the in-game map. Henchmen are also on the agenda, so players will need to visit one of the five Shadow or Ghost areas on the map — The Agency, The Shark, The Yacht, The Rig, or The Grotto — and will also need to acquire three different Boss Weapons. You can view the full list of challenges below, courtesy of leaker iFireMonkey. How to complete Fortnite Season 2, Week 5 Meowscles’ Mischief challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Season 2, Week 5 Meowscles’ Mischief challenges Epic GamesFortnite’s Season 2, Week 5 is now into full swing, and as always, fans of the popular battle royale title have 10 brand-new tasks to take on as the new Meowscles’ Mischief challenge set goes live on Thursday, March 19. Fortnite’s v12.20 Update officially released on March 17, introducing the new Choppa, a helicopter that can carry your whole squad around the map for easy rotations away from the storm, or to new locations in search of loot or enemies, depending on what you’re after. Fortnite fans won’t be at all surprised to hear that a new week means new challenges, and Epic Games have dropped another set of 10 tasks in Meowscles’ Mischief, one of the secret agents who make up the Season 2 Battle Pass which is themed around the world of espionage. Players will be doing plenty of traveling this week, as they’ll be required to open Chests at Misty Meadows or Salty Springs for the week’s first challenge. While you don’t need to land here to complete it, it will likely be the easiest way to do so, as many others will inevitably drop at these locations, and all the Chests may be gone by the time you make it there should you choose to go somewhere else at the start of the match. Players will also need to visit Coral Cove, Stack Shack, and Crash Site in a single match without swimming, so vehicles are imperative if you want to avoid dipping your toes in. Using a boat or Choppa will be the easiest way to tick this task off, but you can also try and build your way across the water if you have the materials, although this is a more difficult way, and will leave you exposed to enemies who spy you running across. You’ll also need to visit one of the five new locations in Fortnite Season 2 — The Agency, The Grotto, The Shark, The Rig, or The Yacht — to deal damage to Henchmen using a pickaxe, which may also prove difficult should you choose not to land here as opponents will likely drop in these areas first in hopes of knocking one down. You can view the full list of challenges below, which were leaked by iFireMonkey. Fortnite Season 2, Week 5 Meowscles Mischief challenges Search Chests at Misty Meadows or Salty Springs – Eliminate players with Assault Rifles from at least 50 meters – Consume fish to gain health or shields – Deal 200 damage while using a Creepin Cardboard – Survive a fall at least 5 stories high – Deal damage to Henchmen using Pickaxes – Visit Coral Cove, Stack Shack, and Crash Site without swimming in a single match – Kick a soccer ball 100 meters – Deal damage to players using Miniguns – Forgot to leak these, whoops. Week 5 Challenges: pic.twitter.com/pxxH23qOFJ — FireMonkey • Fortnite Intel ? (@iFireMonkey) March 17, 2020 Anyone who owns the Season 2 Battle Pass will also be able to take on a brand-new Deadpool challenge, which will count towards acquiring the Marvel character’s skin. Completing these tasks is definitely worth it if you own the Battle Pass, as each challenge offers 40,000 XP as a reward, which goes a long way towards unlocking new skins and cosmetic items.

How to complete Fortnite Llama-Rama Rocket League challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Llama-Rama Rocket League challenges Epic Games[jwplayer uZppK6qI] Fortnite has officially unveiled all the major details about the upcoming crossover event titled Rocket League Llama-Rama, including all the exclusive challenges and rewards associated with it. Here’s what you need to know. Despite Fortnite essentially being known for its crossovers over the past couple years with the likes of Marvel, DC, and Star Wars joining the game in some way, shape, or form, the title really hasn’t had a crossover with another major game. That is, until now, with the Rocket League Llama-Rama event. The event itself was originally announced back mid-September 2020 but, at the time, we had no idea what it would entail. Now, Epic Games has pulled back the curtain on the details for the event, which are meant to celebrate Rocket League going free-to-play, and players will soon be able to unlock some cool gear in both games just by completing a few challenges. What challenges do I have to complete? As of right now, all the challenges that you have to complete during the Llama-Rama event take place in Rocket League itself. This means, of course, that you won’t have to do anything in Fortnite in order to get these rewards. On top of that, for the most part, all of the challenges are pretty to complete, meaning it should take minimal effort to get them done. That being said, some of the later challenges might be a bit difficult, so you may want to brush up on your skills before attempting to unlock them. You can find a full list below: Llamas, Start Your Engines!: Play an online match in any playlist. – Flagged for Victory: Win one online match in casual with the Llama Antenna attached to your vehicle. – Top of the World: Get 5 goals, saves, or assists with the Llama Topper attached to your vehicle. – An Epic Endeavour: Win 5 online matches in any playlist with the Llama Decal attached to your vehicle. – Llama Legend: Get MVP in any online match with the Llama Wheels attached to your vehicle. – What rewards do I get for completing the challenges? While the challenges themselves can only be completed in Rocket League, completing them will net you rewards for both games. Unfortunately, the rewards for Fortnite are a bit bland compared to the rewards for the former. Challenge 1: Rocket League reward: Llama Flyer Antenna – Fortnite reward: Rocket League Spray – Challenge 2: Rocket League reward: Top Llama Topper – Fortnite reward: Holodata Drop Contrail – Challenge 3: Rocket League reward: Loot Llama Octane Decal – Fortnite reward: Rocket Groove Music Track – Challenge 4: Rocket League reward: Llama Wheels – Fortnite reward: Rocket League Emoticon – Challenge 5: Rocket League reward: Battle Pass + Battle Balloon Antenna, Battle Bus Wheels, and Battle Bus Engine Audio – Fortnite reward: Octane RL Backbling + style variant – How long do I have to unlock these rewards? According to Epic Games, the Llama-Rama event is set to start on September 26, and will last until October 12, so you’ll have a little over two weeks to earn your rewards, which should be plenty of time. All in all, the event itself looks like the perfect celebration of both games. Here’s hoping it all runs smoothly.

How to complete Fortnite Foundation Quests & unlock The Rock skin – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Foundation Quests & unlock The Rock skin Epic GamesFortnite Foundation Quests have finally been released in the Battle Pass, allowing players to unlock the long-awaited Foundation skin and some great matching cosmetics. Here’s how to complete all of the challenges. Ever since it was revealed that the original Fortnite character The Foundation is, in fact, played by Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, fans have been eagerly waiting for his skin to be released as part of the Chapter 3: Season 1 Battle Pass. Fortunately, the countdown is finally over, and players can now unlock The Foundation skin! Before you can get him, though, you’ll need to finish a set of Foundation Quests including visiting specific locations or dealing melee damage. Below, we’ve listed all of the challenges you’ll need to complete to unlock The Foundation skin and cosmetics, as well as some handy tips on how to finish them as quickly as possible. Contents How to complete all Foundation Quests in Fortnite Here are the first set of Fortnite Foundation Quests and the rewards you’ll get for completing them: The first quest is relatively easy to complete, as Sanctuary is marked on the map and Mighty Monument is the giant statue located east of it. Seven Outposts are located around the Island, where Vaults are found. When searching Chests and Ammo Boxes at Covert Cavern, be wary of the NPC enemies and Gunnar Boss. Using Shield Potions in a single match is slightly trickier, as you’ll have to take some damage – and survive. Dealing melee damage is easiest at the start of a match when players are still looking for weapons. Simply hit them with your pickaxe. If you’re struggling to snipe an opponent, try hiding in Tall Grass for stealth. When it comes to hiring a character, there are only a few NPCs that can help you complete this quest. Look for Agent Jones, Brainiac, Galactico, Jonesy The First, Lt. John Llama, Shanta, and The Visitor on the map. You’ll unlock the second set of Fortnite Foundation Quests when you finish the first six. Here are the quests and the rewards you’ll get for completing them: You can find Gunnar at Covert Cavern, but you only need to damage him once to complete the quest – leave it to another player to eliminate him if you want. Common and uncommon weapons are grey or green. Dealing damage from above requires you to have higher ground than your opponents, so hills or buildings are good for this. Landing at a Seven Outpost requires you to visit one of the locations with Vaults. Finally, you’ll unlock the last cosmetic automatically when you complete all of The Foundation Quests. How to unlock The Foundation (The Rock) skin in Fortnite Unlocking The Foundation skin in Fortnite is relatively easy, as you’ll only need to complete the first Foundation Quest by visiting Mighty Monument, a Seven Outpost, and Sanctuary. Any quests you take part in beyond this will unlock extra cosmetics and styles for The Foundation, but the skin will remain yours whether you complete these or not. Read More: How to unlock all Haven Masks in Fortnite – Remember that you’ll also need to own the Chapter 3: Season 1 Battle Pass to be able to take part in the Foundation Quests and unlock The Foundation skin, so purchase that if you haven’t already. Once you’ve unlocked The Foundation skin, check out our Fortnite home page for the latest guides, news, and leaks direct from the Island.

How to complete the Fortnite ‘Eliminate three opponents at Pirate Camps’ challenge – Dexerto
How to complete the Fortnite ‘Eliminate three opponents at Pirate Camps’ challenge Season 8 Week 5 challenges are officially on the way and fans of the popular battle royale title will have to head over to Pirate Camps to take out opponents, in order to get their hands on the elusive Battle Stars. The fifth week of Fortnite Season 8 kicked off with the V8.20 update, which brought a host of changes including new items alongside an unpopular change to the game’s elimination rewards. Rounding off the week is the Fortnite Season 8, Week 5 challenges, with many players expected to attempt completing them in the hopes of ranking up their Battle Pass. One of the Week 5 challenges requires players to head to Pirate Camps and gain eliminations to complete the challenge. If you’re lost and can’t find the bases, or are struggling to complete the challenge, here are some handy tips that should help you out. Where can I find Pirate Camps? Pirate Camps were introduced at the start of Season 8 and can be seen dotted around the island, giving the Pirate invaders basecamps from which they can plunder the Fortnite map in search of loot and treasure. Should you be struggling to locate one of these outposts, we have a useful map that will show you all the Pirate Camps you could visit. How do I complete the challenge? Once you’ve found one of these Pirate Camps, you simply need to find three kills at the basecamps. The kills don’t have to come at the same Pirate Camp, and don’t even need to be in the same Fortnite match, so don’t worry if you get eliminated before you get all three eliminations. More players will likely start to drop at these locations in search of the kills, so getting an early drop and finding a weapon will be key to picking off opponents before they take you out. Step-by-step guide to completing the ‘Eliminate three enemies at a Pirate Camp’ challenge Locate and head to one of the seven Pirate Camps located on the Fortnite map. – Find and eliminate three opponents. (Remember: These do not all have to be in the same match.) – If you’re struggling to complete any of the other Fortnite challenges, you can check out our guides on bouncing the Bouncy Ball 15 times, or using the Volcano Vent, Zipline and a vehicle in one match. The Fortnite Season 8 Week 5 challenges go live on Thursday, March 28, and as the challenges have yet to be officially released, it’s possible that some may have changed when they become available.

How to complete Fortnite Dockyard Deal flaming rings challenge – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Dockyard Deal flaming rings challenge The Fortnite Dockyard Deal challenges have been revealed for Week 4 of Chapter 2, Season 1, and one of them involves jumping a motorboat through flying rings. Week 4’s Dockyard Deal challenges heavily revolve around the Dirty Docks – one of the new locations added to the Chapter 2 map. If you complete eight of them, you’ll be rewarded with a new loading screen. One of the objectives asks players to jump a motorboat through different flaming rings, and while you only need to soar through three, we’ve got you covered with every location just in case. Remember that you need to own the Battle Pass to complete the challenges! At the dam east of Slurpy Swamp This ring is found right at the top of the massive dam that’s east of Slurpy Swamp, and northwest of Misty Meadows. To grab it, sail the boat through the middle hole at the top, and boost off the edge to gain traction and speed through the air. Between Frenzy Farm and Retail Row This ring can be found at the bendy river sandwiched between Frenzy Farm and Retail Row, on the western side of the map. Read More: Fortnitemares chest locations – To reach it, players will need to use the motorboat’s boost feature to go up, over the two logs that are resting on the rock, to create a makeshift slope. Southwest of Misty Meadows Players will need to head southwest of Misty Meadows to find this flaming ring situated on the edge of a hill by the beach. It will need to be reached by boosting off of the edge of the cliff – a slow drive just won’t give you enough power to get you through it. Southeast of Frenzy Farm Just southeast of Frenzy Farm sits a river that splits off into four different directions, and right in the middle of this sits a small island – the ring is here. Just simply use the motorboat’s boost feature to slide up the side of the dirt, and you’ll sail through the fiery circle with ease. South of Slurpy Swamp Just south of the swamp, players will find another set of logs balanced against a rock that create a slope. From there, rush up the beams using the boat’s boosters and you’ll soar through the flaming ring effortlessly. Southwest of Lazy Lake This ring can be found south-west of Lazy Lake, and sits at the top of the small waterfall that leads into the giant lake north of Misty Meadows. Read More: Fortnite Darkfire bundle leaked – Make sure you take the boat down from Lazy Lake rather than up to it, otherwise you’ll be on the wrong side. Just boost off the waterfall and you’ll fly right through the middle of the flames. Northwest of Lazy Lake Head northwest of Lazy Lake and you will find another flaming ring at the top of a much bigger waterfall than before. Like the circle to the southwest, simply boost off of the top to gain enough speed to glide right through the middle. West of Slurpy Swamp Players will need to head west of Slurpy Swamp to find the flaming ring situated at the top of a cluster of rocks. Like some of the other circles, this one is grabbed by boosting up a pair of logs that resemble a wooden ramp. So, there we have it! Those are all of the flaming ring locations for Fortnite’s Dockyard Deal challenges. As we mentioned earlier, you will need to complete this task as well as a further seven to unlock the loading screen, which will give you a chance of finding Week 4’s hidden ‘T’ on the map!

The Dockyard Deal’ challenges have been revealed and made available in-game. Epic Games have added a number of brand new points of interest since the beginning of Fortnite Chapter 2, which saw the original map – which was forever changing – completely destroyed and replaced with a fresh island. One of the new locations is Dirty Docks and, if you never guessed already based on the names of the challenges, you’re going to have to visit there a few times to check off some of the latest missions. The Docks is not the only named landing spot that you will have to drop at, of course, as there are a number of different things to do for Week 4 – including visits to the Boat Launch, Coral Cove and Flopper Pond. With 11 challenges listed in the Dockyard Deal set, but only eight needed to be completed to unlock a brand new loading screen, let’s take a look at the full set – leaked by data miner Lucas7yoshi. How to complete Fortnite Chapter 2 Week 6 Hide and Seek challenges – Dexerto
How to complete Fortnite Chapter 2 Week 6 Hide and Seek challenges The Hide and Seek challenges have been released in Fortnite Battle Royale, and we’ve got a comprehensive guide on how to complete them all. Wednesday, November 13 marked the start of the sixth week in Fortnite Chapter 2: Season 1, and with it came a brand new set of challenges called Hide and Seek, confirming the leaks that had surfaced a week prior. There are 11 challenges in total, but players need to only complete eight to unlock this week’s reward item – a brand new loading screen. However, you can always try and complete all 11 in order to get more XP that will help level up your Battle Pass. Land at Frenzy Farms, Slurpy Swamp, Sweaty Sands (0/3) – Harvest 500 wood, 400 stone, 300 metal (0/3) – Eliminations at Frenzy Farms or Sweaty Sands (0/3) – Search chests at Pleasant Park or Lazy Lake (0/7) – Consume foraged items (0/10) – Deal damage to opponents with a pickaxe (0/100) – Hit 5 consecutive weak spots while harvesting (0/1) – Hit headshots (0/10) – Visit landmarks in a single match (0/5) – Eliminations in different matches (0/5) – Search the hidden “I” found in the Hide and Seek screen (0/1) – Most of these objectives are pretty straightforward and self-explanatory, and some can even be completed together, such as the ones that require you to land at a certain location, and also get eliminations there. For example, you can land at Frenzy Farms and get three eliminations there while hitting several headshots, giving you progress towards four different challenges (#1, 3, 8, and 10). You could even throw in a couple of swings with your pickaxe, and deal damage to enemies to help with the sixth challenge as well. That said, there are a few objectives that would be a lot easier to complete with some beforehand knowledge, such as exact chest locations in Pleasant Park and Lazy Lake, where to find Landmarks, and more. You can find some helpful info about these challenges below, along with any maps and/or visuals that will help you check them off faster. Search 7 chests at Pleasant Park or Lazy Lake This one’s pretty straightforward in terms of what needs to be done, but because 100% of regular chests now spawn in Chapter 2, we can know exactly where every single one is located on the map. There are 18 chests at Pleasant Park and 24 at Lazy Lake, so you probably stand a better chance at completing this challenge all in one go if you land at the latter. Here are the chest location maps for both Pleasant Park and Lazy Lake, courtesy of Fortnite content creator @Crash7_. Consume 10 Foraged Items For those who are unfamiliar with the term, foraged items in Fortnite are basically any food located on the map that can be consumed for some sort of effect. In Chapter 2, the pool of these items has been limited down to just mushrooms. The best places to look for mushrooms on the new map are the jungle and swamp areas, so Slurpy Swamp and Weeping Woods would be good places to start. Keep in mind that you can only consume mushrooms if you have space to increase your shield, so don’t start looking for them with already a maxed out shield bar. Visit 5 Landmarks in a single match Landmarks are basically anything on the map that aren’t part of the regular terrain, such as campsites, outposts, monuments, and even stuff from Chapter 1. While five may seem like a lot to have to visit in a single match, there are so many of them throughout the map that they’re actually pretty easy to get to in quick succession. In total, there are approximately 30 Landmarks, and a good place to find several of them close together is the snowy mountain range on the bottom right corner of the map, just south of Retail Row, and landing there should make it easiest to visit five as quickly as possible. Search the hidden “I” found in the Hide and Seek Loading Screen Funnily enough, this is the only challenge in this week’s list that technically can’t be completed until the loading screen is unlocked, which means eight other objectives have to be met first. We’ve taken the liberty of assembling an in-depth guide for you on how to find this hidden ‘I’ once you do complete those eight other challenges, if you don’t want to attempt this all on your own.

Now, Epic Games have added a brand new batch of seven challenges for fans to complete, with players rewarded with Battle Stars for completing each challenge. As always, three challenges will be open to anyone who owns Fortnite Battle Royale, while the other four are solely available to players who own the Season 8 Battle Pass. The Season 8 Week 8 challenges officially went live at 10:30 AM EDT / 7:30 AM PDT / 3:30 PM BST, and thanks to dataminer @lucas7yoshi, we already had an idea as to what we could expect when they went live. This week’s challenges are some of the toughest we’ve seen in Season 8 so far, with a bunch of never-before-seen tasks that players will have to complete, including using a massive telephone and searching for jigsaw puzzle pieces. Free Challenges Stage 1/2: Search the treasure map signpost found in Paradise Palms – 1 Battle Star Stage 2/2: Search the X on the treasure map signpost in Paradise Palms – 1 Battle Star – – Use Vending Machines in three different matches – 5 Battle Stars – Deal 10) damage to opponents while using at least one balloon – 10 Battle Stars – Battle Pass Challenges Search seven Jigsaw Puzzle Pieces under bridges and in caves – 5 Battle Stars – Stage 1/2: Dial the Durrr Burger number on the big telephone west of Fatal Fields – 2 Battle Stars Stage 2/2: Dial the Pizza Pit number on the big telephone east of The Block – 3 Battle Stars – – Eliminate seven opponents at Dusty Divot or Lucky Landing – 10 Battle Stars – Eliminate two opponents from at least 50m away – 10 Battle Stars – If you’re struggling to complete any of the Season 8 Week 8 challenges, we’ve created some handy guides that should help you earn those Battle Stars. How to complete Fortnite Battle Royale’s Season 8 Week 8 challenges Discovery challenge As expected, Discovery challenges continue in Week 8 of Season 8, with players searching for a hidden banner this week rather than a Battle Star. You can find its location here with our useful guide. Fortnite fans need to use the Week 8 loading screen, which features a number of coordinates on it, to find the banner, but you’ll need to have completed all seven challenges before embarking on the search. If you’re struggling to locate the banner, you can use our guide which will lead you to the location, and save yourself some time. Stage 1: Search the treasure map signpost found in Paradise Palms [1 Battle Star] To complete this staged challenge, players will need to head towards Paradise Palms and find the sign located in the desert city that has a treasure map etched onto it. Once found, players will need to use it to figure out where the X on the treasure map is in the game, and head there for your Battle Star reward. Use three Vending Machines in different matches [5 Battle Stars] Fairly straightforward, fans will need to be on the lookout for Vending Machines, which can be found scattered across the map in a number of different locations. These machines will grant players powerful weapons and items, and when used in three seperate matches, will also reward players with five Battle Stars. Search seven Jigsaw Puzzle Pieces under bridges and in caves [5 Battle Stars] Jigsaw pieces have been hidden across the Fortnite Battle Royale map, with players tasked with finding them. They’ve been hidden in caves and under bridges, so the north-east corner of the map will be the easiest spot to pick up the peices you need to complete this challenge. Stage 1: Dial the Durrr Burger number on the big telephone west of Fatal Fields [2 Battle Stars] Eagle-eyed Fortnite Battle Royale fans will have noticed that two gigantic telephones have appeared on the Fortnite island, and these are integral to completing this staged challenge. The number for each establishment can be found on the phone to make it easy to hit them in using your pickaxe, with the ring of the telephone confirming that you have completed the stage. Players must visit the phone close to Fatal Fields first, before heading to the second one at The Block. Deal 100 damage to opponents while using at least one balloon [10 Battle Stars] Keep an eye out for the Balloon item to complete this challenge, as players will need to deal 100 damage to enemies while having one of them strapped to their back. One elimination with a balloon equipped should be enough to complete this challenge, so make sure to use one as soon as you find them to get this one finished as quickly as possible. Eliminate seven opponents at Dusty Divot or Lucky Landing [10 Battle Stars] Another simple challenge, players will need to head to either of these two named locations, and take down enemy players who are there. You don’t need to drop here to complete this challenge, but doing so will probably give you the best chance at finding opponents, as the longer the game goes on, the less players will be in the match. Eliminate two opponents from at least 50m away [10 Battle Stars] It’s time to test your aim, as long-range kills are the goal if you want to complete this challenge. The easiest way to get the Battle Star reward for this one is to use a Sniper Rifle, as the scope will make aiming much easier, while the weapon’s power means you will likely only need to hit one shot.

With Season 5 now in its tenth week and Epic Games have announced that Season 6 will start on September 27. This means that players do not have much time to complete all of the weekly challenges from the current season, of which there are ten sets. What are Fortnite challenges and why are they important? Although not mandatory, the challenges are the easiest way for players to build up XP in-game and obtain Battle Stars, which are needed to level up the Battle Pass for new content. Challenges also help with leveling up players’ account level for each Season, which also is needed for unlocking certain new outfit stages for some of the Battle Pass skins, such as the Drift and Ragnarok. Additionally, completing a full week’s set of challenges also unlocks content of its own. Players who manage to complete seven weeks of challenges get access to the ‘Road Trip’ skin.
