Zoe LaVerne finally reveals gender of her baby and engagement to Dawson Day Instagram: dawsonday_1TikToker Zoe LaVerne has finally revealed the gender of her baby after confirming to the world that she was pregnant back in February this year. Not only that, but on the same day, she became a bride-to-be. Zoe LaVerne has stirred up controversy in the past year after a leaked video of her kissing a 13-year-old fan surfaced online. It escalated hugely after she admitted she had “caught feelings” for him. After deleting and rejoining social media, and defending herself vehemently on Instagram and TikTok, it became apparent she’d moved on, finding herself a new boyfriend. In January, rumors spread that she was pregnant, which she confirmed a month later. Zoe shared a picture of not one but two positive pregnancy tests on her Instagram. “Really excited to have y’all watch my baby grow!” she wrote. While some feared the father could be the 13-year-old fan, Zoe confirmed that wasn’t the case. “This is the father of my child. Stop saying otherwise,” she wrote, with a second picture of her sitting next to her current boyfriend, Dawson Day. “How would that even make any kind of sense? Connor is 13. Nothing else happened besides a kiss.” Some people even speculated that her pregnancy was fake. So, she shared a picture of two more positive tests. “They’re very real!” she wrote. “If ya’ll want me to piss on another one while [I’m] live, let me know since you’re so interested.” Now there seems to be even further confirmation that not only is Zoe a mother-to-be, but that the 13-year-old fan is very much out of the picture. On May 2, Zoe and Dawson Day posted pictures and videos from a gender reveal party. In one video, Zoe and Dawson held confetti cannons, setting them off to reveal pink confetti indicating they were having a baby girl. View this post on Instagram In another video posted on TikTok, Zoe appeared to be distracted by a friend, but when she turned around Dawson was down on one knee holding a ring. On Instagram, Dawson wrote “I cannot wait to hold our beautiful baby girl… Emersyn! and I’m so blessed to be your fiancé, Zoe. I love you so much and wouldn’t wanna spend the rest of my life or build a family w/ anyone else.” And Zoe can’t stop gushing about her new family on social media either. Fans are now eagerly waiting to see images of their baby girl towards the end of the year.

Zoe Laverne confirms she’s pregnant, but who’s the father? – Dexerto
Zoe Laverne confirms she’s pregnant, but who’s the father? Instagram: Zoe LaverneZoe Laverne has confirmed the rumors that she’s indeed pregnant, but after all the backlash she received for kissing a 13-year-old fan late last year, fans on social media are more concerned with who the father is. [jwplayer pNjHVqy4] Zoe Laverne is a controversial figure. It all started when a leaked video of her kissing a 13-year-old fan surfaced on the internet. Then, it snowballed when she admitted she “caught feelings” for him. She’s been maligned ever since. However, she’s moved on, found a new boyfriend, and even returned to social media. But now she’s making headlines again, announcing she’s pregnant and confirming the long-standing rumors. Zoe shared a picture of not one but two positive pregnancy tests on her Instagram. “Really excited to have y’all watch my baby grow!” she wrote. However, people were more interested in who the father was, fearing it could be the 13-year-old fan. Fortunately, it seems like that isn’t the case. “This is the father of my child. Stop saying otherwise,” she wrote, with a second picture of her sitting next to her current boyfriend, Dawson Day. “How would that even make any kind of sense? Connor is 13. Nothing else happened besides a kiss.” People also riled her up with comments like, ‘praying for that child.’ “Stay in [your] own business!” she wrote. “The amount of people that have the guts to talk sh*t about an unborn child is so upsetting and heartbreaking. Really shows the generation we are in and how a lot of you weren’t raised very right!” Some people weren’t convinced the tests were real. So, she shared a picture of two more positive tests. “They’re very real!” she wrote. “If ya’ll want me to piss on another one while [I’m] live, let me know since you’re so interested.” https://twitter.com/defnoodles/status/1364064990257238019?s=20 Her boyfriend also commented on the pregnancy. “Well… we’re expecting! We couldn’t be happier,” he wrote. “And for the idiots talking sh*t, I am the father. Zoe and Connor didn’t do anything to have a baby. That’s impossible. “And if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all,” he added. “That’s disgusting and a real low blow to talk shit ab an unborn child. It’s sickening. Please send positive vibes only!” View this post on Instagram Given who she is and what she’s done in the past, the whole situation has left people feeling bitter and angry. However, the key takeaway is that the pregnancy seems legitimate, and she is adamant her current boyfriend is the father.

Zoe Laverne exposes TikTok harasser threatening her unborn baby – Dexerto
Zoe Laverne exposes TikTok harasser threatening her unborn baby Instagram: zoexlaverneTikToker Zoe Laverne has reposted a video of an online troll making threats towards her unborn child, and claiming she ‘knows where Zoe lives.’ 20-year-old Zoe shocked fans back in February when she confirmed that she was pregnant. After the controversy surrounding her admission to kissing a 13-year-old boy, many were immediately concerned about who the father was. However, the TikToker quickly cleared up suspicion and revealed that the father of the baby is in fact Dawson Day, her current partner. In May, she went on to reveal that the couple would be having a baby girl, and even announced that she was now engaged to Dawson. He wrote on Instagram: “I cannot wait to hold our beautiful baby girl… Emersyn! and I’m so blessed to be your fiancé, Zoe.” Zoe responds to threats On June 9, Zoe uploaded a TikTok with the caption “don’t threaten my unborn child,” showing her scrolling through a series of screenshots on her phone. Click here if TikTok doesn’t load She followed that video up with an additional TikTok in which she went on to explain more about the situation, claiming that “they have been harassing [her] for several months now.” “I was just like letting it go, doesn’t matter, I don’t do drama anymore, I’m not really trying to be problematic right now. But the problem is that when it comes to threatening my child’s life, that’s when I’m gonna do something about it. And I did,” she went on to say. Zoe then showed a video of an individual on a live stream responding to a comment that read, “literally we could use Zoe’s baby as pizza toppings.” “Honestly, I’m down. I know where Zoe lives,” they responded, making a chopping motion with their hands. Click here if TikTok doesn’t load “Thoughts on Emersyn? She sounds like a f**king cowgirl, she’s gonna grow up and bully people,” they continued. “She’s gonna be ugly as f**k, she’s gonna have braces and f**king two pigtails up here, and be like ‘you’re ugly, give me your lunch money.’” Many commenters under the video said that the trolls are going “too far,” but whether Zoe chooses to take further action against those harassing her remains to be seen.

Zoe Laverne claims Charli D’Amelio called her an “insecure b***h” – Dexerto
Zoe Laverne claims Charli D’Amelio called her an “insecure b***h” Instagram: Zoe Laverne / Instagram: Charli D’AmelioZoe Laverne has claimed TikTok queen Charli D’Amelio described her as an “insecure b*tch” in her private direct messages. Charli D’Amelio is considered by many to be the queen of TikTok, and is on track to be the first person to reach 100 million followers on the app very soon. However, her huge success has led to a substantial amount of hate, and some of it has come from fellow TikTokers. The two TikTok stars have been at odds with each other ever since Charli overtook Zoe in followers. In July she was captured on tape crying about Charli surpassing her in followers, saying “I just want to prove to this b**ch that I am better than her.” In November, an audio recording was leaked to drama Instagram account TikTokroom that seems to show Zoe insulting Charli behind her back. According to Zoe, she reached out and apologized, but claimed TikTok’s biggest creator left her on read. Zoe herself also came under fire in November for having a romantic relationship with an underage fan, resulting in her deleting her account and then making a dramatic comeback. In a turn of events that feels eerily familiar, an audio recording of Zoe speaking on Charli has been leaked to TikTokroom. She can be heard saying “Charli D’Amelio made me cry… she gave me a long whole-a** paragraph basically saying that I’m jealous and I should be because I’m an insecure b*tch.” View this post on Instagram However, Instagram users appeared unconvinced by Zoe’s statement, with several saying this was out of character for Charli. One user wrote, “We both know that Charli wouldn’t say that, right?” Another person asked for evidence, saying, “Let’s see the paragraph, then!” If the claims are true, a screenshot would surely break the internet after Charli has built up a largely unproblematic reputation.

Zoe LaVerne deletes Instagram amid lip-syncing controversy – Dexerto
Zoe LaVerne deletes Instagram amid lip-syncing controversy Twitter:realzoelaverneTikTok star Zoe LaVerne’s Instagram account has been deactivated, following days of backlash from fans after a video re-emerged of saying a racial slur whilst lip-syncing to the 2018 song ‘Motorsports’. 19-year-old LaVerne is one of TikTok’s most prominent influencers (just don’t tell her about Charli D’Amelio’s follower count). At the time of writing, she boasts a following of 17.2 million users on the app, as well as 2.9 million followers on her now-deleted Instagram – which makes her decision to delete it all the more surprising. After all, this isn’t the first time LaVerne has faced scrutiny from fans. Following her messy break-up with fellow TikTok star Cody Orlove, he uploaded a video of her lamenting over D’Amelio’s success – something which inevitably caused her to face major backlash. Update, September 12, 11:55am EST: Zoe LaVerne has taken to her private fandom Instagram account to explain why she took down her main account. She explains that a combination of factors including mental health issues and “AWFUL rumours [sic]” about her led to the decision to take what she describes as a “break”. She reassures fans that she will continue to go live on her TikTok user account. Why did Zoe LaVerne delete her Instagram? In the past few days, an old video of LaVerne has been circulating on Twitter where she lip-syncs to Nicki Minaj’s verse in the 2018 song ‘Motorsports’. As many fans have pointed out, in this clip she failed to skip past the use of a racial slur in this song despite seemingly skipping past a different curse word in the verse. The clip went viral in the first week of September. In response to the growing backlash against her, LaVerne said in a video statement that the clip was from her musical.ly account in 2o16, and that lip-syncing racial slurs “wasn’t a big deal back then”. This is despite the song ‘Motorsports’ only being released in 2018, which would presumably make the video two years old as opposed to four years old like she claims in this video. This response to her lip-syncing did not go down well with fans, with one Twitter using despairing: “why did ya’ll give her a platform [sic]”. Another user accused LaVerne of attempting to “normalize” the use of this slur, while another simply called Zoe and her fans – who she has dubbed her ‘ZoeHoes’ – “childish.” It would appear that this latest influx of online scrutiny has become too much for Zoe, as drama account The TikTok Shaderoom has confirmed with screenshots that she has deactivated her account. Visiting her Instagram account now will take you to a broken link. While some Twitter users celebrated – with one user declaring “YES ITS FINALLY OVER [sic]”, this does lead to the question of what’s next for this TikTok influencer.

OpTic Gaming signs up ZLaner as Warzone star’s meteoric rise continues – Dexerto
OpTic Gaming signs up ZLaner as Warzone star’s meteoric rise continues Facebook: ZLanerOn an already huge day for OpTic Gaming, the titanic esports org has announced Zack ‘ZLaner’ Lane as their latest Warzone creator, as the Call of Duty streamer’s ever-rising star continues to hit new heights in 2021. Monday, November 8 has been a huge day for the Call of Duty scene, with perennial heavyweights OpTic Gaming and Envy joining forces in a CDL rebrand. And, to add a little cherry on top of the already momentous date, OpTic has announced their latest Warzone acquisition: Zack ‘ZLaner’ Lane, one of the highest earners in the battle royale scene, has joined the Greenwall as a creator and star streamer after weeks of speculation around his future. The move comes after the 23-year-old’s immense rise to online fame across the last calendar year, culminating in a huge top-spot victory in OpTic’s $100k Warzone Invitational with Destroy and HusKerrs. ZLaner said he can’t wait to get started with OpTic Gaming. “With Warzone’s new map dropping and the Vanguard launch it’s the perfect time to join OpTic,” he said, “who have always been scene’s undisputed leaders.” The 23-year-old joins an already massive stockyard of Warzone streamers under the ever-growing OpTic banner, including TeeP, BobbyPoff, and Sebas Beron, as well as former pro-scene legends FormaL and Karma. “ZLaner fits right in with everything we’re about and building for OpTic and the future,” organization figurehead Hector “HECZ” Rodriguez said of the signing. “He’s competitive as hell, all-around entertaining, and a good dude we’re excited to help launch into the next phase of his career.” The Warzone star boasts just over 1.4 million followers between his Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook channels, the latter of which is where he mainly streams. ZLaner has been one of the major success stories of the past year, springboarding into streaming fame after a partnership with banned Twitch star Dr Disrespect. Lane’s popularity was already on the rise ahead of his Doc team-up, but as the first star to combo with the two-time in Warzone, Apex Legends, and more, he quickly became a fan-fave with the Champions Club. He’s even gone so far as to turn down a Twitch deal to keep the duo alive. The star’s success is far from unearned, however. He currently sits 12th in the all-time Warzone earners list with a tidy $125,777.76 pay packet to his name.

Zoe Laverne blasted for response to Charli D’Amelio becoming TikTok queen – Dexerto
Zoe Laverne blasted for response to Charli D’Amelio becoming TikTok queen zoeyxlaverne, Charli D’Amelio – Instagram[jwplayer ksH6zuKH]Social media star Charli D’Amelio became TikTok’s most followed creator in late March — but it seems that not everyone was happy with her success, as told by newly-released footage of fellow TikTokker Zoe Laverne. Zoe Laverne recently made headlines due to her surprising split with ex-boyfriend and influencer Cody Orlove, accusing the content creator of physical abuse against her throughout their relationship. In a YouTube video responding to Laverne’s accusations, Orlove claimed that Laverne had made the her allegations as a “planned” attempt to derail his career, and “proved” his point with an older video taken when D’Amelio surged to the top of TikTok. In the clip shown in Orlove’s video, Laverne can be seen sitting on the floor, sobbing as she expresses her dislike of D’Amelio and worry that she will be surpassed in followers on the viral video app. “I have literally been crying about this for like, an hour,” Laverne says. “It’s just so, like, pathetic that she like, comes in and almost passes me… she’s so close to passing me, and everybody’s reminding me that she’s gonna pass me!” “I just want to prove to this b**ch that I am better than her, because I am Zoe f**king Laverne, and I am literally the star of TikTok!” she continued. “And TikTok is putting me down and lifting her up, and I’m about to go to TikTok headquarters and strangle their necks.” (Clip starts at 11:22) Despite Laverne’s own fears of “becoming irrelevant,” she was far from the only TikTok creator who D’Amelio surpassed on her way to success; the star also overtook singer Loren Gray, who once reigned at the top of the platform with over 41.2 million followers. After footage of Laverne’s tearful outburst went viral, critics are flaming the TikTokker over her response to D’Amelio’s social media stardom, with many taking issue with her “star of TikTok” comment. who gonna tell zoey laverne she been irrelevant. like girl who cares if Charlie is passing you I don’t care, but come on what are you good for breaking up with your boyfriend for the 12th time. — angel⁷ (@dearlyanqel) July 3, 2020 https://twitter.com/ETHICALEBEN/status/1278812657437433857?s=20 https://twitter.com/lu4yoon/status/1278813779023757312?s=20 That’s not all; Charli has also unfollowed Laverne on Instagram in wake of the drama — a gesture that Zoe reciprocated in kind. https://www.instagram.com/p/CCKN-nGHnus/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link Laverne later explained the situation in an Instagram Live stream, claiming that she felt like she was “at the lowest point in my life” at the time the video was taken and admitted that she was wrong for putting D’Amelio down, also showing screenshots of her text apology to the star. https://www.instagram.com/p/CCKB_VynI1h/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link Charli has yet to make an official statement regarding the issue.

ZHC under fire amid claims of ripping off contestants for YouTube challenges – Dexerto
ZHC under fire amid claims of ripping off contestants for YouTube challenges YouTube: Jazza / Instagram: zhcPopular YouTube artist Zach ‘ZHC’ Hsieh is coming under fire as former contestants from his challenge videos accuse him of alleged mistreatment and orchestrating purportedly fake giveaways. ZHC is a hugely popular content creator. The artist is best known for customizing luxury items for some of the net’s biggest social media stars; he jazzed up a Tesla for MrBeast and created a unique designer handbag for Addison Rae. He even hosted YouTube’s Instant Influencer, a reality-style game show that tasks up-and-coming influencers with a series of challenges for a grand prize. However, ZHC has orchestrated more than a few challenges of his own, usually recruiting fellow artists to customize luxury goods (like Teslas), with the winner receiving one of the pricey items as their trophy. In October 2021, YouTuber and artist ‘Jazza’ created a lengthy video speaking out about his own experiences with ZHC, claiming there was poor communication and mismanagement of projects from the artist. In a follow-up video created on January 23, 2022, Jazza spoke to some contestants from ZHC’s past challenge videos and former collaborators. Some claimed that they didn’t receive some of the promised compensation for their hard work, nor received adequate credit for their appearances in his videos. In one instance, three competitors tied for a challenge that would have seen the winner take home a Tesla. Rather than gifting all three winners a new Tesla, the group decided to split the value of the Tesla three ways between them. One contestant claimed that ZHC had valued a base model Tesla at $14,000 — an amount she was shocked by, as base model Tesla 3’s generally go for $39,000 in 2022. ZHC responds to allegations of ripping off challenge contestants In the follow-up video, ZHC got on a call with Jazza to answer questions regarding the allegations against him. In the call, he claimed that he’d looked on Ebay to find a “really broken down” Tesla priced at $15k. “At the time, I was like okay, this is the minimum I have to reach to technically be the value of a Tesla,” he said. “…If I miscommunicate, I think that’s completely on me.” Although ZHC expressed a desire to improve communication moving forward, and explained certain controversial instances, Jazza wasn’t impressed by his answers. “I think Zach has used people a lot,” he surmised. “I think while he indicates and expresses he wants to change and be a better person, he continues to do the same thing where he doesn’t think he’s being watched.” Zach has not made any further comments on the video at the time of writing.

ZLaner declines Twitch streaming offer so he can keep playing with Dr Disrespect – Dexerto
ZLaner declines Twitch streaming offer so he can keep playing with Dr Disrespect Dr Disrespect/ZLanerZack “ZLaner” Lane might be one of the most popular Warzone streamers on Facebook, but he’s also apparently a great friend — as he says he won’t even consider going to Twitch while searching for a new platform deal, because he wouldn’t be able to squad up and stream with Dr Disrespect. The Two-Time being booted off of Twitch back in 2020 is the stuff of internet legends at this point, even if we still don’t know the actual reason why he was banned. On top of that, Twitch is also handing out warnings to streamers and events who simply feature Doc on their streams. Despite all this, Doc hasn’t let it slow him down and has branched out to play with plenty of streamers on other platforms that don’t hate him for unknown reasons. One of those compatriots is ZLaner, and he’s announced that — unlike Twitch — he won’t be leaving Dr Disrespect out in the cold. In a recent stream, Lane told his fans he would be co-streaming on YouTube and Facebook while he decided which platform he would eventually end up on. When a viewer asked if he would be headed over to Twitch, ZLaner quickly shot the idea down, because he would no longer be able to stream or queue up with the Two-Time. “Currently, in the contract conversation with platforms right now with my agency and all that stuff, Twitch is not even on the table,” Lane explained. “I told my agency Twitch is not even on the table because Doc. I would not be able to stream with Doc.” Now that is some friendship you just do not see everyday anymore. Twitch is undoubtedly the largest streaming platform on the internet, but ZLaner didn’t even seem to think twice about what that would mean for his exposure or career by leaving it off the table to keep playing with Dr. Disrespect. It’s not just that the two are good buddies and work well together either. A good portion of the Two-Time’s fans followed him over from Twitch, which means that Lane has had more exposure, and more channel growth, then he ever did before playing with Doc. “Doc isn’t the only person I stream with, but Doc is someone that has literally shined such an insane spotlight on me over the last little while, that I would be stabbin’ that man in the back,” ZLaner said. “He’s probably down for me to do whatever I want to do, but that decision was a no-brainer. Twitch is just off the table completely.” Did you get a warm fuzzy feeling reading that too? Now that is some friendship, and makes us think the world could be a bit happier of a place if everyone had a ZLaner to their Dr Disrespect (or vice-versa).

ZHC to replace James Charles as host of Instant Influencer Season 2 – Dexerto
ZHC to replace James Charles as host of Instant Influencer Season 2 YouTube: ZHC, James CharlesAmid the ongoing allegations against beauty guru James Charles, YouTube removed him from his original show ‘Instant Influencer’ — and now, the platform seems to have found a surprising replacement. Charles’ Instant Influencer initially debuted to positive reviews. The series tasked participants with competing against each other (a la America’s Next Top Model) to become the internet’s next beauty-centric influencer powerhouse. Challenging the creators with crafting a perfect apology video and even forcing them to get creative with their everyday beauty routines, it seemed that the show would remain focused on the beauty side of the internet — but this is set to change very soon. After Charles’ exit from the show amidst multiple allegations of grooming young fans, YouTube has chosen uber-popular content creator and artist ZHC to replace the makeup mogul as host for Season 2. This time, it appears that the YouTube Original series is set to focus on artistry of a different kind, as ZHC is best known for customizing luxury products with gorgeous artwork, which he then gifts to some of the platform’s most popular creators. Season 2 of Instant Influencer, which will be filmed in Los Angeles, will put competitors’ artistic talents to the test in a series of high-scale challenges — just a few of which include tasks like a “10-hour painting endurance challenge” and a collaboration to make the best video alongside another top creator. “I am super excited to host Season 2 of ‘Instant Influencer,’” HC said in an interview with Variety. “I’m so grateful for this huge opportunity given to me by YouTube to pay it forward to other up-and-coming artists. I can’t wait to show everyone our first YouTube originals show!” The show is slated to air on a weekly basis for free on ZHC’s YouTube channel, and will air later in 2021. That’s not all; the winning influencer will receive a hefty cash prize of $100,000 (as well as getting a huge boost for their own content from their time on the show). Casting has officially kicked off as of April 15 — so if you’re looking to get in on the action, apply at this link, provided you are 18 or older and live in the United States.

ZHC paints entire school in biggest project ever and the results are incredible – Dexerto
ZHC paints entire school in biggest project ever and the results are incredible Instagram: ZHCYouTuber ZHC has decorated an entire school with his dedicated team of artists in his biggest project to date, and in only ten days. The results are nothing short of amazing. ZHC and his team of artists are constantly challenging themselves to take on bigger and bigger projects. In the past few months, they’ve worked with TikTok sensation Zach King, they’ve created a custom car for Addison Rae, and they’ve decorated an entire mansion. The YouTuber has racked up a huge 20 million subscribers, but he also likes to give back, often doling out massive cash prizes to subscribers, or simply just giving to random members of the public. In his latest endeavor and his biggest project yet, ZHC took his team to a school with an underserved population of students and decorated every single room with some kind of mural. The challenge was to complete the whole building in 10 days, or else they would all have to spend 24-hours in detention. Many of the classrooms had murals related to the subject typically studied there – the biology classroom had a huge DNA painting running around the entire perimeter, while the English classroom wall was covered in words such as “Haiku” and “Period.” Even the history classroom featured portraits of the artists themselves. On a huge ramp running up to the school’s entrance, the team created a huge painting of outer space, the bathrooms were given a total makeover with motivational quotes, and one huge painting read “Stay in School” in bubble writing. Even the students were able to make their mark, covering a whole wall with their own doodles. In addition, ZHC gave giant wads of cash to students and teachers alike, even gifting the assistant principal a whopping $5,000. On top of that, entire classrooms of kids were given iPads, one of the YouTuber’s biggest fans was gifted an iPhone 12, and the Art department was given an entire room full of art supplies. As a final touch, the whole team signed their names on top of a mural made to look like an unraveled scroll, and they celebrated the end of a project that the YouTuber said took 3 months and 25 people to plan and carry out. ZHC has hinted that he might be working with more schools in the future.

ZHC surprises Charli D’Amelio & Addison Rae with custom iPad and MacBook – Dexerto
ZHC surprises Charli D’Amelio & Addison Rae with custom iPad and MacBook YouTube: ZHC / Instagram: charlidamelioPopular YouTube artist ZHC has made a habit of surprising top internet personalities with custom gifts such as cars and designer accessories, and now he’s gifted custom iPad Pros and MacBooks to TikTok stars Charli D’Amelio, Addison Rae and the rest of the Hype House. In the past, we’ve seen ZHC, real name Zachary Hsieh, create custom Balenciaga clothing and accessories for James Charles and a custom iPhone for MrBeast. ZHC picks out styles or themes that he knows the creator loves and creates designs for them, and it seems he’s hit the nail on the head once again when customizing these iPad Pros and MacBooks for TikTok’s biggest stars. For Addison Rae, ZHC uses a fruity theme with split watermelons, coconuts and pineapples that match the purse he designed for her back in March. She’s clearly delighted with the design, which also features a unique pink background behind the fruit, squealing and looking absolutely delighted with her new gift. Charli D’Amelio and sister Dixie also opened up their custom designs together, with matching dragon-themed art – red for Dixie and pink for Charli. They describe the designs as “crazy,” adding that “the details are actually insane” thanks to little bits such as the donut sprinkles spread across Charli’s pink dragon. As well as Charli, Dixie and Addison, ZHC also gave Chase ‘lilhuddy’ Hudson a more gothic-looking design with chains, dragons and skulls, and Avani an iPad with different types of creatures adorning the edges. It seems ZHC’s creativity knows no limits, and he continues to surprise top internet personalities with his unique designs. They’re all clearly in awe of his work, and let’s be honest, I think we’d all like a friend who gifts us free iPads and MacBooks, too.

After a mega redebut, Zentreya is continuing her VTuber legacy in an alternate timeline – Dexerto
After a mega redebut, Zentreya is continuing her VTuber legacy in an alternate timeline Twitch: ZentreyaZentreya was once VShojo’s lovable dragon. However, the veteran VTuber is restarting her journey in an alternate timeline as a time-traveling android tasked with saving the world from her adoptive owners. She’s not leaving behind her history though, instead building on her legacy as a pioneer in the space. For regular streamers, rocking up every stream in a new outfit is normal. It’s no different to how we go about our daily lives. Some splash on the makeup to pretty up for the camera, others you could have sworn just rolled out of bed in their pajamas. Distilling it down to its basic elements, it’s as simple as opening your wardrobe, picking out some new clothes, and turning on your camera. It’s a small part of a person’s stream — typically relegated to a box in the bottom corner of the screen as gameplay or other entertainment takes place in the foreground. For VTubers though, something seemingly as simple as “changing clothes” is a full-blown ritual. It’s not as easy as slipping on a new dress — getting that change of clothes as a virtual avatar is both time-intensive and expensive. Zentreya knows exactly what goes into one. She had upgraded from a mute gecko to a lovable dragon across her time in the virtual entertainer space, which extends well before the 2020 boom. However, she was abandoning that piece of her entirely in 2022 to get a fresh start. She traded in the scales for a cyberpunk vibe, rocketing from prehistoric times straight into the future. When I spoke to Zentreya before debut day, she wasn’t even sure how to describe it and was going to piece it together on the fly. The new era of the veteran VTuber’s career started with a new lore video diving into her rebirth into a mechanical world where humanity had lost the war to artificial intelligence (a force led by the dark side of fellow VShojo star Projekt Melody ominously named Melware). Zentreya is now an android working alongside humanity to try and take back the world. You don’t see someone like xQc change tune that drastically when they jump on stream day after day. However, it demonstrated the level of depth behind these VTuber’s designs. “When I first got invested into the VTuber scene, I became a dragon,” she explained. “I didn’t exactly have to plan much at first cause I didn’t even know what to do and how much I would need to put into this. “[Back then] the Vtuber scene was growing, everyone was trying out new stuff but also being careful as to how much to invest into this. Now you jump to 2022, and the amount of stuff put into these VTubers is nuts!” It was more than just a new lore video. There was a new stream overlay, emotes, even a new theme song, and of course the new model (plus voice — it’s got a bit more android twang). The entire process started almost 12 months ago, by which time any regular streamer would have gone through hundreds of wardrobe changes. The level of investment adds a layer of complexity and pressure to the whole project. There’s a lot of moving parts, and everything needs to be locked in, in order to make sure things flow on time. There’s no potential for an easy last-minute model change if your lore video and overlays are already planned up. However, it makes the reward even sweeter when it comes together perfectly. Zentreya’s redebut on May 20, also the VTuber’s birthday, was her biggest stream ever peaking at over 25,000 viewers. “I wasn’t expecting it to get as much attention as it did. I was expecting maybe a little bit of noise, but it just lit up more than I ever thought. I thought to myself ‘okay. This might be a little bit more than I thought,’” she admitted. “It’s different from when I debuted as a dragon. I guess because this was something that genuinely piqued curiosity, like, what is going to top the dragon look? Well, an iconic cyborg-mech look! “Everyone was freaking out, from the smallest details on the sword to the eyes. It was so awesome to really see just everyone from the VTuber community and elsewhere come together to see this.” However, just because she’s got a revamped look and a whole new story in this alternate timeline doesn’t mean Zentreya is changing much about herself. It’s still the same star behind the avatar trying to push innovation in the VTubing space. Very few have wandered the path as long as her, and that history is being honored even if the gecko origins are being left behind. From VRChat to VTubing The distinction between Zentreya’s past as a VRChat streamer versus a VTuber is a bit blurred. However, looking at it generously, the star broke out as the mute gecko back in 2017 with plenty of shenanigans in the virtual world. She was there before virtual avatars posed as online entertainers became a phenomenon. Her gecko from days gone is remembered fondly by fans, even if the times and the content has changed drastically since then. Zentreya jumped out of the virtual world — kind of — but brought her iconic model with her to streaming as a VTuber. As her videos evolved, so did the gecko, growing into a massive dragon emblematic of her journey through content creation. “I sort of started before the pre-Vtuber boom back in 2017 with VRChat, and anime avatars were a big thing in that social game,” she explained. “It allowed for a lot of creative expressions. “Back then you had Kizuna AI and these other solo VTubers who were really gaining traction. Then jump forward to 2018 and 2019 it really began just exploding on the scene! I had many inspirations from both sides of the industry who really pushed me forward into this scene.” The dragon-turned-android cited Kiryu Coco from Hololive and Kizuna AI as two of her biggest influences when she started out in VRChat. When taking the plunge into VTubing though, she had to change things up. People loved her mute personality from VRChat, but it wasn’t the most conducive to streaming. “It was in 2019 when I really entered the VTuber scene. Funnily enough, I didn’t have a 2D avatar, I relied on body language solely for quite awhile while using a 3D model,” she said. “I was able to start doing my own thing with variety streams and games which was what I had been wanting to do for so long like Kizuna would do.” This gave birth to the iconic speech bubble. Zentreya has never shared her voice publicly with fans (neither to me — we spoke over text). For newer fans of the VTuber, this has been her iconic Microsoft Zira-style voice pushed through a speech-to-text-to-speech program. However, before that there was speech-to-text, and even just plain-text with a lot of body language. It’s been a part of her brand since the beginning. While it may seem unnatural for a streamer to not talk to their audience, it allowed Zentreya the comfort of opening up to content creation in the first place. “The whole body language thing really came into play during the whole speech bubble thing, which nowadays people actually picked that off from me and incorporated it into their own way which is so cool,” she said. “When I made the swap over to speech-to-text-to-speech, it was weird at first. I had always been practicing prior to the switch, and many people were very happy to finally hear something on the stream aside from gameplay. I will always be grateful for the people who stuck around do watch me being stupid on a freaking Notepad. “It’s now become very iconic and a staple, and others have said how they see it as opening a path that now anyone can become a VTuber!” While hearing Zentreya might throw you off at first, it becomes natural to just hear that slightly-robotic but still human voice and associate it with the VTuber. The process has also come with hidden, added benefits many don’t think of in the first instance. “I have had people who live in other countries say that the closed captions and being able to read and understand how the words go with my actions help them better understand English,” she added. “Hearing-impaired people, who are a few of my viewers, have stated it’s awesome being able to see it all and know what’s going on! I don’t know what exactly I’m doing, but I must be doing something right!” It also sets itself up for some pretty unique gags: “My favorite is getting into a call and pretending I’m a voicemail or pretending they accidentally opened up their speech thing on their computer,” she laughed. Those were also the days where there were very few avatar riggers or artists to make a virtual avatar for you. All of Zentreya’s early models were individual labors of love and something cherished by the streamer all these years after. Since becoming a VTuber Zentreya has left the dirty work to JJINOMU — who she “dearly respects because they make works of art.” Those early days in VRChat were truly the wild west but ultimately was the seed for how she creatively approached content creation in a way that was comfortable to her. “[Making my own models] really influenced my creative side with avatars and what the viewers like to see.” Three years on since those early VRChat days though, she can’t help but smile at how far the virtual entertaining space has progressed. From just people vibing out in VRChat to fully-fledged productions, VTubing has truly tapped into the cultural zeitgeist and formed its own wildly successful ecosystem. As much as Zentreya shies away from the ‘boomer’ memes, her impact on the industry cannot be understated. “I got inspired by Zentreya [to start VTubing],” VShojo’s Veibae told Dexerto. “It was the first stream that I saw on Twitch two years ago, and VTubing was so small. I had never heard of it before. “I was browsing Just Chatting and I saw an anime girl and I’m like ‘what’s going on?’ It was mind-blowing: the technology and being an anime character was so cool. I watched for a bit, and I loved her — she’s my longest sub — and… I gave it a try. I followed the footsteps of Zen.” Breaking down barriers in the VTuber space Zentreya knows better than most the barriers that VTubing can break down. It’s given her a medium to truly express herself. Even though it was behind the body of a gecko, opening up online was a daunting process. However, when VShojo came around in 2020 with Melody welcoming her into the group with open arms — and some help from ‘Nagzz21’ as a streaming mentor — Zentreya was able to really find her true self. “They both gave me an opportunity to show things to their communities as well as the VTuber community, and it was because of Melody, I was able to get into VShojo,” she added. “It’s so weird waking up each day and reminding myself I am a part of something crazy. Gunrun, Ruppy, and Poshie, who I work with closely who help this whole wheel spin, have helped me tremendously with really growing into this expanding scene.” However, even within the VTuber community, there’s still some barriers that exist. The end goal for many creators is to end up with a big agency like Hololive, NIJISANJI, or VShojo. With that name value backing, they can shoot up in stardom — that’s the thought. But the rise and success of independent VTubers has proven otherwise, and those starting out should realize that it’s okay to find your own brand and what works for you because ultimately that’s what makes content creation enjoyable. “I know plenty of indie VTuber who are absolutely killing it right now! There’s Haruka Karibu — my best friend — Snuffy, ShyLily, Buffpup, GirlDM… I can literally go on, they know who they are!” That relationship between the now-former dragon and the caribou is she cherishes fondly among all the star collabs she’s done over the years: “I have so many fond memories… but I think the ones that I always go back to, where I laugh non-stop all the time, are with Haruka Karibou and Froot [also of VShojo]. “We usually always are doing something really really dumb together. Whether that’s screaming bloody murder on Apex Legends, accusing each other in Among Us, or just goofing off in a random game, these two have been my go-to serotonin for laughs and fun. I love them, and our group dynamic is loved by many in this community. I am thankful for getting to meet them.” What VTubing looks like in Zentreya’s time-traveling future Zentreya has seen the future of VTubing already — she’s a time-traveler, after all. While she’s not going to give away all of the secrets of the eventual takeover of these artificial intelligence lifeforms disguised as anime girls, the signs are already evident. “The ceiling is raised each and every month as VTubers, both indie and corporate, bring new stuff to the table constantly,” she cited. “There’s people like Buffpup who can swap in and out of their human form to a freaking wolf! Veibae just recently debuted her new model that had so many triggers and expressions and I was absolutely stunned by all this. “There’s lore, there’s background art that looks like it came out of a TV show! Some VTubers who use their vocals to go to new heights such as Ironmouse, Mori Calliope, Pomu from NIJISANJI. The scene is so insane nowadays, there’s something exciting every time you look.” It’s already cracked into the mainstream overseas, especially in Japan with Hololive. However, the west isn’t trailing too far behind. VTubers aren’t here to replace mainstream entertainers, but as the technology progresses to give those like Zentreya a chance to express themselves in a more liberating medium, the way we see entertainment and our own identities will also evolve. And even beyond that, for those starting out in VTubing, it can seem daunting with all the high-class models. However, the seemingly high barrier of entry is just a myth. The industry is still young, but if you put in the work, you can make it anywhere. Just ask Zentreya — that what she did in the early days. “People seem to think you need to spend thousands of dollars to become a VTuber or to really get up there, but you don’t. There are many free programs that give you the opportunity to really show your creative side and shine with it. “You’ll be seeing them everywhere [as a result] — not right now but down the line, maybe next year a few years later. VTubers will be a bigger part of our lives in some shape or form. It’s still growing, and I haven’t seen it stop. “With growing technology, I wouldn’t be surprised to see them go the way of virtual holograms. That’d be so cool, to be honest, having a little Ironmouse to sing to you or a little gecko version of me to watch you while you sleep. There’s endless possibilities!”

Zerkaa steals Valkyrae’s pickup line in viral Sidemen video, but it doesn’t end well – Dexerto
Zerkaa steals Valkyrae’s pickup line in viral Sidemen video, but it doesn’t end well Youtube: SidemenThe Sidemen Tinder in Real Life 4 is up on YouTube. During the video Zerkaa can be heard using one of the pick up lines Valkyrae suggested to him earlier in the year — although it didn’t go well. Sidemen and friends just uploaded their Tinder in Real Life video, with the crew sharing their best (and worst) pick up lines. It was a jammed packed video and a massive collaboration between many content creators. As the opening suggests, this video has been “over a year” in the making. The latest Tinder in Real Life video was a return to the series that the crew had done years prior. In 2020, they uploaded a UK YouTuber Edition. This recent upload was the USA YouTuber edition. The men sharing their pick up lines included the likes of Logan Paul, KSI, Mike Majlak, George Janko as well as the main Sidemen crew. The women they were shooting their shots against were also popular figures in the internet space. When the boys are sharing their pick up lines on Abby Rao, Zerkaa uses a line that fans might have heard before earlier in this year. He introduces himself to Abby and then hits hers with his pick up line. “Hi I’m Josh, I’m 29. I love watching sunsets but I’d rather watch you go down instead.” Abby is quick to reject the line and Zerkaa, respectfully declines by saying “I’m going to have to say no Sir.” While the line may not be the best ever, it is a fun callback to one of the options Valkyrae gave him during a stream she did in February this year. One Reddit user was quick to pick up on the moment and shared it on the platform. When on stream, Zerkaa asked her for pick up line suggestions ahead of the recording of the Tinder in Real Life video. During her stream, she suggests he use the line: “I don’t like sunsets, but I’d like to see you go down.” She also suggested he use the line: “I’m jealous of your heart, it’s inside you pumping and I’m not.” Another highlight from the recent video include Logan Paul’s interaction with Sky Bri. When Paul goes up to speak to her, he brings up the fact that she has actually already hooked up with his brother, Jake Paul. She then confesses that she has but quickly states that Logan is the “cuter brother.”

Fake Zendaya TikTok account is verified and trying to scam fans – Dexerto
Fake Zendaya TikTok account is verified and trying to scam fans Instagram: Zendaya/TikTokFans of actress Zendaya have been left a bit baffled as a private TikTok profile with her name has been verified but is actually promoting scams. As TikTok has grown into one of the most-used social media platforms around, many well-known names have joined in with the fun. A few celebrities have become regular posters on the video-sharing app, but there are plenty of others who have accounts just to lurk and watch the videos on their For You Page. In recent weeks, fans of actress Zendaya have been trying to get accepted to follow a verified, private profile that bears her name. However, it doesn’t appear to be above board. Does Zendaya have a TikTok? As noted it’s not uncommon for celebrities to have private accounts on TikTok, however, there are a few red flags about the one claiming to be the Spider-Man co-star. First off, the account name – zndayaofficial – has a glaring spelling mistake, with the ‘e’ from Zendaya missing completely. All of her other social accounts just Zendaya, too, as the username. On top of that, it has the classic fake celebrity bio that talks about ‘giving back to fans’ through a link that encourages to give their details in hopes of receiving a gift card. Additionally, all of the videos on the private profile urge fans to read the caption that has been posted alongside the video, with those spam links once again appearing regularly. Zendaya fans concerned about TikTok profile There’s no telling if Zendaya actually has a TikTok profile of her own, with most of the accounts on the platform only being spam or fan accounts. Naturally, some fans aren’t buying into the account, urging TikTok to remove the verified tick. “HOW ARE THEY GETTING VERIFIED? Is it really that easy???” asked one fan. “So there’s just gonna be a new fake Zendaya TikTok account every week girl now on or what?” quizzed another. Not another Zendaya imposter on TikTok 😩 HOW ARE THEY GETTING VERIFIED? Is it really that easy??? pic.twitter.com/wMrFSjTqqN — maya (@marveI_twt) January 7, 2022 https://twitter.com/pietrosblanket/status/1479528327371055108 https://twitter.com/dreamingxmagic/status/1479508742852988939 Should fans report the account in mass, and it’s proven to be fake, it’s likely to be taken down. Though, others will probably pop up in its place. If the actress is going to appear on the platform, she’ll most likely use her name just like her other social profiles. So, keep an eye out for that.

Zentreya fires back at “heartbreaking” VShojo nepotism claims – Dexerto
Zentreya fires back at “heartbreaking” VShojo nepotism claims VShojoZentreya has been criticized after VShojo began auditions for its next member, with some of the community questioning the VTuber agency’s hiring process, to which she has now fired back. VShojo is made up of 12 active members, with most of them having backgrounds as either successful indie streamers, or graduating from other VTuber agencies like Hololive and Nijisanji. This hiring pattern has led the VTuber community to question the company’s hiring process, with the most-liked reply on a Reddit thread sharing the VShojo auditions expressing, “Interesting, seems they were really pushing for really anyone to apply…wouldn’t be surprised if it still is a medium to large indie vtuber that is chosen, however.” This and other comparable remarks, with some going as far as to accuse VShojo of nepotism, have led Zentreya to defend herself on X/Twitter, “Heartbreaking and disheartening to see so many people pushing the idea of ‘Zen friends only’ when each person I found had to work their way to the top regardless.” Insisting that these claims against her are baseless, Zentreya continued, “I even pushed management to open auditions again finally after so long and to scout for new and upcoming people to mesh with.” She went on to concede, “Then I came to a realization that even if we bring in a new person, people will claim we focused on new people instead of helping others who are halfway to success,” believing that she would be criticized regardless of VShojo’s chosen approach. Zentreya’s statement closed with her asserting, “Management and Gunrun are working their butts off,” before encouraging people to apply and “put in the work” like she did, with Zentreya’s streaming activities dating back to 2017, three years before VShojo was founded. When it comes to VShojo, it is difficult to predict who they will hire, with the application not even detailing how many talents they intend to add to the roster. Equally, the agency’s once presumed female-only rule was thrown out after K9Kuro joined, following his adventures elsewhere. While traditionally they have hired talents with larger followings, Zentreya’s post suggests that smaller content creators may have a big chance to land a spot this time around. Applicants will know if they have been successful on August 6, with an official announcement following sometime after.

Zedd says streaming on Twitch is harder compared to live concerts – Dexerto
Zedd says streaming on Twitch is harder compared to live concerts Zedd TwitchWorld-famous artist Anton ‘Zedd’ Zaslavski is used to the pressure of a packed concert, though he recently revealed how streaming on Twitch can sometimes be a bit harder than performing his music live on stage. Paying respects to the craft, Zedd told The CouRage & Nadeshot Show how the two mediums compared, explaining how the feeling of making music and broadcasting it to the stadium at this point in his career is less exhausting. “Maybe because I’ve done what I do for so long, it gets to a point when I’m on stage, I’m in my own world,” the artists said. “But I’ve streamed a few times and it’s really hard. I feel like I’ve just worked out.” The two podcast hosts made the distinction between simply being live on Twitch to actually being a source of entertainment, and how it can be hard to keep the vibe going for a whole broadcast. “When I was in my competitive career, I wasn’t really streaming. I was just broadcasting our scrims and our practice,” Nadeshot explained. “It wasn’t that I was trying to entertain. But ever since I retired, I want to be more entertaining. And I make it past four hours and I’m gassed.” There’s a lot of pitfalls to avoid while streaming too. From the obvious technical difficulties that could arise to the angst of being under thousands of individual lenses at a time, there’s a lot that can dissuade someone from streaming. Zedd was astonished with how streamers can regularly put up with the volatility of today’s social political climate where live snafus or a poor choice of words could have a dramatic effect on their public appeal. “It’s also not to say anything wrong,” Zedd said of pre-planning what he streams. “In 2020, it’s not about your intention, we know that. It’s not about what you’re trying to say, it’s about what you said.” (Mobile viewers: Timestamp at 6:27) The live aspect of interacting with chat and getting lost in the game or media you’re streaming can lead to unwanted results, according to Zedd. To that, Nadeshot said how the pressure to be ‘on’ all the time during a stream is like a muscle that only gets stronger every time you stream. Zedd might need to work on that muscle by getting more hours logged on Twitch, which could be why he thinks every stream ultimately feels like a workout.

Zaxby’s worker goes viral for memorizing customer’s insanely long order – Dexerto
Zaxby’s worker goes viral for memorizing customer’s insanely long order Zaxby’sAn impressive fast food worker has gone viral after a TikToker revealed how her order was perfectly memorized at the drive-thru. For those living in the Southern United States, Zaxby’s is a popular choice for a quick meal. The fast food chain offers a variety of chicken, sandwiches, and salads — and for one TikToker, it’s a weekly must. Leora Gonzales revealed she has been stopping by her local Zaxby’s every Wednesday “for the last [six] years” with her son, who has OCD and always orders “the exact same meal”. Now, her video is going viral with over 740,000 views already after Leora showcased how one of the servers had perfectly memorized her order. The TikTok showed Leora going through a Zaxby’s drive-thru before she asked the server, Adrienne, for “her usual” with an extra large fries added on the end. Without skipping a beat, Adrienne then perfectly recited Leora and her son’s order that the pair had been getting weekly for the past six years. And the order was not exactly short, leaving many impressed by Adrienne’s memory. One commenter even thought Zaxby’s ought to take note of her hard work; “Give that woman a raise!” Leora also revealed in the comments that the workers previously worried about her on the weeks when she wasn’t able to come by, writing “I’ve sent my husband a few times to grab [the food] on his way home from work and the next week they’re like ‘Hey, where were you at?’” However, some were skeptical that there was any impressive skill involved, with one person theorizing, “I bet they also have a paper on the wall with your description and order.” Check out all the latest entertainment news on our page here.

Zayn Malik makes surprise appearance on competitive Yu-Gi-Oh! Masters Duel stream – Dexerto
Zayn Malik makes surprise appearance on competitive Yu-Gi-Oh! Masters Duel stream IGNYu-Gi-Oh! Masters Duel hosted the Shadow Duelist tournament finals with special guest Nocturn, a masked celebrity who turned out to be music artist Zayn Malik. Yu-Gi-Oh! Masters Duel streamed the finals via IGN’s YouTube channel on August 29 and had been dropping hints about the identity of Nocturn for about a month. The winner of the event, fictinium, was given Nocturn’s mask signed by Zayn as a prize. Zayn wore the mask and gloves, and used a voice changer throughout the stream to hide his identity before revealing himself at the 1:18:00 mark of the stream. Throughout the broadcast, the hosts would ask Zayn as Nocturn for his thoughts on the match, and who he thought would claim his mask. The former One Direction member talked about learning the game and playing the character after his reveal, detailing how he fell in love with the series. Then, the hosts asked about his life and what was next for the musical star. “I’m dabbling a little bit with South-Asian sound. So I’m making some records, like singing in a completely different language, which is really interesting and proves difficult at different points. But it’s a challenge, and I like a challenge,” he said on stream. He also said that he has “some pretty big announcements” set to come out soon, which some fans have interpreted as his possible return to live concerts. The last time the star performed live was in 2017 in Japan, outside of a few one-night-only shows in England in May 2024. The surprising crossover wasn’t all that shocking to those watching the stream live, as many viewers figured out the celebrity guest thanks to hints on social media. However, the cross-over was nonetheless surprising to those not watching the competitive Yu-Gi-Oh! Masters Duel space, as the reveal shocked many who both watch the esport and are fans of the artist.

Zara returning to Love Island? Comeback speculation and fans petition – Dexerto
Zara returning to Love Island? Comeback speculation and fans petition Zara, Instagram / ITVZara Deniz Lackenby-Brown is being linked to a shock Love Island return already, despite being dumped from the show in a recoupling. The bombshell left with an iconic strut on January 31, after being left the only single girl standing during a recoupling around the fire pit. Since then, many fans of the ITV show have taken to social media, campaigning for showrunners to leave the door open for her return later in the series. In fact, many think it’s now nailed on. The model and property developer entered the Love Island villa as a bombshell after the main cast, coupling up quickly with Tom Clare after a battle with Olivia. Since then, she had parted ways with the footballer and broke the news of his snog with Ellie Spence – one of the most dramatic segments of the season so far. He chose Ellie over her in a recoupling a day later, sending Zara home. Zara fans convinced she’s coming back to Love Island Though, many of her fans claim the stars could still align for a possible return. One Twitter user, Sana, said: “Friends of Zara are speculating that she could be going back into the villa as she hasn’t turned on her phone yet. Traditionally, Islanders turn on their phone the morning after the dumping. Zara not turning her phone on for nearly 2 days is interesting.” No concrete evidence has been reported about her not using a phone or that she is staying in South Africa, where the show is set. In the replies, a lot of viewers noted they would support the comeback. Some said they have stopped watching since Zara was dumped, and others said she would be perfect for Casa Amor later down the line. “Please we need Zara back,” one said. “Maybe their social media people see the social media reaction and producers had a think about it,” posted another. Love Island fans want Zara to come back already Not only are viewers interested to see if a return will materialize, tweeting about a petition to bring her back, some say the show is now boring without her on screen. Goss.ie did post an exclusive story on February 2, featuring Zara breaking her silence on the dumping. She said: “I genuinely think me and Tom calling it a day was the best thing that we could have done because we weren’t ever actually on the same page. Like a flame, we burned quickly, and it was just more physical attraction.” Fans of the former islander say the exit interview doesn’t mean the door is closed for a Zara return to Love Island, so we will just have to wait and see. At the time of writing, her future reintroduction is not confirmed.

Zastela hits out at Adept for banning her after xQc Love or Host episode – Dexerto
Zastela hits out at Adept for banning her after xQc Love or Host episode Twitch: ZastelaTwitch streamer Zastela was left confused after getting banned by xQc’s ex-girlfriend, Adept, after appearing on an episode of ‘Love or Host’ with him over the weekend. Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel is one of the most popular streamers on Twitch. In fact, he currently ranks as the site’s 5th most-followed broadcaster, on top of being one of its most-subscribed personalities overall. Recently, Lengyel appeared on an episode of AustinShow’s Twitch dating show, ‘Love or Host.’ This appearance was notable, as it follows his highly-publicized split from former partner Adept. The ex-couple had a few big arguments following their breakup last year, with a court order reportedly preventing xQc from speaking out about their split on stream and even gambling. Zastela calls out “weird” Adept for banning her after Love or Host with xQc After xQc’s appearance on ‘Love or Host,’ it seems that Adept was quick to take action against one of the women vying for the win on the show, where the object was to secure either a date with xQc or get a host on AustinShow’s channel. Zastela was a contestant on the show, whose appearance sparked some publicity for her channel due to her similar way of speaking to xQc. According to Zastela, Adept had actually banned her from her chat after the show was over. “I’m sad,” Zastela initially said of the incident. “I was a long-time viewer of hers so I don’t know what I did, besides get rejected by xQc.” However, it looks like her views may have somewhat changed a day later. Zastela spoke out about the situation again after watching a clip of her statement during a live stream, where she expressed further confusion over her ban. “It is so weird,” she began. “Can I just say, like — I’m not milking it, but isn’t it weird that you go into a person that was on a show and didn’t even f*cking win, and you go and ban them? What are you doing? What the f*ck are you doing?” “I didn’t do anything to you!” she continued. “If I did anything, I gave you money, because I subscribed to you before, for months. What do you mean? Like that’s so weird! I have nothing against her. Absolutely nothing. I didn’t even say anything about the situation with X and sh*t.” Thus far, xQc hasn’t commented on the situation — but he may never speak on it publicly, due to Adept’s court order about discussing their split in public.

Zara responds to Love Island Casa Amor return rumors: “I need to find a man!” – Dexerto
Zara responds to Love Island Casa Amor return rumors: “I need to find a man!” Instagram / CapitalZara Deniz Lackenby-Brown has opened the door for a shock Love Island return in Casa Amor, responding to fan protests and petitions. Love Island fans have been spamming social media with Zara return requests ever since the bombshell was dumped by Tom Clare in a recoupling. Thousands of messages calling the show boring after her exit will be heard loud and clear by viewers, and now, Zara herself has thrown it on the toes of ITV producers. Zara returning to Love Island 2023? During an appearance on Capital radio, Zara was asked: “A lot of people are wanting you to go back in, with Casa Amor…” She replied: “Oh my God… Listen, I don’t mind. I would literally be up for it. I think it would be great but that’s up to the producers. “No, I wouldn’t say no… Not at all! I need to find a man, I want to find a man.” The clip was reshared by eastfan16 on Twitter, as seen below. The 25-year-old also confirmed the islander that would be top of her hitlist in a bombshell return, saying Jordan came in and was her type “to a tee” – and that she would like to chat to him on the outside when he leaves the show. Whether or not the return of the biggest bombshell in Season 9 has got one more iconic strut left in her remains to be seen. One thing is for sure, though, fans would take her back in a heartbeat. Over to you, ITV producers.

Zac Efron explains his favorite thing about being a fitness YouTuber – Dexerto
Zac Efron explains his favorite thing about being a fitness YouTuber YouTube: Zac EfronZac Efron seems to have covered just about every base in the acting world: from high school heartthrob in High School Musical to serene serial killer in Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile. But his venture into the world of fitness and YouTube is perhaps the most interesting yet. On his YouTube channel, which has amassed over 1.2 million subscribers, Efron has had all manner of guests – ranging from popular YouTubers to Hollywood actors, and NFL legends – and goes through a workout with them while learning a bit more about them as people and their fitness regimes. This is something that was discussed when he appeared on First We Feast’s now iconic ‘Hot Ones’ web series on April 2. When asked about his YouTube endeavors by host Sean Evans, Efron had only good things to say, and explained what he loves so much about the fitness side of YouTube. “For me, athletes are like movie stars,” he said. “When I get to meet or hang out with someone that’s an inspiration to me, through whatever their art or craft is, that’s really fun.” The movie star continued: “If they want to train with me? Unreal. I’m getting to peek behind the curtain and just have fun with them and see them in their element. Because that’s all they do, they train, and some of them are savage.” (Timestamp 3:41 for mobile viewers) Despite how important fitness clearly is in Efron’s life, it appears his favorite thing about running the YouTube channel is actually just seeing and experiencing what elite athletes have to go through on a daily basis, having done videos with the likes of Green Bay Packers tight end Marcedes Lewis and Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster. He did also go on to say, though, that he never wants to be in as good shape as he was in Baywatch again due to the worries of having to be so tight on his diet and fitness regiment, but it probably didn’t help that he had to do that alongside The Rock – one of the most bulked-up men in Hollywood. Having also done videos with the likes of Dude Perfect and Liza Koshy, we may see Efron create more content with some of the other biggest YouTubers around.

Zara Larsson calls out James Charles amid Tati Westbrook controversy YouTubeFamous Swedish singer Zara Larsson has called out under-fire YouTuber James Charles for “hitting up” her boyfriend, despite knowing that he is heterosexual. Larsson’s criticism occurs after controversy surrounding Charles and ex-friend Tati Westbrook. Since Charles advertised a rival vitamin brand to Westbrook’s on his Instagram story, the two have been at odds. The dispute prompted Westbrook to make a video effectively ending their friendship, as well as calling Charles out for trying “to trick a straight man into thinking he’s gay, yet again”. This has, understandably, led to considerable community condemnation towards Charles and now, Larsson has chipped in. On May 11, after Charles posted an apology video in response to him losing upwards of 1 million YouTube subscribers in a 24 hour period, Larsson responded to a clip from Westbrook’s original video, in which she calls Charles out for trying to manipulate heterosexual men into thinking they’re homosexual. “It’s really disgusting,” says Westbrook in the clip, “to manipulate someone’s sexuality, especially when they are still emerging into adulthood… You are using your fame, your power, your money to play with people’s emotions.” In response, Larsson tweeted that she was “cackling cause he [Charles] hit up my boyfriend in the dms several times knowing damn well he’s straight”. I’m cackling cause he hit up my boyfriend in the dms several times knowing damn well he’s straight https://t.co/yzCcdw9eWt — Zara Larsson (@zaralarsson) May 11, 2019 The tweet has gained considerable attention given the high-profile nature of the controversy surrounding Charles, amassing over 450,000 likes at the time of writing. Larsson has been dating British model Brian Whittaker since 2017. The singer has since clarified her comments, stating that she was considering deleting her original response. “I feel like deleting this cause I checked and it wasn’t several times, only one dm and some comments under pictures,” she explained. I feel like deleting this cause I checked and it wasn’t several times, only one dm and some comments under pictures https://t.co/aRLylIDlZ5 — Zara Larsson (@zaralarsson) May 11, 2019 Twitter users did not allow this to vindicate Charles though, with one arguing that “it’s the same principle”, while another went for “still happened and he knew he was straight. but thank you for clarifying queen”. Charles is, understandably, facing significant backlash over his alleged behaviour, with community members resilient not to accept his apologies. His YouTube video from May 10, entitled ‘tati’, currently sits at over 1.5 million dislikes, making it – at the time of writing – one of the top 20 most disliked videos on the site.

Zac Efron becomes the latest A-List celebrity to start vlogging on YouTube – Dexerto
Zac Efron becomes the latest A-List celebrity to start vlogging on YouTube Zach Efron, YouTubeYouTube’s list of celebrity creators continues to grow, as ‘High School Musical’ star and A-List actor Zac Efron has made a surprising debut on the platform. Efron uploaded his very first vlog to the website on March 30 using YouTube’s ‘Premier’ streaming feature, where he spent 96 hours in a desert to “unplug” from society. In the vlog, Zac and crew took on a series of fun activities, including flyboarding, hiking, and good, old fashioned outdoor cooking. The vlog appears to be the first in a series titled, ‘Off the Grid,’ suggesting that other such traveling videos and “unplugged” experiences are to come soon after. In fact, the description of Efron’s vlog teased a weekly upload schedule; although the Premier archive isn’t currently available, Efron even answered fan questions ahead of the video’s release, further cementing social media’s unique ability to engage with an audience. My new @YouTube channel is live! Come join me at 9:00am PST – I’ll be answering questions until the first video, “Off the Grid” drops. pic.twitter.com/adKRCHlmMs — Zac Efron (@ZacEfron) March 30, 2019 Efron isn’t the first celebrity to have taken YouTube by storm, either; the actor follows in the footsteps of ‘Fresh Prince’s’ Will Smith, who uploaded his first vlog to the platform in December of 2017. Smith made further waves on the platform with his viral bungee jumping video in September 2018, where he jumped out of a helicopter over the Grand Canyon in an effort to face his biggest fear. Actor and comedian Jack Black likewise made a splash on the site shortly thereafter, with his now-famous ‘JablinskiGames’ channel inspired by his son, which already boasts over four million subscribers as of March 30. Efron’s YouTube debut follows his controversial role in upcoming film ‘Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile,’ which chronicles the crimes of serial killer Ted Bundy from the perspective of his girlfriend. Zac’s role in the film caused a stir across the online space, with many taking issue that filmmakers had cast the good-looking actor for the role – with others arguing that the film shouldn’t have ever been made in the first place, fearing that it could glorify and even inspire future serial murderers. While Efron has yet to Tweet out more information regarding his newfound hobby, fans can expect more content from the actor on a weekly basis in the near future.

Yung Gravy sued by Rick Astley over ‘Never Gonna Give You Up’ imitation – Dexerto
Yung Gravy sued by Rick Astley over ‘Never Gonna Give You Up’ imitation Twitter: yunggravy/YouTube: Rick AstleyYung Gravy is being sued by Rick Astley over an alleged impersonation of his voice in the rapper’s viral 2022 song. Rick Astley filed a lawsuit against Yung Gravy for allegedly using an imitation of his vocals from ‘Never Gonna Give You Up’ for the rapper’s 2022 single ‘Betty (Get Money.)’ The multimillion-dollar suit claims that the English singer’s distinctive voice is a resource that needs to be carefully managed. Gravy has not yet commented. Astley’s song was released in 1987, and topped the charts in 25 countries all over the world. It gained new popularity in the 2000s, when it became the subject of an internet meme known as “rickrolling” – whereby users would be unwittingly directed to the song as an online prank. Rick Astley’s lawyers claim Yung Gravy ‘stole’ singer’s voice Although the rap artist’s use of the melody and lyrics was authorized by Astley, his lawsuit claims that he never authorized Gravy and his collaborator to use his “signature voice” on the song. “A license to use the original underlying musical composition does not authorize the stealing of the artist’s voice in the original recording,” his lawyers said. The lawsuit suggests that Gravy “conspired to include a deliberate and nearly indistinguishable imitation of Mr. Astley’s voice,” with the intent to “capitalize off of the immense popularity and goodwill” of Astley. His lawyers claim that the 26-year-old’s song caused “immense damage,” as Astley is “extremely protective” over his image and likeness. Gravy has openly said that his intention was to make the interpolation in ‘Betty (Get Money)’ sound as close to the original as possible. In a 2022 interview with Billboard, he said that he and Seeley “basically remade the whole song.” In that interview, Gravy also claimed that Astley “digs the song.” However, in Astley’s lawsuit, he says “those statements were all false.” The legal action was filed in Los Angeles on 26 January and first reported by Deadline. It has not been confirmed how much money Astley is suing for, but the outlet has described it as a “multi-million dollar” lawsuit.

Yung Gravy says Sheri Easterling is “embarrassed” by Monty Lopez drama YouTub e: Sofia Franklyn / Instagram: addisonraeeRapper Yung Gravy opened up about his relationship with Sheri Easterling, claiming the TikTok-famous mom is “embarrassed” by the actions of her ex-husband, Monty Lopez. TikTok star Addison Rae is currently embroiled in a viral internet feud involving her mother, Sheri Easterling, and her father, Monty Lopez. Things kicked off when it was revealed that Lopez had purportedly been cheating on Easterling with a younger woman, who exposed their relationship in a series of damning Instagram posts. Shortly thereafter, American rapper Yung Gravy publicly flirted with Sheri Easterling on several occasions — prompting Lopez to challenge the music artist to a boxing match (which Gravy notably declined). Since then, Gravy and Sheri have basically made their relationship public after sharing a smooch at the 2022 VMAs… and he says that his new girlfriend is pretty embarrassed by her ex-hubby. Yung Gravy opened up about his relationship with Sheri on the ‘Sofia with an F’ podcast, where he revealed how the TikTok mom really feels about the ongoing events in her life. Yung Gravy reveals how family drama is affecting Addison Rae “She’s hot. She likes me. Her ex-husband’s crazy. It’s all good,” he said. “We have a fling. Basically, at this point — I talk to her, and she’s really sweet. She’s a sweetheart. She’s embarrassed about her ex-husband. It’s hard for her. And I think it’s really rubbing off on Addison.” “I haven’t talked to Addison enough to know, but I just know that Sheri seems to have the best intentions and basically, Monty’s f**king everything up. …I just feel bad for Addison. I know that her mom cares a lot about her. Hopefully it all works out.” (Topic begins at 46:18) This podcast came in the midst of a huge statement made by Monty over the weekend, who claimed that Sheri had allegedly prevented him from seeing his daughter from a previous relationship — a statement that was backed up by his current girlfriend, TikToker Ava Louise.

Yung Gravy reveals exactly what happened on “first date” with Addison Rae’s mom – Dexerto
Yung Gravy reveals exactly what happened on “first date” with Addison Rae’s mom H3, YouTube / Sheri EasterlingRapper Yung Gravy showed up to the VMAs this year with Addison Rae’s mom, Sheri Easterling, right in the middle of a family storm between her and ex-partner Monty Lopez. Now, he’s revealed exactly what went down on that night. Gravy has been quoted in the past saying that he likes ‘MILFs’ and even went as far as complimenting Sheri for being one on social media. The Mr. Clean singer has since been called out on numerous occasions by Monty, who wants to jump in the boxing ring with him. These fights rumors have been somewhat quelled since Yung Gravy publicly admitted he couldn’t see himself fighting over the beef, though they did come back after he was spotted kissing Sheri on the red carpet on August 29. Yung Gravy spills details on Sheri Easterling first date Just as you thought it was all over between these two, Gravy has appeared on the September 21 edition of Ethan Klein’s H3 Podcast – saying he “showed her a good time.” When asked if he “hit that,” the 26-year-old said: “We’re friends. We associate… She was sweet man, we had a good time. “She came to the VMAs with me as my date. She came up the day before to a dinner date and ended up being such a sweetheart. We stayed at the same hotel… We had a great little hotel experience, we did the VMAs the following day, and then another day to chill a little bit. (Timestamp in the video below at 1:43: 47) The pair enjoyed shots of a Black Label bottle of Johnny Walker, too. Nodding to a question about whether they had a “night cap” he replied: “Doesn’t mean we had sex man.” After doing a quick fist bump, Gravy joked: “I pounded it… The fist!” “We had been flirting a little bit on the internet and I wanted to show her a good time man. She’s been going through it and she’s a single lady, so I wanted to set up a first date. Even recently, he says that he has been in contact with Sheri Easterling. Yet, there is a fair bit of distance between them as she lives in Louisiana. “I can’t have a long-distance relationship. She’s a sweetheart though.” Gravy called Monty “pretty wild” and admits that he does feel for their daughter Addison Rae, who he contacted before meeting Sheri, and says she is trying to focus on other things as the drama rages on.

Yung Gravy reveals how Addison Rae felt about Monty Lopez cheating scandal YouTube: IMPAULSIVE / Instagram: addisonraeeRapper Yung Gravy revealed how TikTok star Addison Rae felt about the cheating scandal surrounding her father, Monty Lopez, on an episode of Logan Paul’s IMPAULSIVE podcast. Yung Gravy stormed across headlines in 2022 after getting together with Sheri Easterling, the mother of TikTok-famous internet celeb Addison Rae. This romance sparked after both Sheri and Addison unfollowed Monty on social media. It was later discovered that Monty had allegedly been flirting with young women for some time — one of whom exposed her relationship with him on Instagram. Afterwards, Lopez’s social media accounts went viral. The TikTok dad’s video content was often mocked by other influencers for its outrageous nature, and he even challenged Yung Gravy to a boxing match on TikTok after the artist linked up with Sheri Easterling. He also took her as his date to the VMAs, where they locked lips in a kiss that took social media by storm (and, of course, prompted more callouts from Monty). Yung Gravy was asked about this tumultuous time in his life during a January 17 episode of Logan Paul’s IMPAULSIVE podcast, where he also opened up about Addison Rae’s feelings toward her dad. Yung Gravy says Addison Rae is “mad” at dad Monty Lopez According to the rapper, Addison was furious with her father for the entire ordeal, which snowballed into a viral, one-sided feud against Gravy. “I wanted to bring her on a cute date,” he explained. “I didn’t know sh*t about the VMAs. I had never watched it before. I didn’t know that it was that big of a deal. So when I walked with her and all these stories came out, it blew up way bigger than I expected.” “I mean, from Addison, I think she was more just mad at her dad for being such a f*ckin’ weirdo,” he added, mentioning the diss track that Lopez made about him. (Topic begins at 28:20) Even Logan Paul opened up about his opinion on Lopez, calling his experiences with the TikTok dad “run-ins” in the “literal” sense of the word. Logan Paul “feels bad” for Addison Rae amid Monty Lopez drama “I’ll be pulling out of a parking garage and he runs up to my window. ‘Yo, what’s up?’ Monty’s always been… I won’t use the word ‘cool,’ I’ll use the word ‘enthusiastic.’” “I did feel bad for Addison, because he did put her in an awkward position. It didn’t have to be as awkward as it was.” At the time of writing, Addison still has yet to publicly open up about her feelings regarding her father — but she did unfollow both her dad and her mom on social media in the months that followed the entire ordeal.

Yung Gravy denies sliding into Hawk Tuah Girl’s DMs & shares receipts – Dexerto
Yung Gravy denies sliding into Hawk Tuah Girl’s DMs & shares receipts Instagram: Yung Gravy/Hailey WelchYung Gravy called out Hawk Tuah Girl after she claimed the singer asked her on a date, Gravy sharing screenshots of their conversation online as proof. American rapper Yung Gravy is no stranger to flirtatious viral moments, the musician often having been linked to various high-profile names since his meteoric rise in the industry. He was previously linked to Sofia Vergara following her split from Joe Manganiello. In 2022, he also went viral after he took Addison Rae’s mom, Sheri Easterling, to the MTV Music Awards as his date. Given this, it was no surprise to fans when TMZ reported that Hawk Tuah Girl claimed Gravy had slipped into her DMs and asked her out on a date. “He wants to take me on a date, and I was like, nah,” revealed Hailey Welch in an August 19 video shared by TMZ. Shortly after this clip went viral, Yung Gravy took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to shut down the rumors that he had asked her on a date. Captioning the X post, “can’t be nice anymore lol”, Gravy shared a screenshot of an Instagram exchange between himself and Welch, revealing her claims that he asked her out on a date aren’t exactly correct. The screenshot appeared to show how Welch was the one who initially slid in, sending Gravy the message “hello, Sir” at 1:30AM. The rapper replied to her the following day, praising her and calling her a “certified top champ” for her recent successes. He then explained that he wasn’t trying to “finesse” anything by reaching out but instead simply wanted to invite her to one of his upcoming shows so that she can “hear [his] country sh*t.” Social media users are now slamming Welch for lying about Yung Gravy asking her out on a date. One X user commented, “Why are people so f**king weird? You’re legit one of the nicest dudes, always mad respectful and decent. When did it become cool to sh*t on people for no good reason?” Another added, “Bro tried to network with her, and she thought it was a date. Some people don’t deserve opportunity..” Since his reply also went viral, Welch has now commented on Gravy’s initial X post, sharing her own screenshot of their conversation and stating, “Haha u messaged first.” Her version of the screenshot reveals that Gravy did message her first despite him initially trying to hide doing so.

YouTube’s new streaming-focused Partner Program takes aim at Twitch – Dexerto
YouTube’s new streaming-focused Partner Program takes aim at Twitch Unsplash: @helloimnikYouTube has just launched a new Partner Program level that makes it easier for streamers to get monetized on the platform, taking aim at Twitch’s Affiliate Program. YouTube streaming has grown in popularity over the last couple of years, largely thanks to some of the internet’s biggest creators moving to the Google-owned platform. In order to become monetized on the platform, YouTube streamers must work towards the goals required to join the YouTube Partner Program. As of June 13, 2023, however, those focusing on just the live aspect of the site are going to have an easier time meeting those requirements. YouTube reveals new Partner Program requirements In a new blog post, YouTube revealed the new level of its Partner Program that gives streamers easier access to monetization on the site. Here are the requirements for the new streaming-focused YouTube Partner Program: 500 subscribers – 3 valid public uploads – 3,000 valid public watch hours in the last year OR 3M valid public Shorts views in the last 90 days – Those who meet these requirements will unlock the following features: Channel memberships – Super Chat – Super Stickers – Super Thanks – Promote your own products with YouTube Shopping – The new YouTube Partner Program goals do not give creators revenue sharing from ads. However, those who reach the new lowered requirements do not have to go through the full YPP application process once they reach the existing criteria — it will be automatically applied. This change to the YPP comes just days after Twitch sparked backlash after revealing new Branded Content guidelines, an update to multi-streaming rules, and more.

YouTube’s Skibidi Toilet series under investigation by Russian police – Dexerto
YouTube’s Skibidi Toilet series under investigation by Russian police YouTube: DaFuq!?Boom!DaFuqBoom’s viral Skibidi Toilet YouTube videos are under investigation by Russian authorities after a Moscow resident reported the series, worried about its “detrimental effect” on children. If you’ve been on the internet over the past few months, you’ve likely heard of ‘Skibidi Toilet’ while scrolling through social media. The nonsensical, chaotic YouTube videos have become famous for their portrayal of a war between toilets with human heads and people with various electronic devices for heads, all created in Garry’s Mod, an iconic physics sandbox that has been responsible for numerous YouTube Poop-style content over the past 15 years or so. Skibidi Toilet was spawned by Georgia-based creator ‘DaFuqBoom,’ real name Andrei Gerasimov, who told us in an exclusive interview that he “was not expecting” his content to blow up in the way that it did. However, Andrei’s famous YouTube series is now being investigated by authorities thanks to its current popularity after one concerned citizen reported the videos to Russian authorities. Russian authorities investigating Skibidi Toilet YouTube videos According to local Russian news reports, a man living in Moscow alerted police to the Skibidi Toilet YouTube videos, citing their “detrimental effect” on young viewers after he caught his child watching them. The man reportedly asked that the series’ creator, Andrei, be investigated, as well. “We received an appeal from a Moscow resident about the need to block video materials on the Internet in the form of short Skibidi Toilet films, which have a detrimental effect on children,” a law enforcement source said. Now, investigators are being tasked with watching the 70 current episodes of the epic battles between toilets and humanoid machines in Garry’s Mod — probably not something they were expecting when they signed up for the job. While rumors emerged in September 2023 claiming that Skibidi Toilet’s creator had been arrested, these claims weren’t able to be verified… but the law is clearly taking an interest in his activities now.

YouTube’s boxing king KSI is already setting his sights on WWE wrestling – Dexerto
YouTube’s boxing king KSI is already setting his sights on WWE wrestling YouTube sensation JJ ‘KSI’ Olatunji has revealed in an interview that since conquering the boxing space, he would like to test his skills in a WWE ring. KSI vs Logan Paul 2 was arguably one of the biggest boxing events of the year, with sales that would make even the biggest names in boxing blush with envy. KSI came out victorious and remained the YouTube Boxing champion, taking the win via split decision after going the distance with his arch-nemesis. Rumors suggest the Brit, originally from Watford, may have made upwards of $8 million from the fight, though he has remained tight-lipped about the exact figure. Now, though, it seems KSI has set his sights beyond the boxing ring and may be eyeing up the bright lights of the WWE’s squared circle. In an interview with AllHipHop, KSI was asked whether he’d ever considered jumping into WWE like how world-famous boxer Tyson Fury has done recently. “Of course,” he said. “I’m always open to doing WWE, AEW, or whatever organization there is. I’ve been a fan for years. I used to watch Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, Hulk Hogan, Sting, Mick Foley/Mankind, The Undertaker, all these guys, Triple H. I’m a fan, so it would be a dream come true to fight in the WWE.” KSI is definitely a character big enough to thrive in the WWE, having taken over YouTube and the YouTube boxing space with his over-the-top shenanigans and personality. It’s the type of energy that could do well in professional wrestling. But do we think he could really hang with the likes of The Rock, John Cena or Roman Reigns? Probably not, but knowing KSI, he wouldn’t put in a bad shift.

YouTubers Zherka and HSTikkyTokky spark street brawl in Miami amid explosive feud – Dexerto
YouTubers Zherka and HSTikkyTokky spark street brawl in Miami amid explosive feud Kick: HSTikkyTokkyYouTube stars Zherka and HS TikkyTokky started fighting in the streets of Miami after their feud with each other turned violent. The content creators have been at each other’s throats for a while but things escalated when they dragged each other into the road after a shouting match turned into a boxing match outside a restaurant in Miami, with several angles of the fight being captured on both of their livestreams. It’s not the first time Zherka has gotten himself into a scrap in public. Earlier this year he was confronted by a viewer in real life who accused him of being racist, leading to the two of them fighting on-stream. Zherka and HSTikkyTokky start brawl in streets of Miami Zherka appeared to be the person who escalated the fight by both pushing HSTikkyTokky and taking a swing at him. However, he was quickly forced to the ground by the other creator, who even managed to almost tear off Zherka’s shirt in the process. Several viewers made fun of the fact that while Zherka was the one who started the fight, he was the one who hit the ground first, leading many to brand him as the “loser” of the exchange. The fight became even more dangerous after the pair dragged each other into a busy street, right in the path of a car trying to pull away. Traffic built up around the fight as cars were unable to get past, though the noise of car horns eventually got them to stand up and stop fighting. Zherka later posted on social media saying that he had dislocated his arm shortly after the fight. For more news and updates on what Zherka has been up to, check out another fight he was in recently after a viewer accused him of being racist.

YouTubers welcome newborn baby after “sickening” adoption scam ordeal – Dexerto
YouTubers welcome newborn baby after “sickening” adoption scam ordeal YouTuber: DELLA VLOGSYouTubers, Bella and Dallin Lambert have welcomed their first child after falling for an adoption scam as they share their journey with fans online. The popular YouTubers received great news as they announced the arrival of their adopted baby girl on July 30. The content creators described the baby as an “answer to their prayers” after having a rocky journey trying to start a family. Bella and Dallin posted a video of them holding their baby girl on a beach as they revealed the exciting news. The Instagram post had an adorable caption as they revealed the name of their baby as well. They wrote, “Story Belle Lambert. The answer to our prayers. She is so beautiful and we feel so blessed her birth mother chose us to be her parents.” The YouTubers added, “We love our little Story so much. We would go through all the heartache and all the pain from the last 5 years again if it meant we had her.” Bella and Dallin welcome Story The content creators got married in 2017 and were trying to have a baby for three years as they updated fans on their journey of adoption. The couple posted a vlog revealing the moment they were chosen to be parents along with their first meeting with their baby girl, Story. Dallin and Belle received the good news on a call with the birth mother of Story as she described them as “everything they dreamed of”. YouTubers adoption scam was the hardest thing The duo announced their decision of adopting in March after their failed attempts at IVF treatments. Bella was diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve, leading her to be in constant denial of her infertility. The YouTuber tried everything under the sun, be it IUI, injections, medicated cycles, and more. When the creators announced they were willing to adopt, they received a series of messages from potential candidates. Among them was a woman who claimed she had twins and was looking for adoptive parents. The content curators were well aware of scams but did desire twins, however, they admitted they should have known how rarely there are twin adoptions. They revealed that the messages they shared with the woman were full of love which did not give them a hint of being a hoax. The couple then flew to South Carolina to meet the person and were told they were perfect. “She wanted us to adopt them, and she had tears in her eyes telling us she’d been praying to find people like us, and we were a miracle for her,” Bella recalled. The woman urged them to prepare a nursery as well as a gender reveal, which they documented for YouTube. However, Bella knew it was a scam after an email from another couple, who claimed they were also in contact with the fake expecting mother. Her picture was shared on a Facebook page called, “Ending Adoption Scams” where more people revealed their same experience. The Lamberts did not give her any money but they shared how their experiences have been tainted because of this, as they described the situation to be “gross and sickening”.

YouTubers who snuck into Royal Wedding spark outrage after holding video hostage – Dexerto
YouTubers who snuck into Royal Wedding spark outrage after holding video hostage YouTube: The Zac And Jay Show / Flickr: Mark Jones / Wikimedia CommonsA British YouTube duo famous for their over-the-top pranks snuck into the 2018 Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle — but they’re holding the video hostage until they get a certain amount of subscribers. Plenty of YouTubers have gone viral for shunning social norms and pulling jaw-dropping stunts; who can forget Vitaly infamously streaking across the football pitch in the 2014 World Cup Final, or the one of the NELK Boys’ getting assaulted over a fake sneezing prank? Long story short, pranks are a tale as old as time on YouTube, and generally don’t end well for those involved — but two influencers decided to take their content to the next level and snuck into the 2018 Royal Wedding, exposing “£30 million worth of security” in the process. YouTubers Zac Daniel Alsop and Jamie Rawsthorne have been sneaking into festivals and pulling pranks since 2016, and have even been investigated by authorities due to their shenanigans. In May 2021, the duo revealed they’d snuck into one of the biggest events in the world by using a fake pass and a false name, but they won’t share their video doing so until they reach one million subscribers in a months’ time. “The only way that we will release this video is if we get to one million subscribers by June 21,” they explained in a May 26 video. “If we don’t hit a million subscribers on time, the only hard drive with the footage for the Royal Wedding video is getting destroyed, and I promise you that.” That’s not all; they also asked viewers to refer five new subscribers to their channel. When they have completed this task, the YouTubers will send the successful viewer a private link, where they can watch the video come June 22 if all the other conditions are met. Needless to say, their fanbase isn’t exactly happy with this turn of events, with many commenters claiming that the duo is “milking” the situation and asking too much from their viewers. “Not gonna lie, I don’t like this practice,” one user wrote. “If you make good content, I will subscribe. But if you surge me into subscribing, that’s just nasty.” “What about those of us that don’t have 5 mates that aren’t subscribed?” another said. “Really don’t rate the way you’ve gone about this.” For now, it seems that Zac and Jay are going through with their plan in spite of the controversy — but maybe it’s because they know they’re sitting on one of the biggest uploads in YouTube history.

YouTubers view counting video surpasses 25 million mark – Dexerto
YouTubers view counting video surpasses 25 million mark Youtube: Tom ScottVery few educational Youtube channels can consistently create viral content like bloggers or gamers on the platform, but Tom Scott is the exception. Tom Scott is a famous British Youtuber, active on the platform since 2006 he has focused on the production of great quality educational videos over the years. Usually picking a relatively amusing topic in History or an obscure concept in Linguistics or Science, he travels to a relevant location and explains the topic with the help of experts in a way that is accessible to the majority of people. Otherwise, you might also remember him as a candidate in the 2010 British General Election as he ran for a Parliament seat in London with the alias of ‘Mad Cap’n Tom’. Earlier this year he appeared in front of the White Cliffs of Dover and presented a simple bot programmed to constantly update the title of the video with the current number of views it held. The video has recently crashed the 25 Million view mark. In the Video Titled “This Video Has x Views,” Tom explains the change that the internet experienced after social media websites allowed users to interact with their systems through APIs and how quickly that changed after the users started misusing this new tool. The code that Tom wrote is one example of the ways bots can be used for positive means, in contrast to the harassment they can cause especially in the modern age, and the effect of social media on public opinion. And while in the video he says his code will eventually fail, it still works perfectly. The video then moves into a discussion about entropy and the eventual end of everything around us. It took a little over seven months for Tom Scott’s video to hit the 25 million mark, quickly becoming the second most viewed video on his channel. Unfortunately, it will take 15 million more to match his most-viewed production, eating garlic bread from space.

YouTuber’s vlog reveals Titanic sub controller issues weeks before disaster – Dexerto
YouTuber’s vlog reveals Titanic sub controller issues weeks before disaster DALLMYD | YouTubeYouTuber DALLMYD was set to go on an expedition to see the Titanic on the OceanGate sub, but the mission was called off two separate times before it was ultimately cancelled. He commented that he felt like he “dodged a bullet”. The story of the missing OceanGate vessel took the internet by storm as the Coast Guard scrambled to find it. Unfortunately, it’s since been confirmed that the submarined was destroyed and likely suffered a “catastrophic implosion.” So, it’s no surprise that YouTuber DALLMYD felt like he “dodged a bullet” by having the mission he was supposed to go on, Mission 3, get cancelled for a variety of reasons. If the controls hadn’t malfunctioned and the weather had been clear, he would have been one of the people on the vessel during the dive. In the aftermath, DALLMYD has since released footage of what it was like talking with the OceanGate crew (including CEO Stockton Rush) and the experience of getting into the Titanic sub. YouTuber “dodged a bullet” with cancelled Titanic sub mission DALLMYD fully disclosed that he didn’t pay to go on the Titanic submarine, nor did he bear any ill will toward the crew. Rather, he was invited to come along and film the Titanic sub expedition. He expressed that everyone was kind to him and that “if the weather permitted and it was beautiful out, and Stockton asked me if I wanted a spot in that submarine, I would have said yes.” DALLMYD also expressed his condolences for the five people lost during the now-infamous expedition. His video showing the inside of the sub and the process of getting the mission underway now exists as a relic of what was. He showed his interactions with the crew, a few of which are now deceased, as well as the process of trying to make the dive happen. The first cancellation was due to an issue with the controls on the submarine not working properly, and, in Stockton’s words, it “just didn’t feel right” to go on the dive. After sorting through issues that night, the crew was ready to give it another go. However, a second cancellation was issued due to a thick cloud of fog rolling in and keeping them from going on the expedition. The YouTuber and crew were fully submerged and ready for the Titanic submarine expedition just before the mission was called off, and his footage gives us a look at what it was like to get sealed within the submarine’s thick walls even if he never went too deep below the surface. Ultimately, these two cancellations led to Mission 3 being called off entirely and perhaps saving DALLMYD’s life.

YouTubers under fire after allegedly demonstrating wire fraud for “educational purposes” – Dexerto
YouTubers under fire after allegedly demonstrating wire fraud for “educational purposes” YouTube: Tommy GYouTubers Tommy G and rapper Punchmade Dev are coming under fire after showing a purported act of wire fraud in a video for “educational purposes only.” According to statistics from the Federal Trade Commission, Americans reportedly lost a whopping $8.8 billion due to scams in 2022 alone. With the rise of technology and social media, it certainly feels like instances of scamming are picking up more than ever before — and an influencer might be on the hook for the crime. In a video uploaded on July 11, YouTuber Tommy G interviewed passersby about their thoughts on scams and spoke with alleged internet scammer and rapper ‘Punchmade Dev.’ YouTubers under fire for showing wire fraud in video “The goal of this documentary is to inform,” Tommy said in his video. “First, to be aware of how scammers operate, and second, to encourage people to be the hero, not the villain.” During the video, Punchmade demonstrated the technology he allegedly uses to scan people’s credit cards. He even walked into a bank, purportedly using someone else’s details, and withdrew $10k from their account. Now, both Tommy G and Punchmade Dev are coming under fire from viewers, despite Tommy’s claims that his video was for “educational purposes only.” “YouTuber try not to self-incriminate challenge: Impossible edition,” one user said on Twitter. YouTuber try not to self-incriminate challenge: impossible edition — Elijah “”RollNeed”” Smith (@RollNeedLIVE) July 19, 2023 “Someone’s gonna be in trouble,” another tweeted. “The amount of self-snitching going on in our generation is going to be studied for decades,” another wrote on YouTube. YouTuber Punchmade Dev allegedly investigated over wire fraud in video However, it looks like the reaction to Tommy G’s video is going beyond mere public backlash. According to social media posts from Punchmade Dev, it looks like the rapper is actually under investigation by authorities. A screenshot posted by Dev seemingly shows a message from Instagram’s Law Enforcement Response Team notifying him that law enforcement asked for information regarding his account. Judging by the yawning emojis he placed over the screenshot, it doesn’t look like the situation fazed Dev. That’s not all; a video from Dev reportedly showing viewers how to scam people has been removed by YouTube following an appearance he made on streamer Adin Ross’s broadcast more recently. This isn’t the first time an influencer has caught a crime on camera. In fact, one Twitch streamer caught a thief snatching a woman’s purse outside a Gucci store in Paris just last month.

YouTubers “The Dobre Twins” outrage fans with lackluster meet and greet Dobre Twins, InstagramAs online entertainment continues to grow in popularity, more and more internet personalities are holding meetups with their fabases – but one of these meet-and-greets ended in outrage. Twin brothers Lucas and Marcus Dobre are popular faces on YouTube, sporting a joint account that boasts over 17.4 million subscribers. With such videos as “Teaching first grade for a day” and “Paying people $10,000 to quit their jobs,” their shocking content draws a wide audience – but some fans aren’t big on the internet duo, anymore. The Dobre twins held a meet-and-greet in early October when a clip from the event went viral across Twitter, showing the YouTubers looking notably less-than-enthused about spending time with their fans. prettymuch can be problematic and had surely made some fucked up stuff before, but if there is one thing they will never do is treat fans this way. i feel bad for the dobre twins fans. pic.twitter.com/akz4fwzm6O — luli (@urphases) October 7, 2019 Critics took notice of their robotic expressions during a clip of their photoshoot with a young fan, seemingly refusing to speak with girl during the duration of her thirty-second meeting – one that she could have paid up to $600 to experience. 600https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YW-_i82jOMY&t=213s Needless to say, this treatment stirred outrage online, with users berating the duo in wake of the viral video. “This is so ugly,” one user Tweeted. “This girl paid a lot of money to meet these guys and they barely fucking said hi. YouTuber TIES arrested for trespassing near Area 51 – Dexerto
YouTuber TIES arrested for trespassing near Area 51 Instagram: TIES / Wikipedia CommonsDutch YouTuber Ties Granzier and his friend were arrested on September 10, after being found trespassing at Area 51 after the viral ‘storm Area 51’ event was canceled. Granzier, 20, and Govert Charles Wilhelmus Jacob Sweep, 21, were both detained after they entered the private government property with camera equipment. According to the Nye County Sheriff’s Office, the two men were stopped around three miles into the Nevada National Security Site, which is around 10 miles from Area 51 proper, having ignored numerous ‘No Trespassing’ signs. The facility is subject to conspiracy theories due to the secrecy of its operations, with some believing knowledge of extraterrestrials is kept there. A Facebook event called “Storm Area 51, They Can’t Stop All of Us” went viral earlier in 2019, but organizers later canceled it to avoid a “possible humanitarian disaster”. Granzier and Sweep, the former boasting over 700,000 YouTube subscribers, clearly had other ideas though, and had come to the area for the event, Sherriff officials said. Ties even posted his intentions of visiting the site on Instagram. In a statement, Nye County Sheriff’s Office explained that they had responded to “a report of foreign national trespassers.” “Deputies found a car parked near a gate approximately three miles into Nevada National Security Site property. The occupants of the vehicle were identified as Govert Charles Wilhelmus Jacob Sweep and Ties Granzier, both of the Netherlands “Both individuals told deputies that they speak, write and read English. They said that they saw the ‘no trespassing’ signs at the Mercury Highway entrance to the Nevada National Security Site but they wanted to look at the facility.” The two YouTubers allowed officers to review the footage they had captured and inspected their vehicle, where they found more camera equipment, a laptop, and even a drone. According to Sweep, also a YouTuber, the pair didn’t actually want to “storm” the site, and were planning to leave before the planned date of the event, September 20, but rather just wanted to see the area. Unfortunately, because of how viral the Facebook event went, local authorities are still expecting a lot more people to make the trip to the mysterious site, Lincoln County Sheriff Kerry Lee told BuzzFeed News.

YouTubers show how they sneaked onto red carpet to meet Leonardo DiCaprio – Dexerto
YouTubers show how they sneaked onto red carpet to meet Leonardo DiCaprio A couple of British YouTubers have revealed how they sneaked into a red carpet film premiere to meet Leonardo DiCaprio – complete with a comical Revenant-inspired bear mask. The Zac and Jay show saw tremendous growth throughout 2019, pulling off some daring pranks and ridiculous challenges that are rarely seen across the rest of YouTube. This challenge, though, saw Zac and Jay attempting to infiltrate an event set up by some of the biggest names in film. The task took place at Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’s red carpet premiere in London’s Leicester Square. The challenge was done as part of a TV show airing in the UK called Pants on Fire, where contestants try to convince hosts that their outrageous stories are true. And this idea really was outrageous. Zac and Jay kick off their plan by searching the hashtag for the event on Twitter because, as Zac puts it, “people have an insatiable urge to share their lives.” They use this to gather information and see if there are possible passes to scan and replicate. Unable to find passes to use, though, they see that the rigging team are setting up the area – and agree to act as though they’re part of the team so they can get in early to hide and wait for the premiere to start. Complete with a bear mask so Jay can embrace Leo as if he’s his Revenant co-star, they set off towards Leicester Square. The pair donned high-vis jackets and earpieces to convince people they’re the real deal. Cruising past four different sets of security, Zac and Jay walked straight through. They visited the theater room and took refuge in the toilets, hiding away until Leo appeared. After changing into their regular gear, the duo leave the toilets when the time is right and attempt to hunt down the Oscar winner. But they didn’t manage to get the result they were after. Despite being literally inches away from the Hollywood megastar, security got between the two parties and Zac and Jay were pulled aside and questioned over their being there – especially as they had no credentials. Although they were told they had to leave the premises, the security actually ended up apologizing to the YouTubers for having to remove them. At first, perhaps unaware that they didn’t actually have any right to be at the premiere at all. They had come so close as to put the mask on and stand right next to Leo. However, their efforts were thwarted as they were turned away. It could have been much different if they had managed to secure those passes on Twitter when they first set off on their plans, as we’ve seen similar passes being recreated for events such as the KSI vs. Logan Paul fight in November 2019. Regardless of their failure, they showed far more gall than many people could ever have. While sneaking into events such as these is not recommended, it’s a seriously impressive feat.

YouTubers test ‘world’s strongest trampoline’ against cars, boats & more – Dexerto
YouTubers test ‘world’s strongest trampoline’ against cars, boats & more How Ridiculous, Mark Rober – YouTubeYouTube group ‘How Ridiculous’ and creator Mark Rober came together to test what exactly happens when you throw some ridiculously heavy objects on the world’s strongest trampoline, to outrageous results. Sometimes, human curiosity cannot be satiated — and that’s where YouTube comes in. Australian YouTube group ‘How Ridiculous’ teamed up with former NASA engineer Mark Rober to test the mettle of a trampoline specifically designed to withstand the likes of twenty bowling balls, a van, and even a boat from a 45-meter height. To support the ridiculous objects being tossed on top of it, the trampoline weighed a whopping two tons, made of Kevlar mats held together by 144 garage door springs that Rober designed with the help of How Ridiculous’s squad. After working through the night to assemble the monstrosity, their trampoline was finally ready to undergo testing — and the objects they chose pushed the structure to its limits. To begin, How Ridiculous threw a bowling ball from a 45 meter tall tower, which made for an interesting — if a bit tame — experiment. The group decided to turn things up a notch by multiplying that bowling ball by twenty. Their slow-motion cameras caught the chaos in high definition, with a good number of the balls actually breaking apart on impact and speeding outside the “blast radius.” Of course, that wasn’t the most ridiculous object the YouTubers chose: the Aussies finished their experiment by using a small boat, which actually got a solid bounce off of the Kevlar mat (although it did take some external damage). Rober himself decided to conclude his test of the trampoline with a four-door sedan, which scored a huge bounce off of the structure, successfully bending the car’s outer frame irreparably in the process. In fact, the only real damage the trampoline took was to a few of its springs and a section of the metal framing, leaving the invention mostly intact after a series of intense tests. The YouTubers’ outrageous videos were so curiosity-inducing they soared to the top of YouTube’s trending page shortly after being uploaded, proving there’s no shortage of wonderment when it comes to combining science with the ever burning question – what if?

YouTubers save $100k in vintage games from being demolished in abandoned house – Dexerto
YouTubers save $100k in vintage games from being demolished in abandoned house Instagram, @cheapfinds.goldmines / PexelsA YouTube duo specializing in navigating hoarder’s homes struck gold when they fought through an abandoned house and discovered what they estimate to be $100,000 worth of vintage games and consoles. If you remember the TV show , you already know what lengths people will go to in order to make a quick buck. And, that’s basically what YouTube’s Cheap Finds Gold Mines duo, Aimee and Korbin, were met with when they dove into a hoarder’s abandoned home. As the duo told Kotaku, the house in question was set to be demolished, but they wanted to get their hands on its contents first. Unfortunately, the house also got its hands on them — as Aimee was bitten by a Brown Recluse Spider during the excursion. Fortunately, the bounty of classic, factory-sealed games and consoles made the whole adventure worthwhile. As you can see in the video, the state of this home cannot be exaggerated. Abandoned and locked up for years, there was trash atop trash, roaches, and predatory arachnids abound. But man, beneath it all there was loot. Glorious gamer loot. A factory-sealed Slim PS2, a treasure trove of PSP games, and… author’s bias permitting, a copy of an unparalleled PS2 title: Drakengard. Hundreds of opened games alongside tons of factory-sealed ones, Aimee and Korbin made out with a ton of great options for resale — but they weren’t alone. In another video, they spoke to Nick, who also joined in on the fun (if one can call it that). Nick, who specializes in vintage clothing, was able to find some wild Halloween masks. One was eaten by mice, two were from Disney’s merchandise in the ‘70s, but all have a tremendous value. He estimated that, with just the t-shirts and masks he found, he could earn a profit in the thousands of dollars. In sum, with all the other resellers combined, the total haul from the abandoned home was around $100,000. That’s a lot of money, especially when you consider that everything was set to be demolished. Moral of the story: If you’re going to hoard, considering doing so with factory-sealed items.

After tweeting MrBeast to say it was a “huge W,” KSI posted another tweet simply saying that the video was “nuts.” Australian star Lazarbeam took the opportunity to announce his retirement from YouTube, saying that it’s “because MrBeast just s**ts on everyone whats the point of even uploading.” I am announcing my retirement from YouTube because MrBeast just shits on everyone whats the point of even uploading — LAZAR (@Lazarbeam) November 24, 2021 British YouTuber Jay Swingler offered a similar sentiment, asking MrBeast to “remove his latest video as its a violation to every content creator on the platform that can’t keep up with his genius.” Fortnite streamer SypherPK offered MrBeast one of the highest compliments possible, calling it “easily the greatest video ever produced on Youtube.” You’re insane @MrBeast easily the greatest video every produced on Youtube. — SypherPK (@SypherPK) November 24, 2021 Finally, Casey Neistat called the video an “absolute triumph.” He said it was “well put together” and that it “moves fast but doesn’t skip the emotional aspect of winning and losing.” this @MrBeast Squid Game video is an absolute triumph. such commitment. well put together too, moves fast but doesnt skip the emotional aspect of winning and losing. congrats to everyone who helped make it (especially the set-builders!!!) — https://t.co/vpggmjMrdW — Casey Neistat (@Casey) November 24, 2021 Clearly, many top YouTubers are firmly on the MrBeast hype train, and the video has fast become a truly viral hit — which is no surprise, considering how anticipated it was in the lead-up to the date. That said, MrBeast said the video cost him $3.5m — so it’s impossible to say he didn’t put absolutely everything into it.

YouTubers Nikki & Dan Phillippi under fire for putting down dog after child bite – Dexerto
YouTubers Nikki & Dan Phillippi under fire for putting down dog after child bite YouTube: NikkiPhillippi/Instagram: danphillippiYouTubers Nikki and Dan Phillippi revealed that they put down their family dog after it bit their child, and fans have been left seriously concerned at their decision to take this course of action. NikkiPhillippi has around 1.3 million subscribers on her YouTube channel, which closely follows her life with husband Dan, son Logan and, up until now, dog Bowser. After nine years together, the couple tearfully announced that they had made the decision to put Bowser to sleep. While this is often due to health complications, Nikki explained that they actually did it due to Bowser’s “aggressive side.” After he bit Logan, they “decided it was time for Bowser to pass peacefully on,” and Nikki turned off the YouTube comments on the video. In the video, Dan said that after the bite he wanted Bowser put down “immediately,” and they had thought about it for a very long time and had been simply putting it off. They also added that rehoming wasn’t an option because they had him for too long. Of course, while everyone has differing opinions on the matter, many people in Nikki’s Instagram comments were repulsed by their decision. One user put the general consensus pretty succinctly, saying that “Some dogs can’t live with kids but that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be allowed to live.” A number of the comments also said that rehoming him should have been their first choice, and how wrong or despicable their final decision was. Needless to say, while Nikki and Dan might be struggling right now, their fans aren’t afraid to say how they feel about the situation, and it’s becoming much bigger than they likely foresaw happening.

YouTubers outraged after NFT sellers steal channel logos & more YouTube: Alanah Pearce, PixabayNFTs are reaching new levels of absurdity, as YouTubers fight back against unauthorized minting of their channels, logos, and more. Whether it is games, music, or art itself, one thing is clear: NFTs aren’t going away anytime soon. As game developers try to innovate and join the immense growth of Non-Fungible Tokens, some creators are experiencing the negative side of NFTs first hand. Twitch streamers have had to deal with websites taking their iconic clips and trying to sell them as an NFT – making waves to get sellers shut down. Now, YouTubers are speaking out with frustration as copyrighted material from their channels continues to be minted without permission. YouTubers slam “disrespectful” NFT minting Minting an NFT allows digital properties like images or music to become part of blockchain currency Ethereum. This is the most viable way to monetize digitized creations, but sites like OpenSeas are allowing users to claim the work of YouTubers as their own. Creators like Stephanie Sterling, Alanah Pearce, and Saberspark join a growing list of essentially stolen property. Stephanie Sterling made their thoughts vocal on the matter: “I did not consent to this, I do not want this, and it demonstrates everything I’ve said about how disrespectful and exploitative this market is.” Frankly not surprised that some freeloading leech turned my channel into an NFT. As gross as it is, I find it justifying – I did not consent to this, I do not want this, and it demonstrates everything I’ve said about how disrespectful and exploitative this market is. Scum. https://t.co/saqcAm5lmW — Commander Stephanie Sterling (@JimSterling) January 16, 2022 The craze has become so out of control, that the responses of those affected are been turned in NFTs as a form of trolling. Twitch streamer Saberspark said the “NFT craze is legit evil and it just gets worse with each passing day.” THEY MADE AN NFT OF THIS SPECIFIC TWEET TOO pic.twitter.com/wLjRfGBpqd — Kona (@LessThanKona) January 15, 2022 Sony Santa Monica’s Alanah Pearce has been caught in the crossfire too, as NFT minters create NSFW listings on OpenSeas using her images. “I cannot wait for the lawsuits,” she said. OpenSeas have yet to respond officially to takedown requests from the aforementioned creators and it remains to be seen if they’ll do so.

YouTubers The LaBrant Fam respond to outrage over prank on 6-year-old daughter – Dexerto
YouTubers The LaBrant Fam respond to outrage over prank on 6-year-old daughter Popular YouTubers and family vloggers Cole and Savannah LaBrant are coming under fire for their April Fool’s prank – which made their 6-year-old daughter cry. The LaBrants pulled a major prank on their viewers during the holiday with a video titled, “We Have To Give Our Puppy Away… Saying Goodbye Forever.” In the video, Cole and Savannah manage to convince their 6-year-old daughter, Everleigh, that they needed to give away their pomeranian, inciting an emotional outburst from the youngster that left the internet fuming. After receiving ample criticism for their prank, Cole and Savannah uploaded an apology video on April 3, where they claimed that they had ultimately meant to prank their audience, rather than their child. “We were going to April Fools you guys,” Cole explained. “That was the whole plan. …as we’re talking, Everleigh hears us talking in the other room and she buries her face into a pillow and starts crying.” Cole went on to admit that he wasn’t sure if Everleigh was “fake crying” or not, since the family had been pranking each other all day; however, he later apologized to his daughter, and owned up to taking the joke “too far.” Despite the LaBrant’s largely positive fanbase, the couple has been bombarded with hate following their prank video, with Savannah claiming that angry viewers had called for their children be removed by Child Protective Services. “I would never tell someone because of a mistake that they made that they should go to jail, or they should get Child Protective Services and get their kids taken away from them,” she said of the matter. “I just think it’s so wrong.” While comments on both videos are disabled, the LaBrants did not do this themselves; they explained that the disabling was part of YouTube’s effort to decrease pedophile rings on the platform, who use the comments section to alert other child predators of “explicit” moments in videos featuring children. https://www.dexerto.com/entertainment/you-tube-terminates-hundreds-accounts-response-major-pedophile-scandal-387496This is far from the LaBrant’s first controversy; Cole and Savannah garnered mass backlash for allegedly faking an evacuation of their home due to the California fires in summer 2018 – although the couple never directly addressed these claims.

YouTubers Logan Paul and Vitaly go head-to-head in slap battle – Dexerto
YouTubers Logan Paul and Vitaly go head-to-head in slap battle Vitaly, Logan Paul Vlogs / YouTubeControversial YouTuber Logan Paul is gearing up for a slap-battle against some of Russia’s strongest champions – but he made sure to get in some practice with a fellow content creator ahead of time. YouTuber Vitaly Zdorovetskiy threw down with Paul in mock slap-battle on May 4, during Jake Paul’s massive house party thrown in honor of American rapper Desiigner. Of course, not just anyone would be doing the slapping: the YouTubers first played a game of “rock, paper, scissors” to determine the slapee, which ended up being Paul, after he incorrectly guessed “rock” against Vitaly’s “scissors.” [Timestamp: 16:20 for mobile viewers] Logan brushed off Vitaly’s vicious slap with a shake of his head, embracing him with a good-natured handshake before assessing his own readiness for his upcoming stint in Russia. “I’m not gonna lie – I’m ready for Russia, bro,” Paul said of the slapping. Fair Game @LoganPaul :skin-tone-3: pic.twitter.com/SGn4Mm9dpq — Vitaly Zdorovetskiy (@Vitalyzdtv) May 5, 2019 Paul was announced as a participant in the upcoming ‘Battle on the Volga’ by Russian media outlet ‘Generation Iron’ on April 24, which reported that he would be going up against two of the country’s greatest slap champions. One of these competitors is the formidable “Russian slap champion” Vasily Pelmen, also known as ‘Dumpling.’ Famous YouTuber @LoganPaul will face off in a slap fight tournament against one of the most massive slap champions in the world! Details here: https://t.co/5wNrbtJmhN#LoganPaul #SlapFight #Dumpling #Bodybuilding #GenerationIron pic.twitter.com/Me2gHmdnSQ — GENERATION IRON (@GenerationIron) April 24, 2019 Weighing in at 370 pounds, ‘Dumpling’ took the Male Slapping Championship at the 2019 Siberian Power Show in a landslide victory – marking a major opponent for Paul. ‘Dumpling’ isn’t the only slap-champion Paul will be facing, either; the YouTuber is likewise set to throw down with “the enormous Uncle Serozha,” which will take place at the ‘Volga’ from May 24-27. This leaves Paul with a mere two-week period to train for the upcoming battle – which some fans speculate may be tied to Paul’s upcoming documentary, as he hasn’t released much info on the topic. Paul himself described his next documentary as a “five course fucking meal” in a cryptic Tweet ahead of the ‘Volga’s’ announcement, following the release of his Flat-Earth ‘mockumentary’ in late March. we found the idea for our next documentary. if flat earth was an appetizer this one is a five course fucking meal :smiling_imp: — Logan Paul (@LoganPaul) April 9, 2019 While Jake Paul’s house party provided a brief insight into Logan’s next adventure, it wasn’t all sunshine and roses; allegations have since arisen that a group of female party-goers were purportedly drugged at the event, although none of the claims have yet been verified.

YouTuber’s KSI vs Logan Paul prank bans him from Jake Paul vs AnEsonGib – Dexerto
YouTuber’s KSI vs Logan Paul prank bans him from Jake Paul vs AnEsonGib Niko Omilana, YouTube / TheBreadBatch, InstagramYouTuber and noted prankster Niko Omilana has been banned from the upcoming boxing match between Jake Paul and AnEsonGib, thanks to his jaw-dropping practical joke during the KSI vs Logan Paul rematch. On November 9, 2019, Omilana turned heads across the net by posing as a VIP attendee for KSI vs Logan Paul 2, with the aim of sneaking into the boxing ring during the YouTubers’ final bout. While he was ultimately successful in this venture, it doesn’t look like the prankster will be able to return for round two, according to a Tweet he posted on January 19. Although Jake Paul vs Gib could provide the perfect opportunity for a runback of his viral practical joke, Omilana revealed that he has actually been banned from the Miami-based fight, claiming that he was “blacklisted” from attending. “Rip ringside,” he wrote. “I’ve been blacklisted from the Jake Paul vs Gib fight, those p***ies didn’t want the smoke again.” rip ringside 😓 ive been blacklisted from the jake paul vs gib fight, those pussies didnt want the smoke again — NDL Ringside (@NikoOmilana) January 19, 2020 Considering his past prank, there’s no telling if the YouTuber will pull off yet another ridiculous stunt that could somehow land him inside the venue, regardless of his ban — but he has yet to reveal any current plans for such at the time of writing. Both Jake and Logan Paul have yet to comment on Omilana’s ban, either, which was very likely brought about by his last prank at the KSI rematch — but that’s not the only time he’s managed to sneak in the ring. The YouTuber goes by the online moniker “Ringside” for a reason, after sneaking into the first KSI vs Logan Paul boxing match in August 2018 and even managing to score ringside seats at the Manchester Arena. He managed to repeat this task for their rematch a year later, printing out a fake VIP badge and entering the Staples Center from an alternate entrance without issue. While Omilana’s past two stunts were nothing short of genius, considering his notoriety for the pranks, he may have a harder time this go-round — if he’s able to circumvent the ban, in the first place. Jake Paul vs AnEsonGib is scheduled to throw down on January 30 in Miami, Florida, and will be streamed via sports broadcasting service DAZN.

YouTubers & influencers congratulate Halsey on pregnancy announcement – Dexerto
YouTubers & influencers congratulate Halsey on pregnancy announcement Instagram, @iamhalseySinger-songwriter Halsey is pregnant – and social media, from influencers and YouTubers to countless fans, has lit up with congratulations for the beloved cultural sensation. Ashley ‘Halsey’ Nicolette Frangipane is an American singer-songwriter with Grammy nominations, Billboard accolades and, above all else, a feverish social media following. Known for her activism and eclecticism, the musician has become a cultural icon with fans across the world. That variety of fans is not restrained to just social media stans, either, as the singer has apparently amassed a ton of appreciation from fellow influencers. Some of the biggest names from YouTube and social media have popped up congratulating her, nestled between messages from the 36.9 million followers Halsey boasts throughout Instagram and Twitter. Posting a “surprise” Instagram carousel of baby bump pictures, the 26-year-old’s comment section is filled with verified check marks sending their love and joy. From established models (and fellow activists) like Emily Ratajkowski to YouTube superstars like James Charles, the support has been nothing short of overflowing. https://www.instagram.com/p/CKjmNunrcTV/ In the replies to Halsey’s viral IG post, influencer Gabbie Hanna was joined by TikTok legend Addison Rae by sending an ecstatic “congratulations” message. Singer Olivia Rodrigo, whose “Drivers License” track has gone viral on TikTok, joined in too, but wasn’t satisfied with just one message. In all caps (the pinnacle of excitement), Rodrigo sent a “YESSSS” before following up with a “SENDING U SO MUCH LOVE.” Similarly uppercased, Charles chimed in with a reply that seems to concisely echo the sentiments shared by all of Halsey’s fans and friends: “CONGRATULATIONS AHHH.” Aside from being happy about the idea of a mini version of Halsey entering the world, close fans are likely well-aware of how meaningful the moment is for her. The singer has been candid about her past with infertility and her desire for a child, as a 2015 miscarriage prompted the song “More” on her album. In the wake of such a harrowing history with the desire to bear a child, the news of Halsey’s pregnancy is certainly cause for celebration. Caps-locked congratulations are most certainly in order and few, influencers and fans alike, have held back in rejoicing with the singer and her boyfriend, screenwriter Alev Aydin. “More,” too, can now be played with added joy. Some of its more expressive lyrics take on a new dimension, as a foreseeing welcome to her baby: “And when you decide it’s your time to arrive, I’ve loved you for all of my life.”

YouTubers Hit Out at YouTube for Running Anti-LGBT Ads on Videos – Some on LGBT Channels – Dexerto
YouTubers Hit Out at YouTube for Running Anti-LGBT Ads on Videos – Some on LGBT Channels A number of high profile YouTubers have been vocal on social media in recent days, criticizing YouTube for running anti-LGBT ads, even alongside videos by LGBT creators. The timing for this is particularly poor, given it is currently ‘Pride Month’, with other websites such as Twitch and Twitter recognizing and celebrating the month of inclusivity. The most notorious ads come from “Alliance Defending Freedom”, a legal firm with a strong anti-LBGT stance, tackling issues such as transgenders using particular toilets, same-sex marriage and rights to adopt children. The Southern Poverty Law Center actually classify Alliance Defending Freedom as an extremist hate group. One of the main complaints from the YouTubers themselves is that YouTube will often demonetize videos (remove ads from them) if they make strong political statements, particularly relating to LGBT issues and criticizm. The main ad being shown revolves around a florist who was taken to court for refusing to make a floral arrangement for a same-sex marriage, because it went against her faith. The second half of the video pic.twitter.com/aX6CxJL740 — Shannon Taylor (@HeyThereImShan) May 29, 2018 And while the ads have appeared on a range of videos, including non-LGBT creators, it has also been spotted on videos by LGBT YouTubers. Some of the biggest YouTube channels, including PewDiePie, Buzzfeed News and Philip DeFranco. YouTube has a video policy against anything which “primary purpose is to attack a protected group”, however they clearly do not apply the same policy to their advertising policies. Hi @YouTube . Can I ask why you are showing me, a gay man, an ad for an anti-LGBT group? When I hit the why button it said it is because of the time of day and the video I’m watching. That also doesn’t make sense because @pewdiepie isn’t anti-gay…. pic.twitter.com/JmvvhrD9QZ — Nick Orbe (@nick_orbe) May 30, 2018 YouTuber Jenna Ezarik was one such channel which had noticed anti-LGBT ads playing, and posted about the issue on Twitter. Another YouTuber responded explaining that it is possible for YouTuber’s using Google’s Adsense to block certain types of ads on their videos. Yeah I don’t think running these types of ads are the answer. pic.twitter.com/EKKr17kGqr — Jenna Ezarik (@jennaezarik) June 5, 2018 Here is a quick video for any #YouTuber who wants to block specific types of ads on their channel while #YouTube and Google review their advertiser policies… Hope this helps! pic.twitter.com/QYjPkOjorF — Roberto Blake #VIDCON2018 (@robertoblake) June 5, 2018

YouTubers The Dobre Twins under fire for “messed up” death prank – Dexerto
YouTubers The Dobre Twins under fire for “messed up” death prank Instagram: dobretwinsYouTubers Marcus and Lucas Dobre are under fire after they uploaded a YouTube ‘prank’ video in which they pretended Marcus had died, with commenters calling the video “disturbing.” The Dobre Twins are YouTube content creators with over 24 million subscribers, who are known for posting viral prank and challenge videos. On January 10, the brothers uploaded a video with the title ‘My Twin Brother is Dead?’ which opens with Lucas showing viewers what appears to be a ‘suicide note’ from Marcus. The note asked him to split all their assets with their family, and said that he’d left Lucas something in the backyard. After waiting for his other brothers to arrive, they went out into the backyard, and found a small headstone. At the end of the video, Marcus appeared on camera and confirmed that he’s not dead, and said that he just wanted to prank his family. The video was met with a wave of backlash from commenters who felt that the ‘prank’ was in bad taste. “This is literally one of the most disturbing videos, you think it’s okay to joke about suicide?” one comment read, “especially to a young and impressionable audience, so gross, shame on you guys, joking about suicide will never be okay.” Another commenter wrote: “This kind of content is so so sickening. It’s very distasteful and to say that I’m disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe the feeling. Suicide isn’t something anyone should joke about let alone clip together and make a video about to ‘prank’ your young and impressionable audience.” Several commenters said that the video is the “perfect example” of why YouTube shouldn’t have removed the dislike button. The video is still live at the time of writing, and it’s currently not clear whether or not the twins plan on addressing any of the backlash they’re receiving.

YouTubers fear channel terminations after harsh terms of service update – Dexerto
YouTubers fear channel terminations after harsh terms of service update Outrage exploded on social media after users discovered an update to YouTube‘s terms of service taking effect in December that could affect channels. But is it all that it’s cracked up to be? News of the policy update gained steam on social media when popular YouTuber Jon ‘MrDalekJD’ posted a screenshot of the new terms of service update. Thousands of people liked and retweeted the now-deleted thread, but outrage had began to spread. Several users reposted the policy update, with claims that YouTube are going to start terminating channels if they don’t make enough money, which has caused anger among the community. Twitter user ‘Kizzume’ posted a screenshot of the policy update that read, “YouTube may terminate your access, or your Google accounts access to all or part of the Service if YouTube believes, in its sole discretion, that provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially viable.” The tweet got over 6.7k likes as of the time of this article, and also added “YouTube is updating their Terms of Service on 10 December, 2019. It seems they will be able to terminate your channel if it’s “no longer commercially viable”.” YouTube is updating their Terms of Service on 10 December, 2019. YouTuber ‘Christian Maracle’ published a worried tweet that said, “Looks like I fought to the very end but now I may be close to losing my livelihood, losing my passion, my audience!” YouTube has new Terms Of Service on December 10th. This basically says that if channels don’t make enough money, THEY WILL POSSIBLY TERMINATE THEM!!! We’re officially at the point where if you don’t make YouTube enough money, they might restrict or outright terminate your channel. https://t.co/pkwcrRXoPj pic.twitter.com/eswoDLshOT — GameCubeDude (@GameCubeDude100) November 7, 2019 YouTube has yet to respond While the video hosting platform has yet to release a direct statement on the situation, the official YouTube support Twitter account sent an automated response to MrDalekJD’s original thread, which only further angered people. “There are several reasons for channel termination like repeatedly violating YouTube’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, sever abuse cases, or channels dedicated to a policy violation” the account tweeted, which failed to address the issue of channels not making “enough” money. Sorry to hear that. There are several reasons for channel termination like repeatedly violating YouTube’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, sever abuse cases, or channels dedicated to a policy violation. Learn more about the reasons here: https://t.co/ttfebnw1gg — TeamYouTube (@TeamYouTube) November 10, 2019 Popular YouTube Trevor ‘TmarTn’ Martin didn’t think it was a big deal, and responded to all the outrage stating it was just “legal jargon” and meant to be vague. “They have the right to terminate any channel on the site for any reason. They have always had that power. Just because they can doesn’t mean they will.” I wouldn’t be concerned about this at all, it’s just legal jargon. They have the right to terminate any channel on the site for any reason. They have always had that power. Just because they can doesn’t mean they will. — TmarTn (@TmarTn) November 10, 2019 It remains to be seen how YouTube will implement their Terms of Service update, but the vague wording certainly leaves it up to interpretation that they can delete an account if it fails to meet the criteria to make money. This would be a huge issue as there are some prominent YouTubers who choose to not monetize their videos, and use third-party sites like Patreon to fund their work.

YouTubers De’arra and Ken finally reveal wedding date and baby plans – Dexerto
YouTubers De’arra and Ken finally reveal wedding date and baby plans Instagram: De’arra TaylorYouTube power couple De’arra Taylor and Ken Walker, collectively known as ‘De’arra & Ken 4 Life,’ have lifted the lid on their wedding plans, including when the pair will finally tie the knot, and when they’ll start trying for kids. Online superstars Taylor and Walker have built a huge following by giving insights into their relationship. Over the past half-decade, nearly 6 million fans have joined their “DK4L” family, tuning in for pranks, insights on love, and more. The power couple took their relationship to the next level during a vacation in Greece, when Walker pulled off a surprise proposal to his long-term sweetheart on September 16, leaving many fans eagerly awaiting the wedding. Now, six months after the initial happy news, the DK4L pair have laid out all their upcoming plans surrounding the big day, from when they plan to tie the knot, where the pair will host the event, and who they’re going to invite. As well as their wedding news, Taylor and Walker also confirmed what fans have been about theorizing for some time: the pair are planning to have a child sometime soon, and hopefully grow their YouTube family to three, or more. When are De’arra and Ken getting married? According to De’arra and Ken, who lifted the lid on everything their 6m followers had been wondering over the past few months in a tell-all YouTube Q&A released on February 25, the upcoming wedding would be held next year. Taylor admitted she wanted to “wait at least a bit” so that the couple weren’t rushing their plans, and added she “wouldn’t want the wedding in 2020.” Instead, she wants to wait “a lot longer,” which Walker agrees with completely. “2021 for sure… that is what we’re saying. 2021, save the date,” the 25-year-old added after his fiancée stumbled over trying to explain when she wants the big day to be held. “There’s a chance it may be in 2022, but we’re aiming for 2021.” The power couple also confirmed they wouldn’t be holding their wedding in a church. While they have plans for it to be “massive, and grand,” they want to make sure it’s special because of the setting, not because of “some old building.” YouTube’s power couple tease TV special for the big day That’s not the only big news the couple had surrounding the wedding though — according to the YouTube pair, fans should keep their eyes peeled for some kind of documentation around the day, whether it be a TV special or something else. “We can’t really say too much because there’s some things still up in the air, we put that out in the atmosphere a bit but we can’t explain it all just yet,” Walker admitted when one viewer asked if fans would be able to tune in to the marital celebrations. Luckily for those superfans who want to make sure they’re front and center—either online, or in real life—for perhaps DK4L’s biggest moment yet, they also didn’t rule out the possibility of their loyal followers being able to attend. “Will DKGang be able to go to the wedding? This is a question that we’ve got a lot, since we got engaged… a lot of people think we’ll see tickets to our wedding,” Taylor said. “We won’t be selling tickets to anything. Supports may be invited.” Walker added they weren’t sure if that was set in stone yet, because there are “fans who have been watching since the beginning, and some who have been around for a month,” and both stars wanted to avoid “leaving anyone out.” For mobile readers, the related segment begins at 3:39 in the video below. https://youtu.be/PGOXYaKixhY?t=219 DK4L unveil plans to start a family “straight away” What Walker and Taylor didn’t leave out, however, was their plans around consummating the wedding, and “get started on making a family.” According to the couple, who said they’d spoken at length about it, they were planning to kick that part off “straight away.” In fact, De’arra has plans to triplets straight off the bat. She may not even wait until they are on their honeymoon, she said with a coy smile. “I’m 100%,… no 250%… no 500% sure that I want kids right after the wedding. We’re going to get started like not even the honeymoon, on the wedding day, and hopefully, it’ll be triplets when we do, fingers crossed,” De’arra said. So, it looks like the DK4L wedding show is finally on the road. While there is no day and date locked in by the couple, Spring rolls around in Atlanta, Georgia—where the couple are going to get married—in June, so expect sometime around then. Until that special day, however, it looks like De’arra and Ken’s fans will just have to keep hearing about the “joys of engagement,” which both YouTube stars said they’re enjoying more than either actually expected.

YouTubers Daily Driven Exotics crash McLaren 720 GTR in ‘shocking’ dashcam video – Dexerto
YouTubers Daily Driven Exotics crash McLaren 720 GTR in ‘shocking’ dashcam video Instagram: dailydrivenexoticsDamon Fryer, founder of YouTube car group Daily Driven Exotics, caught the moment his McLaren 720 GTR was crashed into by a Dodge Challenger in what he called a “shock” accident. ‘Daily Driven Exotics’ is a group of YouTubers who have combined their love of “exotic automobiles, action sports, and popular culture” to create a successful channel with over 3 million subscribers. First started in 2012, founder Damon Fryer is hailed as the face of the channel and is often featured in the group’s videos about luxury cars… but on December 4, he took center stage in a jaw-dropping upload of a car crash that upended their usual, upbeat content with a harrowing accident. In the video, Fryer can be seen driving his McLaren 720 GTR — a $300,000 sports car — at an exit for Long Beach and Laguna Canyon Road in Southern California. DailyDrivenExotics capture “unfortunate” car crash on video He had already gotten into the left lane to exit toward Long Beach, but several other vehicles didn’t merge into that lane until the last second, prompting Fryer to hit his brakes in an effort to slow down and allow the other drivers to safely change lanes. However, a white Dodge Challenger behind him didn’t brake until he was right up on Fryer’s McLaren, rear-ending the sports car and careening off into the Laguna Canyon exit some feet away. Luckily, everyone involved in the crash was unharmed — something Fryer made sure to note in the recording of the incident. “As long as no one’s hurt, it’s just a car,” Fryer said. “As long as no one’s hurt, this is just material sh*t. You can always live to build another car. I’ve done it a few times.” The driver of the Challenger admitted fault and appeared to be genuinely remorseful for the ordeal, even letting loose a few tears while waiting on the side of the road saying: “It’s such a beautiful car.” Fryer also urged his viewers not to harass the other driver, who he said was “devastated” and an “emotional wreck” as a result of the incident, saying: “I’m not mad at him. It’s just a car. We’re all okay.” Thankfully, all parties walked away from the event unscathed, leaving viewers impressed at Fryer’s ability to keep a cool head despite the shocking accident that’s garnered over 700,000 views in just 18 hours.

YouTubers charged with child endangerment after crashing cars for content – Dexerto
YouTubers charged with child endangerment after crashing cars for content Unsplash: MichaelJinPhotoYouTubers Christopher and Kimberly Phelps have been charged with child endangerment and insurance fraud after intentionally causing car accidents that they would record and upload to their channel. When it comes to YouTube, some of the most popular content on the platform involves videos that feed into a viewer’s morbid curiosity. Like the dash cam view of a car accident, for example. Christopher and Kimberly Phelps did just that, as they uploaded 162 videos of car crashes and road rage incidents that helped them gain popularity on their channel: BLU3 GHO57. But now, the couple has been charged with insurance fraud and child endangerment after allegedly causing the accidents themselves for insurance money. YouTubers allegedly caused accidents for YouTube clicks The San Bernardino, California Sherriff’s Department somehow became aware of the channel and forwarded the information to the state’s department of insurance. According to a press release, the California Department of Insurance found that 23 of the couple’s videos were linked to 17 insurance claims filed by Christopher as well as 42 videos related to road rage incidents and attempted collisions involving him. It also states that in February 2023, Christopher was involved in a “suspicious collision” and posted a YouTube video shortly after showing the events leading up to it. He was arrested after an investigation but was released on bail. Since then, Christopher Phelps has been charged with six felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon, 11 felony counts of insurance fraud, and five felony counts of child endangerment. His wife, Kimberly Phelps, was charged with two counts of felony child endangerment and one count of felony insurance fraud. The couple was arrested on March 22, 2023, and is being held in separate detention centers. Both are being held on $500,000 bail. At the time of writing, it appears that their YouTube account has been deleted. For more news and other entertainment stories, check out our coverage.

YouTubers concerned after Instagram claims they’re dead with “memorialized” accounts – Dexerto
YouTubers concerned after Instagram claims they’re dead with “memorialized” accounts Pexels.com: Mike / InstagramA few of the UK’s top YouTubers are being marked as deceased by Instagram and are unable to access their accounts — but they’re still managing to find humor in the odd situation. In the age of social media, users are bound to run into bugs every now and again while scrolling through their feeds. However, some bugs are more startling than others — especially when they claim you’re dead. That’s exactly what happened to popular British YouTubers Theo Baker and Jack “JackSucksAtLife” Welsh on May 4, who were suddenly alerted that they’d been marked as deceased by Instagram. The two were met with a message upon trying to access their accounts, which read: “Your account is in a special memorialized state. If you think this is a mistake, please let us know and we’ll investigate.” Just woke up and found out I’ve died pic.twitter.com/dNXj0irBDG — Jack (@JackMasseyWelsh) May 4, 2021 From the outside, their profiles are specifically marked as memorialized, with the word “Remembering” placed above their names. Luckily, both Baker and Jack aren’t taking the issue too seriously, with both YouTubers poking fun at the incredibly odd situation with a few jokey posts. “Right, who’s told Instagram I’m dead?” Baker asked while sharing a screenshot of his Instagram profile. Right, who’s told instagram I’m dead? pic.twitter.com/0yvMetLXrn — Theo Baker (@theobaker_) May 4, 2021 “Just woke up and found out I’ve died,” Jake said in his own post before admitting he was “actually concerned” he might be dead, after looking into exactly what it takes to mark an account as belonging to a deceased person. According to Instagram, the platform requires proof of death, such as a link to an obituary or news article. Unfortunately, to remove the account, one needs to present the deceased person’s birth certificate, making removal an intimate and highly serious affair. I’m starting to get concerned that I might actually be dead pic.twitter.com/W60I7v99xo — Jack (@JackMasseyWelsh) May 4, 2021 Jack and Theo aren’t the only influencers being met with the bug, either; James Mariott has similarly been hit with the same issue, which didn’t stop him from making a humorous jab at the situation. Right. Own up. Who pronounced me dead. pic.twitter.com/PQA8FO2bam — James Marriott (@JamesMarriottYT) May 4, 2021 For now, there’s no word on whether or not the YouTubers’ accounts have been compromised or if it’s merely a glitch in the system — but either way, it’s definitely a strange matter that fans hope gets resolved sooner rather than later.

YouTubers and streamers flood Kylie Jenner’s Twitter with collab ideas – Dexerto
YouTubers and streamers flood Kylie Jenner’s Twitter with collab ideas Kylie Jenner is planning to film more videos for her wildly successful YouTube channel, and it’s no surprise that plenty of gamers, streamers, and content creators are throwing their hat into the ring to be her next co-star. The American star has amassed over six million subscribers on her YouTube channel, but the 22-year-old is perhaps best known as a reality TV star, appearing with her half-sisters in their massively-popular show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The youngest Jenner also owns and operates her own make-up brand, with the socialite posting make-up tutorials on her YouTube, and now plans to make even more videos for her channel in the near future. In a tweet sent out on Thursday, December 12, Kylie Jenner revealed that she was planning on filming more content for her channel in the near future, and asked her 29 million Twitter followers for any suggestions they had for what she should film. Planning on filming more YouTube videos soon. Any suggestions? ? — Kylie Jenner (@KylieJenner) December 12, 2019 Unsurprisingly, gamers, YouTubers, and streamers immediately saw their chance to try and team up with the celebrity, or at least get a few likes on Twitter. Professional Call of Duty player Dillon ‘Attach’ Price was quick to respond, tagging his former FaZe Clan member Brian ‘FaZe Rug’ Awadis, who retweeted her post with the caption: “Hey there,” and a waving hand, hoping to grab her attention. James Charles thought it was time that he and Kylie partnered up again, telling her that they should get ready together again following his video from 2018 when he put on her Halloween makeup. Of course, Charles could even get Jenner into games, with the make-up guru known to stream his escapades in Daniel ‘KEEMSTAR’ Keem’s Minecraft Monday tournaments. Fortnite pro player Benjy ‘Benjyfishy’ Fish also wants to team up with Jenner, offering to play Fortnite with the 22-year-old, who may not know what the game is, but would certainly learn a thing or two from one of the best players in the game. Harry ‘wroetoshaw’ Shaw was keen to team up, asking her if she would fancy taking part in a crossbar challenge, much to the delight of his Twitter followers who loved the idea of Jenner taking to a soccer pitch to try and kick the ball against the crossbar. Some viewers were just desperate to see her take on one of gaming’s most iconic titles, begging Jenner to take on the open-world sandbox known as Minecraft to see how long she would last in a world full of endless possibilities – but plenty of creatures too. Whether any of these collaborations would ever happen remains to be seen, but the YouTubers, streamers, and content creators would certainly love to see it happen, with Jenner’s videos regularly racking up millions of views.

YouTuber ZHC gifts assistant personalized custom Tesla – Dexerto
YouTuber ZHC gifts assistant personalized custom Tesla Tesla / Instagram: zhcomicartArt and design YouTuber ZHC bought a fresh white Tesla to gift to his assistant, David – but not before sprucing it up with a custom design, making it a truly one-of-a-kind vehicle that’s guaranteed to turn heads. ZHC, real name Zachary Hsieh, has become known for his extravagant gifts, finding luxury products to give away but always adding his own touch to them. Earlier in February 2020, Hsieh gave make-up and beauty YouTuber James Charles $10,000 worth of Balenciaga backpacks and sneakers with completely unique designs painted on, and now he has stepped it up to give his assistant a car that he knows he won’t see anywhere else. On the passenger side of the car, ZHC drew a series of gothic-looking figures designed entirely with black and white shading, which worked well considering the car’s flashy white exterior. It featured characters from some of his assistant’s favorite gaming titles such as League of Legends, Call of Duty and World of Warcraft, spanning across the length of the Tesla and looking particularly menacing once completed. Meanwhile, Leo designed the driver’s side of the car, which looked a lot more upbeat and colorful, with an array of pink, green and purple across it. Among other things, it had the Twitch logo, some happy-looking characters towards the front and a llama and mini shield potion from Fortnite to complete the look. As it was a Twitch-sponsored video, they decided to remove the Tesla logo that normally sits atop the hood of the car and replaced it with a Twitch logo, dubbing the new ride a “Twitchla.” Though his assistant first said he couldn’t accept it, it didn’t take long for him to take it for a test drive and fall in love with it. https://www.instagram.com/p/B8pEgayF3Mr/ In the end, Hsieh addressed Tesla CEO Elon Musk directly, saying that he will design a Tesla vehicle unique to him if he wants one, which is probably just about the only thing you could gift Musk that he doesn’t already have.

YouTuber’s account to be terminated after another channel “stole” his videos – Dexerto
YouTuber’s account to be terminated after another channel “stole” his videos YouTube: AquachiggerA YouTuber who has been posting for 13 years has revealed that his account is due to be terminated, after YouTube deemed him to be making “fraudulent” DMCA claims against another channel “stealing” his videos. Beau ‘Aquachigger’ Ouimette isn’t a YouTuber that you typically think of when you look at stars on the platform – but, with over 1 million subscribers, he’s certainly built himself a solid platform, and has been featured on TV, too. Defined by the Sky History TV channel as “a master Relic Hunter who specializes in shallow water river hunting,” many of Aquachigger’s videos feature him hiking and searching for treasure. Now, after over a decade of working on his channel, Ouimette is set to lose it all. On Monday, May 3, Aquachigger uploaded a video titled “Aquachiggers Youtube Termination Notice: Someone Stole My Videos And Youtube Is Terminating Me” Read More: KSI reveals reason behind shock YouTube ban – In it, Beau discusses the channel which he says is stealing his videos, alleging that they’re posing as “reaction videos” and simply flipping and slowing his videos. He filed a DMCA claim, requesting YouTube remove them. In the video description he adds: “Youtube now thinks I do not own my own works and has ‘determined’ that I have submitted ‘fraudulent’ copyright complaints.” The channel in question is based in Saudi Arabia and has well over 6m subscribers, dwarfing Aquachigger’s impressive number in comparison. Aquachigger adds that he received a notice of termination for his account, effective from May 7, 2021, unless he gives up copyright ownership rights of the two videos that have been “stolen.” Even if he does so, they still say that the DMCA claim was “fraudulent,” which could result in termination regardless. YouTube community backs Aquachigger The YouTube community has come out in full force to defend Aquachigger and his channel, whether they were already fans or not. One Reddit thread about the situation has garnered well over 50k upvotes, with one commenter saying that “Chigg is one of the best on the platform” and that he “hopes some big channels hear about this and help him out.” Planet of the Apes and The Maze Runner director Wes Ball also tried reaching out to YouTube, demanding them to help him out. A simple search of his name on Twitter returns hundreds of tweets with fans trying to get the decision reversed, with the full YouTube community getting behind him. Thus far, one of the targeted videos has been removed from Ouimette’s copyright claims. It remains unknown whether the other video will be removed and, ultimately, what the fate of the Aquachigger YouTube channel will be.

YouTuber Xiaomanyc details “scary” flight to Ghana that turned around mid-air YouTube: xiaomanyc 小马在纽约YouTube star Arieh ‘Xiaomanyc’ Smith shared his emotional story of how his flight to Ghana had to be turned around due to a fuel error with the plane. Xiaomanyc is one of New York City’s most legendary content creators. With over five million subscribers on YouTube, the 32-year-old has gone viral dozens of times for his ability to shock the multi-cultural population of NYC with his secret superpower of speaking tons of languages, capturing their joyful surprise on camera. On July 27, Smith uploaded a video to his channel that was out of character for his channel, a vlog where he detailed his flight to Ghana which ultimately had to be turned around. Xiaomanyc tells story of flight to Ghana that had engine trouble Smith shared that he has tried multiple times to travel to the West African country of Ghana, and finally after obtaining a visa and proper shots, was able to secure a flight and hotel. Sadly, he’d never fully make that trip across the North Atlantic. When he got to JFK airport, he found out his flight’s pilot was sick and the trip was delayed until the next day. When he returned to the airport and boarded a plane that finally would take off, just a “couple” hours into the flight, things started getting scary for the YouTuber. He noticed the captain exited the cockpit and came down his aisle, looking through passengers’ windows towards the wing of the plane. Just a half-hour later, the captain made an announcement that there was a fuel issue and the flight had to be turned around back to New York. Xiaoman went into the bathroom and recorded himself fighting back tears and said, “I hope everything’s okay with this flight. It would be really great to hold my baby again. If this is my last video, and I’m sure I’m overreacting, I love my family and I love my friends.” Click here if video doesn’t load Smith then recorded the text messages between him and his wife where he said, “Please don’t be worried. We are over the Atlantic right now and had to turn around. It will be safe. But, if anything happens I love you so much and let baby Elan know how much I love him always.” Luckily the plane managed to make a safe landing back in NYC. As he exited the plane the captain recognized him and invited him into the cockpit where he explained why they had to turn around. The pilot showed Xiaoman that the plane had a fuel imbalance that couldn’t be corrected, causing them to have to turn around. Arieh concluded the video emploring his viewers to “hug their loved ones” after going through such an emotional rollercoaster.

YouTuber ZHC covers $10m mansion with paint in biggest project yet – Dexerto
YouTuber ZHC covers $10m mansion with paint in biggest project yet Instagram: ZHCPopular YouTuber Zachary ‘ZHC’ Hsieh has painted an entire house worth $10 million in his latest video, in one of his most insane projects yet. The 21-year-old has a whopping 15 million subscribers on his YouTube channel and is well-known for often collaborating with influencers or gifting incredible works of art to other internet stars. More recently ZHC gifted a custom-design white jeep to TikToker Addison Rae featuring colorful fruit and an Addison Rae sticker. The car has been glimpsed multiple times in videos with the Hype House. Lil Huddy and Charli D’Amelio were also involved in a video where he gave them custom-designed iPhone 11s. In his latest video, ZHC can be seen walking into a completely bare mansion worth $10 million with his team of other artists. He described this as the biggest project he has ever attempted. At first, it looks as though this challenge he’s set himself is impossible, especially since he added another layer to the already difficult task: if the team doesn’t finish customizing the house in 30 days, they have to give away the whole house. He set himself the task of painting a dragon that stretched from one side of the house to the other. This singular design took the entire 30 days to complete, and he even had to buy and assemble a scaffold in the process. Other designs included a giant hole in the wall looking into space, an explosion of fruit, and a giant light bulb. The group of artists also painted a life-sized mural of ZHC himself by drawing around his body and tracing a projection on the wall. His subscriber’s also got to make their own contributions. Some subscribers sent their creations to be put up in the giant gallery of a house, and others came to the mansion to paint on the walls in person, with one creating a Simpson’s version of ZHC and his girlfriend. Three more subscribers arrived at the house to compete in a finger-painting challenge for the chance to win a custom painted MacBook Pro. ZHC showed off other insanely impressive features in his house too, including a home cinema, a smoothie bar, a new art studio complete with LED lights, and a pit of candy for his girlfriend. While the team managed to complete the challenge in 30 days, ZHC teased that he might give away an entire house in the future.

YouTuber William Osman claims MrBeast’s Squid Game was “traumatic” to be part of – Dexerto
YouTuber William Osman claims MrBeast’s Squid Game was “traumatic” to be part of YouTube: William Osman / YouTube: Mr BeastYouTuber William Osman called his behind-the-scenes work on MrBeast’s Squid Game video “traumatic,” and explained its ups and downs. Many YouTube fans likely remember the tremendous stir that MrBeast’s massive Squid Game video made online in 2021. YouTubers across the internet praised the video’s ingenuity, with some big creators like William Osman even helping out behind the scenes. However, the experience working on the project wasn’t without its flaws, as Osman recently acknowledged the experience as “traumatic” to be a part of. William Osman talks behind-the-scenes of MrBeast’s Squid Game Osman recently appeared on the Trash Taste podcast, where the topic of his work on MrBeast’s Squid Game project came up. When Host Connor ‘CDawgVA’ Colquhoun asked whether he was “digging up trauma” by asking about Osman’s experience working on the technical side of the video, Osman acknowledged it was pretty traumatic. For those who may not know, Osman and other fellow YouTube creators who specialize in engineering projects were brought on to help MrBeast develop specialized squibs — special effects equipment used for small explosions and blood effects — for the production. However, the engineer explained that no device on the market exists for that scale on the estimated budget the team had. For mobile users, the relevant portion of the video begins at 49:05. “We went through this nightmare process to…completely synthesize from scratch, a device that could be replicated 500 times in basically two weeks.” In fact, Osman only found out about the project three weeks before shoot day. “Week one was essentially what people think you have three weeks for.” He went on to explain the many pitfalls his production team experienced developing the squibs, which included design companies falling through and multiple all-nighters. Though the YouTuber clarified he was proud of the final product and admitted the experience was fun in hindsight, he also reiterated it was extremely stressful. “It was hands down type-2 fun. It was one of the worst experiences of my entire life.” With MrBeast teasing more ambitious Netflix series ideas, it remains to be seen whether or not Osman is willing to help out on another viral video production. Still, he admitted he would be open to another collaboration given the right circumstances.

YouTuber who insulted ex’s dad forced to read his defamation sentence in weekly video – Dexerto
YouTuber who insulted ex’s dad forced to read his defamation sentence in weekly video Instagram: Dalas ReviewSpanish YouTuber Dalas Review has been made to read his defamation sentence on his YouTube channel every week for a month after insulting his ex-girlfriend’s dad. He also owes the father $13,000, after calling him an abuser who hits “defenseless women”. The Spanish YouTuber has been instructed to make weekly videos denouncing defamatory statements he made about his ex-girlfriend’s dad on his YouTube channel as part of a judge’s sentence. The 29-year-old YouTuber, Dalas Review, whose legal name is Daniel Santomé, faced court after he took to his platform after his breakup with his ex-partner Maria Rubio, to talk about her dad, to his 10.9 million subscribers. According to Gizmodo, the videos included Santomé alleging that Rubio’s father was an “abuser,” as well as calling him a “sick coward who’s messed up in the head,” and someone who, “likes to hit defenseless women on the street”, as well as his daughter Rubio. Dalas Review argued it was freedom of speech During the hearing, Santomé argued that his comments were protected by freedom of speech, per the court report. After he was sentenced, the YouTuber accused Rubio, also a YouTuber, and her father, of milking the situation for publicity, according to Gizmodo. However, the judge did not agree as they, according to El Confidencial, wrote in the sentence: “[It’s] hard to believe that anyone with an average level of intelligence could think that by using freedom of speech as an excuse they could say all of these insults, which are recognized as insults by the RAE (Royal Spanish Academy, the Spanish language governing body), freely on social media and believe that the target won’t feel attacked and that the system won’t respond.” The judge also ordered Santomé to remove the videos of him saying these things about the victim from his YouTube channel. He is also made to make weekly videos during the month of June 2023 where he reads out his defamation sentence, saying he was wrong in what he’d previously said. The Dalas Review is not the only YouTuber who’s been in court recently. UK prankster Mizzy was sentenced with a criminal behavior order after posting videos of him entering random people’s homes and even stealing someone’s dog.

Back in January, Toei Animation issued over 150 copyright strikes to Totally Not Mark, who uploads reactions to a wide variety of Toei-created anime. Now, DeoxysPrime is calling for Nintendo to release official soundtracks for its in-house developed games after the YouTuber received over 500 copyright strikes from the company. YouTuber calls for official Nintendo soundtracks On May 30, 2022, DeoxysPrime made a community post on his YouTube channel for his 165,000 subscribers to rally around. It reads: “Hey everyone, Effective immediately I will be removing all Nintendo music from my channel. With 500+ claims and more than a dozen soundtracks blocked over the last week, it’s pretty clear they don’t want their music on YouTube. “Some of you may have already noticed these soundtracks beginning to disappear but I thought I’d give you all a heads up about what’s going on. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this issue on my channel but it will be the last. I’m sorry to everyone who enjoys their music but I don’t have much choice.” He continues to explain that he has no intention to delete his channel, and the rest of his non-Nintendo soundtracks will remain up for the foreseeable future. After over 500 copyright claims, he adds that it “doesn’t make sense” to leave them up. Deoxys also calls for his subscribers to push Nintendo to release their music in official formats because many people want to listen to them regularly. This comes just days after Pokemon fans were left baffled when The Pokemon Company announced that the Diamond and Pearl sound library was set to shut down on May 31, 2022.

YouTuber Who Beat Myth and Nadeshot in KEEMSTAR Fortnite tournament Kicked Out For Cheating – Dexerto
YouTuber Who Beat Myth and Nadeshot in KEEMSTAR Fortnite tournament Kicked Out For Cheating KEEMSTAR’s first weekly YouTube/Streamer Fortnite tournament was a massive success overall, but there was a slight bit of controversy as one team were forfeited after being caught essentially using a ringer. The tournament was a battle for the most kills in a squad match of Fortnite, with popular community members teaming up in pairs. One team, which initially featured popular YouTubers ‘Dolan Dark’ and ‘Colossal is Crazy’, surprisingly knocked out TSM’s Ali “Myth” Kabbani and 100Thieves owner Matt “Nadeshot” Haag, in the losers bracket. More: Twitch Disrupt KEEMSTAR Fortnite Tournament by Preventing ICE_POSEIDON From Being on Any Stream – The match was fairly convincing as Nadeshot was taken down early and Myth only managed to claw back six kills – by which point they were roundly beaten. However, shortly after their elimination, Myth and Nadeshot discovered that they had in fact been advanced in the bracket, apparently with a 2-0 win. Upon investigation, they discovered that one of the players, ‘Colossal is Crazy’ had in fact not been playing, but rather one of his friends was playing instead. And Colossal later tweeted to confirm that it was not in fact him playing. a good story though. Like we were in losers bracket so thought we couldn’t win anyway, so gave my friend @nopeifyaltalt the opportunity to play against some pro players for a game. He ended up beating them and he now has a permanent spot in the tournament. I chose to put my content and making a video ahead of the emotional needs of Christan in that moment, and it’s been my absolute biggest regret.” Cheyenne also went on to talk about the effect the online backlash had on her. “The cancelation and the messages and the death threats that I’ve got, and the comments that I’ve got. “People have put my address out there, my family’s personal information, harrassed my family, harassed my family’s jobs, hacked into all of my accounts on every level, sh*t that has been absolutely terrible for me, and put me in such a state of, I’m gonna be honest, a few months ago I was in a really really bad depression.” She also went on to reveal that she has made the decision to no longer show her son Christian on her channel, as she returns to regular content.

YouTuber WhistlinDiesel helps 14-year-old fan after school impounds his tractor – Dexerto
YouTuber WhistlinDiesel helps 14-year-old fan after school impounds his tractor YouTube: WhistlinDieselYouTuber Cody ‘WhistlinDiesel’ Detwiler was reached out by a 14-year-old kid after his school impounded his tractor, stating it’s “illegal to drive on the road.” The YouTuber responded by sending hundreds more into the school. WhistlinDiesel has amassed almost four million subscribers on YouTube with his off-the-wall car-related content. Some of his most iconic videos involve a monster truck he dubbed ‘Monster Max.’ In a recent video, Cody revealed that a 14-year-old high schooler named Braedon Baker messaged him on Instagram. Baker explained that he drove his tractor into school one day, and shortly after he arrived, he was called into the main office and the police impounded the tractor. The kid asked Detwiler to post an attached image as a meme on his profile, but the YouTuber had another trick up his sleeve. WhistlinDiesel sends hundreds of tractors After Baker sent the message to Detwiler, the YouTuber made a post requesting his fans to call into the town’s school and/or Police station to ask why they impounded the tractor. Thousands of fans flooded the phone lines to the point where the police called Braedon’s parents, asking them to put an end to the phone calls. “I’ll stop when the police apologize,” WhistlinDiesel said. (Topic starts at 2:20 in the video) At that point, Detwiler decided to take things a little bit further as he made another Instagram post. This time, he posted the location of the school and said that he would pay $500 to everybody that rode their tractors onto the campus. The next day, hundreds of people from around the area (including some that don’t even attend the school) drove their tractors to the school campus to ‘protest’ the actions taken against the 14-year-old. WhistlinDiesel went on to reveal that their actions led the school to create dedicated tractor parking, as well as creating an annual day where kids band together to ride their tractors into class. When it comes to the people that were involved in the original tractor impounding, however, the YouTuber read a message from an anonymous source stating that they were fired from their jobs.

YouTuber WhistlinDiesel survives shooting himself in the head in freak gun accident – Dexerto
YouTuber WhistlinDiesel survives shooting himself in the head in freak gun accident Instagram/whistlindieselPopular YouTube star Cody ‘WhistlinDiesel’ Detwiler says he’s lucky to be alive after he accidentally shot himself in the head with a massive .50 caliber bullet. WhistlinDiesel, who is known for doing outdoorsman-related videos on his channel, has quite the following on YouTube, with nearly 2 million subscribers- and he’s probably going to get even more now that he’s survived taking a bullet to the head. On January 21, the celebrity took to Instagram to reveal that he’d been shot in a freak accident. “Not sure how I’m alive [right now],” he began the post. “Love you all and thanks for all of you.” The photo of Detwiler’s blood-soaked face quickly spread amongst his followers, who were concerned for his wellbeing. In a follow-up edit to the post, he detailed what happened. https://www.instagram.com/p/CKUvdT_BB-9/ “I got hit with a .50 cal bullet ricochet from 4ft away right into my forehead,” he revealed. .50 caliber bullets are massive. They are often found in long-range sniper rifles, so it’s a miracle that he managed to survive the blow. “I’m ok, they’re just doing some scans to make sure I don’t have swelling other than the 2’ lump on my forehead and the copper jacket under my skin,” he added with a bunch of laughing emoticons. https://www.instagram.com/p/CKU_fvrBn44/ As it turns out, the ricochet occurred when the YouTuber was practicing shooting steel plates from just four feet away to see how many it would take to go through. The bullet just went through two of the plates. Despite the gruesome injury, WhistlinDiesel has no plans to stop shooting. “You look at life a little differently when you pull the trigger of your .50 cal and your head shakes and [blood] starts dripping down past your eyes,” he said. “I put my hand up and just felt metal sticking out and about passed out.” “Got a CT scan to be safe, and they say my skull isn’t cracked, soo… back to target practicing.” While it’s good to see he’s safe and will continue doing what he loves, hopefully he doesn’t try shooting targets from such close range next time – or he may not be so lucky.

YouTuber was banned on Twitter for a year after insulting Dopey from Disney’s Snow White – Dexerto
YouTuber was banned on Twitter for a year after insulting Dopey from Disney’s Snow White Twitter/VitoComedy/DisneyA comedy YouTuber has finally been unbanned on Twitter after a year for using an “ableist slur” to describe Dopey from Snow White. YouTuber ‘Vito’ is a rising content creator who reviews all sorts of TV shows while also pulling off some fun stunts of his own. Back in 2019, he made rounds on social media after he ‘vaped’ Belle Delphine’s bath water in a viral stunt that shocked the internet. Now, after a year since being banned on Twitter, Vito had returned and revealed the shocking reason for his absence. Vito reveals Twitter ban for insulting Disney character In a return tweet, the YouTuber explained that he was banned on Twitter for a year after he used an “ableist slur” to describe the character of Dopey from Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. “I promise to avoid insulting any Disney-brand characters moving forward,” he vowed. According to Vito, his account was being flagged by haters after he attended a Netflix protest where activists called on the streaming platform to drop Dave Chapelle. The YouTuber opposed the protestors and held a sign that read “We love Dave.” Vito claims that his “haters” tried to get him banned and mass-reported his account in hopes that Twitter would suspend him. “They mass-flagged a number of my tweets, but the Snow White one did me in!” he exclaimed. Since being unbanned, Vito had expressed excitement to be back on Twitter and plans to share more of his love of comedy and free speech – something that has been a hot topic on the platform since Elon Musk purchased it late last year. Dexerto has reached out to Vito for comment.

YouTuber WhistlinDiesel faces jail time for “splashing water” with jet ski YouTube: WhistlinDieselYouTuber Cody ‘Whistin Diesel’ Detwiler is facing jail time after he and his crew were stopped by the police in Tennesse for splashing water with his jet ski. Since creating his channel in 2015, Whistlin Diesel has amassed over 3.7 million subscribers on YouTube with his off-the-wall stunts and other various videos like helping a 14-year-old High School student after his tractor was impounded. While he records most of his videos on his own property, occasionally he has a run-in with the local police — whether they’re on duty or not. The YouTuber had a run-in with an off-duty Tennesse police officer while he and his crew were riding their jet skis on a lake and now he faces a year in jail. WhistlinDiesel faces jail time On May 22, Detwiler posted a video on his YouTube channel showing an interaction he and his crew had with an off-duty police officer in Tennessee. After sinking their boat, one of the members of the Whistlin Diesel crew was making waves while riding a jet ski, causing the officer to get angry because they were in a “no wake” zone. This meant that they weren’t supposed to make waves in that area. Just a few weeks later on June 14, WhistlinDiesel uploaded another video regarding the situation where he explained that he and his crew are facing misdemeanor charges and up to a year in jail for the incident. Cody detailed in the video that the police are offering to drop all of his charges in exchange for the YouTuber using his platform to get fans signed up for the local boating safety course. However, because the crew member being charged would lose his college scholarship, WhistlinDiesel is getting his lawyer involved — potentially delaying the court trial for “years.”

YouTuber ‘vapes’ Belle Delphine’s bath water – But was it real? – Dexerto
YouTuber ‘vapes’ Belle Delphine’s bath water – But was it real? Belle Delphine / Vito Gesauldi – TwitterBelle Delphine made waves when she announced she was selling her bath water and one YouTuber claims to have not only bought it, but to have vaped it as well. Like or not, selling bath water is a thing that is happening in 2019 and Belle Delphine is taking full advantage of it. Strangely enough, fans are actually buying this bath water. It’s unclear what you’re supposed to do with it once you actually buy it but YouTuber ‘Vito’ claims he decided to vape it. I have vaped the goddess Belle Delphine’s holy bathwater. It was an experience I will never forget. Video available on my channel. pic.twitter.com/BeBT0wHNbu — :pizza: VITO :pizza: (@VitoGesualdi) July 8, 2019 “When I heard was bottling up her own filthy bath water and selling it for 30 dollars a jar, I knew I had to get some,” he said. Read More: Streamer Anita explains how she handles grief and it’s some of the best advice you’ll ever hear – He made a video showing that he bought it, calling it things like a ‘goddess potion,’ and revealed his plans to vape it. It’s a bold move, that’s for sure. The YouTuber shows himself warming up and giving what amounts to a farewell message to his dad before actually going through with the vape. To his credit, Vito did go through with vaping her bath water, or vaping something at least – something we imagine not many other people would have the guts to do. The rest of the video shows what would happen if you did actually vape the water, by revealing the fabric of reality tearing and a whole host of other crazy stuff. Near the end, Vito finally reveals that he printed off the label of the water, pasted it on a jar, and said it was the ‘Gamer Girl’ water. It’s a good thing this was fake because there’s really no telling how different things would be right now in the world if he did go forward with the actual vaping of used bathwater.

YouTuber under fire for charging viewers to see autopsy photos of murder victim – Dexerto
YouTuber under fire for charging viewers to see autopsy photos of murder victim Zav Girl/YouTubeTrue crime YouTuber Zav Girl has come under fire from viewers after charging people $3 to get to see autopsy photos of murdered 11-year-old Gannon Stauch who was brutally murdered by his stepmom. In 2020, Gannon Stauch, 11, was murdered by his stepmother Letecia Stauch. Letecia was found guilty by a Colorado court on May 8, 2023, of stabbing and shooting Gannon to death in a fit of “hatred and jealousy,” then shoving his body in a suitcase, and was sentenced to life in prison without parole, the Independent reported at the time. After Letecia was sentenced, YouTuber Zav Girl, whose real name is unknown, obtained photos of Gannon’s autopsy via a public records request. She then posted a video about them on her Patreon account, where her 88,8 thousand followers could pay $3 to watch. The YouTuber has received backlash for posting the images on her Patreon account, which has now been deactivated by the company. Zav Girl releases statement defending her video On July 11, Zav Girl issued a statement on her YouTube channel, where she has 88,000 subscribers. She said people had been “very divided on how they feel” about the video and she was “hearing a lot from both sides.” “The reality of the situation is that different people feel differently about this,” she said. “Some people genuinely think making a video including the autopsy photos is bad and I respect their opinion and feelings.” Others, like herself, she said, thought the photos were “interesting and informative,” and were “able to view it all in a more scientific detached way.” “It’s just one of those things where it depends on the person,” she said. Zav Girl said she was charging the fee because she “spent a lot of time and worked hard” putting the video together. She also said she had been dealing with threats and was going to take a step back from her channel while she dealt with them. Gannon’s family speaks out about Zav Girl While appearing on ‘Dan Abrams Live‘ on July 11, Michael Allen, the lead prosecutor on the Stauch case, said his office reached out to the child’s family about the photos, and revealed he’d urged them to reach out to a private attorney. Stauch’s family has since spoken out about this, with his dad, Al, saying that there are people who have found a way to “further the evils committed against Gannon.” “But goodness and love will prevail. For every hint of evil concocted, a preponderance of kindness outshines the darkness of those that would deepen our pain,” he told NewsNation. “We just finished the trial just over two months ago. And now we’re having to kind of relive some of this stuff and not being able to put it behind us,” he said. “The word I use to describe it is evil,” said Al, adding that it was a “dishonor” to his son. Al said that he skipped only one day of the trial, the day the autopsy photos were shown to the jury, to avoid seeing the pictures. “Now, I feel like I can’t even go on YouTube without the possibility of accidentally coming across these photos,” he said.

YouTuber under fire for dramatic Coronavirus prank kmoorethegoat, YouTubeYouTuber and prankster “kmoorethegoat” has sparked backlash across social media after uploading a “practical joke” video capitalizing on current panic surrounding the Coronavirus. The current Novel Coronavirus outbreak, which was first reported in Wuhan, China in December 2019, was recently declared a Global Health Emergency by the World Health Organization on January 30. With countries like the United States imposing travel bans on those making their way from the Chinese Wuhan province, citizens worldwide have begun to panic about potentially contracting the virus, which has claimed a reported 634 lives. Despite the severity of the situation, some online content creators are taking advantage of the hysteria surrounding the illness, including YouTuber “kmoorethegoat.” Kmoore uploaded a video “pranking” bystanders in public on February 5, where he and a group of actors rushed to “apprehend” other performers who pretended to be infected with the virus. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=frBRftVpBro Although he prefaced his video by claiming that his “practical joke” was merely for comedic purposes and not intended to offend, commenters across the net are sounding off in shock that he would make light of such a serious situation. “Not a good look bro,” one critic wrote. “This one hits too close to home. People are actually dying from this, and you think it’s a joke.” “Nah bro, this ain’t it,” another commented. “You’re gonna offend a lot of people with this. YouTuber under fire after faking injury to get business class plane seat – Dexerto
YouTuber under fire after faking injury to get business class plane seat Jamie Zhu, YouTube / Freepik.comAustralian-based YouTuber Jamie Zhu is facing a wave of backlash after faking a leg injury to score a free spot in business class on a commercial airline. Zhu is a relatively popular content creator, boasting over 705k YouTube subscribers thanks to his outrageous videos that include such uploads as, “Picking up girls in China,” and “I destroyed my apartment.” However, one of his more recent uploads is earning the internet star ample criticism across the platform, thanks to a “prank” for an international flight. In an attempt to upgrade to business class, Zhu faked an injury to his ankle and purchased a support boot from a store in the airport, claiming that he’d recently broken the bone. The YouTuber even filmed himself running around and jumping while wearing the boot as further evidence that he wasn’t actually harmed before setting foot on the plane. Luckily for Zhu, the seats in coach were too small to accommodate for the size of the boot, which earned him a free upgrade to the comparatively spacious seating in business class. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZIZy-_txBw&list=WL&index=2&t=0s Although his practical joke may seem like an ingenious way to score an undercover upgrade, commenters across YouTube are decrying the video, with some critics accusing the prankster of committing fraud and even calling for the airline to blacklist him. “Commits fraud then brags about it,” one user wrote. “He should check the lost and found to see if they’ve found his core values, ‘cause he really needs them back. Sheesh.” “Loser,” another critic wrote. “I spent weeks in a boot for surgery. Disabilities are not something to prank about!” The star later appeared on television to discuss his viral prank, where he addressed the backlash surrounding the video and claimed that those upset over the matter should “learn to take a joke.” “I think that like, people should just learn to take a joke,” he said of the criticism. “I mean, it’s 2020. I feel like society is becoming quite sensitive to everything. I feel like, you know, I imitated a broken ankle, which I’ve personally had before. So it’s like, if you can’t take a simple joke, then I feel sorry.” Despite the outrage, it doesn’t look like Zhu is backing down from his video, which boasts over 111k views at the time of writing.

YouTuber TwoMad shocked after his house is shot at on livestream – Dexerto
YouTuber TwoMad shocked after his house is shot at on livestream twomad, YouTubePopular YouTube streamer ‘TwoMad’ was left stunned after his home was shot at during an April broadcast — but that isn’t the only madness he’s endured in the recent past, by far. TwoMad is a well-known creator on YouTube, boasting over 1 million subscribers due to his humorous livestreams that garner thousands of viewers at a time. Despite his popularity, it seems that TwoMad also boasts his fair share of critics, as well, as evidenced by a shocking incident during a broadcast in late April. TwoMad was streaming and talking to his viewers when a loud noise interrupted the proceedings, with the YouTuber rising from his chair in shock to announce that his home was being shot at. “Oh s**t, what the f**k, oh my god!” he screamed. “Yo, there’s like somebody at my house! Holy s**t! They have like, a gun or something! They’re shooting at my window, dude! What the f**k is going on?” A viewer went on to ask for clarification in the YouTuber’s stream chat, prompting him to explain exactly what happened shortly after the insanity went down, revealing that multiple people were shooting at his home with what he assumed to be a BB gun. “There’s like people shooting at my house with like, some sort of toy gun or something,” he answered. “It was breaking the f**k out of my windows, chipping my window!” That isn’t the only incredible violation of personal privacy TwoMad has experienced as of late, either; he went on to reveal CCTV footage of a stranger attempting to steal his bike from his front yard, to boot. “Dude, last time some guy was trying to steal my bike, and now it’s f**king, this shit,” he continued, pulling up footage of the incident. “This guy f**king… tried to steal my bike. This guy just f**king walked in the house.” TwoMad isn’t the only internet personality dealing with such issue, either; Twitch streamer Sweet Anita revealed she was physically assaulted by a long-term stalker, while YouTube king PewDiePie has begged fans multiple times to stop showing up at his home. While internet fame might seem all sunshine and roses, it’s not always a walk in the park, as evidenced by these disturbing breaches of privacy against some of the net’s top entertainers like TwoMad.

On March 20, Twitter account ‘Zendaya Updates’ posted a photo of the two actors in Boston on a casual date at a coffee shop. While the picture itself was cute, it was the two customers sitting to the sides of the couple that made it spread. Notably, a man to the left of Holland sat staring at the camera trying to eat his food while a man next to Zendaya focused on work on his laptop. Drew Monson, a YouTuber, then claimed to be the individual on the laptop in a hilarious Twitter thread that confused everyone. Many in the comments, however, weren’t convinced and believe the YouTuber is just joking, especially given his comments about their conversation. im not! the place is called Tatte and their coffee is amazing. YouTuber turns toilet into gaming PC for when duty calls – Dexerto
YouTuber turns toilet into gaming PC for when duty calls YouTube: Basically HomelessA YouTuber has created a high-spec gaming PC out of his toilet, having gone as far as adding LED gamer lights and a transparent case for maximum gamer aesthetics. They have even managed to keep the flushing features of the toilet intact. Every hardcore PC gamer has run into the predicament of needing to use the bathroom mid-game. This often results in stalling the natural urge, and rushing to the toilet thereafter. But what if you had a gaming PC in your bathroom? YouTuber Nicholas ‘Basically Homeless’ Zetta created exactly that and even went a step further. Instead of simply creating a PC for the bathroom, he managed to transform his toilet into a PC, all the while keeping its conventional toilet features intact. “For obvious reasons, this has needed to exist for a long time,” the YouTuber joked to justify his extensive preparation and research to create the toilet PC. Nicholas understands portable gaming devices exist in the forms of the Steam Deck and the Nintendo Switch. But he stressed: “I don’t want to use my thumbs anymore.” The YouTuber delved deeper into his goals, claiming: “I want to do sweaty, try hard FPS gaming from the toilet.” The Toilet PC boasts powerful specs with a 240z display, making it more than powerful enough to handle the majority of FPS games today. For those wondering, the computer parts are all placed in the tank — separated from the flushing sections by a wall. As for the process to create the first-ever toilet PC, the YouTuber definitely needed to put in a lot of leg work. His YouTube video goes plenty in-depth on the process — but long story short, he needed to master both plumbing and computer building to make this miracle happen. Towards the end of the video, Nicholas played CS:GO while sitting on the toilet, even showing off the flushing mechanic to his teammates. “I am content now, the toilet is done.”

YouTuber tricks YouTube into sending him a Diamond Play Button award – Dexerto
YouTuber tricks YouTube into sending him a Diamond Play Button award YouTube: JackSucksAtLife[jwplayer h3XPfMqQ]A content creator hilariously exploited an oversight on YouTube’s site, and tricked the Google-owned company into sending him a Diamond Play Button which is awarded to channels with 10 million subscribers. YouTube first introduced the Play Button award in 2012 for channels that had broken the 1 million subscriber mark. Since then, several iterations of the prestigious item have been created to celebrate the platform’s most followed personalities. However on July 26, content creator Jack Welsh showed how an exploit on the company’s website tricked them into sending him the highly coveted Diamond Play Button despite being nowhere close to qualifying for it. YouTuber tricks YouTube into sending award The YouTuber explained that channels are able to order replacement Play Button awards from the company that makes them if they have a redemption code, however content creator ‘joshkapranos’ messaged him about an exploit involving the site. Unbelievably, changing the end of the URL to the name of the Diamond award gave him access to a page where he could order it for $3,000 dollars. “The fact that I’m able to access this page… I shouldn’t be able to!” he exclaimed. Given that the company knows who Welsh is since his channel has 1.5 million subscribers, he got his friend ‘Mini Muka’ to place the order. Using Josh’s replacement code, the two hilariously put the name of the award under popular YouTuber KSI. Shockingly, it worked. Jack and Muka both broke into laughter as the coveted Diamond Play Button arrived. The two posed with the award before the YouTuber later explained that he was going to hire an engraver to put his name on it. (Topic starts at 0:36.) The YouTuber genuinely was floored that the exploit worked, and joked that he now had more Play Buttons than KSI. “I just can’t believe it. I honestly wasn’t sure I’d ever manage to get a hold of one of these,” he said. Jack clarified that he had informed the award company about the exploit before the upload went live, so that viewers wouldn’t flood the site trying to order unearned awards.

YouTuber Trisha Paytas urges Shane Dawson to “take accountability” for treating her poorly – Dexerto
YouTuber Trisha Paytas urges Shane Dawson to “take accountability” for treating her poorly Instagram: Shane Dawson/Trisha PaytasContent creator and influencer Trisha Paytas has called out YouTuber Shane Dawson and his fiance Ryland Adams for not “taking accountability” for their actions following her revelations about Jeffree Star and HairbyJay last week. In a series of TikToks, Paytas insists that it is unfair that the two are able to just go about their lives without taking accountability for their actions. She said: “They never have to take accountability for anything. They don’t learn, they don’t get it. They’ll have an apology, throw therapy in there, but they don’t change. And it’s not okay.” “The amount of trauma and trust issues I have from this are far greater than anything any ex-boyfriend or daddy issues could give me,” she continued. “This is someone I’ve never lied to and never said one bad word about for twelve years.” Paytas added: “I find out every day, more and more nasty s**t he said about me.” “It just goes to show what horrible human beings they are. They think that if they don’t address stuff, it just goes away,” she said. “And that is the truth, because a lot of people won’t have to take accountability for their actions and for being a s**tty person because the internet forgets stuff and the drama moves on.” Paytas also dubbed Dawson’s fiance Adams a “weasel,” saying that he “couldn’t wait to talk about it” because “he was so happy to have a little bit of spotlight on him.” She also called out Shane in a TikTok pointedly titled: “Signs you’re in a toxic friendship (but don’t wait twelve years to end it).” Read More: Twitch accused of hypocrisy – Some of the “signs” she mentioned include: “says they won’t support you publicly because it gives them anxiety (but does it for other people),” “stops showing up in-person for any important events,” “they only call you when their other friendships aren’t working out,” “they trigger you on purpose to go off on people on their behalf,” “tries to convince you to ‘move on’ from trauma that makes them look bad” and “tells you they ‘don’t want to believe what you’re saying’ when you’re opening up to them.” Shane and Ryland are yet to comment publicly on the situation.

YouTuber tricks Instagram followers by hiding Kylie Jenner in her photos – Dexerto
YouTuber tricks Instagram followers by hiding Kylie Jenner in her photos Instagram: @kierabridget / Wikipedia CommonsYouTube comedy vlogger Kiera Bridget completely fooled fans by Photoshopping celebrities like Justin Bieber and Kylie Jenner into the background of her Instagram photos – and nobody noticed. It’s no shock to anyone that influencers and online personalities often use tools like Photoshop and FaceTune to edit imperfections out of their photographs or to add a filter, but adding another person in entirely is almost unheard of. British personality Kiera Bridget did just this though, and documented her process in a February 1 YouTube video, revealing exactly how she’d pulled the wool over her Instagram followers’ eyes. YouTuber fools Instagram fans In the video titled “I Hid Celebrities In My Instagram Photos & No One Noticed,” one of the pictures the 19-year-old edited was of her posing outside of an Alaïa store in London, UK, and she chose American media personality Kylie Jenner to be her photo-manipulating victim. “I think I’m gonna put her in the background, like kind of behind me,” she said, as she sized up a random picture of the reality TV star out shopping, before blurring the picture and making it fit better into the shot. Kiera then included a shadow around her feet for added “realness” and edited a lightning storm into the sky as a homage to Jenner’s daughter, Stormi Webster. After she was done, she uploaded it onto FaceTune to blur it even more and then uploaded it to Instagram. https://www.instagram.com/p/B7wbFTDAuyk/ The Brit also edited a photograph of herself where she posed in front of a water fountain. While the end result looks pretty normal, a sharp eye would notice that she’d actually included Bella Swan and Edward Cullen from the Twilight movies into the background. Comments on her social media said hardly anything about the pair, and instead mostly just praised the YouTuber for her outfit and her shoes, failing to notice the vampires hidden in front of some trees. https://www.instagram.com/p/B7q7nrTghXN/ Justin Bieber was used in another shot, and was placed to look like he was sat behind the YouTuber in a Starbucks while she clutched an iced drink – though the image has since been deleted from her social media account. Kiera is a popular British vlogger with 3.42 million subscribers, and is known for her comedic life hack experiment videos, TikToks, and relationship with American YouTuber Infinite. Her channel first gained traction when she joined Tana Mongeau’s collaborative ‘Trash’ channel in 2016 alongside other influencers such as Anna Campbell, Aaron Fuller, and Natalia Taylor.

YouTuber Trevor Jacob stripped of pilot certificate after allegedly crashing plane on purpose – Dexerto
YouTuber Trevor Jacob stripped of pilot certificate after allegedly crashing plane on purpose YouTube: Trevor JacobYouTuber Trevor Jacob has had his pilot certificate revoked by the FAA after he received backlash for allegedly purposely crashing a plane for a video. In December, YouTuber Trevor Jacob, who has over 130,000 subscribers on his channel, uploaded a video titled ‘I crashed my plane’ in which he parachuted into the Nevada mountains after an alleged engine failure, leaving the pilotless plane to crash. “I did not think I would make it out alive,” he wrote in an Instagram post. “I promised myself I’d always fly that route with a parachute after a friend died on the same flight path, and it came in handy.” However, in early 2022 the video became the subject of controversy as many raised their suspicions about the incident, with flight instructor Robert Perry telling the Santa Barbara Independent, “it’s all very suspect.” On April 11, the Federal Aviation Administration revealed the YouTuber’s private pilot license has been revoked. “On November 24, 2021, you demonstrated a lack of care, judgment, and responsibility by choosing to jump out of an aircraft solely so you could record the footage of the crash,” the letter read. “Your egregious and intentional actions on these dates indicate that you presently lack the degree of care, judgment and responsibility required of a certificate holder.” In a podcast episode uploaded on April 16, Jacob said: “Alright, so addressing the plane situation. I can’t talk about it, per my attorney, but the truth of that situation will come out with time, and I’ll leave that at that. So, I won’t be really talking about that very much.” Topic starts at 26:17 The former Olympian’s comment section is full of criticism from viewers, with one comment with over 1000 likes reading: “He seems like the type a guy that would fake a plane crash and tell a scripted survival story for views only to reappear months later and pretend it never happened!” The comments on the original video have been turned off.

YouTuber tricks Craig David and Holly H with fake “James Corden” show – Dexerto
YouTuber tricks Craig David and Holly H with fake “James Corden” show Josh Pieters, YouTube / J_Corden, InstagramYouTube star Josh Pieters managed to trick some of the biggest influencers and celebrities such as Craig David, Holly H, and more into thinking that they were appearing on James Corden’s Late Late Show. Josh Pieters has built a sizable following of over 1.3 million subscribers on his YouTube channel and is known for some of his hilarious prank videos, such as tricking the internet with a fake Ed Sheeran at the KSI vs Logan Paul boxing match. As many people are currently stuck at home, Pieters decided to use that to his advantage with his latest prank video by fooling celebrities into believing they were appearing on a talk show over a video call. During his May 2 upload, he revealed that he had invited some of the biggest British celebrities to appear on his recreation of James Corden’s show and managed to secure musician Craid David and UK TikTok star Holly H as his guests. Unlike his previous Ed Sheeran prank, The YouTuber did not have a lookalike to help him this time and, instead, created a James Corden soundboard to get through the interviews, providing excuses to the guests as to why they would not be able to see the host. “With a computerized James Corden ready to go and a bunch of celebs on standby it was time to set up,” he added, before kicking off the show. To many of his fans’ surprise, Josh and his friends actually managed to pull off the interviews without blowing their cover and even concluded the interviews with performances from their two guests. As his initial batch of interviews went extremely well, Pieters revealed that he also lined up even more celebrity guests to appear on the “James Corden Show” the following nights to mirror the schedule of the late-night talk show as well. The YouTube star also secured interviews with celebrity couple and Love Island stars, Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury, as well as popular street magician Julius Dein for his second installment. However, one of the most surprising guests has yet to appear on the show, after Pieters teased that the “season finale” on May 3 would feature an appearance from Netflix’s controversial Tiger King star Carole Baskin.

YouTuber Tom Scott retires from weekly uploads after 10 years – Dexerto
YouTuber Tom Scott retires from weekly uploads after 10 years YouTube: Tom ScottOne of YouTube’s most popular video creators, Tom Scott, has announced that he will no longer be posting weekly videos – exactly 10 years after he started doing so. Tom Scott’s channel is beloved by fans for his informative and entertaining content, with a relaxed delivery, often breaking down fascinating but often niche facts or topics, such as why you can’t buy Dasani water in the UK, or a visual representation of $1 million vs $1 billion. Incredibly, Scott managed to make a new one of these videos every single week for a decade, but it has taken a toll, and now, he is putting his consistent YouTube schedule on the back burner. Did Tom Scott quit YouTube? Although not totally stopping content creation, Tom Scott has confirmed that he will no longer continue to post a video every single week, calling it a retirement of sorts. In fact, he announced the decision exactly 10 years after the first video in the weekly series, back in 2014. Although the video was titled “After ten years, it’s time to stop making videos,” it’s not a complete stop, as he explains later that sporadic uploads may continue, as well as his podcast episodes and other projects. But, sadly for his fans, there will no longer be a consistent, weekly video posted. Tom concluded the video with a montage of some of the channel’s greatest moments, which include some truly wild adventures and experiences. The ‘goodbye’ video racked up almost 5 million views in a day, and reached number 2 on YouTube’s trending section. Tom’s channel has over 6 million subscribers as of his ‘retirement’ date. On social media, one viral post shared a classic meme video, which compiles Tom visiting far-fetched and bizarre locations, all of which were for his channel. Fellow YouTubers left comments thanking Tom for his work and inspiration to them. “Your approach to quality, accuracy, accountability and accessibility has made YouTube a better place,” said YouTuber Jay Foreman. “Thank you for being a beacon of integrity, and a shining example of how to do this exactly right.” “Congrats Tom,” said renowned author John Green, who has over 3 million subscribers as one half of the VlogBrothers. YouTuber Rare Earth commented, “The best to ever do it. Congrats on an incredible decade Tom.” For now, fans will have to look out for what else Tom has planned outside of his main channel uploads.

YouTuber Trevor Jacob accused of crashing plane on purpose for views – Dexerto
YouTuber Trevor Jacob accused of crashing plane on purpose for views YouTube TrevorJacbobFormer Olympic snowboarder turned YouTuber Trevor Jacob has been accused of crashing a plane on purpose for views and attention on social media. “I Crashed My Plane,” is the title of a December 24 YouTube upload from Jacob. As the name implies, the former athlete was involved in an incident that saw him parachuting into the Nevada mountains after an alleged engine failure. Described as “the most intense experience of his life,” Jacob launched himself out of the plane moments after things appeared to go awry. The video, seen by almost 400,000 viewers at the time of writing, has become a point of controversy early in 2022. With comments disabled and an investigation launched by the Federal Aviation Administration, many are questioning whether it was staged. Jacob intended to fly over the mountains to spread the ashes of a friend. Shortly into the trek, however, his engine supposedly failed. With “no safe place to land,” he immediately jumped and glided down to safety. “I did not think I would make it out alive,” he said on Instagram. “I promised myself I’d always fly that route with a parachute after a friend died on the same flight path, and it came in handy.” “Please fly with a parachute,” his latest video reiterated, despite previous uploads clearly showing him flying without a parachute. View this post on Instagram Almost every reply to Jacob’s Instagram post is critical of the incident. While some labeled him a “con artist,” others went as far as to call him an “embarrassment to aviators everywhere.” “It’s all very suspect,” flight instructor Robert Perry told the Santa Barbara Independent. Jacob’s plane was allegedly in a “state of disrepair” before taking off, indicating the crash may have been planned. Furthermore, Perry believed a safe landing was more than possible. “From the looks of it, he could’ve guided that plane 15 or 20 more miles and landed it on more level ground,” he explained. “We never see inside of the cockpit,” popular YouTuber ‘moistcr1tikal’ said in his own dissection on January 6. “Not a single time while the engine is apparently malfunctioning, do we see anything in the cockpit. We only get the exterior shots.” “There are so many things that make this video suspicious.” Jacob has been silent across social media since criticisms began piling up. With an official investigation still underway, it’s only a matter of time before we learn the truth behind the video.

YouTuber told her comments are disabled because of her “child-like appearance” – Dexerto
YouTuber told her comments are disabled because of her “child-like appearance” YouTube: Chloe DonaldYouTuber Chloe Donald has responded to claims that the comments are being disabled on videos because of her “child-like appearance.” In 2019, YouTube announced that it was going to start turning off comments on videos featuring children in an effort to curb predatory messages, and in turn, improve the safety of minors on the website. Since then, the company has continued to crack down on posts violating their policies — punishing accounts that continue to break them. However, YouTuber Chloe Donald has since revealed that YouTube has intervened with some of her videos, possibly due to her “child-like appearance” — despite being over the age of 18. Chloe Donald reveals why YouTube is disabling her comments On January 26, the Scottish YouTuber revealed that she had been having issues with the company disabling comments. “You cannot make this up. My YouTube comments keep getting turned off by YouTube themselves,” it reads. “I chatted with them and told me why… I look too young!?!?!?!” After Chloe explained the issue, the image attached to her tweet shows the support agent’s reply. They said: “I understand where you are coming from, and about that, there are instances where the child safety protocols are triggered due to child-like appearance, or minor like appearance.” You cannot make this up. YouTuber threatens to “bash couple’s skulls in” if they didn’t buy him food – Dexerto
YouTuber threatens to “bash couple’s skulls in” if they didn’t buy him food Instagram/tre.sellersA YouTube prankster is under fire for threatening a couple with a rock after they were kind enough to give him food. Prank YouTuber Tre Sellers is once again finding himself in hot water after one of his latest videos included him warning a couple that he only spared their life because they bought him a meal. Social media pranks have spiraled out of control in 2023, with TikToker Mizzy breaking into people’s houses and JiDion trespassing on college property all in the name of content. Now, Tre Sellers has once more stepped into the controversial limelight in a fresh video where he left a couple completely rattled by his disturbing remarks. YouTuber under fire for threatening couple with rocks In the video, which has since been reposted across Twitter, Sellers approached a couple eating outside and politely asked for money to buy food. After a woman named Fonia made the kind gesture of buying him a meal, he thanked them by grabbing a large rock and walking back to their table. “I wanted to say thank you so much for giving me that food. I want to give you this rock,” he joked, causing the duo to nervously chuckle. “Now, if you didn’t give me any money to get food, I would have bashed both your skulls in with that rock.” This caused the couple to go eerily quiet, and as Fonia began to pack up her things, Sellers continued with this diabolical monologue. “Life is about choices, and you made a valuable choice. You decided to spare money for that meal, and I’ve decided to spare your lives.” At this point, Fonia’s date stood up and demanded Sellers leave, even threatening to hit him with the rock for talking like that. Props to the big guy for standing up and props to the lady for holding him back. Happy there was no violent activity. — Tiller4Prez (@Tiller4Prezdent) June 21, 2023 Luckily, the woman made sure no violence occurred, but things could have ended quite badly if the couple wasn’t as forgiving. Footage of the “prank” soon spread online, with many praising the couple for how they handled the situation while condemning Sellers’ antics. So far, his clip still remains on Instagram among other videos, such as one where he pulled a knife on a woman as a “joke.” In another scary incident, a streamer had a gun pulled on him for pretending to pour gasoline on cars in a parking lot.
