xQc explains why he “doesn’t get” twerking in music videos 2020 is here, but the last decade’s best hits are still on the radio, which xQc dissected in a January live stream that left him hilariously confused as to the popularity of certain dances in hip-hop music videos. Felix “xQc” Lengyel is a popular Canadian Twitch streamer and former Overwatch pro, known for both his over-the-top reactions and impressive gameplay. The streamer exhibited some of this wild reactions during a broadcast on January 4, when he decided to watch a video compilation of the “Top 100 rap songs of 2019” by YouTube channel “gentR.” To save on time, xQc decided to showcase only the Top 20 hits of the past decade, which included such tracks as YG and Tyga’s “Go Loko,” and Lil’ Nas X’s “Panini.” While the music videos for these tracks are somewhat tame — or at least, the short clips shown of them in gentR’s compilation — others featured scantily-clad women breaking it down for the camera, which gave the streamer a humorous shock. A clip from Dababy’s “Bop” showed up on screen, which showed a female dancer getting low in a split twerk, prompting a loud reaction from xQc. “Okay, dude!” he yelled, exasperated. “Okay, okay! What even is that? What is that — that’s not even a dance! That’s not even a dance, though! What is that?” That wasn’t the end of his rant, by far: xQc shared a similar reaction to Cardi B’s dancing in Offset’s “Clout” video, remarking, “I’m so done with this — okay, STOP!” However, xQc’s indignation reached a fever pitch at genR’s number 3 track, Young Thug’s “The London,” which showed a clip of two women dancing around the rapper sitting a chair. “Always a**es!” he exclaimed, holding out his hand in confusion. “Guys, what do you all have with a**es? I don’t get it! I don’t get it!” While xQc might not be a fan of overly-sexualized music videos, his reactions to the clips certainly made for a unique broadcast, in spite of his obvious distaste for twerking.

xQc explains why the Fortnite World Cup is “unbearable” after watching Tfue – Dexerto
xQc explains why the Fortnite World Cup is “unbearable” after watching Tfue xQc / TwitchPopular Twitch streamer Felix ‘xQc‘ Lengyel wasn’t impressed after he decided to tune into some of the Fortnite World Cup qualifiers, watching FaZe Clan pro Turner ‘Tfue‘ Tenney, calling the viewing experience “unbearable”. The Fortnite World Cup is handing out a total of $40 million in prizing across the qualifiers and finals, with the winner of solo tournament netting a ridiculous $3 million. Fortnite is obviously incredibly popular in terms of players, but also in terms of viewing figures, consistently sitting among the top five games on Twitch – but xQc can’t understand why anyone would want to watch the game played competitively. Competitive Fortnite doesn’t entertain xQc His main complaint stems from the technique players use to ensure the highest placing possible in each match. This is of course crucial when it comes to qualifying, but it results in players simply trying to survive for as long as possible, rather than play aggressively. Whereas in a normal match, there might be 10 or less players left in the final circle, xQc estimates that while he was watching Tfue, 30 or 40 players would still be alive in the very final circle on the map. At this point, each player would then hunker down in a build, and once they established some high ground, they simply edit a wall so that they can see through it, and continue to play it safe. “They’re not even playing the game!” xQc exclaimed, “it’s like an architect game, seriously. Shit is unbearable.” It would seem that not everyone agrees though, as top streamers like Tfue and Tyler ‘Ninja‘ Blevins were pulling in hundreds of thousands of viewers during when playing their qualifying matches, so clearly people still want to watch. xQc himself comes from a competitive background, formerly a professional Overwatch player, and admittedly, similar criticisms have been made of Overwatch’s merit as a spectator experience, although for different reasons than Fortnite’s ‘stalemate’ like action, particularly in the late game.

xQc explains why Fortnite’s The End event ruined his stream – Dexerto
xQc explains why Fortnite’s The End event ruined his stream Twitch: xQc / Epic GamesTwitch streamer Félix ‘Fortnite’s ‘The End’ event after being asked by a viewer how he was feeling on Sunday, October 13. The popular battle royale title has enthralled the gaming community since a meteor crashed into the game’s map during the highly anticipated ‘The End’ event, with the game taken down entirely and replaced by a strange black hole. While many loved the event and hundreds of thousands of people have been watching streams of the black hole to catch what happens next, it appears not everyone is a fan — including the Canadian who vented his frustrations at the situation and explained why it had affected his stream. While broadcasting on Twitch hours after the Fortnite event, a fan of the former Overwatch pro asked him how he was feeling, and xQc immediately used the question as an opportunity to rant. “How am I feeling today? That’s a good question dude,” said the smiling streamer as he opened up Fortnite’s black hole. “Are you seeing this? I’m feeling s**t!” “I planned a juicer stream with pure content, and I’m watching a static, trash black hole! I’m being manipulated by capitalistic corporate s**t, and I can’t get out of it. That’s how I feel dude.” The streamer, who currently boasts the most subscribers on Twitch, clearly isn’t fascinated by what is happening to Fortnite, but many around the world are glued to their screens to see what Epic Games has in store for fans of their ground-breaking battle royale phenomenon. It’s widely believed that players will get a brand-new map when the game comes back online for Season 11, and some leaks have already revealed when we may see it boot back up following the event.

xQc explains why everyone trying to make it as a streamer is a “big problem” – Dexerto
xQc explains why everyone trying to make it as a streamer is a “big problem” xQcTwitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel gave on an impassioned explanation about why his viewers should be realistic about their dreams, and have a backup plan – because most people don’t “make it” as he did. xQc is never afraid to share his opinion while interacting with his chat. On August 17, xQc gave his opinion on fellow streamer Ninja’s recent decline in viewership, saying it isn’t right to say he’s a failure just become he streams less popular games now. Now, xQc has some advice for viewers who want to follow their dreams, and even become huge streamers like he is. xQc life advice xQc gave a long speech about “making it”, and how most people have the wrong expectations. “Like I ‘made it’, or whatever, right so of course I’m like ‘yeah man just follow your goals lol’, but that’s not true though. You can’t follow what I say blindly.” “Because the reality is you will fail. Because, not you, I’m not saying YOU but most people, because it’s like ninety-nine point whatever percent and that’s true for most crazy business ideas, or crazy business ventures, or crazy plans. The reality is most people fail.” xQc continued, “Some people will make it but if everybody says ‘Ah, you know what dude, I’m gonna succeed because he said I will’ and everybody goes all-in with no plan b, you’re going to have a lot of very broken down homeless, done people with no other options. “I think that’s a crazy big problem that people have when they listen to people that say ‘oh just follow you’re dreams haha, like I made it obviously it worked lol’. And that’s very short-sighted.” xQc preached caution to his viewers looking to chase their dreams, making sure they know most people don’t make it big like he did.

xQc explains why death threats and ToS stopped him hosting streamers – Dexerto
xQc explains why death threats and ToS stopped him hosting streamers xQcHosting is a fabulous feature on Twitch, as a way for bigger streamers to promote smaller channels. However, Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyell explained why death threats and fear of punishment means he no longer hosts other channels. Hosting is a major part of Twitch streaming. It used by individual streamers as well as organizations – for example, Riot Games will host the broadcast of a minor LoL region to boost their audience and exposure. The host feature sends viewers of any channel to another channel, boosting the recipients live viewership. In the past, hosting has also been a major part of boosting players’ profiles. One of the most notable examples is FaZe Clan’s Ew0k, who rose in popularity after being hosted by the likes of TimtheTatman and Mizkif. On stream, one viewer asked xQc why he doesn’t host anyone, and he gave a fairly surprising explanation. xQc explains why he doesn’t host anymore xQc explained how a combination of death threats and fears of breaking the Twitch Terms of Service (ToS) discourage him from hosting smaller channels. “When I became a bigger streamer, I started getting a lot of backlash for hosting, and it made me feel bad,” xQc said. “There’s a couple of instances where I’ve gotten death threats for hosting, because people said the community sucked and that I intoxicated their chats. “Then they put a new ToS in where, if I host somebody, and viewers do something anti-ToS, that could get me into trouble.” The Twitch community guidelines state: “Creators are role models and leaders of the communities they create or foster around them. “Creators should consider the consequences of their statements and actions of their audiences; we ask that you make a good faith effort to quell any efforts from those in your community to harass others. “Twitch should not be used to incite, encourage, promote, facilitate, or organize hateful conduct or harassment, whether on or off Twitch. We will suspend communities, organizations, and individuals that do so.” Several prominent steamers have picked up bans in the past for violating the Twitch ToS, notably Forsen and xQc himself, so it’s not surprising he wants to steer clear of their wrath.

xQc explains why Dr Disrespect was “lucky” to win Streamer of the Year – Dexerto
xQc explains why Dr Disrespect was “lucky” to win Streamer of the Year Popular variety streamer Félix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has made his opinion known about Dr. Disrespect winning Streamer of the Year at the 2019 Esports Awards, and what would have happened if he was nominated, too. The Esports Awards are an annual event that started in 2016, celebrating the very best in esports and gaming, praising the top personalities in the industry for all of the great work they do. One of the categories is the ‘Streamer of the Year’, bringing together the greatest streamers from across the globe. But, of course, there can only be one winner, with Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins winning in 2018 and Guy “Dr Disrespect” Beahm scooping the prize in 2017. This year, the ballot was a close one with popular names such as the Doc, Jack ‘CouRage’ Dunlop and Ninja coming head-to-head and all having a reasonable claim to the trophy and the glory. After Dr Disrespect was announced as the winner, xQc was clearly excited – having first expected them to call out Ninja’s name to make him number one for the second year running. Initially, he sounded confused when CouRage was announced at number two. Though, it’s unclear whether that was because he thought he should be higher or lower. Then, when the Doc was announced as the winner, he said: “Hey, let’s go! He’s actually there,” putting his hands in the air and grinning as the Doc’s iconic appearance appeared on camera, headset, sunglasses and all. However, things took a turn later on as xQc tweeted Dr Disrespect to give him a piece of his mind – and throw his name in the hat. “To be honest, Dr Disrespect got lucky they forgot to put my name on the streamer of the year nominees. Regardless he deserved it, none of the other streamers we’re even close to his thing. Well done.” Tbh @drdisrespect got lucky they forgot to put my name on the streamer of the year nominees. Regardless he deserved it, none of the other streamers we’re even close to his thing. Well done😎 — xQc (@xQc) November 17, 2019 While it looks to be in jest, xQc’s performance on Twitch over the last year is certainly noteworthy, maintaining a strong core fanbase while flitting between different games, playing with different people and not sectioning himself to being a star in one particular title. Although he wasn’t nominated for streamer of the year, he likely won’t be too upset as he has not only shown immense progress as a streamer but can see that his audience is one that is stronger than even many of the nominees. Maybe next year he’ll see himself alongside all of the other winners at the Esports Awards.

xQc explains why CoD pros are now held to different standards in the CDL – Dexerto
xQc explains why CoD pros are now held to different standards in the CDL Twitch star and former Overwatch pro Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has explained why Call of Duty pros must now act differently at the dawn of franchising, after Dallas Empire sub MuTeX was caught using offensive language on stream. Activision’s Call of Duty League has welcomed hundreds of millions of dollars of investment, with team slots going for a reported $25 million. Twelve teams are now locked in and set to compete in the first season of the CDL, beginning January 2020. With the increased investment and the marketing power of Activision behind it, Call of Duty esports will likely experience a spike in interest. Three-time world champ, Damon ‘Karma’ Barlow, drew a comparison of the repercussions (or lack thereof) xQc faces while speaking in a similar vein on Twitch, versus those MuTeX faced after uttering derogatory remarks during a live broadcast. After dealing with the consequences of his actions while under contract within the Overwatch League, Lengyel was quick to respond to Barlow’s Tweet. When your organisation spends 25 MILLION dollars to get a franchise slot they want to make shareholders happy. Don’t try to explain the current state of the culture to billionaire investors. Once you sign and earn their money, you play their game with their rules now. — xQc (@xQc) November 24, 2019 “When your organization spends 25 million dollars to get a franchise slot, they want to make shareholders happy,” xQc said. “Don’t try to explain the current state of the culture to billionaire investors. Once you sign and earn their money, you play their game with their rules now.” As a former Overwatch pro in the OWL, xQc has witnessed first-hand the difference of competing in a franchised league, and the impact that stepping out-of-line can have on your career. Following a stage 1 loss to Houston Outlaws, the former Dallas Fuel player made offensive comments while livestreaming, directed towards Outlaws player Austin ‘Muma’ Wilmot. Subsequently, Lengyel was suspended by both the Overwatch League and Dallas Fuel — rendering him unable to compete until the end of Stage 1. Less than two months after the Canadian received his suspension, he was banned by the Overwatch League yet again — this time for the use of the ‘TriHard’ emote on the official Blizzard–governed stream. Two days after the incident, Dallas Fuel released Lengyel from their active roster. The former Overwatch pro issued his point-of-view from a position of experience, given the current interest from investors in the Call of League.

xQc explains what Overwatch does to his brain while streaming – Dexerto
xQc explains what Overwatch does to his brain while streaming Twitch: xQc / BlizzardThe former Overwatch pro and current Twitch superstar Felix ‘xQc‘ Lengyel has one of the most fascinating minds of any streamer, and after he made a mistake during a match, he explained to his chat how his brain operates while trying to play games. Whether or not you’re a fan of xQc, you have to admit that his streams display an element of interest and uniqueness that no other streamer can replicate. Between his mannerisms and his quick way of speaking, clips from his broadcasts are fascinating to watch. Although the French-Canadian has taken a step back from competitive Overwatch, he still occasionally plays the game while streaming. After getting caught out of position and dropped by the enemy team shortly after being resurrected, he explained to chat what was going through his mind that caused him to lose focus. “I have this thing in my brain that happens all the time,” he told the chat. “I think about something and all my focus goes on it, and it’s irrelevant!” He also provided an example of what he means. “I’ll think about wood, table, then tree, leaf, then water, water inside leaves, and I start visualizing inside my head,” he continued. “Doesn’t have anything to do with streaming or Overwatch, like it has no link at all! Why am I even here in my head?” After explaining this, however, he immediately focused up on playing Zarya, and the former pro tank helped his team capture the point and claim the victory. After the win, he went back to describing his thought processes to his audience. “It’s some absolute random thought that pops [up,] and you go down the rabbit hole,” he claimed. “I’m thinking about a car, then metal, but then how do they make metal? Probably in one of those pressing machines, but where do they mine from? Probably from a mine, but who does it? Some guy? It goes down and down and down and it never stops.” Several armchair doctors in the chat and on reddit were quick to immediately diagnose this as ADHD, but xQc didn’t pay them any attention. This isn’t even the first time this week someone has assumed he has a neurological disorder, after he snapped on a Fortnite teammate for asking if he had Tourette’s. A trademark of an xQc stream is that he will speak loosely and without a filter. His humorous explanation of his thought process while streaming and playing games gives a lot of insight to his beloved antics that have helped make him a star on the Twitch platform.

xQc explains what his viral “six console” rant was really about – Dexerto
xQc explains what his viral “six console” rant was really about After winning ‘Meme of the Year’ at NymN’s 2019 Twitch awards, Felix ‘xQc‘ Lengyel opened up about how his infamous “six consoles” rant sums up his views on streaming. Popular streamer NymN is holding his own Twitch awards to wrap the year up, and gave xQc Meme of the Year for his hilarious rant about other streamers’ over-the-top setups. Accepting the honor, the popular variety broadcaster revealed why the rant explains how he sees himself as a streamer, and not wanting to view the medium as a typical job. xQc explains what his six console rant was about The popular Twitch star’s explosive rant about other streamers’ setups first went viral in April when he went off on other personalities that utilize multiple cameras, and microphones. “Sound filter, six monitors, pedals, drums, a gaming guitar controller, six consoles! Ten computers, bunch of f**king wires, sound pads, speakers!” he kept listing off, as he mocked other Twitch channels with elaborate setups. The clip quickly went viral, and was one of the most watched videos on Twitch in 2019 with over 457,000 views. The Canadian streamer finished the rant by saying,”I don’t want to go into an office.” During NymN’s yearly awards round up on December 28, the popular streamer opened up more on what the rant really meant to him, and explained the popular moment came when a fan went into his chat and complained about his bad lighting and mic quality. “I’ve always had like bad lighting. And the mic has always been pretty bad. But whenever I go to the computer, and I go turn on the stream, I want to be just like when I didn’t stream,” he said. “Whenever I woke up and I got something to eat, and I’m just on the computer, I want to be just like that.” He then explained why he doesn’t want streaming to feel like a job: “I don’t want my room to feel like a studio. For me while I’m making it, for my own experience, I just want to be in an environment that I don’t feel like you have to make content.” xQc then clarified that he doesn’t want his streaming space to feel like he’s “on the clock” for work. “I don’t want to feel like I’m going to work. I felt like if I upgraded my setup at once it would feel like that 100% and create a distinction,” he said. The Canadian then stated he wanted his upgrades to be a natural progression that he bought “slowly” over time, and that other streamers “ramp it up” and decide to buy their entire elaborate setup at once. NymN pressed the Overwatch pro on whether he would consider buying any of the items he listed in his rant, to which he hilariously responded “Yeah, a mic filter!” and then confessed that he bought one. If nothing else, the over the top rant is a good example of why xQc continues to be one of the most popular streamers in the world. The viral moment was so beloved that we put it as our number one pick for the most funniest Twitch clip of 2019 in our yearly round up. The Canadian personality was also the most viewed channel on the streaming platform in December, and as of the time of this article has over 1.8 million followers, and consistently brings in over 30,000 viewers per broadcast.

xQc explains what makes Buddha the best GTA RP streamer – Dexerto
xQc explains what makes Buddha the best GTA RP streamer Instagram: xQc/Twitch: BuddhaWhile Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel was submitting his votes for The Streamer Awards, he explained to his chat why Buddha deserves to be crowned the best GTA RP streamer. Announced on February 1, QTCinderella and Maya Higa revealed ‘The Streamer Awards,’ their own take on honor shows like The Game Awards and Streamys. While streaming in the Just Chatting category on Twitch, xQc decided to submit his votes before the March deadline. He quickly clicked on Buddha’s name and explained to his chat why that’s who he chose. He said: “It’s people that can create out of nothing. Buddha for sure.” Buddha has soared in popularity thanks to his contribution towards role play on the NoPixel server, using his character ‘Lang Buddha.’ Buddha has amassed over 755,000 followers on Twitch, with hundreds of thousands more on his social media platforms. xQc explains the ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ ways to simp – Dexerto
xQc explains the ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ ways to simp Instagram/xqcow1Twitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel is never one to shy away from giving his opinion on current events, and with the concept of “simping” now being more popular than ever, the French-Canadian star decided to explain his take on the subject. “Simping” commonly refers to an act where men project their entire self-identity on a female personality online, and do or say things they may not agree with because they believe this woman would want them to do so. This can include things like giving them money or gifts in exchange for their time or attention – or, in some cases, a perceived relationship with the woman in question. “There is a right way and bad way of using it,” xQc said of the term while pulling up Microsoft Paint to visualize his thoughts for the chat. After drawing a stick figure man to act as a surrogate for his viewers, along with a woman (who he jokingly dubbed “the juice”), Lengyel explained that men make maneuvers to acquire said “juice.” “Maneuvers might put you in a position of submission sometimes,” he continued. “Like, actual simping.” According to the former Overwatch League pro, it all comes down to the time and price you’re willing to pay for the chance to get “the juice.” “Let’s say you do something that costs, say, 10% of your income. Which is a lot. And gives you, 1% [chance] of getting the juice. That is absolute simp mode!” he blasted. “But what if something costs you like ten minutes of ‘simping’ for 75% of getting the juice? Hell f**king yeah, dude!” “It’s such a low investment and a high return rate! Who gives a f**k? I’m getting the juice, yo!” he exclaimed. However, there are some “simps” who take the concept way too far, and the Canadian couldn’t resist roasting those who make all simps look bad. “The problem is, real-life simps are kinda like this,” he went on, adding another image to his work of art. “$10,000 for 0.001% chance of juice. That’s just f**king weird! That is so simp zone, you can’t even fathom the idea.” For Lengyel, his biggest issue was that his last two examples often get mixed up, which creates a “disconnect in the language” and causes people to start “malding.” As internet culture continues to evolve, we should be thankful that xQc is right there to assist with all the new definitions and terms.

xQc explains how YouTube can compete with Twitch’s live viewership – Dexerto
xQc explains how YouTube can compete with Twitch’s live viewership xQcOW / Twitch / YouTubePopular Canadian streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has shared his thoughts on how YouTube Gaming can compete with Twitch’s live viewership numbers, as the Amazon platform still dominates. With the biggest gaming content creators now signing exclusive deals to stream their content on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook, there is often discussion around which site is best for creators. While it can be difficult to measure the overall success of each platform, new data for “total hours watched” has sparked a debate among the community, and Twitch star xQc is one of the latest to share his opinion on the “Streamer Wars.” Twitch vs YouTube streaming Twitch has been known as the go-to platform for live gaming and esports content in recent years, but YouTube Gaming has been making big moves lately. Massive personalities like PewDiePie, Valkyrae, and CouRage are now streaming exclusively on the video-sharing site. After YouTube’s Head of Gaming Ryan ‘Fwiz’ Wyatt revealed that they had already seen a lot of success with ‘total watch time’ for gaming content, with VODs and video uploads, and that they were “less focused” on live viewership, xQc shared his thoughts on the matter. xQc, currently one of the most-watched streamers on Twitch, claimed that YouTube’s current approach could be better for converting their videos’ audience into long-term live viewership. Late to the thread but thought id chime in. Opinion: emulating video format via short lenght events don’t make for long term live audience conversion. Creators going live regularely and getting decent analytics return builds a needed foundation. Incentives to watch live is key — xQc (@xQc) November 1, 2020 “Emulating video format via short length events don’t make for long term live audience conversion,” he explained. The Twitch star followed up, adding that YouTube could put more of a focus on live content by providing viewers with even more incentives to watch any events when they’re on. “Creators going live regularly and getting decent analytics return builds a needed foundation. Incentives to watch live is key.” Live audience conversion doesn’t matter when Twitch’s total watched hours are 0.41% of Youtube in gaming content alone. You’re placing arbitrary value on live content. VOD content monetizes better, is more discoverable, and easier to consume. Twitch isn’t even in the real race. — Devin (@DevinNash) November 1, 2020 However, ex-CLG CEO Devin Nash followed up on the streamer’s take. He added that while Twitch is ahead in live viewership, Fwiz’s focus was understandable, as YouTube’s current format can be easier to monetize. Nash argued that xQc was placing too much value in live viewership over the total amount of hours watched. While it is clear that each platform has its own strengths, viewers will be interested to see what happens in the battle of livestreaming, and how the playing field could change in the coming years.

xQc explains problem with Facebook streaming after DisguisedToast move – Dexerto
xQc explains problem with Facebook streaming after DisguisedToast move Popular streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel explained that he is unsure of Facebook’s streaming platform after Jeremy ‘DisguisedToast‘ Wang announced that he would be moving from broadcasting on Twitch. With the rising popularity of content creators, many different streaming platforms have been looking to sign the biggest stars to exclusive deals in the hope of attracting their fans to their site. Since Ninja’s massive announcement that he would be streaming exclusively on Microsoft’s platform, Mixer, many other streamers have followed suit by switching to other broadcasting sites. After popular OfflineTv star DisguisedToast announced he would be leaving Twitch for Facebook, xQc shared some of his concerns about the social networking site’s broadcasting platform. While looking through some of the community’s feedback on DisguisedToast’s announcement, the Canadian highlighted one of the Reddit user’s observations that having your Facebook profile displayed when typing in chat seemed a little odd. “This platform displays your full name when you type in chat, like what the f**k!” xQc exclaimed, before expressing that streamers would be able to call out anyone in their chat with access to their viewers’ profile information. xQc explained that if someone was hating on a streamer in the chat, they would not be anonymous to the same extent as they would be on other platforms such as Twitch, which could lead to serious privacy concerns. Although having your Facebook profile on display to other viewers would likely dissuade trolls from typing, it could also prevent some hardcore fans from engaging with streamers on the platform. DisguisedToast is among one of the first big-name streamers to make to move over to Facebook’s Streaming platform so it is yet to be seen just how viewers will find the new broadcasting experience. However, despite some concerns popular Twitch streamer Pokimane revealed that she was a fan of her fellow OfflineTV star’s announcement to move to Facebook and explained that she had faith DisguisedToast could even help elevate his new streaming platform to a new level. As for xQc, it is unlikely that the popular streamer will follow in DisguisedToast’s steps by moving to another platform following his rise as one of Twitch’s top creators in recent months, consistently pulling in tens of thousands of viewers when he goes live.

xQc explains himself after leaking “cheats” folder on his PC – Dexerto
xQc explains himself after leaking “cheats” folder on his PC YouTube: xQcOWPopular streamer xQc ended up having to explain why he had a folder labeled “cheats” on his PC after he accidentally revealed his folder menu screen live on stream. The reason behind it was a lot more innocent than some fans had hoped. Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel is one of Twitch’s most popular streamers, with a follower count of over 4.4 million. Thanks to the sheer amount of streaming he does, it’s no wonder that on a daily basis something dramatic or hilarious ends up happening while live. This time, people thought Felix had really messed up when he accidentally revealed his computer screen mid-stream. Lengyel made matters worse by appearing to panic as the screen showed, probably just worried that something private might have shown accidentally. xQc explained that he has a push to mute, and when he clicked it, it ended up pulling up a screen full of files. The names of the folders included ‘Battery,’ “Bit and Sub Badge Files,’ along with games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Fall Guys. It didn’t take long for one folder to catch viewers’ attention though: one labeled ‘Cheats.’ Almost as soon as the page opened it was closed, but chat managed to catch on to the suspiciously named folder and flooded xQc with comments about it. Read More: Who is CodeMiko? – Felix then went on to explain why exactly the folder is named that, and it was a lot less incriminating than it initially looked. “It’s Minecraft mod packs. I have a ‘cheat’ folder, that’s just how it works.” After a moment of thinking he said “ah it’s actually not even Minecraft. It’s Pokemon. I’m dumb, it’s actually Pokemon.” “Whenever you download a game like Pokemon and you have a randomizer, and your randomizer, there’s something called ‘cheats,’ and those cheats are like to make the game different,” he continued. “If you’re doing a certain run, you have to use a cheats folder. It’s called cheats because you’re cheating the game, you’re cheating it. Either to make it harder, or easier.” That didn’t stop the chat making jokes about the accidental reveal, but at least Felix’s explanation illuminated the real reason he has a folder labeled cheats on his computer. Read More: Twitch unbans Forsen – Using any kind of cheats or hacks in games is actually against Twitch’s community guidelines (not to mention likely to get you banned from the game as well). So, of course, xQc will stay well away from anything untoward when gaming. But, mods are allowed on Twitch, provided it doesn’t “give the account owner an unfair advantage in an online multiplayer game.”

xQc explains how he used to scam people on World of Warcraft – Dexerto
xQc explains how he used to scam people on World of Warcraft The Overwatch League/Blizzard EntertainmentStreamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel told fans about his method of scamming items off of players in World of Warcraft during his pre-Overwatch days. The scam all happened while trading with other players, “So I would put in 30,000 really fast, and while he was putting the item in, I would remove a zero, then accept and he would accept.” “So he would give me the item for 3,000, instead of 30,000,” xQc explained to viewers. “It’s an old scamaz, right? But it would work most times, like 60 percent.” He would do this over and over again to get more items, but in order to get away with his master plan he needed a way to get rid of the items he had scammed, so he came up with a form of in-game money laundering. “So I would buy some shit with the gold, then I would sell it, so the game wouldn’t be able to give the money back to the guy when I get banned,” xQc explained to fans. “If I do get banned the money is lost everywhere, it’s spread out in the world, I cleansed the money. So I would get banned for a day or two days and keep the money,” the streamer laughed. These kinds of scams were pretty common in games like WoW and Runescape Classic, and the idea of xQc literally laundering scammed gold off of unsuspecting players clearly is still amusing to him.

xQc explains hilarious reason why he wouldn’t box JustaMinx – Dexerto
xQc explains hilarious reason why he wouldn’t box JustaMinx Instagram: JustaMinx / Twitch: xQcOWTwitch star xQc is set to commentate at iDubbbz’s upcoming charity boxing event… but if he were putting on the gloves, he says he would avoid fighting JustaMinx at all costs. YouTube star iDubbbz is orchestrating one of the biggest and most unexpected events in the history of influencer boxing. Dubbed ‘Creator Clash,’ the upcoming fight night special boasts a star-studded card with 11 bouts between 22 content creators from various social media platforms, thus far. Including names like the Game Grumps’ Arin Hanson and OTV’s Michael Reeves, the influencers on this card are certainly turning heads — as are the plethora of commentators set to add their own spin on the proceeding bouts. xQc is one of the commentators slated to give the play-by-play throughout the night, alongside MoistCr1TiKaL and FaZe Sensei. While he won’t be putting on any gloves or headgear for Creator Clash, he definitely knows who he would be avoiding if he were to get in the ring — Twitch streamer JustaMinx. Minx, a comedic Irish Twitch star, is currently slated to face off with TikToker YodelingHaley and has been open about her boxing training over on her Twitter account. xQc explains why he doesn’t want to box JustaMinx According to xQc, Minx is simply too unpredictable to get into a scrap with, saying he knows better than to face off against this particular influencer. “Oh no, she can definitely beat the s**t out of you,” he said in a recent Twitch stream. “Dude, I wouldn’t fight Minx. It’s not because of any bias or whatever, I just think she’s kinda crazy.” “She’s gonna do something that nobody expects and even she doesn’t expect,” he added. “Like, her body’s gonna move on its own, dude, or something crazy, and you’re just gonna die.” This unpredictability is one of the many reasons iDubbbz chose the influencers for Creator Clash, saying the element of “mystery” is one of the reasons he loves influencer boxing. Creator Clash will take place on May 14. For more information, check out our hub on how to tune into this unprecedented boxing event.

xQc explains why bullying is a “requirement” in schools – Dexerto
xQc explains why bullying is a “requirement” in schools Twitch: xQcOW / UnsplashAfter a heated exchange in CSGO with his chat, Twitch mega star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel went off into one of his classic rants, where he explained why bullying is a “requirement” in schools. xQc is known for his insane Overwatch skills as one of the best tanks in the hero-based shooter, and is popular on Twitch with his entertaining broadcasts often filled with his explosive rants and hilarious observations. However, after a testy exchange with his chat in CSGO during his October 6 stream, the Canadian personality went off and turned the conversation into a rant explaining why we “need” bullying in schools. “Bullying is a requirement!” After the Overwatch pro had become irritated by what some in chat were saying to him, he went off. “Same thing in school dude. Same thing as always. Talk shit, then someone says shut up retard!. And then you say “Oh my God bullying!” He mocked the person in chat for talking trash, but not being able to handle it when someone dishes it back to them. “ But no no no. That’s the reason we need bullying!” he continued, calling the player out for starting the exchange, but then crying foul when he clapped back. “It’s not that we just need it, it’s a requirement!” Previous to his rant, the Twitch star had gotten into a back and forth with someone in his chat who had talked trash over his match. When he returned, the person in his chat called him toxic which sent xQc into a fuming rage. “Oh, now I’m toxic? You can be toxic, and say some trash shit and discredit me. But when I tell you, I’m toxic. F**k you! You’re the reason toxic exists!” he said, unloading on the person. This then led him into his rant about bullying in schools. While xQc can be known to spew some word salad, he essentially was arguing that people who are fine trash talking others, but then complain about those that respond back in a similar way, are why bullying is “needed.” Whether you agree with him or not, that is the logic to be made out to his over the top rant. It’s unclear if the person was banned from his channel, but the Canadian streamer was not happy. Despite the heated moment, xQc is one of the most popular channels on Twitch, with over 1.6 million followers, and in the top five most subscribed channels on the streaming platform.

xQc explains how English learned in games got him in trouble at school – Dexerto
xQc explains how English learned in games got him in trouble at school Twitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has revealed that the English he learned playing video games got him into heaps of trouble at school. While talking with fellow streamer HasanAbi, who was observing the federal Canadian election results, xQc was asked when he first started learning English. “I learned a lot from Zelda, Halo, and games,” the French Canadian replied. “Most games that are based on narratives and dialogues, you can’t progress in them if you don’t know how to speak English.” 600This stunned Hassan, who followed up by asking if the former Overwatch League pro learned any English in school. xQc then explained that he was taught very basic English and not enough to get by whatsoever. “You know like: ‘the bird is red, I will walk’,” Felix recalled some phrases he had memorized from way back when. He then explained how he had no mastery of the language let alone complete sentences. Can’t see the clip below on mobile? Click here Luckily, xQc had video games to turn to and even thank for helping teach him to speak English. “I would play games and learn English and try to be better online. Online I’d get bullied, right? Cause people would be like: ‘oh broken English, dude.’ And they’d make fun of my broken English. It made me want to be better.” Can’t see the clip below on mobile? Click here While games were helping the future full-time streamer improve his English, not all of what he learned was helpful. In fact, some of it would get him into trouble. “Learning English online isn’t the best, right? Because I would bring it to school. And then they would ask me to write things down,” he said before pondering for a bit before seemingly remembering what was probably a game of capture the flag in gym class. xQc said he would say: “get the flag, b***h” and “f**k you”, but didn’t know what the words meant. “Teachers would be like, ‘dude, that’s a very bad word. Don’t say that’.” Hasan, who is a political pundit for left-leaning YouTube news program The Young Turks, started cracking up at how xQc learned English in gamer lobbies. It’s possible that xQc’s online English lessons help gift the internet with one of the most entertaining streamers on Twitch.

xQc erupts into explosive rant on why AFK players “should get banned” – Dexerto
xQc erupts into explosive rant on why AFK players “should get banned” Twitch: xQcOW / PixabayTwitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel flew into a fit of rage when a teammate in his League of Legends match went away from their keyboard. The Overwatch pro then explained why those that ‘AFK’ should be “banned.” One of the most annoying aspects of playing online games is when a team member suddenly goes ‘Away From Keyboard’ and your entire match is thrown. It’s even more frustrating for team-based titles like CS:GO or DOTA 2. Twitch star xQc felt this pain during his February 8th broadcast when a player during his competitive League of Legends stream quit playing. The Canadian launched into an explosive rant on why it should be a bannable offense. xQc erupts over AFK players The streamer was in the middle of playing League of Legends when he realized that one of his teammates was no longer active. Seething with anger, he then turned towards his chat and aired his frustrations. “So is he going to come back? Or is he just AFK!? He just went AFK he’s just gone. I’m not kidding, I’ve always advocated for this. If you AFK in a game you should be banned for like a couple of days!” he raged. Read More: Logan Paul drops Antonio Brown diss track – The Overwatch pro went further and exclaimed that there is never an excuse for it. “I don’t give a f**k! You should never ever DC a game. It’s absolutely unreasonable to DC from a game. There is no excuse. Zero. Lost power? F**k you! Your fault!” he yelled. He then reiterated his point saying “F**k it one day ban!” When challenged by some viewers in chat on his stance, he defended his views, stating, “it’s a competitive game, man. You don’t f**k around, man!. You want to f**k around? Play casuals, b**ch!” As xQc’s match continued to fall apart due to the absent player, his frustrations began to boil over. “It’s so f**king tilting!” he screamed. “That’s 60 minutes for every team member here. That’s 5 hours combined of lost human time!” The pro then went off on a viewer in his chat who was arguing with him over being this upset. “That’s why you should be banned for a full day. I don’t give a f**k dude! So f**king annoying!” A poorly timed donation then caused him to snap further. “Dude, shut the f**k up. I don’t give a f**k!” Regardless of whether you agree with the Canadian personality or not, MOBA’s suffer from players who AFK due to their long play sessions, and not being able to easily quit. Despite his frustrations, xQc is one of the top streamers on Twitch with over two million followers. He also consistently pulls in thousands of viewers a broadcast, making him one of the most watched channels on the platform.

xQc experiences every emotion possible after Jump King epic fail – Dexerto
xQc experiences every emotion possible after Jump King epic fail Former Overwatch pro turned Twitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has been trying his hand at conquering the beast that is Jump King and has been having a really hard time with it. Call it living vicariously, or just plain taking pleasure in others’ pain, but Twitch viewers love to watch streamers play difficult games and fail, mostly because of their sometimes hilarious reactions. Games like Jump King have made their name off of such reactions, and thanks to a new update, players and streamers like xQc have been checking out what’s new. Things are still pretty rough for players, so that hasn’t changed and a recent fail by xQc left viewers in tears after they watched him lose all of his hard-earned progress. Normally, viewers would be able to count on xQc for an expletive-filled tirade complete with screaming and yelling, but this time, he watched his character fall back to the beginning silently. Despite not saying anything, his various facial expressions did all the talking as he watched he character tumble all the way down. At the end of the clip, he was finally able to let a sound out to let his viewers he realized what was happening. The Twitch star isn’t really known for his patience, but that’s just what you need to have if you ever want to be successful in a game like this. It requires very precise movements and we just saw what happens if you have even just one mishap. While this might seem like a huge drop, that’s just par for the course in Jump King as the whole game is built around frustrating fails like this. Eventually, you either persevere or give up, and most players will definitely fall into the latter category. On the bright side, these consistent fails make great content for viewers to watch and laugh around with. Nobody likes watching their favorite streamers grow frustrated with a game they’re playing, but for a game like this, it’s tough to not be entertained. Many players don’t like the feeling of failure, and that definitely goes for former esports pros, so it’s possible we won’t see xQc fully drop this game until he is able to conquer it.

xQc forced to end first Twitch stream in LA early after everything goes wrong – Dexerto
xQc forced to end first Twitch stream in LA early after everything goes wrong Twitch: xQcFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel’s first Twitch broadcast back in Los Angeles didn’t quite go according to plan, as the popular streamer had his return cut short due to a number of mishaps. After months of jumping from one house to another in response to “non-stop” Twitch stalkers, xQc finally made his way back to Los Angeles. As one of the most popular figures on social media today, xQc made the call to return to LA to be closer to friends in the industry and also to accomplish some bigger dreams. “It’s definitely about making it easier if I want to do stuff, to go to studios,” he said just a few weeks ago. However, his first day back in sunny LA didn’t exactly meet his standards. Just shy of two hours into his Twitch return and xQc’s broadcast came to an abrupt end. While fans were caught off guard at first, he soon took to Twitter and explained the situation. OF COURSE, IT WOULDNT BE A TYPICAL LOCATION MOVE IF THE INTERNET DIDNT GO OUT ON THE FIRST DAY. I’LL BE BACK IN THE MORNING, THANKS FOR TUNING IN REGARDLESS ❤ SEE YOU GUYS THEN 👋 — xQc (@xQc) October 18, 2021 “Of course,” xQc joked as if he was half expecting this turn of events. “It wouldn’t be a typical location move if the internet didn’t go out on the first day.” Obviously, streamers are always in need of some of the best internet money can buy. While some pay a premium to have direct lines installed to their homes, others are left to deal with the Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Given xQc only just moved into a new spot in LA, he’s in the latter half of the equation for now. As a result, network issues are to be expected from time to time. It just so happened that these issues didn’t wait around. On his very first day back in front of a camera, it all came crashing down early into xQc’s typical stream duration. Rather than waiting it out and trying to get back online, that was where he decided to call it a day for his first LA stream in the past few months. Fortunately, xQc didn’t seem all too bothered by the short-lived return. Read More: Who is going to be in Mr Beast’s Squid Game? – After a night off, he’ll be back to business as usual and streaming live on Twitch for hours on end — if his internet gets sorted out at least.

xQc’s latest epic desk slam ended his Fortnite stream unexpectedly early – Dexerto
xQc’s latest epic desk slam ended his Fortnite stream unexpectedly early Popular Twitch streamer Félix ‘Fortnite resulted in the rage-prone personality to hilariously end his broadcast rather abruptly. Twitch audiences are used to xQc’s hilarious and sometimes unprovoked bouts of desk-abuse, and every once in a while, it gets to the point that even his own stream can’t take the fearsome images as they unfold. Since retiring from the Overwatch pro scene, xQc has been enjoying a successful career as a variety streamer, broadcasting everything from IRL adventures to gameplay from a multitude of titles. While he is an absolute monster when jumping into an Overwatch game with anyone of his main tanks, it’s not usually the same story when he jumps into other titles like Fortnite. During his Friday Fortnite foray, the streamer got isolated from the rest of his team which saw him get jumped by incoming squad. Showing off his juiced upped Fortnite skills, xQc managed to knock down and eliminate one of his foes. Trying to create some distance between himself and the other enemy, xQc retreats to pop a Slurp Juice but it doesn’t look like he properly covered all of his angles. The foe brazenly ran through an opening in xQc’s enclosure, taking him unawares and eliminating the streamer from the game. When the realization sunk in, xQc threw down the hammer of a fist onto his desk that shook his cam which managed to stay alive for a brief moment before the stream disconnected. The technical difficulties stemmed from his juiced up slam sent his Twitch Chat into a frenzy, spamming everything from “LULW” to “OmegaLUL.” When xQc finally came back moments later, he had already Alt+F4’d out of Fortnite while cementing his resolve of not going on with the day’s competition. “This was an experience guys,” xQc said after quickly exiting the game. “I am NOT doing Loser’s Bracket! Not doing it.” The streamer continuously apologized to his stream since he was adamant about not jumping back into the battle royale’s island. While his Fortnite fans might have been disappointed that he didn’t continue the Friday tournament, they at least got to witness another epic entry in xQc’s long library of juiced up slams.

xQc gets emotional after hitting massive Twitch milestone – Dexerto
xQc gets emotional after hitting massive Twitch milestone Streaming star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has gotten emotional over hitting 100 million total views on his Twitch channel, reflecting on his rise to stardom and the meaning of milestones. xQc’s rise to the top of Twitch has been nothing short of meteoric. Over the two years, he has gone from an audience of hundreds to tens of thousands. Over 20,000 people tune into his stream every day, and he has around 25,000 subscribers on the platform. His mix of hot takes, good gameplay, and outgoing personality has made him a hit with the platform’s regulars, even if they struggle to understand him at times. He’s now one of the most watched individual streamers on Twitch, hitting the 100 million total views milestone on November 19, and worth millions to the platform. Stardom hasn’t changed a single thing about the self-titled “French-Canadian cucklord,” but once in a while he even has to stop and smell the roses of success. On a November 20 stream, xQc broke down what it means to hit such massive numbers over the course of the year, and even got a bit emotional over the whole thing. While he’s a firm believer in that numbers aren’t everything, he thinks it’s important to celebrate your achievements. “Listen chat, we don’t get hooked up here on numbers too much — numbers don’t really mean a lot,” said xQc. “When you think about numbers, you get detached and it creates a distance — you kind of lose touch. “But every once in a while, it’s always okay to have a pit stop where you stop for like five seconds to look at and say “it’s a milestone.” It’s kind of therapeutic, a token of progress.” Can’t load the video below? Click this link and skip to 23:31. However, milestones haven’t always been a good thing for xQc. He once believed that every milestone was a limit, rather than a story of success, and that after he hit each individual one, he was bound to fail the next. “I’m not kidding, there was a time where I didn’t like milestones at all because every time I reached a milestone I was like “that’s it, that’s it,”” he said. Read more: The 100 Thieves Cream Hoodie is back – “Every time we hit like 100 subs, 250, 500, 1,000, it was always bittersweet because I was like “holy sh*t we got this many subs” and it’s gonna suck at the same time because I think that’s it, that was the end and we’d plateau. There was no way someone would want to hang out with some French-Canadian cucklord playing main tank in a f*cking dead game.” It wasn’t just an earlier streamer thing either. When he was well onto his way into people’s living rooms around the world, he was still worried that one day he’d wake up and it would all be over. “At 2,000, I was like we’ve done it, there was no way dude, it does not go up from here, and tomorrow it’ll go down. Then we got 3,000, and 5,000, And every time there was another slice above, I always thought about that.” However, he eventually hit a point where he just stopped believing in the numbers being a hurdle to trip on. Instead, they become a point of celebration every single time, and a great way to reflect and be grateful for his success. “Even at like 15,000, 20,000, I always felt the same way, and it kinda made me realise that — I don’t know, I wish I had some wisdom here. I guess sometimes, even if you can’t see it, you can still push forwards and you’ll get there regardless, you’ve just gotta believe.” There’s a lot to look back on and be glad about, regardless of numbers and public criticism. He’s put smiles on millions of faces around the world with his hilarious antics over the last three years, and that’s something to be proud of regardless of numbers. It’s unlikely he will ever hit that plateau he was so petrified of, and his reach will only grow further as he knocks down more milestones like this one.

xQc dumbfounded after discovering “slots for kids” during gambling stream – Dexerto
xQc dumbfounded after discovering “slots for kids” during gambling stream During a recent gambling session, Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel stumbled upon a child-friendly slot machine complete with stuffed animals and cute sound effects. xQc’s relationship with gambling has been rocky, to say the least. He’s gone from admitting he has an addiction and feeling bad for leading so many people to start gambling, to ignoring all of the criticism and returning to gambling in 2022. The massive creator has been criticized by viewers and fellow streamers, often claiming xQc could cause his younger viewers to start gambling. But X argues his fans will see the amount of money he loses and dissuade them actually gambling. That being said, he recently revealed that $119 million had been wagered using his promo code. And during his latest stream, he stumbled upon a virtual slot machine that looked to be made for children. xQc finds childish slot machine while gambling On June 27, xQc was enjoying a spot of gambling on stream hopping from game to game on Stake.com. His guest spotted a game with a stuffed Hippo in the thumbnail called Fluffy in Space, and xQc reluctantly clicked on it. After having to use a VPN to access the game, Lengyel was met with a low-stakes slot machine featuring cutesy mascots and squeaky sound effects. As well as the low low max bet of $12.50. For reference, xQc normally plays slot machines where he bets $1,000 or more every play. And while he loses more money each play, he often wins hundreds of dollars every few players. But during his minute-long Fluffy in Space stint, he only walked away with a dollar in winnings. xQc was left speechless for most of the segment, but his chat was quick to call out the machine for being “slots for kids”, “child slots”, and “gamba for toddlers”. When he finally had enough of the slots daycare, xQc asked, “What is this goofy odd dogs**t? That was mind-boggling.” He then switched to a different – albeit still cartoony – slot machine where he won and lost thousands of dollars in a matter of seconds.

xQc embarrasses FaZe Clan’s Nate Hill and 100T’s SirD with brutal roast – Dexerto
xQc embarrasses FaZe Clan’s Nate Hill and 100T’s SirD with brutal roast Trash talking Twitch streamer Felix ‘Fortnite Battle Royale pro players. xQc is known as an Overwatch player, but often streams other games on his Twitch channel, and when he started playing new FPS game Splitgate: Arena Warfare, he came up against a number of FaZe clan members including Hill and Funkbomb. He may have been playing against some of the most talented gamers in the world, but when the Canadian took down Nate Hill, he let loose with a tirade of verbal abuse. After eliminating Hill’s character with the butt of his weapon, xQc mocked his rival’s career as a Fortnite Battle Royale streamer, a game that has a young audience. “Good luck at the Fortnite World Cup,” the Canadian told Hill. “Enjoy playing with little children online, fucking idiot. “Enjoy going to the after party at World Cup with literal 10-year-olds drinking fucking Sprite, you fucking cuck soyboy.” While some would choose to ignore famed troll xQc, Nate Hill decided to fire back at the former Overwatch pro on Twitter, thanking him for his “well wishes,” before writing that he hoped xQc could find “a game you’re good at!” 100 Thieves pro player SirD waded into the argument, saying: “the funny parts is how terrible [xQc] is at Fortnite Battle Royale.” Unsurprisingly, xQc delivered a fatal blow to SirD, replying: “The funny part is you being signed [to] a huge organization and there’s still not a single person who knows who the fuck you are.” the funny part is you being signed on a huge org and there’s still not a single person who knows who the fuck you are — xQc (@xQc) May 29, 2019 SirD followed up by posting a video of Turner ‘Tfue’ Tennney, saying: “This is not cool, this is fucking bullshit.” He added that the Dallas Fuel player “didn’t have to go in that hard.” The 100 Thieves member later threw the towel in for good, tweeting: “Dear xQc fans, I surrender, lol,” with a GIF that simply stated: “I quit.” Dear XQC fans, I surrender lol. Goodnight pic.twitter.com/oy1w7xqTnP — 100T SirD (@SirDimetrious) May 29, 2019 Nate Hill refrained from addressing the amazing trash talk any further on Twitter which, based on the quality of xQc’s comebacks, was probably a good idea.

xQc “dragged out” of Montreal casino due to “clickbait” article – Dexerto
xQc “dragged out” of Montreal casino due to “clickbait” article xQc/TwitchFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel was “dragged out” of a Montreal casino after it was revealed he has a province-wide gambling ban stemming from a “clickbait” article in 2022. The popular streamer, who signed a lucrative deal with Kick worth more than $100 million earlier this year, has been turning heads with his “mind-boggling” wealth and crazy gambling amounts recently. But now it seems that at least some of xQc‘s gambling ventures will be restricted as he’s revealed that he was removed from a Montreal casino because of a sweeping gambling ban. xQc took to Twitter to express his disbelief and frustration over the incident. “Went to the Montréal casino after my birthday dinner to spend some time with my family. Split small amounts to each member so we could play table games and laugh. Security came and dragged me out in front of everyone because of a 2022 radio Canada clickbait article. Cringe,” he tweeted. Later, on his stream, xQc elaborated on the situation, sharing his conversation with the casino staff. “You guys just banned me. I’m here with my family, just chilling out. We’re just betting low amounts. And I’m getting banned from the whole place and you guys are like dragging me out,” he explained. After asking about the reason for his unexpected removal from the casino, the staff cited a 2022 article as the basis for his ban. “Well, dude, basically what happened in 2022, there was an article that came out about you so our online systems banned you from playing online,” they reportedly told him. The article in question appears to be a post from Radio Canada, which refers to xQc as someone “who has a gambling addiction by his own admission.” “I’m banned from everything. Banned from everything in the entire province. All the casinos. All online stuff. I can’t even buy a lottery ticket. I can’t do anything until it’s appealed. I’m banned from everything that has chance in it in the entire state,” he said. However, it appears that xQc won’t have to worry about the province-wide ban for much longer as it’s all but confirmed that he’ll be moving to Miami in the near future after Adin Ross seemingly leaked the information on stream.

xQc drops $100,000 on another incredible sports car he can’t drive – Dexerto
xQc drops $100,000 on another incredible sports car he can’t drive Popular Twitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has bought yet another luxurious car, but he still doesn’t even have his driving license… xQc is one of the biggest streaming stars in the world, as his staggeringly close to 10M followers puts him among the most-followed creators on Twitch. His immense success with streaming has allowed him to treat himself to some luxurious purchases. Despite him not actually having a driver’s license, the Twitch star recently spent an insane $300k McLaren 720s Spider. Now, Lengyel has added a new addition to his ever-growing garage, as a brand-new BMW X6M competition takes pride and place in his collection. In xQc’s February 19 broadcast, the streaming star revealed he bought another car – and he absolutely loves it. Despite not being able to drive himself, a BMW X6M competition will join his ever-growing collection. While he doesn’t mention what model year the new vehicle is, the BMW X6M competition would’ve set the streamer back roughly an insane $110,000. “It’s kinda bussin, sheesh. It’s actually insane,” said xQc. “I like it a lot. I’m really happy with it.” Fans of the streamer wondered why he didn’t opt for Lamborghini Urus instead, but xQc explained that the BMW comes with some great perks. “Nah not the Urus. The Urus is expensive and doesn’t have all the cool perks the BMW has. Dude, the car is like a f**king race car, it pushes like f**king crazy, and it has insane cool features with it.” Nobody can guess what car the juicer will set his eyes on next. But, with absurd 617 hp, his new BMW X6M competition will fit nicely in his garage alongside his McLaren 720s Spider and Tesla that he got in 2020.

xQc doubles down on reaction content after Twitter fight with SomeOrdinaryGamers – Dexerto
xQc doubles down on reaction content after Twitter fight with SomeOrdinaryGamers xQcxQc doubled down on his defense of reaction content after YouTuber SomeOrdinaryGamers described his reaction to LEMMiNO’s JFK assassination documentary as “garbage”. The top Twitch and Kick streamer came under fire for using the rare LEMMiNO upload for free content, with some viewers accusing him of “stealing content”. After xQc stood up for his video by saying: “There are some topics I’ll talk more about… but overall, I know what people want”, YouTuber SomeOrdinaryGamers quote-tweeted one of the viral posts criticizing xQc, saying: “Just a shame garbage like this fills the recommended tab.” xQc fires back at critics accusing him of “stealing” reaction content xQc fired back in the replies, saying: “I wonder what triggers people like you so much. Revenue share? Audience split, algorithm? I’ve heard this complaint a million times and most “public figures” try to attack it from multiple angles, just to fall flat on their face. I’m watching a vid I like to my people. That’s it.” Another commentor said that the streamer should split revenue with the creator of the video at least 50/50, to which xQc replied: “They can claim the whole fucking thing and they do a lot of times. I swear you guys just make sh*t up for the hell of it. “My stuff gets re-uploaded for the “YouTube frogs” that miss the stream. Get me contradictory analytics, or facts. Anything else is zzzzzz.” It doesn’t look like xQc will be backing down from this point any time soon. The video that started the whole debate, LEMMiNO’s JFK assassination documentary, is the youtuber’s first upload in a year. The Swedish creator is knows for his long-form video essays, which often take months, if not years to make. xQc dominates as Twitch’s most-watched streamer of 2020 – Dexerto
xQc dominates as Twitch’s most-watched streamer of 2020 xQc/TwitchFormer Overwatch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has come out on top as the Twitch streamer with the most hours watched in 2020, racking up close to a whopping 149 million hours watched. To have success on Twitch, you either need to put the hours into growing a new community or have grown a following elsewhere that can easily make the jump over to the live streaming platform. Some of Twitch’s biggest streamers like Shroud, Summit, xQc, and Myth will stream for way over 10 hours per day as their fans want more and more content. Some viewers will, obviously, not stick around for a full 15-hour stream, but there are some who are dedicated enough to do so. Whether they stick around or not, though, they all contribute to the total amount of hours that a streamer has had their content watched for, and with the new year now in town, the stats for last year have been totaled up. According to statistics from StreamHatchet, a group that tracks a whole range of stats for live streaming – not just Twitch – it was xQc who was the most-watched streamer last year. Read More: Twitch removes PogChamp emote – The Canadian racked up a whopping 148.9 million hours watched by viewers in 2020. That’s close to 20 million more than the second-placed Gaules, who managed 129.1 million hours through his Counter-Strike: Global Offensive content. Summit1g managed to crack the top three as well, and while the list is dominated by Twitch streamers, NOBRU did manage to grab some representation for YouTube. The 19-year-old Brazillian creator, who plays the Garena Free Fire mobile game professionally, streams on both YouTube and Twitch and managed to finish fourth with an incredible 87.5 million hours watched across both platforms. In terms of total hours watched on platforms, Twitch still dominates, reaching 5.4 billion hours in the final part of 2020 alone. YouTube comes in second, while Facebook lags behind in third. It’s far, far too early to call who’ll come out on top for 2021, but given xQc has already exploded in viewership again thanks to Rust, he might defend his title pretty easily.

xQc dominates highest-earning Twitch streamers list – Dexerto
xQc dominates highest-earning Twitch streamers list Pixabay/xQcPopular Twitch superstar Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel absolutely dominated a new report of the highest-earning streamers by an extremely wide margin. The French Canadian has taken the platform by storm in the last couple of years since exiting the Overwatch League and going on to become of the most hyped variety streamers on the platform. In fact, according to the third-party stat-tracking website Twitch Metrics, Lengyel is the most-watched overall streamer on the entire platform. Whether he’s digging into Minecraft or trying to survive in Among Us, xQc consistently pulls in big numbers. All this attention has pushed his career forward to new heights. As Dexerto previously reported, the streamer made an estimated total of $1,984,001 in 2020. The massive bulk of his profit came from his 55,246 subscribers which contributed $1,595,167 – the most any streamer made from subscriptions. For comparison, second place NICKMERCS made $1,373,397 from subscribers, still over $200,000 behind the 24-year-old from la belle province. However, xQc is only fifth when it comes to money made through ads, as the report claims he made just over $300,000 from 2020. He also falters a bit when it comes to bits and cheers, earning $80,434 from those in 2020 – tenth overall. While there is a bit of a meme in xQc’s community about the Twitch star being a “millionaire,” it turns out the meme is pretty spot on. Lengyel is earning nearly $2 million a year from Twitch alone and that’s not including other opportunities. For example, the report only specifies income made through Twitch, not additional money made through promoting products on social media or the stream. It also doesn’t take into account YouTube, where the streamer has over one million subscribers and uploads videos daily. When it’s all said and done, it’s clear that xQc has come a long way from streaming in his mom’s garage.

xQc displays impressive IRL sniping skills at gun range with Hasan – Dexerto
xQc displays impressive IRL sniping skills at gun range with Hasan Mizkif/YouTubeDuring an outing to the shooting range with Hasan and other streamers, Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel showed off some seriously impressive IRL sniping skills. xQc headed out to the shooting range with Hasan, Adept, and other streamers on September 28 as part of the ongoing S**tCamp IRL festivities. There was plenty of firepower to be had, but Felix really seemed to take to the sniper rifle, knocking off a series of shots that almost make you forget about his so-called “Winston aim.” Once arriving at the range, the gang got some firearms together and started shooting away. Eventually xQc drifted towards the sniper rifle they had on hand, and proved he’s no slouch when it comes to precision shots — at least IRL. Aiming at a metal target downrange, Felix fired off three shots, and after each you can hear the ping of the target being struck. It’s tough to tell from the stream how far away the target was, but, looking at the other options, it was probably several hundred feet away. It was certainly an impressive bit of shooting, but later on in the stream xQc actually put himself in a bit of danger when he wasn’t far enough away from Hasan while the latter fired a pistol. xQc gets an impromptu gun safety lesson Unlike Felix’s sniper, the handgun Hasan was shooting was a semi-auto, which means the rounds automatically eject and shoot out the side. If one isn’t careful, these can injure you as they fly out pretty fast, and they’re very hot. While watching Hasan shoot, Felix forgot to step behind the red safety line and got pelted with a couple of spent rounds before shifting to safety. He was lucky, especially since he didn’t have safety glasses on, but he seems to have escaped unscathed. xQc’s sharp shooting certainly put any rumors of his “Winston aim” to rest (at least for now) and he even got a firsthand lesson in gun safety. All in all, a pretty good day at the range.

xQc totally dominated Twitch streaming in 2021 in just about every way – Dexerto
xQc totally dominated Twitch streaming in 2021 in just about every way Twitch: xQcFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has cemented his place as the reigning king of Twitch, topping the streaming charts in hours watched, active subscribers, and just about every metric on the Amazon-owned platform for the second year in a row. Across the calendar year, xQc raked in a momentous 261m hours watched, according to StreamElements’ year-end report, beating other top streamers like Gaules and MontanaBlack by a landslide. The French-Canadian star has well and truly earned his place at the tippy-top too. In 2021, Lengyel went live on all but twelve days, missing two three-day chunks in July and a smattering of silent November days as he moved house. When streaming, xQc plays a variety of games, including GTA and more. One constant in Lengyel’s career is stream length. The 26-year-old averaged a whopping 9.2 hours each and every stream across 346 of the year, which helped him stay atop Twitch standings in every metric. This year marked a notable increase in xQc’s presence on Twitch. In the past, the reigning king of the platform held a similar schedule, going live nearly every day, but limited his broadcasts to just a handful of hours. Now, it’s not a rare sight to see him hit 24 hours live. xQc’s year wasn’t without controversy either. In July he was whacked with a three-day suspension — one of the only times he missed consecutive days — over a DMCA strike by the Olympics, and then a month later was banned again for airing Kanye’s DONDA album despite warnings. The star has also struggled, at times, to keep his huge fandom in check, often having to apologize for their chat-hopping and site-wide transgressions. One absence in xQc’s year was his long-promised Twitch subathon, which he claimed would overshadow Ludwig’s and run for 60 days. It was delayed several times, and he has since stopped mentioning it. In the middle of 2021, the French-Canadian took several days off to deal with streaming burnout, which he said had been mounting up across the year. At the time, xQc admitted he “could go live,” but wanted to take time away from daily broadcasting until he “could make good streams again.” xQc ends the year with 9.7 million followers on Twitch and a site-high 92.9k subscribers, a count that leaves him seventh in the platform’s historical standings.

xQc disgusts viewers again with his outrageously messy streaming room – Dexerto
xQc disgusts viewers again with his outrageously messy streaming room Twitch: xQcxQx might be Twitch’s most-watched streamer, but that’s despite the low-effort look of his setup where he streams for countless hours every day. In fact, xQc’s setup is so low effort, that he rarely ever cleans it. Most of the world’s top streamers put a lot of time and effort into creating the perfect setup, with green screens, lighting, multiple cameras, and decorations to make the background more interesting. Especially around the festive period, streamers often put their Christmas tree up. Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel, however, has long mocked the lengths that some streamers go to, most famously in his ‘six consoles’ rant, where he jokes about how much time and money streamers spend on their streaming room. He doesn’t want his to feel like work, so keeps it simple. But, xQc’s setup is unique in other ways – mainly how disgustingly dirty it becomes when he doesn’t take the time to clean up. xQc’s filthy streaming room Because he spends the vast majority of his time streaming, he often eats and drinks while on broadcast, and this can leave a lot of dirty dishes and trash around. Although you won’t see it normally, all it takes is for Lengyel to turn his camera around to gross out his viewers. When his partner, Adept, instructed him to clean the room, he said “it’s not even that bad. Then, as he gave his tens of thousands of viewers a look behind the curtain, it came as no surprise to long-time viewers to see the amount of trash that had piled up. Empty cans of Coke, xQc’s favorite, plus endless bags, food containers, and other cups were strewn across his desk, floor, and even under the bed. Not the first time xQc has shown his state of living, the previous time he went viral, for a very similar mess in July. We just hope none of this current mess is still there from that clip 6 months ago. It clearly doesn’t affect his ability to stream, but viewers were unsurprisingly grossed out nonetheless, with chatters leaving messages like “that sh*t is radioactive” and “I can’t even imagine the smell.”

xQc disgusts Twitch fans after revealing “vile” cereal eating habit – Dexerto
xQc disgusts Twitch fans after revealing “vile” cereal eating habit Twitch: xQcTwitch streamer Félix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has left his viewers disgusted after unveiling a particularly obscure cereal eating method. In the world of streaming, the days can be long and it’s important to make time for a quick bite to eat. Streaming icon Félix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has treated viewers to an insight of his meals before, though some are definitely not for a faint stomach. Now, xQc has revealed to his viewers one of his more uncommon methods of eating, as the streamer loves to eat cereal with water (yes, water). xQc abandoned drinking milk years ago: “I’m not trying to be edgy” During his August 26 Twitch stream, xQc dove into a conversation with viewers about his eating habits. While the streamer sadly wasn’t showcasing any fresh cooked meals this time around, he did reveal his choice to steer of milk, favouring water in his cereal instead. xQc explained that “whenever it comes to drinking milk itself, I haven’t drank milk, in dude, like 8 years. I just don’t like it anymore.” “I have cereal either raw or with water. Dudes, guys, I’m not even trying to be edgy or like different dude. I like chocolate cereal with water instead of milk. I think its dank,” continued xQc. If you wondered what cereal the acclaimed streamer prefers, he added that he tends to go for “Krave.” Naturally, xQc’s revelation in the world of cereal eating has caused plenty of Twitch and YouTube viewers to question the streamer’s choices. Within the streamer’s text chat, many viewers claimed they thought it was “vile” to replace milk with water in cereal. However, YouTube is where viewers truly got heated. One commenter said that: “I don’t mind listening to xQc hot takes all day but this is a SIN.” Calling back to another quirky habit of xQc’s, another commenter added: “How will this affect this toenail muncher’s legacy?” While some admitted they weren’t huge fans of the dairy product either, commenters like G_Low said: “I don’t like milk but I would NEVER USE WATER INSTEAD OF MILK BRUH.” Will xQc restore balance to his cereal eating in the future? Only time will tell.

xQc disgusts Twitch viewers by revealing the state of his keyboard: “What is this sh*t?” – Dexerto
xQc disgusts Twitch viewers by revealing the state of his keyboard: “What is this sh*t?” Twitch: xQcPopular Twitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel left Twitch viewers completely grossed out after he revealed the disgusting state of his keyboard. xQc is one of Twitch’s most successful streamers. The former Overwatch League pro frequently streams to tens of thousands of viewers who watch him play numerous games, check out memes and discuss a variety of topics. It’s proven to be quite lucrative for the French Canadian too, as a 2021 leaked earning report indicated that he had made over $8m on the platform since September of 2019. So much streaming, however, seems to have left the Twitch icon’s keyboard in a state of disarray and even baffled the streamer himself when he decided to clean it. xQc grosses himself out by cleaning his keyboard During a March 24 broadcast, Lengyel showed his keyboard off on camera, much to the disgust of his viewers who didn’t appreciate how dirty it was. “It’s not bad-bad,” xQc said at first despite his chat thinking the opposite. A few moments later, the Laval native noticed crumbs and other gunk fall onto his desk from the keys and started having second thoughts. “Oh my God. It is kinda bad,” he admitted. “Oh my God, what is some of this sh*t?” Eventually, he was able to get the pieces of dirt and other unknown elements off his desk, but it was clear that his keyboard had seen better days. This isn’t the first time that xQc has grossed out viewers. Back in 2021, he gave a tour of his stream room, revealing a lot of garbage and fast food packages all over his desk area. Hopefully, the Twitch streamer can get his stream hygiene under control so his viewers aren’t left gagging in disgust the next time he shows off his room or equipment.

xQc rediscovers his own “cat-tossing” video following Alinity scandal – Dexerto
xQc rediscovers his own “cat-tossing” video following Alinity scandal xQc, Twitch / DisneyApex Legends – but she isn’t the only one to have thrown her furry friend during a live broadcast, as Overwatch pro and fellow streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel discovered. Alinity stirred up controversy for tossing her pet cat, Milo, out of apparent annoyance, after being interrupted by the feline in the middle of a game – but that wasn’t the only instance of animal mistreatment that viewers noticed from the streamer, who was also caught feeding her cat vodka through a kiss during a previous broadcast. While Alinity’s cat-tossing scandal was seemingly borne out of frustration, xQc discovered a similar instance from his own stream that was much tamer in comparison – and even a bit heartwarming. xQc played the clip during a more recent stream on July 25, which showed him kissing his cat on the nose before gently tossing the pet on his bed, which sat just beside his computer setup. Lengyel was quick to point out the irony of the clip, jokingly poking fun at his actions in comparison to Alinity’s ongoing scandal. “Oh my god!” he exclaimed, eyes open wide in mock shock. “Oh my god, I actually did it. Dude, I yeeted that bitch. Oh my god. Mods, get on it, dude.” Although xQc was able to poke fun at his own cat-throwing clip, he admitted to being surprised that Alinity hadn’t yet been banned for her controversy, claiming that he would keep making jokes at her expense until she has been removed from the platform. While Alinity’s account remains active on Twitch in spite of the scandal, a slew of top internet personalities have spoken out against the streamer, including the likes of Pokimane and even Drama Alert’s KEEMSTAR, who claims to have dirt on both Alinity and Twitch staff. Twitch’s Director of Creator Development, Marcus ‘djWHEAT’ Graham, likewise addressed the issue in a series of Tweets on July 21, writing that he would ban Alinity for 30 days if he had moderation powers – although he clarified that his punishments were merely hypothetical and urged angry fans to “let the Twitch moderation teams do their jobs.” If it was up to me… – I would ban her for at least 30 days – I would ask to see an awareness stream and potential charity drive for pet abuse or pet charities – I would put forth a 90 day probation post-ban with a no-tolerance period (you mess up = ban) & check ins— djWHEAT (@djWHEAT) July 21, 2019 Alinity is currently cooperating with investigations by her local SPCA, while fans await an official statement from Twitch regarding her potential punishment.

xQc disgusts fans with trash on stream again but he claims its “not bad” – Dexerto
xQc disgusts fans with trash on stream again but he claims its “not bad” Twitch: xQcTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel once again left fans feeling a little queasy after revealing the amount of trash that had piled up around his streaming set-up. Over the last few years, we’ve seen plenty of streamers dedicate hours and, in some cases, days to perfecting the background of their streaming set-up. Many are filled with neon lights, trophies, and other bits of memorabilia, but xQc is different. The former Overwatch League star has a random assortment of items that his fans chose for his background, including a massive Dr Disrespect towel. So, it’s fair to say that he’s not too bothered about having a stylish background. However, he has repeated issues with keeping things clean. Over the years, fans have called out his piles of trash and disgusting bits of leftover food, and it’s now struck again. xQc disgusts fans again with trash around stream room It happened during the early moments of xQc’s February 15 stream, as a number of fans spotted bits of trash sitting on the floor behind him as well as used Gatorade bottles on his desk. As his chat filled up with messages from viewers registering their disgust, xQc claimed it wasn’t too bad. “I don’t like having stuff here, around my keyboard, I hate it,” the Canadian said, showing trash piles on his floor and desk. “The ground is bad, but it’s not bad bad,” he added, noting that he did have an “odd” and “unidentified” smell coming from under his desk due to spilled liquids. As we’ve seen before, the streaming star has drafted in professional help when his room has gotten a bit too out of hand with trash, and it might be time to make that call again. Until then, though, expect his chat to ramp up the pressure for him to clean it. It’s not exactly ideal right now.

xQc explains why Summit1G is criticized for his GTA V roleplay – Dexerto
xQc explains why Summit1G is criticized for his GTA V roleplay Grand Theft Auto V roleplay has pretty much risen from the dead in recent weeks on Twitch thanks to some large streamers coming over to it. Some players, like Felix ‘xQc‘ Lengyel, think they are doing a better job than others at it. If you’ve been on Twitch at all recently you’ll notice that Grand Theft Auto V is usually sitting near the top of the directory. This is due to the re-emergence of GTA V roleplaying which has seen numerous big streamers such as Sodapoppin, Summit1G, Pokimane, TimTheTatman, Lirik, xQc and more others streaming it at any given moment. These streamers all command thousands of viewers each time they go live no matter the game they are playing which is why GTA V is comfortably sitting with so many viewers any time a big streamer is live. Viewers have been critical of Summit’s RP style Since this is many of these streamers’ first times with RP of any kind, there can be some growing pains. Streamers like Jaryd ‘Summit1G’ Lazar have taken some minor criticisms due to their ‘weak’ roleplaying – such as not creating stories for their characters or by treating the RP server as a session of normal GTA Online. In a Reddit thread that claimed Summit doesn’t care if another streamer is harassed by his chat because of him, many viewers and critics condemned him for saying this. “Summit has no character, no storyline, only does heist and races,” said one comment. xQc, who also has some questionable moments while RPing, was looking through that thread when he shared some thoughts of his own about Summit’s roleplaying. “I agree that Summit doesn’t really RP,” xQc said. “I love Summit but he doesn’t RP. Summit does GTA Online in an RP server with a voice changer.” To be fair, Summit would probably agree with that as he is using the same voice changer he used when he played Sea of Thieves. Summit hasn’t found himself in trouble with the people who run NoPixel, the GTA RP server, so while his RP might not be the best, he doesn’t seem to be breaking any of their strict rules.

xQc disappointed Overwatch didn’t include him in Sigma’s release – Dexerto
xQc disappointed Overwatch didn’t include him in Sigma’s release xQc/Blizzard EntertainmentPopular Twitch streamer Felix ‘Overwatch’s newest hero Sigma. xQc made his name on Twitch by playing Overwatch, but has had a complicated relationship with the game over the last few years. He was one of the biggest names in the Overwatch League’s Inaugural Season until he and the Dallas Fuel parted ways early in the season (though he has made somewhat of a return). Since then he’s continued streaming, but likes to switch it up between different games, rather than grinding out Overwatch matches all day. Why was xQc disappointed with Blizzard? Before a new hero is released, Blizzard will often let prominent members of the Overwatch community know beforehand, with an obvious embargo on sharing anything too early. As one of the most popular Overwatch streamers on Twitch, xQc seems like a natural candidate to get in on the action, but it seems like he got left out in the cold for the release of Sigma and only found out along with everyone else. “I don’t care that much how I can gain from a character coming out, right?” xQc asked his chat. “What am I going to gain out of it? Dude, 2,000 followers? There are a billion ways I can grow the stream that I can do good shit.” “But there are not a lot of good ways that we can create excitement for the fucking game and when it’s dying, we can use every bit of help to make it come back from the hole that was dug in for it,” xQc passionately explained. “And I can help with that, and I don’t know why I’m on the fucking sidelines all the time dude.” “I’m not jealous, I’m disappointed in the lost potential,” he told chat. “It makes me upset dude.” What does xQc think of Sigma? After sharing his disappointment with chat, xQc joined the rest of us on the PTR to try the newest Overwatch hero out on stream. xQc confirmed that Sigma is a high skill ceiling hero and his abilities can be tough to get down, just like finally get to try Sigma out on the PTR starting today. And who knows? Maybe by the time Hero 32 rolls around, it will be Felix broadcasting live from Blizzard HQ along with Jeff.

xQc destroys Dr Disrespect for roasting his Pokemon stream – Dexerto
xQc destroys Dr Disrespect for roasting his Pokemon stream Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel had a blast playing Pokemon Sword and Shield on November 14, much to the chagrin of fellow Twitch streamer Dr Disrespect who made his displeasure known. Ever since becoming a variety streamer and leaving the world of pro Overwatch behind, xQc has risen to the top of Twitch. According to the third-party website Twitch Metrics, Felix’s channel is the most-watched variety channel on the entire platform. Part of his success has come from playing games like the newly-released Pokemon Sword and Shield. However, with the success also comes envy and Dr Disrespect made his opinion on xQc’s popular streams well-known. Taking to Twitter, the two-time claimed he was tired of seeing xQc broadcasting to 30,000 viewers while playing Pokemon. I’m tired of seeing @xQc sitting at 30k viewers playing Pokemon. This is my platform and you know it. — Dr Disrespect (@DrDisrespect) November 15, 2019 “This is my platform and you know it,” Doc said, tagging the French Canadian. For his part, however, the former Overwatch World Cup MVP wasn’t intimidated in the slightest and had a tactical nuke of a reply up his sleeve. “Ok boomer,” Lengyel wrote back racking up nearly 1,500 retweets in the process. The term “ok boomer” has gone viral in recent weeks with major news outlets covering the surging popularity of the Millennial-crafted phrase. You son of a….. This isn’t the last you hear from me. — Dr Disrespect (@DrDisrespect) November 15, 2019 The phrase is designed to dismiss the opinions of the Baby Boom generation, otherwise known as “boomers.” It’s short, swift and gets the point across. Most importantly, it shut Dr Disrespect up, for the most part. “You son of a,” the two-time responded, but didn’t bother cursing. He did, however, warn the popular variety streamer that this wouldn’t be the last he would hear of him. With Dr Disrespect’s former top Twitch rival shroud now over on Mixer, it’s possible that he’ll be feuding with xQc next. The two are some of the most dominating personalities on the platform and seeing the duo clash on stream could be a real treat, especially considering how capable the two are at dishing it out. Now, if only there was a way to get Doc and Felix to have a Pokemon battle.

xQc denies dodging Rubius fight and explains why it got canceled – Dexerto
xQc denies dodging Rubius fight and explains why it got canceled xQc/RubiusTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has revealed how his proposed fight with Rubius at La Velada del Año 3 got shut down, even though both streamers wanted to make it happen. Over the years, we’ve seen plenty of top content creators step inside the boxing ring looking to claim bragging rights by taking on someone they’ve been beefing with for a while. Back in June 2022, xQc got called out by Spanish superstar Rubius for a fight, and while they don’t really have any scores to settle, it did create a lot of excitement for fans. The pair of them seemingly agreed to fight in 2023, with xQc putting in the condition that neither of them trains for it. There had been hopes that it would take place at La Velada del Año 3, the massive annual event hosted by Ibai, but that isn’t happening. Firstly, xQc had a scheduling conflict for the announcement, and secondly, well, he just didn’t respond to Rubius’ Discord messages. xQc reveals mistake that canceled Rubius fight at Ibai’s La Velada del Año 3 That’s right, had xQc kept a closer eye on his Discord DMs, fans could have seen him finally stepping into the boxing ring. The former Overwatch star revealed that he sent Rubius a DM on Twitter at the end of February, asking if they were going to fight at Ibai’s event. The Spanish streaming giant responded that it was ultimately too late and they’d missed the deadline, all because xQc didn’t see his Discord messages. “I was going for it, I just didn’t f*cking respond!” xQc said. “I didn’t know there was a deadline man. I didn’t p*ssy out, I had no idea. Dude, I did not know!” In the brief exchange that xQc showed on screen, Rubius noted that he was open to fighting next year, but that xQc would have to keep an eye on his messages this time. Fans can only hope that he is a little more alert to them next time, as a year-long wait for this fight could become a two-year-long wait.

xQc denies NYXXI relationship rumors following on stream kiss – Dexerto
xQc denies NYXXI relationship rumors following on stream kiss xQcTwitch star xQc has flat-out denied that he’s in a relationship following speculation that he’s dating British streamer NYXXI. Following his very public breakup with his now ex-girlfriend Adept, fans were shocked to see xQc with Twitch streamer NYYXXII — who made a guest appearance during his November 1 broadcast. Fans immediately speculated that they were dating, and although neither of them publicly said it, the speculation was seemingly confirmed as the two shared a kiss at the end of the stream. Viewers were ecstatic to learn that xQc moved on from his ex. However, The Juicer has now hit out at his fans and has stated he’s not in a relationship with anybody. xQc denies relationship During his November 5 live stream, xQc made it very clear that he isn’t with NYYXXII, as confused viewers began questioning their relationship after a clip of her kissing another girl in front of him went viral. Viewers began claiming that NYYXXII is in fact cheating on the popular Twitch streamer, and even went as far as to say that he’s a “cuck” — which caused him to hit out at his fans. Although there are YouTube videos labeling NYYXXII as his girlfriend in the title, and even clips of him saying that they’re dating, xQc insisted that they aren’t in an actual relationship. “Bro I’m not in a relationship,” he said. “I am not in a relationship. I am not. Holy f**k. I am not in a relationship holy f**k. I am literally not, holy sh*t. Like oh my god.” He added: “I don’t have a girlfriend. I am not in a relationship. I have never said I had a new girlfriend. I have never said I have a new relationship.” “I never said that a singular time, ever. Hasn’t happened. It has not happened.” To clear the air, xQc revealed that the two of them aren’t together, and for now are just going on dates. “It’s a girl… who I’m currently seeing, and dating. We’re going on dates.”

xQc defends YouTubers with “edgy” history amid iDubbbz controversy – Dexerto
xQc defends YouTubers with “edgy” history amid iDubbbz controversy Twitch: xQcTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has defended YouTubers who have “edgy” content in their past amid the ongoing drama around iDubbbz’s apology over his previous videos. Over the last few years, a number of high-profile YouTube stars have cleaned up parts of their empire with apologies and outright removal of previous videos. These videos, which might have shot them to stardom a few years ago, have gone increasingly under the microscope due to the language used at the time. On May 18, iDubbbz became the latest to apologize for his old videos, calling them “cruel” and “hurtful” at points, and even apologizing directly to Tana Mongeau for “harassing” her in those old uploads. The ‘Content Cop’ star caught some flak for apologizing but stated that he only cared for the responses of those communities he was saying sorry to. Though, xQc has also defended him and other YouTubers who have been making these such apologies. xQc weighs in on iDubbbz apology drama iDubbbz’s apology was the subject of a part of xQc’s May 21 stream as some fans urged him to give his take on what has gone down. “I think doing the apology or not, I think it’s fine either way and I think that’s about it,” xQc said about the apology before giving a bigger picture view of things. “I zoomed out and I realized that if that’s something you need from people, then you should have every creator apologize for almost all of their videos that were uploaded in times of 2012 to 2020. Pretty much, almost all the uploads. All of the old skits and you want them to apologize for every single one of their videos. All of them.” He also mentioned different YouTubers who have also got that “edgy” content in their back catalog, and how its not just a handful of big names. “Most YouTubers did something, like, edgy s*it at the time. Almost every YouTuber. At least, one of their uploads, of like, some edgier content. That’s how it is!” It remains to be seen if any others will follow in iDubbbz’s footsteps, but his fans have been on board with his apologies.

xQc is delaying his ambitious 60-day Twitch subathon – Dexerto
xQc is delaying his ambitious 60-day Twitch subathon Twitch: xQcFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has already slammed the brakes on the ambitious 60-day subathon he was planning to host next month, with the streamer now eyeing a date “later this year” to make his big bid for a slice of Twitch history. Last month, Ludwig Ahgren dominated the streaming world. From March 14 to April 14, the Twitch star broadcast every minute of his life, playing games, seeing friends, and even sleeping in his big red racing car bed. The now-iconic subathon fired Ludwig into the history books as the most subscribed Twitch streamer of all-time, dethroning Ninja in the process, and netted him a whopping 270k subscribers across 31 days. It’s a salivating slice of Twitch pie many want in on, including powerhouse streamer xQc. He claimed: “We’ll beat the record, by a longshot.” The French-Canadian’s promised subathon — which he says will run for a whopping 60 days — has now been delayed, however, until “the end of the year.” xQc confirmed the Twitch subathon delay midway through an appearance on Nmplol’s May 27 stream; the streaming star admitted the “big bucks” he could earn over 60 days at the end of the year is just too alluring to pass up. “I’ve thought about it, [and] I’m not doing it [next month],” the French-Canadian said during a conversation about his subathon. Instead, he revealed, he was eyeing a new date around “the end of the year” to pull the trigger, with December the most likely option to start the two-month saga. “My five-head thinking is doing it Q4. Ads are going to be so wild. The closer you are to Q4… they’re madness!” he said. “Two times, three times as big!” What xQc means is he wants to tap into the boosted CPM (cost per mile) that the Amazon-owned platform offers its partners around the holiday seasons. Because there are more eyes on streams, Twitch’s ad revenue spikes. Ludwig, who ironically was also on the stream, was certainly impressed: “Oh, you’d make so much money! Dude, you’re going to make $2 million in ads in a month.” While xQc fans will be disappointed to hear the 60-day subathon is being pushed back nearly half a year, it certainly makes sense why the Twitch star would want to hold off starting just yet. When the show finally does begin — in December, it sounds like — it’s going to be a spectacle. xQc said of his plans: “I wanna get an IRL backpack ready, a good setup so I can move around the house with multiple computers. I’ve sent a DM to a guy who does a lot of tech stuff, he’s going to help.” “I’m gonna get two or three full computers, so I can do a subathon Andy and put them around the house… yeah, 60 days. It’s gonna be huge.”

xQc defends Pokimane over ‘private’ relationships controversy – Dexerto
xQc defends Pokimane over ‘private’ relationships controversy YouTube/xQcTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel reacted to Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys’ YouTube apology video and ended up defending his fellow streamer over wanting to keep personal relationships secret. In Pokimane’s video, the star explained why she keeps her personal and streaming lives separate from each other – a decision she made when she just started out on Twitch. “I personally made the decision seven years ago when I got into streaming that I don’t want my personal life to be part of my content,” she stated. “That’s what I’m going to stick by until I, or whoever I’m dating, at whatever time, decides otherwise.” For his part, xQc seemed to agree with Poki, especially when she played an older clip from 2019 talking about how many people would care about her relationship status and wanting to keep it between herself and that person. (Segment starts at 15:00) “I’ll actually agree with that,” the French Canadian said. “Okay chat, this is going to be a hot take. This is something I’ve said, not even in anybody’s defense, as a whole: if you have a super out there relationship or whatever, the problem is that no human is perfectly reasonable.” Lengyel then gave an example of a streamer being late all the time or spending time with a partner will cause viewers to be jealous. “People put a lot of pressure on that person and that person brings the concerns back… you let third parties create a wedge in between the people,” he added and further explained how bigger streamers learned from past incidents to keep their relationships private. xQc also said he understands how public relationships could have an impact on viewer donations, but didn’t delve deeper into the topic. Nonetheless, it’s pretty clear that Lengyel understands Pokimane’s position with keeping relationships away from the public and by the sounds of it, other streamers are doing the exact same thing.

xQc defends Ludwig & QTCinderella over Fansly sponsorship after backlash – Dexerto
xQc defends Ludwig & QTCinderella over Fansly sponsorship after backlash YouTube: Ludwig / xQcxQc has spoken up in defense of his fellow streamer and working partner Ludwig, after controversy over his decision to take a sponsorship with ‘Fansly’, an online content creation platform akin to OnlyFans. The Fansly sponsorship was arranged by Ludwig for xQc’s game show “JUICED”, although xQc himself said he had no prior knowledge or involvement in securing the partnership himself. Fansly also sponsored the Streamer Awards show, which is organized by Ludwig’s partner, QTCinderella. “In my defense, I’m not going to sh*t on Lud, on my own show. I had genuinely zero knowledge of Fansly being a sponsor, nor did I sign anything with Fansly, nor did I ever see a singular dollar from Fansly,” xQc said. However, the controversy bubbled, with Twitch streamer and No Pixel owner Koil criticizing Ludwig for the sponsorship. Koil calls out Ludwig over Fansly deal Koil was critical of Ludwig because he believed it hypocritical to take a sponsorship from a platform like Fansly, when his girlfriend, QTCinderella, had recently criticized the spread of deepfake content. “Isn’t it crazy that people in the industry, and on Twitch, will cry about the exploitation of women, … and then their boyfriend will go and take a sponsor from Fansly,” Koil said. However, this take was criticized by many, as the key difference is consent – deepfake content is not consented to by the targets, whereas content on OnlyFans or Fansly is created and owned by the women themselves. xQc defends Ludwig and Fansly sponsorship On his own stream, xQc debated the issue with a viewer. The viewer argued that Ludwig and QTCinderella’s audience was “younger”, and that promoting Fansly was promoting “p*rn”. xQc disagreed, however, retorting that while both Fansly and OnlyFans are used for that purpose, it is not their sole purpose, and they are not exclusively for mature content. He continued, “people who use Fansly in a sexual way, they have all the safeguards, like age verification, that they are 18 plus or whatever.” Ludwig has not addressed the criticism over the Fansly sponsorship himself yet.

Pokimane & xQc hit back at PayMoneyWubby over viewer count insult – Dexerto
Pokimane & xQc hit back at PayMoneyWubby over viewer count insult xQc/Pokimane/Instagram[jwplayer Y7PB7YwV] UPDATE 7-28: Pokimane has responded to PayMoneyWubby’s divisive clip with a humorous clapback: During her own stream, the star stood up to salute Wubby as the video of his comments played, mockingly calling his statements “so brave” as patriotic music sounded off in the background. It seems that Poki isn’t bothered by his remarks, and is even finding some humor in the awkward situation that has since arisen after his clip went viral across social media. Twitch star Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys somehow ruffled a few online feathers with a recent tweet celebrating her viewer count, prompting fellow streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel to suggest that anyone getting upset over it should find some other way to spend their time. If you’ve been on Twitch in any capacity in recent years, you’ll probably know who Pokimane is. Boasting the largest subscriber count of any female streamer on the platform, she’s easily considered one of the site’s biggest stars. As Twitch streamers often do, Pokimane celebrated reaching over 10,000 viewers with a pure gameplay stream with no face cam on July 25. She also threw in a cheeky dig at her haters, which didn’t go over too well in certain online circles. Shortly after Poki’s tweet made the rounds online, variety streamer Dennis ‘PayMoneyWubby’ Richardson took some shots at her, implying she had no idea what she was talking about. “Did you guys see that Pokimane tweet where she was like ‘No cam, no audio, just Valorant, 10K viewers, and I’m only famous because I’m a girl?’ She said something like that,” Wubby laughed. “Like, OK r***rd.” Even though Wubby has a larger platform than most to share his feelings on the matter, it’s obvious that a number of people agreed with him. However, there has been some pushback toward his comment as well, notably from Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel. “Guys, I agree that it wasn’t like, the best tweet, it came off as a little bit weird. I saw it, I didn’t think anything of it,” xQc explained while examining the outrage surrounding Pokimane’s post. “It’s fine, I think sometimes you express being proud of something you do in different ways.” “She did that, she’s proud of her gameplay and how much people appreciate it,” xQc continued, before throwing in a dig at Wubby. “Maybe this guy should try that every once in a while, some gameplay. Maybe wouldn’t have to f***ing rely on media share for content.” xQc is definitely no stranger to the drama the streaming community has to offer; recently, he got into a spat with none other than Jessica Blevins, who’s husband is Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins – even though the two have since buried the hatchet, so to speak. If anything, this whole situation just proves that no matter how big and successful you get on Twitch or social media, not everyone will be on your side. But looking at the massive numbers Pokimane continues to pull in shows she probably doesn’t need to worry about the haters all that much.

xQc defends himself after viewers claim he’ll be banned from GTA RP again – Dexerto
xQc defends himself after viewers claim he’ll be banned from GTA RP again Twitch: xQcOW / RockstarTwitch superstar Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has defended himself after killing a cop in Grand Theft Auto V Roleplay, with many fans believing the conduct could lead to another ban from the NoPixel server. xQc has been streaming GTA RP a lot with the release of NoPixel 3.0, but has had a fraught relationship with NoPixel, and has even been banned from the server four times. Bans can be imposed for a number of reasons but, in xQc’s case, have mostly been because of his consistent rule-breaking. Returning to the servers after his latest ban, it didn’t take long at all for there to be yet another controversial situation crop up. His fourth ban, on April 18, was supposed to be 30 days in length but was reduced by NoPixel. He was therefore able to hop back onto the servers on May 1, and quickly killed a police officer – the kind of conduct that has seen him banned in the past. After he was arrested and $7,000 was confiscated from him, he confronted the police office (in-game) who was responsible for it. After a short encounter, he opened fire on the policeman. Some viewers immediately thought it could risk another ban, but it probably won’t, as it could be justified as reasonably role-play, within expectations. Read More: Summit1g “can’t wait” to retire from Twitch – xQc also said that chat telling him what to do contributed to his decision. “I think chat’s ‘don’t do this, play the game how I want you to play’… it’s just like f**k off,” he said, explaining why he killed the cop. “You’ll probably get banned, oh for killing a cop? After RPing him for 10 minutes? That’s bannable for sure, I’m done, it’s over.” His first comments were tinged with sarcasm, but he elaborated in a second clip: “I gave him [the cop] a chance to talk about it and we achieved absolutely no middle ground. He could see my anger… he could’ve de-escalated on purpose.” Whether there’s another ban in the offing for xQc isn’t clear at the time of writing, but he clearly believes his in-game behavior was justified. Only time will tell if NoPixel see it the same way. What is GTA RP? Rockstar’s GTA V has been held up as one of the best games of all time since its original 2013 release. It’s unrivalled longevity has been helped by the modding community, and the phenomenon of GTA RP. In 2021, nearly eight years on from its original release, GTA roleplay still amasses hundreds of thousands of viewers on Twitch and other platforms. The multiplayer mod mode sees players take on specific roles within Los Santos on private servers, the biggest of which is NoPixel.

xQc defends iShowSpeed over racism allegations: “I know what it’s like” – Dexerto
xQc defends iShowSpeed over racism allegations: “I know what it’s like” Twitch/xQc/YouTubeTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has stepped in support of popular YouTuber iShowSpeed after he was accused of being racist to a Chinese fan at the FIFA World Cup. iShowSpeed was met with heavy criticism following his interaction with a fan at the World Cup where the YouTuber finally got a chance to see his soccer idol, Cristiano Ronaldo. During the stream, Speed confronted a fan and kept repeating the Japanese greeting “konnichiwa,” despite the stranger insisting he was in fact Chinese. This was met with heavy backlash online and accusations of racism, prompting Speed to issue a video response where he truly believed the fan was Japanese and tried to reply to him with “a nickname they call me in China.” As the internet continues to debate Speed’s intentions, xQc has revealed his thoughts on the situation and how he understands what his fellow streamer is going through. xQc calls iShowSpeed racism allegations “lame” Speaking with his viewers, xQc explained that he has experienced what iShowSpeed is going through after being labeled a racist. “I know what it’s like to be labeled as a racist from out of context things,” he said. “It’s f**king lame.” While Lengyel noted he didn’t know the extent of the Speed situation, he noted that mainstream media had branded him a racist which ended up resulting in family issues. “My family thought I was racist, because of some f**king article!” he exclaimed. “In my city, I was front page. I was this homophobic racist guy. I had to get out of that.” Earlier this year, xQc blasted Forbes for claiming he had racist, homophobic, and sexually explicit content controversies in the past – all of which the streamer has denied. So far, iShowSpeed has yet to face any consequences from YouTube for his actions on stream, so it seems like the Google-owned platform is siding with him despite the backlash.

xQc defends Esfand after drama over Minx Oxy “joke” at OTK event – Dexerto
xQc defends Esfand after drama over Minx Oxy “joke” at OTK event Twitch: xQc / MizkifxQc has sided with Esfand after an unexpected drama ensued following OTK’s ‘Friendsgiving Event’, explaining that protecting friends in a potentially vulnerable situation is important, and shouldn’t be shamed. The drama was sparked during the Friendsgiving stream, when Malena tried to give fellow streamer Minx alcohol. Esfand stopped her and advised that Minx couldn’t consume alcohol due to medication she was taking. Esfand was mocked for being overly protective and even “simping,” and Minx later said that it was only a joke that she was on medication, but Esfand wasn’t aware of the joke. Asmongold said all three of them — Minx, Malena, and Esfand — were “in the wrong,” arguing that Esfand shouldn’t have “inserted himself” into the situation and that Minx can make her own decisions. xQc backs Esfand after Minx drama Reacting to Asmongold’s comments, which sparked their own controversy, xQc argued that preventing a serious risk to a friend is worth it, even if it results in some awkwardness. Read More: Pokimane defends diehard Twitch “stans” – “In social groups, sometimes people will make bad decisions as a whole. It’s ok to ‘insert yourself’ to make sure your friends don’t die. That’s just kinda how it is. “I don’t want to be too crazy about this, I think it’s an ok take. It’s ok sometimes, to suffer through the possibility that you’re wrong, and it’s kind of awkward for a little bit, for the chance that someone might, or could possibly, die. That’s usually how I do it.” xQc continued watching Asmongold’s take on the situation, but didn’t comment further. Read More: Amouranth just created a new Twitch meta – Regardless, viewers have chosen their sides, with fans of the various streamers supporting Esfand’s decision to protect Minx, unaware that she wasn’t actually on the medication. Minx has since apologized on her own stream if she “upset anyone.”

xQC defends Hasan after Trainwreck claims Twitch gives him special treatment – Dexerto
xQC defends Hasan after Trainwreck claims Twitch gives him special treatment Twitch: xQcxQc has spoken up on Hasan’s behalf after Trainwreck claimed that he and Pokimane are the only streamers Twitch will “take care of” in the long run. On November 12, Trainwreck joined Adin Ross and Kai Cenat on a stream where they ended up discussing the state of Twitch. In a quick rant, Train explained that he believes Twitch wants to make some creators “feel cornered” so that they won’t attempt to leave the streaming service behind. He warned the pair that the site will continually “spit in [their] face” while only ever taking care of names like Pokimane or Hasan who he reckons are a closer fit to what Twitch wants to promote on the site. However, xQc has now stepped up to defend Hasan and explain how his relationship with Twitch isn’t what it’s made out to be. xQc defends Hasan after Trainwreck claims he and Pokimane get special treatment The former Overwatch pro made it clear that he doesn’t want to take sides in the argument one way or another, but he clarified that Hasan is not actually making the kind of money that some people assume. “Hasan’s deal isn’t very good…it’s good but it’s not [mindblowing] like is trying to be said,” he explained. He also elaborated that people have a habit of misimagining the kind of income that Hasan gathers from streaming and their projections are quite offbase with reality . “I don’t want people throwing shit at Hasan because he’s making like 20 or 30 million…I’m telling you right now, that’s not how it is.” While Trainwreck may not have the inside info that xQc does about other creators’ contracts, his points about moving an audience to another platform may still hit home for someone like Cenat who has previously questioned whether the site sincerely supports his meteoric rise.

xQc defends Dream after he is accused of “manipulating” fans – Dexerto
xQc defends Dream after he is accused of “manipulating” fans Twitch: xQcOW / YouTube: AnthonyPadillaTwitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel came to the defense of Minecraft star Dream after the YouTuber was accused of manipulating his fans with a viral Twitter post. A resurfaced tweet from Minecraft creator Dream went viral on December 2 after streamer Yabbe criticized the 22-year-old for being “manipulative” towards his fans. Twitch star xQc had a different take on the 2020 social media post and defended the YouTuber’s message during his live broadcast. xQc defends Dream after 2020 tweets spark backlash In 2020, Dream made a tweet telling his fans he loved them. “I genuinely love and care about you. Not every content creator will feel the same as me, but I’m being genuine every time I say it,” he wrote. The old social media post sparked backlash a year later on December 2, 2021, after streamer Yabbe called it “disgusting” and an example of manipulation. xQc then defended him, stating, “I think he worded it poorly.” Lengyel then added that many content creators have no connection to their fans. “A lot of people just make their videos and don’t give a s**t about the comments or interacting with their fans,” he said. “They kind of just upload and do whatever. That’s what Dream means.” When viewers disagreed with his take, xQc responded back and argued that YouTubers can’t be compared to Twitch creators because they don’t have direct interaction with their fans like streamers do every time they go live. “Guys, the YouTube side is much different from the Twitch side,” he said. “This is YouTube. It’s NOT Twitch! Dream’s message is for YouTube viewers. It’s way less interactive than Twitch.” Even though Dream’s tweet was from 2020, the social media post sparked a new backlash from viewers and critics who claimed it was emotionally manipulative. While many took issue with the message, one person in the Minecraft star’s corner is xQc – who believes that people may be over-analyzing it out of context.

xQc puts a stop to DayZ stream sniper with brutal 1v1 battle – Dexerto
xQc puts a stop to DayZ stream sniper with brutal 1v1 battle Twitch: xQc / DayZFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel crossed paths with a stream sniper in DayZ, and while the two were slowly becoming acquainted with each other, their friendship ended as abruptly as it started with a fierce 1v1 fistfight. Stream snipers are a common experience for the world’s best in streaming. From Ninja to Tfue, Shroud to Summit, almost every major streamer has had an encounter or few with a sniper, or possibly even been one themselves. It can be a frustrating experience. They often get in the way of them just enjoying the game, and while there’s more protection for streamers through in-game anonymizers, there are some games where getting sniped is inevitable. That’s what happened to xQc on his return to DayZ on stream on January 19, where he met a stream sniper randomly during his scavenging session. While he was initially surprised to meet someone, he quickly deduced that he was a sniper. “I feel like you’re a sniper,” he said, about five minutes after encountering the random player. “I feel like you snipe a lot of times, I recognize your voice,” he said. The duo then spent the next ten minutes firing shots back and forth, with xQc asking whether the sniper “has school today.” The subtle hints to tell the sniper to stop trailing him weren’t working, and xQc was starting to get annoyed at not knowing who was following him. “Wait wait wait, what’s your name, Tarkov guy,” the streamer asked, thinking he had put the dots together. While the sniper denied being the person constantly shutting xQc down in Escape from Tarkov, he has said that they’ve met before, and that he gifted the streamer a backpack. After 15 minutes, the pair had enough, with the sniper challenging the streamer to an abrupt duel. “1v1 me b*tch! I’m going to win,” he yelled, charging towards xQc with the element of surprise. However, xQc had the advantage. With a horde of zombies swarming the sniper, he was quickly taken down, allowing the streamer to run away victorious over his sniper. “Die p*ssy b*tch sucker! Eat him alive,” he screamed in glory. After getting his revenge on the sniper, xQc headed off to play an old classic of his – Overwatch. While it’s a bit harder to get stream sniped in the Blizzard team-based FPS title, he would still get his fair share of fanboying teammates to play with. Streamers don’t usually come out on top of their pesky snipers, but xQc made sure to teach this long-time fan a lesson in DayZ. If they ever cross paths again, both parties better be ready for another duel to the death.

xQc debunks claims he and Adept were married following on-stream incident – Dexerto
xQc debunks claims he and Adept were married following on-stream incident Twitch: xQcTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has shut down claims that he and Adept were married after he cut his stream short when his ex-girlfriend turned up. Even though they had been dating for a few years, xQc and Adept kept their relationship pretty lowkey for quite some time. The Twitch streamers regularly referred to one another as just roommates, which became a running joke between their fanbases. They eventually got a little more with their fans and shared romantic moments on stream, but having a relationship in front of thousands also brought about headaches. The pair clashed in-game, prompting real-life arguments that boiled over. The streamers had split on a few occasions as well, but ultimately got back together. That is until their most recent split in September, which has prompted plenty of drama about cars, who they’re seeing otherwise, and even claims they were married. xQc shuts down claims he and Adept were married The latter started during xQc’s January 7 stream, which he had to cut short after Adept turned up at his home and the pair started arguing over him apparently “violating a court law.” After some fans did some digging, they apparently found a court filing with Williamson County, Texas that stated that the two streamers were going through the divorce process and restraining orders were being cast down. Though, xQc claimed it wasn’t exactly the truth. “I am not married, I was never married, ok?” he said during his January 8 stream. “And, everyone who has watched the stream for like six years, ok, knows my exact mindset about this. Everybody knows my word-for-word, things I’ve been saying for years that I would probably never get married for the rest of my life.” The Canadian said marriage was something that didn’t “interest” him and he believed people only got married due to “customs” and traditions. “It’s just not me, I don’t see any value in it,” he added. “I was never married whatsoever, it has never happened. That’s it.” It remains to be seen if anything further will come from the streamers situation, especially as they’ve been unable to stay away from one another.

xQc cuts off Twitch stream after doxxing himself again by accident – Dexerto
xQc cuts off Twitch stream after doxxing himself again by accident Twitch/xQcTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel was forced to end his June 13 stream earlier than planned after he accidentally doxxed himself and gave away his IP address. Over the last few years, as he’s grown into Twitch’s biggest streamer, xQc has had to deal with plenty of security issues – both online and offline, as he’s dealt with fans invading his personal space. In terms of dealing with online attacks, he’s no stranger to being bombarded by stream snipers who want to ruin his games, but he’s also had to deal with viewers getting a hold of his IP address. The latter has happened on a few occasions, and has prevented him from streaming at times as his internet service has been bombarded by DDoS attacks. While some tech-savvy viewers have jumped through serious hoops to get his IP address in the past, he’s also given it away by mistake too. Lengyel had another tech slip-up during his June 13 stream where, once again, he showed off his IP address to around 100,000 viewers, prompting him to go offline before he’d planned to. This time around, xQc was trying to access a gambling website to play some slots, but was met by a connection issue that prevented him from doing so. As the classic ‘Error 502: Bad gateway’ message appeared on-screen, so did his IP address, and Lengyel shut down his stream as a result. “Stream offline for the day, leaked IP address by accident, you know the rest of the story,” xQc tweeted after going offline. “Gotta restart stuff and do a couple of homework anyways. I’ll be up and live early tomorrow. Thanks for hanging out.” STREAM OFFLINE FOR THE DAY LEAKED IP BY ACCIDENT, YOU KNOW THE REST OF THE STORY. GOTTA RESTART STUFF AND DO A COUPLE HOMEWORKS ANYWAYS. I’LL BE UP AND LIVE EARLY TOMORROW. THANKS FOR HANGING OUT — xQc (@xQc) June 14, 2022 As noted, xQc has run into this issue a few times before, and while it can usually be resolved pretty quickly, it’s better to be safe than sorry given that someone can find your real-life address from your IP. He’s confident that he’ll have things sorted and be back streaming within a day, and hopefully he takes some extra precautions this time around.

xQc criticizes Kim Kardashian for allowing North West on TikTok – Dexerto
xQc criticizes Kim Kardashian for allowing North West on TikTok Twitch: xqcxQc hit out at Kim Kardashian for allowing her daughter North West to have a TikTok account after North came under fire for cosplaying as rapper Ice Spice in a series of now-deleted videos. North West’s TikTok account has been a point of controversy for some time now, most notably after dad Kanye West hit out at ex-wife Kim Kardashian for allowing their now nine-year-old daughter to use the app last year. More recently, North West came under fire after cosplaying as popular rapper Ice Spice in a series of videos that have since been deleted from the platform. Critics accused the youngster of “going too far” and even hit out at Kim Kardashian for allowing her daughter to dress up as a rapper known for her explicit lyrics. It’s unclear who deleted the videos, but many fans are speculating that Kim may have removed them due to the resulting backlash. xQc hits out at Kim Kardashian after North West & Ice Spice drama Twitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel is the latest prominent personality to share his two cents on the subject. He spoke out on the issue during a recent live stream while watching a Jubilee video with his fans, which asked high schoolers how they felt about their presence on social media. “I know it’s some f*cking pop culture type shit, yo, what is up with Kim Kardashian letting her child go absolutely f*cking wild on TikTok and sh*t?” he asked. “F*ck is that about, man? Yo, stein, I hate to say sh*t like this, Kanye was right.” “Not about some of this sh*t that he’s said recently, but about the things he said before that in relation to this topic,” he clarified. “Sorry about that.” While xQc made it clear that he does not agree with Kanye’s anti-semetic comments, he appears to agree with the rapper’s stance on his daughter having a TikTok account. This isn’t the first time North’s TikTok videos have taken the internet by storm; last year, the child star went viral for dressing up as her dad in a clip that’s garnered millions of views.

xQc criticizes huge streaming deals for celebrities: “It’s a joke” – Dexerto
xQc criticizes huge streaming deals for celebrities: “It’s a joke” Twitch : xQcOWIn response to his chat’s reaction to Neymar joining Facebook Gaming, Twitch streamer Felix “xQc” Lengyel argued that big celebrity deals on streaming platforms are pointless, and leave more deserving creators on the sidelines. Whether it was the Among Us craze in which U.S. senator Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez collaborated with Twitch streamers, or Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda streaming music production with the occasional gaming, streaming platforms cutting deals with celebrities is nothing new. Having a big-name celebrity or person, in general, participating in the platform is a boon for the website, the more eyes on it the better. This, of course, is also the case with the most recent Facebook Gaming signing of popular soccer star, Neymar. One that had xQc, give his opinion on celebrities joining streaming platforms. xQc gives his take on platform deals with celebrities While scrolling through popular subreddit r/LiveStreamFails looking for posts and clips to react to on his December 16 stream, xQc encountered a post stating that Neymar had joined Facebook Gaming. His chat was ridiculing the move which prompted xQc to give his own take on these types of deals. “Guys I’m just gonna say, platform deals with celebrities are absolute dogs**t, they’re just a joke,” said the streamer. “They don’t even do their contractual obligation: they don’t stream, they don’t show up, they barely give a s**t. He also went on to explain how the celebrities take “a huge bag” that could go towards other streamers, and specifically mentioned that it wasn’t about him. In his eyes, if the streaming websites want to make the platform better, this isn’t the way. “They want to buy streamers to make the platform better,” he said. “They can actually make the platform better, but they lose a lot of money.” As celebrities joining streaming platforms is becoming more of a norm, it’s on the platforms to make proper usage of these signings.

xQc criticizes FaZe Clan amid drama for signing Grace Van Dien – Dexerto
xQc criticizes FaZe Clan amid drama for signing Grace Van Dien Twitch: xQc/bluefilleTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has weighed in on the ongoing FaZe Clan drama after they announced Stranger Things actress Grace Van Dien as their newest creator, questioning their motives when announcing that they want to sign more women to the organization. Earlier in May 2023, the internet blew up after FaZe Clan announced the signing of Grace Van Dien, who goes by ‘bluefille’, an actress who starred most famously as Chrissy in Stranger Things. In recent months, since the success of the Netflix show, Grace has regularly streamed on Twitch and grown a following on there, even claiming that she is going to switch to focus on streaming more than her acting career. After she was announced as FaZe Clan’s newest creator, though — a move that Rain leaked several days prior — there was a lot of backlash, both from Rain and other people associated with FaZe, as well as fans of creators who have long grinded to get into FaZe Clan. xQc weighs in on FaZe BlueFille debacle During his May 30 stream, xQc spoke out on the entire ordeal. “People need to stop doing this ‘we need more women in esports’,” he started. “Bro, if people paid attention, there’s a bunch of deserving women that can get picked up, because they deserve it. “Why do people have to go out of their way and pick girls on the basis that they are girls, that aren’t even interested in the space. There’s so many girls out there that are doing good.” Needless to say, xQc clearly believes this entire situation could have been handled differently, and that there are a number of women who would have been suitable and more fitting pickups from FaZe Clan. FaZe Clan themselves have not yet spoken out on the backlash.

xQc criticizes female streamers for mocking “simp” viewers xQc/TwitchDuring a recent broadcast popular Twitch personality Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel criticized “baiting” streamers who then turned around and talked smack on their own viewers. While playing Slither.io and chatting with viewers, one fan sent xQc a text to speech poking fun at Twitch users who watched and donated money to female streamers. “Hey xQc I’m a 19-month, tier 3 sub for Pokimane and she called me a sweetheart the other day,” the TTS said. “Do you think I have a chance?” This prompted a rant from xQc, not specifically about Pokimane but what he called female streamers who use ‘baiting’ for views. “Can I be honest, dude? Guys, I’ll be honest, okay? I don’t mind all of the ‘baiting’ streamers,” Felix told his chat. “I don’t mind that dude, do what you gotta do to get the juice, whatever man. They don’t affect me, I don’t affect them, live your life.” What the French Canadian does have a problem with though, are those streamers turning around and talking smack about the very viewers who support them. “Whenever they decide to do collabs with other streamers, I’ve seen this like four times now, and they make fun of ‘simp’ donors,” xQc said. “Like, come on, man.” “Your entire job is to farm them, and now you’re going to trash them and make fun of them?” he asked. “Come on, man, that’s such a Hypocrite Andy.” The former Overwatch League star also dismissed the idea that those streamers were making fun of fans as a joke or in “in good fun.” “And no-one give me this ‘they’re just being self-aware, it’s a good joke and it’s good fun,’ no dude,” xQc continued. “It’s literally not. It’s them trying to have it both ways, it’s just such a weird thing.” xQc has one of the largest and most loyal followings on Twitch, so he would know more than most people about building and keeping a fan base around, even if he isn’t known for his ‘baiting’ techniques.

xQc criticizes 39daph for leaking Pokimane DMs in “confusing” drama – Dexerto
xQc criticizes 39daph for leaking Pokimane DMs in “confusing” drama Top Twitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has reacted to the ongoing drama between fellow streamers 39daph and Pokimane, critical of both daph and the community’s reaction. On Sunday, November 17, 39daph revealed that Pokimane had privately messaged her, inquiring as to why she had unfollowed her on Twitter. Daph explained that she simply “doesn’t watch [Pokimane’s] stuff”. This reveal from daph sparked a drama on social media, which eventually reached xQc, who – at the request of his viewers – weighed in on the situation. After watching 39daph’s initial clip, Lengyel said he was “confused” and was particularly critical of her decision to expose private messages shared between the two streamers. “I like to hate on everyone, just as much as the next person”, xQc explains, “but, since when is leaking DMs ok? Is it ok depending on who it is? I don’t get it.” He continues, questioning daph’s decision: “Why leak DMs? That’s just kind of f**ked up. I have this golden rule: you just don’t leak DMs. You just don’t do that.” xQc concludes that Pokimane’s message would have been “formatted” differently if it was intended to be seen by the public, rather than just one individual. After watching further clips surrounding the drama, most of which had gained traction on the popular LiveStream Fails subreddit, xQc was also critical of the community’s response. Read more: PewDiePie reveals plan if YouTube failed – “I’m so confused with LiveStream Fails!” he exclaimed. “One person, unfollows Pokimane, and Poki’s wrong. Poki unfollows him, and she’s wrong. What the f**k?! She’s wrong in every case then?” xQc and Pokimane’s channels are both of similar levels of popularity on the platform, and so he went on to attempt to rationalize her response to the situation. “When you’re in drama, when you’re under fire, sometimes you’re insecure about what you do,” xQc began, “Every streamer has [their] highs and downs, and Pokimane has been under fire ever since her subtweet or whatever – yeah, it was deserved. “But, my take, is she was probably insecure about everything, and somebody who she maybe saw as a peer, and she just asked, just to know, ‘is my sh*t trash now? Can I fix it? I lost confidence, I want to know the problem so I can fix it.’ I think that’s fine.” Pokimane discussed the confrontation on stream, showing the DMs and confirming that what 39daph had claimed was said was accurate. The pair will likely be hoping that the drama has now concluded and both streamers and the community can move on.

xQc criticizes Disguised Toast for ‘lying’ about why he moved to Facebook – Dexerto
xQc criticizes Disguised Toast for ‘lying’ about why he moved to Facebook Popular Twitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel claims that Jeremy ‘Disguised Toast’ Wang isn’t being entirely truthful about the reasons for his switch to Facebook Gaming. In recent months, Twitch has been rocked by the departure of some huge streamers – with the most notable coming in the form of Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins and Michael ‘Shroud’ Grzesiek heading to Mixer. They were followed by Jack ‘CouRage’ Dunlop who headed to YouTube, but Disguised Toast made a more outlandish step by heading to Facebook Gaming – a growing platform. While Wang had stated that he was swayed by the platform “helping others in need” and just needing a fresh start, xQc claims there are other reasons, and that he’d be better off just admitting to them. During his November 23 stream, the former Overwatch League professional had been watching Disguised Toast’s reasoning for the move when he paused it and talked directly with his viewers. Lengyel noted that he has “respect for all the streamers” and doesn’t want to see them fail, but he’d rather see them not lie about their reasoning for doing something, instead, finding a sweet spot that sees them say either “nothing” or a more “generic statement.” He said while they don’t “have to say the truth, they don’t have to lie either.” “I don’t like it because it’s just not true dude. It’s not true dude,” xQc said. “Like this untapped market potential? Dude, come on man. Like dude, it was more money. If you’re going to swap platform, you’re going for a hail mary juice extraction. If you’re going for a juice extraction, you want to get the most juice as possible – and Facebook had the most juice in that instance.” Now, Facebook Gaming is a growing platform with a genuine untapped market, especially seeing as plenty of people across the world have access to a Facebook profile and use it on an everyday basis. However, xQc also pointed out that it is a problem because where Twitch viewers can spam to their heart’s content behind a username of their choosing, actual names appear on Facebook. Regardless, Facebook have been trying to get into the gaming and streaming space for a while – agreeing to previous deals with ESL to stream Dota and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive events exclusively. That didn’t last as long as they would have liked, but it remains to be seen just how successful it can be in comparison to established sites like Twitch and Mixer.

xQc confused by streamers who beg for donations and subscribers – Dexerto
xQc confused by streamers who beg for donations and subscribers Popular Twitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel explained how he was confused and found the trend of begging for subscribers and donations to be “weird,” during a recent discussion about streaming. Since departing the Overwatch League and focusing full-time on streaming, xQc has become one of the most popular faces on Twitch – racking up over 1.8 million followers on the livestreaming platform. Tens of thousands of fans tune in to watch him react to videos and play a variety of games on a daily basis, but he is slightly different as he doesn’t ask for subscribers or plug Twitch Prime sign-ups. In fact, he has claimed that doing so is a “trend” and one that he finds pretty “weird.” During his December 2 stream, the Canadian had been chatting with fellow broadcasters Pokelawls and HasanAbi when he came across a Twitter video of TrainwrecksTV jokingly plugging Twitch Prime subscriptions. “Guys, what is this e-begging trend? Dude, this new e-begging trend is so weird to me dude, I don’t get that,” xQc said, before being questioned about what he meant. “The e-begging dude, like begging for subs, begging for donos, begging for whatever dude.” As asking for subs isn’t exactly a new thing on Twitch, xQc was asked if he was sure that it was a trend. “Yes, its a trend, of course it’s a trend, I see it all the time,” he replied. It’s the e-begging dude. It’s weird.” The former Overwatch professional also took issue with streamers who ask for a certain amount of subscribers after Hasan recanted a story about needing a certain amount of fan backing before diving into Twitch full-time. “I don’t think that’s OK either,” added Lengyel. “I don’t like the concept of that either, because you’re basically saying ‘oh guys, I’d rather be doing this but this job is bad, I’m at the mercy of you, if you want to pay I’ll give you more time’ – I don’t like this angle.” Now, of course, not every streamer is searching for monetary support – some like Jeremy ‘Disguised Toast’ Wang – have actively tried to send their viewers to subscribe elsewhere. Plenty of others have even lived up to the ‘sellout’ mantra, plugging Twitch Prime on a regular, but it appears as if you won’t be seeing xQc groveling anytime soon.

xQc considering move back to LA after Shitcamp “honeymoon phase” – Dexerto
xQc considering move back to LA after Shitcamp “honeymoon phase” Twitter, @xQc / PexelsAfter joining fellow Twitch streamers in Los Angeles, California for “Shitcamp,” Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has revealed that the energy of LA has him considering moving back to Hollywood. Back in July, people were wondering where xQc planned to live permanently as the streamer had just moved houses due to armed intruders. Now, several months later, the Juice Man is once again considering relocation — but, fortunately, for happy reasons this time. During a stream following the conclusion of Shitcamp, where xQc participated in activities with streamers like Ludwig (and, accidentally, UFC star Nick Diaz), the Twitch star told chat he might want to move again. The former Overwatch League pro used to represent the Los Angeles Gladiators and Dallas Fuel, both based in LA at the times, and now he might want to go back. As for why? He cited the “energy” of the city and potential content opportunities. Originally from Quebec, Canada and having, more recently, lived in American states like Texas — Tinsel Town seems to be calling to xQc’s tastes. As he told chat, it might be a Shitcamp “honeymoon phase,” but he “actually really enjoyed LA” and may “want to give it another try.” Elaborating, he noted that he appreciated the “energy of the city” and that it was “actually a lot of fun.” Part of that fun was likely thanks to the Shitcamp activities, which can be watched in the streamer’s YouTube vlogs. And he did mention that living in LA will make life “easier if I want to do stuff, to go to studios and s**t … and we can actually do the ideas that I’ve been having over the months and years.” But it wasn’t just the work stuff that got him going, as he mentioned social life as well: “Maybe I’m in my highschool phase, but it just feels like whenever you’re out, you’re at the place where you should be for some reason.” Ultimately though, xQc isn’t fully convinced — although he seems very tempted to make the trip. If there’s one thing holding the Twitch legend back, it’s something that literally holds everyone in LA back: “The problem is the traffic, it gets on my nerves.”

xQc confused after TikToker says she has crush on him – Dexerto
xQc confused after TikToker says she has crush on him Twitch: xQc / TikTok: scarlettundTwitch star xQc was left thoroughly flummoxed after coming across a video from a TikToker who claimed that she had a crush on him. Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel is one of Twitch’s most popular broadcasters. In fact, he’s the 5th most-followed streamer on the site, boasting a whopping 10.8 million fans at the time of writing. A former Overwatch League competitor, xQc has now focused full-time on his streaming career — and it’s paying off in dividends. As one of the most-watched streamers on the net, it makes sense that people pay attention to what he has to say; his comments about gambling on Twitch, for instance, caught quite a few eyes. With so many regular viewers, it makes sense that ‘The Juicer’ might attract a fangirl or two… and that’s exactly what happened in a recent broadcast, where xQc came across a TikToker who was not shy of sharing her feelings about him. The TikToker, ‘scarlettund,’ uploaded a video of herself using the popular ‘Quick, you’re bleeding out! What’s your type?’ trend. This fad is a double entendre that netizens typically use to share off “their type” of person instead of their actual blood type — usually a crush on a famous celebrity. For ‘Scarly,’ that person was xQc. She went on to use several photos of the streamer working out at the gym and even showed off his GTA avatar… as well as his messy streaming room. Click here if TikTok fails to load. Although it’s unclear if the video was humorous or not, her caption is even more flirty: “Adept, please let me know if you’re looking for a third.” Unfortunately for Scarly, xQc is taken by fellow streamer ‘Adept,’ who she was referencing in the caption in a humorous jab. The Juicer himself didn’t seem too phased about the TikToker’s apparent crush, though, and simply pointed out the odd phrasing of her caption. “What the f**k even is that, man?” he asked. “How does that correlate? I don’t get it. ‘What’s your blood type?’ Juicer? I don’t get it.” As always, xQc kept it cool… or at least, way cooler than that time he discovered the biggest Pokimane fan on earth during a CS:GO stream.

xQc confirms long-awaited Twitch subathon is happening soon: 90-day plan revealed – Dexerto
xQc confirms long-awaited Twitch subathon is happening soon: 90-day plan revealed Twitch: xQcFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has finally confirmed that his long-awaited Twitch subathon is happening soon, as the streaming star just revealed some new details including how long it will last and what’s to be expected. In April 2021, xQc revealed he was planning to dethrone Ludwig’s record-breaking subathon by doing one of his own. However, just when it seemed like it was happening, he decided to delay it multiple times. Now, almost a year later on March 21, 2022, xQc confirmed the ball is finally rolling. Not only did he announce the planning process is underway, but he also revealed what sort of content and events it will include. “Believe it or not boys, I was setting up stuff for the subathon,” he said after rocking up later than usual to his March 21 stream. “I’m actually very excited to tell you that I’m pulling the trigger and I’m starting to buy stuff for it. I’m investing time and money to make it come alive.” xQc admitted it will take “quite a bit of time” to organize, but insisted it will be worth it. “It’s kind of hard to organize because there’s a lot of stuff to do. There’s so much stuff to do [in preparation] for it, but it will be fun.” He also revealed the maximum time it’ll run for. “I’m probably going to hard cap it at 90 days because anything above that is going to be really dumb. That’s going to be the hard cap, for real. Otherwise, it will be too long.” xQc also explained why it’s taking so long to put together. “I need to get stuff set up one thing at a time so there will be never-ending content. I don’t want to spoil anything because I’m still drafting ideas, but there’s a bunch of stuff we’re going to do.” “I want to run at least two or three big events per week. Like, one every two days, a big event, and then small events almost every other day.” As for what those events will entail, well, he opened up about that too. “Just stuff like having a community server for Minecraft, GTA, Rust, community stuff like sub-games, mod games, sub contests, giveaways, viewers fighting for money. Stuff like that. Having mini-tournaments on the fly. You’ll see.” The subathon launch date still isn’t set in stone, so it could be a while before it kicks off. However, the fact the ball is rolling is music to his fanbase’s ears, and it sounds like he’s got a lot planned for it. Given his popularity on Twitch, there’s a good chance he’ll break the current subathon record on the platform, which was set by Ludwig in April 2021 and stands at 283,066 subscribers, but we’ll have to wait and see.

xQc confronted by TikTok troll in London IRL stream – Dexerto
xQc confronted by TikTok troll in London IRL stream Twitch: xQcxQx was IRL livestreaming when a Tikok troll stopped him and told him off for allegedly “Trimmalizing”, which is not a real word, a red light. xQc had been IRL live streaming his experiences in London on his Twitch account as he prepared for the Sidemen charity match. He is competing in the upcoming 2023 Sidemen charity match as a goalkeeper, and had been touring around the streets of the UK’s capital. But things got scary for the world-famous streamer after a troll argued with him and his friends while pretending to be the “east to west trimmalizer” of London. xQc and TikTok Troll have an argument in the streets of London In the clip, a random man stopped xQx, leaned a hand on his bike and told xQc and his friend Zoil off for violating a mysterious “trimmalizer” road law. xQc appeared confused as the man told him and Zoil, “you two are trimmalizing the red light.” “I didn’t see it,” a befuddled xQc responded. “I’m a tourist, I didn’t see the red light.” The TikTok troll still didn’t stop. “You are trimmalizing the roads from the east to the west.” Zoil and xQc joked at the whole situation as the man refused to move out of the way, saying that the interaction was “unskippable dialogue.” But after 7 minutes of being held up by the troll xQc was fed up of the troll, telling Zoil, “Let’s just get a beer and go home.” xQc fans make “trimmalizing” a meme Despite their favorite streamer being fed up and upset by the situation, xQc’s stream fans managed to find humour in the situation. “He handled that well, the trimmelizer is a timed event and many people fails his quest like zoil.” “Nice to see xQc managing to get the good ending to the Trimmalizer Questline on his first run of the London level.” xQc will soon compete in the annual Sidemen charity match that features some of the world’s most famous social media icons – like Chunks, JiDion, Kai Cenat, and of course xQc himself.

xQc confirms cheating allegations as Fran details messy breakup – Dexerto
xQc confirms cheating allegations as Fran details messy breakup Twitch: xQcxQc has publicly confirmed the cheating allegations leveled against him during a recent live stream with his ex-partner Fran. The pair went on to detail the fallout of their messy breakup while viewers watched on. In a tell-all livestream by xQc’s ex-girlfriend, FRAN, she claimed the main reason she broke up with the streamer was because he cheated on her. Moments later, xQc joined the stream and publicly confirmed as much. On stream, FRAN called xQc, asking him, “A lot of your juicers think that I’m lying about what happened, about you cheating on me, can you please confirm or deny?” To which xQc replied, “I will confirm.” He further added, “I think a lengthy segment needs to be done about this down the line for a bunch of reasons. And as lengthy as it can be and as publicly as it can get and as many apologies as you can put in, it doesn’t really change the action itself.” After confirming he did in fact cheat, xQc then pivoted, saying he didn’t want to go into any further details during the public broadcast, adding that a full explanation can wait for another day. This confirmation from xQc comes as they both confirmed their breakup weeks after their relationship went public. During the livestream, she further detailed her encounters with another of xQc’s ex partners, Adept. Fran claimed that while the pair were dating, Adept had told her xQc was an “abuser” to which she defended him. Fran went on to shut down any rumors of abuse during their relationship. “He has never abused me, he has never sexually assaulted me, never,” she assured. All of this comes as xQc is dealing with multiple public controversies. From his handling of the react content discourse, his public falling out with pokelawls, and the divorce proceedings being made public by his ex, Adept.

xQc confirms Sidemen Charity Match appearance with big stream plans – Dexerto
xQc confirms Sidemen Charity Match appearance with big stream plans xQc/TwitchStreaming star xQc has confirmed that he’ll be at the Sidemen charity match this year, and also has an IRL stream planned for the event. xQc is one of the world’s most popular streamers, boasting an impressive 11.9 million followers on Twitch. As the most-watched channel on the Amazon-owned platform for several years in a row, the 27-year-old definitely puts in the work to be at the top too, streaming hundreds of hours each month. Being one of the internet’s biggest stars has put him in the sights of the popular British YouTube group Sidemen, and the streamer has confirmed he’ll be making an appearance at the sold-out London Stadium for their football charity match. xQc set to make football debut in Sidemen charity match With this year’s iteration of the event slated to be the biggest yet, some massive creators are set to get involved — including the likes of MrBeast. However, not only that, Twitch’s top star has confirmed he’s set to make an appearance. After being formally invited by Miniminter in June, xQc teased fans with the idea of him participating in the charity match, where he says he’s eager to be a goalkeeper. Now, on August 7, the Twitch star has claimed he’s all set for the match and has his own plans to IRL stream when he’s in the UK. “Update on charity match: I booked my sh*t to go, my manager will fly with me,” he wrote in his chat. “I do the thing itself, and a podcast there, with at least one IRL planned. So three events. Then I go home.” Furthermore, the streamer revealed that he may even stay in the UK for a while if he’s able to obtain a visa. “Ima try to get a visa maybe, [if] like it there maybe I stay for a while,” he said. With over 60,000 fans set to show up at the sold-out London Stadium, and millions more expected to watch online, it’s fair to say the 2023 Sidemen Charity Match is going to be absolutely massive.

xQc confirms breakup with Fran weeks after relationship went public – Dexerto
xQc confirms breakup with Fran weeks after relationship went public Instagram/FranxQc announced live on stream that his recently revealed relationship with former Overwatch content creator Fran is no more. xQc has had a few romantic relationships go public in recent years. The more notable ones like those with Adept and Nyxii were largely in the public spotlight with involvement from his community. The same was true for his most recent relationship with Fran. When he went public with their relationship in early June, xQc’s chat and Subreddit were full of criticisms. Specifically in relation to his lighter streaming schedule when romantically involved. The harshness of fans’ input caused the streamer to lash out at those who wouldn’t respect his feelings and privacy. Despite this, now weeks removed and xQc has since revealed that he and Fran are no longer dating. In his most recent stream, xQc explained that the two had been separated for some time despite attempts to keep it quiet. “She tried to keep the facade up, but me and her aren’t together for a while now,” he confirmed. The two had initially attempted to keep their relationship private, seemingly due to the reaction from his fan community to xQc’s previous partners. It’s unclear whether the recent backlash to the two going public had anything to do with what xQc described as a “mutual” breakup. “Yeah, there are too many moving pieces and sh*t these days, and it’s too much. I wish things were a lot simpler, but they are not,” he said. “I’m tired of having so much collateral damage or whatever. It just seems like everybody around me is suffering a lot,” xQc explained. “It makes me feel like I’m radiating something bad right now and I need to give it a reset.” Since his $70 million contract signing with Kick, xQc has only been in a bigger spotlight than ever. Given what’s on his plate at this point in time, the superstar streamer made clear he’s taking a break from pursuing a relationship until things calm down. It’s also possible that his packed schedule is taking a toll on his mental and physical health. Though this still hasn’t stopped fans from demanding more content.

xQc makes fun of Cole Cassidy rename in Overwatch: “Nobody is going to use that” – Dexerto
xQc makes fun of Cole Cassidy rename in Overwatch: “Nobody is going to use that” Blizzard / Twitch: xQcFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel made fun of Cole Cassidy’s rename in Overwatch, claiming nobody will use it because they’re too familiar with his old name, McCree, and laughing at the idea of using it in team communications. Overwatch’s Jesse McCree now goes by a new alias. After the former Activision-Blizzard employee the character was named after was involved in a discussion about the now-notorious “Cosby Suite,” players demanded for the hero’s name to also be changed. The developers promised to do it in August 2021, and finally on October 22 they confirmed the new name for the cowboy hero: Cole Cassidy. However, players have had mixed reactions to the name they chose, including xQc, who poked fun at it on stream. Meet Cole Cassidy. Rides into Overwatch October 26. pic.twitter.com/CT6PmaNXNs — Overwatch (@PlayOverwatch) October 22, 2021 “Who the f**k is that?” he said sarcastically while spotting the announcement on social media. “This is some sort of hoax, man. Huh? Is it real? Cole Cassidy? Who the f**k is that? Okay. Ain’t nobody is ever going to use that name.” Read More: Overwatch devs monitoring patch feedback – The former Overwatch pro proceeded to re-enact some voice comms using the new name, struggling to hold back the laughter. “Watch out on the high ground behind. Cole is going to ult. We’re going to use Nano Cole. Nano Cole.” xQc did commend the company for making the change in the past. “I think it’s a good thing that they want to stand for good things and progression and all that,” he said. He also predicted the new name would be “terrible” and it would be “impossible” for people to love it — regardless of what Blizzard chose. The jury is still out on that, though.

xQc commits to Sidemen Charity Match 2023 appearance after weeks of teasing: “I’m going” – Dexerto
xQc commits to Sidemen Charity Match 2023 appearance after weeks of teasing: “I’m going” Twitch: xQc / Twitter: SidemenStreaming superstar xQc appears to have locked himself in once and for all for the upcoming 2023 Sidemen Charity Match, assuring fans that he’s ‘accepted’ their invitation. One of the biggest influencer-led events on the calendar each year is the Sidemen Charity Match. With the 2023 iteration locked in for September 9, as the UK YouTube group books out London Stadium with a capacity for 60,000 fans, it’s now set to be the most attended yet. With more eyes on it than ever before, the Sidemen are obviously trying to get the biggest content creators involved. Thus far, MrBeast is already locked in for the Allstars team, as is Speed after he completed KSI’s challenge. But now, it appears another mega-popular creator has locked themselves in. After nearly a month of back and forth with xQc, Miniminter made their formal invitation public earlier this week, assuring that if the Canadian streamer wants a spot, he’s got it. Just 24 hours later and xQc has now responded, seemingly confirming his participation. “I’m going,” xQc said during his June 27 broadcast, not mincing words. “Since the invitation is formal, I’ll accept it. I’ll go to the Sidemen Charity Match. I’ve got this, I can do it.” Although he didn’t comment on a specific position this time around, we know from previous conversations on stream that xQc is eager to be a goalkeeper. Miniminter confirmed as much in his own broadcast, assuring xQc will have a spot in one of the goals. While he still has a few months to plan his trip over to the UK, xQc immediately began discussing flights with viewers in his chat. “What is the shortest flight from any NA area to the UK? How many hours?” he asked. At this point in time, the answer would have xQc traveling to Boston for a near seven-hour direct trip. “Seven whole a** hours?” he yelled in response after fans let him know. “Is there nothing better than that?” Many then suggested a private jet, though xQc was quick to brush aside the idea. “Private jet overseas? That’s like $60K, maybe $75K,” he claimed, seemingly hesitant to spend that much despite his reported $70 million deal with Kick certainly helping to pad his savings account. So for now, the streaming sensation appears all but locked in for the 2023 Sidemen Charity Match. Though it’s worth keeping in mind, plans can always change over the course of the next few months. We’ve seen xQc himself bail on events last-minute in the past, but fans will certainly be hoping he follows through on this one for a good cause.

xQc claps back at Tyler1 with bizarre dinosaur insult – Dexerto
xQc claps back at Tyler1 with bizarre dinosaur insult Streamers Félix ‘xQc’ Lengyel and Tyler ‘Tyler1’ Steinkamp have always enjoyed some back and forth digs at each other, but xQc has had the last laugh on this occasion. xQc had discussed the way that Steinkamp ends his broadcasts, with Tyler1 pretending to be upset by this. “Fuck you xQc,” he responded, with a smirk. “I can do whatever the fuck I want, pussy. Shut up xQc, you haven’t got your white knights here to defend you anymore! Don’t fuck with me!” Tyler1 then stood up and began shadow boxing his camera, presumably pretending it was xQc. Unsurprisingly, Lengyel caught wind of this, and watched Steinkamp’s response on his own channel on February 13, leading to an ridiculous roast right back at his fellow streamer. As xQc watched Tyler1 swing wildly at the camera, the former Overwatch pro stated: “Holy shit. Tyler1 makes me think of the T-Rex, you know, like the images of the T-Rex?” “Like a huge, muscle heavy dinosaur with these tiny little arms that pop out of its sides. It gets into a fight with some guy who is taller, and I would just put my hand on his forward and he couldn’t reach me.” It’s all in good jest, and the pair are known to be good friends, but some healthy rivalry between two of Twitch’s most popular streamers is exactly what their fans will want. While xQc still appears to be focusing on variety streaming, the star will have to turn his attention back to Overwatch in the near future, as he announced that he had officially joined the L.A. Guardians Legion team as a substitute. Tyler1 has yet to respond to xQc’s claim that he looks like a dinosaur, but it’s unlikely that the American will remain silent on the topic for long.

xQc clutches Resident Evil 2 puzzle in hilarious fashion – Dexerto
xQc clutches Resident Evil 2 puzzle in hilarious fashion Félix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has become super popular for becoming enraged while playing games, especially ones he is new to, however, when he does end up doing something brilliant – it provides some classic highlights and reactions for his fans. xQc, like many of Twitch’s top streamers, has been playing the new remake of Resident Evil 2 to relive some of the nostalgia from their early gaming years. The game was originally released in 1998 but the remake was released recently on January 25. The game is as difficult as it’s 1998 counterpart and can baffle some players. However, xQc performed one of the biggest clutches in the game when presented with a puzzle, providing fans one of his best Twitch clips yet. The former Overwatch pro had just under a minute to solve a three-circuit puzzle that involved him flipping switches to make a circuit flow in the direction he wanted. With the time ticking down, xQc got ever close to failing the task before clutching up and completing the final two circuits in quick succession with less than a second of the time remaining. “Oh my God! Holy shit! There was like one point two (left on the countdown). Oh my God, I can’t believe it,” xQc screamed out upon completing the puzzle, clearly delighted with himself while almost falling out of his chair and off stream. The clip will no doubt only endear him further to his loyal fans who adore almost everything he does. Since transitioning to Twitch from the Overwatch League, xQc has shot up the popularity charts due to incredibly funny highlights clips like this where his full entertaining personality is on show for all to see.

xQc claps back at Twitch critics roasting his unpopular eating habit Twitch: xQcTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel clapped back at his audience after they roasted him for never finishing the food he eats on stream. xQc is one of the most prolific streamers on all of Twitch, broadcasting more hours than any other creator on the platform by far. Since he spends so much time in front of an enormous live audience, he often resorts to eating meals on stream, ordering tons of takeout meals and leading to a disturbingly messy room. During a recent live stream, the French-Canadian lashed out at his viewership after they continually commented on him not finishing his food or drinks. xQc defends his eating habits and blasts viewers The 27-year-old was live on December 1 when he innocuously ate a meal and drank a Coke in front of his viewership as he normally does. One of his viewers asked: “Will you finish the coke you’re drinking?” xQc lashed out at the viewer for the comment and said, “Probably not, dude. Why does everybody have to be so pressed about not finishing my Cokes and finishing all my food? I live in America, the portions are massive.” He continued, “So, I waste food. And I don’t give a f*ck. Do you want me to feel bad for wasting my food and not finishing it? I’m gonna tell you how it is: I don’t give a f*ck. I don’t care, okay?” Clearly, Lengyel is completely fed up with his viewership commenting on his eating habits. And with such large portion sizes in America, he says there’s no way he can finish every meal he orders by himself. Even if he doesn’t finish every single meal, it’s not his viewership’s business.

xQc claps back at fan complaints over “low-effort” streams once again – Dexerto
xQc claps back at fan complaints over “low-effort” streams once again Twitch: xQcAfter returning from a whirlwind trip to TwitchCon in Las Vegas, xQc has resumed his regular streaming schedule, only to be met with criticism from some fans who have labeled his content as “boring,” “lazy,” and lacking in both effort and energy. xQc’s trip to Las Vegas was nothing short of extravagant, with access to seven different hotels, butlers, cars, and more. Although he later clarified that he “didn’t spend a single dollar” on anything in Vegas, the display of wealth left many popular streamers and influencers completely baffled. Fellow streamer Mizkif even admitted that it’s “mind-boggling” even to try and understand how much money xQc has. And that’s largely thanks to his historic deal with Twitch rival Kick, estimated to be worth over $100 million. But it’s not been all smooth sailing for xQc since joining Kick, as he recently admitted to being “far behind” on his contractual obligations in a recent stream. “I need to do a lot of work,” xQc stated. “Usually, I don’t need quotas because they’re so low that I hit all of them. But I got sick twice, I went to Europe, and I had TwitchCon to do. I’m just far behind.” And it’s these contractual obligations that many fans are now feeling are the reason for xQc’s “low energy” and “low effort” streams of late. One xQc fan took to Reddit to share a detailed breakdown of one of his recent 22-hour streams, highlighting the amount of time spent on various activities. The post summarized that xQc spent seven hours on gambling streams, seven hours on backpack battles, over four hours on intro and reactions, and almost four hours on Minecraft. The fan stated, “While I appreciate that xQc streamed for roughly 22 hours I feel like when he does these long streams they always end up being low energy/effort streams.” The user suggested that shorter, high-energy streams might be more enjoyable for the audience. While the initial poster admitted that they “can’t speak for everyone,” it seems that many others in xQc’s fanbase were quick to agree with the sentiment that was shared. Fans supported the post, writing, “2023 has literally been one of the best years in gaming ever but bro doesn’t seem interested in playing any of it.” “Only AAA game that I can think of that he has finished this year is Hogwarts (and Lies of P I think).” Another chimed in, “It’s just boring lazy content, viewers know he is capable of so much more, that’s why we get upset.” xQc, seemingly well aware of the recent complaints, has now poked fun at the criticism with a sarcastic message in his chat. The message laid out a detailed schedule of games and activities, highlighting the absurdity of needing to micromanage his stream content. But some fans think that xQc is “still not getting it.” Contractual obligations or not, fans want to see more enthusiasm from the popular streamer. “I get that he has contractual obligations but it still doesn’t make sense why he can’t put more effort into his streams and take 2 hours out of the 22 hours today to do the things he promised he would,” an edit to the original Reddit thread later showed. “He literally has to play variety video games for a bit to appease the majority of his viewers and then he can go back to his low-effort content to meet his hours.” “It’s baffling to me how one of the main reasons he claims he went to Kick was the cool content he could create and that Eddie would help fund any projects/ideas he had. Instead, we went backward and all we got was even more low-effort streams.” With xQc seemingly paying attention to the criticism, it remains to be seen if any significant changes will be made to his streaming schedule going forward. After all, this isn’t the first time the streamer has been called “lazy”.

xQc claps back at IShowSpeed’s claim that he will cost them Sidemen Charity Match – Dexerto
xQc claps back at IShowSpeed’s claim that he will cost them Sidemen Charity Match xQc/IShowSpeedFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel clapped back at IShowSpeed after the YouTube streamer shaded the Twitch star about the upcoming Sidemen Charity Match, where they will be on the same team. Over the last few years, the Sidemen Charity Match has been one of the big annual events that fans have been able to look forward to. It brings together a whole host of names from YouTube, Twitch, and beyond to raise more for worthy causes. This year’s installment will be the biggest yet, though. Instead of playing at The Valley – the home of Charlton Atheltic, which holds 27,000 supporters – they’ll instead be playing the game at the London Stadium – home of West Ham United – which has a capacity of 62,000 for football. On top of that, the Sidemen have managed to land pretty much every big name around. MrBeast will be returning for another game, as will IShowSpeed, and xQc will be making his long-awaited debut as well. xQc claps back at Speed’s roast over Sidemen Charity Match In fact, Speed and xQc are set to be on the same side – the YouTube All-Stars – which prompted Speed to shade the Canadian just a little bit. “I promise you chat, y’all don’t even want to know who the YouTuber’s goalkeeper is, I promise you,” Speed said, refusing to actually name xQc. “Bro, he’s like a skinny pip, oh my god. I promise you, if he’s actually playing f*cking goalkeeper on my team, we’re losing bro, I’m sorry.” While he did laugh at Speed’s comments, the Twitch star couldn’t help but poke fun at Speed. “Ok, now show your meat,” xQc said, referencing Speed’s recent explicit wardrobe malfunction. While he’s not the captain of the YouTube All-Stars, Speed has taken up that mantle just a little bit, and it’ll be interesting to see if he goes one better than last year. This year’s game gets underway at 3 PM on Saturday, September 9, and you’ll be able to get the latest updates and report from the game right here on Dexerto.

xQc claims Ludwig can’t do gambling streams because he “sold out” to YouTube – Dexerto
xQc claims Ludwig can’t do gambling streams because he “sold out” to YouTube Twitch: xQc/YouTube: LudwigTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has claimed that the real reason that his fellow streamer Ludwig ‘Ludwig’ Ahgren won’t include sponsored gambling in his content is that YouTube is strict about any such ads on the platform. xQc sent sparks across the streaming community after he announced he would be using sponsored gambling ads once again during his streams. The news came a year after he quit the practice for good and apologized for “hardcore exposing” gambling to his viewers. The move sparked a fiery dispute online as various streamers have shared their take on the change and the potential damage it could have on influential fans. YouTuber Ludwig added his voice to the debate claiming that he wouldn’t be including any gambling in his content due to his previous addiction. However, xQc believes there could be another reason. xQc explains why Ludwig can’t include gambling ads On May 19, xQc claimed that the reason Ludwig wouldn’t be including gambling ads in his content would be because he “sold out” to YouTube, which has a strict rule on the type of ads that can be circulated on the platform. It comes after Ludwig stated that he wouldn’t be ‘selling out’ to online gambling sponsors for ‘morality’ reasons as well as his fear of the backlash he might receive from his fans and fellow streamers. “Guys, I did some mental investigation about this, okay,” xQc claimed. “Ludwig says he doesn’t have a price. Then it hit me. It’s because Ludwig is on YouTube and YouTube doesn’t allow any [gambling], and Ludwig signed and sold out to YouTube.” Back in June 2021, YouTube implemented a set of new policies with regards to its masthead ad content. The updated rules prohibited any ads promoting gambling, alcohol, political content, or prescription drugs from featuring on the website’s home page. Responding to Ludwig’s comments during his stream, xQc added: “[Ludwig] literally contractually cannot in any way shape or form do it. Now, I got it. Now, it just kind of clicked.” Ludwig hasn’t openly responded to xQc’s comments, as of writing. However, with the long list of streamers speaking out against the use of sponsored gambling ads continues to grow, this dispute isn’t going away any time soon.

xQc claims Twitch let Kai Cenat “get away with” with multiple bans amid Kick rumors – Dexerto
xQc claims Twitch let Kai Cenat “get away with” with multiple bans amid Kick rumors Twitch: xQc/Kai CenatFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel believes Kai Cenat has gotten away with some things on Twitch that others would have copped a ban for, and that the platform has been pretty lenient with him. Twitch’s disciplinary process for permanently banning streamers and issuing suspension is not a wholly transparent one. The Amazon-owned platform doesn’t publicly announce specific reasons for bans and often refers streamers to their community guidelines. This routinely causes confusion within the community, especially when big streamers are perceived as getting a pass compared to those with a smaller community. Though, the biggest stars do get punished a fair bit. Most recently, Kai Cenat was hit with a 7-day ban after some lewd activities in GTA. In the wake of that, he has threatened to leave Twitch if he receives another ban, but xQc believes the platform has already been lenient towards him. xQc says Twitch has let Kai Cenat get away with bannable actions It was something the former Overwatch League star mentioned during his May 9 stream as he watched a YouTube video documenting Kai’s history on Twitch amid rumors he could move over to Kick. “I think, based on my experience and my knowledge and expertise around TOS and Twitch staff and moderators at Twitch, Kai got away with f**king so much. Ok, reasonably so. At the time, he was new on Twitch,” xQc said. “I’m not going to be a snitching Andy. Kai balled out super hard. This is objective. Him saying ‘Oh well he got banned for this, lol’. If you want to scope out and look at what people normally get banned for, he would have gotten banned like five or six times. I think that’s like the absolute minimum. I’m not saying that’s good or bad, I’m just saying that’s how it is.” As it stands, there are still rumors that the popular Twitch streamer could follow the likes of Adin Ross and move over to the Stake-backed Kick platform as he’s continued to tease it on his own stream. It ultimately remains to be seen if that’ll happen, especially as Twitch continues to dominate the livestreaming space.

xQc claims his community never “defended” him during Adept drama – Dexerto
xQc claims his community never “defended” him during Adept drama xQc / AdeptxQc has called out his community for failing to support him during the drama with his former partner Adept. xQc’s split was Adept became a hot talking point in his community and the wider streaming scene as a whole last year, with the situation becoming significantly more complicated after Adept claimed that the pair had been in a “common law marriage” before the breakup. Since then, xQc has been one of the biggest streamers in the world after a massive $100 million deal to join Kick, as well as controversies surrounding streamers using reaction content, which also affected other big names like Hasan. But now xQc has called some of his viewers out for not sticking by him when the issues with Adept first arose, and he’s also condemned some of them for not letting him move on from the whole ordeal. xQc calls out his viewers for not moving on from Adept drama During a recent stream, which took place on xQc’s Twitch channel, xQc confronted a chatter who said that he couldn’t be supported anymore. When the viewer said that it was getting harder and harder to defend him, xQc shot back: “Bro, people have not defended me on sh*t for months and I don’t care. I don’t need or want your defense. when has anyone defended me for the last 6 months? All the drama sh*t, even people in my own community turned on me. “What do I care? I have certain viewpoints. I don’t agree. I don’t give a f*ck, flat out. I don’t give a f*ck. What do I care?” While issues with Adept are not resolved yet, things have died down significantly since when the news first broke. xQc claims he’ll have to set up a hidden “bunker” to get away amid Adept drama – Dexerto
xQc claims he’ll have to set up a hidden “bunker” to get away amid Adept drama xQc | TwitchxQc recently moved to get away from Adept during the ongoing drama between the former couple. But, with his location exposed, xQc thinks he may have to hide away “for at least a week” until things blow over. xQc has had a very public and messy breakup with Adept, one that has been unfolding on stream and across social media for months. Things have gone as far as Adept allegedly entering xQc’s house and stealing irreplaceable personal belongings like baby pictures and other personal mementos. Not to mention, the police have been called to xQc’s address multiple times in rapid succession, only adding to the already stressful situation for this streamer. He’s seriously considering setting up some sort of “encampment” or “bunker” to keep his location a secret and isolate himself. xQc thinks he needs to isolate himself for “at least a week” In a discussion near the end of an over 9 hour long livestream, xQc spoke about how much of a toll recent events have taken on him and that he may be forced to completely isolate himself. “I think a good solution would be to set up a good encampment, like a good bunker, that’s, like, unknown. That’s what I thought I had here. But… I guess I’ll have to camp for at least a week, or maybe more, and then come back.” xQc continued speaking about the current situation after admitting he may need to disappear to an “unknown” location for a bit, and, while he knows he’ll be ok in isolation, he lamented feeling like he had to leave the community of streamers around him behind. “There are so many people, so many streamers here, dude. There are like 40 streamers in the area, and we can always hang out. There’s always someone to talk to and chill [with], I can just bike around and go see people.” xQc explained. “Literally, I can go to anyone’s house — It’s like a village here. It’s really chill. It makes me feel in the moment. Sometimes, that matters.” He continued on and said, “I do this, everyone does their same thing on their own, it’s like — all doing the same thing, it makes you feel like you’re part of something. Makes you feel like you’re in the moment. You know? And I really like that. Now this could be taken away, just like that. It’s just trash.”

xQc claims he’s no longer gambling after $5 million win – Dexerto
xQc claims he’s no longer gambling after $5 million win Twitch: xQc/UnsplashxQc has revealed he’s no longer gambling after winning $5 million in an online game. It comes after he lost $1.1 million while gambling in Las Vegas. Gambling on stream has long been a hot-button topic within the streaming community, especially given how many big streamers have done it in the past and also been sponsored at the same time. With Twitch increasingly clamping down on gambling content – including casino slots and CSGO skin betting – a few streamers have turned to Kick. The Stake-backed platform was built following Twitch’s first crackdown on gambling streams and allows streamers to broadcast pretty much anything. Despite this, Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel, who is one of the biggest streamers who has made the leap to Kick, has been criticized for his gambling streams. He’s also been open to his fans about his gambling habits, revealing he lost $1.1 million while gambling in Las Vegas in August. However, this seems to have come to an end after xQc took to his Kick chat to reveal he’s quit his gambling habit. xQc posted a screenshot to his chat of him seemingly winning $5,000,000 on an online gambling game. However, he soon went on to reveal that he’s quit gambling. He told his chat: “Nah I already withdrew my shit, I ain’t gambling no more.” Despite xQc being open about his gambling habits, revealing both his wins and his losses, it continues to be a controversial topic in the gaming world. Gambling streams have been a source of controversy for both streaming platforms and streamers themselves. Recently, popular streamer DNP3 revealed that gambling streams left him with a “severe gambling addiction” and “completely broke.“ In September 2023, a Danish Twitch streamer was fined over $1,500 after the Danish gambling authority accused the streamer of advertising gambling sites that don’t have a Danish gambling license, which is illegal.

xQc claims he can’t pay Texas house bills as ex-girlfriend Adept blocks access – Dexerto
xQc claims he can’t pay Texas house bills as ex-girlfriend Adept blocks access Instagram: AdeptthebestxQc claimed in a new stream that he is unable to access his Texas house accounts and that his ex-girlfriend Adept refused to give him access after he called her to ask about it. Content creators xQc and Adept were previously known as a power couple in the streaming space. While the two initially pretended that they were not in a relationship and were simply “roommates”, they soon dropped the act and confirmed they were in a relationship. However, in September 2022, the two confirmed they had split for good after being on and off again for a long time. What followed was a plethora of drama which, despite being over six months later, is still going on to this day. First, it was about ownership of xQc’s McLaren supercar, which is in Adept’s name, given Lengyel doesn’t have a license. Then, it was revealed that Adept had in fact taken legal action, arguing that she and xQc were in a ‘common law marriage’ and was filing for divorce. Now, however, the drama continues. In a recent Twitch stream, xQc explained why he has been unable to live in his Texas home, revealing that he has been locked out of his house accounts and that his ex-girlfriend and fellow streamer Adept allegedly refuses to give him access back. Adept blocks xQc from accessing accounts for Texas house “I call, and I’m like, could I possibly have my accounts back? They are under my name, which is at the house that I paid for so that I could possibly turn the power on. So I can live my life.” xQc was tight-lipped about what exactly Adept said in response. However, he did hint that the conversation did not go how he was hoping and wanting it to. “Let’s just say, that didn’t go as well as you think it could possibly go.” Time will tell if Adept responds to xQc’s claims or how the situation unfolds from here. Rest assured we’ll keep you posted on all the latest.

xQc claims he faces more backlash than Pokimane for controversies – Dexerto
xQc claims he faces more backlash than Pokimane for controversies Twitch: xQc/PokimaneStreaming star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel believes he faces more backlash than most streamers, including Pokimane, in the wake of her controversy over the price of Myna cookies. Over the years, plenty of streaming stars and YouTubers have dipped into the merchandise game. Some have just sold t-shirts and hoodies with their own branding on them, while others have branched out into the food and drinks market. Twitch star Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys became the latest to hop on board with that, launching Myna Snacks and their Midnight Mini Cookies. However, she was quickly swamped by a wave of backlash due to the pricing of the cookies and comparisons to cheaper brands. Poki also faced criticism for making jokes about fans being too “broke” to buy the snacks, which has prompted plenty of other content creators to weigh in. That includes xQc, who believes he’s faced worse backlash for lesser things. xQc claims he gets more backlash than Pokimane amid cookie drama During his November 22 Kick stream, the former Overwatch League star had been watching Ludwig’s take on the drama surrounding Myna’s cookies, when he decided to relate it to his own, recent experiences with backlash. “By ratio of people who were exposed to the news, she got less flak for flexing on somebody broke as a millionaire, right, in public than I did for flexing on another multi-millionaire with a f*cking watch in private,” xQc said, referring to his beef with H3H3 from early August. “That’s insane, let that sink in.” In recent weeks, the Canadian has also faced criticism for flexing his wealth on people in his public tweets, again using that same watch over having clips reacting to the ongoing Israel and Palestine conflicts. Those tweets were, at the time, labeled as the “worst reply” possible as xQc was roundly criticized from all corners but it didn’t stretch as long as the current Poki drama has.

xQc claims Fuslie, Sykkuno & Valkyrae made a mistake with YouTube deals – Dexerto
xQc claims Fuslie, Sykkuno & Valkyrae made a mistake with YouTube deals Twitch: xQc / YouTube: FuslieFollowing Fuslie’s announcement that she was moving to YouTube, joining friends Sykkuno, Valkyrae and LilyPichy, top Twitch streamer xQc believes they “f**ked it” in their deals with the Google-owned platform. Along with TimTheTatman, Myth, Ludwig, DrLupo and more, members of the OfflineTV and ‘Amigops’ groups have been switching sides from Twitch to YouTube too. It appears to be a concerted effort from YouTube to sign creators who associate closely together, in the hopes of bringing over the strong community aspects which Twitch has developed. However, for this reason, xQc believes these streamers (Fuslie, Sykkuno, Valkyrae, LilyPichu and others) could have bargained much harder with YouTube, to get more lucrative deals. xQc: “They kinda f**ked it” “No joke, I think OTV, they kinda f**ked it,” xQc said. “Let’s say they’re being paid about one or two million each, a year, right. Let’s do some quick maths. “I truly think, what if OTV banded altogether, and then said, ‘yo, dude, you cannot get any of us to YouTube, unless you give us a package deal – you buy out all of OTV for $200 million.’ I’m not kidding. “I think the likeliness of a big number like this to happen, would have actually worked. I’m not kidding.” “Because you’re not buying a piece of something, you’re buying one big thing, and that’s worth a lot of money.” One slight problem with xQc’s analysis is that not all of these streamers are technically members of OfflineTV. Although the others are closely associated, LilyPichu is the only official OTV member of the four. xQc believes that this method of buying out entire communities will be the ‘standard’ in the industry going forward, as opposed to buying out individual creators, whether it is for sponsorships or platform contracts.

xQc claims Hasan and Pokimane are “scared” that Kick will succeed – Dexerto
xQc claims Hasan and Pokimane are “scared” that Kick will succeed xQc/TwitchStreaming star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has suggested that fellow streamers Hasan and Pokimane are both scared that Kick will succeed, which is why they have been critical of his deal. Back on June 16, xQc set the internet ablaze when it was revealed that he’d be signing a non-exclusive deal with Kick worth up to $100 million. Plenty of streamers congratulated the Twitch star on getting such a massive payday, but there have been others who’ve been critical, because of Kick associated with Stake – the crypto casino and gambling website. Pokimane has been one of the vocal critics of Kick, saying she wouldn’t make the move for $10 million as it would “compromise” her “morals and ethics. Hasan has also expressed his skepticism, suggesting that Kick would face heightened scrutiny from both creators and the media now that it was signing larger and larger talent. xQc talked more about the backlash the two other streamers have expressed about the deal in his most recent stream. xQc thinks Hasan and Pokimane are “scared” of Kick’s possible success In a stream on June 22, 2023, xQc watch Hasan’s recent stream where he talked with MoistCr1TiKal about Felix’s deal with Kick. Hasan and Moist were discussing their thoughts on Kick offering streamer contracts. Moist has previously described Twitch as being a “sinking ship” after finding out about xQc’s contract with Kick, whereas Hasan was worried about Kick’s connection with Stake. Reacting to the conversation live on his stream, xQc argued that Hasan, as well as Pokimane are both scared of Kick becoming a successful platform. “The only reason they’re talking s**t is that they’ve just realized that ‘holy f**k, it might actually work’, and that scares them,” xQc said. “Because if this s**t fails and they pull the plug, all they will have is their morals and ethics in their hands, and f**king nothing else. And not a platform to brag about it anymore. “Empty hands, morals, and that should be enough for you. Morals and ethics should be what you care about, right? Not what it comes with then? But it seems like these guys, they want to dip their f**king bread into the sauce, and they want to also eat it then. And there’s a chance they might not be able to do that then if that s**t f**ks up, and that scares them. “They are afraid, and I’m not gonna say ‘oh, they’re just because they’re broke’, I’m not gonna do that. Actually, I will, yes. They are scared because they might become broke then.” For more news and updates on xQc’s deal and what it means for the streaming industry, check out the top streamer reactions to his annoucement.

xQc claims Adept used ownership of $300K McLaren as a “manipulative tactic” – Dexerto
xQc claims Adept used ownership of $300K McLaren as a “manipulative tactic” Twitch: xQcxQc is claiming Adept used her ownership of his McLaren as a “manipulative tactic” as he outlined on stream how she allegedly promised to return it, though he has yet to receive it back. In a stream in which he promised to “clear up truths”, xQc revealed that his $300K McLaren which was registered under his ex’s name, Adept, is yet to be returned to him. In xQc’s and Adept’s public divorce proceedings, ownership over his McLaren had been a talking point as xQc did not possess a driver’s license at the time of purchase. To which Adept revealed that it was signed under her name, legally making it hers. As their divorce proceedings become increasingly intense in the public eye, xQc has now revealed the current status of his car, claiming Adept had been using it to ‘manipulate’ him. “What happened with the car?” xQc asked a hypothetical question as tens of thousands were tuned in live on August 20. To which he answered, “Last time I checked, some bird told me in the past a couple of times, things like, ‘you do own it, I’m dropping it off. The papers, the title, keys, and everything.’” He further questioned, “And ahem, where is it? This car never seems to come back to be honest.” xQc further suggested, “It’s almost like it was used in manipulative tactics and control tactics for not one month, not two, s***, maybe for 14, maybe for 18, 20 months perhaps.” “It’s almost like it was a point of conversation, and point of discussion, that could possibly reel me back in to talk about, and was promised to me at all times, which didn’t do anything, and that f***ing sucks.” So for the time being, it appears xQc still doesn’t have his costly McLaren back, as Adept seemingly holds onto it amid the ordeal.

xQc claims Adept threatened to make an OnlyFans amid breakup – Dexerto
xQc claims Adept threatened to make an OnlyFans amid breakup xQc / AdeptxQc claimed his ex-partner Adept threatened to create her own OnlyFans account if he didn’t give her money while they were still together. xQc and Adept were once the ‘it’ couple of the streaming world. However, things have taken a turn for the worse since they announced their breakup in September 2022. The ex-partners have been going at it quite a bit over the last year, with the most recent news being that Adept allegedly asked for “millions of dollars” to drop an assault investigation. In a recent Kick stream, xQc claimed that Adept, who recently claimed she’d been married to the streamer for three years, had threatened to create an OnlyFans account if he didn’t give her money. xQc claims Adept threatened to make an OnlyFans xQc was in the middle of playing Counter-Strike 2 on his Kick stream when he started talking about his ex, Adept. He told his viewers on the stream: “At one point, there was literally an ongoing, recurrent threat of like ‘pay me money or I’ll do OnlyFans live sh*t then.’ “It is what it is.” xQc has previously been open about his opinion on OnlyFans, saying that it’s “bottom of the barrel behavior.” “I could be on my last leg. I could be on my last dime. I wouldn’t do OnlyFans. That sh*t is absolute f**king brain rot,” the former Overwatch League pro said on a stream. “I ain’t doing that. Bottom of the barrel behavior.” xQc and Adept broke up in 2022 after years together it was a long-standing joke that the pair were ‘roommates’ and nothing more, but there were plenty of slip-ups along the way. The pair, ultimately, went public in 2021 and dropped the ‘roommates’ moniker. They have, though, broken up from time to time, only to reconcile and get back together. However, on a stream on September 15, 2022, xQc confirmed that he and Adept had, once again, broken up. Drama soon unfolded from the breakup, starting with the ownership of xQc’s McLaren supercar, which is in Adept’s name, given xQc doesn’t have a license. Then, it was revealed that Adept had in fact taken legal action, arguing that she and xQc were in a ‘common law marriage’ and that she was filing for divorce. Leaked documents also revealed that xQc is prohibited from discussing the topic on stream. So far, in 2023, it has gone quiet, but the legal battle is likely still ongoing. But this doesn’t stop either xQc or Adept from making comments about one another in streams from time to time.

xQc claims Adept has taken his baby pictures and other personal belongings – Dexerto
xQc claims Adept has taken his baby pictures and other personal belongings Twitch: xQc/ Instagram: adeptthebestxQc claims his former partner Adept took his personal baby photos and other important photos from his home. It comes a day after Adept posted some cryptic photos of him sleeping on her Instagram. Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel is one of Twitch’s most-followed streamers. After rising to fame as an Overwatch pro, he’s now one of the biggest names in the streaming world. But over the past several months, xQc’s split from former partner Adept has become a major talking point among his millions of viewers. The two notably broke up amid a fiery argument last year, and things have been escalating ever since. xQc gave his fans a tour of his old house on Twitter. But people couldn’t help but notice the flashing police cars outside the house. Possibly referring to the police presence outside, xQc sarcastically captioned the post: “HERE’S THE AWAITED HOUSE TOUR! I LOVE OWNING A NICE HOUSE AND BEING ABLE TO LIVE IN IT PEACEFULLY!” xQc claims Adept took his sentimental baby photos Just a day after the house tour video, xQc told his Twitch followers that he had baby pictures and some important life documents go missing. “I was just tryna take some pics. only a few things were missing. it is what it is. just sucks I lost baby pictures and some of my important life documents but whatever,” xQc said in his offline chat. He explained in his Twitch chat: “My mom sent me 5 pictures every holiday pretty much, I kept them in one spot. after a while, it amounted to like 50 pictures. I left them under the phone cabinet. All gone, wiped clean.” He went on to say: “Two transparent boxes full of important old stuff is missing. out of almost everything. a couple other things. I was there 5 days ago and was going through them. I left it there and thought “I know where it’s at, im not gonna move it.” Replying to someone in the chat, xQc wrote: “What can I do? In the last 8 months I realized that some things in life are just completely fucked up. Fucked up people can do things and that will label them as fucked up, but that’s about it. It’s just the way it goes.” Fans believe this is a reference to his relationship with Adept ending in September 2022, about eight months before these photos and documents went missing. Leaked documents also revealed that xQc is prohibited from discussing the topic on stream. This is why fans often have to speculate what has happened.

xQc claims Adept asked for “millions of dollars” to drop sexual assault investigation – Dexerto
xQc claims Adept asked for “millions of dollars” to drop sexual assault investigation xQc / AdeptFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has claimed that the sexual assault case made against him by his ex-partner Samantha ‘Adept’ Lopez would have been dropped if he paid her a large sum of money. xQc’s legal saga with his ex-partner Adept has continued even after the case has been reportedly closed. She made a legal case against him regarding sexual assault allegations after the two had split up, which has been a public affair since. Now, just days after Adept has accused xQc of paying his Twitch moderators for sex, the drama-filled saga has not finished yet, as Felix broke down the details of his legal case with Adept. xQc claims Adept wanted to settle sexual assault case for “millions” While streaming on October 3, the former Overwatch pro began speaking to his viewers about the timeline of events of the investigation. “There was an application made by the other party for a protective order against me, so they had to be protected from me because I had committed family violence. “The claims were extremely outrageous, unfounded, untrue, didn’t happen. And, they were so far out that I didn’t even know what I was reading when it was given to me,” xQc stated. He later explained that the case went to a “Grand Jury,” as well as other law enforcement, such as a “Detective,” where he said he spoke to them for hours. “There is no probable cause to continue further and it just stops right there and there is no warrants, no arrests, nothing, it just stops right there,” the streamer explained in regards to how the case ended. xQc then went into detail about what the legal documents stated if Adept was to drop the case: “The settlements asked for a sizeable amount of millions of dollars for it to go away.” At the time of writing, Adept has not yet responded to the claims and she has since been banned on Twitch for an unknown reason.

xQc claims Adept asked to be in his will when he was in a “vulnerable” state – Dexerto
xQc claims Adept asked to be in his will when he was in a “vulnerable” state Instagram: xqcow1xQc claimed Adept, his ex-partner, asked to be in his will during a period when he was in a supposedly “vulnerable” state, adding he was scared of her demand. xQc’s legal battle against his ex, Adept, has been a public affair for the former couple. From the pair revealing personal grudges on their streams to arguments over a $300,000 McLaren which xQc has yet to receive back, there’s been plenty discussed in the public spotlight. The lawsuit has been a messy affair and xQc has now opened up to his stream about his mental health struggles amid his ongoing relationship problems. In a stream with Dr. K, xQc opened up to him about his mental state in dealing with his fractured relationship with Adept, revealing one particular detail: She allegedly asked to be put in his will. “I didn’t really feel good about how I was feeling with my health overall, just for things nobody really knows about, I don’t want people to speculate,” xQc said to Dr. K. “I just didn’t feel right. And I was writing my will with my mom, and then [Adept] who I was with, I told them ‘I don’t feel really good. And if I die, if I check out, I want people to get stuff’”, and [Adept] wasn’t in the will.” xQc further added, “At the moment I was really vulnerable, at my lowest, kinda like ‘I’m so scared that I’m writing a will down’, hearing [her] just say, “ok if that happens what do I get?… “It makes you feel like if you were to f***ing check out, you’d still be what you have. And I think that’s really impactful. That’s where things kind of fell apart.” The question of xQc’s will and where his wealth would go in the event he dies has been brought up earlier in the year with xQc revealing his will caused tension between him and those he was close with at the time.

xQc charity debate gets personal: Ninja, Jessica Blevins & Alinity feud – Dexerto
xQc charity debate gets personal: Ninja, Jessica Blevins & Alinity feud xQc – Twitter / Jessica Blevins – IG / Alinity – TwitchTyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins, his wife Jessica, and Twitch’s Alinity all got into a war of words on Twitter with Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel over claims that streamers were paid to do charity streams, which turned into a heated argument full of personal attacks. On June 29, xQc was broadcasting on Twitch when he claimed to reveal that “most charities” will pay streamers to do streams. “I don’t need proof, that’s just common sense,” he said, in response to some doubting viewers. “A good amount of charities that your streamers do, they raise money, but they’re paid a flat amount before there’s any money. Even if they raise a less amount…” The former Overwatch pro explained that he himself had been approached to host a sponsored charity event on his channel: “Holy sh*t! I get these offers, I would know!” His comments soon went viral on Reddit, which then brought DrLupo into the conversation, after one user suggested that the money that he has raised for St. Judes over the years could be due to paid agreements. “I’ve never been paid to raise money for St. Judes,” Lupo stated. “Just wanted to be sure that was clear.” Ninja’s wife, Jessica Blevins, wasn’t so cordial in her reply, as she blasted xQc for “always having some trash to say” and that she had never heard of a streamer getting paid to raise money. .” Things got personal after that, as xQc responded that the remarks were “rich” coming from her: “Incredible you found the time to half-ass listen to the clip and give your take no one asked about in between your virtue signaling posts.” The back-and-forth only got more heated from there; the pair continued to throw jabs and insults at each other before Ninja himself stepped in to defend his wife from his fellow streamer’s insinuations that her “Gucci bags” are paid for by charity. “You have zero clue the amount of work Jess does for our family and our business, and when she wants to buy a Gucci bag she f**king can because she worked for it,” he replied. “We have donated millions to charity, and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars. Stop being a piece of sh*t.” Despite his “respect” comment, Jessica wasn’t buying it, pushing things further into the fire by calling xQc “sexist” and accusing him “spewing trash.” “It’s very clear that you don’t respect women or really anyone with the trash I’ve heard you spew,” she tweeted. “If you want to be sexist and act like because I’m married to a successful man, that it makes me a do-nothing mooching woman, that’s your choice to be that kind of person.” Even after the star streamer hit back at her for using the “sexism card in such a trivial interaction,” Blevins reaffirmed her accusations that the comments made against her were because of her gender. However, she also said in a separate tweet that she’d personally messaged xQc so they could continue their discussion privately. As if that fiery back-and-forth wasn’t enough drama, Twitch streamer Alinity got in on the action. After she said “Team Ninja” would lose in a reply to esports insider Rod ‘Slasher’ Breslau’s joking tweet, Ninja immediately hit back at her by bringing up the animal abuse allegations she faced last year. Naturally, this led to the two having their own heated war of words on Twitter, one that resulted in Alinity calling the superstar streamer “the most toxic person in gaming. Remember, this all came in reply to DrLupo’s original reply to xQc’s charity claims, and for what it’s worth, the two seem to have remained on good terms despite all of the arguing and personal attacks that surrounded the topic. Even the former Overwatch pro admitted that things had gotten out of control and that some of his comments were taken out of context, but his counterpart didn’t seem to be as furious about the whole ordeal.

xQc claims $119 million has been wagered using his gambling code: “It’s not crazy” – Dexerto
xQc claims $119 million has been wagered using his gambling code: “It’s not crazy” Twitch: xQc/UnsplashTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel claimed that “$119 million” has been wagered through his new gambling partnership link, but explained that most of that is made up of bonuses from new players. Gambling streams on Twitch have been a pretty controversial topic over the years, seeing as many streamers are advertising gambling to a young, influential audience. Despite how lucrative they are, many streamers have sworn off taking gambling partnerships – with some even calling on Twitch to ban them outright. In the case of xQc, he’s had gambling partnerships before, and even caught plenty of flak from his fans about playing slots and casino games for hours on end. While the Canadian stated that he’d be quitting gambling streams back in June 2021, noting that he felt bad about how many people had signed up through his link, he’s since taken on another partnership that hasn’t impressed some viewers. Though, it seems as if it has paid off for the website he’s working with. During his May 19 stream, the former Overwatch star was urged to check the stats on his account, including how much people had wagered through using his unique code. “Total wagered? Oh, it’s not that bad. $119 million, it’s not f**king crazy crazy. It’s not crazy crazy,” xQc said, smiling as his chat couldn’t tell if he was being totally serious or not. “That’s rookie numbers… compared to some of these nutjobs, yeah,” he continued, addressing some of the comments from his viewers about how the deposit bonuses on the site works. “Guys, that’s wagered. It means putting it in, but it always comes back somehow,” xQc added. Though, not many fans were buying his explanation. Seeing as xQc didn’t show the stats on-screen, some suggested that he was simply exaggerating and playing up the figures despite his multiple explanations about it. As we’ve seen previously, some of these partnerships can last quite a while, but if the backlash continues, who knows if xQc will keep on with the gambling.

xQc challenges Twitch as WoW streamer C9 Ziqo gets banned for “no reason” – Dexerto
xQc challenges Twitch as WoW streamer C9 Ziqo gets banned for “no reason” xQc / C9 ZiqoUpdate (Monday, January 26 – 7 PM PT): After a week of confusion, Twitch has reversed its decision to ban Ziqo’s account on the platform, restoring his access on January 26. After a confusing week for the popular WoW streamer, Ziqo now has access to his Twitch account once again. The initial ban came through without a proper explanation and the situation has now been resolved without a proper explanation as well. Thanks to support from the community, including the likes of xQc, Ziqo is now back on Twitch. The original story continues below. Félix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has challenged Twitch over a potential inconsistency in their banning protocol, angered by the news that fellow streamer C9 Ziqo was suspended without explanation and couldn’t stream for a few days as a result. Ziqo’s ban was announced on January 19, but after almost a week passed by without any confirmation about the time he could return to playing for his audience, xQc has decided back him publicly with a message to decision makers. Of course, the former Overwatch pro has been in this difficult situation a number of times, having been banned more than once on Twitch. Most recently, he was banned in November 2020 for cheating at a Twitch Rivals event. Twitch urged to take action over WoW streamer ban After seeing World of Warcraft fans were still waiting to hear more from C9 Ziqo, on January 25 he urged Twitch to make a move and “stop stalling” on his case. In a tweet, the Canadian posted: “IF I GET A VOD TIMESTAMP WHEN I GET SUSPENDED, HE SHOULD TOO,” tagging Twitch Support in his message. “PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A TIMESTAMP OR FIX. STREAMERS LOSE TRACTION OVERNIGHT, STOP STALLING.” https://twitter.com/xQc/status/1353680336518049792 The argument he’s making, that streamers can lose traction overnight, is certainly a valid one. With a player unable to stream, viewers – in turn – also are unable to watch, living off snippets of information posted to Twitter during the ban. There is no guarantee that the viewership will be of the same size following the ban, xQc argues. C9 Ziqo opens up on his Twitch suspension C9 Ziqo confirmed he would be making a YouTube video explaining everything, and that’s since been released. It’s included in the tweet xQc responded to, and shows the streamer revealing everything we knows so far about his suspension. During the video, he says it was a violation of Twitch TOS, but the specific issue wasn’t confirmed. In a tweet, he revealed his own suspicion that something has been misheard during a stream. He has since launched an appeal. Right now I believe I got suspended because @TwitchSupport misheard my f*ck it (in clip below) for a homophobic slur. Similar to Forsen. So I made another appeal, again this is only speculation since Twitch never showed me the flagged content. https://t.co/dCPugcarMW — Ziqo (@Ziqoftw) January 25, 2021 “It could be anything honestly in that policy,” he said in his YouTube video. Clarity is something Ziqo will want himself, but more broadly speaking fellow streamers and his fans would prefer to know why this has happened in the first place. https://youtu.be/AOGH1Yu0EJw Whether or not the process of lifting the suspension will be accelerated following the message from his fellow streamer remains to be seen.

xQc celebrates launch of clothing brand ‘Lengyel’ with first merch drop – Dexerto
xQc celebrates launch of clothing brand ‘Lengyel’ with first merch drop LengyelxQc has launched his long-awaited clothing brand, Lengyel, celebrating the occasion with his first merch drop after years of teasing fans. Félix “xQc” Lengyel is undoubtedly the streaming world’s biggest name. From being Twitch’s most-watched streamer in 2022 to signing a $100M blockbuster deal with Kick in 2023, he has an army of loyal fans by his side watching along for every minute. However, over the years of his streaming career, merch has always been a rarity for the mega-popular influencer. But after years of teasing fans, xQc is celebrating the launch of his first-ever clothing brand, Lengyel. Launching his first limited edition collection under the Lengyel umbrella, named after the man himself, the first clothing drop is set to go live on December 15 at 10AM PT. You can view and purchase items from the drop at xQc’s digital store here when it goes live. Coming out with four shirt designs and a hoodie for the initial collection, the shirts will cost $38 USD and the hoodie $78 USD. “Every fabric in this fully cut and sewn range has been hand-picked for comfort and quality,” an accompanying press release outlined. “Ensuring a tactile experience that’s as pleasing as it is thoughtfully designed.” This should be no surprise, as any xQc fan would know that he has constantly gone in-depth on stream talking about the process of sampling materials of late. “The reason why I don’t release stuff a lot is that I don’t want people to buy s*** that’s dogs***,” he most recently said on stream about his lack of merch over the years, assuring fans their patience will be rewarded. Sébastien Delvaux, the COO of Evolved who was involved in the creation of Lengyel said of the clothing line, “Félix wanted to deliver designer-quality apparel to his fans, so we partnered with our friends at Warren James to materialize his creative universe into stunning limited-edition collections.”

xQc has cemented his Twitch legacy, but can anyone catch up to the stream king? – Dexerto
xQc has cemented his Twitch legacy, but can anyone catch up to the stream king? Twitter: xQcFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel was the most-watched streamer on Twitch in April by a long shot, adding another building block to his legacy on the platform. It begs the question: who can catch him? In many ways, xQc’s name has become synonymous with Twitch. The energetic and fast-talking streamer stepped away from his career as a professional Overwatch player in 2018 to focus on streaming, and the rest is history. Today, he is, without a doubt, the most popular variety streamer on the platform, entertaining tens of thousands of people each day and millions throughout the year. As a result, his legacy is already set in stone. Across the first four months of 2022, xQc has raked in more than 92.5 million hours watched. His nearest rival, Brazilian superstar Gaules, is nearly half that at 54.3 million. Sure, the king gets dethroned every now and again month-by-month as the trends change, but he’s remains immortal while others die as meta snuff out. There seems to be a sizeable gap between him and the rest of the platform, but how long can the juicer sit at the top? Is there anyone that can feasibly challenge him — not just now, but long-term? That’s a deep rabbit hole to dive into. xQc is the king of Twitch, and it’s not close xQc has dominated viewership on Twitch in the last 12 months. People tuned into his channel for almost 260 million hours in that time, which is 100 million more than Gaules, the next most-viewed streamer on the list. What’s more, he pulled that off while streaming for about half the time Gaules has. xQc streamed for 3,500 hours with an average of 75,000 viewers. Gaules streamed for 8,500 hours with an average of 20,000 viewers. It does come down to some of the content. Gaules, with the PGL Antwerp Major coming up, will definitely have a chance at knocking off xQc in May — the Brazilian gets a huge influx of viewers around major Counter-Strike events. However, the juicer has also been helped by the recent Overwatch 2 beta which broke his own viewership records. Beyond that, third and fourth most-viewed streamers throughout the year were auronplay and Ibai, who clocked up around 120 million and 115 million hours watched respectively. After that, there’s a sharp decline. The momentum hasn’t slowed down either. In April, xQc accrued approximately 26 million hours watched compared to Gaules’ 16 million. The next three rounding out the top five had around 10 million. Can xQc be stopped? Realistically, no. Based on those stats alone, it seems like nobody can catch xQc. Well, there’s one outside contender. Auronplay, the Spanish-speaking superstar, skyrocketed in popularity in April. He averaged around 30,000 more viewers than xQc. He also has 12.5 million followers on the platform compared to xQc’s 10.5 million. In fact, the only streamer who has more than him is Ninja, who has 18 million followers. So, if anyone’s in contention, it’s him. Gaules, who is also in second for the year, has a chance to gain some ground with the aforementioned CS:GO major providing a boost over the next couple of weeks. However, xQc’s channel is still growing exponentially. Not only did he gain 350,000 followers in the past month, but his viewership also increased by 13.5%. Other fanbases work in ebbs and flows — but the juicer army turns out in droves, every day, for xQc’s broadcasts. For that reason, it’s unlikely he’ll be dethroned anytime soon.

xQc casts doubt on Ricegum’s Kick offer after he joins Rumble instead: “He probably got mad” – Dexerto
xQc casts doubt on Ricegum’s Kick offer after he joins Rumble instead: “He probably got mad” Twitch: xQc/RicegumStreaming star xQc is unsure about Ricegum’s claim that he would have to gamble on Kick had he joined the Stake-backed platform amid him joining Rumble instead. Over the last few months, Kick has been looking to make inroads against Twitch and make a mark on the livestreaming market. They’ve signed a few big names, including Adin Ross and xQc – with the latter getting a blockbuster deal. There have been plenty of rumors about the Stake-backed platform being on the hunt for others too, with Ricegum apparently getting an offer from them. Though, according to the longtime content creator, he decided to join Rumble instead because he would have been obligated to gamble on Kick to make the max value of his contract. However, xQc doubts that’s true as he doesn’t have a similar clause in his contract. xQc doubts Ricegum would have had to gamble on Kick The streaming star addressed Ricegum’s move in his July 5 stream, as he said anyone who believes that this “exposes” Kick’s contract is being ‘stupid’ about it. “Brother, I guarantee it, he’s the one who brought up gamba in his own thing. I guarantee it because if it was the main goal they probably would have brought it up with me,” xQc said after watching a part of Ricegum’s announcement. “It was probably him who brought it up like ‘Oh yeah this amount, what if I gamba this’ and they said ‘If you want to gamba then it’s this amount if they want to lump it together’ and then he’s probably got mad that the amount wasn’t enough. That’s just how it is! This is nothing new, holy f*ck.” Since moving over to Kick, xQc has rarely streamed gambling content, even though the platform gives streamers more options to do so after Twitch’s crackdown. It remains to be seen if more streamers will make the switch over there, and if so, whether they’ll have a history with gambling content.

xQc celebrates after hitting massive YouTube milestone – Dexerto
xQc celebrates after hitting massive YouTube milestone Twitch: xqcOW / YouTubeOne of the most popular personalities on the internet, Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel was in the middle of a Twitch stream on September 17 when he celebrated a massive YouTube milestone. xQc is undoubtedly one of the biggest content creators on the internet. The former Overwatch professional is always streaming to tens of thousands of live viewers on Twitch, regardless of what he’s playing or watching. Ranking among the top 25 most-followed accounts with over 3.5 million fans on the platform, it’s where you’ll find him on a near-daily basis. However, growing his following on Twitch isn’t his only active pursuit. xQc also boasts a popular YouTube channel that uploads multiple videos every single day. From stream highlights to gaming clips and reaction videos, he covers all bases. The oldest upload on the channel is just four years old but on Sep. 17, xQc hit a particularly big milestone. He was even live on Twitch to celebrate the moment too. “Happy one million subscribers,” fellow content creator Adept said as she walked into xQc’s room. Not only is his Twitch following enormous, but he’s just hit the special one million subscriber mark on YouTube as well. For that, xQc will be sent a golden play button from the platform, but Adept also came with a gift. “Your mum made it,” she said while handing over a cake in the shape of a ‘1’ and an ‘M.’ Unfortunately, this interruption came right as xQc was murdered in a round of Among Us. After jokingly slamming his desk, he was focused entirely on the cake and enjoying the special moment. “That was sweet,” he said upon returning to the stream. Though he admitted that he “should have muted” the game audio so that viewers could properly hear his celebration. “I’m bad at capturing nice moments.” Congratulatory donations soon flooded the stream as loyal viewers celebrated with their favorite streamer. Though he looked to stop his fans from spreading too much joy. “YouTube generates a lot of juice. You giving me juice as a congrats on YouTube juice, makes me feel bad,” he muttered. Despite parting ways with his former organization and missing big events recently, there are no signs of xQc’s growth slowing down anytime soon.

xQc can’t stop laughing at viral Ninja TikTok: “The greatest thing ever” – Dexerto
xQc can’t stop laughing at viral Ninja TikTok: “The greatest thing ever” xQc/NinjaTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel completely lost it watching a hilarious TikTok of fellow streamer Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins, replaying the video over and over again and calling it “the greatest thing, ever.” xQc has done his fair share to fight the internet’s criticism of Ninja in the past, despite also feuding with him, and Ninja’s wife Jessica over the years too. Back in August, Lengyel spoke up for Ninja, arguing that the star streamer hasn’t “fallen off” despite viewership decline since his return from Mixer. Although xQc is still friends with Blevins, that didn’t stop him from laughing endlessly at a bizarre viral TikTok at his expense. xQc cracks up at viral Ninja video The video, titled “Ninja off da perc,” uses a filter that resembles the deep-fried meme style that’s gained popularity over the last few years. Although the video simply shows the Twitch streamer walking into a room quite normally, looking confused, X could not control his fits of hysterics. xQc nearly leaped out of his seat, laughing uncontrollably. After the clip, he said: “Jesus, that is something else. Guys, that’s the best thing I’ve ever seen in my life.” The 26-year-old streamer loved the clip so much he reuploaded his reaction as a YouTube video. One comment read, “xQc almost died crying from laughter, hoping he recovers.” Although xQc does upload a ton of reaction content, this might be the most he’s ever laughed at a single clip. Ninja might not be such a fan of the TikTok though.

xQc can’t contain himself after punishing taunting UFC opponent – Dexerto
xQc can’t contain himself after punishing taunting UFC opponent Popular Twitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel pulled off a stunning comeback against an opponent in UFC after he found himself holding on for dear life. While he may be one of the most talented Overwatch players around, xQc regularly finds himself playing a wide variety of games during his daily Twitch streams. Be it something big like Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, or a smaller indie game recommended by fans, the streamer usually dabbles in it – and might even rage every once in a while. That was a similar story during his November 24 broadcast, when the Candian jumped back into UFC and tried to turn around his online record by defeating anyone who dared to stand across from him in the octagon. Instead of playing with a created character like fellow streamer, Saqib ‘LIRIK’ Zahid, xQc opted for UFC middleweight, Robert Whittaker, but found himself in danger during the second round of a bout. With 90 seconds to go, the streamer was on the receiving end of some brutal knee strikes and kicks to the body when his chosen fighter dropped to the canvas. While his opponent could (and should) have finished him off, they opted to taunt xQc instead – giving him the chance to recover. It proved to be fatal for them, however, as xQc took a moment, jumped back to his feet and delivered a devastating overhand left that instantly dropped his opponent. “Yes, yes, it’s over,” he yelled in celebration, before throwing his arms out to the side and deciding to have his own taunting moment. “Done! Keep dozing. Boom, boom, boom, boom, champion of the world!” Despite the win, xQc still has quite a ways to go until he can, officially, call himself the champion of the world – as he’s not got the greatest record in UFC online fights. He could, very well, turn it around by going on an insane win streak, but it’ll take more than miracle wins against opponents who are looking for a flash knockout – rather than a ground and pound stoppage – to get himself a positive record. Either way, it’s a positive step for xQc as he looks more like a contender than a struggling journeyman fighter.

xQc can’t stop laughing as he roasts Ninja’s extravagant streaming setup – Dexerto
xQc can’t stop laughing as he roasts Ninja’s extravagant streaming setup Twitch megastar Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel reacted to an old clip about Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins’ Mixer streaming setup, and couldn’t stop laughing as he claimed it was the “epitome” of his viral six consoles rant from 2019. xQc went viral in April 2019 when he blasted streamers for having extravagant setups that would give even NASA a run for its own money. “Six consoles, ten computers, bunch of f**king wires, dog cam, cat cam…” he exploded. The Overwatch pro revisited his epic six consoles rant during his January 12 broadcast when he watched an older video of Ninja introducing his new Mixer setup, and couldn’t stop laughing. xQc roasts Ninja’s setup The streamer was reacting to various clips for his audience during a broadcast when he clicked on Ninja’s 2018 reveal of his new studio, which was incredibly elaborate. In the video, the Fortnite player shows off various camera angles, before he switches to a screen where he’s on the floor and exclaims “for the doggy bowls,” which hilariously recalled the Canadian’s 2019 rant about “dog cam, cat cam.” Read More: Art streamer slams Twitch after being banned – xQc then turned towards his chat and said, “Dude, this is the epitome of six consoles, dude!” as the video panned towards the Mixer star using six HD TVs mounted to his wall just to display his logo. The Twitch personality seemed overwhelmed by the complexity of Ninja’s broadcasting room, before he burst into laughter when the streamer showed off his “analyst area” – something the Canadian had also hilariously ranted about last year as well. The Overwatch pro then broke into more laughter as it became apparent that Tyler’s office lined up 100% to his epic speech he gave last year, sending his chat into a frenzy as the comparison was obvious. When someone in his chat said, “Imagine needing validation so badly that you buy five f**king flat screens to show off your emblem,” xQc responded with, “Somebody could have doodled his logo, it doesn’t matter anymore. He has his logo on shoes now. And people unironically buy them. Isn’t that kind of crazy?” At the end of 2019, xQc opened up further on his viral rant, and clarified his philosophy on streaming setups, stating that he wants it to feel natural. “I don’t want my room to feel like a studio,” he explained. Read More: Mizkif explains why xQc deserves his success – Regardless of the debate on streaming setups, the Canadian must be doing something right as he gained over one million followers last year, and consistently pulls in 30,000 viewers a broadcast, making him one of the most watched channels on the platform.
