  • xQc calls out Trainwrecks for “unprofessional” behavior amid EA drama – Dexerto

xQc calls out Trainwrecks for “unprofessional” behavior amid EA drama Twitch: xqc/TrainwrecksTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has called out fellow streamer Tyler ‘Trainwrecks’ Niknam for his “unprofessional” behavior in his ongoing beef with EA after they banned him from an Apex Legends tournament. On November 1, Trainwrecks was told he would not be allowed to compete in NICKMERCS’ $50k Apex Legends tournament, believed to be due to his gambling streams, and he slammed the company for the ruling. The drama didn’t end there, though. Ever since the ruling, Train has been outspoken against EA, tweeting about his qualms with the company. For example, he’s spoken out against EA’s use of gambling sponsorship on soccer team’s jerseys in FIFA 22, given the reason they banned him from competing. last week @EA told nick they don’t want me participating in his tournaments because i gamble, today on fifa one of my viewers found this kit, what fucking clowns pic.twitter.com/nnvmsRWQID — Trainwreck (@Trainwreckstv) November 15, 2021 During a November 15 Twitch stream, xQc spoke out about Trainwrecks’ response to the tournament ban, calling him out for being “unprofessional” about the matter. “I’m on nobody’s side,” he said. “I just think, overall, it’s always bad if a company doesn’t sponsor you or kicks you out of the tournament, to get mad at them publicly. That’s very unprofessional. “I’m not with Train on this in any scope ever. Even his first tweet… I still think was bad. A company will sponsor or not sponsor whoever the f**k they want.” He continued: “They just didn’t want to have him in the tournament. That’s it. End of story. It had nothing to do with the gambling. Maybe it does have to do with it a little bit. It may not. Either way, they didn’t want to have him in the f**king tournament. End of story.” xQc does agree with Trainwrecks on one count, however, saying that having gambling sponsors on kits in FIFA “endorses it.” It doesn’t look as though Trainwrecks has eased up on the issue, though, and whether he ever has the chance to work with EA again in the future remains to be seen.

  • xQc cancels Kanye West and Drake stream over Twitch ban risk – Dexerto

xQc cancels Kanye West and Drake stream over Twitch ban risk Twitch: xQcTwitch’s most-watched streamer, Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel, had to cut short his stream on December 9, and wipe the VOD, over concerns that he could be banned from the platform due to a DMCA strike. xQc had been watching the Kanye and Drake ‘Free Larry Hoover Concert’ on his channel. Teaming up with Amazon, the concert was free to watch for all users on Twitch, and the stream peaked at over 230,000 viewers, with Drake and Kanye squashing their beef for the cause. As it was being streamed on Twitch, many broadcasters, including xQc, opted to co-stream the concert on their own channels. However, midway through doing so, xQc suddenly panicked, concerned he may face a DMCA strike due to the copyrighted music that was being played. And, with previous strikes on record, decided he couldn’t take the risk. xQc cuts stream short over ban fears He explained that if he was hit with a DMCA, it would be his “last strike”. “I’m on two out of three strikes, and apparently Twitch Music says [the concert] is DMCA. Mods, delete the VOD,” said the former Overwatch star. DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) enforces platforms to comply with copyright claim notifications immediately, and the response will range from deleting the infringing content, to temporarily or permanently banning the account. xQc previously received a DMCA strike for streaming coverage of the Tokyo Olympics on his channel. After his channel was suspended live, he said: “I took necessary precautions and thought it would be fine. Really didn’t expect it, but I could’ve easily avoided this.” But, he then opted to counter-claim the DMCA strike, claiming that: “This is transformative content, this is fair use, and this is not what you guys claim it is. “I, and [my counsel] truly believe it’s fair use and transformative, and have grounds to stand on. I genuinely think we’re right about this.” However, streaming Kanye and Drake’s concert with live music was a risk too far for Lengyel, especially with previous DMCA strikes hanging over his head.

  • xQc calls out “PR Andy” streamers like Hasan and Ludwig who try hard to look “good” – Dexerto

xQc calls out “PR Andy” streamers like Hasan and Ludwig who try hard to look “good” Twitch: xQc / HasanFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel called out Hasan ‘HasanAbi’ Piker, Ludwig ‘Ludwig’ Ahgren, and Mizkif for being “PR Andy’s,” claiming they side with public opinions to make it look like they’re on the “good side.” Ever since H3H3 Productions’ Ethan Klein re-joined Twitch and called out a number of streamers for their involvement in gambling streams on the platform, a heated debate has been waging on between himself and others. Adin Ross, Hasan, Mizkif, and Tyler ‘Trainwrecks’ Niknam have all shared their thoughts on the issue. It wasn’t long before xQc got involved, too. He called Ethan “shameless” for “throwing everybody under the bus” and insisted that even though he’s now against gambling streams, it’s not right to call them “scams.” But now that the debate has settled down, xQc took a swipe at Hasan, Ludwig, Mizkif, and other streamers for being what he described as “PR Andy’s.” “I hate it when you guys say somebody is on [my] side. He’s defending you. I hate it when people do that. It’s really, really dumb,” he said. “It’s appalling that people can’t see PR Andy’s these days. I hate it. I’m just going to say it. A lot of people are literally PR Andy’s.” He singled out Hasan, Ludwig, and Mizkif, claiming they only defend him when it suits them. He also accused them of telling “small, tiny lies” to look like they’re on the “good side” of any given issue, and people “eat it up.” “[They] maintain a stance that doesn’t make them look bad and agrees with popular opinion while actively sh*tting on people,” he explained. “I don’t know why people can’t see through it, though… it is so disappointing.” People had mixed reactions to his comments. One fan claimed it was “sad to see” him lump them into the same category as others who have been more critical of him. Another insisted that being nice doesn’t necessarily mean they’re doing it for public relations. In the end, though, it seems like xQc has made up his mind. After all, it’s not the first time he’s butted heads with them. However, they’ve always found a way to patch things up.

  • xQc calls out Texas streaming house for being “extremely hostile” and “mega drama” – Dexerto

xQc calls out Texas streaming house for being “extremely hostile” and “mega drama” Twitch: xQcTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has criticized the streaming community in Austin, Texas, claiming he would never return to the streamer house due to the “drama” that went on behind the scenes. Content creator xQc has had to relocate on numerous occasions throughout his streaming career whether because of constant swatting incidents or even because of people breaking into his home. At one point, the 25-year-old had settled comfortably in a streamer house based in Texas with fellow content creators, including Sodapoppin, nmplol, Malena, and xQc’s partner Adept. He later had to move again due to “daily” police swattings. However, this isn’t the only reason why xQc is “glad” he no longer lives in the Austin home. The streamer claimed that the “insane amount of drama” among the Texas streaming community made it a “hostile” environment for him. xQc slams Texas streamer house On June 28, xQc’s chat asked for his thoughts on his fellow streamer Mizkif’s response to Greekgodx being banned from the Twitch. Although he was reluctant to speak about the issue at first, xQc then went on to criticize the streaming community in Texas. He claimed: “There’s a lot of people that are saying ‘oh dude, Austin is so welcoming and so cool’ […] but the reality is that that’s not the case. “It is extremely hostile, it’s overly competitive for no reason, it’s mega ego, and it’s mega drama. The amount of behind-the-scenes sh*t is so stacked […] it’s f**king insane the amount of drama behind the scenes.” xQc refused to drop any names or any “specifics,” but added: “I’m just saying, overall it’s not as it seems. It’s very tense, it’s dog sh*t, and I’m glad I’m not there anymore.” xQc hasn’t found a place to settle yet and, while he’s moving between cities, it’s clear the Canadian streamer won’t be stopping in Texas any time soon.

  • xQc calls out Pokimane for trying too hard to be “rebellious” after Twitch return – Dexerto

xQc calls out Pokimane for trying too hard to be “rebellious” after Twitch return Twitch: Pokimane / xQcFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has called out fellow Twitch star Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys for trying too hard to be “rebellious” since returning from her short September break, after Twitch’s stream queen shared a hilarious and quite graphic image in reply to one boisterous fan. In the past few weeks, Pokimane seems to have let down her hair, grinding Valorant, being very open with her legions of Twitch fans, revealing graphic gifts she’s bought on-stream, and seemingly just having fun. The Twitch star’s more care-free attitude is an about-face from the Pokimane of old, who herself admitted she previously tried too hard to please everyone, and dubbed herself a “should-er” — someone who does “what [she] felt like [she] should do,” rather than what actually made her happy. xQc, however, has claimed it’s not a good look for the Twitch star. The French-Canadian revealed his thoughts on September 22 after watching Pokimane lash out at a viewer who called her updated Twitch intro “dogsh*t.” Needless to say, Anys wasn’t too happy about that. She paused the intro — a rare occurrence for her — to appear early, hitting back at the commenter in a tongue-in-cheek tirade that ended with her showing a literal photo of dog feces. “Dogsh*t intro on the stream… What the hell? What did you just say to me? Dogsh*t intro? You want to see a dogsh*t intro,” she said repetitively, before following it up with the graphic image: “There you go. Here it is!” xQc was less than impressed, and claimed it was “stupid.” “That is so dumb, right? Why would anybody do this?” the Twitch streamer said, before making his bold Pokimane claim. “You know, I think it feels like Poki is trying to be rebellious these days, and it’s just kind of weird. It’s just kind of weird. First the skateboard tentacles, now the dog sh*t.” Lengyel is, of course, referring to when Anys went viral after revealing a skateboard she’d bought was emblazoned with a girl swallowing a tentacle. While Pokimane has yet to reply to xQc’s on-stream comments, Dexerto suspects she probably doesn’t care if anyone thinks she’s being “rebellious” since returning from her short break from Twitch streaming on September 8. Before her hiatus, Pokimane declared it was “time for a change.” In part, the Twitch star was talking about her streaming schedule. She was also talking, however, about her on-stream persona, which has famously been quite ‘safe’ as Anys rose up the ranks of internet fame. That time is “over,” the 25-year-old said before stepping away from broadcasting in August, for good. She said: “I’m just a f**king ‘should-er’. I always do things that I feel like I should do. It’s time for a change. I just need to re-prioritize my life, figure some things out.”

  • xQc calls out beauty YouTubers for “trash” personalities – Dexerto

xQc calls out beauty YouTubers for “trash” personalities xQc[jwplayer mgzBNoPb]Twitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel didn’t hold back from letting fans know what he thinks of the YouTube beauty community, claiming its influencers have “trash” personalities. xQc has never been afraid to share his opinion on a wide variety of topics, but he may have opened a whole new can of worms with his comments on the drama hotbed that is the YouTube beauty scene. During a stream on July 24, xQc went off on a heated tangent about beauty YouTubers, claiming that most of them probably got into makeup to hide their “trash personalities.” “All the beauty ones are so weird,” Lengyel said of the scene. “It’s like they go into beauty to do makeup to hide their trash-a** personality. That’s what I feel like, dude.” Based on everything that’s gone down in the YouTube beauty community in the last few months, with things like the drama involving Jefree Star, Shane Dawson, Tati Westbrook and James Charles, there does seem to be some merit to xQc’s claims. But, as we mentioned earlier, Felix may have inadvertently opened a Pandora’s Box of sorts, since YouTube Beauty fans are one of the most-feared subgroups on the internet today – second only to KPOP stans, probably. xQc isn’t one to just dish out the criticisms either; he can definitely take it, as well, and he has his own dedicated community – which is one of the largest on Twitch at the time of writing, with over 3.3 million followers. Will xQc’s comments set off a flame war between his and the online beauty community? Probably not, but it is always entertaining to see someone with an outside view give their opinion on one of the more colorful areas of YouTube. In fact, xQc has done videos before that could fall into the beauty category with his roommate ‘adeptthebest,’ but we wouldn’t expect to see him coming out with his own palette anytime soon.

  • xQc calls out ExtraEmily for ranking her partners in bed – Dexerto

xQc calls out ExtraEmily for ranking her partners in bed Twitch: xqc/ExtraEmilyxQc has called out ExtraEmily for ranking her sexual partners in bed in a detailed spreadsheet, labeling the act as “weird.” When it comes to streamers and their lives outside of their jobs, especially if it has to do with their sexual proclivities, most don’t exactly divulge much information about it to their audience. However, ExtraEmily hasn’t been shy about sharing details about her life with her fans, shocking the internet about her hygiene routines and lack of deodorant usage, for instance. Adding to the list of personal details, Emily just revealed how she keeps a detailed spreadsheet of partners she has slept with, ranking them in a number of categories like size and performance. She then showed it off to fellow streamers which sent the internet into a tizzy, forcing even xQc to react. Unsurprisingly, many viewers found it odd, and one of them is xQc himself, calling it “weird”. “I don’t think it’s weird if it’s like encrypted on your phone or something like that so that nobody can ever get, but showing it to other people, then that’s definitely weird,” xQc said of Emily showing it off. He explained it wasn’t the act of creating the spreadsheet that was weird, but showing it off to others that irked him. “The way that you decide to either quantify or store your memories, whether it’s pictures or stories or whatever, that’s entirely fine, there’s nothing wrong with that. If she decided to do it to remember, it could be a million reasons, I’m not gonna hate on it. .ut to show others is definitely weird. I think it’s mega ultra weird.” Even more so xQc pointed out that if the roles had been reversed it too would be “f***ing weird”. “What if I had a spreadsheet of like girls I’ve been with, their performance, like the shape and where on the thing, and like f***ing bulb shaped and everything around it and whatnot, that’s just f***ing weird. “Like oh yeah, that was a battle-scarred minus, like that was super pepperoni salami, like what the f***. Like grip tier grip reaper.” Needless to say, xQc didn’t find Emily’s spreading of her detailed spreadsheet very amusing.

  • xQc calls out Adin Ross for trying to be like Andrew Tate: “Really unhealthy” – Dexerto

xQc calls out Adin Ross for trying to be like Andrew Tate: “Really unhealthy” xQc / Adin RossTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has called out fellow streamer Adin Ross for going down an “unhealthy rabbit hole” as he tries to “emulate” controversial influencer Andrew Tate. Adin Ross is currently one of the hottest names in the streaming world right now. However, the 22-year-old has had a bit of a rocky relationship with Twitch. Ross has claimed that the Amazon-owned platform is attempting to silence him, and has even threatened to suspend him “indefinitely” for his content. With him now jumping ship to stream on a different platform, xQc has called him out for trying to copy the controversial social media star Andrew Tate. xQc calls out Adin Ross In a recent February 13 live stream, xQc reacted to Adin’s latest announcement — where he revealed he’ll now be streaming on Kick, believing the platform’s community guidelines will give his content more freedom. However, the Lengyel had some criticism for Ross, slamming the former Twitch streamer for going down what he calls an “unhealthy rabbit hole” as he tries to “emulate” Andrew Tate. “Here’s some criticism. I think he’s trying really hard to emulate the things that are happening to Tate, and that Tate is doing, right? “I think it’s a really unhealthy rabbit hole to go down,” xQc added. “I don’t think he truly wants it, but I don’t think he gets it.” He continued: “This is my opinion, I don’t think he understands how these things work and what’s happening, right? But he’s still emulating them.” It’s no secret that Andrew and Adin have become close over the past year — with the Twitch streamer even being added to the list of people allowed to visit the Tate brothers while they remain in custody.

  • xQc calls out Andy Milonakis for sympathy baiting after Twitter dispute – Dexerto

xQc calls out Andy Milonakis for sympathy baiting after Twitter dispute TwitterAfter calling out celebrity Andy Milonakis on Twitter, Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel took to his Twitch stream to criticize Milonakis for what he called “sympathy baiting.” The beef between the two started after Milonakis had been going back and forth with another streamer, Byron ‘Reckful’ Bernstein, about Bernstein’s Twitch channel. Milonakis asked for an apology from Bernstein after the exchange and that’s where xQc decided to get involved. The Twitter exchange between Milonakis and xQc was pretty hilarious and included plenty of barbs both ways, but it would only be the beginning. Talking to viewers on Twitch during an Overwatch match, xQc explained why he had such a problem with Milonakis, “Don’t you see what Andy’s doing? It’s such simple knowledge sympathy baiting.” “It’s just garbage,” the streamer lamented. “Hey Twitter, guys! Guys! Look! I’m typing to help Reckful, I’m being a nice guy, I’m Andy, I’m being nice guys look I’m helping him.” He also said Milonakis was being intentionally passive-aggressive and tried to play it off, “I’m helping him, but I’m being passive-aggressive and then Reckful will get upset at me because I’m being passive-aggressive.” This would be a decent comeback if you weren’t a grown 42 years old adult. — xQc (@xQc) October 24, 2018 Then, after Milonakis was done being passive-aggressive, xQc said he started to play the victim, “‘Oh no guys, he’s being mean to me.’ ‘Oh it’s ok Andy you tried to help him.’ ‘I did I tried to help him,’” the streamer said as he fake cried for viewers. “Shut the fuck up man,” xQc exclaims towards the end of the clip. “What a fucking cuck.”

  • xQc calls Hasan “unhinged” over divorce comments – Dexerto

xQc calls Hasan “unhinged” over divorce comments Twitch star xQc has slammed Hasan as “unhinged” amid his divorce after debating the leaked video of Steven Crowder. While some of our favorite influencers try their best to keep their personal lives private, sometimes it’s an impossible task. Twitch streamer xQc is one of many to have his personal business spilled out on the internet, where a divorce filing with his ex-partner Adept was discovered. xQc calls Hasan “unhinged” for divorce court comments During his April 28 live stream, xQc compared Amber Heard’s hidden camera to the leaked video of Steven Crowder — who has been accused of abusing his pregnant wife. Reacting to the clip, Hasan began explaining the difference between the situations before claiming that xQc’s current divorce is the reason he’s comparing the two. “I know the motherf**ker has divorce court on his mind, but like you know, different things are different, man. You could just be like, my situation is different than Steven Crowders,” Hasan said. “You could just leave it at that, but no, he has to f**king go the distance for no reason.” He added: “I think a part of the reason why he’s saying this is because he’s worried if like some sh*t came out about him, he would look bad. That’s why he’s doing this. That’s it.” xQc then hit back at Hasan, calling him “unhinged” for the comments on his own divorce. “Woah, what the f**k,” he said. “Okay, this guy is unhinged. I’m gonna send him a DM.” The Twitch star then began typing, presumably to Hasan. Where speaking out loud, he added: “This is absolutely unhinged.” It’s fair to say that xQc was furious with Hasan, explaining “it’s just not right” for him to make comments like that about him.

  • xQc calls McDonald’s on stream after they keep messing up his Uber orders – Dexerto

xQc calls McDonald’s on stream after they keep messing up his Uber orders Pixabay/Twitch/xQcTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel really hates getting honey mustard in his Uber orders so much so that he called up his local McDonald’s to complain. No one likes getting an incorrect order when they use a delivery app, even if the service can offer a full refund over a mistake. While plenty of users have gotten their money back over mistakes, xQc decided enough was enough and decided to give McDonald’s a piece of his mind. During a March 28 broadcast, Lengyel was watching a McDonald’s video on stream and eating his order when his sauces were once again incorrect, resulting in the streamer confronting his local restaurant on Twitch. xQc doesn’t like honey mustard sauce After getting on the phone with his local McDonald’s, xQc pleaded his case, explaining that whenever he asks for honey packets, he keeps getting honey mustard. “Is there a problem with the app or something?” he asked. The employee pondered if Lengyel had his app set to a certain preference, but xQc reiterated that he specifically clicked on “honey packet.” “Do you guys even have honey packets or not?” the French Canadian pressed. According to the staff member, the honey packets come in the daytime with Lengyl promising that he would come later and check it out. “They don’t give a f**k,” he said after hanging up. “I don’t even get it though. Every day I order honey packets, I get honey mustard. I don’t like honey mustard!” xQc went on to argue with his chat about whether or not he was being a ‘Karen’ by providing feedback, but hopefully the streamer can get his honey packets the next time he orders from the Golden Arches.

  • xQc brutally roasts KSI for playing Overwatch on console before his fight – Dexerto

xQc brutally roasts KSI for playing Overwatch on console before his fight Twitch star Félix ‘xQc’ Lengyel hilariously roasted British entertainer KSI for playing Overwatch before his return to the boxing ring. YouTube star, now turned-boxer, KSI made history on August 27, fighting not only one but two opponents in one night. The British superstar put on a good performance, with a first-round KO against Swarmz followed up by knocking out Luis Pineda in the third round later in the night. While fighters have all kinds of weird pre-fight rituals, KSI’s pays homage to his past by doing a bit of gaming. Before his August 27 bouts, he revealed on Instagram that he plays Overwatch on fight day. However, popular Twitch streamer xQc had a few words to say about it. xQc roasts KSI for playing Overwatch before fight During xQc’s Twitch stream on August 28, the day after KSI’s boxing event, the juicer slammed the YouTuber – but not for the reasons you’d expect. In an Instagram story, KSI showed off his setup where he was playing Overwatch just a few hours before his first fight. xQc, however, had a few words for KSI: “On console, on a TV and a controller,” he exclaimed, poking fun at the gaming setup. One of xQc’s friends also chimed in, noting that KSI is also laying down in bed far away from the TV. “Bro, that is a trifecta man,” Félix added. “TV, console, f**king controller.” The stream chat also pointed out his rank in-game, where he sits in Gold with the majority of players. However, xQc – a former Overwatch pro – came to his defense. “He’s gold? That’s not too bad.” Hopefully one day we’ll see KSI and xQc on stream to play some Overwatch, as it would certainly make for some good content seeing the two personalities come together.

  • xQc brutally roasts anyone who believes in astrological signs – Dexerto

xQc brutally roasts anyone who believes in astrological signs xQcOW – Twitch / Self.comOverwatch pro is arguably becoming more known for his reactions to videos than he is for his top-tier gameplay. His viewership is often sitting above 20,000 and those people are just watching him watch YouTube content. While he does spend a good chunk of his streams watching random videos and just chatting with his community, it’s caused a lot of fans to stick around and see what he’ll do next. While taking some sort of test, xQc came across a question that required him to answer if “Astrology accurately explained many things”. It became very clear he has strong feelings about this. He quickly selected ‘Strongly Disagree’ and went on a small rant about anybody who believes it matters is an idiot, but he used some much more colorful language while doing it. “If you take the papers and go ‘Oh I’m a Scorpion, you will meet someone today’ and go ‘Oh my God’, Fuck you,” he said. “Fuck you and your eyebrow.” It’s pretty clear that xQc doesn’t have any sort of attachment to Astrology nor does he have any respect for those who do. One thing that fans love about xQc is he is always speaking what’s on his mind, but that has gotten him in trouble several times in the past. Most recently, he saw a very temporary Twitch ban for showing what he described as a “piece of dick” for a split-second on his stream. The ban was quickly resolved by Twitch and he was back within the day, but he definitely learned his lesson about clicking on suspect videos and showing them on his broadcast.

  • xQc brutally roasts Kai Cenat after fan meeting goes wrong – Dexerto

xQc brutally roasts Kai Cenat after fan meeting goes wrong xQc / Kai CenatxQc has brutally flamed Twitch star Kai Cenat after a viral fan encounter goes horribly wrong during IRL stream. Despite them proving time and time again how much they can end in complete disaster, IRL streams have become increasingly popular over the last couple of years. While we’ve seen streamers be robbed, chased, and threatened for their lives during their adventures, Kai Cenat‘s recent IRL stream took a bit of a different turn. The Twitch star was exploring the streets of Japan during his July 14 live stream, when a young female fan approached him asking for a picture. The streamer immediately complimented the fan, saying “damn you look good shawty,” before asking for her name. However, before continuing, Kai asked how old they were, to which she responded by revealing she was only 16 — which it’s fair to say left the streamer almost completely lost for words. “God bless bro, oh sh*t,” he said staring into the camera. After snapping the photo, the fan thanked the streamer and quickly hurried off. Although, as for Kai, he needed a moment to sit down and breathe. xQc flames Kai Cenat after fan meet goes viral Reacting to the clip, which has gone viral across the streaming community — amassing over 75,000 views on Twitch so far, xQc couldn’t help but roast Kai. After hearing the fan say she was only 16, xQc was likewise left speechless. After pausing the video for a brief moment to think, the Juicer unexpectedly began to flame Kai — poking fun at the streamer’s size after noticing the fan towered over him in height. “Bro… bro he called her ‘shorty’ — brother if she’s shorty, then he’s miniature,” he said with a grin on his face. “What the f**k.” It’s fair to say fans were definitely amused by xQc’s brutal “violation” against Kai, with many laughing in chat. With it all being just jokes, there’s likely no bad blood between them.

  • xQc breaks down after finally beating Jump King in front of 50k viewers – Dexerto

xQc breaks down after finally beating Jump King in front of 50k viewers Nexile / Twitter: xQcAfter nearly 50 hours of gameplay, a dozen streams, countless desk slams, and explosions, 5,000 heartbreaking falls, and more than 80,000 individual jumps, Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has finally finished Jump King DLC. xQc has been grinding Jump King’s ‘Ghost of the Babe’ DLC since its release on December 13, and after other Twitch stars slowly finished the notoriously difficult game, the former Overwatch pro was left alone in his own platformer hell. Now, a full week after the game’s third chapter was released, xQc has finally conquered the indie title. It would be a momentous occasion for any gamer, but the Twitch star revealed the victory was extra special, after Jump King and its extreme difficulty had been ‘haunting’ him all week. “Oh my god, oh my god! Holy sh*t dude, I actually can’t believe it. I’m shaking. Holy sh*t!! We did it baby, we f*cking did it! It’s over,” xQc yelled upon reaching the top. “It took us way, way longer than anybody else and I don’t care. This was not about the game and the pixels. We dropped so many ratings in so many games, but I have never felt the way I did after not being able to beat this game.” The Canadian seemed simultaneously ecstatic, and nearly deranged after defeating the game that had pushed him to his limits, repeating the noise of the falling sound over and over again before reenacting it on his bed. He went on to explain the pains he had suffered physically from slamming his hand on his desk over and over again while falling, and then revealed he was planning to “never, ever” return to Nexile’s cartoon platformer. Despite sounding like he hated the game, in the end, the Twitch star admitted he couldn’t stop thinking about Jump King, even after switching off his stream, and the failures of each of his dozen broadcasts played over in his head. “I never felt so weirded, every night it was just so odd, I just had this odd feeling,” he explained. “Like a deep feeling that I shouldn’t have for a f*cking game, for pixels, but I felt it… I only wanted to finish it to get rid of this feeling.” “It’s such an odd feeling. I wanted to give up, and if I fall, I want to give up even more dude. But you guys didn’t give up either, you showed up every day. I thought I was going to kill the channel doing this shit every day, but you still showed up.” The streamer admitted he had used his chat’s calls for him to fall as “fuel” to drive him ever onwards, but there was one viewer — not even a subscriber — that truly motivated him to reach the pinnacle of the Ghost of the Babe, and succeed. “I’m not kidding, I never read chat when I’m in really hard parts of a game, but the last time we fell, the chat was full of ‘Omegaluls’ making fun of me, and in this sea of ‘Omegaluls,’ I’m not kidding, in the sea I saw one guy, a non-sub,” xQc revealed. Read more: Who was the most-watched streamer of 2019? – “I don’t know who the f*ck he is, but he said: “You got this.” He said that, not even in caps, just a simple ‘you got this,’ and I was like “You’re damn right we got this!” and we just went back up dude, and ‘bam!’ we got it. Feels so fulfilling.” Although xQc didn’t seem to enjoy his time with the platformer, or at least became obsessed with finishing it, there’s no denying Jump King has taken the gaming community by storm since it’s May 2019 release, mainly due to its difficulty. For now, however, it seems like xQc’s self-inflicted trials are over, which is probably for the best considering how emotional he got once he reached the top — but there’s always more DLC looming for Nexile’s difficult platformer.

  • xQc brushes off more complaints about Twitch gambling streams amid controversy – Dexerto

xQc brushes off more complaints about Twitch gambling streams amid controversy Twitch: xQcOW / Joachim Kirchner via PixabayFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has shunned critics after a Twitter thread criticizing his move towards gambling streams gained lots of traction. With controversy around the hot tub meta having started to die down, a new dubious streaming trend is causing alarm, as gambling streams are becoming increasingly popular on Twitch. The topic has divided streamers and viewers alike. Some streamers, such as Charlie ‘Cr1tiKaL’ White, fear it could have a major impact on impressionable younger viewers, of whom xQc has many, while WoW streamer Asmongold has called for Twitch to outright ban the streams. More fuel was added to the fire when economics and esports writer Ollie Ring wrote a Twitter thread accusing xQc of promoting gambling “in a dangerous way.” “I am fully of the attitude that gambling is a hobby that most enjoy responsibly,” he explained. “But I am also of the attitude that having an influencer over young children constantly winning and over-sensationalizing slots is dangerous.” https://twitter.com/olliering/status/1398284261736816649 After the thread spread across Twitter, xQc tweeted a response to critics, making it abundantly clear that he didn’t care about the criticism at all, no matter who it came from. “All drama-related claims or questions, here’s my official response: don’t care, keep malding,” he said, prior to appearing on a newlywed game stream with the likes of Ludwig Ahgren and Chance ‘Sodapoppin’ Morris. UPDATE: WAS RESTING ALL DAY. NEEDED THIS. GOING TO CHANCES FOR THE COUPLES GAMES OR WHAYEVER WITH LUDWIG. ALL DRAMA RELATED CLAIMS OR QUESTIONS HERES MY OFFICIAL RESPONSE: DON’T CARE, KEEP MALDING — xQc (@xQc) May 29, 2021 Twitch does not currently prohibit gambling streams, and even provides an entire ‘Slots’ category dedicated for streamers who wish to gamble, and xQc has explained before why he doesn’t have any ethical concerns with gambling streams by comparing them to Pokemon card pack openings. However, there are fears that, as Texas state law prohibits online gambling, xQc and other streamers based in the Lone Star state such as Tyler ‘trainwreckstv’ Niknam could face legal repercussions for using real money on slots. It seems that unless Twitch changes its policy or the police get involved, gambling streams will be here to stay for the long run.

  • xQc blown away by s1mple’s BLAST dominance: “What the f**k?” – Dexerto

xQc blown away by s1mple’s BLAST dominance: “What the f**k?” Twitch: xQc / BlastxQc might be an FPS titan in his own right, but even he couldn’t help but be impressed by the clinic s1mple put on en-route to winning CSGO’s BLAST Spring Finals event. It’s hard to surprise an FPS veteran like xQc. From the halls of professional Overwatch to competitions against the best content creators in the world, he’s run the gamut in terms of competitive gaming. One game that hasn’t quite fallen under his might yet is Counter Strike, but not for lack of trying. The Canadian creator has given it a shot multiple times but hasn’t found the same success in it as in other titles. That’s why when s1mple (arguably the greatest CS player of all time) popped off with a mindblowing four-piece during a BLAST Spring Final match, the pro-turned-creator had nothing but high praise for the legend. xQc showers s1mple with compliments after dominating BLAST It was four rounds into Natus Vincere’s match against OG Esports when things really started to click. Setting up for a bomb plant on Dust2, Na’Vi claimed an early first blood thanks to a good shot from electronic, but s1mple absolutely took over from there. He started with a two tap headshot on degster before flicking down and finding nexa hiding underneath him. From there, the rest of OG were lambs to the slaughter as the CS legend pushed forward and cleaned house. After witnessing all of that, xQc looked physically disturbed. “What the f**k?” he asked. “Check his PC and game…” Of course the streamer was just joking but he ran the clip back to watch it again and before deciding s1mple must be superhuman and continued to meme. “Actually not normally…” he said, which translates to that’s not normal for those of us who don’t speak Twitch chat. Of course, while he was laughing through most of his review, xQc knows just how hard it is to be good at CS. His own adventures in the game have only seen middling results, and he even managed to recreate one of the game’s most infamous blunders on accident.

  • xQc blown away as GTA’s Trevor actor sends message to his RP character – Dexerto

xQc blown away as GTA’s Trevor actor sends message to his RP character Twitch: xQcOWTwitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel was blown away by GTA Trevor’s message to his RP character, X. As one of the biggest GTA RP streamers on Twitch, playing the selfish character by the name of Jean Paul or “X,” xQc is a danger to Los Santos. From the initial days of doing petty crimes such as trying to rob houses with lock picks to solo robbing banks, Jean Paul has done it all. This, in turn, granted him notoriety as one of the most famous criminals in the city. That’s why a career criminal and former bank robber like Trevor in GTA V’s story mode is the perfect person to give X a shoutout. Trevor from GTA V gives xQc RP character a shoutout During Nymn’s New Year’s Show, an award show that celebrates the best and funniest moments on Twitch that’s hosted by the streamer, Nymn, the French Canadian was given the 2021 Streamer of the Year award. In order to celebrate it, other streamers, such as Cr1TiKaL and QTCinderella spoke about their experiences with xQc but one person who wasn’t a streamer took the cake by giving his own congratulations — GTA V’s Trevor Phillips. In a Cameo, the voice actor who plays the character brought out his inner Trevor and had a few choice words to say to one of Los Santos’ most famous criminals, leaving xQc with a pleasant reaction: “that’s actually really cool.” “X, AKA Jean Paul, AKA bank busta, AKA ghost rida, it’s OGG, AKA Trevor from GTA,” ‘Trevor’ said. “What’s up X? How are ya? … Wishing you a happy holidays, wishing you new year’s. Know what I’m saying?” As a known bank robber, he later questioned xQc for his lack of invites for them. “Wishing you a little ‘what the F’ for not bringing Trevor, the GTA guy to your bank heists ‘cus I guess you like you play the bank heists,” he said. “Are you a bank heists kind of guy?” It’s not often that two hardened criminals such as Trevor Phillips and Jean Paul get to interact. Who knows, maybe Los Santos might see a dangerous duo take shape.

  • xQc blown away by Ninja’s multi-streaming return: “I told you it was the future” – Dexerto

xQc blown away by Ninja’s multi-streaming return: “I told you it was the future” Twitch: xQc, NinjaTwitch streamer xQc has shared his praise for Ninja’s new multi-streaming enterprise, after the Fortnite pro returned to social media. Currently the most subscribed to Twitch streamer of all time, Félix ‘xQc’ Lengyel recognizes how crucial it is to keep viewers entertained with fresh content. One streamer that shares this vision is Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins. Ninja had taken a break from streaming the likes of Fortnite and more, opting for radio silence on social media since September 1, 2022. However, on September 8, Ninja returned to social media to usher in his new era of multi-streaming. Ninja’s multi-streaming impresses xQc amid social media return During xQc’s September 9 Twitch livestream, the streamer gained a deeper understanding of Ninja’s expanded presence, after watching Souzy’s breakdown on the matter. While the YouTuber declared his video wasn’t “a fair assessment of viewing count”, xQc didn’t let this sway his opinion. “I told you guys…I told you it was the future,” declared xQc. The streamed continued too, adding that “guys I said this like a year and a half ago, I said it earlier and I said it yesterday – I told you, multi-streaming is absolutely the future.” “I’ve said it, I have proof…I have proof,” claimed the streamer. Some of xQc’s viewers are still apprehensive about Ninja’s new approach, with some commenting that it was simply a “money glitch.” Despite this, xQc responded: “It’s not really a money glitch. If anything its like a growth glitch. The real money glitch is farming that for like a year, then when the year is over, then saying you only watch on this and that.” The streamer added that Ninja could potentially bag himself a heftier contract, if he diverted all his viewers to one specific platform, should he follow this hypothetical plan. Having revealed that he no longer has an exclusive streaming partnership, Ninja is now streaming his content over a plethora of platforms. Whether you prefer YouTube, TikTok or Facebook – Ninja is literally everywhere.

  • xQc blocks Bella Poarch on TikTok over ‘Water Tornado’ trend video – Dexerto

xQc blocks Bella Poarch on TikTok over ‘Water Tornado’ trend video TikTok: Bella Poarch, Twitch: xQcTwitch streamer xQc has blocked fellow content creator Bella Poarch on viral video platform TikTok, after reacting to one of her videos. The world of TikTok is a fascinating, if often strange place. While the popular viral video application has spawned some entertaining trends, there have been some equally unique stories to dive into too. Streaming star Félix ‘xQc’ Lengyel is fairly new to all that TikTok has to offer as a creator, but the Twitch entertainer has dived deeper into the application after stumbling across Bella Poarch’s TikTok content. However, it’s safe to say that xQc won’t be revising Poarch’s anytime soon. Bella Poarch’s TikTok trend videos fail to impress xQc During xQc’s September 18 livestream, the former Overwatch pro was navigating through his FYP page on TikTok. He came across a video from social media personality and singer, Bella Poarch. The video in question depicts Poarch engaging in the ‘Water Tornado’ trend, in which TikTokers create aggressive whirlwinds within their beverages and replicate the motion through dancing. With not a single word uttered throughout his viewing experience, xQc simply sat in silence, merely observing Poarch’s behavior in the video. After Poarch’s video had concluded playing, xQc was going to continue scrolling, but Poarch’s video had ensured he had to take preventive action for his FYP. With that in mind, the streamer donned a coy smile as he went back to the video and onto Poarch’s page to block her TikTok profile completely. Once the block was actioned, xQc let out nothing more than a small chuckle to himself as he returned back to his now Poarch-free FYP. This isn’t the first time that xQc has encountered Poarch’s content, however, as the streamer has shared dismay towards her style of content while reacting to SunnyV2’s ‘The Controversial Rise of Bella Poarch’ YouTube documentary.

  • xQc blown away after fan stream snipes him in most ridiculous way ever – Dexerto

xQc blown away after fan stream snipes him in most ridiculous way ever Twitch: xQcTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel was left blown away as he spotted a viewer wearing a shirt with one of his chat emotes on while reacting to a YouTube video. xQc is undoubtedly one of Twitch’s leading streamers at this point. With close to 11M followers, the former Overwatch pro has amassed a loyal audience worldwide. Sometimes his fans even try to prank him, such as when they tricked a Fox News reporter into giving the 26-year-old creator a high school graduation congratulations message. Now, the unsuspecting streaming star spotted one of his fans in a YouTube video that he was reacting to, and he’s blown away by it. During xQc’s June 5 stream, the popular streamer began reacting to videos. However, while watching a video from Jubilee, a channel he watches on stream regularly, he noticed something odd about one of the participants in the video. After briefly watching the beginning of the video, Lengyel noticed that one participant named Dimitri was wearing a shirt with an oddly familiar design. When taking a closer look, xQc realized the shirt had his Twitch emote xqcA on it. “What the f**k was that? What the f**k is this edited in,” said xQc in confusion. “What the f**k is that. Oh my god, dude, they’re starting – guys they’re starting operation infiltration. I told you guys this would happen. I told you this would happen. I told you guys we’d watch this so much that one day they’ll start infiltrating the videos.” Later in the video, Dimitri repeatedly began talking about juice, likely referring to xQc being named “the juicer” by his fans. “Okay dude, okay this is so f**king dumb. He’s sniping. He’s sniped my reaction, this is so next level,” xQc said. Clearly, xQc was caught off guard and wasn’t expecting one of his fans to be in the YouTube video he was watching. It wouldn’t be out of the question to assume more viewers will try the same in order to get attention from the streaming star.

  • xQc blesses his hairdresser with a shot of his $300k McLaren supercar – Dexerto

xQc blesses his hairdresser with a shot of his $300k McLaren supercar Twitch: xQcPopular Twitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel showed his good guy side after letting his hairdresser take a spin in his $300k McLaren 720s Spider. As the most popular streamer on Twitch, xQc brings in some hefty paycheques at the end of the month. One of the ways he loves to spend his millions is on his flashy supercars…even though he doesn’t have a license. For example, in February 2022, he’d revealed he’d spent a whopping $110,000 on a BMW X6M competition. However, his McLaren supercar really blew his fans’ minds. So, when xQc offered to let his hairdresser have a drive in his awesome set of wheels, the stylist couldn’t quite believe his luck. xQc gifts hairdresser a drive in his McLaren car xQc was having his hair done by stylist ‘Kuni‘ during his livestream on May 10. After having his signature bangs cut off and sporting a shorter look, xQc offered Kuni the chance to drive in his 720s McLaren while he finished his stream. Understandably, Kuni was left shocked by the offer and kept asking xQc if he was “for real,” but xQc continued to insist and Kuni could not have been more grateful. The stylist explained that he used to drive sports cars like the McLaren when he worked as a valet, but had never had the chance to take them out for a spin. Kuni later took to Instagram to share his excitement and thanked xQc for his kind gesture. Posting a picture of the car on his story, xQc said: “Ok, all I’m gonna say xQc genuinely cares to make everybody happy!” He then shared footage on his Instagram story of him behind the wheel of the supercar hitting some incredible speeds and continued to show his gratefulness to xQc: “Your hospitality is indescribable. You knew I love cars and you handed me the keys to your 720s McLaren.” xQc doesn’t yet have a license to drive his sports cars himself, but he’s more than happy to let others’ dreams come true by taking them for a spin.

  • xQc blocks Adin Ross for sending him a ‘screamer’ over Discord – Dexerto

xQc blocks Adin Ross for sending him a ‘screamer’ over Discord xQc | TwitchAdin Ross earned the ire and a block from fellow streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel after he sent xQc a link to a ‘screamer’ over Discord. Adin Ross and xQc are big names in the streaming world, and they have a bit of a story together. xQc called out Adin multiple times in the past, one time criticizing him for wanting to be like Andrew Tate. More recently xQc also leaked his private conversation with Adin, showcasing that they are still on talking terms. However, during a recent xQc stream that relationship might have been damaged by a prank Adin wanted to pull on xQc by sending him a video with extremely loud and sudden audio. This type of video or sound file is often called a ‘screamer’ and it may seriously harm your hearing, according to NHS inform repeated exposure to loud noises can lead to developing a serious hearing condition such as Tinnitus. XQc promptly announced to his viewers he is blocking Adin Ross (most likely on Discord) after playing the loud clip on stream unknowingly. xQc angry at Adin Ross for his ‘prank’ All of this took place during xQc’s March 19 live stream, and left the streamer and his viewers angry at Adin. “This s**t is f****g stupid,” is what X had to say afterward in relation to the possibly dangerous joke. Viewers of the clip similarly were not amused and called Adin out on it. “Adin is a little boy in a man’s body. Arrested development at about 12 years old,” said one user of r/LivestreamFails. This a sentiment that’s seemingly carried by another viewer who said: “This guy is 22 btw.” WARNING: The audio in this clip is extremely loud at around the 8 second mark. Lower your volume to its minimum output. Other users were less keen to joke given the situation and instead offered a word of warning. “I used to think the loud s**t was funny back when I was 14 years old. But when you grow up and realize that you only have 1 set of ears and that tinnitus can literally cause you to go insane, then it stops being so funny,” warns one user. XQc mentioning Andrew Tate in relation to Adin is not random either — the streamer was even added to the list of people allowed to visit the Tate brothers while they remain in custody.

  • xQc blasts “unreasonable” Twitter haters over their insanely high standards – Dexerto

xQc blasts “unreasonable” Twitter haters over their insanely high standards Twitch: xQcTwitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has slammed “unreasonable” Twitter users, claiming that they live in a non-existent realm and hold ridiculously high standards. Despite his incredible popularity on Twitch, xQc knows a thing or two about being called out by anonymous internet users. He doesn’t take it lightly, however, calling out hate for his Twitch gameshow winners and he’s even slammed his own Twitch chat for their comments about his gaming. More recently, he has been vocal in his support for streamer and political commentator Hasan Piker, who has faced the wrath of Twitter following his acquisition of a $2.74 million house in LA. After stating that Hasan ‘cannot win’ in his situation, the former Overwatch pro turned his attention to Twitter more broadly and slammed the site for its unrealistic expectations of people. Read More: Asmongold admits he’s considering quitting Twitch – “I think Twitter is really odd,” Lengyel said. “I think they’re very unreasonable. Everybody thinks they’re like upstanding number one citizen, like perfect individuals that never make mistakes, that are always flawless and everything else is all trash. They act like being human is not a real thing and you have to be rational and perfect.” “I think it’s really odd,” he continued, “and [it] literally never changes. I think it’s just disgusting. They’re what we call ‘utopia-Andys’. They live in a realm or a life that isn’t real. They live in a world that doesn’t exist. They live in a projected perfect world and it’s very odd.” Many of xQc’s viewers echoed his comments, suggesting that Twitter users hold certain people to unrealistically high standards. It’s hard to think Lengyel’s comments are not in some way linked to Hasan’s ongoing situation. Other streamers, like shroud, have joined the chorus of support for their fellow creator.

  • xQc blasts Riot for removing classic League features – Dexerto

xQc blasts Riot for removing classic League features Twitch: xQcTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has hit out at Riot over classic League of Legends features being removed from the game to try and prevent toxicity between players. Season 12 of League of Legends is quite a different game from what loyal fans will remember thanks to a slew of changes we’ve seen over the years. While some additions could be argued to be for the better or worse, many fan-favorite classic features were removed in turn. With the old features removed such as the old loading screen which showed who’s game hadn’t loaded, popular Twitch streamer xQc hit out at Riot for trying to protect players from being “bullied” for disrupting games. In his January 15 live stream, xQc hopped on League of Legends with some friends when he got frustrated about one player not loading into the game quick enough. Fellow streamer Ray_C mentioned that the old loading screen which was removed in Season 9 would show who hadn’t loaded in. “Yeah, I remember that,” xQc responded, who continued by mocking the devs. “But then, people got bullied for their PC, and then they removed this because people got bullied for their win rate. “Profiles, we removed it because people got bullied for their stats, oh but this we removed it because players got sensitive,” he said. “Oh my god, what’s next? Hide the name? Hide the champ? Oh, you know what, hide the in-game score, hide the whole map. You know what? Ban the game, ban computers, ban monitors.” Nonetheless, the devs are continuing to remove and change classic aspects of League of Legends. With Season 12’s release, Riot overhauled the major aspects of the LoL client and rank icons that players weren’t pleased with.

  • xQc blasts The Game Awards for treating him like a “ghost” – Dexerto

xQc blasts The Game Awards for treating him like a “ghost” Twitch: xQcAmid his nomination and loss to Ludwig at The Streamer Awards, xQc had fired back at various award shows for seemingly ignoring him in their ceremonies. The Streamer Awards were held on March 12 and commemorated the community with a serious stacked list of nominees. Hosted by QTCinderella and Maya Higa, the award show quickly broke records on Twitch. Among the Streamer of the Year nominees was xQc, who lost out to Ludwig, much to shroud’s surprise. Now, xQc has expressed his frustration towards other shows such as The Game Awards and the Esports Awards. xQc blasts award shows for treating him like a “ghost” During his March 13 stream xQc fielded questions about his experience at The Streamer Awards, where he touched on his dismay about other events that have left him out. xQc began his rant by saying “What is it? At The Game Awards, Esports awards, or what-the-f***-awards, these motherf****** act like I’m a f****** ghost!” “Yo these suckers, I don’t know what it is for, maybe it’s because of advertisers or like sponsors, they’re acting like I don’t f****** exist man” continued the streamer. xQc’s rant didn’t stop there as he claimed to be more popular than some of the annual award events: “B*tch I’m bigger than your event, p*ssy. What is wrong with these people man? Holy shit…that is insane.” The streamer took aim specifically at The Game Awards for “inventing” a new category: “They invented a new category? Streamer of the Year… and the dude they nominated people who went live on average for 3 hours a f****** day… that’s less content than people who make videos.” The Game Awards has yet to be given a date for 2022, but it’ll certainly be interesting to see if xQc will be acknowledged in their nominations.

  • xQc blasts NICKMERCS over claim he has to gamble while on KICK – Dexerto

xQc blasts NICKMERCS over claim he has to gamble while on KICK Twitch: xQc/NICKMERCSStreaming star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel called Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff “disingenuous” for revealing that he will gamble on KICK after signing a non-exclusive deal with the platform. When KICK burst onto the streaming scene at the start of 2023, many wrote it off as something that wouldn’t last long and would just appeal to streamers who were affected by Twitch’s ban on gambling content. Fast forward to the end of 2023 and the Stake-backed platform has solidified itself as a challenger to Twitch. They’ve signed big streamers to non-exclusive deals, allowing them to split their time between both platforms. NICKMERCS has become the latest streamer to ink one of those deals, as he’s streaming on KICK for the next year. However, he’s come under fire a bit for revealing that he “has” to gamble at times when streaming on there. xQc hits out at NICKMERCS for saying he has to gamble on KICK The FaZe Clan star said gambling is “part of the contract” with KICK, however, xQc has questioned if he’s telling the complete truth. “They don’t want to add more gamba s*it, they want to go normal mode, ok? So if Nick has a f*cking clause that says he’s got to gamble, he put it there,” the Canadian said, claiming Nick has separate deals with KICK and Stake. “Not only did he sign for KICK, he asked for a Stake deal, he got a Stake deal and he tries to say ‘Oh guys, I’ve got to gamba, it’s part of the contract’ when it’s not. That’s just disingenuous. Nick is bugging, Nick has got to fix this s*it up, ok. I don’t know what’s going on with Nick.” The former Overwatch star claimed that he and other streamers who made the jump to KICK before “could have spoken like that” but it’s ultimately “stupid” from Nick. It remains to be seen if Nick will clear things up or it’ll just rumble on. But he’s already made it clear he’s got a spot outside of the US to cater to his gambling streams.

xQc blasts QTCinderella as a “coward” amid Adept break-up drama Twitch: xQc, QTCinderellaTwitch streamer xQc has fired back at fellow content creator QTCinderella, following an exchange between xQc and his ex-partner Adeptthebest. Since August 2021, Twitch streamers Félix ‘xQc’ Lengyel and Adept have navigated a complex romantic relationship. With multiple break-up rumors appearing in the last few months, this ultimately came to a head as eagle-eyed viewers noticed fewer interactions on social media between the pair. On September 16, xQc finally addressed the situation during a livestream, revealing that family ties had factored into his to decision to end his relationship with Adept. This escalated further, as the pair engaged in a heated argument during xQc’s September 16 stream. Now, xQc has taken aim at streamer QTCinderella after the TeamSolomid content creator commented on the situation. xQc addresses “despicable behavior” following QTCinderella tweets On September 16 in a series of now-deleted tweets, xQc responded to QTCinderella’s tweets about his livestream with Adept. QTCinderella originally commented: “Holding your ex girlfriend hostage for content with an audience that loves to hate women… Responsible and nice.” After catching wind of this comment, xQc fired back by saying “Where I’m from we don’t subtweet like cowards. Why did you invite me to your events two years in a row if you thought I was a woman hater?” “Why platform me? How does it make any sense,” continued xQc. The streamer claimed that QTCinderella is a “joke of a person” before expanding on the situation in a separate tweet: “Everyone can talk their garbage about what I do and how they feel about it. Everyone runs their mouth and they get support.” “I clap back a singular time and everyone saying I’m ‘using’ my ‘platform’ to harass them. Bro I’m still human here. I got something to say too.” On Twitch, the streamer said that “I wasn’t even talking about QT but I saw her tweet. Bro, I thought cruelest use of the platform was [gambling] but now’s it’s this. I guess I’m outdoing myself. I guess I do worse than the worst every week bro.” “I don’t give no f**k bro. I don’t care bro. People act like they’re the judge of content…. Do your own thing. You don’t have to worry about sh*t pal,” the streamer added. The streamer later apologized for his actions on social media, by saying that “personal attacks went a little too hard” though he didn’t name QTCinderella specifically.

  • xQc blasts fans hating Twitch game show winners: “I’m so sick of this trend of hate” – Dexerto

xQc blasts fans hating Twitch game show winners: “I’m so sick of this trend of hate” Twitch: xQc/UnsplashTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel hit out at some viewers who had taken it upon themselves to send hate towards the winners of his Yoink or Share game show. While he made his name as a dominant Winston main in Overwatch, xQc has become renowned on Twitch for trying his hands at a whole number of things. He regularly sits and reacts to videos with chat, jumps into whatever game is getting some love, and occasionally broadcasts on the go in IRL streams. On August 7, he tried something different again, creating a Yoink or Share gameshow that shares the premise of the hit classic Golden Balls, giving players the chance to split money 50/50 or steal it for themselves and risk walking away with nothing. Instead of using fellow streamers for his show, former Overwatch professional brought on viewers and fans at random, exposing them to upwards of 100,000 viewers. One player, in particular, managed to walk away with $4,000 after turning his back on the potential split, and taking it all for himself. In the aftermath, some viewers of the highlight clip decided to be quite toxic, calling the fan “weird” and genuinely disapproving of the move. As a result, xQc stepped in and urged viewers to not react like that. “Cool gameshow yesterday but please be mindful: It’s a game and a show,” he tweeted. “Game. Show. It’s meant to be fun and entertaining. Stop making personal attacks at contestants (chosen at random) for literally choosing option 1 or 2…. out of two options. I’m so sick of this trend of hate.” COOL GAMESHOW YESTERDAY BUT PLEASE BE MINDFUL: IT’S A GAME AND A SHOW. GAME. SHOW. IT’S MEANT TO BE FUN AND ENTERTAINING. STOP MAKING PERSONAL ATTACKS AT CONTESTANTS (CHOSEN AT RANDOM) FOR LITERALLY CHOOSING OPTION 1 OR 2… OUT OF TWO OPTIONS. I’M SO SICK OF THIS TREND OF HATE — xQc (@xQc) August 8, 2021 Plenty of fans quickly replied and praised xQc for both the show idea and the tweet, urging their fellow fans to not be toxic. It remains to be seen if we’ll get a second outing of the show or if the Twitch star will think of something else that may not cause as much drama.

xQc blasts “insane” viewers after NYYXXI relationship speculation xQcPopular Twitch streamer xQc has taken aim at his “insane” viewers for being too invested in his personal relationships amid NYYXXI dating speculations. Boasting an impressive 11.3M followers on Twitch, there’s no doubt that xQc is one of the biggest streamers on the planet. However, with an audience as big as his comes with a few downsides, such as viewers being too invested in their personal lives. Now, the frustrated streaming star has had to hit out at the “insane” fans that he claims are trying to do everything for him. xQc hits out at “insane” viewers Recently, xQc was seen with Twitch streamer NYYXXI, where it was assumed that the two were actually dating. However, after viewers began speculating, he made it clear that the two aren’t actually in a relationship, and are instead just going on dates and seeing where things go, after a clip of his supposed ‘girlfriend’ NYYXXI kissing another girl in front of him went viral. Many have since claimed that NYYXXI is cheating on him, or suggesting that xQc is a “cuck” — leading him to go on a bit of a tangent, where he slammed his viewers for commenting on his personal life during his November 5 stream. “I spent the whole night swimming in the pool getting drunk and I don’t even remember half of this sh*t,” xQc admitted. “I don’t remember half the f**king night, but everybody was complaining and malding, writing hate comments or some sh*t, writing stories. “Bro I was swimming in the pool and then I was sleeping. Like you act like this like some sort of defense mechanism,” he added. “It’s weird to see everybody like try to live for me, feel for me, think for me, want to act for me. It’s just a weird like insane realm where everybody is trying to do everything for me, like brother im right here man, like whats up? we’re chilling like holy f**k like idk whats happening anymore its insane! “It’s like everybody is just trying to dictate everything, even the way I’m feeling, talking, and responding to things.” Many fans have noted and criticized the popular streamer for publicly sharing his personal life with millions, which they claim is “enabling and cultivating the parasocial viewers.” Though, there are certainly boundaries that some fans overstep.

  • xQc blasts “degenerate” Twitch viewers who swatted his old houses – Dexerto

xQc blasts “degenerate” Twitch viewers who swatted his old houses Twitch: xQcTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel hit out at some “degenerate” viewers who coordinated swattings and raids on his old homes, even though the properties were empty. Over the last couple of years, some of Twitch’s top stars have been hit with regular SWAT raids, as some viewers contact their local police departments to elicit the highest response possible. These hoaxes, sadly, have not gone away despite some viewers getting in trouble for calling them in. In the case of xQc, he’s had to leave houses behind because of regular SWAT attempts, routinely moving home to try and get to somewhere a little more secure. The Canadian hasn’t been hit with any SWAT raids on in a while, but some trolls have still been sending the police to his old homes, causing damage and worrying those who still live nearby – even if the houses themselves are empty. xQc blasts “suckers” swatting his old homes It was a topic that the former Overwatch pro touched on during his November 15 stream, as he tried to get the calls to stop. “Basically, some of the suckers decided to SWAT and raid my properties and the houses that they think I could live in. Really f**king dumb,” he said. “I got a bunch of alerts on my phones. These houses are empty. Nobody lives in them. “It’s just annoying because it can cause other people to get hurt that arent even me or somebody else. I don’t know what the f**k is up with the internet, ok, that’s like swatting a random person you have no idea about.” The Twitch star further hammered home the point that his old neighbors are the only ones in harm’s way, given that the homes are empty, which is not acceptable. “It can only hurt random people. I don’t know what the f**k is wrong with you guys. I don’t know what the f**k is wrong with you absolute degenerates. Don’t do that. Why are you doing that?” he added. “A random neighbor could have gotten hurt or shot. Some animal could have died randomly. Just stupid.” xQc did note that he won’t be out of pocket for the damage done to his properties, given it was a hoax at the end of the day. The issue still remains a serious danger to content creators, but also the people around them as well.

  • xQc has bizarre experience with NBA 2K19’s face scanning feature – Dexerto

xQc has bizarre experience with NBA 2K19’s face scanning feature Twitch streamer Felix ‘xQc‘ Lengyel might be best known for his Overwatch skills, but he does like to play other games from time to time. He tested out NBA 2K19‘s face scanner during his July 2 broadcast, and the results were very bizarre. With what should be cutting-edge technology, NBA 2K19 players can scan their faces into the game using the ‘My NBA 2K19’ app on their smartphones. This allows people to play with or against their favorite teams, and is supposed to add an extra element of realism and immersion to the experience. Twitch streamer xQc found out the hard way that these things aren’t always as clean-cut as they seem though, after he tried the technology for himself and got a very strange result. There was so much hope at first During his broadcast, the Canadian streamer decided to try out the face scanning app on his phone. The application boasts a 4.7 out of 5 star rating with over 41k reviews on the official iPhone App Store, so you’d think his results would be great, right? Wrong. Upon taking a photo of his face, the process took around a minute to upload his likeness to the game itself, which isn’t bad considering it has to render a person’s entire face into a 3D model. Wait… what is that? When xQc’s result first loaded itself into the game, it didn’t look like him much. Though it did have a similar eye shape, and while the hairstyle was completely different, it’s probably the closest asset the game has to the Canadian streamer’s wild barnet, so we’ll give it some credit there. Everything else was off though, with the nose being absolutely monstrous compared to his own. It’s difficult to understand why the scanner chose those specific components when the end result looks nothing like him at all. But in a sudden twist of fate, the face changed. And what was once a head that barely resembled xQc at all quickly turned into an even worse nightmare. If the first face didn’t look anything like xQc then the second one definitely doesn’t. Just why it decided to change again after he already got his result is anyone’s guess. Maybe it just loaded in too slow and was always supposed to look like that. We’ll never know. The Canadian streamer found it just as hilarious as we do, and erupted into fits of laughter while putting his head in his hands upon seeing his apparent ‘lookalike’. (Mobile viewers click here to watch the following clip on Streamable.) The face scanning app has provided players with accurate results before though, so it appears as though xQc just got unlucky with his upload. Hopefully in the future 2K Games will streamline it to make it as smooth as possible to avoid mishaps like these.

  • xQc blasts “cowards” behind Hasan’s DMCA Twitch ban – Dexerto

xQc blasts “cowards” behind Hasan’s DMCA Twitch ban Twitch: xQc/HasanFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel blasted Hasan ‘HasanAbi’ Piker’s recent Twitch ban as a bit “lame” given that he was DMCA’d due to “cowards” not agreeing with his viewpoints. When it comes to being banned from Twitch, there are a whole host of guidelines that streamers can trip up on and get themselves in trouble. However, there has been an increased spotlight put on DMCA-able content in the last year or so. Some streamers have gotten into trouble for playing licensed music, some for watching sporting highlights without permission, and others for flagrantly watching TV shows as a sort of watch party. Most of these punishments are handed out after a streamer goes offline, but they can be done mid-stream too. That happened to HasanAbi on December 6, as he was watching an interview with Kanye West. xQc hits out at Hasan’s Twitch ban The popular political commentator, who has since been unbanned, was suspended while he was live after he was reported by a number of viewers who have different political viewpoints. A few streamers have weighed in on the ban, including xQc who believes it was “lame” that Hasan had his stream suspended. “I think it’s cringe. You’re doing an action that you deem as fine unless you don’t agree with them. If you don’t agree with their opinion, they do that… I don’t know,” he said. “I don’t agree with that, I think it’s lame as f*ck. When you partake in a public dialogue and it’s opinionated and you’re willing to let people comment or whatever and you go and DMCA them, curve the law in these ways because you’re not getting the response you want or opinion you want, that’s the most coward s*it.” Timestamp of 1:39 The former Overwatch star claimed that DMCA isn’t something people should “flex” just because they disagree with something, given the wider implications it can have on a channel. As noted, Hasan has been unbanned and given his own response to the drama, but he’s unlikely to let it lay once he gets back broadcasting.

  • XQc beefs with TimTheTatMan in hilarious series of insults – Dexerto

XQc beefs with TimTheTatMan in hilarious series of insults Robert Paul, Blizzard / TimTheTatMan, TwitchCanadian streamer and Overwatch pro Félix ‘ xQc’ Lengyel is beefing with fellow Twitch streamer and gamer Timothy ‘TimTheTatMan’ Betar, after Tim took a few hilarious shots at xQc’s appearance. Tim roasted xQc during a live broadcast on November 28, comparing his body to that of the ‘Worm Guy’ aliens from the classic 1997 film ‘Men in Black.’ “Whatever, bro! xQc’s body looks like that alien in ‘Men in Black,’” Tim commented, after reading a donation that claimed xQc had named Tim after an Oddish he’d caught during a ‘Pokemon: Let’s Go Pikachu!’ stream. He then conducted a quick Google search for the alien in question, breaking into a fit of laughter as he showed the search results to his audience. “He can name his Oddish after me all the time,” Tim continued, “…I don’t even know what this thing is called, but he looks like that!” xQc then took to his stream to react to Tim’s comments, laughing out loud at the sight of the alien in question. “He would know about the aliens – he’s got an antenna to talk to them,” xQc said through laughter, motioning towards Tim’s man-bun with his cursor. “Look at that shit. If that shit messed up on him, he’d go all the way to Mars.” xQc has since given up on Pokemon altogether, after making a “fatal error” during a livestream of the game on November 27. The streamer had failed to save his game after being defeated by a Snorlax, and re-booted his Switch to find that he had lost important progress. While Pokemon may not be xQc’s cup of tea, the name of his Oddish will live on in infamy – thanks to Tim’s hilarious ‘Men in Black’ comparison.

  • xQc believes Chris Tyson could be a “liability” for MrBeast and might cut him off – Dexerto

xQc believes Chris Tyson could be a “liability” for MrBeast and might cut him off Twitch: xQc / Twitter: @ChrisFollowing MrBeast’s response to claims that his friend Chris Tyson could be a “nightmare” for his YouTube content, Twitch streamer xQc has weighed in, claiming that he believes MrBeast will “cut him off” if the problem is too big. Chris Tyson, a frequent collaborator of MrBeast, responded to speculation about his gender and transitioning, confirming he was on HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy). This sparked a widespread discussion on social media and YouTube, culminating in a video that suggested Chris was now a “nightmare” for MrBeast’s brand and work. MrBeast responded, slamming much of the conversation around the matter as transphobic. But, xQc believes that Chris may indeed pose a problem for YouTube’s biggest creator. xQc says Chris Tyson could be a “liability” for MrBeast Addressing the controversy on his stream, xQc responded to a comment suggesting that MrBeast would not care, and would not cut him off, as they have been friends for so long. “He definitely does care, and if the hit is too big, he definitely will cut them off. And I wouldn’t even be mad about that,” xQc said. “Why? Because the level of a liability you don’t know how much it’s going to be until it actually gets there.” “And saying things like, ‘Guys this is a friend and I can’t drop him’ – bro what if this becomes an absolute nightmare? Don’t make statements that you can’t get away from.” xQc continued, making a comparison to if he had a friend on stream who was creating problems for him by being addicted to drugs. “You bet your ass that they’re never coming on stream again. Because he’s just threatening everything.” Much of xQc’s chat was critical of his take, with one arguing “that’s his brother, not a business partner. MrBeast excluding Chris from videos would have more than just a hit on views. Just think about it.” Some actually agreed, while others were simply confused by xQc’s argument, unclear about whose “side” he was taking. For now, it appears MrBeast is committed to standing by his long-time friend and collaborator and hitting back at the negative comments and reactions.

  • xQc becomes most-watched Twitch streamer by far amid Among Us hype – Dexerto

xQc becomes most-watched Twitch streamer by far amid Among Us hype xQc / Twitch / InnerSlothCanadian streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has secured the title of the most-watched channel on Twitch, partly thanks to his streams on breakout title Among Us in September. xQc has been one of the biggest streamers on Twitch for quite a while, with over 3.6 million followers on his channel, but he is no longer just one of the biggest – he is the biggest. While Ninja and Shroud may boast more followers, in terms of who people are actually watching most, no one comes close to xQc. The former Overwatch pro has seen a massive surge in viewership since he started playing Among Us – a co-operative game that has exploded in popularity on Twitch, now making him, by far, the most-watched streamer. Typically, it is not often that individual streamers like xQc are seen at the top of the most-watched Twitch channel rankings. Usually, large tournament organizers like ESL and Riot Games top the charts instead, due to the nature of their consistent schedules. However, with the staggering hype around Among Us and with xQc being one of the most active players, he is consistently nearing hundreds of thousands of viewers with each stream, which has catapulted him to the top spot. According to data from TwitchMetrics, xQc racked up a mind-blowing 16.9 million hours watched on Twitch in the last 30 days, to October 4. In this period, he streamed just over 300 hours – considerably less than ESL_CSGO, the second most-watched channel. Among Us was the most popular gaming category on Twitch for the same period of time, with a total of 143 million hours watched. There was also a large gap between him and other channels on the platform. The next biggest individual streamer behind him was Brazilian CS:GO streamer Gaules, at around 10 million hours watched. However, Gaules is the official Portuguese-speaking partner of numerous CS:GO events, so his viewership is bolstered by this. Why is Among Us & xQc booming? The ten-player lobbies in Among Us has made it the perfect game for streamers, allowing plenty of unique viewers to tune into different perspectives of the same match. xQc, in particular, has also been collaborating with some of the biggest stars in gaming such as PewDiePie, Summit1g, Valkyrae, and more, which has likely also played a part in his recent viewership. While he is showing no signs of slowing, xQc could still have a tough time retaining that top spot over the next few weeks, with the likes of Riot Games and Ibai, who has been live-viewing Worlds 2020 for Spanish viewers, also climbing, as the 2020 League of Legends World Championship is continuing to heat up.

  • xQc beats up dummy to demonstrate how his viewers treat him – Dexerto

xQc beats up dummy to demonstrate how his viewers treat him Twitch star xQc has responded to claims his streams are negative by demonstrating to fans how they treat him by beating up his freestanding dummy. xQc is undoubtedly one of the biggest Twitch streamers, with an impressive 11.8 million followers by his side. However, it’s reasonable to say his viewers enjoy poking fun and giving him a fair bit of stick. During his April 30 broadcast, xQc opened up to his viewers after stumbling upon a Reddit thread discussing why his streams have been so negative. In the Reddit thread, a fan claimed that there’s a “weird feeling of negativity,” and that it seems X is always looking to start an argument for the sake of it. “It’s literally malders, baiters, insults, dogsh*t bait trash,” he responded. “I don’t know why you guys are malding anyways.” The Twitch star explained he’s recently been in “the worst mind space of all time” recently, adding he found it difficult for him to wake up the day prior — even finding it hard to play Minecraft. A comment from another viewer claimed the ‘Juicer’ has been in a negative mindset since he came under fire from his own community for gambling on stream. The comment clearly provoked xQc, where he then started a demonstration as to how his own fans treat him. “I’m going to explain to chat what’s been happening with the stream, let me demonstrate it,” he said. Using Bob, his freestanding dummy, as a representation of himself, xQc began demonstrating how viewers insult him — and then question why he isn’t happy. xQc lashed out at the dummy, repeatedly striking it with his hand while insulting it, before kicking it across the room. The streamer then made the point of how although viewers know he’s unhappy, they still continue to continuously put him down.

  • xQc becomes the monster after dying during Blair Witch stream – Dexerto

xQc becomes the monster after dying during Blair Witch stream Twitch: xQcOW / Bloober TeamPopular Twitch star Félix ‘xQc’ Lengyel was playing the new Blair Witch survival horror title on August 30, when he became so fed up with it that he literally became the monster that was in the game. The highly anticipated Blair Witch title was released on August 30 on Xbox, PS4 and PC and has been popular on Twitch, as personalities are navigating the survival horror for their audience. But during xQc’s playthrough, the Canadian streamer became so frustrated with the game’s mechanics and designs that he found himself transforming into the very monster that he was running from. xQc becomes the monster The Overwatch pro was stuck on a segment of the game, that after dying multiple times, finally saw him snap. “I did everything right!” he screamed, after being jumped by a monster. Read More: Jake Paul offers to fight ‘Angry Bagel Guy’ – In a moment of madness and frustration, the Twitch star then began to imitate the monster that killed him, by snapping his jaw and snarling, hilariously mirroring the enemy that took him down. xQc refunded the game Not long after, the Canadian streamer continued to die in the same section, before he finally gave up and announced to his audience that he was refunding the game. “Alright listen chat. I’m gonna refund it. I’m not even kidding dude.” After apologizing to his fans for quitting the game before the end, he explained why he was not enjoying it. “I can’t dude. It’s too scuffed. I feel like we’ve played the game 6 times because of how many times it’s bugged. This is actually unbearable.” The streamer stayed true to his word and closed the game out before apologizing again. “Chat, I actually apologize for this. I never do this ever with new games. This was a really hyped release and it’s hyper scuffed.” xQc then said that he had a list of issues with the game that would take hours to get through. “I could make a list of what things were wrong with this, and we would be here for an hour and a half.” It seems that xQc is not alone in his frustrations with the title. As of the time of writing this article, the reviews on Steam are “mostly negative” with users posting similar complaints.

  • xQc bans viewers and loses it with Twitch chat over Amouranth “stunt” allegations – Dexerto

xQc bans viewers and loses it with Twitch chat over Amouranth “stunt” allegations Twitch: xQc, AmouranthTop Twitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel got incredibly frustrated with his chat and even gave one viewer a permanent ban from his stream, over their comments on the unfurling Amouranth situation. In mid-October, Amouranth revealed during an emotional Twitch stream that she was married, but her husband had been routinely abusive towards her, threatening to kill her dog, throwing her money away, and telling her she can’t speak out about their marriage as it would “ruin the business model.” A couple of days after this all came to light, Amouranth went live once again, saying that she’s “free,” with access to all of her social and financial accounts while her husband “seeks help.” Naturally, many of Amouranth’s peers came to her defense, including the likes of Valkyrae and LilyPichu among others, and during his viewing of her stream, xQc showed little patience for chatters in his stream criticizing her over what had happened. “Are you guys f**king stupid or some sh*t?” he asked. “You’re so f**king dumb. Holy sh*t you sound so f**king stupid.” He then read one comment in particular that wound him up to a different level, deciding that they should no longer be able to participate in his chat. “‘It was a stunt lmao’,” he said, reading out the comment in chat. “I’m going to give you a f**king perma-ban, dude. You’re f**king annoying as sh*t. I can’t.” While the Amouranth situation is still not completely cleared up, and there is likely a lot of time left before it is, many streamers are still sharing their support of her and shutting down accusations that it could be fake or a “stunt.” xQc had taken a brief break from streaming after TwitchCon, saying that he was “getting obliterated” by illness after returning from the event, but that evidently didn’t last too long.

  • xQc beats out Ludwig, Gaules as most-watched Twitch star in 2021 so far – Dexerto

xQc beats out Ludwig, Gaules as most-watched Twitch star in 2021 so far Twitter: xQcFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel is as polarizing as ever, but it seems to be working for him after a report confirmed he was the most-watched streamer in the first quarter of 2021 with a mind-boggling 73.2 million views. Love him or hate him, there’s no denying xQc is one of the most popular and entertaining streamers on Twitch. It doesn’t matter if he’s playing Mario Kart, speedrunning Minecraft, or getting into trouble on GTA RP. His viewership is always off the charts. But even though he’s already considered royalty in the scene, his viewership has risen to new heights in 2021. It’s hard to believe since his numbers were already staggering. However, it’s been confirmed in an official report by Stream Hatchet, one of the leading data analysts in esports, gaming, and streaming. According to the report, xQc topped the charts as the most-watched influencer in the first quarter of 2021 with 73.2 million views. To put that into perspective, it means he’s been watched for 30 million hours, collectively, in that time. He almost doubled the viewership of Gaules, the second most-watched streamer on the list, and practically tripled Jaryd Russell ‘Summit1g’ Lazar, who finished in third place. Perhaps all the drama on GTA RP, which has seen him get banned three times now, is paying off in dividends. To be fair, though, he has been entertaining between all the drama, too. However, all the controversy and chaos kept him in the headlines, and that’s got to count for something, right? xQc’s content isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. However, he’s cultivated a fiercely loyal following throughout the years. Plus, neutral viewers all know who he is, too, and won’t hesitate to tune in from time to time. In the end, whatever he’s doing is working. For all we know, his viewership could continue to rise in the second quarter of the year. We’ll have to wait and see.

xQc banned & unbanned from Twitch for the fifth time – and no one knows why Twitch: xQcPopular Twitch streamer Félix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has once again been banned from Twitch, making this the fifth ban he’s received in his streaming career, and nobody knows why. Update Aug 14 As fast as xQc’s fifth ban came was as quickly as it was rescinded. Mere hours after getting suspended on Twitch, he was unbanned and his channel has been reinstated. ✅ Twitch Partner “”xQcOW”” (@xqc) has been unbanned after 4 hours, 12 minutes and 13 seconds! ✅https://t.co/Yg2gbrUP9c#twitch #unban #partner #twitchpartner 🚷 — StreamerBans (@StreamerBans) August 14, 2021 Suspicions still point to a complication with a DMCA claim, but no confirmation to that end has been made available. xQc is one of the largest creators on the entire Twitch platform. His latest punishment lasted just over four hours, and will undoubtedly be a talking point for his Twitch chat when he goes live again. Original story follows below… On August 14, xQc, one of the biggest, if not the current biggest streamer currently on Twitch was banned from the platform for the fifth time. As of now, no reason for the ban has been revealed, but with it being his fifth ban on Twitch, it could potentially lead to a permanent ban from the platform depending on how serious the situation is. ❌ Twitch Partner “”xQcOW”” (@xqc) has been banned! ❌https://t.co/Yg2gbrUP9c#twitch #ban #fifthban #partner #twitchpartner ✊ — StreamerBans (@StreamerBans) August 14, 2021 One speculation from the streamer’s viewers is that this is another DMCA ban, similar to his last ban. Last week xQc decided to broadcast Kayne West’s DONDA event. Despite asking for permission to play the new album, to no one’s surprise, he received no response, so he streamed it anyways. The last ban was only a couple of weeks ago in July when he was issued a DMCA strike from the Olympic Committee for rebroadcasting the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. xQc decided to fight back against the “unfair claim”, filing his own DMCA counter-claim to have the strike dismissed. The counterclaim could cost xQc millions of dollars to fight in court according to his lawyer. xQc has still not yet responded, leaving everybody wondering as to what he did to deserve his fifth ban.

  • xQc hit with five-hour Twitch ban over NBC Olympics stream – Dexerto

xQc hit with five-hour Twitch ban over NBC Olympics stream Twitch: xQcTwitch’s biggest streamer, Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel, was banned from the platform for just shy of five hours on July 28, with his latest suspension — the fourth time he has been blocked from streaming — likely due to rebroadcasting several events from the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. The last image shown on the Canadian’s channel before his ban was him watching the Judo match between Austria’s Michaela Polleres vs Japan’s Arai Chizuru. xQc commented soon after, admitting he believed the suspension — which ended up lasting just 295 minutes — was related to “live DMCA” over rebroadcasting the international sporting event. He said, “I took necessary precautions and thought it would be fine. Really didn’t expect it, but I could’ve easily avoided this.” During his stream, xQc floated Twitch guidelines, and told viewers that he could just disable the VOD in question afterward, and “be in the clear.” Tokyo 2020 has a heavier DMCA presence, however. Broadcasting corporations are reportedly using live-tracking technology to snipe offending streams, automatically taking them offline if any copyrighted material is pinged. Dexerto can confirm xQc’s Tokyo 2020 stream broadcast has been removed from the platform. Whether this was by the Twitch star or Twitch itself is not clear. The streaming website, which is owned by Amazon, has not made an official comment on the live DMCA process surrounding the Olympics either. “Sorry for everyone involved, including the viewers,” Lengyel wrote on Twitter on July 28. “I’ll be better/smarter next time, and follow guidelines more strictly.” I THINK I GOT MY CHANNEL LIVE-DMCA’d. I TOOK NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS AND THOUGHT IT WOULD BE FINE. REALLY DIDN’T EXPECT IT BUT I COUL’VE EASILY AVOIDED THIS. SORRY FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED INCLUDING THE VIEWERS. I’LL BE BETTER/SMARTER NEXT TIME AND FOLLOW GUIDELINES MORE STRICTLY — xQc (@xQc) July 28, 2021 This is the Canadian’s fourth Twitch ban since the start of 2020. His first ban came in March 2020 where he was forced off the platform for three days. The one after that was only for a single day, just a few months later. xQc copped a lengthier ban in November, when he was benched for seven days. This time, however, Twitch didn’t make the 25-year-old sit on the sidelines for long; just five hours after his original suspension, xQc’s fourth platform ban was lifted. The French Canadian has yet to reveal why his suspension was ended early. xQc isn’t a stranger to the strict rules of Twitch. He’s been banned in the past and even defended the platform’s enforcement guidelines just recently.

  • xQc banned on Twitch after in-game woman shows ‘too much’ of herself – Dexerto

xQc banned on Twitch after in-game woman shows ‘too much’ of herself xQc, TwitchPopular Twitch streamer and Overwatch pro Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has been banned from Twitch, after playing a risque video game that got a bit too graphic during a February 29 broadcast. The game, as shown by a video ripped from his offending stream, shows Lengyel playing a game of connect four with a scantily clad female character. After winning their connect four duel, xQc was given the option of removing the character’s bra: After clicking “yes,” the scene shifted to show the character completely in the buff, causing him to quickly click away from the game window. While we won’t show the clip here, those curious can see what happened by clicking this link. However, it doesn’t seem like his precaution was enough, as his Twitch channel was promptly suspended – and while we are unsure as to the exact reason for the ban, his latest stream could point to a major factor in why he is no longer able to broadcast, at present. ❌ Twitch Partner “”xQcOW”” (@xqc) has been banned! ❌https://t.co/Yg2gbrUP9c#twitch #ban #secondban #partner #twitchpartner 🇧🇴 — StreamerBans (@StreamerBans) March 1, 2020 That’s not all: Tweets across the net also claim that xQc’s Discord has been banned, as well, although the reason for this development (and the legitimacy of these claims) is still unknown at the time of writing. This isn’t the first time Lengyel has been banned for showing adult-themed content during his broadcasts, either; the star received a ban in July 2019 after watching a YouTube video titled, “Safe for Work ***,” which showed adult-themed videos covered up by cartoons that showed the actors performing much more family-friendly tasks. While the streamer was banned for a three-day period for the offense, there’s no telling how long his latest ban will last, just yet. That’s not all: those who watched his latest stream also claim that xQc used a cheat code to get around the game’s normally blurred nudity, which may have been a contributing factor to his February suspension. Twitch’s guidelines state that “nudity and sexually explicit content or activities” are prohibited on their platform, although they do make exceptions depending on the context of the situation, as in “educational contexts or for pre-approved licensed content.” While xQc’s Discord was reported to have been banned, claims are now suggesting that the channel is back online, although these allegations have yet to be verified. Stay tuned to Dexerto for more news and updates as the situation progresses.

  • xQc banned from posting on YouTube and videos demonetized over “strikes” – Dexerto

xQc banned from posting on YouTube and videos demonetized over “strikes” Twitch: xQc/ YouTubeTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has called out to YouTube after one of his videos was hit with a Community Guidelines strike, meaning he is banned from posting on the platform for two weeks. xQc is often hailed as the ‘king of Twitch,‘ but like his fellow creators he also depends on the views he can pull in over on its rival YouTube. However, various creators have been hit with unexpected strikes on the platform which can be highly disruptive for their schedules and affect their standing on the algorithm. Not even xQc could avoid having his YouTube content being affected after he received an “unjustified and unrelated” strike on the Google-owned platform. xQc hit with YouTube strike On July 12, xQc reached out directly to YouTube via Twitter calling on the site to respond after one of his videos received a strike. As a result, he was banned from uploading any more content for a fortnight. “My account got an unjustified and unrelated strike on a video which bars me from uploading for two weeks,” xQc said. “Could I get a manual review on this please?” He claimed that numerous creators have also been “unnecessarily demotized lately” and that “something’s gotta be up.” It comes after hugely popular Lo-fi music channel ‘Lofi Girl’ had their long-running livestream terminated due to “false” copyright claims. YouTube quickly responded by reinstating their videos and confirming the requests were “abusive.” YouTube subsequently responded to xQc’s call out. Believing it was a copyright strike at first, the platform then admitted it was a Community Guidelines strike and that the issue had been passed by “the relevant team.” It’s unclear as of writing how long xQc’s YouTube ban will last for and what has been done to resolve the issue. Although, his fans are hoping it won’t take too long.

This type of behavior is unacceptable and will not be taken lightly.” The ban is of particular note, as it is one of the very rare times Twitch will take action against one of it’s top streamers. According to reports, xQc was the highest-earning streamer on all of Twitch throughout 2020.

xQc banned again from GTA RP NoPixel after drama with “encouraging” chat hoppers Twitch: xQcOW / Rockstar GamesPopular streamer xQc has once again been banned from the NoPixel GTA RP server. The latest ban came shortly after he encouraged chat hoppers to invade other Twitch streams after he was handed a hefty jail sentence he didn’t agree with. On April 6, popular Twitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel received his third ban from the popular NoPixel GTA RP server. The streamer was previously banned for breaking the server’s established rules, then a second time for using an unauthorized glitch to attack NoPixel’s police force. This third ban came hot on the heels of drama involving other streamers roleplaying as police officers on the server. After xQc was detained and sentenced to 224 months in NoPixel’s jail, he encouraged his viewers to “chat hop” into other streamers, something he previously denounced. In a clip taken from the livestream, after his sentence was handed down and he confronted the cops about the time he would have to spend in jail, he can be heard saying “thank god” when viewers announced they were going into other channels to voice their support for him. As xQc’s fans flooded into other channels, many of those streamers faced harassment over the situation. Fellow GTA RP streamer ‘Kyle’ who was roleplaying as a police officer at the time the events unfolded, blasted xQc’s viewers for their actions. “You’re jumping from some guy’s stream to complain about something that nobody did, for somebody who doesn’t even know you f**king exist. You are a sad f**king idiot,” he remarked to one of the xQc fans in his chat. While the reason for xQc’s ban has yet to confirmed, many are speculating that it’s tied to his most recent run-in with NoPixel’s law enforcement. Lengyel has struggled to maintain a good relationship with streamers roleplaying as cops since his ban for the exploit he used against them. X also expressed his frustration and belief that his ban was related to criminal activity during his own roleplay on the server: “The cops will have everything their way. This is what happens [if you don’t get along with them].” WHAT A ROLLERCOASTED OF A STREAM. SORRY FOR THE TRASHY MOOD BY THE END I GOT UNREASONABLY MAD. A LOT OF RUMMORS ARE SPREADING BUT LISTEN, EVERYONE CHILL. I DID A LOT OF BAD THINGS YESTERDAY AND I ADMIT TO MY FAULTS. DONT SPREAD HATRED ON ANYONE, WHAT I SAY ISNT ALWAYS TRUE — xQc (@xQc) April 4, 2021 The streamer also addressed the situation on Twitter and admitted that “by the end [of the stream] I got unreasonably mad.” He also told his fans not to “spread hatred on anyone,” and not to blindly listen to everything he might say in the heat of the moment. It remains unconfirmed whether xQc’s latest NoPixel ban is directly related to the chat hopping situation, but we will make sure to update you when the reasoning behind the ban has been officially confirmed by the server.

  • xQc baited by perfectly posed photo during Christmas unboxing stream – Dexerto

xQc baited by perfectly posed photo during Christmas unboxing stream Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel thought he avoided a close Twitch community guidelines scare on his Christmas unboxing stream, but instead he was made the butt of the joke on second glance. Christmas unboxings are an annual tradition on Twitch. Popular streamers love to share the holiday with their fans, who often send gifts to their favorite personalities on the platform. xQc partook in the festivities, although the former Overwatch pro was given a fright by a perfectly posed photo making the Twitch streamer scared for his account safety. The streamer flicked over to the tweet from a fan about their own Christmas gifts, a Nintendo DS carry bag. It’s a relatively innocuous gift, even if a bit outdated, but that wasn’t what xQc was most concerned about. It was the layout of the bag straps. ‘PainRng’ had perfectly posed the straps of his bag to imitate a bare bum, with the streamer quickly clicking away to save his Twitch account. He even was in slight denial, saying that he “didn’t see it,” either as a case to tell people that he didn’t mean to, or that he couldn’t actually see the proper image. However, the chat caught on, telling xQc to go back as it wasn’t as bad as it first seemed. As he looked again at the bag and its perfectly posed straps, he was rather relieved that it was just a case and not something that Twitch’s admins wouldn’t like. “Oh my god, I got so spooked,” he said. “Dude I got scared, I thought it was an a**. What do you guys think? My eyes are kind of blurry right now — I didn’t really sleep last night — and it was a tiny bit blurry when I switched and I thought it was an a** for sure.” He managed to get out scot-free, before going back and looking at the #xqcgift hashtag he set up for fans to post their best Christmas presents. xQc himself received a few gifts of his own, which he unwrapped earlier in the stream. He managed to get his hands on a clown wig which made him look like Mitch Jones, as well as a Fisher Price Basketball set he had a seemingly large amount of fun with. The scare put the streamer on edge though, who was a lot more cautious with the Twitter links down the line in case someone baited him for real.

  • xQc baffled by Pokimane video doing viral TikTok trend – Dexerto

xQc baffled by Pokimane video doing viral TikTok trend Twitch: xQcOW/TikTok: PokimaneTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel was left scratching his head after trying to understand one of Pokimane’s most popular TikToks, with his fellow streamer doing the viral ‘Mask Off’ trend. xQc is one of the biggest names in Twitch, always topping viewership and subscriber charts, second only to Kai Cenat at the time of writing when it comes to English-language streamers. He’s clearly tapped into something that really resonates with thousands of young people as they search for entertainment online, and he’s one of the best at doing so. One form of entertainment for young people that he hasn’t managed to tap into, however, is TikTok, as shown in this clip from his Twitch stream on October 11. While watching Pokimane doing the Mask Off TikTok trend, you could see the confusion on xQc’s face as he tried to decipher what was happening. It was only made worse when he was asked how Pokimane removed her glasses with neither of her hands free, with the usually talkative xQc left literally lost for words. “One hand’s on her phone, and one hand’s on the … I don’t know,” he said, thinking intensely trying to figure out what was going on in the video. This came at the end of a short session of watching Pokimane TikToks, reacting to them, and giving his criticism or thoughts on the different trends and content that she has posted to the platform. Recently, xQc admitted that joking about sniffing Pokimane’s chair was “kind of f**ked”. He also expressed his frustration with comments made by Andrea Botez at TwitchCon, who he called “annoying,” after she joked about him only streaming gambling.

  • xQc baffled by Rubius’ “insane” Twitch ban over Sonic Frontiers DMCA claim – Dexerto

xQc baffled by Rubius’ “insane” Twitch ban over Sonic Frontiers DMCA claim Twitch: xQc/RubiusTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel was left pretty surprised by Rubius’ ban from the platform, saying Sega “cooked” him over it. Whenever a big new game releases, plenty of Twitch streamers are desperate to be the first to stream it – even if that means taking unusual routes to play the game before it goes live in their region. Some get help from publishers with early access, but even that can land them in hot water at times, which is exactly what Spanish streaming star Rubius found out on November 8. The Spaniard was streaming the new Sonic Frontiers title just before it went live for everyone else, and he got a DMCA strike on his channel as a result. Though, that meant that he was also in line for a Twitch ban, and he even lost his channel partnership as a result. xQc shocked by Rubius Twitch ban over Sonic Frontiers While the Spaniard has been unbanned from Twitch, some streamers have weighed in on his situation, including xQc. The French-Canadian streamer was alerted to Rubius’ ban prior to starting his God of War: Ragnarok play-through, and he couldn’t quite believe what he’d seen. “That is dank, that is mega dank,” xQc said when he read Rubius’ tweet about being given a code from Sega but not being informed about an embargo. “Damn, they cooked him. They cooked him. They sent him the steak and they cooked him. That’s insane.” As noted, Rubius has already been unbanned from Twitch and returned to the platform with his own stream of God of War. He’s also had his partnership status restored as fans can, once again, subscribe to his channel. Of course, though, you should always be careful when it comes to playing games earlier than planned. You might not be as lucky as the Spaniard.

  • xQc baffled by Bella Poarch’s TikTok success: “Where’s the content?!” – Dexerto

xQc baffled by Bella Poarch’s TikTok success: “Where’s the content?!” Twitch: xQcOW / TikTok: @bellapoarchTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel reacted to Bella Poarch’s TikToks and revealed he was confused as to how her content is so popular. In 2020, TikTok exploded, going viral in a way no one could predict. It’s since become a household name, with many of its users like Charli and Dixie D’Amelio and Addison Rae becoming famous because of their popularity on the mobile app. Bella Poarch is another now-celebrity to gain fame from TikTok, sharing short clips of her performing dances and trends. Twitch streamer xQc watched her content on December 17, but claimed he doesn’t “understand” how it gets so many views. xQc reacts to Bella Poarch’s TikTok videos “This is it? Okay…” he began as he pulled up the 24-year-old’s account and watched videos of her at a BTS concert and acting out the “Miso Soup” meme. “What the f**k?” Read More: Best streaming moments of 2021: Top 5 Ranked – The French Canadian then opened up a clip of the TikTok star dancing. “Guys, what the f**k? 17 million views?” he asked before clicking on another. “What the f**k?! 60 million views?!” “I don’t understand! 60 million views?! That’s insane!” he exclaimed. “Where’s the content, bruh?! What the f**k am I looking at?! I thought she made more content, I’m telling you. Dude, I’m not laughing. She’s making, like, a f**king goldmine! Lengyel was even more confused when a viewer linked him to Bella Poarch’s popular M to the B TikTok which made her blow up on the platform. The Twitch star was left speechless as he watched the viral 2020 video which now has over 650 million views. While xQc was baffled by her incredible success, it should be pointed out that he was more confused by the insane amount of views TikTok brings in. The streamer clarified to his fans that he was not dissing Poarch, and was actually blown away by her mind-blowing popularity given her short-form content.

  • xQc backs Twitch over “cracker” controversy after Hasan ban: “There’s no excuse” – Dexerto

xQc backs Twitch over “cracker” controversy after Hasan ban: “There’s no excuse” Twitch: xQcOW / HasanAbiStreamer xQc backed Twitch after controversy broke out over Hasan being banned for saying “cracker” on stream. The former Overwatch pro called the word “trashy” and said it has no place on the platform. Twitch kicked off a wave of controversy after they banned Hasan ‘HasanAbi’ Piker on December 13, 2021, for using the term “cracker” multiple times on stream. The 30-year-old had argued that it was not an offensive slur. Felix ‘xQc‘ Lengyel weighed in on the situation and disagreed with the former Young Turks personality. According to the Canadian, the word is “unneeded” and shouldn’t be said on the platform. xQc backs Twitch over “cracker” ban controversy While this isn’t the first time xQc has shared his take on the “cracker” debate, the streamer gave an explosive rant during his Dcember 13 broadcast after Hasan was banned for refusing to back down on defending the term. “I don’t take offense to the word. I’m French Canadian, okay?” he began. “I don’t know what the f**k, I don’t know the history or the story of the term. I don’t know NOTHING about any of these words! All I know is the basis of insulting based on skin color is trashy and unneeded.” Lengyel then defended Twitch taking a stand over the word. “You shouldn’t have to go there. It doesn’t get anyone anywhere. I don’t give a f**k, there is no point,” he continued. “Just don’t. It’s not that hard. How is it so hard to understand for some people?” The Twitch star called out people who are willing to go to extremes just to be able to say a word. “People will take words and concepts and are willing to die on these hills. I WANT to keep saying this. It’s, like three or four words you can’t say, chill out.” He then concluded his rant and exclaimed, “Holy f**k, how hard is it to understand that these words make people feel uncomfortable and makes them feel a lot of things. And that’s WHY you use them. That’s exactly why you use them.” While xQc didn’t outright support Piker being banned, he did make it clear that he didn’t think the word should be allowed on the platform. The “cracker” debate kicked off on December 11 after Hasan called a Reddit user a “dumb cracker b**ch” during his broadcast.

  • xQc baffled by angry DM from BTS fan for calling K-Pop “trash” – Dexerto

xQc baffled by angry DM from BTS fan for calling K-Pop “trash” Félix ‘xQc‘ Lengyel received a bizarre message from a K-Pop fan, lashing out at the streamer for his opinion on the music genre and those who enjoy it. K-Pop is one of the biggest music genres in the world, and has amassed a truly fanatical audience that lives and breathes for popular bands like BTS, BLACKPINK, and Exo, and are staunchly defensive of their favorite musicians and the culture surrounding them. These groups originated in South Korea, often made up of five or more members, who release music across multiple genres, complete with high-quality music videos and incredible dance routines that have captured the imaginations of people across the globe. For xQc though, the love of K-Pop is beyond confusing, going on a rant during his January 6 stream, questioning why anyone likes it. “Watch BTS?” he read from his chat, as a viewer tried to convince him to give the band a shot. “What’s BTS? Behind the scenes? Oh, it’s K-Pop sh*t. Can I ask dude, what is it with K-Pop dude?” “Every bit of K-Pop is treated like it’s gold, and it’s the best piece of art ever created in the whole wide world when it’s absolute f**king dogsh*t. It is literal trash. Everyone is like ‘Oh my God, this is one of the top gender-neutral choreographies,’ and I’m like dude, it’s four hand-swings. At least if it was good dancing I could get behind good dancing.” Following his criticism, the 24-year-old was ending his stream when he received a direct message from a K-Pop fan who had seen his rant, calling out the streamer for his opinions. In fact, he was so surprised by the DM that he decided to read it out for his audience, removing his “stream ending” screen just to let everyone know what it said. “What the f**ck is this dude? Holy sh*t. There’s no way this is real,” he said, before launching into the message. “‘You say BTS sucks. You make fun of me for liking them. Tell me I’m stupid. Turns out you’re the stupid one. I want to be different. I’m sick of being what others want me to be. I want to dance out of nowhere, sing in another language. I want to be kawaii. I want to hug and snuggle my only friend because you two-faced, frick-frack, tik-tak idiots are too scared to be my friend.’” “What the f**k? Ok, good night.” This isn’t the first time that xQc has had a run-in with K-Pop lovers, with the streamer revealing back in 2018 that he had received death threats when he stated that a girl he saw in a video performing a dance routine looked like she lacked confidence. One thing is for sure, the messages he receives from K-Pop fans certainly haven’t convinced him to keep his opinions to himself, and it seems like they haven’t been able to convince him on the merits of the genre and community just yet.

  • xQc shares awkward Twitch fan interaction while on a date – Dexerto

xQc shares awkward Twitch fan interaction while on a date xQcTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel is enough of an internet celebrity to be noticed out in public nowadays. However he can’t even escape fans while relaxing off stream, with one avid viewer even finding him while he was out on a date. When you’re as big as xQc online, you’re bound to be noticed in public. Even though the Twitch star locks himself inside for days at a time to entertain his legion of fans, even he needs to tend to things outside the streaming realm. But it’s a bit awkward when that outing is a date. After stepping away from his stream to get to know someone new after his recent breakup with Adept, he met a fan whose innocent greeting prompted a conversation about Twitch — which his date knew nothing about. xQc actually spotted the exact viewer in his chat, who messaged “X, I saw you at Orange Julep [in Montreal] once a few months ago but left you alone to enjoy your night.” “Dude, it was you! I was on a date, man!” xQc exclaims, genuinely surprised and seemingly excited to share the story. “I was on a f**king date, okay. I was tryna look like… This girl knew nothing about Twitch. And then shows up, and goes ‘what up man,’ and I’m like ‘oh my God bro.’” It appears xQc may have been avoiding discussing Twitch, which makes sense as how his life is oversaturated with conversations regarding the platform — and also how hard it can be at times to explain it to someone with no knowledge. Since his date didn’t know anything about Twitch, she likely had no preconceived notions of who he was either, at least until his fan walked up to him. For those worried about the fan being too overbearing though, don’t get your pitchforks out: “It was good though. He was chill, he was chill, it was fine, don’t worry about it.”

  • xQc backflips on his big Los Angeles move: “It’s just not for me” – Dexerto

xQc backflips on his big Los Angeles move: “It’s just not for me” Twitch: xQcFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has made the shock call to backflip on his big Los Angeles move after weeks of hyping up the west coast switch, admitting that after his mysterious project, he’ll be moving away from the big city. The star Twitch streamer has revealed he’s already considering returning to Texas sooner, rather than later, after a timely reminder that he “doesn’t like the big city.” xQc has been drumming up hype for his big switch to Los Angeles over these last few weeks, before the French-Canadian finally took the plunge recently, first staying at Hasan’s controversial Hollywood mansion before finding his own place. His plan, the star said several times, is to “get out of his shell” more. Those plans may be over almost immediately, however. Lengyel has just started settling into LA life, but is already talking about leaving, claiming he’s moving back to Texas once he finishes several projects. The Twitch star revealed he’ll be leaving Los Angeles early on in his Oct. 21 stream, explaining he’s already struggling with life in the big city — despite having plenty to do with other stars — and wants to leave. “I’ll probably move back to Texas soon,” he admitted. “I wanted to see what it was like [in Los Angeles],” he continued, before explaining he has several things, including a mysterious project, that he still needs to get finished before he can put the City of Angels in his rearview mirror again. “That’s some stuff obviously I’m working on here, and being here is making it way easier. I’m not going to spoil it, but I’m working on a show, and that’s going to be dank, and it really helps that I’m here [for that]. That was one of the reasons why I wanted to move here for a bit. “But I realize now that city life is just really trash. City life just sucks. I thought that I knew that from when I played in the Overwatch League, but it’s just not for me.” xQc originally claimed a major factor in his LA move was that he wanted to “get out of [his] shell” and push himself into interesting situations in the city, but now that he’s actually living there he’s liking the idea a lot less. “It’s just weird. I’m not really used to this,” he said. “Like, everybody is so jittering,” the famously energetic Twitch star said of modern Los Angeles life. “Everyone’s so juiced up, and so wired in. It’s just really odd. It’s almost like I’m living in a fabrication. It feels so weird. The vibe is odd. When I’m walking around, living in the city, it feels like a different world. The streamer didn’t put a date on his Texas return, but Dexerto understands it will be after he wraps work on his mysterious project, which will be unveiled soon. xQc’s shock LA declaration isn’t actually the only bombshell he dropped on his Twitch audience this week either. While appearing on the 100 Thieves podcast last Tuesday, the star admitted he could quit streaming as early as “tomorrow.” Now, he doesn’t exactly mean “tomorrow” as in October 22, but the enigmatic star was certainly clear that he may leave the platform at any time, without warning. When I don’t enjoy it [streaming] anymore [I’ll just leave]. My chat kinda gets weirded out when I say this, and some people don’t believe me either, but if I feel this isn’t it anymore, I’ll quit so fast,” xQc told CouRage and Nadeshot. “It could be tomorrow, and it could be in ten years. “If I don’t have the passion, how can I translate that to people? I don’t want to make them watch something I don’t feel like doing. It’d be like I’m scamming people.”

  • xQc apologizes to fans after appealing Twitch adult content ban – Dexerto

xQc apologizes to fans after appealing Twitch adult content ban Blizzard Entertainment / TwitchFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has apologized to his fans as the Twitch streamer’s appeal for his February 29 nudity and adult content ban was unsuccessful, keeping the French Canadian off the platform for another couple of days. xQc was taken off Twitch over the weekend for showing off too much of a character in a Connect Four clone, in which they took off their bra and showed the female completely in the buff. Although the streamer tried to appeal the ban on February 29, he was unsuccessful, with the suspension being upheld for the full three days. Instead, he issued an apology to his fans, and updated them with when he will be back online. ❌ Twitch Partner “”xQcOW”” (@xqc) has been banned! ❌https://t.co/Yg2gbrUP9c#twitch #ban #secondban #partner #twitchpartner 🇧🇴 — StreamerBans (@StreamerBans) March 1, 2020 “I wanted to update everyone yesterday but it was unclear and I wanted to appeal and have a chance to explain myself,” the streamer said on Twitter on March 1. He also owned up to his mistakes, and looked to clean up his act once he returns in a few days. “I did, but it didn’t matter. We’re tanking the whole thing. Things are a little different than I expected but ultimately it was my fault. We’ll roll when we get back.” I wanted to update everyone yesterday but it was unclear and I wanted to appeal and have a chance to explain myself. We’ll roll when we’re back pic.twitter.com/RR85ZalIiK — xQc (@xQc) March 2, 2020 xQc also attached a statement he received from Twitch clarifying the reasons for his ban. While it was suspected to be over a nude scene on stream during a game, the statement from the Amazon-owned platform clarified all doubt. “Your account was suspended for broadcasting content that focuses on nudity and/or sexually explicit content in Strip 4: Classmate Study,” said Twitch in an email to the streamer. “This is not permitted on our services per our Community Guidelines.” The platform’s guidelines state all forms of “sexually explicit content are prohibited” on the platform, from streamer’s attire to the games they play. Not only was the ban upheld, but so was the strike against his account, making it xQc’s second offence on the platform. He was banned back in July 2019 after showing adult-themed videos on his channel, which showed actors performing more ‘safe for work’ tasks than their original clips. With a three-strikes policy in place on Twitch, the partnered streamer will have to be careful with the rules in the future to avoid being deplatformed entirely. xQc will return to Twitch on March 3, three calendar days after his suspension.

  • xQc apologizes for viral Pokimane chair-sniffing ‘joke’ again amid Atrioc controversy – Dexerto

xQc apologizes for viral Pokimane chair-sniffing ‘joke’ again amid Atrioc controversy Twitch: xQcAlmost six months after getting called out for sniffing Pokimane’s chair during a stream, content creator xQc has once again apologized for the viral incident on Twitch as the recent Atrioc controversy brought it all to the surface once more. During a recent stream, xQc spoke about the recent backlash fellow content creator Atrioc has been facing after he was caught looking at deepfakes of other streamers, including the likes of Pokimane, Maya Higa, and QTCinderella. The explosive revelation has already led to many of the women involved responding with their own devastating reactions. “Don’t know whether to cry, break stuff, or laugh at this point,” Sweet Anita said, for instance. Naturally, given the impact of the drama, many of the internet’s biggest personalities have all been chiming in. When going live on January 30, xQc’s chat was quick to remind him of his past controversy with Pokimane before he criticized Atrioc’s situation. xQc once again took the opportunity to apologize for an incident that went viral in September 2022, where the steamer was called out for ‘jokingly’ sniffing Pokimane’s chair when reacting to some of her content. Admittedly, he now recognizes the impact of this behavior and how it can influence his predominantly younger audience. “It’s why that day I shouldn’t have made that joke,” he said. “I get it, I don’t have an excuse for it. It was f***ing dumb. The sniffing the f***ing char joke, maybe I shouldn’t have done it.” During his late September 2022 stream, xQc proceeded to move his camera towards her chair and act as though he was sniffing the bottom of the seat after she left the room. Pokimane’s reaction to the video included the streamer simply yelling out “ew” and laughing off the incident before moving on. This came shortly after xQc called out sexual harassment on Twitch, which many online said was hypocritical. “I looked off-stream at the sniffing chair joke… Guys, I take it back,” he said. “That was kind of f**ked. It was pretty weird. I was on no sleep. I’m not going to lie to you, it was pretty weird. Don’t emulate that behavior, chat. It was kind of weird. This issue has been gaining major attention online once again, as many of these female streamers are calling on male streamers as well as other media personalities to help stop the spread of these deepfake sites and the inappropriate content that they include. QTCinderella posted on Twitter that “Being seen ‘naked’ against your will should NOT BE A PART OF THIS JOB.”

  • xQc apologizes to Hasan after accusing him of “villainizing” over GTA RP drama – Dexerto

xQc apologizes to Hasan after accusing him of “villainizing” over GTA RP drama Twitter: xQc / Instagram: hasandpikerxQc apologized to Hasan after accusing him of “villainizing” him in the aftermath of all the recent GTA RP drama, and fans hope it will finally put an end to the bitter feud that developed between them. Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has been apologizing to people left, right, and center after his dramatic ban from the NoPixel 3.0 GTA RP server. It happened after he abused a glitch that allowed him to smuggle a gun into the police station while under arrest. Although multiple Twitch streamers, including Esfand, MoistCr1tikal, and MOONMOON, chimed in on the issue, none of them triggered xQc more than Hasan ‘HasanAbi’ Piker. xQc accused him of making him out as being “villainous” in leaked messages he shared on stream. Hasan responded by telling him to “be an adult” and that he “can’t behave like this other people.” While Hasan defended xQc over an unrelated issue a week earlier, Lengyel lashed out over the GTA comments, claiming Piker was only nice to him so he could “use it against him.” Those comments were the straw that broke the camel’s back. “I [defended him] because [he was] not doing something indispensable,” Hasan claimed. “It’s not because I want him to return the favor. It’s not because I’m f**king clout chasing. The only times that xQc and I have f**king collaborated in the past six months was when he came to me during politics season.” Read More: xQc reveals he’s planning to host a podcast – “Outside of that, we used to play games together, which is probably the reason why I falsely and perhaps inappropriately assumed that we were friends.” But just when it looked like the bridge between them had been burnt once and for all, xQc surprised fans with an apology live on steam. “You can tell Hasan that I’m sorry,” he said to his fans. “I went too far, and I was rude to him. I shouldn’t have let people in chats and other random third parties wedge the gap between our friendship.” It’s too early to tell whether they’ll bury the hatchet, but their fans are happy that xQc has taken the first step. If time truly does heal all wounds, we could see them reunited and playing together in harmony on GTA RP once xQc’s 14-day ban has been served on March 21.

  • xQc apologizes for OfflineTV Rust server bust-up as streamer gets death messages – Dexerto

xQc apologizes for OfflineTV Rust server bust-up as streamer gets death messages xQc / Facepunch StudiosTwitch streamer Félix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has addressed his “competitive” behavior from recent broadcasts on the OfflineTV Rust server, where he was accused of being rude to other streamers and his fans followed up with some heavy messages. The Canadian has been wrapped up in several controversies in the recent past, including getting banned on Twitch for stream sniping on Fall Guys during the GlitchCon 2020 Twitch Rivals event in November 2020. After returning to the streaming website, his channel is back up and running, with his audience enjoying the time he’s spent on Rust. Rust, for those who haven’t seen already, is a survival game that’s actually pretty hot in the streaming community. Thousands of viewers, for example, have been tuning in to see the action daily on OfflineTV’s server. With xQc getting his hands dirty on December 30, some think he overstepped the mark with comments – and he’s since apologized for the way he was playing. xQc oversteps the mark in Rust In a tweet, he said: “The OTV Rust server is too fun, that’s all I think about. My competitiveness overwhelmed me and I was rude to non-PVPers. Tomorrow we’re gonna do better and Team Rocket will take over.” THE OTV RUST SERVER IS TOO FUN THATS ALL I THINK ABOUT. MY COMPETITIVENESS OVERWHELMED ME AND I WAS RUDE TO NON-PVPERS. TOMORROW WERE GONNA DO BETTER AND TEAM ROCKET WILL TAKE OVER — xQc (@xQc) December 31, 2020 In one clip, he was seen demanding that a smaller streamer — Ash_on_lol — to “be useful for once and put some f**king wood in the fire place.” She has over 268,000 followers on her channel, and regularly collaborates with other players from OfflineTV. That comment from xQc didn’t go down too well, as she responded: “Excuse me you f**king pr**k, I’m trying to get your f**king gun back, so don’t be a f**king piece of s**t. Be kind for once, yeah.” After that interaction, Ash has since revealed she received death messages from xQc fans. One told her to go kill herself because of what happened in-game, and in response to the whole situation, several people in the chat called for a petition to have xQc kicked from the OTV server altogether. Whether or not action will be taken on that front remains to be seen. No comments have been released regarding the matter, though shroud has called for his removal during a broadcast, mounting the pressure on a decision to be made. The former Overwatch pro player is one of the biggest streamers around and will undoubtedly be contributing to the viewership success of the Rust server, but is he taking things too far of late? xQc apologizes for skipping Chess tournament over Hikaru “animosity” Twitter, @xQc / Twitter, @GMHikaru[jwplayer 91I9RIGm]In a surprising twist to the heartwarming rise of Chess on Twitch, Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has had to apologize for sleeping through the PogChamps 2 tournament following “animosity” with Hikaru Nakamura. Soon after being signed to TSM, Chess GM Hikaru was part of TSM’s losing effort in a Fall Guys tournament. Ever the joker, xQc teased about the organization’s failings on stream, spurring a sequence of drama with Hikaru being offended, the Canadian feeling bad about offending him, subsequently skipping the PogChamps 2 tournament so that the two wouldn’t need to interact, and, finally, him apologizing and clearing the air. As TSM struggled, sitting at 20th place in a Fall Guys Tournament, xQc joked on stream that “TSM has got a lot of wins over the years, today is not a day that they will Tweet about getting a W.” Annoyed over their performance, Hikaru saw the clip and was visibly disappointed, reacting by saying “this what it’s come to, really? Following this uncomfortable quasi-interaction between the two, xQc was a no-show for the PogChamps 2 Chess tournament, understandably eliciting a negative reaction from Hikaru and the community. Another chess streamer, EasyWithAces, was not shy about voicing his annoyance: “I don’t care if he’s the biggest streamer on Twitch … I hear that xQc didn’t show. What a d**khead … That’s rude as f**k.” Eventually, the air was cleared and the drama was squashed. On his end, xQc explained on stream that Hikaru “looked mad at me … and I felt really bad” and did not want the chess pro to have to engage with him at all during a tournament “while he had animosity or saw me differently.” Further, in DMs shared by Hikaru on stream, xQc apologized personally and let him know that he “f**ked up” and that the TSM comments were simply “org banter,” which “had nothing to do with [Hikaru].” This all led to Hikaru, in turn, explaining his side and asserting that his initial response “was an overreaction, but that he “is not mad at xQc whatsoever … there is no beef at all.” To elaborate, he affirmed that the 24-year-old sleeping through one tournament pales in comparison to how much he has done for the popularity of Chess on Twitch. In the spirit of competition, xQc’s match was actually postponed as PogChamps 2 decided to accommodate the scheduling snafu and he made amends by actually showing up for his match against ‘itshafu.’

  • xQc announces new studio-based show and 100T podcast appearance – Dexerto

xQc announces new studio-based show and 100T podcast appearance Twitch/xQcPopular Twitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel is wasting no time adapting to his new life in LA, revealing to fans that he’s in the process of working on a big new show that will require a full studio. xQc has grown to become one of the most successful Twitch streamers of all time. As we learned via the Twitch earnings leak, the French Canadian made over $8M since 2019 by streaming on the platform. Now, all his fame and fortune seem to be pushing him to take a leap of faith and potentially expand beyond Twitch into the realm of a full new show structure. During an October 19 stream, the former Overwatch League pro teased his new project and some other big things he has in the works since moving to LA. xQc reveals new show While he didn’t touch on the idea too much, seemingly wanting to keep the concept under wraps, he explained that whatever show he’s working on will take a bit to get off the ground, suggesting it will have a large budget. “I’m working on a show and it’s going to take some time to produce, but I’m working on it,” he revealed. “I had to meet some people to do that.” When pressed by viewers about how big the show will be, Lengyel provided a bit more information. “Yeah, like a show. I need to get a studio,” he said. “So I need to get a studio and space and whatnot. And I’ll push to be hosting it.” Sadly, that’s all xQc had to say about it, so we’re still a bit in the dark for the time being, but that’s not all he has going on in LA. xQc on 100T podcast and TikToks In addition to his planned show, Lengyel also revealed he went to the 100 Thieves compound and appeared on a podcast. “Can you believe that? I did an actual podcast,” Felix said. “And after that, they had me film actual TikToks. I think I did like three TikToks. I don’t know why!” It’s not clear if 100 Thieves is connected to xQc’s planned show in some capacity, but if they are, then it could be quite the spectacle and combination. Just like with the upcoming studio-based show, however, Lengyel didn’t reveal too much, such as when the podcast would air, but so far, just one of the TikToks have gone live. In any case, we’ll just have to wait and see what’s planned, but needless to say, xQc has us very excited for the future of his streams and new content.

  • xQc claims he was harassed by woman who touched him inappropriately at TwitchCon afterparty – Dexerto

xQc claims he was harassed by woman who touched him inappropriately at TwitchCon afterparty Twitch: xQcFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has detailed a story where a woman touched the Twitch star inappropriately at a TwitchCon 2022 afterparty, saying he was “annoyed” about her continual advances and had to leave the venue early. TwitchCon 2022 has finished with its fair share of controversy, with Twitch star xQc having his own tale from the event. While he caught up with many fans and fellow stars in San Diego, he recounted one moment when a woman touched him without consent while at an afterparty. Lengyel told the story to fans on his return stream from TwitchCon. The streamer was partying with other stars like Hasan at a club when a woman approached him and was being “too touchy”. xQc told her a number of times to back off, but she kept advancing onto the streamer: “She’s all over me,” he said. “I’m talking to her — I go to her ear and I’m like ‘I’m taken’ and she’s laughing and sh*t. “I did that like four times, telling her to back off, and I’m sitting one sofa above her because there’s two sofas. I’m just trying to have a good time and just chill. I’m talking to Omie and she touches my legs from behind, like that. And I’m like ‘yo, I’m taken can you back off?’ I’m done with this sh*t. “Five minutes later, I’m just chilling there again looking around, and she puts both hands on my legs and goes all the way up and then she grabs my d*ck man, and I’m like ‘yo are you f**king good?’” He removed himself from the situation to go to the bathroom, bumping into Ludwig who he asked for help. “I’m like ‘let’s just get the f**k out’ because I didn’t know what to do,” he continued. “I froze up and I asked other people to help me. I start going to the bathroom because I want to get out. I get to the bathroom, I look behind me, and she’s chasing me. I’m not even being overdramatic — she’s chasing me. Ludwig is there and I’m like ‘yo Lud, actually help me.’ “He wasn’t worried but now he’s like ‘what’s up?’ I’m like ‘there’s a girl behind me. I go to the bathroom, get her the f**k out.’ He deals with her, I go to the bathroom, and then at that point, I’m malding. I’m genuinely upset because I think it’s lame and I hate it. I hate when people touch [me]… I told her a bunch of times and she wouldn’t stop it.” xQc went back to an Airbnb with a number of streamers but couldn’t put his mind at ease, eventually leaving the place to stay at his Twitch-provided hotel in the early hours of the morning. While he “left some details out of the story”, it was overall a “disaster” of a night. Lengyel wasn’t the only Twitch streamer to report a similar incident at TwitchCon, with rising star Kai Cenat claiming he was also touched inappropriately while out in San Diego. It’s unclear if any further action was taken against the woman, but xQc was just happy to get the story out there. “It all ended up fine, but that night was a f**king disaster,” he continued. “It feels good to get it off my chest and just say it how it is. This girl was unhinged… and I feel like people didn’t care that much. I got upset about it, it’s annoying.”

  • xQc announces new GTA RP NoPixel “sister” server that he won’t get banned from – Dexerto

xQc announces new GTA RP NoPixel “sister” server that he won’t get banned from Twitch: xQcOW / Rockstar GamesAfter being permanently banned from the hugely popular NoPixel server, powerhouse streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has revealed that he and the GTA RP server’s founder Koil are creating a sister server with fewer rules and more freedom to terrorize its players. Along with several other top Twitch streamers, Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel entered the NoPixel community in 2020 and changed the server’s dynamics — and the GTA RP landscape — forever. By taking on a persona of crime and mischief, xQc pitted himself against NoPixel’s police force and was banned no less than four separate times for his repeated run-ins with the server’s law enforcement and other questionable actions. NoPixel finally dropped the hammer by issuing xQc a permanent ban from the server on May 23, which many fans saw as the end of his involvement in GTA RP. However, the streamer shocked the community by announcing his return to NoPixel with the blessing of its founder, Koil, by starting a separate server built for criminal activity. On May 30, Lengyel fired up his Twitch stream and stunned viewers by foreshadowing his completely unanticipated return to GTA RP: “People don’t know about this, but they’re doing a second NoPixel server.” Unsurprisingly, his Twitch chat absolutely exploded with excitement at the news of his return, and xQc continued to elaborate on what the new RP experience will look like. “It’s gonna be a little scuffed,” he admitted, “But I talked to Koil off-stream and the server is ready.” He also confirmed that it would take another few days before everything was in place for the server to open, but thrilled fans with the news that they wouldn’t have to wait long for his return. BREAKING: xQc has just announced that there will be a Nopixel 3.0 sister server that he will be participating in. The server will have lower fines, higher crime payout, and will be pay to access! — xQcUpdates (@xQcUpdates) May 30, 2021 Lengyel also explained how the new server would offer a much different experience than the original: “The payouts for all [criminal activities] will be way higher, and the fines are gonna be way less.” Most importantly, he confirmed that “I’m not gonna get banned on [this server].” Obviously, this sounds like a dream come true for xQc and his criminal mastermind GTA persona, but he also revealed that the new server was already a massive success for the NoPixel devs as well: “It literally is a sellout server.” While literally no one expected xQc’s return to NoPixel, the situation seems to offer the best of both worlds for everyone involved. Fans can enjoy his shenanigans again, the NoPixel devs will benefit from the exposure, and he can focus on unleashing his true criminal personality without facing (too many) repercussions.

  • xQc and Trainwrecks break down Summit1g’s “shameless” stream setup – Dexerto

xQc and Trainwrecks break down Summit1g’s “shameless” stream setup Twitch: xQc / Summit / TrainwreckstvTwitch veterans Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel and Tyler ‘TrainwrecksTV‘ Niknam hilariously broke down Jaryd ‘Summit1G’ Lazar’s “shameless” streaming during an Escape from Tarkov session. The three Twitch stars were playing Escape from Tarkov together when Summit1g had to take a break and leave his PC. Trainwrecks and xQc instantly began to jokingly criticize him, commenting on the state of his setup and his room, as well as the general atmosphere of the stream. “Dude he positions things absolutely shamelessly” began Tyler, before xQc cut in with a “yeah, dude… it’s like real-estate. His stream is like real-estate for advertisers.” Trainwrecks then continued with his comment, focusing his attention on Summit’s now-empty chair. “That chair is like a pair of tits on the stream, it’s absolutely mind-boggling how my eyes are going right to the Twitch symbol.” “And he won’t even sit on it… literally all he has to do” added Felix, jokingly hinting that he is being paid just for his chair to be on the camera, displaying the Twitch logo. The two didn’t let up there, however, as they took aim at his room next. Tyler kicked it off once again by saying “let me ask you this [xQc], what the hell is that anime, weeb sh*t on the back poster… that dude’s 45 years old dude.” Read More: Why is Dua Lipa being “canceled” on Twitter? – Summit then returned to his PC and the two poked a bit of fun at him for leaving as they both died and he was gone for what they claimed to be a long while. However, the American brushed it off and continued to play Tarkov, none the wiser about the roasting he had received for such a ‘shameless’ stream.

  • xQc angered by bizarre YouTube channel strike for ‘dangerous content’ – Dexerto

xQc angered by bizarre YouTube channel strike for ‘dangerous content’ xQc / TwitterPopular Twitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has revealed that he received a strike against his YouTube channel for a strange reason, leading him to ask “what the f*** is wrong with this company?” xQc was reacting to top YouTube PewDiePie’s latest video, where the Swede was going into great detail about the flaws of the video sharing website’s current copyright and video strike system. PewDiePie explained that when videos are given a strike, it is fully determined by the individual or company requesting the takedown as to whether an appeal is successful. xQc explained his own situation where a video of him reacting to other YouTube videos was removed for “dangerous content”. “My channel got striked for ‘dangerous content’, right, but in that video, I was watching YouTube videos,” he explains, “I’ll say it again: My video got striked, because the video that I watched was against TOS. But, the videos in that video, were ALL from YouTube directly.” It’s not the first time that YouTube has handed out a strike against a video which reacts to another YouTube video. Cody Ko had a video completely removed after reacting to a ‘Vape hot box’ vlog, despite the original video still being available. YouTube has been under increased scrutiny to make changes to its copyright and takedown systems, with the tail end of 2018 filled with complaints from YouTubers being hit with false claims and dubious strikes. My youtube account just got a STRIKE for the “”media monday”” vod that I uploaded on there. The reason is: Harmful or dangerous content. That vod is literally me sitting there and watching videos from youtube directly and exclusively, IT EVEN PASSED TWITCH TOS. @YouTube wake up. pic.twitter.com/uFBMS2YrZ5 — xQc (@xQc) January 9, 2019

  • xQc and other streamers furious after Twitch recommends explicit broadcast – Dexerto

xQc and other streamers furious after Twitch recommends explicit broadcast Twitch: xQc / Instagram: taylorjevauxxQc and other Twitch streamers are hitting out at the platform for apparently placing an explicit broadcast in its recommended section. On July 27, Twitch star xQc opened up the site’s homepage and was shocked at what he saw. A clip taken from his broadcast shows the streamer covering his mouth with his hand before navigating to Twitch’s homepage, which recommended bodypainting streamer ‘Taylor Jevaux’ in the site’s ‘Channels we think you’ll like’ section. Streamers furious after explicit broadcast recommended on Twitch Jevaux was shown almost completely unclothed, with some paint covering her chest. That’s not the most shocking part of the ordeal, though; the stream was also titled “18+, is this even allowed?” with water droplet emojis. “Are you seeing this?” an incredulous xQc asked his buddy, before the two started poking fun at the situation. However, xQc isn’t the only streamer getting served this broadcast on his homepage. Many other streamers are also experiencing the same situation, speculating that the streamer was testing Twitch’s limits — and they aren’t happy about the ordeal. Still others are comparing Twitch to Kick, a site that has been criticized in the past due to the sort of content it allows on its platform, while Twitch has been known to be stricter, in comparison. The Twitch streamer responsible for the broadcast — Taylor Jevaux — isn’t usually in her own broadcasts, though. Jevaux actually went viral earlier this month for ‘baiting’ her viewers with promises of a hot tub stream, but never actually appeared on camera. Instead, she stood to the side of the stream and spoke to her viewers without showing herself, only stepping into frame for about five minutes at a time — usually doing things like body-weight squats — before going off-camera again. This latest debacle has sparked quite a debate among Twitch users, who are hitting out at the website for failing to act on Jevaux’s content; Twitch’s Community Guidelines claim that sexually suggestive or explicit content can result in a suspension. This is just the latest outrage against Twitch a streamer lashed out at the platform for handing her a 24-hour ban when her elderly dog had an unfortunate accident during one of her broadcasts.

  • xQc and Trainwrecks troll after not being invited to AOC’s Among Us stream – Dexerto

xQc and Trainwrecks troll after not being invited to AOC’s Among Us stream When Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez announced her Among Us stream the world went wild. Some streamers, however, including xQc and Trainwrecks, felt a bit left out. [jwplayer mfcRpjb4] Almost every gamer in the world would be excited at the chance to play with Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, the U.S. Representative for New York’s 14th Congressional District. This isn’t just because she’s a popular figure in American politics, but also because she’s an avid gamer. In numerous posts, AOC has expressed her love for League of Legends, and shocked the world when she announced that she ranked Silver in the game’s ranked scene. Therefore, her involvement on Twitch stream with Pokimane and DrLupo makes complete sense, but according to some Twitch streamers, her choice of company did not. xQc and Trainwrecks left out Popular streamers xQc and TrainwrecksTV were both less than happy about not getting the chance to get involved, despite their standing as two of the biggest Among Us streamers since the game’s rise on Twitch. xQc in fact, was ruling the category for weeks, before he decided to take a break. And, when AOC first announced her plan to stream Among Us, Trainwrecks was among the streamers eager to get a spot. During a CoD stream, xQc showed himself live-tweeting a tongue-in-cheek response to AOC’s tweet. The Congresswoman had thanked her fellow streamers for their involvement in the game, as xQc sarcastically replied that he was especially thankful for his invite (that he never received). Thank you so much for playing with us, and especially for the invite. It was a blast and I can’t thank you enough for the opportunity > — xQc (@xQc) October 21, 2020 A second tweet from Trainwrecks went on to mock AoC’s streamer partners, referring to them as ‘the Disney channel.’ when you’re done playing with the disney channel @AOC, me, @xQc, and @Ninja are ready — Trainwreck (@Trainwreckstv) October 21, 2020 While it’s understandable that streamers would relish the opportunity to play with one of America’s most influential gamers, both xQc and Trainwreck both have rocky histories on the streaming platform. Their more mature style of content make them less viable guests on a PR related stream aimed at young people. Whether or not xQc and Trainwreck will get their chance to play with AOC in the future is unknown.

  • xQc and Nyyxxii spark breakup rumors after unfollowing each other on social media – Dexerto

xQc and Nyyxxii spark breakup rumors after unfollowing each other on social media Instagram: xqcow1, nyyxxii_Popular Twitch streamers xQc and Nyyxxii have sparked rumors of a possible breakup after the alleged couple purportedly unfollowed each other on social media. Twitch star xQc broke up with long-term partner Adept in September 2022. Fans were first alerted to their split after the two unfollowed each other on social media before they broke out into an explosive argument mid-stream a short while later. The former couple has since patched things up and are still amicable, leaving xQc free and looking for a new partner — and fans were convinced that he’d found one just two months later, after smooching popular UK streamer Nyyxxii in a November 1 Twitch broadcast. The two first interacted on a dating show with fellow broadcasters Adin Ross and Kai Cenat, further fueling the flames of a possible romance as far as fans were concerned. However, xQc was quick to quash any rumors of a relationship with her, saying in a subsequent stream: “I don’t have a girlfriend. I am not in a relationship. I have never said I had a new girlfriend. I have never said I have a new relationship.” Instead, xQc said that he and Nyxxii were just casually dating. “It’s a girl… who I’m currently seeing, and dating. We’re going on dates,” he explained. That didn’t seem to convince his fanbase, though, who had already labeled the streamers as an official couple in multiple videos and clips across the internet — on top of the fact that xQc claimed that they were going on dates. xQc unfollows Nyyxxii on Twitter, sparking breakup rumors Now, though, things are looking rocky for the two broadcasters after eagle-eyed viewers noticed that xQc unfollowed Nyyxxii on Twitter. It’s not looking like she follows him on the platform, either. While neither of the influencers have commented on the matter at the time of writing, xQc has made it clear in the past that they’re just casually seeing each other for the time being, so it’s unclear exactly what’s going on between the two streamers. This news comes after xQc blasted “degenerate” swatters who targeted his old homes.

xQc and Buddha almost kicked out of NBA game because of Jack Nicholson’s nephew Instagram: xQc/Twitch: BuddhaIn a recent stream, Buddha revealed how he and xQc were almost kicked out from an NBA game due to a misunderstanding between them and players from the Memphis Grizzlies. xQc and Buddha are no strangers to getting into some trouble, usually in GTA’s NoPixel that is. However, it seems their antics may have almost gotten kicked out from the NBA game between the LA Lakers and Memphis Grizzlies. In a stream after the game, Buddha talked about how munch him and xQc enjoyed the game, only to talk anecdote about how they were almost booted from the stadium. Looking at a photograph from the game, Buddha talked about how they sat next to some very famous people. Ray Nicholson, Jack Nicholson’s son, and Jack’s nephew. Buddha then explained how Jack’s nephew was yelling at the Memphis Players consistently throughout the game. “They were talking so much shit to the Memphis bench like he just kept going at Dillion Brooks “oh you’re going to China, you’re going to China” all this s***, he was yelling at the refs and the coach” Buddha said. It was after the s***talking that one of the security guards came up behind both xQc and Buddha telling them the Memphis players wanted them kicked out for the trash-talking. But the guards weren’t going to do that, but were told they needed to “calm down”. To which Buddha said they both replied in confusion. “We were like, what the f*** are we doing bro? We chilling.” It was after approaching them that they approached Nicholson to calm down as well. As Buddha explains, “what happened was is that [Ray Nicholson] was talking so much s*** that I’m pretty sure the Memphis bench knew they couldn’t kick [Ray Nicholson] out, and they thought we were all boys cause we were chatting up the whole time, so to try to get at this motherf***er, they tried to kick us out.” Luckily for the streamer pair, Nicholson is apparently a pretty chill guy. “Bro, he knew everybody” he said. “And he had our back which is sick as f** when the guys tried to kick us out. Like he siad, “no, no, no why you trying to kick these guys out? These guys did nothing at all this game, they were just chilling.”” “That was a W mans” Buddha said of Nicholson.

  • xQc disagrees with Hasan after Kai Cenat arrested for NYC riot – Dexerto

xQc disagrees with Hasan after Kai Cenat arrested for NYC riot Twitch stars xQc and Hasan have disagreed over Kai Cenat’s fan meetup and giveaway, which resulted in a riot at Union Square. On August 4, Kai Cenat was put right in the public eye, catching mainstream attention after a fan meetup during an IRL live stream went south. His intentions were harmless, with the Twitch star only wanting to give back to his fans with a giveaway. However, fans came out in the masses and the crowd was far greater than anybody could have anticipated. With thousands gathering at Union Square, the situation quickly turned to chaos in what police and the media described as a riot as the situation began getting violent, with stores being raided, cars being destroyed and fans even attacking each other. After spiraling out of control, the NYPD stepped in with a massive response, arresting Kai in the process — with him facing charges of unlawful assembly, inciting a riot, and other charges that haven’t yet been specified according. Hasan and xQc disagree over Kai Cenat NYC riot Reacting to the situation in an August 4 broadcast, Hasan claimed the situation was blown way out of proportion, explaining that the incident wasn’t as near as bad as the media was making out. “Local media talking about f**king three dollars worth of Doritos like there was a bank run or some sh*t. Also, want to make it seem like this was a riot that was completely out of control,” he said. “It’s tragedy p*rn met with also like black unruly teenagers.” However, xQc completely disagreed. Clearly frustrated by Hasan’s take, the Juicer went off on a rant, claiming it was completely out of control. “Wait, some buildings were raided, cars destroyed, people are throwing f**king fireworks. Look at the image being shown on the screen,” he said — referring to a rioter using a fire extinguisher to cause disruption. He added: “There’s dog sh*t everywhere on the ground. Look at this sh*t. Like, how is this not a riot or out of control? It’s both! Look at this sh*t. Like what the f**k.” In a press conference after the whole ordeal, NYPD Chief Maddrey was asked if action would be taken against the Twitch star. While Kai has since been released from custody, the Chief claimed that something would “absolutely” be done.

  • xQc reveals how he got banned from streaming on YouTube – Dexerto

xQc reveals how he got banned from streaming on YouTube Twitch: xQcOW / YoutubeFormer Overwatch League player Félix ‘xQc’ Lengyel is incredibly popular on Twitch, but he has told his audience that he isn’t allowed to stream on YouTube. xQc has transformed himself from an Overwatch professional into an entertaining variety streamer over the last 12 months. While he has had his fair share of controversies, his intense on-stream personality has led to many hilarious clips of him boiling over. While the majority of his fanbase is on Twitch, exploring other opportunities is something that streamers must do. However, according to xQc, there is one platform that he may never stream on – YouTube. During a September 2 stream, the Twitch star talked about why he doesn’t use Google’s website to share gameplay with his fans. Read more: xQc gives advice to Twitch donor – “YouTube has specifically asked me – I got a letter in the mail that said do not stream on YouTube,” he said. The former Overwatch League player didn’t really go into much detail about why he was banned from YouTube, but it may have something to do with past controversies with him regarding toxicity. This comes at a time where many Twitch streamers are moving to rival platforms like Mixer on big exclusive contract deals. Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins made waves in the community with his multi-million dollar move to the Microsoft-owned platform, and competition is heating up for streaming websites to keep their biggest stars. Read more: Jokerd partnered by Twitch – xQc recently hit 1.5 million followers on Twitch, and averages over 20,000 viewers per stream. Having a streamer like that exclusive to a platform can draw a lot of traffic that otherwise wouldn’t come over, and they might watch other content creators on the website, too. YouTube Gaming itself doesn’t have a massive following in terms of streamers, with a report in January 2019 showing that 22,000 streamers used the platform, compared to Twitch’s 63,700. The market for YouTube streaming is also vastly different compared to Twitch, with mobile games being a lot more common. While YouTube is out of the equation for a new platform for xQc, there are plenty of other platforms that he could stream on, including Mixer, Caffeine, or another one of Twitch’s rivals. Twitch might not be too happy about that though.

xQc and Adept clash on stream following ‘manipulation’ accusations and break up IG: Adeptthebest / Twitch: xQcPopular streamers Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel and Adeptthebest clashed heatedly in a Twitch broadcast on September 16, as disagreements over their break up and its fall out came to a head once again. xQc and adept have been entangled romantically for some time now. Recent break ups led to reconciliation but, on September 15, fans realised that they had once again unfollowed one another on social media. As such, questions grew around the couple, with xQc breaking his silence and explaining that he felt “cornered” and ultimately chose his family over adept, hence the end of their relationship. The comments did not go down well with adept, who rejected his explanation and accused the former Overwatch pro of “manipulation”. She said: “Of course, he’s only saying nice things about me to fucking manipulate everyone. This is actual cringe, I don’t know why he feels like he needs to announce things.” The 27-year-old went on to criticize the lack of privacy she had been afforded by his public comments. Adept and xQc clash on Twitch stream However, the situation would only worsen, with the pair arguing on xQc’s September 16 stream and both becoming visibly upset. The conflict ended with xQc saying: “You knew that I’ve always wanted, when things are moving on to move on. You know how I am. I don’t cut it halfway, I have to go all the way.” Adept can be heard telling Lengyel he is “not a victim”, at which point she left the stream. The stream sat at roughly 125,000 viewers when the pair were arguing. Shortly after, adept apologized for the public airing of their issues. She tweeted: “For me the right thing would have been [to] keep personal matters personal. I didn’t open the door into our private lives… I’m sorry to a lot of you who genuinely don’t care and had to see that. I wish you didn’t have to see it too.” Lengyel also tweeted after his broadcast concluded, hitting out at “snakes” and “bandwagoners” in the community. He said: “Everyone can talk their garbage about what I do and how they feel about it… I clap back a singular time and everyone says I’m ‘using’ my platform to ‘harass’ them. Bro I’m still human here. I got something to say too.”

xQc Agrees with Ninja – Does a Hilarious Impression of His Own Chat if He Streamed with a Woman You can always rely on streamer and former Overwatch League star, Felix ‘xQc’ Lengye, to sum up a controversial situation. After being dropped from his position as part of Dallas Fuel due to a number of bans he received from the OWL management, xQc has turned his attention full time to streaming. His explosive attitude, relentless energy and unique perspective on life means he’s rarely out of the headlines, whether it’s for getting banned from games, smashing his keyboard or being swatted live on stream. One of xQc’s underrated skills is summing up a controversial situation in a matter of seconds, either because he speaks at the speed of light or because he doesn’t care what anyone thinks. On August 12 the Canadian streamer gave his thoughts on Ninja’s statement about avoiding streaming with women. The world’s most popular Twitch personality divided opinions when he explained he doesn’t stream with the opposite sex because clickbait YouTube videos would be created to make an issue out of it, and potentially cause strain on his marriage. While he was largely supported by his fans and those in the streaming community, there was a number who said it wasn’t helping women streamers by alienating them. xQc doesn’t look at it that way, however, and sided with Ninja on the subject by doing a hilarious impression of his chat. “If I was to duo with one of the mercy girls you get in solo queue? How do you think chat would react? “Oh dude, new mom? What’s her Instagram? Does she stream? What’s her name? Nice tits! Eat her ass! Sexxxx! Sexxx! What’s her Facebook? Can I send her a DM? What’s her Discord? Are you a couple now? Dude are you cheating? Is that your wife?”

The former Overwatch League pro has become one of the most popular members of the Twitch community due to his hilarious streams, which almost always provide a highlight clip of some sort. While some viewers get their entertainment through xQc himself, others take it upon themselves to negatively affect his stream in a bid to create their own enjoyment. During his June 23 stream, the Canadian jumped into a number of custom matches of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds with his viewers, as he bounced from game to game. However, that soon came to a crashing halt when xQc finished up his third custom game of Zombies, as he was greeted with a banned message. “You have been banned from PUBG until 2019-06-24, due to unusual game patterns,” read the announcement – leaving xQc confused as to what had happened. “I can’t play anymore, I legit just got banned,” explained xQc when another game was in the process of being set up. His partner in crime, Moxy, quickly jumped to the conclusion that players had spammed the report feature on his account in a troll – leading to an automated suspension that would need to be reviewed by a developer. This theory was also backed up by members of the Livestream Fails and PUBG subreddits, who pointed out that viewers could report him after every kill, even in private lobbies. Others stated that he had triggered some sort of warning system, as he killed 13 players in quick succession after he had mowed the majority of the lobby down with a boat. Of course, xQc wasn’t cheating when he picked up the mega killstreak. It was just his stream snipers lining up to sacrifice themselves to him for a hilarious moment. The streamer has yet to comment on his suspension, but considering it’s only a 24-hour ban, it’s unlikely that he’ll suffer any serious consequences with the developers and should be able to return without any issues.

  • xQc shares constructive advice on how to become a successful streamer – Dexerto

xQc shares constructive advice on how to become a successful streamer witch: xQcOW / PixabayPopular Twitch streamer Félix ‘xQc’ Lengyel took time out of his broadcast on August 17 to address his audience and give new streamers advice on how to become successful. While xQc is usually known for his explosive rants and colorful personality, on an August 17 stream, the Overwatch pro got completely real with his audience about the correct steps to take as a new streamer. Using examples from what he did when he first started out, the Canadian streamer opened up and gave some advice on what budding broadcasters should be doing. xQc explained the importance of early discovery The popular Twitch streamer was playing No Man’s Sky, when he replied to someone in chat that had asked him a question about starting out as streamer. “Basically the way you should see it, the difference between 2k viewers and 20k, is not nearly as big as the difference between zero viewers and five viewers,” he said. Read More: Twitch plan launch of new site-wide currency – The Overwatch pro talked about the intense struggle when first starting out to build an audience from nothing. “In terms of personal early discovery, it is crazy the difference that five viewers have over zero or over one.” He further pointed out that once you have five followers, you have to perform for them as opposed to talking to no-one. “Those five, what are you going to do for them? Are you just going to give them dog shit? No.” The Overwatch pro then followed with advice on self promotion in the early discovery phase of starting out. “Posting on places like forums, that’s fine dude”. But then cautioned new streamers from shameless self promotion, as it doesn’t pay off in the long run. “If you want some dog shit tips on how to grow your stream, plugging your own stream is really bad, because anything you gain out of it will be out of disdain. People won’t like you. They will just tell you to fuck off.” xQc then recalled how he would practice streams early on with a single viewer, so that he could improve and interact with someone while streaming. “A good way to do it, I wanted to stream just to practice, I just wanted to do it. But I wanted to have at least one viewer, so I could at least have someone to interact with.” He then took some time to detail his own beginnings as a streamer, and what he did to help build up his audience. “Let’s say I was like on a League forum or trading forum. I would post my stream on my own Facebook.” xQc continued by saying that sharing your stream with people that already know you can build the beginning foundations of your audience. “I posted it on my League group that I was a part of. And I posted in places that people were already tuned into. I posted my stream to people that were already sort of with me. That were there on purpose. And even though you think it might not matter, it does.” xQc is one of the top streamers on Twitch, with just under 1.5 million followers on the platform as of August 17.

  • xQc admits his gambling addiction is getting out of hand: “I’m ill” – Dexerto

xQc admits his gambling addiction is getting out of hand: “I’m ill” Twitch: xQcFelix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has shared the extent of his gambling addiction when gaming, to the point that he ends up gambling in “every game” he plays. Although he admitted his addiction is an illness, he also explained that he “can afford to be ill.” Twitch heavyweight xQc has livestreamed a variety of games during his time as a content creator. As if his Elden Ring and online Chess playthroughs aren’t enough to pull in the views, he’s also a fan favorite for his reactions and outbursts on his Just Chatting streams. One particular piece of content that xQc tends to feature is Gambling Simulator. However, the streamer has expressed his fears about his obsession with the game and his gambling addiction in the past. Now, xQc has once again addressed the issue, only it isn’t just limited to Gambling Simulator, but in “every game” he plays. xQc says he’s addicted to “everything” he does On April 25, xQc explained that he gambles at every opportunity he gets when playing a game. “Every game I play all I do is gamble,” the streamer said. “GTA, I gamble. Gambling Simulator, I do the whole game gambling. Everywhere I go, I just gamble.” xQc’s comments come after the streamer erupted after viewers accused him of wasting “their” money on an arcade game and compared it to his gambling addiction. “I have one of the biggest most insanely addictive personalities you’ll ever find,” the streamer said. “I’m addicted to everything I do.” Despite admitting that his personality should make him stay away from sites such as Gambling Simulator, it looks like xQc won’t be backing down any time soon. “I’m just easily addicted so I just shouldn’t gamble. I still do it. Is that good? No, that’s terrible. That’s illness! That’s illness. That’s ill, I’m ill,” the screamer yelled. “But you know what, I can afford to be ill! I’m lucky!” Read More: Ancient Blockbuster Netflix tweet goes viral – xQc isn’t too fazed about his addiction, saying he “likes” gambling and has the money to do it. However, he emphasized that he was aware that there are others who are not so fortunate, and so should avoid gambling in this way.

  • xQc admits joke about sniffing Pokimane’s chair was “kind of f**ked” – Dexerto

xQc admits joke about sniffing Pokimane’s chair was “kind of f**ked” Twitch: Pokimane, xQcOWTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has admitted that joking about sniffing fellow streamer Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys’ chair was “kind of f**ked” and “pretty weird,” advising viewers not to imitate his actions. In late September, a clip went viral of xQc leaning forward after being egged on by his chat, and pretending to sniff Pokimane’s chair through his camera. This came shortly after xQc called out sexual harassment on Twitch, which many online said was hypocritical. Before long, Pokimane herself had seen the clip, and was clearly not a huge fan of it, looking disgusted and saying “ew” before letting out a laugh. Now, a few days later, xQc has admitted that it might not have been the best idea. “I looked off-stream at the sniffing chair joke… Guys, I take it back,” he said. “That was kind of f**ked. It was pretty weird. I was on no sleep. I’m not going to lie to you chat, it was pretty weird. Don’t emulate that behavior, chat. It was kind of weird. “It was fine, [but] not really. Not really. I know her kind of well, and it kind of passes, it’s me, but I get it’s a joke, but people watching don’t, they want to emulate that kind of behavior. Don’t f**king do that.” Needless to say, xQc clearly regrets doing what he did, concerned about the effect it may have on viewers thinking that that kind of behavior is acceptable. While some of his chat may have found it funny in the moment, they shouldn’t expect moments like that to happen too often. Throughout recent weeks, xQc also lost his spot at the top of the Twitch charts, as Kai Cenat reached the incredible 100,000 subscriber milestone, making him the number 1 most-subscribed English streamer on Twitch currently, and by some distance.

  • xQc admits he was “furious” at Pokimane and other streamers’ huge Twitch contracts – Dexerto

xQc admits he was “furious” at Pokimane and other streamers’ huge Twitch contracts Instagram: pokimanelol / Kick: xQcxQc admitted that he was “furious” over Pokimane and other streamers’ “fat payouts” from Twitch prior to snagging his multi-million dollar deal with Kick. Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel is one of the world’s most recognizable streamers — but he claims that he wasn’t always making the most profit on Twitch despite his massive following. Although he’s been a major player in the streaming scene for many years now, formerly being a pro Overwatch player, Lengyel skyrocketed to fame earlier this year after scoring a massive deal with Kick, a newer streaming service competing with the likes of Twitch and YouTube. Lengyel signed a whopping $70 million deal with the platform, raising eyebrows all over the net — even from other major celebrities like Shaq. xQc says he used to be “furious” at other streamers’ Twitch payouts However, prior to making it big on Kick, xQc claims that he wasn’t making nearly as much as his peers when he was streaming on Twitch. xQc opened up about his past payouts during a Kick stream in late October, admitting that he was “furious” over what he was being paid compared to his colleagues, specifically name-dropping Pokimane. “I was mad,” he said. “I’m gonna say it how it is. I got a ‘sweet deal,’ but I was mad forever. I was furious for years, because all my peers at the time were getting massive — they were all on deals like, people like Pokimane and sh*t, were all on f*ckin’ bricked up contracts with all guarantees, and they had nothing to do.” “No deliverables, or barely anything,” he continued. “They had to just kinda sit around and do nothing, with no performance bonus… and just get a fat f*cking payout. Like, actually fat. …when Twitch was booming at the time, everybody got those deals, where they would just sit around and do nothing, and get massive minimums. And you saw, people stopped trying.” This latest statement from xQc comes in the wake of his disagreement with fellow streamer NICKMERCS, who recently claimed he is required to gamble at times when broadcasting on Kick after inking a deal with the site earlier this month. At the time of writing, Pokimane has yet to respond to xQc’s claims — but we’ll keep you updated right here on Dexerto if she does.

  • xQc admits he’s jealous of Sodapoppin’s life compared to his: “He’s living the life” – Dexerto

xQc admits he’s jealous of Sodapoppin’s life compared to his: “He’s living the life” xQcTwitch star xQc has admitted he’s actually somewhat jealous of fellow streamer Sodapoppin and his lifestyle compared to his. xQc is one of the biggest Twitch streamers in the world, boasting an impressive 11.8 million followers on the Amazon-owned platform, and regularly pulling over 50,000 viewers. Much thanks to his followers, xQc has still been able to live a rather lavish lifestyle — notably spending hundreds of thousands on several cars, despite not even being able to drive them himself. Regardless, despite being one of the biggest content creators on the planet, and having a loyal and passionate fanbase by his side, the Twitch star is still jealous of his one of his peers – sodapoppin. xQc admits he’s jealous of Sodapoppin’s lifestyle During his April 23 broadcast, the ‘Juicer’ opened up on how he’s actually envious of another Twitch streamer. Sodapoppin is one of Twitch’s veteran stars, streaming on the platform for over a decade. While quickly flicking between various live streams, the Twitch star briefly tuned into Sodapoppin’s broadcast. Despite his chat taking the opportunity to poke fun at Soda, xQc jumped to his defense and explained how he’s living a good lifestyle. “I mean, he’s living the life,” he said. “I mean you guys can criticize him all you want, he lives with his girlfriend in some nice house and he’s living his life.” xQc continued: “I mean look at us, dude, I can’t sleep at night, I eat McDonald’s motherf**ker every meal. I’m alone in this f**king dumbass house that I hate.” Fans were quick to point out how xQc could easily change his life around, to which the Twitch star responded: “I get it, I can change it. I get it, but I mean still.” Nevertheless, the streamer recently sparked concerns after opening up about his mental health writing: “Just sad lately, that’s it. Nothing else.”

  • xQc admits he should have “retired” two years ago despite $100M Kick deal – Dexerto

xQc admits he should have “retired” two years ago despite $100M Kick deal Twitch/xQcPopular Twitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel thinks he should have “retired” two years ago even though he signed a massive $100M deal to broadcast on Kick. xQc is one of the biggest names in the streaming world with millions of followers across multiple platforms and he’s made a fortune in the process. After being suspended from the Overwatch League and ultimately leaving esports behind, the Winston main went full-time on Twitch where the French Canadian has become the face of live streaming. Despite his overwhelming success and even becoming $100M richer in the form of a non-exclusive Kick deal, Lengyel recently revealed that he actually thinks he should have retired two years ago. xQc regrets not retiring from streaming back in 2021 In a Twitch stream, xQc started talking about turning 30 in a couple of years and how he could have ended his career for good, but decided not to. “Here’s a very hot take, looking back, I should have probably retired two years ago,” he said. “Now I’m probably never going to retire, but looking back, I can definitely tell you I should have retired two years ago.” These comments echoed remarks that the streaming sensation made back during an appearance on the CouRage and Nadeshot Show a few years ago where he revealed he could retire right there and then. However, he explained that he would hang up his headset for good once he no longer enjoys streaming. “If I don’t have the passion, how can I translate that passion to people? I don’t want to make them watch something that I don’t feel like doing,” Lengyel noted. “It’s almost like I’m scamming people.” Interestingly, xQc’s new remarks about how he will never retire run in contrast to these older comments. It’s unclear if he still feels as strongly about streaming as he once did or if the cold hard cash has made it all worth it. • xQc & Adept explain why they’ve moved into Sodapoppin’s streaming house – Dexerto

xQc & Adept explain why they’ve moved into Sodapoppin’s streaming house Twitch: xQcOW / SodapoppinTwitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has temporarily moved home, and is now staying with fellow streamer Sodapoppin, alongside other streamers, as work is done on his place. xQc has previously lived in ‘streamer houses’, but moved into his own place alongside partner Adept. But, on stream on June 7, xQc revealed that he had moved in with Sodapoppin, and would be streaming from there for the foreseeable future. When he first revealed it to his viewers though, he was keeping plans close to his chest, saying that he “didn’t want to talk about it.” “We’re doing stuff with the house,” Lengyel explained. “There’s a lot of stuff happening, it’s going to be chaotic.” BREAKING: xQc has confirmed that he is currently living at Soda’s house for the time being while there are some “”things”” going on with his current house, and we do not know what those are at this time. pic.twitter.com/pw0Y6QqzuY — xQcUpdates (@xQcUpdates) June 8, 2021 Although he kept it vague, Adept went into more details, explaining “I’ve got people coming to the house all week to fix certain sh*t and change certain sh*t.” It means both xQc and Adept will be staying in the house with Sodapoppin, Nmplol and Malena, all popular Twitch streamers in their own right. Fans will be hoping to see some collaborative content between all the members of the house, who have a combined following of over 10 million on Twitch alone. xQc’s content has gone through a forced shake-up recently, after he was banned from the main NoPixel GTA RP server. Instead, he’s been playing on the public NoPixel server, as well as dabbling in Valorant, and his regular reaction content. He’s also still planning an ambitious 60-day subathon stream, but he’s delayed it until the end of 2021 – as it should lead to higher ad revenue.

  • xQc admits he “might never” get over “disastrous” lawsuit with Adept – Dexerto

xQc admits he “might never” get over “disastrous” lawsuit with Adept Instagram: xqcow1xQc has admitted on stream that getting over ex-partner Adept’s lawsuit against him “might never happen”, describing the process as “disastrous”. Earlier this year, xQc and Adept’s public split came to a head when a criminal investigation into sexual assault and violence claims was closed without conviction. The lawsuit came after Adept, real name Samantha Lopez, made serious allegations against her former partner, Félix ‘xQc’ Lengyel. The matter was ultimately closed, with the final result reported as not a “conviction or deferred adjudication.” Now, just over a month after the case was closed, xQc has opened up to viewers on stream to offer some insight into how he has been holding up since the proceedings. “Getting over [the lawsuit] might never happen and I don’t care saying it,” xQc confessed. “That’s the type of wound that puts a scar that leaves forever [sic].” Calling the lawsuit an “absolute disaster”, xQc admitted he never thought he would end up having to defend himself in court against allegations of abuse and violence. He said, “I had to quite literally do things that I thought I would only see in the movies, such as conducting a full interview with the police, having to go to court, and quite literally, [having to] fight for my life.” “I never thought that I would ever be in that position for any reason and there I was,” xQc continued. “That’s not like, something that disappears, you know?” Fans of the streamer expressed their support, one writing, “Getting railed by the court is no joke.” Others sided with Adept, however, commenting that xQc was “not a victim”. • xQc, Adept, and Fran drama explained: Cheating & abuse allegations, xQc responds – Dexerto

xQc, Adept, and Fran drama explained: Cheating & abuse allegations, xQc responds Twitch: xQc / Fran / AdeptThe saga of controversy around xQc and his relationship with fellow Twitch streamer Adept has reached a new climax in August, as the pair continue to publicly air their grievances, with friends also now pulled into the feud. xQc and Adept were in a relationship for many years, before things broke down in 2022. In March 2023, xQc explained that they had split again, claiming that he had to choose between “family” and Adept, and chose family. But, that was far from the end of it. A legal battle has also ensued, after it was revealed Adept had filed for divorce, claiming they had been in a “common law marriage.” xQc also confirmed he was in a relationship with FRAN, an Overwatch streamer, in June. In July, xQc claimed that Adept had entered his home without warning. Things calmed for a short time after this, but xQc announced plans to head to Vegas in early August, arising from a dispute with long-time friend Poke. From here, things have escalated again. Here’s everything you need to know to catch up on the feud. FRAN goes live to explain all On August 13, FRAN decided to speak out, as her name had been brought up and her personal life made public. She explained, using drawings to assist, the timeline of events from her point of view. As well as confirming xQc had cheated on her, she also revealed that Adept had claimed xQc was physically abusive. FRAN denied this, however, saying xQc was not abusive towards her in any way. At one point, she described Adept as “like a serial killer” because of her blank expression when speaking with her. xQc admits to cheating, denies abuse allegations As some viewers didn’t believe FRAN regarding xQc cheating, she called him on Discord, where he admitted it. On his own stream, later that day, xQc explained that he had cheated on FRAN with Adept, explaining, “I was being dumb as bricks. It just felt to me like I wouldn’t get that again, in the future.” However, he categorically denied claims that he had been physically abusive toward Adept, or anyone else. “I will not stand for that. In all of my relationships, whether it’s with friends, whether it’s with girls, I have never been, a singular incident, physically abusive, a singular time. It has never happened.” Adept claims she lost baby with xQc On Twitter, xQc’s friend Jesse revealed that Adept had once called him, to tell him that Fran was “swindling” X’s money, and also “shared with me that she herself was pregnant or was (previously) pregnant.” Adept was seemingly caught off guard by this being revealed on Twitter, and slammed Jesse on stream for posting it publicly. “If someone did not have a baby, and is telling you they are pregnant, then what is the outcome? The outcome is that the pregnancy was either terminated or miscarried.” xQc has not addressed the pregnancy claims, but another streamer, Mendo, also revealed that Adept had called him as well as Jesse, telling him the same thing. xQc suggests Adept’s motives are money On August 14, xQc tweeted to address the drama once more. He said that he had taken accountability for his “wrongs”, but that the “the rumors flying around are all completely UNTRUE and NOTHING will validate them.” He concluded the tweet with “just remember the motives” and added a bag of cash emoji, implying Adept’s motivation is for money. We will update this article with the latest in this ongoing drama.

  • xQc and Adept finally confirm they’re dating after hilarious on-stream Twitch slip-up – Dexerto

xQc and Adept finally confirm they’re dating after hilarious on-stream Twitch slip-up Instagram: AdeptxQc and Adept have finally confirmed they are dating, after thousands saw the Twitch pair cuddle and kiss during a hilarious on-stream slip-up. Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel and Adept have been roommates for years. It’s always been clear they were close, but many suspected they were more than friends. While the rumors swirled, though, it’s never actually been confirmed. That is, of course, until now. They had no choice but to confirm the news after a hilarious slip-up happened on stream. Adept was minding her own business, playing poker at the Diamond Casino & Resort on NoPixel’s GTA RP server. Then, xQc walked in behind her, cuddled her, and gave her two kisses on the forehead while he spoke to her. He seemingly didn’t realize the camera was on, however, and now hundreds of thousands of viewers have seen the clip. Naturally, most people considered it to be solid evidence there was were more to their relationship than simply being good friends and roommates. And then, sure enough, Adept finally revealed the truth. “What if I told you we were never just roommates?” she wrote on Twitter, along with an embarrassed emoji. She also followed it up with a bit of humor, saying, “I felt bad watching so many people trying to map a timeline from when we went from roommates to dating.” I felt bad watching so many people trying to map a timeline from when we went from roommates to dating LUL — adept. (@adeptthebest) March 30, 2021 It seems obvious in hindsight, but now it’s officially confirmed. The suspicious were right all along. xQc hasn’t chimed in or replied to the comments. However, actions speak louder than words, and his slip-up on stream revealed the truth once and for all.

  • xQc’s so addicted to CSGO case openings that he’s doing it mid-round – Dexerto

xQc’s so addicted to CSGO case openings that he’s doing it mid-round Twitch: xQcOW / ValveOpening cases on CS:GO can be an exciting moment as you wait to see which skin you get, but Félix ‘xQc’ Lengyel is so addicted to them that he’s even opening them in the middle of rounds while his teammates are trying to win. One of the many ways that players can get new skins for their weapons in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is by buying keys, and use them to open cases, which have a random camo inside for a specific weapon. Players can spend hundreds of dollars in search of specific cosmetic items, and one such player is popular Twitch streamer xQc, whose addiction is starting to affect the very matches he’s playing in! In just the second round of a matchmaking game on Overpass, xQc pushed past the toilet block located in the middle of the map, with a teammate offering to throw a flashbang at the ‘A’ bombsite so the former Overwatch pro could rush in while the enemy players were impaired. “Yes, hold on, flash them, flash them,” xQc shouted as he immediately ran to a corner and opened up his inventory. His teammate called out that the grenade had been thrown, but the Canadian was too busy buying a case, rubbing his hands together with anticipation as his panicked squadmates wondered what was going on. “Come on, come on!” yelled the Canadian with glee, while his teammates queried: “What’s going on?” Once the streamer saw he wasn’t going to get anything super rare, he clicked tabbed back into the game, pushing into the site and planting the bomb for a round win. The 23-year-old isn’t the only streamer to have a fondness for opening cases, with fellow Twitch star Michael ‘shroud’ Grzesiek getting in on the act back in August. Unlike xQc, shroud claimed he was opening it “for luck,” and it certainly appeared to give him some, racking up three kills in quick succession, before defusing the explosive for the round win.

  • xQc addresses YouTube channel return after copyright chaos – Dexerto

xQc addresses YouTube channel return after copyright chaos xQc/TwitchStreaming star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has revealed that his YouTube channel has been reinstated after its brief termination, and he could have easily avoided it. Plenty of streamers have used their success on Twitch to branch out onto other platforms. Many have dedicated TikToks, Instagrams, and YouTube channels set up to show off clips from their streams and, in some cases, upload full replays of their broadcast. Given that some streams have copyrighted content shown, it can be a headache to put them on YouTube. Former Overwatch star xQc recently found that out firsthand, as his main channel was hit with a suspension. The Canadian was annoyed that it had been taken down, mainly because of the community built up around his channel. However, it has since returned and it seems he could have prevented it from happening in the first place. xQc YouTube channel unbanned after brief termination The Twitch and Kick streamer addressed his YouTube channel returning during his November 27 stream, as he revealed he was “too lazy” to deal with some of the strikes that he’d already been hit with. “Somebody that is not part of any of these realms, a random, claimed to be one of these people and said ‘yo, this is my video’ but that person is not Tom Scott or the main video or anybody,” he said, noting the video which had got him suspended. “Literally when I sent the counterclaim, it just took a while to kick in and we were past the limit so the account got banned. That’s it.” The streaming star is not the first, nor will he be the last content creator to be knocked down by false claims. It’s something that has run rampant over the last few years, with many creators calling for change. Though, YouTube is so big that the auto-moderation systems have to be in place.

  • xQc proves he actually bought a $300k McLaren he can’t drive after fan doubts – Dexerto

xQc proves he actually bought a $300k McLaren he can’t drive after fan doubts xQcTwitch star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel showed off his brand new McLaren 720s Spider on stream, despite not being able to drive or owning a license. On November 23, xQc revealed that he dropped a whopping $300,000 on a McLaren. Despite showing pictures of the luxury vehicle to his viewers, some still weren’t convinced he spent that much money on a car he couldn’t even legally drive. Now, he’s proven that he in fact did buy nearly half-a-million dollar car, leaving viewers stunned he pulled the trigger. xQc’s crazy car reveal On December 22, the streamer took his broadcast mobile on his phone and went down to his garage. In the garage was the light blue McLaren he had promised his fans he bought, confirming that he did in fact drop an absurd amount of money on his dream car. He said, “Does it work?”, as he revved the engine of the vehicle in his solid red socks. He let the engine run as he hopped out of the McLaren and raised the side doors, showing off just how impressive the car is. At the time he bought it he said, “I had to pull the trigger. I haven’t bought anything for myself in the past whatever years, dude.” It’s too bad that McLaren will call the garage home for a while, as xQc still doesn’t have his license and cannot legally drive the car. The streamer has shown off his driving capabilities on Twitch, which hasn’t gone so well.

  • xQc accuses Adin Ross’ teammate of cheating in Black Ops 2 wager match – Dexerto

xQc accuses Adin Ross’ teammate of cheating in Black Ops 2 wager match Twitch: xqcow/adinrossTop Twitch streamers Adin Ross and Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel decided to play a Black Ops 2 wager against one another with a few teammates — and it ended with xQc accusing Adin’s teammate of cheating. Black Ops 2 may have come out all the way back in 2012, but to many, it remains the number one CoD game in the franchise’s extensive history. To give fans a throwback to the ‘good old days’ of Call of Duty, Adin Ross and xQc went head-to-head in a BO2 wager match, and for the most part everyone was delighted, both players and fans alike. Before long, though, things turned sour, as xQc’s team became suspicious of Adin’s teammate, Prime. While playing on Hijacked, Prime can be seen laying prone on the left side of the map, but then calling out that the opponents are on the right, without actually seeing anybody to prove it. xQc said that this could be because of people in Prime’s chat suggesting that they’re on the right. Prime himself said that he “can’t believe they’re accusing him of cheating,” while Adin tried to jump to his defense. Prime then sought to prove that he wasn’t even looking at a different monitor to gather intel after being accused of it, showing that he doesn’t have any monitor in the direction he was being accused of. He claimed to have been looking at the minimap in the top right corner of his screen. xQc’s stream ended shortly after, and while he wasn’t entirely convinced that Prime was cheating, he did have doubts over the legitimacy of his gameplay. It’s fair to say that while this wager match brought Black Ops 2 back to the forefront of Twitch once again, we might not see these two teams facing off any time soon.

  • xQc accuses Kai Cenat of stealing his camping stream idea – Dexerto

xQc accuses Kai Cenat of stealing his camping stream idea xQcTwitch star xQc has claimed fellow streamer Kai Cenat of stole his idea following an IRL camping stream. Over the years, live streaming has certainly evolved from what it once was. Whether it be IRL streams, month-long subathons, or gameshows, creators have come up with some innovative ideas to keep content fresh. But as time goes on, it’s becoming harder and harder to come up with new ideas — leaving many following the latest trends. On the other hand, we’ve seen a ton of creators simply copy ideas, and now xQc is accusing Kai Cenat of stealing his idea. xQc claims Kai Cenat stole his idea During xQc’s May 28 live stream, the ’27-year-old ‘Juicer’ was scrolling through LivestreamFails, where he stumbled upon a post of a user accusing Kai Cenat of “scamming” them for their stream ideas and not paying for them. Trying to hold his words back, the Twitch star began to go on a tangent — also accusing Kai of stealing his idea. “Alright, you know what, I’m going to come out of the woodwork and say it chat. I’ve been holding onto this chat I’m going to f**king say it, here comes the drama chat,” he said. “I go to Kai’s Twitter, he does this Rumble stream, Rumble show right?” I click on it, first episode what is it? It was my camping idea that I had done for his subathon on the day that I called them on stream.” He continued: “What the f**k? Where is my cut? It was my idea where’s my cut, where is it? Did you see it? It was a one-to-one my idea.” “It was though. That’s at least low seven-figure, at least,” xQc insisted. After Kai caught wind of the ‘Juicers’ accusations, the recently-signed Rumble star hit back, claiming they came up with the idea on their own — before he “copied and pasted” the concept from BOYZTOBER. However, according to Kai, they even planned on inviting xQc to tag along on the trip, but in the end, it just never came to fruition.

  • xQc ‘accidentally’ goes live on Twitch, proceeds to leak address in private call – Dexerto

xQc ‘accidentally’ goes live on Twitch, proceeds to leak address in private call Twitch: xQCxQc has seemingly leaked an address of his again after “accidentally” going live on Twitch while taking through a private phone call. xQc has been known to move around a lot during his streaming career. Throughout his years in the public spotlight, the Twitch superstar has moved houses every few months for various reasons. While xQc has not exactly been upfront as to why his most recent move took place, in the past it’s been due to everything from swattings, Visa issues, to his address being leaked. However, most of the time his address has leaked, it hasn’t come from the streamer directly. In the past, he had accidentally leaked his address through his IP address, but this time it’s different. In an extremely short minute-and-a-half stream, xQc was taking a private phone call in which he needed to tell the person on the other end his address, which he did. The address he gave was his old house in Texas which he no longer resides in. xQc would only notice he was live after receiving a TTS message from a viewer. He then immediately took down the stream and VOD in its entirety. However, it was too late as is often the case on the internet, and the stream had already been clipped. He would go on to say in his own Twitch chat, “I was ready to go live, and the go-live button was highlighted, I clicked space or some s*** and it went live.” Further saying, “biggest accident since I made this Twitch account. That’s actually insane. Welp. GG.” However, some of xQc’s viewers weren’t convinced it was entirely accidental, arguing it was connected to Adept. His ex, who he is embroiled in divorce proceedings with, may have been living in the house after xQc’s departure since early June. Though this is obviously unsubstantiated for now, so take the speculation with a grain of salt.

  • xQc accidentally leaks that he might join Kick in ChatGPT conversation about gambling – Dexerto

xQc accidentally leaks that he might join Kick in ChatGPT conversation about gambling Twitch/xQcTwitch icon Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel accidentally leaked his ChatGPT history where he appeared to ask the AI about moving to Kick. Kick has emerged as a true rival to Amazon’s Twitch by offering a better payout for creators through a 95/5 subscription revenue split, while also trying to sign some of the top talent in the streaming world. Legends such as Dr Disrespect are rumored to be signing with the platform, and others such as Adin Ross and Trainwreck already streaming on the site. More are expected to be announced in the future too, including some “mega superstars.” Now, according to xQc’s ChatGPT history, he could be one of the big names that Kick has signed after the streamer leaked his conversations with the AI live on Twitch. xQc denies moving to Kick after ChatGPT leaks On May 10, xQc pulled up ChatGPT and exposed a conversation where he asked the AI for suggestions about moving from Twitch to the rival platform. “I am the world’s biggest Twitch streamer and I have signed with a new platform, Kick. What is the best way for me to announce my new contract to my viewers?” the French Canadian had asked the AI. After ChatGPT gave xQc some ideas, Lengyel allegedly asked about gambling and how he would be gambling on Kick, noting that there was a lot of controversy when he gambled on Twitch. xQc, however, has denied writing the prompts, claiming that he “wasn’t even at the computer” and that he was being pranked, because his account is shared. “What the f**k? Okay, that’s just troll, dude,” he remarked. “I didn’t do this.” It’s not clear whether or not xQc will actually end up streaming on Kick, but it will certainly be a massive deal if he switches platforms. For now, however, there’s no proof that he has signed to the rival streaming site. That said, with Kick hyping up some big names joining the service, we’ll have to wait and see if xQc makes the jump and leaves Twitch behind.

  • xQc abruptly ends stream again after implying Adept entered his new house without warning – Dexerto

xQc abruptly ends stream again after implying Adept entered his new house without warning Twitch: xQcxQc abruptly ended his stream once again after implying Adept had entered his new house without warning, changing the door codes, and suggesting his items may be stolen. xQc has had a turbulent 2023 so far. From his public divorce with Adept, to him backing out of a deal to buy a Valorant team, and even having to move after his IP got leaked. And even in his new house in Texas, with xQc wanting to be done with the drama, revealing a new girlfriend to end his Adept saga, the problems seem to keep creeping back. In a regular broadcast on June 6, xQc seemed to be constantly troubled throughout before abruptly ending it after only four hours, which is very short for his typically nearly 10-hour-long streams. This comes just weeks after another sudden stream ending in which he warned fans something was “wrong.” Roughly an hour into his latest stream, xQc suddenly told his viewers that he needed to do something off-camera. “I asked somebody to do something at my house, to help with stuff, and the door code doesn’t work, even though it worked three days ago…” Despite not naming Adept directly, as it would be a violation of a court order to make any mention of her on stream, xQc’s viewers largely interpreted it as him implying Adept was the one who changed his door codes. Though obviously, there’s no way of confirming this so do take it with a grain of salt. It’s worth noting that xQc has made mention of his troubles with Adept in the same roundabout manner in the past. Such as when he claimed he couldn’t pay his house bills due to Adept blocking access, all without making any direct mention of her or what she said. Upon returning during his June 6 stream, he would then go on to mute himself while taking a seemingly serious phone call on camera. Later on in the same broadcast, he announced to his viewers that he needed to shut it all down again. “I think I’m going to have to f***ing deal with stuff offline,” he said. “I’m uncomfortable with this. I have a lot of cool things I like in my house, and I feel uncomfortable that it could get swept [from] under me. It feels f***ing terrible.” However, after seemingly closing things out with his ending screen, xQc suddenly put his camera back on to rant, oddly drawing comparisons between his situation and Santa Claus, only to cut it off abruptly and end his stream completely. Which viewers interpreted as him implying that Adept came into his house and could potentially be stealing his belongings. “If I claim that I’m Santa Claus, well I can go through your chimney type of s***. If he’s Santa, then he gets to go down the chimney and that’s kind of how it is, and if he decides he’s gonna pick up the cookie and that’s just how it is like holy f*** man,” he said before cutting himself off by ending the stream.

  • xQc accepts El Rubius’ boxing challenge after showing off fight skills on stream – Dexerto

xQc accepts El Rubius’ boxing challenge after showing off fight skills on stream After El Rubius challenged xQc to a boxing match, the two crossed paths during their Twitch streams attempting to intimidate one another with their physiques and boxing moves. During Ibai’s record-breaking La Velada Del Año II stream, Spanish streamer El Rubius stepped into the ring to call out none other than the face of Twitch, xQc. A day later, xQc responded surprisingly accepting Rubius’ challenge but only under certain conditions. The two were not allowed to train specifically for boxing, but instead only train for physical conditioning. X stated he wanted to fight El Rubius in 2023, giving both of them enough time to condition, and he also wanted to put money on the line. xQc and El Rubius show off boxing skills Of course, xQc’s acceptance didn’t come without a bit of smack talk. The Canadian streamer claimed he could “fold him in half like a stack of paper.” And while the fight is likely more than six months away, the two are already coming out of the gates swinging. During both of their streams on June 27, they pulled each other’s live feed up on stream. Acting as a psuedo-weigh-in, the two creators stood to their feet and rolled up their sleeves to show off what muscle clung to their bones. They also lifted random objects around their rooms and threw punches at their webcams. However, xQc was quickly winded after lifting his chair, and El Rubius resorted to grabbing a lightsaber as a final intimidation tactic. To which xQc responded by using a stack of blinds as a faux sword. xQc officially accepts El Rubius’ challenge “I’m not out of breath. I’m not out of breath,” xQc stated while gasping for air after the two ended their altercation. He then reached for a sports drink to rehydrate. The two hopped in a Discord call after showing off to talk about the event. xQc stated, “I accept the challenge officially though. If I back out, I guess I’ll be the p**sy.” The two parted ways stating they look forward to meeting in the ring. While the real action is over half a year away, moments like these are more than welcome over until then. We might even see a physical transformation from both streamers before the big event.

  • xoAeriel reveals she’s received threats after being doxxed by major Twitch partner – Dexerto

xoAeriel reveals she’s received threats after being doxxed by major Twitch partner Instagram/xoaeriel/PixabayPopular streamer xoAeriel says she has received multiple threats and is experiencing ongoing harassment after a Twitch partner leaked her location during a broadcast. Twitch’s hot tub meta has favored many upcoming streamers and xoAeriel herself is the one who began the trend. Now, amid her rising popularity, a target has been placed on her back. On May 25, the hot tub guru took to Twitter to reveal that she had been purposefully doxxed during a live stream by a partnered Twitch streamer. To make matters worse, she says that Twitch has done nothing about it despite making several formal complaints. In an exclusive interview with Dexerto, xoAeriel explained that she is afraid that if she publicly named the streamer who doxxed her, the person’s viewers could potentially SWAT her. Can we get a big congratulations for the partnered twitch streamer who purposely doxxed me during a live stream and never even got a slap on the wrist for it? Do better @TwitchSupport @Twitch — xoAeriel (@xoAeriel) May 25, 2021 xoAeriel calls police after people show up during Twitch stream Dexerto has seen a private video of the dox in question and agreed to withhold the accused’s name as per xoAeriel’s request. However, we can confirm that the accused is a very large name in the Twitch community. According to the streamer, the day her information was released she began to receive threatening phone calls, people making accounts with her legal name and users posting her address in chat. “In one incident there were people walking around my house late at night during a livestream. They kept calling my friend’s phone over and over saying how they watch us on Twitch,” she explained, adding how she was forced to end her stream early and let her guard dogs out. She said police had to be called to search for people around her house and they now monitor her area more closely. “I receive restricted phone calls of people not saying anything and people asking if it’s Aeriel and then hanging up,” she added. “I no longer answer blocked calls.” xoAeriel says Twitch “won’t do anything” Sadly, nothing has been done on Twitch’s end to rectify the situation. With Aeriel afraid to name the individual, all of the discussions with the Amazon-owned platform have come in the form of email. Twitch’s community guidelines prohibit sharing content that “may reveal private personal information about individuals,” including personally identifiable information such as one’s location. In an email from Twitch support, Aeriel was told that information was forwarded to the appropriate team, but there was no estimated time for a response and she is still waiting. “I have sent in several reports on her account,” Aeriel said. “It’s wild that Twitch won’t do anything about it.”

  • Fake Twitch accounts rebroadcast streamers’ OnlyFans & hot tub content – Dexerto

Fake Twitch accounts rebroadcast streamers’ OnlyFans & hot tub content Twitch/xoaerielStreamer xoAeriel is demanding Twitch take action after multiple fake channels popped up restreaming her adult content without permission. Twitch has been feeling the pressure as of late amid the ongoing “topless” meta and streamers accusing the site of failing to stop channels from rebroadcasting their content. On December 11, xoAeriel revealed that she’s been dealing with imposters restreaming her content for months and making bank in the process. In a series of posts on X, the streamer called for Twitch to implement a verification system, stating that the site isn’t doing enough to stop the redistribution of her content – something that’s been happening for years. Twitch accused of letting fake channels rebroadcast OF content According to xoAeriel, despite reporting the fake channels over three times herself with numerous others reporting them too, they remain active. “This has been going on with my account for YEARS. Twitch needs to implement some kind of verification process. People have literally streamed my adult content on Twitch And they STILL took over 8 hours to remove that day,” she explained. Speaking with Dexerto, xoAeriel recalled being in tears the day her OnlyFans content was being restreamed. “I had to go live and start crying, begging Twitch to take it down with like 2000 viewers because they wouldn’t ban the channel,” she said. Now, instead of OnlyFans, these imposter channels are constantly restreaming her hot tub content. The streamer says that these channels include links to a Discord server that redistributes all the content. XoAeriel is hardly the only streamer this has been happening too. Back in November, Emily Rinaudo called out the platform after a fake channel grew to over 7,000 followers by rebroadcasting her content. So, what do these channels gain by restreaming old VODs? According to xoAeriel, the channels all lead back to a Discord server with a massive content library. “Usually it’s the same person just starting new channels. There was a wife and husband that ran a Discord server and a yoga channel,” she explained. “They kept making multiple channels of me over and over all monetized getting subs. Exchanging subs for the Discord. Each new sub got a video released on the Discord.” One channel shared with Dexerto has existed since January and continues to stream despite reports and escalations to Twitch. “It usually takes Twitch anywhere from 3 days to 2-3 months to remove an account,” she said. “It’s wack a mole.”

  • xoAeriel blasts “hypocrite” Adin Ross over Twitch hot tub ban after Amouranth stream – Dexerto

xoAeriel blasts “hypocrite” Adin Ross over Twitch hot tub ban after Amouranth stream xoAeriel/AdinRossStreamer xoAeriel is hitting out at Adin Ross for urging Twitch to ban hot tub streams after he took advantage of the meta with Amouranth and Yung Gravy. xoAeriel was the first streamer to really kick off the Twitch hot tub meta as it dominated the Amazon-owned platform for much of 2021 with female streamers lounging around in bikinis. The streams proved to be controversial due to what some considered to be sexual content, and as such, Twitch announced a pools & beaches category in an attempt to free up the Just Chatting section. Now, with Adin Ross encouraging Twitch to outright ban the streams once and for all, xoAeriel is accusing him of being hypocritical given his past broadcasts. Adin Ross blasted after urging Twitch to ban hot tub streams Not long after Adin’s comments on “poison” hot tub streams went viral, xoAeriel took to Twitter to voice her displeasure with them. “It’s okay for Adin Ross to use women’s bodies for content but women shouldn’t be able to use their own,” she rhetorically said. “It’s just funny that someone who built their brand off the literal backs of women all of a sudden doesn’t support them doing their own thing.” Speaking with Dexerto, the hot tub stream innovator explained that her main issue was with his past broadcasts. “I just want it to be known he’s a hypocrite. He’s streamed hot tub streams with [Amouranth.] He’s an Andrew Tate wannabe now, I’m not sure if it’s just an act to get Andrew’s audience or if it’s genuine, but he should keep in mind Andrew was deplatformed for a reason,” she said. Back in 2022, Adin Ross and Amouranth, one of the biggest hot tub streamers on Twitch, had a stream together along with rapper Yung Gravy. As for Twitch being called to ban the category, xoAeriel isn’t worried in the slightest and believes it’s making the site too much money for it to ever be removed. “Twitch isn’t going to ban pools hot tubs and beaches. It’s too profitable and people tend to stay longer in those streams which is exactly what Twitch wants.” This isn’t the first streamer to call out Adin Ross either. Notably, Adriana Chechik called Ross “one of the most disrespectful” people she’d ever met and accused him of “chasing after sex workers for views.”

  • xChocobars goes crazy over extremely unsatisfying “alphabet song” cover – Dexerto

xChocobars goes crazy over extremely unsatisfying “alphabet song” cover Twitter: xChocobarsJanet ‘xChocobars’ Rose lost her mind while listening to a new take on the alphabet song — which is mildly uncomfortable to say the least — and her reaction had everyone in stitches. Sometimes change isn’t always a good thing, especially when it comes to the iconic alphabet song that has been used to teach kids the alphabet for nearly 200 years. However, that didn’t Dream English, an English-teaching website that aims to “make educational music filled with important phrases and grammar,” from debuting a new version in 2012. The biggest difference is that it slows down around the part where “L, M, N, O, P” has traditionally been sped up to sound like “elemenopee,” which keeps the vocals in line with the tune. It caused lots of outrage back then, but it still sounds like nails on a chalkboard to many people who grew up with the old version, like popular internet personality and Twitch streamer xChocobars. xChocobars was listening to the song on stream. However, she paused it right before the controversial part and explained it wasn’t the first time she’d heard it, but when she did, it made her “so angry.” Then, she started it again and frustratedly lip-synched the “elemenopee” part with a hilarious and confused expression. She also lamented over another part where the singer pauses between the letters V and W, which was absent in the original. xChocobars isn’t the only person who hates it. The particular version she watched on the WMBD News Youtube Channel has almost 60,000 dislikes, overshading the mere 5,300 likes. xChocobars talked about it with her friend and fellow streamer, Plushys, who played the song to their entire Among Us lobby. All the other streamers, including Dakotaz and Hafu, had the same hilarious reaction. Not only did they collectively label it as “so bad,” but they also reminisced about how good they felt the first time they managed to properly sing that part as a kid, which is a memorable moment that many others share. When it’s all said and done, the new version of the song isn’t necessarily official. It’s simply one modernized take. However, if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it.

  • xChocobars reveals terrifying experiences that made her stop IRL Twitch streaming forever – Dexerto

xChocobars reveals terrifying experiences that made her stop IRL Twitch streaming forever Twitch: xchocobarsTwitch streamer xChocobars revealed the frightening experiences she’s had that put her off of IRL broadcasts for good, saying the thought of doing so is “so scary.” Twitch is a haven for all manner of live-streamed content. Although many popular streamers on the platform are known for broadcasting their favorite games from home, plenty of users also show off their travels abroad in real time. These streams are called ‘IRL’ (in real life) broadcasts, and tend to garner quite a few interested viewers who want to take part in their favorite influencers’ vacations by proxy. Despite the popularity of these kinds of streams, popular influencer Janet ‘xChocobars’ Rose isn’t interested in taking part in the trend due to some scary experiences she’s had in her life. The streamer opened up about the subject during a recent game of Among Us with friends where she revealed that she was nearly kidnapped as a child after a strange woman tried to pick her up from daycare. xChocobars says stalking and harassment has discouraged her from IRL streaming “For me, I feel like I have gotten really unlucky with people I come across,” she explained. “I could just be walking here in LA and I’ve had a car slow down next to me under a bridge. It was really scary. I started running out of the bridge. It was [a] bright day. They rolled up in their car and they were slowing down, too.” “When I was younger, I had a lady come to my daycare and claim that she was my mother and try to pick me up from daycare,” she continued. “I don’t know who that lady was. You guys have no idea the sh*t I’ve been through growing up. I think I’ve just gotten really unlucky.” That’s not all; Janet also said that she’s been stalked and harassed throughout her career as a streamer, recounting a time when a random man was shouting her name in a Las Vegas CVS when she was nowhere near the city. “I had this one stalker that was in Vegas at a CVS or something screaming my name, like ‘Janet Rose, where are you?’ or something, even though I don’t live in Vegas. And what was creepy was, I had a friend who lived in Vegas and she DM’d me like, ‘This guy is going crazy in the CVS just screaming your name.’” (Topic begins at 1:55) Chocobars is far from the first female streamer to open up about her experiences of being stalked and harassed after reaching Twitch fame. Many other women on the platform have relayed similar stories, with streamers like Amouranth notably getting harassed by a stalker who flew all the way from Estonia to her home in Texas and even camped out by her PO box for a month.

xChocoBars explains why she and DisguisedToast ended their relationship Twitch couple Janet ‘xChocoBars’ Rose and OfflineTV’s Jeremy ‘DisguisedToast’ Wang revealed on social media that they were ending their relationship, and explained what ultimately led them to the tough decision. The pair first started dating back in 2018, and became a fan favorite among the streaming community. However, the duo both announced the end of their relationship on January 12. Releasing a joint statement on Twitter, the two Twitch stars explained to their viewers that they “owed it to fans” to explain it to them, given that their relationship had been public from the start. xChocoBars and DisguisedToast end their relationship ChocoBars posted a joint statement to her Twitter account that DisguisedToast quoted on his own feed stating “personal update,” where the two explained why their relationship came to an end. “Toast and I are sad to announce that we have broken up. We’ve been pretty public about our relationship since the start, so we felt like we owe it to fans to make this announcement. But now, we ask for privacy as we both move forward,” it read. Read More: Ed Sheeran lookalike strikes again in London – The couple then went on to explain the reason for their split was that the relationship just didn’t work out. “No one did anything wrong, sometimes relationships just don’t work out – so please refrain from the need to speculate or hate on either of us.” Personal Life Update with @DisguisedToast pic.twitter.com/dpEpOPjQDa — xChocoBars (@xChocoBars) January 12, 2020 Trying to bring a little humor to the moment, DisguisedToast cracked a joke about the timing of the breakup. “Hey dawg, getting LASIK then we break up? Not a good look for me,” which Choco hilariously replied back with a SpongeBob meme joking about him being ‘ugly.’ Many of their fans praised the duo for how they handled their separation in a mature manner, as it was the perfect example of how to do a breakup without any negativity. Friend and fellow OfflineTV member Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys responded to the ex-couple and gave her support. “love u both,” she tweeted in reply. Despite the end to their relationship, the couple told their audience that they still love and care about one another, and will continue to be friends, leaving only time to heal the wounds. DisguisedToast opens up about breakup from xChocoBars for the first time A year later, Toast finally opened up about his split from Janet during a March broadcast, where he revealed that things are actually quite good between them – although things can get awkward due to “cringe” commenters in the chat while they’re in the same gaming lobby. “Let me tell you guys something – breakups are awkward, especially when you’re both streamers,” Toast admitted. “It’s one year later, and things are really chill now. Except the weird people in chat.” However, things took a more serious turn when he called himself out as a bad boyfriend, referring to his big-brain plays in Among Us by “manipulating” his fellow players. “I have learned that it’s probably best for me to stay single,” he continued. “Because you know how in Among Us, I’m really good at lying and emotionally manipulating people? Maybe I’m good at those things for a reason. I feel like if you date me, your mental wellbeing goes down. It’s not like I purposefully do it, I just am not a good boyfriend.” (Topic begins at the one-minute mark) That being said, Toast was open about what he needs to work on and what he’s looking for in a potential partner in the future, and even made a few jokes about himself in the process. While breakups are extremely difficult, and in most cases turn nasty when done in the public eye, xChocoBars and DisguisedToast prove that it can be done with levity and class.

  • Xbox teases mysterious Game of Thrones project – Is Microsoft getting an exclusive GoT title? – Dexerto

Xbox teases mysterious Game of Thrones project – Is Microsoft getting an exclusive GoT title? HBO/MicrosoftMicrosoft have started to tease some sort of Xbox crossover with HBO’s Games of Thrones, as cryptic videos and photos have started to appear on their social media accounts. The highly-anticipated final season of Game of Thrones kicked off on April 14, and while there are still a handful of episodes to go before the battle for the Iron Throne is done, the franchise’s next move may already be in the works. While there hasn’t been a video game counterpart to the hugely popular series since Telltale’s release back in 2014, some fans think there could be something on the way – especially as Microsoft and Xbox have taken the lead with some marketing. What has Xbox teased? A cryptic video was displayed on the main Xbox Twitter account on May 5, accompanied by a vague message of: “And now your wait begins.” In the tease, flames are shown to engulf the screen in a similar pattern for a few moments, before subsiding and revealing only a small photo of the next cryptic image. However, it doesn’t take all that long to figure out that it’s the bottom part of the Targaryen sigil from Game of Thrones. It’s not the only tease with the same message that Xbox posted to social media on May 5, though. Their official Facebook page displayed a similar hint, but swapped the Targaryen sigil for the Night King’s chest plate symbol, of course, covered in ice and snow. Will it lead to a Game of Thrones Xbox game? Nobody is quite sure what Xbox is hinting at with these images just yet- but it’s definitely Game of Thrones related and not the first instance of Microsoft linking up with the hugely popular series. Shortly after the start of the highly-anticipated Season 9 of HBO’s Game of Thrones, any Xbox user who decided to pre-order the batch of new episodes was eligible to receive a number of free avatar items – including a mask of the Night King’s face and a replica of the Iron Throne. That has led to some speculation that instead of a game being released, there may be a chance to win a Game of Thrones-themed console, or potentially just more Avatar items on the way. It remains to be seen just what Microsoft is hinting at with these teases because, as of right now, it really could be hinting at almost anything. The final series of Game of Throne is well underway, so regardless of whatever is set to come, we probably won’t have to wait long – seeing as there is already so much hype surrounding the franchise.
