Twitch streamer roasted after demanding platform gives stars paid sick leave Instagram: TheDanDangler / TwitchTwitch streamer Danyell ‘TheDanDangler’ Lanza has once again caught herself in a new wave of controversy after receiving a ban for watching a TV show on stream, then complaining about a lack of paid sick leave. The Twitch TV show meta took another name down on January 11. Following close behind industry juggernauts like Pokimane and Disguised Toast, TheDanDangler was blocked from the streaming platform for broadcasting copyrighted material to her viewers. While it wasn’t for watching anime like the others, the American streamer was done for sharing full episodes of the History Channel’s Forged in Fire reality series. Shortly after her ban came through, the divisive Twitch personality took to Twitter and quickly landed herself in more hot water. Claiming she was sick and not “well enough to entertain,” TheDanDangler pointed the finger at Twitch for doing “absolutely nothing” when it comes to “sick days or time off.” Despite making money from other platforms like Patreon, the streamer was furious she could no longer earn on Twitch due to the self-inflicted ban. With a “$4,000 vet bill to pay,” she explained how she was “so upset” she wanted to “cry in a ball.” This comes just days after purchasing a new car and going on a holiday in the same month. Before deleting the post, TheDanDangler’s outburst had exploded across social media. Hundreds chimed in as viewers and fellow streamers alike mocked her perspective. Read More: Shroud roasts Mizkif over potential DMCA ban – “Most real jobs don’t give you paid time off,” fellow streamer ‘DougDagnabbit’ replied. “You should know that you are self-employed, streamers are not employees of Twitch.” I also highly recommend deleting this tweet as it paints you out to be expecting special treatment and playing the victim. You knew watching that show was against ToS and broke DMCA law. You also SHOULD know that you are SELF EMPLOYED. Streamers are not employees of twitch. — DougDagnabbit (@dougdagnabbit) January 11, 2022 “I’m crying you think Twitch should pay you,” another response added. Meanwhile, others couldn’t tell whether she was joking or “actually [being] serious.” The text itself even became a new ‘copypasta’ as well, with many popular streamers using it as a template to joke about the situation. Having since deleted the post and warned everyone to “watch what [they] say,” TheDanDangler vowed to leave Twitter for good. “I will no longer be posting on Twitter for what may be forever,” she followed up. “The amount of bullying and hate this platform processes is not healthy for me or anyone.” No stranger to Twitter controversy, this isn’t the first time TheDanDangler has been the focal point of major backlash. The controversial Twitch personality most recently came under fire for splitting revenue during a charity stream.

Twitch streamer reveals terrifying IRL stalking incident with viewer who “loves” her – Dexerto
Twitch streamer reveals terrifying IRL stalking incident with viewer who “loves” her Unsplash.com: Warren Wong / YouTube: Ottomoth / Twitter: waffuls_Twitch streamer ‘Alia’ shared a shocking experience after one of her followers flew from Louisiana to Canada and came to her workplace to confess his “love” for her. Twitch streamers often share large portions of their time with viewers, broadcasting for hours a day and interacting with their chat while picking up a few regular fans along the way. Unfortunately, some of these fans (and trolls) can take things too far. A number of streamers have undergone serious breaches of privacy during their career — in August alone, several high-profile broadcasters were swatted in a series of frightening incidents. Stalkers are also prevalent among streamers, with names like Amouranth and Sweet Anita sharing their own horrifying stories dealing with stalkers over the course of their time in the limelight. Twitch streamer Alia, also known as ‘waffuls,’ updated fans with her own stalking situation in a chilling Twitlonger post published on August 28. According to Alia, one of her viewers had been following her for a year and finally found out where she lived. He flew all the way from Louisiana in the Southern United States to British Columbia, Canada to meet her in person — and even found out her city and her exact place of employment from years-old Instagram photos. Alia says that his behavior started up online, when he “donated thousands of dollars, cheered thousands of bits, and gifted hundreds of subs over the course of a few months. It all came out of nowhere.” Twitch streamer stalked by “obsessed” fan He also admitted to falling in love with her over the internet. After telling him that she didn’t have any romantic interest in him and reiterating that she only streams for fun, things seemed to calm down… until he showed up at Alia’s workplace. When asked why he’d stalked her, the fan answered: “Either I’m crazy or I’m in love with you.” “He said he was in love and obsessed with me,” Alia wrote. “I told him we don’t know anything about each other and he didn’t seem to understand. He also didn’t understand why I was angry or shocked.” Luckily, Alia was able to text her manager and asked them to call 911. Local law enforcement eventually showed up and held him overnight before releasing him. Alia claims he then sent her a “disturbing DM” on Twitter before claiming he was going back to the States. Alia is using her harrowing experience with the stalker to warn others about protecting their privacy online and urging fans to respect streamers’ personal lives. “If you have to stalk someone to find out where they live or work just to meet them in real life… that’s not friendship. If you have to throw thousands of dollars at someone just to get some affection… that’s not love.”

Twitch streamer reveals disturbing harassment and swatting attempts by ex mod – Dexerto
Twitch streamer reveals disturbing harassment and swatting attempts by ex mod Twitter/naliplsCanadian Twitch streamer ‘nalipls’ has revealed shocking harassment she allegedly faced from a former moderator of her channel, including swatting attempts. Sadly, it’s not uncommon for streamers to have stalkers who take their obsessions to creepy levels, but for nalipls, her abuse has apparently been going on for over two years. In a Twitlonger, the WoW streamer explained how a former mod of hers known as ‘propain’ met her at BlizzCon 2019 and began an obsession that included increasing donations and asking to speak with him privately on Discord. From there, despite being in a relationship, nalipls said her mod started inquiring about ways to visit her in another country and began making fake accounts to post inappropriate comments on her photos. finally going public with what my stalker has been doing to me the past 2 yrs Read: https://t.co/XdQMT8Gxja — nali (@nalipls) January 27, 2022 After confronting him about it, propain admitted to posting the comments and even threatened to kill himself, leading to nalipls calling the police in his area and eventually removing his moderator status. Nalipls said that this was when the real abuse began with her stalker making many fake accounts to harass her and sending photoshopped images of her face on naked bodies to her friends. The harassment eventually caused the streamer to quit Twitch, which was her main source of income and start a GoFundMe for legal fees in order to get a restraining order. After some legal issues and a settlement, the harassment continued. “When I say he was messaging my friends and followers, it wasn’t a few here and there. It was all day, every day. Every post I made, or commented on, or liked, he would respond with the photos on multiple accounts,” she explained. “He tried to SWAT me here by calling the police and telling them I was going to kill myself. He was unsuccessful.” In August of 2021, nalipls said she started having serious heart issues leading to her spending a week in the Cardiac ICU and was warned stress could cause a resurgence. This then resulted in propain allegedly targeting her boyfriend, ‘Borngood’, with abuse. “After I finished my degree, I returned to Twitter and WoW, which has made him escalate further,” she noted. “His messages are increasingly threatening, such as telling Borngood he will ‘need to get a casket’ for me and threatening to make a ‘newsworthy event at a convention.’” The streamer is now hoping she can get some closure now that all the information about her alleged abuse is public.

Twitch streamer reveals hate she got after rejecting Fundy on Love or Host Twitch: AustinShowTwitch streamer TriciaIsABirdy has revealed some nasty messages she received online from people who were furious that she had chosen to reject YouTuber Fundy by choosing ‘host’ on Twitch gameshow Love or Host. Love or Host is a show run by streamer AustinShow, in which a group of participants answer a series of questions about a contestant who is usually a popular internet personality. As the number of participants dwindle, it is revealed whether the individual had selected to ‘love’ the contestant, going on a virtual date with them, or ‘host,’ where, as the name suggests, they are hosted by AustinShow and receive his concurrent viewers. Past contestants have included beauty guru James Charles, along with popular YouTuber Karl Jacobs, who Tricia actually did an episode with before, choosing to ‘love’ Karl. Viewers send hate after ‘Love or Host’ show Tricia was a participant in the episode featuring YouTuber Fundy as the contestant, and she managed to make it right to the end of the show, where it was revealed that she had chosen host, essentially rejecting Fundy. The YouTuber put on a disappointed look, playing up the conclusion for the viewers. Though as it turns out, some people took this very seriously, and sent Tricia floods of nasty messages criticizing her for her decision. “Horrible person,” one commenter said, another saying “I hate her, I really do.” Other comments included blocks of text calling her “pathetic,” and called out the show directly by saying “f**k the AustinShow honestly man. Twitch streamer responds to dog abuse accusations – Dexerto
Twitch streamer responds to dog abuse accusations Twitch/UnsplashA Fortnite streamer has responded to accusations that he abused his dog during a stream, claiming that the dog was actually choking and needed his help. On September 6, a video surfaced of streamer ‘KryptixEliteTV’ taken from his broadcast from a day earlier. As he returned to his stream from a break, the dog can be seen laying on a couch in full view of the camera, with the streamer immediately moving towards his pet and grabbing it around the neck. The video taken from his stream is low quality, however the dog was audibly distressed – crying as KryptixEliteTV remained close by. After the streamer told the dog to “stop,” he could be seen with his hands on its throat as the dog began to whimper even louder, before KryptixEliteTV threw an object away from the couch and pointed back at the dog. After the video went viral, with many across social media accusing the Fortnite player of abusing his pet, he responded on Twitter stating that the video had been taken the wrong way- claiming that the dog was choking, and he had stepped in to help. “For the last time, the dog was choking on the inside of the pillow,” he tweeted. “Yes, I did grab her up and pull some stuffing out her mouth and told her no. But, after she was almost like gagging as if she was choking on some still. So, I grabbed her up again and put my hand in her throat.” The streamer also claimed that the dog was safe and that he was just helping, not hurting her as those who shared the video believed. He added: “The dog is safe and I threw the pillow out. I just hate how everyone is making it seem like I was hurting instead of helping.” Following his statement regarding the incident, KryptixEliteTV’s Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube were all removed from their respective platforms. His Twitch account also followed suit, but it’s unknown if he was banned because of the clip, or just taken it offline himself following the accusations. Dexerto have reached out to Twitch for clarification. We will continue to update this story as more information becomes available.

Twitch streamer reveals crazy plan to create The Sims IRL where viewers control him – Dexerto
Twitch streamer reveals crazy plan to create The Sims IRL where viewers control him EA/TwitchA Twitch streamer has announced their unbelievable plan to literally transform his broadcast into a version of The Sims in real life – and viewers are excited to take part. On August 3, Twitch streamer ‘Jerma‘ revealed that his long-time goal of a “dollhouse” stream where viewers would ‘control’ him to do things would finally be happening, and there are three planned dates for the unique broadcast. The streamer began the announcement by describing exactly what he’d had planned, with the idea being that viewers could control a person’s movements and such, sort of in the style of Twitch Plays Pokémon. “Ladies and gentlemen, wouldn’t it be interesting if we did the dollhouse stream?” he asked. “The thing that I have talked about over and over again for three gosh-darn years. We’re doing the IRL dollhouse stream.” According to Jerma, viewers would have direct control over pretty much everything he does, but it’s taken a lot of work to make this a reality. “We have a lot of partners. It’s going to be the biggest project I’ve ever worked on,” he added. “I hope everybody is prepared for that.” Not only is he partnering with Twitch, who contributed a fair amount of money to the idea, but there will even be a unique Extension users can take advantage of to partake, which definitely makes this a special experience. The three stream events will be August 18, August 20 and August 21 with the first two beginning at 3PM EST and the final one being at 12:00 EST. “It’s going to be insane!” Jerma hyped. We can’t wait to see exactly how this plays out and if we have a brand new Twitch meta on our hands as a result. Fans are rightfully excited and if all goes well, this could end up being must-see entertainment.

Twitch streamer responds after facing backlash for saying he’s better than the average person – Dexerto
Twitch streamer responds after facing backlash for saying he’s better than the average person After being the subject of much conversation over his comments at TwitchCon, Twitch streamer Michael ‘mmDust’ Duarte has finally spoken out. During a Twitch panel at the annual event, mmDust said that he has a “low-key god complex” and thinks of himself “as above the average person.” The comments quickly spread on social media where he was blasted from all angles after many concluded the statements were very much in bad taste. After letting things simmer for a few days, mmDust finally spoke out in a TwitLonger to explain just what he was thinking during the panel. Addressing my actions from Twitchcon Read: https://t.co/MmB72VkHl9 — Michael Duarte (@mmDust) October 31, 2018 He starts out by saying that admitting that what he said was “stupid” and wasn’t an accurate representation of who he is before getting to the meat of his statements at TwitchCon. “The whole ‘I believe that I’m better than the average person’ thing is a mindset that I’ve acquired as a result of my personal lack of self discipline and motivation. I struggled with this for years,” explained mmDust on the main comments that drew so much backlash. Further explaining that he would frequently tell himself “You’re better than that” when skipping a workout or cheating on his diet, mmDust said this mindset was healthy for him but that he simply expressed it the wrong way during the panel. “What I was really saying was that I don’t WANT my viewers to relate to me because I am so far from where I want to be,” added mmDust, as he said that complains a lot on stream and doesn’t want his viewers to try and relate or copy his behavior. mmDust closed out his letter by once again apologizing and lamenting the fact that he waited so long to speak out. Read More: Police shut down Halloween party at Clout Gang House hosted for Bella Thorne – Tfue video – “I’m truly sorry for what I said and I should’ve apologized sooner rather than try to meme the shit out of it on my stream afterward and doubling down on being a dickhead.” He has since returned to streaming after TwitchCon and has actually seen a small uptick in viewers, according to Twitch statistics tracker Twinge.

Twitch streamer reportedly arrested after exploring Fukushima ruins – Dexerto
Twitch streamer reportedly arrested after exploring Fukushima ruins Twitch: JOEYKAOTYKAmerican Twitch streamer ‘JOEYKAOTYK’ has reportedly been arrested after filming himself and a friend exploring abandoned buildings in Japan’s Fukushima prefecture. On March 11, 2011, Japan was rocked when the country experienced a 9.0–9.1 undersea earthquake that sparked a series of massive tsunamis. These combined natural disasters caused the meltdown of three nuclear reactors at the Fukushima Daiichi power plant. The incident, often referred to as the ‘Fukushima Daiichi Accident,’ remains one of the most severe nuclear catastrophes ever recorded in human history. The area boasts an ‘exclusion zone’ around the plant, where radiation is considered to be too severe for humans to withstand. To this day, certain areas of Fukushima are still off-limits…but that didn’t stop one adventurous Twitch streamer and his buddy from trying to explore these warded-off regions for themselves. Twitch streamer arrested after broadcasting Fukushima exploration On June 19, Twitch streamer and breakdancer ‘JOEYKAOTYK’ set off with friend and fellow ‘adventurer’ Michael Gakuran to explore Fukushima together. The two broadcasted their adventures scouring through abandoned buildings and homes — some of which looked as though they’d just been left by their owners, showing almost no signs of age or wear and tear. However, their stream abruptly ended after the pair opened up a window to get inside an inn. As reported by Fukushima TV, it turns out that the streamers were arrested on suspicion of breaking into a building. According to police reports, the streamers allegedly broke into a closed inn in Fukushima Prefecture’s Okuma Town on June 20, around 11:20 PM. Fukushima TV reports that netizens saw the stream and reported the explorers to local authorities. Comments spotted across the internet show users speaking out against the pair for “trespassing” into the buildings and homes in the area. This isn’t the first time a Twitch streamer has been arrested for their antics, by far; in 2018, a streamer was arrested with a $75,000 bail after setting of a fake bomb alert at his university.

Twitch streamer Rajj Patel explains why he’s dropping his fake name – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Rajj Patel explains why he’s dropping his fake name YT: AustinThe popular Twitch streamer previously known as Rajj Patel has announced he will be changing how he portrays himself online, including his own name and the name of his popular show. The streamer, whose real name is Austin, has gone by Rajj Patel since 2013, after he based his persona on a character with that name. An entire brand has been built around that character, including the Rajjchelor talk show that amasses hundreds of thousands of viewers. In a June 10 TwitLonger, the American explained that he does not want to take parts of Indian culture and that discussions with his friends in the Indian community have brought him to the conclusion that his name was inappropriate. “When I look back on myself in 2013, I was ignorant and approached the Rajj character as an actor,” he explained. “I had a big group of friends in the Indian community and thought that meant that I understood the consequences and history of the choices I made on camera.” He went on to explain that, as a white man, he can never understand the hardships and struggles experienced by people of color. “The South Asian & Indian community,” he continued, “I would like to give you what is long overdue, I’m sorry… I don’t want any part of my image, name, or persona to be inappropriately borrowed from a culture that I don’t have the right to represent. So moving forward I will be going by my first name, Austin, and rebranding everything as a derivative of that.” His new Twitter handle is @AustinOnTwitter, while the talk show previously known as ‘The Rajjchelor’ will now simply be called AustinShow. He concluded: “We all need to stay aware that what we do and say affects others. Moving forward I want to continue educating myself and being sensitive to things that I will never fully understand. I invite you all to do the same.”

Twitch streamer rages after mom gets his Steam account banned – Dexerto
Twitch streamer rages after mom gets his Steam account banned A Twitch streamer was left angered when he found out his Steam account had been banned after his mother reported him, and went off on her during his broadcast. Streamers put themselves completely out there for thousands to see, blemishes and all, as the medium captures every moment live – including when things get too much. One Twitch user learned this the hard way, when he discovered that his mother had gotten his Steam account banned, and exploded in rage during his broadcast, unloading on her. Streamer’s Steam account “banned” Twitch streamer ‘YeetyBoiiiii’ was in the middle of a broadcast on November 1 when he was notified on Steam that his account had been restricted for 13 weeks. They had apparently been contacted by his mother who told the gaming platform that her son’s account had not been authorized to use her card which games had been charged on. “CD key activation has been disabled. What the F*CK!!!” he screamed in rage. Heated, the streamer then called his mother on the phone for his audience to hear. “You know that call and email you made to Steam?” he asked his mother. “They disabled my account and banned me!” He then told her that he was owed for all the games he had lost. “That’s hundreds of games down the drain you owe me now!” Calmly, his parent replied “Oh, I definitely don’t owe you. You were using my card and it wasn’t acceptable!” “You had put eighty dollars…” his mom began to say, before the streamer cut her off and screamed “YEAH YOU JUST WASTED $300 OR MORE!” which caused his parent to hang up on him. “GOD! DUMB B*TCH!. Get the f*ck out of here!” he screamed, seething with anger. Later on during the broadcast, YeetyBoiiiii was taking questions from his chat about the incident, and was asked if he still loved his mom given the tense interaction he had with her. “She does everything for me,” he replied. He then claimed that he wasn’t the one that made the purchases, and that it came from an IP different from their house. When another member of chat asked him why he “disrespected” his mom he replied, “She automatically assumed I used her card to buy games. I don’t even know what games were bought!” Despite the explanation, some in his chat still thought he was too harsh on his mother, and over on Reddit, early comments were mostly negative, with one of the top comments saying “glad she hung up on him” while another said “he can’t buy csgo cases for a few weeks? Jesus what an overreaction.” It should be noted that this doesn’t seem to be a full account ban, as it seems that Steam removed the games purchased with her card, and just suspended features on his account such as purchasing, gifting, and trading.

Twitch streamer raids random Warzone player, turns out to be her neighbor – Dexerto
Twitch streamer raids random Warzone player, turns out to be her neighbor Twitch: Trash_ashxWhen Twitch streamer ‘trash_ashx’ finished her stream, she wanted to raid another Australian streamer. After choosing someone, she was surprised by how close they lived together. If you’ve ever watched a Twitch stream near the end, you may have participated in a raid, where the creator chooses to send their viewers over to another streamer. Big streamers generally raid their friends, or they decide to share the love with a smaller creator. Twitch raids can also be used as a way for smaller creators to make friends, and get their names out to other communities. With just 578 followers on the Amazon-owned site, ‘Trash_Ashx‘ did just that, choosing to narrow the selection down to other Australian creators. Shortly after talking to her new friend, she found out she happened to live right down the street. Twitch Streamer raids her neighbor Just minutes after she ended her January 2 stream, Trash_Ashx posted a video on TikTok explaining what had just happened. She said: “Guys, I can’t make this s**t up. I just finished my stream. I’ve gone to raid another Aussie streamer. I find her, SeeTeaa, and raid her. We start talking and she ends up asking where I’m from. So we start describing to each other and it got to the point where we find out we live on the same street.” The creator didn’t stop there, as she continued to detail their interaction: “So, I ran to her house. Unfortunately, SeeTeaa is sick so I couldn’t be in her broadcast, but I did get to see her through the window.” (Click here if TikTok doesn’t load) With over 129,000 views on her video, many people took to the comments asking to see a recording of the interaction. On January 3, Ash uploaded the conversation in another TikTok video. (Click here if TikTok doesn’t load) In the second video, Ash notes that they are now friends and plan on meeting each other in person soon after SeeTeaa gets over her illness. One thing is for sure, this is an interaction both streamers will remember for a very long time. Hopefully, they get to meet up soon.

Twitch streamer quqco banned after using fake breasts prop on stream – Dexerto
Twitch streamer quqco banned after using fake breasts prop on stream Twitter: quqcoPopular Twitch streamer quqco has been suspended from the platform, stating she “deserved it” after using a fake breasts prop as a gimmick. Twitch has strict rules around sexually suggestive content, but will consider the context of any given incident to determine what action, if any, is taken. Typically, these bans are handed out for overtly breaking the rules with explicit content, or by accidental slip-ups that a panicked streamer attempts to rectify immediately. In quqco’s case, however, it was instead a simple prop that landed her in hot water with the platform. With over 100,000 followers on Twitch, quqco surged in popularity in early 2022, averaging as many as 2,500 concurrent viewers in April. Although she has streamed a variety of games, the majority of her streaming is in the Just Chatting section. On January 10, she got hold of a rubber body suit for the chest. Unfortunately for quqco, this prop appears to have crossed the line of Twitch’s community guidelines. Although, it may not have just been the prop in isolation, but also her actions on the stream that led to the ban. Confirming her three-day ban from the platform, quqco posted a clip where she draws attention to her new, albeit fake, chest, which would make a suspension all the more likely. This is because while Twitch’s guidelines do not go as far as to prohibit any form of cleavage, they do stipulate that “making explicit gestures towards breasts, buttocks or genitals” is prohibited. Some commenters were surprised that this incident led to a suspension though, giving examples of what they deemed to be more obvious violations by other streamers going unpunished. The ban will only last for three days, at which time quqco’s channel will be reinstated.

Twitch streamer who used racial slurs gets banned at the perfect moment – Dexerto
Twitch streamer who used racial slurs gets banned at the perfect moment A streamer was banned by Twitch after repeatedly using racial slurs during his broadcast, and his suspension was leveled at perhaps the most ironic moment possible. While there may be a lot of confusion right now regarding Twitch’s moderation process, an offense that’s almost guaranteed to earn a suspension is using racially-charged language on stream. The latest streamer to be taught this lesson is ‘newblue22’ – and the timing of his ban couldn’t have been better. His offense occurred during a chatting session with his audience during a October 9 broadcast, when he repeatedly said the ‘N-word’ and made stereotypical generalizations about “Korean gamers.” Read More: 10 most controversial bans on Twitch – He refuted accusations that he was being a racist, claiming that his intentions in using such language were not racially motivated, and seemed very nonchalant when told he would likely be getting banned. “Twitch? Who cares?” he said, calm as ever. “‘You’re gone?’ Who cares? I don’t care.” Unsurprisingly, his suspension followed not long later – and the timing of it was actually perfect, seeing as how it occurred just as he was reporting someone in Overwatch for using offensive language. “Look at how mad this guy is,” he said, laughing. “I’ll report him! You know what’s funny, he can actually get banned for abusive chat for this! Whoever watching right not that thinks I won’t be successful with this, this is literally a lesson.” However, before he could finish his little spiel, the stream stopped playing, and a message appeared in the chat box warning viewers that the channel had been “suspended.” The sequence was recorded and posted by Reddit user ‘jesus_christ343,’ who also edited the video to give it some comic relief. As far as Twitch bans go, this probably couldn’t have been timed any better, which incited speculation if someone on staff had decided to pull this off intentionally. Regardless, it’s highly likely that this streamer probably won’t be heard from ever again, and not just because of his violations, but also how he made it abundantly clear that he didn’t care about his future on the platform.

Twitch streamer pulls off glitchless no-death run in Sekiro, Dark Souls 3 & Elden Ring – Dexerto
Twitch streamer pulls off glitchless no-death run in Sekiro, Dark Souls 3 & Elden Ring FromSoftwareElden Ring, Sekiro, and Dark Souls 3 are three of the most difficult games you can play, all three being designed by FromSoftware. However, one Twitch streamer defeated all major bosses in these games in a row without dying even a single time. On June 11, 2024, French Twitch streamer KEMIST_C10H15N made history as he defeated all the major bosses from all three FromSoftware games without a single death or glitch exploitation. The challenge was named Project: No Death and the streamer had to clear major bosses across all three titles without dying even once. If he suffered a single death, irrespective of the game, he started over from the first title. The order in which he was playing was Sekiro, Dark Souls 3, and Elden Ring. It took them 30 runs in total to successfully clear the challenge and it was a huge achievement. The moment it was over, the streamer showcased his excitement with a massive “Let’s Go” and celebrated the moment with his chat. Even if you haven’t played these games before, you may have heard the names of some of the bosses, such as Malenia from Elden Ring. However, KEMIST_C10H15N made it look effortless as most of his deaths were from being careless rather than dying to bosses. Additionally, speed runs are often associated with exploiting a few glitches to cross zones and speed up loading screens. KEMIST_C10H15N did not exploit a single glitch during their marathon across three games. While the achievement is monumental, this streamer has showcased their prowess with speedruns in the past. Based on stats from Speedrun.com, he is third in Dark Souls 3 Restricted speedruns, fourth in Sekiro Unrestricted All Bosses speedruns, and fifth in Elden Ring Glitchless speedruns. The Souls community in general loves to create challenges such as speed runs, no-hit boss runs, level 1 Wretch completions, and much more. However, completing three games in a row without dying is definitely a new level that is hard to replicate. It takes immense prowess and a lot of knowledge of the locations, bosses, items, builds, and traversal routes. With this challenge completed, it would be interesting to see how this streamer could one-up this amazing feat.

Twitch streamer Quqco banned a fifth time for “inappropriate attire” – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Quqco banned a fifth time for “inappropriate attire” Twitter: quqcoTwitch streamer Quqco has been banned for the fifth time, the content creator revealing that the reasoning for this new band was for wearing a “inappropriate attire” while watching a documentary. Art streamer quqco was hit with a one day ban on Twitch for inappropriate attire. But according to the streamer herself, she was banned for a stream where she was just watching a documentary of Christine Chandler while wearing a dress. When announcing her new ban on social media, the streamer included a picture of the outfit she was wearing, captioning the tweet “I’m confused, I was watching the Chris chan documentary and wearing this.” She was allegedly banned mid way into her stream. It is unclear if the ban had anything to do with the content shown in the documentary. Quqco banned on Twitch for a fifth time The ban clearly confused not just quqco, but also her viewers as in their view there was nothing inappropriate about the attire she was wearing. Quqco was previously banned twice in 2019. Once in August that year for revealing her underwear while cosplaying as Mai Shiranui from Dead or Alive. And another in August of that year when she was banned for a “suggestive Chun Li cosplay. This ban confused her as she pointed out she was fully covered. In 2021, she was banned for another attire related problem. This time she admitted she may have shown too much skin for what is allowed on Twitch. But she took shots at hot tub streamers for showing more skin than she normally does, yet not getting any bans. As well as this, she was banned for three days in January 2023 after using fake breasts as props on stream. She also admitted she deserved the ban as it does flagrantly violate Twitch’s guidelines. Including the most recent ban, this makes it the fifth time she has been temporarily banned from the website. Twitch has stated in their guidelines “multiple suspensions over time can lead to an indefinite suspension.” For all the latest entertainment news and updates, be sure to check out Dexerto’s full coverage here.

Twitch streamer Prod1gyX arrested on charges of child abuse – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Prod1gyX arrested on charges of child abuse Twitter: Prod1gyXTwitch streamer Robert ‘Prod1gyX’ Paz has been arrested on multiple charges of child abuse and first-degree child molestation, after allegations were made by his step-sons in recent weeks. Prod1gyX has been charged on four felony counts, including two counts of first-degree child abuse, and two counts of first-degree child molestation. Paz was first reported to Child Protective Services by his estranged wife Bonny after her children made allegations about their step-father. Bonny told Insider, who first reported the streamer’s arrest, that “police conducted forensic interviews” with several of Paz’s step-children. The Seattle police have declined to publicly comment. King’s County Correctional has confirmed Robert is “in custody”. The facility also confirmed they are just “waiting for the final charging document.” Prod1gyX has built a fanbase of nearly 50,000 followers on Twitch since he first began streaming on the Amazon-owned platform in late November 2016. The Honduran streamer went viral in 2009 after becoming the Guinness Book of World Records holder for the highest aggregate score in Rock Band with drums. He also competed in the first season of the World Cyber Games Ultimate Gamer reality show on Syfy in 2008. He last went live on Twitch on Thursday, March 25. His upcoming court proceedings have been scheduled for April 12. If Prod1gyX is found guilty, he is facing life in prison. First-degree child abuse is a grade-A felony. It is defined as “when a person has intercourse with another who is less than twelve years old and not married to the perpetrator, who is at least twenty-four months older than the victim.” Prod1gyX regularly played Fortnite and Sea of Thieves on-stream. He gained infamy in the Sea of Thieves fandom in late 2018, when he claimed the ‘Pirate Legend’ title by hitting the level-cap across all three in-game factions. The achievement was met with ire, and #NotMyPirateLegend trended across Twitter. According to Insider, the arrested Twitch streamer is currently being held on a $200,000 bail at King’s County Correctional Facility in Seattle.

Twitch streamer Pokimane reveals why she stopped playing Fortnite – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Pokimane reveals why she stopped playing Fortnite Pokimane, YouTube / Epic GamesWhile popular Twitch streamer Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys is known for her Fortnite broadcasts, she took a short break from the game in mid-March – and she’s finally revealed the reason behind her hiatus. Pokimane discussed her break from the title during a vlog uploaded on April 2, where she stated that she’d needed a “mental reset” from streaming – as well as time to reflect on her content. “I felt it was a really good time to kind of just take a break from certain things,” Pokimane said of her hiatus. “…at some point, I just felt my brain was like, ‘Boom,’ every day.” [Timestamp: 4:00 for mobile viewers] While she still enjoys playing Fortnite, Pokimane admitted that she doesn’t have as much fun with the game as much as her broadcasts might make it seem, regardless of the battle royale’s popularity across Twitch. “Before… my main games were just the games that I really enjoyed,” she explained. “I do still enjoy Fortnite sometimes, but I don’t really have a feeling of wanting to play it all the time. …I’m really trying to do what I like.” https://twitter.com/pokimanelol/status/1113165011323506690?s=20Anys likewise admitted to comparing herself to other streamers, with even her mother noticing that she was tense and stressed out. Additionally, Pokimane’s hiatus coincided with the launch of her Winky Lux makeup collaboration, which kicked off on March 16 and features an eyeshadow palette and a lipstick. https://twitter.com/pokimanelol/status/1106964269675929600?s=20The streamer was also a participant in YouTuber MrBeast’s $200,000 YouTuber battle royale project during this time, which was sponsored by popular video game Apex Legends. MrBeast’s challenge pitted 13 teams of 3 popular YouTubers against each other for the cash prize in two separate games, with Pokimane being teamed up with notable Fortnite caster Kittyplays and streamer Valkyrae. Since then, Pokimane has been playing Apex Legends on her stream, as well as the ever-popular GTA V roleplay phenomenon that has taken Twitch by storm. Pokimane celebrated her five-year anniversary on the platform on March 29, and is one of the most popular streamers on the site, boasting nearly three million followers as of April 3.

Twitch streamer Pokimane stirs up controversy after allegedly saying racial slur – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Pokimane stirs up controversy after allegedly saying racial slur Pokimane, TwitterPopular Twitch streamer Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys is facing heavy backlash, after a clip surfaced from one of her past broadcasts in which she appears to say a racial slur. Anys was in the middle of a League of Legends game when she let slip the offending phrase, apparently in reference to another player. “Damn… this ***** is getting fucked,” she seems to say. However, some commenters were quick to note that Anys could have been referring to a character from the game, saying ‘Anivia,’ rather than using a racial epithet. Despite this possibility, others argued that Anys is clearly saying a slur, hearing a hard ‘G’ in the sound rather than the name of LoL’s avian Champion. While all VODs for Pokimane’s stream have since been deleted, a streamable clip of the broadcast remained live – although viewers were quick to point out that the stream in question was several months old. This isn’t the first time Pokimane has been at the center of controversy; the streamer went under fire for demonetizing the videos of smaller YouTubers in early January, who allegedly used her content in non-transformative ways. “I will take down videos – when it’s a straight reupload of my stream, and when it’s like a gross and misleading title,” Pokimane said of the debacle, after she claimed a video that documented her Twitter beef with Drama Alert’s KEEMSTAR on grounds of copyright infringement. Pokimane has yet to speak out on the alleged racial slur via her social media accounts.

Twitch streamer pledges to try and get banned every day until Korea shutdown – Dexerto
Twitch streamer pledges to try and get banned every day until Korea shutdown Twitch: BVnoonaA Korean Twitch streamer has claimed she will try to get banned from the platform every day until the site goes down in the country. Twitch previously announced that its platform would cease operations in South Korea on February 27th, citing “prohibitively expensive costs” as the main reason. The surprise move was met with wide condemnation from the Korean streaming community, with streamer HAchubby being reduced to tears by the news, saying: “I probably need to move to YouTube, and I’m not sure how many viewers are following me.” However, one streamer had quite a different reaction, instead pledging that she would wreak havoc on the site as long as she still had the chance. Twitch streamer BVnoona commits to getting banned Twitch streamer and Korean content creator Beloved Noona, also known as BVnoona, decided to take a more aggressive approach to the news, promising her viewers that she would be trying to get banned from the platform every day for the next two months. When a subscriber asked her what she was going to do about the news, she said: “For the next two months, we’re doing a ‘let’s get banned’ goal. So every day, I’m going to try and get banned. Of course.” BVnoona, who is known for her Just Chatting content primarily, also ominously mentioned that she had ordered “five boxes of body oil”. Twitch CEO Dan Clancy explained the decision to close operations in Korea in a blog post, saying: “Twitch has been operating in Korea at a significant loss. Our network fees in Korea are still 10 times more expensive than in most other countries.” For more news and updates on Twitch’s plans for Korea, check out our analysis for the reasons behind the region closure.

Twitch streamer Poke confuses everyone with explanation of Avengers game issues – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Poke confuses everyone with explanation of Avengers game issues Square Enix / Pokelawls – TwitchTwitch streamer Pokelawls tried to explain his issues with the movements in the upcoming Avengers game, but if anything it just left everybody confused. Sometimes getting out the right words can be tough, perhaps more so when you have an audience to entertain, and Poke showed us just how true that was during a live stream. He was watching gameplay of the new Avengers game from Crystal Dynamics and had a gripe with the movement, but couldn’t quite explain his issue so he got up and tried to mimic it, leaving viewers pretty unsure as to what he was getting at. “Like what I’m saying is,” he tried to explain. “If I’m, you know you move in a video game, like, right?” Just moments later, he then stood up and tried to better articulate his explanation. “If I wanna turn around, it’s gonna be instant,” he said. “If I turn around in a video game, instant turn around. It’s like a fucking one frame flipped.” In his attempt to show viewers what was he meant, there was a general sense of confusion growing every time as he flipped his camera back and forth in a hilarious display of walking. There’s a good chance that he was talking about how you’ll instantly turn around in a video game and that makes it feel less realistic. It’s difficult to tell the exact point he was getting at, though. The people of r/LivestreamFails were even more confused and thought it was more funny than informative and many would agree with that. “Hadn’t laughed that hard in a bit,” wrote Reddit user xEadzy. “I don’t watch Poke, but that was fucking hilarious.” A common criticism of the Avengers game so far, dating back to E3 2019, has been the character models just seem off. In an interview with PCGamesN, Square Enix confirmed changes were happening and everything will be much more polished when the game launches. “What we’re doing is we are continuing to add detail to their character models, we’re improving the lighting, we’re improving the skin shading,” an official statement reads. “So, what you’re hopefully seeing is the characters continuing to look better as we get closer to launch. But in terms of changing character designs, that’s not currently what we’re looking at.” Hopefully once the game releases, we won’t have to see Poke try and explain his issues with the movements anymore. Marvel’s Avengers is currently on track for a May 15, 2020 release on PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia.

Twitch streamer AirsoftPhatty permanently banned for not moderating viewers – Dexerto
Twitch streamer AirsoftPhatty permanently banned for not moderating viewers Twitch/Instagram: airsoftfattyPopular Twitch streamer Chris ‘AirsoftPhatty’ LaFon has been banned on the streaming platform for the rare case of “unmoderated hateful content” — or, basically, not moderating his viewership properly. Twitch bans are becoming more and more common in recent months, which is to be expected considering the ever-growing number of streamers on the platform. There have been some high-profile cases, such as that of Dr Disrespect, as well as this streamer who saw his account restricted after a gross swimming pool stream. Normally, streamers have to do something against Twitch terms of service or clearly wrong to earn themselves a ban, but AirsoftPhatty’s ban revolves more around what he didn’t do than what he did. LaFon can usually be found in Just Chatting or playing a variety of games with his viewers, but doesn’t have any mods to make sure the stream stays on course. This, ultimately, looks like his downfall. Late on February 1, Chris posted a tweet with a screenshot of an email from Twitch, revealing that he had been banned for “unmoderated hateful content.” Saying that he “needs moderators” for his stream, AirsoftPhatty also asks whether any of his followers have seen this as a reason for bans in the past, showing that it’s not exactly a common occurrence. I just got banned on @Twitch for unmoderated hateful content… I need moderators 🥲 anyone been banned for this before? pic.twitter.com/32GaixIgJ8 — Chris Lafon (@Airsoftfatty420) February 2, 2021 It’s not exactly sure what was the final straw for Twitch to issue the ban, but as laid out in the screenshot posted, it could be any one of the following: Allowing text-to-speech donations on stream that contain hateful symbols. – Allowing users in your chat to repeatedly spam hateful slurs, without taking any moderation actions to remove the messages. – Allowing viewer submitted videos focused on xenophobic ideology to play on stream. – As a result, the ban is indefinite, meaning it will have to be appealed by LaFon before he’s able to get going again. And he’ll want to make sure he has a moderation team ready before going live again.

Twitch streamer pleads for support after hacker allegedly gets account banned – Dexerto
Twitch streamer pleads for support after hacker allegedly gets account banned Twitch / UnsplashA partnered Twitch streamer allegedly had their broadcast hacked while live, leading to some explicit content being put on display to cause a ban and have the channel removed. We’ve seen Twitch accounts suspended from the platform for a wide range of reasons over the years. Whether it’s saying something out of line like ‘simp’ or ‘cracker,’ or toeing the line with edgy content, multiple channels are often flagged every week for some form of violation. At times, however, these suspensions or outright bans can be completely out of a streamer’s control. Such was the case on April 1, when a partnered streamer by the name of ‘Ashdog’ ran into some bad luck. Despite starting their day with what appeared to be a laid-back Minecraft stream, things soon took a turn for the worse. This partner allegedly had their account hacked mid-stream, which soon ended in disaster. ❌ Twitch Partner “ashdog” (@ashdog_) has been banned! ❌https://t.co/b34GnzNyZs#twitch #ban #firstban #partner #twitchpartner 🐽 — StreamerBans (@StreamerBans) April 2, 2022 “Hey Twitch Support, I need your help,” Ashdog said on Twitter, five hours after going live. “My stream got hacked and now they are streaming on my channel.” Within a matter of minutes, this alleged hack saw a range of explicit content appear on stream. Dozens of viewers verified these claims across social media, suggesting this material was not shown by choice. Given this content was in direct violation of the Twitch terms of service, the account was quickly taken down. “I just got f***ing banned,” the streamer confirmed. While there’s no telling exactly how an alleged hacker accessed Ashdog’s account, the punishment remains in effect nonetheless. Twitch has suspended the account “for a week,” but there’s a chance an appeal could see this lifted much sooner. Hey @TwitchSupport I need your help. My stream got hacked me stream and now they are streaming on my channel. — ash. 🍜 (@ashdog_) April 2, 2022 Despite joking about the situation with memes and laughing at the ironic timing on April Fool’s day, the streamer remains without a response from Twitch at the time of writing. We’ll be sure to keep you updated here if the ban is overturned early in the coming days.

Twitch streamer perma-banned for sexual content after playing “meme dance” video – Dexerto
Twitch streamer perma-banned for sexual content after playing “meme dance” video YouTube: Darius IRLA Twitch streamer has been left stunned after receiving an indefinite suspension after playing a “meme dance” video — with the platform saying it broke the rules for “sexually explicit content.” While Twitch is most commonly known for gaming streams and esports tournaments, it plays host to all kinds of weird and wacky streams and categories. IRL and reaction streams have become incredibly common, for example, with broadcasters being more in touch with their viewers throughout the stream. This means that there’s always going to be some varied content, and unexpected moments coming from these streams — and now one seemingly-harmless video reaction has caused streamer Darius IRL to cop a perma-ban on the Amazon-owned platform. Taking to Twitter to vent his frustrations, Darius called out the platform’s “ridiculous algorithmic bans,” and bemoaned yoga streamers being allowed to have “dedicated a*s cams.” The video he watched depicted a man dancing in a sexually suggestive manner, though intended to be more humorous than actually sexual. Darius went on to say that “maybe this platform just isn’t for me,” adding that “After I get unbanned from Twitch I’m probably going to heavily reconsider continuing to stream again.” While the email says that Darius’ suspension is indefinite, he doesn’t foresee it being a legitimately permanent ban — but he might not even want to return anyway by the looks of it.

Twitch streamer permabanned for running over dog moves to Kick – Dexerto
Twitch streamer permabanned for running over dog moves to Kick Twitch/sidneukeA Twitch streamer who was banned on the platform after she ran over a dog with her car has been forced to change platforms. In February, Polish Twitch streamer ‘sidneuke’ went viral after she was driving while looking at her phone and didn’t notice some dogs on the road. The distracted streamer then ran over one of the animals in a clip that spread like wildfire through the Twitch community, resulting in a permaban from the Amazon-owned platform. Although the streamer would later claim that the dog was fine and was back to running like a joyous pup with no fractures, her Twitch ban has forced her to move to Kick. Banned streamer who ran over dog moves to Kick It’s not clear when the streamer first joined Kick, but according to past broadcasts, she went live on the site in February 2023 to play The Witcher. Despite her time on the platform, she’s only managed to amass 127 followers so far. Kick has proven to be quite the controversial platform so far with one streamer, HeelMike, only receiving a one-day ban after having oral sex during a live broadcast. She also doesn’t appear to be driving in any of her VODs, though it’s unknown if this was a personal choice or if she’s facing any ramifications for her distracted driving ordeal. Previously, Polish Media reported that Animal Protection was aware of the incident and alerted it to the prosecutor’s office citing “empathy and social duty.” Sidneuke also says she is in touch with the dog’s owner, but it’s unknown if she had to pay any veterinarian bills or what legal consequences she may be facing following the Twitch ban. In the meantime, Kick continues to see waves of streamers transition to the platform including Adin Ross, Hikaru, and more on the way according to Trainwreck.

Twitch streamer “pays” mod by letting him sniff her underwear – Dexerto
Twitch streamer “pays” mod by letting him sniff her underwear Twitch/supcaitlinThe Twitch mod who went viral for awkwardly kissing his streamer is making waves again after getting to sniff her underwear as “payment.” January has already been a wild one on Twitch. Despite banning the “implied nudity” meta, there’s been no shortage of controversy and drama. In a bizarre moment, Twitch star ‘supcaitlin’ ended up kissing her moderator ‘Dilly’ as a stream goal and the awkward smooch took the community by storm, amassing hundreds of thousands of views. The on-stream shenanigans didn’t end there, however, as the duo upped the ante and are once again going viral, this time for letting the mod sniff and keep her underwear. Streamer “pays” moderator with her underwear in viral clip In a video uploaded to X by Jake Lucky, supcaitlin handed Dilly a pair of her underwear, remarking how she had only “washed one panty.” After holding the undergarment up to his nose and taking a whiff, Dilly claimed it smelled like “the game” and tried to hand it back to the streamer. “Do you want to keep it?” she asked. “You can bring it home.” Not wanting to turn down the gift, Dilly tucked it into his shirt, leaving the streamer-moderator duo to high-five and chime in together: “See! I pay my mods!” Supcaitlin doubled down on the joke later on X, quote tweeting the video with the caption “proof I pay my mods.” However, the clip isn’t rubbing everyone the right way with some users believing she’s taking advantage of her moderator. “This is so sad man I can’t even believe this,” wrote one viewer. “She’s just humiliating this guy,” said another. Regardless of the fan reactions, Dilly defended supcaitlin amid the criticism, claiming that the two are great friends and any insults aimed at him are mere “banter.” It’ll be interesting to see how Twitch responds to the underwear smelling, especially if more streamers decide to invite their mods to partake in similar activities. Twitch streamer’s patio covering blows away On May 11, 2023, Bonnie was on the patio building raised garden beds with Esfand when she realized it was time to secure her gazebo better. Unfortunately, the patio cover blew down into the yard which damaged it in the process. Frustrated, Bonnie went back inside to recoup as she attempted to figure out what to do. “Chat, I’m moving.” She joked before going back outside to look at the damage. Twitch streamer Novaruu appears to casually admit to multiple federal crimes – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Novaruu appears to casually admit to multiple federal crimes Novaruu / TwitterPopular streamer ‘Novaruu’ was just having a chat with her audience, before appearing to casually admit to committing several federal crimes in the past. With most admissions relating to drugs, Novaruu claims that she smuggled a number of different illegal products across states – including New York and California – as well as across Mexico’s border. Not only did the streamer seem to admit to the smuggling, claiming that she “gets off” on doing it, but suggested that she would do it again in the future. What drugs has Novaruu admitted to smuggling? “I’ve smuggled weed into Arizona and back. I’ve smuggled shrooms from New York to here. I’ve smuggled Xanax all the way from Mexico to L.A. I’d do it again, it’s fine.” “I get off on like smuggling drugs,” she added, and it seems that this isn’t a one-time discussion – based on messages posted to Reddit by her viewers. “She was talking about illegally smuggling drugs like a week ago when I was in California,” one Reddit user posted. “I think she likes talking about doing it as much as she likes doing the act itself.” Read More: Top 20 most subscribed YouTube channels – Whether or not these comments are genuine is up for discussion, though. After all, Twitch streamers could say anything – even when they are fooling around – and there’s going to be sections of their audience that believe it. Twitch streamer Oceyana banned after using homophobic slurs on stream – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Oceyana banned after using homophobic slurs on stream Twitch: OceyanaTwitch streamer Oceyana has been banned from the platform after a clip went viral of her using homophobic slurs on stream directed at Valorant players. Already in 2022 there have been a number of noteworthy Twitch bans. In January, a CS:GO streamer was banned after exposing himself on stream to shave parts that people need not see, while elsewhere, while others have been banned over their cartoon emotes. Though some Twitch viewers aren’t always a fan of the platform’s policies regarding bans, there was little question over whether Oceyana would be banned after this outburst on stream. While playing Valorant, Oceyana and her teammate frequently used homophobic slurs about their random teammates. Between matches, Oceyana’s teammate said “Let’s try to get a game where we don’t get f**gots in.” “Yeah,” Oceyana said, not perturbed at all by the use of vulgar language. “If we do get f**gots, I’m going to dodge. I’m just going to dodge.” She and her teammates start laughing about the comments, but it didn’t take long for the clip to be picked up across the internet, with Oceyana making all of her social accounts private after the backlash started. Some users did manage to access her social media accounts before she set them to private, and found an Instagram Story using the same language, allegedly from her account. In the Story, the homophobic slur twice about a player, accusing him of “getting her banned for 30 days on Twitch.” Some viewers also believe she used a racial slur during the clip, though it’s difficult to be sure of what exactly she said. Oceyana has been banned for 30 days.

Twitch streamer Nico opens up on “scary” stalker experience – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Nico opens up on “scary” stalker experience Instagram: nicotwitchh / Twitch / Unsplash: Philipp LansingTwitch streamer Nico is the latest female broadcaster to open up on a “scary” stalker experience while on the platform. She asked her followers to not “fall in love with streamers” after one community member wrote an intimate 246-page blog about her. Nico, who has nearly 80,000 followers on the platform, is a variety streamer who played everything from Apex Legends to Animal Crossing. She has a close-knit community, averaging hundreds of viewers every stream. However, one of her viewers stepped across the line, leading to a “scary” experience. This viewer, who Nico said “has always been kind in chat, showed up when they could, and always seemed like a chill dude,” maintained a blog romanticizing the streamer in a “deeply delusional” way. “I am informed that there is a blog about me that’s been going on for about 5 years of him being ‘deeply delusional’ about me,” she said in a Twitlonger. Nico shared details about the blog — without linking it — claiming that she “couldn’t even stomach” the intimate posts. Don’t fall in love with a streamer. This is scary. Read: https://t.co/x5EREv5BBy — nico 🖤 (@nico__TTV) February 4, 2021 They varied from the viewer being overly attached to Nico’s comments on streams, to getting angry at her “for not having the same interests and hobbies as he does.” Some of the posts left the streamer feeling “physically ill.” “This person watched many of my streams and took anything I said in any general context and made it about him. ‘Connecting dots’ in ways where if I wore a shirt that he had general interest in, he thought I wore it for him,” she said. “One post he states that he tells one of his friends that it’s official between the two of us and that it feels ‘surreal’ and that it’s all in his mind. This one was the f**king scariest for me.” “He talks about calling me his girlfriend. There are posts stating that I am his girlfriend, that he wants to know what it’s like to call me his girlfriend, how to ask a Twitch streamer out, and even has a post where he says he has a dream about someone putting a ring on him, and that it was [me].” The streamer barely interacted with the viewer privately, sending two messages across 2020 about a raid, as well as a “happy holiday response.” “He goes on about how our communication methods don’t match. Let’s be honest…of course they don’t. Because there are no reasons that they need to. I’m not dating you. At all. You are a community member. How do I owe you that much conversation outside stream?” The streamer heeded a warning to viewers to not “fall in love with streamers,” and that streamers need to protect themselves from this kind of harassment. “I don’t think I am overreacting. This is not my fault.” Nico has received an outpouring of support from fans and fellow streamers, some who have experienced the same harassment. I appreciate all of the responses and my heart is so heavy for everyone who responded with similar situations. I’m going to log off for a bit. ❤️ I’m drained. — nico 🖤 (@nico__TTV) February 5, 2021 “I appreciate all of the responses and my heart is so heavy for everyone who responded with similar situations,” she said in a follow-up tweet.

Twitch streamer nearly throws up after finding trash in KFC burger – Dexerto
Twitch streamer nearly throws up after finding trash in KFC burger Twitch: hazunatsAn IRL Twitch streamer in Germany was left gagging after a bite of her KFC burger resulted in a mouthful of “trash”. Despite their specialty being food not drama, KFC has nonetheless gained some notoriety for making headlines over the years. From workers throwing cups of water to the fast food chain offering Diablo 4 beta access in return for a specific sandwich purchase, there’s certainly been a fair share of noteworthy moments. However, their latest antics nearly caused an IRL Twitch streamer to throw up after she discovered “trash” in the burger she was halfway done eating. Twitch streamer Hazu, who goes by ‘hazunats’ online, was attending Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany when she stopped to eat at a KFC outlet. Livestreaming the dining experience, Hazu had to stop halfway through eating her burger after she discovered a ball of paper in her food. Pulling it out of her mouth, Hazu said, “I got trash from the burger. Just give me a second. I’m trying to calm down here. Yeah, it’s real!” The “trash” appeared to be a scrunched-up receipt, with Hazu gagging after she realized what she had almost eaten. “I think it’s a revenge thing because I asked them to remake it,” Hazu said. When she asked to speak to a manager, however, he dismissed her claims saying it was “not possible”. Hazu rejected the manager’s offer for a new burger, telling her viewers instead that she would be emailing KFC about the incident. “I can’t believe that. I am so pissed,” Hazu said after leaving the restaurant, before realizing she had forgotten her jacket. Forced to return to the outlet, the manager followed Hazu and continued to deny her claims until she was finally able to leave the restaurant. Twitch Streamer NICKMERCS Hits Incredible Milestone on His Channel – Dexerto
Twitch Streamer NICKMERCS Hits Incredible Milestone on His Channel YouTube/NICKMERCSFormer Gears of War professional player turned full time streamer Nick “NICKMERCS” Kolcheff has finally hit a major milestone on his Twitch channel after years of dedicated full time streaming. After stepping away from competitive Gears of War and his time on the historic ‘Nsanez’ team in the early days of GOW esports, NICKMERCS focused his efforts on streaming and quickly became popular enough to make a living full time. He continued to grow throughout 2016 and 2017, mainly playing Call of Duty Search and Destroy tournaments on both Black Ops III and Modern Warfare Remastered. But, similar to many other streamers, his following boomed thanks to the release and subsequent rise in popularity of Fortnite Battle Royale. While some of his increased popularity is due to Fortnite, there is no taking away from his own dedication and quality of content, especially since Fortnite streaming quickly became a saturated genre. NICKMERCS managed to stand out from the crowd, with his charismatic energy and aggressive playstyle, as well as being one of the few top Fortnite streamers to play on console. And on June 30th 2018, he hit a major milestone, crossing the 1 million followers mark on the site. NICKMERCS’ story shares some similarities to Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, who was also a professional console player, his game of choice being Halo, before moving to streaming and blowing up with Fortnite. Kolcheff continues to grow, especially his subscriber count which at the time of writing sits at around 25,000, thanks to his popular subscriber Fortnite tournaments which he runs weekly. You can follow and watch NICKMERCS on his Twitch Channel, and keep up to date with him on Twitter.

Warzone star Nadia swiftly unbanned on Twitch after alleged doxing incident – Dexerto
Warzone star Nadia swiftly unbanned on Twitch after alleged doxing incident YouTube: NadiaTwitch streamer Nadia Amine, who has faced a multitude of allegations of hacking in Warzone in recent months, has been handed a ban on the Amazon-owned platform. Nadia shot to fame in 2022 when some ‘hackusation’ YouTubers started accusing her of cheating in the Call of Duty battle royale title, claiming that she uses wallhacks and aimbot among other things. Despite the huge number of critics that believe she is hacking, there has been no proof provided, and she has continued to be invited to compete at Activision events and in various tournaments. Nadia Twitch ban Now, though, the fire has been stoked slightly once again, as Nadia’s Twitch channel has been suspended, the streamer earning her first ban on the platform for reasons that have not yet been made clear. The ban was handed out on December 15, with her page now displaying a message saying that “This channel is temporarily unavailable due to a violation of Twitch’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.” Nadia explains Twitch ban Shortly after receiving the ban, Nadia took to Twitter to explain why it had happened, though she herself was clearly mystified by the reason. “Got banned on Twitch for 14 days for sharing personal information,” she explained. “Whatever that means.” As Warzone 1 started to die down in anticipation of Warzone 2.0, Nadia ended up locked out of her Call of Duty account at one point, prompting rumors that Activision had finally caught her cheating after months of speculation. Before long, she was playing again, and these rumors turned out to be false. That said, CoD legend Seth ‘Scump’ Abner commended Nadia on how she handled the litany of accusations that have been fired her way, calling her a “genius.” Nadia herself has not yet commented publicly on the suspension, but a twitter user showed a clip of her calling out a user’s full name from a hate donation. This would coincide with the “sharing personal information” reason given in the ban. Nadia has since been unbanned from Twitch.

Twitch streamer nearly drowns after almost getting sucked under a boat – Dexerto
Twitch streamer nearly drowns after almost getting sucked under a boat Pajalockk, Twitch / FreepikTwitch continues to give viewers incredible, unscripted, and sometimes downright frightening moments, thanks to its slew of IRL streamers – one of which had a near-death experience on camera. Polish Twitch streamer Patryk ‘pajalockk’ Zawadzki was broadcasting his excursion in a canoe when he came upon a freighter as he paddled down a river. While he appeared to make an attempt at paddling around the boat, his canoe ended up hitting its aft starboard quarter, leading the smaller craft into a dangerous current that overturned the canoe – appearing to get sucked up underneath the freighter due to the strength of the current. 600The scene erupted in a moment of brief panic as the streamer seemed to be caught beneath the freighter, his friends rushing to the riverbank to get a better look at the situation. The streamer emerged from the river mere seconds later, clinging to the boat’s rear in an attempt to keep his head above water – likely a huge relief to his panicked compatriots. While the original VOD has been deleted and the exact location of the scene cannot be verified, one Reddit commenter claimed that the debacle went down in Detroit’s St. Claire river – a dangerous spot for divers and boaters, due to currents caused by freighters just like the craft seen in the video. “…It’s roughly a third of a mile wide, with a few narrow shipping channels for freighters, occasionally as large as 800 – 1,000 feet, “ the commenter explained. “No way in hell I’d ever dive there – aside from the draft leaving only a few feet of room between the ship and the riverbed, the water displacement from such large ships in narrow channels causes dangerous currents.” This wouldn’t be the first time an IRL streamer has documented a dangerous situation, by far; in fact, YouTube streamer ‘Furry Potato Live’ was involved in a violent altercation with a security guard in early February, after deciding to stream outside of a synagogue in Los Angeles, California. After questioning the streamer why he and his friend were streaming outside the synagogue, the guard requested that the pair stop moving – but the two continued to pace back and forth, prompting the guard to draw his gun and fire on the streamer, wounding him in the leg. [Timestamp: 1:33 for mobile viewers] While the guard was later arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, no further information has been released concerning the Polish streamer’s wellbeing after nearly drowning.

In December 2020, the streamer was accused of grooming underage girls, after screenshots emerged online of a 17-year-old girl saying she had sent him pictures of herself for money. In the screenshots, the individual says that MrConRem is 22 years old, but the leaker claims he’s actually 24. Another screenshot showed an unnamed person allege that the streamer sent her inappropriate messages despite the fact that her age was listed in her bio as 17. https://twitter.com/starlovesuu/status/1334955136695865344 Shortly after, MrConRem responded to the situation with a TwitLonger post, in which he said, “I was told she was 18,” calling it a “mistake.” He also added that he’s “so sorry to those who were affected.” He appeared to deactivate his account after posting the TwitLonger. Twitch streamer MrConRem deletes Twitter after grooming accusations – Dexerto
Twitch streamer MrConRem deletes Twitter after grooming accusations YouTube: MrConRemA popular Fortnite streamer has shut down his Twitter account after responding to allegations of grooming a 17-old-girl as alleged screenshots emerged between the two parties and went viral online. MrConRem is a relatively popular Twitch streamer, best known for playing Fortnite for his audience of over 200,000 followers. However, it seems that his fanbase is fragmented after the broadcaster was accused of grooming a 17-year-old girl, with a Twitter user leaking supposed screenshots between MrConRem and the minor online. The messages appear to show that the minor knew she was sending sensitive photos to ConRem, who the texts claimed was 22 years old (although the leaker claims he is actually 24). The girl apparently exchanged the photos for money, stating that she’d made $150 from the streamer. https://twitter.com/starlovesuu/status/1334955136695865344?s=20 Another screenshot from the user also showed yet another alleged minor claiming that the streamer engaged in similar behavior with them, although these claims have yet to be affirmed. Further purported screenshots also show ConRem asking the minor for her age, who told him she was 17. https://twitter.com/starlovesuu/status/1335061551712231424?s=20 ConRem has since responded to the situation with a Twitlonger post, claiming that he had no idea about the girl’s age and saying she’d told him she was 18 at the time. “I was told she was 18,” ConRem explained. “I had no idea. People receive pictures or nudes or buy them… on a day-to-day basis. Regardless, it was a mistake. As much as I regret some decisions in the past 8 months I cannot reverse it, and I’m so sorry to those who were affected. “I am getting help and making progress. Every day I continue to work on myself. Not only for me, but for those of you who look up to me. I need to set a better example. That being said, I’m going to be taking some time off to focus on bettering myself and the people in my life.” That’s not all; despite his apology, ConRem deleted his Twitter after publishing the Twitlonger post, which has since been shared as a screenshot online. The streamer’s Twitch page, however, is still online at the time of writing, as is his YouTube channel. Thus far, it doesn’t appear that public sentiment is in ConRem’s favor in spite of his apology post, although many viewers are asking for further proof amid the ongoing allegations against him.

Twitch streamer mortified after receiving literal dog poo from a viewer – Dexerto
Twitch streamer mortified after receiving literal dog poo from a viewer Twitch: AmericanDadLiveTwitch streamer ‘AmericanDad’ was left slack-jawed after opening some smelly fan mail during a live broadcast — but the viewer responsible didn’t get away with their ‘poopy’ prank. It’s not unusual for streamers to open up fan mail during the occasional broadcast or two. Opening a P.O. box allows content creators to interact with their fans in a unique way… and allows viewers to pull hilarious pranks on their favorite influencers, too. From body pillows to costumes and more, top Twitch streamers have received some seriously strange gifts from their fans — but a recent fan-mail opening stream has taken the proverbial cake (in true ‘The Help’ style). On July 7, Twitch streamer ‘AmericanDad’ uploaded a clip from one of his recent broadcasts to Twitter, which showed him opening up a box sent in from a viewer. The box came with a note that read, “I think you’re going to need a plunger for this one.” Someone sent me a PO Box package full of dog poo that I opened up on stream yesterday. Enjoy. pic.twitter.com/WIec9XwT9F — AmericanDad (@AmericanDadLive) July 7, 2021 “This actually smells like s**t,” the streamer remarked. “This actually smells like a turd. Is there f**king poop in here, bro?” It turns out that this was, indeed, the case, prompting the streamer to cover his nose with his shirt and dispose of the package’s contents after conscripting his friend to back him up. In a follow-up Tweet, AmericanDad explained that he’d banned the viewer responsible for the poopy present, noting that they hadn’t said anything in the chat until he opened up the box on stream. 4. At the end of the day, even tho its gross. It is kind of funny. — AmericanDad (@AmericanDadLive) July 7, 2021 “Vet who sends you packages, even to a PO Box. I know, it sucks,” he wrote. “At the end of the day, even though it’s gross, it is kind of funny.” While AmericanDad took the prank in good spirits, this is far from the first time a streamer has been gifted poop; Twitch star ‘Erobb’ was given a similar token of a fan’s appreciation in October 2020, and instantly noted that he had an infant in the house that could have gotten sick due to the contents of the package. Luckily, this doesn’t seem to have been the case with AmericanDad’s situation — although it does act as a reminder for broadcasters to take extra care with their fan mail.

Twitch streamer mortified after catching older man filming her on beach – Dexerto
Twitch streamer mortified after catching older man filming her on beach Twitch: ibabyrainbowA Twitch streamer was left mortified after catching an older guy attempting to secretly film her on the beach during her broadcast. It’s no secret that IRL Twitch streams manage to capture some of the wildest content the internet has to offer. For instance, one Twitch streamer was attacked by a wild monkey during their trip to Kathmandu, while another caught a brawl breaking out in a fast-food restaurant in a viral broadcast. While chaos is known to break out during IRL streams from time to time, the latest incident taking IRL Twitch by storm is leaving some viewers shocked and downright disgusted. Twitch streamer shocked after man sneaks photos of her on beach Twitch streamer and OnlyFans creator ‘ibabyrainbow’ was catching some rays on the beach during an IRL broadcast when she noticed that another beachgoer appeared to be up to something nefarious right behind her. As she turned around, she noticed that an older man was seemingly recording her on his phone, right in plain sight. When she spotted him, he quickly went on his way, as if he were merely attempting to record the rest of the beach. The ordeal clearly left babyrainbow disgusted, as she left out a few choice words while moving her beach towel and streaming equipment further up the strand. Thus far, the streamer hasn’t commented on the situation on her social media accounts, and the VOD of the broadcast has since expired – but it’s clear that the guy’s actions weren’t welcome. Oddly enough, this isn’t the first time this situation has happened to ibabyrainbow. In 2022, the streamer was left horrified after viewers alerted her that an older man was sneaking photos of her at a self-checkout in a grocery store.

Twitch streamer mortified after mom tells her to “keep your clothes on” – Dexerto
Twitch streamer mortified after mom tells her to “keep your clothes on” Twitch: TheNicoleTTwitch streamer ‘TheNicoleT’ was left embarrassed during a live broadcast, after a celebratory phone call with her mom turned into some hilarious streaming advice. TheNicoleT is a popular Twitch streamer who, at just 20-years-old, boasts an audience of over 52,000 followers. She has recently been on a quest – like many Twitch creators – to up her subscriber count. Working towards a total daily sub count of 50, Nicole blitzed through it in no time and sat at over 300 subs for the day. This called for celebration, so the college student phoned up her mom to let her know just how well streaming was going. “Hi I’m streaming,” Nicole said, once her mom had picked up. “I was when you called. I was getting a bunch of subscriptions all at once. Got like 300, more than 300! It’s insane, people are being so nice tonight.” Shortly after congratulating her daughter, Nicole’s mom can be heard advising the streamer to “keep your clothes on”. Her mom quickly laughs and seems embarrassed by the fact Nicole’s phone was on speaker, and the streamer’s whole audience heard the advice. Thankfully, Nicole herself didn’t take the advice all too seriously and shrugged it off with some embarrassed laughter. It seems like her mom tried to do the same thing, promptly hanging up after it came to her attention that hundreds of viewers had heard the hilarious advice. According to her Twitch biography Nicole still works part-time delivering pizzas. With an average subscription costing a viewer $5 a piece, her recent success makes a full-time Twitch career all the more likely. She clearly has the self-aware sense of humor required to go far in the streaming world.

Many Twitch streamers have faced bans for reasons they deem unfair. In 2022 alone, we’ve seen Mira accuse Twitch of banning her because she’s Russian, while another was banned for their cartoon emotes. Early on March 29, Meowko received a ban from the platform, and immediately the comments on social media were shocked by Twitch’s decision. Twitch streamer Mira left terrified as stalker vandalizes her house – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Mira left terrified as stalker vandalizes her house Twitch: MiraMira, a Twitch streamer with more than 300,000 followers, has been dealing with a stalker for years. However, things have escalated after they showed up at her house and vandalized it, leaving her terrified for her safety. While streamers try to keep their private lives separate from their public profiles, it’s easier said than done for most. Some of Twitch’s biggest stars have had to deal with stalkers lurking while they’re off-camera, and Mira is no exception. The Twitch streamer, who has 300,000 followers, has been trying to get rid of one for years. However, the stalker has now left her scared for her safety after they showed up at her house and vandalized it. “We’ve got a problem. It’s a recurring problem. He is back, and this time, he’s not just back. He violated my personal belongings,” Mira said on stream, which has now been deleted. “I couldn’t hear very well, but I heard it and I was like ‘well somebody is at the door, but my delivery [for food] is for tomorrow’ so I was like ‘what the f**k is that?’ “I didn’t talk to him or interact, but I saw he had some sort of present for me and something he was holding for a while then he put it down, took a picture, and then he used a spray [paint] can to spray my door. It smells so bad. My whole apartment stinks of chemicals. I popped the windows but he’s poisoning me in my own f**king apartment.” Mira stated she forwarded the information about her stalker to security — and she has CCTV footage to prove it was him — but they haven’t acted on trying to stop him from visiting. She also showcased the damage to her viewers, with the stalker drawing a love heart with Mira’s name under it right on her front door. It’s left her concerned for her own safety, to the point where she’s considering getting a gun in case things get worse. Mira did have one final word for her stalker, telling them they’ll “rot” in jail if they continue showing up at her doorstep. “You piece of sh*t leave me alone. I don’t need your love. You are actually violating my physical and mental space.” “I tried to be polite about it. When he approached me at events I’d be like ‘no, no, thank you, no.’ No is the bottom line. Then I tried ignoring him because reasoning doesn’t work. But you’re going to come here and try and gas me out of my place? “You, motherf**ker, are going to jail and you’re going to rot there if you don’t stop.”

On his stream on August 24, Destiny revealed that after the latest meeting, the “prosecutor” had explained that they were considering criminal charges based on fraudulent bookkeeping. Additionally, her passport has been seized, rendering her unable to leave the country and return to the US for the time being. Destiny explains Melina situation Speaking openly on his stream, Destiny said, “For whatever reason, the prosecutor is now considering indicting her for ‘fraudulent books’, and they seized her f**king passport. “So now she can’t leave the country, or come back to the United States, and now she’s looking at possible criminal charges – for, what?” Topic starts at 1:24:00 Destiny explained he was surprised, as in the US, he believes most self-employed people will be spared penalties if they “f**k up” their tax return in their first year. “In Sweden, I guess they just assume you’re engaged in fraudulent, like, wilful tax evasion?” Well, fraudulent bookkeeping – the [lawyer] said it was a bookkeeping charge.” Destiny also claims that Melina has paid over $200,000 USD in taxes to the Swedish government already. Twitch streamer Meowko claims she was wrongfully banned because of “hate reports” – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Meowko claims she was wrongfully banned because of “hate reports” Instagram: meowkololTwitch streamer Meowko has been banned on Twitch, and claimed that it happened due to “massive hate reports” after a clip of hers went viral even though she “didn’t break any Terms of Service.” Meowko had almost 300k followers at the time of her ban on August 22, most often found in the Just Chatting category for her near-daily streams. The Japanese streamer has gained popularity in recent months, but in that time she’s had to face suspensions from the Amazon-owned platform more than once for different reasons. In March 2022, Meowko claimed she had been banned for “wearing gym clothes” during a cooking stream, questioning the ban email which suggested violative conduct included “wearing a speedo or bikini while cooking.” Fast forward a few months and she has been banned from the platform once again. This time, she claimed it came due to a mass reporting incident for a clip of hers that went viral. “My ban reason is because my clip went on LSF and so many [people] massive hate reported it even though I didn’t break any TOS,” Meowko explained. “All my bans happened like this so Don’t worry It’s just bored ppl trying to make me feel sh*t.” Meowko added that she will “be back in a day,” so we know the ban isn’t too severe this time around. That said, it could become problematic if she keeps getting banned. Meowko has more to worry about than just Twitch bans, however. In recent months, she has had to end streams over “stalker” concerns.

Twitch streamer Mayahiga grosses out viewers by eating glue – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Mayahiga grosses out viewers by eating glue Mayahiga – TwitchA seemingly harmless arts-and-crafts stream on Twitch suddenly took a bizarre turn as the host streamer decided it would be a good idea to eat some glue. As much as it has become one of the most prominent hubs for online entertainment, Twitch has also featured more than its fair share of weird and awkward content. The latest example of this comes courtesy of Just Chatting streamer Maya Higa, who thought it would be a good idea to see what glue tasted like while streaming live. Mayahiga is one of the most subscribed-to affiliates on Twitch. During the middle of her arts-and-crafts stream in celebration of Independence Day, Maya was asked by someone she was on a call with if she had ever tried Elmer’s brand glue. Without giving it a second thought, the streamer pulled out some glue and put a very small amount on the tip of her tongue, saying “not until now.” While it’s unclear why she thought it would be a good idea to taste the substance, what became immediately apparent was that she did not enjoy the experience one bit, as she quickly tried to get it out of her mouth using toilet paper and water. “It’s on the roof of my mouth, ew,” she said, barely keeping her facial expressions straight. While her actions likely won’t get her in trouble with Twitch, they certainly won’t help her in the long run, when it comes to her career as a streamer. Mayahiga, who has had over 2,500 subscribers at one point, has found it surprisingly difficult to get partnered on the platform in the past, and eating glue doesn’t seem like it will be the key to earning her a promotion. Maya claims that Twitch keeps denying her a partnership because her content is “too reactionary.” For now, she remains as one of the most subscribed-to affiliates on Twitch, and there’s really no telling when, or if, she’ll eventually get that partner status.

Twitch streamer Malena explains why hot tub streams need to be stopped – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Malena explains why hot tub streams need to be stopped Instagram: @MalenatudiPopular Twitch streamer Malena ‘Malena’ Tudi has voiced her opinion on the negative impact of hot tub streams and explained why they need to be stopped. Just like any other platform, Twitch goes through trends and phases where a particular type of content becomes very popular for a period of time. Well, the ongoing ‘Hot Tub meta’ that’s taken over Twitch in the last few months has become a controversial topic among the community. Big streamers and personalities including Pokimane and Ethan Klein have voiced their opinion on whether these hot tub streams should be allowed on Twitch. Now, popular streamer Malena has spoken out, explaining the consequences this content could have on the platform and why it needs to be stopped. Twitch streamer Malena slams ongoing hot tub meta It’s no secret that hot tub streams on Twitch are incredibly popular at the moment and various new personalities are gaining notoriety from them. However, Malena questioned if anyone has considered the consequences moving forward. The popular streamer took to Twitter to voice her opinion on the matter. Talking to Twitch directly and clearly frustrated, Malena asked why the company isn’t doing anything about the hot tub streams. “WHEN ARE YOU GUYS GONNA DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE HOTTUB S**T WHAT IS F***ING GOING ON,” she posted on May 9. WHEN ARE YOU GUYS GONNA DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS HOTTUB SHIT WHAT IS FUCKING GOING ON — malena (@malenatudi) May 9, 2021 She even made a second tweet elaborating on exactly why these streams could be damaging to Twitch as a whole. Malena points out that the platform is 13+ and there’s a risk that a person that age could attempt to recreate this type of content. If that were to happen, she states that there could be severe consequences for other creators. “Website is 13+, what happens when a 13-year-old does this? Advertisers will pull out, adpocalypse 2.0, website will get a whole different type of reputation.” Website is 13+, what happens when a 13 year old does this? Advertisers will pull out, adpocalypse 2.0, website will get a whole different type of reputation and everyone who is affiliated with twitch will suffer due to action not being taken before the CONSEQUENCES HIT!!!! — malena (@malenatudi) May 9, 2021 Although Twitch has revealed that they’re “closely” monitoring the hot tub meta, no action has been taken against that type of content as a whole. Despite this, it’s obvious a lot of big creators are concerned about these streams and want Twitch to take a stand as soon as possible.

Twitch streamer MarkiLokurasY unbanned after two-month ‘permanent’ ban – Dexerto
Twitch streamer MarkiLokurasY unbanned after two-month ‘permanent’ ban Twitch: MarkiLokurasY/TwitchSpanish streamer Marcos ‘MarkiLokurasY’ Barragan Rosado has returned to Twitch two months after receiving a ‘permanent ban’ for violating Twitch’s sexual content guidelines on stream. While Twitch’s rules and guidelines are pretty stringent, receiving a permanent ban from the platform and being banished elsewhere requires a pretty major incident to occur – either on-stream or off it. Most times, streamers are hit with a suspension – ranging from a day to a few weeks – and even if they lose their partner status, they could still return at some point down the line. Though, it might take two years like in the case of AXIUN. Back in August, Spanish streamer MarkiLokurasY was hit with a permanent ban for breaking Twitch rules around sexual content on stream. However, he’s been allowed to return. The Spanish streamer, who has over 1.4 million followers on the platform, was originally banned after a clip of nudity popped up during his broadcast. He apologized in the aftermath, noting he’d need a little time. Despite his ban from Twitch, he continued to make YouTube content for his 1 million subscribers, noting he was planning on making a comeback to streaming at some point. Well, as of October 7, he’s been allowed to do so. The Spanish streamer had his Twitch ban lifted after 1 month, 3 weeks, and 3 days. However, his partner status has still been revoked at the time of writing, and you cannot subscribe to his channel. ✅ Twitch Partner “”MarkiLokurasY”” (@MarkiLokurasY) has been unbanned after 1 month, 3 weeks and 3 days! ✅https://t.co/7uLm9Wwoct#twitch #unban #partner #twitchpartner 📭 — StreamerBans (@StreamerBans) October 7, 2021 After making his return, the Spaniard noted that he’s going to try and get his partner status back but he does not know if that’ll happen. wno gracias a todos por los mensajes de apoyo, voy a intentar ver como consigo el partner y tengo ganas de ponerme a hacer cosas ahora voy a configurar y tal todo que me han devuelto la cuenta y no se en que situacion esta pero efectivamente no creo que vuelva a hacer FN :’P — Marki : ) (@MarkiLokurasY) October 7, 2021 It is possible for streamers to work their way back to being partner eligible on Twitch, but ultimately, the decision lays on the side of the streaming platform. They may point to previous bans and guideline violations to note that they won’t reverse their decision, but we’ll have to wait and see what happens.

Twitch streamer Macaiyla sheds light on major jaw surgery – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Macaiyla sheds light on major jaw surgery IG: MacaiylaTwitch streamer Macaiyla has revealed details on her jaw surgery, confirming to fans that she’s “doing okay” and sharing images after the procedure. Macaiyla is an immensely popular Twitch streamer, currently boasting over 320,000 followers on the Amazon-owned broadcasting platform. She has recently been absent from the platform as a result of surgery to her jaw that has put her temporarily out of action. In a series of January 5 tweets, she shed light on details of the procedure, explaining that it goes back to her youth. Macaiyla sheds light on jaw surgery Firstly, she thanked fans for their kindness in the aftermath of her surgery, reassuring them that she was doing “okay”. “Thnx for the nice comments I’m doing ok today,” she said. “Not sure if they’re trying to suck me off but they said everyone at the table was shocked at my face. I’m just hoping they didn’t make my jaw too small.” She also shared an image of her face post-surgery, heavily bandaged and clearly early in the recovery process. When asked by a fan whether she “chose” the surgery or it was required, Macaiyla explained that it dates back to issues with her “bite” in her younger years. “I’ve had bite issues since I was in middle school around 12,” she said. “My bite doesn’t look as bad anymore because I had braces, expanders, and rubber bands to help appear normal. You can’t get jaw surgery until you are 18… So I am doing it now because the recommended age to get it done by is between 18-25.” Another tweet confirmed she’ll be completely back to normal in around a month – even if the effects of the surgery may take longer to fully show themselves. She has previously confirmed she’ll upload a vlog about her surgery in the future, so fans can expect any more questions they have to be answered when that drops on her YouTube channel.

Twitch streamer makes pizza delivery driver’s day with huge tip from subs – Dexerto
Twitch streamer makes pizza delivery driver’s day with huge tip from subs Twitch / SweatcicleIn an unplanned act of kindness, Twitch streamer ‘Sweatcicle’ made a pizza delivery driver’s day by leaving her with a massive tip on his order — all of which was donated by subscribers in his community. Content creators and their communities often team up for good causes — usually with some entertaining twists and incentives involved as well. Whether it’s a charity subathon on Twitch, or a dedicated philanthropy channel on YouTube, creators have put up some impressive numbers (even into the millions) when working for a good cause. Some acts of kindness come in the spur of the moment, however, as was the case with Twitch partner Sweatcicle‘s stream on October 23, where he made a pizza delivery driver’s day by giving them a generous tip — fully covered by members of his community. During his broadcast, the Destiny creator decided to order some pizza, but with a slight twist: he promised his community that any subscriptions received in the time before placing his order would be donated to the pizza delivery driver as tip money. Sweatcicle’s fans didn’t disappoint, and raised over $70 dollars in just a couple of minutes — a substantial tip for a single pizza delivery order. The streamer’s kindness didn’t stop there, however. When his pizza arrived, he welcomed the delivery driver into his home, and brought her on-stream to share the moment with his community. As the driver entered his streaming room, Sweatcicle introduced her to his viewers: “That’s all thanks to the people in chat,” he said with a smile, pointing to his computer screen. Ordered Dominos on stream last night. I told chat any money I got through subs 2 minutes before I put in my order I would leave as a tip. Chat tipped $72 to the driver and she wanted to come on stream to say thanks pic.twitter.com/EnGOFfuivs — Eli (@Sweatcicle) October 24, 2021 “You guys paid my electric bill!” the driver exclaimed, looking at Twitch chat. “You guys are great, you guys are awesome,” she continued, thanking them profusely. “Thank you so much. You guys rock.” Sweatcicle also thanked his community for the kind gesture as the delivery driver made her exit. “I’m shaking!” she exclaimed as she shook Sweatcicle’s hand on her way out the door. Twitch can be a source of contention for both streamers and viewers, but Sweatcicle’s act of kindness is another reminder of how often creators and their communities will go out of their way to brighten someone’s day — even if it’s just a simple tip on an order of pizza.

Twitch streamer left in tears after camera equipment gets stolen – Dexerto
Twitch streamer left in tears after camera equipment gets stolen MC Fixer, YouTube / FreepikLive streaming, although popular, requires the proper equipment to be done effectively, with many streamers spending hundreds – if not thousands – on cameras, lighting, and other materials. Thus, it comes as no surprise that streamers grow a bit frustrated when their equipment breaks down – or worse, gets outright stolen from them. One unlucky Twitch streamer was the victim of such theft in late September, after leaving his bag unattended to chat with a group of customers in a coffee shop. The streamer, Correy Spearman, uploaded an emotional video explaining his plight on September 28, claiming that all of his camera equipment had effectively been pilfered – equipment that he’d worked hard to purchase over the course of five years. “This is the worst thing ever,” Spearman said through tears. “You know how hard I worked for that? You know how hard I worked for that camera? You know how hard I’ve worked for everything I have in my life? …Microphones, memory cards, lights. …Both of my cameras are gone.” I got my bag stolen it has both my camera’s in it lights my whole life. 5 years I’ve been doing this working my ass off. Gone. pic.twitter.com/IUqVn10pH7 — Correy Spearman (@MCFixer) September 28, 2019 That’s not all: the streamer’s house keys were also stolen, with Spearman later uploading a second video from his mother’s house, thanking his audience for their “overwhelming” support in light of the life-ruining theft. Although wary of doing so, Spearman started a GoFundMe to replace his stolen equipment at the behest of his fanbase, avoiding having to “start all over again” after five years of hard work. “My life was in that bag,” the streamer explained. “It genuinely was. Everything I had built for the last five years was in that bag.” In fact, Spearman was set to work with games journalist Laura Kate Dale on an upcoming documentary for #JournoDevSwap, a project where game critics replace game developers for a game jam. According to Dale, Spearman lost over $2,000 in equipment and important footage due to the theft – meaning that her documentary coverage of the event will no longer happen. My planned documentary coverage of #JournoDevSwap is no longer happening. My camera guy got robbed. Two grand in camera gear and all our footage got stolen. — Laura Kate Dale (@LaurakBuzz) September 28, 2019 “Yeah, I invited him to come work with me and he’s lost his livelihood,” Dale said of the tragic theft. “I feel super responsible.” Despite the unfortunate incident, Spearman has already surpassed his £2,500 goal by £100 – just hours after uploading his initial video on the topic, marking a heartwarming end to an otherwise heartbreaking debacle.

Twitch streamer left red-faced after accidentally cussing his mother – Dexerto
Twitch streamer left red-faced after accidentally cussing his mother Apex Legends streamer Mitchell ‘Bird’ Guernica was left red-faced after swearing at a message in his Twitch chat calling him out on his foul language, only to realize it was his mother on a newly created account. The Spacestation Gaming pro was grinding out matches in Apex Legends when he dropped some foul language, which most of his chat was used to. There was one new fan, however, that seemed to take offense to Guernica’s cussing. “Hi Bird, Mother Hen here, watch our language,” the message from new user ‘winetime1965’ read, and as soon as the Twitch streamer read the request he fired back a retort that clearly showed he wasn’t going to be taking the advice: “The f***? F*** you.” The gears seemed to begin whirring in the Spacestation Gaming star’s head as soon as he hit back, however, and after a moment of silence, as well as a proper read of the account’s name, the pieces of the puzzle fell into place. “Oh wait, are you my mom?” he said as the realization dawned on him. “Wait, your name is winetime1965, wait I think that’s my mom. Are you actually my mom?” The streamer sounded sheepish as he backtracked on his quick clap-back to the first message, trying to apologize for his hilarious mistake as his mother watched on in chat. “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean that. That actually makes sense, it sounds like a name you would make. Oh, f***, I’m sorry mother,” Bird said, sounding red-faced after cussing his own mom. The Apex star quickly realised he should try to win back some favor with his mom, who he had just swore at multiple times, and dropped a parting message: “I love you! I love you, mom. How is your day going? I’m so sorry, s***. You’ve gotta warn me first!” Luckily for Bird, his mom seemed happy enough with his apology, despite the swear words still layered throughout, and said that she still loved him. As she left, she dropped one last message as only a mother can, encouraging the Apex pro to “go get some kills” as he continued his stream, an objective the Spacestation star promised he’d deliver on. It’s the least he could do considering he’d left her so offended.

Twitch streamer left “homeless” in Japan after bank takes back donation money – Dexerto
Twitch streamer left “homeless” in Japan after bank takes back donation money Twitch: RelicKrisA Twitch streamer has been left stranded and “homeless” in Japan after a donator’s bank took back the gifted funds needed for his trip. A Swedish Twitch streamer has found himself in hot water after using donated money from his stream to fund a trip to Japan. However, shortly after arriving at his holiday destination, the donator’s bank took back the money following a chargeback. Now, “homeless” in a foreign country, the man revealed via Twitch that he was bankrupt with no clue on what to do — though not everyone has been sympathetic to his cause. Kris, who goes by ‘RelicKris’ on Twitch, revealed, “So basically, me and Emmy, we had some goals to come to Asia, and the person donated for us to go and do these things in Asia so we went.” “So I came out to Asia and I used the donation money to come here and now it’s all gone so now I’m stuck,” Kris explained. “My option is… I don’t know what my option is. I have to figure out what I’m going to do tonight, I don’t know.” When it comes to Twitch donations, viewers can dispute a donation or payment, resulting in a chargeback. Due to this, many didn’t feel sorry for Kris’ circumstances as they felt he should have known better than to book a trip before the funds had been secured. Another said, “Even if true, he’s using it to try and get more money from people. It’s a donation bait if anything. For someone who hasn’t got money to stay for the night or get back home, he seems awfully calm (He’s streaming right now). He 100% got money.” Be sure to check out all the latest entertainment news on our page here.

This Twitch streamer’s boxing match ended in disaster A viral clip, which has eclipsed 110,000 views on Twitch and much more on social media, shows Zoil making a few good counterpunches. Seconds after a big shot from his opponent, the broadcaster could be seen accidentally edging nearer to the camera that sits near the monitor. It wasn’t long before he got caught up in the moment and KOd the screen, instead of the boxer in the game. In a jokey reply to a thread on Reddit, a user said: “Chat finally caught these hands.” Another said, in jest: “Erobb got banned for threatening a chatter while zoil actually hit us. If Twitch didn’t have favorites he’d get clapped for 3 months.” It just goes to show that VR games can be more immersive than even the player may realize at times. By knocking out the screen, he left his chin ready to be shattered in the center of the ring.

Twitch streamer Keffals left terrified after getting swatted: “My life is in danger” – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Keffals left terrified after getting swatted: “My life is in danger” YouTube, keffalsTwitch streamer Clara ‘Keffals’ Sorrenti has been left fearing for her life after being swatted by police for a crime she never committed. The content creator has over 40,000 followers on her Twitch channel, where she streams regularly. On August 5, she was swatted at her home at night, in London, Canada. They woke up to officers pointing an assault rifle their way while in bed. Police swatting incidents are becoming more common for Twitch streamers, often caused by false reports to local officials. Two days later, she posted an update on her personal situation after fans were worried about her. She said: “I’m alive. A lot of crazy sh*t happened to me. I’ll be making a statement soon after I talk to my lawyer. I love you all. Take care of yourselves.” Keffals says “life in danger” after being swatted On August 9, Keffals posted a video to her YouTube channel with the caption: “My life is in danger. I need your help.” She was swatted after an email impersonating her was sent to every city councilor in the area stating she had an illegal firearm, at 6 AM in the morning. Police services responded quickly by swatting her property. Keffals says she was told the email stated that she had already killed her Mother – and intended to fire at other people inside the city hall. “It was an obvious attempt to make the police humiliate me,” she said. Keffals has stated her intentions to move home immediately, urging her fans and the wider public to make donations to her GoFundMe page. A tweet said: “Because publicizing what happened is going to encourage more people to impersonate me and attempt to get the police to terrorize me, I need to move immediately. Any money I receive after recouping my losses and moving will be put towards a legal fund.” The police searched for a firearm, ammunition, cartridges, gun case, and other items before realizing the email was fake. Keffals says the incident has “completely destroyed” the lives of herself and her fiance, with computers and cell phones being taken away by the police. The process of having these items looked over by digital forensic professionals could take “months” according to her lawyer. The political streamer says this was a hate crime of identity theft against her for being transgender – and accused police of “terrorizing” her during the process. She has since spent thousands to replace that equipment and has been released with no charges, but is still a suspect in the criminal investigation that is ongoing.

The 24-year-old called the setup the “world’s first trampoline streaming studio.” The Valorant streamer moved in with fellow content creators Grim and Shiro, a pair of friends who’ve come along for the trampoline-fueled ride. To celebrate the completion of the renovations, Keeoh started a Twitch subathon which has been ongoing for six straight days now. The broadcaster has been performing trick shots with the trampoline, as well as playing chess and non-trampoline-related activities. He also leaps out of his gaming setup each time he gets a clutch in Valorant. While the trampoline itself didn’t cost $500k, the renovations to the house to fit the elastic piece of furniture inside ended up being quite costly, which was delayed due to the global health crisis. While this might not have been the most economical choice, it certainly provides for an entertaining viewer experience, and for Keeoh, has got to be quite fun to bounce around his own whenever he pleases.

Twitch streamer Kaceytron clarifies clip after racist slur accusations – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Kaceytron clarifies clip after racist slur accusations YouTube: KaceytronKaceytron is a well-known personality on Twitch, whose sarcastic, self-deprecating humor and biting honesty have earned her an impressive following — but she’s had to hit back at unexpected criticism in a series of recent posts. Kaceytron has made quite a name for herself as a full-time broadcaster, amassing hundreds of thousands of followers on Twitch and YouTube combined for her humorous streams and interactions with other broadcasters. While she’s never been one to take critiques and judgements of her character sitting down, Kaceytron has recently taken to social media to combat claims that she said a racial slur while singing along to a song in a past broadcast. “There’s a clip of me surfacing where it SOUNDS like I am saying the N-Word,” the steamer explained. “I FULLY understand that it SOUNDS like I am saying it. However, I am not. This isn’t the first time in Twitch history someone has said something that started with an ‘N’ and is misheard as the N-word.” There’s a clip of my surfacing where it SOUNDS like I am saying the N-Word. I FULLY understand that it SOUNDS like I am saying it. However, I am not. This isn’t the first time in twitch history someone has said something that started with an “”N”” and is misheard as the N-word. — kaceytron (@kaceytron) March 19, 2021 According to Kaceytron, she was singing along to Tech9’s ‘Hood Go Crazy’ when the clip was taken, saying the lyric, “Kansas City natives and we’re all a little kookoo” — a verse that has no racial slur involved. The streamer also noted that she was wearing a mask during the clip, making it even harder for viewers to accurately hear what she was actually saying. She then provided a link to the VOD of the clip in question. Kaceytron went on to claim that she repeatedly reiterated that she did not say a slur directly after the moment occurred, and even had to take a break from the broadcast because she “was so upset” over the incident. Here is the actual VOD of the occurence https://t.co/GXqqrMjoUM it happened around the 4hr mark, legit for probably the next 3 hours of my stream I am re-iterating that I didn’t say it RIGHT AFTER IT HAPPENED… I ended up having to take a break from my stream I was so upset. — kaceytron (@kaceytron) March 19, 2021 That’s not all — others have criticized Kaceytron for apparently quoting a racial slur that was said to her during a more recent broadcast. The streamer argued that she misspoke, and apologized. I was heated and in the moment and mispoke. I apologized right after I said it and I apologize again. I was just talking about how to spread the narrative that I was racist stans we’re even going around commenting shit like “”kaceytron called me a b**ner”” — kaceytron (@kaceytron) March 19, 2021 Thus far, it seems that Kaceytron has been met with ample support from her fanbase amid these accusations, although she continues to receive criticism in wake of her response to the drama.

Twitch streamer KaitlinWitcher baffled after seriously odd DMCA ban – Dexerto
Twitch streamer KaitlinWitcher baffled after seriously odd DMCA ban Instagram: @piddleass / NickelodeonTwitch is arguably one of, if not the most, popular live-streaming platforms on the net; but considering the current DMCA debacle, streamers are getting banned left and right for even a few seconds of copyrighted material being played during their broadcasts. This development has led many IRL streamers to consider switching from that category to something safer, rather than traveling to locations where music might be playing over loudspeakers — but sometimes, even this isn’t enough. In fact, some broadcasters have gotten in trouble with Twitch over copyrighted emotes in their chat. This unfortunately may have happened to popular streamer KaitlinWitcher, who found her channel suddenly banned on March 18. In a series of now-privated tweets, the broadcaster expressed complete confusion as to why her channel was suddenly taken down, unsure as to why she’d been banned. View this post on Instagram Shortly thereafter, KaitlinWitcher revealed she’d been sent an email stating that her emote, ‘Koot Blood,’ was copyrighted — although she couldn’t understand how that was the case, as the emote is simply the word “Blood Lust” in big red lettering. “I got an email saying koot blood was copyrighted?” she wrote. “It was just blood lust typed out, wasn’t it?” However, that may not have been the exact reason for her Twitch suspension; the streamer also hypothesized that she may have gotten DMCA’d due to playing a song from popular cartoon Avatar: The Last Airbender during a stream. More specifically, the song isn’t necessarily an official “track”; it’s taken from a part of the show where the “Gaang” are sung a local folktale during their travels, which has become somewhat of a meme in the show’s community. “…would 10 seconds of the secret tunnel song from Avatar: The Last Airbender get me a DMCA strike on Twitch?” the streamer asked. “Does anyone know? LOL.” For now, it seems that one of these two reasons could be related to KaitlinWitcher’s sudden ban — but either way, both are definitely odd reasons to be suspended from the platform. Luckily, Twitch has unrolled a new tool to better help streamers avoid potential DMCA takedowns, which should help KaitlinWitcher combat the issue fairly soon.

Twitch streamer Jynxzi smashes 130k subs as insane growth continues – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Jynxzi smashes 130k subs as insane growth continues Jynxzi/TwitchStreamer Jynxzi has now racked up an impressive 130,000 subscribers on Twitch as he continues to grow his lead as the platform’s most popular creator right now. Over the last few years, some Twitch streamers have managed to rack up an incredible amount of subscribers on their own channel. Some have gotten that boost just from joining Twitch, others from dedicating themselves to subathons, and others because they go viral and people want to see what they do next. Becoming the most-subbed-to streamer on Twitch is a prize typically reserved for the biggest of big names – Ninja, xQc, Kai Cenat, and Ironmouse. More recently, though, that honor has gone to Jynxzi, a Rainbow Six Siege streamer who has been running a challenge where he has to end his stream if he loses a game of Ranked play. Jynxzi breaks 130,000 subscribers on Twitch Well, that has brought plenty of eyeballs to his channel, with his average viewership pretty much doubling through August and into the start of September, as he has around 35,000 on average per stream. That increased attention also bumped him up to become Twitch’s most-subbed-to streamer around, recently surpassing the 100,000 mark. Now though, Jynxzi has gone well beyond that, hitting 130,000 subscribers as of September 7. According to TwitchTracker, which tracks subscriber stats, he’s almost 50,000 ahead of second-placed Eliasn97, who has 82,000 subscribers as of the most recent count. The 130,000 mark is undoubtedly an impressive figure and one that will keep him on top of Twitch for a while. In terms of the long-term records, though, the Rainbow Six star is a far way off the likes of Kai Cenat’s 306,621 count after he broke Ludwig’s impressive figures of 283,000 subscribers.

That’s what I thought. Next time you say that to an Asian guy make sure you f**king remember this moment, bro. That’s right. You make people look bad in France, dumb f**k.” As the stranger disappeared, Joey turned to the camera to vent his frustration calling anyone who uses such abusive language “cowards.” Viewers were just as appalled by the moment after it appeared on Reddit with many calling the bystander’s behavior “disgusting” and “pathetic.” However, many heaped praise on Joey for calling out the individual and for remaining “super level-headed” throughout the confrontation.

They were discussing the kiss before this clip started!” explained the fan to other commenters. Discussed as a dare between the friends during the stream, the kiss was mentioned comically between Puffy and Justaminx beforehand.

Twitch streamer Jinny speechless after fan gifts her a brand-new tablet – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Jinny speechless after fan gifts her a brand-new tablet Twitch: JinnyttyTwitch streamer Jinny was left stunned after a fan gave her a brand-new Samsung Galaxy tablet which she opened live on stream. Her 530,000 followers tune in to see her entertaining streams often, and in return for her entertaining personality, some dedicated viewers have even sent her gifts to her PO box. In a colossal 139 hours stream to celebrate 500,000 subscribers, Jinny took a moment to open some of the packages she had been sent by fans. Some of the gifts were classic novelty items, like a kazoo and a tiny claw machine, which were all entertaining in their own right. Read More: Top 20 most followed Twitch streamers – But the last thing Jinny expected to receive was a brand new tablet. She was mid telling her viewers not to go to bed when she looked down mid-sentence and realized what exactly it was that she unwrapped. Speechless, she held up the box to the camera, showing a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 lite. After a very long pause she finally said, “what the f**k? No way dude, no way. Is this real?” Opening the plastic seal with a knife, the tablet appeared to be completely brand-new, and it’s safe to say Jinny was stunned by the generosity of her viewer. While the chat were super excited for her, some also raised the point that there is a chance it could have been hacked or bugged in some way before it was sent, and warned her to be careful. However, everything seemed to look normal on the surface as she switched it on. Regardless, the gift totally shocked Jinny, and she wasted no time getting everything set up and practicing her drawing skills on her brand new device.

Twitch streamer Indiefoxx feels “targeted” after third ban in a month – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Indiefoxx feels “targeted” after third ban in a month Twitter: indiefoxxliveTwitch streamer Indiefoxx has been banned from Twitch for the third time in the space of 30 days, following previous bans for inappropriate content and attire. Indiefoxx was first banned on January 28, following a jacuzzi stream. Fellow streamer Jakenbake had highlighted that Indiefoxx’s swimsuit was see-through, and she later joked that he was partly to blame for the suspension. But, after returning to the platform, Indiefoxx was struck with another ban on February 1 – less than 24 hours after her previous ban had been lifted. Indiefoxx banned again The second ban was believed to be because she had streamed herself wearing lingerie and writing viewers’ names on herself. And, it hasn’t taken long for yet another suspension to be meted out. On February 23, after the streamer had gone live with a “music stream,” her channel was once again taken down. ❌ Twitch Partner “”Indiefoxx”” (@indiefoxxlive) has been banned! ❌https://t.co/jI01K4qnnK#twitch #ban #thirdban #partner #twitchpartner 🏸 — StreamerBans (@StreamerBans) February 23, 2021 The previous two bans lasted only three days each. However, repeat violations of Twitch’s community guidelines will often lead to longer suspensions. Twitch states “We keep a record of past violations, and multiple suspensions over time can lead to an indefinite suspension.” Indiefoxx has now responded, confirming that this latest ban is actually shorter than the previous two, lasting only 24 hours. https://twitter.com/indiefoxxlive/status/1364199708604862467 Once again, the cause of the suspension is “inappropriate attire.” Twitch qualifies this as “Uploading content or streaming yourself, co-hosts, or guests wearing attire that violates our Nudity and Attire Policy.” Indiefoxx has said she feels “targeted”, claiming that all she did was play guitar for three hours on her bed. Read More: xQc banned from NoPixel GTA RP server – At the time of her ban, Indiefoxx had over 320,000 followers on the platform. Her last stream before this latest ban averaged around 4,500 concurrent viewers. Twitch does not comment on community guidelines strikes to respect the privacy of users.

Twitch streamer indefinitely banned over cartoon emotes – Dexerto
Twitch streamer indefinitely banned over cartoon emotes Twitter/JessicafrndzTwitch streamer ‘Jessica49’ was left completely bewildered after the site permanently banned her for her emotes and she has no idea which one was responsible. 2022 has been a wild one for Twitch users so far. In addition to Pokimane being suspended over DMCA issues, there have been a number of bans that have made headlines. For one, a streamer was shortly banned for saying he wanted to “destroy heterosexuals” at Mario Kart. And in another case, a moderator for HeyImBee was banned for a week for making a “year mom” joke in chat. Now, another streamer had been hit with a permanent ban over her emotes and it’s confusing her and viewers quite a bit. https://twitter.com/Jessicafrndz/status/1481714264553373697 Twitch streamer confused over emote ban Speaking with Dexerto, Jessica49 believes that three of her emotes could be responsible for the ban – but has no way to know for sure. “I believe the main reason behind the ban was the emotes as stated in the email I received,” she said. “But during the subathon I was hosting we noticed Twitch staff in the chat.” The email in question from Twitch states that her emote violation was “severe,” but doesn’t say which one of her emotes was the culprit. https://twitter.com/Jessicafrndz/status/1481838765412798465 “I’m pretty sure it’s the middle finger one and the simp one. But I am not entirely sure,” she added. “People are saying I also could have been banned for this running emote. It’s been really popular in my Twitch chat and Discord which is usually used to express running away it’s usually a gif and could have been the reason I got banned.” It’s rare to see streamers banned permanently over emotes, especially when it was a first offense, so it’s unclear what Twitch’s reasoning was. Indefinite bans mean that Twitch has not set a date for the suspension to end. In any case, Jessica is trying to appeal the decision or at the very least, determine what emote was the problem. Twitch doesn’t comment on individual bans so it will be interesting to see how this incident develops.

Twitch streamer indefinitely banned for joking about kicking friend to death – Dexerto
Twitch streamer indefinitely banned for joking about kicking friend to death YouTubeA Twitch streamer has been forced to transition to YouTuber after being banned for joking with a friend about kicking him to death. Twitch has been criticized for some of its bans in the past, such as the mystery behind its decision to permaban Dr Disrespect, but this situation could be its weirdest yet. Streamer Skumnut never believed a simple joke with a friend could land him in so much hot water after just completing a “kick only” run of God of War Ragnarok. After typing “I will kick you to death” in his friend’s chat, Twitch took action and indefinitely banned the streamer – something he’s still in disbelief over. Twitch permabans streamer over inside joke with friend As reported by Jake Lucky, when Skumnut posted the joke in his friend, Mega’s, chat, the fellow streamer even acknowledged his God of War run. However, this joke really seemed to upset Twitch, who the streamer claims even lied to his face about past misconduct violations. In an email from Twitch that the streamer showed in an email, the Amazon-owned platform says it reviewed “multiple incidents of serious violations of Twitch’s terms of service” to justify terminating his partnership. “That is a straight-up lie,” he said, and revealed every email he had been sent by Twitch sent her began streaming. Despite Mega even emailing Twitch and explaining the situation, the platform has stood by its decision, leaving Skumnut to broadcast on YouTube instead. Although the streamer has been doing quite well for himself on YouTube, this mistake definitely has had major repercussions. As Skumnut pointed out on Twitter, it’s odd how a streamer who had sex live was banned for just a week while his joke earned him a lifetime suspension. Twitch doesn’t comment on individual bans, but we’ll have to wait and see if this newfound backlash to the permaban can be enough to make the Amazon-owned platform reconsider its controversial decision.

Twitch streamer hit with DMCA strike because somebody stole his emote – Dexerto
Twitch streamer hit with DMCA strike because somebody stole his emote Instagram: ItzMasayoshi/TwitchPopular streamer Masayoshi has called on Twitch to give him a helping hand as he was hit with a DMCA stike because someone else took his own emote art and passed it off as their own. Some Twitch streamers who build up a loyal community look to tap into that where possible, be it through games with fans, a community discord, or creating long-standing inside jokes. Fans in turn support streamers with donations and subscriptions, with the latter giving them a chance to stand out in the chat with a badge and emotes. Most, if not all, successful channels have their own emotes too for fans to spam while a stream is live, with some of these taking the form of the streamer’s logo, pet, face, and whatever else they might think of. These emotes are unique to their channels, and while they might inspire ideas for other streamers, it’s rare that they’re actually stolen entirely. However, it does happen. On April 5, popular variety streamer Masayoshi revealed that another channel had taken some of his emote art and tried to pass it off as their own. In turn, Masayoshi had been DMCA striked because of it, with the claim being made that he had stolen the emote art, even though the other streamer had seemingly deleted the emote from their channel. “Yo @TwitchSupport, user stole and uploaded my emote art to their channel. I received a false DMCA strike claiming that I’m the one that stole the art,” he tweeted. “I think the user might have deleted them since but I still have a strike. Would appreciate some help on this ASAP!” a user stole and uploaded my emote art to their channel i received a false DMCA strike claiming that I’m the one that stole the art I think the user might have deleted them since but I still have a strike would appreciate some help on this ASAP! pic.twitter.com/T6yB7snCiy — Masayoshi (@ItzMasayoshi) April 5, 2021 Fans and friends of the streamer quickly rallied in reply to his tweet, bombarding Twitch Support with tweets in the hopes of giving it visibility. There’s no word, yet, on whether or not they’ve managed to get things squared away, but the streamer will want the DMCA strike gone before it affects his channel in a bigger way.

Twitch streamer Ibai spotted attending Lionel Messi party with Sergio Aguero – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Ibai spotted attending Lionel Messi party with Sergio Aguero Wiki commons/IbaiSuperstar Spanish Twitch streamer Ibai Llanos was spotted heading into Lionel Messi’s house with Sergio Aguero for the Barca star’s going away party. The biggest news in the football world the first week of August 2021 was definitely Lionel Messi officially leaving his longtime club Barcelona. After the club announced that Messi would be ending his 21-year run with the team on August 5, the legendary athlete did what superstar celebrities are best at: he threw a massive going away party at his house on Saturday, August 7. Twitch streamer @IbaiLlanos spotted going Lionel Messi’s house tonight alongside Aguero and Pique 🤯 pic.twitter.com/nvWYm9ZRdJ — Dexerto (@Dexerto) August 7, 2021 The usual who’s who of FC Barcelona were in attendance — including Pique and Sergio Aguero. But as you can see in the video above, a familiar face from Twitch was also spotted riding along shotgun with Aguero: the one and only Ibai. If you’re shocked to see an internet personality like Ibai rubbing shoulders with some of the biggest football stars in the world, you shouldn’t be. Besides being one of the most successful streamers in the world, Ibai is also good buddies with Aguero. The two have streamed together numerous times before and, the exact same day news about Messi came out, the Barca striker randomly crashed Ibai’s stream out of nowhere. It’s no big shocker, then, seeing Ibai get an invite to what’s probably the hottest party in Spain this weekend, and there’s no doubt he’s the envy of the football-loving world for being included. To prove it was indeed him, and not just a body double, Ibai posted a picture with Messi to his Twitter just a couple of hours after video of him going into the house surfaced. If anything, this all shows that being a world-class Twitch streamer definitely has its perks, especially when you combine that with having a good friend who also happens to be a world-class football star.

Twitch streamer hilariously under fire after trolling fans with demeaning request – Dexerto
Twitch streamer hilariously under fire after trolling fans with demeaning request Twitch: sapharicTwitch streamer sapharic came under fire on Twitter after trolling fans with a satirical take about viewer toilet breaks while watching streams. It’s no secret that Twitch is a fantastic way to gain popularity and grow a community online. The streaming platform allows content creators to interact directly with viewers whilst keeping them entertained. It’s also a great way to grow your ego, with some Twitch streamers becoming heavily entitled and believing that their audience “owes” them for the entertainment they provide. Whether that be in the form of donations, subscriptions, or even just their attention, certain streamers have caught flack over the years for demanding odd requests from their viewers. Amusingly enough, that’s exactly what happened when Twitch streamer sapharic tweeted out a satirical request to her fans on January 16th. In the tweet, sapharic sarcastically joked that Twitch viewers need to “stop taking bathroom breaks and stepping away” from their computer whilst watching a stream. She then explained her outlandish point of view. “It is disrespectful and rude. We take time out of our days to entertain you. The least you could do is watch.” Some users understood the satire that sapharic was going for, and responded in kind. “So true. This is why I wear a diaper when I watch streamers,” one response chimed in. Some even went so far as to introduce new strategies to assist viewers in removing their potty breaks. However, others were not so fast to catch on and believed fully in sapharic’s testament, causing her to catch a lot of heat for her comment. “This is one of the dumbest things I’ve ever seen in my life” one user quote tweeted. Whilst some were confused by the post’s legitimacy, they were still outraged by the comment. “Satire? Just in case it’s not… No, you’re getting ad revenue. If someone wants or needs to step away, they’re allowed, you entitled cow.” The flack sapharic caught was bad enough to force her to make another sarcastic follow-up statement, this time clearing the air, acknowledging that a few Twitter users took the original post “way too seriously.”

Twitch streamer hit by car while riding bike during Japan IRL stream Instagram: JoshuinjapanJapanese-based Twitch streamer Joshu was hit by a car while riding his bike during a recent IRL stream in Tokyo and was quick to update his fans on his health afterward. IRL Twitch streams have become increasingly popular over the last few years, with creators streaming from their hometowns or even traveling out of the country. However, they don’t always go as planned. In the past, creators have been chased through public areas and even bitten by a random child. During a recent stream, Japan-based Joshu was hit by a car during his IRL stream while riding his bike and was quick to update his fans on his health afterward. Joshu hit by a car while cycling in Japan After his stream, Joshu posted a clip of the accident on his Twitter profile. Twitch streamer hilariously carries on Twitch Rivals match despite earthquake – Dexerto
Twitch streamer hilariously carries on Twitch Rivals match despite earthquake Arc System Works / Twitch: ReynaldJTTwitch streamer Reynald Tacsuan left his viewer’s minds blown as he continued playing in a Guilty Gear: Strive Twitch Rivals tournament, despite being caught up in an earthquake. One reason fans love live streams is the unpredictability and spontaneity that real-time broadcasts bring. While that normally applies to IRL streaming, Reynald Tacsuan’s Guilty Gear: Strive tournament stream proved that any stream is susceptible to random events. The content creator was competing in Twitch Rivals’ September 17 Guilty Gear: Strive tournament, alongside a host of other streamers. Things were initially going well for the California-based player, but took a nose-dive when an earthquake began to shake his entire home. Remarkably though, Tacsuan wasn’t to be deterred and simply snatched his Fightstick off his shaking desk, stabilized it on his crouching knee, and continued his in-game duel. “Oh sh*t there’s an earthquake!?” he asked, somewhat disbelievingly. “Oh f**k. There’s an earthquake! Oh sh*t. Hold on, there’s a f**king earthquake. Oh my god, how am I gonna play this? There’s a f**king earthquake.” Another angle was produced on Reynald’s Twitter, showing the streamer crouched in front of his setup with his equipment perched precariously on his lap. The caption, rather aptly, said: “Whatever it takes to win bro. I’m either dying in this earthquake or I’m winning.” Whatever it takes to win bro. I’m either dying in this earthquake or I’m winning. https://t.co/8gi8kEU1TN pic.twitter.com/qSl2ouwjRz — Reynald @work again (@ReynaldJT) September 18, 2021 It’s fair to say that, despite California’s tendency to be on the receiving end of earthquakes, the tremors still took the streamer completely by surprise. Many viewers couldn’t believe his casual attitude, simply adjusting his setup to ensure he could continue to represent NA in the Twitch Rivals tournament. It’s one of the crazier moments we’ve seen on a live stream, but full credit to Reynald for not letting it affect his grind. Having said that, official state guidance probably says staying put to play video games during an earthquake is inadvisable.

Twitch streamer Hasan shocked by his ban for showing controversial video [UPDATE] – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Hasan shocked by his ban for showing controversial video [UPDATE] HasanAbi / TwitchUPDATE – February 7 (8:45pm PST) After being banned from Twitch on February 6 for showing a controversial documentary on his stream, Hasan Piker has been unbanned. After showing a short segment of ‘Bowling for Columbine’, Twitch streamer Hasan Piker has been handed a temporary suspension from the platform, to his dismay. Bowling for Columbine is a 2002 documentary by Michael Moore, which explores the events and circumstances leading to the 1999 school shooting at Columbine High, and the commonality of gun violence in the US. A segment of the documentary, which pairs Louis Armstrong’s ‘What a Wonderful World‘ with scenes of death and destruction meted out by the US in foreign lands, is a popular clip on YouTube, as the perfect example of ‘soundtrack dissonance’. Warning: Video contains some distressing images. Hasan played this segment on stream, which includes images of dead bodies, such as US backed assassination of South Vietnamese President Diem in 1963, or the 1977 slaughter in El Salvador, by US endorsed military rulers. It is heavy subject matter, but the documentary is intended to be educational, and so it could technically fit within Twitch’s community guidelines. However, one rule clearly states ‘Content that exclusively focuses on extreme or gratuitous gore and violence is prohibited.’ “There were a couple of photos of dead bodies in it, it was historical footage,” Hasan explains, continuing “the content is technically educational, so I would never in a million years assume that I would get banned for this, and yet I did.” He also claims that there were Twitch staff on the viewers list and in chat at the time of showing the video, and an issue was not raised by these particular staff. Not all Twitch staff are responsible for the enforcement of community guidelines though. Hasan was particularly surprised at the length of his ban, as seven days is not the minimum. Many streamers will receive warnings or only 24 hour suspensions on their first violation of community guidelines.

Twitch streamer heartbroken after embarrassing Tinder ‘likes’ reveal – Dexerto
Twitch streamer heartbroken after embarrassing Tinder ‘likes’ reveal DjDavex, TinderDating in this day and age is already a wild experience but as one Twitch streamer found out, it can be a long and difficult road to success. Everyone is just looking for that special someone. Someone to share the best life has to offer. Yet, the paradigms of dating have evolved exponentially as technology has revolutionized the landscape of love. There are just so many apps to choose from. Hinge, Bumble, Grindr, or Coffee Meets Bagel. Whatever your flavor, there is a fine-tuned e-dating experience readily available at the click of a button. Over 57 million people around the world use Tinder and an estimated 6.6 million of them are paid users too. That is a lot of super likes ready to be dealt out. The journey to e-dating is a courageous endeavor. Plucking up the courage to download these apps is one thing, but preparing an appealing profile to possible suitors is an intensive labor. Will your selected Tinder anthem of Will Smith’s “Getting Jiggy Wit’ It” reel in the likes? There’s only one way to be sure, as some users have learned. DjDavex is a U.S based Twitch streamer, offering casual hangout sessions and gaming hilarity. Outside of his growing channel, one has to wonder if there is a Mrs DjDavex on the sidelines? Well, the jury might be out on that one. Hosting a stream where DjDavex would review the Tinder profiles of chat members, it all seemed to be going smoothly. Everything was wholesome. The smiles were plentiful and the laughter was flowing. It all changed when prysryyo entered the chat. “She made the account 20 minutes go…and has 41 likes” the streamer exclaimed with dejection. Holding onto the same account for four years, DjDavex hasn’t popped off in the same way with a mere 25 likes. Going to blame “Society, f*cking society”, the streamer’s quest for love continues on.

Twitch streamer has hilarious way to end viewer arguments – Dexerto
Twitch streamer has hilarious way to end viewer arguments Twitter: AmericanDadLive/Twitch[jwplayer Y7PB7YwV]A popular Twitch streamer known as AmericanDad had a phenomenal response to two squabbling viewers – forcing them into his Discord so they could settle their differences outside of Twitch chat. Squabbling viewers in Twitch chat are nothing particularly new. If you visit the live stream of any streamer with a few viewers, the chances are that there’ll be a couple going at each other for one reason or another. This was the case for AmericanDad who, while live on July 16, came across two of his 53,000 followers getting at each other’s throats. However, where many Twitch streamers would ignore the argument, the ex-US Army veteran forced them to settle their differences in a unique and brilliant manner. “Hey, hey hey, listen!” he said. “If I need to pull ‘ImYeti’ and ‘IRSWeezy’ into Discord, we’ll do it. If we need to hash this sh*t out, we’ll do it… Do I need to pull you guys into the Discord, do we need to have an adult conversation?” Believe it or not, that’s exactly what AmericanDad did. After pulling both viewers into Discord, he laid out some ground rules and let the pair settle their differences vocally, as opposed to from behind their keyboards. The viewers started by throwing insults at one another, with the Indiana-based Twitch streamer hilariously shadow-boxing in the background. I had 2 of my viewers arguing in my Twitch chat. I pulled them into discord, and something beautiful happened… pic.twitter.com/dLMrwOwcwq — AmericanDad (@AmericanDadLive) July 16, 2020 However, the pair’s conversation took a handbrake-turn into heartwarming territory, with both men agreeing to leave it behind and that they’re now “cool with one another”. Despite it seeming like the argument could escalate, AmericanDad successfully mediated the pair into an agreement. It’s one of the more creative ways we’ve seen a Twitch streamer settle an argument but, if it works, who are we to question it?

Twitch streamer has to shut down broadcast after fire nearly erupts from stove – Dexerto
Twitch streamer has to shut down broadcast after fire nearly erupts from stove A Twitch streamer had to end their broadcast after their house started to fill with smoke as their stove nearly set itself ablaze. With 9.2 million active streamers every month, Twitch users are bound to see a bit of everything. From record-breaking streams to city street assaults, the Amazon-owned streaming platform is a one-stop-shop for almost anything you could imagine. This also means there are a lot of stressful moments caught live that put both viewers and streamers on edge. When viewers watch a live swatting or when a streamer is chased down the street by a drunken stranger, anxious hearts pound wondering what will happen next. Twitch streamer nearly sets stove on fire On July 11, BasementOgre was live playing Children of Morta with a friend. Just as their seventh hour of play was coming to an end, the streamer began to sniff the air as a fog rolled in from the left side of his webcam. “Oh s**t!” he exclaimed after getting up from his desk and rushing off exiting stage left. He was AFK for several minutes as smoke continued to fill the room. Watching back the vod, his friend understood why Ogre’s in-game character was no longer moving. Once he returned, the gamer was wearing his shirt as a mask and explained what had happened. “Somehow I accidentally turned on one of the stove burners, or [my dog] did,” BasementOgre stated. “The top of my meal prep thing was melting. It was basically on fire, and the cord to the coffee maker was starting to melt.” “Yeah, we’re gonna call it there, bud,” he said letting his partner know that his room was too smokey to continue game time. After opening all of the windows and turning on his fans, he laughed off the incident before ending the stream. As he and his friend stated, the incident could have been worse. With a cord melting above a hot stove, an electrical fire could have ended the stream a lot quicker. Luckily, all is well and BasementOgre lives to stream another day.

Twitch streamer grosses out Burger King employee by asking her to lick food – Dexerto
Twitch streamer grosses out Burger King employee by asking her to lick food Twitch/CookSuxTwitch streamer ‘CookSux’ is under fire after he asked a Burger King employee to lick his food to add some “spice” to it. Drive-thru shenanigans have been happening for years now with all sorts of ridiculous encounters involving customers and employees at restaurants, but one streamer took things too far. It’s not uncommon to have a special request with an order. Customization options often include removing certain toppings or adding premium ones. That said, employee saliva isn’t exactly an option that many establishments are going to allow. During a recent broadcast, CookSux was at the Burger King drive-thru when he made an absurd request that left the woman taking his order sick to her stomach. Twitch streamer asks woman to lick his Burger King meal When the streamer first started making his order, he and the employee seemed to actually hit it off when he made her laugh with a series of jokes and she played off of him. “Do you have different types of chicken fries like the Doritos ones or Cheetos?” he asked, leading the employee to joke that he was at a Burger King and not a Taco Bell. After placing his order, the woman at the Burger King asked CookSux if he would like anything else with his food and the streamer wasted no time in making her feel uncomfortable. “Would it be more spicy if you licked it?” he asked, before immediately regretting his inquiry. “I don’t know why I said that.” “That’s nasty!” the woman replied. “I don’t either. Second window!” Even CookSux’s chat was thrown off by the comments, writing “yikes” while cringing from second-hand embarrassment, leading the streamer to admit he was in the wrong. “That’s harassment,” he admitted. “I should say I’m sorry.” Luckily, when he spoke to her at the next window, he apologized for the “horrible joke” and she was understanding, so the whole ordeal was put to rest despite the awkwardness. It’s not known if the employee actually did fulfill the request and lick his food, but given the absurdity of this whole encounter, it’s doubtful the streamer tries that again next time he’s at a BK.

IRL streams are a popular category on Twitch, where broadcasters share their everyday lives and their travels abroad with fans as they happen in real time. However, some of these broadcasts can capture uncomfortable or downright dangerous moments, such as the time travel streamer Jinny’s phone was stolen from her by a speeding motorcyclist in the middle of a stream. Another uncomfortable moment was caught live while streamer ‘Reydempto’ was out on the streets of Amsterdam at night. Man harassed by stranger for being “white” during Twitch stream During his nighttime excursion, Rey was approached by a woman who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. “It’s so f*ckin’ funny, isn’t it?” she remarked, seemingly in response to something Rey had said. “Your hat’s funny,” Rey replied, panning the camera to show a bright orange hat the woman was holding. “Why don’t you wear it?” The woman then went on a tirade about Rey’s race, saying, “[w]hy don’t you wear it? You’re so white. You’re so white. Like, you know how much you have benefited from being white?” “Yeah,” Rey answered. Their conversation was interrupted by another woman who urged Rey against streaming the altercation. “Sorry, you cannot film her on this, at all,” the other woman said. “It is not acceptable.” “Then you should walk away, because I was just walking down the street and she stopped me,” Rey explained. “Are you from a third-world country?” the first woman asked out of frame of the camera. Although the clip ends shortly thereafter, Rey explained in a tweet reply that the encounter lasted much longer than the small snippet of his stream that has gone viral online. He made more comments about the situation on Twitter, saying, “My best guess is she was drunk and just got done having a bad interaction with someone else before running into my girlfriend and I. Still steaming on that argument, she set her sights on me.” This is far from the first time a traveling streamer has had a negative encounter with a stranger; late last year, steamer ExtraEmily was the target of a racist comment during a live stream that left viewers disgusted.

[UPDATED] Twitch streamer Grizz banned for imitating Amouranth accident – Dexerto
[UPDATED] Twitch streamer Grizz banned for imitating Amouranth accident L: Grizz R: TwitchPartnered Twitch streamer Grizz, well-known in the PUBG scene, has been banned after recreating Kaitlyn ‘Amouranth’ Siragusa’s incident during his own stream. UPDATE SEPTEMBER 22: Grizz has been unbanned by Twitch. Grizz apologized for making the joke, saying it “wasn’t that funny” and was “inappropriate.” During a September 8 stream, Amouranth was lying on the floor with her dog and rolling around while thousands of viewers watched on when suddenly a major wardrobe malfunction occurred. She unknowingly gave viewers a look up her skirt and exposed herself several times to her stream, which led to her chat being bombarded with warnings about what was happening. The incident that got Amouranth banned. The next day Amouranth was hit with a 3-day ban from the platform. She returned to streaming on September 12 and even became the fastest-growing Twitch channel in that time. However, the clip of the incident quickly made the rounds and was mocked, and even fellow Twitch streamers found a way to get in on the fun. Grizz decided to completely duplicate the incident in his stream, going the extra mile by featuring his dog for maximum effect. He sat down on the ground and began playing with his dog, where he then “exposed” himself to his stream and viewers were able to get a glimpse at a fake pair of balls coming out of his shorts. When he stood back up, he said “Oh sh*t,” acting as if he just noticed what happened and tucked them back into his shorts. Although he was certainly doing this for the memes and to poke fun at Amouranth, Twitch still came in and swiftly banned him for it. If you go to his channel now you’ll be informed of his suspension. Grizz hasn’t posted on Twitter about it as of yet so we don’t know the exact length, but Amouranth’s lasted for just three days as a reference point. Perhaps his clip will have a chance to go viral now and he too can become one of Twitch’s fastest-growing streamers once he inevitably returns to the platform following his ban. Dexerto will keep you updated on Grizz’s ban going forward.

Twitch streamer Greekgodx leaves TSM after more than 2 years – Dexerto
Twitch streamer Greekgodx leaves TSM after more than 2 years Twitter: GreekgodxGreekgodx joined popular esports organization TSM back in 2020 after an explosion on his Twitch channel throughout 2019, but now he’s parting ways with the team after a successful two years. The British streamer has 1.5 million followers on Twitch, a number accrued since he first started over a decade ago in 2011. Even before his move from across the pond, Greek became good friends with top US streamers such as Sodapoppin and Tyler1, making waves on the platform for his IRL streams after initially finding success with League of Legends gameplay. Finally, after two years in America and under the TSM banner, Greekgodx confirmed his departure from the organization. Was a fun time with TSM but i am no longer with them thanks for everything and good luck! Moving on its just going to be me and the ggx gang with much more fun and content in the future all i want to do is make peoples day a little better and have a good time doing it. pic.twitter.com/MT0bgFcYEu— Dimitri (@Greekgodx) April 18, 2022 “Was a fun time with TSM but I am no longer with them,” he said in his April 18 tweet. “Moving on it’s just going to be me and the ggx gang with much more fun and content in the future. All I want to do is make people’s day a little better and have a good time doing it.” It seems as though Greek is staying independent for now, and not switching allegiances to another organization. In fact, he even made a joke about Asmongold and Mizkif’s OTK after a fan suggested he could join them, saying that he’s “not desperate.” Greekgodx took a short stream hiatus at the tail end of 2021, but he’s been firmly back on the wagon throughout 2022, so it will be interesting to see if he can get back to his place among the most-watched Twitch streamers after his departure from TSM. He has taken a number of breaks from streaming over his time on the platform, most notably just before joining TSM as he underwent a major weight loss transformation.

Twitch streamers often rely on an active chat room to keep their viewership entertained. For bigger streamers, there is no shortage of people interacting through chat, but smaller streamers often don’t have that luxury. For Third Artifact, an MMO-streamer on Twitch, one active viewer who took a long break from Twitch returned to her channel which turned her emotional. The Spanish content creator’s jaw-dropping production has gone viral. Streaming has come a long way from the days of a cheap camera and creators sitting recording in their room. With personalities such as Dr Disrespect adding movie-level production to their broadcasts, the live format has evolved quite a bit. One Twitch streamer is making waves online after creating a series of jaw-dropping outros for his livestreams. The creator has raised the bar and taken the medium to the next level with his cinematic skits. Twitch streamer creates mindblowing livestream outro Spanish creator ‘Rickyexp‘ stunned viewers after ending his very first stream ever on Twitch with a jaw-dropping outro. In the skit, the creator summons a Nether Portal from Minecraft that drops in his actual room. He then is transferred into the sandbox game before getting blown up by a creeper. The highly produced cinematic was an immediate hit with users tuning into his broadcast. The outro quickly went viral on Reddit and Twitter after Rickyexp posted a video of the segment on his social media account. “This is how my first stream ended, I can’t believe it,” a rough translation of his tweet read. así ha terminado mi primer stream, no me lo puedo creer pic.twitter.com/zGX0j6sWH1 — Ricky (@Rickyexp) March 16, 2022 As if that wasn’t impressive enough, the streamer actually dropped another jaw-dropping outro during his second broadcast. In this clip, Looney Tunes protagonist Bugs Bunny appears in his room and zaps him with a laser gun. Incredibly, the creator used special FX to make his physical clothes drop in mid-air as he disappeared from the screen. Space Jam era mi peli favorita, ya no. pic.twitter.com/adZ3KkB2Sr — Ricky (@Rickyexp) March 18, 2022 Twitch viewers reacted to the spectacle with praise, such as one commentator who said, “Damn, this dude is on a different level.” Another user agreed and wrote, “It for sure raises the bar of quality. I don’t think anyone has done something close to this.” Other comments said it was a glimpse at what streaming should be. “This is what streaming should be. I feel like the possibilities of the medium are wasted by being seen as just a live YouTube video player.” Rickyexp’s impressive streams shouldn’t come as much surprise as the creator is actually a moderator and editor for Spain’s biggest streamer, Ibai Llanos. The talented artist’s first live broadcasts are already making waves within the Twitch community as many viewers are blown away by his production levels.

Twitch streamer goes viral after discovering how difficult 90s video games were – Dexerto
Twitch streamer goes viral after discovering how difficult 90s video games were YouTube/StorymodebaeA Twitch streamer was left absolutely stunned after trying the 16-bit versions of Disney’s Lion King of the SNES and Sega Genesis – a game known for its infamous difficulty. Video games of the 80s and 90s were designed quite differently than games of today. While today’s titles have extremely generous checkpoints, continues, and easier options, games of yesteryear were still easing away from the arcade-style quarter-eating formula. For streamer Storymodebae, what was supposed to be a fond venture into the PS5 port of the 16-bit “classics” soon turned into a disaster. Right off the bat, she started having trouble on the very first level, constantly dying to random bugs, which she soon learned she wasn’t allowed to touch at all. Eventually, to just even get through the stage, she was forced to look up a walkthrough on how to beat the level’s boss. While she managed to get through that portion, the game’s second level was where Storymodebae went viral. After attempting a platforming section at the very beginning and dying almost immediately a few times, her game was over in the worst way possible. Instead of starting her back at the beginning of the level, it booted her back to the title screen to restart the game from level one. https://twitter.com/storymodebae/status/1373053235825500161 “Game over?!” she gasped. “What do you mean game over? What do you mean?!” The streamer uploaded that section from the video to Twitter where it spread like wildfire, racking up over 4 million views on the platform. “Games in the 90s really didn’t care about auto save or our feelings at ALL,” she captioned the clip. As it turns out, however, this game could have been a lot easier and the developers were forced to make it more challenging because of the popularity of game rentals. According to the developers at Westwood Studio, Disney told them to make the game harder so players couldn’t beat it within the Blockbuster rental period. In any case, it just goes to show how much different the video game industry is today than it was 20 years ago. At least now not every game on the market has a Dark Souls level of difficulty.

Twitch streamer goes viral by posting same photo on Instagram every day – Dexerto
Twitch streamer goes viral by posting same photo on Instagram every day Instagram: @mark_and_charlieTwitch streamer and comedian Mark Samyal Bonanno has gone viral for posting the same photo of himself and his father to Instagram every single day — with a few humorous modifications, of course. [jwplayer mgzBNoPb] Every once in a while, someone gets incredibly creative with their social media presence; but with so many content creators out there nowadays, it seems like just about everything has already been done. This is not the case for Twitch streamer, comedian and actor Mark Bonanno, who took his Instagram game to the next level with a little inspiration from his father. Bonanno is part of Australian absurdist comedy group Aunty Donna, which boasts an impressive YouTube presence of over 315,000 subscribers. https://www.instagram.com/p/CEiaT6cKFo6/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link Best known for their comedy sketches and humorous podcast, Aunty Donna has become quite the name in the Aussie online space, and Bonanno is showing off his comedy chops even further via his Instagram account. A quick look at his profile will show some interesting results: His entire profile consists of a single photo posted multiple times, showing himself and his father posing in front of a blue Ford sedan. https://www.instagram.com/p/CEFxyCVoHhB/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link These photos stretch back far into his account, each with a different spin; Bonanno even recreated the photo with TF2 characters in Garry’s Mod, while others show the two in front of the famous code seen in the Matrix films or other odd backgrounds. https://www.instagram.com/p/B4yr0kegu4-/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link His latest pic (at the time of writing) shows his father’s head photoshopped into that of a velociraptor — and although it’s not exactly Jurassic Park-levels of frightening, it’s certainly worth a good laugh. https://www.instagram.com/p/CF-sLcFgP8B/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link Bonanno’s Instagram shenanigans have since gone viral online, earning him wide appeal as viewers can’t seem to get enough of the daily photoshopped madness of the same picture; but a cheeky Q&A session with his pater has revealed that he wasn’t actually aware the photo would turn into such a long-running gag. In response to a fan’s question about the pic, Bonanno’s father, Charlie (real name Carmelo), wrote: “I thought it was a bit of fun. I didn’t know he was going to do this, though.” Shenanigans aside, it seems that Mark’s wacky undertaking has taken off in a major way, giving fans and onlookers something wild to look forward to every day.
