TimTheTatman’s Dr Disrespect cosplay earns Doc’s stamp of approval Twitch/TimTheTatman/DrDisrespectTwitch legend Timothy ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar pulled off a ridiculous Dr Disrespect cosplay on stream and ended up winning the respect of the two-time himself with his look. Tim and Dr Disrespect are two of the streaming world’s best friends, constantly ripping on each other on social media all in good fun. Now, Betar has turned up the heat and shared his best impression of the YouTube streamer during a recent broadcast. On July 27, Tim was showing off his incredible TimTheTatman Chipotle Supply kit that came equipped with a box full of goodies such as a flask, compass and other items. The best part of the whole package, however, was a vest similar to the icon one worn by Dr Disrespect on-stream, minus the bright red colors. After walking off stream to put it on, Tim returned wearing the vest and some dark sunglasses to complete the ensemble. “The name is Timmy Tenders,” he said upon sitting down. In a Twitter video of his stream, Tim even went as far as to add in music and an echo to make himself sound even more like the two-time. https://twitter.com/timthetatman/status/1420424169569783812 “Just to be clear, these are my Oakleys,” he added as a disclaimer. “I thought it would be funny because it’s like Doc. But they sent me this vest and look, it’s actually dope!” Amusingly, his fans began spamming “Dr Foodrespect” in the chat, giving Tim a new name for when he wears his Doc-inspired cosplay. Doc himself seemed to approve of the cosplay, replying with a video of himself at an NBA game with confetti raining down from above. Sadly, because of Doc’s mysterious and permanent ban from Twitch back on June 26, 2020, the two have been unable to play games such as Warzone with each other. Tim even went as far as to claim that Twitch could have an issue if he played with Doc off-stream. Still, it’s good to see their friendship remains strong. It’s also highly unlikely that Twitch takes action against Tim for the cosplay as other streamers, such as TSM Viss have done entire streams dressed as the two-time. Hopefully, we will get to see Tim and Doc play games with each other again some time in the future, especially if Tim can do it dressed as he was on stream.

TimTheTatman’s Battlefield 2042 flying skills are so bad Dr Disrespect broke character – Dexerto
TimTheTatman’s Battlefield 2042 flying skills are so bad Dr Disrespect broke character YouTube: TimTheTatman,DrDisrespectWith the early release of Battlefield 2042, Tim ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar has shown that his flying skills are bad enough to make Dr Disrespect take a break from portraying his iconic character. Battlefield 2042 doesn’t release until November 19, but thanks to early access, thousands across the world are enjoying the latest installment in the series. Following the footsteps of its predecessors, BF2042 comes complete with your choice of vehicles including tanks, helicopters, and fighting jets. With its early access, Dr Disrespect, TimTheTatman, and CouRage have broadcasted their gameplay together, leading to some hilarious moments. Tim almost immediately showed off his parachute skills, but it wasn’t until the leader of the Tatman Army showed off his jet flying talents that he made Doc break from his iconic character. TimTheTatman makes Doc break character After a few successful games during the group’s Novemebr 12 stream, Tim showed off his hilariously awful jet abilities. Going to respawn on the map, the Tatman stated: “So I have to spawn A1 here, but I’m not doing it. I’m taking a f**king jet. Let’s get it, chat.” It wasn’t long until Tim showed his hesitancy, as he immediately said to himself: “How the hell do you do this?” Also ready to spawn, Dr Disrespect mentioned that he was ready for either of his squadmates to jump out, which would allow him to spawn with them. Segment begins at 5:41:00 As the two-time was prepared to spawn into the game, he realized what happened as the game showed that Betar had died. “It just wouldn’t go up! I just wanted to go up and it just wanted to go down,” Tim explained as the trio broke out into laughter. This included Doc, who broke from his serious character to join in on the shenanigans. Segment begins at 5:40:27 As the trio went to jump back in the game, Doc described what made him laugh so hard: “I was on the respawn screen following your little jet icon, and all of a sudden it does this hilarious 360 spin.” Minutes later, Betar’s stream chat made him aware of his mistake — flying controls are inverted. We’ll have to wait to see if he remembers that the next time he plays Battlefield 2042.

TimTheTatman & UFC star Sean O’Malley hilariously troll waitress by switching jobs – Dexerto
TimTheTatman & UFC star Sean O’Malley hilariously troll waitress by switching jobs Twitter/TimTheTatmanYouTube streamer TimTheTatman and popular UFC fighter Sean O’Malley formed quite the deceiving duo at an NFL game where the two traded jobs to troll a waitress. Tim and O’Malley might seem like a weird duo, but the two have more in common than you’d expect. The two are both signed to Complexity, they both stream, they’re tattooed, and they’ve each hung out with Dr Disrespect. Amazingly, however, it turns out the gruesome twosome have quite the knack at trolling unsuspecting waitresses who aren’t quite as familiar with their popularity. If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like if Tim was a mixed martial artist and O’Malley was a professional gamer, you’re in luck. my new favorite friendship is @timthetatman and @SugaSeanMMA pic.twitter.com/Ijuy0eaMJn — Wicked Good Gaming (@WickedGoodGames) January 5, 2022 TimTheTatman & Sean O’Malley switch gaming and MMA careers During a January 5 stream, Tim revealed when he was hanging out with Sean, a waitress came up to them after seeing lots of people taking their photos. After asking who they were, Sean O’Malley joked that he was a “professional video game player” leading Tim to join in on the fun, claiming he was a competitive bantamweight UFC fighter. “The funniest part of the night. Sean’s hand is broken or he has something going on. He has a cast on his hand. And the girl goes, ‘I think you guys are lying to me, because his hand’s broken,’” Tim explained trying not to laugh. Suga Sean, not missing a beat, had quite the counter ready for the waitress. According to Tim, after looking her dead in the eye, the UFC star replied: “I was just gaming really hard.” Given the chemistry the two have, it will be very fun to see future streams involving both Complexity stars and if they could score some Warzone victories together. Until then, these stories will have to tide us over.

TimTheTatman warns more Twitch DMCA bans could hurt small streamers – Dexerto
TimTheTatman warns more Twitch DMCA bans could hurt small streamers Twitch/TimTheTatmanPopular streamer TimTheTatman is warning that Twitch’s new TV show meta and subsequent DMCA bans could end up having severe consequences similar to YouTube’s “adpocalypse.” Many popular Twitch streamers such as Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys and Jeremy ‘Disguised Toast’ Wang have been banned for watching shows on stream with the latter being hit with a month-long suspension. Not everyone is on board for the controversial new meta. Notably, Kaitlyn ‘Amouranth’ Siragusa said she won’t be partaking in it fearing repercussions from the Amazon-owned platform. However, Twitch’s stance on the meta seems to be unclear with the site even reversing a DMCA strike against Hasan. Now, TimTheTatman has stepped in to warn Twitch that this won’t end well for streamers. Timthetatman thinks if the DMCA issues keep up on Twitch, it’ll fall harder on smaller streamers – similar to YouTube’s “adpocalypse” 👀 pic.twitter.com/k9EkgDYtgP — chris p (@wggchrisp) January 11, 2022 TimTheTatman warns Twitch could have its own “adpocalypse” Speaking to his viewers during a YouTube broadcast, the popular streamer addressed the TV show meta and compared the Google-owned platform with Twitch, explaining how the former has systems in place to deal with DMCA. “Twitch also needs to have something. They can’t just be, ‘okay, you’re banned. Okay, two days. Okay, you’re back.’ What’s probably going to happen is Twitch is going to make something and it might honestly come down hard on smaller creators,” he said. As Tim went on to explain, this issue happened on YouTube and the result was not pretty to say the least. “They had this whole thing happen, YouTubers were doing it. They cracked down on it and it hurt a lot of YouTubers that were just smaller channels,” the Complexity streamer added. Given the controversy surrounding this latest Twitch meta it will be very interesting to see how the platform approaches things in the future and if they heed Tim’s warning.

TimTheTatMan to 100 Thieves? Rumors fly after vacation with Nadeshot & CouRage – Dexerto
TimTheTatMan to 100 Thieves? Rumors fly after vacation with Nadeshot & CouRage Nadeshot/100 ThievesAfter TimTheTatMan took a little vacation to visit his buddies Nadeshot and CouRage in sunny Southern California, speculation that he’ll soon be joining the 100 Thieves has reached a whole new level of intensity. TimTheTatman, Nadeshot, and CouRage have been posting all weekend about their adventures in Los Angeles, and besides providing a ton of content on its own, the trip could also be hint at something much bigger. In recent months, everyone, from 100T co-owner CouRage and even Tim himself, has entertained the possibility of him joining a top-tier org. Even though multiple esports organizations have been linked to Tim, his community has been buzzing ever since the streamer revealed exactly where he would be staying during his trip to Los Angeles, and it seems like some clues might be sitting right in the open, like the 100 Thieves tag on the streamer in CouRage’s post below. “I have business in LA, alright?” Tim said on stream before leaving. “I can’t confirm or deny what it is. I have business in LA. I’m gonna be staying at the 100 Thieves house with the boys.” Sure enough, Tim was posting all kinds of pics and video to social media showing his adventures in sunny Southern California with Nade and CouRage over the weekend. The trio seemed so at ease, it was like Timmy was part of 100T already. Despite having three of the biggest content creators together, according to CouRage, they didn’t film a video together the whole time Tim was there. Whether that’s actually true or a smokescreen for the camera remains to be seen, but they did seem to have a great time, and plenty of drinks. Tim swallowed the plastic thing @timthetatman @couragejd pic.twitter.com/CE9GBPeT1o — 100T Nadeshot (@Nadeshot) June 6, 2021 Just a simple search on Twitter for “TimTheTatMan 100 Thieves” yields thousands of results from fans who would love to see Tim join 100T, or are convinced the streamer is already signed to the org, or will be very soon. If doing a club chug with @Nadeshot doesn’t scream “I’m so happy 100 Thieves just signed @timthetatman” nothing does pic.twitter.com/7KOyEEvQu6 — Wicked Good Gaming (@WickedGoodGames) June 6, 2021 Based on what Tim said in the past about heading to LA for “business” and who he stayed/hung out with while there, seeing an announcement that 100 Thieves are signing him to their ever-expanding roster of content creators wouldn’t really come as a surprise. Still, at the time of writing we don’t have an answer if the TatMan will be joining his friends CouRage and Nade, but based on what came out of a simple weekend trip, it could end up being a content goldmine.

TimTheTatman trolled by Ninja & Warzone stream snipers after Cowboys NFL playoff loss – Dexerto
TimTheTatman trolled by Ninja & Warzone stream snipers after Cowboys NFL playoff loss Activision/Twitch/Ninja/TimTheTatmanYouTube star TimTheTatman was bombarded by Warzone trolls, including Ninja, after his Dallas Cowboys were crushed by the Packers in the NFL Wildcard round. The NFL playoffs are here and like many fans, TimTheTatman was hoping for his team to go the distance, but his Cowboys were decimated by Green Bay, ending the streamer’s Super Bowl hopes. Being such a big Cowboys fan, Tim had a pretty large target on his back following the loss with his rivals taking every opportunity to rub the L in his face, even during Warzone matches. Ninja was no exception as he took aim at Tim through an on-stream donation even after the YouTuber raised the minimum dono to a whopping $500 to keep the trolls at bay. Ninja roasts TimTheTatman after Dallas Cowboys elimination During a Warzone broadcast, TimTheTatman began getting upset that fans with NFL-related names such as ‘LoveIsBetterThanDak’ and ‘Dak’s Daddy,’ so he raised the donation minimum to $500 in an effort to stop the trolls. Not deterred, Ninja donated $501 with the username ‘LionsBetterThanCowboys’ joking that an 0-16 Lions team would have bested the Texas squad. “Get the f**k out of here!” Tim roared as Ninja just sat back and laughed watching the rage unfold on his own broadcast. The shenanigans didn’t end there either. While playing Warzone, Tim was confronted by a stream sniper in the gulag who played a recording of Jimmy Johnson screaming “how about dem Cowboys!” Despite winning the 1v1, Tim was confronted by yet another troll while parachuting back into the fray. “Everybody was raving about those boys and big D, they couldn’t even win a playoff game,” the sniper said with a Stephen A Smith recording. Needless to say, Tim was not thrilled, screaming “get away from me, dude!” Although Tim definitely had a rough week, the trolling should hopefully come to an end this weekend with the 8 remaining teams facing off and four more squads joining his Cowboys on the sidelines.

It’s unclear yet whether Tim will be a playable character in the game, not quite being a WWE superstar himself, but don’t let that deter you from creating him yourself. To really stay true to character, you could even throw him off the top of a cage to eliminate him via fall damage.

TimTheTatman blasts sub changes for Twitch streamers: “Glad I’m on YouTube” – Dexerto
TimTheTatman blasts sub changes for Twitch streamers: “Glad I’m on YouTube” TimTheTatman YouTube / TwitchYouTube Gaming star TimTheTatman was feeling bad for his fellow streamers over at Twitch after it changed the ad revenue program with baseline payouts. Twitch recently changed how it would pay streamers for their time going live. Some Partners and Affiliates have a chance to opt-in to the new Ad Incentives Program (AIP) for a flat, monthly payout based on a minimum amount of ads played per hour streamed. This came on the heels of a rumored change to Twitch sub splits that had streamers on edge. It was reported that Twitch were seeking a 70/30 revenue split from subscribers, up from the industry-high 50/50 they already take. But a seasoned broadcaster like TimTheTatman can read between the lines and was baffled to see the Amazon-owned streaming site go forward with the AIP. TimTheTatman expresses condolences for smaller streamers “I legitimately feel bad for smaller creators right now, specifically,” Tim said. “Because the way they are angling everything at Twitch– When I was a smaller creator on Twitch, subs were the thing that were really keeping me afloat. “Now, for smaller creators, it looks like they’re trying to get away from that sub split and they’re pushing for ads, and the f**king incentive is $22 a month?” Generally speaking, it’s already hard for newer, or even mid-sized, streamers to retain and grow an audience, and Tim isn’t too keen to see what the effects of the AIP will mean for people. (Timestamp at 24 mins into livestream) With such a low payout to invite what some are calling an ‘intrusive’ ad roll, it’s going to present another obstacle for up-and-coming talents to convince their growing viewer base to stay on the channel. “‘Hey guys, you can run one-minute of ad per hour and you can get yourself $22 for a month of work.’ All I can say is thank the Lord above I’m on YouTube right now.” As one of YouTube’s prized streamers, TimTheTatman is apprehensive for young streamers on Twitch – so it’ll be interesting to see how reactions mount up once the system rolls out for more people.

TimTheTatman skin bundle removed from MW2 store amid NICKMERCS drama – Dexerto
TimTheTatman skin bundle removed from MW2 store amid NICKMERCS drama Call of DutyTimTheTatman called for his skin bundle to be removed from Modern Warfare 2 following NICKMERCS Operator being taken off the store. Activision quickly obliged and took Tim’s skin bundle down as well. The NICKMERCS controversy has torn the Call of Duty community asunder. Backlash from his initial tweet prompted Activision to remove his Operator skin bundle from the store. While some were happy to see that NICKMERCS’ skins were no longer available for purchase, others were very vocal in their dissatisfaction. From players and streamers threatening to boycott to friends of NICKMERCS like Dr. Direspect uninstalling Modern Warfare 2 on stream, it caused waves in the CoD community. This led to TimTheTatman requesting that his Operator skin bundle be removed as well. And he got his wish less than 24 hours after the request, with both bundles unavailable for purchase in the store. TimTheTatman skin bundle taken from Modern Warfare 2 store TimTheTatman’s request to the Call of Duty developers was one that, in less than 24 hours, received over 21 million views on Twitter. To say this issue has gone viral is an understatement. Tim didn’t comment on NICKMERCS initial tweet or the statement from Nick saying that he wasn’t going to apologize for what he said. He did, however, voice his support for his fellow streamer and said it wouldn’t feel right for his skin to stay in the game with Nick’s being removed. When asked for statement, Activision had this to say: “At Tim’s request, we have removed the TimTheTatman operator bundle from the Modern Warfare II and the Warzone store.” Community response to the decision has been mixed, with some already missing Tim’s skin and lamenting that they didn’t pick it up while it was on the store. It’s yet unclear whether players who purchased these skins and want to refund them will be able to do so.

TimTheTatman spectates his way into Warzone hacker lobby and he can’t believe it – Dexerto
TimTheTatman spectates his way into Warzone hacker lobby and he can’t believe it Activision / Twitch: TimTheTatmanMaking his return to Warzone after a week of playing Apex Legends, Timothy ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar has spent a lot of his time solo-spectating lobbies – with no lack of entertaining moments. During TimTheTatman’s August 17 stream, the creator was asked by a viewer in chat: “Would you rather spectate a bot lobby or a hacker lobby?” in which Tim said he would like to spectate a hacker lobby. Much to the community’s entertainment, the next game they chose to spectate was, in fact, a hacker lobby. How they managed to get into a lobby full of cheaters, though, will quickly come to light. TimTheTatman solo-spectates a hacker lobby Following the same trend as his August 16 stream, TimTheTatman spent some time doing what he calls “Solo-Spectating”. This is when a streamer spawns into a random lobby and immediately dies, whether it be by enemy or failure to deploy his parachute, to watch along. This round of solo-spectating leaves Tim in an interesting lobby. After dying, the streamer spectates a player that then gets shot mid-air and immediately comments: “That guy was cheating.” Warzone then proceeds to switch the spectating camera over a player that’s very suspect, while TimTheTatman questions chat: “This is a hacker lobby. Am I in a hacker lobby right now?” After asking his chat that question, the cheater who he was spectating signals “yes” to the stream by shaking his camera up and down. “Wait, how do you know I’m in a hacker lobby? I’m in a hacker lobby?” Tim asks, in which the player signals yes again. The hackers actually stream sniped him in a way that allowed them to be placed into his lobby, instead of the streamer being shadowbanned and placed into a hacker lobby by the game. A bad case of the stream snipers TimTheTatman continues on spectating a player by the name of “elp0wp0w,” who has been responding to the streamer’s questions, proving that he is watching Tim’s stream live. The streamer calls for “el” to get his attention, in which he responds that he can hear him with a vertical camera shake signaling, “Yes”. Tim asks the stream sniping hacker if the player he killed earlier was “Full of sh**,” in which the player continues to signal “Yes” answers as Tim continues to explain how he knew he was cheating. “Alright, stop, stop! You’re gonna make me throw up!” Tim interrupts his own sentence right before the player sprays a heart on the wall, signaling an apology. This isn’t the first time Timmy has had stream snipers interact with him on his stream, and odds are, it’s not going to be the last.

TimTheTatman shares how he embarrassed himself when meeting Connor McGregor – Dexerto
TimTheTatman shares how he embarrassed himself when meeting Connor McGregor Wikicommons/TimTheTatmanTwitch streamer TimTheTatman has revealed the embarrassing story of when he met MMA star Connor McGregor and froze up like it was a final match in Fall Guys. The biggest Twitch streamers are definitely a certain type of celebrity in their own right, pulling in thousands or even tens of thousands of viewers a stream. But that doesn’t exactly put them on the same level as say, a world-class athlete. During a stream on March 13 Tim shared some funny stories of his interactions with celebrities, but none were as embarrassing as the time he met McGregor. “I met Connor McGregor guys, and I’m not kidding,” the streamer said, and not one to keep chat hanging on a good story, he went on to explain how he ended up on the same elevator as the fighter at the 2019 Super Bowl. “So on our way up, I’m thinking to myself, am I gonna try and say something to Connor McGregor?” Tim said recalling his thought process at the time. “Are you ever going to get the chance to say something to Connor McGregor ever again? Probably not.” After deciding he definitely was going to say something, it basically all went downhill from there. But all things considered, it probably could have gone worse, at least. “I was so nervous bro, and the only thing that comes out of my mouth to Connor is, like I’m an ogre living in my lair, ‘names Tim, big fan,’ like I just learned how to talk,” Tim said, obviously ashamed at his failed attempt at playing it cool. “I guess it’s not terrible, it could have gone worse.” After spinning the embarrassing story, Tim added that since this has happened, he’s noticed when the situation is reversed with his fans. “It’s been flipped, where I see someone just staring at me, but what I’ll do — because I know the position you’re in — I’ll say something to you,” the streamer graciously added. “It is funny though man, it’s funny.” Tim regularly streams with all kinds of celebrities, so he’s definitely no stranger to fame — but coming face-to-face with huge stars is obviously a whole different game than just playing Warzone with them.

TimTheTatman sends a message to Dr Disrespect amid Twitch lawsuit – Dexerto
TimTheTatman sends a message to Dr Disrespect amid Twitch lawsuit YouTube/DrDisrespectAs Dr Disrespect prepares for his lawsuit against Twitch following his mysterious permanent ban from the platform back in June 2020, TimTheTatman sent a heartwarming message to his friend. Doc’s ban from Twitch has had a tremendous impact on both streamers’ broadcasts. Despite the two-time switching to YouTube and playing many of the same games as Tim, the two aren’t allowed to play together. To see such a friendship whither due to a ban has been disheartening, to say the least, but that doesn’t mean that Doc and Tim don’t still rib on each other from time to time, such as when Tim cosplayed as the two-time on stream. Dr Disrespect sets TimTheTatman a challenge On August 24, Doc issued a special Call of Duty challenge to Tim: win a solo game within three tries and earn an exclusive red vest signed by the back-to-back Blockbuster Video Game champ himself. I retract this challenge. You’d rather spectate solos than win a legendary gaming memorabilia item fully matted, custom framed? Hey @BobbyPoff , can you believe this guy doesn’t have the guts to accept and WIN the challenge? — Dr Disrespect (@drdisrespect) August 24, 2021 Sadly, Doc soon retracted the challenge: “You’d rather spectate solos than win a legendary gaming memorabilia item fully matted, custom framed?” he asked. “Hey BobbyPoff , can you believe this guy doesn’t have the guts to accept and WIN the challenge?” TimTheTatman responds For his part, however, Tim had a great response to the dare. “I wonder if Doc could even do that?” he wondered. “Like, do you think he could do that challenge himself?” kill em with kindness @timthetatman.. good move@drdisrespect good enough? https://t.co/z1CqdGriJP pic.twitter.com/H31SiyiCaj — Wicked Good Gaming (@WickedGoodGames) August 24, 2021 Tim sends a personal message to Dr Disrespect While Tim doubted Doc’s Warzone skills, he continued to share a pretty heartwarming message to his friend. “Hey Doc, if you’re watching bro, for what it’s worth, I miss you. I miss us,” he confessed. “I hope life’s good. And for what it’s worth, man, I’ve been tuning into your streams on YouTube, and honestly, for what it’s worth, you’re doing really well over there too.” The remarks come just one day after Dr Disrespect revealed he learned why Twitch banned him and plans to sue the Amazon-owned company. The ban has severely cost the streamer some major profits and opportunities, with the entertainer revealing he makes just a quarter of what he was making on Twitch. “It absolutely f***ing sucks,” he said, describing his situation. Hopefully, with the lawsuit we can finally learn why Doc was really banned and perhaps one day, we can see Tim stream with his friend once again.

TimTheTatMan shares his child’s gender reveal on stream – Dexerto
TimTheTatMan shares his child’s gender reveal on stream Popular Twitch streamer and YouTuber Timothy ‘TimTheTatMan’ Betar shared a touching moment during one of his recent broadcasts. While gender reveals can take many forms, Tim and his wife, Alexis, decided to share that of their own child’s to a live audience, in a stream specifically dedicated to the instance. A group of friends and family gathered in his office to pop color-coded confetti, which they released following a countdown. The confetti was light blue, revealing the child to be a boy amidst cheers and shouts, both from those gathered on stream and the audience in the chat. “We’re very happy to announce that we’re having a boy,” he spoke into the microphone. “Pogchamp, pogchamp.” While Tim was happy at the news, he was likewise shocked that one of the party poppers hit him in the neck, and admitted that he had been ‘convinced’ that the child would be a girl, instead. “Just to be clear, I was convinced it was gonna be a girl,” he said. “100%.” This announcement follows a clip of Alexis revealing her pregnancy to Tim during a stream, which went viral online. Tim conducted a preemptive straw poll, as well, where audiences revealed that they predicted that his child would be a boy 58% to 42%. While no names will be announced until the baby is born, fans have already come up with their own suggestions, and Tim joked that he would keep the name his own name in the family for a possible streaming business.

TimTheTatman reveals how Dr Disrespect played a big role in his shock Twitch exit – Dexerto
TimTheTatman reveals how Dr Disrespect played a big role in his shock Twitch exit Twitter: Dr Disrespect / YouTube: TimTheTatmanTimothy ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar revealed how his friendship with Guy ‘Dr Disrespect’ Beahm played a big role in his shock Twitch exit, claiming he missed playing with Doc and is “very happy” to join him on YouTube. Shortly after Benjamin ‘DrLupo’ Lupo announced he was officially leaving Twitch after signing a lucrative deal with YouTube that set him up for life, TimTheTatman confirmed he was jumping ship too for similar reasons. Not only were his fans happy for him, but they were also thrilled to see him reunite with Dr Disrespect, who greeted him with a warm welcome ahead of their epic reunion stream. While playing Warzone during his very first YouTube broadcast, Tim revealed he’d missed playing with Doc and implied it played a big role in his decision. “I’m very happy that I can play with Doc again today and forever,” he said. “I mean, if there is one thing that I know myself and my community has missed a lot, it’s games with Doc. Having that camaraderie back and forth [was great].” Tim said he loves playing with all his friends but admitted Doc was “an easy top three” in terms of the content they produced, and he missed that. “When we are streaming together, both of us are having a great time because it’s just such easy back and forth. He’s quick-witted, and I’m a literal sit-down comedian. And that dynamic, I know a lot of people missed that, myself included.” Related segment begins at 1:15:31 in the video below. Tim re-iterated that he was “very excited” to play with Doc again. It might not have been the main reason behind his switch, but it certainly played a part. And now that they’re playing games together again, the real winners are their fans, who can all enjoy their banter once again.

TimTheTatman says it “sucks” being unable to play with Dr Disrespect – Dexerto
TimTheTatman says it “sucks” being unable to play with Dr Disrespect Twitter/TimTheTatman[jwplayer o0NgfOYK] Superstar streamer TimTheTatman discussed how unfortunate it is that he can’t play with friend and fellow livestreamer Dr Disrespect after the latter was banned on Twitch. Since Doc’s permanent ban on June 26, the internet has repeatedly wondered “why,” but have yet to receive an answer. Sadly, the Two-Time’s ban also prevents him from being allowed to show up in other streamers’ broadcasts, as per Twitch guidelines During a July 30 broadcast, a viewer asked Tim if he was “bothered” by the fact he wasn’t allowed to play with Doc while streaming. After a brief pause to ponder his response, Betar sighed and explained that the situation “sucks.” “It sucks, because he’s banned on Twitch I can’t technically play with him, you know?” the 30-year-old replied. “He’s my buddy, but I don’t make the rules, bro.” According to a Twitch moderation and safety article, if “a banned user appears in a third party channel while being suspended, this could cause the ban of the channel they appear in.” Due to this rule, Tim could put his own Twitch account at risk of suspension if he played with Dr Disrespect while live, a risk that no big streamer would ever want to take. Unfortunately, there’s nothing really that he or Doc can do to get around this, and Betar acknowledged as much: “In the words of Doc, it’s out of my hands.” The last quote was a reference to a mysterious music video titled “Alleyways” that Dr Disrespect recently uploaded to his Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram pages. In it, a voice-over sings that “it’s out of my hands, but I’m still in control.” There’s still no word on what will happen next with the Two-Time; there’s a possibility he ends up taking all his speed, violence, and momentum to another platform or even his own website. “Let’s just say all the cards are on the table. I’m more focused on just making sure whatever we do next, whether it’s a platform move or not, that it’s the right decision for the community and Champions Club that follows me,” he said in a mid-July interview. One thing we do know for sure, however: He won’t be streaming on Twitch anytime soon, if ever, and that’s unfortunate because it also means he won’t be able to play with the platform’s biggest creators, like Tim, until if and when he’s unbanned.

TimTheTatman reveals biggest issue playing Apex Legends with NICKMERCS – Dexerto
TimTheTatman reveals biggest issue playing Apex Legends with NICKMERCS TimTheTatman / FaZe ClanTimTheTatman has revealed the biggest issue playing with fellow Twitch streamer NICKMERCS, as they continue to stutter in the grind towards Diamond Rank in Apex Legends. Anyone active in the FPS content creator scene has seen some of the friendly banter between TimTheTatman and basically the entirety of the internet. With jokes ranging from the fall damage king being mocked by the Fall Guys Twitter account last year to NICKMERCS being mad at him for losing ranked matches, some may even say it’s how he’s risen to the position he’s in. NICKMERCS blaming TimTheTatman for losing on Apex Legends On his August 9 stream, the leader of the MFAM roasted TimTheTatman for being the reason they were wiped by an enemy squad. He proceeded to turn to a notepad on his screen, repeatedly typing: “You are not gonna climb diamond with Tim”. TimTheTatman hits back after NICKMERCS’ roast Following on from that, on his August 11 stream, the Tatman himself started off with a Just Chatting section of stream. During this, he messages his teammate and FaZe Clan star to see if he wants to play Apex Ranked mode. Shortly after sending him the message, he turns to chat and says: “The biggest issue that I see is if we start losing, he’s going to get mad at me. It’s just how it is,” referencing the roast by NICKMERCS the day before. Though, TimTheTatman isn’t always the worst player on the team. On his August 9 stream, he managed to pull off a perfect “full send” – taking out multiple enemies before getting hit himself – while playing with NICKMERCS and VISS. This certainly is not the first time we’ve seen the two FPS stars get into it before, and the odds are it won’t be the last.

Timthetatman reacts to UFC star Max Holloway roasting him on Joe Rogan’s Podcast – Dexerto
Timthetatman reacts to UFC star Max Holloway roasting him on Joe Rogan’s Podcast Joe Rogan/TimthetatmanFormer UFC Featherweight Champion Max ‘Blessed’ Holloway accidentally handed out a devastating roast to fellow streamer Timthetatman while on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast. Holloway isn’t just a world-class fighter, he also streams plenty of Warzone, often hopping into matches with big games in the CoD community. During his appearance on episode #103 of the Joe Rogan Experience MMA Show, the topic of esports and Holloway’s streaming came up as he and the host were talking about video games. With one slip of the tongue, the fighter managed to both give Tim a shoutout and brutally roast him at the same time. While he used to stream on Twitch, Holloway now streams mostly Warzone from Facebook Gaming, but being a world-class athlete means he often hops into groups with some of the biggest names in CoD. After Rogan asked who he’d played with the featherweight listed a few names, before accidentally delivering a shot from out of nowhere on poor Tim. “My man named Tommey, I don’t know if you know Nickmercs, Timthefatman,” Holloway said, instantly realizing his inadvertent own. “Timthefatman, TimtheTATman. Tim, I’m so sorry Tim.” When Tim watched the clip, it really does seem like he didn’t want to believe what he was seeing and hearing. “Wait did Max, is this, is this actually on Joe Rogan’s podcast? Did he actually just call me ‘Timthefatman’ in front of Joe Rogan?” he asked in disbelief. “What a weird timeline where I’m getting mentioned by Max Holloway to Joe Rogan on his podcast as ‘Timthefatman.’ Nice.” It was definitely an unfortunate misstep from the UFC star but Tim laughed it off and took it like a champ, apparently much more psyched he had been mentioned to Rogan at all, even if his name was messed up in one of the most unfortunate ways imaginable. It’s probably too early to start speculating on whether or not Tim could appear as a guest on JRE sometime in the future, but really it’s the least Rogan could do after the streamer got introduced to the millions of listeners as Timthefatman.

TimTheTatMan responds to Soulja Boy claiming he “sold out” with YouTube switch – Dexerto
TimTheTatMan responds to Soulja Boy claiming he “sold out” with YouTube switch YouTube, TimTheTatman / Twitter, SouljaboyShortly after ‘Crank That’ superstar rapper Soulja Boy provided his thoughts on TimTheTatman and DrLupo moving to YouTube by calling them sellouts, Tim provided his reaction to the vitriolic comment. DeAndre Cortez Way, also known as ‘Soulja Boy,’ started his Twitch career mid-2020 and has accumulated over 800 thousand followers on the Amazon-owned platform. When TimTheTatman and DrLupo announced they had signed an exclusive contract to switch from Twitch over to YouTube, the rapper made his opinion known on his stream. This isn’t the first time Soulja has gone on a tirade on stream, either; the rapper went on a hilarious rant-like victory speech last year after a match on Cold War. TimTheTatman’s reaction During the beginning of his streams, TimTheTatman generally talks to his chat and answers questions he may see from his viewers. His September 7 broadcast was no different, with someone in chat asking if he had seen the chart-topping rapper’s response to his platform move. “Did you see Soulja Boy called you a sell-out for switching to YouTube?” He read on stream, stating: “That’s an interesting timeline.” “Soulja can say what he says man, I’m still a fan. I’ll never not be a Soulja Boy fan.” Tim went on to explain how big of an influence Soulja Boy was while he was in high school with his hit song ‘Crank That.’ (Check out the clip directly here) It appears TimTheTatman wasn’t bothered by Soulja’s reaction to his platform switch as he continued his stream, acting as if he didn’t even talk about it. Maybe we’ll hear back from Soulja Boy soon regarding Tim’s kind words towards the rapper.

TimTheTatman pokes fun at Twitch over new TV show meta – Dexerto
TimTheTatman pokes fun at Twitch over new TV show meta YT: TimTheTatmanYouTube content creator Timothy ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar has poked fun at his old streaming home Twitch, as the Amazon-owned platform’s bizarre and potentially problematic TV show meta continues. TimTheTatman is one of the biggest names in the streaming world to defect from Twitch to YouTube. Back in September, the 31-year-old announced he’d be following friends and fellow streamers CouRageJD and Dr Lupo to YouTube to stream. While some were initially surprised by the move, Twitch’s dominance in the streaming world does not appear as concrete as it once did. They have especially struggled when it comes to protecting their streamers from copyright issues, which makes the recent TV show meta all the more baffling. The trend constitutes streamers watching and reacting to TV shows on stream in ‘watch parties’. It’s not difficult to see why TV companies have issues with the broadcasts in question and, in a January 9 tweet, Tim appeared to poke fun at the trend. After tweeting his excitement for the new season of Attack on Titan, Tim was asked by Apex Legends streamer NiceWigg how many likes it would take to do a watch party for it. In reply, Tim simply said: “Sorry bro I’m on YouTube it don’t work like that.” It’s hard not to feel that the tweet is in some way directed at Twitch and the recent trend towards TV show reaction. With TV shows essentially being re-broadcast for free to streamers’ viewers, it’s easy to understand why companies are wary of the trend and looking to stamp down on it by issuing copyright claims. Pokimane, one of the biggest names on Twitch, received a ban for hosting an Avatar: The Last Airbender watch party and others appear to be looming as streamers persist with the meta.

TimTheTatman rage quits after finding three fishing rods in Fortnite – Dexerto
TimTheTatman rage quits after finding three fishing rods in Fortnite TimTheTatMan / Epic GamesFortnite players know all too well what it’s like to land in a hot spot and struggle to find a weapon, including TimTheTatMan, who hilariously rage quit after he found nothing but fishing rods. Tim ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar has jumped back on the Fortnite bandwagon in Season 5. The latest update has brought a lot of old stars back, and for the most part, the reception has been positive. In Tim’s case though, it hasn’t been all sunshine and roses. He wanted to enjoy everything the new season has to offer. Instead, all he got was fishing rods and lots of them. TimTheTatman descended onto Salty Towers with his squad, looking for an ideal place to land. Unfortunately, the two vacant rooftops he saw both had fishing rods. “Oh good, a fishing pole, oh good, another fishing pole, okay,” he said. He decided to land on a house instead. “If I come in here and there’s a fishing pole, I’m leaving,” he said while breaking into the attic with his pickaxe. “I’m literally not kidding. I’m backing out if there’s a fishing pole in here.” Fortunately, there wasn’t one in the attic, but there was nothing else either, so he dove a little deeper. He dropped down the staircase, turned left it into the kitchen, and hilariously found another fishing rod staring into his soul. Without saying a word, TimTheTatman opened up the menu, quit the game, and placed his hands on his head in disbelief. “I’m not doing it,” he said, as he struggled to find the words to sum up his rage. “The two guns I was going to land on [were] fishing poles,” he added. “I open up a door and go left, fishing pole. I’ll try again. When you guys are done, I’ll be ready to go again. I’m not going to play that game. I’m not going to do it.” There’s nothing worse than landing in a spot surrounded by enemies and finding nothing useful. Still, TimTheTatman’s fans were rolling on the floor laughing after seeing him get so riled up about it. Plus, the fact it happened to be a fishing rod made it even funnier.

TimTheTatman offers to buy notorious Warzone stream sniper a car in bizarre encounter – Dexerto
TimTheTatman offers to buy notorious Warzone stream sniper a car in bizarre encounter Twitch/Twitter, TimTheTatmanAfter taking seven days away from playing Warzone, TimTheTatman decided to come back with a few rounds of solo-spectating while talking to his community. In his first round, the game sticks him with a very familiar name. After getting fed up with hackers and deciding to take a week away from Warzone, TimTheTatman has officially made his return to the popular battle royale. Stating on his August 16 stream: “I’ve had the itch to play Warzone”. Initiating his return, the popular streamer decided to start his stream off with what he calls “solo-spectating” in which he spawns into a game and immediately dies. Doing this allows the streamer to spectate other players in the lobby, giving Tim the time to hang out and chat. Much to his amusement, the streamer immediately gets paired with a player by the name of “[DAD]Buy Me A Car” — a player who has gained notoriety by stream-sniping him. TimTheTatman gives him an incredible offer After realizing who he was spectating, the Warzone veteran decides to make an offer to the stream sniper: “Alright, Buy me a car, are you ready for this bro? Here, get out cuz I need you to understand what I’m about to tell you” he says, before telling the player that if he wins the game he will give him $2,000 to put towards a used car. Going on to explain to his chat that he feels someone getting their first car shouldn’t go straight for a brand new car, he believes he just needs a “bad” car to start learning. Not in the sense that it’s junk, but in the sense that he knows someone getting their first car will likely beat it up so buying used is best. The hilarious rejection After offering $2,000 and getting a confirmation from the player that he agrees to the offer, he continues spectating while having a conversation with his stream’s chat about their first cars. A few minutes of watching “Buy Me A Car” drive around in a truck went by, before TimTheTatman says to chat: “Guys! I don’t care what you say, $2,000 will get Buy Me A Car a solid used car” – and then the player throws a curveball to everyone in the stream. The stream sniper stepped out and shook theiur gun side to side — signaling that he disagrees with his statement. Tim asks: “I’m sorry, did you just shake your head no?” in which the player steps out and signals yes. Tim then continues on, yelling about how he “better be grateful” that he’s gotten an offer at all. Seconds later, “Buy Me A Car” stops and steps out of the truck. With a confused look on his face, Tim asks: “What are you doing Buy Me A Car?” “Buy Me A Car” jumps into the water —and off of the map— falling to their death. Tim continues on ranting about how ungrateful some people are and that he will regret not taking up his offer, but we have no way of finding out if that’s true. We’ll have to wait until next time, when the stream sniper inevitably returns.

TimTheTatman perfectly roasts entitled Twitch viewers – Dexerto
TimTheTatman perfectly roasts entitled Twitch viewers Twitch: TimTheTatmanPopular Twitch streamer Timothy ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar has revealed the difficulty behind swapping games as a prominent content creator, even mocking the attitude of some Twitch viewers. Betar is a veteran of the streaming world, having established his Twitch channel way back in 2012. Now, thanks mainly to the popularity of Epic Games’ Fortnite, Betar runs the sixth most followed account on all of Twitch. Recently, like many other content creators on Twitch, Tim has shifted away from Fortnite, citing a number of issues that have caused the game to decline in popularity. However, on April 15, the 30-year-old revealed the difficulties of changing titles as an established streamer. In a video posted to the streamer’s Twitter, he revealed the difficulties that come with changing titles, including the potential backlash of viewers who have grown accustomed to seeing a certain game being played. “Every time I make a major switch,” he said, “Call of Duty: Black Ops II, very beginning of my stream, [I] started to play Counter Strike. People came in: ‘Dude, you’re not playing Call of Duty anymore? Whatever bro. Okay dude. That game made you. This stream’s gonna die now.’” What it’s like as a content creator when you play a different game… pic.twitter.com/ops3qeVJpU — timthetatman (@timthetatman) April 16, 2020 He repeated the impersonations for his transition from Counter Strike to Overwatch, and then from Overwatch to Fortnite. “Fortnite back to Call of Duty,” he finished. “‘Dude! You’re not playing Fortnite anymore dude!? That game made you!’ And now here we are, playing some Valorant. ‘Dude!’” In essence, Tim is criticizing Twitch viewers for their attitudes when streamers switch games. It is only natural that streamers sometimes grow bored or frustrated of certain games, and want to try their hand at something else. Regardless, Tim’s ability to transition between titles and maintain his trademark humility and talent is one of the main reasons he has been able to stay at the top of Twitch, even after his departure from Fortnite. We don’t think he’s going anywhere.

TimTheTatman nails McGregor fight prediction but SypherPK gets last laugh – Dexerto
TimTheTatman nails McGregor fight prediction but SypherPK gets last laugh SypherPK / TimtheTatman / Andrius Petrucenia via WikiMedia CommonsPopular Twitch streamer TimTheTatman was in attendance at the UFC 246 event, and watched his exact prediction for the McGregor-Cerrone fight come true in person. But fellow streamer Ali ‘SypherPK‘ Hassan ended the evening with a bigger win at Tim’s expense. The thrill of victory doesn’t last forever. Sometimes, it only lasts for a few fleeting moments. On Saturday night, the notorious Conor McGregor faced off against veteran fighter Daniel “Cowboy” Cerrone in the main event of UFC 246. This was McGregor’s first UFC fight in over a year. TimTheTatman offered up a prediction for the fight, which he commonly does for NFL games as well. However, a lot of his forecasts for football games don’t end up going his way, including his double guess from the NFL divisional playoff round. Today’s football predictions… Texans win Seahawks win— timthetatman👑 (@timthetatman) January 12, 2020 Sometimes, Tim will use his predictions in an attempt to jinx teams he’s rooting against. But in a rare exception, after tweeting that he wanted McGregor to win, he made his prediction just before the two men squared off, saying that the former double champion would win the bout in just one round. It did not take long for the beloved bearded streamer’s prediction to come true. McGregor flew out of the gate after the opening bell, hitting Cerrone with a running knee before implementing his shoulder as a weapon to bloody his opponent’s nose. Conor caught him with a massive kick that dazed the Cowboy, before pouncing and pummelling him until the fight was ended in a decisive 40 seconds by TKO. Tim was sitting with a collection of popular streamers and gaming personalities including Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins, Matthew ‘Nadeshot’ Haag, and Hector ‘H3CZ’ Rodriguez. Jack ‘CourageJD’ Dunlop captured the group’s stunned reactions to the quick fight. The Tatman relished in his successful prediction, but much like Cerrone in the fight, the feeling of victory did not last long, as SypherPK delivered his own knockout blow at the expense of Tim’s beloved Dallas Cowboys. doesn’t matter what sport @timthetatman is watching, cowboys lose. — SypherPK (@SypherPK) January 19, 2020 The Fortnite pro’s haymaker of a tweet exploded into one of his most-liked tweets ever, prompting him to comment that the tweet was gonna be the one that sent him over 700k followers. He currently sits at 699.5k. Tim, clearly blindsided by the crack, retweeted it with “Bro WTF” and also replied with “Bro what the HECK.” But he was able to rally and end the night on a high note, posing for a photograph with Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott. Met a legend tonight @dak pic.twitter.com/b6XQAazJ3j — timthetatman👑 (@timthetatman) January 19, 2020 Thankfully, Prescott was able to attend the UFC event since the Cowboys didn’t have a playoff game the next day. Tim announced at the end of 2019 that he would remain with Twitch, as part of a collection of other streamers who announced they would stay put and not switch platforms. His first stream back will be Monday after he returns from his short Vegas trip.

TimTheTatman & NICKMERCS respond as Dr Disrespect’s Twitch legal dispute ends TimTheTatMan, Dr Disrespect, NICKMERCSYouTube’s TimTheTatMan called Dr Disrespect settling his legal dispute with Twitch “good news,” and teased an upcoming broadcast with a trio of star streamers including NICKMERCS. Dr Disrespect announced on March 10 that he had settled his legal dispute with Twitch over his mysterious ban. Though he said “no party admits to any wrongdoing” over the situation, it seems as if Doc and Twitch are moving on from the dispute. The Two-Time was originally banned in the Summer of 2020, eventually moving over to YouTube which has been his home ever since. Now that his legal battle with the streaming platform has concluded, many have speculated if the development meant that Doc could collaborate with Twitch streamers – something TimTheTatman was eager to explore. TimTheTatMan says Dr Disrespect resolved legal battle “good news” Tim was live on YouTube when he heard of Dr Disrespect and Twitch ending their legal dispute. The streamer preached cautious optimism over a potential reunion but was already looking forward to the possibilities. “I mean, dude, I think it’s good news, right?” he said. “It’s really vague. I’ll tell you what, nothing would make me happier if me, NICKMERCS, and Doc can all play again together.” NICMERCS responds to Dr Disrespect’s Twitch legal battle ending After the announcement, Doc clarified he wouldn’t be rejoining Twitch despite finally coming to an agreement on their situation. However, this doesn’t rule out potential appearances on Twitch, which haven’t been possible since the ban took place.

TimTheTatman, Myth & more react as Logic announces shock retirement – Dexerto
TimTheTatman, Myth & more react as Logic announces shock retirement Twitter: Myth/WikimediaTimTheTatman, TSM Myth and more have paid tribute to rapper Robert ‘Logic’ Hall II, after the American announced his shock retirement from music on July 16. As far as rap music goes, there are few who have reached the heights of Logic. His 2013 mixtape ‘Young Sinatra: Welcome to Forever’ performed so well it earned him a record deal, and the American has been on the ascent since then. His final album, announced on July 16 and releasing on July 24, will be entitled ‘No Pressure’. This is a reference to his first studio album ‘Under Pressure’, which released way back in 2014. While a host of fans were expecting another album, few were anticipating the retirement announcement that came alongside it. “Officially announcing my retirement with the release of ‘No Pressure’ executive produced by No I.D. July 24th,” he tweeted. “It’s been a great decade. Now it’s time to be a great father.” While fans were upset that Logic is permanently stepping back from making music, many were understanding about the reasons for the decision, and compliments flooded in. Streamer TimTheTatman, who has vocalized his love for Logic on Twitch in past broadcasts, responded by saying: “You’re a legend bro”. On a similarly emphatic note, TSM star Myth simply responded with a GIF of Leonardo DiCaprio clapping, taken from The Wolf of Wall Street. Anthony Fantano, music critic and YouTuber, jokingly took responsibility for the news, retweeting a comment that accused him of being behind the shock announcement. Fantano has, in the past, been critical of Logic’s music. ‘Confessions of a Dangerous Mind’, the rapper’s 2019 album, was described by the YouTuber as “far and away” his worst. In all seriousness, it doesn’t seem likely that Logic took Fantano’s criticism to heart. However, the facts remain the same: Logic is set to step away from making music for good, and a host of the community’s biggest names will miss him.

TimTheTatman hilariously mocks Ninja’s infamous Fortnite dance live in New York – Dexerto
TimTheTatman hilariously mocks Ninja’s infamous Fortnite dance live in New York Twitch: Ninja / YouTube: TimTheTatmanNinja’s unforgettable Fortnite floss dance from his 2019 Times Square broadcast over New Year’s Eve is still being ridiculed to this day as TimTheTatman poked fun at his friend during a recent New York stream. “I’m not seeing enough movement” is a line that became instantly iconic as soon as Ninja said it during his now-infamous NYE livestream in 2018. While he was all too enthusiastic about flossing in the rain, hundreds of spectators in the crowd didn’t quite have the same energy. Ninja himself is often the first to joke about his embarrassing moment, recognizing it for what it is. But that doesn’t stop his closest friends from joking about it whenever possible, and TimTheTatman took the opportunity to do just that at the opportune moment. While streaming outside in New York, just across from the Brooklyn Bridge, the YouTube streamer got up from his desk. He told his viewers, “I have to do something,” before moving his microphone arm out of the way. Tim’s attempt at flossing starts at the 1:49:34 mark below. “I’m gonna stand up for a second,” he said. “I have to do this. Being in New York city, I feel like I owe a tribute to my good friend Tyler”. Before long he was flossing just like Ninja did and shouting the exact same lines. “I’m not seeing enough movement New York,” Tim said to absolutely zero response. Given there was no crowd in attendance, Tim was purely doing it to mock Ninja’s moment a few years prior. “Guys, I’m not seeing enough movement out there,” he repeated to the empty air. All in all, Tim flossed for a good fifteen seconds before returning to focusing on his stream. He then told fans he simply “had to do it.” Ninja soon noticed the clip and responded with nothing but an ellipsis, clearly unamused by the situation. After sitting back down and hopping into the next Warzone lobby with his team online, Tim made an admission. “Side note… flossing is hard,” he joked. “I love you Tyler,” Tim added in the end. As some of the closest friends in the streaming industry, it was obviously all just a bit of fun. We’ll have to wait and see, though, if Ninja tries to get one back on him in the near future.

TimTheTatman mocks Ninja’s stream sniping debacle on Fortnite, after dying to YouTuber Fe4RLess – Dexerto
TimTheTatman mocks Ninja’s stream sniping debacle on Fortnite, after dying to YouTuber Fe4RLess The Fortnite community erupted On Sunday November 11, after Ninja falsely reported an opponent for ‘stream sniping’, and now TimTheTatman has made fun of his his friend’s slip up on stream. Ninja reported a player after dying to them and then seeing them ’emote’ after, convinced that he had been ‘stream sniped’ – where an enemy watches a streamer play to see where they are, to get an easy kill. However, after the player feared that he would be banned and lose his account, he proved that he was not in fact stream sniping, and Ninja apologized. But, that wasn’t before some portions of the Fortnite community turned against Ninja, not happy with the way he reacted to think he had been stream sniped. DrLupo, who was playing with Ninja at the time, was dragged into the controversy too, but attempted to distance himself, while TimTheTatman, a fellow streamer who often plays with Ninja, showed how much he cared by making a joke of it on stream. After dying to YouTuber Fe4RLess (although we don’t think Tim actually noticed this), he jokingly opened up the report player menu and typed ‘stream sniping’ as the reason, just as Ninja had done. Fe4RLess, a YouTuber with almost 3 million subscribers, was of course very unlikely to have been stream sniping, although Tim actually wasn’t certain. “He may have actually been stream sniping though, that guy, I don’t know, it’s the way of the road.” He says, accepting that stream sniping comes with the territory of being a big streamer, “here’s my response right, way of the road.” By the sound of it, Tim had no idea that he had in fact just been killed by a popular YouTuber, proving that you should never judge who your opponent might be and what they are up to, stream sniping or not. Most games have very strict rules against stream sniping, particularly battle royale games. PUBG for example will hand out lengthy bans for doing it. Twitch too is also strongly against stream sniping, and will in fact ban streamers who are caught stream sniping other streamers on the platform – so it’s definitely not recommended.

TimTheTatman loses it after hilarious Wordle challenge fail: “DUDE!” – Dexerto
TimTheTatman loses it after hilarious Wordle challenge fail: “DUDE!” YouTube: TimTheTatmanYouTube streamer Tim ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar absolutely lost it after he hilariously failed his first attempt at solving a Wordle puzzle. Just as the world brought in the new year, Josh Wardle’s entire life was beginning to change. Wardle created the viral daily word puzzle challenge ‘Wordle‘ and within a month of it gaining traction, was sold to the New York Times for over a million dollars. Since it began to gain attention, fans all over the world were challenging themselves to solve the puzzles — posting their result blocks on their favorite social media platforms afterward. TimTheTatman decided to join the trend, hilariously losing his cool after failing to solve his first attempt at the popular word game. TimTheTatman attempts to solve a Wordle In a TikTok posted on February 3, TimTheTatman attempted to solve his first-ever Wordle challenge. He quickly looked over the rules and got to work. Betar quickly found the last three letters in the word of the day and began guessing various options like ‘doist’, ‘moist’, ‘quist’, and ‘zoist.’ He explained: “I’m trying to prove to chat that I’m smart. I want everyone to know that I’m an intellectual genius.” After going through the six attempts at guessing the word and failing, the game displayed the correct answer — moist. (Click here if TikTok doesn’t load) Tim quickly realized that he had actually guessed the word. He exclaimed: “What the f**k? MOIST?! Did I write that? Dude. I swear to god I put that in but I read it wrong.” Fans of the YouTube streamer quickly took the comments to take jabs at TimTheTatman’s hilarious mistake. His own gaming org, Complexity, joined in on the fun. They said: ”’I’m trying to prove to chat that I’m smart.’ – Didn’t even get the Wordle of the day.” Perhaps next time he attempts to solve a Wordle, the TikToker that found all the answers can help him.

TimTheTatman makes bold Dallas Cowboys prediction: “See you in the Super Bowl” – Dexerto
TimTheTatman makes bold Dallas Cowboys prediction: “See you in the Super Bowl” The Dallas Cowboys are moving on to the NFC Divisional Round, yet TimTheTatman already has eyes on the Super Bowl. On Monday night, Dallas defeated Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 31-14. Brady entered the contest 7-0 against the Cowboys during his NFL career, but Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott silenced the critics by throwing for over 300 yards and four touchdowns. Dallas snapped Brady’s otherworldly streak of appearing in every other Super Bowl since 2013, and he spoke in the post-game press conference as if that was his final game in a Bucs uniform. The Cowboys advanced to their first Divisional playoff game since 2018, traveling to face the red-hot San Fransico 49ers on Sunday night. TimTheTatman has been very outspoken about his Dallas fandom over the years, and he even secured a Warzone victory on the Cowboy’s stadium Jumbotron. Tim has lofty expectations for his team from here on out. TimTheTatman predicts Dallas Cowboys Super Bowl appearance TimTheTatman took to Twitter with fellow streamer Cloakzy after the Cowboy’s win against the Buccaneers and said, “How bout them Cowboys? Y’all are so quiet. I have been looking for y’all, but I can’t find you. I’ll see you in the Super Bowl.” Before even thinking about the Super Bowl, Tim has to worry about Dr Disrespect’s beloved 49ers. NFL fans were baffled by Doc’s appearance at San Francisco’s wild-card game against Seattle, as he played the role of pre-game hype man, sounding the fog horn. The two-time’s motivation worked as the 49ers cruised to a 41-23 victory over the Seahawks. Dallas fans are all too familiar with San Francisco, as the 49ers knocked Dallas out of the playoffs in 2021. Tim finally snapped his NFL curse, correctly predicting the Rams to win Super Bowl LVI, but the streamer has been known to be incorrect in the past with his outlandish sports takes.

TimTheTatman admits he left Twitch for very similar reasons to Ludwig – Dexerto
TimTheTatman admits he left Twitch for very similar reasons to Ludwig YouTube has been securing some of Twitch’s top streamers for its own platform. TimTheTatman admits he left Twitch for a similar reason as the newly-signed Ludwig. Remember when Tyler “Ninja” Blevins left Twitch for Mixer? We all knew he’d be back on the purple streaming site eventually, but it was the first time streamers were seen as purchasable assets. Just as athletes are traded between teams, Ninja leaving his home team of Twitch popularized this idea that other platforms could scout and sign streamers. Over the past two years, we’ve seen a number of Twitch’s most successful streamers transition to various platforms. Some streamers take risky opportunities and sign to smaller platforms such as Facebook Gaming or DLive. Others take a more secure route and sign with YouTube Gaming. At first, it seemed like those jumping from the Twitch ship because other sites were offering more money. While it is true that top streamers have been offered better deals, Ludwig’s recent departure from Twitch shows that there’s more to it than just money. And TimTheTatman has admitted to leaving Twitch for a very similar reason. Why Ludwig and TimTheTatman left Twitch On November 29, 2021, Ludwig Ahgren announced he would be streaming exclusively on YouTube. This comes after his incredibly successful four-year stint on Twitch where, during that time, he became the platform’s #1 most subscribed streamer. And while Ludwig claims to love Twitch and its dynamic culture, he made the difficult decision to sign with YouTube gaming. Ludwig is pretty open with his fans, so we didn’t have to wait long for him to lay all his cards on the table. In short, he left Twitch because they didn’t fight for him to stay on their platform. In contrast, YouTube Gaming was willing to offer Ludwig a better deal even after he made the initial decision to stay on Twitch. With a creator this large leaving Twitch, you can expect a lot of personalities to weigh in. TimTheTatman, who left his lucrative space on Twitch earlier this year, expressed his own thoughts. On stream, Tim admitted to his move to YouTube Gaming following a similar storyline. After watching Ludwig’s video, TimTheTatman stated, “Obviously, I had my own decision-making process with YouTube and Twitch. All I’ll say is, I know Lud has been on Twitch for three or four years. I was on Twitch for about 8 or 9 years, and -uh- similar storyline, man.” Looks like even @timthetatman had a similar story line as Ludwig when it came to leaving Twitch for YouTube Gaming. Yikes.. https://t.co/xZ4S5vNF6V pic.twitter.com/R8U4JjNhIA — Wicked Good Gaming (@WickedGoodGames) November 30, 2021 Tim went on to clarify that not many of the people he “really met” at Twitch were there anymore. He also touched on Amazon running Twitch now which could be a reason for the impersonal side of streamer/platform interaction. Ludwig also mentioned in his departure video that he was aware there are thousands of people working for Twitch. He knows how long it takes for a large company like Twitch to make anything happen. However, a larger company like YouTube showing these streamers they value them was enough to win them over.

TimTheTatman hosts 13 year old deaf Fortnite streamer and her reaction is incredible – Dexerto
TimTheTatman hosts 13 year old deaf Fortnite streamer and her reaction is incredible Twitch/TimTheTatmanPopular internet personality Timothy ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar reinforced his standing as one of the nicest guys on Twitch when he hosted 13 year old ‘ewokttv’ on the streaming platform. Betar, who currently has over 3.5 million followers and 127 million channel views on Twitch, is best known for his Fortnite gaming, regularly collaborating with other streaming giants such as Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins and Jack ‘CouRage’ Dunlop. He is undoubtedly one of the biggest esports entertainers in the world, and has a reputation for being one of the most liked, regularly exchanging banter with other streamers. This time, however, he decided to use his influence to improve the day of one of the streaming platform’s smaller users. ‘Ewokttv’ streams Fortnite regularly with her small following, where she has impressed as a professional player despite her youth and the fact that she is unable to hear. She currently has over 330 wins on the third person battle royale, and maintains an impressive standard of gameplay. Tim was coming off a long stream on March 7, and decided to use his host on the young streamer’s channel, prompting an emotional and understandably shocked response as thousands of Tim’s viewers began to watch her stream. Prior to the host from Tim, Ewok had less than a thousand followers on Twitch, but now, as of March 10, sits at just under 10,000. The extremely generous act just further proves that Tim really is one of the nicest guys on the internet, and wants to use his influence for good.

TimTheTatman hilariously roasted following Ninja’s book announcement – Dexerto
TimTheTatman hilariously roasted following Ninja’s book announcement Twitch star Tyler ‘Ninja‘ Blevins is releasing a new book teaching people how to improve at games and streaming and Sypher ‘SypherPK’ Ali wants to make sure Tim ‘TimTheTatman‘ Betar gets a free copy. Ninja has continued to build his brand outside of Twitch in 2019 with a clothing line, his face appearing on Red Bull cans and now he has a book releasing in August. The book is a guide to helping gamers get better at their craft and features a variety of tips for building strategy and improving your game sense in video games. According to the book’s pre-order page, it’s designed for ages 10 and up but SypherPK feels like Tim could certainly use a copy of the book, basically saying Tim still needs to greatly improve his play. It’s a running joke among the streaming community that Tim is bad at video games, but sometimes it doesn’t feel like it’s even a joke. Fall damage has been mockingly referred to as “Tim damage” due to his tendency to die to fall damage in matches. Tim responded to Sypher’s tweet with nothing but confusion, likely wondering why these shots were being taken. Anyone who is a fan of the big streamers definitely knows where Sypher is coming from. It’s no secret that despite Tim’s mega-popularity on Twitch, he has never been quite to the level of pro players, but he is able to hold his own in many games. Jokes aside, Tim might actually receive a free copy of the book since he is good friends with Ninja in real life. We don’t yet know what contents Ninja’s book will hold, but who knows, maybe it will help Tim and the rest of us become better players.

TimTheTatman calls out “pay to win” Twitch over controversial paid boost feature – Dexerto
TimTheTatman calls out “pay to win” Twitch over controversial paid boost feature TimTheTatman / TwitchYouTube streamer Tim ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar has hit out at Twitch as a “mobile game” and “pay to win,” following the addition of the streaming platform’s controversial paid boost feature. YouTube’s recent assault on Twitch’s streaming monopoly is the latest twist in a saga seeing new platforms trying to increase their influence in the burgeoning community. Where Mixer failed, YouTube looks to be succeeding. With CouRage and Valkyrae (among others) already streaming on the video platform, TimTheTatman became arguably the biggest name to sign an exclusivity deal when he left Twitch in September. He has already outlined why he believes YouTube Gaming is a better home for streamers than Twitch and, on October 29, he hit out at Amazon’s streaming platform for the addition of a new controversial feature. The feature in question allows users to pay to boost specific streams to other users. It has received a fair amount of criticism from Twitch’s own creators, but the site has carried on and added it regardless. While he is no longer streaming on the platform, TimTheTatman did join the chorus of those criticizing the move. “What I said was, what’s gonna stop me from boosting my stream and then running ads?” he commented. When he was told that there is nothing to stop the feature from being used that way, he continued: “[It’s] pay to win bro. Literally a mobile game.” 😂@timthetatman calling Twitch a “”mobile game”” because of the Boost Stream feature. pic.twitter.com/T1HPIa3jLJ — Wicked Good Gaming (@WickedGoodGames) October 29, 2021 Betar joins other huge names in criticizing the feature. xQc, for example, described it as the “worst idea” he’s ever seen. Despite the concerns, Twitch has moved ahead with the feature and it is gradually rolling out to users. How it ages and how long it remains is still unclear, but Tim seems relieved that YouTube does not have a comparable feature.

TimTheTatman keeps cursing NFL teams on Twitter and fans are losing their minds – Dexerto
TimTheTatman keeps cursing NFL teams on Twitter and fans are losing their minds Wikimedia Commons / YouTube: TimTheTatmanTimothy ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar can’t stop cursing NFT teams with his predictions on social media, and fans are losing their minds. He even reached out to Drake for some advice. TimTheTatman has built a reputation for making cursed sports predictions. Whenever he’s predicted something, the opposite outcome almost always ends up happening — especially when it comes to the NFL. Look no further than the time he predicted the Dallas Cowboys were going to defeat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers towards the end of the game on September 10, 2021, thereby making the complete opposite happen. However, the severity of his curse hit an all-time high on January 30 after he ‘jinxed’ the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers. He predicted they would make the Super Bowl with Sunday victories. And sure enough, the opposite happened. It all started when Tim predicted that the Chiefs and the 49ers would defeat their opponents. “My football picks last week were a fluke,” he said. “This week, I’m here to show that I am not a jinx for my sports picks.” At first, it looked like both of his predictions were going to come true. The Chiefs were up 21-3 and looked to be cruising on their way to a third straight Super Bowl. But then the curse kicked in, and they wound up losing 24 – 27 in overtime. My football picks last week we’re a fluke… this week I’m here to show that I am not a jinx for my sports picks… Bengals vs Chiefs – Chiefs 49ers vs Rams – 49ers https://t.co/zzAA4qG9Ve— timthetatman👑 (@timthetatman) January 29, 2022 Similarly, the 49ers were up 17 – 7 heading into the fourth quarter. At that point, Tim was confident that at least one of his predictions would come true. But once again, the curse came into play. They didn’t score again and lost 17 – 20. After a tough day in the office, he admitted that the sports prediction curse was a thing. He also asked Drake, who was also afflicted with a curse, for some advice. “As someone who has struggled with sports curses in the past, may I ask how did you overcome it?” As someone who has struggled with sports curses in the past may I ask how did you overcome it? Asking for a friend @Drake — timthetatman👑 (@timthetatman) January 31, 2022 However, Tim isn’t done with his predictions yet. He told fans that he’d make a Super Bowl prediction soon, which compelled many of them to beg him to predict the opposite team from the one they wanted to win. The Los Angeles Rams will take on the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday, February 14. It will be interesting to see which team Tim will curse with a forsaken prediction.

TimTheTatman explains why YouTube Gaming is better than Twitch – Dexerto
TimTheTatman explains why YouTube Gaming is better than Twitch YouTube: TimTheTatmanIn his first-ever YouTube stream, legendary streamer TimTheTatman took aim at Twitch, explaining why he believes it’s not as good as being on YouTube. Tim made waves online on September 1 when he announced he would be jumping ship to YouTube Gaming to join the likes of his friend Dr Disrespect. According to Tim, there are a number of things that he prefers YouTube for over Twitch. For example, Tim is a huge supporter of viewers being able to pause his stream and come back with no interruptions, even when clipping. Plus, while he’s only just now starting streaming on YouTube, he’s been considered a YouTuber by fans even when he was one of Twitch’s biggest names. (Segment begins at 1:38:00) “Eight of ten people that come up to me when I get recognized call me a YouTuber!” he revealed. “It was so bizarre to me. Ultimately, at the end of the day, man, there are more eyes on YouTube and more people know about YouTube.” Ever since Mixer’s shut down, YouTube has emerged as the only real rival to Twitch and with the recent acquisitions of Tim and DrLupo, the roster is growing stronger by the day. Plus, for smaller streamers, Tim highly recommends YouTube considering the recommendation options the platform has. TimTheTatman compares YouTube Gaming to Twitch “When I was talking to Wipz, he was trying to make me understand it. Your stream can get recommended to people based on things that they search for and stuff like that,” he said. “So, it’s like all the eyeballs can be funneled into an algorithm that recommends something,” he added before taking aim at Twitch. “Rather than being somewhere where you have a category and you hope that someone scrolls low enough that they can see you with five to ten viewers, whatever you have.” Consider the number of streamers on Twitch, getting discovered can be quite a pain and a lot of it just comes down to luck. Is YouTube Gaming better for Warzone streamers? “I started on Twitch. I understand what that used to be like,” Tim noted. “There’s so many people, if you go to Twitch’s Warzone category, you are scrolling for days. For days! You’re just going!” According to Tim, a year ago he wanted to see how far he could scroll down on Twitch’s Warzone category and ended up scrolling “forever.” “At the end of the day, when I’m talking about the benefits of YouTube, that’s one thing I’m talking about,” Tim said in regards to people asking him if he was worried about discoverability. It will be very fun to see how this new streamer war between Twitch and YouTube develops, especially with Tim taking such a liking to his new home on YouTube Gaming.

While he doesn’t necessarily believe Jake is on par with legends like Mike Tyson and Muhammad Ali, Tim does argue that the youngest Paul bro is certainly bringing life back into the ‘sweet science’ thanks to his audience. “Do I think Jake Paul is on any level like Muhammad Ali or Mike Tyson, or any of these legends, right, that I know from boxing?” he asked. “Obviously not.” “Obviously, those guys are in their own ballpark, in my opinion,” he continued. “But, at the end of the day, Jake is getting eyes on boxing. Regardless of whether you hate him or you love him. That is something you can’t deny. You can’t deny it.” “I really don’t care about boxing that much, but I’ve been watching his journey along this boxing transition. … I’m sure a lot of people are like, ‘Aw dude, they’re just casuals.’ All I’m saying is man, that’s a lot of casuals that are watching now. It’s unclear who Jake Paul’s next opponent will be, but one thing is certain; the Problem Child is just getting started.

TimTheTatman finally breaks NFL curse with LA Rams Super Bowl LVI prediction – Dexerto
TimTheTatman finally breaks NFL curse with LA Rams Super Bowl LVI prediction Wikimedia Commons / YouTube: TimTheTatmanTimothy ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar finally broke his NFL curse after correctly predicting the LA Rams will win Super Bowl LVI, although the game was a roller-coaster ride until the end. TimTheTatman had a knack for cursing NFL teams over the past year. Every time he predicted a team would win, the opposite somehow happened. It looked like he had cursed the LA Rams, too, after predicting they’d win Super Bowl LVI. However, in an interesting turn of events, that was not the case by the final buzzer. The LA Rams overcame a hefty deficit after a strong start went south and clinched the win in the dying minutes, breaking Tim’s curse in the process. This game is chalked.” Even when the Bengals clawed their way back in and turned the tide, he stuck to his guns. As the game progressed though, he admitted things weren’t looking great but he remained hopeful. “I know it’s looking bleak right now. I know. But the Rams are about to drive and score,” he said alongside Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins. Sure enough, he was right — although it happened several minutes later. A late touchdown in the final quarter sealed the deal. The Rams won 23 – 20. Tim’s curse had finally been broken, and he was thrilled about it. To celebrate the fact his curse had been broken, Tim re-iterated his desire for the Rams to show his prediction tweet on the roof of their stadium again. After their emphatic win, perhaps it’ll now be known as a blessing.

TimTheTatman catches T Pain roasting him on Twitch stream – Dexerto
TimTheTatman catches T Pain roasting him on Twitch stream Instagram: timthetatman / Flickr: Nan PalmeroTim ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar is used to being roasted by his friends on Twitch — but he probably didn’t expect US rapper T-Pain to get in on the action, too, and Tim found the whole ordeal hilarious. [jwplayer nAe0wVtG] In recent years, T Pain has become more and more of a prominent figure in the Twitch community, regularly getting involved with top streamers and creating some fun content. He’s also become well-renowned on the platform for his rap intros, dropping some heat as the fans come piling in, but more recently he decided to take some friendly shots at Tim after being hosted by him — and, of course, Tim caught wind of it. While some big names might not be able to handle the banter all that well, Tim absolutely loves it, and apparently it’s no different when you’re being roasted by a Grammy-winning recording artist, either. As soon as he switched his stream on, Tim was sent the clip of T-Pain roasting him from when he hosted him the night before, so reacted to it for everyone to see. “It’s amazing that he goes live so early. Like, before I wake up,” the rapper said. “And every time I click on his sh*t, he’s eating. Just eating some salads. So that’s fine.” Although it seemed like it was going to end on a positive note, T-Pain continued: “Good job Tim, sticking with the salads. I’m really questioning if they’re salads. He’s always got his food right out of frame… but thank you [for the host], I really appreciate that man.” Roast starts at 00:18 Obviously, the roast is all in good spirits, and you can see Tim’s reactions varying throughout the clip. He starts off laughing before simply saying “oh come on, bro” as T-Pain speculated about the legitimacy of his salads, but once again finds himself in hysterics as he gets mocked. There’s definitely no bad blood between the two, and to his credit, T-Pain probably has a lot more in the locker if he really wanted to go in on Tim, but we don’t doubt Tim could give as good as he gets, too.

TimTheTatman betrayed by WoW Classic after calling it the “best game ever” – Dexerto
TimTheTatman betrayed by WoW Classic after calling it the “best game ever” Timthetatman – TwitchThe timing couldn’t be worse for star Twitch streamer TimTheTatman in World of Warcraft, as the game crashed right when he was giving it the highest of compliments. The re-launch of World of Warcraft Classic has created an incredible phenomenon on Twitch that very few games have been able to achieve in the past. Simmering in nostalgia, many of the platform’s top streamers have all hopped in and stayed on the game the moment it returned, surpassing over 1 million views at launch. One streamer that many fans were waiting to watch play the iconic game was TimTheTatman, whose love for WoW has always been well-documented. Funnily enough, during an August 28 livestream, the burly content creator saw the game crash right before his eyes as he was talking about how great it was. When one of his viewers chat expressed confusion about WoW in the chat, Tim wanted to clarify how he felt about the game. “You don’t know what you’re watching, you never played WoW? What you’re looking at is the greatest game ever created. Any questions?” he said, in a matter-of-fact tone. However, not even half a second after he finished with his glowing compliments, the game suddenly disconnected and sent him back to the main login page. “Son of a…” he said, laughing. “I just got disconnected just as I said it. I hate this f-ing game. Hang on a minute.” It didn’t take long for Tim to make a complete 180-degree turn when it came to his opinion of the game as soon as it disconnected, although he was clearly joking, of course. The fact that he and everyone else are even able to play at the moment is a lot better of a situation than even a couple of days ago, when queue times to get into servers were out of control, forcing Blizzard to expand their servers to make room for all interested players.

TimTheTatman has hilarious response to his Overwatch rank in long-awaited return – Dexerto
TimTheTatman has hilarious response to his Overwatch rank in long-awaited return TimTheTatman, Twitch / BlizzardTim ‘TimTheTatman‘ Betar has finally made his return to Overwatch, but couldn’t help show a level of shock after seeing his new DPS rank. The popular Twitch streamer, who can often be seen teaming up with Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins, Ben ‘DrLupo’ Lupo, and other high profile personalities on the platform, decided to cave in to fan demand and came back to Blizzard’s title. While his return was met with huge applause in his chat, the smile was soon wiped right off Tim’s face once he saw just how far his rank had diminished in the time he hasn’t been playing the game. After loading into his first game back on Overwatch, he was shocked to find that his rank labeled him as a Diamond DPS player. It’s fair to say that he was very surprised to see that it wasn’t higher, but the reaction was hilarious nonetheless. “Diamond? What? I am not a Diamond DPS,” he shouted. “Maybe I am actually. It may actually be true. I’m a Diamond DPS player. I mean, when I’m usually top 500 I’m usually support. When I was a GM [player] back when I normally played, I was tank or normally healer.” Those who follow Tim’s streams on a regular basis will know that this is a little lower than what he was previously, but a consequence of not playing the game consistently. However, this lower ranking might be a result of the new role queue feature that’s been added to PTR, which essentially means that every player has a different ranking depending on the role they select. Where he might have been a higher ranked player on live servers in the past, this change might have tipped the balance for his DPS rank with the tested feature active. Tim might have been saddened to see such a low ranking for that particular role on stream, but that didn’t stop his fans from having a laugh at his expense.

An extraordinary timelapse video of the room transformation has surfaced on YouTube, after the terrible state of his gaming setup went viral on June 3 – potentially forcing him to take action. Since then, the gamer – who goes by the name of Jaegerrmeister on Twitch – has decided to ditch his messy antics and get rid of the clutter pile that once prevented him from seeing his own floor. 600What was once stacks and stacks of Amazon boxes, food wrappers, and even cooking pans scattered across the bedroom floor, has now been restored to a much cleaner space. Read More: Dr Disrespect finally unbanned on Twitch, and his chat went ballistic even with him offline – The Twitch streamer showed fans exactly what he was doing when he broadcasted the deep cleaning exercise on his channel, and even reacted to the massive change in his life on stream. When talking about the huge revamp of his room, Jaegerrmeister revealed how he felt before making the decision to start the big clean, and it seems to be a big weight off of his shoulders. “Honestly, it feels really fucking good,” the streamer revealed. “I was super fucking like ‘uh, it’s going to be fucking whatever. I won’t feel that much better.’ I thought it was boredom.” He added: “Back before I cleaned my room when there was nothing to do, I thought it was boredom but it was me being depressed or whatever. It feels a lot fucking better dude.” Clearly delighted by the turnaround, Jaegerrmeister’s fans will be hoping that he doesn’t leave the next major clear-out of his room’s rubbish for another 14 years. Yet, based on how much better he feels having removed the clutter, it’s unlikely that he’ll go back to his old ways.

TimTheTatman catches Alinity “stream sniping” in Apex Legends tournament – Dexerto
TimTheTatman catches Alinity “stream sniping” in Apex Legends tournament EA / Alinity -TwitchTwitch streamer Apex Legends Twitch Prime Crown Cup on July 13, and decided to lean her head over and peek at her opponent’s screen during the closing minutes of a match in an effort to get an advantage. Twitch hosted an Apex Legends tournament on July 13 in Las Vegas that featured Tim ‘TimTheTatman‘ Betar as the host with a variety of other streamers and celebrities, all focused on bringing home the victory. Before the celebrity portion of the event started, streamers competed against each other to come home with the most kills. Alinity was in a huge hole so she decided to take a peek at another screen in an effort to make a comeback. However, instead of being placed next to their teammates each time the teams changed, the streamers remained in their normal spots which meant they could end up right next to their opponents. Alinity took full advantage of this by leaning over and taking a look at her opponent’s screen and learning their location, relaying this to her teammate ANGRYPUG. “I see them, they got rezzed,” she said after looking at both GoldGlove and Anthony Kongphan’s screens next to her. “They’re in the caves, Sequisha, Fem, and Anthony. Fem has a blue shield.” It was played off as a gag with Tim jokingly suggested security should come in and get rid of her. This was all in good fun and it didn’t actually end up working out for her as she was quickly dispatched, despite the extra info. In a surprise to nobody at the event, King Richard was able to come home with the most kills before the tournament then moved on to the celebrity round. In the end, it can be chalked up as a successful tournament as it brought in a consistent 100,000+ view count and gave Apex Legends a lot of publicity. The tournament also highlighted the fact that exclusive loot is available. If you’re a Twitch Prime member, you can pick up Apex Legends loot from now until August 12. Respawn and Twitch teamed up to offer several loot drops so be sure to grab those while they’re still available.

TimTheTatman’s Twitch channel hit with shortest ‘ban’ in history – Dexerto
TimTheTatman’s Twitch channel hit with shortest ‘ban’ in history TimTheTatman, InstagramPopular Twitch streamer Tim ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar was hit with the ban hammer on September 20, but his fans were able to breathe a sigh of relief after it turned out to be the shortest banning in history – potentially even a mistake. The internet personality can often be seen linking up with a number of other streamers, including Benjamin ‘DrLupo’ Lupo, Tyler ‘Ninja‘ Blevins, and others to play a wide variety of games for his fans. For a brief moment on September 20, it seemed that those viewers would need a time machine in order to visit his channel in the future, before the decision was very quickly reversed. This was still enough time for fans on Twitter to start losing their minds, though! At the time of writing, there’s no clear indication as to why Tim was ‘banned’ on Twitch. After all, Twitch tend not to comment on bans and the reasons behind them,, at least not publicly. Some fans have suggested that a recent stream of his where he was sharing media could have broken copyright rules, but it couldn’t have been anything major based on the length of the apparent suspension – which was around 10 minutes long. Given the quick reversal, there’s a possibility that it was all just a big mistake! Wait. What the hell is going on? — Bionisguy ⬅️:arrow_right:️+3️⃣ (@Bionisguy_fgc) September 20, 2019 TimTheTatman has been trying out a number of new games on stream, since scrapping his previously full-time Fortnite streaming schedule, giving the likes of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare PC beta and World of Warcraft a whirl instead. Dexerto has reached out to the streamer for more information on the brief ban and we’ll update this article accordingly, should he respond. His channel is now available on Twitch, as usual, and fans will still be able to check out some of his best clips and vods until the next time he goes live.

Tim Hortons customer claims staff ran away from him because he has Tourette’s – Dexerto
Tim Hortons customer claims staff ran away from him because he has Tourette’s TIKTOK: myfamily_withtourettesA customer with Tourette Syndrome took to TikTok to accuse Tim Hortons workers of discriminating against him, saying they ran away after seeing signs of his condition. In a viral TikTok posted by the man (myfamily_withtourettes,) he blasted the workers in the store who allegedly ran away from the counter, refusing to serve him. A single employee then came out to the front to help him. “They all ran away and sent out a young man instead. In front of my kid,” he wrote in text over the clip, which amassed 19.5 million views. “Hey guys, hey guys, that’s not cool,” the customer said in the video. “That’s not cool, I have Tourette’s and she wants to not serve me she wants to send you? Like that’s crazy, man.” He then moved the camera around the restaurant, as the employee asked the TikToker what he can get for him. “An apology,” he replied before the video cut out. The customer with Tourette’s wrote in the video caption: “Seeing staff run away and point and laugh at you is an awful feeling. I hope none of you have to feel this kind of hate. Really messes with you over time. Tim Hortons please do better.” Many TikTok users in the comments sympathized with the content creator. “I’m so sorry that happened that was so wrong,” one user wrote. “Sorry you had to go through that, hopefully they learned from this experience,” another commented. “Man I’m so incredibly sorry you had to go through that. It’s unbelievable that people are like this,” a third shared. Others defended the worker that didn’t serve him, and thought that the whole situation was a misunderstanding. “I’m assuming it was handled poorly but I have no context and everyone is dealing with something and it’s likely her thing clashed with yours,” one said. “This is fast food and that’s a teenage girl for all you know it was just a weird situation so she sent the manager up front,” another wrote. “Sorry you had to experience that. Though, some people aren’t familiar with Tourette’s & find it alarming/scary at first,” a third added. For more TikTok news and other viral stories, make sure to check out our entertainment section.

That’s not all; the two later announced Brewer’s gender during a live stream shortly thereafter, releasing color-coded confetti after a highly-anticipated countdown that revealed their child to be a boy. While Tim himself was convinced they were having a girl, his audience felt otherwise, voting 58% to 42% that he would have a son – whose name he kept under wraps until his birth. Tim has since offered sincere thanks to all the fans and friends keeping up with he and Alexis’s journey, noting that he would be taking a break from streaming until his wife is cleared from the hospital. Just want to say to all of you sincerely thank you so much for all of the kind/positive words and love through all this. This whole process took way longer than we anticipated. Tilted Overwatch streamer Dafran bashes fan for idolizing him – Dexerto
Tilted Overwatch streamer Dafran bashes fan for idolizing him Former Overwatch League pro Daniel ‘dafran’ Francesca was left tilted after a tough loss and ripped into a Twitch viewer who claimed the streamer “wasn’t his hero anymore”. During a November 3 Twitch stream, the godly Tracer main tore into a viewer who claimed Dafran was no longer his hero after he reported a player in an earlier match for being “boosted”. While in the spawn room on Hollywood, the Danish star read his chat and saw that a viewer was upset with his report. “Dafran you’re not my hero anymore,” he read from his Twitch chat. “I don’t give a f***ing s**t. I’m not your f***ing hero. I’m just some sweaty f***ing nerd sitting in a f***ing basement playing computer,” he flamed. “You can go f**k yourself. I’m not your f***ing hero. Go find another hero, are you f***ing stupid or what?” Why did the viewer no longer idolize Dafran? In his prior match, an Orisa player, whose profile was private, didn’t use the Halt ability to pull the opposing team together. “Dude, this Orisa is actually boosted,” Francesca claimed. “I’m nearly sure that he’s boosted.” After the “defeat” screen popped up, the DPS prodigy started replaying what happened in his mind and narrated for his chat. “I use High Noon and he’s saving his pull. He only pulls when I asked for it. He was actually saving his pull while I was High Noon.” High Noon, or Deadeye, is McCree’s Ultimate ability where the hero stands still, but locks onto everything in sight dealing massive damage. Orisa players in high levels normally know to use their Halt to pull the enemy together so Deadeye gets massive value. However, the one in the former pro’s game didn’t use the ability. The angry streamer then proceeded to report the tank player, but nearly hesitated after seeing the player icon. “Oh, s**t he’s Atlanta Reign,” Dafran sighed, as it the icon was for his former team indicating the player may be a fan. “I don’t care,” he shrugged and reported the player anyway for “gameplay sabotage”. It wasn’t just the lack of pulls he took an issue with either. The Orisa player didn’t use Fortify as often as he should have, something the Danish DPS noted. “If you’re going to die all the time without using your shift in a Top 500 game, you don’t belong in there.” Francesca’s antics caused one of his viewers to lose respect for him and wrote that he was no longer their hero. Something the full-time streamer didn’t seem to care about. For his part, the hitscan legend did apologize for his attitude on stream shortly thereafter and wrote out an apology letter on stream for the Orisa player on Volskaya who he targeted. Dafran is no stranger to controversy. The former pro was suspended for in 2017 from all Blizzard events after he deliberately threw games during Competitive Season 5. He is now a full-time streamer for the Atlanta Reign, though he retired from the Overwatch League after playing a single stage in season 2.

Tim and Ninja in disbelief at Myth’s incredible xQc impression – Dexerto
Tim and Ninja in disbelief at Myth’s incredible xQc impression Twitch: Myth/Mixer: NinjaStreaming powerhouses Tim ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar and Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins were left stunned by fellow Fortnite content creator Ali ‘Myth’ Kabbani’s unbelievable impression of xQc. TSM Myth made his name off the back of Fortnite, and remains widely credited as one of the innovators of ‘building’ within Epic Games’ third-person battle royale. However, the 20-year-old is also well-known for his impressively accurate impressions of fellow streamers – most notably, mirroring the rage and speeches of Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel. He demonstrated his almost perfect impression again on February 7, much to the shock of Tim and Ninja. “I think Myth sounds more like xQc than xQc,” Tim said, after the streamers got onto the topic of his impressions. Ninja then joked that his impression is so accurate that it’s more like xQc doing a Myth impersonation. This was seemingly the prompt Myth needed to launch into his xQc impression, perfectly recreating the fast-talking Canadian. While much of the impersonation was hard to discern, it’s hard to understand how Kabbani does it so well. In response to the impression, Ninja and Tim were left questioning the amount of time Myth has practiced it. “How long do you watch his streams for? You literally just sound like him right now, I can’t even,” Ninja joked. “I genuinely didn’t practice it,” explained Myth. “I did it once on stream and I kinda just had it. I completely agree with you Tyler. My voice – the way that I genuinely speak – there’s a lot of similarities [with xQc].” Ninja and Tim were seemingly shocked at how good Myth’s impression was, hearing it first-hand for the first time in a while. It’s not the only impression Myth has the ability to perfect, having previously demonstrated his adeptness at Jaryd ‘summit1g’ Lazar.

Tiktok’s Zoe Laverne explains why she and Cody Orlove broke up – Dexerto
Tiktok’s Zoe Laverne explains why she and Cody Orlove broke up Instagram: zoexlaverneZoe Laverne and Cody Orlove are one of the longest-lasting couples on TikTok, having been together for over two years before their breakup in June 2020. Laverne and Orlove, who commonly referred to themselves as “Zody” online, had had their drama in the past, including a cheating scandal in March 2019 which saw Laverne allegedly cheat on Orlove with fellow TikTok star Drayke Austin. Despite this, they seemed to still work well together and, despite any issues they had in the past, it looked to be going alright. Apparently, though, all was not as it seemed, as Cody announced in a YouTube video on June 14 that they were no longer together. In the announcement video, he says that he didn’t want to talk about the reasons or create “any more drama than there needs to be,” but adds that he “didn’t see any progress or see us going anywhere.” Now, Laverne has spoken out on the break-up in a solemn TikTok Live session just a few hours later, as first captured by tiktokroom. “We broke up because I fell out of love… and I guess he did too? He fell out of love with me and we just aren’t the same.” She went on to add that “nothing bad happened” but they just didn’t feel happy anymore, so it seems the breakup was at least amicable. View this post on Instagram Although their breakup in March 2019 eventually meant nothing as they rekindled their relationship, this one feels a little more final given how they’ve explained the situation. Regardless, it’s not impossible that Zody will reunite some time again in the future, but for now, the TikTok stars are taking different paths – so who knows what comes next for them?

TikTok’s viral “Two pretty best friends” meme explained – Dexerto
TikTok’s viral “Two pretty best friends” meme explained TikTok: bobcalixte/ TikTok: jayrscottyy/ TikTok: 42duggerrHalloween might be over, but TikTok is still being spooked by one TikToker with extremely piercing eyes, and he has become a viral meme. [jwplayer s3Kl6oQO] It originates from user @jayrscottyy who sparked a ton of backlash after he posted a video saying “I ain’t ever see two pretty best friends, it’s always one of them gotta be ugly.” The video blew up and has been seen more than 28 million times at the time of writing alone, let alone the sheer number of duets, use of the sound, and references in comments or videos. Some viewers were angry about the concept and hit back, with one person writing “So who’s your pretty friend.” Others duetted the sound with their best friend to disprove his point. Many were left astounded by his persona, and his striking light-colored eyes, to the extent that some even theorized that he could be a robot. One person said, “I’m genuinely so afraid of this man,” while another said that he “looks like an android.” Someone else said, “He’s made by Apple, he’s actually a new Apple product.” Others have also expressed concern that he doesn’t appear to even blink in his videos. One person went so far as to duet him pointing out his slightly bizarre and confusing replies to some of the comments. He said, “Something is going on behind the scenes I’m certain of it.” Since the meme blew up, several people, including some of the app’s biggest creators like Tana Mongeau and Threedotcorey, have found the original videos days after the meme started to reach every corner of TikTok. One comment with more than 134,000 likes read “POV: you finally found the original.” In the last few days, Jordan Scott’s TikTok account has earned more than 300k followers since the beginning of November, taking him up to 837,000. TikTok’s “watch my boyfriend for me” trend explained – Dexerto
TikTok’s “watch my boyfriend for me” trend explained TikTok: calebnandreaTikTok’s “watch my boyfriend for me” trend has viewers laughing at how well-behaved girls’ boyfriends are while they walk away and leave them alone for a moment. TikTok trends that include people’s significant others tend to be some of the most popular fads on the platform. Whether it’s a new dance, an eating challenge like “Rock, Paper, Scissors,” or a trend that takes your significant other by surprise, there are plenty of TikTok fads to enjoy doing with someone special. In one of TikTok’s latest trends, women are asking their viewers to “watch my boyfriend for me” while they walk away for a brief moment. During the “watch my boyfriend for me” trend, the girlfriend places her phone in front of their boyfriend while it’s recording. They then say “watch my boyfriend or me” as they walk away. Often, the guy plays into the trend by telling a story, talking about their SO, or complaining with complete confusion. For example, on April 27, TikTok couple Caleb & Andrea partook in the new trend and received 15.8M views and counting. When Andrea left her phone in front of her snacking mate, he looked around like a lost “toddler,” unaware of what was happening. Viewers found the video comical, as Caleb refused to make eye contact with the phone. One person even said they could “feel his anxiety” through the video. Just a couple of days before Caleb & Andrea’s video, TikToker Anna Muller posted her take on the trend, receiving 2.7M views and counting. During her video, she placed the phone in front of her significant other and told him she had to “walk our fish.” Her man rolled his eyes and said “we don’t even have fish” while he continued to peel his mango. He then began randomly saying facts about flamingos, “A group of flamingos is flamboyance,” he proudly said. Viewers of Anna’s “watch my boyfriend for me” trend found her mate entertaining. “Came for the babysitting, stayed for the flamingo flamboyance,” said one viewer. “Your fish needed a longer walk, I was really getting into the flamingo facts,” added another. While the trend began back in 2023, it exploded in popularity this April. In fact, the “watch my boyfriend for me” trend has become so popular on TikTok that there are already 173M posts about it. This is just the latest relationship-focused TikTok fad to go viral after the “tiny portion” trend took off earlier this year, where one part of the couple served themselves a small portion of food and recorded their partner’s reaction to them eating less. Another relationship-related TikTok trend that took over social media was the viral “orange peel theory” test, where a person asks their significant other to peel an orange for them. If they say yes, it’s supposed to mean that your other half cares about your needs, no matter how trivial.

TikTok’s viral “sky blue French tip 1.5” trend explained – Dexerto
TikTok’s viral “sky blue French tip 1.5” trend explained TikTok: kieran8797 / jingliftsA longstanding viral trend on TikTok involves “sky blue French tip 1.5,” but it often leaves viewers confused about what it means. Short-form video platform TikTok is known for its huge range of different trends and challenges, with new ones going viral regularly, and dominating people’s For You Pages. These trends are sometimes based on inside jokes that people may not initially understand the first time they see it pop up on their feed. Previous examples of this have included the ‘Beckham test’ and the ‘just give me my money’ trend. Since the summer of 2022, several TikTokers have gone viral with their videos making reference to “sky blue French tip 1.5,” which has confused thousands of viewers who are out of the loop. “Next time your girl asks what color to get her nails done just say ‘sky blue French tip 1.5 and watch her reaction,” one video with over 7.1 million views said. Another user wrote: “If she asks what nails to get say ‘French tip sky blue 1.5 inch,’ she will block you but it’s funny.” What does ‘sky blue French tip 1.5’ mean on TikTok? ‘Sky blue French tip 1.5’ refers to a specific nail design, with ‘sky blue’ being the color, ‘French tips’ being the style, and ‘1.5’ being the length of the nails. The joke behind the trend is supposedly that if a girl asks her boyfriend what nails she should get, and he responds with something so specific, it means he could be cheating on her. The logic behind the trend is by no means foolproof, of course, but some users have even shared the reactions of their girlfriends after asking them to get these specific nails, and the request certainly seemed to make them suspicious. TikTok has seen an influx of viral trends lately, including the popular Bratz filter and the problematic anti-sunscreen trend.

TikTok’s viral ‘tunnel lady’ ordered to stop digging project by city officials – Dexerto
TikTok’s viral ‘tunnel lady’ ordered to stop digging project by city officials TikTok: engineer.everythingThe woman known across TikTok as the ‘tunnel lady’ has been ordered to stop her viral unpermitted digging endeavor by city officials. 37-year-old Kala, also known as ‘engineer everything’ online, has become a veritable sensation on social media thanks to her viral project digging a 30-foot-long tunnel off the side of her basement as a kind of underground “storm shelter.” Kala began her project in August 2022 and has been documenting the process on TikTok ever since October of that year. While Kala says she has no formal background in engineering, she claims she has undertaken most of the work herself, occasionally recruiting friends for help when needed. TikTok’s ‘tunnel girl’ ordered to stop viral digging project Kala’s unique endeavor has earned her half a million followers as viewers pour in asking questions like, “Is it legal to just start digging?” and “Do we have a goal, or are we just expressing ourselves through tunneling?” However, it looks like Kala’s project has been put on pause. In a TikTok video uploaded on December 28, 2023, Kala performed a sort of ‘skit’ reenacting her encounter with city officials who supposedly asked her to stop tunneling. In her video, Kala claimed that she was hit with an official order to halt her current activities, and said that she needs to obtain the proper permits to continue to her tunnel after it gets evaluated by an engineer. “So, they did give me a stop work order, and are requiring an immediate evaluation by a professional engineer,” she said. “Fortunately, contrary to a few rumors here, it is constructed entirely below the slab of my house, and it shouldn’t be too hard to get the permits and approval. So, we’ll be working on that.” While Kala’s content has mostly garnered curious cats in awe of her odd hobby, several viewers expressed criticism of her viral tunnel, with one writing: “‘It shouldn’t be too hard to get the permits and approval,’ then maybe you should’ve done that first, Kala. Also you are downplaying the severity of your passion project even in your reenactment.” “When I fall into a sinkhole because my quirky neighbor wanted tunnels for some reason,” another wrote. Kala has declined to comment further on the matter “until the permit process is complete,” as per the New York Post — so fans will just have to wait and see what’s to come of this viral underground undertaking.

Several users went on to stitch the video with their attempts at the hack, and some of them couldn’t believe that it actually worked. Click here if TikTok doesn’t load However, others were disappointed with the results. For those that were struggling to make it work, commenters suggested to freeze it for longer to ensure the pop is properly frozen, and to make sure that you’re snapping it hard enough. Others suggested that the reason it might not work for everyone is that companies will use different types of plastic, which might mean that the hack is impossible for certain types of ice pop. Regardless, it seems that many users are implementing this hack into their daily lives after seeing it on their TikTok For You Page.

Users quickly created a prank trend inspired by the popular video, in which they would show the clip to young children, and tell them that the puppet was actually them as a baby. These videos racked up hundreds of thousands of likes and views, taking over the app. The original video has been flooded with comments referencing the meme. “I remember doing this as a baby,” one comment with over 50,000 likes read. “This is literally me as a baby,” said another, alongside hundreds of other similar comments. This has then progressed into some users making arts and crafts of the whimsical video, drawing the white puppet, or creating small models of it. Some even went on to dress up in similar outfits, and film their own videos in the forest. The character has become immediately recognizable to millions of TikTok users, and even though the video was posted weeks ago, the trend is still going strong, with new videos being created on a daily basis.

TikTok’s viral “Milk Crate Challenge” is leaving some people seriously injured – Dexerto
TikTok’s viral “Milk Crate Challenge” is leaving some people seriously injured YouTube: D Green / Twitter: @joshnsanchezThe latest trend taking TikTok by storm involves a mountain of milk crates… but it turns out that climbing these unstable boxes can leave users with broken bones, bruises, and worse. TikTok is a haven for all manner of memes and challenges. Taking after tasks like the Ice Bucket Challenge and the Cinnamon Challenge from ages past, TikTok has spawned an entirely new generation of trends that are all the rage online. However, some of TikTok’s biggest bandwagon moments can, at times, lead to serious injury. The platform has experienced several challenges that have been warned against by medical professionals, including the Nutmeg Challenge and a “sinus cleansing” garlic-up-the-nose trick, among more serious cases that have even claimed lives. The latest trend to take over the app is the Milk Crate Challenge. On the surface, this particular stunt doesn’t seem too hazardous, with the goal being to successfully climb a stack of milk crates without falling to the floor. While some users are putting everyone to shame with their skills — including one woman who managed to ascend and descend the milk crate stack in high heels — others are not so graceful. A quick search of the term ‘Milk Crate Challenge’ on TikTok or Twitter brings up a slew of videos that show people wiping out, usually in outdoor environments and on pavement. This, understandably, can lead to major injuries, says Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Shawn Anthony. In a statement to The Today Show, Dr. Anthony claims that hospitals are already seeing a slew of wounds from the challenge, which include things like “broken wrists, shoulder dislocations, ACL and meniscus tears, as well as life-threatening conditions like spinal cord injuries.” “Emergency rooms across the country are already overcrowded and elective surgeries are being delayed or postponed due to lack of hospital beds,” he added. “This social media challenge puts unnecessary additional stress on our health system and health care providers.” https://twitter.com/Peds_Ortho/status/1429515876391391236?ref_src=twsrctfwtwcamptweetembedtwterm1429515876391391236twgrtwcons1_&ref_url=httpswww.today.comparentsparents-should-know-about-dangerous-milk-crate-challenge-t228930 Dr. Anthony isn’t the only orthopedic surgeon to warn against this trend, either; Virginia-based surgeon Dr. George Gantsoudes also tweeted a reminder that treatment for injuries resulting from such a trend might be labeled “elective surgeries,” which aren’t always considered emergencies. Think twice before you want to try out the Milk Crate challenge next time — it might just save you a trip to the ER!

TikTok’s viral “Island Boys” get booed in their first Miami show – Dexerto
TikTok’s viral “Island Boys” get booed in their first Miami show Instagram: @flyysouljaTikTok’s Flyysoulja and Kodiyakredd went viral for their “Island Boy” song. But their first major show, at Miami nightclub LIV, didn’t go so well — as their acapella performance was quickly booed by the crowd. Some things just work better on the internet. And some music just works better with a beat. For Flyysoulja and Kodiyakredd, it seems that both things might be true. The duo, fit with unique looks and hairstyles, went viral on TikTok by singing an “Island Boy” song in a jacuzzi. The video spread throughout the world of social media, even gracing the Twitch and YouTube world with Hasan and Andrew Callagher reactions. But, while fame brought opportunities, the real world wasn’t quite as appreciative of the twins — whose real names are Franky and Alex Venegas. When they performed on stage at LIV in Miami, their voices were almost immediately drowned out by a chorus of boos. TikTok’s viral “Island Boys” get booed at Miami nightclub As you can see in the clip, the twins approach their performance with passion. In red and black fits, the duo’s vests even matched their lyrics. Going further, when the lyrics mention ‘going Super Saiyan,’ they motion toward their high, blonde hairstyles. But despite the energy and the performance synergy, the crowd’s reactions blend into a mixture of laughs and boos. The duo seem unfazed, but social media quickly reacted to the… unideal reception. At the moment, a TikTok showing the twins’ performance has over 10.5 million views on the platform. The comments are interestingly mixed, with some roasting the “Island Boys” for trying their viral song in real life and others complimenting them for the confidence. No matter whether you like the song or not, you have to wonder what’s next for Flyysoulja and Kodiyakredd. Based on this performance, maybe getting a background beat could be a good next step for their viral song.

TikTok’s viral marshmallow game: What is it? – Dexerto
TikTok’s viral marshmallow game: What is it? TikTok/UnsplashMany TikTok users have become obsessed with the ‘Marshmallow Game’ after it started going viral on the app in late September. Here’s everything to know about how to play it. Over the past couple of years, TikTok has been home to a whole host of popular trends and challenges that pretty much everyone has had an attempt at. Some of these are still going strong – you’ll see plenty of Moon Phase TikToks and AI Filter trends popping up on your feed at the minute – but there are still new ones too, including the marshmallow game. It’s a simple sequence game where you and a friend have to repeat three phrases. However, people keep getting caught out by trying to go fast. Here’s what you need to know to play it yourself. How to play TikTok’s Marshmallow Game The ‘Marshmallow Game’ was popularized by Australian TikToker Marianne Infante, who noted that she’d been taught it by her friend Tatum. Her first clip on the game garnered over 1.3 million views at the time of writing, with viewers desperate to know the rules. However, if you watch her and her pal have a go at it, you’ll notice it’s pretty easy to pick up. It starts with one player saying “one marshmallow” before the other player says “check it out.” Then the sequence goes back to the first player to say “woo.” As you start getting up to two and three in the sequence, you have to say each phrase that many times before you can level up. Start with one player saying “one marshmallow” – The other replies with “check it out” – The first player then says “woo” – Keep repeating and adding to the phrases as many times as possible without breaking the sequence – Click here if TikTok doesn’t load The marshmallow game is just a sequence game after all, however, some TikTokers get thrown off by trying to ramp up the speed of their attempts. Once you’ve had a go, simply just add your video to the Marshmallow Game hashtag and see where you stack up. But don’t cheat, nobody likes a cheat.

TikTok’s viral garlic bread recipe: How to make “best garlic bread ever” Instagram: Jake CohenJake Cohen, cook and author of best-selling ‘Jew-ish’, posted a garlic bread recipe on his TikTok account that’s gone viral. Cohen said he was “beyond shook” by the response. The original video has over 16 million views since it was posted on August 1 and the video on August 11 has over 11 million in less than 24 hours. The caption on the first read “squeezing roasted garlic is my k!nk.” How to make TikTok’s viral garlic bread The video features Cohen, who’s known for his rich and indulgent bakes, roasting four whole bulbs of garlic. Then the roasted garlic is squeezed out and mixed in with butter, basil, and crushed red pepper. The paste is then spread over the baguettes, cooked for 15 minutes until “nice and golden.” The reviews seem to be good with one person commenting “take my money. All of it.” Another said it “looks so good.” Click here if the link does not load One person really appreciated the feel-good nature of the video commenting that it had “been a long week” so she “cried at how good this looks.” Given that this recipe uses four whole cloves of garlic, it is surely guaranteed to make your breath smell. However, one person noted that “nobody notices if you have dragon breath if everyone has dragon breath.” However several of the comments believed the roasted garlic that was squeezed out of the bulbs looked like pimples being popped. Someone even went to tag the famous Dr. Pimple Popper. This isn’t the first garlic-related trend on TikTok with people sticking bulbs up their nose going viral last month. However, this looks a lot more harmless. Other food trends have included the #Pastachips challenge and the frozen honey trend. Jake Cohen’s book Jew-ish went onto become a New York Times best-seller and has received attention from the likes of Britney Spears and Katie Couric.

TikTok’s viral fake proposals trend sparks moral debate – Dexerto
TikTok’s viral fake proposals trend sparks moral debate PexelsIf you are active on TikTok, you will likely have come across viral fake proposal pranks. However, it’s sparking a debate about whether it is funny or mean. TikTok has managed to bring out a variety of trends that have gone viral. Be it the Grimace Shake trend, the “get sturdy” trend, or the Fortnite Boogie Bomb trend, users hop on to try them. Such a new trend has now entered the dating content genre, as many TikTokers are getting down on one knee. They are making their partner feel that they are proposing, only for it to be fake, and posting their reactions online. These videos have millions of views and comments going wild, making it a now-viral trend on TikTok. A video of a user named Darren Clegg and his partner posing in front of a sunset was published on July 1. Getting down on one knee, he reaches down his pocket, before getting up and laughing. The TikToker walked away from his partner, leaving his girlfriend to shake her head and smile. According to his caption, the user joked about it to the point that his partner wouldn’t believe him if he was actually proposing. TikTok users express mixed reactions to the prank The TikTok garnered over 2.2 million views and over 250 comments, where viewers debated about the prank. Some users found it funny while noting that the woman in the video took it well. However, others expressed that this wasn’t something to be joked about. They shared that their partners could get really upset about the fake proposal if they believed that it was real. One of the top comments with the most likes under the video read, “The way I’d cry my eyes out”. But many other viewers expressed they wouldn’t be responding this well if it happened to them. However, this is not the first time a fake proposal has gone viral on the app. TikToker Fiona Simpson posted a TikTok on June 27, where she revealed her boyfriend fake proposes whenever they are in a romantic location. Meanwhile, many other TikTokers like Farmer Will have posted similar videos which have amassed millions of views. TikTok users debate if it’s beige or red flag Viewers explained in the comments that the action was described as a beige flag, which is deemed as a behavior from romantic partners which is neutral. This is internet slang in contradiction of red flags, which means issues in the relationship. But a majority of the comments under these TikToks shared that this was a negative trait. “This is a red flag to me … do not mess with my feelings like that this is not a joking matter,” a viewer wrote. However, other comments warned partners to not prank their significant others as they might walk away when they actually try to propose.

TikTok’s viral “Fancy Like” Applebee’s song nominated for Grammy – Dexerto
TikTok’s viral “Fancy Like” Applebee’s song nominated for Grammy TikTok, @walkerhayes / GRAMMYsFrom TikTok trends to the Grammy Awards, Walker Hayes’ viral “Fancy Like” Applebee’s TikTok song has officially been nominated for the Best Country Song of 2022. “Yeah, we fancy like Applebee’s on a date night. Got that Bourbon Street steak with the Oreo shake.” If you’ve been on TikTok, or even just watched TV, during the past year or so — you’ve probably heard those lyrics. And they’ve probably gotten stuck in your head. Country artist Walker Hayes made his “Fancy Like” song, with a hook revolving around Applebee’s menu items, and it was an instant hit. With over 32 million views on TikTok, the song (and its dance) went viral almost immediately. Now, following the song’s usage on official Applebee’s commercials and its spread throughout Oreo shake lovers everywhere, things have… escalated. “Fancy Like” is officially nominated for a 2022 Grammy. “Fancy Like” Applebee’s song goes from viral TikTok to Grammy Awards A short snippet of the song, accompanied by a dance with his daughter, started it all. Hayes originally posted the video in June 2021 and, less than a year later, we have the first TikTok song and dance to earn Grammy recognition. Originally speaking about the viral success, Hayes said that he didn’t expect it to “pop off like it did.” And he credited his daughter with the idea of adding a TikTok dance to the equation. After about 17-18 years of trying to crack into mainstream success as a country artist, Hayes expressed surprise that TikTok took him over the edge. One can only imagine his surprise now, as “Fancy Like” is one of just six nominees for Country Song of the Year. The Grammy Awards Show will air on January 31st, 2022. If “Fancy Like” wins, Hayes just might need to skip the Oreo shake and embrace some “champagne poppin’ entertainment.”

Across TikTok, tons of screenshots of text messages read “Draco Season With the Bookbag,” finished with a suitcase emoji. Sending the viral phrase to people they may know and sometimes even random people, TikTokers have caused great confusion with the seemingly random text, but have also gone viral in the process. At first glance, the viral phrase seems like it came out of nowhere, but with a bit of digging, we’ve pinpointed the origin of “Draco Season With the Bookbag,” who started this trend, what it means, and how viral has the phrase become. What does “Draco Season With the Bookbag” mean? The viral phrase originates from a song by Atlanta-based rapper Future, titled “Draco” back in 2017. The original video that @SimplySaturnn used the sound clip in features rapper Coi Leray dancing while the “Draco” snippet plays. As her video blew up, so did the sound clip, leading to users texting the song’s lyrics to random people to get a response. TikTok’s viral brownie recipe: Comment meme explained – Dexerto
TikTok’s viral brownie recipe: Comment meme explained Unsplash: iMattSmartComment sections on TikTok are being bombarded with the same recipe for brownies, but the recipe meme has baffled many users who keep seeing the same comment around the app. Now one of the most popular social media platforms, TikTok has millions of daily users flocking to the app to post their own videos and scroll through their For You Page. With so many users, there are constantly new inside jokes and memes popping up, which can be anything from references to particular dates or new slang terms, and it can be hard to keep up with. In March, people started noticing that under hundreds of different videos on their For You Page, there were multiple comments including the same recipe for brownies. TikTok Brownie Recipe The comments will usually start with something along the lines of “anyway here’s the recipe for brownies,” after which they’ll comment: 1/2 cup butter – 2 eggs – 1 cup sugar – 1/3cup cocoa powder – 2 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/2cup flour – Most bizarrely, there doesn’t appear to be any particular reason for leaving a comment, or a pattern for the kind of videos it’s left under, but the trend has become so popular that some users are already tired of seeing the same recipe under every video. “Whatever TikTok brownie recipe joke bs is going on it needs to stop. Most stale boring-ass humor I have ever seen,” one Twitter user wrote. Another said: “If I see one more ‘anyway here’s the recipe for brownies’ comment on TikTok I’m gonna lose my sh*t.” watever tiktok brownie recipe joke bs is going on it needs to stop. most stale boring ass humor i have ever seen. god even the sparkle emoji around the text was better than this bullshit — atelic (@uhhstelic) March 24, 2022 If i see one more “anyway heres the recipe for brownies 🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓” comment on tiktok im gonna lose my shit — cozmic (@CozmicBlazeYeah) March 23, 2022 The comment meme is only continuing to grow in popularity as more people catch on, but there’s a good chance that creators will start deleting and blocking comments under their videos if they grow tired of the trend — however, there’ll no doubt be a new comment meme that comes along soon to replace it. Whether this brownie recipe actually results in a successful batch of tasty treats, is another matter – but there will be plenty TikTokers trying it out already.

TikTok’s viral Broccoli ‘hack’ has the internet split – Dexerto
TikTok’s viral Broccoli ‘hack’ has the internet split TikTok: steph2302TikTok user stepher2302 has launched the most recent viral debate on the video-sharing app, this time centered around how to cook and serve broccoli. TikTok is known for pitting people against each other in tons of different debates that have gone viral, often centered around some pretty ridiculous reasons and videos. Users on TikTok have been vocally split on Couch Guy and his girlfriend, scorned ex’s melting down an engagement ring, and the infamous Doors vs Wheels debate. Now, there’s a new debate making the rounds, centered on everyone’s favorite green vegetable. TikTok argues over broccoli ‘hack’ On April 4, user steph2302 posted a video that would end up throwing nearly all of TikTok into a frenzied argument. Steph’s comment section was instantly filled with thousands of comments arguing over keeping vs tossing the stem. The video, now at over 13.8 million views, has caused quite a stir. Click here if TikTok doesn’t load One user commented: “The stem, when it’s stir-fried in garlic and nice herbs and stuff, is the BEST.” Another added, “Lifehack?! Lol. Saved you the 20 seconds it takes to chop it. You should have a raffle and mail the winner the stems,” one TikToker joked. Possibly the best comment came from a user both amused but horrified as they shouted, “WHY ARE PEOPLE OUT HERE ARGUING OVER BROCCOLI!” At over an insane 8,000 comments now, the debate over broccoli stems simply will not die. As the debate rages on, remember, at the end of the day, we’re talking about broccoli here.

TikTok’s Tabi Swiper explained: Woman goes viral as date steals her $1k shoes – Dexerto
TikTok’s Tabi Swiper explained: Woman goes viral as date steals her $1k shoes TikTok: nextlevellexussIf you’ve been across TikTok and social media in the last few days, you may have seen posts about the Tabi Swiper after a woman had her $1,000 shoes stolen by a Tinder date. Here’s everything we know. Despite starting life out as a platform for creatives to share their art, dance routines, and other bits of creativity, TikTok has become an everyday social media outlet for many others. The short-form video app has now become a go-to for many users who want to give an insight into their daily lives or, more often than not, share horror stories from their dating lives and just general things that have happened around them. Well, in the case of TikToker Lex (nextlevellexuss), she had a disastrous moment with a Tinder date who stole her $1,000 Martin Margiela Mary Jane Tabis in what is now being called the ‘Tabi Swiper’ story. Here’s what you need to know. What happened with the Tabi Swiper on TikTok? Lex first went viral on TikTok back on September 2nd, as she put out a warning to women in New York City about a man named Joshua who she had gone on a date with. The TikToker revealed that, after their date, she invited the man back to her apartment and they got into a conversation about fashion – specifically the Tabi shoes. Fast forward to the morning and after he’d left, Lex realized something was missing from her shoe rack. “I go to Tinder to message him, unmatched! Gone! And I’m like, oh no, this bitch stole my fucking shoes,” she said, putting a call for any information about him. “I go to the call log and he literally deleted the history of the call, so I can’t find his number.” A number of commenters called the guy “sinister” for what had unfolded, while others noted they’d also had interactions with him. As a result, Lex managed to get his information from someone who’d come across the videos and knew his details on Instagram. That was when she discovered that the man had gifted the shoes to his girlfriend and Joshua offered her $1,000 for what had happened. Thankfully, things ended up getting ironed out and, after another update, Lex was able to retrieve her shoes from Joshua. The whole thing has sparked a whole host of jokes and memes on social media, with many parodying the situation and others claiming to protect their shoes from dates they bring over. Though, it’s just another warning to be careful on the internet. While you might want to steal someone’s heart, they just want your shoes.

TikToker Karina Prieto quits Society Las Vegas amid racism allegations TikTok: societylasvegasTikToker Karina Prieto has announced she’s leaving creator house Society Las Vegas after members were accused of using racial slurs. The Society House is one of the many influencer groups that have been popping up in recent years, and features influencers like Karina Prieto, Hannah Evanna, and more. The group has just under 100,000 followers on TikTok, and posts a range of dance and challenge-related content. On April 30, TikToker Taraswrld posted a video in which she said she wanted to ‘expose racists influencers,’ and the subject of the video was Society Las Vegas. Tara explained that she went on a party bus once, and she and her friends invited the creators from Society House to join them as they didn’t have any other friends in the area. She described that as the music was playing, many of them began to use racial slurs. “All of them just spitting it out like it’s nothing. And I’m sitting back like, the nerve! The f***ing nerve! So my drunk ass got up and screamed in their face.” Soon after, member Karina also posted a video to TikTok in which she addressed the claims. “This is my statement saying that I don’t say that word in song, in slang, in conversation, with my closest friends, with my closest family. I don’t say that word,” she explained. https://www.tiktok.com/@karina.prieto/video/6957036491524836614?lang=en&is_copy_url=0&is_from_webapp=v1&sender_device=pc&sender_web_id=6891581267042141701 Karina went on to say: “To Tara I do apologize if something was misheard, misseen, or misunderstood, cause I don’t want bad blood with anyone,” apologizing for the situation. Then the official Society Las Vegas Instagram page posted a statement that claimed the house “has a no-tolerance policy for racism and hate.” View this post on Instagram They continued by adding: “We have been made aware of an accusation and will take appropriate action. We ask for your patience as we investigate the situation.” Karina Prieto leaves Society Las Vegas After Society House released their statement, Karina uploaded a TikTok in which she announced she would be leaving the house. She said she felt “disappointed” in her housemates for not speaking up after she’d already taken a public stance. A clip then resurfaced of Karina apparently saying a racial slur on a live last year, however she denied that she actually said it. Anna Shumate also sent in the context for the conversation in the clip, also claiming that Karina did not use a slur. View this post on Instagram In the comments, Karina wrote: “I hope this clears things up. I would never say something like that. Thank you to those of you who stood up for me and I hope that everyone that thought I said it now understands the context and AG‘s reaction. I apologize for talking fast and blurring my words together but I assure you I would never say it.” Member Cole Beckham also uploaded a video in which he claimed he was the one who was using the racial slur in the song, not the girls, and alleged that some details of Tara’s original story are not true. Gabriella Annalisa also denied the allegations. This isn’t the first time a whole TikTok house has found itself at the center of drama. In February, Not a Content House was nearly entirely disbanded as a result of its members’ accusations against management.

In the past couple of years, TikTok seems to have become the best place for lookalikes to thrive. The platform’s viral algorithm ensures that these creators are spread throughout For You Pages across the world, quickly going viral on the app. The app has seen uncanny matches for Ariana Grande, Charli D’Amelio, and many more. Some users even got creative and made themselves into exact matches for popular celebrities like the viral Tom Cruise ‘deepfake.’ But one creator has gone viral for their face and costume alone, looking like an exact match for actress Scarlett Johansson. ‘Kate Johansson’ is the spitting image of the Black Widow actress, and posts a range of videos of her dressing up like Scarlett and her popular characters. This ranges from lip-syncing videos, dancing videos, and even videos in which she participates in some of the most popular TikTok trends. It seems as though many viewers had to do a double-take when Kate popped up on their For You Pages, and some have even remained confused about the creator’s identity, asking others in the comments whether she really is Scarlett. However, as much as people would like to see the actress on TikTok, Kate is of course just an impersonater. She even joked in one of her videos that some have called her the “Scarlett from Wish,” so clearly not everyone was fully convinced. Kate’s videos regularly get millions of views, sometimes even tens of millions, and at the time of writing she has over 5 million followers on the account. TikTok’s Red Flags trend: People share their biggest dating icks – Dexerto
TikTok’s Red Flags trend: People share their biggest dating icks TikTok: pastabianxo/theblondeinpinkWomen on TikTok have been posting videos about their dating red flags. From “gym rats” to “Taurus men,” no-one is safe from this widespread trend. But, what is a red flag? More importantly, how do you avoid making it onto the list? Thanks to the internet, we have a whole new lexicon for bad relationship conduct. Twitter gave us ‘The Ick,’ the perfect expression for when you’re just not feeling it anymore. Words like ‘negging’ have also come into public consciousness as of late, popularized by season seven of Love Island. On August 26, TikTok saw an influx of users confessing their dating ‘red flags.’ As in, traits you might see in a partner which trigger your fight-or-flight. From the arguably obvious (“is mean to his mom”) to the incredibly niche (“is a cancer sun.”) While you’re poised with pen to paper, let’s actually break down what a ‘red flag’ really is. Red flags, according to TikTok On August 31, user @imscout revealed her “red flags in men”. Warning signs are very much an individual thing, as “drives a mom car” is testament to. Other users cited “following Lana Rhodes and Belle Delphine” as their biggest red flags. Meanwhile, user ‘Evie’ revealed she dislikes “going to sleep on an argument” in a DMC with her followers. TikToker Meghan Wainwright spoke about ‘love bombing’ in her red flag video. The dating-trend-within-a-dating-trend details a potential partner “texting you like you’re they’re girlfriend” before meeting for the first time. What do all these dating trends mean? Unfortunately, TikTok doesn’t come with its own dictionary. With each buzzword and phrase flying around, it can be hard to keep up! Luckily, we’ve compiled a rundown of TikTok dating trends below. Red Flags: Early warning signs that your (potential) partner may not be the one for you, after all. – Negging: A pick-up tactic which involves insulting your target so they’ll “open up to your advances.” – Love Bombing: Bombarding a (potential) partner with excessive affection, before leaving them high and dry. – The Ick: The point of no return; a cold bucket of water after the honeymoon stage. – Breadcrumbing: A partner dropping ‘crumbs’ of affection in an attempt to lead you on. – Ghosting: Blanking, ignoring, potentially even blocking a partner for no reason. – Red flags can be tricky to navigate. But its always worth bearing in mind that there’s someone out there for everyone!

TikTok’s Peach Milkshake girl goes viral again two years after original clip – Dexerto
TikTok’s Peach Milkshake girl goes viral again two years after original clip Kat ‘Peach Milkshake Girl’ Stickler has resurfaced two years after her first TikTok of her husband offering to take her out for her favorite peach milkshake went viral. Kat Stickler and her now ex-husband, Mike, went viral two years ago for some of the pre-global health issue’s most wholesome TikTok content. As Kat was putting on her makeup, Mike proposed her with a grand gesture – and by grand gesture, we mean it. He, anticipating her excitement, asked her if she would like to go do all of her favorite things. Being a new mom, Kat was quick to turn down the offer to visit her beloved out-of-the-house activities like going to Target, Home Goods, getting pedicures, and eating brunch. But when Mike said the magic words, “Chick-fil-A,” Kat couldn’t help herself, because she knew what was coming next — a peach milkshake. Now, two years later, Kat is still noticed in public as the “Peach Milkshake Girl.” Kat continues to be recognized as “Peach Milkshake Girl” two years after viral video Although Kat and Mike may have gotten divorced since then, Kat’s affinity for Chick-fil-A’s peach milkshake lives on. She may not have Grandma on speed dial as quickly as she did in 2020 when she first went viral with Mike, but that doesn’t mean she shouldn’t enjoy her favorite snack. (And trust us – enjoy it, she has.) Just a week ago, Kat found time to herself from mothering her toddler and ventured out to the nearest Chick-fil-A in her area and shared her excursion on TikTok. As she approached the takeout window of the popular chain restaurant, an employee asked her, “Are you Peach Milkshake Girl?” Kat responded with laughter and told them the truth, because who doesn’t love a peach milkshake every once in a while? She continued to record herself and her reaction after not being able to enjoy the fruit-flavored milkshake for some time, stating it was her first one of 2023. As Kat sipped her frosty dessert drink, elation overtook her. She smiled from ear to ear and said, “I feel happy,” continuing, “If you know, you know.” Not only does Kat still get recognized as the “Peach Milkshake Girl” two years after her fans were introduced to her as such, the taste of the shake is still the same, as Kat says, “Same milkshake, different girl.” Although it’s no peach milkshake, here is the latest news on the Grimace Shake that is sending McDonald’s workers into a trend frenzy.

One dog on TikTok fits both categories, and he’s gone viral for his distinctive “owa owa” noise. Over the last week, the internet has gone crazy for this one very small and elderly Chihuahua called Pudgywoke, who went viral on TikTok after its owner, Malachy James, asked, “Can I get an Owa Owa?” Pudgy responded by biting his headphone mic and actually saying “owa owa.” The videos of the adorable, but angry, pup have taken the app by storm, with some clips amassing more than 50 million views. Pudgy himself now has over 6.3 million followers on the platform. What’s the origin? Despite blowing up over the last couple of weeks, Pudgy has been gracing the internet with his “owa owa’s” since December 5, when James posted a stitch reacting to a woman scooping macaroni from a dish in order to show off the wet sound, only for it to be completely dry. James asks Pudgy for a reaction, and he makes a hilarious growling noise – which some commenters said sounded like fax machine, a cicada, and even a dial-up modem. In one TikTok, James tells the story of how he got Pudgy and assures fans that Pudgy is okay. He thinks that Pudgy was once hit by a car after running away for a short time, because he started making the noises shortly after the incident. In the last couple of weeks, Pudgy has now turned into a meme. Several TikTokers have had their own take on “owa owa,” including Joe Mele, who tried it out with his own dog and even his dad. The term has also popped up on almost every platform, with “Can I get an owa owa?” being commented on Instagram posts, Twitch streams, YouTube videos, and Tweets. TikTok’s new sea salt hack might save your skin: Viral saltwater skincare tip TikTok: NeacrylicsOne benefit of TikTok is there’s no shortage of content if you’re looking for tips on improving your skin, your hair, or your fashion sense. In a recent viral TikTok skincare video, one woman offered her tip that helped get rid of her acne: Saltwater. User Leenis, otherwise known as @neacrylics, shared a video on June 20 discussing her experiences suffering from severe acne since a teenager. Leenis then began to notice how her skin improved after going into the sea and so looked at ways to replicate that. She started looking up sea salt sprays on Amazon and other marketplaces online but found them very expensive. In the video, she says, “I’ve been struggling (with acne) since I was eleven” and “I noticed every single time I swim at the beach and go into the ocean and my skin clears completely, so I bought sea salt off Amazon.” She also noticed that some of them had stuff added to them so she just decided to buy some sea salt “for just three bucks”. Breaking down how she made her facial cocktail, she explains, “I mix a teaspoon of sea salt with half a cup of warm water, make the exact same ratio as the ocean.” She then goes on to say, “I just spray it on my face every night… I’m about to start my period and you can see, no breakouts.” Since the original video went up, there has been a massive reaction with nearly a million people reacting to the video. Neacrylics has since followed up the original with a series of videos detailing her skin journey. Now, you might be thinking this could be one of those hacks that turns out to do more harm than good. However salt, as long as used in moderation, is well known for reducing inflammation and irritation. Sea salt also often includes minerals such as sodium, calcium, magnesium, and potassium. It is used in some skin-care routines already.

TikTok’s new guidelines: Dangerous trends and eating disorders targeted in new rules – Dexerto
TikTok’s new guidelines: Dangerous trends and eating disorders targeted in new rules Unsplash: Solen Feyissa/TikTokTikTok has revealed their latest community guidelines update with a focus on dangerous trends, hateful ideologies, eating disorders, and more. TikTok has been the home of thousands of viral trends, millions of new creators, and has even helped create a few new internet celebrities such as Charli D’Amelio, Addison Rae, and more. With over a billion users every month, they also have an issue with creators joining the app to harass others online, which has prompted the company to continuously update its community guidelines in an effort to curb harassment and dangerous acts. They’ve now updated their terms again, this time providing a rundown of the main changes they’ve made — with a focus on dangerous trends, eating disorders, among other things. TikTok Community Guidelines update TikTok revealed the new community guidelines updates on February 8, 2022, with a focus on supporting the well-being of the community and the integrity of the short-form video platform. In an accompanying blog post, the company put emphasis on several main updates that they plan on implementing over time. Dangerous acts and challenges While TikTok revealed, in November 2021, that they will be hammering down on dangerous acts and trends like the blackout challenge and the “devious lick,” they will hammer down on Suicide hoaxes to keep them from spreading on the app. The company sat down with experts to launch new videos from creators to call on their existing ‘stop, think, decide, and act’ method of deterring people from participating in dangerous challenges. Eating disorders The company has announced that they have sat down with eating disorder experts, researchers, and physicians to help curb disordered eating. As some people may not have an official eating disorder diagnosis, TikTok wants to crack down on symptoms like over-exercise and short-term fasting. Hateful ideologies While TikTok has almost always prohibited deadnaming, misgendering, and misogyny on the platform, they have created a separate section of the community guidelines to put explicit emphasis on the rules. Security, Integrity, availability, and reliability of the platform They will be opening “state-of-the-art” cyber incident monitoring and investigative centers in Washington DC, Dublin, and Singapore by the end of 2022. These centers will be created in an effort to crack down on unauthorized access to TikTok, as well as the app’s content, accounts, system, or data, as well as the use of TikTok to perform a criminal activity. The community will be able to find more information about categories that are not able to be recommended on the apps FYP, all within the community guidelines page. Constantly adjusting guidelines on an app like TikTok could prove to be worthwhile as it has continued to be the home of a wide variety of ever-evolving content, and continues to grow in users every single day.

TikTok’s lettuce water trend explained: Can it help you fall asleep easily? – Dexerto
TikTok’s lettuce water trend explained: Can it help you fall asleep easily? PexelsTikTok has introduced various life hacks as trends over the years, some useful, and others misleading. Now, there’s a new trend that claims drinking lettuce water will help you sleep better – is it true? An old trend on the video-sharing platform has resurfaced, and has people drinking lettuce water as a solution for insomnia. As per various videos, a glass of hot water with lettuce in it can help users fall asleep quickly. Lettuce is more common simply eaten in a salad, but the vegetable has gained more prominence as people find other ways to use it. Many users on TikTok have shared the benefits of drinking lettuce-infused hot water to help with insomnia. How to make the trending lettuce water TikToker, Shapla Hoque/Hook, drew a lot of attention to the trend. In her TikTok, she is seen drinking the lettuce water and falling asleep on camera. The user wrote in her video, “Apparently drinking lettuce water makes you sleepy, so — sis don’t sleep, so I’m gonna try it out.” She tore some lettuce leaves and put them in her cup and poured hot water over it. Shapla then added some mint tea for the taste and let it soak for 10 minutes. The TikToker removed the lettuce leaves and drank the water. She updated her followers that she felt “slightly sleepy” after it. Hoque continued, “Another update: lettuce has crack because your sis is gone.” She added yet another update the next morning that she fell asleep in 30 to 40 minutes. Her TikTok gained over 7 million views and more than 1.5 million likes. Many other users on TikTok saw her video and started trying it themselves. They posted videos under the hashtag “#lettucewater”. Does drinking lettuce water help with insomnia? According to experts, the chances of drinking lettuce water helping with insomnia is around zero. An associate professor of nutritional medicine, Marie-Pierre St-Onge weighed in on the subject to Insider in 2021. She explained that there is research that proves lettuce water will help with falling asleep. But according to non-human studies, lettuce has helped rats to sleep for longer. Although it’s not proven to be effective for humans, it is for also not harmful to try. However, some scientists will warn you about the amount of water you use as more intake of water before sleeping will only wake you up sooner than necessary – if you need to relieve yourself. Why do TikTokers insist on lettuce water? According to experts, it is probably because of the “placebo effect”. Marie-Pierre says, “If you expect something to work, then you probably feel more sleepy.” There is no harm in trying the trend but it is recommended to consume lettuce as part of your meals, but don’t expect it to be a sleeping miracle. But, for better tasting TikTok food trends, you might want to try to TikTok Cinnamon Rolls or Feta Pasta recipes.

TikTok’s Jaden Hossler accused of cheating with ‘homewrecker’ Mads Lewis – Dexerto
TikTok’s Jaden Hossler accused of cheating with ‘homewrecker’ Mads Lewis Instagram: madslewisIn a string of dramatic videos by the alleged ex’s friend, TikTok personality Jaden Hossler has been accused of cheating on ex girlfriend Lelianna with Mads Lewis – his current squeeze and fellow TikTok star. [jwplayer ZXB9LNVP] With 8.1 million followers on TikTok and 4.1 million followers on Instagram, Jaden Hossler is well on his way to becoming an established member of the influencer scene. He’s hot on the heels of his girlfriend, rising star Madison ‘Mads’ Lewis who, with 10.5 million TikTok followers and 5.3 million Instagram followers, has already made quite a name for herself. However, the course to true love never did run smooth, as evidenced by fresh allegations surrounding the couple that rocked TikTok in September. How it all unfolded TikTok user geminibaby6969 claims to be the best friend of Hossler’s ex-girlfriend Lelianna. She has uploaded a series of TikToks to “expose” not just Hossler’s cheating, but also Mads’ “attacking” response to Lelianna blocking her. The user claims that Lelianna was Hossler’s girlfriend before he got famous, and that unbeknown to her, he was dating Mads at the same time. He then went public with his relationship with Mads at a social media event. This led to his devastated ex blocking Mads on social media to avoid seeing the two together, but this then allegedly escalated to a “salty” Mads reaching out to Hossler’s ex, saying to her on Snapchat: “you should have more respect for yourself honey.” https://www.instagram.com/p/CFCa1KGlDIb/ According to the user, Hossler was “unfaithful to Leli with Mads and unfaithful to Mads with Leli” – although she also accuses Mads of “homewreck[ing] [her] friend’s relationship.” This isn’t the first time Hossler has been accused of cheating either. After his own cheating scandal involving ex-girlfriend Charli D’Amelio, fellow influencer Chase Hudson called out Hossler for not only “actively trying to hook up with Dixie [D’Amilio]”, but also for cheating on Mads an “endless amount of times […] for the past few months.” https://www.instagram.com/p/CCU6bKbnDIu/ It seems like Hossler and Lewis were able to get through that first round of cheating allegations together, but the real question is whether their relationship will survive this latest controversy.

TikTok’s Hype House cut ties with Darianka amid bullying allegations – Dexerto
TikTok’s Hype House cut ties with Darianka amid bullying allegations Instagram: darianka.sLess than two weeks after it appeared to be confirmed that TikTok star Darianka Sanchez was joining the Hype House, the collective has confirmed that she actually isn’t a part of the Hype House following bullying allegations. On June 8, all signs seemed to point towards Darianka officially joining the Hype House, with her and her management posting on Instagram about it, followed by an outpouring of support from fellow content creators. Although it was supposed to be one of the biggest moments of her life, Darianka was quickly dragged into drama with a flurry of bullying allegations surfacing, including against popular TikTok creator Kenzie Ziegler. The incident links back to a 2015 iCloud leak of Ziegler and her family, which people believe Darianka had some involvement in. After that, the situation went quiet: Darianka wasn’t showing off her new residence, the other Hype House members weren’t creating videos with or talking about her, and there was clearly some sort of issue. Now, it looks like Darianka’s fate has been sealed, thanks to a comment from the official Hype House TikTok account. In a comment from a fan on one of their posts, they were told that “Darianka can not be trusted” – and the Hype House residents took the opportunity to clear the air. “We wish her the best but she is not a part of Hype House,” the group’s official account wrote, dispelling any rumors that had started to circulate. Because of everything that has happened, it’s unclear whether Darianka was ever really actually in the Hype House – and if she was, it must be one of the shortest tenures in TikTok history. Darianka has not spoken on the issue, and none of the individual Hype House stars have explained the situation yet, so whether it ever comes out what has really happened remains to be seen.
