Joey Swoll had a fair bit of words to say regarding the situation, putting the influencer on blast in the process. “This video is so sad, so disappointing to see. Times are hard for a lot of people. There are a lot of people who can’t afford to go out to eat tonight,” he said. “You had to say this so loud because you intentionally want that man to hear you, you want to shame him. And then you go post that online? For what? So people can make fun of him? In Jonny’s first video of the series, he imagined the human personalities of a Pitbull, Poodle, Golden Retriever, Huskie, Corgi, and Chihuahua. That TikTok alone has accumulated a huge 23.5 million views, and five more videos in the series after that have had no problem reaching millions more. However, since dominating everyone’s For You Page, YouTuber, and TikToker Kristina Maione has posted a video detailing several different accusations surrounding Jonny and his personal life. Using the green screen filter she said: “Okay so you’ve probably all seen this TikToker going around, and I’m feeling really petty today so let me give you some tea on this f***king creep.” She went on to explain that the pair had previously dated, showing pictures of her with Jonny, and another picture of her with his dog to prove she was telling the truth before launching into her story. “Here’s why you shouldn’t support him. The internet can be a fantastical escape from the pressures of real life, but TikToker Reyel Simmons aka @meandmyself81 took his fantasy too far. Simmons, who had amassed nearly 100,000 likes on his profile, has been arrested but authorities in Minnesota after taking on the false persona of a US Federal Agent. Now, the TikToker is facing a hefty prison sentence for his actions. TikToker Reyel Simmons acquired weapons and more to impersonate US agent Reyel Simmons had built up nearly 10,000 followers on his TikTok page, before facing incarceration. According to authorities in Minnesota, KSTP Eyewitness News reported that they said: “at no time has Simmons ever been employed by the United States Department of Homeland Security.” “Simmons has never been a sworn law enforcement officer with any federal, state, or local agency” added the local authorities. Court documents related to Simmon’s arrest revealed that the TikToker had carried a backpack with a fake Homeland Security logo, containing a handgun and fake identification. Simmon’s confessed to local authorities that he also had access to silencers, body armor, and other weaponry. The discovery of Simmon’s impersonation was gathered from an anonymous tip after another TikTok user had stricken up a romantic relationship via personal messages. After his arrest, a makeshift “safe room” was found within Simmon’s personal residence, which was only accessible through a hidden passage in his basement. The TikToker has pleaded guilty to his charges and will face up to six years in prison.

In March 2023, Lutfiawati, 33, posted a video where she uttered “Bismillah” – an Arabic phrase that means “in the name of God” – before eating crispy pork skin, something that’s forbidden within Islam. In the video, she is seen screwing her face up in disgust as she chews the meat. At the time, Lutfiawati was traveling in Bali, a tourist hotspot in Indonesia that, unlike the rest of the country, has a majority Hindu population. The clip prompted uproar in the country, which is the largest Muslim-majority country in the world, as the consumption of pork is forbidden in Islam. The video got millions of views and was widely criticized, prompting another Indonesian to report her to the police for “knowingly eating pork skin as a Muslim”. The police went on to charge Lutfiawati in May for disseminating hateful information, saying it was an act of hostility over ethnicity, religion, and race, the BBC reports. Lina Mukherjee sentenced to jail after eating pork in viral video On Tuesday, September 19, a court in the city of Palembang on Sumatra found she had deliberately ‘spread information that was intended to incite hate or individual/group enmity based on religion’. Lutfiawati was found guilty of “inciting hatred” against religious individuals and groups and was sentenced to two years in jail, Metro reports. She also faces a fine of 250 million rupiah ($16,245). Her jail term may be extended by three months if she does not pay the fine. After the trial, Lina told reporters that she was surprised with the verdict. “I know that I am wrong but I did not expect this punishment,” Lutfiawati said on the local news station MetroTV.

Initially making it out to the Lone Star state proved difficult, at first: Radonich got into an accident that rolled her vehicle, and she ended up renting a new one. After finally making it to Texas, she went over to her baby daddy’s house, where she decided to partake in an ongoing TikTok trend. The trend essentially gives men a “rating” based on their bathrooms. The bathroom of Radonich’s baby father wasn’t exactly stellar; there was no soap by the sink, soap scum and mold was found on most surfaces, and a wad of hair was sitting in the shower floor (alongside a slew of other random detritus). Radonich was not impressed. “I don’t even know what to think,” she said in the video. “What the f**k. …He’s just my baby daddy, he’s not even my man. TikToker Icy Wyatt re-arrested for assault charges as he awaits trial Icy Wyatt/Instagram, EWU Bodycam/YouTubePopular TikToker Icy Wyatt has been arrested once again as he awaits trial after assaulting a stranger and threatening them with a gun. TikToker Icy Wyatt, real name Wyatt Yeager, was arrested on March 28, 2022, after a dispute with police and other witnesses. Police reports stated that Yeager, who has over 1.3 million followers on TikTok, was driving erratically before stopping his car in the middle of the road in Sunrise, Florida. Two people reportedly told him to move his car, which set him off, according to TMZ. The arguments then moved to a Chic-Fil-A parking lot, where both parties exited their vehicles and began to argue. Yeager then allegedly went into his glove box, pulled out a gun, and pointed it at them. One of the alleged victims then turned back to get in the car, prompting Yeager to strike them in the back of the head with the gun before leaving the scene. In June 2023, the police’s body cam footage was released, which showed Wyatt being tackled and arrested at his home in Florida. Yeager appeared in court on 28 July, NBC reported, where a judge ruled that Yeager would remain in jail until his trial due to an additional warrant that he received after being given a bond in 2022. The TikToker will appear in court again on Thursday 7 September, when his trial for the assault charges against him is expected to begin. Police reports stated that Wyatt, who has over 1.3 million followers on TikTok, was driving erratically before stopping his car in the middle of the road in Sunrise, Florida. Two people reportedly told him to move his car, which set him off, according to TMZ. The arguments then moved to a Chic-Fil-A parking lot, where both parties exited their vehicles and began to argue. Wyatt then allegedly went into his glove box, pulled out a gun, and pointed it at them. According to the report, one of the alleged victims turned back to get in the car, prompting Wyatt to strike them in the back of the head with the gun, before leaving the scene. Bodycam footage shows Icy Wyatt tackled by police The police officer’s bodycam footage from the incident in 2022 has now been released to the public. The 16-minute-long video shows police officers speaking to the victims and witnesses of the argument. They then ask where Wyatt had gone, only to find out he’d left the scene. But as Wyatt drives a recognizable pink Mercedes, officers find him leaving his house later that day. “Put your hands out the window,” officers tell the TikTok star. “Get out of the car.” Wyatt replies: “Don’t you know who I am?” As he later gets out of the car, he fails to lie on the ground, as the officers tell him to do. This results in Wyatt being tackled from behind and searched before being handcuffed. The TikTok star continuously questions the officers about their actions. When they later get to the station, he continues to question them and refuse to take off his jewelry before going to jail. Even though he’s seen kicking one officer, when he gets into the car for the final time with a female officer, his attitude changes and he quickly showers her with compliments and tells her she could be doing “so much better” with her life. He was jailed on charges of two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, one count of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, one count of battery on an officer, and one count of resisting arrest. Wyatt pleaded not guilty to all five counts he was charged with and is still awaiting his court date. Wyatt has yet to give his side of the story to the public As the news of his arrest broke last year, Wyatt quickly released a statement on his TikTok – which was very different from the police reports. In his statement video on his TikTok, Wyatt argued: “The rumors are not true.” He went on to say that the police had been in the wrong, but couldn’t say much else as he was seeking legal action. Because of this, he is unable to tell the story. A video uploaded on June 9 shows a hilarious prank played on his parents. In the video, Casey Photoshops his son standing by the water’s edge, the treacherous rapids seen raging behind the young boy. Casey goes on to send the edited photo to his dad, filming his parent’s hilarious reaction. “Please don’t do that with Koden,” his dad can be heard exclaiming over a phone call. “Don’t let him out of your hands near that waterfall.” But Casey’s prank was not over; taking things a step further with a second edit. Trash you go.” TikTok users shocked by roach-infested chair TikTok users were horrified by the bug infestation in the chair, with many swearing off buying used furniture. “This was my sign because I was definitely about to buy something off of offer up,” one user commented. “Jesus in heaven! Thank you! I saw this right before I went to get some used furniture,” another added. “My trauma would have me throwing each one of those stools through a window in the sellers house!” a third shared. She has kept up one other clip where she joked about viewers staying to watch even though she warned them it would be cringe. Now, though, she has issued an emotional video about the hate the original video had gotten. “I didn’t expect that much hate on the video. But, the reaction that garnered the most attention was from the woman appearing in the video. Apparently named Chelsea, she is the only person in the video who actively engages with maxevasi0n. She can be seen joining in with the TikToker’s “Starbucks rizz”, waving her arms around while smiling. Who is Chelsea from Starbucks? TikToker shares viral “snitching” side hustle On October 17, Doobzee posted a video revealing the details of the New York Citizens Air Complaint Program, which allows users to report idling trucks around New York City. “If anyone takes a video of a truck idling for longer than 3 minutes and uploads the video to this website, you’re gonna get 25% of the value of the ticket when it’s paid,” he explained. “That’s pretty much making $90 in just three minutes, and apparently guys have made nearly $70,000 doing it.” However, he warned people to be careful doing it as he claims people have been attacked by the drivers of the trucks they were filming. Growing up, Andrew and his family were part of a conservative evangelical religious sect called the International House of Prayer. At the age of 14, Andrew came out to his family as being gay. In response, his family forced him to undergo conversion therapy three times a week throughout high school. Talking to Insider, Andrew revealed that he’d secretly ordered and set up surveillance cameras while being home for Christmas after coming out for a second time during his sophomore year of college, fearing that his parents might do something to his room while he’s away. And he was right, as his parents brought in evangelist John Jacobs, the founder of a bodybuilding Christian group, to perform the exorcism ceremony. The goal of the exorcism was to remove the “demons” Andrew’s parents believed were the reason for their son being gay. Andrew filmed it all on his surveillance cameras and has now published the clips on TikTok. Parents brought “exorcist” to deal with their son being gay In the video published on TikTok, Jacobs walks around the room and says: “Devil to go in Jesus’ name, you foul spirit, you leave. The video begins with Daniel dramatically singing “And we’re fighting in a grocery store,” complete with backing singers belting their hearts out, followed by high notes “for the diva tenor playing the role.” The song then descends into a quiet pullback for contrast, adding in a riff to display emotion. Daniel walks away from the camera with the caption “This is 100% the end of act 1.” The concept originally came from a bizarre indie song that became popular on TikTok called New York Summer, written and performed by Louisa Melcher. She described it as being extremely cold, and there were bits of debris everywhere, definitely looking like it could be something out of a scary movie. The creepy video has also lead to people drawing comparisons with the 1992 horror film Candyman, in which the titular character can be summoned by repeating his name in a mirror five times. Samantha’s TikToks made some people think back to scary scenes from the movie that take place in front of a bathroom mirror, leaving them even more freaked out. This forced the content creator to run even further away which allowed her to warn an unsuspecting driver from going into the landslide. Airbnb responds to Wynton Yate’s viral video Following major backlash, the vacation rental company removed the listing, and recently issued a public apology. “Properties that formerly housed the enslaved have no place on Airbnb,” Airbnb spokesman Ben Breit said in a statement. “We apologize for any trauma or grief created by the presence of this listing, and others like it, and that we did not act sooner to address this issue.” The company also said it’s working with experts on developing new policies for dealing with properties tied to slavery.

This band quickly filed a lawsuit, as originally reported by TMZ, claiming the song as their own. However, not everyone is convinced this legal battle is legitimate. TikToker claims that Dua Lipa’s lawsuit is a hoax On March 4 a TikTok star named Mathias Morte, who specializes in music production, uploaded a video discussing the Dua Lipa Levitating lawsuit from a musician’s perspective. Morte explains that Artikal Sound System’s song “Live Your Life” and Lipa’s “Levitating” are in the same key and have the same chord progression. But that alone isn’t enough to prove copyright over another song, according to the TikToker. Morte’s theory of Lipa’s lawsuit being a hoax stems from the fact that all versions of “Live Your Life” by Artikal Sound System were only posted to YouTube within the last few days. “So you’re telling me that Dua Lipa heard this song with zero comments and likely very few listens and then copied it in the exact same key, with similar lyrics, culminating in Artikal Sound System suing two years later just in time for their new album release?,” Morte questioned. The only version of “Live Your Life” that wasn’t from the last few days was one copy of the song uploaded to Soundcloud years ago, which he quickly noted that the platform lets you replace audio files getting rid of all comments and statistics. While Morte’s theory strongly supports the idea of the lawsuit being a hoax, not enough evidence has been presented to make a conclusion on whether or not Lipa is clear and free from copyright infringement.

In his most recent video uploaded on February 27, Dazza recapped all the steps he took to construct a house with a pool for the frog the people of TikTok named “Frodrick”. This TikTok went viral and earned the creator over 29 million views at the time of writing.
