  • Tana Mongeau disses Jake Paul with shady Alissa Violet TikTok – Dexerto

Tana Mongeau disses Jake Paul with shady Alissa Violet TikTok Jake Paul, Tana Mongeau – YouTube / Alissa Violet, InstagramYouTuber-turned-MTV starlet Tana Mongeau appears to have thrown some not-so-subtle shade toward ex-husband Jake Paul in a TikTok video using audio from Alissa Violet and Ricegum’s diss track, “It’s Every Night Sis.” Mongeau and Paul notably caused a storm on social media in summer 2019, after announcing plans to marry after just two months of publicly dating. However, their marriage didn’t last long: citing issues with how their relationship was portrayed by the media and Paul’s constant absence due to boxing training, Mongeau parted ways with her beau in early 2020, with both parties confirming their split via separate Instagram posts. https://www.instagram.com/p/B62A_BFh8wh/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link While Tana claimed she would always have love for her ex-hubby — and even turned up to his boxing match against AnEsonGib for moral support — it seems that the tide has turned in a dramatic way, with Mongeau appearing to shade Paul with a pointed TikTok in May. Mongeau uploaded a video to the platform four months after their parting, where she lip synced to Alissa Violet and Ricegum’s “It’s Every Night Sis,” a diss track against Paul and a parody of his viral song, “It’s Every Day Bro.” That’s not all: Tana’s caption for the video also hinted at some potentially bitter feelings on the subject, with the star writing, “I remember where I was when this song dropped. Had no idea I’d marry the subject. Vibes.” Violet’s song was a direct hit out at Paul after the two split up in 2017, with Violet claiming that the Team 10 founder had cheated on her and was even “emotionally abusive,” as revealed in Shane Dawson’s viral documentary series on their relationship. Tana’s use of the diss track hints at some solidarity between the two YouTubers over their shared ex — which comes with coincidental timing, as Paul also officially revealed that his marriage to Mongeau was never actually real, in the first place (We know — shocker). In an interview with ET, Jake admitted that his relationship with the MTV star was all a facade, stating, “We all do things sometimes, and sometimes, you end up getting fake married. So I’ll leave it at that.” After nearly a year of fan speculation on the topic, it seems that the cat is finally out of the bag, at last — and there’s no love lost between the two, after the fact.

  • Tana Mongeau dropped by sponsor after saying she wanted wine expert “dead” – Dexerto

Tana Mongeau dropped by sponsor after saying she wanted wine expert “dead” Instagram: tanamongeauYouTube star Tana Mongeau has been officially dropped by one of her sponsors for claiming she wanted a wine expert ‘dead’ after her tour in France didn’t go to plan. Popular YouTuber Tana Mongeau came under fire earlier this month after regaling viewers with the story of her experience on a wine tour in France. According to Mongeau, the tour involved much more walking than she’d originally thought, and as she was hungover from drinking until 6 AM that morning, wanted an easygoing and “fun” tour instead of the “educational” experience she received. Mongeau claimed there was no food available on the train as they traveled to their destination and even put in her headphones to snooze before her guide tapped her on the shoulder to educate her about champagne during their trip. The YouTuber wasn’t happy with this and eventually decided to return to Paris instead of moving forward with the rest of the tour. Mongeau expressed her exasperation over the ordeal on an episode of her podcast, aptly called ‘CANCELLED,’ after which she received a slew of criticism from viewers. This criticism was in part due to the fact that the tour guide became the target of online harassment, who claimed in an interview with NBC, that she’d even received death threats due to the ordeal, which she reported to authorities. Mongeau even said “literally, I absolutely want her dead, by the hands of me” during the episode. On top of this, she also used an ad read for one of her sponsors, language-learning service ‘Babbel,’ as a means to insult the guide. “With Babbel I could have told Cynthia the wine tour lady to shut the f**k up in her native language,” she said. Tana Mongeau dropped by Babel after saying she wants tour guide “dead” Babbel has since publicly distanced themselves from Mongeau, as told in a statement to NBC. “This absolutely does not align with Babbel’s company values,” Babbel’s public relations lead Matt Horsburgh said. “Highlighted here, Tana is obviously not a person who understands or celebrates the differences in cultures and we regret to be in any way involved with her.” Tana has yet to offer a response to the ongoing outrage against her at the time of writing — but this isn’t the only criticism she’s been facing lately. The YouTuber also came under scrutiny after telling former Miss Brazil Duda Castro to “die” after the two got into a feud in DMs in July, and judging by her recent podcast episode, Tana still isn’t warm on Castro after their spat.

  • Tana Mongeau defends Nessa Barrett & Jaden Hossler over relationship criticism – Dexerto

Tana Mongeau defends Nessa Barrett & Jaden Hossler over relationship criticism YouTube: Nessa Barrett / CANCELLED with Tana MongeauYouTuber Tana Mongeau has defended TikTok stars Nessa Barret and Jaden Hossler after they responded to constant criticism about their relationship. Jaden Hossler and Nessa Barrett got together in April 2021, a few months after the TikTok stars-turned-musicians released a song together called ‘la di die.’ However, the start of their relationship was shrouded in drama, after backlash from their respective exes, Mads Lewis and Josh Richards. This then sparked a huge amount of public criticism, with many fans saying that Jaden and Nessa went public with their relationship too early, and their social media accounts were flooded with negative comments. The criticism has been ongoing since then, and in recent weeks, Jaden has even had to address the backlash in an Instagram story, writing: “Y’all don’t know what anyone has been through, so stop tearing into people you have never met,” adding that Nessa ‘saved his life.’ However, amid the continuous criticism towards the stars, Tana Mongeau defended them on her podcast. “A lot of people have such controversial opinions about Nessa and Jaden,” she said, “but I think that people often forget the fact that they’re so young,” going on to add “I don’t know about y’all, but at their age I definitely did some sh*t like that.” Topic starts at 34:06 Tana also revealed that information she’s heard privately has made her sympathize with the couple. “Doing what you love with someone that you love too is the absolute best feeling in the world, in my opinion,” she said. “So I like 100% am so happy for that. Also, I mean maybe I’m too far for saying this, but I, from all parties, have heard a lot of off-camera tea that makes me resonate with why they did that, especially Nessa.” The YouTuber went on to explain that she respects Nessa for the way she’s handled the entire situation. Although backlash against Nessa and Jaden is likely to continue to an extent, there are clearly still fans and fellow creators who are willing to support them.

Tana Mongeau disgusts fans with “gross” food confession Instagram: tanamongeauFans are calling Tana Mongeau’s latest confession “gross” after she revealed on Twitter how she ate food for two weeks after getting temporary veneers, with many hoping it’s just a joke. Tana Mongeau is a YouTuber with over 5 million subscribers, who gained popularity as a result of her outgoing personality, and because she never shies away from explaining some of the most bizarre things that have happened to her. She’s also known to be pretty active on Twitter, and she takes her openness there too, sharing all sorts of details of her relationships with followers. But fans couldn’t believe just quite how much the star was willing to share when she posted a bizarre food confession that’s put some people off their lunch, with many hoping that she’s just joking. “I never wanna forget the fact that when I had temporary veneers for TWO WEEKS Hunter chewed my every meal and spit it into my mouth for me cause I couldn’t chew,” she wrote. “Like even sushi. In 5 star restaurants. He really said make sure your friends are okay.” i never wanna forget the fact that when i had temporary veneers for TWO WEEKS Hunter chewed my every meal and spit it into my mouth for me cause i couldn’t chew. like even sushi. in 5 star restaurants. he really said make sure your friends are okay — Tana Mongeau (@tanamongeau) July 24, 2021 Naturally, fans immediately flooded the replies with their responses to Tana’s tweet, not quite believing what they were seeing. One reply with over 1000 comments read: “You opened Twitter, you pressed “new tweet”, you typed this, you probably read it again for mistakes, and you hit “tweet”. Now you see there were multiple steps from stopping you to release this unnecessary information to the public.” You opened Twitter, you pressed “new tweet”, you typed this, you probably read it again for mistakes, and you hit “tweet”. There’s smoothies, there’s soup, mashed potatoes, cream corn, yogurt, meal replacement shakes etc… y’all just nasty for no reason. — Baby Chamberlain 🛸🚀 (@SshuttlesWorthh) July 25, 2021 Among the plenty of replies, there were also several fans who were hoping that she was just joking. It’s not clear whether Tana was telling the truth or trolling, but regardless her tweet caused a stir among her fans and followers.

  • Tana Mongeau declares “war” on Monty Lopez after he shaded her on TikTok – Dexerto

Tana Mongeau declares “war” on Monty Lopez after he shaded her on TikTok TIKTOK: TANAMONGEAU/MONTYJLOPEZYouTuber and influencer Tana Mongeau has threatened to expose Addison Rae’s dad Monty Lopez on TikTok, after seeing he’s taken shots at her. In the midst of allegations that Monty Lopez had cheated on his wife, Tana seemingly called him out multiple times in July, claiming she’s seen a “TikTok celebrity father” do “a good amount” of drugs, and that he’s been “wilding.” While she was careful to keep those statements vague, it’s become clear that the famous father-of-three has taken the words personally. When rapper Yung Gravy made an appearance on Jeff Wittek’s podcast last week, he revealed that he “has a thing for MILFs,” and claimed that he was going on a date with Addison’s mom. In response to those comments, Monty posted a TikTok video, threatening the rapper, and even challenging him to a boxing match. This led Tana to comment “I’m calling the police,” to which Monty replied “About your body count?” followed by “Go take a bath.” He didn’t stop there, as he later took to Instagram, to ask his followers how many people they think Tana has slept with. Not happy with the comments, Tana jumped on TikTok to fire back at him. Tana Mongeau pops off at Monty Lopez The YouTuber shared a TikTok video on Sunday, calling out Monty. “First of all, why a grown man, a father, is even remotely discussing my ‘body count’ is beyond me,” Tana said. “Y’all have obviously seen the paparazzi videos of him stalking me down for a selfie. And I’m getting tired of the incessant FaceTimes and texts like these.” She also said that she was being dragged, because of comments she’s made in the past. Tana went on to share a screenshot of alleged text messages the 46-year-old father had sent her, saying “Hey” and “Wow.” She then shared a screenshot of alleged messages from her friend, which read “Ewww it was Monty Lopez trying to rail me at the club like fully took his [shirt] off? “And I think all of my young friends are very tired of him acting like this,” Tana said. “So Monty, my dear, if you want war, so be it. I feel kind of strange beefing with this man at his prehistoric age, especially when I’ve seen him put so many things up his nose at several teenage events.” The YouTuber ended the video, by saying her stories about Monty would make good podcast content to discuss on Jeff FM. “See you in court… or jail” she ended. Monty Lopez has yet to respond to Tana’s allegations.

  • Tana Mongeau ‘considering’ getting back with Jake Paul after boxing win – Dexerto

Tana Mongeau ‘considering’ getting back with Jake Paul after boxing win Tana Mongeau, Jake Paul – YouTubeYouTuber and MTV starlet Tana Mongeau notably parted ways with ex-hubby Jake Paul in late 2019 — but it seems that his boxing win against opponent AnEsonGib is sparking some reconsideration regarding their breakup. After releasing a video admitting that she was “unhappy” with how their relationship was perceived by the public, Mongeau and Paul ultimately split up, breaking the news in two separate Instagram posts. Despite their highly-publicized parting, “TanaMojo” turned up to support her ex-spouse on fight night — and teased a potential rekindling of their romance, in the process. In an Instagram story uploaded during the fight’s afterparty, Mongeau asked fans if she should get back together with an unnamed person (although it’s fairly clear she’s talking about Paul), writing, “Should I get back with him?” At the time of writing, her poll is in favor of kicking the Team 10 founder to the curb, with 55% of voters choosing “no” and 45% picking “yes.” This isn’t the first time she’s hinted that their relationship may not be in the bin, either: she notably dubbed their split a “break” during an interview with Hollywood Life, revealing that they are “still talking, chilling. Living life. I don’t know, you know — figuring it out.” While it might seem that her tumultuous career and social media were the biggest players in their parting, it seems that Jake’s fight was also a massive factor in the breakup, as told during DAZN’s pre-fight show on January 30. Mongeau made a guest appearance on the segment to discuss her support for the youngest Paul brother, appearing to admit that she’d “let him go” to pursue “the boxing bug.” “Watching Jake kind of detach and go into it… when you love someone so much, you don’t wanna be the person holding them back,” she explained. “If they’re really passionate about something, sometimes it is better to let someone go for something like that.” (Topic begins at 2:12:57 for mobile readers) However, Paul notably admitted to entertaining a new romance during an episode of Mike Majlak’s Night Shift, claiming that he preferred their “off camera” relationship to the public status of he and Tana’s fast-pace marriage. With his first round TKO now in the books, it seems like he may have enough free time to rekindle things with his ex-spouse — but his revenge match against KSI might put his love life on hold for another few months.

  • Tana Mongeau & David Dobrik address rumors following dating speculation – Dexerto

Tana Mongeau & David Dobrik address rumors following dating speculation YouTube stars Tana Mongeau and David Dobrik shook up the internet after a cryptic Tweet suggested they were dating — and now, they’re finally addressing the viral rumors. Tana Mongeau’s Tweet, posted on January 5, suggested an even closer relationship between the already friendly YouTubers, claiming that she had been texting with Dobrik regularly in wake of her split with husband Jake Paul. “For the past two days I’ve been coincidentally napping when David texted me, ‘What are you doing?’” she wrote. “So I just changed his text tone to an alarm tone, because 2020 is not a year of f***ing up my bag.” for the past two days i’ve been coincidentally napping when David texted me “what are you doing” so i just changed his text tone to an alarm tone because 2020 is not a year of fucking up my bag — Tana Mongeau (@tanamongeau) January 6, 2020 The internet quickly lit up with speculation that Mongeau and Dobrik had become romantically involved, with Mongeau even retweeting a news article regarding the rumors — which didn’t help the conjecture. However, it doesn’t look these two social media celebs are getting cozy, according to two separate Tweets published three days later. On January 8, Mongeau posted a screenshot of her Facetime call with Dobrik, writing, “We’d like to be addressing these rumors in private, smh.” we’d like to be addressing these rumors in private smh 🙄 pic.twitter.com/x4bRESOxR6 — Tana Mongeau (@tanamongeau) January 8, 2020 Dobrik likewise weighed in on the subject in reply to a Tweet from Life & Style, who asked, “So, are y’all dating or what?” “R y’all on crack?” Dobrik replied, putting any notion of their supposed romance to bed in the span of a single question. Thus, it seems that Mongeau’s alleged tryst with Dobrik isn’t an actual thing, in spite of her emotional break from Jake Paul, as announced in an Instagram post on January 2. “For right now, we both are taking a break to focus on our own very crazy lives,” Mongeau explained. “I’ll never know what the future holds and I will always love Jake and everything we did.” https://www.instagram.com/p/B62A_BFh8wh/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link Their split followed Mongeau’s equally emotional video on December 29, where she came clean about the state of her “unhappy” relationship with Paul and claimed that she had “lost herself” in their marriage. Despite their break, Mongeau is still on the Jake Paul hype train, hosting his press conference against opponent AnEsonGib ahead of their January 30 boxing match — leaving their already confusing relationship even more murky as fans wait for further news.

The star was quizzed by The Hollywood Fix while leaving a restaurant in Beverly Hills. Tana insists she “loves Hawaii,” and that the allegations are “blatant lies.” Tana has hit the headlines multiple times the week of July 12. Her relationship with rapper Chris Miles confused fans, while some of them even showed up to her new house. On July 1, Twitter user @astro_gorl personally called Tana out for leaving trash on the beach. The post speculates the beach was littered during a “day” of “partying.” After ‘astro gorl’ didn’t receive a response from the YouTuber, fellow user Kayleigh Makani took it to her front door. “I’m assuming this is why you… didn’t bother to clean up your trash,” she said in response to one of Tana’s tweets. Tana then hit back, calling the allegation a “blatant lie” and expressed her frustration at “weird creepy (sic) people.” this is a blatant lie we slept on the beach for a day with it all day and weird creepy people came and took pics of it by our house when we went in to get a snack smh but what can u do!? i love hawaii i’m always good to the beaches smh — CANCELLED (@tanamongeau) July 1, 2021 On July 17, The Hollywood Post asked Tana about the accusations. “We had a little scandal,” the star said. “People (were) saying that we were being dirty.” The YouTuber stated that she would never do anything to “disrespect the island,” and that she “cleaned up everything.” She expressed fondness for her “favorite place,” saying “I love Hawaii.” Fans seemed wary of Tana’s “trash” response Twitter users seemed doubtful of Tana’s innocence. • Tana Mongeau confirms rumors about the legality of her Jake Paul marriage – Dexerto

Tana Mongeau confirms rumors about the legality of her Jake Paul marriage Tana Mongeau, YouTube / InstagramPopular YouTubers Tana Mongeau and Jake Paul stirred debate across the internet after getting engaged just two months into their fast-paced relationship – but fans weren’t convinced their charade was the real deal. As it turns out, these skeptical fans were somewhat correct, with Mongeau spilling the beans about her Vegas wedding to Paul in a soul-bearing video just one week later. During her “get ready with me” video, Mongeau addressed claims of faking her marriage for views, admitting that her union with Paul was not legally binding due to finding such legalities “unnecessary.” 600“To everybody that’s calling it fake because we rushed into it or because I don’t do things traditionally, because I wanted to not do it legally,” she said of the matter. “Any wedding I have, if I have three more fucking weddings, I really wouldn’t want to do it on paper because I think that legally binding yourself to someone takes away the love.” This wouldn’t be the first time Mongeau has opened up about her controversial wedding, either: the YouTuber hinted that her union with Paul was merely for views during an episode of her MTV show, “Tana Turns 21,” with fans outraged that the ceremony could have been a massive prank. “Don’t get me wrong, I think a wedding is a very serious thing, but at the same time, I think Jake and I don’t take things very seriously,” Tana said. “It’s still something fun and lighthearted that we’re obviously doing for fun and for content.” However, Mongeau later rescinded her statement in a Tweet shortly thereafter, claiming that her words had been used out of context. • Tana Mongeau claps back at Dillon Danis over Jake Paul diss – Dexerto

Tana Mongeau claps back at Dillon Danis over Jake Paul diss Instagram: Tana Mongeau/Dillon DanisTana Mongeau has become embroiled in a war of words with Dillon Danis and Savannah Montano after the MMA fighter once again took aim at Logan and Jake Paul. During his ascent to the top of YouTube, Jake Paul hasn’t shied away from being involved with drama or having beef with another content creator. He’s called out people, made videos about them, and even stepped into the ring to fight KSI’s brother Deji. One non-YouTuber that he can’t seem to quit beefing with, though, is MMA fighter Dillon Danis. His arguments with the cage fighter have gone to such a level, however, that even his wife Tana Mongeau has stepped in to lay down the law and defend her partner’s name. 600On September 10, the MMA fighter randomly tweeted out “fuck the pauls” but despite fans tagging the Paul brothers, Tana Mongeau, and Team 10 members, it took a while for anyone to respond. That first response came from Jake who turned Danis’ word against him, simply quote tweeting the post and replying: “Savannah did.” Of course, that didn’t go unnoticed by Danis, who replied himself by claiming to have “teabagged” his wife, Tana. Despite saying that she didn’t want to step in and was trying to stay out of the fight between the pair, Mongeau stepped up and fired back herself. “You waited in line after five fans and took a pic,” tweeted the YouTube star. “Your girlfriend in my DMs. Leave me outta this.” i teabagged your wife. https://t.co/L8zPW88KKP pic.twitter.com/UAieFKBXEn — Dillon Danis (@dillondanis) September 20, 2019 i’m rly tryna stay outta this fight shit but ur dizzy bro. u waited in line after five fans and took a pic. ur girlfriend in my DMS. leave me outta this https://t.co/weGPQ6QO5N — Tana Mongeau (@tanamongeau) September 22, 2019 She then appeared to take things one stepped further away from Twitter, with Jake Paul tweeting that his wife didn’t even know who Danis was at the time and that he couldn’t get over her “flaming” him. The YouTuber added: “When I was an angry husband and said ‘why tf did u take a pic with him,’ she said ‘who is that? what are you talking about,” before backing up Tana’s earlier claim about the wait for a photo. I still can’t get over tana flaming dillon danis:joyful: when I was an angry husband and said “why tf did u take a pic with him” she said “who is that? what are you talking about” & then she went on to explain that he stood in a line of fans to get a pic with her — Jake Paul (@jakepaul) September 23, 2019 It’s not the first time that the Paul brother and Danis have gotten into a public spat, especially when it comes to involving significant others, too. Jake himself has claimed that he’ll fight his rival on the undercard of KSI vs Logan Paul 2 – even asking fans if they’d like to see in that match-up. Until now, though, his attempts of getting on the card have seemingly fallen flat, but further beef with Danis could make it a tasty prospect to see them together in the ring.

But since they broke up, animosity between them has been aired very publicly online with some of their friends and exes getting pulled into the drama, including Jake Paul, Mod Sun, and Teala Dunn. Following the release of Bella Thorne’s song “Stupid F**king B***h” in December 2020, throwing shade towards her ex-girlfriend, the drama escalated and led to very public attacks across social media including TikTok and Twitter. While their online battle appeared to have briefly subsided, it’s clear that Tana still has some pent-up rage to get out in the open. The YouTuber offered her challenge while filming the press conference for the YouTubers vs TikTokers boxing match live on her Instagram where Austin McBroom and Bryce Hall squared up to each other ahead of June 12. Tana turned towards the camera and said “Bella Thorne, if you’re watching this, fight me,” before turning her attention to Austin and Bryce who suddenly got into a huge brawl. https://twitter.com/defnoodles/status/1394784263887679491?s=20 Despite the interruption, it appears the offer still remains with Tana later tweeting “on the bright side a lot of other females wanna box.” Read More: KSI squares up to fight Bryce Hall – Right now, a ton of influencers are getting in the ring following Logan and Jake Paul’s journey to becoming professional boxers. Tana Mongeau claims she hooked up with Cody Ko when she was 17 Instagram: codyko/ Instagram: tanamongeauTana Mongeau has set the internet reeling while on her podcast tour after claiming she hooked up with Cody Ko when she was just 17. Internet personality Mongeau rose to fame on YouTube for her storytime videos and has since launched her own podcast alongside Brooke Schofield, Cancelled, in 2021. With her personal life often a hot topic, it should come as no surprise that her 2024 podcast tour has seen Mongeau spill the beans on some crazy drama. However, one comment, in particular, has seen fans attempt to cancel fellow YouTuber Cody Ko after Mongeau stated she had allegedly hooked up with him when she was 17 and he was 25. The revelation came after a segment that saw Mongeau in the “hot seat” as questions were fired at her. At one point, she was asked who had the “smallest d***” out of everyone she had previously been with. “Oh my God, no one look at me,” Mongeau responded, shielding her face with her hand before quickly answering, “Cody Ko.” As the crowd began screaming, the influencer added, “I can say that, I was literally 17.” It didn’t take long for viewers to work out the timeline, discovering the YouTubers’ age gap meant Ko was 25 when the pair allegedly hooked up. While rumors have long circulated suggesting they had been involved with one another in the past, Mongeau’s age left many shocked. “Damn and I liked Cody Ko but that’s actually horrifying,” one person wrote. Another called Mongeau’s answer “insane.” Viewers also expressed sorrow for Ko’s wife, Kelsey Kreppel. The couple was recently married in early 2023 and announced the birth of their first child together in January 2024. As the filmed segment went viral on TikTok, more creators began to speak out and offer their opinions. During a H3 Podcast episode, Ethan Klein said he believed Mongeau and pointed out “That’s a monster age gap.”

Tana Mongeau calls Jake Paul an “asshole” over Erika Costell tattoo Jake Paul, Erika Costell – YouTubeWhile controversial YouTubers Jake Paul and Tana Mongeau appeared to have cropped up a sudden romance, things aren’t all sunshine and roses between the two, as evidenced by a certain tattoo Paul received during a previous relationship. Paul uploaded a vlog on May 28, in which he and Mongeau decided to get matching tattoos – an idea that didn’t turn out all too well for Paul, in the end. After running through a series of ideas (which included everything from the Social Blade logo to the titles of Shane Dawson’s documentary series over each YouTuber), the couple decided on tally marks to represent how many weeks they’d been together. Jake Paul and Tana Mongeau stirred up a highly-publicized romance, after fans speculated that the two were secretly seeing each other.600https://www.instagram.com/p/BxI46KmnXXX/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link After getting their seven-week milestone tatted on his upper thigh, Paul noticed that the symbol was right next to his tattoo in commemoration of ex-girlfriend Erika Costell – a fact that appeared to set Tana on edge, after Jake assured her that he would cover it up. “Your matching tattoo with me is inches from your matching tattoo with your ex-girlfriend,” Tana exclaimed. “…Fuck you. Fuck you. You are such a fucking asshole. …as I’m sitting down to get a fucking matching tattoo with you, you’re gonna tell me that you’re covering your tattoo with Erika. You’re crazy!” [Timestamp: 12:38 for mobile viewers] Tana eventually settled down from her tirade and got the tattoo, with the lovebirds now sporting a physical commemoration of their romance – despite Paul’s artwork in memory of his relationship with Costell. Paul’s romance with Mongeau follows his highly-publicized breakup with Costell, which took place following the release of Shane Dawson’s documentary series, “The Mind of Jake Paul.” Jake Paul split with longtime girlfriend Erika Costell in November 2018, after the two reportedly had a “toxic relationship” that ended in multiple breakups beforehand.600 While Costell was notably silent on the subject, Paul claimed that the two shared a “toxic” relationship, alleging that they “knew how to hurt each other” and would break up often in the months leading up to their official split in November 2018. Paul discussed the debacle during his now-defunct “Jake Paul Uncut” series and in many subsequent videos, even going on to create a track titled “I’m Single” in response to their breakup. However, it appears that Paul has finally gotten over his old flame, with Mongeau even taking over his Twitter account in light of their newfound relationship, following rumors of their involvement across social media.

  • Tana Mongeau calls out fans showing up to new home after moving into David Dobrik’s old house – Dexerto

Tana Mongeau calls out fans showing up to new home after moving into David Dobrik’s old house Instagram: tanamongeauYouTuber Tana Mongeau has called out people who have been showing up to her new house, which she moved into after fellow creator David Dobrik. Fans showing up unannounced to online personalities’ real-life houses has been a huge issue in the past for a laundry list of big names. Popular influencers like Thomas Petrou, Bretman Rock, and more have all begged people to stop showing up to their houses in the past, as not only is it an invasion of privacy, but it could also pose a serious threat for these creators. David Dobrik is another creator to have called out those fans, saying that although he’s happy to chat to his viewers in public, he finds it a “little scary” when people try to approach him at his West Hollywood house. In July, Tana revealed that she was moving into David’s old house, and claimed that he would essentially be her ‘landlord’ for the time being. Since then, she has made numerous references to the fact that she’s living there, but it seems as though some fans are using this information and taking things too far by actually showing up to the property. On July 14, Tana eventually implored fans to, “pls stop showing up to my house,” via Twitter. However, some feel that Tana doesn’t have room to complain, after moving into David’s house despite his ongoing issue with fans showing up, and publicizing the move heavily on social media. “I’m sorry but you’ve been publicly boasting and bragging about your new house and everyone knows who’s home it is so maybe if you want to keep some privacy then keep some things private?” one user wrote. Wym?” another said. That doesn’t mean it’s okay for random people to show up at someone’s house — Adessa 🎃 (@a_baldridgexo) July 14, 2021 It’s not clear what Tana’s long-term plans are with regard to her new house, but if this issue persists, it could mean finding new accommodation.

  • Tana Mongeau reveals she’s considering boxing fights after getting “crazy offers” – Dexerto

Tana Mongeau reveals she’s considering boxing fights after getting “crazy offers” Instagram: tanamongeauIt looks like YouTuber Tana Mongeau could be stepping into the boxing ring sometime in the future, as she revealed that she’s been receiving “crazy offers” from people regarding fights. Over the past couple of years, so-called ‘influencer boxing’ has become an immensely popular phenomenon, and has definitely only continued to escalate in recent months. In June, several popular creators from both TikTok and YouTube entered into the Battle of the Platforms event, which got a huge amount of attention on social media. Although there has been some legal trouble regarding the management of the event, plenty of other influencers are still keen on participating in similar events, and YouTuber Tana Mongeau has been one of them. She has previously expressed an interest in stepping into the ring, and it appears there could be a good chance of that actually happening at some point, after Tana revealed she’s received plenty of interest behind the scenes. In an interview with TMZ, the star explained: “We’ve had some crazy offers. A lot of the people who I want to fight don’t wanna fight. Not that I’m scary, I don’t know why, but we’re trying to figure it out right now for sure, me and my team. It’s definitely not a ‘no.’” Although some fans may think she’s only teasing the idea as a joke, it seems like Tana is fully willing to put her all into a fight once it’s made official. “Obviously if the check is signed, and it’s correct, I definitely would start training … I would definitely for the right bag,” she explained. As she has mentioned previously too, Tana explained that she wanted to fight her ex, Bella Thorne, because of their past drama, but said that Thorne ‘isn’t about it.’ However, these “crazy offers” Tana has mentioned have got fans curious about who the star could possibly be potentially fighting in the future.

  • Tana Mongeau blasts Francesca Farago for making Harry Jowsey delete TikToks with her in – Dexerto

Tana Mongeau blasts Francesca Farago for making Harry Jowsey delete TikToks with her in Instagram: tanamongeau / harryjowseyYouTuber Tana Mongeau has called out Too Hot To Handle star Francesca Farago, claiming that she made Harry Jowsey delete a TikTok featuring the influencer, and tried to get Tana to do the same with her video of Harry. Harry and Francesca initially got together when they appeared on the reality dating show Too Hot to Handle, however they announced that they’d broken up in June 2020. But in a post uploaded by Harry to Instagram the pair could be seen together, alongside pictures of matching lightning bolt tattoos that they got when they were officially together. This led many fans to believe that the pair could potentially be back together, but it’s not been confirmed. Popular YouTuber Tana Mongeau is also known to be good friends with Harry, posting each other to their social media. Read More: KSI mocks Bryce Hall’s sparring footage – In a video uploaded on May 27, Tana accused Francesca of making Harry take down a TikTok featuring Tana, and said she tried to get her to do the same with her video of Harry. The original video shows Tana zooming in on Harry’s face, and saying: “Did you have to have two separate birthday dinners, one for me to come to and one for Francesca to come to?” Click here if TikTok doesn’t load Tana claimed that Francesca then tried to get her to delete the video. “Fun fact, actually really really sad fact, Francesca made Harry delete the TikTok we made last night and tried to make me delete mine,” she said. “I’m so sorry you’re so threatened by our friendship, sweetie.” Click here if TikTok doesn’t load She added: “I think it might be time to text my ex back because this is all a little too hot to handle. And if you have such a problem with my existence, Francesca, my friendship with your ex, why don’t you text me? Because you seem to be able to write my name just fine in all of your TikTok comments.” It doesn’t seem as though Francesca has responded to the video publicly, and it’s not clear if she plans to. But with Tana keeping her video of Harry up on her page, it may be that there’ll be more drama to follow.

  • Tana Mongeau blasts Mads Lewis’ claims of “switching up” on her – Dexerto

Tana Mongeau blasts Mads Lewis’ claims of “switching up” on her YouTube: CANCELLED With Tana Mongeau / Instagram: madslewisYouTube star Tana Mongeau is taking shots at TikToker Mads Lewis after fans claimed Tana “switched up” on her, despite formerly being besties. Tana Mongeau hasn’t exactly been in any major drama that we’ve covered here on Dexerto for some time now… but it looks like things are heating up between Jake Paul’s ex-boo and another big influencer after all this time. Over the weekend, Tana Mongeau publicly blasted TikTok star Mads Lewis, who was notably part of that major love-quadrant between Nessa Barrett, Josh Richards, and Jaden Hossler back in 2021. Tana and Mads actually used to be quite close — at least, that’s how it seemed from the outside. But now, Tana is putting those rumors to rest and is arguing that she and Mads were never BFFs, after all. Tana Mongeau says she and Mads Lewis were never close friends Although Tana and Mads looked like friends to fans, the two got into some beef after they made a few shady comments toward each other on social media. Things got worse when commenters claimed that Tana had “switched up” on Mads. On a May 19 episode of the CANCELLED podcast, Tana addressed the apparent feud between them, saying there was no way for her to “switch up” on Mads, since they were never actually that close to begin with. According to Tana, they’d never hung out solo and had only exchanged a handful of Snapchats with each other. She recalled one phone call with Mads, where she was drunk and supporting her during her breakup with Jaden Hossler. “We’ve never hung out when the sun is out. We’ve never hung out alone. We’ve never done anything together at all. I couldn’t tell you anything about her. Respectfully, Mads, you don’t know me well enough to know what me switching up would look like. You were never in Point A for me to switch up to Point B, you know?” (Topic begins at 1:07:00) However, fans are calling Tana out for apparently lying about her friendship with Mads, with more than a few angry commenters bringing up past instances where the YouTuber allegedly called Lewis her “little sister.” For now, it doesn’t look like Mads has publicly responded to Tana’s latest jab — but we’ll make sure to keep you updated on the latest drama right here at Dexerto.

  • Tana Mongeau begs TikTok to unban her after supposed clothing mishap – Dexerto

Tana Mongeau begs TikTok to unban her after supposed clothing mishap Popular YouTuber and MTV starlet Tana Mongeau is pleading with video application TikTok to unban her account after receiving an unexpected suspension from the platform in early January. While the 2019 Streamy’s “Creator of the Year” winner is known for her down-to-earth talks and witty sense of humor, she’s also not one to shy away from showing some skin — which apparently resulted in her ban from TikTok, according to a Tweet posted on January 8. “Hi @tiktok_us i’m banned!” Tana wrote. “It won’t let me post pls help, I’ll put ALL of my clothes on!” hi @tiktok_us i’m banned ! it won’t let me post pls help i’ll put ALL of my clothes on! — Tana Mongeau (@tanamongeau) January 9, 2020 Although there’s no way to tell if her ban was actually due to getting naked or she was merely joking, that wasn’t the last time she pleaded with the site to reinstate her account, as she mentioned the issue during an Instagram story on January 10. In her video on the topic, Mongeau claimed that she is truly distressed about being unable to post, and again mentioned that she would be more “safe for work” moving forward, as long as she is actually able to use the application. However, that’s not the only potential reason for her ban that was mentioned in her video: “Tana Mojo” may have also hinted at drug use being the cause of her suspension, also promising TikTok that she wouldn’t feature any drug paraphernalia in her videos. “I’m still banned from TikTok,” she said of the issue. “It won’t let me post, and I’m so — I’m honestly really upset about it, like in real life. Like… what do I do? I’ll be good, I’ll leave my shirt on. I promise. No more bongs.” Mongeau isn’t the only one mysteriously banned from the platform, either: fans across social media commented on her Tweet expressing similar sentiments, claiming they were also suspended for unknown reasons with screenshots attached. For now, all fans can do is watch and wait — much like Tana, herself, with hopes that TikTok will reinstate her account (or at least tell her why she was suspended in the first place).

  • Tana Mongeau blasts Austin McBroom over Social Gloves pay drama – Dexerto

Tana Mongeau blasts Austin McBroom over Social Gloves pay drama YouTube: Tana Mongeau, The ACE FamilyYouTube star Tana Mongeau is taking shots at the ACE Family’s Austin McBroom after boxers complained about not getting paid for their time at the Battle of the Platforms event in June. The YouTubers vs TikTokers boxing event saw an overwhelming victory for team YouTube — but not for the influencers involved. A number of content creators participating in the project claimed they never got compensated for their time in the ring. This saw all eyes turn toward Austin McBroom — head of the ACE Family and a fighter in the main event of the evening — after Tana Mongeau, a fellow influencer and MTV starlet, pointed out that he owned Social Gloves, the organization responsible for putting on the event. A quick search reveals that McBroom’s company, Ace Hat Collection, Inc., is the owner of the Social Gloves trademark, prompting backlash against the YouTuber for purportedly not paying his fighters. u realize triller offers more money than u rite 😭 maybe i’d fight with social gloves when my friends get their checks :/ remember when you had one of your security guards drop off $40,000 in a bag to my roommate so they wouldn’t expose you cheating? You didn’t pay me though 🤪 https://t.co/AHceZfKnJM — Tana Mongeau (@tanamongeau) June 28, 2021 Tana Mongeau lashed out at McBroom once more in an interview with Forbes’ Frederick Daso, claiming she found Austin’s current situation quite humorous. “It’s very funny to see someone that you don’t like who has been through some scandals themselves for scamming, potentially be involved in something where people aren’t getting paid.” “I feel very sorry for so many of my influencer friends working with any company ever to box and not get paid,” she continued. “I think I was just making a joke about it at the end of the day. I hope to God my friends get paid.” As for Tana’s thoughts on getting into the ring, herself? The influencer has bandied about the idea on social media before, and claims she’s “excited to try it out.” “I’m willing to do that for the right amount of money. And that’s the bottom line.” Tana’s biting remarks about McBroom come after news that the ACE Family is purportedly being evicted from their home circulated on social media. This information has yet to be verified, although numerous purported forclosure documents have been posted online. https://twitter.com/defnoodles/status/1412159101371441152 For now, it looks like McBroom is bearing the brunt of the internet’s ill will — at least until his boxers get a payday.

Tana Mongeau allegedly threatened at gunpoint by Airbnb owner Tana Mongeau, YouTube / AirbnbYouTuber-turned-MTV starlet Tana Mongeau was allegedly held at gunpoint by the owner of her Airbnb, as claimed by a series of Tweets published on January 23. While Airbnb has come under fire in the past for ample scams and even buying out entire neighborhoods, nothing comes close to the frightening issue that Mongeau experienced during her stay at one of the rentable abodes in Las Vegas, Nevada. According to the YouTube star, the owner of the estate actually pointed a gun at her, leading to ample concern from fans regarding her safety. “Dude, my Airbnb owner just pulled a gun on us,” Mongeau wrote. While the initial Tweet was rather blunt, Mongeau went on to admit the incident had truly shocked her. “Nothing like a good gun pulled on you to remind you of the fragility of life,” she continued. “This really would only happen to me. Gotta love going to Vegas for a few hours.” nothing like a good gun pulled on u to remind u the fragility of life.. this rly would only happen to me. gotta love going to vegas for a few hours :/ — Tana Mongeau (@tanamongeau) January 24, 2020 Considering the gravity of the situation, it comes as little surprise that the company reached out to Tana for further info — which she sarcastically commented on with a simple, “Mood” quote Tweet. That’s not all: according to another user, he and the father of Tana’s best friend, Imari, nearly got physical with the Airbnb owner, although whether or not this actually happened has yet to be verified. “Omg,” the YouTuber wrote in reply to the claim. “This is why I don’t go to Vegas/subject people I love to being in my life, smh.” omg. this is why i don’t go to vegas/subject ppl i love to being in my life smh https://t.co/CzvjeQamHs — Tana Mongeau (@tanamongeau) January 24, 2020 While many fans expressed sympathy and concern for the reality show star, others — including Drama Alert’s Daniel “KEEMSTAR” Keem — couldn’t help but point out the incident would be perfect material for an upcoming “storytime” video. STAY SAFE, also I predict a storytime in your future — Sawyer Knight (@SawyerKnight) January 24, 2020 Luckily, Tana is both great at taking jokes and the queen of clapbacks, replying to KEEM’s Tweet on the subject with, “*reality stars luv, peep season two of my show xoxo glad i lived xoxo.” *reality stars luv peep szn two of my show xoxo glad i lived xoxo https://t.co/kOs5orbl3U — Tana Mongeau (@tanamongeau) January 24, 2020 This shocking incident follows Mongeau’s public split with YouTuber Jake Paul, and comes just ahead of her major announcement in February.

  • Tana Mongeau alleges Austin McBroom paid her roommate $40k to keep cheating secret – Dexerto

Tana Mongeau alleges Austin McBroom paid her roommate $40k to keep cheating secret Instagram: austinmcbroom/YouTube: Tana MongeauTana Mongeau has accused Austin McBroom of paying one of her friends $40,000 in hush money to keep quiet after he allegedly cheated on his wife, Catherine, with her. Austin McBroom has become a divisive figure in the online influencer community, with the build-up to his fight with Bryce Hall at the YouTubers vs TikTokers event forcing many to pick a side. McBroom obviously has a huge legion of fans, but his fair share of critics too, and much of the conversation in the lead-up to his fight centered around allegations of infidelity, having married Catherine way back in 2015. Now, Tana is stirring the pot even more, accusing him of paying off at least one woman to keep their relations private from his wife and family. A number of top influencers have accused Austin of cheating on his wife, including Jake Paul, who also said that Catherine was in his DMs too. Then, one “ashamed” TikToker also claimed that Austin had cheated with her in his secret Malibu home. Now, in a response to a tweet from Austin, Tana asked: “Remember when you had one of your security guards drop off $40,000 in a bag to my roommate so they wouldn’t expose you cheating?” She then goaded him saying “You didn’t pay me though.” u realize triller offers more money than u rite 😭 maybe i’d fight with social gloves when my friends get their checks :/ remember when you had one of your security guards drop off $40,000 in a bag to my roommate so they wouldn’t expose you cheating? You didn’t pay me though 🤪 https://t.co/AHceZfKnJM — Tana Mongeau (@tanamongeau) June 28, 2021 The tweet comes in response to Austin searching for a female influencer who would like to “sleep” Tana in a boxing match, as he searches for a sequel to the Social Gloves event. Social Gloves themselves are coming under fire for not paying their fighters after a reported 136k PPV buys — a huge way off of their 500k prediction. Tana mocked this, saying that Triller “offers more money” for their Fight Club events, noting the lack of paychecks her friends had received from the event. In an earlier tweet, she said that this is no surprise because McBroom “owns most of Social Gloves.” While Austin has never admitted this, Social Gloves is owned by Ace Hat Collection, Inc — a company run by Austin McBroom — according to the USPTO. not austin mcbroom owning most of social gloves and then everyone being surprised people aren’t getting paid 💀 — Tana Mongeau (@tanamongeau) June 26, 2021 So far, Austin hasn’t responded — and we’re not sure he will, either.

  • Tana Mongeau addresses racism accusations from ex YouTube collab member – Dexerto

Tana Mongeau addresses racism accusations from ex YouTube collab member Tana Mongeau, YouTubeYouTuber and MTV starlet Tana Mongeau has responded to accusations of racist behavior and microaggressions toward an ex-member of her now-defunct collaborative channel, “Trash.” YouTuber Kahlen Barry (now an independent creator in his own right with an audience of over 172k subscribers), was once a part of Mongeau’s collaborative channel, where multiple creators uploaded videos of varying subject matter. Now, Barry has come forward with allegations against Mongeau, which sparked after he published a Tweet at the beginning of the 2020 Black Lives Matter movement. In his post, Barry took issue with Mongeau’s use of racial slurs in the past and asked that she use her platform to take a stand for the BLM initiative. “You made me feel, as a black person, invalidated, and I never felt as a friend I could tell you about the things that hurt me without it being spun back onto me,” Kahlen wrote. The YouTuber then came forward with a video on June 15 detailing a slew of microaggressions and “gaslighting” behavior from both Mongeau and her manager, Jordan after confronting her behavior during iDubbz’s infamous “say cheese” moment, claiming they framed him as the “angry Black person” and even spread rumors in the industry that he had been in trouble with law enforcement. Nearly a week later, Mongeau has responded to Kahlen’s claims in a lengthy Twitter thread, apologizing to the YouTuber and explaining she had been “silent” on the subject to “trying to find the words to address this.” She went on to apologize to Barry directly, calling her actions “disgusting” and “unacceptable” and promising fans that she will take time to both educate herself and hold herself accountable for her behavior. first, I’d like to apologize to Kahlen directly for my silence, there are no excuses, I should have talked and listened to you. instead, I’ve been trying to find the words to address this and apologize in a way that that won’t further hurt anyone, and educate myself on how to — Tana Mongeau (@tanamongeau) June 22, 2020 “I want to apologize directly to Kahlen Barry for anything I ever did to make him feel that I was being micro-aggressive or racist,” she stated. “That is so far from who I am and [I] will spend a lifetime trying to show you that.” Barry has since claimed he’s made attempts to speak with Mongeau privately, but has not received a reply at the time of writing. she still hasn’t responded to me. i’ve made attempts on dm and bts. i want to educate her but that apology was not sincere. i’m sorry. https://t.co/49OC6GQJTE — Kahlen Barry (@KahlenBarry) June 22, 2020 Stay tuned to Dexerto for more as this story develops.

  • Talib Kweli says “F*** PewDiePie” in wake of New Zealand shooting – Dexerto

Talib Kweli says “F*** PewDiePie” in wake of New Zealand shooting Youtube/pewdiepieAmerican hip-hop artist Talib Kweli has tweeted his unequivocal condemnation of YouTuber Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg and his fans, in the aftermath of the New Zealand terror attack on March 15. The attack on two mosques in Christchurch, in which 49 people are confirmed to have died, was streamed via social media by the attacker. Although it was quickly removed from social media sites, in a clip taken from the video, the attacker can be heard saying “subscribe to PewDiePie” prior to carrying out the horrific shooting. It has led to some accusing PewDiePie’s content of being inflammatory, while others argue that he has no responsibility whatsoever, and that it is simply giving the shooter what he wants by creating the link. After it became clear the shooter had uttered his name prior to the attack, PewDiePie released a statement on Twitter to say that he was ‘sickened’ and that the shooting was ‘devastating’. Talib Kweli also took to Twitter on March 15 and, in response to the clip of the terrorist saying “subscribe to PewDiePie”, stated that he cannot ignore what he deems to be “white supremacists and racism online”. He also says that, after previously accusing the Swede of racism, he was the victim of racial slurs directed at him by PewDiePie fans. After getting a response from a user arguing Kjellberg is not to blame for his fans’ behaviour, Kweli simply replied: “Fuck PewDiePie and fuck you. Anything else?” Pewdiepie fans spent a month trolling me and calling me a nigger right here on twitter because I called Pewdiepie a racist. Many other people tell me to ignore white supremacists and racism online because “it’s not real.” This is why I refuse to. https://t.co/O0jEqPYcst — Talib Kweli Greene (@TalibKweli) March 15, 2019 The tragic event in New Zealand seems to have reignited the debate about whether or not Kjellberg’s content is appropriate, and some detractors even go as far as to accuse him and his YouTube channel as being a “platform for white supremacist content”. There has even been the emergence of a petition online, which aims to remove PewDiePie from YouTube altogether. At the time of writing, the petition stands at just under 700 signatures, but it shows the extent to which some people believe PewDiePie’s content to be harmful. PewDiePie has been accused of racist remarks in the past, having to apologize for using the ‘N’ word during a livestream, or when he was alleged to have demonstrated anti-semitic behaviour by the Wall Street Journal. Many YouTubers have stood up in defence of the Swede since the New Zealand tragedy, and his large fanbase continues to stick by him too.

  • Tana Mongeau accidentally makes diss track about her go viral – Dexerto

Tana Mongeau accidentally makes diss track about her go viral YouTube: Tana MongeauSocial media star Tana Mongeau unintentionally caused a diss track about her to go viral after she referred to it in a ‘storytime’ video, with eagle-eyed fans figuring out that her ex-boyfriend is American rapper Mod Sun. Tana Mongeau started making YouTube videos back in 2015 as a teenager, and gained popularity fast thanks to her wild and hilarious ‘storytime’ vlogs that saw her recount the most bizarre stories from her life. The YouTuber has since gone on to secure a subscriber base of over 5.4 million, and has starred in her own reality TV show, made music videos, and became an influencer in her own right. However, no matter how much new content she’s doing, one thing that her audience will always come back to see is her storytimes. Now, though, with her life out there in the public eye, and her acquaintances consisting of some rather famous people, it’s not hard for her audience to figure out exactly what the truth is. On December 8, Tana posted a video to her YouTube channel entitled “I caught my best friend hooking up with my man.” In the video, she describes how her ex-boyfriend wrote a scathing song about her, and how she even accidentally showed up at the launch party for the song. While she tried to keep it vague by using codenames, people managed to pick up some heavy hints from Tana’s description of the brutal lyrics. “Up until this point I have been fine with the music that has been made about me… Most of the people that have made music about me, it’s been a chill experience.” “I’ve never had someone make such a hateful record about me,” she said. “And this whole song is just about how I deserve the worst, for like being the worst. And how I’m not over my ex.” Topic starts at 6:33 Her fans pretty quickly caught on to some of the hints in Tana’s description, and after a bit of digging they found that the song was ‘Karma’ by American rapper Mod Sun, and began to post about it on social media. https://twitter.com/kayreynoldss/status/1337075712239538186 https://twitter.com/LAASIRENA/status/1336206205656719360 The comment section of the song has now been flooded with comments from people mentioning Tana, and the video has secured over 800,000 views. People definitely seem to be happy to see Tana’s storytime content back on her channel, but the fallout from this 30 minute video may be enough to fuel a whole new storytime in its entirety.

  • Takanashi Kiara opens up on Hololive fans “recognizing” her during Korea trip – Dexerto

Takanashi Kiara opens up on Hololive fans “recognizing” her during Korea trip YouTube: Takanashi KiaraHololive EN star Takanashi Kiara has just finished her whirlwind tour of South Korea to celebrate the ANIPLUS collab. However, while touring the sights of Seoul, and the Hololive branded cafe, she was also noticed by fans — and she was thankful for their reactions. For some VTubers, getting recognized in public is totally fine — especially if they’re comfortable showing their face. For others, it’s a total nightmare. Some only have their avatars and do not want people getting pictures of their fleshy form. Hololive’s members often fall into the latter, and it gets complicated once fans attach their favorite VTuber to their real person. The stars try hard to keep this separate, and most fans are respectful in the wishes of their favorite content creator. Takanashi Kiara had many such run-ins during her time in South Korea. As she explored the sights as part of a promotion with ANIPLUS, which saw the anime giant’s stores in the nation transform into a Hololive fan zone, some fans did get a look at the phoenix herself. One Superchatter admitted as much in one of Kiara’s streams once she returned home: “Actually I saw Kiara at Gyeongbokgung Palace [in Seoul], but I pretended not to know. I didn’t want to ruin the date. I was holding a spear.” The star was taken aback by the comment, initially thinking the chatter was just joking. “No way! You’re saying that you were one of the guards? You’re joking. You’re kidding right?” However, she kept the conversation going, saying there were many times during the trip where she suspected fans knew who she was. She didn’t have any horror stories to share though, with the community being mostly respectful of their beloved phoenix. “I’m not going to lie, there were some ‘recognition moments’ during my trip. Not many, but there were some,” she continued. “I don’t believe you but even if it was you, you were doing your job and you definitely wouldn’t have been able to just go ‘ah Takanashi Kiara, I’m your fan, please can I have your signature’. You’re supposed to guard the palace, right, so I believe that!” This isn’t new ground for the star. She has previously spoken about it numerous times about how paranoid she is about getting noticed in public, especially while she lived in Japan. “I’m kind of paranoid, but it makes sense to be paranoid because in Japan Hololive is very popular,” she said in February 2021. “I sometimes feel like people are mainly looking at me because maybe they think they know who I am.” So while fans might recognize their favorite VTubers in public — or at least think they do — there’s a universal message everyone can agree with: Let them enjoy their privacy.

  • Talia Mar pulls off perfect Siri impression for OTV Rust server – Dexerto

Talia Mar pulls off perfect Siri impression for OTV Rust server Talia Mar TwitchTalia Mar is putting her stamp on the Offline TV Rust server, as the newly inducted member is putting her talents to good use early on to recreate a chillingly accurate impression of Apple’s Siri assistant. In a world where iPhones dominate over a tenth of the global smartphone market share along with the myriad devices that Siri inhabits, it’s safe to say that many of us have heard the AI assistant’s iconic default voice. Well, playing as a robot in the OTV server, Mar brought one of her secret talents to the fold to throw off those she came across in the Rust wasteland. Needless to say, her perfect rendition of Siri is a little bit chilling. Mar is a British content creator and singer with over 800,000 subs on YouTube, about 430,000 followers on Twitch, 500,000 on Twitter and nearly 1 million followers on Instagram. Needless to say, she’s got her army of fans. While the singer has plenty of tracks that shows off her range, her group in the OTV server probably weren’t ready for the spot-on impression based off of the Siri assistant. Since she started regularly streaming on Twitch around late 2019, Mar has been quickly raising the ranks on the platform. And now her strange talent has been a favorite among her growing community. Fortunately for Mar, she’ll get to use the voice as much as she wants since her character in the content creator server is a robot named ‘Siri.’ “For anyone who doesn’t know it,” she explained before giving a demonstration. “I’m in a server– the OTV Rust server, and it’s a roleplay server. And my character is Siri and I do a Siri impression. It’s not a voice changer, I just do it with my voice.” Unfortunately for the bunch of streamers she’s grouped with, who’re probably impressed but get annoyed at hearing the voice by now, they have to hear it outside of roleplay scenarios, according to Mar. “They would literally hate it,” she said on stream. “It gets really frustrating real quick, especially if you’re not in a role play situation.” The remedy, she thought, was just to get used to it. Well, her viewers have been enjoying the Siri impression so far, so it might not be going away so soon.

Takanashi Kiara jokes about inviting Ninomae Ina’nis for daily collabs during hiatus YouTube: Takanashi Kiara / YouTube: Ninomae Ina’nisHololive star and genmate Takanashi Kiara doesn’t want to let go of Ninomae Ina’nis just yet. While the latter is going on an extended break to deal with health issues, the phoenix joked about bringing her on for daily collabs so no one forgets she exists. Ninomae Ina’nis has had an on-and-off schedule for 2022 while dealing with fatigue and general health issues. However she’s taking extended time off after Myth’s second anniversary to get to the bottom of it with her doctor and rest up. The star said it will be her “longest break” yet, but she won’t be disappearing from all activities — just streaming. That didn’t stop Kiara from rueing the temporary loss, even stressing out some fans with dire comparisons. “Ina is going on, in her words, an ‘indefinite hiatus,’” Kiara told fans during one of her stream tangents. “I don’t know how long she’s going to be gone. I hope she comes back soon but she’s got to take some time for herself and I respect that, but it gave me really bad flashbacks of something!” “Maybe in English it doesn’t sound so bad, but remember guys when I told you I am a fan of Berryz Kobo, an idol group in Japan who is not active any more. They were active for ten years, but they never had a proper graduation. In exchange they ended their activities with an ‘indefinite hiatus’ and back then everyone was ‘oh we totally know what that means!’ “I don’t why they worded it like this because it kind of leaves you with some hope — it left me with some. I don’t think this is the case with Ina, but it gives me bad flashbacks. I just think in Japanese, if you use that framing, it sounds very dooming.” Kiara was very quick to point with Ina on hiatus, she will have to “bring you guys the puns” with a surplus now in supply without her genmate. However even with Ina on break, Kiara is making sure she won’t vanish off the face of the Earth: “Maybe she will be okay with appearing in some collabs. I’ll invite her to daily collabs so she’s not gone! Okay, everybody? You’re welcome. Ninomae Ina’nis will be doing daily collabs with me on my channel. She can’t say no to me!” Whether Ina takes Kiara up on her offer every now and again remains to be seen, but Hololive fans shouldn’t stress out a potential Ina graduation. She said herself that she will be back when the time is right, healthier than ever and ready to tackle any and all projects thrown her way.

It marks the latest in a string of crossovers between the two agencies with the doors now wide open. First, it was Regis Altare and Alban Knox breaking new ground for Hololive and NIJISANJI’s English branches with a collaboration. Now, the floodgates have opened, and there are seemingly no barriers between the two agencies. Since that first collab was announced, fans had been hoping for Takanashi Kiara and Pomu Rainpuff to finally get together. The two VTubers had mentioned each other numerous times on stream, and even alluded to an earlier chance at a collaboration. That was shut down last year, but now it’s back on the table and it’s finally happening on Saturday, October 22 at 1PM PT / 4PM ET with the two stars jumping into VRChat together. “We would have done it earlier but as you may know she’s [Pomu] on vacation right now,” Kiara elaborated on stream. “I honestly could not wait but it gave me some time to prepare some things. “I commissioned an instrumental so we can sing a song we don’t have an instrumental for. As for the exact shenanigans the PomuTori duo will get up to, you’ll need to tune in on Saturday to find out.

  • Taekwondo match turns into IRL Tekken with health bar and sound effects – Dexerto

Taekwondo match turns into IRL Tekken with health bar and sound effects A South Korean martial arts match became an impressive real life fighting game with both competitors have their very own health bar. Highlights of the match were posted by the YouTube channel TKDNEWS and shows off the two combatants duking it out with flurries of kicks, punches and blocks. But it’s the background that steals the show. Behind the fighters, a large screen displays photos of the two on the left and right sides along with what can only be described as health bars. When a fighter is hit, their green health is chipped away at. When they are low on health, just like in fighting games, it appears red indicating they are critical. The screen also features a timer in-between the bars indicating how many minutes remain and what round the two are currently in. It also appears the screen shows exactly how many points of “health” had been subtracted with each blow. Additionally, a siren of sorts starts sounding whenever a player does something that results in a penalty. One of the best parts of the video, oddly enough, is its opening which features a combatant coming out to the Rage Against the Machine song “Wake Up.” “Korea is experimenting with changing taekwondo scoring from simply giving points on contact with valid areas to giving points based on the actual force applied to those areas,” Twitter user AMurderOfBears pointed out. According to WimpLoTweets, this particular format “has been around since the advent of the 20/20 Armor System that was inspired by fighting games.” This has been around since the advent of the 20/20 Armor System that was indeed directly inspired by fighting games. Really hope competition starts moving towards this because the current meta is garbo and it’s directly because of the current scoring system — Wimp Lo (@WimpLoTweets) January 13, 2020 20/20 Armor is a company that makes electronic scoring vests that incorporate video game elements. The end result is a match that is much easier to understand. It’s cool to see how much of an impact fighting games have had on the world and even traditional Olympic sports.

  • Taco Bell worker slapped by angry customer who blew up his own microwave – Dexerto

Taco Bell worker slapped by angry customer who blew up his own microwave TikTok: iammikeyshyneA TikTok has shown the moment a Taco Bell worker was slapped after an angry customer blew up his microwave reheating food. American Fast food chain Taco Bell is a popular option for those looking for an affordable and convenient Mexican meal, offering a range of meals from burritos to crunch wraps and, of course, tacos. When it comes to refreshing and reheating a meal from the popular restaurant chain in the microwave, however, there is one vital step to ensure safety — remove any foil or foil-lined wrappers. One customer who may not have followed this vital step is now going viral after blowing up his microwave and returning to Taco Bell with a vengeance. “You’re done, you’re f****** done. I’m going to sue your ass off,” the man can be heard declaring to the employee, one of the managers in-store. When asked if he would like new food, the man exclaimed, “Plus, you guys are gonna pay for my f****** microwave. It blew up!” Getting increasingly agitated, he stated, “Oh, you’re smiling,” before slapping the employee across the face to a chorus of shocked reactions from other customers and workers. “Yo, what the hell? No, what the f***? What’s going on with you, bro?” the employee said, evidently confused by the sudden escalation. Another manager then stepped in, with a heated argument ensuing in which the customer repeatedly told both workers, “F*** you.” “Brother over-microwaved a fast food sandwich and it blew up in his microwave? Now he’s there complaining and wants them to buy him a new microwave? What a snowflake,” one Redditor posted in response to the altercation. Another said, “That geezer doesn’t know you don’t put anything containing aluminum in a microwave. That’s the first f******* lesson you get with a microwave.” It is currently unknown what occurred following the incident and whether or not police were called, though many viewers have stated that they hope the employee presses charges for battery. • Taco Bell fight goes viral after employee hits female customers – Dexerto

Taco Bell fight goes viral after employee hits female customers Twitter/FightHavenA chaotic fight at a Taco Bell is going viral on social media after an employee pushed some female customers during a heated exchange that turned into punches. Working in the fast-food industry can be a real slog for some people, especially when customers can be a bit unruly as we’ve seen in iconic Waffle House brawls. Over the years there have been countless restaurant beatdowns with raccoons being pulled out in McDonald’s scraps and guys being pistol-whipped while chairs are being used as weapons. Now, a Taco Bell scrap is making rounds on Twitter showing an employee square off with numerous female customers before taking on a guy who came to their aid. Taco Bell employee fights with customers The video, which has been viewed over 4M times so far by FightHaven, begins with a couple of customers in the face of an employee who then yelled loudly right at them. After he pushed one of the girls back, another stepped in and tried to shove him away, but the employee retaliated and engaged further, knocking her away. At this point, a man got involved and stepped in between the employee and the ladies and began grappling with the Taco Bell worker as the two exchanged words. Eventually, the male customer began firing off some jabs at the employee, who decided to attack back by throwing wild punches and seemed to inadvertently hit one of the girls in the commotion. “He just hit a girl!” someone cried as another worker finally got involved to try to defuse the situation. “Call the cops!” Unfortunately, that’s where the video ended and it’s not clear what started the altercation or how it ended, but hopefully next time there’s a feud, everyone can think outside the bun and reach an understanding before things turn physical.

  • Taco Bell superfan tries to save vegan cheese cups with insane TikTok eating challenge – Dexerto

Taco Bell superfan tries to save vegan cheese cups with insane TikTok eating challenge Taco BellA viral video on TikTok shows a young woman who has just undertaken a new eating challenge, where she eats as many Taco Bell cheese cups as possible. In September, Taco Bell released their new vegan cheese cups. This was a big moment for fans, who appreciated the chain catering to vegan customers. Videos circulated around TikTok, with many popular food bloggers trying it for the first time. However, as we’ve witnessed with other menu items, it’s no guarantee that a product will stand the test of time, and become a staple of the brand’s menu. This is what TikToker, notclarabell, addresses in her video. In a bid to make vegan nacho cheese cups a permanent fixture of the Taco Bell menu, she decided to play her part in securing its inclusion. What does the challenge entail? Her viral video, which has now received over 28k views, shows Clara clutching a bag of chips, and dipping them into a Taco Bell nacho cheese cup as many times as possible. She explains, “Me eating my 60th Taco Bell nacho cheese this week because if enough people don’t buy them they’ll take them off the menu”. Fans rallied in support of the challenge, with one commenter lamenting, “Taco Bell never keeps anything may as well accept it”. Another praised Clara, calling her ”the hero we didn’t know we needed”. However, others weren’t so impressed with the vegan menu item, claiming that “The smell of it makes me want to throw up, someone please take it away”. Similarly, another claimed, “I work there and it smells so BAD”. Despite Clara’s efforts, it seems that the popular chain have already removed the item in several regions across the US. Many claimed that it was no longer available to buy in their local Taco Bell, and one worker stated “Sorry yall, Taco Bell employee here and it’s already not able to order once it’s gone it’s gone”.

  • T-Series take unstoppable lead over PewDiePie in race to 100 million YouTube subs – Dexerto

T-Series take unstoppable lead over PewDiePie in race to 100 million YouTube subs PewDiePie, Instagram / T-SeriesYouTube’s great subscriber battle between PewDiePie and T-Series looks to be coming to a close, as the Swede’s Bollywood rival has taken an unprecedented lead in the race to 100 million subs. The great YouTube sub battle The two channels have been going toe-to-toe for the best part of six months on the platform, trying to attract as many people as they can to subscribe to them. PewDiePie has been knocked off his perch as YouTube’s king of content on numerous occasions, but forcing a stunning comeback on March 30 to overturn a lead of 100,000. However, it looks as if T-Series has well and truly rode into the sunset with an almost certain victory. PewDiePie vs T-Series: Live subscriber counts According to live subscriber counts, at the time of writing, the support of the Indian production company has reached a level that might be impossible to compete with. The channel now holds a lead of around 750,000 at the time of writing, which is their strongest ever recorded. While those statistics would suggest that Pewds is now doomed in the race to 100 million subscribers, he has bounced back after being written off by mainstream media outlets such as the BBC in the past, and his cult following does have a potential ace up their sleeve. International PewDiePie Day The YouTuber’s fanbase are building towards what they’re calling ‘International PewDiePie Day’ on April 29, where they’re hoping his followers from around the world will come together to encourage more people to subscribe to his channel. Whether or not the event will be a success is uncertain at this time, but it’s going to have to be big enough a colossal lead this time around. It wouldn’t be the first time that PewDiePie’s fans have shocked the world, though. He has been written off time and time again, but it’s his supporters who have kept him in the race. Will this be a step too far?

In a viral clip with over 406,000 views, TikToker keep_it_real4life showed stacks of bags of beef in a walk-in fridge Each bag was marked with an expiration or “use-by” date. “Today is March 15,” he said. “Our area coach came in last night and told us we have to use beef that expired on Feb. 27 of this year and March 10 of this year.” The Taco Bell worker also claimed that employees have to serve onions past their use-by date, as “they don’t want to throw it out because of food costs.” “What about customer safety? This stuff can get people really sick!” he exclaimed. “We’re serving expired product because we’re forced to do it. Something’s gotta change. This is going to get people sick. Like, really sick.” TikTok users in the comments applauded the employee for speaking out. “Thank you for sharing this!” one wrote. “When in doubt throw it out! Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Be safe,” another added. Others urged him to contact his local health department about the issue. “Contact the health department immediately. Invite them to inspect right away,” one commented. “Just throw it out, and walk out! Call corporate, call the health department! Stand up for what’s right!” another said. In a comment, the Taco Bell employee said it’s difficult for workers who need a job like this to speak out against it. “When your job is at stake most employees will do what they are told,” he wrote. However, the TikToker claimed he still refused to sell the expired food to customers. In September 2021, a post went viral on Reddit from another Taco Bell employee, claiming that they were fired after refusing to serve expired food. • T-Series set to beat PewDiePie to 89million YouTube subscribers as gap closes once more – Dexerto

T-Series set to beat PewDiePie to 89million YouTube subscribers as gap closes once more PewDiePie, YouTube / T-SeriesFelix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg’s reign as the king of YouTube looks to be coming to an end as T-Series has significantly closed the gap between the two channels. The Swedish content creator has been pulling out all of the stops to continue to hold the top spot, with help from both Tesla’s CEO Elon Musk and fellow YouTube star MrBeast, who both appeared as guest hosts for his weekly Meme Review videos. While the help of those big names and his rabid fanbase, the gap had extended between PewDiePie and the Indian production company to around 44,000 by March 6. However, that strong lead hasn’t lasted too long. Live subscriber counts, though, show that PewDiePie’s storming lead has been narrowed to a near 1,000 subscribers, which suggests T-Series will soon eclipse his total – as they continue to gain on him with every passing minute. The pair have been battling it out at the very top of YouTube for quite some time and it seems like the race towards 89 million subscribers is nearing its long-awaited end. Pewds has been known to mock T-Series for quite some time as well, having released his ‘Bitch Lasagna’ diss track about the company in October 2018, and even released a hilarious reaction to several Indian citizens claiming to be offended by it on March 9. Which of the two will have the last laugh in the race to 89 million subs, though? We will have to wait and see.

  • T-Series set to hit 200 million YouTube subscribers incredibly fast – Dexerto

T-Series set to hit 200 million YouTube subscribers incredibly fast T-Series currently lead the way in global subscriber count on YouTube. However, the Indian music and film production company could hit 200 million subscribers sooner than you’d think. The T-Series versus PewDiePie hustle to 100 million subscribers took the online community by storm. With both YouTube channels toing and froing, it was eventually T-Series who reached the monumental milestone first. After the Bollywood production company achieved the Red Diamond Creator Award on May 29 (2019), Felix ‘PewDiePie‘ Kjellberg was hot on their heels — after getting his hands on his as of August 25 (2019). As it stands, the pair remain the only channels to have hit the milestone thus far, with Cocomelon sitting a third with almost 65 million subscribers. Pewds will now have his eyes on the 110 million subscriber mark, as he currently sits at 102 million members of his ‘Bro Army.’ By contrast, T-Series surpassed that milestone back in September, as their following continues to grow exponentially by the day. Currently sitting at 119 million subscribers, the number one ranked channel welcomed three million new subscribers (and rising) in the month of November alone. Given their snowballed growth, the Indi-pop channel will be aiming to break even more records. So when can we expect T-Series to hit that stratospheric 200 million subscriber mark on YouTube? Thanks to SocialBlade, we have all of the answers. Based on a linear regression model that factors parameters surrounding the channel’s current interest, T-Series’ channel is estimated to hit the milestone on November 18, 2021. So in just over two years, the channel will have doubled their subscriber count from when they hit 100 million back in May. For context, T-Series have been around since March, 2006. Meaning it took just over 13 years for the Bollywood production company to gain their current following. Perhaps more impressively, the channel is predicted to have accrued over 246 billion views — that’s 32 times the world’s current population. Although the stats are impressive, they don’t account for factors such as the content posted. For example, should the channel post a video that trends globally, they could see a spike in subscriber count. Nonetheless, since the PewDiePie versus T-Series race came to its head, the Swede’s subscriber growth has fallen off a cliff, whereas the Indian channel appears to be going from strength-to-strength.

  • T-Series takes massive lead over PewDiePie following ‘Congratulations’ legal scandal – Dexerto

T-Series takes massive lead over PewDiePie following ‘Congratulations’ legal scandal PewDiePie, YouTube / T-SeriesThe battle between YouTube king Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg and Bollywood label T-Series continues to heat up – both in the courtroom and online. T-Series has surpassed PewDiePie once again by a wide margin, sitting at over 80,000 subscribers above the YouTuber as of April 14. This turn of events follows Kjellberg’s major comeback earlier in the month, when his ‘Congratulations’ diss track skyrocketed his subscriber count to over 400,000 above the label after being surpassed for several days prior. T-Series taking legal action However, T-Series wasn’t pleased with this development, and even took legal action against Kjellberg for “defamatory, disparaging, insulting, and offensive” content in his diss tracks by pursuing an alleged court order with the Delhi High Court. While the legitimacy of the court order itself couldn’t be verified, T-Series’ case does exist – and that’s not the only action the label is taking against Kjellberg, either. PewDiePie’s diss tracks have since been banned from appearing on Indian YouTube following the court order, inciting mass outrage from fans across the internet due to the apparent growing influence of corporations over creators. PewDiePie’s ‘Congratulations’ kerfuffle T-Series’ order may have been in response to Kjellberg’s serious claims in his ‘Congratulations’ diss track, where he accused the label of getting its start by providing pirated songs. The YouTuber likewise accused T-Series’ CEO, Bhushan Kumar, of having ties to the Indian mafia – and even brought up a sexual harassment case against against Kumar from January, which was later dropped after the accuser admitted their claims were false. Kjellberg’s song even alleged that T-Series had sent him a cease and desist letter in response to their battle, which the YouTuber promptly ignored. Fellow YouTuber and collaborator ‘Boyinaband’ later revealed the story to be true, although he left the details up to PewDiePie for a later video. Since then, PewDiePie’s ‘Congratulations’ diss track has skyrocketed in popularity, surpassing even popular rapper Post Malone’s ‘Congratulations’ song by .4 million likes – reaching a massive 5.9 million likes in just two weeks. While Kjellberg’s latest track also sports an impressive 78 million views, it still pales in comparison to his initial ‘Bitch Lasagna’ single, which still reigns as his most-viewed video at a whopping 169 million views.

  • T-Series get another leg up over PewDiePie with major new deal – Dexerto

T-Series get another leg up over PewDiePie with major new deal PewDiePie, YouTube / T-SeriesBollywood label T-Series is at it again, this time scoring a major deal with music streaming service Spotify in the face of their ongoing battle with YouTube king Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg. The label signed a deal with Spotify to secure distribution for a reported number of 160,000 songs, rendering its entire catalog of tracks available to stream on the platform – including film soundtracks and even music from their up-and-coming artists. The deal was foreshadowed by Bhushan Kumar, T-Series’ managing director, who made a statement on a possible merger between the two companies in November of 2018. “We are bullish about India’s most popular music company tying up with the world’s most popular music streaming service,” Kumar stated of the possibility. https://variety.com/2016/digital/news/pewdiepie-50-million-youtube-subscribers-delete-channel-1201936106/T-Series has become a household name outside of India as of late, thanks to the label’s continuing race against YouTuber ‘PewDiePie,’ who experienced a 700% increase in channel growth thanks to their battle for the most subscribers on the video platform. PewDiePie is currently only a mere 200,000 subs away from defeat. The Pewds is sitting at over 81 million subscribers with T-Series close behind at over 80,955,000 subs. PewDiePie’s fight against the label drew the attention of major internet personalities and celebrities alike, with popular YouTuber MrBeast even creating a massive ad campaign throughout his city. T-Series’ latest deal could mark the death blow for PewDiePie, who faced a projected defeat of early January 2019. These initial calculations could prove true, should MrBeast fail to pull off another major stunt.

  • T-Series hit 125 million YouTube subs last month and nobody noticed – Dexerto

T-Series hit 125 million YouTube subs last month and nobody noticed T-Series/UnsplashT-Series, the Bollywood production company that managed to beat Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg to 100 million subscribers has managed to break yet another remarkable milestone – racking up over 125 million subs – though, nobody really noticed. The subscriber war between T-Series and PewDiePie dominated YouTube from August 2018, all the way through to May 2019 as the Bollywood production channel managed to eclipse 100 million subs, with the Swede deciding to call an end to the race. Though it had been fierce – with Pewds getting the support of his ever-loyal community and celebrities like Tesla’s Elon Musk, as well as Rick and Morty’s Justin Roiland – T-Series was able to take a victory lap first. The Swede has since surpassed 100 million himself, but the lead grows further each day as the Indian channel is zeroing in on its next major milestone. While YouTube has gotten rid of its live subscriber tracker, websites like SocialBlade are still keeping up-to-date with the numbers when it becomes possible to view them. Thanks to their most recent update, though, it has been revealed that T-Series surpassed the 125 million subscriber mark back in January and that they’ve been powering on ever since. Again, it’s the date on which they exactly managed to break that mark is unknown, but since January 30, they’ve reached 128 million subs. On an average monthly basis, the channel is picking up a cool 1,000,000 extra subscribers, while their total views continue to soar as well – with a daily average of 124,668,025 views. While the war with PewDiePie has been over for quite some time, the additional subscribers have allowed T-Series to fend off his growth despite the fact he is taking a break from YouTube. The Swede has yet to reach 105 million subs on the platform, meaning that it would take a monumental effort to see him match T-Series. For the foreseeable future, though, they hold the bragging rights.

PewDiePie roasts T-Series CEO for making video plea to Indians amid YouTube race Bollywood Hungama / Rock-CafeAs the race between Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg and T-Series continues to get more and more intense, the Bollywood label’s CEO has publicly asked for help in defeating their great YouTube rival. Bhushan Kumar, chairman and managing director of Super Cassettes Industries Limited, aka T-Series, tweeted out a video on March 6 as part of the effort to help T-Series overtake PewDiePie as the most subscribed-to channel on YouTube. The video is primarily directed at Indians and applies to their sense of nationalism, asking them to subscribe to T-Series to “make India win.” “There is an Indian YouTube channel on the brink of becoming the world’s number one,” he says. “It has taken us a lot of effort to come this far. To take my father Gulshan Kumar’s dream forward, I started this channel.” Today, it belongs to you; it belongs to the entire nation,” he goes on to say. “This is a historic moment for all of us, so let’s come together and subscribe to T-Series YouTube channel and make India proud.” We’re on the brink of becoming the world’s biggest @YouTube channel. That’s an incredible achievement, and more satisfying than being the number one, to be honest.” We forced them into begging. Lmao. We forced a giant corporation with thousands of workers to beg for subs. That’s an incredible achievement. And more satisfying than being the #1 TBH. — Crow (@CrowTheCrow1) March 6, 2019 As things stand, PewDiePie holds just over a 56,000 subscriber lead over T-Series, as both channels have now topped the 88 million subscriber mark. While most projections have the Bollywood brand passing the Swede on March 9, although no one would be the least surprised if he is still the King of YouTube past that. He has maintained his lead for this long thanks to a variety of last minute boosts, the latest one being popular YouTuber MrBeast hosting Pewds’ popular Meme Review show on March 6. Only time will tell how long this lead will last, but as far as PewDiePie’s fans are concerned, even the fact that T-Series have take such a step to ask for subscribers is a victory of its own.

T-Series finally beats PewDiePie to 100 million YouTube subscribers T-Series / PewDiePie, InstagramFelix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg has been fighting a huge battle in the race to 100 million subscribers for over a year, but T-Series have now proved that they’re here to stay in top spot – finally clinching the astonishing milestone. The Swedish content creator had drafted in celebrity guests, powered through key milestone after milestone in 2018 and 2019, but the biggest landmark of them all has been clinched by his Bollywood rival channel. This battle had some huge twists and turns along the way, with Pewds springing into what was thought to be unstoppable positions time and time again, but defeat in the greatest subscriber race the platform has ever seen has now been confirmed. Announcing the news on their official Twitter account, T-Series thanked all of the people that have subscribed to their channel in order to build what is now the world’s biggest YouTube channel. “T-Series has achieved another YouTube milestone by being the first one to cross an astonishing 100 Million Subscribers,” they tweeted on May 29. “Thank you for being part of our journey. T-Series – Making India Proud.” The Indian production company have been calling upon more and more of their nation’s population to subscribe to their channel for quite some time, following several diss tracks from PewDiePie that led to surges in his popularity on more than one occasion. World’s biggest YouTube Channel, T-Series has achieved another YouTube milestone by being the first one to cross an astonishing #100MillionSubscribers. Thank you for being part of our journey. T-Series – Making India Proud. :flag-in:@itsBhushanKumar #bharatwinsyoutube pic.twitter.com/s5Haz0bBT4— TSeries (@TSeries) May 29, 2019 The diss tracks, called ‘Bitch Lasagna’ and ‘Congratulations’, have since been blocked in India after T-Series took legal action against to have the content made unavailable in their country, not taking too kindly to the lyrics. PewDiePie might have completed some sensational comebacks during the race to 100 million – once recovering a lead of 100,000 – but live sub counts show that his channel is now around four million subscribers away from top spot at the time of writing – which T-Series, of course, now occupies. The likelihood of T-Series being knocked off their perch any time soon remains extremely unlikely, but there’s no doubt that PewDiePie’s fanbase will pull out all of the stops in trying to help him reclaim his throne.

  • T-Series boss calls out PewDiePie after winning YouTube sub war – Dexerto

T-Series boss calls out PewDiePie after winning YouTube sub war L: Bollywood Hungama. R: PewDiePie/YouTubeThe chairman behind Bollywood production company T-Series, Bhushan Kumar, has revealed why his channel didn’t want to go head-to-head with PewDiePie in the battle for YouTube supremacy, but was forced to. For the latter half of 2018, and the better part of 2019, Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg had been locked in a war with T-Series to keep his spot atop of the YouTube throne. While many may think that the battle between the two channels would be all about glory and bragging of rights of being number one, for T-Series especially, it wasn’t really that way. The new-found success for T-Series only came because of Pewds’ continual mocking of the ‘fight.’ T-Series responds to PewDiePie’s comments In an interview with Quartz India, T-Series chairman Bhushan Kumar revealed why his channel decided to get into the fight with PewDiePie, and what fallout the victory has had. “We were never in this tussle to become number one or two with anyone. But all along there were these sarcastic comments from PewDiePie. And that’s how we decided to respond to the comments. I launched the #BharatWinsYouTube campaign, seeking more subscriptions from Indians.” Read More: PewDiePie responds to fans flying banner over NYC after he ended ‘Sub to PewDiePie’ movement – However, the T-Series boss noted that the success hasn’t changed all that much on the commercial front of the channel but, instead, has changed the perception of the company – picking up a global audience instead of just growing domestically. The Bollywood-based channel was able to dethrone the Swede back in April and has since run up the score, growing the gap between the two channels to a chasm that not even PewDiePie will be able to pull back. Being able to grow a channel on a global scale, will, of course, help in some capacity when it comes to growing the commercial side of the business. However, being able to sustain the new success will have an even bigger impact. Pewds called time on the ‘sub war,’ by retiring the ‘Subscribe to PewDiePie’ message that had helped him grow in the fight because it had spiraled way out of control. It remains to be seen if T-Series’ ability to win the war with PewDiePie will help them roll the momentum into becoming a real global powerhouse, or if viewers will go away once the Swede moves on to his next battle.

  • T-Series allegedly seeking court order to remove PewDiePie’s diss tracks from YouTube – Dexerto

T-Series allegedly seeking court order to remove PewDiePie’s diss tracks from YouTube PewDiePie, YouTube / Bhushan Kumar, TwitterYouTube king Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg and Bollywood label T-Series are in the midst of a heated battle to become the most subscribed channel on YouTube – but it looks like T-Series is turning their race up a notch. According to entertainment and law website IPRMENTLAW, T-Series sought out a court order from the Delhi High Court to remove PewDiePie’s ‘Bitch Lasagna’ and ‘Congratulations’ diss racks from YouTube. The alleged court order ruled in favor of T-Series’ complaint against the YouTuber, claiming that Kjellberg’s songs were “defamatory, disparaging, insulting, and offensive,” and noted that comments on the videos were “abusive, vulgar, and also racist in nature.” http://iprmentlaw.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Super-Cassettes-vs-Pew-Die-Pi.pdfIs T-Series’ Court Order actually real? The order likewise ruled that PewDiePie must “remove and disable access” to the songs in question – as well as “ensure that the said videos do not ever get uploaded again on the platform.” While the lawsuit is indeed real, as it is listed as a pending case on the Delhi High Court’s website, the legitimacy of the alleged court order is up for debate; as no other sources have yet confirmed the order’s validity, fans can only speculate as to its possible efficacy in the long run. PewDiePie’s allegations against T-Series T-Series’ suit against PewDiePie follows major allegations thrown out against the company in his ‘Congratulations’ diss track, claiming that the label had gotten its start by providing pirated songs. PewDiePie also made note of sexual harassment allegations against T-Series CEO Bhushan Kumar, which were nullified in early 2019 after the claimant revealed the accusations to be false. That’s not all; PewDiePie likewise accused Kumar of having ties to the Indian mafia, and even claimed that T-Series had sent him a cease and desist letter due to his previous diss track, ‘Bitch Lasagna.’ PewDiePie has since overtaken the label by a serious margin, sitting at over 289,000 subscribers above T-Series as of April 10. The petition to ban PewDiePie This isn’t the only major action taken against PewDiePie in recent days, either; a Change.org petition likewise seeks to ban Kjellberg from YouTube altogether, due to “white supremacist” content and a toxic audience. PewDiePie addressed the petition in a video on April 7, noting that many of its claims were blatantly false and misleading, and even highlighted the multiple charity fundraisers he’d organized over his eight-year career on the site.

  • T-Series and PewDiePie’s battle for YouTube supremacy could take a turn with upcoming subscriber purge – Dexerto

T-Series and PewDiePie’s battle for YouTube supremacy could take a turn with upcoming subscriber purge PewDiePie / T-SeriesThe battle for YouTube supremacy between Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg and music label T-Series might take a dramatic turn due to the video-streaming service’s new sitewide initiative. PewDiePie’s title of Most Subbed to Channel is being famously threatened by Indian music label T-Series, but a new YouTube filter might be the final nail in the coffin for the drawn out contest. YouTube announced on December 13 that it’s going to start using proprietary technology to identify and purge spam subscribers from channels across the board in an effort to keep sub counts as honest as possible. YouTube took to its TeamYouTube Twitter account to let creators know about the imminent change to happen. “On Dec 13-14 you may see a noticeable decrease in your sub count as we remove spam subscriptions,” YouTube said. “If spam is removed, you’ll see a YouTube Studio alert. This should help give you confidence that the subs you do have are real fans!” YouTube’s announcement made no connection to the ongoing race-to-the-finish between the Swede and the Indian music service. Yet the comment sections for both the tweet and the expanded announcement on Google Groups are littered with people’s interpretation of what the change would mean for the sub-battle. The majority of criticism were aimed at T-Series, as many suspect this will crucially impact the subscriber count for the channel. The changes are expected to be made soon, and all eyes will be on both channel’s sub-count.

T-Pain explains why he thinks TimTheTatman should host a national TV show Twitch: T-Pain / TimTheTatManT-Pain thinks Timothy ‘TimTheTatMan’ Betar is one of the most “naturally funny” streamers on Twitch and believes he could “easily” become a successful host on national television with his talents. T-Pain is a man of many talents. He is a multi-award-winning rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. And if that wasn’t impressive enough, he’s also cemented his place as a self-proclaimed “small streamer” on Twitch. However, despite hilariously roasting TimTheTatMan in the past, he had nothing but kind words to say about him in a recent stream. He explained why he believes Tim has what it takes to become a host on national television. “Tim has natural streamer energy,” he said, and claimed You don’t need to look far to find many examples. He continued: “TimTheTatMan can easily go and host a TV show [on] national television because he’s naturally funny and doesn’t try to be.” For that reason, T-Pain believes Tim “has that talent where he can go on any platform and be [himself] and [thrive].” He didn’t suggest which platform, but it is easy to imagine Tim behind the desk a comedy talk show. T-Pain isn’t the only one to have that view. Tim’s fans always say he’s hilarious without even trying to be, especially when he’s mad. One even claimed he is “the greatest personality on Twitch.” So, perhaps becoming a host on national television isn’t too far off the mark. But whether Tim would be willing to give it a try is a different story.

  • T-Pain wants to make music with Corpse Husband – Dexerto

T-Pain wants to make music with Corpse Husband Twitter: Corpse Husband / Instagram: tpainAmerican rapper T-Pain appeared on a Twitch stream with YouTuber and music artist Corpse Husband — and both of them want to do a song together in the future. T-Pain is one of the biggest celebrities on Twitch right now. You can find him gaming with the likes of TimTheTatman, Ninja, and CourRage, or listening to his viewers’ music and giving the occasional critique. T-Pain wound up competing in an episode of OTK’s ‘Schooled’ game show, where contestants are tasked with solving questions based on subjects from grade school. This particular episode of schooled was packed with big names on Twitch, including Ludwig, PayMoneyWubby, and Corpse Husband — a faceless YouTuber and music artist best known for his mysterious persona and deep voice. Corpse Husband’s music has seen major success as of late, with the influencer even scoring a collaboration with Machine Gun Kelly for their song ‘Daywalker!’ last year. Now, it’s looking like Corpse will have another major collab coming up in the near future after his stint on ‘Schooled.’ During the episode, T-Pain mentioned to Corpse that he’d like to make a song with him. “Aye Corpse though, for real, just real quick — real music s**t time. We need to make this s**t happen bro,” T-Pain said. “Yeah, DM me,” Corpse replied. “I’m down to come over to your side,” T-Pain responded, referring to their respective fanbases. “I know your side don’t really f**k with my side, but I’m down to come over there. I’m down to come over there, trust bro.” “It’s love from all my people,” Corpse clarified. “The five foot ten kings gotta get together and make this s**t work,” T-Pain joked. Although nothing has been confirmed between these two, it’s certainly a possibility that’s leaving fans ears pricked in excitement. This possible collaboration follows news that Corpse’s next joint project might be with rapper SCARLXRD, although further information on this track has yet to be revealed.

T-Pain reveals just how many streams musicians need to make $1 T-PainLegendary rapper T-Pain shone a light on just how little musicians make for each play they get on popular music streaming apps. T-Pain has been a famous rapper for almost 20 years, and has become a veteran of both the rap game and the music industry itself. Understanding the ins and outs of the business of music, the “Bartender” rapper knows how hard it can be for up-and-coming artists to both make a name for themselves and a profit on the side. In a post on social media, he showed the numbers which highlight the small amount musicians make off fans streaming their songs. T-Pain calls out streaming platforms The rapper went viral on December 28 when he broke down just how making money from creators streaming music works. Read More: xQc explodes in hilarious rant – His tweet included a chart showing off how many streams you need on a song to make a single dollar. YouTube Music was by far the most difficult to make a dollar on, as a musician would need their song to be streamed 1,250 times. Many on social media were shocked to see Napster, the former file-sharing software, coming in as the easiest to make a buck on at just 53 streams. T-Pain went further into detail in a follow up tweet and said, “Keep in mind, most artists don’t even get the whole $1. I’m just letting the up and coming know what the real is. I worked for mine and there are tons of ways around this if you move right.” I see a lot of “well I guess I’ll use the best one” and not “we gotta make our own” keep in mind, most artists don’t even get the whole $1. • T Pain roasts NICKMERCS after appearance on Trevor Noah’s The Daily Show – Dexerto

T Pain roasts NICKMERCS after appearance on Trevor Noah’s The Daily Show Twitch: nickmercs, tpainOn Thursday, June 10, top Twitch streamer Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff appeared on The Daily Show with Trevor Noah to talk gaming, streaming and his appearance on the Sports Illustrated cover — and multi-platinum recording artist T Pain took the opportunity to roast him over one specific thing. On June 10, the Sports Illustrated cover with FaZe Clan was revealed. Alongside Nick were the likes of Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray, Lebron James’ son Bronny and fellow FaZe members Temperrr, Swagg and Rug. To celebrate, Trevor Noah brought Nick on to the Daily Show, where they discussed how he came to be such a huge name in the gaming and streaming scenes. After watching it, while many congratulated Nick for his appearance, T Pain had something else on his mind. After seeing that the show was re-running again on his TV, an exasperated T Pain asked “F**king NICKMERCS again?!” before having a laugh and mocking the streamer during his Twitch stream. “I’m tired of seeing his big-a*s neck on my TV,” the ‘Buy U A Drank’ artist said. “My TV ain’t small, it’s making his neck look crazy. TV big as a motherf**ker!” He burst out laughing straight after, clearly not actually roasting Nick and having a good rapport with the FaZe Clan co-owner. The size of Nick’s neck has definitely been a big meme for himself and his community over the years, so we can’t imagine he’ll be too upset by T Pain’s comments. This isn’t the first time T Pain has roasted a top name on Twitch, either. He poked fun at TimTheTatman in the past, though Tim laughed it off and found it all as funny as Nick will likely find this.

  • T-Pain recounts weird fan interaction on stream: “He pretended to pee next to me” – Dexerto

T-Pain recounts weird fan interaction on stream: “He pretended to pee next to me” Popular musician and Twitch streamer T-Pain recently recounted one of his weirdest interactions with a fan, where they followed him into a restroom and pretended to do their business. A number of celebrities have attempted to use Twitch to build relationships with their fans and reach a broader audience. Some notable celebs-turned-streamers are Logic, Post Malone, and Big Brother’s Dan Gheesling. But perhaps T-Pain is one of the best examples of a celebrity musician integrating with Twitch’s community. From playing games with Ninja to being on Mizkif’s gameshow, to even offering a musical collab with Corpse Husband; T-Pain is seen as a true Twitch streamer. However, with fans coming from two different outlets, that makes T-Pain two times as susceptible to awkward fan interactions. In fact, he recently shared one of his oddest encounters on stream. T-Pain followed him into the bathroom T-Pain and his wife Amber were recently live on Twitch chatting with viewers when a comment brought up a time T-Pain was angry on camera. The duo explained that you never really know what’s going on in a celebrity’s life at that time, and that many fans will start taking photos or videos without asking or introducing themselves. “If somebody came up to you and started taking pictures and didn’t say nothing to you, you’d be weirded the f**k out,” stated T-Pain, “You need some kind of courtesy.” He went on to recount the time he and Amber were headed south and had to stop at a gas station. “The dude followed me into the bathroom and f**king pretended to pee next to me.” T-Pain said that the fan stood in the urinal next to his until he was done, and then the fan followed him to the sink. “He was waiting on me to finish in my sink because his ‘didn’t have any soap in it’.” He continued by comparing how professional athletes are treated similarly to celebrities. “It’s normal to people and it’s weird,” T-Pain said as he detailed how some people believe rude or awkward interactions ‘come with the job.’ For more streaming content, check out why T-Pain thinks Apex Legends is “too sweaty” for him, and stay tuned for future Twitch news.

T-Pain fans shocked over soul-baring “Tennessee Whiskey” live performance Youtube: T-PainRapper and producer T-Pain delivered a soulful performance of “Tennessee Whiskey,” and fans are completely blown away. When you think autotune, the first name that pops into your mind is probably T-Pain. Having popularized the vocal tuning effect, he led the way for countless other musical artists to use it, including other rappers like Snoop Dawg and Kanye West. Today, it’s a common practice but hasn’t always been. Shattering vocal expectations, T-Pain took to the stage for an intimate performance of covers back in March. Those covers include George Jones’ “Tennessee Whiskey,” which was famously covered by country singer Chris Stapleton. The official video is only now making its way online. As part of a covers EP, “Tennessee Whiskey” joins the likes of Sam Smith’s “Stay with Me,” Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’,” and Sam Cooke’s “A Change is Gonna Come.” T-Pain fans are blown away by “Tennessee Whiskey” performance Ripping into the song, T-Pain delivered a potent, emotionally rattling performance that had fans completely taken aback. Many are shocked by the performance, as they’re left wondering why he worries about autotune in the first place. “T pain never needed auto tune, auto tune needed T pain,” wrote one fan on the now-viral TikTok. Another agreed, “T Pain basically saying ‘auto tune was an artistic choice, not a necessity.’” “Tpain music was my childhood. Glad he is showing folks that auto tune was a choice,” a third said. More awestruck comments poured in. “The appreciation that T Pain is finally getting is definitely a positive thing I needed in 2023,” one user said. Another user even suggested: “TPain for next coach on the Voice.” “The man who mastered auto tune, was the man who needed it least,” praised a fan, adding a fire emoji. “T pain I’m mad you used so much auto tune when I was growin up you are amazing!!! • T-Pain has amazing reaction to surprise “Feet Pic” song on Twitch – Dexerto

T-Pain has amazing reaction to surprise “Feet Pic” song on Twitch Twitter, @TPAIN / Pexels, @thiszunT-Pain’s Twitch channel is often an unrivalled source of entertainment, but it was one of his fans who entertained him and some friends — with a groundbreaking “Feet Pic” song submission. When T-Pain, Slim Jxmmi (half of the renowned Rae Sremmurd), and Young Cash sat down on stream to hang out and listen to fan submissions, none could have expected to be so sweetly serenaded. Deciding which fan-submitted song to listen to next, Slim Jxmmi noticed one that was branded too edgily, too loudly to be ignored. It was called “Feet Pic” and it took very little of his encouragement for T-Pain and Young Cash to agree that the song must be played. Within literal seconds, all three were upended by a sultry melody and a smooth, reverberating bassline. By the end, and this is not hyperbole, the group of streaming listeners had laughed, harmonized, and shed tears. The song, “Feet Pic” by MrSunChips, may have simple lyrics when you first listen to it, but there’s a deeper story about love and the pursuit of capitalist gain layered beneath its smooth beats. “She wanna see my feet pic (), but she cannot see the ‘D pic’ () — But she gotta pay for premium, yeah she gotta pay for premium.” By that last word, Young Cash has had enough and can no longer sit idly by. He quickly jumps in, calling up breath from deep in his torso, and lets out a spiritually uplifting, scale-escalating harmonization that would put a smile on Andrea Bocelli and Luciano Pavarotti’s faces. As for putting a smile on faces, T-Pain was so delighted by the track that he continued to share it with other audiophiles. While he himself reacted by calling the song “f**king hard” and exclaiming that he “can’t believe how f**king good that was,” he had to pay it forward and share with comedian Hannibal Burress. Burress, too, had a strong reaction to the track. Noting the subtleties involved in the song’s allusion to deserving money for the objectification of his assets, Burress voiced the deeper sentiments evoked by the song: “It’s so energizing and inspiring when a king knows his worth.”

  • T-Pain claps back at critics who mocked him over Kanye West complaints – Dexerto

T-Pain claps back at critics who mocked him over Kanye West complaints T-PainRapper T-Pain was streaming on Twitch when he gave his thoughts on the current controversies surrounding Kanye West and shouted back at critics who had previously mocked his claim that Kanye treated him poorly. T-Pain has been a staple of the rap and hip-hop scene, and is one of the pioneers of autotuned rap sound that’s taken over the mainstream. The first time T-Pain and Kanye West ever collaborated was all the way back in 2008 with the song “Therapy”. The duo also worked together for the album 808s and Heartbreak, but since that collab, T-Pain has reminisced on the unfortunate experience of making the album. With Kanye now in the news for cutting rappers Soulja Boy and Chris Brown from his newest album Donda, T-Pain had some choice words for his critics. T-Pain claps back For context, T-Pain has said that during the creation of the 808s album, Kanye wrote a diss track aimed at him and played it in the studio while he was there. Since then, the two music stars haven’t collaborated. On T-Pain’s Twitch stream, he took a moment to speak about Kanye, and all the criticism he got when he publicly spoke about the negative experience. “And, when I say, when I said that Kanye treated me like s**t a couple years ago, everybody was calling me a p***y and everyone was laughing and s**t like that, but now Soulja Boy and Chris Brown are saying it and now it’s like ‘oh s**t, he must really..’ nah f**k y’all ******,” he said. “Nope. Do that same s**t to them. Do that same s**t to them! Do that same shit to them ****** that said Kanye took me off a song!” Although T-Pain’s always felt wronged by Kanye, at least he has a good sense of humor about the situation, laughing throughout the clip. T-Pain continues to be a solid presence on Twitch, often streaming his own music, Call of Duty, and giving shine to some up-and-coming artists.

  • T-Pain cosplaying as a Tekken fighter is the best thing you’ll see today – Dexerto

T-Pain cosplaying as a Tekken fighter is the best thing you’ll see today L: T-Pain Instagram R: Bandai NamcoSinger Faheem Rasheed Najm, better known by his stage name T-Pain, debuted his cosplay as Tekken 7 character Leroy Smith and it’s actually amazing how accurate it really is. If you’ve been wondering what T-Pain has been up to since being a ubiquitous name in music in the mid-to-late 2000s, now you know he’s been moonlighting as a cosplayer and doing a pretty good job at it. On September 1, he debuted his nearly perfect Leroy Smith cosplay on Instagram, who is a new character from the long-running Tekken series. In fact, he might be one of the first to ever reveal a cosplay on the character, considering the character hasn’t even released yet. If we didn’t know that was T-Pain in that outfit, he could easily have been mistaken with a professional cosplayer, which is a huge accomplishment. T-Pain, if you didn’t know, is quite the gamer himself and streams on Twitch, and even boasts over 126,000 followers. He’s not quite on the level of someone like shroud or Tfue but he can handle himself. Leroy was an interesting choice of cosplay for the singer as the character is a brand-new addition to the Tekken series. He will make his debut in the third season pass and will be the first new character to debut as a DLC character. Getting new content is always nice and it’s safe to say T-Pain is excited. T-Pain’s cosplay might actually give Leroy Smith a boost to Tekken fans out there that don’t know who he is or might even be unaware he’s been revealed. The new character was first announced during EVO 2019 alongside Zafina, so he got this cosplay together very quickly which is pretty impressive all on its own. All we know about Leroy Smith’s release into Tekken 7 is that he’ll be available before the end of 2019. Zafina is set to debut some time in September.

  • SypherPK shows off his elite gaming setup worth almost $20,000 – Dexerto

SypherPK shows off his elite gaming setup worth almost $20,000 Dexerto OriginalsWith over 5 million followers on Twitch, Ali ‘SypherPK’ Hassan is one of the most popular streamers in the world – and he’s using his success to build up his brand and content for the future. At the core of every streamer’s content is their setup, which Sypher has splashed the cash on. Coming from humble beginnings, like most streamers, Sypher’s setup wasn’t always so pricey. It started with just a single monitor, PC, a basic microphone, and he had to use his phone to read the stream chat. Clearly, a lot has changed for Sypher, with his current setup worth almost $20,000. This includes a space station look achieved by the quad-monitor arrangement, dual PCs for streaming and gaming, and last but not least, a top-of-the-range chair. Sypher is moving his base of operations to his new streaming facility in Austin, Texas, and he gave Dexerto a tour of the new digs in the first Dexerto Originals documentary. SypherPK’s streaming setup Each PC in the setup is worth around $4,000 each – already more than most of our setups in total – and then the monitors (all four of them), peripherals including keyboards, mouse, headset, microphone, lighting and stream deck, all bring the price towards the $20,000 mark. Topping it off though is one of the most crucial parts of any setup, the chair. Sypher’s choice of gaming throne is a Herman Miller, which will set you back around another $2,000. While this setup may seem exorbitant for the average gamer, or even streamer, Sypher’s ambitions are to take streaming to the “next level.” That’s why his setup is located in his new studio, which also features areas like a green screen room, for the best VR experience. He’s also just starting his journey of building out a massive building for Oni Studios, where his setup will eventually move. Oni Studios sets out to help streamers turn their “brand into an empire” through expert advice, spaces and resources. Sypher isn’t the only big streamer with a pricey setup either of course – some have entire PCs costing more than $10,000 alone, including both Dr Disrespect and Nadeshot.

  • SypherPK interview: Balancing fitness, gaming, and protein pancakes – Dexerto

SypherPK interview: Balancing fitness, gaming, and protein pancakes Epic Games / SypherPKOne of the world’s biggest Fortnite creators, SypherPK has now accomplished incredible health goals alongside his streaming accolades. Here’s our SypherPK interview on the balance between diet, fitness, and gaming. Over five million subscribers on YouTube, over five million followers on Twitch, and over one million on Twitter – Ali ‘SypherPK’ Hassan is as big a gamer as they get. But, in the real world, he’s gotten a lot smaller… 60-plus pounds smaller. Ahead of the JBL Quantum Cup tournament, we asked the Fortnite streamer about the changes he’s made and how they’ve impacted his life, his play, and his community. After dropping from 265 pounds to just around 200, SypherPK is now in the “bulking” stage and putting on more muscle. But, while he’s focused on his diet and fitness, he’s managed to balance that with streaming and competing. SypherPK interview: Shifting to a healthier lifestyle First things first, losing 60-plus pounds is wild, especially when your job is to sit at a screen for most of the day. So, for Sypher, the beginning of that journey began with self-reflection: “Life is not about following a gamer lifestyle, but about finding the best version of you and committing to do better.” Realizing that “decisions establish priorities,” he made different choices. For food, that meant adjusting recipes. As such, his new favorite healthy meals are shrimp cauliflower fried rice, turkey pepperoni pizza, and protein pancakes. (And his preferred cheat meal, sushi, isn’t so bad either.) For exercises, he set a goal to do one pull-up. Now, they’re one of his favorite workouts. And, like one pull-up, Sypher emphasizes the impact of small decisions leading to greater change: “Finding 20 minutes before a gaming session can make a big difference. Maybe that’s two laps around the block. Over time, that’s two miles.” How physical wellbeing impacts gaming and community Just broke my Twitch all time viewership record during the chapter 3 launch! 💜 224K+ Viewers 🤯 pic.twitter.com/46VOddoW80 — SypherPK (@SypherPK) December 5, 2021 While Sypher should be proud of his physical changes, there’s also an effect on his mindset, gaming, and community. “There’s more to gaming than rankings and scores. I gave my lifestyle a hard look and when I decided to better balance my priorities, I improved my mental clarity and redefined what happiness meant.” With his community, he couldn’t help but gush over his chat (or, as he calls them, ‘extended family’). Joining his journey, they’ve also “lost weight, found new friends, and discovered versions of themselves that they didn’t expect.” For Sypher and his community, all of that change started with small choices. And, throughout the journey, gaming hasn’t been affected at all. In fact, that boost to mental clarity helps his preparation and performance in tournaments like the JBL Quantum Cup. But, above all else, Sypher credits his balance with IRL priorities for a rejuvenated in-game mindset: “Enjoying your game because you’re enjoying life became an easy way to have fun.“

  • SypherPK reveals his top tips behind his rapid weight loss transformation – Dexerto

SypherPK reveals his top tips behind his rapid weight loss transformation Dexerto OriginalsSypherPK has revealed the tricks behind his rapid weight loss transformation and how he managed to change his lifestyle for the better. Popular streamer, Ali ‘SypherPK’ Hassan, recently gave Dexerto the chance to take a tour of his live streaming studio in Texas, giving us a glimpse into the popular streamer’s lifestyle. Aside from discussing Oni Studios and his Fortnite career, Sypher also opened up about his weight loss transformation – an area that impacts many content creators. After all, streaming for large amounts of time can take its toll on your body, especially if you’re not remaining active in other areas of your life. Fortunately, Sypher found a few tricks that have helped him shed the pounds and keep healthy. SypherPK reveals tricks behind rapid weight loss During the early days of the Fortnite boom, the popular streamer noted how he’d stream for almost 300 hours per month. This didn’t exactly leave Sypher with a huge amount of time to develop healthy eating habits. In fact, the content creator noted how he’d often order in food two to three times a day. “Sure, I could have made some healthy decisions, but in [that] moment, my focus was just on the content, the brand, the stream. I really couldn’t focus on the health side of things, but then I took control.” It’s only when Sypher started looking at his lifestyle that he realized certain things needed to change. While losing weight can be a daunting task for many people, the streamer used a number of tricks to achieve his rapid transformation. Timestamp of 3:38 “I substituted some things out,” explained the streamer. “I started tracking my food and preparing some things at home. I started to make my own protein pancakes every morning, and I actually looked forward to the stuff I was eating.” Sypher admitted that he used to have an unhealthy relationship with food, but he is now a lot more conscious when it comes to working out and eating food that is both delicious and nutritious. Make sure you check out Sypher’s $10M Gaming Studio tour in the first Dexerto Originals documentary.

  • SypherPK claps back at ‘haters’ calling his Fortnite streams a “salty mess” – Dexerto

SypherPK claps back at ‘haters’ calling his Fortnite streams a “salty mess” Epic Games / Twitter: SypherPKAli ‘SypherPK’ Hassan clapped back at a hater who asked people how they could watch his streams and called them a “salty mess” with a savage roast, and it’s blowing up on social media. SypherPK has almost 5 million followers and 10,000 subscribers on Twitch, making him one of the most popular Fortnite-focused streamers on the platform. However, he’s not everyone’s cup of tea. In a Reddit thread titled, ‘How do people watch Sypher?‘, a Fortnite player described his streams as a “salty mess” and claimed he makes “excuses” and “dirty comments” after losing games and that his chat “fuels his narcissism.” The post didn’t fare too well upvotes-wise, but it started a discussion spanning over 150 comments. Eventually, it caught SypherPK’s attention too. First, he left a comment in the thread answering the question in the title by saying: “With their eyes, p*ssy.” It drew mixed reactions from users, with some grilling him for it and others mocking the original poster for getting “clowned.” Then, he shared a screenshot of the thread, along with his comment, on Twitter, taking a dig at the “‘Competitive Fortnite’ discussion.” SypherPK’s response attracted comments from other big names, including Benjamin ‘DrLupo’ Lupo, who wrote “holy sh*t Sypher lol.” It isn’t the first time he clapped back at someone, either. In March 2021, he slammed a stream sniper and threatened to slap him with a copyright strike after seeing his footage on their “failed” YouTube Channel. However, the original poster hasn’t backed down. “Regardless of whether I or anyone else continues to watch or not, valid criticism is valid criticism,” they said.

  • SypherPK explains why he can take Ninja, NICKMERCS and TimTheTatman in a fight – Dexerto

SypherPK explains why he can take Ninja, NICKMERCS and TimTheTatman in a fight Twitter/SypherPK/NICKMERCS/NinjaWith influencer boxing matches a hot topic at the moment, Twitch star SypherPK revealed he would be willing to take on Ninja, NICKMERCS and TimTheTatman in a fight. YouTuber stars Jake and Logan Paul have made influencer boxing matches mainstream with the brothers selling out arenas while doing battle against combat sports icons such as Floyd Mayweather. The success of their fights ultimately led to Creator Clash which saw even more YouTubers and Twitch streamers step into the ring to duke it out against their content creator brethren. Now, SypherPK may be the next to get involved after claiming he would win against many of the top streamers on the internet. I asked @SypherPK who he could take fighting, Nickmercs, Timthetatman, Ninja, Cloakzy… The only person he thinks he can lose to is @Tfue 👀 pic.twitter.com/BxQyiTrqzo — Jake Lucky (@JakeSucky) June 19, 2022 SypherPK calls out Ninja, NICKMERCS and more During an interview with Jake Lucky, the Fortnite star was asked about his chances in a fight against NICKMERCS, explaining why he’d have the upperhand. “I think I take him. I got such a reach advantage. If we’re talking wrestling, I think it’s a tougher match, and it might skew in his favor, but if we’re just boxing, I take him,” he said, admitting that in MMA he might lose. Against TimTheTatman and Ninja, however, Sypher wasted no time, saying he’d win easily, while still saying he’d have just a 50/50 shot if he fought Tfue. NICKMERCS didn’t take too kindly to the SypherPK’s confidence, responding, “PK never been in a fight in his life.” The dispute even gained the attention of the UFC Streams Twitter account who replied with some thinking emojis. Hopefully, one day we’ll get a chance to actually see some of these streamers duke it out, but for now, it’s all just a hypothetical. With Creator Clash 2 still planned, maybe one of these possible opponents decides to issue a legitimate challenge and we see them step into the ring for real.

  • SypherPK explains bizarre feature in Chinese version of Fortnite – Dexerto

SypherPK explains bizarre feature in Chinese version of Fortnite SypherPK/Instagram/Epic GamesFortnite has been a global phenomenon for quite some time since its release in 2017 and remains one of the most popular games all over the world to this day. But with its global success also comes strange region-specific differences. It’s not uncommon for games to have certain differences depending on the country and language. These changes could be as simple as a game’s name. For instance Rockstar’s Bully was called Canis Canem Edit in Europe. In Russia, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 shipped without the infamous “No Russian” campaign mission. But this multiplayer change in Fortnite could be one of the strangest. During a stream, Luminosity Gaming’s Ali ‘SypherPK’ Hassan explained a weird mechanic found only in China. “In China you play like a different version of Fortnite,” the streamer explained. “It has different rules and whatnot. If you have a lot of kills in a game, a little message will come up and it will say ‘you are the best player in this lobby. Do you want to leave and get the same experience for winning the game?’” The Chinese version of Fortnite launched in 2018 after a partnership between Epic Games and Tencent. In China, games need to be approved by the government and be compliant with the law. As such, there are some differences with titles. “It gives you an option to leave if you have a lot of kills in China,” SypherPK continued. “It gives you the option to leave the game and get a win. Like you basically get the XP for winning. That way other people have a chance at winning.” This isn’t the only difference either. After playing for three hours, the Chinese version of the game will drop your EXP to 50% and challenges will be disabled. The game will ask that the player “take a rest” for their health and “arrange studies/learning time”. According to Vice, an Epic Games representative confirmed the change was made to remain compliant with Chinese law. China is known for its strict censorship of games. In 2019, it enacted new rules banning blood, corpses and gambling such as poker from appearing in titles. Still, this change to Fortnite remains one of the oddest modifications from the gameplay perspective.

  • Syndicate Threatened with Arrest Over Owning Elon Musk’s Flame Thrower Device – Dexerto

Syndicate Threatened with Arrest Over Owning Elon Musk’s Flame Thrower Device YouTuber Tom “Syndicate” Cassell has revealed that his recent purchase of Elon Musk’s ‘Not-a-Flamethrower’ device has got him into a serious spot of bother with the law. During a recent vlog on a trip in the United States, Syndicate explained that police had shown up at his home in Manchester while he was away, attempting to confiscate the flamethrower. On August 10, Syndicate posted an image from his door camera, showing a number of police officers at his home, saying the ‘heat were on him’. The police had been made aware of his possession of the flamethrower as it was in one of Syndicate’s previous vlogs. PewDiePie Sides with Ninja on Choosing Not to Stream with Women Upon his return to the UK, Syndicate has given an update on the situation, having been told by Manchester police that the possession of the ‘Not-a-Flamethrower’ is illegal. It breaches section 5 of the UK firearm act: Section 5 firearms act. Section 5.1b. (b)any weapon of whatever description designed or adapted for the discharge of any noxious liquid, gas. Breaching section 5, leads to breaching section 1, which means Syndicate is left with two choices. Either hand the Not-a-Flamethrower over to police, or they will search his house and take it. Syndicate says he has discussed with the police and a third option may be feasible. Removing a certain mechanism in the flamethrower could possibly render it in compliance with the firearms act. However, he then explains that there is currently a seal in place, which means the flamethrower is not operational anyway. Syndicates lawyer is apparently in Africa, but the police aren’t giving him much time, saying that they will “escalate” matters if need be. KSI and Logan Paul Exchange Threats on Twitter in Build Up To Boxing Match Update: Syndicate has now uploaded a full video to his channel explaining the situation in more detail.

  • SypherPK defends NICKMERCS after Fortnite community roasts Champion Series error – Dexerto

SypherPK defends NICKMERCS after Fortnite community roasts Champion Series error SypherPK, NickMercs / InstagramFaZe Clan star ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff has faced some stern criticism from members of the Fortnite community after failing in his team’s latest attempt to qualify for the game’s Champion Series. The Fortnite player linked up with fellow streamers Ali ‘SypherPK’ Hassan and Jimmy ‘HighDistortion’ Moreno as the team tried to qualify in the Trios section. After finding their efforts to be unsuccessful this time out, the squad have faced criticism not only for their teamwork overall, but NICKMERCS has very much taken the brunt from their performance – with SypherPK moving to defend his partner online. The Luminosity Gaming pro player admitted that they could have played better in a post to his official Twitter account on September 2, taking shots at those who have been attacking his friends online. “I will not tolerate hate towards my teammates. I’d rather lose with my friends instead of win with people who I don’t even care about. Some of you can’t see the big picture. When we do pop off it’ll be worth it. You’ll see,” he tweeted. Also I will not tolerate hate towards my teammates. I’d rather lose with my friends instead of win with people who I don’t even care about. Some of you can’t see the big picture. When we do pop off it’ll be worth it. You’ll see. — LG SypherPK (@SypherPK) September 1, 2019 There was one particular instance, involving NICKMERCS, which has proved to be a lightning rod of debate among the game’s community on Reddit. The former 100 Thieves player was communicating with his teammates, decided to go for the high ground – as seen below – took a shot at an enemy in a bush, before retreating back to where his team were based, without picking up an elimination. One Reddit user wrote: “I’m a Nick fan. I’m not going to defend this. I had a great day watching that trio make some of the worst mistakes I’ve ever seen. It was like watching myself out there.” A second redditor posted: “He could shoot and kill him it takes half a second and then go back.” “He did an amazing job at removing that guys bush. 690 IQ play right here. Nobody ever even saw him,” was another response to the video – posted by bestoneyetforreal. Whether or not the team will come back together, shake off the criticisms, and get over the line for Champion Series qualification remains to be seen. They will have until September 15 to get over the line as the tournament builds towards the Season Finals between September 20-22. One thing is for sure, though, SypherPK and his teammates seem adamant to have the last laugh on this one.

  • Syndicate pulled over by police while test driving new Mercedes AMG-GT R – Dexerto

Syndicate pulled over by police while test driving new Mercedes AMG-GT R YouTuber and streamer Tom ‘Syndicate’ Cassell revealed why he was stopped by the police while test driving a new Mercedes AMG-GT R. Syndicate has built a massive following on YouTube with almost 10 million subscribers on his main channel. Fans know him best for his popular series in Minecraft and Call of Duty Zombies. The British content creator is also known for his entertaining daily Vlog series on his ‘Life of Tom’ channel. In his January 11 upload, he had a brush with the law as he was pulled over by the police. Syndicate explained that he was going to test drive a brand new Mercedes AMG-GT R during his video, but, things didn’t go quite to plan. After getting to the dealership and highlighting some aspects of the expensive sports car, he set out on the road but was stopped by the police only minutes later. “Well, ladies and gentlemen, we have indeed been pulled over by the police,” he explained, recording the police car through his rear-view mirror. Topic starts at 5:09 for mobile users. He then revealed that, although he was driving, it was not his fault that the car was pulled over: “This has nothing to do with my driving and, in fact, to do with where the plates are, so nothing to do with me.” After watching the car dealer and the police officer talk for a couple of minutes, fortunately for Syndicate, he was able to finish off the rest of his test drive without any further problems. The YouTuber later explained that there was a lot more to his test drive then what was caught on camera. “There was an undercover cop next to us,” he added, “there was some sort of armed robbery going on in the town we went past and then we got pulled over by police.” When they had finished the test drive, Syndicate expressed that although he was a big fan of the car, he was unsure if he willing to commit to one as the waiting list for the new model could take him up to a year and a half to get one for himself.

  • Syndicate Reveals Why He Can’t Fight Joe Weller on the KSI vs Logan Paul Undercard – Dexerto

Syndicate Reveals Why He Can’t Fight Joe Weller on the KSI vs Logan Paul Undercard KSI vs Logan Paul, YouTubeThe Joe Weller vs Syndicate boxing match won’t be going ahead in August due to problems finding Syndicate a suitable bootcamp. The KSI vs Logan Paul fight is set to break internet records when the two popular YouTubers go toe to toe in front of thousands at the Manchester Arena, and millions online. The undercard of the main fight is providing its own set of storylines, with ComedyShortsGamer and Jake Paul duking it as the main co-event of the evening. Popular personality Joe Weller was convincingly beaten by KSI in February, but he wants back in the ring for the fight on Saturday August 25th, and fellow YouTuber Syndicate wanted the challenge. Following Joe’s offer to fight anyone at the event, Syndicate Tweeted out that he wanted to make it happen, and set about looking for a suitable bootcamp to train. With only a month and a half before it’s all set to take place, Syndicate confirmed on July 4th that he hasn’t been able to sort out a deal to fight Joe. Syndicate explained that he had attempted to acquire the services of the trainers at Ricky Hatton’s gym, a former boxing champion, but they had turned him down. “It won’t be going ahead and it does really suck. I’ve had everyone scrambling around to try and make this happen as fast as possible. We truly did try and jump on this opportunity. We had a month and like 25 days to do this, I said from day one that if I’m going to do this I want to work with the Hatton team because they’re literally around the corner for me. Sadly the team and everyone reached out to say “yo, this is the opportunity, if Tom’s got like a month and a half to get fit, he’s willing to give his all, he’ll be there every day”. They said they loved the opportunity but the simple fact is that they are full in-house. Unfortunately, they are completely filled with the fights with the pros with the trainers they’ve got at the moment, that they can’t actually give me that time to focus on this fight. If they managed to turn me around from this fitness level to a capable of standard of fighting and then win the fight, it would have been absolutely incredible.” Syndicate goes on to explain that he will be fighting on the undercard of the next fight, but he’s unsure currently about who he’ll be going up against as it’s all up in the air. You can view the segment about the boxing in his Vlog from July 4th at the 8-minute mark.

  • Syndicate hits back at The Times of London report featuring controversial tweets from his past – Dexerto

Syndicate hits back at The Times of London report featuring controversial tweets from his past Syndicate / Times of LondonPopular Twitch streamer and YouTuber Tom ‘Syndicate’ Cassell fired back against a Times of London report that will feature Tweets and commentary that the online personality had previously made. Syndicate has been creating content since 2010 and has since built an impressive following. But now the fame is hitting back as news agencies are taking a deeper look into previous public commentary by the streamer, and he’s not happy about the attempt of exploitation. In a series of Tweets, Syndicate fired back after a Times reporter made him aware of the upcoming exposé while asking for a response from the longtime internet personality, and did he ever have a response. To search for key words hoping something comes from it! We see it time and time again, another orchestrated witch-hunt.Not even trying to be rude saying this but.. nothing better to do? — Tom (@ProSyndicate) February 4, 2019 Syndicate was vehement in his opposition for the internet influencer “witch-hunt” that the media has seemingly taken a comfort diving into. “Here you have it folks, an article is running tomorrow centered around old tweets,” Syndicate said. “I can never condone my younger self saying stupid things despite it being just banter between friends. But I just can’t wrap my head around this ‘systematically going through influencers tweets.’” The report will feature previous instances of Syndicate using words such as “faggot” and using “Jew” as an insult, to which the streamer says was a mistake but in no way intended to cause offense. “I’ve said plenty of inappropriate things over the years. None to ever offend anyone, but stupidly I still said them… Putting that banter online, not the smartest decision,” Syndicate said. The report has yet to go live, but is already drawing notable public backlash as the the streamer likened the report to another entry in a long series of articles from media made to “hit” online influencers such as himself and PewDiePie.

  • Syndicate hits out at Nadeshot over Minecraft YouTube series – Dexerto

Syndicate hits out at Nadeshot over Minecraft YouTube series L: Syndicate. R: Nadeshot.Popular YouTuber Tom ‘Syndicate’ Cassell has hit out at longtime friend and fellow content creator Matt ‘Nadeshot’ Haag after their Minecraft series came to an end. When it comes to YouTubers from the United Kingdom, there aren’t many that are more popular than Syndicate. The daily vlogger has shown his ability to play all games, starting with Call of Duty: Zombies before taking on regular multiplayer titles, and even battle royales with incredible ease. Yet, a lot of his 10 million fans tune in to watch his different Minecraft series – with the main examples being his classics in Hunting OpTic and Mianite. But, his most recent series, The Hunting, which followed him taking down members of OpTic Gaming and 100 Thieves came to an abrupt end after 25 episodes – despite hopes that there could be more. Outside of running 100 Thieves, Nadeshot still dabbles in YouTube videos and streams. After Syndicate’s final episode, titled The Final Battle went live on September 20, the YouTube star tweeted out his disappointment about its conclusion. After comparing it to his original Hunting OpTic series, which was filmed quicker than this most recent series and wasn’t spoiled by people “revealing the characters/storyline” on different streams, Syndicate also added that the original members “didn’t have the time” for the server this time around. Nadeshot was never on.. Hecz wasn’t.. & bigtymer never joined.. I was left with a glimmer of hope that this series come be something more than it was the first time around & I tried my best to achieve that.— Tom (@ProSyndicate) September 20, 2019 Following that set of posts, Nadeshot responded to the thread of tweets, explaining his side of things. The 100 Thieves founder and CEO claimed that he “didn’t get on Minecraft to record a YouTube series,” and that the server was started to introduce Jack ‘Courage’ Dunlop to the popular title. Nadeshot also added that he has a “full time” job and “never committed to playing Minecraft every day,” which is part of the reason why he never joined How to Minecraft – another popular series. I didn’t get on Minecraft to record a YouTube series. We started the server so friends could introduce Jack to Minecraft for the first time. I have a full time and never committed to playing Minecraft everyday which is why I didn’t join H2M. This is the reality of what happened. — 100T Nadeshot (@Nadeshot) September 21, 2019 However, one fan pointed out that while the 100 Thieves founder and CEO said that he didn’t play to record a YouTube series, he was, indeed uploading his footage for videos. Screenshots of his channel with a handful of uploads prompted a succinct reply from Syndicate, who added: “Say no more.” Whether the pair hash out their differences outside of a public Twitter spat remains to be seen, but at least, for now, they probably won’t be jumping into another Minecraft server anytime soon.

  • Syndicate explains why he’s no longer vlogging on a Sunday – Dexerto

Syndicate explains why he’s no longer vlogging on a Sunday YouTube: SyndicatePopular YouTuber Tom ‘Syndicate’ Cassell has revealed that he will no longer be vlogging on Sundays, putting an end to around three years’ worth of daily vlogging. Syndicate’s impact on the UK YouTube scene is profound, and he has been one of the biggest names on the platform for the better part of the last decade. For a significant portion of that, he filmed every day to share all of the highs and lows of his daily life with his millions of subscribers. However, in a video uploaded on January 6, Syndicate explained that he will be taking one day a week off of vlogging, giving him time to rest and do other things. It was evidently a big announcement to make for Syndicate, who has lived this way for around four years and may now find himself lost for time on Sundays, but he explained his decision in the video uploaded to his second channel, called Life of Tom. “For three years I did daily vlogging without fail,” he said. “I love it. I always have done and always will do. Vlogging gives me a purpose. But I am making the decision that I think is the smartest, and that is that for the entirety of this year, I’m going to be taking Sundays off.” He goes on to explain that this will mean no vlog uploads on a Monday, but does go on to offer an alternative plan that his viewers might get behind, suggesting that he might bring back ‘Syndicate Sunday.’ Cassell explains that this way, he can still have a video go up every day but can do things like one-off challenge videos that are easy to create and edit, meaning he leaves his Sunday completely free each week. Syndicate clearly appreciates that his daily vlogs may have become habitual viewing for his biggest fans, who will now go a day without content from him. He said: “A lot of you have watched me for so long, and I hope you’re cool with it, understand it, respect it. But what can you do every day unless you don’t have a house, you travel a lot, you don’t see your family all the time? I’m a family person.” Syndicate goes on to call himself a “daily-ish” vlogger, which seems an apt title since it’s really only one day missing. That said, it seems the daily vlog is really starting to lose its appeal to YouTubers, with many of the top names that have done daily vlogs in the past, like Casey Neistat, slowly stopping them.

  • Symfuhny denies using racial slur on stream: “I didn’t say the word!” – Dexerto

Symfuhny denies using racial slur on stream: “I didn’t say the word!” In the aftermath of a clip from his stream that appeared to show him using a racial epithet, star Twitch streamer Mason ‘Symfuhny’ Lanier has denied the allegations and explained how the situation unfolded. On February 27, popular content creator Symfuhny came under fire after a clip made the rounds on Twitter and Reddit that appeared to show him using racist language while talking to fellow creator Ali ‘Myth’ Kabbani. After the incident unfolded, several other creators came to Lanier’s defense, but the Warzone streamer did not address the situation outright. A day later, Symfuhny has now taken the allegations head-on and denied using the language, while also explaining how the situation occurred. “I would like to say, first of all, I didn’t say it,” Lanier began. “A lot of people are like, ‘It’s about being accountable, just admit to it,’ dude I’ve literally never, I’ve never had this word in my vocabulary, ever, okay? Ever, not once. “The only people I talk to [are] Matt, Jack, Crowder, Brooke, my parents, my sister, those are the only people I talk to. You can ask any of them, I never use that word ever, never have, never will. And I didn’t say the word. “I stutter, I talk fast. it came out, sounded like I said something I didn’t. “But I mean, there’s a lot of people who think I said it, so I don’t really know what else I can do to defend myself but say I didn’t do it. “I really didn’t say it, I swear. Never have, never will.” The clip from his Twitch channel was later followed by a TwitLonger further explaining his side of the story. “I can’t tell you how to feel, but I can tell you I didn’t say the word,” Symfuhny stressed. “I don’t use the word. It’s not in my vocabulary.” “More than anything, I’m embarrassed and mad at myself that I jumbled my words so bad that I have to write this at all.” Lanier was also live on Twitch the following day, and the platform has not taken action against his channel based on those events. We will make sure to keep you updated on any further developments regarding the situation. Myth — who was directly involved in the incident — already spoke up in defense of Symfuhny: “He genuinely mumbled up some words, and it came out like that. If Symfuhny by rare chance did slip [up], I would be the first person to be having a conversation with [him] about why he cannot use that word.” Others like xQc, Hasan, and sodapoppin also expressed their belief Lanier simply slipped up in his wording, and wasn’t using any racist language.

  • Symfuhny mocks bizarre DM hoping BrookeAB is cheating on him – Dexerto

Symfuhny mocks bizarre DM hoping BrookeAB is cheating on him Popular YouTuber and Twitch star Mason ‘Symfuhny’ Lanier has mocked a nasty direct sent to him by a fan about his relationship with fellow streamer BrookeAB. Symfuhny and BrookeAB were the subject of much speculation in the Fortnite community, as they became known for playing with Turner ‘Tfue’ Tenney and his girlfriend Corinna Kopf. They confirmed their relationship back in summer 2019, and can be found regularly playing and streaming together. However, it seems that some anonymous social media users are jealous of the relationship. One even sent an unpleasant and scathing message to Lanier, accusing him of only being with the 100 Thieves star for “content” purposes. The message is overtly offensive and rude towards Lanier, stating that the author – who, unsurprisingly, runs an anonymous Twitter account – hopes Brooke is cheating on Lanier. Symfuhny shared the message to Twitter on January 11, with the caption: “Yo like she ain’t gonna date you homie”. It also states that they don’t know how Brooke is not “tired” of dating Lanier, claiming that she looks happier with other people. It finishes by describing Brooke as “perfect” while accusing Lanier of being a “mistake of life”. Symfuhny shared the message to Twitter on January 11, with the caption: “Yo like she ain’t gonna date you homie”. Yo like she ain’t going to date u homie pic.twitter.com/SEqDBFWggd — Symfuhny (@Symfuhny) January 11, 2020 The wierd message was quickly condemned by a number of Lanier’s friends, including Fortnite and Mixer streamer Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins. “I told you to stop reading DMs,” Ninja said. “Nobody listens to me.” On a similar note, 100 Thieves’ Valkyrae said: “They are just going to keep doing this because both you and Brooke reply and all they want is to get noticed by you guys lol just ignore from now on! I’ve seen how you both are in person and you guys definitely are the cutest couple and I love seeing you both happy together!” They are just going to keep doing this because both you and Brooke reply and all they want is to get noticed by you guys lol just ignore from now on! I’ve seen how you both are in person and you guys definitely are the cutest couple and I love seeing you both happy together!❤️ — RAE (@Valkyrae) January 11, 2020 Ninja and Valkyrae have both commented in the past about troll messages they have received from strangers. It goes some way to explain why Blevins no longer reads his direct messages at all. It won’t surprise anyone that the DM came from an anonymous account, meaning they are able to get away with such an unacceptable message without repercussions. Thankfully, it doesn’t seem like Lanier took the DM to heart, and dismissed it as the nonsense it is.

  • Sykkuno’s YouTube viewership rivaled Twitch numbers in first month after switch – Dexerto

Sykkuno’s YouTube viewership rivaled Twitch numbers in first month after switch YouTube: SykkunoIn his first month on YouTube, Sykkuno’s viewership numbers rivaled those he had on Twitch, proving the move hasn’t had the negative impact that some people feared, and was even better in some instances. The internet stood still on May 2 after Sykkuno announced a shock move to YouTube — following in the footsteps of other streamers like DrLupo, TimTheTatman, and Ludwig, to find greener pastures for themselves. A month has passed since then, and he’s settled into his new home on the platform. As with every move, some assumed the switch would impact his viewership initially but figured it would bounce back eventually. However, according to a report by the ever-reliable Streams Charts, his viewership hasn’t been impacted by the transition during the first month at all. In fact, it was even better in some metrics compared to Twitch. The report started off with a bang by revealing that his first stream on YouTube, which occurred on May 3, peaked at 41,000 concurrent viewers — 33% higher than the amount he had during his final stream on Twitch. It climbed again the following week but eventually leveled out to numbers similar to what he was getting on Twitch. However, his average viewership was still one percent higher by the end of the month, which is a notable feat. The biggest takeaway from the Stream Charts report is that rather than his move being a case of ‘it gets worse before it gets better’ in terms of viewership, Sykkuno’s numbers were immediately better right out of the gate. Considering he also reportedly received a ridiculous amount of money to make the switch, it sounds like it’s been a net positive for the beloved streamer in more ways than one. Though he still misses some things he had on Twitch.

  • Sylvester Stallone and Dana White predict Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley outcome – Dexerto

Sylvester Stallone and Dana White predict Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley outcome MGM/Instagram/JakePaul/UFCWorld famous actor and director Sylvester Stallone and UFC President Dana White shared their predictions for the boxing match between YouTube sensation Jake Paul and former UFC Welterweight champion Tyron Woodley. Stallone, who gained superstardom for his Oscar-nominated performance as boxer Rocky Balboa in 1976, was asked about who he thought had the upper hand in the upcoming bout while signing autographs on June 1. Despite Woodley coming off a four-fight losing streak and having a bit of a disadvantage in the youth category, Stallone had no issues predicting him over the undefeated Problem Child. When replying to a question about age mattering in the contest, the Rocky actor had a simple response – but one that Jake may be wise to take note of. https://twitter.com/defnoodles/status/1399972221527891968 “Punching power is the last thing to go,” he said, shortly before leaving the crowd of people and getting into a car. Read More: Jake Paul has made $20m from boxing – While Stallone seems to think that Woodley has the edge with his power, UFC President Dana White was a lot more vocal about who he believed would win. During an appearance on the Mike Swick Podcast, White explained why Woodley would get the win in a decisive fashion. “Tyron Woodley has punching power, and he’s put a lot of dudes to sleep in his career,” White noted, while acknowledging he has gotten older and isn’t as good as his younger self. That said, for his actual prediction, White was fully on team Woodley. “I’d have to go with Woodley by knockout,” he said after some pressure. “Woodley should knock him out, but again, the Tyron Woodley you talk about isn’t the same f***ing guy he was four years ago.” View this post on Instagram Interestingly, Jake Paul’s own contract reportedly states that if he were to lose, there is an automatic rematch clause. It’s possible that we end up seeing two fights between the two in the event Woodley scores the win. We’ll have to see if Sylvester Stallone and Dana White’s predictions hold true when the two duke it out on August 28.

Sykkuno’s blow up on Twitch & YouTube hits massive new milestone Twitch: SykkunoTwitch’s dark horse Sykkuno has continued with his gentle world domination after hitting a major milestone on both Twitch and YouTube within a matter of days. Not only has he cracked 2 million followers on Twitch: the streamer has also gained 2 million subscribers on YouTube. In what has been a crazy and sometimes dark year, Sykkuno has been a beacon of light for gaming fans on both YouTube and Twitch. With his cheerful attitude, wholesome demeanour and laid-back streams, he undoubtedly represents a breath of fresh air in the often loud and fast-paced gaming content creation. His gentle nature and, as they’ve been dubbed, ‘softboi’ mannerisms, meant that he couldn’t be more different from other leading streamers, but that hasn’t stopped his fanbase from continuing to climb. In 2020, his fanbase has grown at an exponential rate, and he has now achieved yet another milestone in only a matter of weeks. After having his YouTube channel for nearly a decade (he joined the platform in September 2011), Sykkuno, real name Thomas, finally reached the 2 million mark on December 7. His total subscriber count now currently stands at 2.09 million. However, reaching that following on YouTube wasn’t a gradual transition. According to statistics on VideoAmigo, Sykkuno’s YouTube channel only had 409,000 subscribers in August 2020, which was around the time he announced that he would be joining gaming content house OfflineTV. Read More: Valkyrae on Logan Paul dating rumors – Since then, despite him later leaving the house in November and branching out on his own, his YouTube channel has continued at an astronomical rate. • Sykkuno, Valkyrae, Corpse Husband & Disguised Toast are reuniting soon with a surprise game – Dexerto

Sykkuno, Valkyrae, Corpse Husband & Disguised Toast are reuniting soon with a surprise game Twitch: Sykkuno/ValkyraeStreaming star Sykkuno revealed that the Amigops – himself, Valkyrae, Corpse Husband, and Disguised Toast – are finally reuniting to play a surprise game in July. When Among Us took over the internet in 2020, Sykkuno and his group of pals were among the most popular group for fans to watch. Their lobbies would be full of hilarious antics, and they even got so back that they managed to rope a few celebrities in at times. As Among Us took a backseat to other games, the group have rarely gamed together – outside of a brief few days of GTA RP. Fans have been clamoring for them to find something to take the place of Among Us, but it hasn’t happened just yet. However, they have seemingly found a game that they can all play and will be doing so on July 3rd. Sykkuno revealed the news to his fans during his June 28 stream. “We’re bringing back the old Amigops, I think July 3rd is the date we’re planning on, we’re coming back guys,” he said. The Twitch star confirmed he’s also trying to get four others to join them in whatever game they’re going to play. “It’s for a sort of new-ish game. It’s not a new game, but it’s a game we’ve never played before,” Sykkuno added. As fans scrambled to try and figure out what the unnamed game might be, Sykkuno noted that it’s tough for his iconic group to find games to play these days. “I’m just glad we’re trying to get everyone together, it’s hard to find games everyone wants to try out these days,” he continued. Fans wanted Sykkuno and Corpse to link up in Minecraft, but he took that option off the table the other day. So, it remains to be seen what they’ll play, but it’s sure to be fun for fans.

  • Sykkuno shows support for Valkyrae after RFLCT skincare backlash – Dexerto

Sykkuno shows support for Valkyrae after RFLCT skincare backlash Twitch: Sykkuno / Instagram: valkyraeSykkuno has responded after fellow streamer and friend Valkyrae received a wave of backlash following the launch of her RFLCT skincare line that claimed to protect users from blue light pollution emitted from screens. On October 19, Rachell ‘Valkyrae’ Hofstetter announced the launch of her own skincare range called RFLCT, dubbed as a “new kind of screen protection” aimed at heavy screen users. The products include items like a Facial Gel Cleanser and Eye Gel Treatment, which are all designed to “shield your skin from blue light damage and boost its natural strength.” However, the skincare range was quickly met with a huge wave of backlash, with many fans questioning the science behind the products. Rae has since said: “All the hate, the doubt, concerns and the criticism are all warranted and valid. I understand completely where you’re all coming from.” Now, fellow streamer Sykkuno has commented on the situation, offering sympathy to Rae after the controversy. “Oh man, you guys. I’ll be honest, I don’t know too much about it. As far as I know, it’s skincare, and I think skincare is important. I have a skin disease, I have two skin diseases actually, so that’s important. I just hope she’s doing alright. That’s probably all I should realistically say about that, I think.” He then went on to talk a little bit about his experience of blue light protecting products, saying he installed popular browser extension f.lux (which makes your computer display “adapt to the time of day”) but he “immediately uninstalled it because it bothered [him.]” “It was just terrible. So I pretty much installed f.lux, uninstalled it because it irritated me, and that was the end of it for me. So, that’s pretty much all I’ve got to say on the matter. I’m not an expert, so don’t take my word for it.” Valkyrae has said she plans to speak more on her experience with developing the product when she returns to streaming on her YouTube channel once the RFLCT site is updated.

  • Sykkuno explains how Twitch name blunder pushed him to YouTube deal – Dexerto

Sykkuno explains how Twitch name blunder pushed him to YouTube deal YouTube: SykkunoSykkuno has left Twitch behind in a big move to YouTube Gaming to start afresh. The big reason? While Twitch’s first offer was “garbage”, they eventually backflipped and matched YouTube. However, a name blunder ended the debate. Sykkuno has finally joined the YouTube Gaming family in May 2022 after leaving his home on Twitch, where he boasted four million followers, to stream exclusively on their competitor. The move was a shock to some as YouTube continues their big acquisitions in the streaming space. However, for Sykkuno, it was easy because Twitch’s first offer “was just bad” compared to what was on the table. While the streaming giant ended up coming with “a very, very good offer”, a blunder in an email with the star’s name put the final nail in the coffin. Sykkuno shocked by Twitch backflip on “garbage” offer Sykkuno told viewers Twitch’s updated offer almost kept him onboard. It was a bit unexpected to the streamer, who was marred by previous controversies of Twitch lowballing other streamers. “I was shocked. Everyone thinks that they have this reputation for giving a garbage offer. And they did give me one, until they upgraded it to a much better one,” he said. The streamer hypothesized Ludwig’s big exit — and other big name departures like TimTheTatman — had something to do with Twitch’s insistence to keep him on. “I was almost ready to go ‘they cared,’” he continued. “I think it’s because maybe Ludwig had left already and, you know, they were kind of afraid.” However, what undid Sykkuno’s relationship with Twitch was a lack of professionalism. He showed an email he got from Twitch in which they misspelled the star’s name as Sukkuno, which he thought was a scam. “This was an official email I got from Twitch, and when I got it I had to email so many people asking if this was a phishing scam.” Venting his frustrations, the streamer finished up the explanation for his departure from Twitch expressing clear disappointment with the platform’s management. Read More: Ludwig responds to Sykkuno moving to YouTube – “I’m supposed to be the 28th highest earning creator on the platform, the 45th most followed of all time on the platform, and they called me Sukkuno. On an official email. “I mean maybe I have too big an ego or something, but I was shocked. I legit thought I was getting scammed. I was afraid to click this email. “I don’t know if I’m taking it too much, but they couldn’t even spell my name right.”

  • Sykkuno urges viewers to not sub to him and spend it on themselves – Dexerto

Sykkuno urges viewers to not sub to him and spend it on themselves YouTube: SykkunoStreaming star Sykkuno has urged his viewers to spend money on themselves and not sub to him, saying he’d just rather them turn up to his streams and support that way. Over the last few years, Sykkuno has cemented himself as one of the biggest names in the streaming game – building up a massive backing on Twitch before moving over to YouTube in mid-2022 to join his pal Valkyrae. The streaming star has been well-known for maintaining a cozy and positive community, with fans backing him on every platform. Naturally, many fans dig into their bank accounts and support him with paid subscriptions and donations. However, Sykkuno wants them to start treating themselves instead and support his streams by just turning up to watch – not with any money. Sykkuno wants fans to stop subscribing and treat themselves It was something a fan brought up at the start of Sykkuno’s March 16 stream, when they noted that the streamer used to receive more gifted subscriptions when he was back on Twitch. “These days, guys you don’t have to sub or anything, just showing up to the stream is all I want. The fact is, and I’m not trying to brag or something, doing perfectly fine money-wise, got a good deal moving to YouTube you know,” Sykkuno replied. “I think the best thing you can do for the stream is just the same thing that was always kind of the best thing to do, just show up and have a good time. Don’t be mean and that’s pretty much it! I don’t need the money, I’d rather have you guys just spend it on yourselves.” Timestamp of 15:13 Sykkuno added that he’d be “happier” if his fans “buy yourself a nice lunch” with the money they were considering giving to him. He said he wasn’t “unappreciative” of their support, but wanted them to treat themselves. Naturally, some fans ignored this call and hit the streamer with some gifted subs right away, but maybe they’ll heed it in the long run. It’s what he wants, after all.

Following her announcement, she tweeted to her friends and fans that she will be able to send out 100 boxes for people to model before release. You have some AUDACITY to call it a pizza. You know how many people told me that you said it looks like a pizza today?” The 100 Thieves co-owner responded to her friend’s comment with a little bit of frustration in her voice. Referencing the tie-dye version of her “Radiant Spirits” hoodie and sweatpants from Valkyrae’s upcoming merch drop, Sykkuno explained that he didn’t mean anything malicious with his comment. Read More: How to delete Instagram account on iPhone – “What, you don’t like pizza? It’s a compliment! I have a blanket that looks like a burrito, and it’s one of my favorites,” he replied — seemingly making Rae realize what he intended with his comment while she says: “Actually, pizza is good.” Sykkuno makes a request After she calmed down, she replied to the streamer: “If I get top eight, you have to model my merch.” He agreed to her with a request of his own: “Whoever models the pizza merch has to hold a slice of pizza.” He then quickly adjusted his request so that he must beat the YouTube streamer at the game they are currently playing. Going on with the race, Sykkuno asked if Mizkif can be the one that models the ‘pizza merch,’ after which he immediately perked up and said he’s down with that. https://youtu.be/yEkc45WLZoU While Sykkuno did end up finishing that round above Valkyrae, the group seemed to forget the bet when celebrating. Maybe we will randomly see a picture of Mizkif holding a piece of pizza while modeling the tie-dye merch soon.

  • Sykkuno trolls xQc with his own shadow on Phasmophobia – Dexerto

Sykkuno trolls xQc with his own shadow on Phasmophobia Twitch: Sykkuno/Twitter: xQcDuring a spooky playthrough of Phasmophobia with Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel, Sykkuno decided to have a little bit of fun with the streamer and troll him with his own shadow. Just in time for Halloween, creators all over Twitch have started playing their favorite horror games. According to TwitchTracker, Phasmophobia has definitely received some love from streamers and viewers alike. The game has seen an increase of over 1,000 streams and over 123,000 max viewers on October 25, compared to the day before. During Sykkuno’s October 25 Twitch stream, xQc approached him on Discord to play Phasmophobia together, which quickly resulted in Sykkuno hilariously using Felix’s own shadow to scare him. Sykkuno trolls xQc with his own shadow After the duo ran into a house to escape a ghost, Lengyel immediately employed a strategy to stay safe. “You hold the left door, I’ll hold the right door,” he instructed. Sykkuno quickly questioned the creator’s emphasis on the doors, asking if ghosts can go through doors as they headed through the exit. As soon as the duo stepped outside, Felix screamed: “OMG I SEE A SHADOW! Look!” Jumping on the chance to troll his friend, Sykkuno said: “A shadow? You’re right! There is a shadow right in front of you!” The entire time xQc looked for the alleged shadow, Sykkuno attempted to hold back his laughter. “It’s his shadow,” he explained to his chat. After a few seconds of looking for the shadow, xQc turned to his friend and asked: “Is it me? I don’t see anything. I think it’s just me.” The creator finally told Felix that he knew it was his shadow the whole time, and the duo went on their way to find the ghost they were initially after. Phasmophobia isn’t the only horror game getting some love from streamers this season — Twitch is crawling with a slew of creepy games with equally hilarious moments from some of its top talent, and there’s still a week to go until Halloween!

  • Sykkuno thinks streamers “hated” him & Valkyrae as fans ditched TwitchCon lines for them – Dexerto

Sykkuno thinks streamers “hated” him & Valkyrae as fans ditched TwitchCon lines for them YouTube: SykkunoStreaming star Sykkuno revealed that he “felt bad” that some TwitchCon attendees ditched lines for Twitch streamers just to meet himself and Valkyrae instead. When it comes to meeting your favorite streamer, the best chance you’re going to get is at a convention of some kind – with the biggest, of course, being TwitchCon. The annual event was held in San Diego once again this year, but it wasn’t just Twitch streamers and fans that were in attendance. A number of YouTube-exclusive streamers also attended the convention, though, they were hardly doing official meet-and-greets like their Twitch counterparts. YouTube stars like Ludwig, Sykkuno, Fuslie, and Valkyrae were in attendance, having all ditched Twitch for their new home recently. Though, Sykkuno noted that they, well Valkyrae specifically, was a bit more popular than some Twitch stars. Sykkuno reveals Twitch fans ditched streamers to meet Valkyrae The former Twitch streamer was recapping his time at TwitchCon during his October 11 stream, when he referenced a story about how fans quickly ditched long lines for other streamers to try and meet Rae. “People abandoned their streamer’s line to get in line to meet Rae and it was bad,” Sykkuno said. “I feel like the other streamers just hated us, they absolutely hated us. “And, honestly, kind of fair I guess because how bad would it feel if you’re like ‘this is my meet and greet’ and you got like 100 people lined up and then the second Rae walks out, everyone looks over and is like ‘oh, well I’m going to that line now’ and they just ditched their streamer’s line. It was just like… oh man, that feels bad. Feels kind of bad.” Timestamp of 28:11 While Sykkuno didn’t mention just how many fans decided to meet Rae instead, nor did he mention whose line they ditched, it’s fair to assume that it was probably more than a handful. The popularity of their streamers may prompt YouTube to consider their own event but who knows if they’ll do that all again.

  • Sykkuno speechless over amount of ads during The Game Awards – Dexerto

Sykkuno speechless over amount of ads during The Game Awards SykkunoTwitch star Sykkuno was given the opportunity to co-stream The Game Awards on his channel, and even he criticized the show for having ads interrupt award acceptance speeches. The Game Awards brought in millions of viewers from around the world in celebration of the best games of 2021. It Takes Two took home the Game of the Year title, and Forza Horizon 5’s dev team scooped the accessibility prize. Despite the incredible amount of hype built up for the event, many viewers and streamers of the award show were ultimately left underwhelmed. One of those streamers was CohhCarnge, who said he was “disappointed” by the event and the way it handled advertisements for co-streamers. As the show was running, Sykkuno chimed in with criticism of The Game Awards, specifically regarding how many ads for games there were. Sykkuno criticizes The Game Awards While co-streaming the event on December 9, Sykkuno offered up his critique of the event. He said: “Do you guys actually want to hear the spicy take? You get all these content creators, give them about five seconds of speech, then play five ads.” The number of ads left him speechless: “I don’t even know what to… She just won an award, and I’ve never played the game, I don’t know if it’s that good, but she got about five seconds and now they’re just playing ads for more games.” Sykkuno was shocked at how the show handled the amount of time for acceptance speeches and the amount of time for ads. It’s clear he thought there were just too many ads for upcoming games compared to how much time award winners were given to talk on stage. Many others, on social media, agree with him as well.

  • Sykkuno thinks Amazon doesn’t “back” Twitch as streamers move to YouTube – Dexerto

Sykkuno thinks Amazon doesn’t “back” Twitch as streamers move to YouTube SykkunoStreaming star Sykkuno has questioned how much Amazon “backs” its live broadcasting platform Twitch, as more talent has left the site to sign bumper deals with YouTube. On May 3, Sykkuno shocked the streaming community when he announced he had signed an exclusive deal with YouTube. After years of growing his brand on Twitch, he opted to join the Google-owned video site after he called Twitch’s initial offer “garbage.” He joins many other big-name streamers making the switch, most recently LilyPichu and Myth. Now, Sykkuno is back again with the disses, this time questioning Twitch’s parent company Amazon, as streamers jet towards greener pastures with YouTube. Sykkuno claims Amazon doesn’t back Twitch The 31-year-old streamer was live alongside new YouTube streamer Myth and Ludwig on July 12 when the group was discussing their Amazon Prime Day orders. As Sykkuno rattled off a list of items including an Air Purifier and vacuum, Ludwig interrupted and said, “Damn, you give money to your ex? Kinda weak bro, not gonna lie.” Sykkuno was confused, and Ludwig explained that he is indirectly supporting Twitch by giving his money to Amazon. He replied, “Here’s what I’m thinking, right. I don’t think Amazon actually backs Twitch or they would’ve given us better deals, right?” While Sykkuno played it off as a light-hearted comment, Myth responded, “Sheeeesh. The truth comes out.” Myth confirmed that Sykkuno wasn’t live at the time he hit out at Amazon and Myth said, “Damn, unhinged Sykkuno, I like that.” Sykkuno is typically known as a laid-back streamer, but he’s not scared to speak his mind now and again.

Again, Sykkuno couldn’t believe xQc’s insane ticks: “He just drove off! Wait, is that a skip?! I’ve never seen that.” xQc finished the race by deflecting one final blue shell by using the Super Horn item, which blocks incoming projectiles. As xQc won the race, Sykkuno said: “Guys, he’s literally on a different planet. How does he know these tricks?! I’ve never seen that before.” The streamer explained how he pulled out the victory, “There were three blue shells and none of them hit me. Zero. You go forward, you drive off in a very forward way so you gain distance and dodge the entire shell.” Turns out that xQc was even impressed by his own ability to dodge all the blue shells, complimenting himself with an emphatic “yeah, it’s pretty crazy.” Whether it’s skill or sheer luck, we know we won’t be challenging the Canadian streamer to Mario Kart anytime soon.

  • Sykkuno sets critics straight after being accused of ‘flexing his wealth’ – Dexerto

Sykkuno sets critics straight after being accused of ‘flexing his wealth’ Instagram: sykkunoPopular streamer Sykkuno turned the tables on a viewer who accused him of “flexing” his wealth during a live stream, revealing his surprisingly low-key lifestyle in spite of being a top tier creator. Sykkuno is a hugely popular broadcaster who recently made the jump from Twitch to YouTube after signing an exclusive contract with the platform in May 2022. Boasting over 2.8 million subscribers (as opposed to his 4 million Twitch followers), it’s easy to think Sykkuno is rolling in the dough and spending money like a high roller… but that isn’t the case. During a recent live stream, one of Sykk’s viewers accused the streamer of “flexing that you’re rich” while he was discussing the price of flights for a possible overseas trip. Sykkuno had a surprising response for this assumption, revealing that he actually lives quite frugally in spite of what some critics might think. “‘Flexing that you’re rich?’” He read the viewer’s comment aloud. “I wouldn’t say that, but I did see a clip of Fuslie getting called poor by some random lady on the airplane. It’s like 10k for business class.” “Yeah, that’s a lot of money guys,” he continued. “I’m still driving a 2005 Prius. I’m not even gonna lie, just the flight will cost more than my car, which is — that’s a lot, you know? I think it’s a lot. New car, or a flight? New car I could probably get more use out of. Trips are fun, but a new car would be a little nicer maybe.” This isn’t the first time Sykkuno has gotten backlash over his income; back in 2021, the streamer was accused of “poor baiting” due to his frugal lifestyle after the viral Twitch earnings leak showed he garnered around $1.1 million a year. It’s clear that Sykkuno has his priorities in order, notably saying of his income level: ““No matter how much money I make, I still want the same thing, you know? I’m just a dude that started streaming to try and make friends, have fun, and play games.”

Sykkuno says Valkyrae is “immune” from being banned on YouTube YouTube: Sykkuno/ ValkyraeStreaming star Sykkuno believes that his fellow ‘amigop’ Rachell ‘Valkyrae’ Hofstetter could never be banned from YouTube because she is “the face of YouTube Gaming.” With 3.66M subscribers on the Google-owned platform, Valkyrae has established herself as one of the most popular streamers on YouTube. Yet, unlike many of her fellow content creators, Valkyrae has somehow managed to avoid ever being banned from YouTube since she started streaming exclusively for the site in 2020. However, according to her friend Sykkuno, that could never happen to Valkyrae given her huge popularity. Not to mention, the work she has done to help the platform grow over the years. Sykkuno calls Valkyrae “the face of YouTube Gaming” Valkyrae and Sykkuno can regularly be seen playing video games like ‘Among Us’ during their livestreams. The duo teamed up once again for a game of ‘Valorant’ on May 27 until Valkyrae fancied playing something a bit more sinister. She debated whether to start playing the online horror game ‘Slenderman: Hentai Edition,’ but she feared it could mean risking a potential YouTube ban. Yet, Sykkuno assured her that as one of YouTube’s gaming most famous faces, it would be very unlikely. “Rae, they can’t ban you. You’re the face of YouTube,” Sykkuno claimed. Valkyrae dismissed the title, but Sykkuno insisted: “You’re the face of YouTube Gaming. I mean, they can’t ban you. You’re immune.” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5q2pGswI2ZU In the end, Valkyrae wasn’t able to find the Hentai Edition to ‘SlenderMan’ to play during her stream. So, any fears about her impeding ban were quickly dashed away as she stuck to the original base game. Although, Sykkuno’s comments sparked a debate among fans about who exactly could be considered “the face” of YouTube Gaming. Especially with other huge names like Dr Disrespect, Ludwig, and TimTheTatman to compete with. Valkyrae may have disagreed with Sykkuno’s claims. However, she was one of the first and most prolific streamers to make the change from Twitch to YouTube Gaming with numerous others following suit, including Sykkuno himself.

  • Sykkuno reveals why he never gets invited to Twitch Rivals – Dexerto

Sykkuno reveals why he never gets invited to Twitch Rivals SykkunoPopular Twitch streamer Sykkuno has revealed why he never gets invited to Twitch Rivals, explaining why he has often been absent from the competitions. Sykkuno is one of the biggest content creators on Twitch, with a massive 4M followers on the streaming platform. Since his debut in 2011, Sykkuno has played a variety of games and been featured alongside other popular streamers. He’s often found playing Valorant and GTA RP with the likes of Disguised Toast, Valkyrae, Pokimane, and even xQc. Despite his overall popularity, Sykkuno is often not present at Twitch Rivals – an online competitive event that features Twitch streamers and former pro players. His absence from these competitions has not gone unnoticed by his viewers and the streamer recently explained the reason behind this. Sykkuno explains Twitch Rivals absence During his recent stream, a viewer asked why Sykkuno is rarely seen at any Twitch Rival events. “No guys, Twitch Rivals never really gets me in for things,” explained the content creator. “I think it’s because I’m not like a fancy professional streamer.” While Sykkuno is an avid Valorant player, he is often known for his more relaxed approach during streams, preferring to chat and relax with other streamers in games like Among Us and GTA RP. “Guys, when’s the last time you saw me at a Twitch Rivals event? I think I was in the Fall Guys one with Toast, who was literally streaming on Facebook at the time,” he continued. “I mean, I was in the Fall Guys one because they were so desperate to get players for it… That’s the only time I got invited to Twitch Rivals. “I think that really tells you how much I’m included in these things, but it’s not a problem for me, I don’t really care that much. Look, Twitch Rivals isn’t that fancy anyway is it?” Whether Sykkuno will be invited to Twitch Rivals competitions in the future remains to be seen, but for now, the streamer doesn’t seem that phased by his lack of invitations. • Sykkuno ruthlessly outplays Sliker in BotezLive poker game – Dexerto

Sykkuno ruthlessly outplays Sliker in BotezLive poker game Twitch: BotezLiveSykkuno showed his hidden poker talents during a BotezLive stream. Unfortunately, his fellow content creator Sliker was on the receiving end. Twitch streamer Sykkuno is best known for teaming up with his friends Valkyrae, Fuslie, and Disguised Toast for an eventful game of Valorant. However, the 30-year-old proved that he is just as skillful IRL as he is in the FPS after he managed to brutally take down his fellow streamer Sliker during a game of poker. Maintaining an understated poker face throughout the game, Sykkuno successfully tricked his opponent and walked away with a whopping amount of cash, leaving his friends speechless. Sykkuno destroys Sliker in poker On April 27, the Botez Sisters, Alexandra and Andrea were doing a poker livestream featuring several streamers playing their hands at cards. Some of the famous faces included Ludwig, QTCinderella, and Slime. As the poker neared its conclusion, the group realized that someone in the group had to have a Flush (i.e. all the cards had to be from the same suit.) After Ovilee May dropped out, it came to a showdown between Sliker and Sykkuno. As the duo went all-in with their money, Sliker had two diamond cards whereas Sykkuno had two clubs. However, it was Sykkuno who had the better deck and received another $3,300 into his pot, leaving Sliker stunned. Sykkuno’s sharp win obviously left the table astounded. However, later on in the stream during another hand, Sykkuno showed his good side by giving some of the winnings over to Alexandra. The move paid off as Alexandra went on to be crowned Champion of Creator Poker Night winning approximately $15k from the night. Sadly, Sliker’s luck did not pick up during the evening. Although, he’ll make sure to be keeping an eye on Sykkuno next time the pair face each other in a showdown.

  • Sykkuno reveals the one thing that could tempt him to join an org – Dexerto

Sykkuno reveals the one thing that could tempt him to join an org Twitch: SykkunoPopular streamer Sykkuno has so far avoided joining an Esports org, but he’s now shared with viewers the one thing that could tempt him into doing so. For many streamers, joining one of the hundreds of gaming organizations like 100 Thieves or Fnatic as they become popular is a natural next step in their career. But for Sykkuno, who currently boasts over 3.6 million followers on Twitch, that’s never happened – and it doesn’t seem like something he’ll be joining one any time soon, either. During a Just Chatting stream on July 18, 2021, the popular content creator answered questions from fans, including one who wanted to know whether he would ever join an org in the future. His answer was true to his laid-back demeanor in streams, as he revealed that he would only consider joining an org that was “relaxed” in its approach to competitions and content. “Would you ever join an org? I’m gonna be completely honest, guys,” he said. “I have nothing against joining an org. But I would only do it if they were super relaxed.” While many orgs focus on highly competitive gaming, Sykunno has traditionally stuck to more social and friendly games like GTA RP and Among Us, so it makes sense that he would only join an org that was more chill. Besides, as many of his followers have pointed out, Sykkuno is already incredibly popular – and will no doubt continue to grow his loyal following whether he’s part of an org or not. Although Sykkuno has a very supportive fanbase, streaming does have its darker side. He recently opened up about the death threats he received while playing Dungeons & Dragons, explaining that he’ll never play it again.

  • Sykkuno reveals the only orgs he’d consider joining – Dexerto

Sykkuno reveals the only orgs he’d consider joining Streaming star Sykkuno has revealed the only three gaming orgs that he’d consider joining, but he’s not really planning to get involved anytime soon. While many streamers and content creators like to do things by themselves, there are plenty of others who join an org for one reason or another. Being a part of an organization can help increase content creation opportunities, as well as attract more sponsors and brand deals, but being under the umbrella of somebody else isn’t for everyone. For quite some time, fans of Sykkuno have been asking him when he’ll get involved with an org, seeing as many of his pals have done so. And while he’s only got a select list, he’s still not planning to sign a contract any time soon. The YouTube streamer was, once again, asked about the possibility of joining a group during his June 13 stream, and he revealed that if he was going to do it, he’d have to link up with his friends. “Were you approached by orgs? You know guys, I’m not trying to be weird but obviously, a few of them were interested,” Sykkuno said. “Honestly, if I did, there are only two orgs I really like. Well, actually three now and they’re all pretty much orgs that my friends are in. “100 Thieves, OTV, and OTK have a lot of my friends in them and that’s pretty much as close as it gets,” he added. “I don’t think I’ll ever join or anything, but yeah, my friends are there and that’s pretty much… I’m biased. If my friends are there, I’m going to be biased.” Timestamp of 30:25 As Sykkuno notes, while his friends may be a part of a group – or even help run it in the case of Valkyrae with 100 Thieves – he’s not planning on joining one anytime soon. The rumors and questions will likely remain, but he and his Sprouts will continue to do their own thing for now.

  • Sykkuno reveals new plans after leaving OfflineTV house – Dexerto

Sykkuno reveals new plans after leaving OfflineTV house SykkunoSykkuno opened up about leaving the OfflineTV house and revealed he plans to move back in with family, but will stick around the Los Angeles area. Sykkuno has only been a confirmed member of the OfflineTV house since August, but he’s already exploded in popularity. He deserves all the credit, though, since his content and input in collaborated streams has been thoroughly enjoyable. It’s been a blast having him on board. However, Sykkuno ultimately decided not to stick around, and in one of his latest streams, he shared some details on what he’s planning to do next. “As most of you guys probably know, [I’m] moving soon,” he said. “So, I’m probably not going to be streaming for a couple of days after today obviously because there’s a lot of moving stuff going on.” Initially, Sykkuno is planning to move back in with his family, but then he’d evaluate his options and decide what to do next. “I’m probably moving home for a bit, and then we’ll figure it out after that,” he said. Sykkuno also said he would “probably” stay in Los Angeles in the long run but isn’t planning to buy a house. “That’s a little too expensive for me,” he said. “I don’t think that’s quite happening.” He described the move as a “bit of a hassle” but seemed excited about the future. He’s also adamant about not wanting to live alone. “I don’t want to live alone… I feel like it’s tough,” he said. This hilariously opened the door for one fan to try and make an ambitious deal. “Pay for my rent, and I’ll live with you,” wrote the fan. Sykkuno pondered for a moment and then jokingly pitched a counter-offer. “If you pay for my rent, I’ll there too, I suppose,” he said, laughing. “Thank you for the offer.” Sykkuno didn’t mention anything else beyond that. However, if his meteoric rise continues to grow, the opportunities will be endless. It comes after other OfflineTV members Scarra and Toast said that the OffliveTV house could be disbanding shortly. Read more: Pokimane denies new Fedmyster claims – “We can’t have a house that each of us have wives, husbands, our kids, and our pets living in once place,” Toast said in a recent stream. It seems like Sykkuno’s fans will have his back no matter what he decides though. They’ve become a large and dedicated community in their own right.

Sykkuno reveals “pretty bad” viewership stats since moving to YouTube YouTube: SykkunoPopular streamer Sykkuno has revealed his YouTube figures have taken a slump and that how he’s pulling in a “very low” average viewer count. Various streamers have now made the big jump from Twitch to YouTube. One of the most famous of which being Twitch star Sykkuno, who signed a YouTube Gaming exclusive contract back in May 2022. At first, it proved to be a huge success for the 31-year-old as, within a month of the change, his viewership figures on the Google-owned platform already rivaled that of his Twitch numbers. However, things have not gone as well since. Athough his livestreaming stats are looking positive, Sykkuno’s like rate and average video views are “pretty bad.” Sykkuno shows fans “bad” YouTube stats On July 19, Sykkuno shared his recent viewership statistics with his fans which detailed that he is pulling in 331k average video views- a “very low” figure according to YouTube. “What does this mean,” asked Sykkuno. “I don’t really know but I look at the colors. [My average video views] are red so I think that’s pretty bad.” He also claimed that his like rate is also “bad” hitting middle numbers whereas his comment rate is similarly “very low.” However, it wasn’t all bad news. Sykkuno showed how his livestreaming stats were flourishing with his highest viewers and average viewers rates both hitting the “very high” mark. He added: “My subscribers are apparently upwards so that’s good. Average video views, very low. That doesn’t sound good […] I guess people watch me but they don’t like me.” Sykkuno may have been a little disappointed with the results. Although, his dedicated fans claimed that this was just a minor blip in his highly successful career.

  • Sykkuno reveals how he exposed fake fans asking for his picture – Dexerto

Sykkuno reveals how he exposed fake fans asking for his picture SykkunoWith his recent venture to AX Anime Expo, Twitch star Sykkuno has called out fake fans that take don’t even know him. Sykkuno is one of the most popular content creators on YouTube, with a massive 2.84M followers on the streaming platform. Since his debut in 2011, Sykkuno has played a variety of games and been featured alongside other popular streamers. Because of his ever-growing popularity, Sykkuno often draws a crowd during live events and IRL streams. However, despite his overall popularity, the streamer found himself being approached by so-called “fake fans” at this year’s Anime Expo. Fortunately, the YouTuber had one simple trick to help him decipher his real fans from those that simply wanted to follow the crowd. Sykkuno’s simple trick for revealing fake fans During his recent appearance at Anime Expo, Sykkuno found himself surrounded by people who didn’t even know who he was. Not only did this stop his real fans from being able to take a photo with him, but it also led to some rather frustrating encounters. “There are people who will just see a group of people standing around taking pictures with someone, and they’ll just get in the line and take a picture – even if they don’t know who you are,” said the streamer. Sykkuno quickly realized that there were people taking photos with him, then simply Googling who he was after. It was because of this, that the streamer decided to expose those that had queued up for the sake of following those around them. “Someone would just show up and I’d just do a really simple thing. I said ‘name one video game you’ve seen me play,’ I mean, I am a streamer. You could name any game and you’d be right. I’d believe you.” By using this method, Sykkuno exposed some “fake fans” who had simply taken a spot in the queue just so they could snap a photo and claim clout on their social media. While these scenarios proved to be frustrating, the steamer felt bad for his real fans that couldn’t meet him as a result.

  • Sykkuno reveals his “pet peeve” about meeting fans – Dexerto

Sykkuno reveals his “pet peeve” about meeting fans YouTube: Anthony PadillaStreaming star Sykkuno opened up about his “most bizarre” experiences with fans, revealing his “pet peeves” about meet-and-greets in an interview with YouTuber Anthony Padilla. Sykkuno is an extremely popular streamer who moved from Twitch to YouTube in an exclusive broadcasting contract earlier this year. Best known for playing Among Us, Sykkuno often collaborates with other top-tier streamers and has become synonymous with his soft-spoken demeanor and kind personality. However, even the internet’s nicest streamer has his limits — and one of those includes something that tends to happen at fan meetups during events like TwitchCon. Sykkuno reveals “most bizarre” fan experience The influencer opened up about what he called his “pet peeve” about meeting fans during a September 29 interview with Anthony Padilla, where he vented about non-fans getting in line to take photos with him, despite not even knowing who he is. “I don’t know if it’s a pet peeve or it’s just a weird thing. There are people who will take pictures with you and they aren’t even your fan,” he explained. “I think it happened at Anime Expo, and the reason it bothered me is because they have to cut the line off, right? For people meeting you. There would be people who wouldn’t know anything about me, and the line would be cut off, so they’re taking a spot from someone who’s probably a huge fan of mine who went to Anime Expo to see me or something.” “I would be like, ‘Name one game I’ve played and I’ll take a picture with you.’ And some people couldn’t answer. And I was just like, ‘Why are you even here?’” (Topic begins at 13:10) He clearly cares about his fans and values their time, clarifying that those who take up space in meet and greet lines without knowing him are taking valued spots from his real viewers. Sykkuno isn’t the only influencer who’s had a less-than-desirable experience at fan meetups; Twitch star Pokimane was once asked out by a fan during a meet and greet, which she shut down in a hilarious way.

  • Sykkuno reveals his sisters have no idea he’s a famous streamer – Dexerto

Sykkuno reveals his sisters have no idea he’s a famous streamer SykkunoSince his streaming debut in 2011, Sykkuno has become incredibly popular thanks to his positive personality and lighthearted streams. However, the streamer revealed that his sisters still don’t really know what he does. Sykkuno is one of the most popular content creators on YouTube, with a massive 2.86M followers on the streaming platform. While his viewership stats may not be as big as the figures he saw on Twitch, the streamer continues to pull in a large audience from all over the world. Because of his large presence online, Sykkuno often gets approached by fans at conventions and during his video game streams. However, despite his overall popularity, the streamer revealed that his sisters still have no idea what he really does for a living. Sykkuno’s sisters think he’s a professional gamer During his recent Fall Guys stream, Sykkuno revealed that his sisters don’t really know what he does for a living. “I have two sisters actually,” said Sykkuno. “They’re not streamers and they don’t even play games. I’m not sure they even know about my streaming. I think they just think I play games a lot. They just think I’m a gamer.” This certainly is unheard of for many people who work in content creation, especially those that are as big as Sykkuno. After all, streaming is still a relatively new field, so Sykkuno didn’t sound too surprised that his sisters don’t really understand his position as a YouTuber. Timestamp of 5:51:22 “I tell them I play games and make money, so they think I’m like a professional gamer,” said Sykkuno. “They don’t realize that I’m really bad at games – I’m just a content streamer. They probably think I’m out there winning some tournament, but little do they know that I just play cat games for content and get beaten up on Fall Guys.” While Sykkuno might not be a professional gamer, he still provides his viewers with plenty of entertaining videos that bring lots of joy to millions.

  • Sykkuno reveals he makes “10 times less” since Among Us fell off – Dexerto

Sykkuno reveals he makes “10 times less” since Among Us fell off Twitch: Sykkuno/InnerslothTwitch star Sykkuno has revealed just how much his earnings have fallen off since the peak of Among Us, with his YouTube channel taking a massive hit especially. The seemingly overnight success of Among Us was a wild time for the internet. Although InnerSloth’s party game had been around since 2018, it didn’t really take off until the second half of 2020. From that point, everyone was getting involved. Social Media was awash with memes and highlights from casual players and celebrities alike. The wider popularity of Among Us, of course, helped content creators too with Sykkuno and the Amigops – Disguised Toast, Valkyrae, and Corpse Husband – playing a central role. The quartet had huge success themselves riding the game’s wave of popularity before giving up on it back in May of 2021. Though, a few of them have returned on occasion for one-off special lobbies. Even though Among Us may have died off, they are still having success in different games with Sykkuno becoming huge in the GTA RP space. Though, he hasn’t the heights of Among us when it comes to his earnings. During his October 2 stream, the Twitch star touched on how being a Twitch streamer is an “unstable” job given you rely on many outside factors before offering up an example of his own. “From YouTube alone, I make about 10% as much as I did from the Among Us days,” he said. “I know people think streamers make a lot of money, but it’s only been a few months, and I make 10 times less money than before. I don’t think I’m poor, but it’s super unstable how much you make.” Sykkuno noted that he’s always been a bit frugal, and especially now seeing how much things can vary from just a few months back he’s being careful. Of course, he’s still having pretty major success on Twitch – recently hitting 35,000 subscribers during his Subathon, according to TwitchTracker – but it can all go downhill if things take a drastic turn.

First relations ships can be hard, especially when you’re young. Mix in long-distance relationships and the internet, and you’ve got an even more complicated situation. One person who knows about this is streamer Sykkuno who recently opened up about his first online relationship with someone he met on a game, but it didn’t turn out the way he wanted it to. In a recent stream with Fuslie and Blaustoise, the trio started talking about how many people use video games as dating platforms. Eventually, it led Sykkuno to talk about he used MapleStory as a dating platform. Fuslie then asked if Sykkuno had any MapleStory girlfriends, to which the YouTube streamer not only agreed but also shared a funny anecdote. He said: “I had one and it turned out it was a guy. Well, you didn’t have to laugh, okay? So, I had one that I thought. It turns out it was a guy. And I’m gonna be honest, when I found out it was a guy, I was so shocked that I was like I’m gonna just play it cool. I’m just gonna pretend we’re friends anyway and I’m totally cool with it.” “How did you find out it was a guy?” Fuslie asked. “He just felt guilty and just told me at some point,” Sykkuno replied. Sykkuno also revealed how he kept buying presents for his “girlfriend” with his lunch money even after the shocking revelation of that person being a boy. • Sykkuno responds to fans requests for Minecraft stream with Corpse Husband – Dexerto

Sykkuno responds to fans requests for Minecraft stream with Corpse Husband Twitch: Sykkuno/CorpseTwitch star Sykkuno dashed fans’ hopes of seeing him and Corpse Husband reuniting in Minecraft, noting that the OfflineTV server has become a little dead. For the last few weeks, Sykkuno has pretty much put his variety streaming ways aside and focused on GTA RP, with his Yuno character becoming the best hacker in the city. He’s sort of split off from his Among Us group of pals – Valkyrae, Corpse Husband, Disguised Toast, and others – as a result of becoming a top-tier criminal in RP. He has reunited with some of them outside of Twitch, meeting up with members of OfflineTV for parties in Vegas, but Corpse Husband has been absent and fans want to see Sykkuno team up with him again. During his June 24 stream, Sykkuno was once again asked if he’d be playing any games with Corpse anytime soon, and if the pair would be hopping on Minecraft. “He hasn’t been streaming? Yeah, he’s been busy guys. I’m sure we’ll play again sometime,” Sykkuno said when asked about what Corpse has been up to. Some fans suggested that they should return to Among Us or Minecraft, but they both appeared to be non-starters. “Gonna play Minecraft together? Yeah, Minecraft yeah, copium,” he replied in a sarcastic manner. Sykkuno added that was pretty sad that the server had died off a bit, seeing as he’d even gotten a custom skin for GTA RP star Buddha made for when he joined the server. As for a Sykkuno and Corpse reunion, it might come in Rust when the OfflineTV server relaunches in early July. Sykkuno said he was concerned about playing at first, but he seems to have changed his mind since, so maybe they’ll fight it out together over some scrap metal.

  • Sykkuno reveals ambition to feature in Demon Slayer after his anime voice debut – Dexerto

Sykkuno reveals ambition to feature in Demon Slayer after his anime voice debut Sykkuno/ufotablePopular Twitch streamer Sykkuno has revealed that he wants to voice a character in an anime, noting that Demon Slayer would be his top choice. Following on from his recent anime debut, Sykkuno has revealed that he wishes to appear in more anime in the future. His latest VA gig saw him team up with streamers Valkyrae, Disguised Toast, and Corpse Husband to lend his voice to the English dub of Tribe Nine – a new action anime that focuses on high-octane baseball battles. Despite finding the process frightening, the Twitch streamer has explained his wish to lend his voice to other anime projects in the future. Clips of Sykkuno’s acting have already gone viral online, with many fans praising the streamer for his role. However, the content creator now has his sights set on securing a role within Demon Slayer. Sykkuno wants to voice act in Demon Slayer “I think it’s cool to be in an anime,” explained Sykkuno. “I hope I get a small role in an anime I really like – something like Demon Slayer… Give me a random demon slayer in the background that just dies, and have me make a noise. I’m not a voice actor, but have me just be a random dude in the back.” This would certainly be a step up from Sykkuno’s recent role in Tribe Nine, especially since Demon Slayer is currently one of the most popular airing anime. However, the streamer has shown that he has what it takes to voice smaller characters, even if it’s for a few brief seconds. “Just give me two brief lines and that’s it. I’m not going to be doing anything crazy, I’d just have two lines and wouldn’t even have to act,” he continued. “I’m hoping that I can get a small role that doesn’t really matter, in a show I like.” Whether Sykkuno’s dream of being cast in Demon Slayer remains to be seen, but who knows, maybe one day we’ll see him fighting off the hellish hordes in a future season.
