  • Rey Mysterio claps back at Logan Paul’s WWE title challenge after Danis bout – Dexerto

Rey Mysterio claps back at Logan Paul’s WWE title challenge after Danis bout WWE/DAZNAfter his dominant victory against Dillon Danis, Logan Paul quickly took aim at Rey Mysterio’s WWE United States Championship in an unexpected post-fight callout. Logan Paul’s highly-anticipated clash with Dillon Danis turned out to be relatively uneventful in terms of boxing entertainment. Danis, an MMA fighter and jiu-jitsu world champion, was outclassed by Paul, who appeared to be the superior boxer on the night. Paul dominated every round before it ended in a bizarre disqualification for Danis after he attempted a double-leg takedown and a guillotine choke in the final moments. Danis’ actions led to security guards storming the ring and halting the action. Following his victory, Logan Paul quickly turned his attention to new challenges. Among his callouts was WWE’s Rey Mysterio. “I want that US title. Rey Mysterio, I already beat you once brother and I’m coming for that US Championship. Let’s go!” Paul said during the post-fight interview. And it didn’t take long for Rey Mysterio to catch wind of Paul’s callout as he immediately took to Twitter and responded, “Did Logan Paul just call me out? I’m not hard to find homie. Every Friday Night on SmackDown.” It wasn’t just Rey Mysterio who caught Paul’s attention following the six-round fight. Paul also called out former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor, saying, “Maybe if Conor McGregor wants to stand up for his b***h then I’ll face him next.” McGregor also shared his opinions on the fight, claiming that he was “impressed” by Dillion Danis’ efforts against Paul despite losing by disqualification. In an audio clip posted on Twitter, the former champ took aim at Paul, saying, “What’d your man do, anyway? Didn’t even wobble him. Didn’t even hurt him.” And on a more personal note, continued, “Guess what, mate? You’re back in a dark spot. Back in the locker room with your one, thinking about all the s**t … You’re still in a dark spot, bro. You’ve done nothing.” Once again, it looks like Logan Paul has no shortage of options for his next fight, whether that’s inside the WWE ring or against an MMA superstar.

  • ReviewBrah gives long-awaited verdict on McDonald’s McRib – Dexerto

ReviewBrah gives long-awaited verdict on McDonald’s McRib YouTube/TheReportOfTheWeekIn a brand new video, famous YouTuber John ‘ReviewBrah’ Jurasek finally tried out the McDonald’s McRib in one of his most anticipated videos yet. The McRib is one of the most controversial, yet popular items on the McDonald’s menu, first originating in the 1980s before being removed in 1985, reemerging in 94 and vanishing again in 2005. Since then, it’s been a limited-time promotional item in the years that followed before its return nationwide on December 2, 2020. “This is absolutely huge,” ReviewBrah said to open his video. “This is monumental. Momentous. Earth-shattering. Life-changing. Cardboard box and inside of it is the actual thing that is all these life-changing incredible things. The blessed McRib.” Eventually, the YouTuber was able to unbox the item and noticed just how messy the food was. “You know, this isn’t supposed to be necessary a gourmet sandwich,” he joked. “The whole purpose of the McRib isn’t supposed to be a five-star meal, it’s just supposed to be simplistic but good. That’s why you have such die-hard supporters.” A few moments later it was time to chow down and after getting his hands all saucy by taking a couple bites, it was time for the verdict. “I still like it,” he began. “I’m a fan of it and easily I would say this is a sandwich worth getting.” When it comes to the pork patty, Jurasek was happy with the amount of it and its flavor, but noted it was a little dry this time. However, the abundance of sauce makes up for it a bit. “What I’m always a big fan of is the tang. The tanginess that this has. You have the tanginess that’s in the sauce, but it’s not only that. You have this nice little smokiness in the barbecue sauce as well,” he explained. “So it all comes together. I think the reason so many people like the McRib is due to the fact that everything blends together.” “In my opinion, I say get it,” he concluded. “Give it a chance. Again, the only thing I was a little disappointed about this time around was the dryness of the meat.” Overall, he gave it a 7.5 out of 10 and said it met his expectations. The McRib is available now at participating McDonald’s restaurants.

  • ReviewBrah gives highly-anticipated review of BTS McDonald’s meal – Dexerto

ReviewBrah gives highly-anticipated review of BTS McDonald’s meal ReviewBrahMcDonald’s has just launched its new specialty meal, the BTS Meal, and K-pop fans from around the world are hungry for ReviewBrah’s verdict. BTS are one the most popular boy bands in the entire world, with their success and fandom continuing to break new records each year. From numerous merchandise deals to appearing in various film and TV shows, there’s no denying how impactful the Bangtan Boys have been to the South Korean pop industry. While BTS are currently celebrating the band’s release of their latest song, many fans will be wanting to get their hands on McDonald’s exclusive BTS Meal. Nothing oozes success quite like having your own specialty meal named after you, but is the BTS Meal worth all the fuss? Well, fast food lover and reviewer ReviewBrah has given his verdict on the band’s McDonald’s venture. Obviously, BTS fans will be eager to see what all the fuss is about, so find out whether this promotional meal is worth it. Having rushed to get his hands on the BTS Meal, ReviewBrah finally delved into the delicious contents. This is the third addition to McDonald’s celebrity meals, with the previous one being that of the Travis Scott Quarter Pounder with Bacon Burger. The BTS meal is arguably one of the most simple celebrity meals to date. It includes 10 Piece Chicken McNuggets, cajun and sweet chili sauces, medium fries, and a drink. The biggest selling point of this meal is the new Cajun and Sweet Chili Sauces, which ReviewBrah seemed to enjoy. “What do I think of the sweet chili sauce? It is spicy,” said the YouTube food critic. “The sweetness is the first thing that you taste, and as it first hits the tongue, you’re going to notice this sweetness…then you notice this spice and I would say most recognizably is the chili pepper, which leaves a spicy aftertaste. In fact, ReviewBrah noted that the spicy aftertaste still lingered long after he’d finished his first McNugget. “It’s not hot to the point that I’m guzzling down the Coca-Cola, but for those of you who might be a little more sensitive to heat, definitely have a beverage nearby. It’s going to be your friend. I like it though.” ReviewBrah then went onto trying the new cajun sauce, which he found less spicy than the sweet chili. “It’s nowhere near as hot…It has a little bit of tang to it, it’s definitely a more basic mustard – in terms of its prevailing flavors. Both of these sauces blend very nicely together with the nuggets. However, my favorite of those would be the sweet chili.” Read More: BTS launches new McDonald’s meal – The YouTuber was pleased with his purchase and was clear to highlight that people can expect to get a good amount of food for the $8 price tag. “Overall, just a nice meal and some decent sauces. I have to compliment [McDonald’s], regardless of your thoughts on BTS, I do like they have new sauces… It’s nice to see these on the menu here.” So, there you have it, the junk food critic himself has spoken. It seems the BTS Meal has gotten a glowing review from ReviewBrah.

MrBeast responds to ReviewBrah’s honest verdict on new Dream burger YouTube: TheReportOfTheWeekYouTube food reviewer TheReportOfTheWeek has given his verdict on MrBeast’s brand new Dream Burger that’s recently launched in 600 locations across the United States. And MrBeast himself was happy with the outcome. Over the past few years, MrBeast has become one of the most recognizable faces on the YouTube platform. His unbelievably expensive and outlandish stunts have helped him build an audience of over 60 million subscribers and counting. However, despite having one of the most popular channels on YouTube, his talents are not just limited to video making. The online influencer decided to launch his very own fast-food chain back in December of 2020, called ‘MrBeast Burger’. Since opening, the food chain has received overwhelmingly positive reviews and as of April 26, a brand new burger has been added to the menu in collaboration with Minecraft content creator Dream. Now, YouTube food reviewer ReviewBrah has given his honest opinion on the ‘Dream Burger’ and explained how the new menu item could be improved. ReviewBrah rates ‘Dream Burger’ out of ten The first aspect of the burger that ReviewBrah appreciated was the size of the food item. He pointed out how a lot of burgers that are advertised by fast-food chains look large in the branding but are often disappointingly small. This is certainly not the case for the ‘Dream Burger’ which ReviewBrah praised for being well worth its $6.99 price tag. Read More: Top 20 most followed Twitch streamers – “It looks big in the pictures and it most certainly is, so the advertisements aren’t misleading, it’s a big burger… sometimes I feel like you’re getting, you know, inadequate portions for the price you pay.” In terms of the taste, he complimented the burger patties and added that the smashed avocados were a great touch. His only critiques were incredibly minor, voicing that he believes the lettuce was a bit stringy and that the mayonnaise was unnecessary. Topic starts at 1:20 Overall, the YouTuber gave the ‘Dream Burger’ an 8 out of 10 and encouraged his viewers to try out the food item if they wanted to support the creators. MrBeast was chuffed with this result, and with the ReviewBrah seal of approval, encouraged everyone to give it a try. The ‘Dream Burger’ scored one point higher than the original MrBeast burger that only received a 7 out of 10 from ReviewBrah.

  • ReviewBrah gives anticipated verdict on new MrBeast Burger – Dexerto

ReviewBrah gives anticipated verdict on new MrBeast Burger YouTube: TheReportOfTheWeekIn a brand new video, famous YouTuber John ‘ReviewBrah’ Jurasek has tried out MrBeast’s “Beast Style Burger” from his new chain. MrBeast has expanded his YouTube empire into burgers, starting up a new chain restaurant across the USA called “MrBeast Burger.” Upon launch, he’s been giving away free food and wads of cash — but you can order one yourself at 300 locations. Of course, every burger bought will also give back to charity, helping feed hungry families. ReviewBrah has recently tried out Travis Scott’s McDonald’s Meal and the McDonald’s McRib, and now he’s given his hotly anticipated verdict on his fellow creator’s new fast-food restaurant, ordering the Beast Style burger, crispy chicken tender sandwich, seasoned fries, and a cookie. ReviewBrah’s initial reaction was to the amount of sauce on the burger. “It isn’t as saucy as I expected it to be which to me that’s a plus,” he said. “I’ve seen other establishments do this it’s like there’s too much sauce on it and it feels like I’m biting in and it’s like this watery mess.” The YouTuber also observed how well it was cooked, addressing what had been said online: “I saw a few people complaining on social media saying that there were some issues with the meat being undercooked which is just a legitimate concern…the burger that I got it seems like it’s cooked…it’s still tender very rich in flavor Read More: Grace VanderWaal goes viral on TikTok – “It’s pretty juicy pretty flavorful and I can’t complain it does have a little bit of a tang to it and some sharpness of course from the onions and the pickles which really do stand out.” It wasn’t all perfect though. He said, “The bun just seems to be a little too doughy or chewy. The first few bites were just like they seemed to be more bun than anything else. He also pointed out that it is a seven dollar burger, “but again you’re supporting your local restaurants by doing this too you’re helping them out they’re struggling during this time.” Read More: Antonio Garza calls out Jeffree Star – As for the rest of the meal, ReviewBrah described the chicken tender sandwich as “I’ve had worse so I’m not vomiting it up,” and rated the taste of tangy lime in the fries. Overall the YouTuber gave the Beast Burger a 7 out of 10 and encouraged viewers to try out the “pretty basic but good” establishment if only to help support small businesses.

  • ReviewBrah gives ‘flavorful’ verdict on Travis Scott McDonald’s meal – Dexerto

ReviewBrah gives ‘flavorful’ verdict on Travis Scott McDonald’s meal YouTube, @TheReportOfTheWeek[jwplayer 91I9RIGm]McDonald’s have launched a new specialty meal, the Travis Scott, and the world’s most iconic fast food reviewer, ReviewBrah of YouTube’s ‘TheReportOfTheWeek,’ has officially given his verdict on the three-piece meal. Scott is one of the music and entertainment industry’s most iconic figures over the past few years, with superstar collaborations on his songs and in his business ventures. Those ventures have typically existed in the fashion world, where his partnerships with Nike, Air Jordan and Dior have dominated the resell markets and emptied wallets. Now, he’s taken his talents to the grill as McDonald’s teamed with the man known as “La Flame” to put out a char-grilled $6 meal that comes equipped with a specialty quarter-pounder burger, an order of fries and a cup of Sprite. While many eager fans have tried it out in honor of their preferred musician, the true taste test comes from ReviewBrah, who has built a following of 2 million-plus subscribers on YouTube with his renowned palate. ReviewBrah went into his review with one clear question: “Is McDonald’s new Travis Scott meal a hit?” And it appears he has found his answer, having gotten his hands on the meal despite finding that people had been waiting in line at his local McDonald’s for days — including one patron for a whopping 16 days. The meal itself is relatively straightforward. It comes with all of Scott’s favorite items, including a Medium fries (with tangy barbeque sauce), a Sprite (with ice, although you’re encouraged to “ask for extra ice”), and the main delight, a Quarter Pounder with bacon, American cheese, shredded lettuce, pickle slices, onions, ketchup, and mustard. As ReviewBrah explains, although he does not typically enjoy Sprite, he did appreciate what it brings to the meal as a sort of sour element that complements the rest of the meal’s flavor profile. Noting the mustard, pickles, Sprite, and barbeque sauce, he noted that “one really prevailing characteristic that I noticed in this meal is a little bit of a tanginess to everything.” Overall though, ReviewBrah is a fan. “It’s a good meal, I like it, very flavorful, it’s a good price, too.” Out of 10, he elected to give the popular collaboration an 8.6.

  • Retired YouTube star FPSRussia reveals cancer diagnosis – Dexerto

Retired YouTube star FPSRussia reveals cancer diagnosis YouTube/FPSRussiaFamous YouTuber Kyle ‘FPSRussia’ Myers revealed that he has been diagnosed with cancer during an episode of the PKA Podcast. FPSRussia, who retired from YouTube in 2016 and recently spent two months in prison due to possession of a restricted substance, had been one of the platform’s most popular names with nearly 7 million subscribers. His videos included a mix of weapons and explosive testing, with the celebrity showing off his wild collection to the tune of millions of views. In a clip uploaded on May 30, Myers explained how a mole that had been removed from his eye in surgery was actually cancerous, despite his doctor first informing him it wasn’t. “I got that thing taken off my eye last week… and the doctor assured me that because there were eyelashes growing through it, that’s a sign it’s not cancer. Well, they call me Friday and they go ‘so it’s cancer,’” the 34-year-old stated. Myers then did an impression of Lumbergh from ‘Office Space’ to showcase how the doctor spoke to him in a very slow tone. “Yeah, we’re gonna need to go back into your eye,” the YouTuber said, imitating his doctor. “In any case, got a little bit of the cancer. They don’t think it spread anywhere else, but we’re going to do some scans or blood tests or what have you and find out for sure,” he continued. Luckily, Myers’ doctor is a plastic surgeon, so he will be taking a wedge of the YouTuber’s eyelid to “bring it all together,” with very minimal scarring. Despite the diagnosis, the YouTuber was still full of laughs and joked that if there was a bit of scarring, he’d ask the doctor for a “Khal Drogo” – a reference to the Game of Thrones character played by Jason Momoa, who has a scar on his face. He went on to add that he ordered a “really f**king cool eyepatch” that resembles something out of a movie or video game, so he seems to be taking the whole thing in good spirits. Hopefully, the surgery ends up going well and we see much more from FPSRussia and his new eyepatch in the future.

However, that isn’t the only update from Censor – he broke the news during a shocking story concerning his health. Censor explained that he was on a skiing trip in Colorado when he mentioned his new girlfriend, as stated in a video he uploaded on December 11 titled, “The worst night of my life.” The ex-pro gamer claimed that he had eaten chicken wings and white wine for dinner before suffering from incredibly painful food poisoning – and that his girlfriend had eaten a similar meal, as well. “I eat these wings, I go back to the hotel room [and] I had a glass of white wine,” Censor recalled. “My girlfriend was with me and she had the exact same things [to eat] as me, except the wings – she ordered a salad.” While Censor didn’t mention his girlfriend by name (nor has he uploaded any pictures of the lucky lady), this confirms that he has definitely moved on from his previous relationship with Yanet Garcia – who he claimed had wanted a cut of his YouTube revenue for being featured in his vlogs. https://twitter.com/Censor/status/1072333980635226112 Censor went on to detail the terrible pain he experienced from his food poisoning, claiming that he’d retched from eight PM to three in the morning. “It felt like somebody stabbed me right under my belly button in two different spots,” Censor said. While he originally thought he had appendicitis, Censor ultimately concluded that he’d gotten salmonella from the undercooked wings – which accounts for the terrible pain he endured on the tail end of his winter vacation.

Pasha was a part of the infamous Polish player group the Golden Five, who took Virtus.Pro to the top as one of the best Counter-Strike teams in the world from 2014 to 2018. After stepping away from CSGO, Pasha decided to give MMA a shot, and had his first bout on February 5. He faced Polish bodybuilder Michal ‘Owca WK’ Owczarzak as part of the HIGH league — a celebrity fighting tournament, and things went well for the former esport pro. Come round 2, Pasha was apparently ready to frag out, and quickly went for the kill shot with a brutal jab that sent his opponent tumbling, and finished things off with a left hook right to OWCA’s head. Since KSI and Joe Weller stepped into the ring to fight one another back in 2018, YouTube boxing has exploded in popularity. Jake Paul has been a big part of that, fighting Nate Robinson, Ben Askren, and, most recently, Tyron Woodley. In typically confident fashion, Jake ushered in the new year by laying a series of challenges at the feet of Dana White, the President of the UFC. He followed up his audacious remarks with an equally bold list of his 2022 goals which, amongst others, included “going to [a] chiropractor to heal back from carrying the sport of boxing”. How to eat a burger seems like an arbitrary thing to debate. However, as always the internet proves the answer is not so clear-cut. New-York based influencer Winta Zesu, ‘winta_zesu’ on TikTok, has now gone viral after sharing her alleged experience with a disapproving server. Sharing a video to the social media platform, Zesu claimed this particular server threatened to have her kicked out of the restaurant for using cutlery to eat a burger. The initial TikTok shows Zesu eating a burger with a knife and fork while a server explains that she has to use her hands as a part of the restaurant’s “rules”. The video ends with the server stating she will call security, to which Zesu responds with, “Okay, have fun”. Restaurant server’s epic rant goes viral on TikTok To start, the server said that the customers came in “baked as f**k” at 9:30 — although it’s unclear if that was AM or PM. Then, he recounted the large amounts of food the two ordered, saying the couple got “bagel beignets, blueberry pancakes, two sunnyside eggs, potato latkes with ketchup and salt, french toast, and three scrambled eggs with cheese.” “And guess what? Motherf**ker was so goddamn broke, he gets the f**king check and he goes, ‘Woah, this is too much for me,’” the server continued. “Oh, I’m f**king sorry, you can’t pay 42 f**king dollars for everything you f**king ordered!” That’s not all; the server then said that he’d given them two orange juices for free, but he didn’t receive a tip. Instead, he claims they left a “zero with a f**king line through it” on the receipt with “my f**king pen.” “Don’t you f**king dare take my f**king pen and write zero dollars on my f**king ticket!” he yelled. “He walks out and doesn’t even f**king tip me. Steals my pen, too!” Commenters are sympathizing with the server’s viral rant, sharing their own experiences in the service industry and calling for better treatment for service workers. “I FELT THIS IN MY F**KING SOUL!” one user commented. “I HAVE BEEN THERE TOO MANY TIMES.” “Them stealing the pen after writing a ‘0’ on the tip line is always the insult to injury that you hate to see,” another said. “This man expresses his emotions perfectly. I’ve never felt so upset for someone before and I don’t even work at a restaurant,” yet another wrote. This is just the latest restaurant debacle to take over TikTok after a Domino’s worker quit her job at the pizza chain after being forced to work weekends completely alone.

  • Respawn CEO wants Apex Legends and Chappie crossover to happen – Dexerto

Respawn CEO wants Apex Legends and Chappie crossover to happen RespawnA crossover between the popular movie Chappie and Apex Legends could be in the works with key figures from the two sides both telling fans that they’d approve of it happening. Since it’s release on February 4, the new free-to-play battle royale has swept over the gaming world like a wildfire, picking up over 25 million players in under two weeks. However, unlike it’s biggest competitor – Fortnite – the game isn’t really set-up for crossovers as it has it’s own lore and backstory. However, one possible crossover could come in the form of 2015 movie Chappie, whose main character – a robot named Chappie – looks strikingly similar to the Pathfinder legend in the new battle royale. Replying to a fan’s tweet about a potential appearance from Chappie in the game, the movie’s director Neill Blomkamp said: “Lotta people asking me this. I am down, yes.” Blomkamp’s tweet drew a quick response from Respawn Entertainment CEO Vince Zampella, who gave his approval, saying: “I am also down.” Despite being the movie’s director, Blomkamp wouldn’t be the right man to get the wheels turning on a crossover – Respawn would need Columbia Pictures to sign-off on any deal. • Report: UFC’s Nate & Nick Diaz want Jake & Logan Paul in “brother vs brother” fight – Dexerto

Report: UFC’s Nate & Nick Diaz want Jake & Logan Paul in “brother vs brother” fight Instagram/nickdiaz209/JakepaulUFC stars Nate and Nick Diaz could be planning a massive fight event against Jake and Logan Paul on a “brother vs brother” card, according to a new report. It’s no secret that Nate Diaz and Jake Paul could end up duking it out, as the YouTuber looks to take on more former UFC talent since winning against both Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley. In fact, former UFC fighter Josh Thomson even claimed that Nate vs Jake will happen once he ends up leaving the company, adding even more speculation to the potential bout. Now, according to a new report by The Mirror, a potential boxing match between Jake and Nate Diaz could be a lot more interesting as both combatants’ brothers could be involved in a super event. Diaz vs Paul – Brother vs Brother As The Mirror reports that Nick and Nate Diaz will be ringside for Jake Paul’s fight against Tommy Fury on December 18. The reason being is their teammate, Chris Avila, will be fighting Paul’s sparring partner Anthony Taylor. But that’s not the only reason the two could be so close to the action, as there may be some gears turning behind the scenes. The Mirror’s sources claim that the mixed martial arts duo are eyeing a possible “brother vs brother” event where Nate would fight Jake and Nick would take on Logan. According to the report, this possible event would take place in the middle of 2022, so a good chunk of time will have passed since Jake’s upcoming fight with Fury. Meanwhile, Logan Paul is rumored to be taking on Mike Tyson in February, so if the brother vs brother event is in July, he would have ample time between fights as well. As always, take these reports with a grain of salt – but if it ends up being true, we could have one of the biggest blockbuster boxing bouts since the influencers first got involved in the fight game.

  • Report claims PewDiePie not one of highest-earning YouTubers per video – Dexerto

Report claims PewDiePie not one of highest-earning YouTubers per video YouTube: pewdiepie / UnsplashA new report claims to have ranked the top 10 highest-earning YouTubers per video posted, with surprising names among the top, and some of the platforms biggest stars nowhere to be found. YouTube has obviously become a generous source of revenue over the years, with creators becoming multi-millionaires off of the back of their work with the platform, whether that comes through ad revenue, sponsorships or the opportunities that come as a result. But, obviously, some earn more than others. You might look at the likes of PewDiePie, MrBeast and David Dobrik to be among the highest earners – but that isn’t the case at all, according to this report. According to this report by CashLady, the highest-earning YouTuber per video is actually Vlad and Nikita – a couple of children who have 35.4m subscribers and get millions of views on videos of them playing with various toys. The report suggests that they earn over $300,000 per video Elsewhere in the top 10 is Dude Perfect in second, Lele Pons in fifth, Liza Koshy in sixth and James Charles at 10th. The full top 10, and their estimated earnings per video, is as follows: Vlad and Nikita ($312.3k) – Dude Perfect ($301.3k) – Like Nastya ($258.5k) – TheOdd1sOut ($168k) – Lele Pons ($157.7k) – Liza Koshy ($133k) – Kids Diana Show ($126.9k) – Collins Key ($120.9k) – Toys and Little Gaby ($89.3k) – James Charles ($79.8k) – Of course, we can’t verify that these figures are completely accurate, but CashLady has used estimated earnings taken from Influencer Marketing Hub’s YouTube Money Calculator, which at least shows that there is some research put into it. Elsewhere in the list, you’ve got the likes of Jeffree Star at 16th, MrBeast at 17th and Logan Paul at 24th. Whether or not this ranking is completely accurate, it likely gives some indication of what some of these content creators are earning – and Vlad and Nikita might be set for life before they even hit their teens.

  • Report reveals how much PewDiePie actually made from YouTube in 2019 – Dexerto

Report reveals how much PewDiePie actually made from YouTube in 2019 A new independent report has revealed just how much Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg supposedly made from YouTube and the number is more eye-watering than you may have first thought. 2019 will go down as an incredibly successful year on YouTube for PewDiePie. The Swede may have lost his war with T-Series in a bid to be the first YouTube channel to amass 100 million subscribers, but he managed to hit the target anyway at the back end of August. Bar that, he also managed to get some celebrity appearances on the channel and, more personally, finally tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend Marzia Bisognin as the pair got married in August. However, with the new year upon us, the time-old question has arisen again – how much did PewDiePie make in 2019? Well, according to a report by OnBuy, an online marketplace, they have suggested that through YouTube ad revenue and merchandise sales, PewDiePie made over £54 million/$70 million in 2019. If you want the exact number down to the final dollar, their suggested total is £54,120,833/$70,830,586. Now, if that total seems a little ridiculous, you may want to hold on for a moment as OnBuy also reportedly revealed his highest and lowest earning months. According to their report, as cited by WWD, PewDiePie raked in a whopping $9,148,005 in September – his best month of the year – while that number was around triple his slowest month, which was November, as he reportedly cashed in on $3,878,603. Now, even though these websites do have their own specialized tools to figure out their projections, it’s a little difficult to pinpoint the exact number without having access to Pewds’ behind the scenes statistics. Its something he’s even discussed as recently as the end of December, where he stated that a recent Forbes valuation of his net worth apparently being $13 million was off the mark, as he revealed that it is “bigger” but money ultimately isn’t all that important to him. Now set to take a break from the social media platform at some point in 2020, he will no doubt see his YouTube revenue decrease compared to the successful previous year. However, even if he does find cash to be “unimportant,” he’ll still have plenty to live off while his channel isn’t as active as it normally would be.

  • Report reveals insane money Ninja and DrLupo are paid for sponsored streams – Dexerto

Report reveals insane money Ninja and DrLupo are paid for sponsored streams According to a new report, popular streamers like Ninja and DrLupo have been paid up to $50,000 an hour to do sponsored streams of new games, as developers take advantage of the rise in streaming to promote their games. It is no secret that popular streamers often get paid for playing a game in front of fans when it first launches, with developers understanding the influence that streamers have in convincing their viewers to try a newly launched game. Even the most popular of streamers such as Ninja and Shroud have been among the many who take part in these sponsored streams when game developers are looking to market their game. In a recent report by The Wall Street Journal, it was revealed just how much money some of these top streamers receive for their sponsored streams, for every hour of play. Although the amount of money paid differs between each streamer based on popularity for these game developer sponsored streams, it is believed that the figures could go as high as $50,000 per hour for the most popular on livestreaming platforms such as Twitch, with the standard for streamers with about 15,000 concurrent viewers attracting rates between $25,000 and $35,000 an hour. Read More: Apex Legends which smashed Fortnite Battle Royale’s records for most players on their game within the first month, amassing over 50 million players on their game not long after the launch. DrLupo was among those sponsored by EA for Apex Legends’ release, he also weighed in on why he felt that sponsored streams were so worthwhile for fans as well as streamers, claiming that fans were able to see the game being reviewed from someone that viewers can trust, “They see us as more trustworthy than a name they don’t recognize that wrote a review.” Game developers have already been confirmed to be planning to use the strategy again according to the WSJ, such as Ubisoft’s upcoming release of “Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint” and Take-Two Interactive Software’s “Borderlands 3.” It is likely that we will see a lot more sponsored streams taking place for the launch of video games in future, as it seems to have had a good track record with launches in the past. –

  • Report reveals how much Ninja and Shroud are making on Mixer – Dexerto

Report reveals how much Ninja and Shroud are making on Mixer Mixer / shroud / NinjaA new report discussing the stream platform wars between sites like Twitch, Mixer, YouTube, and Facebook has given fans an idea of how much these exclusive contracts for top streamers like Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins and Michael ‘shroud’ Grzesiek could be valued at. Cash rules everything around us, and big, exclusive contracts have been a driving force in deciding the streaming wars. Fans, viewers, and onlookers have always wondered how much streamers like Ninja and shroud are making since they made the jump over to Microsoft-owned platform mixer. Rumors have floated about “massive” exclusive contracts that they signed, to maintain their income level given a predictable drop off in viewership. In a new report on the battle between streaming sites, Bloomberg have revealed how much the top streamers make just from their contracts, and the reported value is indeed quite high. According to the report, “the biggest streamers are earning as much as $40 million over three to five years, contracts that mirror those of professional athletes.” If this is true, streamers like Ninja and Shroud could be earning anywhere from $8 million to $13 million per year just from their contract. The report reiterates claims from industry and marketing experts, that the push for sites like Google and Microsoft to sign streamers to their services goes hand-in-hand with the new products coming from these companies, like Microsoft’s new Xbox and the Google Stadia. In their eyes, more viewers on their platforms means more opportunities to sell their new products. But we can actually give a more accurate reading of how much money in total is being earned per year. Earlier in December, N3RDFUSION CEO and marketing expert Devin Nash spoke on stream about how much streamers like Pokimane and MOONMOON make on Twitch, and how effective sponsorship can be. It also gave us the ability to perform a conservative, rough estimate of how much a streamer can potentially make from streaming. Using the same rough estimates regarding donations that Nash used in the past, which comes out to about $500 a day reasonably, that adds roughly $180k added to a yearly total. According to Nash, the average for sponsorship deals for the top streamers is between $15k-$20k. On Ninja’s profile, we see sponsorships for Red Bull, NZXT, a real estate company, and we know he’s sponsored by Adidas as well. Shroud appears to be sponsored by Postmates and a game server hosting site called Nitrado. So if we very conservatively say that Ninja makes $60k a month on his sponsorships (four sponsorships at the lowest value on the range), while shroud makes $30k a month, then we can add $720k to Ninja’s yearly revenue, and $360k to shroud’s. Embers are Mixer’s virtual currency, like bits from Twitch. Mixer streamers make $1 per 100 embers. In the past week, Ninja received 110,700 Embers from just his top ten donators, according to the site MixerStats. This equates to $1,107 dollars per week, or $4,428 per month, or $53,136 per year. And that’s just from the top donators, on average, not including the other currency, Sparks, which lets Mixer streamers earn more from Embers. Shroud makes just over $10,000 a year in Embers. So just between donations, embers, and sponsorships, we can conservatively guess that Ninja makes over $950,000 per year, while shroud makes $550,000. These numbers don’t even take into account subscribers (because that data is hard to find), advertisement revenue, merchandise revenue, individually partnered and sponsored streams, and of course the lucrative and exclusive contracts. To sum up, streamers like Ninja and shroud aren’t missing out financially by switching from Twitch to Mixer. If the Bloomberg estimates for the Mixer contracts are true, it more than makes up for any loss in subscribers or ad revenue by switching to a platform with a lower viewer base.

  • Ninja tops PewDiePie in 2019’s video gamer rich list – Dexerto

Ninja tops PewDiePie in 2019’s video gamer rich list Adidas / JinxForbes have released the top 10 list of the highest-earning gaming content creators from 2019, which features star streamers like Ninja and shroud, as well as prominent YouTubers like PewDiePie and Markiplier. Over the past few years, gaming has proved to be a very lucrative lifestyle for those who have reached the pinnacle of video game entertainment. In fact, the top 10 gamers in terms of 2019 earnings earned a combined $121 million from their content creation, sponsorships, and partnerships, a whopping figure that will raise the eyebrows of anyone not familiar with the industry. That figure and the top 10 earners, were revealed in a report published by Forbes on January 29 – a list that features four streamers and six YouTubers. It’s important to note that this list does not include those who are solely pro gamers, as Forbes chose to focus purely on influencers. It’s clear that Forbes chose to go with a much broader definition of “gamer,” since they chose to include the likes of PewDiePie and Markiplier, two YouTube icons whose channels don’t really focus too much on gaming anymore. Top-10 highest-paid gamers of 2019 It comes as no surprise that this list is topped by Ninja, who apparently made a whopping $17 million in a massive year for the superstar streamer. He announced sponsorships with Adidas, Red Bull, underwear brand PSD, signed a deal with Microsoft that saw him move from Twitch to Mixer, starred in an NFL Super Bowl commercial and even got his own skin in Fortnite. He is joined on the list by shroud, another top streamer who moved to Mixer in 2019. Widely regarded as one of the most talented gamers out there, especially for first-person-shooters, the former CS:GO pro enjoyed a highly successful year playing a wide variety of games, most notably Apex Legends and Escape from Tarkov. LIST OF 2019 TOP-10 EARNERS, ACCORDING TO FORBES Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins – $17 million – Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg – $15 million – Preston ‘Preston’ Arsement – $14 million – Mark ‘Markiplier’ Fischback – $14 million – Michael ‘shroud’ Grzesiek – $12.5 million – Daniel ‘DanTDM’ Middleton – $12 million – Evan ‘VanossGaming’ Fong – $11.5 million – Sean ‘Jacksepticeye’ McLouglin – $11 million – Timothy ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar – $8 million – Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff – $6 million – With the trajectory that esports and gaming entertainment is on, expect these figures to be even higher once the 2020 list rolls around. A lot of these content creators are in the prime of their careers so there’s no telling what new set of accomplishments they’ll boast this time next year.

  • Report: Floyd Mayweather wants to fight Jake Paul after “disrespectful” DM to girlfriend – Dexerto

Report: Floyd Mayweather wants to fight Jake Paul after “disrespectful” DM to girlfriend Instagram/floydmayweather/ShowtimeA potential fight between boxing legend Floyd Mayweather and YouTuber Jake Paul could be closer than ever, according to a new report detailing how The Problem Child is getting under Money’s skin. Ever since Jake Paul scored a split-decision victory over former UFC champion Tyron Woodley, he’s been searching for his next opponent and making plenty of offers. Despite sending challenges to Jorge Masvidal and making a last-ditch challenge to Tommy Fury, the YouTuber has been denied at every turn. This may all be for the best, however, as Mayweather is reportedly down to duke it out with the ‘Problem Child.’ Mayweather and Paul’s history goes back to when older brother Logan fought the boxing icon to a draw under exhibition rules. In the build-up to the match, Jake stole Mayweather’s hat in a stunt that he clams caused the boxer to hire “gangsters” to have him killed. “”Got your hat!”” Floyd Mayweather & Jake Paul got into a scuffle at the #MayweatherPaul press conference 🤯pic.twitter.com/uFEueh6FWk — Dexerto (@Dexerto) May 6, 2021 Jake Paul reportedly DMed Mayweather’s girlfriend Now, it seems like the rivalry between Money and Paul has only just begun to heat up. According to The Sun, Mayweather is not just down to fight Jake – he’s actually training for the bout after Paul allegedly slid into his girlfriend’s DMs. A source at The Sun claims that Jake Paul sent Floyd’s girlfriend Anna Monroe a private message, telling her that she needed a “real man.” Additionally, Paul supposedly said that Floyd was afraid of fighting him after his bout with Logan. “Floyd has been telling pals he’s had enough of Jake Paul,” a source said. “He thinks he’s destroying the sport of boxing by being disrespectful about great boxers and saying he wants to be world champion. Then when he saw Jake had private messaged Anna – that was the final straw.” Floyd Mayweather “training” for Jake Paul fight According to the source, Floyd isn’t letting it go and wants to settle things in the ring once and for all. “Floyd wants to get the fight sorted now, he’s in training and in talks over contracts. He knows the only way to shut Jake up is in the ring,” they revealed. As Dexerto previously reported, The Problem Child sent Mayweather a legitimate pro fight offer, but expected the boxing great to retire with his perfect 50-0 record. Whether or not the two decide to exchange fists remains to be seen, but if this report is to be believed, Jake Paul could be in for the fight of his life.

  • New report hits back at claims Jake Paul vs Hasim Rahman Jr. was canceled over low ticket sales – Dexerto

New report hits back at claims Jake Paul vs Hasim Rahman Jr. was canceled over low ticket sales Instagram: Jake PaulFiring back at claims the Jake Paul vs Hasim Rahman Jr. fight was scrapped due to poor ticket sales, sources close to Madison Square Garden have indicated quite the opposite, stating it was on track to be a massive event. Soon after its abrupt cancellation just days out from the August 6 PPV, many began to theorize why Jake Paul’s contest with Hasim Rahman Jr. was ultimately scrapped. While Paul’s camp claimed the issues stemmed from weight-cut clauses in the bout agreement, Rhaman Jr. has insisted he could make the agreed-upon weight. This led to the likes of Dana White and Joe Rogan arguing it was a general lack of interest that led to the cancelation. “I’m hearing that they sold so few tickets it would be a real problem financially,” Rogan said on his JRE podcast. However, new reports indicate these beliefs are far from true. In fact, sources close to Madison Square Garden have suggested Paul’s latest fight was on track to be a huge spectacle. “Paul-Rahman Jr. was projected to be in the top 10 of the highest-grossing boxing events in past 15 years at MSG,” multiple sources reportedly informed venerable combat sports journalist Ariel Helwani. As a result of such interest, early ticket sales for the PPV event were “strong,” according to these sources. That goes against claims of the opposite, the fight being called off “was not based on ticket sales,” they said. While there’s no telling how close the event was to selling out the world’s most famous arena, cracking the top 10 boxing events of the past 15 years is no small feat. Moreover, with a “strong fight week push” expected in the final few days, revenue may have soared even higher. Even with the opponent swap from Tommy Fury to Rahman Jr. and the subsequent cancellation of the event, sources suggest MSG is still “happy and willing” to work Paul and his team on future boxing cards. So with ticket sales reportedly a non-factor, it remains to be seen just why Paul’s event was called off. Rahman Jr. has continued to argue weight wasn’t an issue, and even told Helwani he plans to weigh in tomorrow as proof.

  • Report claims to know just how much Ninja is making from Mixer deal – Dexerto

Report claims to know just how much Ninja is making from Mixer deal Ninja – TwitterTyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins shook up the streaming world when he switched from Twitch to Mixer, and now fans might have an idea of how much money he is making as a result of the move. When Ninja made his leap to Mixer, he might not have realized it at the time, but that was just the beginning of a streaming war. Since his high-profile switch, we’ve seen Michael ‘shroud’ Grzesiek move to Mixer and 100 Thieves creators Jack ‘CouRageJD’ Dunlop and Rachell ‘Valkyrae’ Hofstetter jump to YouTube Gaming. There are several other names that have made big moves, and there will continue to be more in the future, but Ninja is the one who kicked it all off. Many suspect that he was paid millions to leave his 14 million followers behind on Twitch, but nothing official has ever been revealed. According to a report from CNN on January 26, Ninja is making between $20 and $30 million to stream on Mixer. This information comes from Justin Warden, CEO of Ader, who says he has direct knowledge of the deal. A Bloomberg report claimed both Ninja and shroud were making as much as $40 million over three to five-year deals, so these latest numbers are more conservative. CNN reached out to Ninja’s agency, Loaded, who declined to confirm the actual numbers of the signing. Nevertheless, it seems clear that Ninja had a lot of incentive to move to the smaller streaming platform. His signing, along with shroud’s, was supposed to bring more eyes over to Microsoft’s platform, but it hasn’t had much of an impact as of yet. What it has done, though, is get more people talking about Mixer as a real competitor, even if the viewership isn’t there quite yet. The four major players in the streaming war remain Twitch, YouTube Gaming, Facebook Gaming, and Mixer, with all three of them having more viewers than Microsoft’s platform. Facebook Gaming has even gained Disguised Toast and Corinna Kopf, showing they are open to spending some cash to bring over big names. It’s far too early to determine if the money the Mixer star is reportedly being paid will actually be beneficial, but it’s looking like that’s going to end up being Microsoft’s problem to worry about more than it is Ninja’s.

While no official reason was given for the delay from either Paul, Mayweather, or anyone representing them, Boxing News 24/7 reported that the fight it got postponed due to a “distinct lack of interest”. Now, the YouTuber has officially commented on the matter. BREAKING: Per Coach Kelvin Moore, the @FloydMayweather and @LoganPaul bout has been rescheduled. I’ve contacted @fanmio for comment. More to come on @MMAisland — Donagh Corby (@DonaghCorby_) January 22, 2021 Paul laughed at the “narrative” that the fight had been delayed because of “lack of interest”, citing the fact that attention has been on the bout for a while now. “There hasn’t been a fight that’s made this much noise [for] the whole year,” Paul said. “Bro, just releasing this shit went viral as fuck.” He went on to explain that there are complications fighting someone of high caliber, but that the match is very much still a go at some point in the future. “The complications are that, when you are dealing with someone like Floyd Mayweather, who is the most desired, highest paid fighter on the planet, and he operates at a certain caliber and the people around him want to make sure their talent, their fighter is performing at a certain level, there are a lot of hoops to jump through,” he continued. “But yeah no, I’m still going to beat the shit out of Floyd Mayweather or maybe he’s gonna beat the shit out of me, who knows, the point is it’s still going to happen.” Read More: Lovely Peaches arrested for animal cruelty – The special exhibition fight, which Mayweather was set to come out of retirement for, was meant to be a pay-per-view event sponsored by Fanmio, a business offering video messages by celebrities. • Report claims NICKMERCS earns more on Twitch than Tfue, xQc, more – Dexerto

Report claims NICKMERCS earns more on Twitch than Tfue, xQc, more Gamma Labs / Twitch / Robert AnaschA new report has made the claim that Nick ‘NICKMERCS’ Kolcheff is the highest-earning Twitch streamer – ahead of even Turner ‘Tfue’ Tenney, Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel and Dr Disrespect, to name a few. Nick has no doubt been a successful streamer for some years now, more so when he made the switch from Call of Duty to Fortnite, and can consistently be found near the top of the Twitch viewership list – though wouldn’t commonly be considered the biggest streamer on the platform. However, this comprehensive list places Nick firmly atop the highest earners, despite only having half the followers Tfue has in second place. The Little Loans report claims that Nick earns $1,516,358 in annual subscription earnings – not including any donations he gets through each stream. Close behind him is Tfue, who allegedly makes $1,414,518 in annual subscriptions, while Tim ‘TimTheTatman’ Betar is the third-highest at $1,378,412. According to the report, there are five other streamers that make more than $1m from subscriptions: Dr Disrespect, MOONMOON, xQc, AdmiralBahroo and Jaryd ‘Summit1G’ Lazar. Apparently Nick actually has less annual subscribers than both Tfue and Tim, which definitely raises the question of how he’s earning more than both with less subscribers. The report states that Nick makes more than the others because of the number of Tier 3 subscribers he has, who pay $25 a month rather than the standard $5 Tier 1 subscription. He has 13,513 Tier 3 subscribers, which is around 10,000 more than Tfue and almost 12,000 more than Tim – and that totals to a lot of money. Since the report focuses only on Twitch, it doesn’t factor in big streamers who have moved to rival platforms such as Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins and Michael ‘shroud’ Grseziek, who both switched to Mixer in 2019. The report states that they have estimated net worths of about $10m and $4m respectively, so could be in decent contention with Nick if they were still with Twitch. Of course, we can’t verify that these figures are completely accurate and, even if they are, the fact that donations aren’t included definitely leaves some leeway to question whether Nick is actually the highest earner when all numbers are added up. That said, we know he’s doing pretty well for himself: at the end of 2019, he revealed the insane gaming studio he has set up, which can’t have come cheap, and shows that he’s got some serious money to re-invest in his career.

  • Renter disgusts viewers after uncovering source of “feral” smell in her home – Dexerto

Renter disgusts viewers after uncovering source of “feral” smell in her home TikTok: RadhauswifeA woman has gone viral on TikTok by uncovering the “feral” reason behind a disgusting smell that had been plaguing her home, and users are pretty disgusted by it. Over the last few years, TikTok has firmly entrenched itself in social media users’ daily routines. Many flock to the video-sharing platform for viral videos, with others using it to share updates on their day-to-day lives. As a result, many have started using TikTok to show off problems they’ve got around the home, looking for solutions that viewers may have to their DIY problems. In the case of Australian TikToker Julia Lang-Malone, she had a problem with the shower in her rented home as it was producing a disgusting smell and throwing up dirt every time she cleaned it. After getting around 4 million views on one video showing her problem, the Aussie was implored to break open the metal barrier around her shower door and see what was inside. Well, when she did so, she got a bit of a shock as it was actually cigarettes that had been stuffed down there over the years by a previous renter. “Holy shit, oh my god,” she said upon finding the cigarette butts, with someone also retching in the background of her clip. They weren’t alone in being repulsed by it, as users flooded the comments with their disgust. “This is feral,” said one. “I wanna be sick, oh my god,” added another. “So, this is how the Last of Us starts,” another commented. The TikToker told Yahoo News that there were “thousands” of used cigarettes stuffed down there, with the whole house also being plagued by damage from previous tenants. Julia noted that they’d also “wrecked” the shower to find the cause of the issue, and hopefully, she can get it figured out before long because needs to deal with that disgusting sight longer than a few seconds.

  • Report claims 99% of Twitch and YouTube’s top streamers are men – Dexerto

Report claims 99% of Twitch and YouTube’s top streamers are men Twitch: Asmongold / xQc / TrainwreckstvNew data has revealed male streamers are still dominating the scene when it comes to popularity and hours watched across all platforms — Twitch, YouTube, and otherwise — with almost all of the top 100 streamers being men. While gaming is seen as becoming more diverse, there is still a gap to be filled in the streaming space between men and women. According to a report from Stream Hatchet diving into some of the internet’s biggest personalities, it found 99 of the top 100 streamers across Twitch, YouTube, and FaceBook Gaming were men. Only one, Kaitlin ‘Amouranth’ Siracusa, was a woman. Even by topping the charts as the most popular female content creator, Amouranth found herself sitting almost exactly in the middle in the 56th spot. She was by far the most watched female streamer for Q2 2022, clocking in with 8.2m hours watched. xQc was the most watched streamer for Q2 2022 overall with 70.6m hours watched. Gaules and Asmongold took out second and third with 57.7m and 40.1m hours streamed. While it might be expected many of the top streamers are men, to have only 1% of the top 100 be non-male identifying is surprising. It comes while the gaming community grapples with criticism around the gender gap in streaming. Big names like Mizkif have admitted it is “way easier” for women to break out onto platforms, but they have a “glass ceiling” stopping them from rising to the top. The Q2 report did also indicate VTubers are amongst some of the most popular female streamers across the board. VTubers Sakura Miko, Usada Pekora, and Ironmouse all made it into the top 10 female streamers list between the months of April and June 2022. However with popular female streamers like Pokimane taking a hiatus from streaming, this figure may carry over to Q3 and even Q4 for 2022.

  • Regis Altare hopes Alban Knox collab “opens the gate” for Hololive & NIJISANJI – Dexerto

Regis Altare hopes Alban Knox collab “opens the gate” for Hololive & NIJISANJI YouTube: Regis Altare / YouTube: Alban KnoxRegis Altare and Alban Knox are breaking down barriers between Hololive and NIJISANJI EN with the two stars collabing for the first time. The VTuber revealed how it came to being, and his hopes for “opening the gate” for more streams between the agencies. The walls between Hololive and NIJISANJI have been torn down this week. For more than two years, the English-speaking talents of the two agencies have never collaborated, and previous attempts were shot down at the last second. However that deadlock was broken when TEMPUS guild leader Regis Altare announced his Terraria stream with Alban Knox on October 15. It will be the first collaboration between Hololive EN and NIJISANJI EN, more than two years after the former debuted with Myth. The collaboration is a big moment for the two agencies and their talents, who have long expressed their desires to crossover. They are big supporters of each other on Twitter, but never appeared on stream together. Regis Altare doesn’t want to get “too meta” with it though, and told fans ahead of the collaboration it’s just two friends playing games together — and that’s all it should be. “We messaged each other and I was like ‘bro’. And he was like ‘bro’. And like, ‘bro’. And then the collab was made,” he laughed. “He’s really cool. He’s fun. We played a little Zomboid off stream and we were talking like ‘hey why can’t we have a collab between us? What’s stopping us?’ We talked to our managers, we talked to the company, and we were like ‘can we push this through?’ It took a lot of talking. “I’m hoping with this collab here, I don’t want to get too meta with it, but my thoughts on this. It’s sincerely just that I want to play with Alban Knox because he’s cool. He’s my friend. And that’s all it should be at the end of the day. “It shouldn’t be anything about numbers. It shouldn’t be about companies or the VTuber world, whatever it is. It’s really all just about ‘I want to play with this cool guy,’ right?” As for what it means for the future between the two agencies? Regis wants there to be more collaboration between Hololive and NIJISANJI. There’s already been another stream between Selen Tatsuki, Kureiji Ollie, and Vestia Zeta confirmed, and fans want more. The talents just want to play on stream with their friends, regardless of their agency affiliation. “I don’t know if this is going to open up things for more people,” he continued. “I don’t know if it’s going to make it so others can do collabs too. “But in the future if this does lead to a future where any of the talents from any companies can collaborate without fear of fans, of companies, of getting dunked on the internet. I really hope this can be the first step towards opening the gate. Someone’s gotta do it right? “Alban and I, we both talked about this, and we said things have got to change. So maybe starting from this we can make small changes. We can… lead the charge. It’s nothing about companies. We just want to play games because we’re friends. I hope people can understand that.”

Relive Logan Paul Storming Out of Press Conference for KSI Fight – Full Video and Highlights KSIvsLogan / YouTubeKSI has released a video of the UK Press Conference for his boxing match against Logan Paul, an event that ended prematurely when Paul walked off of the stage. The two YouTube phenoms are due to step into the ring on August 25th at the Manchester Arena and sparks already flew during their US press conference at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. The UK presser, which took place on July 18 at London’s York Hall, was equally as compelling, though no questions were actually answered as Logan Paul walked off stage following a barrage of insults from KSI. Now KSI has uploaded a highlight video which shows all of the needling along with the moment when Paul decided to leave. KSI can be seen targeting Logan Paul for everything from the loss of his part in the recent Baywatch movie to the recent announcement of his girlfriend, Chloe Bennet. The British entertainer even takes aim at Logan and Jake Paul’s father, Greg Paul, calling him a “sick, deadbeat, bald-headed prick”. Brian ‘True Geordie’ Davis, a fellow YouTuber, was hosting the press conference but could not keep KSI or the crowd from slamming Logan Paul over and over again. Eventually, the American vlogger turns to Davis and says: “I would love to sit here and answer your questions, I feel like KSI addressed everything, London I’m out. See you August 25th” With that, Paul leaves the stage as KSI jumps around in hysterics and leads a “fuck the Pauls” chant with the crowd before making a final statement. “August 25th, mark my words, that motherfucker is going down” A full video of the press conference, including the Deji vs. Jake Paul shouting match and all of the undercard fights, can be found below.

Rediscovered PewDiePie video has fans gushing over his marriage to Marzia PewDiePie, YouTube / Marzia Bisognin, InstagramYouTube king Felix “PewDiePie” Kjellberg tied the knot with former YouTuber Marzia Bisognin in late August, celebrating their eight-year relationship with a small circle of friends and family – but their wedding photos aren’t the only things making fans teary-eyed. Following the announcement of their 2019 marriage, fans dug up a video of the YouTube star gushing over his now-wife from years ago – allegedly his first time talking about their relationship publicly. While the original video has been deleted from his channel, fans have wasted no time sharing the archived clip across Twitter, where he admitted that he loved Marzia and shared the first few pictures of the fashionista to his audience. 600“You should know that I’m really, really happy now,” PewDiePie said. “I think me and my girlfriend are perfect together, and I love her. …she’s beautiful, funny, smart, everything.” Unsurprisingly, the “nine-year-old army” was moved by the Swede’s heartfelt words, with many commenters expressing their happiness for the newly-weds in wake of their marriage. . @pewdiepie talking about his girlfriend Marzia for the very first time. YouTube can really turn your life around — hawahi (@hawahi99) August 21, 2019 While PewDiePie has always been one of YouTube’s biggest stars, the Swede has since risen to massive fame on the platform in his eight years with Marzia, boasting over 99 million subscribers and standing as the site’s most-subscribed independent creator. Stating that he’s “definitely” worth over 20 million US dollars, Kjellberg and Bisognin pinched no pennies on their recent wedding, either, spending an estimated £121,500 on their “intimate” ceremony at London’s Kent Gardens. 600Although the couple has been relatively tight-lipped regarding the event, Kjellberg teased a forthcoming video on their wedding via Instagram, so fans won’t have to wait much longer for an official vlog of the event in Marzia’s absence from YouTube. With PewDiePie just a few hundred thousand subscribers away from his coveted 100 million milestone, it seems that the Swede is having an insanely successful week to end the summer.

Reese Witherspoon splits fans after using ‘dirty’ snow in recipe TIKTOK: reesewitherspoonReese Witherspoon left TikTok viewers divided after sharing her wintery recipe that involved real fallen snow. The Morning Show actress left fans scratching their heads after sharing her special “Chococinnos” drink recipe, which contained a very unusual ingredient. In a viral TikTok with 3 million views, Reese scooped some snow off a covered outdoor grill with two mugs. “We got a ton of snow over the past few days, so we decided to make a recipe,” she began. “First, we scooped the snow into cups and we added salted caramel syrup and some chocolate syrup because we like how they taste together,” the Your Place or Mine star said, before adding some cold brew into the mixture for a “yummy” coffee flavor. “Oh my gosh, that’s so good,” Reese said, as she ate a spoonful of the snow-filled drink. The actress then began contemplating names for her recipe, ultimately deciding on “Snow Salt Chococino.” In the video caption, she added, “Snow days were made for Chococinnos.” Reese Witherspoon splits fans with snow recipe While the mother of three enjoyed the winter-themed drink, many TikTok users were baffled by the main ingredient for the recipe. “No no no.. snow is not made to eat.. you can get seriously sick,” one person commented. “Isn’t snow dirty??” another questioned. “What if birds pooped in that snow,” a third added. Others, however, weren’t too bothered by the snow. “As long as you don’t eat the yellow snow, you’re good,” one person said. “So nobody grew up eating snow cream? Man y’all missing out,” another wrote. In a follow-up clip, Reese addressed some criticism of her wintery treat. “We’re kind of in the category of you only live once and it snows maybe once a year here,” she said. “Also, I want to say something: it was delicious! It was so good,” the Oscar-winner added while giggling.

  • Redditor banned after claiming he shoved an energy drink popsicle up his butt – Dexerto

Redditor banned after claiming he shoved an energy drink popsicle up his butt A Redditor was experimenting with ways to re-invent the experience of drinking energy drinks by turning them into other things, leading him on path to eventually “boofing” a Monster popsicle. Reddit can be a strange place sometimes. Like any other social media platform, it gives users a variety of ways to express themselves and an essentially infinite amount of possibilities with what they can post and discuss on the platform. And, despite controversy earlier in 2023, Reddit is still a massive platform. One user by the name of Limp-D*ck_Calvin pushed his passion for energy drinks to the extreme on a subreddit dedicated to those whose love for energy drinks runs a bit beyond what most would normally feel. He claims to have turned Monster into a popsicle to find a new form for his favorite energy drink, and was compelled to shove said popsicle up his butt to attain “maximum torque” and was banned a short time after telling his tale. Redditor banned for eating energy drink popsicle with his butt Calvin’s journey has been an enlightening one. The process of simply drinking an energy drink wasn’t enough for him, and he felt the need to innovate. Now, this isn’t exactly a new trend on the energy drinks subreddit, but Calvin’s act of turning Monster into a popsicle certainly caught some eyes. Calvin posed the question of whether or not freezing Monster would “lower the efficacy” of the caffiene, claiming that he needed “maximum torque” and wanted to condense his energy drink into a raw popsicle form. One Redditor replied, inspiring Calvin’s next venture: “No it shouldn’t change the caffeine bioavailability or it’s effectiveness. Have you tried shoving the popsicle up your ***?” Redditors were initially concerned for his health, but eventually started joking about him getting frostbite where the sun doesn’t shine. “Got my next science fair project, thx. The Dangers of Boofing a Cold One: How Much Ice Does it Take to Cause Frostbite of the Colon?” one Redditor said, hopefully in jest. Calvin would then go on to do the deed, explicitly detailing the process in a post that’d lead to his Reddit account getting deleted entirely. Here’s a small excerpt from his account: “I felt like I was being possessed by a frost demon. However, I felt absolutely electrified. Like my blood was made of energy drink itself. I don’t know if it was the freezing cold, or the rapid absorption of caffeine through my colon, or both.” Calvin also detailed the process with more detail than most probably wanted to read, concluding that he loved the final result and that he wants to do it regularly now. “It’s been 3 hours since and I still feel like a thousand bucks. I feel like all my brain fog is gone and if I wanted to, I could teach myself how to do commercial real estate in like 6 hours of research. I feel like my brain is limitless.” This post stayed up for a while, with Calvin himself editing the post to claim that he’d post a video of the act. However, his account was banned a short time after exchanges where he promised proof. “I realize some of you might this is satirical, this is a completely serious post btw. I actually did this. Let me know if you guys want me to post an update with pictures for proof.” Calvin claimed. “Yeah, I filmed it and sent it to my group chat. I can just take some screenshots and blur out my face and a**hole and post it.” he continued. Someone was curious as to why he felt the need to blur his butt, with Calvin replying, “I don’t want anyone to figure out my identity.” We don’t recommend or condone recreating any of the actions described by Calvin.

  • Redditor goes viral after giving Arnold Schwarzeneggar a “fantastic” gift – Dexerto

Redditor goes viral after giving Arnold Schwarzeneggar a “fantastic” gift Instagram, @Schwarzenegger[jwplayer 91I9RIGm]In a particularly heartwarming internet tale, a Reddit craftsman has gone viral for giving Arnold Schwarzenegger a hand-carved pipe that the former governor, Mr. Olympia, and film superstar described as “fantastic.” A Redditor, ‘RadonLab,’ carved a working, wooden pipe in honor of Arnold’s birthday and posted it to the ‘Damnthatsinteresting’ subreddit. Little did they know, the Terminator actually browses Reddit and noticed the post, leading to him describing the pipe as “beautiful” and “fantastic” before asking if he could buy it. Instead, RadonLab said he’d like to just offer the former governor it as a gift. While they say that no good deed goes unpunished, this story instead took a positive karmic turn as Arnold refused to receive the gift without giving RadonLab something in return. Like his half-silver pipe, Arnold repaid Radon’s gift with a signed picture of himself, silver-bearded, puffing on the novelty present. Dissatisfied with simply demonstrating that the handmade pipe actually works for smoking just as well as it does for catching a film icon’s attention, Arnold responded with a simple letter and accompanying signature. A fan on Reddit carved this pipe for Arnold @Schwarzenegger’s birthday and then this happened: pic.twitter.com/tOqwMUuhMZ — Yoni (@OriginalYoni) September 2, 2020 Mr. Schwarzenegger kept his gratitude markedly concise: “Thank you for the great pipe,” adding on in a Reddit comment that, “I can’t thank you enough!” This was understandably music to Radon’s ears, as the interaction only grows more wholesome when revealed that they were self-conscious about their art: “You probably made not only my day, but my whole life. Thank you very much, for me it is a real magic to see you with my work! I still don’t believe in it.” Fortunately, seeing is believing, and now Radon can blissfully tackle future projects knowing that their Schwarzenegger pipe was deeply enjoyed (and, subsequently, exhaled) by its inspiration. Although the entire exchange of gifts happened around a month ago, it was just now brought to social media’s attention by ‘OriginalYoni’ on Twitter, prompting Arnold to once again express his appreciation. A couple things stand out about this story. Most notably, it’s nice to know that Reddit is home to both multimillionaires like Schwarzenegger and craftsmen that can make beautiful, yet functional pieces. Further, we should probably all appreciate that, as it turns out, those two things can converge. If you make something beautiful in honor of a celebrity you like, then maybe that celebrity will see it, ask for it, and, one day, smoke out of it.

Reddit user claims Razer headset saved his life from stray bullet Reddit/Enough_Dance_956A Reddit user is going viral for saying his Razer headset protected him from a stray bullet fired through his window and has posted proof to back up his claims. Normally when people buy Razer headphones they’re doing so for enhanced audio and not bullet protection, but it seems like a pair could have ended up saving a life. In a thread on Reddit, a user by the name of ‘Enough_Dance_956’ posted a series of photos showing the state of his headphones after a scary shooting outside of his house. Now, he’s thanking Razer for “saving his life” and revealed details about the shooting that caught him completely off guard. Redditor thanks Razer after headset stops bullet In a post, the Californian Redditor explained that on Wednesday, March 30, a bullet went through his window and hit the Razer headphones on top of his head. In a photo, you can see where the bullet seemingly hit the headset. “If it wasn’t for the headphones made with good quality, I would’ve been a dead kid at the age of 18,” he said. “I couldn’t even imagine all the pain my family and friends would’ve been through.” The user went on to ask others to help him get in touch with Razer to thank them, noting he was very lucky to be alive. “If I moved an inch forward or back I would’ve been dead,” he added. While some others on the site didn’t believe the user at first, he posted more photos revealing the state of the window and the bullet on the bed. According to the alleged shooting survivor, he filed a police report and took the images before the cops came to collect the bullet. Enough_Dance_956 said that Razer eventually got in contact with him and he thanked the company for their life-saving product and urged others to tell their parents that they love them, because you “don’t know when it’s time to go.”

Reddit API protest continues on r/place as users hit out at CEO Reddit: r/placeProtests against recent Reddit API changes have continued with the launch of r/place as users spam the canvas with “F*ck Spez.” Back in early June 2023, Reddit revealed changes to their API that would eventually see the end of most third-party apps due to the high cost of keeping them up and running. It prompted a protest against the platform rather quickly, with many showing their distaste towards Reddit CEO Steve Huffman, who goes by ‘u/spez’ on the site. While the initial protest has slowly died down, the launch of r/place on July 20, 2023, gave users a chance to hit out at the platform yet again. Users spam r/place with comments about Spez Every year, r/place opens up a constantly changing canvas that allows subreddits and users to share things they are passionate about, whether it be their favorite community or something that pays tribute to a fallen streamer. Shortly after the launch of the open canvas for 2023, users quickly began sharing their disdain for Reddit’s CEO and the site’s recent API changes. Users have been spamming “F*ck Spez” in various corners of the canvas, and another group of users added a large message about third-party apps. “Never forget what was stolen from us! r/save3rdpartyapps,” it reads. We’ve managed to get a screenshot of several messages – but keep in mind that the canvas is constantly changing. These are all on the canvas as we are writing this article. At the top of the canvas alongside a German flag, users have added the phrase “u/spez ist ein hurensohn,” which, when translated, means “Spez is a son of a b*tch” in English. The biggest third-party app to lose access to the API, Apollo, shut down on June 30, 2023. Just hours before it closed, creator Christian Selig wrote a eulogy on his subreddit hitting out at Reddit. Reddit has yet to address the comments being placed on r/place, but we’ll be sure to update you if they do.

Red Lobster server claims she got fired over her hair color TIKTOK: celebertey_taylorA former Red Lobster server went viral on TikTok after claiming she got fired by a new manager for her hair color. In a 34-second clip with 1.5 million views, Kiara Barnett (celebertey_taylor) said the new manager told her she’d have to dye her hair a “natural color” if she wanted to keep her job. The content creator decided to record their interaction and share it on TikTok. The former Red Lobster server filmed the general manager as she spoke to her. A text over the clip read, “POV: [your] job gets a new GM and on her first day she says you can’t [be] there because of [your] hair color.” Kiara said to the manager, “Hair color? You’re gonna have no workers. You’re running this, you came in here today and this is how you’re treating all your workers? You’re gonna have no f**king workers.” The manager, who was stood by with her hands folded, replied, “I’m very sorry if you feel I’m disrespecting you. I do.” Kiara continued, “I really do because my hair color has nothing to do with how I work and if I can work in a professional place. This is Red Lobster, you know that?” The general manager quickly cut her off, and told the TikToker, “You’re getting inappropriate I’m gonna ask you to leave.” “I wasn’t even yelling at you I was talking,” the Red Lobster employee stated before the video cut out. Most TikTok users in the comment section sided with Kiara. “As a customer of Red Lobster I don’t care what color hair, how many piercings, or how many tattoos. I care about service,” one user wrote. “Hair color should be the least of her concerns when she is probably understaffed,” another added. In a follow-up clip, Kiara said she was hired while donning the same hair color during her first interview with the food chain, and her former manager didn’t mind the ‘unnatural’ red hair. She later reached out to the Red Lobster corporation for clarity on their policies, and claimed that corporate told her that the new GM was wrong and she should be rehired.

Reckful’s YouTube channel hacked to promote fake Elon Musk Bitcoin scam Instagram/byron.bernstein/PixabayThe YouTube channel belonging to late Twitch streamer Byron ‘Reckful’ Bernstein was the latest to be hacked in order to promote a fake Elon Musk Bitcoin scam. Multiple Twitch channels have been taken over by hackers to push crypto scams onto unsuspecting viewers in recent weeks, but now YouTube has also become a prime target. The rise of fake Bitcoin “giveaway” Twitch streams first began in 2020, but they’ve recently resurfaced, taking over Twitch’s Just Chatting category and even other accounts, such as Fedmyster’s, which was banned from the platform. Others praised Reckful’s mods for handling the situation and getting the account back under control, but it seems like there is no end to these ongoing scams as they continue to plague Twitch and YouTube. So far, neither company has commented on the hacks, but hopefully, they’re able to put some measures in place to prevent them from happening so frequently.

  • Record-breaking Twitch streamer TheGrefg banned for 2nd time – Dexerto

Record-breaking Twitch streamer TheGrefg banned for 2nd time Instagram, Grefg_OfficialTwitch streamer ‘TheGrefg’ has been banned by the platform, marking the second time the Spanish streamer – who holds the record for most concurrent viewers – has been suspended. TheGrefg is one of the most popular streamers on the internet. He’s broken the Twitch concurrent viewership record twice, most recently hitting the 2.5 million-viewer mark in January 2021. He’s also now been banned by the platform twice, as he was suspended on March 22, 2022. This marks the second time TheGrefg has been punished by Twitch, following a July 2020 incident that put him in the platform’s dog house for 24 hours. — Grefg =) (@TheGrefg) March 22, 2022 Initially, it was unclear what TheGrefg had done to get banned. Though in his response shortly after his account was taken down, he clarified the situation. Due to “taking a risk” and “criticizing” the ban policy on Twitch, while discussing banned streamer Brunenger, the Spanish star was handed his second suspension. In the past, he accidentally showed an inappropriate video on stream and received a one-day suspension for it. This time around, his punishment is slightly more severe with a three-day ban now in place. Butts, Willyrex, and Brunenger? At first, fans came up with three different ways TheGrefg could have been banned. Some thought it was an elaborate ploy by Willyrex, who has been feuding with the streamer. Others mentioned the possibility that TheGrefg accidentally showed a picture of his own butt on Twitter, while on stream. And, finally, the actual reason, many were on the money in believing the streamer had been suspended due to showing banned streamer Brunenger on-camera.

  • Reckful reveals details of “$177 million deal” that changed his life – Dexerto

Reckful reveals details of “$177 million deal” that changed his life Twitter: Reckful / PixabayByron ‘Reckful’ Bernstein has been very public on Twitch about his struggles with his mental health as well as other life stresses, but on a podcast with Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys, he opened up on some good news from back in 2019 that changed his life, including a $177 million deal with the government. Reckful is one of Twitch’s longest-serving personalities, having shared his life on the platform across the last decade. Since his days as a World of Warcraft professional, Reckful has always looked to bring positive vibes to his audience. While he’s battled depression, he’s also been really open in trying to share his story and change people’s lives by simply streaming to his adoring fans. Now, it’s starting to pay off, with the streamer sharing details about a massive work deal that changed his life, and how he’s looking after himself. Speaking to Pokimane on January 26, Reckful opened up about how he managed to turn his fortunes around with a huge deal with his job. “I got hired by a tech VC conglomerate,” he said. “They work with the government — I have to word this really carefully.” “I flew to London a little while ago. I told Mizkif that I was getting this offer but I wasn’t supposed to talk about it, it was all confidential sh*t. I got the offer, went to London, and then I told him that I didn’t get it because they told me not to say yet, but now they are okay with me saying.” He then got into a few specifics, including the eye-popping number that had Pokimane stunned in her seat. “I negotiated a deal for them to prove myself, I got a $177 million deal,” he said. “I did it, and I’m f**king shaking just thinking about it, it was pretty intense.” However, it took him a while to come to terms with how big a deal his negotiation was. “I didn’t feel super proud of myself at the time, but now that I’m on medication and stuff, I feel prouder.” Pokimane called the move “insane,” looking incredibly proud of Reckful, who has been making moves in and out of Twitch recently. As for what he’s actually doing, he had to stay on the down low, but mentioned that he’s never been in a better financial position. “They work with governments on non-consumer-facing technology. For example, we are going to do the [FIFA] World Cup in Qatar, but I can’t talk further about it, but it’s really cool sh*t. If people go to the World Cup in Qatar, they’ll see some of the sh*t I did. It’s also allowed him to focus on his true passion, developing his game Everland. “I was really worried because I could barely pay for Everland because I have 28 employees and it was taking way longer than I thought — it took like a year and a half, and I was going to have to sell percents of my game at a bad evaluation, which I didn’t want to do. “Now I don’t have to sell percents of my game unless someone is going to add value. It was really stressful for a while. I was actually going to go down to $0 on the game release, I was going to have $0 in my bank account.” While he’s shared snippets of it on his stream, progress has really steamed forward with his improved mental health, as well as more money being on the table. “They know that Everland is my number one focus because it’s like my passion in life, and this thing is secondary. I can’t talk specifics but I’m doing very well, better than I’ve ever done for sure. It’s way more than my stream made in the whole eight years I was streaming, 20 times more.” With everything looking up for the popular Just Chatting streamer, fans of Reckful who are looking forward to the release of Everland shouldn’t have to wait long for it to hit PC and Android.

Reckful claims he’s willing to hire people to murder members of his Twitch chat Popular Twitch streamer Byron ‘Reckful’ Bernstein has claimed he is willing to hire people to murder the public, including members of his Twitch chat. Bernstein made the concerning claims live on Twitch while discussing what would happen if a viewer approached him in public and harassed him. The American stated: “Y’know, someone’s gonna walk up to me, say whatever… Look, go the fuck away. I don’t care that you exist. I’ll kill your entire family. Get the fuck out of my fucking face. I will hire ten people to kill your entire family.” Reckful continued his tirade, stating that he had said these things to people in the past, and that he didn’t care about the things he said. It’s cheap.” Towards the end of his rant, friends who were also in the call began to talk over Bernstein, trying to drown out what the former World of Warcraft pro was saying. It’s unclear if Bernstein was joking when he made these comments, and has yet to reference the statements on social media. Members of the Twitch community on Twitter have stated their frustration that Reckful hasn’t been punished for his outburst on Twitch, but fellow streamer Trihex was banned for accidentally saying a slur on stream during the same week. “What he said is morally wrong and illegal,” stated one Twitch user. “He should be punished, if not permanently banned from Twitch.”

  • Reality TV show under fire for “latex suffocation” themed escape room – Dexerto

Reality TV show under fire for “latex suffocation” themed escape room TikTok: spookshow17Reality TV series ‘Spook Show 17’ is facing backlash from viewers on TikTok over their controversial “latex suffocation” themed escape room, with some viewers calling it “actual torture.“ Escape rooms are all the rage for thrill-seekers… but what if these experiences go too far? That’s what netizens are saying about 2022 reality TV series ‘Spook Show 17’ after showrunners introduced a new kind of escape room that has some viewers calling the ordeal “actual torture.” For those out of the loop, escape rooms are like an interactive puzzle that ‘traps’ people in a room, which they must escape within a set period of time using clues and their own wits. These rooms can have a number of themes, from haunted houses to war bunkers and more. TV show faces criticism over latex suffocation room: “Sounds like actual torture” Spook Show 17 follows a crew of people aiming to make the wildest haunted house anyone’s ever seen, which features some escape room like-elements that require players to undergo various challenges. One of the rooms in the haunted house is called the “latex suffocation room.” This part of the attraction lines players up against walls perforated with a series of small holes and covers them with latex sheets. A vacuum behind the walls sucks in all the air the small holes, essentially suctioning the latex to the players. This certainly sounds like a dangerous endeavor, but showrunners at Spook Show 17 claim that it’s a totally “safe professional attraction.” That isn’t stopping commenters from giving the show some side-eye over its safety policies, though. “How is this safe in any way?” one commenter wrote on TikTok. “Are you trying to get sued?” another asked. “This sounds like actual torture,” yet another said. Still, others pointed out that some players might have a latex allergy, which — on top of the risk of possible suffocation — could land the production in hot water. For now, it looks like Spook Show 17 is still maintaining a strong presence on social media for its over-the-top antics. We’ll have to see if it holds up to the upcoming Last of Us attraction heading to Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights, though.

  • ‘Real-life Undertaker’ goes viral fighting off eight people in gas station brawl – Dexerto

‘Real-life Undertaker’ goes viral fighting off eight people in gas station brawl TwitterA man is going viral for taking on eight people at once and winning in a ridiculous gas station brawl that has the internet comparing him to WWE star The Undertaker. In a video making rounds through social media, one man was able to stand his ground while being jumped by eight others outside a gas station. We’ve seen plenty of brawls throughout the years, but normally when there is a man advantage, it ends up being pretty one-sided. That wasn’t the case here, however, and that’s what makes this bout so special. Despite having eight people teaming up, one man in a Hawks jersey was able to overcome the odds and is going viral in the process with over 7.9 million views since being uploaded. Man fights eight people at once in viral gas station melee The fight, uploaded by Fight Haven on Twitter, began in media rez with someone else throwing the first punch. It’s not clear what started the fight, but the dude in the Hawks jersey was going to be the one to end it. As multiple others joined in and circled the man, he was able to stand his ground, taking punches himself and throwing some serious bombs at everyone else. At one point, the gang was able to take the big man down by jumping on him, but just like The Undertaker in WWE, he sat right back up and retaliate. This time, though, he’d need a weapon and found one in the form of a garbage can. With his new tool, the man struck back, using it as a one-handed melee weapon, causing the group to back off and retreat. The uploader even recognized the similarities to the WWE Hall of Famer, captioning the video “When you fight The Undertaker at WrestleMania.” It’s not clear when the video was filmed or where it took place, but one thing is for sure, between this warrior and the Waffle House Avenger, 2023 is looking like it’ll be a prime year for combat antics on the internet.

‘Real life Wonder Woman’ fights off twenty people at once in viral brawl Twitter/Combat_HavenA woman is being dubbed a “real life Wonder Woman” after she successfully fought off a whopping 20 people after being jumped in a viral brawl. Being jumped is never easy. When the odds are stacked against you, overcoming them can be a massive challenge, but one woman managed to show she was more than capable of handling herself. We’ve seen quite a few unfair fights over the years with eight-vs-one gas station brawls and a melee where a man defended himself against fifteen foes, but twenty is another story entirely. In a video uploaded by Combat Haven, a girl was filmed being jumped by an army of attackers and absolutely destroyed her opponents one-by-one. Woman gets jumped by 20 people and wins viral fight Right away, the woman in the pink hoodie began by backing up while still firing off some shots as her attackers rushed in. Just like a heroic Spartan in 300, the defender vanquished one foe after the other, dropping her adversaries with fiery attacks. After pulling one in close, our hero slammed an opponent with a massive right that completely sent them to the ground, utterly defeated and KO’d. She followed this up by grabbing another, using her victim as a human shield while pummeling away before side-stepping in-between cars, making it hard for her attackers to advance. Eventually, she was able to get away, completely unharmed and victorious, much to the amazement of viewers who compared her to the DC superhero Wonder Woman. Since being uploaded on June 12, the clip has gone viral, amassing over 400,000 views and amazing audiences across social media. Dana White, get this girl a UFC contract! ‘Real-life Batman’ fights 5 people at once and wins in viral brawl TwitterA man has been dubbed the “real-life Batman” after fighting a group of five others at the same time and coming out on top. Viral fights have been making the rounds a lot recently, especially in altercations when one individual is able to emerge victorious against all odds. We saw it in the movie 300 and we’ve seen it time and time again on social media whether it’s eight-on-one at a gas station or even fifteen-against-one – people love watching heroes emerge when they’re outnumbered. The latest must-see battle features a man viewers are calling the “real Batman” for scrapping with a group of foes while looking like the caped crusader in the process. Rohan 5v1 fight video goes viral The video known as the “Rohan 5v1” on Twitter, begins in media res with fists flying at our unnamed hero with no reason given as to why the melee was happening. The solo fighter was then jumped by several others at once but was quick to drop three of them with lighting-fast attacks of his own straight out of a movie like The Raid Redemption or John Wick. After being rocked by a couple of big haymakers and pressed up against the wall by someone else, the one-man army started dropping elbows and pushed a bigger guy to trip over his own teammate. Eventually, having dismantled several of his attackers, ‘Rohan’ activated Ultra Instinct like Goku to dodge a series of punches, humbling others in the brouhaha and making them look foolish. It seems like at that point the group realized they were no match for this future UFC champion and ended up backing off to lick their wounds and the video ended. It’s not clear where this fight happened or when it took place, but it’s definitely amazing to see one guy stand up against multiple others and still come out on top. What a boss.

  • Raw MrBeast chicken burger goes viral and fans are disgusted – Dexerto

Raw MrBeast chicken burger goes viral and fans are disgusted YouTube sensation Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson is under fire after a fan received a raw chicken burger in their order from his restaurant chain MrBeast Burger. In 2020, MrBeast who has amassed over 75M YouTube subscribers launched his own restaurant chain MrBeast Burger. Since the launch, the YouTube star’s burgers are available for delivery at over 1000 locations across the US, UK, and Canada. However, instead of actual in-person restaurants, MrBeast opted to run entirely out of already established kitchens. Known as “virtual kitchens,” existing restaurants serve their own menu, while also taking on additional orders for Beast Burger to make more money. Almost any existing kitchen is able to start serving MrBeast’s menu — but one customer appears to have pulled the short straw. On November 16, Beast Burger customer ‘Kingsavage07’ posted their order in the popular food subreddit r/sh**yfoodporn. The customer ordered a Crispy Chicken Tender Sandwich. However, it didn’t meet their standards and expectations as the chicken in the sandwich arrived raw. Kingsavage’s post has done the rounds on Reddit, with over 40,000 upvotes and 3000 comments, disgusted by the food. The comments on the Reddit post were flooded with jokes about how raw the chicken was. “If you feed it, you might get some fresh eggs in a day or two,” said one commenter. Another poked fun, but followed up with concerns was about how dangerous it was to be served this: “It needs another couple of hours on the radiator. For real though, that’s incredibly dangerous. It could kill someone.” Some were skeptical and weren’t convinced that the post was real. However, the OP provided proof that it was real by posting the receipt of their order. The customer also got a refund for the raw burger after reaching out to the Beast Burger support team. This isn’t the first time YouTube star’s food has been under fire. In May 2021, MrBeast Burger trended on Twitter as fans roasted the slew of raw and uncooked orders that they were receiving. Previously MrBeast has responded to concerns and has made it clear that he’ll gladly refund and do whatever he has to do to make it right.

  • RatedEpicz faces more accusations from multiple women after GTA RP NoPixel ban – Dexerto

RatedEpicz faces more accusations from multiple women after GTA RP NoPixel ban RatedEpicz / NoPixelGTA RP streamer RatedEpicz is facing more accusations after the Facebook content creator was banned from NoPixel on April 2. Earlier this year, Twitch streamer Megskii came forward accusing content creator RatedEpicz of homophobia and emotional abuse throughout their two-year-long relationship. Shortly after, the RP streamer hit back with a response — admitting and apologizing for the distasteful homophobic comments made. Rated also claimed there were “many ups and many downs” during their relationship, and the abuse “happened both ways.” The topic had since died down, until April 2, where Rated’s account had been permanently banned from NoPixel, the popular roleplaying server, while live on stream at the time. According to NoPixel owner Koil, staff members unanimously decided to “remove him from the community” — a decision which is unlikely to be overruled. Furthermore, Koil encouraged women that have been “mistreated” by Rated to come forward. RatedEpicz faces more accusations after NoPixel ban Several women have since spoken out against the Facebook Gaming streamer. Among them include Twitch streamer Evee, who claimed Rated asked her for “cam shows” before deleting the messages seconds later. “He was asking me for cam shows and other weird sh*t then deleting his msgs seconds. I could never get proof and I thought no one would believe me. He was untouchable,” she wrote in an April 6 tweet. “Made me uncomfortable having to placate this creep because of how much pull he had on the server.” Evee continued: “I’m no stranger to men trying to sexually harass me on the server and then getting mad when I shut them down. It’s happened before and the person is still treated like a god. Their word against mine just means I’m the one who would be out.” Similarly, OllyPop, who left the NoPixel server in late January, also accused Rated of deleting messages. “Lmao did we all experience this?” she tweeted. In a second tweet, she added: “The good old disappearing messages,” along with a screenshot of a Discord conversation with the popular RP streamer. The screenshot shows an incomplete conversation with Rated, who noted how Olly missed the message he sent, with him unwilling to repeat it. Rated is yet to respond, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated when more information is available.

One such change is moving the platform’s verification checkmark, the colloquially named tick, behind a paywall. It would be wrapped into Twitter Blue, the social media site’s subscription service, for $8 a month. However the change has divided users on the platform, and now some are protesting the move. Instead of checkmarks to prove authenticity, they are using rat emojis. The trend was started by popular comic creator Alex Cohen, the brains behind Tiny Snek Comics. Cohen called on his fans to become “#RatVerified” after news of Elon Musk’s proposal to put verification behind the Twitter Blue paywall for $8 a month. “Why would I pay $8 to get a blue check if I could put a rat next to my name for free,” he asked. He even put up a Twitter poll joking about Musk’s $44 billion purchase of the platform, asking who would win between that level of funding or a silly rat in a name. Cohen’s antics to turn Twitter’s blue checkmark into a rat emoji has gained plenty of traction though. Thousands upon thousands of users are bookending their display names with the rat emoji, and #RatVerified is the number one trending term on the site as of publishing. Not only are people using it as a sort of protest against the verification changes, they are also using the hashtag to share cute photos of rats and mice everywhere. Cohen has realized the absurdity of it all, but is leaning into it: “This is perhaps my stupidest contribution to Twitter but regardless everyone should become #RatVerified and ignore whatever stupidity Elon throws your way. Do not pay for this website!” He also told Newsweek “the current verification system does have a lot of issues, but when it works it helps users spot fake accounts and identify trusted sources of information.” “Elon Musk’s proposal to charge for verification, and to give those verified users greater visibility, solves none of the current system’s problems and will only make Twitter harder to navigate. I’d rather stick a rat next to my name than support pay-to-play tweeting, and clearly others feel the same way!” The paid verification is not the only change Musk has proposed for Twitter, with “paid DMs” and removing inactive accounts and handles also on the billionaire’s agenda. Whether they all come to fruition remains to be seen though.

  • Rapping baby stuns internet with perfect flow: “Gerber on that beat” – Dexerto

Rapping baby stuns internet with perfect flow: “Gerber on that beat” TikTok: j.random.producerA rapping baby is taking over TikTok, stunning viewers with her surprisingly perfect flow after a producer put a beat on her adorable, gibberish bars. TikTok is a hive for all kinds of viral content, as the app is constantly turning out popular trends and fads — but the latest video taking over the platform is nothing short of adorable. A baby is taking the site by storm after she laid down a rap that’s surprisingly impressive… even if her lyrics are just a bunch of cute babble and gibberish. Commenters just can’t get past the infant’s jaw-dropping flow, showing that she’s clearly competent when it comes to the rap game (even if she doesn’t know any words right now). Viewers stunned by baby’s impressive rap skills However, the little tyke’s bars got even more impressive when TikToker and music producer J.Random paired her lyrics with a sick beat, racking up over nine million views in less than a week. Viewers couldn’t help but praise the kiddo’s skills, with some saying that, once she learns to talk, other rappers might be in big trouble. “Lil Baby got 24 hours to respond,” one user joked. “The incoherence was actually rhyming though,” another said. “Bars!” “Just wait until have a functioning vocabulary y’all, she is going to destroy the game!” another remarked. “Don’t know what she saying, but I’m bobbing my head so hard,” another wrote. It’s clear that this baby is a viral sensation… but she’s not the only tot to take over the internet for rapping. Self-proclaimed “kid sensation” VanVan is also a prominent social media star, best known for her freestyle raps like ‘Playing Outside Everyday’ while her dad hypes her up in the background. These adorable kiddos are sparking hope for the next generation of musical greats on the internet… but one man was definitely not in the mood to deal with babies on his flight, going on a viral rant after an infant cried for “over 40 minutes” on an airplane.

  • Rapper the Game goes viral shading 50 Cent during concert – Dexerto

Rapper the Game goes viral shading 50 Cent during concert Instagram: losangelesconfidential/50centRapper the Game went viral after shading 50 Cent during his concert in Houston, Texas. The long-standing beef between the rappers picked up again over the weekend, when 50 Cent taunted Game after winning an Emmy for his work alongside Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar at this year’s Super Bowl Halftime show. The Game had felt some type of way about not being included in the Halftime Show, and 50 saw his win as an opportunity to rub it in his face. “I just won my Emmy award for the super bowl half time show. LOL,” he wrote on Instagram. From there, 50 sent shots at Game, posting and deleting a photo of the Compton rapper looking angry with a caption that read: “No caption needed.” It didn’t take long before Game clapped back, posting an old picture of 50 alongside the same caption. The Game included the following hashtags in his post: “SpicyAssN***a,” “whatYoEyeBrowDoin?” and “yoTieBlowingInTheWindLol.” 50 responded by posting his famous laughing in the car gif, before taunting Game about the sales of his latest album ‘Drillmatic.’ “Oh no, i’m sorry you don’t get one,” he wrote. “Then the first week 18k, if you need someone to talk to i’m here for you. LOL.” The beef didn’t end there, as the Compton rapper took a moment to diss 50 back during a concert in Houston, Texas. The Game throws shade at 50 Cent during concert While performing at Houston’s Legends Only Concert on September 4, the Game threw shade at 50, letting fans know that he “still don’t f*ck with 50 Cent.” “He’s a sucka, Imma say it in Houston, I’ll say it in New York, I’ll say it anywhere…he’s a straight b*tch. And I like the TV shows, n***a, put that on the internet,” he said in a viral video posted on theshaderoom’s Instagram account. Judging by the comment section, many fans are tired of the two constantly throwing shots at each other. “This the longest beef in the history of rap beef…sheesh! I’m over it,” one fan commented. “The Game can’t go 3 business days without calling out a rapper,” another one shared. “Game, just give it up bro,” a third person pleaded. “Like they can’t meet up and talk they both too old for this mess,” someone else wrote. 50 Cent responded to the Game’s disses by reposting the viral video to his Instagram, with a sarcastic caption that reads: “Oh no, you making me nervous now you know it’s not safe around me when I’m nervous.LOL.”

  • Rapper Quedeca says Minecraft star Dream is “overhated” & praises his music – Dexerto

Rapper Quedeca says Minecraft star Dream is “overhated” & praises his music YouTube/Dream/QuadecaRapper Quedeca had some kind words for YouTube sensation Dream while creating a tier list for some of the most popular artists on the platform in 2021. Dream is easily one of the most dynamic content creators on YouTube. Despite being best known for his Minecraft videos, he’s dipped his toes into making music and has done a pretty bang-up job at it, with his music channel growing to over 1.7M subs. On September 29, Quedeca put together a tier list for the site’s best rappers and seemed to be really impressed by Dream despite putting him in B-tier, ahead of Jake and Logan Paul. Even though Quedeca was admittingly a bit nervous to grade Dream, he kept it together and explained his reasoning or B-tier carefully. (segment begins at 6:17 for mobile viewers) Quedeca supports Dream’s music “I feel like Dream is very overhated, because he’s so wildly successful,” he said. “He actually has a very solid voice and has made some pretty good pop songs.” According to the rapper, Dream “low key bodied” Alec Benjamin during their “Change my Clothes” collaboration song. That said, there are some improvements he feels Dream needs to make, as there are some lines that come off “a little awkward” but the potential is still there to “drop some fire sh*t.” “Keep making music, because I feel like you are getting better and you have a pretty good sense of pop songwriting,” he encouraged. “And I appreciate that in these songs you are being pretty vulnerable in such a wildly publicized and kinda scary artform. That’s as genuine as you’re going to get from me.” The kind words from the rapper actually touched Dream, who responded to the video after watching it. “Quadeca being the goat as always,” Dream tweeted, prompting Quadeca to reply back with a tear of joy emoji. Given the respect the two have for each other, it will be fun to see if they ever team up and collab, but until then, it’s nice to see that Dream has no plans on stopping his music career.

  • Rapper Tekashi69 changes his opinion of David Dobrik after first official meetup – Dexerto

Rapper Tekashi69 changes his opinion of David Dobrik after first official meetup Twitter, 6ix9ine / Instagram, David DobrikRapper Daniel Hernandez, also known as Tekashi69 or 6ix9ine, recently went on record insulting David Dobrik during a vlog with SteveWillDoIt. However, after officially meeting the YouTuber, it seems as his opinion has changed. Tekashi69 has had his fair share of trouble over the last few years, which has led him to serve time in prison for crimes he committed while in a gang. Since his release earlier this year, he’s continued to be a source of controversy. In an August vlog with the Nelk boy’s resident philanthropist Stevewilldoit, 6ix9ine can be heard insulting Dobrik. However, after meeting up with David on an episode of “Life of Bradley Martyn,” it seems as the rapper has changed his opinion. 6ix9ine meets David Dobrik Uploaded September 29, Bradley Martyn met up with SteveWillDoIt and Hernandez right before they went over to David Dobrik’s house for a meet-up. After taking a tour of the house—including testing out the creator’s outrageous fruit punch fountain—the crew went back outside. While outside, the group of creators talked about past comments they’d made towards each other, with David explaining that he knew Steve’s comments about him were a joke the entire time, and they both apologized. As everyone went to leave the meet-up, Martyn approached Hernandez and asksed what his thoughts were about the YouTube philanthropist. “We cool with him, I really didn’t know who he was and we found out his middle name was Julian,” the rapper admitted, which is a complete change of opinion from when he insulted Dobrik. This isn’t the first time Dobrik has had troubles recently, as he was just stranded in Slovakia with green card issues, and more abuse allegations regarding the vlog squad are coming to light. Even though 6ix9ine has a newfound opinion of the YouTube philanthropist, it’s unknown if we’ll see a meet-up like this again, since it’s still unclear how everyone really feels about each other behind the scenes.

  • Rapper Nav challenges any other rapper to a $10,000 Fortnite match – Dexerto

Rapper Nav challenges any other rapper to a $10,000 Fortnite match Canadian Hip-Hop artist Nav has proclaimed himself the best Fortnite player of any rapper, and is willing to put $10,000 on the line to prove it. A multi-talented artist, Nav is a singer, rapper and record producer, known for his merging of genres with trap, emo-rap, ‘SoundCloud rap’ and autotuned crooning, rising to popularity with his self-titled breakout mixtape. And, like many other Hip-Hop artists including Drake, Travis Scott, and Lil Yachty, NAV is also a Fortnite fan. However, he isn’t just a fan, as Nav believes he is the top dog in the Fortnite rap game, and is so confident he wants any other rapper who thinks they are better to put up $10,000. During a live stream captured by DJ Akademics, Nav says “I’m not the most talented at the game, but I’m taking the title as the best rapper at Fortnite,” before offering up his proposition, “any rapper that wants to face me in Fortnite in playground, $10,000 games let’s go.” He takes it a step farther, saying not just $10,000 per game, but $10,000 per kill. So in a 1v1 challenge in Playground, that could rack up some serious cash. So who is Nav’s potential competition? The aforementioned Drake, Travis Scott and Lil Yachty are all decent players, but there is a whole selection of rappers who are known to be partial to some battle royale action. Chance the Rapper, Ski Mask the Slump God, Trippie Redd, Smokepurpp, WifisFuneral, Ugly God, Logic, BlocBoy JB and Yung Bans have all shown interest in the game, according to Complex. With some of the cash these names brag about in their music videos, surely a $10,000 game of Fortnite wouldn’t be out of their range. Plus, Nav says he would live stream it too – which would no doubt pull in some crazy viewing figures.

  • Rapper Polo G roasts Tony Lopez over TikTok dances “ruining” songs – Dexerto

Rapper Polo G roasts Tony Lopez over TikTok dances “ruining” songs Instagram: lopez_tony, polo.capalot[jwplayer ZXB9LNVP] Chicago rapper Polo G has roasted TikTok star Tony Lopez after a conversation about how TikTok can “ruin” songs. Tony Lopez is one of the biggest creators on TikTok, as a member of the Hype House with around 22.4 million followers to his name, and his exuberant dancing style has occasionally made him somewhat of a meme to those uninitiated to the TikTok sphere. That said, Lopez probably didn’t expect to find popular rapper Polo G roasting him for one of his dances. After asking his followers how TikTok could ruin a song, one user responded saying that the sounds become overplayed and people do “cringe dances” to them. This was followed up with a video of Lopez dancing to Lil Baby’s ‘We Paid’, which became popular on the app with many users choreographing dances to it. After watching Tony’s flamboyant dancing and movement, Polo G had obviously seen enough, obviously not impressed with what he had seen. “OK, I see now,” he said, with a laughing emoji. “I mean, this don’t ruin it but come the f**k on.” Ok I see now😂I mean this don’t ruin it but come the fuck on😭 https://t.co/HHInzz2fAJ — Polo.G🐐 (@Polo_Capalot) September 2, 2020 Polo G clearly hasn’t been well-exposed to some of the eccentricities of TikTok and the dances and videos that occupy it, but his songs have seen a lot of success and popularity on the platform, too. ‘Go Stupid’ is one that has been used extensively on TikTok, with even the likes of Addison Rae making use of it to her almost 60 million followers. Obviously, a lot of songs have been popularized on a wider scale thanks to their use on TikTok — but Polo G might prefer different ways for his and his peers’ works to be celebrated on the app. Lopez might have more on his mind right now, though, after accusations were mounted against him in August suggesting that he has engaged in inappropriate messaging with minors.

Rapper Gunplay allegedly held wife at gunpoint for asking him to lower CoD volume Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation Department/ActivisionRapper Gunplay is accused of holding his wife and daughter at gunpoint after he was asked to lower the volume while he played Call of Duty on Xbox. A Saturday night at home quickly turned into a nightmare for Vonshae Taylor-Morales, the wife of rapper Gunplay. In an Instagram post on August 20, Taylor-Morales claimed that her husband had been drinking and scaring their baby while he played Call of Duty and made a lot of noise. According to Taylor-Morales, when she asked him to lower the game volume, he snapped and started “going off” on her for wanting him to be quiet, even pulling a firearm on both her and their daughter. Gunplay accused of holding wife at gunpoint over Call of Duty request Taylor-Morales continued to explain the situation, alleging that she tried to collect a bag for her and her daughter to head to a hotel while her husband sobered up, but the rapper didn’t want them to go. “He didn’t want us to leave, and things went left fast,” she alleged. “He was arrested last night, the weapon is in police custody. I have a restraining order, my daughter is in my custody, and I am filing for divorce. He will never get the chance to disrespect us again.” Documents obtained by TMZ add to the severity of the situation. Taylor-Morales claims Gunplay pointed an AK-47 at her while she held their six-month-old and pressed it against her chest. “I will blow your sh*t back,” she claims he said to her before trying to escape and screaming for help. Eventually, Gunplay left the building to also call for help, but this allowed Taylor-Morales to grab the gun, hide it in her luggage, and then flee. Since the incident, Gunplay has denied the allegations and deleted his social media accounts. The rapper was arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment, and child abuse. Needless to say, don’t expect to see Gunplay join the list of rappers with a Call of Duty skin anytime soon.

Rapper Danny Brown hijacks Rockstar’s GTA stream with rude jokes Rockstar Games/Danny BrownAmerican rappers Danny Brown and JPEGMAFIA sat down with Rockstar Games on Twitch to play through Grand Theft Auto Online’s new Diamond Casino Heist, and things didn’t go as anyone had planned. GTA Online’s last major content update of 2019, the Diamond Casino Heist was introduced to players on December 5, 2019. Brown is a known GTA Online player and fan, so having him and JPEG come to stream the newest Heist seemed like a win-win for Rockstar, until things eventually went off the rails. Brown made some very non-PC jokes, startling the Rockstar staff on hand and even JPEGMAFIA, who seemed taken back by his comments at a few points. He reminded them that it was their choice to bring him on, and they should have known what they were getting into with him on the stream. Although he definitely seemed to be more comfortable and experienced in GTA Online than JPEGMAFIA, Brown wasn’t able to lead his team to the end of the new heist. Read More: GTA Online update: New Lucky Wheel bike, 2x payouts & Twitch Prime rewards Danny and JPEG ran out of lives and didn’t manage to finish before their streaming time ran out, but things were definitely headed into dangerous territory for an official Rockstar stream. Viewers in chat definitely thought things were cut short, and both performers seemed ready to continue trying, but whether or not Rockstar actually cut the stream short is impossible to prove or disprove. Even though it was certainly an entertaining stream, it’s unknown whether or not the devs will invite Brown back for another anytime soon.

Rapper Blueface hits back at “clown” Jake Paul over comments on his boxing debut YouTube: Jake Paul, BigBoyTVYouTubers aren’t the only celebrities getting into the boxing ring these days. Rapper Blueface notably won his debut boxing match, but influencer Jake Paul didn’t seem impressed by his victory. Although the current influencer boxing trend was kickstarted by KSI and Joe Weller, it was KSI’s rivalry with Logan Paul that brought the trend into the limelight. Just a few years later, a slew of influencers are taking to the ring… and so are rappers. Rapper Johnathan Jamall Michael Porter — otherwise known as Blueface — notably took on TikToker Kane Trujillo in a bare-knuckle boxing match on July 23 and won by unanimous decision, but that was far from the highlight of the evening. A fan also got some hands from Blueface after walking into the ring, who was later charged with “trespassing on an occupied structure.” Jake Paul’s comments on rappers boxing In wake of the chaos, YouTube star-turned-pro boxer Jake Paul had some words to say about Blueface’s boxing victory — and it doesn’t look like he was all that enthused. According to sources, Paul reportedly stated that names like Blueface and rapper 6ix9ine aren’t that much of a draw in any respect, boxing or otherwise, because “all they do is go to the studio and do drugs.” Paul’s comments quickly got around to Blueface, who responded in a pointed video. Blueface hits back “It’s funny that he says that, being somebody that came from the Entertainment side to the boxing world,” the rapper said. “It’s real shallow of him to not view it that way. That’s like somebody coming into the music industry, rapping funny to everybody else, and then I’m bashing him, too, even though that’s how I came up. “He’s a total clown for that,” Blueface added. “If anything, he should have said, ‘Hey, that’s how I started, so I would watch somebody that’s… you know? Same difference. “He looks like an idiot. I think he’s full of himself right now. I think he thinks he started his life out boxing. Like he’s really believing that. He’s got about, what, two, three fights? Come on, bro.” View this post on Instagram Thus far, Paul has yet to respond to Blueface’s comments… but that’s probably because the YouTuber is too busy negotiating a potential match with injured MMA legend Conor McGregor.

This isn’t the first time BlocBoy has called out Epic, either; the artist previously called out the company in a Tweet on September 10, feeling that the devs were ultimately “taking credit” for his dance. With this information in mind, audiences are torn on whether or not to support Ribeiro and Backpack Kid in their efforts to gain restitution from Epic, who now face four possible lawsuits due to selling these popular moves as in-game content.

From sea shanties to Olivia Rodrigo’s power ballad ‘Drivers License,’ every genre has made its way onto people’s For You Pages at some point. The latest hit track has surprised many by becoming popular worldwide. British rapper ArrDee featured on Tion Wayne x Russ Millions’ ‘Body’ and his verse initially started gaining traction in the UK, with the most recognizable lyrics being: “Have you seen the state of her body? If I beat it, I ain’t wearin’ a johnny.” However, many were surprised when the song started to make its way onto US For You Pages, becoming a viral hit outside of the UK. Viral TikTok twins Ondreaz and Tony Lopez each made their own separate video dancing to the verse, but they ended up receiving backlash from some UK viewers, who said: “On behalf of the entire British population… no,” and “our sound has officially been ruined.” Now in a video with LADbible, ArrDee himself has reacted to Tony’s video of the song. “I have no idea what the f**k just went on,” he said, after watching it with his head in his hand. “It’s kinda going mad rather than dancing,” he added, imitating Tony’s erratic movements. • Rapper Afroman sued by police for using raid footage in music videos – Dexerto

Rapper Afroman sued by police for using raid footage in music videos WIKIMEDIA COMMONS / YOUTUBE: OGAFROMANSeven law enforcement officers in Ohio are suing the rapper Afroman for using footage of their raid on his house in music videos. Police officers who conducted an armed raid of the rapper’s home last year have filed a lawsuit against him for invasion of privacy and emotional distress after he used footage of it in his music videos. Afroman, whose real name is Joseph Foreman, had his house raided in August 2022 by the Adam’s County Sheriff’s Office. The Ohio officers were acting on a warrant asserting probable cause for narcotics being stored and kidnappings taking place on the property. No evidence of criminal activity was found on the property, and no charges were filed. According to reports, Afroman himself was not present during the raid. His wife, however, was there and “recorded portions of the search on her phone,” while several security video cameras in the home also captured “portions of the search.” In the footage, police were seen ramming down the rapper’s door, searching his wardrobe, opening CD cases, and at one point glancing at a lemon pound cake on his counter. Afroman would later use the footage of officers searching his home in music videos, mocking the situation. These music videos include ‘Why You Disconnecting My Camera,’ ‘Will You Help Me Repair My Door’ and ‘Lemon Pound Cake.’ The seven law enforcement officers argue they are entitled to all the profits made from using their “personas,” including song revenue, music videos, merchandise sales, and concert tickets. They have also requested an injunction to take down all photos, videos, and posts about the raid. Responding in an Instagram post, Afroman promised to countersue “for the undeniable damage this had on my clients, family, career, and property.” “My video footage is my property,” he argued, adding that he used the raid footage to “raise money to pay for the damages” he claims were done to his home and possessions. Random streamers become one of the biggest Twitch channels overnight TwitchA strange Twitch account has rocketed up the followers standings after gaining nearly 5 million followers in one evening – with a few notable names following the channel in question. Building up a following and community on Twitch can be a tough task. You’ve got to put in the hours, hope you get noticed, and then keep the attention of anyone that does hop on board the bandwagon. Some channels take shortcuts obviously – be it because they’ve got a major following elsewhere or they’re using underhanded tactics like botting. In the past, we’ve seen gambling channels get banned soon after racking up a few hundred thousand followers through botting. However, one channel has managed to claim almost 5,000,000 followers in strange circumstances. The channel in question, aileybeanssa, was set up back in 2018. so it’s not like the casino channels that are set up hours before gaining the followers. They have streamed pretty consistently too, gaining a few thousand followers before the explosion but on September 19, the channel jumped from 5,000 followers to 22,000 according to TwitchMetrics. A day later, that number exploded to 4.63 million and risen to 4.64 million in the days following. The two girls behind the channel confirmed that they were botted and have tried to get in contact with Twitch. Though, it appears as if that has fallen on deaf ears. we got botted and we’ve tried to email them multiple times but they can’t do anything about it — Aly & B (@aileybeanssa) September 23, 2020 The explosion in followers also puts them in the Top 10 most followed Twitch channels. Though, they aren’t alone in the incredible surge. Another channel, forestofwires, went from 2,000 followers to 2.4 million only a few days after aileybeanssa. It’s unknown why the two channels have been botted – because a troll is looking to get them banned for some reason or another – but we’ll just have to wait to see what action Twitch takes.

  • Rapper 6ix9ine claims he had a $15m fight deal for Austin McBroom’s Social Gloves – Dexerto

Rapper 6ix9ine claims he had a $15m fight deal for Austin McBroom’s Social Gloves YouTube: DJ Akademiks, The ACE FamilyYouTube star Austin McBroom is taking heat after fighters and talent claimed they weren’t paid for their time during the Battle of the Platforms — and it looks like rapper 6ix9ine could have been one of them. With the hype surrounding influencer boxing at an all-time high, the time seemed ripe for two of the biggest social media platforms to go head to head to determine which site would come out on top. Thus, the Battle of the Platforms was born, pitting 14 YouTubers and TikTokers against each other for an event that saw some serious celebrity talent performing on June 12. However, the event came under fire almost immediately thereafter, with influencers claiming they hadn’t been compensated for their time in the ring for amounts ranging into the millions. This has resulted in a string of lawsuits between streaming platform LiveXLive and Austin McBroom’s Social Gloves, with McBroom being sued for $100 million. LiveXLive claimed that working with the YouTuber was “chaos,” calling the projected compensation for the fighters “senseless.” It looks like McBroom reached out to a few huge names in the business to make the event as big as it could be — including rapper 6ix9ine, who opened up about the offer during an episode of DJ Akademiks’ Off The Record podcast. According to the rapper, Social Gloves offered him $15 million for a purported fight deal, seemingly, with his rival and fellow artist Blueface. Unfortunately, it looks like that just wasn’t enough dough for 6ix9ine to accept a chance to finally put their beef to the test. “Blueface is a nobody!” 6ix9ine argued. “Aye, didn’t I say — yo, what was that company called? Social Gloves. They said, ‘Yo, we got $15 million.’ I said, ‘Yo listen, make it 20, and they can make it happen.’” “That white boy has that demographic that Jake Paul got,” he continued, seemingly referring to Austin McBroom. “I would do it with him. Blueface don’t got that demographic.” With the two rappers beefing back and forth regarding a potential fight, it seems like whatever promoter who wants them to face off will have to pony up a serious amount of cash for 6ix9ine to even consider the bout.

It seems as though more and more top content creators are breaking out from their usual videos and streams to produce major projects like shows, movies, and live events. For example, YouTube star Markiplier recently revealed that he has just wrapped filming on his first major motion picture, Iron Lung, based on the popular indie horror game of the same name. Now, Minecraft creator Ranboo has launched a live show… but he suffered a fairly prominent injury while filming it for his audience on Twitch. Ranboo gets second degree burns while filming Twitch show Ranboo is in the middle of his very own show, ‘The Spirit of the Cabin,’ a horror-themed, escape-room style program that is performed live on Twitch over the course of several days. However, some of the effects and shots for the program are a bit over-the-top — so much so that Ranboo actually got injured while filming. On May 24, Ranboo admitted that he received second-degree burns and was sent to the hospital after an effect went haywire. According to the streamer, a wire was left exposed while he was laying down in a bed on set, which burned his back badly enough to warrant a trip to the ER. “Got back from hospital, minor second degree burns on my back!” he explained. “I’m okay though, it’s nothing too serious. Basically when I lied down the second time, something slightly unplugged and left an exposed wire on my back!” He isn’t letting the incident bring him down, though, and seems completely committed to the show no matter what might happen. In a reply to fellow creator Sneegsnag urging him to call it quits if such an accident happens again, Ranboo said, “Bro I’m not stopping the show because of some ‘oh no ouchie!’ Who do you think I am?” Ranboo is receiving an outpouring of support from his fans and fellow creators, with even the likes of streamer Valkyrae asking him if he was alright. Ranboo isn’t the only creator who’s received an injury pursuing the art of their craft lately. In fact, Markiplier claimed he also hurt his back while performing a stunt for his Iron Lung movie earlier this year.

  • Ranboo reaches 100k Twitch subs again as Ludwig loses over 50k after subathon ends – Dexerto

Ranboo reaches 100k Twitch subs again as Ludwig loses over 50k after subathon ends Twitch: Ranboo/Twitch: LudwigA huge shift has occurred in the Twitch subscriber leaderboard with Ludwig losing over 5ok since his Subathon and Ranboo reaching 100k subscribers for the second time. As Twitch has become more and more popular over the years, top streamer subscriber counts have continued to go up. This was only accelerated by the introduction of Prime subscriptions, which allowed Amazon Prime members to sub to one streamer every month completely free of charge. From the rise of Ninja back in 2018 to Ludwig’s recent Subathon that broke the all-time record, sub counts on Twitch have never been higher and it’s interesting to keep track of who has the most at any time. Well, this week there’s been a significant change in the subscriber leaderboard on Twitch involving both Ludwig and Ranboo. Ranboo hits 100k subs – again According to sub statistics tracked by the TwitchTracker database, there have been some significant shifts in the Twitch sub leaderboard this week. As expected, Ludwig has lost over 50k subscribers following his recently concluded Subathon, taking his total to 225 thousand. This drop-off is due to the number of gifted subs that were donated that have not been renewed. It’s worth noting that Ludwig remains by far the most subscribed streamer on the platform. Despite this, Minecraft streamer Ranboo has taken the number two spot on the leaderboard, reaching over 100,000 subscribers for the second time. This is no surprise given his explosive growth and popularity over the last few months. Although it’s unlikely he’ll reach Ludwig anytime soon, it’s still an unbelievable sub count. As always, it’ll be interesting to see which streamers climb the sub count ranks over the next few months. With xQc planning on doing his very own Subathon, it’s very likely that he will take the spot in the near future. xQc currently sits in 3rd, with 73,000, followed by NICKMERCS, with 67,000. For now, Ludwig still has over double the subscribers of any other streamer and now holds the record for the most active subs at any one point.

But all hell almost broke loose in his latest stream. His mask slipped down while he was talking, exposing his nose. It was inches away from exposing the rest of his face, too. He quickly fixed it before it slipped any further. Naturally, fans went crazy trying to clip the incident and post it on social media. Ranboo wasn’t having a bar of it, though. He politely asked fans to refrain from doing it in a now-deleted tweet. “Guys, if I accidentally reveal something on stream, please do not take screenshots of them and post them elsewhere. Thank you,” he wrote. For the most part, fans have respected his wishes. Ranboo clearly doesn’t want his identity to be revealed, and it’s good to know his fans have his back. Read More: Fake Dream face reveal goes viral – Of course, it might be a different story if the accidental mask slip became a full-blown face reveal, but it cannot be helped.

Ranboo beats jschlatt, Spifey, BadBoyHalo to get on NYC billboards in Times Square RanbooAfter racking up more than 200,000 likes on a Twitter reply, Minecraft streamer Ranboo was featured front and center on a billboard in New York City’s Times Square. On June 13 a the Social AR Platform ARKH put out a tweet that said they would throw whichever reply managed to get the most likes up on a billboard in Times Square. After Ranboo replied with a gif of his in-game character in a heart-shaped locket, Minecraft stans put their weaponized social media capabilities to work and racked up around 250,000 likes in just a few hours, which was more than enough to dominate the competition. On the morning of Sunday, June 20, after beating out other content creators like jschlatt, Spifey, and BadBoyHalo, Ranboo tweeted the full billboard to the world, but just a simple sign it was not. Instead, anywhere up to five screens at once were displaying the streamer’s tweet, as well as his Minecraft character in one form or another, so Ranboo can actually say he really did “take over Times Square,” at least for a bit. • Rainn Wilson channels Dwight Schrute in hilarious Pogchamps chess roast after final loss – Dexerto

Rainn Wilson channels Dwight Schrute in hilarious Pogchamps chess roast after final loss Chess.com/Twitch/UnsplashRainn Wilson made it all the way to the final of the Pochamps 3 chess tournament, channeling his iconic Office character Dwight Schrute after losing and coming in second place. While Rainn Wilson has a pretty storied acting career, the role of Dwight in The Office is perhaps the one he’s most well-known for. The geeky, somewhat clueless assistant (to the) regional manager provided non-stop comedy for fans, and Wilson gave him another run-out after his loss to French League of Legends star Andréas ‘Sardoche’ Honnet. The moment was the exact kind of entertainment fans of the show would love to see, and encapsulates exactly what’s so great about these amateur Pogchamps chess tournaments. In the post-match interviews with Daniel Rensch and Hikaru Nakamura, Wilson was looking positively Dwight-ish, disappointed with the result, and let his inner Schrute come out. After being asked his thoughts on the matches and how the experience was, Rainn took a couple of moments to think about how he felt… Then he let them know. “This event sucked,” Wilson said, deadpan. He continued, “Chess sucks… France sucks…” before finally cracking a laugh, evidently pleased with his mini-performance and the giggles he got from everyone else. Timestamp 3:28:13 The actor, who has also starred in the likes of Juno and My Super Ex-Girlfriend, did break character to express his gratitude for the tournament and to tell a little more about his chess background. He called himself a “not very good” member of his high school chess team, adding that it was fun to dive back into the ancient board game and he was thrilled to be a part of it all. As it was all for charity, Wilson seemed very happy to be bringing some money in, and hopefully, this won’t be the last time we see him (or Dwight) play in one of these tournaments.

  • Rajj Patel rage quits his popular dating stream show due to chat feedback – Dexerto

Rajj Patel rage quits his popular dating stream show due to chat feedback Rajj Patel, who hosts a popular dating show on his Twitch channel, shut down his livestream in a fit of rage last night due to comments made by viewers in his chat. Patel hosts Twitch Tinder, where four female streamers are invited to appear on the show, and then pick their favourite from a selection of suitors vying for their attention. The show has grown in popularity in the past few months, but it seems that Patel’s Twitch chat may be growing tired of the current format. Patel’s viewers were clearly unhappy with the creators featured on the November 4 show, repeatedly spamming “Same old people” and “Seen this episode,” suggesting that they were bored of seeing people like Savana Hume constantly featured on the show. With the show in full swing, and contestants chatting, Patel’s voice could be heard booming over them, simply saying: “Guys, guys. The show’s over. I’m sorry. Have a wonderful day everybody, goodbye.” With his farewell made, Patel immediately turned off the stream, clearly upset with the reaction that his latest installment of the show had garnered. Patel’s Twitch Tinder show regularly features popular streamers, with Call of Duty pro players Tommy “ZooMaa” Paparatto and Matthew “Skrapz” Marshall both appearing as guests on the show back in August. While Patel may have been annoyed by the reception from his Twitch chat to the November 4 edition of the show, it seems it hasn’t stopped him from bringing the show back, as FaZe Clan member Bardia ‘Mito’ Mazkouri has announced he will be taking part on the next episode.

  • Rain lashes out at FaZe Clan and Banks for being “left on the streets” – Dexerto

Rain lashes out at FaZe Clan and Banks for being “left on the streets” FaZe Rain, FaZe Banks – YouTubeFaZe Clan co-owner Nordan “Rain” Shat is hitting out at the organization and co-founder Ricky Banks after being “kicked out” of the group in May, now alleging “unfair treatment” from his peers. On May 28, Rain opened up about the situation in a heartfelt Tweet, admitting he’d been removed from the FaZe House because his “sad boy energy” was “too high.” Rain also made sure to clarify that the development was “100% my fault” and asked fans not to lash out at the organization over the surprising decision. However, it seems that Rain’s attitude toward his removal from FaZe Clan has since turned sour, as evidenced by a series of Tweets posted on June 4 — a week after his initial posts on the subject. “FaZe is treating me so unfair,” Rain wrote. “After everything I did for you? After letting you not pay me back for 5 years and let it slide? . I’ve never been screwed over harder. NEVER.” https://twitter.com/FaZe_Rain/status/1268604720366546944?s=20 That’s not all; Rain also alleged he’d been “left on the streets” in response to a concerned fan, leading Banks to speak out on the matter. “That isn’t fucking true Nordan,” Banks replied. “We’ve offered you help numerous times. We’ve explored so many different options to help you solve your problem. You have shut them ALL down.” Rain went on to insinuate that he’d been encouraged to seek help from a mental health facility: “I came back to LA to try and be happy with you guys, and this is what happens.” https://twitter.com/FaZe_Rain/status/1268605058674900992?s=20 Banks later confirmed that he’d encouraged his longtime org-mate to live in a separate apartment with a private nurse, which Rain argued by saying “I was told to go to a 30-day rehab facility acting like I’m a drug addict and can’t control myself,” clarifying that his comments weren’t made against Banks nor the other FaZe members. Everyone in the house has suggested getting you an apartment with a private nurse and a sober buddy and help you beat this thing and you have said NO. We’ve explored every option and continue to. To drag your friends after everything that’s happened is unfair and not the truth. — FaZe Banks (@Banks) June 4, 2020 Banks shot back and claimed the co-owner was “conveniently leaving a lot out” of the story, and encouraged him to tell the entire tale on Twitter. Twitter is the last place any of this should be talked about and you’re conveniently leaving A LOT out. I’m not gunna get tweeted at everyday and be made to feel like the bad guy. If you wana share the entire story of what’s been happening on Twitter then we can. This is fucked. — FaZe Banks (@Banks) June 4, 2020 The two have since come to a kind of agreement, with Rain confirming that the private nurse was his suggestion, which Banks wholeheartedly agreed with and vowed to “make it happen.” Oh that’s what YOU suggested? Ok fucking YES. Let’s make it happen then. We all love you and truly care about you. All of this has scared the shit out of us. You’re down for all that? Let’s make it happen today. — FaZe Banks (@Banks) June 4, 2020 This isn’t the first time FaZe Rain has battled with mental health issues, by far, admitting to fans in a summer 2018 video that he’d taken a break from uploading due to his struggle with depression. The FaZe star likewise concerned fans with a string of Tweets in October 2019, where he wrote that he “didn’t want to be alive anymore.” We will continue to provide updates on this drama as more details are made available.

  • Rainbow Six player accidentally swatted himself after calling out in-game – Dexerto

Rainbow Six player accidentally swatted himself after calling out in-game UbisoftA man accidentally called 911 by sitting on a phone while playing Rainbow Six Siege, the operator dispatched police to his location upon hearing that he had “killed two people.” Swatting is the illegal act of making a false report to police in order to illicit an armed response to an address. It is usually done as a malicious troll to target an individual, often a streamer. This might be the first case of someone swatting themselves accidentally. A man, named Elijah according to his friend, had a stroke of serious misfortune when he accidentally dialed 911 on a phone in his back pocket. Furthermore, the 911 operator picking up the call heard him say that he “killed two people.” What the operator did not know is that Elijah was simply calling out that he eliminated two opponents in Rainbow Six Siege to his friend he was playing with. The man was in for a sudden surprise when officers requested him to come out of his home and began questioning him, all of which was caught on Elijah’s own porch camera. Police respond to accidental swatting Police officers had to take the situation seriously to ensure no crime had been committed and no one was hurt, so they questioned Elijah outside his home for hours, while others searched the property. His friend reported that the man was frightened because a gun was being pointed at him for the first time in his life. The same source reports that when the situation was confirmed by the officers to be an accident one of them asked Elijah who is his favorite operator in Siege. Thankfully, the situation was resolved and no one got hurt. In the past, incidents of “swatting” led to temporary bannings of Adin Ross, or xQc having to move due to “daily” swattings. Such calls are always treated seriously, so empty your pockets before you hop on your favorite online shooter, just in case.

  • Kick streamer ‘JohnnySomali’ hit with 72-hour ban – Dexerto

Kick streamer ‘JohnnySomali’ hit with 72-hour ban YouTube/JohnnySomaliControversial Kick streamer ‘JohnnySomali’ has been banned from the platform for 72 hours following several instances of racist behavior toward locals in Japan. JohnnySomali has become an divisive online figure due to his live streams on Kick, a rising competitor to Twitch that’s recently accrued a slew of top broadcasters in big-budget deals. However, Somali’s streams have been widely deemed as offensive. He has made several racist remarks toward locals in Japan while livestreaming in public. The streamer’s inflammatory behavior includes making comments about Hiroshima and Nagasaki toward Japanese citizens as he broadcasts his journey through the country. Despite his comments, many of those around him in public simply ignored him and went on with their day. However, Somali’s behavior hasn’t gone completely unchecked. He’s been confronted by angry locals a fair few times in the past, even getting jumped on several occasions by folks who’d had enough of his comments. Streamer JohnnySomali receives 72-hour ban from Kick Despite his antics going viral across social media and inciting outrage both on the net and in real life, Somali was able to stream on Kick this whole time — until recently. On June 29, Somali received a 72-hour ban from Kick, prompting him to switch his stream to YouTube. Although the streamer still isn’t sure why he was banned, Kick’s Community Guidelines prohibit activities and material that “involve threats or harassment,” which may have been the reason for his suspension. It’s worth noting that Somali also stream sniped fellow broadcaster BurgerPlanet, leading to a heated confrontation between the two streamers on the same day. For now, it looks like Somali’s Kick ban isn’t permanent, and he hasn’t offered any further comment on the situation at the time of writing. Inflammatory Kick streamer attacked again by fed-up Japanese local Kick: johnnysomaliControversial Kick streamer ‘Johnny Somali’ got choked out by a fed-up local in Japan who’d had enough of his racist comments — just the latest in a string of incidents surrounding the inflammatory broadcaster. Kick streamer ‘Johnny Somali’ has become a controversial figure on the internet over the past month due to his behavior while traveling abroad. The broadcaster is currently staying in Japan, where he streams his excursions into the country’s night life. However, his streams have sparked outrage from both netizens and Japanese citizens alike, as he often makes racist remarks while out in public and even harasses locals. For instance, the streamer got confronted after making comments about Hiroshima and Nagasaki to people on a train in a clip that took social media by storm in late May. However, his behavior isn’t going unnoticed… nor unpunished. In early June, Johnny Somali got smacked by a local who’d had enough of his comments, which, judging by the local’s retort, seemed to include racist remarks mentioning Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Kick streamer Johnny Somali attacked by fed-up Japanese local Now, he’s gotten yet another beatdown — all of which was captured during his live stream. Over the weekend of June 10, Somali was streaming whilst out and about in Japan when a local came up from behind him and put him in a rear naked choke. Somali was instantly caught off-guard and the camera went haywire before eventually blacking out. However, viewers could still hear the scuffle happening in the background, with Somali begging his attacker to “relax.” This latest incident follows yet another ordeal where the streamer was confronted by a group of Japanese locals who rolled up on him at his place of residence in a moment that went viral. Afterwards, it looks as though the broadcaster was introduced to the police, although it’s unclear if anything came of this altercation. For now, Somali continues to stream on his Kick channel as netizens speak out in anger over his antics — but he’s not the only content creator kicking up controversy online. TikTok prankster Mizzy has also incited outrage due to his prank videos, leading to multiple arrests and even a two-year court order against him.

  • Controversial Kick streamer gets smacked in Japan after locals had enough – Dexerto

Controversial Kick streamer gets smacked in Japan after locals had enough Kick: johnnysomaliA streamer on Kick by the name ‘JohnnySomali’ got smacked by a local in Japan after his racist outbursts resulted in a violent outcome. IRL streams are responsible for some of the most chaotic content on the internet. After all, it’s difficult to control for the number of strangers one might encounter while broadcasting a night out on the town or sharing one’s travels abroad with a live audience. As such, many IRL streamers have encountered uncomfortable and even dangerous situations that happen in real time. For instance, one streamer got chased by a man threatening to “kill” him during a broadcast in a local park, and many others have experienced racist attacks from bystanders while traveling. However, one such IRL streamer has been bombarding strangers with racist remarks for some time during his stay in Japan — and an angry local decided to confront him. Kick streamer smacked by Japanese local over racist comments Kick streamer ‘JohnnySomali’ has garnered a negative reputation for himself after clips surfaced of the broadcaster making racist remarks toward Japanese locals while taking a train. On top of breaking etiquette by being loud on public transport, his mentions of Hiroshima and Nagaski left viewers gobsmacked — but it wasn’t long before he got confronted by a good Samaritan who shut his behavior down in a shocking moment that went viral. Unfortunately, that didn’t seem to put a stop to his behavior, as JohnnySomali has continued to stream his travels in Japan while making racist remarks in public. In late May, though, the streamer was broadcasting while speaking to his chat in the street when he got smacked in the face by a local just out of frame of the camera. “What the f*ck?” the streamer exclaimed. “Yo, chill out. Relax, relax. It’s nothing, there ain’t no problem.” The man who smacked him can be heard posturing in the background, seemingly making mention of Hiroshima and Nagasaki — something that the streamer has joked about in his previous broadcasts. Someone in the background then also makes racist remarks toward the streamer, using a racial slur. The streamer has uploaded other confrontations with locals to his YouTube channel, claiming to have even been harangued by Yakuza in one video. JohnnySomali is just the latest content creator to spark outrage online after noted TikTok prankster Mizzy garnered massive backlash and was even arrested for his pranks, such as walking into strangers’ homes and even making off with an elderly woman’s dog.

‘Racist Karen’ punches TikToker in the neck for not moving out of her way TIKTOK: esposatoxicaA ‘racist Karen’ has gone viral after punching a Mexican TikToker in the neck for not moving out of her way on the sidewalk. In a viral clip with 2.6 million views, TikToker Bianca Figueroa was seen standing on a sidewalk next to another woman, later identified as Sandra Jean Allen. Sandra can be heard screaming “help me” and “fire” before asking why she’s being filmed. The woman then asked if someone should call ISIS, later correcting herself to “I.C.E” (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.) “That’s the f**king problem. My skin color is your problem,” Bianca responded, to which Sandra bursted out laughing and asked if the TikToker and her family were “triggered.” In a series of follow-up videos, Bianca explained that she was walking down the street with her family when she encountered Sandra. The TikToker said she moved out of the way so she could go around her on the sidewalk, to which Sandra allegedly responded, “as you should.” Hearing this, Bianca decided to calmly confront her. “I said, ‘That was not kind. You should not say that, and the kind thing to do is that we both move out of each other’s way,’” she recalled. The resulted in an altercation between the two. At that moment, another man approached the officer as well and said he’d witnessed the entire altercation and could verify her claims. The woman, deemed a ‘racist Karen,’ allegedly fled the scene. However, she was reportedly arrested after the footage was shared with police.

Racist “Karen” abuses Asian driver as car accident gets violent TikTok/sam.anthabongAn angry “Karen” is going viral on TikTok for racially abusing an Asian driver for allegedly hitting her car and then getting physical with him. Karens getting furious and freaking out in public has become an all-too-common occurrence, but social media has made it so these tirades don’t go without consequences. On May 17, TikToker sam.anthabong posted a video showing off an incident on an LA road where a woman began to “physically abuse” her friend’s buddy, who is Asian. Photos included in the video show the aftermath of the altercation, with the Asian person appearing to have suffered a few cuts and marks on his skin, so it’s not clear if they can be attributed to the “Karen.” Karen lashes out on Asian driver in racist tirade In the video, the unidentified woman began yelling at the Asian man to show his insurance and began making some racist remarks in the process. “You hit my car, so where is your insurance!” she cried. “Do you have a driver’s license? Are you from America? Do you even have papers? Are you legal to be here? Where is your driver’s license?” As the woman continued to scream her head off, the man slowly pulled out his license and held it up in front of her, but she just knocked it away and started scrambling to prevent him from picking it up. When the man reached down, the ‘Karen’ started hitting his back and even pushed him as others looked on and recorded the violence occurring. After moving on from the Asian man, the woman turned her attention to others, hitting multiple people before returning to her original victim and knocking him toward oncoming traffic. Eventually, the woman seemed to get back into her car and the video ended. It’s not clear if police are involved or what happened after the video ended, but the internet is trying its hardest to identify the Karen and bring her to justice.

  • r/place recreates iconic Bad Apple music video with jaw-dropping timelapse – Dexerto

r/place recreates iconic Bad Apple music video with jaw-dropping timelapse YouTube: kasidid2 / Reddit: r/placeThe r/place subreddit recreated the iconic Bad Apple music video of internet and Touhou fame, taking the platform by storm thanks to its users’ creativity and collaborative efforts. If you’ve been on the internet for any amount of time, you’ve likely run into a song titled ‘Bad Apple’ at some point. The beat is extremely famous, and the original music video for the track boasts over 74 million views on YouTube at the time of writing. It was initially published on YouTube thirteen years ago, in 2010, and features several silhouettes of characters from Touhou Project, a bullet hell shoot ’em up series of video games created by a one-man, independent developer that have spawned a slew of literature and other media. The song itself is a remix of an older version of the track and has cemented itself as one of the most prominent pillars of internet culture over the ensuing decade. The music video is also quite stunning, featuring fluid animation that transitions from one character or object to the next almost seamlessly. It has also been recreated a number of times over the course of the years, becoming a timeless ‘meme’ of sorts. Reddit users resurrect famous ‘Bad Apple’ music video on r/place canvas Although it’s an intimidating project, users on Reddit decided to take matters into their own hands and recreated the famous music video on r/place. R/place is a subreddit that features an open canvas, which registered users can contribute to by changing the color of a single pixel. After they change a pixel, users must wait for a limited period of time before they can make another change to the canvas. Therefore, it seems almost impossible that so many netizens would gather together to make their own animated version of Bad Apple as a community — but recreate it, they did, and the results are stunning. A short timelapse of the pixelated music video was uploaded to Reddit by user AmsterPlays, which took Redditors from communities across r/Hatsune, r/TouHou, r/osugame, and others nearly 72 hours to complete the project. The animation is even flanked by Touhou characters and is, simply put, a major feat of collective effort. Commenters are collectively congratulating each other, remarking on more difficult parts of the animation, such as recreating the music video’s yin-yang orb. “Congrats to this community, crazy!” one user wrote. “Thank you, all of you, for this event,” another said. “Doing this animation was amazing and very tiring.” This is just the latest project to take over the internet from r/place after users collectively decided to protest against Reddit CEO Steve Huffman’s proposed changes to the site’s API.
