On November 19, the Twitch streamer posted an update regarding the situation on her alternate Twitter account, stating that the company used some images of her without permission. Ninja has since jokingly referred to Pokimane and other streamers as “bitches” while allegedly texting his Twitch connections to help Jidion avoid a ban. As a result of this hate raid, Jidion was permanently banned from Twitch. Jidion has since apologized for the raid and is making efforts to distance himself from the ongoing harassment against Anys. However, the hateful treatment hasn’t stopped with Jidion’s ban. On January 19, Anys published a list of current issues she’s still experiencing as a result of the raid, and even included a screenshot of multiple Instagram DM requests containing hateful messages. This has since been paired with a clip from around a year ago, which shows Alinity spitting vodka into another cat’s mouth. Pokimane makes wild request of Sykkuno The duo were chatting before the tournament kicked off when Poki revealed she’d hit her “sleepy nap time” and was extremely tired. Poki said, “I just feel like I need someone to slap me so I wake up.” Sykkuno was stunned and replied, “You want me to slap you?!” She asked Sykkuno if he actually would if she wanted him to which he responded: “I feel like if I answer this… Maybe lightly, you know?” Pokimane explained, “Okay, but here’s the thing, if you’re gonna agree to slap me you might as well go hard or go home. Twitch permanently banned Jidion from the platform after he received waves of criticism from viewers and streamers. However, Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins inserted himself into the situation after promising Jidion he would “see what he could do.” Pokimane called out Ninja and shared various screenshots of conversations where Blevins said she was “making a big mistake” and that defamation lawsuits were being considered.
