Poker drama erupts as Garrett Adelstein accuses Robbi Jade Lew of cheating in bizarre $269k hand YouTube: WPTPoker professional Garrett ‘Gman’ Adelstein has accused fellow player Robbi Jade Lew of cheating in what was a bizarre hand at a televised World Poker Tour event. Robbi has categorically denied the claims. After weeks of cheating drama in the world of chess, it is now poker’s turn to have its own cheating controversy. During a head-to-head hand, which is already being dubbed one of the most bizarre of all time, Garrett forced Robbi to go all in if she wanted to call, and inexplicably, she did. Garrett was then shocked when her cards were flipped, revealing a Jack high – which won the hand. Garrett had been aiming for a club, a 6 or a Jack on the river (the final card) in order to complete either a straight, a flush, or even a straight flush. But, even with the river being run twice, he blanked on both, meaning Robbi’s Jack high won the hand. This resulted in Garrett giving a “death stare” to his opponent, perplexed that she had called so much money, with such a weak hand. “I don’t understand what’s happening right now,” Garrett said in the moments after the hand, as the chips were counted and moved to Robbi’s stack. Robbi responded, “if my Jack wasn’t a club, I would have been out,” which only confused Garrett further. Presumably, Robbi was suggesting that the club gave her a chance at a flush – however, when she called Garrett’s all in, it was already impossible for her to hit a flush. In this scenario, the only way Robbi could make such a confident play with such a weak hand, would be if she made the perfect read that Garrett was waiting on the river to make his hand complete. However, Garrett has alleged foul play. Robbi offered to give him the money back from the hand, which he accepted, saying, “Once offered, of course, I am going to accept my money back after being clearly cheated.” Did Robbi Jade Lew cheat vs Garrett? Garrett believes that Robbi’s willingness to refund him the money is an admission of guilt. But, quite the contrary, as Robbi has publicly denied cheating: “I read the man and make a hero call after he shoves on a turned brick card. Get over it.” Robbi has also said: “full details to come.” According to YouTuber and Podcaster Adam22, the casino is currently investigating the incident. For what it’s worth, poker legend Daniel Negreanu weighed in, stating that he does not believe Robbi cheated, and that Garrett was wrong to accept the money back. We’ll update this article if more details on this downright bizarre hand of poker come to light. For now, it’s purely a matter of debate for the poker community to chew over.

Pokemon YouTuber Purplecliffe accuses Twitch of taking fans’ money by not removing sub button – Dexerto
Pokemon YouTuber Purplecliffe accuses Twitch of taking fans’ money by not removing sub button YouTube streamer and Pokemon content creator Purplecliffe recently released a video discussing how he thinks Twitch is wrongfully taking money from his fans after not removing his subscriber button. In a video titled “The Truth of Why I Left Twitch”, Purplecliffe detailed his experience in attempting to terminate his partnership agreement with the live streaming platform Twitch. And almost a year after the process began, he is still dealing with Twitch’s legal team. Not only is he frustrated with Twitch’s lack of communication – sometimes going months before getting a response – but also the fact that his fans are still being charged for platform subscriptions. In fact, his subscribers have lost thousands of dollars to Twitch subscription renewals. And even after the video was published, wracking up over 200k views, Twitch still hasn’t removed the sub button or Partner check mark from Purplecliffe’s channel. Twitch won’t unpartner Purplecliffe In September of 2021, Purplecliffe made the decision to leave Twitch for a more lucrative platform: YouTube. After looking at Purplecliffe’s Twitch contract with a team of lawyers, they had to wait until the beginning of October to request that the contract be terminated. They requested that Twitch not renew Cliffe’s contract when it came time on October 9, but he claims Twitch declined stating streamers have to let Twitch know at least 30 days in advance of the renewal date. This means his contract was automatically renewed for a whole additional year. But on October 6, a data breach on Twitch leaked the annual revenue for every streamer on the platform. Cliffe’s lawyers stated that this leak constituted a breach of contract, and they reached out to Twitch twice in an attempt to terminate the contract on these grounds. Over a month passed before Twitch responded close to the end of November stating that there was no breach of contract but that they would allow for the termination of the contract. But a full month later, Cliffe still had not received the legal documentation to begin the termination. After checking with his legal team, he decided to make the move and announced it on his YouTube channel on December 29, 2021. He saw immediate success growing his average stream viewers from 1.5k on Twitch to 8-9k on YouTube. Despite his move, lack of streams on Twitch, and zero affiliation with the platform; Twitch still maintained his partnership status which came with a subscription button. And from when he left in December 2021 to September 2022, Twitch has earned roughly $3,162 from his channel. “This really makes me angry,” Purplecliffe stated. “Three-thousand dollars in revenue was taken from my audience. I don’t want an apology from Twitch, I just want to be unpartnered from their website so that way they can stop taking money from my viewers.” He went on to state that he was doing much better on YouTube and claimed the people on YouTube are much nicer than the ones on Twitch. He then closed by challenging Twitch to donate the $3k they earned from his viewers and donate it as he did with his spilt of the subscription profits.

Paldea-themed PokePark could be coming to Europe according to Pokemon trademarks – Dexerto
Paldea-themed PokePark could be coming to Europe according to Pokemon trademarks The Pokemon CompanyA new trademark suggests The Pokemon Company may also be looking to open PokeParks in Europe themed after certain regions. The Pokemon Company recently announced PokePark Kanto, a theme park inspired by the franchise’s depiction of the Kanto region. Should all go according to plan, the park will be built in Tokyo’s Yomiuriland Amusement Park, located in the Tama Hills. This won’t mark the first time The Pokemon Company has endeavored to build an amusement park based on the popular brand. Notably, Yomiuriland has already hosted Pokemon Wonder, special event attractions designed with full immersion in mind. New trademarks suggest Pokemon’s real-world attractions will eventually expand yet again. Trademarks point to PokeParks themed after Paldea and Kalos As spotted by Serebii.net, Nintendo recently filed trademarks for the following names in Europe – PokePark Kalos and PokePark Paldea. The website notes that there are no concrete details on whether or not these will become theme park attractions like PokePark Kanto. After all, it’s possible they merely represent placeholder names for something else. For now, though, it seems a couple of PokeParks making their way to Europe isn’t beyond the realm of possibility. A Paldea-themed attraction could prove especially interesting. The region inspired by the Iberian Peninsula debuted Pokemon Scarlet and Violet; it’s since appeared in the Pokemon Horizons anime, as well. Meanwhile, Kalos served as the setting for Pokemon X and Y, its coastal and mountainous regions taking inspiration from France. If The Pokemon Company is indeed looking to model theme parks after these two locales, it won’t be starved for interesting ideas.

Viral Pokemon “nature documentary” has fans rolling in the comments – Dexerto
Viral Pokemon “nature documentary” has fans rolling in the comments The Pokemon CompanyA creative Pokemon fan recently filmed a clever “nature documentary” about the Grass-type creature Rowlet and people absolutely love it. The adorable Grass and Flying-type Pokemon Rowlet first stole the hearts of fans around the world in Pokemon Sun and Moon. Bearing the frame of a stubby owl, Rowlet quickly became one of the more beloved pocket monsters. This much seems evidenced in the official and fan-made merchandise that fills many an online shop. Rowlet-branded collectibles aren’t just good for display, either. For example, one inventive member of the Pokemon community found an interesting use for a particularly throwable plushie. Rowlet stars in a Pokemon-themed nature documentary Twitter user @teletelo recently shared a short video modeled after a nature documentary. Instead of providing commentary on real-world wildlife, though, this nature video offers a few details about the Pokemon known as Rowlet. The David Attenborough-esque voice-over calls attention to the creature’s round body, before noting that its “little legs are designed for distance.” Since the Rowlet being documented is a plushie, the demonstration of the Flying-type Pokemon’s flight abilities ends with it crashing to the floor. As one would expect, Pokemon fans are enamored with the Rowlet nature documentary. “The nature documentary I would love to watch,” one person wrote in response to the above Twitter post. “He is probably going to be a ghost type after that fall,” another fan replied in jest. Despite being up for approximately one hour at the time of writing, the Twitter post has already accumulated over 160 retweets and close to 600 likes. Suffice it to say, this Rowlet video is well on its way to becoming the talk of the Pokemon community.

Pokemon fans vote on which would be the “most annoying” in real life – Dexerto
Pokemon fans vote on which would be the “most annoying” in real life The Pokemon CompanyPokemon fans are discussing which of the beloved little monsters would be the “most annoying” to have around in real life. More often than not, Pokemon are seen as adorable creatures with a knack for putting up a good fight. Each one has their own unique skills and quirks, attributes that ensure they stand out from the rest of the pack. However, some pocket monsters can wreak havoc like nobody’s business, while others know nothing but ruthlessness. Such a thought led one fan to wonder which of the creatures would be most disastrous in a real-world setting. Unsurprisingly, this spawned a discussion that some franchise faithful seem to have very strong feelings about. Pokemon fans choose mon that would be “most annoying” in real life A Redditor named friscoflip asked the Pokemon community to consider which of the creatures would likely be most hated in reality. In answering their own question, the Redditor said Grimer and Muk would be “massive nuisance[s] to farmers” because they’d destroy plant life. Magcargo and Slugma would cause a fair few problems, too, “since their presence in an area could cause fires…” The thread has garnered a wide range of responses from fans, thus far. One popular reply argued that electric types are the Pokemon who’d make real life most difficult. In so doing, the commenter specifically called out Pikachu. “Lots of electric types steal electricity from houses and stuff. You can’t shoo away a Pikachu like a regular mouse; it can hurt you with the electricity it siphoned from your own house!” Another fan said Tinkaton would cause more than its fair share of headaches, as it would likely fling boulders at aircraft. Of course, lots of comments also mentioned the giant bug mon. Reads one such reply, “…Imagine a huge swarm of Yanmega? You’d have to keep your pets inside.” Needless to say, this thread has made it clear why Pokemon probably wouldn’t be welcomed into the real world.

Pokemon Go fans praise NYC grandpa for coming to streamer’s rescue – Dexerto
Pokemon Go fans praise NYC grandpa for coming to streamer’s rescue Twitch: DandyInTheBronx / NianticAn old man saved a Pokemon Go streamer by removing the lit cigarette that a passerby put on top of the streamer’s backpack. One Pokemon Go player was streaming his experience of trying to hunt down rare Pokemon in the “Big Apple,” when a stranger placed a burning cigarette on top of his backpack and they walked off unnoticed. The streamer was oblivious to the lit cigarette that was giving off smoke on his backpack as he tried to catch a CP 1659 Scizor, but luckily an old man on the streets noticed and helped him. The streamer, DandyInTheBronx, was aided by the man who helped move the cigarette off his backpack in a clip dubbed: “Man puts a burning cigarette on a Pokemon GO streamer’s backpack (saved by grandpa).“ Pokemon Go fans praise helpful stranger on IRL stream People praised the old man, who didn’t know who the streamer was, for helping him from the potentially dangerous situation. “Sweet older guy looking out for him,” one person said. “It warms my heart seeing old people being nice to younger people,” another agreed, noticing the man’s kindness. While others also praised the stranger’s kindness, they were angry that he even had to help remove the cigarette in the first place and wondered why someone would do such a thing unprovoked to the streamer. “Can we get that piece of sh*t arrested?” One person fumed. “NY crackheads getting out of control,” another joked. But, while some Pokemon Go fans were outraged at what happened to this streamer in the community, others found more irk in the “underwhelming” release of the NPC Mateo. New York has hosted some crazy interactions between streamers and the public in recent years, like the Kai Cenat NYC riot that made national headlines.

Pokémon GO spoofer stopped by police after endangering traffic while playing – Dexerto
Pokémon GO spoofer stopped by police after endangering traffic while playing Pixabay / The Pokémon Company / Nintendo / NianticA Pokémon GO player was caught by police playing at the side of the road with multiple phones, endangering traffic in the process. Pokémon GO has been a hit with smartphone users since its release back in July 2016. The app boasts a 4 star review on Apple’s App Store, with over 1 billion downloads worldwide across all devices. One fan took his love of the mobile game to the next level, and was caught by police while parked on the side of the road with eight phones running the game. That’s right – EIGHT. Poké-obsessed Washington State Trooper Rick Johnson was the officer to catch the Pokéfan, and detailed how he found the player parked on the shoulder of a road on August 14. Upon approaching the vehicle to ask what the driver was doing, the officer noticed a whopping eight phones running Pokémon GO sat on the passenger seat. 600The devices were sitting in a phone block, presumably to stop the phones rolling around while the car was moving and to also give the player easy access to all eight at once. Fortunately for the driver, a ticket wasn’t issued since the officer didn’t actually see the vehicle while in motion, so a warning was given instead and the phones moved to the backseat. “#PokemonDistraction Sergeant Kyle Smith contacted a vehicle on the shoulder yesterday evening. This is what was next to the driver! Playing #PokemonGO with EIGHT (8) phones! Driver agreed to put phones in back seat and continued his commute with 8 less distractions.” Johnson tweeted. #PokemonDistraction Sergeant Kyle Smith contacted a vehicle on the shoulder yesterday evening. Pokemon fan brings dog dyed like Pikachu to Miami Heat NBA game – Dexerto
Pokemon fan brings dog dyed like Pikachu to Miami Heat NBA game Pokemon players often wish the world of powerful elemental monsters was real. That dream has become a reality for one Miami Heat fan as they’ve customized their dog to look like the franchise mascot Pikachu. Trainers across the internet have shared their attempts of turning their household pets into extraordinary Pokemon. The internet would call some “cursed,” as showcased in this iconic TikTok, while others are pretty commendable. As was the case for one NBA fan who brought their dog to the Miami Heat vs. Minnesota Timberwolves game. The small fluffy dog was dyed a bright yellow with red cheeks and two brown stripes on its lower back. Miami Heat fan brings Pikachu dog to NBA game In a clip shared on Twitter by user cjzero, the dog is shown on camera for several seconds. The announcers, seemingly stunned by the dog’s “paint job,” struggled to find words to describe the cosplaying animal. “What is that? What in the world?” they exclaimed. After collecting their thoughts, one announcer jested, “I don’t think that dog signed off on that paint job.” And the comments under the post seemed to agree. Some users called it “gross,” while others claimed to dye the dog was a form of pet abuse. Studies have shown that using human-grade dye can cause irreparable damage to pets and lead to a damaged immune system, chemical burns, skin disease, and cancer. And in some states – Colorado, Florida, Maine, & South Carolina – dyeing your pet is illegal. However, there are dog-safe dyes used in creative grooming that aren’t harmful to pets, even if the dye is consumed. Tiktok user danthebigreddog has shared several videos of their bright red dog along with the benefits of dyed pets.

Pokemon fan slammed for selling brother’s rare cards and keeping the money – Dexerto
Pokemon fan slammed for selling brother’s rare cards and keeping the money The Pokemon Company / RedditOne man has been slammed on Reddit for sharing how he sold his brother’s rare Pokemon cards without his knowledge and kept the money for himself. A recent addition to the Am I The Asshole subreddit has told the tale of a Pokemon fan who found his brother’s collection of Pokemon cards while helping him move. He then goes on to capitalize on his finding and infuriates both his brother and the commenters of the post in question. He explains that he stumbles across some “recognizably rare cards in pretty good condition” while helping his brother pack. Then he ends up getting them appraised. After finding out they were worth a lot, he ended up privately selling these cards and keeping the money for himself. Soon after, his brother found out about the sale and was “infuriated” at his actions and is now refusing to acknowledge him. After putting the post on the subreddit, the majority of commenters confirmed he is both the asshole and a thief. One commenter, @VerySurlyPerson, explained that “the best case scenario is that you took an item that belonged to you and your brother jointly and sold it without talking to him”. Referring to the author’s comment that the brothers used to collect the cards together. Others took to a more legal standpoint, with @RatioNo1114 presenting the notion that “what you’re doing is theft”. Especially since it was taken out of the brother’s room, valued, and sold without the owner’s knowledge. The poster does say he wanted to split the profits but his brother refuses to “acknowledge [his] presence”. The majority of the reception from the post highlights that the poster was indeed an asshole and should never have sold another person’s property without their consent, especially rare and expensive Pokemon cards that often increase in value.

The streamer was opening TCG booster packs live in front of viewers before things turned scary. Despite making its debut in 1999, the Pokemon TCG has seen a major explosion in popularity on livestreaming services in 2021. Fans flock to watch their favorite streamers chase after the rarest collectibles. Twitch streamer Bri ‘Woofy‘ Kristine’s was opening Pokemon cards live for her audience when the broadcast took an unexpected turn after her hair suddenly got caught on fire. Pokemon card Twitch stream goes up in flames The popular streamer was opening the Japanese TCG set Shiny Star V in search of the rare Charizard VMAX card. An hour into the broadcast, Woofy bent down to pick up booster packs and when she re-emerged on camera, her hair was on fire. At first, the content creator didn’t realize what was going on but eventually started to smell burning as the fire spread across the top of her head. Things quickly took a scary turn as the streamer frantically started patting down her hair with her hands. “Oh my god! OH MY GOD!” the Twitch personality yelled, putting out the flames before becoming absolutely stunned by what just happened. After the situation fully hit her, she then told viewers, “Ew, I hate the smell of burning hair!” A viewer clipped the moment and sent it to the Twitch streamer, who was shocked when she saw how much her hair had actually caught on fire. “Oh my God! Oh my God, my hair was ACTUALLY on fire fire, bro. I was ON FIRE!” she exclaimed. She then explained that it was a candle that caused the scary situation. “I have a candle that isn’t deep next to me. But usually, my candles are in a deep jar so I don’t have to worry about it,” she said. Thankfully, Woofy wasn’t injured as she managed to put the fire out quickly. The streamer revealed that it was actually wax from the candle that tipped her off to the flames on her head. “I had no idea. Literally, if wax had not fell on top of my hand, I would have had no clue. I would have had no idea,” she said. The Twitch creator was able to laugh off the situation, although it was at least a good reminder that even candles can become dangerous.

Pokemon card seller reveals Logan Paul got his money back from $3.5m fake box – Dexerto
Pokemon card seller reveals Logan Paul got his money back from $3.5m fake box Twitter: Logan Paul, Shyne150It turns out Logan Paul didn’t actually lose 3.5 million dollars as Shyne, the seller he bought the Pokemon cards from, has revealed that Paul was reimbursed. In the weeks after Logan Paul picked up what he believed to be a “one of a kind” box of 1st Edition Base Set Pokemon cards for an insane 3.5 million dollars, a group of collectors banded together with proof that his box may be fake. On January 13, Logan uploaded a video to his YouTube channel showing that he had opened the box alongside BBCE and Shyne, the seller that Paul purchased the box from. However, they were met with inauthentic boxes filled with G.I Joe trading cards. Now, Shyne has revealed that he has reimbursed Logan his $3,500,000 and is now going after Pokemon collectors Meelyops and Card Kahuna, the two that he purchased the box from, to receive his investment back. Logan Paul was reimbursed his money The title of the YouTuber’s video reads: “I lost $3,500,000 on fake Pokemon cards.” However, it appears that Logan is not actually out of any money, as Shyne has uploaded a response to the whole thing on his Instagram Stories — explaining that he reimbursed Logan after they found out the case was fake. It reads: “Upon opening the 1st Edition BBCE authenticated Pokemon case, we noticed that the boxes inside looked off, and sadly, the case was fake. Logan Paul and I are grateful to Rattle and the Pokemon community for exposing this fraudulent case now before it was transacted any further “I have reimbursed Logan his 3.5 [million], however, we will see how quickly I am made whole from the sellers who brought it to me already authenticated in the coming days or if it turns into a drawn-out scenario.” Shyne150 also revealed in another post that his legal team had been in contact with one of the original sellers. It reads: “I’m encouraged by my legal team that Meelypops has agreed through his counsel to escrow the proceeds he received from the sale while we work to recover the rest of my funds from Card Kahuna.” Shortly after Logan Paul uploaded his reveal video, Pokebeach provided another update to their initial investigation into the authenticity of the case. In their article, they show messages between Rattle and Jacob Gabay, aka Card Kahuna, which allegedly shows Gabay messaging Rattle on Instagram, bribing him to get Logan to not open the box. Since Shyne has revealed he has yet to hear from Card Kahuna, this story may turn into a drawn-out process. We’ll be sure to make an update with any information as it is made available.

Pokemon card collectors are loving these two Drowzee cards 18 years apart – Dexerto
Pokemon card collectors are loving these two Drowzee cards 18 years apart The Pokemon CompanyPokemon TCG collectors are gushing over the sight of two Drowzee cards side-by-side, especially since they were released 18 years apart. Similar to any other hobby, Pokemon card collectors have their own preferences within that hobby. For example, some may collect nearly every card they come across. Others may only purchase and trade cards for specific characters or character types. And then there are those who like accumulating cards illustrated by certain artists. Tomokazu Komiya counts as one such illustrator who’s made a name for himself in the Pokemon community. His work with a certain psychic-type Pokemon is currently generating quite a bit of buzz on Reddit. Pokemon card collectors are loving these two Drowzee cards A user by the name manytinyhumans shared photos of two different Drowzee cards in the TCG subreddit. The pair were released nearly two decades apart – one in 2005, the other in 2023. What’s most interesting about the cards, however, is that both were designed by the same artist, the aforementioned Tomokazu Komiya. It’s an impressive set to have in one’s possession, and trading card collectors seem to be nothing less than in awe. Based on comments in the thread, Komiya is a fan-favorite artist. Said one person, “Tomokazu Komiya is the GOAT!” Several others chimed in to say he’s long been their favorite illustrator. Of course, the Drowzee cards themselves have gotten a lot of love in the replies below the Pokemon-centric post. “The new drowzee artwork is so good,” one user praised. “Man crushed the melancholic drowzee look,” wrote another fan commenting on Komiya’s work. Notably, Tomokazu Komiya joined the Pokemon family at the start of the second generation in late 2000. He’s since gone on to illustrate well over 200 Pokemon cards to date, including those centered around beloved characters like Psyduck and Snorlax.

From there, the conversation spiralled into his problems with the living situation, which Poke tuned into to watch on stream. xQc has been at the center of a lot of drama recently, and has stirred up a lot of anger over his handling of react content discourse, where he debated H3H3 on the issue. Poke says he went to court for xQc While on stream, Poke reacted to xQc, and the clip where he was given the double middle finger, and revealed that he had gone to court in person for xQc during his fight with Adept. He said: “Just remember everything I’ve done for you dude. I went in court for you, You have no one there for you. Pokemon fan theory reveals what Team Rocket could achieve if they didn’t “simp” Giovanni – Dexerto
Pokemon fan theory reveals what Team Rocket could achieve if they didn’t “simp” Giovanni The Pokemon CompanyPokemon anime fans have theorized how successful Team Rocket could be if its members stopped “simping” for Giovanni. Team Rocket has long served as an antagonist force in the the franchise’s anime series. Notable members Jessie and James rose to fame after Pikachu knocked them down a peg during a fight. Since then, the pair has made it their mission to capture the famous pocket monster and wield his incredible power for themselves. But some fans have come to believe the Team Rocket members could accomplish far greater things if they were to do one simple thing – leave Giovanni. Pokemon fans think Team Rocket could do better on their own In the Pokemon Anime subreddit, user Leviabs initiated a discussion about the true potential of the villainous team. The Redditor’s theory proposes that Jessie and James are “skilled” enough to become incredibly wealthy. After all, the pair works wonders with mechas, harnesses expertise in high fashion, and can rely on Meowth. If they stopped “simping for Giovanni” and abandoned their Pikachu obsession, Team Rocket could leverage their vast talents for riches beyond measure. The replies in the thread don’t disappoint, as fans speculate what kind of hold Giovanni must have over the duo. For example, one person’s convinced the Team Rocket head must bribe Jessie and James. Another Pokemon fan thinks they probably stick around because Giovanni blackmails them. “I always figured Jessie and James just had massive credit card debt,” someone else said of the pair. Whatever the case may be, it seems many agree Team Rocket would make for more dynamic Pokemon villains if Giovanni exited the picture.

Pokelawls slams people hating on Rainbow Six’s LGBTQ characters – Dexerto
Pokelawls slams people hating on Rainbow Six’s LGBTQ characters Twitter: pokelawls, UbisoftTwitch star Pokelawls has hit back at players flaming games like Rainbow Six for adding LGBTQ+ characters. While titles like as Apex Legends and Rainbow Six continue to embrace LGBTQ characters within their ecosystem, some players have spoken out against the inclusion of such personas in the gaming sphere. Ubisoft’s virtual take on Tom Clancy’s iconic series sparked controversy last year with the release of openly gay Operator, Flores, whose sexuality upset some players within the community. Despite this, he was quickly joined by transgender character, Osa, leading to further outrage. After watching a TikTok criticizing the developer’s decision to add LGBTQ characters into Rainbow Six, Twitch star Pokelawls has hit back at those who are bothered by representatives of marginalized groups making their way into the fray. Pokelawls reacts to Rainbow Six LGBTQ drama While watching a TikTok discussing the FPS title on stream, the video takes aim at Ubisoft’s decision to include LGBTQ Operators. “Now they give their virtual things pronouns and gender,” reads the post, concluding “don’t make real s**t out of it.” “Bro, why you mad about it?” asks Pokelawls. “Here’s the take, okay; yes, this happens a lot. Sometimes, you’ll be doing your thing and, boom, the thing that you do will change something to be more attractive to things that have nothing to do with you, and it’ll bother you because it’s like ‘what does that have to do with me?’ “Here’s what you should do,” he continues. “Shut the f**k up, and just move on. Talking about it is cringe. It’s okay to be confused ‘why is this in a game, what does it have to do with me,’ that’s okay, that’s part of growing and learning. It’s part of the change that happens where you have to figure out ‘oh, they’re trying to make a group of people happy.’ It shouldn’t affect you at all. “If they make a gay character or a character has a gay skin, who gives a f**k! You going to be mad now there’s a gay skin? You can’t play the game anymore? Who gives a f**k?” He goes on to conclude “you know what? For me, I used to see it sometimes and be like ‘why are they doing that?’ but then you grow and realize, oh s**t, if I was gay I’d be happy. There’s nothing wrong with it, the game isn’t dumb. More people are happy, why are you mad? It’s not worth being mad.” Coming into Ubisoft’s new chapter of the Rainbow Six saga, Extraction, it’ll be interesting to see if they continue to include LGBTQ characters in their game. Pokelawls meets Fortnite player with worst microphone in history – Dexerto
Pokelawls meets Fortnite player with worst microphone in history Twitch streamer Pokelawls has had his fair share of odd moments on stream, but being paired with a kid with possibly the worst microphone in gaming history is up there as one of the best. Poke started streaming full-time in 2013, primarily Activision Blizzard’s Overwatch in recent years but has also dabbled in other games such as League of Legends and IRL streaming as well. In that time he has picked up over 500,000 Twitch followers, 240,000 YouTube subscribers and recently started to try out Fortnite streaming – resulting in him being paired with someone in Fortnite’s duo fills that had a very clear issue with his equipment. As soon as his teammate started talking in a randomly-filled duos game, Poke immediately opened his settings to see what he could do to try and fix the fact that his teammate’s microphone was picking up a lot of static – far more than is reasonably expected. It started out bearable – a little bit of feedback after initially saying hello. Poke was already starting to laugh by then, but the noise descended into chaos and then so did Poke’s laughter. His teammate even offered to leave, unaware of what Poke was laughing at but his situation not getting any better. It became so bad that it was almost indistinguishable what he was trying to say – once exasperatedly asking Poke what’s wrong, before telling the streamer he “sucks” when he went down, unable to continue playing through his laughter. Finally, the kid asked “Why are you laughing so hard?” and Poke finally said “I’m sorry, dude, it’s your mic quality.” The only response his teammate had was, “I know, it sucks.” Sometimes it’s easy to forget while watching streams that not everybody has pitch-perfect microphone quality, but this kid might just take the cake for the worst we’ve heard in recent years. Needless to say, the duo didn’t win their match, but at least Pokelawls and his viewers were entertained.

Pokelawls’ “Ninja sound board” perfectly trolls fans in Fortnite – Dexerto
Pokelawls’ “Ninja sound board” perfectly trolls fans in Fortnite Streaming star Tyler “Ninja” Blevins is a major name in the online gaming world, known for his massive presence in Fortnite However, one fan got more than they expected during a surprise “meet-and-greet” with the celeb to star the New Year. While Ninja is often touted for his hilarious on-stream moments, the star is also known for his friendly demeanor and positive interactions with fans, as seen in his heartfelt video message to a fan with Cerebral Palsy in August 2019. However, one fan was met with a decidedly different approach during a live stream on January 1, as part of a humorous plan concocted by Twitch streamer “Pokelawls.” Pokelawls, another top streaming personality, hatched a ploy to pose as Ninja during a Fortnite stream, using his skills with a soundboard to imitate the streamer and dupe other players into thinking he was in their game. In fact, Poke’s soundboard talents were so realistic that it’s easy to believe it’s actually Ninja on the other end of the line, with Poke “asking” him to tell a fan in their squad that his stream would be uploaded to YouTube. “Yeah, what up Ninja, can you tell this kid that this is going on YouTube?” Poke asked. “Hey, listen, if we win this game — I’m not gonna lie, even if we lose this game, it’s goin’ on YouTube,” the Ninja soundboard replied. However, the young fan in their game was relatively silent throughout the conversation, prompting Poke to give him a verbal nudge. “Do you know Ninja?” Poke asked. “Yes?” they replied, confused. “Yo Ninja, talk to him,” Poke prodded, prompting an audible gasp from the fan. Rather than giving some well-intentioned advice or a simple greeting, Poke’s “Ninja” bot instead answered, “F**k you, kid,” — sending Poke into a fit of laughter. “Okay sorry, it’s not him it’s not Ninja!” Poke clarified. “It’s not Ninja, it’s a fake robot! Why did you — you can’t say, ‘F**k you, kid!’” Considering the breathy laughter on the other end of the line, it’s safe to say that Poke’s prank went over quite well — if not in the manner he originally anticipated.

Pokelawls flames DisguisedToast after his “stupid” 30-day ban prank – Dexerto
Pokelawls flames DisguisedToast after his “stupid” 30-day ban prank Popular streamer Pokelawls has hit out at DisguisedToast over his 30-day Twitch ban prank, which he’s admitted was an attempt to stop creators from watching anime on stream. The TV show meta, which was started by one of Twitch’s most popular creators Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel watching MasterChef, has taken over the platform since the beginning of 2022. Many other top streamers have hopped on board with the reactionary content, such as Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys and Jeremy ‘Disguised Toast’ Wang. However, the new meta proved to be a trouble-maker, as both were hit with DMCA strikes which lead to suspensions from the platform. While Pokimane was hit with a 48-hour suspension, DisguisedToast claimed he received a 30-day ban from Twitch. But, two days later the streamer was unbanned leading to Pokelawls hitting out at Toast for the “stupid” prank he pulled. Pokelawls hits out at DisguisedToast In a January 13 stream, Pokelawls gave his thoughts on the TV show meta situation with a theory that streamers don’t care about DMCA, and touched on the “stupid” prank by DisguisedToast. “All the top streamers don’t care and realized they could watch a show and grow really fast too from the TV meta,” said Poke. “Get a publicity ban, come back big if you get banned off the platform you just go to YouTube.” He added: “Toast lying about the 30-days thing is stupid. That was annoying. I actually felt bad for him, I actually felt bad I was like wait, 30-days is crazy. That was annoying, now I’m not going to give one f**k about what the guy ever says. Now I’m never going to trust him, the boy that cried wolf. The day he gets banned for real, f**k him I don’t give a f**k.” DisguisedToast’s intentions were to “scare others” who are watching TV shows and anime on stream. The streamer admitted his prank did eventually get out of hand, but he did achieve the goal of putting the spotlight on the DMCA system.

Pokelawls hilariously duos with ‘himself’ in Fortnite – Dexerto
Pokelawls hilariously duos with ‘himself’ in Fortnite Popular Twitch streamer found an interesting duo ‘partner’ for his Fortnite matches as he teamed up with himself thanks to a fan with a soundboard. The Canadian variety streamer has been broadcasting on Twitch since 2013, amassing over 500,000 followers in that time – playing everything from Overwatch to League of Legends, and even throwing in some IRL (in real life) streaming too. He can usually be found collaborating with other broadcasters, including fellow Canadian Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel, yet, while playing Fortnite, he’s been getting viewers involved. Some have been more creatives than others – including one fan who has been able to mimic the streamer and his friends with some incredible soundboard skills. During his November 26 stream, Poke had finished up a random duos game when he backed out into the lobby and was greeted by a viewer he’d already played with. “Oh my god, it’s him again,” he called out as the two began conversing. However, instead of using another streamer’s voices, the viewer responded with a few lines from Poke himself. “You really prepared, you came back with a lot of effort now,” asked the streamer, before being repeatedly greeted with the same ‘yes’ line. “You only have one yes?” he said, before the viewer replied with the same line. However, Poke saw the funny side of things and burst out into laughter, which was immediately repeated back to him. Even though viewers spammed the chat with their laughter, and Poke couldn’t contain himself, it didn’t take long for their cover to be blown in an actual match with other players. “Oh, it’s a f**king… he’s got a keyboard that plays sounds of a streamer,” noted one of their random squad partners after Poke and his fan spammed lines over each other. While it didn’t work out perfectly on that occasion, it’s definitely something that the streamer and fans will likely want to revisit over time. With an abundance of streamers out there who could be fashioned into a soundboard, the potential for hilarity is uncapped.

PointCrow announces IRL Battleship Live event on Twitch PointCrow claims he has produced “THE BIGGEST STREAM I’VE EVER DONE” amid the announcement of his ‘Battle Ship Live’ Twitch event on October 23, 2022. To commemorate the initial news of the stream, PointCrow released a short sizzle reel on social media to entice new and familiar viewers. Taking place within a 100ft by 100ft grid for either opponent, PointCrow specified that there will be “10 boats” at his disposal. Fans of the content creator are already hyped to see how this event will play out. “Whoever came up with this idea deserves a raise,” said @ARCHIT3CTstream. Battleship originated in the first World War, as a pen and pencil game, before transitioning into a board game created manufacturer Milton Bradley in 1967. The stream will be available to watch via PointCrow’s Twitch channel.

Pokelawls addresses drama as xQc “overstays” at his house – Dexerto
Pokelawls addresses drama as xQc “overstays” at his house Instagram: xQcow1, pokelawlsPokelawls has opened up about the drama between him and xQc after xQc moved into his home earlier this year. But why are fans mad about it? No matter how well you might get along, living with friends can be hard. This is something Pokelawl has realized after having xQc move in with him after his breakup with Adept. But Poke has now claimed xQc is “overstaying his welcome”. Poke revealed on stream that he would want xQc to move out as his mom was going to move in to recover after having surgery. This resulted in xQc getting lots of comments from fans, claiming he was overstaying his welcome and that she should move out of Poke’s home. Poke has now hit out at fans sending hate to xQc. Poke opens up about drama with xQc Speaking about his friend, Poke said: “He’s mad about people saying ‘you’re f**king up Poke’s house’, and he hated that, you know. He didn’t like that. “So, I think he was just being dumb and like reading these comments saying ‘You’re being a sh*tty friend to Poke’, and then he’s saying stuff like ‘it’s not even Poke’s house’, you know what I mean? It’s not even Poke’s house, erm, which makes no sense to me, like, why would you say that? I’m renting, it’s my place. I felt like I was disrespected there.” He continued: “I get that [xQc] are getting mad at these viewers, but you’re kinda sh*tting on me here, brother what? You know what I’m saying? “And then he says stuff like ‘Who cares about the guys, they have my credit card’, you know what I’m saying? Like is it like GG has my credit card, so it’s like…. but we’re not buying things with his credit card. If we’re using his credit card, it’s for him.”

PointCrow Interview: How a material science engineer took over Nintendo speedrunning – Dexerto
PointCrow Interview: How a material science engineer took over Nintendo speedrunning Once on the fast track to working as an aerospace engineer, ‘PointCrow’ shares with Dexerto how he ended up becoming a professional video game content creator. Eric ‘PointCrow’ Morino has become a prominent figure on both Twitch and YouTube – but before his rise to fame for speedrunning Nintendo titles, he was a college student working toward a degree in Material Science Engineering. Morino started his collegiate journey in 2016, but kicked off his career as a content creator just a year before graduating. After receiving his degree in 2020, PointCrow was faced with a choice: He could pursue a safe and lucrative career as an engineer, or continue growing his online audience. Of course, Morino ultimately chose to play video games over crafting aerospace materials. Here’s our in-depth discussion with PointCrow about how he became a Nintendo speedrunner. PointCrow Interview: Choosing gaming as a career You often hear stories of how someone who has been in a professional field of work for years suddenly quits their job to pursue their passions – but it’s rare to hear of someone who puts in the work to enter into a highly esteemed field, only to leave before they’ve even started. Enter PointCrow. The 24-year-old Twitch streamer and YouTuber has amassed a substantial following on both platforms while only being in the content creation game since 2019. Morino said, “I had some really awesome stuff set up [in college]. I worked on multilayer ceramic capacitors for some defense contractors. But I did streaming and YouTube as a hobby.” Although he didn’t intend for content creation to become his career, he states that his channels started to gain traction. As he began making a decent income from his content, Morino told himself, “If I ever made as much as I would in engineering, then it would make sense to do streaming full time.” Right as PointCrow graduated, he made the decision to pursue content creation exclusively. He admitted that it was unexpected, but claims he was able to choose between two dream careers. The more entertaining of the two just happened to involve video games. PointCrow’s advice to content creators Although PointCrow streams to thousands of viewers and his YouTube videos garner millions of views, he started with a fraction of the audience he has now. In fact, it took Morino a little over a year before his “big break.” January 23rd, 2020 is the date PointCrow associates with his massive growth. A video he had made months prior had “hit algorithm” and reached a number of viewers he wasn’t used to at the time. While many content creators attribute their success to luck, PointCrow claims he knew it was going to happen eventually. “One of my videos was bound to pop off at that point,” states Morino, “A lot of people say YouTube is a lot of luck, but it’s more of seizing an opportunity.” He added that, if creators are making videos that “will be” good, it just takes time for people to eventually catch on and for the algorithm to pick it up. PointCrow advises that if you’re wanting to get into content creation, you need to start it as a hobby. “The moment you start to treat it like a job is the moment it stops being fun. So if you go into it thinking you want to make this your job, don’t. It’s really unlikely you’re going to make it. But if you want to try, I’ll be happy to meet you.” PointCrow on getting stuck the same content In addition to his speed runs and wacky video game challenges, PointCrow is also seeking to break out of this mold by attempting IRL content. Creators rarely leave the content that helped them rise to prominence, or shy away after a failed attempt at something new. However, PointCrow has proven that repeatedly attempting new content can lead to success. At the beginning of his career, Morino almost exclusively made The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild videos. He stated that he felt locked into just creating Zelda content. “I would play a Zelda game and it would go really well. But then I would go into something Nintendo-adjacent like Pokemon, and the video would bomb.” He claimed that his viewers would ask where the Zelda content they subscribed for was, and when he’d be returning to his roots. The way PointCrow overcame this issue was facing the way he faces content creation as a whole. “You want to make sure whatever you do is the best in that field. You want to revolutionize that field.” PointCrow does this by publishing high-quality videos covering content you can’t find anywhere else. Morino intends to expand his content outside of video games. “It’s video games to start, but I want to do more.” This is already apparent through the two IRL videos he has posted recently, both of which are hovering around 1 million views on YouTube. PointCrow’s quick rise to stardom is inspiring, but it’s not without its risks. Regardless, playing video games for thousands of viewers is a dream job for many, and Eric “PointCrow” Morino is proving what’s possible in today’s content-rich landscape.

PointCrow reveals epic setup for IRL Mario Party event – Dexerto
PointCrow reveals epic setup for IRL Mario Party event Twitter: PointCrow / NintendoYouTuber and Twitch streamer Eric “PointCrow” Morino showed off some behind-the-scenes pictures from his upcoming IRL Mario Party event. Plenty of content creators on platforms like YouTube and Twitch have gone above and beyond the norm of simply playing video games, such as Ludwig’s Mogul Money Live show. As of late, content creator Eric “PointCrow” Morino has branched out from his usual difficulty modding challenges and into some more elaborate projects like his IRL Battle Ship stream. Now, the PointCrow has shared early behind-the-scenes details about his upcoming IRL Mario Party stream, including its elaborate board and minigame setup. PointCrow teases IRL Mario Party stream set The content creator teased details about the event via his Twitter account on November 11, 2022, which included a video breakdown, an image of the set, and a full guest list. Of the four main players, viewers can expect PointCrow himself along with fellow content creators Will Neff, Allux, and DougDoug. Though it’s unclear what role they will play just yet, special guests like Atrioc, CrankGamePlays, and Ted Nivison will also appear during the event. Alongside the teaser video, PointCrow shared a photo of a massive warehouse where the stream will take place. Though not fully set up, viewers got a glimpse of some of the potential minigame props like tricycles, a racetrack, and as well as some sort of board with holes drilled throughout it. The stream will take place on Sunday, November 13, 2022, at 12 PM PST/10 AM CST on PointCrow’s YouTube channel. The project seems quite ambitious, with plenty of moving parts to coordinate and plan out. However, should everything run smoothly, this IRL Mario Party event could certainly be a massive stream for the content creator.

PointCrow details stepping into the ring with his greatest inspiration, DisguisedToast – Dexerto
PointCrow details stepping into the ring with his greatest inspiration, DisguisedToast Following the brutal bout between content creators PointCrow and DisguisedToast during Ludwig’s Chessboxing event, Eric recounts what it was like to face one of his greatest inspirations in a match of brain and brawn. Influencer boxing has become quite the spectacle over the course of the last year or so. With social media titans KSI, Logan Paul, and Jake Paul pioneering the sport some years ago, now, influencers large and small are putting on their gloves to give fans a show. There’s something gratifying about seeing two vaguely familiar socialites going to blows with one another in front of an audience numbering in the thousands. It’s even more so when both boxers are responsible for creating content you’ve consumed for years. While watching amateurs punch their way through rounds of boxing is good fun, Ludwig found a way to put a spin on the sport. On December 11, 2022, the first influencer Chessboxing event was held with gamers PointCrow and DisguisedToast headlining the card. Two content creators known for their entertaining gameplay on-screen would face off in a competition of physical and mental aptitude. However, divulged in a promo video before the fight, PointCrow would express how DisguisedToast inspired him to start streaming. In an interview with Dexerto, PointCrow details what it was like to train for a sport he had never played, what happened after the fight, and what it was like to step into the ring for the first time. Training for Chessboxing and stepping into the ring PointCrow was not only in Ludwig’s Mogul Chessboxing event, but he was fighting in the main event match with all other fights leading up to his bout with DisguisedToast. If there were pressure on any combatants to perform well, it was on Crow and Eric. Training for a main event is demanding enough, but this would also be both fighters’ boxing debut. As such, PointCrow devised a strategy he would carry out over the span of six months. “I generally knew that DisguisedToast didn’t practice too much chess and went all-in on training for boxing. I knew that we were around the same chess skill level/ELO, too, by stalking his chess.com account and all the matches he played on it prior to the event. So, for the chess portion–I had some idea of what his opening was and practiced a little against that. “On the boxing side of things, I know that when Toast puts his mind to something and gets comfortable with it, the man is unstoppable. He’s incredibly smart and will take advantage of whatever he can–so the goal of mine was to come out swinging as aggressively as possible to get him off his rhythm early. The more uncomfortable I could make Toast in the ring, the better chance I thought I’d have at winning.” Eric revealed that he put none of his time into chess or chess theory and instead went all in on the physical aspect of the event, a fatal mistake that could have been why he fell to DisguisedToast via checkmate. He also stated that while he enjoyed the boxing portion of the event more, boxing training was much harder. “Getting up at the crack of dawn every morning, getting headshots and body shots for an hour or two before you even start your day? Brutal. Hey, but at least it really wakes you up!” Of course, athletes can train as hard as they want, but it will never fully prepare them for what it’s like actually to step into the ring. The nerves, excitement, and opponents are there for months of sparring. “I was incredibly nervous right before the fight!” PointCrow admitted, “Would I do well? Will I fall for a gambit? Is the fight going to live up to the name of ‘main event’?” “So many thoughts were swirling through my head, but the moment I walked out was the moment those thoughts went away. I mean, at that point, there’s no use in worrying–I put in 6 months of effort and laid it all out for millions to see. More importantly, I was having too much fun to care!“ The aftermath of a brutal matchup For professional boxers, a match rarely gets as brutal as the one between PointCrow and DisguisedToast. Saying they put it all on the line might be considered an understatement, as entering the final round of boxing, Eric had to win via knockout, or the match would be won by Toast. Both fighters landed blow after blow with the burning intent to knock the other unconscious. Blood would spill, but neither would fall to the mat in time. “Toast and I were pretty much destroyed at the end of our card. He was bleeding, I could barely focus. I wish I could remember more about what happened immediately after the last round, but unfortunately, both Toast and I were diagnosed with mild concussions in the locker room. “There was a splitting head pain, and it was all I could do not to rip my brain out of my skull–I felt like puking, and there was a haze all around my thoughts,” Eric stated. DisguisedToast would later reveal he has had issues sleeping following the fight, whereas PointCrow has faced the opposite. “I think it’s harder for me to stay awake! Maybe I stole the sleep from him. But for real, my concussion symptoms have definitely faded, I hope Toast can keep healing and rest up.” Comparing Influencer Boxing to “real” boxing Despite these events capturing the attention of hundreds of thousands of viewers, a stigma still follows the term “influencer boxing.” This mindset that – despite training for six months for a single fight – these events aren’t on the same level as professional boxing. PointCrow believes that’s a disservice to this subgenre of boxing. “I think influencers breaking into boxing is a fantastic way to bring in new blood to the sport, and it puts on a fantastic show. The content that spawns from these high-octane events is unparalleled,” he stated. “In terms of considering these ‘laid back events,’ I think Chess Boxing and Creator Clash are anything but laid back, and to call them such is a disservice to the sheer production quality and entertainment value that these events bring forth. My coach was shocked at the venue and viewership itself, citing it as similar to the professional fights he used to be in.” He warned those watching influencer boxing who might think the fights aren’t as competitive as a professional match. “Content or not, it’s a serious sport with serious injuries–so it’s not something the average person should jump into without research.” PointCrow’s future in the sport of boxing Like clockwork, as one fight ends, spectators are eager to know if their favorite influencer will step back into the ring and who with – but for PointCrow, his future in the sport is uncertain. “I’m unsure if I’ll try it again! It was incredibly fun to be a part of, and I fell in love with the sport itself. For the short term however, I won’t be doing any contact sports, I’ll just stay boxing to keep in shape and healthy.” However, he stated that he’d like to see how he would fare in a regular boxing match. “It would require much more stamina–but the brainchild of chess boxing has my heart. There’s an incredible nuance of brain and ‘brawn’ that goes on. The mental battle of chess boxing is definitely underrated.” In terms of who he would face, he already had the perfect opponent. “I think I got lucky that my first card was with DisguisedToast. In my opinion, the fight we had was some of the best content in influencer boxing to date. We were super evenly matched. I’d say with the fun I had, our respect for each other, and how everything went down, he was my ideal opponent!” Will PointCrow step back into the ring? Will he get another chance to claim victory over DisguisedToast? Or will his idea for hybrid Knitting-Boxing become a reality spawning a new sports craze?

Podcast hosts shock fans after they were hit by car In the video, Alexsey shows the SUV sitting outside of the shop while the windows are lying on top of the seats he and his podcast co-host were in just minutes earlier. “My friend Nathan and I were recording a podcast for his channel, and we just got hit by a car,” he said. The rest of the video shows the two influencers talking to various staff members and other customers before moving outside, presumably so they could talk to the police. After tons of viewers asked to see a clip of the accident, Alexsey uploaded it in a reply to the original video. In the hours since both uploads went viral, they’ve amassed over 16 million views combined. Fans quickly took to the comments to share their thoughts on the situation, with almost 20k people flooding the comments on both videos. “Your friend should definitely get checked out,” one worried user replied. Another commenter said: “THE WAY U CAUGHT IT ON VIDEO IS CRAZY.” A third viewer questioned the cement poles outside of the shop that is meant to prevent accidents like this: “Arent those cement posts designed specifically to, idk, prevent exactly what happened.” Luckily it appears that both Alexsey and his friend are okay, with his friend presumably getting checked out after taking the brunt of the impact during the incident. Podcast host under fire for saying video games are “for children” TikTok: SeethethingispodA podcast host has come under fire after a TikTok clip of her saying video games are “for children” went viral on Twitter. With the growing popularity of games over the last few years, an increasing number of people have shared their thoughts on whether or not adults should enjoy them. Influencer Mandii B and singer/Bridget Kelly host a podcast called “See the Thing Is” and during an episode in March, Mandii shared her thoughts about video games. It was posted on Twitter on May 30 and quickly went viral with people roasting Mandii’s thoughts in the process. Podcast host under fire after sharing video game opinion In the post, Mandii makes it clear that she thinks video games are “for children.” Since being posted on Twitter, it’s been viewed nearly seven million times. “I am an adult, video games are for children and so in dating, I would rather you have a hobby that’s not video games. Something that enlightens you,” she said. The guest, Khleo Thomas — who is widely known as the actor who played Zero in the movie Holes — quickly spoke up about gaming as a grown man. “[I’ve made it] very lucrative for myself. I grew up playing games like Final Fantasy 7, Mortal Kombat,” he said before Mandii mentioned she likes Mortal Kombat. “Name one Mortal Kombat character,” Khleo asked before not getting an answer from the host. Those reacting to the clip on Twitter were quick to share their opinions with many of them being the opposite of Mandii B’s. “As an adult the goings on of ppl shouldn’t bother you this much,” one user replied. Another commented: “So many people have this view, it’s like a weird form of superiority complex. ‘I’m more mature because I don’t play games’.” “If the men want to play video games let them,” a third user said. Many others, however, were more focused on the fact Khleo Thomas was a part of the clip with many of them not realizing he was still active on the internet.

Plus-sized TikTok star slams claims her boyfriend is being “paid” to date her – Dexerto
Plus-sized TikTok star slams claims her boyfriend is being “paid” to date her Instagram: remibaderTikTok star Remi Bader has hit back at trolls claiming her boyfriend is too “good-looking” for her, shutting down rumors he is “paid” to date her. Remi Bader rose to fame on TikTok in 2021 and has amassed over 2.3 million followers on her platform. A curve model, Bader frequently posts fashion hauls highlighting trends and size discrepancies between brands. But while the 28-year-old’s fans adore Bader for her candid nature and relatability, the content creator’s journey has not been without its hurdles along the way. Just earlier this month, Bader announced she would no longer be sharing her personal health journey due to the amount of “disgusting” comments about her body. And now she is hitting back at trolls claiming her boyfriend is being “paid” to date her, discussing their relationship on an episode of Emily Ratajkowski’s podcast, High Low with EmRata. Talking about the difficulties of sharing one’s personal life on a public platform, Bader admitted, “What has really hurt me is seeing the things of when I post my boyfriend.” “I love posting videos with him and it’s fun and we post funny things together and then people are just like, ‘Clearly he’s being paid to be with her like there’s no way such a good-looking guy would be with a girl like that’,” she said. Admitting the comments have been “hard” for the couple, Bader hit back at trolls by revealing her boyfriend had been “the most supportive” when it came to her health journey. “So when I see people saying the opposite, or make me feel like there’s no way he could love me, and like, see these things, like, when people say ‘just don’t read it,’ I’m like, you don’t get it.” Bader recently celebrated her one-year anniversary with her boyfriend, sharing a loving post on Instagram in which she wrote, “You teach me to speak kinder to myself and have shown me love that I never thought was something that was possible for me.” The couple met on a dating app with the relationship going public in November 2022. Despite this, Brader has not revealed her boyfriend’s name in order to “protect” him, citing it was because she “[shared] so much”. We wish them all the happiness in the world. Plumber horrified after finding bones while digging under bathroom – Dexerto
Plumber horrified after finding bones while digging under bathroom TIKTOK: beansfromacanA UK-based plumber was left horrified after he discovered a pile of bones while digging under a cottage bathroom. TikToker Jonathan Bretts (beansfromacan) was shocked after finding over 20 bones hidden underneath the floorboards of the bathroom he was fixing in Plymouth, UK. The plumber, who was working on a 200-year-old cottage, shared his creepy discovery in a video that has amassed over 1.4 million views. “Can anyone tell me if this is human or animal?” he asked in the caption. After finding a jawbone with teeth, Jonathan was worried that a human body had been buried in the old house. “As you can imagine I started to stress out,” he told Magnet Trade. “In the back of my mind I knew it was an animal as the teeth didn’t look like ours, but I was still sketching out as I really did not want this job to be shut down!” Plumber discovers where the bones came from Jonathan said he “kind of” hoped it was the bones of a dog, rather than a person. Upon doing an internet search and consulting fellow tradesmen, he was relieved to find out that the bones came from a pig. The plumber ended up putting them back into the ground. “The bones were placed back under the floor when we found out that back in the day people buried them to ward off bad spirits,” he noted. “After speaking with the owners of the home, they informed me that the house opposite used to be a pig farm and they think the barn attached to their property was in fact a slaughterhouse,” Jonathan said. He shared the update in another TikTok video, exclaiming, “It’s not a human! Yes!” One user commented, “At least you solved the mystery bones.” Another laughed, “Lol the celebration for pig bones.” “Let’s just say it’s not every day you’re at work and find a pile of bones under a bathroom floor,” Jonathan said upon reflection. “I have been in the industry for over 20 years and I’ve never seen anything like it before. Whilst I have unearthed old packets of cigarettes and bottles, nothing has come close to this – this was beyond me,” he added.

Plus-size TikToker sparks debate asking for hotels to make hallways bigger – Dexerto
Plus-size TikToker sparks debate asking for hotels to make hallways bigger TikTok: jaebaeofficialA plus-size TikToker sparked a debate online after she listed 10 body-inclusive services that hospitality businesses should implement so that heavier individuals have easier access and more comfort. Traveling in comfort is one of the better luxuries of life. Whether it be riding on the elevator up to your King sized bed, sharing drinks with friends poolside, or flying in first class, it’s always nice to treat yourself on vacation. And for plus-size TikToker Jaelynn, it’s no different. Though she may not have the easiest time out in public due to having to maneuver her weight, she’s made an effort to jumpstart the debate over hospitality services needing to be more body-inclusive. Since finding that many places don’t alter their interior design or amenities to fit those of all sizes, Jaelynn has posted a video to TikTok listing the 10 things that places like hotels and travel services can improve on for plus-size people. TikToker Jaelynn didn’t receive much support for her body-inclusive ideas Being plus-size herself, Jaelynn knows what could be done for bigger individuals to feel more comfortable and accepted while out in public or traveling. She feels so strongly about the subject that she took to TikTok to share her list of 10 changes that hospitality services should start adhering to. Jaelynn began her body-inclusive TikTok video saying, “I’m on a mission to revolutionize the travel industry and make it a more accessible, accepting, and accommodating place for all.” Jaelynn continued, “The needs of plus-size travelers matter just as much as anybody else’s.” She then began talking about her 10-part list of size-inclusive hotel amenities after saying, “We deserve an environment that respects our needs and body diversity.” Jaelynn’s list of amenities that should be improved for people of all sizes included — “Provide sturdy and wider chairs without armrests” – “Ensure beds with strong support and a high weight capacity” – “Make the elevators and hallways spacious” – “Install grab-bars in showers and near toilets” – “Train staff to be respectful, understanding, and accommodating to travelers of all sizes” – “Provide pool lifts and handrails at the entry of the pool” – “Hotel restaurants should have roomy seating options” – “Offer larger beach and pool seating” – “Hotels should include side-inclusive bathrobes” – “Display clear and accurate information on these amenities on hotel websites” – After TikTokers viewed her video and heard the list of changes Jaelynn would like to see, a debate was sparked on whether or not she was asking too much from hospitality services. Not many people supported Jaelynn’s suggestions, as most viewers thought Jaelynn should do something about her weight in order to fix the issues, saying, “How are you going to ask for things to change but you refuse to change yourself?” As well as, “I used to be obese and what you’re talking about is not going to make life easier. It’s called eating a healthier diet, losing weight, and having a healthy lifestyle.” Some people even took to the comments to say it would be too expensive to make Jaelynn’s alterations, saying, “As someone in hotel management, many budgets simply wouldn’t allow for this. You’re asking for tens, hundreds, and even million-dollar adjustments.” Though Jaelynn was faced with quite the criticism, she has continued to share her body-inclusive thoughts and opinions on TikTok, gaining followers along the way — whether they support her or not.

Playstation Network might finally allow players to change their usernames – Dexerto
Playstation Network might finally allow players to change their usernames Being able to change your username is something Playstation Network users have been asking for since the service was launched in 2006, now after a new report, it looks like Playstation is gearing up to finally make it happen. The report from Kotaku talks to three different people at three different game studios speaking anonymously, who say that in recent months they’ve been tweaking, fixing bugs, and making sure their games will work with Sony’s plans. Kotaku also claims to have a photo shared by another anonymous employee that shows a guide for changing a username on the Playstation Network, but did not include it in their report. There’s no sign when this feature could be implemented, but the developers Kotaku talked to said retroactively going back and fixing old multiplayer games would be a time-consuming process. One of the things that has most annoyed Playstation users since the launch of Playstation Network in 2006 is the inability to change usernames after you pick your original, which means all the xX_Sk8rBeast98_Xx’s of the world have had to stick with their embarrassing usernames, unless they want to make a new account and lose all their achievements and data. Twitch streamer is broadcasting himself inside a cage for 30 daysPlaystation users could soon see a day when friends and coworkers aren’t embarrassed to share their PSN’s, a day where every player has the chance to escape their terrible, decade-old screen names, when that day is though, we still have no idea.

Player vomits during bizarre Mario Party drinking game Twitch stream – Dexerto
Player vomits during bizarre Mario Party drinking game Twitch stream A little-known Twitch streamer had their moment in the spotlight as their game of Mario Party was interrupted by one of the players suddenly vomiting. Well, that’s what can happen when you down a little shot each time you win a mini-game. You wouldn’t normally expect anyone to be sick when they’re streaming Mario Party (unless they were playing the awful Mario Party Advance), but it’s more likely when you turn the plumber’s multiplayer title into a drinking game called It’sa Mee Bacardio. This drinking game seems to involve downing a quarter of a shot of what we can only assume to be Bacardi for doing certain things. A quarter of a shot might not seem like a lot, but it can soon add up, especially when, according to the game’s rules, you have to drink for doing pretty much anything. The game’s rules were posted on the unnamed streamer’s broadcast and whether a player wins a game, rolls a one, or lands on a red space, they have to drink a quarter of a shot of the 37.5% rum. That’s not all either. Roll over a 20, drink a 1/4 shot, earn a multiple of 20 coins, drink 1/4 shot… you get the picture. Read More: Top 10 funniest Twitch clips of 2019 – And pity the player who loses a duel as they have to drink a full shot! Maybe that’s what happened to the poor unnamed chap captured in this 10-second horror show of a clip that’s been posted on Reddit. He couldn’t even swallow his latest drink – puking it back up in a gross moment that, once viewed, you’ll never want to see again! Although that didn’t prevent Reddit user Ionious_official from sharing it for the world to watch. No one seemed to show much concern for him though – you can hear a little laughter as the player spewed back into the cup that he was drinking from. It’s hard to imagine that Nintendo would have considered that their innocent family-friendly spin-off franchise would be turned into a drinking game for people to watch when it was first created for N64 in 1998. Indeed, the latest Switch game, Super Mario Party, has been nominated for many awards, including best Family Game at The Game Awards 2018! Best game to down shots of Bacardi to? Not so much…

Players hack GTA V to help PewDiePie beat T-Series in subscriber war – Dexerto
Players hack GTA V to help PewDiePie beat T-Series in subscriber war PewDiePiePewDiePie’s ongoing battle with T-Series over who will hold the top spot on YouTube’s most subscribed list has received another boost – this time from players hacking GTA V. As well as fellow YouTuber MrBeast’s efforts, which included a city-wide advertising campaign, a hacker even got access to thousands of printers in homes and offices to print a message telling them to subscribe to PewDiePie. As the contest has gone on, and T-Series has gained on the Swedish king of YouTube, the stunts to keep him at the top have become even more daring – even a massive billboard, costing $1 million, was put up in Times Square, New York. PewDiePie hosts charity stream for ‘Child Rights and You’ organization – Stream and infoPlayers began noticing the message and sharing it to Twitter, where others reported seeing the same message from different users. PewDiePie, real name Felix Kjellberg, did warn fans not to go too far and do anything illegal in the pursuit of helping him beat the Indian record label and production company. However, as the efforts from other YouTubers and fans alike get more out of hand, who knows what we will see next. PewDiePie became the first to hit 74 million subscribers on December 4, meanwhile T-Series was behind by less than 500,000 (although at one point the gap was less than 50,000 – so these efforts are working). You can see the live subscriber counts for both channels here.

Player #067 reacts to “crazy” internet fame after viral MrBeast Squid Game video – Dexerto
Player #067 reacts to “crazy” internet fame after viral MrBeast Squid Game video YouTube: MrBeast, Noah BeckCamilla Araujo, also known as ‘Player #067,’ skyrocketed to internet stardom after appearing in MrBeast’s viral Squid Game YouTube video — and she claims the sudden fame completely blindsided her. MrBeast’s Squid Game recreation was an instant viral hit, racking up over 130 million views in under a week and breaking several YouTube records in the process. His rendition of the hit Netflix series was even lauded by the show’s creator, Hwang Dong-hyuk, and has become a major talking point regarding the “creator economy.” However, MrBeast isn’t the only influencer gaining international recognition for his Squid Game magnum opus; one of the video’s participants, player #067, also found herself gaining major attention after appearing in the viral project. Camilla Araujo went from having 7,000 Instagram followers to a staggering 107,000 in just five days after MrBeast’s video went live… and she says the attention was totally unexpected. In a December 8 episode of Noah Beck’s ‘Beckseat Driver,’ Arajuo explained exactly what went down after the video was released. View this post on Instagram Player #067 talks viral Squid Game fame “I was actually at the movies watching Clifford,” she admitted. “When your phone started going nuts?” Beck interjected. “When I say ‘blowing up,’ I mean like, blowing up! I don’t even know how to describe it.” “The video came out around 4, right? … I’m watching it, and I didn’t have a Twitter. People were sending me screenshots like, ‘Oh my god, everyone’s trying to find you!’ Then my Instagram starts going crazy. It was absolutely crazy.” (Topic begins at 7:20) Funny enough, Camilla isn’t the only #067 to have a major increase in Instagram followers because of Squid Game; the actress for #067 in the Netflix show, model HoYeon Jung, received similar attention, gaining a jaw-dropping 20 million Instagram followers in the wake of Squid Game’s international acclaim. Although Araujo is currently attending college, she is a fan of content creation and has even started up her own YouTube channel with hopes of becoming an influencer and “giving back” to others in the style of MrBeast. Considering her massive success from just one video appearance, there’s no telling where life will take her next!

Planet of the Bass fans blast music video for leaving out Ms. Biljana Electronica – Dexerto
Planet of the Bass fans blast music video for leaving out Ms. Biljana Electronica KyleGordonIsGreat | TikTokThe Planet of the Bass song has gone viral on TikTok for replicating the charm of 90s Eurodance while being a catchy tune in its own right, but producer Kyle Gordon is coming under fire for leaving co-star Ms. Biljana Electronica out of the music video for the song’s full release. The Planet of the Bass song has been an unexpected hit on TikTok. What started as a parody of the Euro-pop style that dominated in the 90s has gone on to take the internet by storm. With 750k likes and almost 5 million views on the initial TikTok and countless reposts on Twitter and other social media sites, it’s safe to say the Planet of the Bass song is a viral hit. Thus, DJ Crazy Time (aka Kyle Gordon) has opted to release a full song. However, fans of the original TikTok noticed that Biljana was missing in the new music video Kyle filmed to promote the full song’s release. The decision to leave Biljana behind hasn’t gone over well with fans. Planet of the Bass fans want Ms. Biljana back Though it’s hard to tell what the lyrics in Planet of the Bass are trying to say, that’s also kind of the joke. And it’s impossible to deny the original song and video have a certain energy to them. People across the internet have been sharing now-iconic lyrics from the song like “women are my favorite guy” to marvel at the sheer ridiculousness and, funny enough, satirical accuracy of the track. While Kyle Gordon’s DJ Crazy Time personality was certainly a large part of what made this song such a viral hit, fans of the song have argued that Ms. Biljana Electronica was a huge part of what made the video so special. When DJ Crazy Time appeared alongside another co-star in a different music video, fans were livid to see Biljana missing in action. The new music video has hit a wall of backlash from fans for omitting Biljana, with people saying things like, “this isn’t hitting the same without Biljana” and “THE PEOPLE WANT MS BILJANA.” Others wondered where the original Biljana went and whether or not this may be part of Gordon’s bit. DJ Crazy Time has yet to comment on it, and, though this may be part of his bit and a master plan to create yet another storyline around the viral hit, that doesn’t change the fact that fans want Biljana back. It remains to be seen if Gordon will address the original singer being switched out or if this is yet another layer to a satirical video that has far outgrown the audience it was initially made to capture. Be sure to stick with Dexerto for more entertainment coverage on viral hits like Planet of the Bass.

Plastic surgeon reveals the one thing you should do to slow down aging – Dexerto
Plastic surgeon reveals the one thing you should do to slow down aging TIKTOK: drjaluvmabodyA Beverly Hills plastic surgeon took to TikTok to reveal a genius method you can use daily to slow down the aging process. California-based plastic surgeon Dr. Faryan Jalalabadi (drjaluvmabody) is known for sharing various hacks and popular anti-aging tips with his 38,400 followers on TikTok. In one of his latest videos, he explained how spending 15-20 minutes in the sauna daily can help slow down the natural aging process and improve collagen production. “The sauna slows down the aging process of the skin,” he said in the viral clip, which has amassed over 1.1 million views. “It improves collagen and elastic production. It detoxifies the skin through the sweating process.” The doctor also highlighted the sauna’s heart-healthy attributes and its benefits for lung health and skin circulation. “It improves the circulation of the blood flow to your skin. It releases little proteins that protect your DNA and your cells from aging by the shock of the heat,” he explained. “Every day that you do this, it is an anti-aging practice. So, get in the sauna every day, if you can,” the content creator said. However, Dr. Jalalabadi warned not to overdo it, as pushing yourself to do 40 minutes could lead to exhaustion, dehydration, dizziness, nausea, headaches, or even heat stroke. “And if you have melasma, unfortunately, you have to avoid it because this will exacerbate your hyperpigmentation,” he said. TikTok users rushed to the comments to crack jokes about how they could achieve the same effect by simply stepping outside in Texas or sitting in their cars. “Free outside sauna in Houston, Texas for 6 months,” one person joked. “I live in Texas. I don’t need a sauna. I need a cold plunge,” another one wrote. “Perfect, my car has no AC, so I’ll chalk that up to sauna time then,” a third added. “Do humid Texas summers count??” someone asked, to which the plastic surgeon replied, “Might as well.” For more entertainment news and other viral stories, be sure to check out our coverage.

TikToker Natalie (nataliebonbon) left viewers swooning after she decided to shoot her shot with a “cute” guy by writing her phone number on a napkin and handing it to him. In a viral clip with 3 million views, the plane passenger filmed herself sitting on board a Southwest flight, after spotting the man in question sitting in the row ahead of her. “Really cute guy sitting in front of me on my flight,” Natalie wrote over the video. “Decided to shoot my shot.” She then shared a photo of a note she scribbled down on a napkin, which read: “If you’re single/ interested, text me sometime.” The flirty flier also added a smiley face and her phone number before handing it to the man. Much to Natalie’s surprise, the guy turned around and introduced himself to her, which left the content creator “freaking out.” Shortly after arriving at their destination, she also received a text message from him, as he wrote: “Hey Natalie, nice to meet you. Yes, single and interested.” TikTok users in the comments were delighted by the encounter, and many wanted to hear more of the story. “So happy for you! Here for the updates,” one person said. “When is the wedding? So cute!” another wrote. “Where do we subscribe to relationship updates?” a third added. The romantic tale even prompted the official Southwest Airlines TikTok account to leave a comment that read: “As the love airline, we’re now invested!” In a follow-up clip, Natalie revealed that the pair had plans to go out on a date, and that she would share an update or story time after the date had taken place. Pizza shop owner has received death threats after Dave Portnoy review – Dexerto
Pizza shop owner has received death threats after Dave Portnoy review Twitter: stoolpresidenteThe owner of a pizza shop has received death threats after he and Dave Portnoy exchanged words during a 6.4 review. After Dave Portnoy exposed a Somerville, MA pizza joint as “The worst pizza place in America,” the owner, Charlie Redd, has received death threats. Portnoy’s review on Redd’s joint, Dragon Pizza, started like any review does — with one bite only. But when Redd came outside, out of nowhere, to tell Portnoy that he was wrong for rating pizza places, things got fairly heated. Though some of the exposure has been good for Redd, he has admitted that the death threats are rather taxing on his mind. The owner of Dragon Pizza says he doesn’t want to give Portnoy credit for “complicating” his life Though Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy has raised over $50 million for the pizza places that have allowed him to review their pies, the owner of Dragon Pizza wasn’t having it. In Portnoy’s now-viral review of Redd’s pizza, Redd can be heard saying to Portnoy, “Move on, don’t stand in front of my business.” Though it’s unknown as to what triggered Redd to disinvite Portnoy from reviewing his pizza, the two proceeded to exchange words, as Portnoy responded to Redd, saying, “F—k you, it’s a public street, you motherf—ker.” Barstool Pizza Review – Dragon Pizza (Somerville, MA) The Worst Pizza Place in America pic.twitter.com/gBNqmg87Go — Dave Portnoy (@stoolpresidente) September 1, 2023 After the incident went viral online, Redd took the time to catch up with Boston.com where he revealed that although Dragon Pizza has sold out numerous times since Portnoy’s review, the death threats are a bit much for him to handle. Redd explained the aftermath, saying, “It’s kind of new terrain for me — It’s mental. But I don’t want to give him credit for complicating my life.” Redd continued, “We’re running our pizza shop, and everyone is happy. I’m receiving death threats. I’ve received threats at my home. I’m receiving tons of all sorts of different attacks in many different ways.” Though Redd said he had to turn off comments from Dragon Pizza’s Instagram to disengage with the negative comments and threats after Portnoy’s review, he told Boston.com that he and his staff are committed to their purpose, saying, “We’re going to go back to making pizza and making people happy.”

Pizza delivery driver goes viral after tripping suspect fleeing from police A pizza delivery driver has gone viral after stepping into a police chase and tripping a suspect letting the pursuing officer catch up and stop the runaway. Two teenagers were caught joyriding a stolen car in Delaware. Local police pursued the suspects before the 17-year-old driver crashed on Preston Street, Middletown Township. What appears to be a routine arrest was anything but with the events leading up to the capture drawing attention across the globe thanks to a wild TikTok clip. Pizza delivery driver trips suspect to assist police capture Cocco’s Pizza employee Tyler Morell has gone viral after tripping a suspect being chased by the police. A TikTok video posted by the company’s official account revealed how the situation went down, amassing over 4 million views before being taken down. The pizza delivery driver was working on April 16 when the stolen car drove past. The alleged thief then jumped out of the car and ran toward Morell who made a quick judgment call to stick out his leg and trip up the suspect. Speaking to ABC, Morell recalled the events leading up to the assist: “A car just came up doing like 75, he beached on the side of this person’s lawn and almost took out a couple of cars.” Continuing on the pizza delivery driver explained his reasoning for stepping in: “I am so sick of seeing crime go on, especially half a mile down the road. So if they needed a hand or a foot, I was there.” Although grateful Brookhaven Police Department’s chief of police Michael Vice hesitated to encourage others to follow Morell’s example: “We still say let the police handle it but he made the split-second decision that ultimately helped us.” Citizens like Tyler getting involved with police activities isn’t new. Be it assisting the police or even full-blown citizen arrests, there have been numerous cases of bystanders getting involved and saving the day.

Pizza Hut worker accused of killing boss after cashing $7K inheritance check – Dexerto
Pizza Hut worker accused of killing boss after cashing $7K inheritance check Milwaukee Police Department / Unsplash: Saumya RastogiA Pizza Hut worker has been arrested and is facing a life sentence after allegedly killing his manager over a $7,000 inheritance check. Pizza Hut has seen some terrifying moments take place at the popular restaurant chain, with the latest taking things a step further. Now, a murder has occurred in one of the stores after an employee killed his boss in hopes of pocketing a $7,000 inheritance check that the victim had cashed earlier that same week. Kavonn Ingram was charged with homicide on February 5 after the store’s manager, Alex Stengel, was found deceased in a dumpster outside the Pizza Hut where both men worked. South Milwaukee police arrived at the scene after receiving a call about a dead body in the garbage area of the restaurant. A trail of blood led officers to the kitchen where Stengel had been killed. WISN reported that an autopsy showed the 55-year-old was found with a gunshot wound to the head, his throat cut, and puncture wounds on his neck. Surveillance footage led the investigation to Ingram, who had attempted to cover his tracks by clocking out for Stengel and sending text messages from the deceased’s phone. The motive for the murder is believed to have been a $7,000 check that Stengel had received as an inheritance. Stengel had shown off the money to his coworkers earlier that same week. Following the murder, Stengel’s wallet, keys, and mobile phone were all missing. Ingram is now facing a life sentence on the charge of first-degree homicide, with additional charges including hiding a corpse, armed robbery, and possession of a firearm by a felon. His cash bond was set at $200,000, with the court ordering Ingrano to have no contact with any of the employees at his former Pizza Hut workplace.

Pixar Cars fans in love with “real life Radiator Springs” – Dexerto
Pixar Cars fans in love with “real life Radiator Springs” Pixar/TikTok: globetrottinggingerIf you’re a fan of Pixar’s Cars movie series, Radiator Springs and all of the people who live there will feel like a second home — and that’s something that many fans have realized after a viral TikTok showed a driver going through the “real life Radiator Springs.” For those unaware, or who don’t remember, Radiator Springs is the sadly-forgotten town alongside Route 66 that features throughout the Cars series. When Lightning McQueen gets lost on his way to Los Angeles for a tiebreaker race, he goes through Radiator Springs, befriending the people who live there and learning about what was once a bustling through-town, but got cut off by a nearby highway. What many viewers won’t be aware of, though, is the towns that the creators at Pixar drew inspiration from: namely the likes of Williams and Seligman in Arizona, the former of which TikToker GlobeTrottingGinger went to explore and was gobsmacked. Real life Radiator Springs goes viral Driving through Williams, AZ, the video, soundtracked by Rascal Flatts’ and Cars’ iconic ‘Life is a Highway’ shows the town at its finest, showing exactly how much inspiration Pixar took from the town and others like it. The gas station, bars, and cars on show look straight out of a different decade, reminiscent of the style of Radiator Springs in the show, with the same charm of the animated location too. In the video’s comments, a number of people said that the town was now “bucketlisted” for them, or that the place was simply “beautiful.” Others made recommendations of nearby towns or stores that the movies drew inspiration from, making for a dream road trip for Cars fans.

Pizza chef reveals how to steal slices without anyone noticing – Dexerto
Pizza chef reveals how to steal slices without anyone noticing TikTok: pizzajayryanA pizza chef has gone viral on TikTok for revealing his tricks and trades on how to steal slices of pizza without anyone noticing. Takeout can be tricky and sometimes costly, so getting your full order when it’s finally delivered or picked up is essential. However, there are instances when takeout orders aren’t as fulfilling both portion size and taste-wise. And if pizza chef and connoisseur Jay Ryan is handling your pizza order, well, you best be prepared for a smaller size than what you ordered, because he’s revealed a way to steal slices without anyone noticing. Pizza lovers say they don’t want their pizza cut after seeing how slices are stolen Jay Ryan is both a pizza chef and an avid TikToker. Often, he takes to the platform to share videos of fresh pizzas right out of the oven at his employment. However, recently, he’s gone viral for revealing how he, as a pizza maker, gets away with stealing slices without the customer knowing. First, he takes the pizza out of the oven and rests it on a tray. He then slices two straight lines down the middle about two inches thick. Then, Jay Ryan picks up each side of the pizza, as at that point, it would be cut in half with part of the middle gone. Lastly, once in the pizza box, he cuts the pie into 8 equal slices. So, if you’re ordering an 18” pizza, you’d technically be getting a 16” — however, unless you measured the circumference of the pizza, it’s truly not noticeable that part of the pizza is gone. Those who viewed Jay Ryan’s pizza hack on TikTok took to his comments to say that they didn’t want their pizzas cut anymore. One viewer even mentioned that had Jay Ryan not cut the center out of the pizza, that the pizza wouldn’t fit in the box. So, perhaps it had been done on purpose. Though Jay Ryan did reveal his pizza slice hack, he didn’t confirm ever using it. However, viewers did say that it looked like he had “done that more than once.”

California furry meetup turns violent as pirate attacks man with megaphone – Dexerto
California furry meetup turns violent as pirate attacks man with megaphone Twitter/doginrealA California ‘Furmeet’ event turned into a beach brawl after a pirate furry hit a man with a megaphone. Furry meetups can be one of the wildest events to go to with members of the community often dressing up as anthropomorphic versions of animals. While these aren’t normally problematic, a baffling incident took place on August 12 during the California Sunset Beach Bonfire ‘Furmeet,’ when a pirate furry got into a fight with another man in attendance. In a series of videos making rounds on X, formerly known as Twitter, and TikTik, a guy in a pirate furry outfit got into a man’s face while screaming into a megaphone telling him to leave. When the man didn’t the furry unleashed his fury by smacking him with the megaphone. “Paw Patrol” tackles pirate furry for hitting man with megaphone After attacking the man, identified by ‘Serah The Lioness’ as ‘Renn’ twice with the megaphone, others in attendance intervened and swarmed the pirate furry. “The guy who got thwacked was Renn. He’s known to be a chud,” the proclaimed ‘Princess of Gender’ explained on X. According to Serah, the pirate furry wanted Renn and his boyfriend Skaard kicked out and that there had been some previous altercations between the men and the rest of the community in the past. Eventually, the pirate furry was grabbed by police, dubbed “Paw Patrol” and in the process was tackled onto the sandy beach. Outkick reports that the megaphone-wielding man ended up being arrested over the incident. This isn’t the first time grown men in costumes got into a heated fight. Earlier in 2023, men dressed as Mario, Spider-Man and Black Panther fought after a dispute at a tourist attraction in Brazil.

Pirate sites under investigation for using Twitch to stream movies – Dexerto
Pirate sites under investigation for using Twitch to stream movies Freepik/TwitchWebsites using Twitch to stream the latest Hollywood movies and TV shows from Disney, Warner Bros, Netflix and more are facing an investigation. You can find just about anything on Twitch from cooking streams to bikini-clad models splashing around in hot tubs, and if you look hard enough, you can even find a movie or two. According to a report by TorrentFreak, some pirate websites have been using Twitch to help save money, but the tactic could ironically end up being far more costly. In a DMCA subpoena application, the MPA along with the Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment asked for information about a number of pirate sites and who is running them such as their names, physical addresses, phone numbers and IP addresses. The application was filed earlier this month in a California court. The two groups claimed that Suicide Squad, Salt, Gold Rush and Deadliest Catch were being offered by pirate sites, but don’t host the content on their own sites. Instead, URLs listed in the documents linked to videos on Twitch’s servers. It turns out that there were in fact many Twitch accounts set up to stream the pirated content. One of the accounts shown by TorrentFreak paints quite the picture of just how many users were tuning in with 46,000 hours watched in just a single month. While some of these pirates are a bit more secretive in their dealings, others are quite brazen. Earlier this year, over 6,000 people tuned in at once to watch Morbius on Twitch after a channel advertising “Morbius 24/7” went viral.

PinkyDoll’s ‘unfiltered’ appearance surprises fans at Streamy Awards – Dexerto
PinkyDoll’s ‘unfiltered’ appearance surprises fans at Streamy Awards Instagram: pinkydollrealbTikToker and NPC star PinkyDoll surprised fans with her ‘unfiltered’ appearance at the 2023 Streamy Awards. PinkyDoll has made quite the name for herself this year with her robotic-like NPC (non-playable character) behaviors on TikTok. Not only has PinkyDoll set the tone for NPCers alike, but she has also continued to reach staggering earnings from saying the same thing over and over again. Though her fans are used to PinkyDoll looking a certain way via social media, viewers seemed surprised to see her ‘unfiltered’ look while she presented at the 2023 Streamy Awards. Fans praise PinkyDoll for being just as gorgeous offline as she is online The non-playable character trend originated from video games where the character becomes controlled by the gaming system rather than the person playing the game. Somehow, this made its way into the influencer world where streamers act like video game characters for major cash. PinkyDoll began her NPC influence in January 2023. She has since garnered millions of fans, as her TikTok followers have amassed 1.1 million. PinkyDoll has made upwards of $7,000 daily and hasn’t stopped there. In fact, she presented at the 2023 Streamy Awards on Sunday, August 27th. PinkyDoll fans seemed surprised that her skin was darker in person. This is because she is known to heavily filter her videos. However, they have come to her defense by commenting on her natural beauty instead of focusing on the differences. One fan commented, saying, “She is still absolutely gorgeous.” While another agreed, saying, “Take the filter off, she is mad pretty bro.” Another fan joked about how she may have gotten away with looking so different via social media, saying, “Y’all know the ring lights make you look 10X lighter. We all know this though.” Another PinkyDoll fan called out people for focusing on the wrong thing, saying, “Everyone is worried about the wrong s—t. This is weird as f—k.” Someone else also mimicked the popular NPC trendsetter while throwing her a compliment, saying, “The real flex is that she’s even prettier without the filter. Yes yes…yum yum, very good.” Though PinkyDoll was exposed for her appearance at the Streamy Awards while she presented the Streamer of the Year, she hasn’t commented on what fans have said about her. However, she took to TikTok to share her ‘Queen b morning’ before the ceremony itself. The video shows that she enjoyed a plate of fruit while prepping for her big night out.

Pink Sparkles leaks emails and letters of entire stream house getting evicted – Dexerto
Pink Sparkles leaks emails and letters of entire stream house getting evicted Pink Sparkles Twitch / Leading EstatesTwitch streamer ‘Pink Sparkles’ released documents that revealed a breaking point for residents such as Mitch Jones, Kailey ‘Kbubblez’ Ann, and more, who might soon have to look for another base of operations to live. Viewers who frequent their streams might notice familiar faces making cameos every once in a while as numerous Twitch personalities are living packed in a large estate. But it seems as the house filled with popular online personalities is going to be clearing out soon as obscene habits and lack of care in the residency has attracted unwanted attention which has exposed the illegal inner workings of the property. In a since deleted Twitter thread, Pink Sparkles laid out a bevy of messages which she hoped would clear her name, as tensions over house mismanagement started to reach an all time high. “I never try to be cold…” she began. “Will possibly post my side of things in a tweet longer later but something needed to be said after having my name dragged through the dirt repeatedly after trying to resolve things peacefully.” She then posted a series of communications between a community representative as well as emails from the resident’s Home Owner Association. All of which indicated that infractions against the house and the leasing agreement would see the batch of streamers imminently vacate the premises. In one of the documents, a viewer wrote on May 4 to the housing community to report the dangers of the overflow in residents, noting how they believed the streamers presented a harm to the property. This sent a red flag to the house’s community board, setting off inquiries which started the apparent eviction process. Streamer’s feud amid problematic eviction A build up of tension as well as bickering between Pink Sparkles and others made evident that not all was functioning well in the streaming house. “Hey (Pink Sparkles) where’s the messages of you hitting up our landlord throwing us all under the bus and sabotaging us????” roommate and streamer Kailey ‘KBubblez’ said. “Why did you leave those out of everything you posted????” hey @Twitch_pink where’s the messages of you hitting up our landlord throwing us all under the bus and sabotaging us???? why did you leave those out of everything you posted???? — KBubblez (@kaileybubz) July 16, 2019 While Pink Sparkles has decided to “distance” herself from all the toxicity from people stemming out of this situation, that should prove to be easy as the streamers could soon be going their separate ways.

PinkyDoll slammed as a “scab” after announcing Hollywood offer – Dexerto
PinkyDoll slammed as a “scab” after announcing Hollywood offer Instagram: cmwhitburn / Instagram: pinkydollrealPinkyDoll has been accused of being a “scab” after revealing she accepted an offer from Hollywood, with many feeling the TikToker is taking advantage of the SAG-AFTRA and WGA strikes. Fedha Sinon, better known as ‘PinkyDoll’ online, is the Canadian TikToker who popularized NPC live streams. Simulating AI-like behavior, PinkyDoll frequently draws massive crowds while repeating catchphrases in response to gifts sent to her. “Ice cream so good” and “Balloon, pop! Pop! Pop! Pop! ” are just some of the common catchphrases that have led PinkyDoll to become a viral sensation, seemingly overnight. But now the internet’s confusion has turned to anger following the TikToker’s announcement that she had received and accepted an offer to go to Hollywood. Posting a TikTok about the news while maintaining her AI-like persona, PinkyDoll said, “Guess who is going to Hollywood baby! To Hollywood! Yes, it’s your girl right here, it’s your girl right here.” But where PinkyDoll may have gone wrong is when she started warning others to “secure their spot” in Hollywood before she took it from them, stating, “That sh** about to be popping because when I come in here, I [am going to] take somebody’s spot.” Viewers were not impressed, especially considering the current SAG-AFTRA and WGA strikes. The video was shared on Twitter and captioned, “We regret to inform you that PinkyDoll is a scab.” The comments quickly filled with users of the platform expressing their disgust over the news. “Well, l that was a career-ender, there is no lower form of life than a scab,” one said. Another posted, “I mean. This one is hardly gonna break a writer’s strike, but damn. No one should be excited to cross a picket line.” However, not everyone was opposed to PinkyDoll’s announcement with some even coming to the TikToker’s defense; “I’m sorry but the anti-scabbing rhetoric I’d argue is anti-working class and shows privilege of being able to scold people who can’t strike.” It is not clear yet what PinkyDoll’s Hollywood offer was and where fans can expect to see her in the future, though we’ll be sure to keep you updated with any further information. Pink Sauce review – Chef Pii’s viral TikTok sensation is a letdown – Dexerto
Pink Sauce review – Chef Pii’s viral TikTok sensation is a letdown DexertoInfluencer Chef Pii has released a new, FDA-approved version of her controversial condiment – but what does the new Pink Sauce taste like? We put it to the test. Earlier this year, influencer and pro chef ‘Chef Pii’ began going viral on TikTok after concocting a bright pink condiment called ‘Pink Sauce.’ Everyone who appeared in her videos claimed the sauce tasted delicious, and its bright color made her followers interested in the colorful culinary creation. However, when she started mass-producing and selling Pink Sauce on her own, netizens had issues with it. Most notably, a few customers who had purchased a bottle of Pink Sauce found that their orders had spoiled in the mail during the hot summer months, while others noticed some inconsistencies in the ingredients listed on the label — not to mention the fact that a few of those ingredients weren’t exactly non-perishable. After the backlash blew over, Chef Pii partnered up with Dave’s Gourmet, a hot sauce company based out of Texas. With their help, Chef Pii’s Pink Sauce is now an officially FDA-approved food item that’s safe for human consumption… but does the final product live up to all the hype? We got our hands on a bottle of Pink Sauce and decided to test it out. At first glance, the infamous Pink Sauce isn’t exactly pink. Instead, it’s taken on a comparatively orange hue — which is slightly disappointing, considering its name. It’s Pink Sauce, after all, not Orange Sauce, and its novelty is possibly peoples’ main reason for purchasing it in the first place. The consistency of Pink Sauce isn’t thick and viscous like blue cheese, for example. Instead, Dave’s Gourmet’s Pink Sauce is slightly watery, but not completely liquidy, and just fine for dipping in fries and chicken tenders. What does Pink Sauce taste like? But let’s stop waffling and get down to brass tacks. What does Pink Sauce taste like? The answer isn’t as bombastic as one might hope. In a word, I’d describe it as… Underwhelming. After the bright visuals of Chef Pii’s Pink Sauce took over the internet, I expected something that would zap my taste buds into shape with a spicy/fruity flavor combo. Instead, I feel like I’m dipping my chicken tendies in a tub of watery spicy mayo that hopes it’ll taste like Ranch dressing someday. How much is Pink Sauce? Pink Sauce is currently retailing for $7.99 per 13-ounce bottle, although this is a discounted rate, with the usual price being listed at $9.99. Is Pink Sauce vegan? Pink Sauce advertises itself as vegan and gluten-free, so this sauce might be a dipping option for those who can’t eat other condiments with similar flavor profiles. Pink Sauce review score: 2/5 The satisfyingly spicy kick is the best thing about Chef Pii’s Pink Sauce, and, if I were to be kind, I could see it being serviceable alongside most entrees and meats. It’s certainly not an awful product, especially considering the fact that it’s both vegan and gluten-free, but there are a wealth of better condiments out there. While it may be approved by the FDA, it isn’t really approved by my taste buds — and if you’re expecting more from the viral Pink Sauce that took over the internet this summer, you’ll be sorely disappointed.

In an unexpected turn of events, Pink Sparkles opened up about her relationship with the Asmongold in a solemn string of now-deleted tweets, explaining that she has been suffering from depression and is ultimately unhappy living with him in Austin, Texas. “I’ve been very unhappy in Austin for many reasons,” she wrote. “It’s led me into a pretty deep depression for a while, making it impossible for me to go live. So I’ve decided that it’s best for me to move back to Cali and work on myself.” Sparkles continued by revealing that she and Asmon had split, with both parties apparently dealing with personal issues. “It’s been very difficult for us to enjoy our time together recently, while at the same time dealing with a lot of personal problems, and it’s unfair for both to continue this way,” Pink Sparkles said at the time. “That is why we are no longer together anymore, and instead remain friends.” While she admitted that their relationship may not be over for good, the two put major distance between them as Izzy moves back to California – a development that Asmongold mentioned during his stream on the same day. Asmongold addressed Pink Sparkles split “We broke up this morning,” he confirmed during a Twitch stream on December 12, 2019. “It’s a long story, I don’t want to get into it. I try to keep my personal life and my private life and drama off my stream. …It sucks, right? Etc, that’s the way it goes.” Although the exact cause of their split remains unknown, fans sent their sympathies to both parties in the wake of the news, signifying the end of one of Twitch’s more unique romances. The pair have gone on to become even more successful independently. Asmongold is now co-owner of the OTK organization and is one of the most popular streamers on Twitch, averaging over 66,000 viewers. Pink Sparkles no longer streams on Twitch, and instead is now a popular OnlyFans creator.

Pink Sauce is officially coming to stores this fall after big brand deal – Dexerto
Pink Sauce is officially coming to stores this fall after big brand deal Dave’s Gourmet / The Pink SauceThe TikTok-famous Pink Sauce is coming to stores this fall after partnering with Dave’s Gourmet to create a “less complicated, dairy-free” version of the viral condiment. Pink Sauce stormed its way onto the internet this summer, with users all over social media curious about the bright pink condiment that promised a taste unlike any other. The sauce’s creator, professional chef ‘Chef Pii,’ saw an opportunity to sell her sauce as an official product and ran with it — but it wasn’t long before her business venture ran into some roadblocks. Almost instantly, netizens were critical of a few glaring typos on the sauce’s nutrition label, as well as certain ingredients that might not hold up well during shipping in the blazing summer heat. Some customers even claimed that their Pink Sauce came spoiled in the mail, while others have yet to receive their Sauce after purchasing amid ongoing backlash against the product… but they might not have to wait too long to get their hands on a bottle. Click here if TikTok fails to load. In an August 17 statement, Dallas, Texas-based hot sauce company Dave’s Gourmet revealed that it has officially partnered with Chef Pii to bring her viral Pink Sauce to stores this Fall. According to Dave’s, their company had taken notice of Chef Pii’s struggle to sell Pink Sauce and decided to step in. Now, they say they’ve created a safer version of the condiment, and plan to bring it to major retailers. “After multiple meetings with Dave’s Gourmet team, Chef Pii was excited to enter into an exclusive partnership whereby Dave’s Gourmet assumed responsibility for producing The Pink Sauce on a commercial scale under the required food manufacturing guidelines as well as selling the product to the foodservice, retail and e-commerce channels in the US and internationally,” the statement reads. “Our team was able to re-formulate the sauce to match Chef Pii’s exact color and flavor profile for the product and at the same time change some of the ingredients to make the sauce less complicated, dairy-free, and clean of any preservatives, artificial colors or flavors. The public will end up receiving a shelf-stable version of the sensational sauce that Chef Pii envisioned in her Miami kitchen,” said Dave’s Gourmet’s President David Neuman. Chef Pii will continue to drive the product’s social media presence and will “participate in all the major steps of commercial production of The Pink Sauce.” Those curious about further developments for this TikTok-famous sauce can sign up for updates on the official Pink Sauce website until Fall 2022, when the condiment is set to officially hit retailers.

Pink Sauce creator is making new spice mixes but critics aren’t impressed – Dexerto
Pink Sauce creator is making new spice mixes but critics aren’t impressed TikTok: chef.pii / The Pink SauceThe creator of the viral Pink Sauce, Chef Pii, has revealed a line of new spice mixes “coming soon” to her website — but it’s clear that viewers aren’t impressed with her latest business venture. In 2022, Veronica Shaw — better known as ‘Chef Pii’ on social media — went viral for creating a bright pink condiment called ‘Pink Sauce.’ After the sauce took TikTok by storm, Shaw started to sell it on her own… but consumers began to notice some flaws in the product, with several claiming their sauce had spoiled in the summer heat after it was shipped to them. Shaw managed to turn the bad press around after scoring a deal with Dave’s Gourmet, which placed Pink Sauce on shelves at Walmart for $7.33 a bottle… but her success was short-lived. In 2023, Shaw claimed she had been “financially sabotaged” by Dave’s Gourmet and even created a GoFundMe, saying she’d gone completely broke as a result of her deal with the sauce company — something Dave’s Gourmet denied in a public statement. Pink Sauce creator roasted over new spice mixes Despite her apparent financial hardships, it looks like Chef Pii is still cooking up new products, as netizens noticed something new on the official Pink Sauce website in late December 2023. At the top of the site is an image of several colorful packets labeled with various names like, “Not Mustard,” “Blue Sauce,” “Green Sauce,” “The Pink Sauce,” and “Ruanch.” The banner says these “plant-based fun eats” are “coming soon.” While they might look mysterious based on this image alone, Chef Pii has been talking about her latest products for a couple months now. In November 2023, Chef Pii said that she’s making a new line of “dry spices” in a TikTok video, allowing consumers to “customize your own color and flavor intensity.” “My mission is to bring real quality to y’all,” she said. “That’s my promise. To learn from my mistakes. And that’s what I’m doing.” Despite her goodwill, it looks like commenters still aren’t impressed with Chef Pii’s newest idea. “Baby, just stop, please,” one user wrote. “Dave’s receipts are pretty damning,” another said. “No, it’s okay… you can keep it,” yet another remarked. For now, there’s no telling where the Pink Sauce brand is headed after Chef Pii’s falling out with Dave’s Gourmet. Dexerto reached out to Dave’s Gourmet for comment on her new spice mixes, and the company denied any involvement with the products.

Pink Sauce creator starts GoFundMe after going completely broke – Dexerto
Pink Sauce creator starts GoFundMe after going completely broke Instagram: chef.piiPink Sauce creator Veronica Shaw has started a GoFundMe, saying she’s completely broke and was “financially sabotaged” by Dave’s Gourmet after putting her sauce on the market in 2022. Veronica Shaw, aka ‘Chef Pii,’ went viral in 2022 thanks to her brightly-colored condiment called “pink sauce.” Shaw quickly saw the opportunity to take her product to the next level and started selling the sauce out of her home. This was a move highly criticized by customers, some of whom complained their sauce had spoiled in the summer heat, among other issues. Despite the controversy surrounding Pink Sauce, Dave’s Gourmet soon picked up the viral dressing later that year and found itself on shelves in retailers like Walmart. However, this money move didn’t seem to pay off for Shaw, who recently started a GoFundMe page, saying she’s financially destitute after partnering with Dave’s Gourmet. Pink Sauce creator says she lives on “$20 a day” In her GoFundMe, Shaw claims that Dave’s Gourmet “are not paying me and are not being transparent about records” of their business arrangement. “As a young entrepreneur with big dreams, I followed my intuition and went forth toward my dreams to create something new,” she says. “I made a few mistakes on the way. Which led me to trust a company that is trying to take everything away from me. They lied to me.” “I have been silenced and financially sabotaged,” she added. “I am a single mom and I do everything for my kids. Right now, I don’t even have enough money to buy my kids food on my own. My mom is on disability and has been giving us $20 just to get by on a daily basis.” Shaw’s GoFundMe fundraiser is set at $100,000 — but thus far, she’s only raised just over $900. Some users are even roasting her in the page’s comments. “Karma sucks huh?” one person wrote after donating $5. “Be humble.” Dave’s Gourmet says it’s paid Pink Sauce creator over $120k For their part, Dave’s Gourmet says it disagrees with Shaw’s version of events. They also claim they stuck to the terms of their agreement and say they’ve paid the Pink Sauce creator over $120,000 thus far. “Dave’s Gourmet has adhered to the terms of the agreement with Ms. Shaw,” they said in a statement shared with Dexerto. “We disagree with Ms. Shaw’s allegations. Dave’s Gourmet has paid Chef Pii over $120,000 to date and it continues to make all payments as due and on time based upon the terms of the contract.” “We’ve offered to reimburse Ms. Shaw for her lawyer’s time to go over the terms of the agreement and how it relates to the payments that were made to Ms. Shaw. She indicated that she’s open to an amicable resolution of the dispute and the parties are in discussions.” This latest news follows sightings of Pink Sauce on the clearance aisle in Walmart earlier this year.

Pink Sauce creator Chef Pii slammed after talk show appearance backfires – Dexerto
Pink Sauce creator Chef Pii slammed after talk show appearance backfires YouTube: The Karamo ShowThe creator of TikTok’s viral Pink Sauce, Chef Pii, recently appeared on a talk show — but her comments during the broadcast aren’t sitting well with critics. Earlier this year, TikTok became inundated with drama surrounding ‘Pink Sauce,’ a viral, pink-colored condiment created by influencer-chef ‘Chef Pii.’ The brightly-colored sauce sparked interest from many users on the platform, but that interest quickly turned to outrage after customers who purchased a bottle of the condiment experienced issues with the product. From complaints of receiving spoiled sauce to mislabeled ingredients and more, netizens quickly called out Chef Pii for not getting her product approved by the FDA before shipping a sauce with perishable ingredients out across the country in blazing summertime heat. Since then, Chef Pii has partnered with Dave’s Gourmet to release an official, FDA-approved version of Pink Sauce in major retailers across the country — but that isn’t cutting it for viewers after she appeared on a talk show in September. Chef Pii faces backlash after confronting Pink Sauce critic on talk show Chef Pii sat down for a stint on the Karamo Show, where she confronted one of her critics, a TikToker named ‘Allured Beauty,‘ who’d sent Pink Sauce to a lab for testing. During the episode, Chef Pii accused her of “fabricating” their claims about her product and “trying to tear down my business and my livelihood.” “There was a young lady on social media,” Chef Pii said of the critic. “She took it as the moment to say, ‘Hey, this is my moment to become viral.’ And that is what happened. She became viral from posting that video.” Pii’s comments have sparked backlash across the internet, most notably after YouTuber ‘MoistCritikal’ reacted to her episode of the Karamo Show on October 13. “I’m sure the sauce was fine in person,” Critikal said. “But you can’t ship it like that and ignore all regulations.” “You shipped material that can’t be shipped, and it spoiled for almost all of your customers!” he continued. “Was rotten. And you’re just mad at her for pointing it out and getting it tested? Oh, my god. This is actually kinda wild.” YouTuber Atozy also hit out at Chef Pii in a series of videos — and the comments beneath both creators’ content is rife with criticism against the Pink Sauce creator for her attitude toward her critic. At the time of writing, it seems as though the official Karamo Show YouTube channel has removed their video of the Pink Sauce episode, as well as their tweet prompting the episode. Pink Sauce is slated to hit shelves in most major retailers this fall.

Pink Sauce creator debuts new blue sauce and the internet is confused – Dexerto
Pink Sauce creator debuts new blue sauce and the internet is confused TikTok: chef.piiPink Sauce creator Chef Pii is back with a new colorful condiment, debuting a new ‘Blue Sauce’ on TikTok… but the internet isn’t impressed. Veronica Shaw — AKA ‘Chef Pii’ — took social media by storm in 2022 after creating the controversial ‘Pink Sauce,’ a pink-colored condiment that was rumored to taste great on just about any food imaginable. The condiment was an instant hit and went viral on TikTok, with a plethora of users trying to recreate the bright pink sauce for themselves. It wasn’t long before Chef Pii decided to profit off of her viral sauce and partnered with Dave’s Gourmet to bring the condiment to stores like Wal-Mart. However, Chef Pii’s success was short-lived. Almost immediately after beginning to sell the product on her own, buyers reported receiving spoiled sauce with perishable ingredients. After scoring big with Dave’s Gourmet a short while later, it looked as though Chef Pii’s problems were behind her… until summer 2023, when she started a GoFundMe after going totally broke. Chef Pii claimed that she was “financially sabotaged” by Dave’s Gourmet — claims that the company vehemently denied in an official statement. It’s been quiet for Chef Pii in the months since. But now, it looks like the Pink Sauce progenitor is back in the kitchen. Pink Sauce creator debuts new blue sauce in bizarre video On November 14, Chef Pii uploaded a chaotic video to TikTok showing off a new sauce she’d made — this one a bright blue color. “Yes honey, this is blue, and of course, it is all naturally colored,” she said in her video, in which she explained how she developed two different shades of the sauce. Although the video was uploaded nearly a month ago, it’s suddenly taken off on social media, leaving viewers confused about her behavior… and despite her apparent excitement in the clip, commenters couldn’t seem to match her energy. “Please stop dyeing ranch,” one user wrote. “Baby, it’s time for you to pack it up,” another said. “Oh baby, you’ve finally lost it,” said another. However, another commenter suggested that TikTok-famous food reviewer Keith Lee give his opinions on Pink Sauce. For now, it’s unclear if Chef Pii’s latest creation will make it to the market or not… but it looks like netizens are hopeful it stays in the drafts.

Pink Sauce creator accused of lying about not being paid and spending lavishly – Dexerto
Pink Sauce creator accused of lying about not being paid and spending lavishly Chef Pii/Instagram, CanvaPink Sauce creator Veronica Shaw, better known as Chef Pii, has been accused of defamation after claiming Dave’s Gourmet failed to pay her for her TikTok famous Pink sauce. In August 2023, Pink Sauce creator Veronica Shaw, better known as Chef Pii online, created a GoFundMe after going completely broke following the supermarket launch of her sauce in 2022. In the description of the fundraiser, Shaw claimed that Dave’s Gourmet, who partnered with her to sell the sauce, “are not paying me and are not being transparent about records” of their business arrangement. Dave’s Gourmet has now responded and accused Shaw of defamation against their brand and went on to explain and show supposed proof of their claim that they’d paid her over $120,000 since their contract started in 2022. They wrote in a statement on their website: “Shaw’s GoFundMe page containing false claims is still live. We have reported Shaw’s GoFundMe page for fraud (she lied there that she did not receive any payments, but now is admitting publicly that she has received over $120,000 in payments from DG just as we said), but GoFundMe has not taken action to remove Shaw’s page where she is asking for funds under false pretenses. Please, consider reporting the page or asking for a refund if you have donated.” Chef Pii requested $10,000 for birthday party Dave’s Gourmet updated the statement and added examples and proofs of when and how much Shaw had been paid. They wrote: “Dave’s Gourmet has kept this timeline of information private until Shaw went to social media with defamatory statements regarding the integrity of our business which has put us in an unfortunate position to share details that would have otherwise remained private. “In total Shaw has received $147,449.37 in payments from her partnership with Dave’s Gourmet and PS since August of 2022 to date.” They added that they believe about $10,000 of that sum had gone to buying filming equipment, props, clothes, and accessories that would be used for the promotion of the sauce, but they were not able to confirm this. Dave’s Gourmet listed examples of when she’d been paid and also included bank statements. Of the examples included, multiple times Shaw asked for advances of payments at a total of more than $40,000, stating she was at risk of being evicted from the home that she shared with her children. According to Dave’s Gourmet, she also requested $10,000 in marketing expenses in February 2023 to throw herself a birthday party, which included an $800 dress and $600 shoes “that would potentially be used in a TikTok video.” She also submitted an invoice for the time she spent making content (1,400 hours at $90 per hour in Shaw’s invoice) but this was denied to their contract. Shaw reportedly also requested business expenses for her grocery shops, new pairs of shoes, and Target shopping sprees, which Dave’s Gourmet also showed receipts for. Since creating the GoFundMe, Shaw has demanded $1,500,000 for Dave’s Gourmet to continue to sell the Pink Sauce, followed by another claim for $250,000 after they agreed to change their contract to give her more frequent payments, but it was not specified what this was for. Shaw has not made a comment following Dave’s Gourmet’s statement, and her GoFundMe page is still active, with over $25,000 having been donated at the time of writing. This latest news follows sightings of Pink Sauce on the clearance aisle in Walmart earlier this year.

Pink Sauce creator apologizes to TikTok critic after talk show appearance goes viral – Dexerto
Pink Sauce creator apologizes to TikTok critic after talk show appearance goes viral YouTube: Karamo ShowThe creator of the TikTok-famous Pink Sauce, ‘Chef Pii,’ has issued an apology to one of her critics after the two had a spat during a viral episode of the Karamo Show. Chef Pii is the internet-famous originator of social media’s favorite condiment, ‘Pink Sauce.’ Pii sparked buzz over the summer when her colorful sauce took the internet by storm. Shortly after achieving viral fame, Pii — a self-proclaimed professional chef — decided to sell the Pink Sauce online. However, it was met with criticism shortly after launch, with customers receiving soured sauce in the mail during the hot summer months and expressing concern over some of its perishable ingredients. Shortly thereafter, Chef Pii partnered with Dave’s Gourmet, a hot sauce company that promised to take the Pink Sauce to major retailers in Fall 2022. During this time, Chef Pii made an appearance on the Karamo Show, where she confronted one of her most vocal critics in front of a live audience — TikToker ‘Allured Beauty.’ Many viewers panned the episode, feeling that Karamo had treated Allured Beauty harshly, on top of Chef Pii’s comments toward the TikToker — namely that she told the influencer, “You’re not special.” The controversial episode was deleted from both the Karamo Show’s official website and YouTube channel not long afterward, sparking more derision toward the host and Chef Pii. Chef Pii issues apology to Allured Beauty after Karamo Show episode However, in late October, Allured Beauty provided an update on the situation, showing screenshots of DMs from Chef Pii allegedly apologizing to her after their joint episode on the show. “I feel bad about the way I spoke to you,” Chef Pii wrote. “I shouldn’t have said what I said, and I apologize. My words and behavior were coming from a bad place.” “I was really feeling the toll from all the criticism,” she continued. “None of these are excuses for my behavior. I just wish I had come from a place of forgiveness instead of anger. I am deeply sorry for that.” “I thought it was really sincere and really nice of her to reach out to me,” Allured Beauty said of Pii’s apology. “She’s had some time to think about everything, and I think that this comes out of a true place in her heart.” That’s not all; Pii also offered the TikToker a “special package” once her Pink Sauce is officially ready to relaunch with Dave’s Gourmet. For now, it looks like these two have made up, although commenters aren’t too impressed with Chef Pii’s statement and are looking for a comment from Karamo, who has yet to publicly comment on the subject at the time of writing.

In the viral video, which has gained over 3.1 million views, the pilot is heard saying: “So here’s the deal, if this continues while we’re on the ground, I’m going to have to pull back to the gate.” “Everybody’s going to have to get off, we’re going to have to get security involved and your vacation is going to be ruined,” the pilot said over the intercom. He continued: “So you folks, whatever that AirDrop thing is, quit sending naked pictures, and let’s get yourself to Cabo.” The Southwest Airlines plane from Houston was bound for Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and according to CNN, it hadn’t left the ground when the incident occurred. Teighlor, who posted the viral clip, told the outlet that she and some friends had just boarded the plane when they received a notification of an anonymous file being shared via AirDrop. Pink Sauce chef hits back at health concerns: “You are judging a prototype” – Dexerto
Pink Sauce chef hits back at health concerns: “You are judging a prototype” YouTube: Carly Pii / Instagram: chefpiiThe chef behind TikTok’s viral Pink Sauce is speaking out amid health concerns regarding her internet-famous product. Pink Sauce is the latest food-related item to take over TikTok. The platform has spawned a slew of viral vittles in the past, including its famous air-fried “pasta chips,” not to mention a slew of ‘secret’ Starbucks drinks. Now, the net has turned its attention to Pink Sauce, a bright pink condiment created by TikTok user and professional chef ‘Chef Pii.’ The colorful creation went super-viral in the span of a single month, prompting Chef Pii to start selling her product in bottles across the United States… but it wasn’t long before her small business sparked concerns. Notably, netizens noticed a typo in the bottles’ nutrition label, which claimed that each bottle contained 444 servings of 14.4 grams — which would amount to nearly 15 pounds of sauce. On top of that, viewers pointed out that one of the ingredients listed in the sauce was dried milk, a perishable item that TikToker Justin English worried wasn’t properly stored or shipped. Still others found that the color of the sauce seemed to vary wildly from bottle to bottle, with some bright pink and others more muted. (Chef Pii uses dragon fruit in her sauce, which appears to give the condiment its pink coloring.) Click here if TikTok fails to load. Chef Pii responded to the concerns in a TikTok on July 20, clarifying that the “grams had gotten mixed up with the serving size” regarding the sauce’s nutrition label. “This is a small business that is just moving really really fast,” she said. Click here if TikTok fails to load. On July 21, Chef Pii went live on YouTube and TikTok to respond to further backlash after netizens worried that Pink Sauce contained perishable ingredients, like mayonnaise, that weren’t being properly stored or preserved, citing concerns of possible foodborne illness. “You are judging a prototype,” Chef Pii claimed in her live stream. “A prototype is when a product is not an official product. Pink sauce has only been an official product since the first of July.” “I would like to acknowledge that the Pink Sauce is made in a commercial facility,” she continued. “The Pink sauce is made in an FDA approved commercial facility here in Miami, Florida.” “We are dedicated to the quality of the Pink Sauce and we care about y’all’s health concerns.”

He has since revealed that he was tripping on psychedelic mushrooms. Joseph Emerson, 44, was off duty when he attempted to take down an entire plane by turning off the engine. Emerson has since revealed that he was tripping on psychedelic mushrooms for the first time during his “nervous breakdown.” After trying to turn off the engine, Emerson was cuffed for the remainder of the flight before it made its emergency landing. Pilot put 84 lives at risk mid-air including his own On Sunday, Joseph Emerson joined two pilots of Alaska Airlines when he was off duty and attempted to turn off the engine of the plane. Though he has been a pilot for 22 years, Emerson will likely never fly again, as he admitted to being high on mushrooms to the authorities who arrested him after the plane made an emergency landing in Portland, Oregon. Before reaching for the T-handle, which shuts off the engine’s fuel, the pilots of the plane heard Emerson say, “I am not okay.” He then threw his headset and put 84 lives at risk mid-air. Once the pilots were able to control Emerson after about a 90-second struggle, Emerson asked an attendant to handcuff him, saying, “You need to cuff me right now, or it’s going to be bad.” The attendant then reported that when Emerson was settled down, he was texting on his phone and saying aloud how he nearly killed 84 people including himself. Once the plane landed, authorities arrested Emerson. He then said that he had tried psychedelic mushrooms for the “first time” and that it triggered a “nervous breakdown” due to having been “depressed” for six months and not sleeping for over 40 hours. Emerson has since been booked by Multnomah County on 83 counts of attempted murder and reckless endangerment. However, it is unknown if the state of Oregon will continue forward with federal charges.

Pilot dies in gender reveal party stunt gone wrong – Dexerto
Pilot dies in gender reveal party stunt gone wrong Breaking Aviation News & Videos | TwitterDuring a gender reveal party that took place in San Pedro, Mexico, a pilot got into a fatal accident due to the wings on their plane buckling right above partygoers. Gender reveal parties are meant to be a joyous occasion for expecting couples, though there are many documented cases where things don’t turn out too well due to the great lengths some go to in order to create an extravagant reveal. These incidents range from accidentally messing up the ritual behind the reveal all the way to massive house fires. However, a recent gender reveal gone wrong in San Pedro, Mexico, resulted in the death of a pilot as his wings crumpled in midair, sending him plummeting toward the ground. Gender reveal party gone wrong results in death of a pilot The video depicts a plane flying over the expecting couple with a smoke trail that reveals the gender of their child. This stunt brought the plane incredibly close to the ground. And, as the pyrotechnics involved in the reveal began to go off beneath the pilot, he attempted to pull up. However, this led to the wings of his plane crumpling, rendering him unable to fly. This resulted in a crash that left 32 year old pilot Luis Ángel in critical condition. While he was taken to the hospital to try and treat his injuries, he died before the doctors were able to stabilize him. Images of the wreckage show that the plane was mangled by the time it hit the ground, with the wings of the plane wrapped around its chassis. It’s not yet clear if this was a result of the plane’s wings failing at that moment or if the pyrotechnics below influenced the pilot’s ability to fly. Regardless, this is one of the most tragic disasters that have come out of gender reveal parties gone awry, leaving a man dead during an event meant to celebrate life.

Pikachu remains Pokemon fan-favorite as trainers reveal most-searched monsters – Dexerto
Pikachu remains Pokemon fan-favorite as trainers reveal most-searched monsters The Pokemon CompanyGoogle search data reveals which countries prefer certain Pokemon, though Pikachu remains the fan-favorite pocket monster. Since the beloved franchise’s inception over 20 years ago, Pikachu has more or less served as the face of the brand. It makes sense given the character’s prominence across Pokemon’s long-running anime series. The bright yellow creature has even starred in his own live-action film, Detective Pikachu, further cementing his status as Pokemon’s figurehead. But this particular little monster isn’t the only one that fans around the world have a special affinity towards. As recent search data demonstrates, quite a few countries look elsewhere when searching for Pokemon. Google data shows Pikachu is the favorite among Pokemon fans Content creator Patterrz recently shared a map showcasing the “most popular Pokemon around the world.” EnterTheToyZone designed the map based on Google search data. According to the compiled data, Pikachu reigns supreme in most countries, including many in South America, Africa, and the Middle East. The detailed map reveals a few search-based surprises, though. For instance, Mew and Mewtwo pop up quite a number of times; neighboring territories Afghanistan, Bahrain, and Kuwait seems to especially love Mew. Charizard constitutes another favored pocket monster, appearing the most in searches for regions such as the UK, Portugal, the Czech Republic, and Singapore. Eevee receives a fair amount of love around the world, too, as Finland, Israel, and Estonia search for this particular species of Pokemon the most. Thus, while Pikachu clearly dominates as the favorite Pokemon, a wide variety of other creatures have earned their spot in the limelight, as well. With Pikachu and Ash’s story coming to an end in the anime, it’ll be interesting to see if the status quo changes in the years ahead.

Piers Morgan Challenges KSI on National Television for Title of King of the Internet – Dexerto
Piers Morgan Challenges KSI on National Television for Title of King of the Internet Twitter/@piersmorganYouTuber KSI made a special appearance on British television show ‘Good Morning Britain’, as he promotes his upcoming boxing fight against Logan Paul. With over 18 millions subscribers on YouTube, KSI is the most popular Briton on the website, and made his appearance on Good Morning Britain the same day as the first UK press conference for the KSI vs Logan Paul fight. Piers Morgan, host for Good Morning Britain, is a popular internet figure in his own right – even beating out KSI for Twitter followers by over 2 million. So the two went head-to-head, tweeting ‘I am the king of the internet’ at the exact same time to see who could generate the highest number of retweets by the show’s end, and KSI won resoundingly. KSI’s appearance on the show was typical for an ‘internet’ celebrity being brought into the spotlight of mainstream media. Questions revolving around what he does, why it’s so popular and the lifestyle it allows him to lead. He also went into detail about the fight itself, discussing his training with professional boxer Viddal Riley and even some sessions with members of the Mayweather family. Piers then grilled him on how much money he is making from his internet fame, but KSI remained modest, saying only “I’m doing alright.” The press conference will take place on July 18th at the York Hall in London, where KSI will come face to face with his opponent Logan Paul once again. Logan’s brother Jake will also be in attendance, squaring off against KSI’s sibling ‘ComedyShortsGamer’, better known as Deji. Photographer slams Taylor Swift’s Time cover as “equivalent of a saltine cracker” – Dexerto
Photographer slams Taylor Swift’s Time cover as “equivalent of a saltine cracker” Twitter: taylorswift13An anonymous photographer took to Twitter/X and viciously slammed Taylor Swift’s Time cover. Everyone in the world is talking about it: Taylor Swift is Time’s 2023 Person of the Year. Swift earned the distinction through sheer ingenuity on the road, in the theater, and in the studio. But she’s not out of the woods yet, especially with Reputation (Taylor’s Version) looming large. With all the success, there are bound to be naysayers. A photographer on Twitter/X came out of the woodwork to blast Swift’s Time cover, and they didn’t hold anything back. Anonymous photographer compares Taylor Swift’s Time cover to a “cracker” An anonymous photographer known only as IPodMacbook claims to “work on the photo team of a similarly large media company” as Time magazine. “Let me just say this shoot has not been deemed a success,” they add in in their initial post. The subsequent thread dissects every creative decision, from the lighting choices to Swift’s hairstyle, all of which he says are “completely derivative of Annie Leibovitz’s portrait of DiCaprio with swan but executed terribly,” he says about the first cover showing Swift with her cat Benji. “Also the Lego hand? Like what is this photo supposed to be.” 10000th boring grey background terrible hairstyling flat lighting completely derivative of annie Leibovitz’s portrait of DiCaprio with swan but executed terribly also the Lego hand? like what is this photo supposed to be pic.twitter.com/jJHYoFM33E — h (@ipodmacbook) December 6, 2023 IPodMacbook goes on to analyze the other covers. On the second, Taylor Swift stretches her arms up and over her head. The pop star also wears a sparkling top, reminiscent of “Marilyn Monroe,” the user notes, “derivative of her shoots with Avedon, except those photos are mainly sad.” “Just poorly executed really,” they add. obviously positing her as Marilyn monroe derivative of her shoots with avedon except those photos are mainly sad. arms retouched to fucking hell and back but still the brightest most eye grabbing thing in the photo. just poorly executed really pic.twitter.com/8Fkq3L0ZSc — h (@ipodmacbook) December 6, 2023 Regarding the third cover, IPodMacbook doesn’t mince their words. They blast the photo as reeking of “the corporate client over involving themselves” and “stripping all style from the image” that results in “the photographic equivalent of a saltine cracker.” it just reeks of the corporate client over involving themselves in a high profile shoot and stripping all style from the image to avoid risk until you end up with the photographic equivalent of a saltine cracker. pic.twitter.com/bSnN3wrehh — h (@ipodmacbook) December 6, 2023 It’s yet unclear who could be behind the posts, as the user “removed anything identifiable about myself” from their page. Taylor Swift has not made a public statement, and it’s unlikely she will. Knowing her, she’ll just shake it off. For more entertainment news, keep it locked to Dexerto.

Pickles wrapped in candy is taking over TikTok in new food trend – Dexerto
Pickles wrapped in candy is taking over TikTok in new food trend TikTok: Chamoyguysuk, EmiiyJadeA new TikTok trend called the ‘Chamoy pickle kit’ has foodies across the app wrapping pickles in candy before dousing them in Chamoy sauce, and people don’t know how to feel. Throughout the community of food lovers on TikTok are a wide variety of trends and other concoctions shared between creators. Recent examples include people putting leftover pizza in their eggs as well as a hack to get a Chipotle burrito for just two dollars. As one of the latest foodie trends, the Chamoy pickle kit has foodies wrapping giant-sized pickles in fruit roll-ups, filling them with Takis, and topping them off with Chamoy sauce. The Chamoy pickle kit has people wrapping pickles in candy Back in 2022, a company caught the eye of many on TikTok after releasing bright red Chamoy-infused pickles. In an effort to re-create that product, foodies have created the ‘Chamoy pickle kit’ that includes prepackaged pickles, sour straws, fruit roll-ups, and a bottle of Chamoy sauce. At the time of writing, the ‘chamoypicklekit’ hashtag has been viewed over 134 million times. TikToker EmiiyJade posed her video in December showing how she made her pickle. While Chamoyguysuk uploaded a video showing how they hollowed out a pickle and added what appears to be blue Taki’s to the middle. However, people are torn on whether or not they like the popular combination. “Why do people put all of this with a pickle,” one user asked while another replied: “Not for me.” A third commenter said: “I need to try this, my mouth waters every time I see someone munching it!!” Hundreds of others are flooding the comments on videos talking about going to the store and getting the things to make their very own. Philip De Franco Investigates Alinity and PewDiePie Copyright Scandal Calling it “A disgusting move” – Dexerto
Philip De Franco Investigates Alinity and PewDiePie Copyright Scandal Calling it “A disgusting move” Creator of YouTube news channel Philip De Franco has completed his own investigation into the recent copyright scandal involving Twitch streamer Alinity and YouTuber PewDiePie, concluding that he is “incredibly concerned.” If unaware, recently popular Twitch streamer Alinity said while broadcasting that she was going to “copy strike” a PewDiePie video, after he included a clip from her stream and called her a “thot”. The clip quickly sparked controversy, as PewDiePie’s video was clearly fair use, and Alinity explained that she frequently made copyright claims against YouTube videos about her because “I get money out of that”. Essentially, Alinity, through an agency called CollabDRM, was making copyright claims on any video which included content from her stream, in order to receive the revenue from that video. This was proven when a small channel called “L of The Day” was hit with a copyright claim on a video where the creator simply gave commentary about the situation, and clearly was fair use. Hearing of the situation, De Franco said he was “incredibly concerned”, and has gone on to do his own investigation, as a prominent figure in the YouTube world. “Copyright claiming is an important tool, but we need to make sure that it is not abused. If someone takes a clip from a Ninja Twitch stream, or a chunk from the H3 podcast, and just uploads it. It’s not news, it’s not commentary, it is not transformative. […] The creators of those videos should get paid. But when copyright claims become a weapon – when a person or a company go: ‘I don’t like what you’re saying, I’m going to take money out of your pocket’ – that’s a huge fucking problem. In my eyes, it is a blanket attack on speech and fair use. It’s a disgusting move.” De Franco also shows a screenshot of correspondence he had with PewDiePie, confirming that Alinity did indeed make a claim against his video as she threatened. He also reached out to someone at CollabDRM, who claimed that they only aim to “protect the rights” of content creators, and that their job is to “place claims if our client’s videos are used without a license on YouTube.” You can watch De Franco’s full video on the situation below, where he gives details of his investigation and his causes for concern.

Photo of Valkyrae meeting Corpse Husband in real life debunked – Dexerto
Photo of Valkyrae meeting Corpse Husband in real life debunked Fans were shocked after a photo supposedly showing 100 Thieves co-owner and streaming sensation Rachell ‘Valkyrae’ Hoffstetter with faceless YouTube star Corpse Husband surfaced online – but it’s not what it seems. It’s hardly a secret that streaming duo Corpse Husband and Valkyrae have a pretty close relationship both on and off-screen. The faceless YouTuber even asked Valkyrae to feature in the music video for ‘DAYAWALKER’, his collaboration with Machine Gun Kelly. While meeting up in real life would make sense after all of this time, fans of the Amigops pair spiraled out of control when an image supposedly showing Rae and Corpse appeared online. On May 25, after several hints that Corpse would finally meet Valkyrae in real life, a photo surfaced of a masked Rae standing next to who many automatically assumed to be the anonymous YouTuber himself. Heavily cropped, the image shows Rae posing next to someone with black curly hair wearing a black hoodie. One of the only glimpses we’ve caught of Corpse in real life is a strand of his hair, which is indeed a deep ebony and wavy. Automatically, fans went wild and assumed that this was the iconic meet-up that they had been waiting for. Those who got excited, though, quickly had their hopes dashed. Turns out, this isn’t Corpse. https://twitter.com/valkyfaerie/status/1396629241979187200 Who is the mystery figure? The myth that this shadowy figure was Corpse Husband was quickly dispelled, but it left fans asking: who is this person? Some presumed from the curly hair that it was beauty guru Bretman Rock, who met up with Rae and TikTok star Bella Poarch on May 15th to celebrate the release of ‘Build a Bitch.’ Another fan claimed to have seen the whole image, writing that this mystery man was, indeed, just a regular fan. Not Corpse. Situations like this are just further proof that you shouldn’t believe what you see on the internet. Corpse Husband is obviously very keen to keep his life fairly private, and Valkyrae herself has explained how severe his “fear” of people is.

Phase Connect terminates Vtuber Fuura Yuri’s contract after “multiple breaches” – Dexerto
Phase Connect terminates Vtuber Fuura Yuri’s contract after “multiple breaches” Phase ConnectPhase Connect has announced the termination of vtuber Fuura Yuri’s contract, with the talent being found guilty of “multiple repeated breaches” of the contract. In April 2022, Phase Connect revealed two new vtubers would be joining the agency, Kaneko Lumi and Fuura Yuri. These two would form Phase Invaders, a unique generation consisting of talents formerly contracted under Cyberlive. Unlike most new agency talents, Lumi and Yuri were able to keep their old character and model rather than having to start over. Although rare there are instances of this happening with the most famous being Hoshimachi Suisei of Hololive. Yuri had been contracted under Phase Connect for just over a year but that journey has now come to an end. Phase Connect cuts ties with Fuura Yuri after contract breaches Announced on the official Phase Connect Twitter account, the vtuber agency has terminated Fuura Yuri’s contract. The decision was made following an investigation that found Yuri guilty of “multiple repeated breaches.” The statement reads: “At Phase Connect, we take contractual matters very seriously. It has been discovered, investigated, and confirmed that there had been multiple, repeated breaches of the Phase Connect talent contract by Yuri in the past year she had been with us.” The notice confirms attempts were made to try and rectify the situation: “Upon the confirmation of these infractions, both the company and Yuri had gone to great lengths to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, we were unable to come to a mutual agreement.” Following the termination, Yuri’s YouTube channel, Twitch, Discord server, and social media accounts will all be taken offline on May 1. Also, any available Yuri merchandise will no longer be purchasable after the end of the month. Phase Connect has given Fuura Yuri the opportunity to say goodbye to her fans. A final farewell video has been prepared by her and will be posted on her YouTube channel on April 30. In March, another popular Vtuber, Zaion Lanza, was also terminated for breaching their contract with NISANJI EN.

He did it with Mogul Money, a Jeopardy-inspired game show. Now he’s done it again with Poker. It’s not the first time streamers have gotten together to play poker on stream. However, it was arguably the biggest and most professionally organized tournament they’ve done, and it had some real pros in there, too.

Phantoml0rd wants to help Dr Disrespect with his lawsuit against Twitch – Dexerto
Phantoml0rd wants to help Dr Disrespect with his lawsuit against Twitch YouTube, Phantoml0rd / DrDisrespectDr Disrespect isn’t the first streamer to sue Twitch over a ban; Phantoml0rd won his lawsuit in April 2021, and now, he wants to help the Doc. In the past, Twitch have been sued by influencer ‘Phantoml0rd’ in 2018, a serial lawsuit filer in 2020, and most recently, Dr Disrespect. Even though Twitch won the 2020 lawsuit when it was denied by a judge, Phantoml0rd didn’t win his case until three grueling years had passed, claiming he was wrongfully banned on the platform due to Counter-Strike gambling crackdowns. Why did Phantoml0rd get banned? James ‘PhantomL0rd’ Vargas was banned clear back in 2016 for, according to Twitch, misleading viewers in regards to skin gambling in CS:GO. The streamer completely denied this, leading him to sue the site for $35 million in damages for removing him from the platform over “unsubstantiated, false accusations.” With their legal battle starting in 2019, it had been 3 years since his initial suspension from the platform. Since he was barred from streaming after his ban, he decided to make his lawsuit more about future issues streamers may have. Months after announcing his lawsuit win in April, Phantoml0rd posted a Twitlonger describing another step he is taking. The streamer pushed harder and requested that the California court enforce Twitch to change how it hands out bans. Judge will rule on the future of how Twitch disciplines/bans streamers: Read: https://t.co/p5Lck8J8Nh — PhantomL0rd (@PhantomL0rd) July 2, 2021 Dr Disrespects ban and lawsuit On June 26 2020, just months after signing an exclusive contract with Twitch, the Two-Time’s channel completely disappeared. Reports started being released about his channel disappearing, including theories around why his account was suddenly banned. The day after his account disappeared, Doc released a tweet explaining that Twitch had not told him why he was banned. Champions Club, Twitch has not notified me on the specific reason behind their decision… Firm handshakes to all for the support during this difficult time. -Dr Disrespect — Dr Disrespect (@DrDisrespect) June 28, 2020 The leader of the Champions Club continued his silence about the topic for just over a year before finally talking about it on stream. In his August 23 stream, the Doc claimed the ban had affected him financially before stating that he did, in fact, know why he was banned from the platform, and is now suing them because of it. “There’s a reason why, and I’ll just say this right now champs — there’s a reason why we’re suing the f**k out of em, ok?” he stated. “I don’t know how else to put it, the amount of damages, and you just don’t… nah.” 🚨 @DrDisrespect says he knows the reason for his Twitch ban and is planning to sue Twitch over it pic.twitter.com/fU8v6YqPKV — Dexerto (@Dexerto) August 23, 2021 Phantoml0rd offers Doc his help Having won his lawsuit against Twitch in April 2021, Phantom more than likely still has the court proceedings fresh in his mind, and wants to help Dr Disrespect with his situation. The day Phantom won his lawsuit, he posted: “This is a win for ALL streamers! Twitch can’t bully, lie & treat streamers unfairly the way they have for years!” Now, he wants Doc to reach out to his legal team to help with his interest in suing Twitch. https://twitter.com/PhantomL0rd/status/1430882981334462464?s=20 While we still don’t know the reasons behind Dr Disrespect’s ban, the Doc made it clear that he does – and he’s not happy with it. Being that he already seems fairly confident with his lawsuit, though, we’re left to wonder if he will actually take Phantoml0rd’s offer for help. Doc has not responded to the request at the time of writing.

Phantoml0rd claims Twitch broke US law and “bragged about” it in court – Dexerto
Phantoml0rd claims Twitch broke US law and “bragged about” it in court YouTube: Phantoml0rdAfter winning the first stage of his Twitch lawsuit, James ‘PhantomL0rd’ Vargas claimed the company “bragged” about treating its partners however it wants despite breaking the law and violating contracts. PhantomL0rd won his lawsuit against Twitch after they banned him back in 2016, receiving a little more than $20,000 in damages. However, he revealed it was only the “first phase” of the legal proceedings and has since claimed Twitch is trying to silence him from talking about it and that the company has a “secret strike guide” for deciding bans. Now, in the latest update, he’s pushing it one step further, saying Twitch broke Californian law — and “bragged” about it. “The details that came out at the trial were shocking. Twitch bragged about how it can treat its partners however it sees fit because it is a private company—no matter the contracts it agreed to,” he said, reflecting on the trial. “It hides its rules from streamers and acts to save its own image at the expense of everyone who uses Twitch.” Vargas claimed Twitch’s action are in violation of California’s Unfair Competition Law, and has requested the court finds in favor of that. The state law prohibits illegal business practices and could lead to them reinstating him on the platform. Phantoml0rd lawsuit could save exiled streamers like Dr Disrespect If the case moves forward, it could also change how Twitch handles permanent bans, which could help “millions of other streamers”, including Dr Disrespect, who was controversially banned without being given a reason. Phantoml0rd’s lawyer requested that Twitch needs to make a clearly defined written policy to regulate its disciplinary process and cannot permanently ban streamers without giving them sufficient notice, an explanation, and a chance to right their wrongs. If the jury rules in his favor, not only would it bring some closure to Dr Disrespect’s situation, but it could also bring him back to the platform. However, the bigger thing is that now, it’s not just Phantoml0rd’s trial against Twitch. What started out as a fight for one streamer and his right to return could end up changing the platform forever.

PhantomL0rd Threatens to Sue LivestreamFail Reddit Mods After He’s Accused of Owning Another Skin Gambling Site – Dexerto
PhantomL0rd Threatens to Sue LivestreamFail Reddit Mods After He’s Accused of Owning Another Skin Gambling Site Infamous streamer and YouTuber James “PhantomL0rd” Varga has threatened to sue the mods of popular sub Reddit ‘LivestreamFail’, after a post which accused he and his former partner of ‘scamming’. PhantomL0rd was previously a very popular Twitch streamer before he was banned from the platform, largely due to his involvement in a CS:GO skins gambling website, which he would promote via his streams. It was later exposed that he had been rigging certain wagers in his favor, encouraging his viewers to play on the site which he was part owner of. He is currently embroiled in a legal case against Amazon (owner of Twitch) itself, but has now threatened more litigious action against another major site, Reddit. A new skins gambling website named ‘VGO’, which PhantomL0rd is accused of not disclosing ownership in, was recently promoted on stream by his former partner ‘Dinglederper’. A clip of this was posted to LivestreamFail with the title “Dinglederper back to scamming with phantoml0rd“. After seeing the post, PhantomL0rd sent the following message to the moderators of the sub reddit. PhantomL0rd is accusing the moderators of the sub Reddit for being responsible for ‘harassment’ which is not permitted according to the Reddit terms of service. However, the moderators of LiveStreamFail responded publicly to PhantomL0rd, in an open letter posted to the sub Reddit, explaining that the post did not qualify as harassment as outlined by the terms of service. Considering PhantomL0rd did not accuse the post of being libellous, it also suggests that the claim of ‘scamming’ is not necessarily a false one, else a case of defamation or libel would have been more suitable. The response from LiveStreamFail in full: Since Reddit admins have not notified the moderators of an issue with the original post, it seems PhantomL0rd’s grievance, should he want to pursue it further, would now lie with Reddit itself since it is satisfied that the post does not break the rules of the TOS. However, considering his ongoing legal debacle with Amazon, it would be somewhat impressive if he was willing to take on both internet giants at once.

PhantomL0rd claims Twitch is trying to silence him from talking about lawsuit win – Dexerto
PhantomL0rd claims Twitch is trying to silence him from talking about lawsuit win Twitter/PhantomL0rdJames ‘PhantomL0rd’ Vargas claimed Twitch is trying to prevent him from talking about the lawsuit he won against them and accused them of trying to keep the documents hidden from the public. In 2016, Twitch cracked down on CSGO gambling streams and, as a result, banned PhantomL0rd for allegedly “misleading viewers” in regards to skin gambling, which he denied. The streamer sued them for removing him from the platform for “unsubstantiated, false accusations.” The court battle started in 2019, and he ended up winning the case on April 23, 2021. Initially, he sought $35 million in damages. However, he ended up receiving $20,720.34, which is a fraction of what he thought he’d be entitled to. Still, he was ecstatic with the result, claiming it was a “win for all streamers.” But in an interesting development, PhantomL0rd claimed Twitch had been actively trying to silence him from talking about the lawsuit. “Twitch just asked the Judge to silence me from tweeting/talking about the lawsuit,” he said. “That only works on Twitch. Oh, and also they’re also trying to seal their internal documents from being seen by the public!” Read More: xQc confirms plans for Twitch subathon – In defiance, he’s said he’s still “eager to talk about the details for [his] lawsuit win” and that he “may go live tomorrow” to share his thoughts on the whole situation. However, we’ll have to wait and see whether that comes to fruition. Twitch just asked the Judge to silence me from tweeting/talking about the lawsuit… That only works on Twitch 😂 Oh, and also they’re also trying to seal their internal documents from being seen by the public!! — PhantomL0rd (@PhantomL0rd) April 27, 2021 It’s not the first time Twitch issued a controversial ban, and it won’t be the last. However, PhantomL0rd’s victory gives streamers and viewers hope that Twitch will need to provide more transparency and clarity before issuing potentially life-changing bans in the future.

Phant0mlord seeks $35m in damages from Twitch in court case – Dexerto
Phant0mlord seeks $35m in damages from Twitch in court case Twitch | Phat0mLord/YouTubeThe first court cases in one of the most significant lawsuits in streaming history took place between August 13 and 15. James ‘PhantomL0rd’ Varga, at one time one of the most popular personalities in live streaming, is suing the platform where he used to broadcast, Twitch, after he was banned from using their services in 2016. Having filed his lawsuit on February 14 2018, after he had been banned from the Twitch platform for almost 600 days, PhantomL0rd’s legal team claimed that Twitch had violated its contract with him by never issuing a satisfactory explanation for why they terminated his account. The files presented to the court included evidence of Twitch representatives appearing to be unclear over their own rules. Varga’s legal counsel stated that his removal from the platform had caused him “irreparable damages,” which prompted Twitch to counter-file in May of the same year where they too stated they would seek damages for an amount to be disclosed at trial. The dates became known to the public after Varga’s purported ex girlfriend and business partner Tory “dinglederper” Weeks tweeted about them asking fans from California to come and attend the open court sessions. She framed the hearings as Twitch being questioned regarding “ToS and contracts,” while omitting the context as to why these hearings would be taking place. ‼️ IMPORTANT INFO ‼️ When: August 13th & 14th Address: Superior Court of California County of San Francisco, 400 McAllister St, San Francisco, CA 94102 pic.twitter.com/UBQSz0F8y0 — dinglederper (@Dinglederper) August 10, 2019 Minutes from the court case show that, in addition to Varga – who once held the record for most concurrent viewers on an individual stream – taking the stand to be questioned, former Twitch employees Stuart Saw and Twitch’s current Vice President of Global Partnerships John Howell were both cross-examined. After two days full days in court with a brief session on the third, the court stated that closing briefs, a final summary of arguments and findings, will be due for submission on September 13. Two weeks from that date the court will issue a proposed statement of decision, at which time legal teams can file any objections. This may lead to further hearings, so it could be a while still before there is a decision on this specific component of the case. This hearing represents only a component of what will be an ongoing trial specifically focused on a clause in the contract. The “limited liability clause” in both of the agreements between the parties essentially states that, should one party decide to sue the other any monetary damages, damages will be limited to a maximum of $50,000. In summary Varga’s lawyers argue that this is unfair as he wasn’t aware of the clause, wasn’t empowered to review his contract, that it disproportionately protects Twitch, and that he has lost significantly more than that in damages from the ban. Twitch argue that there was no pressure, that they cannot be held responsible for Varga not reviewing the contract, and that the liability limitations can’t be argued as one-sided as they apply to both parties. Regardless of whether or not the court decrees the limited liability clause to be upheld, it won’t be a definitive ruling in the overall case. Rather, the focus will be on how much in damages Varga could potentially claim. It also appears that, if the clause is unenforceable, then Twitch could also make a claim for liability above the $50,000 amount too. During a recent live stream Varga had stated that he believed his damages would total $35 million. PhantomL0rd is legit claiming that he’s expecting $35 MILLION in damages from Twitch…MINIMUM. Based on a ‘rough calculation’ by a financial advisor on what he earned in the past. pic.twitter.com/ntH7epUF6U — TDM_Heyzeus (@TDM_Jesus) August 19, 2019 For those who have not been following the case, James Varga was banned from Twitch in July 2016 after leaked Skype logs showed he was an undisclosed owner of skin gambling site CSGO Shuffle and that he was also working with the website’s coder to manipulate outcomes. While his channel was banned a steady stream of new subscribers were appearing at regular intervals, leading many to conclude that they were part of a botting service designed to induce other people to subscribe. While Twitch doesn’t comment publicly on why people are banned, the reasons seemed clear enough. The resulting scandal was instrumental in prompting Valve to begin a clampdown on skins gambling, sending cease and desist letters to many of the most popular sites. Twitch also released a statement reminding streamers: “As per Twitch’s Terms of Service, broadcasters are not permitted to stream content that breaks the terms of service or user agreements of third-parties. As such, content in which the broadcaster uses or promotes services that violate Valve’s stated restrictions is prohibited on Twitch.” CSGO Shuffle was included in the initial wave of cease and desist letters. After taking close to a year off from streaming, Varga would later come back, this time on YouTube, again with a heavy focus on case-opening and gambling. His return stream in July 2017 saw him express his desire to sue Twitch and state that he was “looking forward to asserting [his] rights to the fullest extent of the law.” Despite having been named in a dismissed lawsuit in 2016 no one had filed a lawsuit specifically against the activity of CSGO Shuffle, something Varge also acknowledged in the aforementioned stream. For many in the community it seemed that he had got away with what he had done with few consequences and, as such, people believed that any chance of him suing Twitch was marginal. There is a possibility the lawsuit could reach an abrupt end, depending on how the court rules on this hearing. If the liability clause is upheld Twitch might choose to settle for the $50,000 maximum to simply end the legal proceedings. If the court deems the clause to be improper in any fashion, though, we are likely to see objections from Twitch’s legal counsel, which would naturally draw out the proceedings for a longer period of time. Dexerto shall keep you up to date with information from the trial as it progresses.

PewDiePie’s YouTube statistics are crazier than you’d think – Dexerto
PewDiePie’s YouTube statistics are crazier than you’d think YouTube: PewDiePie / Unsplash / EmojiWith Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg’s recent surge in numbers on YouTube due his Minecraft series, fellow star Ethan ‘h3h3‘ Klein explained just how crazy his growing statistics actually are. During the ‘h3 podcast’ on Aug 2, Ethan and Hila Klein turned the discussion to YouTube and Twitch numbers, and the ups and downs of a content creator’s views and subscribers. However, the host was shocked when he took a deeper, more specific look into PewDiePie’s numbers, and explained why they are actually extremely impressive. PewDiePie’s numbers rose due to Minecraft When checking the analytics for PewDiePie’s channel, h3h3 screamed: “What!?, 544 million!” after seeing the statistics for his total views in the last 30 days. The Swede saw a substantial increase in subscribers in the last two months due to his massively popular Minecraft videos. “This is his biggest month ever”, the podcaster exclaimed. Read More: Dr Disrespect says he’d move to Mixer – He then joked about the YouTube king’s statistics for July: “Last month he was slow, he only got 650,000 subs, this month he’s on track, he’s got 1.5 million.” Ethan was in total shock at PewDiePie’s crazy YouTube numbers. As he took a look at Pewds’ peak subscriber count from previous months, h3h3 said that he at one point was getting seven million a month and that it was almost two million a week in viewers subscribing to his channel. While the Swedish YouTuber’s sub count per month is not as high as its peak, his sub numbers are still insane. On him hitting 100 million subscribers, Klein made the observation that “it’s going super fast, yet it feels so slow” as fans are on edge anticipating him finally hitting the milestone. H3h3 says PewDiePie deserves the success Not just getting lost in the numbers, co-host Hila Klein was quick to point out “he clearly deserves it”. Ethan Klein agreed and said, “He grinds sooo hard. He’s been doing it for so long, how is [he] not burned out.” The podcast duo then compared his work ethic to being a “YouTube super power”, clearly taken back by how crazy the numbers are that the YouTube king brings in. (Timestamp 4:00 for mobile viewers.) As PewDiePie swiftly approaches his 100 million subscriber milestone, he continues to entertain millions with his popular Minecraft series.

Pez dispenser loading trick goes viral on TikTok — but is it real? – Dexerto
Pez dispenser loading trick goes viral on TikTok — but is it real? TikTok: sonn1cA hack that appears to make loading a Pez dispenser easier is going viral on TikTok, but not everyone is convinced that it’s actually possible. Over the past couple of years, TikTok has become a hotspot for life hacks and trends that go viral and spread across the platform at an insane rate. But sometimes these tricks can turn out to be false, leaving users disappointed. Pez is a candy that many have fond memories of from their childhood, and something that plenty of people, both young and old, consume to this day. It’s popular largely in part due to its unique method of consumption. The candy itself can be bought in standard wrappers, but then are placed into specifically designed dispensers to make eating it easy and fun. The dispensers come in a range of colors and designs, with some people even collecting them. A hack is now going viral on TikTok that appears to make loading the candy into the dispenser a lot easier, making the process almost instant. Click here if TikTok doesn’t load Those showing the hack can be seen putting the wrapped candy into the dispenser, pushing the top down, which simultaneously peels the wrapper and perfectly loads the candy in one instant. Videos showcasing the trick have millions of views and likes, with many in disbelief that they hadn’t heard of this seemingly simple solution up until now. However, it looks like not everyone is convinced. Some users have tried the hack out for their own videos, but they haven’t been finding much success. Click here if TikTok doesn’t load Some have been saying that due to the hard piece of plastic under the part of the dispenser that holds the Pez, it’s not actually possible for the candy to be inserted. In the comment sections of these videos, many said they tried it for themselves too and got a similar outcome, leading to some disappointed candy lovers.

PewDiePie’s wife Marzia’s valuables stolen after alleged burglary – Dexerto
PewDiePie’s wife Marzia’s valuables stolen after alleged burglary YouTube king Felix “PewDiePie” Kjellberg is the most-subscribed content creator on the platform – but his fame seems to have put him at risk, as a thief has allegedly broken into his home and stolen priceless valuables. Kjellberg’s wife, Marzia Kjellberg, uploaded a photo to her Instagram story revealing that a thief had burglarized their home, stealing much of her valuables including jewelry and collectable items. According to Marzia, “90%” of her “valuable” things were pilfered, which she has been collecting throughout the years – leading to an emotional response from the former YouTuber. “I know it is very materialistic, and [I] should be happy with what I was left/have,” she wrote of the burglary. “But I can’t hide the shock and sadness with [it] all being taken away, just like that.” Although PewDiePie has yet to speak out on the theft and confirm if any of his own items were also stolen, fans across the net are sending their sympathies to the couple in wake of such a tragic event that has likely left them shell-shocked. “I hope he/she gets found, arrested, and publicly shamed,” one fan wrote of the issue. I hope that happens to anyone who commits a crime like that — Milk Sauce (@wolf_charmer) November 30, 2019 “It’s sad she felt like she had to almost apologize for being upset she was robbed,” another commented. “I hope they find out the pos who did it.” it’s sad she felt like she had to almost apologize for being upset she was robbed. I hope they find out the pos who did it. — #FuckMitchMcconnell (@weirdchampman) November 30, 2019 While such a burglary hasn’t happened to the duo before, this wouldn’t be the first time that the Kjellbergs have spoken out about maintaining their personal privacy. Although it’s unclear who burglarized their home or what their motive was for doing so, PewDiePie’s home has been discovered by overeager fans multiple times in the past, leading him to post videos begging his fanbase to leave him alone. The couple were even bombarded by fans during a late-night food run to McDonald’s, leaving them morally torn when they’d merely hoped for a quick meal rather than a photoshoot with their fanbase. Information is still pending regarding the apparent burglary of the Kjellbergs’ home as of writing this article – but their fans remain supportive of them, no matter the case.

PewDiePie’s YouTube battle with T-Series inspires new video game – Dexerto
PewDiePie’s YouTube battle with T-Series inspires new video game A game designer has taken inspiration from Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg’s intense battle with T-Series for YouTube’s top spot to create a brand new video game featuring the Swede and his fiancée Marzia. The game, titled Zero Deaths, sees PewDiePie in an apocalyptic landscape where he must defend Marzia and the world, from hordes of sub bots, or fake subscribers on YouTube, who are attempting to destroy the world. The use of sub bots as the main villain of the game is an obvious nod to T-Series, who have been accused of using bots to inflate their subscribers, with the Swede even mentioning the idea in his diss track titled Bitch Lasagna. Zero Deaths is created by indie game developer Thomas Brush, who told The Verge that despite building a game based around the YouTuber, he thinks the battle is a “fun little internet phenomenon” and hasn’t taken a side in the war between PewDiePie and T-Series. Production of the game started when Brush asked Kjellberg to “dare him” to make a video game in 14 days, a task that the Swede duly performed, with Brush livestreaming the process of creating the indie title from its conception right up to completion. The game has now been released, and Brush has released a trailer for Zero Deaths which shows gameplay alongside how the game came to be. The battle between PewDiePie and T-Series continues to wage on, with the Bollywood production company briefly overtaking Kjellberg after asking Indian celebrities for the help. Zero Deaths is available on indie games platform Ichi.io right now, and players can choose how much they would like to pay for the title, with 50% of tips going to charity. PewDiePie’s wife Marzia reveals why she was “ashamed” to show her face – Dexerto
PewDiePie’s wife Marzia reveals why she was “ashamed” to show her face YouTube: MarziaPewDiePie’s wife Marzia Kjellberg opened up to her followers on May 18 with an emotional Instagram post that detailed her insecurities as a public personality. The former fashion YouTuber revealed why she’s felt exhausted. Marzia was one of the most popular personalities on YouTube, as her makeup, fashion and vlogging pulled in over 7.6 million subscribers. However in 2018, she retired her channel, citing a need to make a change in her life. On May 18, the former content creator opened up to fans about her struggles with her appearance on camera. The star explained how she’s finally ready to “embrace” how she looks after years of feeling “ashamed.” Marzia opens up about her insecurities The former YouTuber made the emotional upload on her Instagram, and detailed her struggles with insecurity about the right side of her face. In the post, she revealed that she started focusing on using angles to feel comfortable. “My face is so asymmetrical I always found it embarrassing. When I started making videos, I found out my favourite angles and stuck with it. However, it is exhausting, silly and simply put, superficial,” she wrote. Marzia then expressed that she actually felt embarrassed of her appearance and would hide one side of her face. “I was so insecure and ashamed that it made me hate how I looked, and wanted to hide it, so I pretty much banished the right side of my face from being on photos.” However, she said after years of struggling with it, she’s finally ready to embrace her whole face. “So here I am trying to embrace the side of my face I was never fond of. It took me way too long to be comfortable to share this.” https://www.instagram.com/p/CAVT5Vhnx6L/ The beloved personality also included two images of the right side of her face, stating, “Here is my attempt to being more comfortable in my own skin from now on.” Her emotional post went viral with over 435k likes at the time of writing. The star’s personal story resonated with many viewers, as many comments thanked her for opening up. Others shared their own experiences, including popular cosplayer ‘meggiicosplay’ who explained, “This is something I’ve struggled with for as long as I can remember.” Marzia’s act will no doubt inspire many, as it allows viewers who suffer the same insecurities to be able to relate to her. If nothing else, it shows that even public figures have their own personal struggles just like everyone else. While the fashion creator no longer makes YouTube video’s, she often documents her life on Instagram which has over 7.6 million followers. She also continues to design her own clothing brand ‘Tsuki’ which she collaborates on with her husband.

PewDiePie’s Twitch channel makes surprise return and leaves fans baffled – Dexerto
PewDiePie’s Twitch channel makes surprise return and leaves fans baffled YouTube: PewDiePieFelix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg’s Twitch channel made a surprise return after years of being inactive, leaving fans questioning if the YouTube king was hacked. Here’s what we know. PewDiePie made YouTube history as the first solo channel to amass over 100 million subscribers, before he took a bit of a hiatus and was eventually dethroned by Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson not too long ago. During that rise to the top, the Swede did dip his toe into streaming a little bit, using YouTube to broadcast Minecraft in the early days before signing a deal with DLive. Though, as that deal ended, he’s streamed infrequently on YouTube in the last few years but mostly focused on Q&A with fans. Pewds had also taken a swing at streaming on Twitch too, racking up over 1.3 million followers. That didn’t last long though, and his channel had been dormant for a few years. Well, that was until March 21, when some fans noticed that it was back streaming again. Did PewDiePie get hacked on Twitch? That’s right, PewDiePie’s Twitch channel was live for the first time in years on March 21, as it started re-streaming old videos. Some fans assumed it was the YouTube king or his team behind it, but things got a little more confusing when the channel moved on to streaming episodes of Trailer Park Boys – a Canadian comedy series. That part of the VOD has since been deleted, though. Naturally, the assumption was that Pewds had been hacked, with many fans ringing the alarm on Twitter and in the chat. However, some fans noted that there was a pinned chat message from CoPilotMedia – a media company that rebroadcasts certain franchises via content creator’s channel. That includes Trailer Park Boys. Their message stated that it wasn’t a hack, and that the channel would make a return on March 22 doing the same thing. “This is an official channel. This was a quick beta test. Back in a bit,” it read. As of writing, the channel has not streamed again since that message, and it remains something to keep an eye on. PewDiePie hasn’t said anything about it either, which has fans even more confused by it all.

PewDiePie’s return to YouTube could be right around the corner – Dexerto
PewDiePie’s return to YouTube could be right around the corner YouTube: PewDiePieIt’s been almost a month since Felix ‘PewDiePie‘ Kjellberg uploaded his latest video to YouTube, as he took his first proper break from daily uploads in years. But fans patiently awaiting his comeback might not have long to go. The Swedish YouTuber, who boasts the most subscribers of any individual creator, decided to start 2020 off with a well-deserved rest from the site. Alongside quitting Twitter in late 2019, he uploaded his final video on January 15. Titled “It’s been real, but I’m out,” his last upload has been binged 21 million times by his ever-loyal supports, still eagerly awaiting his return. In his time off, Kjellberg traveled to Japan, where he plans to move permanently in the future. At first, he was joined by his wife Marzia, as the pair scoped out their potential new country of residence together once again. Marzia had to return to the UK earlier though, meaning the pair spent almost three weeks apart. Finally though, on February 10, Marzia posted to her Instagram to keep fans updated on her husband’s movements. “Felix and I spent almost 3 weeks apart,” she wrote, “You were all writing ‘show us Felix’ when I was missing him too.” “Suddenly, I saw something moving in the trash,” Marzia teased, as she revealed PewDiePie had returned. Marzia also revealed that she had been worried for him as he was flying back during Storm Ciara, which hit the UK hard over February 9 and 10. Their pugs were also ecstatic to have PewDiePie back. When is PewDiePie back on YouTube? Returned safely from Japan, PewDiePie will now be back at his setup for creating videos, but may not feel ready to come back to the grind quite yet. He didn’t announce a formal return date to his channel, nor did he give much of an estimate of how long the break would last. The one month mark is fast approaching though, on Saturday, February 15. If he wanted to make it a clean one month hiatus, then this could be a likely return date, but it could be sooner or even later. All we know is that he’s back home, which means he has all the tools at his disposal to start posting again.

PewDiePie’s terrible Sonic the Hedgehog drawing gets £10 million bid – Dexerto
PewDiePie’s terrible Sonic the Hedgehog drawing gets £10 million bid YouTube: PewDiePie/ParamountThe bizarre news surrounding Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg continues to grow, as an A5 drawing of Sonic the Hedgehog that he jokingly listed on eBay, has received a bid for £10,000,000. PewDiePie, the man behind the second most subscribed to YouTube channel in the world is never far from bizarre stories, recently sharing a ‘Snack Review’ with an Indian YouTuber who travelled to the UK to meet him. On May 4, PewDiePie tweeted that he would be putting an A5 drawing of Sonic the Hedgehog on eBay. He said that: “It pains me to sell this that Ive hold on to for so long, but money is tight”. With an estimated annual salary of $12 million, we find it hard to believe that money is tight, but it appears fans are keen to aid him in his allegedly difficult financial situation. https://t.co/DlfGPlTOCg It pains me to sell this that Ive hold on to for so long, but money is tight— ƿ૯ωძɿ૯ƿɿ૯ (@pewdiepie) May 4, 2019 The picture of Sonic follows significant criticism surrounding the character’s design in the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog movie, which even led to the film’s director publicly stating they would change his design. PewDiePie made a video entitled ‘Fixing Sonic the Hedgehog’, in which he made the image as a parody. Since being made available on May 4, the eBay listing has received – unsurprisingly – significant attention. The bidding reached a moderate £10,000 within 10 minutes, but a bid of £1 million soon followed. However, the £1 million bid did nothing to deter a mystery philanthropist, who put in a bid for £10 million. PewDiePie has since removed the listing from eBay, probably given the fact that the whole thing was a joke to begin with and he never expected such an incredible response. He is yet to respond to the substantial amount of attention the listing received but, knowing PewDiePie, he will take it all in his stride.

PewDiePie’s mom gave perfect rendition of ‘Bitch Lasagna’ at his wedding – highlights and more Instagram: @pewdiepie / PixabayIn the August 26 episode of Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg’s ‘Last Week I Asked You’, the YouTube king reacted to memes about his wedding, and revealed new details about the celebration, including his mom singing one of his infamous diss tracks. PewDiePie is having the best year of his life after he married his girlfriend of 8 years Marzia ‘CutiePie’ Bisognin on August 19, and shortly after hit the 100 million subscriber YouTube milestone on August 25. In the latest episode of LWIAY, the Swede reacted to memes about his marriage, and also revealed new details about the wedding, including a pretty hilarious moment featuring his mom. Bitch Lasagna Reacting to a fan submission about his other track ‘Congratulations’, the YouTube star said he was bummed that they didn’t play the song at the wedding before revealing that his other diss track ‘Bitch Lasagna’ actually made a cameo at the event. “I am so bummed out that we didn’t play it at the wedding. It would have been so perfect. We did play Bitch Lasagna and my mom sang it at the top of her lungs. And it was a very wholesome, fun moment,” the Swede said, before breaking into laughter. Bitch Lasagna is a diss track aimed at competitor channel T-Series, who went head-to-head with the YouTuber in the race to reach 100 million subscribers. When he read a fan’s submission about his and Marzia’s anniversary, the Swede opened up about how the couple decided their wedding date would be on the same day, and that they feared it would tip people off to it. “And it’s also our wedding day. We thought for sure people would figure it out. Like with the date being so obvious and people knew it would happen this year. We were just worried press would come, or something crazy. But it didn’t. Everything went perfect, I’m so happy!” he said. On the topic of taking his wedding photos, the YouTube King said that he wasn’t able to bring his infamous dogs Edgar and Maya to the venue to take photos. “We sadly could not bring them to that venue. But we did do some photos with them the day before.” Honeymoon vlog One fan suggested PewDiePie should vlog his honeymoon, and the Swede announced that he would be making a video on it. “One video. You’ll get one video and that’s it. Man, I can’t wait. I’m going to be surfing. That’s my dream. Not think about uploading!” he laughed. The Swede also said that he would be doing a 12-hour Minecraft live stream after he got back from his honeymoon, and even entertained the idea of making it a charity event to raise money for the Amazon rainforest, or other causes. (Timestamp of 00:30 for mobile viewers.) PewDiePie recently ‘ended’ his Minecraft series with an epic battle with the Ender Dragon on August 25.

PewDiePie’s next Minecraft plan could be his best yet – Dexerto
PewDiePie’s next Minecraft plan could be his best yet YouTube: PewDiePie / Microsoft / MojangDuring Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg’s September 13 video, the YouTube king considered his future plans for his series after he reacted to mods and creations from the Minecraft subreddit. PewDiePie reached the ‘end’ of vanilla Minecraft after taking down the Ender Dragon and reaching the very bottom level of the sandbox title on August 25, which has left some wondering what comes next. Fans got a glimpse of what the potential future could be for the Swede’s popular gaming series when in his latest video he reacted to mods and fan creations which left him considering some potential ideas. PewDiePie’s Minecraft future During the video, the YouTube king showed his audience mods created by infamous modder ‘McMakistein’, who made houses that can walk on legs and even fly across the map. This left the Swede considering the future for his Minecraft series. “See, a lot of people have been telling me I should start using mods in Minecraft now. Like, modded survival is now a thing, to kind of keep it fresh for you. And you can do this kind of stuff,” the YouTube star said, showing off the mod. (Timestamp of 01:49 for mobile viewers.) Later on in the video, Pewds discovered that bees would be coming to Minecraft in a future update, and debated whether he should wait for the official release, or cheat to spawn them instead. “There’s bees in Minecraft!? I don’t know, am I allowed to play the new one? Because I don’t think you can spawn them without cheating. Or should I just wait for the actual update. I think I should just wait.” he said. The YouTuber quickly changed his mind upon seeing a player-created data pack which lets people put a saddle on bees and ride them. “Oh my God, okay, I’m getting the bees” he said in excitement. PewDiePie has used Minecraft mods before While the YouTube king is considering a fully-modded Survival mode in the future, he actually used a data pack created by the popular modder previously in his August 7 video, where he faced off against himself in an epic boss fight. (Timestamp of 18:08 for mobile viewers.) As of the time of this article, PewDiePie has over 101 million subscribers, making him the most subbed individual content creator on the platform. PewDiePie’s lead over T-Series is growing once more after ‘We are losing’ video – Dexerto
PewDiePie’s lead over T-Series is growing once more after ‘We are losing’ video Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg’s reign at the top of YouTube seemed to be over on Wednesday, February 20, but a new video from the Swede has seen him open the gap over T-Series once again. For years, Kjellberg has sat at the top of YouTube as the owner of the channel with the most subscribers. In 2018, Indian media company T-Series finally closed the gap on the Swede, becoming the first channel who could feasibly unseat PewDiePie from his perch. Many of YouTube’s biggest names have attempted to keep Kjellberg at the top of the platform, uploading videos encouraging their fans to subscribe to PewDiePie, with Mr Beast even going as far as hiring billboards in an effort to stop T-Series wrestling the crown from him. Things looked dire for Kjellberg on February 20, when T-Series found themselves just 10,000 subscribers behind him, but the uploading of a new video appears to have delayed the end once again. The video, titled “I might as well upload this since we are losing..”, saw Kjellberg reviewing books, with PewDiePie opening the video by stating: “T-Series has most likely passed me, so it doesn’t matter what I upload at this point, does it?” While PewDiePie had accepted defeat, the video actually appears to have had the opposite effect, opening the gap at the top to over 30,000 subscribers once again in less than 24 hours. How long PewDiePie is able to remain at the top of YouTube remains to be seen, but you can keep an eye on the tight race using our PewDiePie vs T-Series live subscriber tracker. Even though PewDiePie has managed to create some distance between him and his challenger once again, it seems like it’s only a matter of time before T-Series finally takes the crown.

PewDiePie’s Minecraft dog Sven has a near death experience – Dexerto
PewDiePie’s Minecraft dog Sven has a near death experience YouTube: PewDiePie / MojangYouTube star Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg was left stunned after his trusty sidekick Sven almost died in a freak accident, putting the fate of his Minecraft dog in jeopardy. There have been many unfortunate casualties during PewDiePie’s Minecraft adventures. His beloved horse Joergen has actually died before, and is now on his third version simply known as ‘Joergen #3’. So it’s a running theme on the series to protect his dog Sven ‘at all costs’. The YouTube star even has merchandise for it. But during his August 14 episode, the recently married pet was put into serious jeopardy after an unexpected attack. PewDiePie tempted fate The Swedish YouTuber was just about to enter the Nether, when he heard the sound of lightning strike. Given that he still has the enchanted Trident he used to create his 96 million pig army, he decided to try using it on various enemies to see if it had any effect. Much to his surprise, he struck a Creeper, and the lightning turned it into a ‘charged’ version. “What? What’s a blue Creeper? Whoa! It’s so cool!” he said excitedly. He soon discovered that charged enemies can drop ‘mob heads’ that are wearable. “They make bigger explosions! Whoa he dropped a head. What!?” The Swede then blew up several Creepers, to try to get more of the item drop. He eventually wore one of the Skeleton heads. “Oh my god, Sven is gonna freak out,” he laughed. Sven was attacked Going back to his original idea of scaring Sven, the Swedish YouTuber decided to put on a Creeper head, and went straight back to his base to greet his dog to take him by surprise. “Hey Sven!” he called out to the dog, who then looked up at him. Suddenly, seemingly out of nowhere, a Creeper approached from behind and exploded on his dog, sending him up in the air. PewDiePie screamed. “Nooooooo! Oooooh! Eaaaat!” he begged the dog, trying to get Sven’s health back up to save his life. “Oh my god,” he yelled, completely stunned at what happened. The YouTube King looked genuinely shocked as he covered his mouth with his hand. Luckily, Sven barely survived, as the Swede was able to revive his health by feeding him food. The dog looked scared however, and retreated underground. Read More: PewDiePie teases special Minecraft reward – “No I’m sorry! Awww. No, Sven, I’m sorry! I’m sorry. It’s me, I promise!” he said emotionally, taking off the Creeper head. After it seemed Sven was out of the woods, another two Creepers showed up into his base, going straight for the pup. The YouTube star screamed “No!” and attacked them. ”I want to cry. Oh my god Sven. I thought you were gonna die. I was just trying to make a joke!” (Timestamp of 16:55 for mobile viewers.) Despite all the effort PewDiePie made to secure his base, this just goes to show how brutal the world of Minecraft can be.

PewDiePie’s fiance Marzia quits YouTube after seven years – Dexerto
PewDiePie’s fiance Marzia quits YouTube after seven years Marzia Bisognin, fiance to YouTube king Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg, announced on October 22nd that she is leaving the platform after seven years of content creation. She broke the news in a video simply titled, ‘Goodbye YouTube,’ where she admitted that she felt like ‘a fraud,’ and is now seeking her own path in life. “It’s about needing to find my path, because for a long time I felt like I was following someone else’s,” she said, in reference to her connection to PewDiePie. “I think it’s about time that I give myself a chance with something else.” In addition, Marzia deleted nearly all of her videos on her channel, save for six vlogs – including her most recent announcement. The video came as a shock to her wide fanbase, which currently sits at over seven million subscribers on YouTube alone. She had been chronicling her wedding plans with Felix on a fairly regular basis, marking the announcement an altogether unexpected development. However, Marzia made sure to thank her fans for their continued support, and explained that she wasn’t ‘tired’ of creating content, but instead felt that YouTube had ‘taken over’ her life. “You gave me the best years of my life,” she said.
