PewDiePie begs for ideas as T-Series threatens to overtake him in YouTube subscribers PewDiePie, YouTubeTop YouTuber Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg has pleaded with his viewers to give him more ideas on how to fend off T-Series, as it looks even more likely that he’ll soon lose his crown. The Indian production company, who has long been locked into a subscriber battle with PewDiePie, had narrowed the subscriber margin and were just 9,846 away him at the time he posted his most recent video. Now, though, the established king of content creation seems to be struggling to come up with ideas to stay ahead – or at least that’s what he wants us to think. The Swede uploaded a new video to his YouTube channel, which has over 86 million subs at the time of writing, where he discusses how Tik Tok has “finally gone too far.” Read More: PewDiePie shares hilarious reaction to Chuck E. Cheese scandal uncovered by Shane Dawson’s ‘Conspiracy Series’ – Interestingly, towards the end of the video, PewDiePie seemed to doubt himself as T-Series chase shows no signs of slowing down. “How far away is T-Series?” he asked before the figure “9,846” flashed up on-screen. (For mobile readers, the discussion starts around the 11 minute mark in the video below) “Should I not think of anything better at this point? What am I supposed to do? Give me ideas. I need help. Help me,” he pleaded. Despite his apparent unrest, though, live subscriber counts for the two channels show that PewDiePie is still ahead by a good margin – around 20,000 at the time of writing. The spike is expected with the release of a new video and could very well plummet as the day draws on. Will Pewds be able to keep up with T-Series or is he on the brink of losing his lead?

Petition to “save the internet” backed by KSI & KEEMSTAR hits over 2 million signatures – Dexerto
Petition to “save the internet” backed by KSI & KEEMSTAR hits over 2 million signatures Popular YouTuber and white-collar boxer Olajide ‘KSI’ Olatunji is urging his fans to “save the internet,” as posted in a series of Tweets on November 20. KSI began his campaign by tweeting out the hashtag “#Savetheinternet,” followed by a longer explanation that included a link to a change.org petition, which aims to influence the European Union’s upcoming Internet Copyright Directive. “I very rarely get political, but this is extremely important,” KSI wrote. “Old heads back at it with the ignorance. Please sign this petition. #SavetheInternet” I very rarely get political, but this is extremely important. Old heads back at it with the ignorance. Please sign this petition#SavetheInternet https://t.co/FoFvWVOpRA — KSI (@KSIOlajidebt) November 20, 2018 The petition in question seeks to deal with Articles 11 and 13, specifically, which would introduce a “link tax” and an “upload filter,” respectively. In layman’s terms, the link tax would allow publishers to ask for “paid licenses” when websites share their stories. Additionally, the “upload filter” would hold platforms liable for copyright infringement, should they “store… large amounts of works and other subject-matter uploaded by their users.” While the Directive seeks to update copyright law for the modern age, much controversy lies in its interpretation – especially concerning Articles 11 and 13. Many YouTubers have expressed concern around the Articles, which could require creators to acquire a license to use any copyrighted material in their content – or even prevent their uploads entirely. | ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄| | SAVE | | YOUR | | INTERNET | | ______ | (__/) || (•ㅅ•) || / づ#SaveYourInternet #savetheinternet— KEEM  (@KEEMSTAR) November 20, 2018 KSI isn’t the only major YouTuber advocating for awareness of the Directive, either; Drama Alert host Daniel ‘KEEMSTAR’ Keem has likewise shown support for the petition, Tweeting out a meme using the #Savetheinternet hashtag on November 20. The petition has over two million signatures as of November 21, and continues to climb in numbers.

Petition to ‘Make Instagram Instagram Again’ goes viral with over 100,000 signatures – Dexerto
Petition to ‘Make Instagram Instagram Again’ goes viral with over 100,000 signatures UNSPLASH: SOLEN FEYISSAControversial changes to Instagram prompt a viral movement to bring back the social media platform many know and love. With TikTok taking over social media as we know it, both Instagram and Facebook have begun learning and adapting their own platforms to better incorporate the famous short videos. However, such an introduction quickly landed Instagram in a rather unpopular situation. Such an update has sparked a variety of complaints, with one user opting to start a petition called ‘Make Instagram Instagram Again’. With a simple image and a hashtag, the trend has torn through Instagram with celebrities and thousands of users signing the already popular petition. What is the Make Instagram Instagram Again trend? Essentially, the Make Instagram Instagram Again trend was started by user and photographer @illumitati who, in a video posted shortly after explained their ‘hot take’ on the desire for Instagram to go back to being a place where they can see photos of their friends rather than strangers. They also explained the desire to bring back chronological timelines, often hinting at its confusing design and offputting layout. Such timelines would better improve the network of discovery and allow people to really share their photos and for others to see what they actually want to see. The movement has gained a lot of traction The original post has received over one million likes in just a few days with the likes of Kylie Jenner, Only Jayus, and plenty of content creators on Instagram sharing the post. A recent tweet by Frank Pallotta explores the impact of the last complaint-based movement Kylie Jenner involved herself in which saw Snapchat lose a considerable amount of money. If you would like Instagram to change then you can sign the petition.

Petition to ban Brooke Houts from YouTube goes viral after dog abuse scandal – Dexerto
Petition to ban Brooke Houts from YouTube goes viral after dog abuse scandal Brooke Houts, YouTubeYouTuber Brooke Houts stirred up outrage across the net after accidentally uploading an unedited video that showed her hitting and spitting on her pet dog in early August – and while the LAPD is currently investigating the scandal, netizens are still outraged. Multiple petitions have popped up across the net in wake of the drama, asking for YouTube to permanently ban Houts from their platform in light of video evidence showing Houts’ mistreatment of her Doberman Pinscher, Sphinx. In fact, one Change.org petition has garnered over 49,000 signatures – merely 400 names away from its goal of 50,000 signers. The petition calls Houts’ explanation of the alleged abuse into question, who claimed that she was in a “clearly frustrated” mood and did not spit on the animal, albeit admitting that she should not have “gotten as angry as I did in the video.” “This wasn’t a mistake,” petition organizer Nina France wrote. “No one hits and spits on a living creature by mistake. If this is what Houts is comfortable doing on camera, what could she be doing to her dog off camera?” To everyone who has been commenting on my social media as of recently: pic.twitter.com/gnxUbfVHdf — b (@brookehouts) August 7, 2019 France’s now-viral petition also asks YouTube to “delete her channel, her videos, any reupload of her abuse, and never allow her to have a channel or any sort of influence ever again.” Read More: FaZe Censor explains why he’s going bald – While both YouTube and Houts have yet to address the quickly-growing petition, the Los Angeles Police Department’s investigation into the matter concluded that Houts’ video does not show proof that Sphinx is in “immediate danger,” with the dog reportedly still in her care at the time of writing. haha hilarious prank @brookehouts !!! xD pic.twitter.com/kjvmOnln7e — shoe (@shoe0nhead) August 7, 2019 Houts’ accidental upload caught the attention of regular netizens and social media stars alike, with popular YouTuber Logan Paul condemning the abuse and H3H3’s Ethan Klein even offering to take the pup off her hands. Petition to have Etika’s YouTube channel restored reaches 350,000 signatures – Dexerto
Petition to have Etika’s YouTube channel restored reaches 350,000 signatures Etika, Instagram / UnsplashA petition to have Desmond ‘Etika’ Amofah’s YouTube channel restored has attracted over 350,000 signatures, with fans hoping to enjoy his content long into the future. The popular internet personality was found dead by the New York Police Department on June 25, at the age of 29, days after posting what many believed at the time was a suicide note in a description of a YouTube video upload. Etika fans have responded by signing a Change.org petition in droves, which calls for YouTube to restore many of his old videos to the platform – most of which were uploaded to his original channel. The late YouTuber’s channel was removed for violating community guidelines, after reportedly posting explicit content in October 2018. However, thousands of fans are now hoping YouTube will reverse the decision and bring back some of his best moments for people to watch. “We the YouTube community and the Joycon Boyz, demand that his YouTube channel be reinstated so his legacy can be archived,” the petition description states. “Years of memories are gone due to his misconduct of a few uploads, and we think someone who has done so much for the YouTube platform should be allowed to have his greatest moments archived on YouTube forever.” “Please consider. Think about how much he has done for you YouTube. Think about all the years of his life he poured into his channel, and restore those memories,” the description continues. A number of other high profile figures from the gaming community have reached out to Etika’s friends and family with messages of support during this difficult time, with Pokimane, PewDiePie, Ali-A, and more honoring the former streamer after his body was found near Manhattan Bridge on June 25. Fans are hoping that the petition will encourage YouTube to reinstate his channel, or perhaps allow fans to see a select group of previously uploaded videos. For those looking to support the cause and sign the petition, head over to Change.org. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, or know anyone that is, and you would like to talk to someone, please reach out and call the Suicide Prevention Helpline 1-800-273-8255 (USA) or the Samaritans 116-123 (UK).

Pete Davidson taunts Jake Paul & Ben Askren in hilarious pre-fight interview TrillerPete Davidson roasted Jake Paul and Ben Askren in a hilarious pre-fight interview that stole the show in the lead-up to the Triller Fight Club PPV’s Main Event. The Jake Paul vs. Ben Askren Triller Fight Club PPV is jam-packed with stars and musical performances. But in the lead-up to the main event, Saturday Night Live’s Pete Davidson has been the star of the show. The panel asked him to share his thoughts on the final bout, but instead of saying anything insightful, he hilariously roasted both fighters, as well as the event itself. “You can tell how professional this event is by them having me here,” he said. “Today is a really wild day for boxing because it just shows how low it’s truly sunk. I think today proves the fact that if you have enough followers, you can truly f**king do anything you want.” “I mean, Maybe PewDiePie will cure cancer, and Charli D’Amelio will become a surgeon. Who knows?” Then, he took it a step further and personally insulated Ben Askren and Jake Paul. “Tonight we have a bout between Ben Askren, who I don’t know that is still, and I’ve been reading up on him all week, and Jake Paul. And you know, they both suck, but at least somebody is going to get hurt!” i LOVE this i LOVE him, FUCK jake paul https://t.co/IS4upPQ12n — ☆bella (@bellaandtheboys) April 18, 2021 People thought it was hilarious. However, it didn’t sit well with Ben Askren, who shared his thoughts about it on social media and threw some shade back. “I dare Pete Davidson’s little weasel ass to stop by my locker room for the pre-fight interview,” he wrote. I dare Pete Davidson’s little weasel ass to stop by my locker room for pre fight interview. — Funky (@Benaskren) April 18, 2021 Fortunately, Pete Davidson did end up popping into his locker room shortly after and the two of them patched things up. He called Jake a “piece of sh*t” and claimed that “real celebrities don’t like him.” He even wrapped things up by saying, “nobody wants anything other than for [Ben] to knock [Jake] on his ass.” So, he’s definitely on his side. https://twitter.com/defnoodles/status/1383627543039778826?s=20 Pete Davidson’s ruthless jabs have been a breath of fresh air for an audience who have felt underwhelmed by the lack of fighting and excessive entertainment so far. Maybe we will see the fight tonight, who knows. There’s probably another 60 concerts before then.

PeterParkTV claims Fedmyster tried to get Yvonne fired from OfflineTV – Dexerto
PeterParkTV claims Fedmyster tried to get Yvonne fired from OfflineTV TikTok: PeterPark/Twitter: FedmysterTwitch streamer and friend of OfflineTV, Peter Park, has weighed in on the controversy surrounding Fedmyster, Pokimane, and Yvonne, rebuffing claims that Fed didn’t want OTV’s manager replaced. Back in June, the OfflineTV community was turned upside down as members of the content collective accused Federico ‘Fedmyster’ Gaytan of harassment and misconduct. Fed had not appeared on social media since giving a statement on the accusations and his removal from OfflineTV, but on November 25, he reappeared on Twitter after private messages between himself and Pokimane were leaked in a document titled ‘My Truth.’ In the document, Gaytan accused Pokimane of twisting the truth about their relationship – claims to which Poki has responded. Additionally, there have also been accusations about the former OTV member wanting their house manager, Yvonne, fired – which he and some of his fans have denied. However, Twitch streamer and friend of OfflineTV, Peter Park, dismissed those claims – claiming himself that Fed made it clear that he wanted to make a change with OfflineTV’s house manager. “In this document, there is a section that says Fed never wanted Yvonne fired. I can personally say that this is not true,” he said during his November 26 stream, adding that he wasn’t sure if Fed was “deliberately lying or whatever.” Peter noted that Fed would regularly visit him and on one occasion had been discussing OfflineTV and Yvonne. “And he was talking about how Yvonne was lazy, no lifing League, not really helping with content, not really doing a good job as a house manager, and that her room would be better suited for a bigger content creator – and how they were moving toward having her replaced and removed from OTV,” Peter added. The Twitch streamer also decided against diving into the leaked screenshots between Pokimane and Fed, adding that plenty of takes have already been given on those. But, he did want to clarify the situation about Fed not wanting to replace Yvonne. “People were saying Fed never wanted her fired and that was a huge talking point and I just wanted to say that’s not true, and that’s that, I’m going to end it there,” Peter concluded. As Peter notes, many prominent Twitch streamers have weighed in on the drama, giving their take, but not all of them have garnered a response. It remains to be seen if Fed or anyone else will respond to Park’s own claims, because as of writing, he hasn’t posted on social media since November 25.

PETA slammed for controversial Steve Irwin Tweets – KSI, Jacksepticeye, MKBHD, NICKMERCS and more respond – Dexerto
PETA slammed for controversial Steve Irwin Tweets – KSI, Jacksepticeye, MKBHD, NICKMERCS and more respond YouTube: KSI/JackSepticEyeA number of internet personalities fired backed at animal protection charity PETA after they criticized Google’s decision to pay tribute to Steve Irwin on what would have been his 57th birthday. The TV star, who died in 2006 after being struck by a stingray, was the inspiration for the February 22 Google Doodle – which included cartoon illustrations of him working alongside his family and a number of wild animals. His widow, Terri Irwin, also shared her own tribute to Steve on the search engine’s Doodle page. However, PETA took exception to the posts with a furious Twitter thread. They tweeted: “#SteveIrwin was killed while harassing a ray; he dangled his baby while feeding a crocodile & wrestled wild animals who were minding their own business. Today’s #GoogleDoodle sends a dangerous, fawning message. Wild animals are entitled to be left alone in their natural habitats.” The account didn’t stop there as they continued to post tweets stating that what Irwin did to create entertainment was “harassment” and “not on target with his supposed message of protecting wildlife.” Steve Irwin’s actions were not on target with his supposed message of protecting wildlife. A real wildlife expert & someone who respects animals for the individuals they are leaves them to their own business in their natural homes. — PETA (@peta) February 23, 2019 However, they faced backlash for their posts as Twitter users fired back at them. YouTube star KSI simply told them to “just shut the fuck up,” adding an emoji with rolled eyes. He wasn’t the only YouTuber to respond to the lengthy Twitter thread in a fiery fashion. I supported @peta with a fixed amount of money every month. That was until I read this tweet. — TheFatRat (@ThisIsTheFatRat) February 23, 2019 “This ain’t it chief,” added technology YouTuber Marques Brownlee, while hugely popular Twitch streamer Nick ‘NickMercs’ Kolcheff asked the PETA account to block him back because of their tweets. Other personalities, like Tucker ‘Jericho’ Boner, decided to take a more crude approach with their response to PETA’s controversial thread. My dick is 2 inches long, and I’d like to put both of them up your ass — TUCKER (@JERICHO) February 23, 2019 It’s not the first, and probably won’t be the last, time that PETA has landed themselves in hot water for comments made on their Twitter account.

Pete Davidson ordered to complete 18-month “diversion program” after reckless car accident – Dexerto
Pete Davidson ordered to complete 18-month “diversion program” after reckless car accident Instagram: popcultureAfter being charged with a misdemeanor for reckless driving, Pete Davidson has been ordered to complete a diversion program and community service obligations. Almost five months after Pete Davidson’s car jumped the curb and struck the side of a neighborhood residence, he’s been ordered to comply to an 18-month diversion program full of community service requirements. At the time of his reckless accident on March 4, Davidson was with his current girlfriend Chase Sui Wonders, as the two have become close since filming their film Bodies Bodies Bodies in 2021. Though Davidson has to take accountability for his actions, his community service has sentiment, as he will be able to fulfill his hours at the fire department in which his late father served. Davidson to dedicate service hours to a morgue or hospital A week before his scheduled arraignment, Davidson’s lawyer reached an agreement with prosecutors of the Los Angeles Superior Court, according to CNN. Though nobody was injured in the Beverly Hills accident, Davidson was initially charged with a misdemeanor. Instead of serving jail time for his reckless driving, which was caused by speeding, Davidson has been ordered to adhere to a diversion program that will span across 18 months. The program will include 50 hours of community service, 12 hours of traffic school, and a contribution of his time to either a morgue or hospital for educational purposes. Lucky for Davidson, he will likely be able to serve his community service hours for the FDNY at the fire department where his father, who heroically passed on 9/11, once worked. The fire department has even extended a warm welcome to Davidson in a statement that read, “[a]s the son of a 9/11 hero, we would be happy to provide Mr. Davidson an opportunity to do his required community service.” The start date of Davidson’s community service is unknown. And though his girlfriend Wonders was present at the scene of the crime, she will not be charged with anything, as she was not driving the vehicle.

PETA respond to Brooke Houts ‘dog abuse’ controversy YouTube: Brooke Houts / PETAAnimal rights organization PETA has responded to the allegations of ‘dog abuse’ against YouTube personality Brook Houts, after she accidentally uploaded an unedited video in which it appeared she was mistreating her pet on August 7. Brooke Houts sparked controversy on August 7 after she accidentally uploaded an unedited YouTube video which appeared to show her spitting on and slapping her Doberman puppy after it misbehaved. As you would expect with a situation like this, animal protection organization PETA responded to the situation and it is not happy. PETA got involved in the drama In a Twitter post on August 7, the organization quoted an article about the YouTuber’s actions from British news outlet Metro and called for her removal from the video platform. “DOGS DESERVE RESPECT. IF YOU CAN’T TREAT DOGS WITH KINDNESS AND INSTEAD HIT THEM, DON’T GET ONE. ATTN @YouTube: Please remove Brooke Houts from your platform.” it tweeted. DOGS DESERVE RESPECT. ATTN @YouTube: Please remove Brooke Houts from your platform.https://t.co/CASgyiXlE2 — PETA (@peta) August 7, 2019 Later on August 9, PETA published a blog post on its website titled “PETA Wants Social Media Platforms to Hold Animal Abusers Accountable” where it mentioned Houts’ alleged ‘abuse’. “Videos like these are extremely dangerous, because they may normalize treating animals disrespectfully or even physically abusing them—particularly for impressionable viewers, including these platforms’ younger users.” it stated. “They also increase the risk of “copycat” behavior by people who are desperate for publicity and attention—even the negative kind.” The organization urged for action to be taken against scandals involving the mistreatment of animals. “And while many people are rightfully outraged by videos like these, public scorn—which often moves on to the next scandal in a day or two—is not enough to prevent this kind of abuse. There must be consequences.” “ANIMALS DESERVE TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND KINDNESS—NOT TO BE SLAPPED, GRABBED, SPIT ON, OR THROWN.” Police are investigating Houts In a statement to news outlet The Verge on August 7, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that it is looking into Houts’ actions after receiving multiple complaints against the YouTuber. “Our Animal Cruelty Task Force has received numerous complaints about the video you’re speaking of and we are currently looking into the matter,” an official media spokesperson for the department stated. No information regarding the findings of the LAPD’s investigation have come to light as of the publishing of this article.

Pet alligator denied entry to Phillies game despite being “emotional support animal” – Dexerto
Pet alligator denied entry to Phillies game despite being “emotional support animal” TikTok; wallythealligatorAn emotional support alligator named Wally was denied entrance into a Phillies baseball game after his owner was told only certain animals were allowed. Wally the emotional support animal and his owner Joie Henney have gained quite the following on social media with over 121K TikTok and 32K Instagram followers. The duo have taken on adventures that include meet and greets for Wally and fans, fundraisers in Wally’s honor, and of course, occasional moments where Henney dresses Wally up in super cool sunglasses. Wally has even been featured in People Magazine. And though he may be feared from afar, when you get close to Wally, it’s quickly apparent how loving he is, as many fans have taken the time to hug the 8-year-old alligator. Though he’s been certified as an emotional support animal, there have been some things that Wally has been prohibited from. Most recently, that was a Phillies game. Wally and his owner Joie Henney have been together since 2015 Though Wally has been right by Henney’s side through the good and bad, the two were unfortunately denied entrance into a Phillies baseball game last Wednesday. The MLB game was held at Citizens Bank Stadium in Philadelphia, PA. However, their rules only allow for emotional support animals like dogs to enter, as stadium regulations claim, “Guide dogs, service animals, or service animals in training are welcome. All other animals are prohibited.” Wally even arrived with his red leash on stating that he is an “emotional support animal.” Not only that but his name is printed right on it as well. However, that wasn’t enough for the stadium to feel safe enough to allow an alligator into its premises. Wally and his owner Joie Henney reside in Jonestown, Pennsylvania. The two have been paired together since 2015 when Henney’s friend from Florida asked if he could relocate a few alligators, as he’s been doing so for at least 30 years. After two years of keeping Wally, Henney had lost some family members. His bond with the gator began to deepen and the two have been inseparable ever since. Wally even sleeps in Henney’s bed with him! Henney has also battled with cancer, which Wally took a front-row seat to. After seeing how supportive and helpful Wally was for Henney, his doctor suggested he register him as an emotional support animal. And really, the rest is history.

Pet shop employee fired after streamer catches them throwing dog – Dexerto
Pet shop employee fired after streamer catches them throwing dog An employee at a Los Angeles pet shop and rehoming center has been let go following an incident which saw a dog thrown onto a concrete floor during a livestream in the premises. Twitch streamer RIPRoyce was playing with rescue dogs inside Bark n’ Bitches Dog Boutique in Los Angeles, California, while livestreaming to her viewers on the Amazon-owned platform on Wednesday, November 13. During her visit, one of the dogs appeared to bite a smaller pup, prompting an employee at the store to pick the animal up and throw it. The impact of the dog on the floor made a loud noise but was not captured on camera, which RIPRoyce states was its head hitting the concrete. Due to the nature of the footage, those who wish to watch the clip can do so on Twitch. Following the incident, the dog hid under a bench and was tended to by RIPRoyce and others in attendance who tried to comfort it after the experience. The clip sparked outrage on social media, with many criticizing the employee for treating the dog this way, with shop owner Shannon von Roemer publically addressing the incident in a video uploaded to Facebook. “There was a horrific incident, intolerable incident, which happened at the shop tonight,” she stated. “Thanks to everybody who has reached out with their concerns, because it’s definitely a big concern of mine also. This is a first, rest assured that all actions will be taken to make sure this doesn’t happen again, the employee is no longer with us, and the dog is doing fine and went to the vet.” In an Instagram post, von Roemer also stated that they would “not tolerate this or any actions that put our rescues in harms way,” and that the kind of behavior shown on the stream is not what they stand for. The company confirmed that following the incident, the dog was taken to the vet, where it was cleared after examination.

Permabanned streamer Indiefoxx hits out at Twitch for blocking her unban appeals – Dexerto
Permabanned streamer Indiefoxx hits out at Twitch for blocking her unban appeals Instagram/IndiefoxxFormer Twitch streamer Indiefoxx, who was banned from the platform indefinitely in 2021, has appealed to Twitch publicly as her attempts to resolve her ban have fallen on deaf ears. After being one of the key figures of Twitch in 2021, partly responsible for the creation of an entirely new category on Twitch, Pools & Hot Tubs, Indiefoxx was banned numerous times. Despite the creation of a new category, and it appearing as though Twitch was happy to accommodate IndieFoxx’s content at this time, she was later banned, this time indefinitely, as she had racked up a number of strikes. Twitch preventing Indiefoxx appeal attempts On October 12, Indiefoxx, now going by Jenfoxx on Twitter, said that Twitch had simply given her an automated response, rather than actually reading her appeal. “Any reason you didn’t read my ban appeal and gave me an automated response saying it was “too recent” when it’s been well over a year and 3 months now,” the banned streamer asked. On top of this, she says the platform has “permanently blocked my way to send an appeal, it’s been greyed out for over a month.” A number of fans were sympathetic to Jenfoxx’s situation, criticizing Twitch’s response. “I think the problem you’re having is that you still think they need a reason to ban you. They don’t. If they want you gone, you’re gone,” one fan responded. Others have also suggested that she should simply move to stream on YouTube instead, rather than wait for a decision from Twitch. Although it’s not as popular as her Twitch channel was, which had over 2 million followers, Indiefoxx does upload on her YouTube channel, with similar ASMR content to what she previously streamed to thousands of viewers on Twitch. There have been cases of high-profile streamers who were permanently banned and later unbanned, such as Dellor, but these cases are rare. Ice Poseidon, another streamer who is indefinitely suspended, has pleaded for his account to be unbanned, so far to no avail.

Pestily overtakes Tfue, NICKMERCS in Twitch history books with huge 35-day subathon – Dexerto
Pestily overtakes Tfue, NICKMERCS in Twitch history books with huge 35-day subathon Twitch: PestilyAustralian streamer Pestily has made a major move in the Twitch history books, overtaking superstar names like Anomaly and NICKMERCS in the platform’s all-time subscriptions, and dumping Tfue out of the platform’s Top 10 entirely off the back of his ambitious 35-day subathon. Subathons are all the rage across Twitch right now — mainly sparked by Ludwig’s historic 30-day effort back in April — and Aussie star Pestily was the latest to jump on the popular trend. It was a smash-hit for the three-time Escape from Tarkov world champion, who was bowling down Twitch records on his way to 35 consecutive days streaming on for his 972k followers. He reached the 35-day mark on August 4, chalking his name into the history books at NICKMERCS and Tfue’s expense. The Tarkov star, 32, is now the seventh most subscribed Twitch streamer of all time, clearing 81,836 subscribers during the record run. That puts him way above several huge streamers, including Anomaly (70,420) and Tfue (69,586). Pestily had just woken up from an on-stream nap for the milestone on July 30, and was all smiles as his Twitch subscribers ticker rolled over to 80,845, more than 400 clear of NICKMERCS, who hit 80,402 last April. “It means a lot,” the Australian said. “I love all you guys.” He also wrote on Twitter: “What a ride! With 20 days to go! Let’s see what random crap I can do from here. Thanks so much for this incredible experience!” Pestily began his 35-day subathon at the start of July. At the time, he suggested he would only keep the non-stop stream going for a maximum of fifty days. While Pestily didn’t quite make it to his original 50-day goal, the 35-day effort still etched his spot in the history books. The Twitch star was live for over 8,400 consecutive hours. On July 26 he appeared live in a cosplay of Dr Phil — one of his many subathon stretch goals. After hitting day 10 he fulfilled his first promise, to “train for and run a marathon”. Hitting Day 20 meant he had to film an IRL stream at a degustation restaurant, and now he’s clocked up thirty days he has to “take chat on a race car hot lap.” If he were to reach Day 40, the stakes would have been upped once against as Pestily pledged to complete a triathlon. Upon hitting his 30-day milestone, the Twitch star said: “This is f**king nuts. In the last 30 days I’ve streamed 720 hours. How many gigabytes you reckon that is?” 5 weeks ago I went live and now it ends! Thanks so much everyone for the support it has been incredible! #1 active subs on twitch, #7 all time subs! Gave away 22 computers and had an absolute blast of a stream! So many memories! Mr. Dr. Pestily signing off! — Pestily (@Pestily) August 4, 2021 The Australian also disabled his on-stream Twitch overlay after hitting seventh. According to Pestily, the subathon had “already been awesome” that he didn’t want to keep setting targets. He said: “We don’t need to force anything.” Pestily’s subathon came to an end midway through Wednesday, August 4, a little under fifteen days early. Although there was still plenty of time left on the star’s subathon counter, the Aussie revealed he, unfortunately, “had to end things early” due to something in his personal life. “I’m sure the moderators are happy it’s over,” the Twith star joked as his subathon’s 35th day came to a close. “It’s been a journey… it’s been fun.”

Perma-banned Twitch streamers can now apply to get their account back – Dexerto
Perma-banned Twitch streamers can now apply to get their account back TwitchSome Twitch streamers who have been indefinitely suspended from the site can now apply to get their account back after six months, according to a new update from the company. Over the years, there have been quite a few big-name Twitch streamers who received a permanent ban from the prolific broadcasting platform. Adin Ross, Dr Disrespect, and IShowSpeed were among those creators, although Speed’s account was reinstated on October 10, 2023, after nearly two years. Now, Twitch is allowing some permanently banned streamers to apply for reinstatement six months after their ban, with exceptions for some offenders. Twitch now lets perma-banned streamers appeal In a blog post on October 31, 2023, Twitch revealed the changes to the sites appeal process and enforcement systems. One major part of the changes is that Twitch will now allow streamers who have recieved an indefinite suspension — aka perma ban — the chance to appeal for account reinstatement. “Today, we’re introducing a path to reinstatement for users who have been indefinitely suspended from our service. Not everyone will be eligible,” they said. “In fact, we’ve built in firm guardrails to ensure that users who have been indefinitely suspended for high-severity harms – including those involving violence, threats, and other serious and/or illegal activity – aren’t eligible to apply for reinstatement and won’t be allowed back on Twitch.” Users that have been permanently banned from the platform can apply to get their account back just six months after the punishment, and can reapply six months later if they are denied reinstatement. You can do so through the Twitch appeals dashboard, and can head over to their support page for guidance on making it happen. Perez Hilton hits back at TikTok ban petition after Charli D’Amelio beef – Dexerto
Perez Hilton hits back at TikTok ban petition after Charli D’Amelio beef Perez Hilton, YouTube / Charli D’Amelio, InstagramSocial media mogul and drama commentator Perez Hilton has hit back at a petition from angry TikTok users to remove him from the platform, following his beef with star Charli D’Amelio in March. While he’s known for discussing drama between A-List celebrities and top YouTubers, Hilton has recently switched up his repertoire by covering TikTok stars — but his efforts have landed him in hot water with fans. The commentator came under fire in early March after making a comment on one of 15-year-old Charli D’Amelio’s dancing videos: “Anyone else think it’s inappropriate for a 15-year-old to dance to this?” perez hilton literally shamed @charlidamelio (15) for wearing a bathing suit. charli was literally at the beach. his excuse for this behavior was that he’s gay. but no matter who you are, attempting to diss a minor for what they’re wearing is not right. pic.twitter.com/JYtMzqqnJ3— M1SO , (@PL4YBCY) March 5, 2020 D’Amelio was quick to clap back to Hilton’s not-so-subtle shade: “I’m sorry, I’m just trying to have fun!” Their exchange caused many fans to criticize 42-year-old Hilton for making such a comment on the minor’s video, where she busted a move in a bikini — which later led to an entire feud between the two internet celebs, with Hilton going on to cover Charli’s breakup with fellow TikTokker Chase Hudson. Hilton’s coverage and discussion of D’Amelio’s content and personal drama led fans to create a petition asking TikTok to ban him from their platform, which has since received over 85,000 signatures at the time of writing. However, it doesn’t seem that Hilton is fazed by this development, as evidenced by his congratulatory Instagram comment in the midst of the drama on April 28. “This petition has been so good for me!” he said of the matter. “Loving all this press! And my TikTok account keeps growing! And at a faster rate than before! Thank you! Sincerely! Deeply!” https://www.instagram.com/p/B_kU2cdnw-x/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link This is far from the first time Hilton has been flattered by outrage surrounding his beef with D’Amelio; the YouTuber made similar comments in early March when their feud was at its peak: “For days now, they’re still letting me have it, and I am in heaven! I love it! Thank you children! My [account] is getting so many views, I’m getting so many new followers, I love it!” Despite the drama, it doesn’t look like Hilton is bothered by fans’ petition to boot him from TikTok, with his account remaining active on the app at the time of publishing.

Perez Hilton explains why he “loves” Charli D’Amelio Hype House beef – Dexerto
Perez Hilton explains why he “loves” Charli D’Amelio Hype House beef YouTube: Perez Hilton / Charli D’AmelioInfamous internet reporter Perez Hilton has responded to criticism over his comments on TikTok star Charli D’Amelio’s video where she’s dancing in a bikini, claiming he “loves” the beef. While on vacation in the Bahamas in early March, D’Amelio uploaded a dancing TikTok video with Avani Gregg while in a bikini on a sunny beach – both of which are part of the ‘Hype House,’ a content house made just for the app’s top personalities. Celebrity journalist Perez Hilton commented on the clip, taking issue with her age and the choice of song since it contained references to an inappropriate act. “Anyone else think it’s inappropriate for a 15-year-old to dance to this?” he said, causing her to hit back with “i’m sorry i’m just trying to have fun.” He later responded again and said “I wish I looked that good in a bikini at 15,” fueling the fire further. https://www.instagram.com/p/B9X2i3dhfVP/ Continuing the back and forth, the 41-year-old then moved onto making TikTok videos of his own about the situation, causing Hype House Instagram account ‘hypehouseshaderoom’ to comment. “Wouldn’t be shocked if he had something,” one post read, alongside a screenshot of one of the reporter’s videos, seemingly with no idea of who he is. Another image showed the comments section of one of Perez’s uploads where a fan asked the journalist “How old are u again?” which prompted him to reply with “Almost 50.” https://twitter.com/TaylorLorenz/status/1235762597770809345 On March 5, the internet personality took to YouTube to livestream his thoughts on the beef with Hype House and Charli D’Amelio, and to explain his side of things. “Literally as I am broadcasting live, my TikTok is blowing up and I love it! I have a message for the youth…” he began, as he lifted up his shirt to the camera to reveal the text ‘I give 0 f**ks’ displayed across it. “These people still are letting me have it over me asking a question on the biggest TikTokker of the moment’s account when she did a video earlier this week gyrating, moving in an adult way to a song about taking big D!” he continued. “All I asked was, is it appropriate of her to be doing this? My main issue was with her parents, not her!” “For days now, they’re still letting me have it, and I am in heaven! I love it! Thank you children! My [account] is getting so many views, I’m getting so many new followers, I love it!” he finished. Despite Perez’s comments, Charli has continued to upload many videos while on vacation in the Bahamas, showing that she’s clearly not phased by the situation at all. She is the biggest personality on the viral video application at only 15 years old, boasting over 33.4 million followers at the time of writing.

Perez Hilton explains why he’s banned from Facebook – Dexerto
Perez Hilton explains why he’s banned from Facebook YouTube: Perez HiltonPerez Hilton has announced in a live stream on YouTube that he has been banned on Facebook, and that he will subsequently take a break from social media. The tabloid journalist has been covering the escapades of celebrities on his self-titled blog site since 2004. While his site is still live – and, according to the ‘About’ section of the blog, amassing over 300 million views a month – Hilton has moved his reporting to social media platforms in recent years. However, his intense criticism has come back to bite him and he was permanently banned from TikTok where he had gained 1.6 million followers. In a nine-part video series posted to his second TikTok account, Hilton called upon internet royalty Charli D’Amelio for help in getting his account reinstated. Hilton alleged that a TikTok representative informed him that he had violated “multiple community guidelines” through posting nudity and bullying other members of the app. He’d had public spats with some well-known names on TikTok including Claudia Conway and Charli D’Amelio herself. Now, according to another long video uploaded to YouTube on December 17, he claims Facebook has also banned him from commenting and posting after he posted a link to an article from his website about a popular adult entertainment website. Like he did with TikTok, Hilton claimed the ban was unwarranted, saying, “You cannot talk about mature things on social media anymore, the censorship is out of control.” He also added that “Facebook didn’t even give me the opportunity to appeal their decision. They didn’t give me a way to reach out to them and say you made this decision in error.” “You should be allowed to call out people for bad behavior,” he said, “and that is not bullying.” While the ban is just 24 hours, he has said this means he’ll be starting a “social media detox” for a few days because “The universe keeps telling me to take it.” Hilton’s Twitter and YouTube accounts remain untouched by potential bans.

Perez Hilton appeals to Charli D’Amelio amid “unwarranted” TikTok ban – Dexerto
Perez Hilton appeals to Charli D’Amelio amid “unwarranted” TikTok ban Twitter: Perez HiltonCelebrity blogger Perez Hilton has revealed that he has been banned from TikTok. In a nine-part video series posted to his second TikTok account, Hilton has called upon internet royalty Charli D’Amelio for help in getting his account reinstated. Tabloid journalist Perez Hilton has been covering the escapades of celebrities on his self-titled blog site since 2004. While his site is still live – and, according to the ‘About’ section of the blog, amassing over 300 million views a month – Hilton has moved his reporting to social media platforms in recent years. Most notably, he has built a presence on TikTok, with his account amassing 1.6 million followers and 71.2 cumulative likes on his content.Yet, in a series of videos posted to his back-up account on 12 December, Hilton revealed that his main has now been permanently banned. In the videos, he describes himself as being “devastated” by his main account’s “completely unwarranted” ban. Please help! Video 1 of 9. #FreePerez #PerezHilton@tiktok_us @TikTokSupport @tiktokcreators @tiktok_comms pic.twitter.com/WivSoQJQOL — Perez (@ThePerezHilton) December 12, 2020 “[The ban] feels like a targeted attack against me to get me off of the the app,” Hilton said. Hilton alleges that he was emailed by his TikTok representative on Friday night informing him that he had violated “multiple community guidelines” through posting nudity and bullying other members of the app. The blogger vehemently denied posting nudity on his account, noting that while he has had issues with videos involving his risque book cover being removed in the past, they would often be restored upon appeal. Read More: When is Forsen coming back to Twitch? – On the bullying accusations, Hilton said: “Do I like everyone on the app? No. But do I bully them? Absolutely not.” Although the blogger has been critical of TikTokers in the past – most notably Charli D’Amelio when he called her videos “inappropriate” last March – he asserts that any content he posted was “newsworthy” and did not warrant a ban by TikTok. The following day, on 13 December, Hilton posted a video update to fans across other social media platforms, claiming that his back-up TikTok account has now also been banned along with his original account. In an unusual turn of events, Perez revealed in the video that he was now appealing to none other than Charli D’Amelio to get his account restored. In the video titled ‘Dear Charli D’Amelio’, Hilton claims that he has messaged D’Amelio on Instagram to ask her to help him in getting his account reinstated. I Am Banned From TikTok! Dear Charli D’Amelio… Please watch! Please help! I am devastated. Truly. I am begging! Please! This is not right or warranted. #FreePerez #PerezHilton@CharliDamelio @tiktok_us @TikTokSupport @tiktokcreators @tiktok_comms pic.twitter.com/NtYLqVabqe — Perez (@ThePerezHilton) December 12, 2020 However, fans were not impressed with the blogger’s reaction to being banned, with several of them saying that there are bigger issues in the world to worry about. One Twitter user said: No. Your world is not crumbling because of TikTok! I have to move with no money and nowhere to go! THAT is someone’s world crumbling! [sic]. This led to Hilton uploading a further video apologizing for any offence caused, explaining that he is currently “unwell” and is seeking therapy. “I know that in the grand scheme of things I’m so blessed,” Perez said. “I just think that this ban is so unwarranted and TikTok makes me so happy.” Charli D’Amelio is yet to publicly respond to Hilton’s appeals. At the time of writing, both his TikTok accounts remain banned.

Pepsiman confuses civilians during bizarre IRL stream – Dexerto
Pepsiman confuses civilians during bizarre IRL stream Innocent bystanders got exposed to the full force of Pepsiman during one of the strangest IRL streams in recent memory. Pepsiman is the main character of the 1999 PlayStation game of the same name and in recent years he’s become a popular meme all his own. The game is still a popular challenge for speedrunning, and the current record of 18 minutes 54 seconds held by Brazilian speedrunner Baldo. Twitch streamer Eric Abroad, who streams while living and working in Japan, brought the character to life for an unsuspecting public. The world could always use more heroes Eric soldiered on in the metallic silver and blue morph suit (complete with Pepsi logo) for almost an hour and a half. The material looked anything but comfortable and the streamer even chose to cover his mouth as well to pull off the full Pepsiman look. During his time as Pepsiman he encountered people who ranged from perplexed to intrigued, and almost all of them took pictures of the strange man running around in a bodysuit. The streamer didn’t say a word during his completely in-character broadcast instead, he chose to communicate completely through text-to-speech on a phone attached to his wrist. Some of the favorite phrases included variations of “Do you have a Pepsi?” or “F*ck Coca-Cola.” He encountered several vending machines during his journey, but sadly there wasn’t a Pepsi anywhere to be found. Plenty of ice-cold Coke though. Even though he failed to find his soft drink of choice during the adventure, Eric ended up making over $300 in donations during his stream. The largest donation was for $200 from one viewer who just requested that Pepsiman use the money to buy a Coke after his hard work. Not bad for running around and disturbing/confusing people for an hour and a half, and plenty of money to buy whatever kind of drink you want.

Pepe the Frog creator left baffled by Pepe emotes on Twitch – Dexerto
Pepe the Frog creator left baffled by Pepe emotes on Twitch Feels Good Man film/TwitchPepe the Frog is one of the most widely-circulated memes ever, and a fixture of Twitch chat spam. When its creator, Matt Furie, discovered Pepes had become a fixture of Twitch chat, he was left rather confused. Pepe the Frog is massive. Originally created by Matt Furie back in 2005 for a comic series called Boy’s Club, Pepe has spread from regular internet text memes to Twitch emotes. On his January 30 stream, content creator TriHex – face of the “TriHard” emote – brought Furie onto his Twitch livestream as part of a discussion on the documentary Feels Good Man, which charts the creation and story of Pepe the Frog. The discussion soon delved into how Pepes have become a huge part of Twitch culture, given the prominence of Pepe emotes in Twitch chat. Furie was left somewhat confused. During the stream, Furie was introduced to the use of Pepes in Twitch chat. “It just seems everyone who’s saying that stuff is insane. No offense, I don’t see these images, I just see these words.” Of course, Pepe emotes aren’t available in the vanilla form of Twitch, meaning they have to be viewed via a third-party browser extension, like BTTV or FrankerFaceZ. As Furie didn’t have that extension enabled, he was only seeing the raw text. One of his producers then got confused by the existence of “MonkaW”, before a screengrab of a selection of Pepe emotes was brought up to provide an explanation. Trihex had to reassure Furie that, given the controversial hijacking of Pepe in the past by certain political groups, this was merely a bit of fun with no hateful connotations. Furie was clearly eager to learn more about a side of the internet that was completely new to him, and also endorsed the power expression the internet provides people. He added: “What happened when we discovered the internet? We discovered people like to share things with each other. People like to share pictures and music with each other. People like to share their lives and feelings. That’s all cool.” Either way, it was a great insight as to how bizarre and inaccessible Twitch culture can be to outsiders, especially considering Furie had unintentionally created a cornerstone of Twitch culture.

Pepe the Frog: the internet’s most infamous meme explained – Dexerto
Pepe the Frog: the internet’s most infamous meme explained Pepe the Frog is one of the most well-known and widespread memes around, and over the decade and a half he’s existed, it’s also one of the most interesting stories the internet has to offer. [jwplayer QIWQDyD7] Created back in the long-long ago of 2005 by cartoonist Matt Furie, Pepe first appeared in a comic called and wasn’t much more than a recurring character there for the first bit of his life. It took a few years, but in 2008 memes featuring the amphibian started getting popular on MySpace and 4chan, with just a few variations in these early days like “sad” “smug” “angry” and various types of “feels”. It was certainly a much simpler time. In the first half of the 2010s, Pepe only continued to grow in popularity and fame. Twitch, Twitter, Reddit, no matter where you went online it seemed like the frog was everywhere, but the good times couldn’t last. Controversy, that hasn’t gone away even today, was just on the horizon. Pepe was originally created by Furie as having no political affiliation whatsoever but in the run-up to the 2016 United States Presidential election, he became a symbol for certain online groups and was labeled a “Hate Symbol” by various U.S. organizations, including the American Defamation League (ADL). He’s still around today though, and that’s because the Pepe meme itself isn’t bigoted at all, but the context of use is an important consideration. “Because so many Pepe the Frog memes are not bigoted in nature, it is important to examine the use of the meme only in context,” the ADL website says. “The mere fact of posting a Pepe meme does not mean that someone is racist.” Just don’t test your luck throwing out frogs in Overwatch League chat, as the competition completely banned the meme back in 2018 (and even fines players caught using it to this day). Different types of Pepe emotes Really, you could write a book on all of the different variations that appear as emotes on Twitch alone, and that’s not even touching the countless “rare” Pepes that have been minted over the years either. To keep things simple, we’ll just focus here on some of the most common specimens you might encounter while browsing Twitch. Feelsbadman This is basically Pepe 101, a common reversal of the famous “feels good man.” Feelsbadman can be found all over Twitch when a streamer encounters something sad. Maybe the game you’re looking forward to still doesn’t have any updates? That’s a feelsbadman (looking at you, Overwatch 2). PepeLaugh If the name wasn’t enough to fill you in, this Pepe is barely able to contain his laughter. You’ll find it anytime something humorous happens on stream, or when chat knows something the streamer doesn’t. MonkaS When things get tense, and the anxiety starts building, there’s no better emote to pull out then MonkaS. If you’ve ever wondered how it got its name, it’s actually really simple. On March 16th, 2016, Twitch user Monkasen uploaded the emote to the Better Twitch TV browser extension. Monka – for the user, and S – for scared. PepeJam When your tune comes on, or the Fallout music hits just right, you know it’s time for PepeJAM. Pretty straightforward here, with headphones over his ears, and animated versions have him bouncing up and down. Poggers At first glance you can probably guess the inspiration behind the ‘Poggers’ emote. That would be the longstanding ‘Pogchamp’ emote, that Twitch recently changed to feature a different streamer every 24 hours. It usually faces left, instead of right like the original emote, but animated versions can also be found flipping back and forth. Honorable mention: Peepo (Apu Apujasta) Peepo emotes seem to just keep getting more and more popular on Twitch since they started popping up in 2017 (and we can see why, as the little guy is undeniably cute). But a common misconception is that these are just poorly drawn Pepes. They’re not! Peepo is instead a descendant, derived from the poorly drawn Pepe named Apu Apustaja (“Help Helper” in English) that first appeared on Finnish message boards before he made his way to Twitch. He can be used in just as many situations too, so expect to see plenty of him. The humble internet frog Pepe has been on a wild ride over the last 15+ years, but he and his offspring like Peepo don’t seem to be going away anytime soon. Even though the edgy Pepes will undoubtedly continue, it will be very interesting to see how the meme evolves by the time he reaches 30.

People think Bunny the Dog on TikTok is having an existential crisis – Dexerto
People think Bunny the Dog on TikTok is having an existential crisis Instagram: what_about_bunnyBunny the Dog achieved viral fame on TikTok alongside her owner Alexis, after she supposedly learned to communicate via a huge set of buttons – but now people think the dog is tipping into an existential crisis. Strap yourselves in for this one. Bunny and Alexis first went viral on their account what_about_bunny back in May, with a TikTok that showed the adorable sheepadoodle pressing a series of buttons to tell her mom to “come play.” The video scored views in the millions, and people were thoroughly baffled by the apparently highly intelligent hound, and her bright spark of an owner. The duo have gone on to pair up with a scientist and an engineer to beta test a new device based on cognitive science, and now Bunny even has merch. As their view count increased, so did the number of buttons. The colorful devices with pre-recorded messages allow Bunny to communicate a variety of emotions like “happy” and “concerned,” and can ask for things to be done for her. But in a recent trend that’s swept through the app, many people have wondered how far Bunny’s intelligence will stretch, and wonder if the dog could possibly be at the beginning of an existential crisis. TikTok users go viral with Bunny the dog videos In TikTok user squirrelfreak’s video, she said that Bunny “unsettles me to my core” and asked “when do you stop adding buttons? Is she just going to keep adding them until it knows as much as the average human? I’m deeply terrified that Bunny the dog may one day learn about structural racism.” Several videos have also gone viral of people imitating Bunny, asking philosophical questions using simple words and sounds like the ones on her buttons. User tik.tok.nina did a scarily accurate impression of the intelligent dog, saying “what happens when Bunny one day goes ‘why, Bunny, momma, friends, if, momma, own, Bunny, hm?’” Alexis called the trend hilarious in a new TikTok, but viewers quickly became unsettled when in response to her comment “Thank you, love you, mom,” Bunny replied with a simple press of a button: “why?” The video now has three million views and 560,000 likes. The videos of Bunny now seemed to have tipped over into the uncanny valley. While the sheepadoodle is as cute as she’s always been, people are slightly nervous that this is the beginning of a Planet of the Apes style uprising, or perhaps a particularly unnerving episode of Black Mirror.

A policeman went viral after sustaining injuries from going down a children’s slide in front of the Boston City Hall building. The video shows the cop hurtling down the slide at a breakneck speed, getting thrown to the side due to his velocity, and then flying out of the steel tube. The officer allegedly sustained a concussion due to hitting the ground hard after going down the slide. People gather to try out viral cop slide The clip has since gone viral across social media and has caused many to try the slide out for themselves. The slide and the video have since been the fascination of local Boston natives and local news as people have gathered to try out the slide and figure out how the policeman went down so fast. Many have posted their own experiences going down the metal tube at a comparatively moderate pace. However, that hasn’t stopped even more people from gathering around to see the viral slide and experience it. Once Twitter user claimed that there were more adults at the park than children at one point, and the line to go down the slide was a “45 minute wait.” Local news coverage of the area also corroborates these claims, as regional outlets have documented crowds of adults and teenagers traveling to city hall to see or experience the slide. The video has also caused a host of other reporting around the incident, including a piece from Wired about the physics behind the cop’s descent and requests to hear what the Mayor of the city, Michelle Wu, has to say about the clip. “We want all of our public spaces to be beloved and if it looks like we need to make sure that there’s more signage that this is for children or something, we can do that too,” she told NBC 10 Boston.

People swarm top of car stalled in the street in disturbing viral video TikTok: badgyalsachA TikToker captured the jaw-dropping moment a crowd of strangers gathered around her friend’s car after it stalled in the middle of the street, with some jumping on the vehicle’s roof. Now, she’s demanding payment for the damages. TikTok is home to all manner of viral videos, but one user’s two-minute clip is sparking outrage across the net. TikTok user ‘Sachi’ claims that her friend’s car stalled out at 2 AM while he was attempting to find parking on the street in Atlanta, Georgia. Suddenly, a huge swath of strangers crowded the vehicle — but it’s what happened next that left Sachi seething. The video shows several people standing on top of the car, leaving visible dents in its roof. Some people in the raucous crowd can be heard calling for the strangers to get off the vehicle, while another shouts at them to stop using a megaphone. That’s not all; at one point, one of the bystanders was seemingly thrown on top of the car, creating a loud sound and resulting in even more dents on the roof. Passenger demands payment after people jump on car stalled in street Sachi uploaded footage of the incident to TikTok where she expressed how frightened she was by the whole ordeal and demanded payment for the damages caused to her buddy’s ride. “This sh*t was so scary, and **** proceeded to laugh, like what?” she wrote in the video’s caption. “Someone needs to pay for my friend’s car damages, real sh*t. Dirty lame motherf*ckers stay wanting to be seen.” Commenters weren’t too happy with the situation either, with some claiming they would have taken direct action if faced with such a situation. “They don’t think it’s weird to want to damage somebody’s car on purpose?” one viewer wrote. “Bye, ’cause I would have pushed on the gas,” another said. “That just made me mad.” In a comment, Sachi claimed that her friend had tried to drive away, but the crowd of people stopped him from fleeing the scene. In fact, Sachi claimed that they “did something to the engine with the hard jumps.” That’s not all; the TikToker even seemed to confirm that police are looking for those responsible for damaging the vehicle, leaving a ray of hope in this scary situation. This is far from the first time a huge crowd has drawn attention on TikTok; this latest incident follows a brawl in a parking lot where cops had to get involved, racking up millions of views on social media.

People are freaking out as woman looks frozen in time in viral video – Dexerto
People are freaking out as woman looks frozen in time in viral video TIKTOK: unknown1575489A viral TikTok video of a woman appearing frozen in time has left viewers freaking out and coming up with wild conspiracy theories. In the short clip, which has amassed a whopping 5 million views, the unnamed woman appeared to be frozen in place on a busy street, presumingly in the UK. “She was like that for a minute before,” read the text over the strange footage, which was posted by unknown1575489 on TikTok. The video showed the unidentified woman, dressed in white pants and a black long-sleeve, looking frozen in time while walking down the sidewalk. Her legs looked as if they were mid-stride while her arms hung weirdly at her sides. Amazingly, her long ponytail also appeared to be paused. “Why she frozen?” the person recording asked, while zooming in on her. “Bruh, I’m tripping.” The woman then resumed walking, as the shocked cameraman exclaimed, “What the f**k.” In the caption of the video, he added, “NPC caught lacking.” TikTok stunned by woman “frozen” in time In the comments, thousands of TikTok users were left completely baffled by the bizarre video. “The way the wind isn’t even moving her clothes or hair but it’s all just stuck completely frozen,” one wrote, along with a startled emoji. “Sometimes I think we’ve slipped into a different dimension,” another person added. “I actually think the matrix is real,” a third shared. Many viewers also cracked some jokes. “I’m telling you RIGHT NOW, that mfr… that mfr back there is not real,” one user quipped, referencing the viral video of a woman’s bizarre outburst on a plane. “She disconnected for a sec,” another joked. “Chill she’s just lagging,” someone else commented. Others tried to offer more logical explanations. “It could be epilepsy, as I knew someone who would freeze like that then just carry on like nothing happened,” one person suggested. “I do this often when I feel like I’m forgetting something or might be going the wrong way, maybe it’s just that,” another offered. This isn’t the first time a real-life “glitch” has baffled people, after a TikTok video of a plane not moving in the air sparked conspiracy theories.

Others suggested thinfrog needed a plan to clean up all of the dead frogs since it isn’t feasible to provide the resources to keep them all alive. Thinfrog’s “frog army” hatches In June, thinfrog explained in a new video: “95 days ago I rescued 1.4 million frog eggs and put them in my pond for a frog army and now they [are] leaving the pond. And now a million little frogs [are] hopping around the garden. I don’t think I can walk on the grass anymore. This is the biggest frog army ever but I kind of regret this now no one can go in the garden.” They went on to reveal that their garden as well as the neighbor’s gardens had been taken over by the creatures. Click here if TikTok doesn’t load Commenters were stunned by the sheer number of frogs, with one comment with over 180,000 likes reading: “Kids’ll be learning about the frog disaster of 2022 in the history textbooks.” “Sir there is literally an ecological disaster sitting in your garden,” wrote another. Doing this is irresponsible at best.” Backlash is continuing against the TikToker as they continue to document the insane number of frogs they released, but it’s not clear yet how the situation will escalate in the coming weeks.

People are actually spending thousands on Amouranth’s fart jars, because of course they are – Dexerto
People are actually spending thousands on Amouranth’s fart jars, because of course they are Twitter/AmouranthTwitch streamer Amouranth’s new business venture of selling her farts and bath water for thousands of dollars seems to be paying off, as fans are actually buying them. Amouranth has taken the internet by storm in the past couple years, dominating Twitch, OnlyFans and other platforms to build up quite the revenue stream. Her profits have resulted in the 28-year-old buying a gas station, a 7-Eleven, investing millions in stock, and ven buying a plastic ball company. Now, she’s entered the world of selling jarred farts for the unbelievable price of $999 (hey, gas prices are ridiculous these days) and shockingly, she seems to be making a profit off her ‘Cutie Pa-TOOT-ies.’ Fans spend big bucks on Amouranth’s farts Since the announcement on February 28, fans have been posting their purchase orders, which, including shipping costs, comes to over $1000 for each bottle. “Easiest decision of my life,” one said, posting a receipt. https://twitter.com/ketsuimi/status/1498449740073218053 “Had to support my favorite streamer and my queen Amouranth,” streamer MarkyNextDoor wrote. “Thank god my paycheck hit today. I look forward to supporting your feature endeavors and businesses. Consider me a loyal customer!” Amouranth herself even replied to this, instructing Marky to DM her the order number to receive something “extra special.” Though, it’s unclear what exactly that something will be. Dm me your order number and I’ll send you something special extra — Kaitlyn (@wildkait) March 1, 2022 It should be noted that, while it’s possible all these receipts are real, they could easily be screengrabs of a legitimate order. In any case, it’s impossible to tell, but that’s not where this bizarre story ends. In a special announcement, Amouranth revealed that any influencer who wants to make a review video of her far jars would receive a big PR package and expedited shipping. However, they’d still need to actually pay for the product. IF YOU’RE AN INFLUENCER/PERSON WHO WANTS TO MAKE A REVIEW VIDEO or react video/stream AND YOU BUY ANY PRODUCT -DM me and I’ll expedite shipping and send you a PR PACKAGE ALSO WE ARE IM FULL PRODUCTION MODE 💨 ACTIVE ORDERS NOW not just preorders Tell ur friends, share this lol pic.twitter.com/hzvXtYvngm — Kaitlyn (@wildkait) March 2, 2022 Of course, how people want to spend their own money is completely up to them. Some people buy NFTs and others spend money on mobile games with microtransactions, so if someone wants to buy a fart jar from one of the world’s top content creators, all power to them. It will be very interesting to see what critics think of the product once they receive it and if the $1000 price tag was really warranted.

What is the ‘pen in cup’ challenge going viral on TikTok? – Dexerto
What is the ‘pen in cup’ challenge going viral on TikTok? TikTok: zozoroe / Unsplash: Solen FeyissaA new viral TikTok challenge sees participants try to throw pens into cups from a short distance as a way to decide whether they should or shouldn’t do something. People are coming up with all kinds of hilarious twists on the trend. TikTok has become the number one place to go to find a whole host of trends and challenges, and with such a huge userbase that’s growing by the day, it doesn’t take long for even the most random things to go viral. In September, the app was completely dominated by the viral ‘Devious Lick’ challenge, which saw students steal increasingly bizarre items from their schools. The trend was later banned entirely by TikTok after receiving a wave of backlash from teachers. What is TikTok’s Pen in Cup challenge? The latest trend to sweep the platform, however, is a lot less controversial. Described by many as the ‘pen in cup’ challenge, it sees participants try to throw pens into a cup from a distance of a couple of meters away as a way of deciding whether or not they should do something. Click here if TikTok doesn’t load Before throwing, they will say a statement such as ‘take a drink,’ and if the pen goes in, they have to do the aforementioned action. Some have been playing as part of a couple or friendship group, leading to hilarious results, whereas others having taken to playing the game alone. Click here if TikTok doesn’t load And of course, being TikTok, plenty of people have decided to parody the challenge by repeatedly throwing pens into the cup until they get the answer they want, or simply placing the pen inside the cup to ensure it lands. Some videos participating in the challenge have garnered millions of likes and views, and as the trend continues to sweep For You Pages around the world, even more are uploading videos of their attempts.

People absolutely ruin Elon Musk’s Wikipedia page after he asks them to – Dexerto
People absolutely ruin Elon Musk’s Wikipedia page after he asks them to Wikimedia/WikipediaEccentric billionaire Elon Musk is back up to his internet antics, asking his millions of Twitter followers to ruin his Wikipedia profile – to the point of the page being locked. Elon Musk made his name off tech success, owning and operating Tesla. However, his internet profile has transcended his financial career, amassing millions of followers on social media because of his eccentricity and bizarre behavior. Back in May, he wiped $14 billion off his own company’s value with one single tweet. While his latest tweet certainly did no harm to his Tesla stocks, it did some surface-level damage to his Wikipedia page. On August 16, Musk tweeted: “Please trash me on Wikipedia, I’m begging you.” The reasons for his demands were not clear, but fans were only too happy to oblige. In fact, so many fans flocked to his Wikipedia page to virtually vandalize it, that the page quickly became locked and uneditable. History is written by the victors … except on Wikipedia haha — Elon Musk (@elonmusk) August 16, 2020 One fan, for example, edited the page to describe Musk as a “piece of sh*t”, and joked that “all major wars, diseases and financial disasters can of the last century can be directly attributed to Mr. Musk or one of his companies.” However, the number of people flocking to edit the Tech billionaire’s page caused Wikipedia to quickly lock it to prevent untrue edits. Many Twitter followers were left disappointed after going to edit the page and being denied access. User’s started getting a warning that the page had been protected to prevent vandalism. I think Wikipedia thought about that… or am I just not a trusted author? pic.twitter.com/y4fDZst2zt — 𝕏 Joen Berg 𝕏 (@Kingluii33) August 16, 2020 It’s no surprise that Musk’s page was quickly protected, with Wikipedia being one of the world’s most used sources for celebrity profiles. It’s fair to assume that blaming Musk for all the wars, diseases and financial disasters in the world probably falls some way short of their standards. Just another day with Elon Musk on Twitter.

Pelé, football icon and three-time World Cup Champion, dead aged 82 – Dexerto
Pelé, football icon and three-time World Cup Champion, dead aged 82 FIFABrazilian footballer and international legend of the game, Pelé, has passed away aged 82 after an extended bout with cancer. Edson Arantes do Nascimento, or Pelé to most, was an icon of the game of football. A three-time World Cup champion, he led Brazil to heights that the country has yet again to match on the global stage. While he’s most famous in the United States for those three championship runs, he was also a dominant player at the club level as well as a figurehead for the entire sport in his retirement. From his iconic fist-pumping celebration that players across the world still imitate to this day, to making #10 a hallowed figure all across the world, very few stars have ever reached the level of success and notoriety that Nascimento achieved in his life. Even after his retirement from football he never quite stepped away from the sport entirely. He lived as a businessman and politician, particularly serving as Brazil’s Extraordinary Minister for Sport, as well as working as an ambassador for the United Nations. He saw success in these roles, but they never quite overshadowed his legacy as an athlete and as the face of Brazil on the global stage. Pele’s Twitter account has made the announcement official, with a short message for those who were inspired by this footballer’s historic career. “Inspiration and love marked the journey of King Pelé, who peacefully passed away today. Love, love and love, forever.” His legacy will live on in the hearts of millions of adoring fans who will never forget his impact on the sport that he dubbed “the beautiful game.”

Peloton instructor reaches out to Christopher Nolan after dissing Tenet – Dexerto
Peloton instructor reaches out to Christopher Nolan after dissing Tenet Warner Bros. Pictures / Instagram: pelotonjennA Peloton instructor has publicly responded after Christopher Nolan partook in her class only to find one of his films being roasted. Considered a leading filmmaker of the 21st century, Christopher Nolan is known for his Hollywood blockbusters that contain complex storytelling, incredible visuals, and unique ideas. However, not all of his films have been an instant hit with fans, and Tenet is often cited as one of Nolan’s “worst film” due to its “frustrating” and “confusing” storyline. One person who shares this opinion is Jenn Sherman, a Peloton instructor who roasted Tenet in one of her classes only for Nolan himself to partake years later. Nolan joked about the unexpected diss while accepting an award for best director from the New York Film Critics Circle, and now, Sherman has responded. Posting a reel to her Instagram, Sherman said, “Huge day for me when I come to find out that the one and only Christopher Nolan, one of the leading filmmakers of the 21st century, knows who the hell I am? I was excited… and then I read the article.” “Listen, it was 2020, it was a dark time. I’m on the platform, teaching my little class, and I’m running my mouth off like I’m known to do and I make a random comment about a movie I had seen the night before,” Sherman explained, giving context to her now-viral comment. “What do you think the odds are that the director of said movie would take that ride some four years later? That would only happen to me.” And while Sherman continues to stand by her statement on Tenet, she went on to praise Nolan’s more recent work; “I may not have understood a minute of what was going on in Tenet, that shit went right over my head, but I have seen Oppenheimer twice and that’s six hours of my life that I don’t ever want to give back.” She then went on to invite the director to partake in one of her in-studio classes, saying, “You can critique my class. You’ll have a great time. You’ll sit in the front row. And I promise you, it’ll be insult-free. Let me know, take me up on it.” In a second Instagram post, Sherman shared a news clip featuring her comments, captioning, “I don’t know what’s funnier….that I’m living rent-free in [Nolan’s] head, CNN referring to me as ‘THE OFFENDER’ or the fact that any of this nonsense made national news! Either way, I’ll take it. It’s been a fun 24 hours.” As of yet, there has been no news as to whether Nolan intends to take Sherman up on her offer of an insult-free class. Uruha Rushia’s genmates Pekora, Marine, more speak out on Hololive star’s dismissal – Dexerto
Uruha Rushia’s genmates Pekora, Marine, more speak out on Hololive star’s dismissal HololiveMembers of Hololive Fantasy — Usada Pekora, Houshou Marine, Shirogane Noel, and Shiranui Flare — have spoken out after their genmate Uruha Rushia was dismissed from Hololive. The third-generation stars said they were “saddened and hurt” by her removal and “tried to help” her avoid being kicked. Uruha Rushia’s dismissal from Hololive on February 23 stunned the VTuber community. The star, who has 1.6 million subscribers on YouTube and is the most super-chatting channel in the platform’s history, was removed for violating her talent contract with Cover Corp. “It has been apparent for some time that she has been distributing false information to third parties and has been leaking information, including communications regarding business matters,” the agency said. Various Hololive stars like Shirakami Fubuki have spoken out about the saga, asking fans to not probe into the private details. However, in a show of unity, Rushia’s Hololive Fantasy genmates have spoken out about her dismissal. Led by Usada Pekora, the quartet expressed their sadness about losing their close friend. “I know this announcement came as a surprise. I spent [nearly three years] working with Ru-chan, during which I made many amazing memories with her and the rest of the third-gen,” Peko said. “The termination of her contract; to give my honest feelings, I’m really saddened and hurt. The third generation has always been a group of five, so I’m still finding it really hard to come to terms with all of this.” Houshou Marine was holding back tears as she spoke about the “fond memories” she had with Rushia. She also revealed fellow Hololive members tried to help Rushia privately before she got kicked, but the situation grew out of hand. “We tried to help, talked to her. We did as much as we could, or so I’d like to believe. It’s incredibly sad for us that she’s no longer going to be a part [of Hololive], but quite honestly, this whole thing grew into something larger any of us could handle,” she stated. Shiranui Flare — who also briefly spoke on Fubuki’s stream following their collab — asked fans to continue their support as they try to put the issue behind them. This was echoed by Shirogane Noel, who said the remaining members of Gen 3 are going to “pick themselves back up…and move forward”. “I love all of Hololive, but even among them, my genmates will always hold a special place in my heart. It’s extremely sad, painful, and unfortunate that one of us is gone now. I’m sure the same hurt is felt by other Hololive members, the fans, and especially fans of Rushia. “What’s done is done. We can’t turn back the clock. All we can do is pick ourselves back up, cherish the fans who are supporting us, and move forward with their activities.”

PeachJars warns fans they’ll get kicked out of TwitchCon if they ask for feet pics Instagram/peachjarsOnlyFans model and Twitch streamer PeachJars is warning viewers not to ask for photos of her feet at TwitchCon or suffer severe consequences. PeachJars has emerged as one of Twitch’s growing stars, but despite her success, she’s been unable to get approved for partnership on the platform, much to her chagrin. Nonetheless, the streamer is giving her trove of 120,000 followers the chance to meet her in person at TwitchCon in Las Vegas, but she laid down some important ground rules ahead of the event. According to Peach, she’s not afraid to call security if viewers ask for pictures of her tootsies and have them kicked out in the process. PeachJars vows to kick fans out of TwitchCon over feet pictures In a post on X, PeachJars used her alternate account to issue a stern warning to fans that her feet are off limits. “If you see me at TwitchCon and you ask for a picture of my gorgeous supple feet I will call security and you will be escorted out,” she said. “This is my final warning.” Twitch states that inappropriate or unwelcome sexual attention and inappropriate or unwelcome photography are against its event’s code of conduct, so attendees could absolutely be removed if they get off on the wrong foot with Peach. Not only that, but those who are thrown out could have their Twitch accounts banned as an additional punishment. The streamer further insinuated that there was an incident at 2022’s TwitchCon involving her feet, adding that she didn’t want to “have a repeat of last year.” When asked about what had happened, she simply joked, “three lives were lost.” For more on TwitchCon, be sure to keep it locked to Dexerto throughout the event for all the latest coverage.

Lovely Peaches reportedly loses custody of daughter after investigation – Dexerto
Lovely Peaches reportedly loses custody of daughter after investigation InstagramControversial social media personality Brittany ‘Lovely Peaches’ Johnson has reportedly lost custody of her daughter following an official investigation from the FBI. The 19-year-old internet personality has long been a controversial figure. Constant threats to TikTok star Charli D’Amelio threw Johnson into the spotlight in July. On the back of these worrying messages and posts, she was deemed an ‘unstable parental figure’ for her young daughter. Johnson exploded on social media largely due to these threats, alongside troublesome videos involving her 8-month-old baby, Cora. In these videos, Johnson laughed off vile behavior and joked about harmful activities involving the child. Cora was taken away due to these issues, however, Johnson was seen with the baby once again on July 26. Just days later, following viral outcries from people on social media, an official FBI investigation was launched. On August 6 it was reported by Children’s Riot that Cora had been “rescued” and “will never be returned” to her biological mother. View this post on Instagram To witness the effort of this groups dedication to demand that justice is served to Peaches is empowering. Because of your massive effort we have gotten word that Cora has been rescued and will never be returned to her abusive mother. Thank you for your passion and energy. Cora will never have to endure this pain again. Since these videos and photos are so brutal, we have chosen to take them down and hone our focus on donating to the trafficking shelter through our coffee initiative for this week. This will help aid the rehabilitation for kids like Cora and we couldn’t think of a better way to support this cause than helping the front lines. Please join us in donating to this shelter to help these children heal ??? “Cora was back with her mother, and has been taken away from her as of this morning,” according to The Salvation Foundation. “As of now, she is safe, she is no longer with her mother.” This foundation also stated that they’re working on erasing Johnson’s social media presence. Her Instagram account with over a million followers has already been removed from the internet, following swiftly in the aftermath of a platform ban on TikTok as well. “The FBI has ensured that Peaches will no longer have access to hurting Cora or any other children,” Candle In A Dark Room claims. “She is being prosecuted and will pay for what she has done.” An online petition to launch an investigation started over two years ago, which has amassed over 170,000 signatures in that time. This social media movement has unquestionably played a major part in bringing the situation to light. View this post on Instagram Holy shit guys, we freakin did it!!!! ?? I just received some phone calls, text messages and confirmation from @childrensriot that baby Cora has been rescued and is safe from lovely peaches! @thesalvationfoundation also confirmed this information. As a survivor I have felt alone in this fight for so long and I no longer feel that way. I’m honestly in shock & over the moon with everything I just found out! WE saved that little girl!! I don’t know why Peaches said she died cuz that is not true. Some are also saying Peaches didn’t have custody, but I’m trying to confirm that. With the recent pics & video, Peaches had access to cora somehow & she was in danger. Myself & CIADR will continue to fight for kids like Cora! I’m still looking into going to the court hearing if I can (cuz of COVID) to make sure she never has the opportunity to hurt another child! Although unfortunate, it’s not uncommon for Twitch streamers and content creators to deal with stalkers at some point in their careers. Parasocial relationships can develop for some fans in these cases, who believe they personally know the streamer or creator in question. Streamers like Sweet Anita, BrookeAB, and even Amouranth have detailed their hair-raising experiences with stalkers in the past, with one man flying all the way to Amouranth’s home from Estonia with the goal of breaking into her home. PeachJars is the latest Twitch streamer to open up about her experience with a stalker — and they sent her a message on YouTube that left her totally stunned. PeachJars stunned after stalker threatens her in YouTube video PeachJars is a popular OnlyFans creator and Twitch streamer who dealt with a stalker about two years ago. Now, he’s cropping back up again. During a broadcast on October 25, she decided to play a YouTube video he’d recently made about her for her viewers to hear… and it left both her and her entire chat gobsmacked. “Only you must face me yourself,” the stalker said. “Oh, one more thing. Anyone that stands in my way will be crushed. He will either be killed, destroyed, or [indiscernible] to death.” “You can go ahead and stop me,” he continued. “But, you better hope I don’t have anything to shove up your *** and make it go boom.” Although both PeachJars and her chat were holding back laughter, other commenters urged her to exercise caution, especially given the apparent threat the stalker made at the end of the message. PeachJars, however, says the guy poses “no threat to me whatsoever” and doesn’t seem to be bothered about the ordeal at all. According to PeachJars, her stalker used to post videos about her on YouTube, claiming they would go to the city where she lived and “shoot her.” The streamer says he would post “manifestos” to his channel on a “daily” basis — all because she banned him from her Discord after he said he would “murder” her. However, she was able to find out who he was after he posted a video wearing a Domino’s uniform, causing him to lose his job. She also says she contacted his parents, who put a stop to him making videos about her for two years — until his most recent stunt.

Streamer PayMoneyWubby credits Twitch for “fair” ban after wardrobe malfunction – Dexerto
Streamer PayMoneyWubby credits Twitch for “fair” ban after wardrobe malfunction YouTube: PayMoneyWubbyIt’s no exaggeration to say that Twitch streamer PayMoneyWubby has had more than his fair share of run-ins with the platform’s moderation team. But, his latest ban, a 24-hour suspension, he says is “fair” and has given the Amazon-owned platform credit for their handling of the situation. PayMoneyWubby has had a rough go of things on Twitch, and that’s putting it lightly. The streamer had already been banned twice over the past 13 months before receiving a third strike on December 29. His previous dealings with the Amazon-owned platform were met with a great deal of confusion and frustration. From having his appeals ignored to mocking the platform and even threatening a move to Mixer, he’s been through the wringer. Despite 11 months of ‘good behavior’ on the platform, PayMoneyWubby has now been suspended for a third time – but this time has agreed with the decision. The latest Twitch ban came through on December 29, and at first, Wubby was left in the dark. “How not Poggers of them,” he joked. His most recent punishment came a whole two days after his latest broadcast, according to fans. But, after receiving an email notification from Twitch with the reason, he commented: “Can’t be mad, it’s a fair ban imo. Especially given how relatively quick @twitch let me know what it was for. Giving credit where credit is due.” Banned for 24hrs for accidentally showing a photo of my ass on Sundays stream. Can’t be mad, it’s a fair ban imo. Especially given how relatively quick @twitch let me know what it was for. Giving credit where credit is due. See you boys Friday! pic.twitter.com/bUvPaXlE19 — Wubby (@PaymoneyWubby) December 30, 2020 The cause of the ban was given as “accidental nudity,” which Wubby explained was “accidentally showing a photo of my ass” – how ever that came about. How long is PayMoneyWubby banned? As a result of his third strike on the platform, there was initial concern that it could be an indefinite ban. “We keep a record of past violations,” the official Twitch guidelines state. “Multiple suspensions over time can lead to an indefinite suspension.” However, despite previous community guidelines violations, the ban is only 24 hours. He’ll be back streaming on Friday, January 1.

PayMoneyWubby slams Kick for making “transphobic” Adin Ross their biggest star – Dexerto
PayMoneyWubby slams Kick for making “transphobic” Adin Ross their biggest star Twitter: PaymoneywubbyTwitch star PayMoneyWubby slammed Kick during a recent stream for having made Adin Ross their biggest star, calling the streamer “transphobic” in the process. Launched back in 2022 with internet star Trainwreck at the helm of the platform, Kick has skyrocketed in popularity thanks to their creator-focused sub revenue split and more. They’ve signed some of Twitch’s biggest stars since launch, like Adin Ross, xQc, and even Amouranth. Adin Ross, however, has sparked quite a bit of controversy since joining the platform. He’s been caught streaming sexual content, telling other creators to “kill” themselves, body-shaming an OnlyFans model, and more. During a recent Twitch stream, PayMoneyWubby slammed Adin Ross as Kicks “biggest blunder” due to the way he acts on stream and social media. PayMoneyWubby slams Adin Ross as Kick’s “Biggest blunder” During his broadcast on August 9, 2023, Wubby began talking about Kick and decided to explain why he thinks signing Adin Ross has been their “biggest blunder.” “Absolute biggest blunder of a decision was to get Adin Ross. Adin Ross who like, has said sh*t that has made me… I’ve tried to play devil’s advocate [to see if Adin] is incompetent or just evil. Adin Ross is one of the people that makes it absolutely the hardest to do,” he explained. “I don’t like throwing this word around because Twitter has found a way to make this word very overused, but Adin Ross in my opinion is really transphobic in many ways, pretty homophobic in many ways. I never use words like that, but why would you want that to be your poster child?” Adin hasn’t responded to Wubby’s comments in the hours since his stream, but we’ll be sure to update you if he does respond publicly. In the meantime, head over to our entertainment section to check out the rest of our coverage.

PaymoneyWubby reacts after being banned on Twitch yet again – Dexerto
PaymoneyWubby reacts after being banned on Twitch yet again YouTube: PaymoneyWubbyStreaming star ‘PaymoneyWubby’ has been banned from Twitch for the fourth time, leading to a hilarious reaction from the broadcaster amid his fans’ outrage and confusion. PaymoneyWubby is no stranger to being banned from Twitch. The popular broadcaster has now been punished by the popular streaming platform for the fourth time, marking the latest in a series of previous suspensions against the star. Wubby’s latest ban occurred on February 11, 2021. While it’s unclear how long his ban will last, he did offer some explanation as to why he received a suspension — and it’s not for the weak-stomached. In a humorous screencap from his latest broadcast, Wubby showed a photo of his face covered in spit, joking that his fans could get 50% off their purchase at an adult toy store using his promotional code. ALL SIGNS FOR MY BAN ARE CURRENTLY POINTING TO THIS IMAGE FROM LAST NIGHT. USE CODE PAYMONEY FOR 50% ON ADAM AND EVE pic.twitter.com/SgDHSi0Fea — Wubby (@PaymoneyWubby) February 11, 2021 It’s still not officially confirmed if that moment was, indeed, responsible for his ban, but it doesn’t seem like Wubby is taking the punishment all too seriously. And why would he, when he’s been banned on multiple occasions and returned afterwards? In the past, Wubby has been banned for an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction, an awkward 5-second clip that played during a donation, and streaming from a restaurant IRL, despite getting permission from the location to do so. In spite of all his bans, Wubby hasn’t jumped ship from Twitch yet, claiming that he prefers Twitch as a streaming platform in comparison to other venues like YouTube. While his first ban lasted five days, his second and third were merely one-day bans, and it could be safe to say that his latest suspension will last the same amount of time. Still, there’s much left up in the air at this point, leaving fans anxious to see their favorite broadcaster return. For now, it looks like Wubby will have to wait a little while before going live again — but there’s no telling that he won’t accidentally step over an odd boundary like using an image of his face covered in saliva.

PayMoneyWubby enraged after Reddit bans him for joke sent to a fan – Dexerto
PayMoneyWubby enraged after Reddit bans him for joke sent to a fan YouTube: PaymoneyWubbyTwitch star PayMoneyWubby was left enraged after Reddit issued him a ban because the streamer sent a joke message to a fan using the site. Over the last few years, PayMoneyWubby’s popularity on Twitch and other social media platforms has absolutely skyrocketed. With over 600,000 followers on his channel, Wubby has no shortage of fans to interact with throughout the internet. The Twitch star messaged a fan on Reddit after they posted something he was jealous of, and was left enraged when the platform hit him with a 7-day ban because of it. PayMoneyWubby enraged after 7-day Reddit ban In his stream on June 28, Wubby revealed that he had been banned from Reddit for 7 days for harassment. He shared the message on the screen and mentioned that Reddit should add an appeal option to their bans. “You should add this, you morons. If this ban was done incorrectly please submit an appeal here. I would have clicked that and I would have moved on with my life,” he said. “Accidental bans happen all the time.” “It is f*cking wild. I got banned on Reddit for seven days for messaging my fan in jest. In jest. in f*cking jest over a card he pulled in my community,” Wubby added. “I knew if I got this guy involved too, he would be like ‘What, you got banned?’” This comes just weeks after an API price increase from Reddit that caused a protest from a large majority of the website’s communities. PaymoneyWubby explains why Logan Paul’s fake Pokemon card scam was “so stupid” – Dexerto
PaymoneyWubby explains why Logan Paul’s fake Pokemon card scam was “so stupid” Twitch streamer PaymoneyWubby has explained how Logan Paul’s $3.5M ‘1st Edition Base Set’ Pokemon box scam could’ve all been avoided and how it was “so stupid.” In December 2021, Logan Paul revealed he’d purchased a box of 1st Edition Base Set Pokemon cards for a ridiculous $3.5M. However, the YouTuber was then stunned after hearing the box may not be authentic — essentially meaning Paul would’ve lost $3.5M. A video from Logan on January 13 finally put the conspiracies to rest, as he met with vintage card authenticators BBCE who originally certified that the box was real. As it turns out, the box was indeed fake and filled with G.I Joe cards. Now, popular Twitch streamer PaymoneyWubby has reacted to Logan’s video and explained how the “stupid” situation could’ve been simply been avoided. In a video uploaded on January 20, Twitch star Dennis ‘PaymoneyWubby‘ Richardson explained how the “stupid” and “crazy” situation could’ve all been avoided. “I have purchased six-figure sealed boxes of vintage cards in the past,” PaymoneyWubby revealed. “I have boxes that I own that could be fake, but here are my two takes: Why is there a company authenticating a cardboard box like this? “Here’s who I blame more than anything though: everyone who has purchased this box is stupid. Why would you not have some sort of deal where I will purchase this, but we have to open it on camera, determine it’s legit, and then seal it on camera? I’m so baffled by that.” Wubby added: “Why would you buy a $3.5 million box of cardboard? What blows my mind too, you didn’t even need to do all of that. You could have weighed this box because I know the G.I. Joe cards don’t weigh as much as the Pokemon cards. It would have been so far off you’d know instantly. This is so stupid.” “Because it’s all probably fake Wubby,” said one viewer in his chat. “Well maybe so, but it’s fake at the sacrifice of the company. That’s crazy.” Logan Paul was accused of faking the $3.5M box scandal but has since denied those claims, insisting that “it’s not fake at all.” After this situation, Logan will likely be more cautious when purchasing his next box.

PayMoneyWubby banned on Twitch after looking at explicit art amid guideline changes – Dexerto
PayMoneyWubby banned on Twitch after looking at explicit art amid guideline changes YouTube: PayMoneyWubby HighlightsTwitch streamer PayMoneyWubby has been banned after looking at explicit art following the updated guidelines surrounding sexual content on the platform. In hopes of clarifying its policies surrounding sexual content, Twitch made some big changes to its guidelines and rolled out a massive update on December 13. One of the updated policies includes the allowance of “fictionalized …fully exposed female-presenting breasts and/or genitals or buttocks regardless of gender” — so long as it is properly labeled. However, it seems some users are struggling to adapt to the new guidelines, with a series of streamers finding themselves penalized. The latest is ‘PayMoneyWubby’, whose account was banned after the streamer looked at explicit art while live. A partner of the popular streaming site, Wubby was live when checking out the “art” section on Twitch. He was hoping to be shown “what Dan Clancy has done”… aka, how explicit content had made its way onto the platform following the guideline changes. Striking gold, Wubby discovered artists in the midst of painting erotic and nude content. Screaming in excitement, he said, “I’m looking at p**** on Twitch… yes, shade the areola.” Wubby’s channel was later banned by the platform. This occurred despite the guidelines stating that such content would be allowed so long as it was labeled correctly. According to Wubby, however, he wasn’t surprised to see his channel go down. “I want to make this clear: I was expecting a ban and with that ban hoping for guideline clarifications from Twitch,” Wubby wrote on X (formerly Twitter). He continued, “[Seven] days and even more questions was not what I was expecting, but at this point I’m the idiot for expecting anything from these goobers.” As of now, it appears Wubby will have to wait for the seven-day ban to pass before returning to Twitch — though next time he may want to steer clear of the art section. Be sure to check out all the latest entertainment news on our page here.

PaymoneyWubby claims Pokimane’s lack of ban highlights Twitch ‘bias’ – Dexerto
PaymoneyWubby claims Pokimane’s lack of ban highlights Twitch ‘bias’ PaymoneyWubby has explained why he believes Twitch is “destroying lives” during a YouTube video titled “Twitch and their abuse of power.” In the same video, he uses fellow streamer Pokimane as an example to highlight the perceived favoritism when the platform hands out bans. Following on from his return to the streaming platform, PaymoneyWubby or ‘Wubby’ as he’s also referred to, is making an effort to “expose” the behind the scenes processes at Twitch. This comes after the American was banned for 14 days, for streaming in a restaurant – which Twitch moderators deemed to be an invasion of privacy – despite obtaining permission from the staff to stream inside the facility beforehand. After jokingly offering Mixer to stream exclusively on their platform “to the tune of $5 million for five years,” Wubby seems intent on setting the record straight with their rival broadcasting counterpart, Twitch. In the wake of his suspension (which was reduced from 14 days to five), the American uploaded a video to his YouTube channel on November 24. PaymoneyWubby states that Twitch currently has a number of issues with its processes and uses examples of other streamers on the platform to highlight what he believes to be favoritism. Initially, Wubby compared his five-day ban to Kaitlyn ‘Amouranth’ Siragusa’s three-day ban — which he described as: ”Literally the definition of a privacy concern.” The Twitch star broke it down for his viewers: “Amouranth, who actually did the thing I was being accused of, got banned for three days. “Me, who didn’t do what I was accused of, completely innocent by Twitch’s own words, got banned for 14 days, reduced to five days! What the f**k is going on behind the scenes, Twitch?” Later, the 24-year-old proceeded to refer to Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys’ absence of ban after being baited into showing sexually explicit content on her channel during a live broadcast. Timestamp for mobile viewers of 9:09. While on stream, Anys Googled the term “spunk” and revealed sexually explicit images to her audience, which Wubby described as being “so inappropriate, I literally have to blur it out.” He continued: “Oh, you’re probably thinking that’s an indefinite ban, maybe reduced to two-and-a-half weeks? Oh, nothing happened. Twitch didn’t give a sh*t. Nothing happened to her. At the end of the day, no matter what you say, ‘well maybe she was spoken to behind the scenes’, I don’t give a fuck. This is called favoritism, this is called bias, and this completely bullsh*t to smaller streamers.” By contrast, he points out that fellow Twitch streamer ‘Pokelawls’ received a three-day ban for showing “some dudes bare ass from the 1980s” while watching a music video on YouTube. Getting banned on twitch for 72 hours, some dudes bare ass from the 1980s got shown. Yep — Poke (@pokelawls) November 22, 2019 Wubby then placed both images side-by-side to emphasize the severity of ‘nudity’ shown, but further explained that Pokelawls’ ban was later lifted after a brief suspension. “Doesn’t that make Twitch look even more stupid? It’s like they just don’t know what they’re f**king doing,” he said. In a DM conversation with Jeremy ‘Disguised Toast’ Wang, who recently moved from Twitch to Facebook Gaming, Wubby uncovered that Twitch allegedly gives certain streamers preferential treatment by ‘bending the rules’ should the situation require it. PaymoneyWubby closed out the video by stating that “Twitch will destroy your career in an instant and not give you the time of day… Long story short, Twitch fix your f**king s**t. You’re ruining people’s lives and you don’t seem to care.” Despite his affliction with Twitch, Wubby has expressed that he’s keen to continue streaming on the platform. However, he said that should he jump ship, he’d want his faithful following to come with.

“Pay it forward” line backfires over Taco Bell customer’s $60 order – Dexerto
“Pay it forward” line backfires over Taco Bell customer’s $60 order TikTok: Meredith.Donovan/Unsplash: @pjgalszaboA Taco Bell customer’s $60 order ended in a heated confrontation after it caused a “Pay it forward” line to backfire. For quite some time now, the idea of “paying it forward” has been surrounded by mixed opinions. A popular way of doing it is to pay for the car behind you, which in turn leads to that car paying for the one behind them. But what happens when the order behind you is significantly more than yours was? TikToker Meredith Donovan found this out the hard way. In a recent video, she revealed that a customer in front of her got out of the car to confront Meredith after learning her Taco Bell order was $60. Woman left scared after pay it forward line backfires Uploaded on August 9, 2023, Meredith Donovan shared the harrowing story about her recent interaction. “So I just got screamed at at the taco bell drive through. Basically, I pulled up and placed my order which was like $60 worth of food. So I place my order and the car in front of me pulls up to the pay window,” she explained. “I’m on my phone, and I just hear a car door slam and I look up and this lady has gotten out of her car and is screaming at me. I couldn’t figure out what she was saying at first, so I rolled up my windows and locked the door because I was scared. “I could hear what she was saying eventually, and I heard ‘scam.’ She stopped screaming and explained the situation.” The situation being, of course, that the car in front of her had paid for her meal so she was going to pay for the one behind her. Many people took to the comments to share their thoughts about the situation as well. “Obviously not everyone set up for pay it forward. bad idea,” one user replied. Another replied: “That’s the chance u take when u do [a pay it forward line].” For more entertainment news and other viral stories, head over to check out our coverage.

Pawn shop owner goes viral on TikTok with never-before-seen WW2 discovery claim – Dexerto
Pawn shop owner goes viral on TikTok with never-before-seen WW2 discovery claim TikTok/pawn.manA pawn shop owner is going extremely viral on TikTok after discovering what he says are never-before-seen World War 2 photos and wants help getting them into a museum, but not everyone is convinced the find is as special as he thinks. TikToker Pawn Man has amassed a decent following by documenting rare items he’s found, but never in his life did he expect to unearth photos from World War 2. According to Pawn Man, a client reached out to him with an old book of photos that had been in their family for years and were looking to sell it. After going through some of the professional photos inside, they quickly go from being nice shots from China and South East Asia to much more WW2-focused and when he got to a certain page, he literally screamed. TikToker unearths “rare” Nanjing Massacre WW2 photos Eventually, as he flipped through the album, Pawn Man explained he would not be able to show other pictures on TikTok due to its content, but revealed he was shocked with what he found. “When I got that book on Monday and I opened it up and I got on that page, I screamed. “Somehow, that guy who took those photos was present for [Nanjing Massacre],” he explained. “He took around 30 photographs that are unknown to history.” (click here if TikTok fails to load) The TikToker went on to describe the images as “worse than anything” he’s ever seen on the internet. He further detailed how he majored in Japanese history and remembered his professors telling him that a lot of the evidence had been destroyed, which makes these photos very rare. Pawn Man continued to ask his fans for help, stressing how the photos are probably very expensive and needs a museum to take them. “This is the most IMPORTANT historical find of my career and I need to get this to a special place where it can be preserved, studied, and talked about,” he explained on Facebook, hoping for his video to blow up to some proper channels will contact him. So far, it’s done just that, amassing over 9.4 million views in under a day, but such claims have also resulted in some historians saying the find isn’t unique. Fake History Hunter on Twitter made a thread explaining how the album seems to be common and some have even seen the photos inside before. “So what have we got here? An album filled by sailors with photos they took and stuff they found during their tour, it’s a souvenir album,” they wrote. In any case, if there is one thing that both Pawn Man and Fake History Hunter can agree on, it’s that the Nanjing Massacre needs to be remembered.

PAX responds to Colin Moriarty controversy but will “not issue refunds” – Dexerto
PAX responds to Colin Moriarty controversy but will “not issue refunds” PAX West / The Rubin ReportPAX West has finally responded after Sacred Symbols host Colin Moriarty claimed that the convention pulled his PlayStation podcast panel for no reason and misled his fans as a result back on July 30. With only a month until PAX West, the company abruptly canceled Colin Moriarty’s ‘Sacred Symbols’ panel that had been given the green light previously. Initially the company had not answered to inquiries made by the ex-IGN staffer as to why his panel was canceled, but it finally responded on July 31. “No refunds!” In a July 31 tweet, Moriarty shared a screenshot of the convention’s response email alongside his disappointment with its contents: “PAX’s response. TLDR: 1.) Reiterated the panel’s cancellation, but gave no reason for it. 2.) No refunds for PAX attendees. 3.) They will refund our airfare expenses in exchange for the free passes they offered. (This last one’s weird. Why would I go where I’m not wanted?!)” Unfortunately for attendees, its response didn’t provide much answer as to why the panel was rescinded and only offered to refund Moriarty and co-host Chris ‘Ray Gun’ Maldonado’s flights: “We would be happy to discuss reimbursing you and Chris for for your flights for the inconvenience.” “Attendees are always welcome to contact our customer service line if they have questions regarding the show, but please be advised we do not issue refunds, point of sale indicates all content is subject to change.” PAX’s response. But I am gonna fight for the right to respect my audience. And I’m sick of my audience being disrespected. I’ll tell you that much,” he stated. He offered to refund fans out of his own pocket After PAX refused to give Sacred Symbols fans their money back, the podcast host tweeted out an offer to refund 20 fans with his own money on August 2. “As you know, @PAX cancelled Sacred Symbols’ PAX West panel without explanation, weeks after confirming it. Paul Wesley ridiculed for thinking Madison Beer is an actual drink – Dexerto
Paul Wesley ridiculed for thinking Madison Beer is an actual drink Instagram: Paul Wesley/ Madison BeerPaul Wesley, the beloved star of iconic series Vampire Diaries, apparently has no idea who Madison Beer is, and appears to think she’s actually a beverage. The 38-year-old actor is well-known for playing Stefan Salvatore in the popular CW series Vampire Diaries which ended in 2017 but still has a thriving fan base. Paul himself has a big social media following with 11 million Instagram followers. While 22-year-old Madison Beer is largely known for her internet presence, she’s also made her way into mainstream popular culture, and even has more than 24 million followers on Instagram — double that of Paul — so it’s pretty surprising the actor hasn’t heard of her. Paul recently posted to his close friends Instagram story answering a Q&A asking “Do you like Madison Beer?” to which he responded “Uhh never had that beer, but I like beer, I like most beer. Although lately, I haven’t been drinking as much beer because I’m trying to cut it out you know.” Now the story segment has become fully public after TikTok user @abbiebargh posted the video, as her first and only video. In under 24 hours, the video has already racked up half a million likes and 2 million views. TikTokers are finding the entire thing hilarious with one person reacting “LMAO the way he humbled her without even knowing.” Another person added, “He’s being totally serious too LMAO I love him.” Another person said “Same energy as demi saying her favorite dish is a mug,” referring to Demi Lovato’s now-legendary interview. Even Instagram star Francesca Farago responded with crying laughing emojis. In another post, Paul further demonstrated his lack of popular culture awareness, answering the question “do you believe in Larry?” which refers to the couple name coined by fans for One Direction’s Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson. Paul responded “What in the goddamn hell are you talking about? I believe in Larry David.” The video also has fans wondering how this particular user managed to find herself on Paul’s close friends list on Instagram and it’s not as hard as you might think. If you follow a link in Paul’s Instagram bio you can find the option to pay to be on his close friends list for $2.99 a month, and all money goes to Farm Sanctuary, an animal protection organization.

Patient mortified after catching doctor watching “how-to” video before procedure TikTok: _joshua_bulmanA patient shared the jaw-dropping moment he caught his doctor watching a “how-to” video before wrapping his ankle after an accident. TikTok is known for pumping out the occasional shocking video or two — but viewers were left totally stunned when one man’s doctor literally Googled how to perform a procedure. 27-year-old Joshua Bulman found himself in the doctor’s office after a skateboarding session left him with a sprained ankle and a fracture in his leg. However, he didn’t expect his healthcare provider not to know what they were doing… but to his surprise, his Doctor looked up how to wrap his ankle before going through with the procedure. Patient shocked after doctor Googles how to wrap an ankle Bulman captured the incident in a video that’s going viral on TikTok, amassing over 1.4 million views in merely ten days. The short video shows Bulman’s supposed doctor seemingly watching a tutorial video on properly wrapping up ankles. The camera pans back to a shocked Bulman with the caption: “POV: My Dr. watching a video on how to wrap an ankle before she wraps my ankle.” Bulman’s video has sparked quite the conversation on social media, with some commenters offering their perspectives on the situations — some of whom are doctors themselves. “I’m in medicine and trust me, you want them looking up the refresher,” one user assured. “Different breaks have different wrapping techniques,” another explained. “Trust me, it’s good for them to refresh unless you want it to heal wrong.” “I’m a nurse, and I do it all the damn time,” another said. In an interview with NeedToKnow, Bulman revealed that he wasn’t actually nervous about his doctor’s abilities and echoed the sentiments of many commenters on his viral video. “I just started laughing!” he admitted. “It didn’t bother me or make me nervous. We all need refreshers on how to do things in our jobs, so I saw this as normal.” This is just the latest medical story to take TikTok by storm after a man claimed his chiropractor left him in the hospital with a “severely injured” neck.

Patrick Mahomes ‘trades’ Super Bowl ring to Logan Paul for WWE title & bottle of Prime – Dexerto
Patrick Mahomes ‘trades’ Super Bowl ring to Logan Paul for WWE title & bottle of Prime Instagram: loganpaulYouTube star Logan Paul ‘traded’ his WWE championship belt to Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes for one of his Super Bowl rings and a bottle of Prime. Logan Paul has been on a major winning streak lately, with he and KSI’s Prime beverage brand selling one billion bottles in 2023 and raking in approximately $1.2 billion in revenue. That’s not all; Paul also took home his very first United States Championship in the WWE after his high-flying match against Rey Mysterio in November. And in December, Paul and KSI signed football star Patrick Mahomes to Prime in its latest celebrity athlete acquisition, after signing UFC fighters Israel Adesanya and Alex Volkanovski in June 2023. Logan Paul ‘trades’ WWE belt to Patrick Mahomes for Super Bowl ring In a humorous video posted to his Instagram stories on January 3, Logan linked up with Patrick to make a ‘trade’ of sorts — his WWE championship belt for one of Mahomes’ Super Bowl rings. However, Mahomes had one condition before accepting the deal: he wanted a bottle of Prime, too. “You add a Lemonade Prime? We got a deal,” he said. The two traded off their trophies, with Paul joking that he was taking Mahomes’ ring “straight to the pawn shop,” much to Mahomes’ dismay. Of course, it’s unlikely that these two giants actually ‘traded’ their highly valuable possessions. In fact, it’s unclear if Paul is actually carrying around the real championship belt or just a replica — but he did admit that the WWE gave him a specific regarding the belt. In a November YouTube video, Paul claimed that he wears his belt everywhere, but says that Triple H personally told him he wasn’t allowed to have sex while wearing it. Real WWE title belts can go for tens of thousands of dollars, while Super Bowl rings can be valued up to $1 million… so it’s safe to say that Logan got the better end of the deal in his ‘trade’ with Mahomes.

Dr Disrespect has never shied away from giving his take on something when he doesn’t like it, nor does he hold back when he pumps up his own credentials. Be it on a shooter like Warzone or Valorant, or even on the basketball court, the Two-Time is convinced that he’s going to win every time, and he’s going to do so in pretty nice fashion as well. More recently, while he was playing Valorant, he laid the gauntlet down to former NFL punter Pat McAfee, saying he could throw a football easily further than Pat could kick nowadays. So, the podcaster, radio host, and now WWE analyst responded as only he knows how. During the May 12 episode of the Pat McAfee show, the former Indianapolis Colt sang the Doc’s praises, saying he is a “big fan” and complimented his now-signature jet black hair but his co-host AJ Hawk agreed with the Doc’s own assessment that he could throw further than Pat could kick, which prompted some almost fighting words. “He might be right, I have no idea how far I could punt a ball right now,” Pat admitted. “I kicked a couple of field goals a couple of weeks ago, they probably would have been good from 55-ish but I couldn’t walk the next day and had to act as if I felt good. “I’ll throw one too. I got a pretty good arm too,” Pat added, saying he’ll try a few things out and see if the Doc’s right. “I’ll go one time, see where I’m at, and I’ll come back with an answer.” The 34-year-old further sung the streamer’s praises, saying he has a “lot of respect” for him and was delighted that he was on the Doc’s radar. Whether or not the Two-Time will have to jump out of the Arena and start throwing some footballs remains to be seen, but it’s an unexpected crossover that could work out pretty well for the pair of them.

Patient cured in MrBeast blindness video defends YouTuber from ‘exploitation’ allegations – Dexerto
Patient cured in MrBeast blindness video defends YouTuber from ‘exploitation’ allegations MrBeastA patient from MrBeast’s latest video curing 1000 people’s blindness has jumped to the YouTube star’s defense after controversy. Jimmy Donaldson, otherwise known as MrBeast is one of the biggest YouTubers in the world. To date, he’s amassed over 132 million subscribers alone, putting him at the very top of the ladder. Fans have come to love the 24-year-old for his wacky and sometimes outright bizarre videos. But, many know him for his philanthropic efforts. Over the course of the last few years, the YouTube star has helped clean up oceans, plant millions of trees and assist those in need. Similarly, in his latest video, Jimmy has once again changed lives for the better, helping over 1000 people by curing their blindness. However, many have hit out at him, claiming the YouTuber exploited patients for his own gain. Patient defends MrBeast after curing blindness 64-year-old Jeffrey Yaple was one of many who had their blindness cured thanks to Jimmy. While many have slammed MrBeast for using the patients for publicity, Yaple has jumped to the YouTuber’s defense. In an interview with Insider, he said: “I personally don’t think he was doing this for publicity. Everything he does is going to generate publicity because he’s so famous, but I’m pretty sure this was from the heart. “His video didn’t make fun of anyone and he didn’t exploit me. He was nice enough to pay for my surgery, and the way he helped all of us has actually inspired me to do more to help others in need, like people who are homeless and who ask me for help.” He continued: “At the end of the day, there are always going to be haters, and I’m sure MrBeast knows that as well. Losers will always want to destroy winners and try and peck away at those who are winning in life.” MrBeast has also responded to critics. While the YouTuber has made it clear that he plans to spend all money he makes to help others before he dies — Twitter has remained divided on the YouTuber’s reasons for getting involved.

Pat McAfee explains why Ninja’s NFL kicker comments were “ignorant” – Dexerto
Pat McAfee explains why Ninja’s NFL kicker comments were “ignorant” YouTube/ The Pat McAfee Show/NinjaFormer NFL pro Pat McAfee brought up streaming sensation Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins’ comments about football kickers on his podcast, and explained why the ex-Mixer star was in the wrong. UPDATE – June 25 at 1:30 PM It would seem like McAfee’s comments have had an effect on the streaming superstar. Since posting our story, Ninja has replied saying that the former NFL pro’s remarks have “opened his eyes.” I watched that video, and that analogy actually opened my eyes > — Ninja (@Ninja) June 24, 2020 Original story below: In 2019, Ninja made some comments about NFL kickers, and how he didn’t understand how teams have players who miss kicks. The controversial remarks generated a firestorm of backlash that hasn’t died down even months after the fact. On his podcast, McAfee was talking about golf, and how even the smallest mistake in hitting the ball could lead to a miss when he pivoted to Blevins’ comments. “This is just like the Ninja situation,” he remarked. “Ninja bashed kicks like months ago. And he and I had an interaction. I followed him and he followed me. And then it got recycled on the internet.” After briefly praising the internet star for his $30 million payday from Mixer and how he was a “savvy businessman,” he reiterated that the comments on kickers was an “ignorant statement.” “It would be like if Ninja only had a kill if he shot someone directly between the eyes,” McAfee explained. “So, like, if you shot someone in the shoulder or heart or something like that, it wouldn’t be a kill.” According to the former NFL pro, kicking a football is just like golf in that if you’re off by an inch, it’s a miss. Some good sports insight from the video game streamer guy pic.twitter.com/7n7vtDKpXB — Wild Geerters (@steinkobbe) November 30, 2019 “Whenever you talk about something that has that much dependent on success or failure, you can see how that could potentially go wrong,” he explained, putting his thumb and index finger close together to dictate the measurement. “Especially when it has to happen in under 1.5 seconds from snap to kick when you have millions and millions of people watching you.” “There is a lot of things that go into why kicking a football is a difficult task, I’m not saying it’s more difficult than becoming a Fortnite stud, because there’s millions and millions of people that play Fortnite and there’s only one Ninja,” he concluded, adding that kicking wasn’t easy. That being said, McAfee’s video description does state that he would “love” to have Ninja on the podcast to talk and give his take on this whole ordeal. Hopefully, the Fortnite legend ends up accepting the offer and we dig deeper into his comments that have since been long-deleted.

The passion driving VTuber fan games into a new era – Dexerto
The passion driving VTuber fan games into a new era Tian NyaThe VTuber fandom expresses itself in many ways, and fan games are one of the most creative. With no way of monetizing these mammoth projects, passion is pushing the space forward into a new era of high-quality productions as the space grows. In November, two of Hololive Indonesia’s more prominent gamers, Kureiji Ollie and Kaela Kovalskia, were locked into a civil war of sorts. The battleground was HoloDive, a new fan game with a feel akin to flash games of old. In the chat was first-time developer ‘Pompmaker1’, who was as excited as he was nervous to see his fan game get picked up by the talents he idolizes. HoloDive: Down The Rabbit Hole is very simple. Inspired by Katawa Crash, the goal is to fly ever faster to escape a monster chasing you (‘Real Life’) with power-ups scattered along the way. Pomp mixed a few things around to add his own spin on it — for example, instead of flying horizontally across the screen, you fall down a bottomless pit. It’s something Pomp, a prominent fan artist in the space, had an idea of making months ago, but only bit the bullet when he was forced to create a game in his university course. “The first assignment was to make a one-button game, and that’s it,” he laughed, recounting to Dexerto. “That’s the only motivation I had. “I always wanted to make a Katawa Crash-style game for Hololive, and then David Wu made Delivering Hope which is Nanaca Crash for Hololive [both are old flash games based on similar launching mechanics]. When I saw that come out, since he made it, I thought I didn’t need to make anything. But then my assignment came along, and I thought Katawa Crash is the perfect one-button game.” Ollie and Kaela were each trying to break each other’s high scores. The former took a stab for an hour, and got a decent run before calling it in. But the latter kept grinding and grinding, pushing the clock ever upwards. While they were doing it, Pomp was stressing — did his simple game even have two hours worth of streamable content in it, let alone seven? “It’s enjoyable but you have a lot of thoughts in the back of your mind. They’re playing your game? That’s amazing! But then immediately that thought shifts to ‘I hope they are having fun. I hope this mechanic wasn’t too hard. I hope this doesn’t make them too mad.’” However, it went off mostly without a hitch. Fans loved all the mini in-jokes thrown in by Pomp, who has been a long-time fan of Hololive. Thousands of fans tuned into the stream, and then even more went and downloaded the game to play for themselves. After that one broadcast, more than 3,000 new players jumped into this small university project of Pomp’s. He is one of the lucky developers to have his game played on stream by the talents themselves. But even without their direct support, VTuber fan games are everywhere as developers, artists, and the general fandom band together to give something back to the streamers they love so much. The medium harkens back to an era of the late 2000s and early 2010s, where budding developers would be everywhere on sites like Newgrounds. But there are some serious productions being made, and fueled by pure love, the quality of these fan games is exponentially rising. The rising quality of VTuber fan games Fan games, in the VTubing space, are like any form of creative expression in fandom. It resides alongside fan art, cover songs, and fiction — people putting whatever skills they have to use to create something that reflects their appreciation for the VTuber. The history of these games is almost as long as the history of VTubing. In the early days of agencies like Hololive, fans were creating simple one-button games to share around the community. Talents, enamored by the fact people were willing to create works of art for them, would share them on stream and sometimes play them. “Projects have always been a rite of passage,” Cyrojelly, the owner of the Millie Parfait ‘FaMillie’ Discord, said. The community behind the NIJISANJI Ethyria VTuber has just created a platformer-slash-bullet hell game called Journey of Calamity, which features Millie as the main character. “Any time there is a major milestone in a VTuber’s career, it’s customary for their fan base to do some sort of project; birthdays, anniversaries, major milestones.” However, as Pompmaker notes, the space has leveled up significantly in recent months. “I remember the first [Hololive fan] game that got big was smol Ame, the platformer by Kevin Cow,” he recalled. “It formed the template for the future fan game attempts where it’s a simple gameplay concept, usually based off an existing game, with a lot of in-jokes and references sprinkled in, and a lot of mechanics based on Hololive members. “When artists started getting involved in the game creation, the quality shot up. It started building up to some bigger games. People were getting more into fan games. They were starting to link up, make bigger groups, and they were starting to treat the fan games more like ‘how can we make a very good looking Hololive game? A professional looking one?’” Many look towards HoloCure, the Vampire Survivors-inspired roguelike. The game went viral earlier in 2022 for good reason: it had the polish of a fully-fledged game. With professional animator Kay Yu at the helm, and a talented team of game designers behind the scenes, it was by far the most professional fan game project in VTubing. Seeing HoloCure and its wild success changed how people saw the VTuber fan game space. Players weren’t necessarily demanding AAA-games, but the new standard had been set. Developers were eager to try and replicate the same success. The scale of the fan game sector exploded. “I’ve seen a huge rise in the amount of Hololive fan games which put emphasis on the graphics, music, gameplay — the quality,” Pompmaker continued. “There’s an emphasis on polishing it as much as possible, rather than making something cute for fun. “It’s not that the ‘something cute for fun’ games don’t exist — Holodive is one of those — but a lot more people are trying to be professional about Hololive fan games, which is very cool to see.” It’s not just fan game creators drawing inspiration from other developers. The fandom feeds itself. You get the odd spark of inspiration from a specific bit of art or music dedicated to a VTuber. Tian Nya knows this well. They have worked on a couple of fan game projects. Holoware was one, inspired by Warioware, but was “unfortunately incomplete”. Their second, WOWOWOW KORONE BOX, a spin-off of Super Crate Box for Inugami Korone, was much more successful. They are now developing a third game, ELITE EXORCIST MIKO, which is a bullet hell inspired by the massively popular Touhou franchise, but with unique twists. As a “generalist game developer with no particular specialty”, they saw an opportunity to use their skills to express their love for VTubing, specifically Hololive, after seeing what others were putting out. “The creative output of the Hololive fanbase is incredible, there’s a variety of art, music, animations, and more from a lot of amazing creators,” they said. “Games do tend to be less frequent, and seeing it’s what I do best, I decided to give it a go.” And as much as the fandom feeds itself, everything comes back to the VTuber. The virtual medium itself provides ample creativity for those willing to get hands-on. The designs are amazing, and the intricate lore builds the story for you. “You say ‘imagine if there was a game taking the lore of these characters and making a cool game based on them,’” Landlos, the lead artist on Journey of Calamity, said. “It’s no surprise people make games about them because not only do their personalities inspire being creative, but their characters with the cool lore — the Witch of Calamity who was literally crucified — inspires a lot of creativeness. “There’s a lot of inspiration that comes from watching VTubers from how much creativity comes from the media itself, which I don’t think is found [anywhere else].” A different way of creative expression Game designing can be the ultimate form of creative expression. It combines a bunch of mediums like programming, art, music, and writing into one bundle. That’s not to say one form of expression is inherently superior to another — that’s not what fandom is about — but there’s a wider appreciation for something that can be tangibly played. “The heightened immersion and interactive experience provided by games is really difficult to match with other media like writing, visual art or music alone,” Tian said. “Done properly, one can express anything other media can through a game. However, it’ll require much more time investment from both the creator and the audience.” The scale of these projects is often on another level though. Kiro saw it first hand — they were the organizer of the recent Lazulight: By Your Side visual novel, made to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the NIJISANJI EN wave. Their project had dozens of people working on it, floating in and out across a year. This presents a huge challenge of coordination on these major games, especially considering the work is unpaid due to licensing restrictions (VTuber agencies prohibit fan game makers from monetizing work because they still control the IP). “You have to tackle a lot of creative differences, not to mention organizing time allocation for everyone’s tasks, as well as handling the recruitment of folks to help with the creation of the fan game in the first place,” they said. “Considering the fact that fan games are sometimes made with the intent of releasing them on special occasions as well, this means [one failure] could end up being the death blow for some projects unless there’s a will within the team to continue onwards to release it, even if it means missing their original deadline. “Fan games have a different sense of ‘weight’ attached to it, considering it’s something that’s worked on by so many people, possibly for weeks or even months.” It does make it all the sweeter when everything falls into place though: “I think there’s a sense of pride in constructing something from scratch,” Cyro said. “If you do an artbook, you’re asking people to draw and submit into a form, and it’s up to the staff to put it into some book or video. On their side though, all they’re doing is submitting through a Google form. For a game, a lot more goes into it. When we were in the process of making it, I had to do a weekly meeting where we would all sit down and talk about what we got done in the past week, and what we need to get done. It gets people more involved.” Labor of love, not money It is important to remember that VTuber fan games cannot be monetized. This changes the approach entirely. For something as intensive as a fan game — no matter whether you’re a sole developer like Pompmaker, or part of a bigger project — that’s a lot of blood, sweat, and tears for no monetary reward. What it does is bring the community together, and form even stronger bonds thanks to their shared love of VTubing. “Every person working on it is a volunteer, doing this just because they want to,” Treebobber, the team lead on the Lazulight visual novel, said. “You can’t force them to be fully invested into the development of the game. It’s always a question of ‘can you do this in this time? Is that okay?’ “You’re not forcing someone to do something against their will. It’s a more cooperative process than other projects would be. Throughout this project, we got to know each other well, and the way we treated each other brought us closer. When it comes to the entire feeling of the project itself, once we finished the game, I felt a sense of admiration for the other members of the team.” Every fan game creator echoed the same sentiment: they just want to give back to the VTubers, and the community that has given them so much joy over the years. “It’s a way to thank the VTuber for being themselves and being a part of something greater,” Los said. “It’s not just giving back to the community, but it’s giving back to the streamer. “Although some would say they’re just normal people who stream themselves playing or doing things to entertain us, I believe that those little things they do could actually change people’s lives,” Kiro added. “For some, tuning into a VTuber’s stream could be the thing they need to get themselves through hard times, or just as a way to brighten up their day.” It can even lift some of the pressure off: “Not worrying about income, KPIs, budgets and the like is incredibly liberating and part of what makes working on a fan game so appealing for me,” Tian said. “Without numbers and deadlines hanging over you, you’re free to express your vision however you please, and make what you want to make.” The love fandom pours into these games is often reciprocated by talents. VTubers do occasionally play these fan games on stream, or in rare cases get their hands dirty and muck into the project — something Pompmaker got to experience when he reached out to Ollie on a whim. He was scouring through streams to get sound bites for each of the girls involved in the game. The progress pics he was sharing on Twitter got noticed by the Hololive VTuber, who then lent her voice to the game. “She commented on it, and just as a joke, I said ‘hey Ollie I’m having trouble finding some of your voice lines. Could you voice it for me?’ I didn’t expect to hear anything back. “But then she approached me and was like ‘hey, were you serious about that voice lines thing?’ and we were in business. I did get in contact with her, and she voiced as many lines as I needed for the game, and that was amazing. That was extremely generous of her.” A lot of the fan games mentioned in this article are still works-in-progress. Every week, you can find new projects popping up on Twitter, looking for developers to chip in and promising a wide variety of adventures centered around these virtual idols. It’s a long labor of love, but the reward, in everyone’s case, has been worth it. Regardless of whether it blows up like HoloCure, or lives in a little niche corner of itch.io, the journey of creating the game is cathartic. And for those who might be too timid to dip their toes into it, there’s no better thing than to just jump in, find a project for an oshi, and express your creativity through it. “The best thing to do is to just begin making something, whether by yourself or with others,” Tian said. “It’s best to learn by getting hands-on with a project. It’s not an easy or quick process, but the more you learn, the more you’ll be able to apply to your future projects. “There are plenty of roles in game development, and hopefully you can find the ones that work best for you!”

Pat McAfee explains why he’s “scared” for Logan Paul vs Floyd Mayweather – Dexerto
Pat McAfee explains why he’s “scared” for Logan Paul vs Floyd Mayweather YouTube: Pat McAfee/Logan PaulFormer NFL star Pat McAfee says he’s worried for Logan Paul as he prepares to step in the ring with Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather given that his sparring footage isn’t too inspiring. While many boxing purists will toss out the ‘freakshow’ and ‘circus’ labels for Logan Paul vs Floyd Mayweather, there are plenty of people who are gearing up to watch them square off. The planned exhibition bout has attracted attention from all corners of the globe, and the internet, with many wild takes being thrown out there. For many, the fight is a foregone conclusion and there’s no way that a YouTube star can defeat a 50-0 boxing legend. Others believe Logan has a puncher’s chance, and he just needs to land one sweet jab. However, Pat McAfee isn’t all that sure anymore. Speaking on the June 4th edition of The Pat McAfee show, the former Indianapolis Colts punter said that prior to the most recent look at Logan’s skills, he believed he had a chance, but not anymore. “I love Logan. I saw one video of him on Instagram and I don’t know if Logan is sandbagging, but I saw one video that made me think that this guy doesn’t have a f**king shot,” Pat said, showing a video of Logan working the pads in training and being open to shots from his trainer. “One little body shot and then right to the jaw. This scared me a little bit because as somebody who does Oculus boxing, this is literally why I’m trying to do to the robot at all times.” The punter-turned media star noted further that if he was so open in sparring, it might be a “one-sided affair” for Floyd as he’ll be able to get whatever he wants in a fight setting. Of course, it could well be the case that Logan is purposely putting some mistakes on film in a bid to lure Floyd into a trap, but the boxing icon will likely be ready for whatever is thrown his way.

Fortunately for the girl, nobody was injured, so her repercussions may not be as serious as many people would like them to be.

Passengers vote to kick unruly woman off plane mid-flight – Dexerto
Passengers vote to kick unruly woman off plane mid-flight TikTok: lanaisliA group of passengers unanimously voted to kick a woman off of a plane mid-flight after an explosive argument erupted between fliers. A slew of bombastic brawls have taken the internet by storm lately. From golfers going toe-to-toe with MMA fighters on the green to a McDonald’s turning into a veritable warzone, the net loves a good scuffle from time to time. However, the latest disagreement to go viral took place at 35,000 feet up in the air, with nowhere for participants to flee from what was going on. TikTok user Lanais Li is going viral after uploading her experience on a Frontier Airlines flight from Trenton, NJ to Atlanta, GA. Passengers vote to kick woman off plane after mid-flight argument gets heated The argument allegedly began after a couple asked a flight attendant if they could be seated further up in the plane. When their request was denied, a tiff purportedly ensued between the attendant and the man, as told in a statement by Li to the New York Post. According to Li, a woman sitting a few rows back in the plane “was saying slick comments while this was happening, which resulted in the back-and-forth between the two ladies” seen in her video. In the clip, a woman is seen loudly arguing with another female flier toward the back of the plane, pleading her man’s case to the assembled passengers. “He literally hasn’t done anything wrong,” she said. “He hasn’t threatened anybody. …you’ve been talking to us and antagonizing us the whole time.” During the video, the man in question got up from his seat and offered cash to the passenger seemingly complaining about the ordeal — but she flung the cash back at him. Another video taken from the same flight shows a different passenger openly calling for a vote to remove the woman who complained about the couple. “I’ve got forty, fifty people here who would like her removed from the flight,” the man says. “If you want her removed from the flight, please raise your hand.” “I’m trying to prove a point,” the man continues. “If you are going to be a d*ck to people, we’re going to be a d*ck back.” The woman was later escorted from her seat and shot an insult back at the man who called for a vote to get her off the flight. As she gathered her things, she expressed confusion about why she was being moved, saying, “What did I do?” Another video posted by Li sheds more light on the subject. As told by the TikToker, the man from the first video was being kicked off of the plane for arguing with the flight attendant over he and his girlfriend’s seats. His partner was feuding with the attendant over the matter, which led to her argument with the other flier. According to Li, she is also being sued for “defamation” by the first woman for sharing the altercation on TikTok. She shared a series of screenshots in her follow-up video, which showed statements from a person named Mani Slays threatening legal action against Li for posting the video. “Take this down,” Slays allegedly wrote. “At this point, you got your little clout off everything. I did not give you consent to post me. You posted this on every single social media platform. If you continue to have my face plastered on YOUR page, I will be taking legal action.” Lanais argued back that she was the owner of the video and had the right to record in a public place — but after a little research, it looks like laws about recording both video and phone calls vary wildly from state to state and even company to company when recordings happen in private businesses. This is just the latest in-flight fiasco to take over TikTok after a woman was booted off of a flight for saying she hoped other passengers “crash and die.”

Passengers on Delta Airlines flight lose it after maggots fall from overhead bin – Dexerto
Passengers on Delta Airlines flight lose it after maggots fall from overhead bin Instagram: deltaA Delta Airlines flight was forced to turn around after rotten fish and maggots were found in a suitcase that was leaking onto passengers. A Delta Airlines flight from Amsterdam to Detroit was forced to turn around an hour into its flight after maggots fell from an overhead bin. Reportedly, rotten fish was inside a suitcase that broke open, causing the maggots to fall on top of passengers in economy seating. After the Tuesday flight, a passenger took to X/Twitter to expose what happened in a since-deleted tweet. Suitcase containing maggots was lit on fire after flight landed Delta Airlines passenger Kelce reported to X/Twitter in a now-deleted tweet to express their frustration with the rotten incident, “Really lovely to be 2 hours into an 8 hour @Delta to Amsterdam and find out there is rotten fish and maggots hitching a ride with us.” Though Kelce mentioned they were on their way to Amsterdam, the flight was leaving and on its way to Detroit. When it turned back after maggots fell from the overhead cabin, the plane landed in Schiphol, Amsterdam. Once the plane landed, the suitcase containing the rotten fish and maggots was placed in a bag to be lit on fire. Kelce later opened up to Daily Mail about what happened, saying that the owner of the suitcase had been identified by flight attendees. However, it is unknown if they received a fine of any sort. Those who have heard the story have since reacted, taking their thoughts to X/Twitter, “No like I’m crying bc what do [you] mean maggots on a f*cking plane?!?” Another added, “Let some maggots fall on me while I’m in the air on a doggone plane! They would probably put me on the ‘No Fly List.’ The way I would cut up??” Though the maggots did fall on top of passengers, it is unknown at this time if anyone has been given a Delta Airlines voucher for their troubles.

Passengers fight on Southwest flight after man’s wife gets bumped into – Dexerto
Passengers fight on Southwest flight after man’s wife gets bumped into TwitterA couple of passengers onboard a Southwest airline flight began trading blows after one of the men involved bumped into another man’s wife. Traveling by plane can be a very nerve-racking experience as is, but one flight became extra disturbing after a pair of men started fighting way up in the sky over the United States. On March 6, a couple of men onboard a flight from Dallas to Phoenix got heated when the wife of one of the men was accidentally bumped into, beginning the brouhaha. Another passenger filmed the confrontation, which ended up needing staff to intervene and stop the chaotic battle that began to resemble the opening scene from The Dark Knight Rises. Passengers brawl on Southwest flight In the crazy footage, a taller man put his opponent in a headlock before firing off a powerful punch that rattled everyone onboard. A few moments later, the man who did the punching claimed that his on-flight rival, “approached me aggressively with my family.” Despite flight attendants wanting to stop the commotion and trying to get the man back to his heat, he continued to cry and explain his situation to no avail. “I will sit down in jail for you approaching my family!” he yelled. “I will die for my family. So that’s why I beat your ass!” According to OutKick, both men were taken away by Dallas police, but amazingly neither ended up being arrested. It’s not clear if any of the other passengers were issued refunds for the unwanted in-flight entertainment. This latest fiasco comes after a series of other fights have gone viral recently. Most notably, a Taco Bell became a warzone and a bar brawl ended in disaster when a car ran over a woman.

Passengers furious as pilot delays flight to supply crew with pizza – Dexerto
Passengers furious as pilot delays flight to supply crew with pizza TikTok: morganchompz, dailymailukWhile it’s not uncommon to face airline delays, passengers on an easyJet flight were shocked when their flight was delayed due to the pilot buying pizza for his crew. On May 5, an easyJet pilot delayed his flight from Lisbon to Manchester for over an hour due to an insufficient menu for his crew. While there were sandwiches to eat during the three-hour flight, the pilot preferred to provide something prepared hot. He then decided to order pizza, leaving his passengers in shock. “I couldn’t feed the crew with two poor sandwiches,” he said over the intercom. After the fiasco, an anonymous passenger caught up with MailOnline, claiming nobody was able to use the toilets and there were no refreshments offered during their wait time. “Surely it would have been better to allow passengers to stay in the comfort of the airport lounge before boarding whilst the crew tended to their requirement for sustenance,” the passenger said. The passenger also recalled the flight having initial delays prior to waiting for the crew to acquire their pizza. Though the flight made it to its destination, it arrived nearly three hours later than expected. “I would not have taken the flight had I known that the arrival would have been over 3 hours late at the time of booking and would have looked for an alternative flight,” the passenger explained. After the situation, an easyJet representative released a statement to MailOnline, apologizing for the delays. They also said they are “required” to provide adequate provisions for the crew to “operate safely.” This isn’t the only time a flight has been delayed for odd reasons. In January 2024, an American Airlines flight had to turn around before takeoff because of a passenger who caused a ruckus by farting uncontrollably. And in September 2023, a flight from Newark, NJ to Dublin, Ireland was delayed for three hours, causing two drunk women to have a meltdown. They were eventually escorted away from the gate by security, with one woman being apprehended while face down on the floor. While frequent flyers will likely endure mishaps and delays every so often, in some cases, passengers receive vouchers for their troubles. However, it’s unknown if the delay from Lisbon to Manchester was reason enough to give passengers a voucher for their next flight.

Passengers brawl mid-air on plane, force emergency landing after breaking window – Dexerto
Passengers brawl mid-air on plane, force emergency landing after breaking window TwitterA group of passengers involved in mid-air brawls have been arrested after their fights resulted in a window being smashed, prompting an emergency landing. A flight from Queensland to the Northern Territory in Australia nearly ended in disaster after rowdy passengers started a melee with each other in the sky. Video of the incident uploaded to social media shows a passenger raising a bottle above their head and hitting someone else with it. The New York Post reports that following this confrontation, the flight turned back to Queensland and a woman was charged – but when it took off again, another brawl broke out involving the same passengers, and an internal window ended up getting smashed. Passengers arrested after violent mid-air brawl leads to emergency landing Eventually, the plane was able to land safely in Alyangula on Groote Eylandt, but the rowdy passengers got what was coming to them. In addition to the first woman who was, according to a spokesperson, charged with disorderly behavior on an aircraft, common assault and failing to comply with safety instructions by cabin crew, the other three are also facing charges. One of the agitators, a 22-year-old, was even charged with commercial drug supply and drug possession, suggesting that narcotics could have been involved in the altercation. Luckily, no one was hurt, but this has to be one of the craziest viral fights we’ve seen in recent memory due to the ramifications. While gas station shootouts that remind viewers of John Wick are wild, the fact a plane had to make an emergency landing shows this whole situation could have ended a lot worse.

Passenger sparks debate after reclining on flight to making himself comfortable TikTok: by.lorenA TikTok has gone viral after a woman became frustrated at a man who was reclining in his seat on a plane, leading to a heated debate. The video was posted on TikTok by user LorenH and has garnered over a million views already, where a woman can be seen seated on a plane as the seat in front of her is pushed back. She raises her eyebrows, adjusting herself due to the seat being reclined toward her. The text over the video says, “Me hating on people who push their seats back on a plane bc [because] I actually respect people’s space and would never do it.” The TikTok’s caption read, “I don’t know what’s worse – this or a barefoot through the handrest.” TikTok viewers debate reclining passenger The viral TikTok has sparked a debate among viewers, as the majority supported the woman. One user wrote that they totally agree, while another said, “I completely understand that people are allowed to do this BUT it ignites such a rage in me.” A viewer wondered why planes have the option to recline as another noted, “If [you’re] sleeping, sure! But I always get stuck behind the person who does it the whole flight, watches movies & doesn’t bring it up when meals are served.” But there were also people who sided with the man who reclined his seat as a user wrote, “People who complain about people reclining on long haul flights need to just never fly again…they recline for a reason.” Meanwhile, another user asked if the woman does not recline her seat and said that it is “inevitable” in a medium to long-haul flight but also explained that they would request the person to move forward when having meals. Passengers brawl in viral airport baggage claim beatdown – Dexerto
Passengers brawl in viral airport baggage claim beatdown Twitter/Peyton24979151/RealLifeFootagePassengers got into a massive brawl at O’Hare International Airport in Chicago with multiple people being punched in the face. No one likes being at the airport. It’s like being in purgatory before you arrive at your dream vacation spot or coming home from a long trip. Even worse is the baggage claim area where you’re stuck waiting for your items. Over the years we’ve seen countless viral fights at gas stations and Waffle Houses, but you’d normally not expect to see an all-out brawl at an airport of all things. That is, until now. In a series of viral videos exploding on social media, a huge melee broke out after a woman in a black hood appeared to put her hands on a man, leading him to strike back and the whole baggage claim area becoming a WWE Royal Rumble. Massive brawl breaks out at airport baggage claim After the man and a woman on his side attacked the woman back, all sorts of people got involved with punches being thrown every which way and numerous tackles happening, sending the war to the ground. When a guy in white threw a sucker punch to the back of the head of another fighter, two men stepped in to try to restrain him, but they quickly ended up resorting to joining the fray too. At this point, everybody was kung-fu fighting with seemingly everyone in the area having at least one dance partner, except for one of the men filming, a guy named Peyton. “This is the fight that happened at O’Hare International Airport last night after the Spirit flight landed. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to stay for the ending, as my mom was yelling at me to get out of there, but I did get to see how it all started!” they captioned the clip. Another angle captured the moment the two “peacemakers” got involved and more of the brawl afterward with one of the original fighters even using a tripod as a weapon before being knocked to the ground and pulverized. Eventually, even at the end of the video, when it seemed the dust had settled at last, a few more punches were thrown, but sadly, it’s not known how this ridiculous melee ended. According to the New York Post, 18-year-old Christopher Hampton and 20-year-old Tembra Hicks were arrested following the brouhaha and charged with one misdemeanor count of battery. It’s unknown if anyone was seriously injured considering the number of thunderous haymakers thrown, but this was definitely one of the most insane fights we’ve seen yet.

Passenger goes viral after submitting a “scathing” airline survey mid-flight – Dexerto
Passenger goes viral after submitting a “scathing” airline survey mid-flight TikTok: goinggonemadd / Unsplash: Arkin SiA passenger had his movie interrupted by airline staff asking him to complete a survey and unleashed karma by submitting a “scathing” response mid-flight. While catching a flight might sound like a fun getaway to some, the reality can often be uncomfortable, long, and boring. Luckily, many airlines offer a range of entertainment to help pass the time, from movies to music. One airline, however, just found out that there is no point in offering a service if it cannot be enjoyed. TikToker Mads Waller, who goes by ‘goinggonemadd’ online, captured the moment a frustrated passenger got revenge on flight attendants interrupting his movie by submitting a “scathing” survey mid-flight. Headed toward an unknown destination, Waller filmed an elderly man sitting one row in front of her on the plane. Typing something on the screen before him, a zoomed-in camera angle revealed the man was filling out an airline survey. In it, he wrote, “You served vegetables that were frozen solid. You also interrupted my movie twice to ask me to take a survey.” The video has since gone viral with over 2.5 million views and hundreds of comments applauding the man for his “quality” response. “I stand with him. Don’t bother me and don’t feed me frozen [vegetables]. Ever,” one person said. Another commented, “Speak your truth king.” Something tells us this airline might be a little more careful next time they ask someone to fill out their survey. Passenger goes viral for barefoot sixth toe on flight – Dexerto
Passenger goes viral for barefoot sixth toe on flight TikTok: reverseosmosis369A plane take-off video went viral on TikTok as the video revealed a barefoot man on a seat next to a passenger – with six hairy toes. Fans usually love TikTok flight videos because of the beauty as passengers soar over exotic locations. Though, there are plenty of unusual mid-air experiences that go viral too, including fights and disruptions. However, one particular plane TikTok has gone viral for a completely different reason than we’ve seen before. The video, which has been viewed over 8.8 million times, shows a man sitting in his seat with no shoes or socks. But people also noticed something else out of the ordinary. Instead of five barefoot toes, there were six. Viral six-toed TikTok flight In the clip, which was posted by user reverseosmosis369, it shows the cameraman zoom in on the feet of the man sitting next to him. As the camera zooms in, viewers can see the passenger’s bare feet and also an extra toe attached to the pinky-toe. Then, as the music transitions the camera pans across to look out the window as the plane takes off. Some viewers were disgusted by someone being barefoot on a plane, while others found light-hearted humor in the fact that the man had six toes. One viewer was not happy that someone would even think about being barefoot on a plane. They commented: “NO ONE should be dogs [feet] out on a plane.” Others agreed: “Nah why he letting it [his feet] air out like that.” But for some, their attention was drawn to the number of toes on display. One viewer was shocked, adding: “Wait did I count 6?” Some took the display of feet in a more light-hearted manner as one TikToker said: “Bros crossing them for good luck.” TikTok has been a source for Viral videos and unique trends recently, like the NPC trend where people act like videogame characters.

Passenger dragged off plane in handcuffs after pre-flight drink tantrum – Dexerto
Passenger dragged off plane in handcuffs after pre-flight drink tantrum TIKTOK: banditehA first class passenger was dragged off a plane in cuffs after he threw a tantrum with staff and police officers because he was denied alcohol. In a viral TikTok video, the unnamed passenger was forcibly removed from an American Airlines flight after being asked repeatedly by the crew to exit. The man supposedly requested a gin and tonic before take off, but was denied, resulting in a teary meltdown and a clash with flight attendants. Footage showed other passengers asking the man to leave, but he remained adamant and continued to argue. He then tried to film the altercation on his phone before it was snatched by the police. The officers attempted to wrangle the American Airlines traveler into handcuffs in the aisle, eventually resorting to forcefully grabbing the man and pulling him out of his seat as he shouted “stop.” After being run out of the plane, officers pushed him against the jet bridge wall to restrain and arrest him, as he wailed and fell to the floor. The video has been deleted on TikTok, but it was shared in a Reddit post, where it garnered almost 40,000 votes and more than 5,000 comments. “I did not expect him to start weeping like that! What a man child!” one person wrote. “I have never seen a more embarrassing display in my entire career,” another added. “I have no idea why these people always try to keep arguing when police show up. You’re not going to be able to sway them or talk your way out of it,” a third commented. The disgruntled passenger reportedly asked if he had committed a “crime.” However, the US Department of Transportation says airlines can remove any passenger for reasons relating to “safety, security or health risk, or due to a behavior that is considered obscene, disruptive or otherwise unlawful.” This isn’t the first time a traveler has caused a scene on a plane, after a drunk man was captured trying to leave his flight mid-air in a shocking TikTok video.

Passenger gets compensation after slamming airline for putting her between “obese” people – Dexerto
Passenger gets compensation after slamming airline for putting her between “obese” people TWITTER: SydneyLWatsonAn American Airlines passenger was awarded compensation after ranting about the airline seating her between two overweight people. The passenger and political commentator, Sydney Watson, posted her complaint on Twitter, tagging the official account for American Airlines. In her tweet, Sydney complained: “I am currently – literally – WEDGED between two OBESE people on my flight. This is absolutely NOT acceptable or okay. If fat people want to be fat, fine. “But it is something else entirely when I’m stuck between you, with your arm rolls on my body, for 3 hours,” the Australian said. She also insisted that larger people should “buy two seats or don’t fly,” sparking backlash from many Twitter users who accused her of “fat shaming.” Now, Sydney claims that the airline has given her compensation following her Twitter rant. Passenger gets compensation from American Airlines Initially, American Airlines replied to her on Twitter, saying “Our passengers come in all different sizes and shapes”, but that they were “sorry you were uncomfortable on your flight.” But on October 17, Sydney shared another response she apparently received from American Airlines through her email, claiming they awarded her $150 as a “gesture of goodwill.” The airline said it had been unable to move her to a new seat, but “sincerely regret the enjoyment and comfort of your flight AA was diminished due to another customer exceeding their seat’s space.” It said: “Flight attendants were not able to make changes to the seating arrangement. I’m sure you know, in the future, you are always welcome to discuss the matter with our flight attendants. “If we have other available seats, you’ll be allowed to move so that you can better enjoy your flight,” the airline supposedly told her. The apparent compensation came as a surprise to many, as she was slammed for “public fat shaming” and showing “no compassion” following her controversial tweet.

Passenger captures aftermath on Alaska Airlines as window blows out mid-flight – Dexerto
Passenger captures aftermath on Alaska Airlines as window blows out mid-flight TikTok: imsocorny / TikTok: vee_winsAn Alaska Airlines flight was forced to descend when a window blew out shortly after takeoff, the aftermath captured by passengers on board. Alaska Airlines is making headlines across the globe after Flight 1282 — a brand new 171 Boeing 737 Max 9 — was forced to make an emergency landing after a window and its accompanying cabin panel blew out. The incident occurred late Friday, January 5, shortly after the plane took off from Portland, Oregon on its way to Ontario, Canada. Vee, who goes by ‘vee_wins‘ on TikTok, was on board at the time and filmed the harrowing aftermath as terrified passengers awaited descent. “POV: woke up from your plane nap thinking it was turbulence,” Vee wrote, filming herself and other passengers wearing oxygen masks. The explosion as the panel blew out triggered rapid depressurization, resulting in supplemental oxygen being deployed as the plane made its way to a lower altitude to equalize cabin pressure. Vee’s camera then revealed the large hole in the side of the plane where the panel and window blew off. “Turns out the wall of the plane flew off while in the air.” Another passenger, Courtney who goes by ‘imsocorny‘, filmed her own experience on the flight, writing, “10 minutes into our flight we heard a loud bang and the oxygen masks dropped down. I was in the front and we had no idea what was happening at first, just that the plane depressurized extremely fast.” She went on to thank the pilots for their handling of the situation before stating, “Alaska Airlines has some explaining to do.” All 174 passengers and the six crew members were unharmed, with no one seated in the row where the panel blew out. In response to the incident, Alaska Airlines has since grounded the entirety of its Boeing 737-9 fleet pending further investigation. Boeing themselves have supported the decision to ground all flights, writing in an official statement, “Safety is our top priority and we deeply regret the impact this event has had on our customers and their passengers. We agree with and fully support the FAA’s decision to require immediate inspections of 737-9 airplanes with the same configuration as the affected airplane. “In addition, a Boeing technical team is supporting the NTSB’s investigation into last night’s event. We will remain in close contact with our regulator and customers.” Be sure to check out all the latest entertainment news on our page here.

Parking lot “battle royale” goes viral as one-vs-one girl fight becomes massive brawl – Dexerto
Parking lot “battle royale” goes viral as one-vs-one girl fight becomes massive brawl Twitter/FightMateAn insane parking lot fight between two girls devolved into a wild “battle royale” brawl that needs to be seen. Over the years we’ve seen dozens of parking lot battles, including one where a police officer hit a woman with a Rock Bottom WWE finisher, but this rumble is something special because of how quickly things spiraled out of control. When it comes to fights, 1v1 is always the fairest unless weapons are involved and it seemed like a group of women had agreed to fight with honor, at least at the beginning. In a video uploaded by FightMate, two women started throwing fists at one another as a group gathered and it wasn’t long until others joined in on the action. Wild fight between two women becomes all-out brawl As the first fight commenced, the two girls traded blows before one landed a solid low kick to knock her opponent to the concrete, but she was back on her feet again to continue in a jiffy. With round two underway, another girl in red sweatpants found a dance partner in the form of a woman in a black dress. After accepting the challenge, the two went right at it, firing off explosive haymakers. Eventually, more girls started getting into the fight, joining the battle one after the other like it was a WWE Royal Rumble match. However, when the girls in their individual skirmishes ended up hitting each other, all hell broke loose. At this point, all of the girls were frantically hitting each other and a complete brouhaha ensued. Men who were watching the mayhem were forced to get involved and attempt to separate the combatants. In the comments, users called the madness a “battle royale” and some compared the initial 1v1s to the fighting game Tekken. It’s not clear if anyone was injured in the viral brawl or when it took place, but since being posted the fight had been a whopping 500,000 times on Twitter.

Partner explodes at Twitch after followers drop, channel banned live – Dexerto
Partner explodes at Twitch after followers drop, channel banned live Twitch partner ‘Boneclinks’ has gone off at the streaming platform after he watched his follower count drop from 80,000 to zero live, getting banned shortly after going offline. Getting Twitch Partnership is a big deal in the streaming community. It comes with a larger cut of subscriber fees, more promotion and support from the popular platform, and exclusive deals and invites to events. However, one Twitch partner has told Dexerto that he didn’t get the same experience as others in the field, and wants Twitch to change their attitude towards smaller streamers after being banned live on stream. Boneclinks is a reaction-based Just Chatting streamer who garnered a following of around 80,000 people, with around 300 people tuning into his stream on a regular basis. But in a lengthy rant on a November 5 broadcast, he highlighted the fact that his following was on a rapid decline, slowly losing his temper as his follower count dropped to zero. Twitch wasn’t giving him any answers, and he was fed up. “What’s the f***ing benefit of being a f***ing partner – it’s the same s*** as being an affiliate these days,” he said. “I can’t even get someone to talk to me.” Because his livelihood is built off his stream on the platform, losing valuable days of streaming time means less income and less stability, and he’s looking for answers. “I want to f***ing know what’s going on,” he said. “Two days – I’ve already had my whole stream f***ed dude. I’ve had no followers, no one get notifications, I can’t do s*** on here, and for two days, you’ve f***ed up my income and no one is talking to me. “You’re telling me that I need to be exclusive to you in a contract as a partner, yet you will f*** up my s*** for two whole days and then – boop – f*** it.” :x: Twitch Partner “”Boneclinks”” has been banned! :x:https://t.co/BNPV6hM2PX#twitch #ban #partner #twitchpartner :police_officer:♀️ — Twitch Partner Bans (@TwitchBanned) November 6, 2019 Dexerto reached out to Boneclinks, who said he followed all the right avenues to understand why his channel’s stats were declining, but is yet to receive a reply 48 hours on. “I reached out to partner help via email,” he said. “I used to go to my partner rep but mine was removed – I was told that I didn’t require one for some reason. They haven’t responded to me yet.” Boneclinks was sent multiple clips of his stream as part of the reasoning behind his ban, but believes that he has been targeted specifically. “I believe that I am the victim of DMCA takedown harassment,” he said. “The clips and videos in question did not contain any instance of “Africa (the popular song by Toto) or Ghostbusters” which was what the claim stated.” DMCA bans usually last for 24 hours, so it won’t be long until he’s back on the platform. As for his future as a streamer though, he will wait out the storm and hopefully hear back from Twitch to clear things up. “I’m always going to be a streamer,” he said. “I just wish that Twitch treated its smaller partners with the same respect as larger ones.” “It’s really disheartening to be locked into an exclusivity contract with a company that doesn’t even consider you important enough to respond to.”

Paris Hilton calls out haters for judging her child’s head size – Dexerto
Paris Hilton calls out haters for judging her child’s head size InstagramParis Hilton has clapped back at rude commenters for judging her baby’s head size in a recent Instagram post. TV personality Paris Hilton first gained popularity in the 1990s social scene while best friends with Nicole Richie. She has also starred several in television series and came out with a studio album in 2006. Paris has been at the center of many tabloid controversies over the years, considering she dedicated most of her life to partying. However, in 2021, Paris married businessman Carter Reum and they welcomed their son in January 2023. She has recently discussed how much comments about her child’s head size “deeply” affected her. Paris Hilton responds to hateful comments about baby’s head size On October 19, Paris posted pictures of herself and her 8-month-old son Phoenix on Instagram. “My precious angel baby Phoenix’s first time in NYC,” she captioned the image. In response, some commenters pointed out the size of Phoenix’s head, making jokes by comparing him to Family Guy’s Stewie. However, others seemed concerned and wondered if the child had encephalitis or hydrocephalus based on his head’s circumference. “IMAGINE being an adult making fun of an innocent baby! Sad world we live in,” one person wrote in defense of Phoenix. Also, Paris then posted an Instagram story to explain how the criticism “deeply” hurt her. Tiktoker stephwithdadeets also reacted to the rude commenters Paris’s Instagram post. “Dude if you’re bullying babies you should be getting your head checked,” she captioned the video. Paris then commented on stephwithdadeets’ video, saying Phoenix had been to the doctor and “just has a large brain.” “Living life in the spotlight, comments are inevitable, but targeting my child, or anyone else’s for that matter, is unacceptable,” she explained. “If I don’t post my baby, people assume I’m not a great mother and if I do post him, there are some people who are cruel and hateful. I’m a proud working mom and my baby is perfectly healthy, adorable and angelic.” Stay updated with the entertainment scene by checking out Dexertos’ coverage here.

Paris Hilton doesn’t know what a dishwasher is in new Netflix show with Kim Kardashian – Dexerto
Paris Hilton doesn’t know what a dishwasher is in new Netflix show with Kim Kardashian Instagram: Paris HiltonA clip featuring Los Angeles socialite Paris Hilton cooking with Kim Kardashian has got people talking for the wrong reasons. In the video from the Netflix show ‘Cooking with Paris’, it appears Hilton doesn’t know what a dishwasher is. Despite negative reviews with just 17% on Rotten Tomatoes, Hilton’s new show appears to have been a hit on Netflix as clips of the show have gone viral on social media. One clip shows Hilton and Kardashian cooking together in the kitchen with both wearing glamourous outfits and rubber gloves. While it’s Hilton’s kitchen, Kardashian is the one who seems to know her way around. At one point when it comes to putting eggs into the pan, Kardashian says she doesn’t “know if I can trust you.” Hilton definitely acknowledges her lack of cooking skills asking Kim whether North, Kim’s daughter, is a better cook than Hilton is. However, it’s when it comes to the cleaning that Paris doesn’t seem to know what a dishwasher is. When asked about whether the dishwasher is “clean”, Hilton replies that she doesn’t know. As they load the dishwasher, Hilton says she’s “learning a lot today”. In the clip, she forgets what the dishwasher’s called directing Kardashian towards the bin “next to the whatever it’s called.” Where can I watch Cooking with Paris? ‘Cooking with Paris’, a Netflix original, is available to watch for anyone who has a Netflix subscription. The show has received largely negative reactions and has been described as taking “all the joy out of cooking” by the Washington Post and will “make you sick” according to the Telegraph. Parents speak out against viral TikTok chroming trend posing danger to kids – Dexerto
Parents speak out against viral TikTok chroming trend posing danger to kids Unsplash: May GauthierThe parents of children who have died while attempting the viral chroming trend that was popularised on TikTok have called for more warnings against the trend. At least two people have died as a result of attempting chroming in the last two years, a trend that involves trying to get high from sniffing aerosol deodorant. 14-year-old Giorgia Green and 13-year-old Esra Haynes both passed away due to heart complications after they tried using deodorant canisters to achieve one of these highs. The idea of “chroming” first originated from the practice of sniffing chrome-based paint to achieve a high, but it has since expanded to include things like nail polish remover, hairspray, deodorants, and glue, which started going viral on TikTok late in 2022 under the “Whiptok” tag. Parents call on deodorant companies to prevent chroming After news of multiple people dying from attempting the trend, TikTok started to remove videos of people attempting it from the site. However, this wasn’t enough action for the parents of victims and healthcare professionals, who are now calling for greater awareness of the damage aerosols can potentially do. Giorgia’s parents told the Express: “Giorgia might not have died under the same circumstances as Esra in Australia, but we found it very upsetting that someone had died from the same product. “I really worry about this becoming a social media trend because people can die in an instant – that’s what’s so scary about aerosols.” Long-term abuse of the drug can also lead to cognitive impairment, including the inability to concentrate, memory loss, impaired judgment, and a lower IQ, according to the Journal of Drug and Alcohol Research. For a complete guide to the chroming trend and why it took off, check out our explainer on how it first went viral earlier this year.

Parents warned after TikTok ‘tranquilizer challenge’ sends multiple kids to hospital – Dexerto
Parents warned after TikTok ‘tranquilizer challenge’ sends multiple kids to hospital TikTok/PixabayA dangerous new TikTok challenge has sent multiple kids to the hospital, prompting warnings to parents about their children potentially using tranquilizers. TikTok challenges have been both controversial and viral over the years. While some are wholesome fun, others like the Orbeez Challenge can result in police action. Now, a wild new challenge involving tranquilizers has been making the rounds and parents are being warned about the potentially deadly challenge. According to reports, fifteen children in Mexico have been hospitalized after taking Clonazepam and then trying to stay awake – something that could have negative consequences. Kids rushed to hospital after TikTok ‘tranquilizer challenge’ Clonazepam is a powerful drug that’s used to combat panic attacks and because some pharmacies in Mexico allow it to be sold without a prescription, it’s rather easy to obtain. Local media claims that four of the fifteen children taken to the hospital had severe side effects. In addition to memory issues, nausea, and drowsiness, at worst, taking the drug can result in coma and death. As such, health officials are urging drugstores to stop selling it without a prescription and the mayor of Guanajuato is even insisting parents not to let their kids have social media accounts. Dangerous TikTok challenges have often rubbed health officials the wrong way with many of the platform’s most controversial trends being fatal. Last year, a 14-year-old boy died after attempting the Blackout Challenge where one is supposed to hold one’s breath long enough to cause temporary unconsciousness.

Parents spark outrage over “disappointed” reaction to gender reveal – Dexerto
Parents spark outrage over “disappointed” reaction to gender reveal TikTok: aidanpayne0A couple has sparked outrage over their “disappointed” reaction to their gender reveal in a viral TikTok clip. Gender reveal parties are a relatively new phenomenon, first kicking off in the late 2000s as a popular way for expecting couples to announce the gender of their baby with friends and family members. Generally, gender reveal parties will involve an activity that discloses the baby’s gender. Popular activities include popping balloons with pink or blue-colored powder inside, shooting off color-coded confetti cannons, or even slicing a color-coded cake. Although gender reveals are supposed to be happy occasions, some parents can’t help but show their disappointment when the baby isn’t the gender they wanted… which is what many commenters thought happened at the latest gender reveal party to go viral online. TikTok couple sparks backlash after “disappointment” over gender reveal On September 9, TikTok user and dad-to-be Aidan Payne uploaded footage from his gender reveal with his partner, who was wearing a blue dress. To reveal the gender of their baby, Aidan used a paint sprayer that would shoot out either pink or blue — and it looks like the couple is expecting a girl. However, commenters don’t think the parents looked very happy about this news. The mom instantly looked away from the pink paint with a seemingly annoyed look on her face, while Aidan kept painting away at the wall. Commenters were convinced that this couple isn’t actually happy about having a girl, with some even speculating that they aren’t too fond of each other, either. “The eye roll…the arms crossed… the disappointment… I’m not crying, you are,” one viewer wrote. “It’s like they don’t even know each other,” another said. “The visible disappointment on moms face is just so so heartwarming,” another sarcastically joked. “She’s really gonna love that little girl!” However, Aidan went on to dispel any rumors that they weren’t an affectionate couple, uploading another video from the party that showed him embracing his partner after the big reveal. This is just the latest gender reveal to spark backlash online after a woman popped off on her partner for “ruining” their announcement at a party back in July. That’s not all; gender reveal parties can also become deadly, as in the case of a pilot who died after their plane crashed in an over-the-top reveal gone horribly wrong.

Parents mortified after accidentally sending daughter to school with explicit rag – Dexerto
Parents mortified after accidentally sending daughter to school with explicit rag TikTok/chloeguzman04A couple of parents are going viral on TikTok for revealing how she accidentally sent her daughter into school with a rag that advertised an adult website. We’ve seen plenty of parenting fails over the years from mothers making OnlyFans content at school to a dad destroying his daughter’s PC. However, a mother and father on TikTok may have them all beat after the “most embarrassing and worst thing” ever happened at school. According to TikToker ‘chloeguzman04,’ every Monday, she brings sheets to her daughter’s school so she can nap and didn’t realize that when she was doing the laundry, a certain rag stuck to her sheet. Mom sends daughter to school with rag for mature website Chloe explained that her husband brought the sheet with the rag stuck to it to their daughter’s school and put it in her cubby. The worst part is that it’s a joke rag that advertises an OnlyFans-like website – something that doesn’t exactly belong in a school of all things. While some clothes are cheeky with their explicit messages, this one was totally upfront about it. “We don’t even use it for its true purpose,” Chloe added. “It was a gag gift that we got.” The father further added that this isn’t the first time this has happened with the rag getting stuck on her sheet in the past, but this time he didn’t check and they made the mistake of sending it into school. “I have truly never felt this level of embarrassment,” the mom captioned the video. “I am so sorry to all the teachers at Gwen’s preschool.” Despite the fail, TikTok users in the comments shared their own humiliating stories while others encouraged the parents to just throw the rag away, which is probably the best idea all things considered.

Parents recover $20k after young son’s Twitch donations spree – Dexerto
Parents recover $20k after young son’s Twitch donations spree Twitch / UnsplashA family who saw their young child donate almost $20,000 of their life savings to various Twitch streamers has been able to get most of it back after a bit of a wait. As viewers can support Twitch streamers through subscriptions and donations, its not a shock to see some streamers receive huge amounts over one stream. However, one family got an almighty shock back in July when a mother claimed that her young son had spent $20,000 on streams from NBA and NFL players, as well as three “super popular” streamers. While some onlookers were a bit suspicious of the mother’s claims, and thought it was someone trying to play a prank, she has since confirmed that she has been able to get “most of it back” thanks to a Twitch partner. Speaking to DotEsports, the mother, who kept herself anonymous, confirmed that using Xsolla – a Twitch partner on payments – she was able to get most of the $19,870.94 that had been sent to these streamers. “I am so relieved to have the money restored to my account and let the nightmare end,” she told DotEsports. “At this point, it’s within a few hundred dollars, and I am happy to have received what I did, and am not going to pursue the difference.” The mother also revealed that the account that made the donations has been “permanently blocked,” and reportedly also showed Dot a number of screengrabs of her bank statement confirming the money had been returned. She added that despite contacting Twitch, their CEO, and Amazon, she has not heard back from any of them over the payments. As for her son, he is headed to counseling over the matter. Family influencers made to pay children 15% of earnings in new law – Dexerto
Family influencers made to pay children 15% of earnings in new law Alexander Dummer/UnsplashParenting and family influencers in Illinois are now made to pay their children 15% of earnings when they’re featured in content. With the rise of family influencers, allowing families to earn money from posting monetized on social media platforms, more states and countries are looking into creating new laws to keep up with the new career path. A new amendment to Illinois’ Child Labor Law went into effect on July 1, 2024, to protect the children of influencers. The amendment requires that children who appear on their parent or guardian’s social media profile be paid for appearances. The bill, which was passed in 2023, specifically states that children under the age of 16 should receive 15% of an influencer’s gross earnings if they appear in at least 30% of monetized content online. The parents or caregivers must put the earnings into a trust account. This will be supervised by requiring the parents to report to the Illinois Department of Labor how much money they made, what hours the child worked to produce the content, and how much they deposited into the child’s trust account. The money is required to be held in the child’s name until they become 18 years old. This law also states that the child is allowed to request the deletion of content featuring themselves, and should the adult not comply, the minor has the ability to sue for damages. Illinois is the first state in the country to enact such a law, different versions of which other states, including Washington, Maryland, and California, are considering as the influencing industry, specifically for parents, continues to grow. Speaking about the new legislation, Johanna Grange, a mom of two and the co-founder of Oak Street Social, a Chicago-based social media marketing firm, appeared on Good Morning America saying: “Social media has become the premium for getting your brand out to a large audience. “Once blogging and Instagram and YouTube took off, and now we have TikTok and so many more, people found it as a viable way to make either a side hustle or a full-time compensation.”

Parents enraged after son installs soda machine in their house – Dexerto
Parents enraged after son installs soda machine in their house TikTok: corbinmilletA son surprised his parents by installing a soda machine in their kitchen, but they didn’t take it well. TikToker Corbin Millet has gone viral many times for pranking his parents. From replacing their refrigerator with a vending machine to covering their kitchen in peanut butter, Millet knows no bounds. In one of his recent stunts, Millet nearly pushed his parents to their limit after installing a soda machine in their house. Though his parents didn’t consider it funny, his 1.4M following on TikTok found the prank “entertaining.” Son threatens to turn parent’s house into a McDonald’s Millet took to TikTok to share how he installed a Coke machine in his parent’s kitchen. Noting that it was the perfect idea because his mom “loves” Coke, Millet was determined to see his stunt through. When the Coke machine was finally plugged in after three hours of traveling to pick it up, Millet dumped ice and bottles of soda inside, as he didn’t have the syrups that are usually used in your average soda machine. When his parents finally walked through the door, Millet’s mom was the most displeased, saying, “Are you f*cking kidding me? Corbin, this isn’t f*cking McDonald’s!” Millet quickly responded to his mom, “I can make it into one (McDonald’s).” Which, honestly, he likely could. Millet’s dad, however, was more annoyed than anything, as he joked about liking Big Macs after his jaw dropped to the floor when he first saw the soda machine inside their kitchen. Viewers of Millet’s viral TikTok laughed along with him, saying that he should most definitely turn his parent’s home into a McDonald’s. Papa John’s worker shows TikTok users how to save money on orders – Dexerto
Papa John’s worker shows TikTok users how to save money on orders TikTok: ProfessorPizza / UnsplashA Papa John’s employee has let his TikTok viewers in on a little secret to save money on their pizza orders. Papa John’s is one of the most popular pizza delivery chains across the United States, and while people often go in-person to place an order, quite a few have moved to online orders via mobile apps over the last two years due to the global health crisis. If you’re using an app like Uber Eats, Grubhub, or DoorDash, you’ll notice that aside from the cost of the food you want, there are additional charges involved. Tips aside, sub-charges for the service provided can often be seen built into the total before you confirm the delivery. However, one Papa John’s employee has revealed the huge price difference between their own service and other apps. Papa John’s employee baffled by Grubhub prices In a TikTok posted on April 11, a user called ProfessorPizza walked viewers through an order somebody had made online. The difference in the charges from a GrubHub order and what the customer would pay at the restaurant in-person was so much that the employee shared an explainer on social media. They said: “This is a great example of why you shouldn’t [Use Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub]… So, I had an order come through from Grubhub.” The order was a Works pizza, but there was a pretty big difference in the cost to the end consumer. “It was a medium Works, nothing special – no drinks, no sides. Check out the total,” he added, showing a screen that reads $28.64. https://www.tiktok.com/@_professorpizza_/video/7085076480060935467 Flipping across to a non-Grubhub order of the same medium Works pizza, ProfessorPizza showed the same order directly from Papa John’s with delivery was $21.60. That represents a saving of $7, which is eaten up in fees from Grubhub on this occasion. So, according to this member of staff, you could actually be spending on something else to make the order better value for money. Will it change your mind next time you’re fancying a takeaway?

Paranormal Activity’s Gregory Plotkin slated to direct FaZe Clan movie – Dexerto
Paranormal Activity’s Gregory Plotkin slated to direct FaZe Clan movie Twitter: FaZe Clan[jwplayer mgzBNoPb]Esports and entertainment organization FaZe Clan is getting its own cinematic universe — and its first film, centered around social media giant FaZe Rug, is being headed by one of the biggest names in horror. FaZe Clan announced its upcoming cinematic universe film series in June, revealing that its own lineup of content creators would be starring in the movies. To bring their vision to life, the org is partnering with Invisible Narratives, a digital content studio headed by film producer Andrew Sugerman and former Paramount president Adam Goodman. As reported by Deadline’s Amanda N’Duka, the FaZe Clan cinematic universe’s first movie will center on Brian ‘FaZe Rug Awadis,’ the group’s most-followed content creator. https://www.instagram.com/p/CDhmHT_DQIL/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link At just 23 years old, Awadis has already amassed an impressive 16 million subscribes on his YouTube channel, where he posts a variety of content stemming from his past in Call of Duty highlights to humorous vlogs. As for the person directing Rug’s feature film, it seems that the helm is being charged by one of horror’s biggest names — Gergory Plotkin, known for his history with Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension, Hell Fest and even the editor of Happy Death Day. That’s not all; the script is being written by none other than Simon Boyes, who is behind the upcoming pandemic thriller Songbird, which is likewise produced by Invisible Narratives and Michael Bay. While nothing about the plot has been released just yet, considering the names behind FaZe’s first film, fans can expect it to be a thriller / horror flick of some sort. Who knows — FaZe Rug could get sucked into a horror game during a live stream (or maybe that’s just us being hopeful). What do know is that Paramount’s former president and Invisible Narratives lead, Adam Goodman, has faith in the upcoming film — a good sign, considering the divisive history of video game-based movies. “Nobody understands genre movies better than Greg Plotkin. He’s a master at building suspense, finding laughs, and creating authentic moments,” Goodman said of the project. “This will be our 15th project collaborating together, so needless to say my trust in him is unparalleled.” For now, all fans can do is watch and wait for more information to unfold regarding this unique — but not entirely unwelcome — marriage between movies and esports stars.

Panera customer calls cops on staff for allegedly trying to steal her debit card – Dexerto
Panera customer calls cops on staff for allegedly trying to steal her debit card TIKTOK: bbyegan_ / WIKIMEDIA COMMONSA Panera Bread customer went viral on TikTok, after revealing that she called the cops on an employee for allegedly almost stealing her debit card. In a viral clip with 2.7 million views, TikToker Gabbie Egan revealed how she contacted the police and canceled her debit card after a Panera worker allegedly pocketed it. The content creator said she went through the store’s drive-thru with her sick daughter to get grilled cheeses and tomato soups. “I’m doing a Target pick-up order [in the parking lot] on my phone and I realize, ‘Oh my gosh, she didn’t give me back my debit card or my receipt,” she recalled in the video. Gabbie said she then went inside the store, where another employee who she recognized went to the back to search for her card. “She’s like, ‘We don’t have it.’ I’m like, ‘What do you mean, ‘we don’t have it?’ I literally just came through,’” the TikToker said she responded. The employee then went to check again but couldn’t find it. At this point, Gabbie began arguing with four different people at the front counter, until a male employee ran up holding her card saying: “We got it from her.” Customer calls police on Panera employee “We’ve been having this whole ordeal over my debit card and you had to get it out of some girl’s pocket?” Gabbie said, before asking for the employee’s information. The TikToker said she called the police after leaving the store, not sure if they could do anything about the situation. She then went to the bank and canceled her card. “I don’t know if you took a picture of my card. I don’t know if you have my card information,” she said in the video. “I will not be getting tomato soup from Panera Bread anymore unless I have cash.” In the comments, TikTok users said they were certain that the employee intended to steal Gabbie’s card. “Yep she definitely was going to steal your card. I would have said ‘who had it’ until they told me,” one user wrote. “She was hoping no one would come back for it,” another added. “I wanna know what happened to the worker because if they didn’t fire her, SIDE EYE,” a third said. “You did the right thing calling the police,” someone else shared.

PaladinAmber reads her ’15 minutes of cringe’ One Direction fan-fiction – Dexerto
PaladinAmber reads her ’15 minutes of cringe’ One Direction fan-fiction YouTuber and Twitch steamer PaladinAmber has released her most embarrassing video yet, leaving her red in the face with cringe as she gingerly reads her old One Direction fan fiction, from the solitude of her car. On October 27, Amber was mortified to discover her old ‘fanfic’ in a 2006 email she had sent, revealing on Twitter that if she could rack up 1,000 retweets, she would do a ‘dramatic reading’ of her work. Although one fan suggested she read it aloud on stream, Amber explained that the content of her smutty fan fiction was so explicit it would likely land her a community guidelines strike on Twitch. I AM SCREAMING I JUST WENT INTO MY OLD EMAIL ACCOUNTS SENT FOLDER AND SCROLLED BACK AND TOO 2006 AND THERES A FUCKING ONE DIRECTION FANFIC LIKE WHO WAS I????????? — PaladinAmber. :sparkling_heart::yellow_heart::blue_heart::white_flag:️:rainbow: (@PaladinAmber) October 27, 2019 This. Bitch. Is. T O S — PaladinAmber. :sparkling_heart::yellow_heart::blue_heart::white_flag:️:rainbow: (@PaladinAmber) October 27, 2019 However, she wasn’t going to avoid the embarrassment altogether and opted for a YouTube version of her 2006 One Direction fan fiction. So as to prevent any chance of anyone hearing her, she opted to record the video from her car, as the 23-year-old Australian got inside the mind of her younger self, deep in her One Direction obsession. Before diving in, she had to address her mother directly, instructing her to stop watching the video immediately, because they really don’t need to have “this conversation.” Her story revolved around a romantic trip to Paris, where “the boys” (i.e. global superstars, One Direction) were performing. Arriving in the imaginary hotel, Harry Styles himself arrived unannounced, and the pair quickly got down to business, with Amber explaining he “was grinding up against me”. Things continued on in an increasingly smutty tale, as Amber’s struggled to fight through the cringe. Despite the cringe, PaladinAmber’s willingness to put herself out there has certainly helped her exponential growth, particularly on Twitch. With less than 1,000 followers in July of 2019, her channel has blown up in recent months, hitting 60,000 in October, and on track to potentially hit 100,000 before the year is out.

PaladinAmber perfectly shuts down delusional viewer “in love” with her – Dexerto
PaladinAmber perfectly shuts down delusional viewer “in love” with her PaladinAmber, Twitch / Freepik.comAustralian-based Twitch streamer “PaladinAmber” had the perfect response to an overly-enthusiastic fan who claimed to be “in love” with her. While internet fame might seem like sunshine and roses, many online stars suffer from fans who don’t understand personal boundaries, with their approachable personalities seen as genuine friendship by complete strangers. Twitch broadcaster PaladinAmber has unfortunately experienced these types, one of whom she called out in a scathing monologue during a January 23 Twitch stream. According to the streamer, the fan in question messages her on an almost daily basis, claiming to be enamoured with her despite never having actually met her, either online or in a real-life setting. “Listen,” she began. “I appreciate that you come through and hang out in my streams, but what I don’t appreciate is that you message me literally nearly every single day, and you tell me that you love me. Or, why am I ignoring you? ‘I love you, I love you. Why are you ignoring me?’” As if reading their messages aloud wasn’t bad enough, the broadcaster completely shut down their hopes of engaging in a romantic relationship, reminding the viewer that they were likely just “in love” with the concept of her — not who she really is, as a person. “Here’s the thing,” she continued. “You don’t love me! You love the idea of me! Stop it, it’s weird, alright! Come on, man. Like, chill. Chill. F**k!” https://twitter.com/PaladinAmber/status/1220650871769317376?s=20 Although this isn’t the first time Amber has hilariously shut down obstinate viewers, she certainly isn’t alone in her plight against obsessed fans, with the likes of fellow streamer “Sweet Anita” reporting that her stalker had moved to her city and even slept outside her home. Sadly I have had a fair amount of online stalkers. But this one was IRL, he spent hours outside my house, he even slept behind my house, and managed to assault me. I’ve been harassed for a month now and I’m relieved that something might be done about it. — Sweet Anita (@sweetanita) November 7, 2019 Noted cosplayer Liz Katz likewise took to Twitter on January 23 to report concerns of being stalked by an unnamed man, who she feared was making the move to California to be with her after claiming to have found hidden messages for him in her social media posts. I had been sending them secret messages through my content. (My photos and videos) This terrified me. When scrolling through my public inbox one day last year I just so happened upon a fairly disturbing one way conversation that this person had been having towards me. — Liz Katz (@LizKatzOfficial) January 23, 2020 No matter the case, harassing online personalities and fabricating a delusional love story with them is never okay. Take it from the title of a famous 2004 film: “She’s Just Not That Into You.”

PaladinAmber has perfect response for trolls asking to see her body – Dexerto
PaladinAmber has perfect response for trolls asking to see her body PaladinAmber, TwitchAustralian streamer “PaladinAmber” is a popular face on Twitch, known for her cheeky sense of humor and hilarious interactions with viewers — but one fan got a bit too comfortable during a January broadcast. Often touted for her funny commentary on social issues, such as the Australian bush fires, Amber is hailed for taking sometimes serious and awkward moments in stride, making for some seriously humorous moments. One such moment occurred during a broadcast on January 14, when a viewer got a little too comfortable and asked her an invasive question in the chat. Never one to shy away from calling out inappropriate comments, Amber decided to read the message aloud, which simply read, “Boobs?” as if asking her to show off her body. Unfortunately for the commenter, Amber had a completely different response in mind — one that left the rest of the chat reeling with laughter. “What, are you asking for some?” she replied. “I can’t do that. I’m not a surgeon. You’ve come to the wrong place. I mean like, I could, but my credentials would not check out. You would end up with some really lopsided looking titties.” That wasn’t the end of her spiel, either: the streamer continued to roast the commenter after they apologized for their request, dragging out the joke even further. “No, that’s alright!” she answered, “Look, I hope you find a good surgeon. I hope you get the boobs that you’re after.” However, the user wasn’t done begging, and even asked again — prompting yet another humorous response from Amber. “Boobs, please?” she read. “Look, you can ask as much as you want, but I just don’t have the credentials to help you!” Amber’s conversation with the thirsty viewer has since gone somewhat viral, marking yet another hilarious moment in the streamer’s already packed repertoire of funny instances in her Twitch archives. This interaction follows her commentary on the devastating Australian wildfires, with the broadcaster giving a cheeky PSA on the country’s national emergency that has seen numerous personalities like Ninja donate towards in hopes of staving off the ongoing blaze.

PaladinAmber mocks Twitch chat for bizarre requests in Fortnite section – Dexerto
PaladinAmber mocks Twitch chat for bizarre requests in Fortnite section Popular Fortnite and Apex Legends, or chilling in the Just Chatting category. Yet, despite the popularity, she has also attracted some less than desirable characters to her streams who have offered up some pretty outrageous requests. She usually deals with them by putting them ‘in the bin,’ but during a recent Fortnite broadcast, she took things one step further. During her October 21 stream, the popular Australian streamer was about to search for a match of the battle royale title when she had to hit pause on proceedings and lay down the law to some members of her chat. “Normally, we just get people who ask for feet, but the moment I come into the Fortnite category, ya’ll keep talking about really TOS s**t,” she said, beginning her verbal blows. “Like, I’m talking like Fortnut s**t, like it’s weird – stop it. This is a kids category, you are sitting in a kids category, stop being an absolute sex pest, alright.” PaladinAmber wasn’t finished there, though, as she ramped things up another level and continued on with the verbal jabs. Fortnite category is a whole different ball game I swear… pic.twitter.com/7nmlp2MiFU — PaladinAmber. :sparkling_heart::yellow_heart::blue_heart::white_flag:️:rainbow: (@PaladinAmber) October 21, 2019 “Imma need you to literally log the f**k off the computer. You’re in a kids category, this is so weird and in so many different ways, so wrong,” she added, before reaching her conclusion “So, imma need you to literally get the f**k out of this category, alright? Back to you guys, holy s**t.” Now, it’s unknown what the exact request or comment was that set PaladinAmber off and prompted such a blowback, but it had to be pretty outrageous to warrant the power of her response. It should, though, serve as a warning for anyone who wants to be on the disgusting side while talking in her chat. The streamer is always watching and won’t be afraid to fire shots in your direction, even if she doesn’t bother calling you out by name.

PaladinAmber delivers humorous PSA regarding Australian wildfires – Dexerto
PaladinAmber delivers humorous PSA regarding Australian wildfires Popular Australian Twitch streamer ‘PaladinAmber’ is taking matters into her own hands regarding her country’s disastrous wildfires by creating her own “news segment” concerning the natural disaster. Australia has officially declared a state of emergency after what CBS dubbed as “out of control” bushfires have overtaken large portions of the country, sending citizens to beaches and into the ocean for safety. According to ecologists in a report by the New York Post, nearly “half a billion animals” have died due to the fires — a situation many Australians are upset is not being covered in mainstream news, nor being adequately handled by their Prime Minister. Thus, Australian streaming star PaladinAmber came to the rescue, interrupting her personal stream to remind viewers of the disastrous situation taking place in the Land Down Under. In a mock news segment, Amber put a humorous flair on a rather desperate scenario, using her high-quality production value to switch camera angles for comedic effect. “Are you thirsty?” Amber began. “Well, so is our f**king country. Listen, this just in, Australia is still on fire and it’s still burning, and I don’t care what people say, it’s very important.” “…when a whole country is burning and no one’s doing anything about it… and it still won’t make national news, I like to think that maybe I should take matters into my own hands and do the news,” she continued. “So here it is: help!” That’s not all: Amber is also raising money to donate to the courageous volunteers fighting the blaze, after they were notably encouraged not to crowdfund for fire fighting equipment. Considering the national disaster that’s happening and our current PMS mindset, I’m raising money today to donate to the people who are actually fighting the fires, spread the word https://t.co/mtzO0bfQnX pic.twitter.com/9XHM6ZvB26 — Paladin (@PaladinAmber) January 2, 2020 “Idk I’m just sad that when I walk outside now, the whole country is filled with smokey skies and my home is threatened!” Amber tweeted regarding the situation. One such viewer hopped into her chat during an April 8 broadcast, expressing acute romantic interest in the streamer in spite of her numerous attempts at clowning him in front of her audience. “U single Amber?” the viewer, going by the screen name ‘ant2345667b’ asked. “Ant? We’ve been through this,” she replied. “No.” That wasn’t the end of their attempts, either. The viewer went on to write: “Lovely hire sexy. Woman u bro Amber” — a statement that took her a minute to parse aloud. “Listen, bud, I don’t know what you want from me,” she answered. Ant then entered an apparent phone number in the chat in an attempt to get her to call them, typing out other such pickup lines as “Pretty Amber,” “Lovely hot lol” and “Amber lovely body.” “Ant, I’m not gonna call you, dude,” she argued, with the user then asking if she would “date an Italian” — a statement that was apparently the last straw for the broadcaster. “Ant, bud, listen, stop,” Amber commanded. “I’m not gonna call you. I’m not gonna date you. If you’re on Twitch to find somebody to f**k, the only f**k you’re ever gonna get is if you f**k off! Stop. I’m over it. Enough.” “I’m annoyed and sick at that sort of behavior,” she continued, going on to reference how disturbed she was by fellow streamer Sweet Anita’s shocking ordeal with a stalker. “I’m not doing it anymore. It’s not happening, alright?” Although she’s known for putting her foot down in hilarious ways, Amber’s statement puts important boundaries in place for an occupation that all too many feel is an invitation to engage in untoward behavior.

Painting of “not real” girl goes viral with aliens on plane – Dexerto
Painting of “not real” girl goes viral with aliens on plane TikTok/Travis ChapmanA painting of the woman who went super viral claiming she was sat next to someone who was “not real” on a plane has gone viral as she’s surrounded by a whole host of mythical beings. If you’ve been living under a rock and missed out on the viral “not real” saga about a woman on a plane, well, you’ve got a lot of catching up to do. The TikTok video went viral back in early July as a woman getting set to travel on a domestic US flight had a freak-out moment. She left her chair and stood in the middle of the cabin, telling everyone she was leaving because the person sat next to her was “not real” and intimated that they were all in danger. Naturally, the short video swept across social media as people were desperate to see different angles. Eventually, another clip did surface, claiming to show a guy in a green hoodie being spoken to by cabin crew. Though, it has been disputed that it could be from another flight. Painting of viral “not real” person flight has viewers amazed Well, now a new take on the clip has also gone viral after an artist – Travis Chapman – decided to recreate that scene with his paintbrush, but added a little twist. Instead of being surrounded by normal passengers, the woman who freaked out is, instead, surrodned by a number of mythical creatures. That’s right, there’s aliens, unicorns, Santa Claus, and even mermaids taking the place of the passengers. TikTok has certainly fallen in love with it too as Travis’ clip, which obviously has the audio from the original video on top of it, has picked up over 10 million views and a further 1.5 million likes in just one day. Viewers have been left astounded by some of the ‘passengers’ in the mythical flight scene too. “Not Avril Lavigne sitting there!” commented one, referencing the theory that the Skater Boi singer was replaced with a body double years ago. “This is a masterpiece. The Sistine Chapel of our generation,” added another. “Can you make prints of this please? I would seriously buy one,” another said.

MMA star Paddy Pimblett vows to teabag UFC London opponent “like it’s Modern Warfare 2” – Dexerto
MMA star Paddy Pimblett vows to teabag UFC London opponent “like it’s Modern Warfare 2” YouTube: UFC / ActivisionRising MMA star Paddy ‘The Baddy’ Pimblett has promised to teabag his next opponent as only an experienced Call of Duty trash talker would, after his fight at the upcoming UFC London event on July 23. As one of the fastest-growing fighters on the UFC roster today, Liverpool’s own Paddy Pimblett has made a name for himself both in the octagon and online. While his 18-3 record speaks for itself, he’s never one to shy away from the microphone. Having called out the likes of Logan Paul, Mike Tyson, and even Mark Zuckerberg in recent weeks, Pimblett clearly fears no man. But before he gets to social media celebs or Fortune 500 CEOs, his next opponent is just days away. Following a historic night at the 02 Arena on March 19, the UFC is back in London for Fight Night 208: Blaydes vs Aspinall. Set to take on 10-1 American Jordan Leavitt, the trash talk has quickly been heating up. Now, Pimblett has vowed to make another viral moment should he win, by teabagging his challenger. Amusingly known for dancing, doing the splits, and occasionally twerking after his violent fights, Leavitt has joked he’ll do the same after upsetting Pimblett in his hometown. Addressing these twerk-based threats at the pre-fight press conference, Pimblett called him “a little weirdo. But no one can out-weird me. I’m weirder than anyone.” Perhaps proving just that, he then went on to explain what post-fight antics he’s got in mind after a possible win. “I’m gonna teabag him,” he told The Mac Life. “I’m gonna teabag him like it’s Modern Warfare 2.” Filling in the blanks for the non-gaming crowd, he explained the art of teabagging in detail. “I’m gonna squat as close as I possibly can to his head without the ref shouting at me. Just squat up and down like I’m on Modern Warfare 2.” Yet to have a fight in the UFC go beyond the first round, Pimblett has certainly backed up his trash talking to this point. But with his toughest challenge in front of him, there’s plenty of work to be done before the classic gaming rib can be realized. We’ve seen everything from anime-inspired antics with Israel Adesanya to Michael ‘MVP’ Page’s Pokemon knockout celebration. But should Pimblett win come July 23, he’d make history with the first teabag inside the octagon.

Paige breaks down on Twitch as WWE’s streaming crackdown kicks in – Dexerto
Paige breaks down on Twitch as WWE’s streaming crackdown kicks in SarayaOfficial, TwitchWWE superstar Paige, real name Saraya-Jade Bevis, broke down in front of her fans on Twitch after the news came through that her employers had started cracking down on talent engaging on third-party platforms. Under their new restrictions, the sports entertainment company will take proceeds from their stars streaming under the wrestling names. For example, Paige’s donations on Twitch would previously be paid to her directly, but in the future that will not be the case. In response to the measures, stars like her and AJ Styles have decided to stop streaming for a period of time – until more suitable terms can be agreed between both parties. For a wrestler like Paige, though, who is injured – this was a difficult pill to swallow. Paige gets devastating news on Twitch On October 29, the British star – who hails from Norwich, England – decided to cancel her stream after receiving the news on her phone while live. In the spur of the moment, she walked off-stream for a short while before returning to the screen. Tears flowing down her face, she started to explain what was happening. The Twitch broadcast VOD itself has been muted in certain areas, potentially due to the music being played in the background. So, clips are quite hard to come by on there, but some have posted the comments to YouTube. Bevis said: “There may be a time where I have to stop streaming. I’ll have to walk away. If I have to leave, we have to make today and Saturday f***ing crazy. I’ve honestly gotten to the point where I cannot deal with this company anymore. Now I have to make a very important decision. “Over f***ing worked. I broke my f***ing neck twice for this company. They don’t realize that this community isn’t about subs. We build a community and family where this is an escape for a lot of people, including myself. I can’t wrestle anymore. I was worked so hard in WWE that I can’t wrestle anymore because my neck is f***ed. My whole dreams got taken away. I had to have something that fulfilled that huge f***ing void that I lost with wrestling.” https://youtu.be/2E5AXx1cshQ Twitch has been an escape for injured Paige The star injured her neck back in 2017 and has since even returned to the ring. At the time of her stream, though, she is out with another injury and unable to compete. Turning to Twitch, she has built up quite the following – with almost 150,000 people following her channel. After that, she confirmed that she plans to continue streaming one way or another, and will see where that takes her. During the livestream, Paige revealed going live on the streaming website wasn’t for the donations and subscriber payments, but instead, an escape. She added: “I understand if they’re like, ‘you’re wrestling every day and doing shows every day,’ but I’m an injured wrestler. I get used for media stuff, sometimes, but at the end of the day, I’m in my house going f***ing crazy and I need something to keep me sane. “Twitch was my escape. Right now, I’m just sitting on my f***ing ass. People think I should be thankful that I still have a job, and I am, but it doesn’t mean I should be treated like f***ing shit. I had my neck taken away from me twice. You can’t take away my Twitch too.” It appears to be heating up in the battle between employees and their employer. There’s a good chance WWE superstars take further action in the dispute too, as Paige mentioned potential unionization and hiring a lawyer, so it could be about to get a whole lot messier.

Paddy Pimblett agrees to fight Logan Paul in UFC: “I’d snap his leg” – Dexerto
Paddy Pimblett agrees to fight Logan Paul in UFC: “I’d snap his leg” Instagram/theufcbaddy/loganpaulUFC star Paddy ‘The Baddy’ Pimblett has accepted Logan Paul’s fight challenge even if it would mean gaining some significant weight to make it happen. Logan Paul has made quite a name for himself in the combat sports world. In addition to boxing undefeated icon Floyd Mayweather and even winning his pro-wrestling debut at WrestleMania, the influencer still has more to prove. The YouTuber has been looking to get involved in MMA for a while, with even UFC President Dana White open to having Logan compete in the organization. After Logan called out Pimblett earlier this year, claiming he would “love” to fight the UFC upstart, the Brit has since accepted the challenge and is vowing to snap his leg or knock him out. Paddy Pimblett promises to KO Logan Paul or snap his leg During an interview with SecondsOut’s Jamal Niaz, Pimblett was asked about fighting Logan Paul and agreed to take him on. “I’ve told you all, he knows who the boy is, he knows who the face of the UFC is now and it’s me. You know what I mean?” he said. “I don’t care what weight he wants to fight at. I’d fight him at 185. I’d probably get him down to 175 or something and I’d fight him at that but I’d fight him at 185.” Despite the size difference, Paddy is confident he would not only win, but he would put the YouTuber in a whirl of pain. “I’d snap his f**king leg or I’d knock him clean out!” the Liverpool upstart added. However, the fighter appreciated that Logan would call him out and even praised him for “having balls” to issue the challenge to begin with and believes he would get along with the influencer in person. We’ll have to see if and when the two actually end up duking it out, but with Paddy fighting Jordan Leavitt on July 23, we may need to wait a bit for a potential bout to get approved.

Paddy Pimblett responds to Jake Paul’s $1 million fight offer: “Come to Vegas” – Dexerto
Paddy Pimblett responds to Jake Paul’s $1 million fight offer: “Come to Vegas” YouTube: Jake Paul/MMA WeeklyUFC star Paddy ‘The Baddy’ Pimblett has responded to Jake Paul’s $1 million challenge for a pre-fight spar, and he’s open to clashing with ‘The Problem Child’ soon. Jake Paul has been in a war of words with a number of fighters over the last few years, with the YouTuber-turned-boxer constantly dishing out challenges for fights and other things. As he’s sort of turned his attention away from Tommy Fury, putting fight offers out to three different fighters, he’s somewhat circled back to targeting Mixed Martial Artists. In fact, UFC star Paddy Pimblett has found himself in Jake’s crosshairs as ‘The Problem Child’ has offered him the chance to spar ahead of his next fight after he claimed that the YouTuber’s fights are “fixed.” Even though a substantial amount of bragging rights would be on the line, Jake decided to sweeten the deal a bit by offering Pimblett $1 million to make it happen. And, well, the Scouser is interested. Paddy Pimblett hits back at Jake Paul’s sparring offer Pimblett spoke to TMZ Sports shortly after Jake dished out his lucrative sparring offer, and put his interest on record. Though, he wanted Jake to fly to Las Vegas to make it happen rather than it going down in Puerto Rico. “Of course, but I’m under contract with the UFC and he’s said this knowing full well that I’m fighting next week,” Pimblett said, confirming his interest. “Come to the PI next week. Come to the PI next week and bring $1 million in a bag and I will spar with you. Let’s do it, I’m in Vegas from Thursday.” The Baddy confirmed that he’d be underweight in the days leading up to the fight, but he could stick around after and be closer to Jake’s weight, making it a more even contest. While he’s not the UFC’s most natural striker, Pimblett confirmed he’d be willing to box with Jake too. “I think he’s a decent boxer, now,” he added. “I think he’d beat Tommy Fury, but I know he wouldn’t beat me.” As it stands, Jake has yet to respond to Pimblett’s offer, so we’ll have to wait and see if it comes to fruition. But it’s certainly something that has gotten fans interested.
