  • GTA Online Oppressor MK2 nerf confirmed for Summer update – Dexerto

GTA Online Oppressor MK2 nerf confirmed for Summer update Rockstar GamesRockstar are set to nerf GTA Online’s Oppressor Mk II bike that might finally reign in the disruptive vehicle plaguing Grand Theft Auto players for years. The studio addressed both its Red Dead Online and GTA Online audiences on July 7 with an update to how the devs are juggling its upcoming slate of projects and what players should expect from popular titles going forward. Among many GTA Online teases like new contact missions, a revamp to access snacks and armor, and expanding Criminal Careers, it seems like Rockstar wants to deliver on long-requested features from the community. This will also address one of the most divisive parts of Online’s ecosystem that’s been terrorizing GTA servers for quite some time, according the a Rockstar’s July 7 blog. Rockstar wants to address the controversial vehicle by targeting its homing missiles as well as its countermeasures that make it hard to take down. Still, it’s a great sign for GTA Online players who’ve had their gameplay ruined by the many Mk II trolls who go out of their way to kill unsuspecting players. Rockstar are aware of how troubling the Oppressors can be, and have slowly dolled out ways for GTA players to defend themselves . But it still hasn’t helped out as much as RS would have hoped, leading people to find their own strategies of countering Mk II trolls in bizarre ways. The studio could soon make meaningful changes to the Oppressor after months of teasing a PvP combat change that players have been waiting for. It’ll be interesting to see if the changes will improve the situation, but if Rockstar are looking to nerf or remove the bike’s missiles, it could be a step in the right direction. We’ll have to wait and see what the devs have in store for GTA Online once the Summer update lands, which could hold big changes for players.

  • GTA Online October 17 update: New cars, cash bonus, Twitch Prime rewards – Dexerto

GTA Online October 17 update: New cars, cash bonus, Twitch Prime rewards Graphics: Rockstar GamesRockstar Games have moved to freshen up the world of GTA Online once again with another weekly update, bringing not only a brand new sports classic vehicle, but some incredible rewards as well. The game’s developers shuffle the pack on a regular basis in Grand Theft Auto V, adding new content – as we saw with the introduction of a brand new King of a Hill mode the week previous. Whether you’re interested in GTA discounts, winning an unbelievable new car from the Diamond Casino’s Lucky Wheel or wondering what Twitch Prime rewards have been added, this October 17 update will have something for you. There’s a lot to unpack, so let’s take a look at what’s new. New Weeny Dynasty vehicle There are already a number of different cars available to buy from Southern San Andreas Super Autos, but the latest addition certainly appears to stand out from the crowd. The Weeny Dynasty can be purchased online for $450,000 in-game. Vintage cars are just as popular as sports vehicles in GTA Online, so you can be sure to see many players driving around in these new wheels in no time! New car on the GTA casino podium! That’s not the only brand new vehicle to have appeared on the GTA Online map since the update rolled out on October 17, though. In fact, yet another amazing set of wheels has appeared in the Diamond Casino. With just one spin of the Lucky Wheel, which is free to play but can only be tried once per day, you could be cruising home in an Ocelot Locust! This car is worth much more than the previously mentioned vehicle, though, as it’s valued at $1,625,000. GTA rewards and bonuses As is normally the case, there’s an opportunity to pick up double GTA dollars and RP with this weekly update and – similarly to last week – that offer is available in the King of the Hill game mode. There are also a number of discounted vehicles and properties included in this update, all of which can be seen below. These will expire on October 24, so act fast! The patch notes also states: “Those wanting to make the most of their criminal enterprises will be glad to hear that they can take advantage of 50% Bonus GTA$ on Import/Export Sell Missions and Double Rewards on Biker Sell Missions, Smuggler’s Sell Missions and Gunrunning Sell Missions.” Twitch Prime rewards Twitch Prime members who have linked their accounts with Rockstar’s Social Club will be eligible to a further 10% discount on all discounts mentioned earlier, which should make things a little more affordable, but that’s not all. Those who want to purchase the Fort Zancudo Hangar 3499 and Lago Zancudo Bunker will be given a rebate after they have bought the properties. The Grotti Visione and Savage helicopter are also discounted by 80 and 90 percent, respectively. So, there you have it! Those are all of the changes made in the October 17 weekly update in GTA Online. Whether you’re looking to buy a property, car or continue playing King of the Hill, this should be good news for most players.

  • GTA Online NYE update patch notes: Omnis, Treasure Hunt, free cash, rewards – Dexerto

GTA Online NYE update patch notes: Omnis, Treasure Hunt, free cash, rewards Rockstar GamesRockstar Games have revealed what’s in store for Grand Theft Auto 5 with the game’s New Year update for GTA Online, and we’ve got the full patch notes. The game’s developers have rolled out a number of updates in recent times, with the biggest adding a new Cayo Perico heist to the title. Not only that, but for Christmas the entire island turned white for yet another year of festivities. However, with the arrival of the New Year’s update, things are going to be returning to normal where the weather is concerned. That’s not all that’s changing, though, so let’s dive into the specifics – posted in early patch notes by leaker Tez2. GTA Online New Year’s update patch notes Omnis The GTA Diamond Casino special vehicle for this week, which can be won with one Lucky Wheel spin, is the Obey Omnis. It’s worth just $700,000 in-game, which is a fraction of the cost seen for various other prizes in the past, but still a decent pick for the update. According to GTA Fandom’s blog: “The Obey Omnis was the poster child of the golden age of rallying, a period of deregulated innocence when a turbo-charged tin can could plough through a crowd of spectators on a muddy embankment and there wasn’t a damn thing the government could do about it. This is one for the fans.” Weather change, new task and free rewards The weather has returned to normal in GTA Online, meaning there is no more of the fluffy white stuff on the roads or landscape. There is, however, a more exciting change to talk about. Players will be able to collect a series of Treasure Chests, which will be dotted around the island, and in return a number of rewards will be made available. Speaking of rewards, free unlockables this week include the following: Sessanta Nove Monogram livery for Revolter, Speedo Custom, Menacer – Bigness Tie-dye Sweater – Bigness Tie-dye Sports Pants – Races and cash bonuses There will be double cash and RP rewards granted to those grinding through the In & Out Adversary mode, for a limited time. The featured races and time trials can be seen below: Premium Race: Senora Freeway – Time Trial: Coast to Coast – RC Time Trial: Construction Site I – Discounts and Twitch Prime Gaming rewards There is a whole list of things to buy with a 40% discount this week, as listed, and Twitch Prime Gaming members will also receive a further 10% off. Casino Penthouse Garage – Arcade Garage – Nightclub Garage Levels – Arena Garage Floors – Dynasty 8 Garages – Office Garages – MOC Personal Vehicle Storage – High-End Apartments Ramp Buggy – Armored Kuruma – Phantom Wedge – Taipan – For more information on the latest Twitch Prime Gaming rewards in GTA Online, check out our guide.

  • GTA Online NPC drives recklessly and gets instant karma – Dexerto

GTA Online NPC drives recklessly and gets instant karma Respawn EntertainmentAlthough it’s the real players that cause the majority of the chaos in GTA Online, NPC’s don’t always play by the rules either. Unfortunately, for one GTA NPC, it didn’t take karma very long to catch up with him after he recklessly pulled out of a junction. For a lot of open-world games, NPC’s can be rather boring and linear in the way they go about their business. However, in GTA V, the game’s NPCs are often central to some of the funniest moments players will experience in the title. For whatever reason, GTA’s NPCs somehow manage to find themselves in hilarious situations that you couldn’t even script. For one GTA player in particular, that involved an NPC receiving a serious amount of karma after recklessly pulling out of a junction in an SUV. Reckless GTA NPC gets instant karma It’s fair to say no one likes being cut-up by a driver who has pulled out of a junction without looking, especially on GTA Online. Well, After being cut-up by an NPC at a junction, GTA player ajmt2204 decided to give the driver a piece of his mind and kicked his SUV while driving past. Instead of letting the matter go, the NPC opted to chase ajmt2204 down the road and seek his revenge. Unfortunately, karma had other ideas for the reckless driver and he ended up flying into a gas station, resulting in his demise. Grover Washington Jr’s ‘Just the Two of Us’ in the background is the icing on the cake for the clip and brings it all together. This absolutely hilarious scenario is a testament to how funny GTA’s NPCs can be. Despite the game releasing all the way back in 2013, it still produces unique situations like this that you couldn’t stage. Whenever GTA 6 finally hits the shelves, let’s hope Rockstar can replicate the dynamic nature of the NPC’s found across Los Santos.

The headline addition to the game on November 14 is the Lampadati Novak, an SUV with “the kind of chic that only an Italian supercar designer can provide,” a standard SUV “with the soul of a slightly superior SUV.” The Novak is available for purchase from Legendary Motorsport. • GTA Online not working for some players after patch 1.42 – Dexerto

GTA Online not working for some players after patch 1.42 Rockstar GamesFollowing patch 1.42 for GTA Online some players are having a tough time launching the game. Here’s what we know about the issues, and how to potentially avoid them. GTA Online is without a doubt one of the most popular multiplayer games around. But, not being able to log in can seriously affect how much money your character brings in. This can in turn mess up your plans to purchase a sub, yacht, or other high-ticket item, and following update 1.42 in May, some players are experiencing exactly this problem. Players unable to log into GTA Online following patch 1.42 Following 1.42 several players have reported being unable to boot up GTA Online at all. Normally this could be chalked up to hiccups following the patch, but there is actually something similar in each case. Every player that’s reported the issue on Reddit and the official GTA forums has had one thing in common: they’re all playing on PS4. Read More: When is GTA Online’s 2022 Summer Update? – Those experiencing issues all get the same message that they’re unable to connect to Rockstar services at all, which rules out the infinite loading screen glitch as the culprit. How to fix GTA Online patch 1.42 connection glitch Unfortunately there’s no surefire way to fix this connection glitch, other than playing on a platform besides PS4, which not everyone will be able to do. That being said though, there have been some results with simply restarting the game and attempting to log in again, though this isn’t guaranteed to work either. Until Rockstar hopefully fixes the issue themselves, it seems like PS4 players will just have to hop their luck holds out when trying to log in to GTA Online sessions.

  • GTA Online Nightclub owner reveals insane amount of money it can make – Dexerto

GTA Online Nightclub owner reveals insane amount of money it can make Rockstar GamesEffective money-making methods are always enticing and desirable propositions in GTA Online, and one player has shown off how underrated Nightclubs are for this. Even before the newest launch of GTA 5 on next-gen, GTA Online always had a thriving community that continued to engage with each other and blow each other up. To gain access to the game’s fastest vehicles and deadliest weapons, you need to have some serious resources tucked away in the bank. There are plenty of ways to make cash fast, but one way that is often overlooked in favor of the Cayo Perico Heist is Nightclubs. These bouncing, energetic venues house some thumping nights of expensive drinking and raucous behavior, but a GTA Online player showed how lucrative they can be too. GTA Redditor HolidayFlashy revealed to the GTA Online community that they had crossed a ridiculous milestone with regards to the game’s Nightclub business. In a post titled “I hit $100,000,000 in Nightclub earnings,” they showed precisely just that. Their picture contained a full graphic of their Nightclub earnings, with the revenue spread across nearly $12 million in pure Nightclub earnings, and a further $89 million in warehouse earnings. This equated to a grand total of $100,439,611 million and showed that with the right hard work and dedication you can make yourself a mansion full of money in GTA Online. The comments were all glowing commendations of the player’s mettle to succeed in the business aspect of GTA Online. “The amount of time…respect,” said one impressed user, whereas another couple of players found it astonishing how much of the total income came from Nightclub earnings. Read More: GTA Online weekly update – “For me, the surprising bit is 11m from the actual nightclub. Shows some effort and dedication there” and “That’s what I thought. I hit 100m from the nightclub recently and only 1 million was from nightclub earnings haha,” said two users who were clearly impressed. Anyone who plays GTA Online and tries to accumulate as much money as possible will know the grind required to do this method, but it does show that there’s more than one way to skin a cat.

  • GTA Online Next-Gen update makes loading screens even worse – Dexerto

GTA Online Next-Gen update makes loading screens even worse Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto players are finding that the loading screens in the game were made even worse by the next-gen update that’s proving to be a problem. Rockstar have properly brought GTA 5, and by extension GTA Online, to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S with the latest rounds of optimizations to make it more fitting on newer consoles. Everything from immersive 3D audio to platform-specific functionalities has been included in the GTA next-gen update, along with something all video game fans could appreciate: faster loading times. But a clip shows how that new feature can, at times, work against the player if the game runs into a snag while loading GTA characters into Los Santos. Reddit user ‘MustafaX0_0’ showed an unfortunate clip of a character transitioning into the game which quickly led to their demise. As the bird’s eye view centered on the location the player was supposed to load in, it hit a bump in the processing. Read more: Hao’s Special Works in GTA Online – Instead of appearing ground-level like normal, it seems as though the game’s logic accidentally clipped them through a building and sent them diving below the city. “Expanded and enhanced,” the user quipped. More players expressed their disbelief at the sight of the strange glitch seeing as the next-gen update was supposed to bring enhanced gameplay with features that boasted “seamless character switching.” “They expanded the map I see, but downwards,” another player joked. As the devs tinker and work on bug fixes for GTA on next-gen consoles, Rockstar could look to patch out these kinds of occurrences from happening. Aside from these strange occurrences, players have appreciated new features like the ability to copy other players’ GTA Online custom cars with the push of a button. Still, some players were hoping for more out of the GTA next-gen update overall, which isn’t being helped by the bugs they keep finding.

  • GTA Online next-gen update: Release date, GTA 5 changes, trailers – Dexerto

GTA Online next-gen update: Release date, GTA 5 changes, trailers Rockstar GamesRockstar Games have confirmed that GTA Online will undergo a next-gen update for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S alongside the Expanded & Enhanced edition launch, but when will it be released? Here’s what we know so far. Plenty of fans are desperate to see Rockstar Games release Grand Theft Auto 6, but for now, the devs are continuing to pump out new content for GTA Online and Red Dead Online. They’ve already confirmed that GTA 5 and Grand Theft Auto Online will move over to its third generation of consoles with an “expanded and enhanced” version – and possibly new content – coming to PlayStation 5 as well as Xbox Series X and S. But when will this new-gen update arrive and what can we expect from it? Here’s a full breakdown of everything we know thus far. Contents GTA 5 next-gen update release date & bundles GTA 5’s Expanded & Enhanced edition was originally set to launch on November 11, 2021. As the date drew close, however, Rockstar announced this new-gen upgrade had been delayed. We now know GTA 5 and GTA Online are set to launch on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, for the PS5 and Xbox Series X | S. Furthermore, players can purchase each title separately if they prefer. Rather than a bundle containing both, a new option is available to buy just the GTA 5 Story Mode or GTA Online. GTA 5 next-gen pre-load date & file size Before we get to the March 15 launch date, we know for certain that fans on PS5 will be able to pre-load the new-gen version of GTA 5. Coming in at 86.837GB, according to early reports, the GTA 5 Expanded & Enhanced pre-load is set to go live on Tuesday, March 8. This means PlayStation users will have a full week to download and install the title before it unlocks. PlayStation benefits from GTA 5 Expanded & Enhanced upgrade We know now that both GTA 5 and GTA Online will be arriving at the same time across PS5 and Xbox Series X | S. Though after the delay was announced, Rockstar said that the new standalone GTA Online will be free to download on PlayStation for three months after the game’s release. This is still conditional as you’ll have to be subscribed to PS Plus to take advantage of this opportunity, but it’s a nice gesture. PS4 owners will also be offered $1,000,000 of in-game currency every month until the next-gen update. This will be exclusive to the Sony console for a few months before it goes live on Xbox Series X/S. Upgrades on GTA V Expanded & Enhanced With the power of the new consoles, we can expect some improvements to performance with the Expanded & Enhanced edition. Rockstar have assured fans that this will not be “a simple port.” Rockstar has confirmed the new-gen versions of GTA 5 and GTA Online will boast ‘new graphics modes’ including an option for 4K resolution and a frame rate of up to 60FPS. Furthermore, the new port is expected to come with improved loading times, 3D audio support, haptic feedback on PS5, and more. Will GTA Online characters carry over to PS5 & Xbox Series X? For anyone worried about potentially having to start again when it comes to GTA Online, that doesn’t look like it will be the case. When the Xbox One/PS4 versions went live, it was a simple case of carrying on. However, players will have to perform a “one-time migration” of their GTA 5 and GTA Online progress to PS5 or Xbox Series X | S. Of course, if they want to use this new version to get a fresh start, there’s always the option of starting all over again. It isn’t clear at this time if progression can be transferred cross-platform, but we’ll update this page as soon as we know more. Be sure to check out our full guide here on how to transfer your save for the new-gen version of GTA 5 and GTA Online. Will there be GTA 5 DLC? As for single-player DLC for the next-gen update, it’s unlikely we’ll get that. It’s been nearly a decade since the game originally launched, after all. The Expanded & Enhanced edition could bundle some new cars or weapons into the mix, but it’s best to keep expectations grounded in terms of any new story-based content. Either way, we’ll keep this post updated as and when Rockstar starts to reveal new details – or they’re leaked ahead of time. So, keep checking back with us.

  • GTA Online next-gen instantly banning players for switching from Story Mode – Dexerto

GTA Online next-gen instantly banning players for switching from Story Mode Rockstar GamesGTA Online players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles are reporting that they are bizarrely being banned when switching into multiplayer from the Story Mode. For the third console generation in a row, players can drop into Los Santos with their friends in GTA Online. The PS5 and Xbox Series update looked to slash load times and offer long-time players the definitive version of the nine-year-old game. Some players haven’t been satisfied with the revamped GTA 5 and GTA Online, however. Some have claimed the loading screens are longer than ever, while Xbox players complained that their version runs poorly compared to the PS5. The latest strange issue affecting the next-gen updates is a wave of bans for GTA Online players that only trigger when they switch from Story Mode to multiplayer. There are a couple of ways to access GTA Online. Players can either drop in from the main menu or quickly switch after a stint in the single-player campaign. But according to PS5 and Xbox Series users, trying to load into GTA Online from the GTA 5 Story Mode is causing Rockstar to automatically ban them. This is despite no other evidence of cheating on their account. One of the affected accounts belonged to CrosPorcus. “Just tried logging into online through story mode on PS5 and my Social Club has been banned,” he wrote on Twitter. “Never used hacks or exploits or anything like that on my account, just put a lot of hours into it.” “I guess this is the thanks I get for yet again buying a port of your 9-year-old game,” he continued, mentioning Rockstar Games in the message. https://twitter.com/CrosPorcus/status/1507100042108227589?s=20&t=FfLVB6_SB_H4mXHFPYEJSQ This doesn’t appear to be a one-off occurrence either, as other fans have encountered a similar issue. InfintyHimself also saw his Rockstar Social Club account banned with no warning, preventing him from accessing both GTA Online and Red Dead Online. https://twitter.com/InfinityH1mself/status/1506307277376131088?s=20&t=Aew8FwJyFEK3-1TRvoYvtA Both of these players were on next-gen consoles, and the message informing them only popped up on-screen when switching from Story Mode to GTA Online. Unfortunately, it isn’t clear yet how long the accounts will be suspended. In a later tweet, InfintyHimself mentioned that Rockstar had told him that they are actively looking into the situation. However, they are yet to release an official statement explaining whether or not this is a widespread problem that the community should be wary of. For now, at least, we recommend only loading into GTA Online from the main menu until the issue is resolved.

  • GTA Online modders turn enemies into Fortnite battle bus & its hilarious – Dexerto

GTA Online modders turn enemies into Fortnite battle bus & its hilarious Rockstar Games/Epic GamesGTA Online players have been running into modders who have been turning enemies into the battle bus from Fortnite and if that sounds hilarious, that’s because it is. When it comes to playing GTA Online, you’ll find plenty of players who are just happy building up a criminal empire, racing across the Los Santos, or coming up with stupid plans with a group of friends. On the other hand, on PC at least, you will find modders and cheats. Plenty of these players will ruin lobbies by using God Mode glitches or raining down money from above – only for no one else to be able to pick it up. Though, there are also modders who decide to have a little fun with things – usually be turning enemy players into a stupid shape like a ball or, in this case, a vehicle. It all comes from MattPageMagic’s post on the GTAOnline subreddit, who noted that while playing a recent game, one such modder turned their friend into the Battle Bus from Fortnite. That’s right, the Fortnite battle bus. As the Redditor, who swapped their usual outfit to look like a truck, watched on as their friend appeared above Los Santos like they were dropping players off in Fortnite. Sadly, this ‘battle bus’ didn’t have its usual balloon above as that was replaced, instead, by a parachute. Though, as MattPageMagic watched on, it does look like the bus has been taken right out of Fortnite. Now, if it happens to you, not everyone might find it funny as being turned into a vehicle can sort of disrupt what you’re trying to do in GTA. If it happens to you or a friend and you want to get rid of your new look, simply find a new game and you’ll be returned to normal.

  • GTA Online modders bring Los Santos to the Mirror Dimension from Dr. Strange – Dexerto

GTA Online modders bring Los Santos to the Mirror Dimension from Dr. Strange Marvel / Rockstar GamesA viral video clip showcased how GTA Online modders made Los Santos look straight out of the Mirror Dimension from Marvel’s Dr. Strange films. The modding community surrounding GTA Online has been known to create some incredible feats not possible in the base game. From lobby-wide Fortnite-style celebration events to messing with player models in hilarious ways, the modding scene in GTA Online is full of talented people. Now, GTA Online players stumbled across a mod that flips Los Santos on its head, essentially bringing it to the Mirror Dimension in the MCU’s Dr. Strange movies. GTA Online modders recreate Mirror Dimension The now-viral video clip first popped up from Rockstar Games enthusiast ‘videotech_‘ on Twitter, who posted a 50-second clip of themselves flying around a helicopter in a mirrored Los Santos. At first, the ground map appears to be the normal version of Los Santos, but the camera pans up to reveal another city lined with skyscrapers and buildings in place of the sky. Additionally, floating container ships and trees fill the sky, making for an eerie, otherworldly feel. The video made its way to the Gaming subreddit, where the clip went viral, gaining over 66,000 upvotes and 1,300 comments in just 17 hours. Many commenters were stunned by the mod, like ‘Ovashale‘ who pointed out the mod would be “the perfect setting for a GTA Race map.” Others lamented the fact that they’d never joined lobbies with mods like this, as user ‘ProfessionalYard1123‘ said, “All I got was spawn killing jet and bike users with invincibility or underground explosive snipers.” Though other players were harsher on the video, claiming Rockstar Games no longer cares about the landscape of GTA Online with mods like these running rampant. One Reddit user alluded to the fact that Rockstar Games neglects to punish modders for things like this, but will ban players who give themselves large amounts of money. While the mod may be sprung onto unsuspecting GTA Online players joining a random lobby, it’s hard to deny it’s quite the spectacle.

  • GTA Online modder pulls off Fortnite-style event and it’s insane – Dexerto

GTA Online modder pulls off Fortnite-style event and it’s insane Rockstar / Epic GamesGrand Theft Auto fans know very little about GTA 6 so far, but one thing is for sure: this modder’s event should be something to take inspiration from. In-game events have been pivotal to the success of several major games in the last year or two, with Epic Games seeing millions of players flood into Fortnite with successive season-ending events and shows. While weekly updates have often provided a steady stream of new content for GTA Online since the game hit Xbox One and PlayStation 4, nobody has quite seen anything that’s brought people together in a typical event style. Well, until now. Many members of the GTA Online community are ruthless, opening fire as soon as they see others nearby, and that can be quite frustrating for new players looking to make their way in the world of organized crime and Peyote Plants. After all, that’s how random the gaming experience is in public lobbies. Things are ever-changing. That said, an idea captured by Reddit user Mike_Not_Michael might give Rockstar Games food for thought in terms of how to take online play to the next level. The in-game event, as seen below, brought a huge audience of players together to celebrate a huge fireworks show. In the clip, there’s nothing in the way of violence that you would expect with such a crowd, but rather everybody tuned into what was going on – and everybody involved loved it! With night upon them, the moon lighting up in the background, and a number of characters dressed in the GTA Alien suits, it just goes to show that this type of experience could resonate in Rockstar’s current or future titles. Here there might be fireworks, but there’s nothing stopping them – on next-generation consoles at least – adding the functionality of having interactive live event missions like tsunamis, storms, New Year’s Eve celebrations, and the likes erupting in Los Santos. Maybe, just maybe, posts like this will turn enough heads to make it happen. • GTA Online map reveals rare landmarks you didn’t know existed – Dexerto

GTA Online map reveals rare landmarks you didn’t know existed Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto 5 has many hidden landmarks scattered around Los Santos and players have put together a map highlighting a number that you might have missed in-game. It is clear that Rockstar developers paid attention to every little detail before the launch of GTA 5 as it has resulted in endless possibilities for GTA Online players. Along with creating an impressive open-world map, the game developers also scattered different landmarks around GTA Online for fans to uncover. Although the popular title has been out since 2014, GTA Reddit user u/CorbinPidX99 put together a map of every hidden landmark in Los Santos for those who have yet to find them all. The map included a wide range of different landmarks including Government Facilities to some of the concealed caves deep in the mountains bordering Blaine County. However, many of the most impressive landmarks featured could be found in the waters surrounding the iconic map. Deep beneath the sea, players could uncover many of the sunken treasures that lay on the ocean floor such as wrecked vehicles, toxic waste barrels, and even a mysterious underwater hatch. Despite the fact that many of these landmarks have been found before, players can now easily travel to each of the locations when they want to experience the points of interest for themselves. Although there has been a lot of DLC content added by Rockstar over the years, one thing that has remained relatively untouched is the Los Santos map itself, so it is unknown if they have any further changes planned. However, as the hype is beginning to ramp up for the potential Grand Theft Auto 6 release, following recent leaks around an announcement, it would seem unlikely that any new landmarks would find their way into the game.

  • GTA Online makes major change to Los Santos Customs to combat griefers – Dexerto

GTA Online makes major change to Los Santos Customs to combat griefers Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto V griefers might have to go back to the drawing board as Rockstar Games appears to have implemented a big change to Los Santos Customs, to prevent them from wreaking havoc in GTA Online. The online game mode is full of griefers, doing everything they can to sabotage plans of other players all over the map, and one of the most seen tactics is waiting outside the place where people buy, sell, repair, and customize their rides. This often leads to cars being blown up the second they leave the mod shop, and let’s face it, nobody wants to see that happen. You can actually lose thousands of dollars in-game when it happens, too, if you trade your vehicle in for cash. Well, that’s the way it used to work, anyway. It has now been changed. Previously, griefers would wait like vultures outside Los Santos Customs and as soon as an unsuspecting player came out with their cash from the sale, they would eliminate them for quick and easy money drops. But, it seems that this tactic is now a thing of the past – as seen in a Reddit post from user Mondoblasto. In the post, they wrote: “At first, I thought the game was screwing me over when I didn’t get any cash on hand, but later realized that my account balance had increased instead.” It’s worth noting that the money doesn’t appear as a transaction, for whatever reason, in the Maze Bank app. However, the simple change means that griefers are going to have to think of new ways to steal cash from other members of the community. Read More: How to play Flag War in GTA Online – Whether this is an intentional change or not is unknown at the time of writing, but all eyes turn to the next content update patch notes which may announce the change officially. That drops on June 11, and we’ll be the first to let you know if it is detailed inside.

  • GTA Online makes 5 big changes in secret update: Aug 11 full patch notes – Dexerto

GTA Online makes 5 big changes in secret update: Aug 11 full patch notes Rockstar GamesThere was a secret update on August 11 and while Rockstar hasn’t released detailed patch notes yet, we’ve got the list of what’s been changed this time around. GTA Online received the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack update on July 26 and now Rockstar has followed that up with a few more changes that improve the experience of the new content as well as some big problems in more familiar parts of the game. Here’s what we know about the silent update and the key changes that it made to better the all-around experience. GTA Online’s 5 big changes: Aug 11 update patch notes According to GTA watchdog TezFunz2, there were a handful of important fixes. From Cayo Perico to the all-new CESP, these are the biggest changes: Solo gold wall glitch for Cayo Perico Heist – Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack glitch involving Stripclub – Car Meet Merge glitch – Mercenaries & Ammo Drop during Deathmatch Fixed – Spawn bug during the Vespucci Job (Remix) – Missing garage door for Richards Majestic Apt – While some of these are self-explanatory, others might be unfamiliar if you’re not well-versed in the specific activity. The Cayo Perico glitch, for example, would allow players to mantle objects in order to clip through the floor and land in the basement under the main office with no work required. Also, there were some fixes made to the complicated ‘merging’ technique (which allowed players to swap modifications from old cars onto new ones free of charge) but some players have reported that it’s still working. Additionally, Tez2 noted that fixes were implemented for the glitch that allowed players to enter ‘god mode’ inside of a penthouse. It hasn’t been completely fixed, as there’s still a workaround that needs to be taken care of, but the primary method has been fixed. There may be more changes to be uncovered as the week rolls on, and we’ll be sure to keep this page updated as they pop up.

  • GTA Online Madrazo Hits: How to start, payouts, more – Dexerto

GTA Online Madrazo Hits: How to start, payouts, more Rockstar GamesGTA Online has a brand-new daily activity in the form of Madrazo Hits. Here’s everything you need to know about getting started with them. Even though much of the Grand Theft Auto community’s attention is on GTA 6, Rockstar has still been rolling out new content and updates for GTA Online. Most recently we had the Bottom Dollar Bounties update which, as the name suggests, allows you to live out your Dog The Bounty Hunter fantasies and chase down some of Los Santos’ biggest criminals. As with any update, we’ve had drip-feed content. That includes cars and, now, a new set of hitman jobs for Martin Madrazo which are aptly called – Madrazo Hits. Here’s what you need to know about them. How to start Madrazo Hits in GTA Online These Madrazo Hits are daily activities, just like the treasure chests that you can find on Cayo Perico. They’re good news for anyone who is a daily grinder and owns a bail office. Yes, you have to own a bail office to be able to do these hits. From there, simply hop into any GTA Online lobby and you’ll be contacted by Martin Madrazo, letting you know that he’s on the hunt for some people who’ve wronged him. Once that introduction has been made, open your map, and you’ll find a purple reticle with a dollar sign inside to represent the hit. Make your way over to its location and you’ll be sent a photo of the target that you need to track down. Join a GTA Online lobby – Wait for a text from Martin Madrazo about a hit target – Find the purple Madrazo Hits marker on the map – Travel over to the location and take down the target – Take a photo of the body and you’ll be paid! – How much are Madrazo Hits worth in GTA Online? When Madrazo contacts you, he’ll inform you that you’ll get paid a bonus for using his “preferred” weapon on each job. Doing so will grant you a $10,000 bonus. Each hit is worth $20,000, so you can make a simple $30,000 for just a few minutes of work. You’ll get a bunch of RP to help level up your character as well. The weapon that he wants you to use will be shown in the top left-hand corner of your screen when you’re in the search area. So, keep an eye out when you enter the gold circle. Each target isn’t too difficult to find, just be prepared to be involved in a shoot-out.

  • GTA Online player trolled by Casino Lucky Wheel with “worst” ever mystery prize – Dexerto

GTA Online player trolled by Casino Lucky Wheel with “worst” ever mystery prize Take-Two InteractiveThe Diamond Casino’s Lucky Wheel remains a big attraction for GTA Online players, but one user recently unlocked the “worst” mystery prize. Rockstar Games added the Lucky Wheel to Grand Theft Auto Online a little over three years ago. Notably, the gambling machine launched alongside the Diamond Casino & Resort update, which introduced a casino to the Vinewood area. The Lucky Wheel part of the locale offers a wide variety of prizes to participants, including in-game cash, clothing items, and discounts. Users occasionally unlock mystery prizes, too, ranging from money and clothes to ammo and casino chips. And, to the chagrin of many, the mystery unlocks sometimes include snack items. GTA Online Lucky Wheel trolls player with mystery prize Reddit user grantster5405 probably didn’t expect much when stepping up to spin the Diamond Casino’s Lucky Wheel. However, it’s unlikely they were anticipating such a disappointing unlock upon earning a mystery prize. Instead of a wad of in-game cash or a vehicle discount, the prize-winning Redditor gained access to a snack. That snack, rather hilariously, included Pisswasser aka beer. In sharing a screenshot of their spoils, the GTA Online player described the item unlock as “the worst mystery prize I ever won.” Other Redditors were quick to note the absurdity of the situation. One person replied, “Lmaooooo bro drove all the way to the Casino for a free beer. I’d be hot.” Someone else said their worst mystery prize victory came when they unlocked a “pack of cigarettes last week.” Others argued that winning 10 percent bicycle discounts two days in a row constitutes a far more troubling set of circumstances. While some users may get lucky at the Diamond Casino, it appears many more walk away with next to nothing to show for their efforts. It makes sense, though. After all, gambling is all about luck.

  • GTA Online Lucky Wheel rewards leak reveals Formula 1 cars coming soon – Dexerto

GTA Online Lucky Wheel rewards leak reveals Formula 1 cars coming soon Rockstar / LibertyCity: Yevhenii KutiuhovThe long-awaited Formula 1 cars will eventually make their way to GTA Online and if players are patient enough they may be able to score one for free with a Lucky Wheel spin, according to leaks. If you’ve been saving up your heist earnings for that special car to fly around Los Santos in, you might be able to keep some of that money in the bank, if you’re willing to be patient and let luck decide. The soon-to-be-added Formula 1 cars haven’t been added to GTA Online yet, but they are coming. After they arrive in the store for players to buy, it appears they’ll be making their way to the Diamond Casino podium as well. Twitter user TezFunz2, who frequently shares information about Rockstar’s games on the platform, replied to a user asking if they had knowledge about the next podium vehicle, after the February 6 update put the Grotti Furia up for grabs on the Lucky Wheel. According to them, both the Progen PR4 and the Ocelot R88 F1 cars are coming to the podium, along with the V-STR executive car, the S80RR racecar, and the Vagrant off road buggy. They also report that the Roosevelt Valor classic car will be the very next podium car after the Furia. Roosevelt Valor [Next week podium car] V-STR PR4 [F1 car] R88 [F1 car] S80RR VagrantI’ve listed them in no specific order — Tez2 (@TezFunz2) February 6, 2020 There’s no indication yet as to exactly when the Formula 1 cars will come to the Diamond Casino podium, or even when they’ll come to the game as a whole, but it has to be soon. At the end of the year, Rockstar thanked its GTA Online community for a record-breaking final month, and also hinted at new rewards and content that were coming in 2020. In that post, they said that next up was “an open wheel racing series…with tense, high speed, track-based racing where tight cornering, tactical tire choices and perfectly timed pit stops make every second count.” The Formula 1 cars had been leaked prior to this announcement, but this note from Rockstar seemingly indicates that the highly anticipated racing vehicles will be making their way to GTA Online in the next big update. Earlier leeks seem to suggest that the F1 cars will cost at least $3 million of in-game money to purchase from Legendary Motorsports, but some lucky players might be able to grab one on the Lucky Wheel as well very soon.

  • GTA Online player reveals unbelievable $135k Lucky Wheel mystery prize – Dexerto

GTA Online player reveals unbelievable $135k Lucky Wheel mystery prize Take-Two InteractiveA GTA Online player won big with an unbelievable Lucky Wheel mystery prize that’s actually worth a ton of money. Rockstar Games held a grand opening for Grand Theft Auto Online’s Diamond Casino & Resort in a July 2019 update. One of the update’s primary additions included The Lucky Wheel, a gambling device in the casino’s main lobby that allows players to try their hand at winning prizes. The prizes include everything from in-game cash and clothes to vehicle discounts and Reputation points. On occasion, though, especially lucky users land on a mystery prize whose rewards range in value. GTA Online player gets lucky with Lucky Wheel After winning a mystery prize at the casino’s Lucky Wheel, Redditor InspectorOk6313 gained access to a surprisingly awesome reward – a large diamond. According to a subsequent post from the GTA Online user, the diamond is worth a whopping $135,000 to sell. Considering the value of the item, several other Redditors have advised InspectorOk6313 to hold onto the diamond until GTA Online’s next 2X Rewards bonus week. Like other items offered through GTA Online’s Lucky Wheel, mystery prizes can reward players with clothes, vehicles, and in-game cash. But the $135,000 diamond definitely counts among the better rewards available to Lucky Wheel users at the Diamond Casino & Resort. The casino serves as but one of the many noteworthy content updates added to Grand Theft Auto Online in recent years. In December 2020, for instance, Rockstar Games unleashed the Cayo Perico Heist, which introduced an all-new exotic heist locale. Better still, late 2021 ushered in the arrival of The Contract, a massive update that brought GTA V star Franklin Clinton back into the fold with a story featuring music legend Dr. Dre.

  • GTA Online fans convinced Casino ‘running low on cash’ after Lucky Wheel error – Dexerto

GTA Online fans convinced Casino ‘running low on cash’ after Lucky Wheel error Take-Two InteractiveGTA Online players joke that the Casino may be in trouble after one Lucky Wheel user won a car but received something completely different. Grand Theft Auto Online introduced players to the Lucky Wheel when The Diamond Casino & Resort arrived in 2019. In addition to the Lucky Wheel, the game added several other ways for players to gamble away their character’s fortune including blackjack, slot machines, and roulette. The Lucky Wheel has become a personal favorite for many a GTA player thanks in part to its simplicity and rewards. Those with access to a casino membership need only to enter the establishment’s lobby and spin the wheel. But the wheel has its limitations, chief among them being that players can only spin once every 24 hours in real-time. Some players may not be aware of all of the Lucky Wheel’s restrictions, though. GTA Online players question Lucky Wheel’s reward system A Redditor who goes by frankcruz696 recently shared a screenshot of their confusing Lucky Wheel victory at The Diamond Casino & Resort. The user landed on a free vehicle for their prize, yet the game rewarded them with $40,000 instead. A fellow player responded to the Reddit post saying, “Casino running low on money after all the robberies…” Another joke reads, “It was actually just a paper mache Karin Everon made from 40,000 $1 bills!” The original poster marked the screenshot with a “Bugs” notice, so it’s possible they’re simply confused. But others were quick to note that this may not have been a bug at all. It’s likely the Redditor already won a car from the Lucky Wheel this week and can’t win it again. Several people in the thread said this likely explains what happened. One user claimed they’ve similarly won a car at GTA Online‘s Lucky Wheel, only to win again some days later and earn $40,000 instead. There is such a thing as being a little too lucky in the world of Grand Theft Auto Online.

  • GTA Online LS Tuners lag keeps ruining races and players want a fix – Dexerto

GTA Online LS Tuners lag keeps ruining races and players want a fix Rockstar GamesThe Los Santos Tuners update brought car culture to the forefront of GTA Online but the lag in has been derailing one of the patch’s biggest draws: the races. With their LS Tuners patch, Rockstar brought in more than a dozen new vehicles and a ton of opportunities to race with friends to see who has the fastest ride. Unfortunately, players have noticed that the servers have been struggling to keep up. Lag can happen at any time and for many reasons, but the GTA community has been wanting the devs to look into the spike in occurrences since the latest content update. It’s led to a few moments where players like Reddit user ‘Ducky935’ are having some of the best personal laps when the game suddenly hits them with a laggy sequence. Working with quite the lead, the player decided to cut through a back alley for a cheeky shortcut, when it looks like they might’ve clipped the dumpster by accident. While that could’ve been a setback in and of itself, the lag moments later made sure the player was completely taken out of the race. To add insult to injury, it looks as if the dumpster glitched out of the way from the car right behind them as they moved past the overturned vehicle. It seems more players have had to contend with laggy races and GTA Online players are looking to the devs for some changes. “Not even host connection matters much anymore,” another person said. “The random moments of lag have gotten worse and more prevalent across the board. Seems like functionality is last in R*’s to-do list.” Though there’s plenty to do since the LS Tuners update dropped, the GTA Online community think the game could use some support to fix the lag that’s been happening lately.

  • GTA Online Los Santos Tuners update patch notes: Reputation, Car Show, new vehicles & more – Dexerto

GTA Online Los Santos Tuners update patch notes: Reputation, Car Show, new vehicles & more Rockstar GamesGTA Online’s 2021 Summer Update is here in the form of Los Santos Tuners, bringing a whole host of new content to the racing scene. The annual summer update has been something that GTA Online players across the globe look forward to. It usually brings a whole host of new jobs, vehicles, and other content for them to sink their teeth into. This year is no different. Rockstar Games has already revealed that the 2021 update will be known as Los Santos Tuners, bringing a new spin on the racing scene, new cars, and a whole lot more. So, if you’re looking to dive in, pick up a new ride, and do battle in new races, here’s everything you need to know about the update. Los Santos Tuners Reputation With new twists coming to the racing scene in GTA Online, you’re going to have to earn a new kind of racing reputation to make a name for yourself. You’ll be able to do this through racing, hanging out at the new Car Meet, putting laps in around the new test track, and of course, through daily log-in bonuses. This rep will work similarly to how you get discounts on certain websites for weapons, but instead you’ll be able to get discounts on cars, access new upgrades, and join new races. New cars coming in Los Santos Tuners Update There are a total of 17 new cars coming to GTA Online this summer, with 10 of which releasing as soon as the update starts rolling out. These include the Annis Remus, Karin Futo GTX, Vapid Dominator GTT, Obey Tailgater S, and a Dinka Jester RR. The other seven will come out at later dates, but there hasn’t been any hint as to what they could be just yet. LS Car Meet The whole update will update around the new Los Santos Car Meet location. This is described as taking place in a “non-descript, graffitied warehouse” in Cypress Flats, where you may be able to hear tires squealing from the outside. If you want to join in the fun on the side, it’s going to cost you $50,000. This will earn you privileges like being able to attend the car meet and unlock the new reputation system. As you begin to level up, you’ll gain access to the new Test Track facility where you’ll be able to race against other players without worrying about your races being ruined by outsiders. Similarly to the Casino membership, the LS Car Meet will have new cosmetics, challenges, and the ability to win a ‘Prize Ride’. New races & contracts New races are coming to Los Santos in a few different forms. You’ll have Head-to-head, Scramble, and Time Trials coming to the Test Track, but there will also be the new Street Race and Pursuit Series, as well as Sprint races. The latter three take place on the open-road like normal, with track layouts for the Street Race Series. As it’s name suggests, Pursuit will see players chased by the LSPD while darting around the streets. Sprint races are four-player races where you have to head to and from a location. Contracts come in the form of new robberies, likely tasking players to boost cars from around the city. On top of all these new additions, changes have also been made to other things in GTA Online, as well as bug fixes, and they can be found in the detailed set of patch notes below. • GTA Online log-in bonus glitch is giving players free money – Dexerto

GTA Online log-in bonus glitch is giving players free money Rockstar GamesA new GTA Online glitch is letting players rack up insane sums of money as a log-in bonus gift is paying players out over and over again. Every now and again, Rockstar Games will give something back to players that are sticking with the virtual streets of Los Santos and continuing to play GTA Online. Sometimes it is something as little as a hat, a t-shirt, or even a special weapon. Though, more often than not, it’s a wad of cash that will be paid into players Maze Bank accounts – allowing them to spend it on whatever they want. As a part of a new celebration, the developers gave every who logged in at any time during April a free bonus of $500,000, but it seems as if some have gotten more than they bargained for. A number of GTA Online players have received the bonus a few different times – with some reporting that they’ve been able to rack up at least $1,500,000 in bonus cash. “I had posted yesterday that I had gotten the double 500k login bonus 2 days in a row. Today, I logged on and received it once again. Thank you Rockstar,” Reddit user ArktikRecon posted on the GrandTheftAutoV subreddit – with many others posting similar messages on r/GTAOnline, celebrating their additional bonuses. Though, it hasn’t been plain sailing and racking up cash for every GTA Online player. Many have reported that they haven’t even received the bonus once – even though the game gives a ‘bonus money has been deposited’ in-game message. “I only got the message 3 times and not the money,” noted Redditor Sandals-Lord, with others saying they’ve received more messages than payouts. As of writing, Rockstar hasn’t yet addressed the issue but players who haven’t received the bonus will no doubt be hoping that they are compensated before the bonus period ends. Though, the only thing we can do is just wait and see what the developers do – be it another log-in bonus or if they decide to give everyone free cash to make up for the error.

  • GTA Online lobby’s wholesome hangout attempt quickly turns into Final Destination – Dexerto

GTA Online lobby’s wholesome hangout attempt quickly turns into Final Destination Rockstar GamesA GTA Online player meetup had every intention of being a wholesome moment when it suddenly turned into a cursed recreating of ‘Final Destination.’ GTA is a perfect place to create chaos and mayhem, even when players don’t mean to do it. A surprisingly troll-free moment in Los Santos got derailed by what some believe was due to the peer-to-peer connection of GTA Online. One player managed to actually get a decent turnout after inviting people to the Del Perro Pier for a cruise on the rollercoaster. The hangout looked like it was going to go off without a hitch, up until it didn’t. As soon as the carts started to take off, they started to horribly glitch out. When they hit the first turn, it became a horrific scene straight out of Final Destination 3. “I had invited everybody in the session to ride the roller coaster with me for a wholesome moment,” user ‘trujeezy’ said. “But then this happened.” What started as an amusement attraction with seven passengers quickly bobbed and weaved itself to a ride from hell with players glitching out and eventually falling off. Others apparently encountered this same problem with their parties – with some even comparing it to Final Destination. It seems as if the peer-to-peer connection makes GTA characters around you glitch out while your character looks normal. “My gf and i played GTA Online yesterday and since we were waiting for her friends to hop in we decided to ride the coaster,” one player recounted. “She sat in front of me and I swear she flopped like a fish and got stuck on my face since my character isn’t movable. “But she said that on her screen I was the one who was flopping and falling off the ride.” While players can certainly plan a trip to the pier’s rollercoaster, be warned: GTA Online might make it look like a thing of nightmares.

  • GTA Online Lester voice actor responds to heist return rumors – Dexerto

GTA Online Lester voice actor responds to heist return rumors Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto players have just been given a brand new Cayo Perico heist in GTA Online, but one fan has been looking to the future for clues already. Asking Lester voice actor Jay Klaitz about a future return, he didn’t give too much away. Lester is one of the most mischievous, yet popular, characters in the entire game. There’s no doubt about that. He’ll often pop up with the odd phone call to offer players work, or respond to messages from your iFruit phone. Well, those messages have gone beyond the boundaries of the game it seems. The voice actor for Lester, Jay Klaitz, appears to be just as responsive in real life. GTA 5 voice actor responds to rumors Many players have been hoping the figure will reappear in a future heist, after not making it into the Cayo Perico mission. He has masterminded some of the biggest steals in the game’s online mode since launch, most recently at the Diamond Casino. Clearly, it would be a popular decision if Rockstar brought him back for a new quest in the future. In a thread of not so private DMs posted to Reddit, a user asked him: “Hey Jay, just wondering was the Casino Heist the last heist you will be in forever in GTA?” While his response didn’t give the exact answer the player might have wanted, it certainly left the door open. He said: “Hard to say! Rockstar runs a tight ship, so ol’ Lester has to keep his mouth shut… Happy holidays and have a great New Year!” As mentioned earlier, this would certainly go down well with the community if it ever happened. Players were impressed with the communication between the team and fans as well, with one posting: “He really just casually chats with fans? Sounds like a cool dude.” Read More: How to find treasure with your submarine – Another joked: “Judging by the pic of Lester and Georgina at the Pier, it seems like he finally decided to retire. Or at least for now. After all, he has been bragging about having more money than he could spend.” “Don’t swamp voice actors” A moderator of the subreddit was pleased to see the interaction, though did offer a warning of sorts to clue hunters. They posted: “While it’s awesome that a VA responded to your DM, I kindly request that users don’t swamp other VA or developers associated with Rockstar Games with questions concerning topics about future DLCs, games, or other trade secrets. “These people are signed into contracts that will ruin them if they breach terms, and it’s also obnoxious and rude to pester these private individuals with questions they either can’t answer or don’t know the answer to.” That comment wasn’t welcomed with the same positive response from fans. However, some questioned the issue, while others admitted it was nice to see voice actors responding to trending topics in the community. Whether or not the character will come back soon remains to be seen, but they haven’t exactly ruled it out. That, at the very least, is a good sign.

  • GTA Online leaks hints at next-gen console engine, character transfers – Dexerto

GTA Online leaks hints at next-gen console engine, character transfers Rockstar GamesGTA Online dataminers have found evidence the expanded and enhanced edition could include a new and improved next-gen console engine, as well as the ability to transfer characters between platforms. It’s been a while since Rockstar Games announced they would release an expanded and enhanced GTA Online edition for next-gen consoles and PC in 2021. However, they remained tight-lipped on the details. Data miners have been trying to find hidden gems in the lines of code ever since, and they’ve stumbled upon something interesting after the latest update. A pair of reputable leakers named ‘Tez2’ and ‘alloc8or’ shared the information on the GTA Forums. Here’s everything we know so far. A next-gen engine based on Red Dead Redemption 2 Interestingly, they found a line of code in the game files that said “rage::fwuiMessageBase.” However, it’s more than simple programming jargon. Instead, it’s an apparent reference to a version of the RAGE Engine used in Red Dead Redemption 2. It’s still speculation at this point, but it could mean the new version of GTA Online might be based on this engine. It’s superior to the previous engine in many ways, making the game look and feel smoother, and potentially increasing FPS rates on all platforms. However, the leakers don’t want everyone to get their hopes up and think it’s important to have realistic expectations. They’re adamant it will be a significant upgrade, but aren’t expecting it to be a complete overhaul. GTA Online character transfers between platforms According to the leaks, GTA Online players will be able to transfer their characters between other platforms and next-gen consoles. It’s based on a new line of code that includes “CHasCharacterToTransferDecisionPage.” It’s not an official confirmation. However, it implies the game will include an interface that asks players to transfer existing characters. That way, nobody will lose track of their character progression when upgrading to the new edition on PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X. Keep in mind, though, that the code describes it as a “decision,” which could mean it’s a one-time transfer. Either way, it’s still a logical inclusion that many players hoped and expected would happen. GTA Online is still one of the best-selling games on all platforms, and it’s easy to see why. Rockstar Games are continually adding new content to keep things fresh for it’s dedicated player base. But at the same time, it also entices new players to join the fun. The next-gen console update will almost certainly make it even better. It will be interesting to see how it looks and performs. If these leaks are anything to go by, there’s a lot to look forward to.

  • GTA Online leaker suggests fan-favorite character finally set to appear – Dexerto

GTA Online leaker suggests fan-favorite character finally set to appear Rockstar GamesGTA Online players are set to run into a familiar face in the game’s next update, and it looks like they could be coming from Liberty City and GTA 4. Just like their predecessors, both GTA 5 and GTA Online have plenty of references to older games and classic characters. GTA 4’s Niko and Roman Bellic are both referenced in GTA 5 in different ways, regardless of how you may have finished the previous Grand Theft Auto game. They aren’t the only ones, of course, as you’ve got Johnny Klebitz, Lazlow, and Patrick McReary to name but a few. Though, they look set to be joined by another familiar face that should have already received a phone call from in GTA Online. Following the announcement of the GTA Remaster Trilogy Definitive Edition, Rockstar noted that players will “meet well-known contacts and familiar friends” in the game’s next update as they look to “expand their legit businesses.” Well, according to well-known Rockstar insider TezFun2, that familiar face should be Tony Prince – the nightclub owner from GTA 4 who is the central focal point of the popular ‘The Ballad of Gay Tony’ story add-on. Prince has already made his presence felt in GTA Online as a part of the After Hours update. He’s the one who’ll call you on occasion and try to get you to buy a nightclub, if you haven’t done so already. Though, he’s a slippy character to actually meet as he conducts business over the phone. Rockstar announced that we are to expect to meet well-known contacts and familiar friends to help expand their “”legit business”” as part of #GTAOnline next update. Based on the findings below, I believe that’s a hint signaling the return of Tony Prince and his Nightclub business. https://t.co/4TTKeqvfzH — Tez2 (@TezFunz2) October 8, 2021 Which other GTA characters could appear in GTA Online’s next update? While all the signs seem to point to Prince’s arrival, he’s not the only one who fans think could show up. As noted, the Bellic cousins are referenced in GTA 5 as being alive and they had a “legit business” with the taxi company. Though, at the end of the day, TezFun has always been reliable and if anyone is going to know, it’s him. So, look forward to meeting ‘Gay Tony’ if you haven’t had the pleasure of doing so before.

  • GTA Online leaker reveals ten more cars coming to casino Lucky Wheel – Dexerto

GTA Online leaker reveals ten more cars coming to casino Lucky Wheel Rockstar GamesA Rockstar Games insider has revealed the ten cars that are still set to be winnable from the GTA Online lucky spin wheel despite not appearing just yet. When the Diamond Casino and Resort launched in GTA Online back in July, fans were immediately given the chance to pick up free rewards on a daily basis. By logging in each day and heading to the casino, players could spin the lucky wheel in order to win some prizes. The big prize, aside from the mystery tile, comes in the form of a free vehicle. What is on offer for that specific week is shown off on a podium just after you enter the casino – but actually winning it comes with some long odds. However, with some insiders confirming that the ‘vehicle drip’ had come to an end, GTA Online players have been concerned about the next set of prizes. However, there doesn’t look to be any reason to be concerned after Rockstar insider TezFun2 revealed that there are still ten cars that are on the lucky wheel list but haven’t yet been available as prizes. In posts to the GTAForums, the insider revealed that five of these would be the V-STR, Shotaro, Zion Classic, JB700W, and R88 – with the final car there being the second of the two available Formula One cars. Yet, there is no specific order in which they will be released. It is just a case of them being ready to go. Following a quick update to GTA V on March 5, the insider noted that a further five cars had also been added to this list along with some fixes. Yet, they didn’t reveal what they would be in their Tweet. Read More: Best tips for GTA Online Open Wheel Racing: Tire types, KERS boost, more Instead, they kept that again for the GTAForums, noting that these would be the Sultan Classic, Reaper, Tempesta, Pariah, and Deluxo. Again, there is no specific order for their release, but anyone who hasn’t bought them in-game will have a chance to win them for free. With the list also containing some pretty pricey vehicles, there is also room for fans to hold off on spending their hard-earned, or stolen, cash for now.

  • GTA Online leaker reveals major changes after anti-cheat update on PC – Dexerto

GTA Online leaker reveals major changes after anti-cheat update on PC Rockstar GamesGTA Online will soon receive more patch updates to combat excessive cheaters and exploits, according to leaks. The battle between developers and hackers in GTA Online is something most players of the game are aware of by now. It has been an issue for a long time as Rockstar continues to put out patches in an attempt to stop cheaters and those abusing exploits. From hackers ruining lobbies with God-mode to much bigger issues, like being able to corrupt the player’s PC through mod menus, have made the game almost unplayable without risk. Though, fear not, as it appears changes are on the way. GTA Online leaks reveal big changes after update Reliable GTA Online leaker, Tez2, made a Twitter post on February 6 detailing a new patch coming out. They said the “recent patch addressed spoofed RIDs/names and made invite-only lobbies more secure, so no more cheaters joining uninvited.” Tez2 goes into much more detail in a forum post explaining the changes and what it means for players. They said: “If you live where the relay servers are or near them, depending on your firewall, you can expect your IP Address to be shielded in most cases. If you don’t, then your IP Address may still be shielded, but if the game notices that a direct connection is better off established with a player who lives nearby than a relay server miles away, your IP Address will be exposed to that nearby player.” GTA Online fans took to Reddit for the small win. One said: “Wow, fixing spoofed names is a big one. People won’t appreciate actually how massive a fix that is from a developer standpoint.” Another user asked: “So this means it’s safe to play on PC now?” with a string of replies saying ‘Yes!’ and various celebratory gifs. Players should be able to enjoy a game without the risk of their entire PC or console being hacked and bricked remotely. This is not a 100% fix to the problem, but the act of a hacker obtaining your IP address is significantly reduced. Hopefully for those affected, Rockstar keeps their efforts going to make the game safe for players to enjoy.

  • GTA Online leaker explains how rumored Liberty City map will differ from GTA 4 – Dexerto

GTA Online leaker explains how rumored Liberty City map will differ from GTA 4 Rockstar GamesGTA Online has become one of Rockstar Games’ most successful titles, and with rumors of a Liberty City map expansion coming this summer, a known leaker has explained more about what it will entail. Introducing GTA 4’s iconic Liberty City location to GTA Online has been a dream for many players fed up with being limited to exploring San Andreas’ metropolis Los Santos. Imagine being able to get on a plane and travel from one giant city to another with its own set of missions and content available. Sounds like a dream for GTA Online fanatics, doesn’t it? Well, according to insider Matheusbr9895, the rumored Liberty City expansion won’t be as spectacular as many had hoped and revealed some very interesting tidbits of info. Para aqueles que pergunta se LC será totalmente acessível ao GTA Online. Não não será, apenas uma área limitada, a Rockstar Games está planejando macetes para quem tentar sair da extremidade por 10 segundos. — mvbr★ (@Mvbrr) April 5, 2022 Leaker reveals possible GTA Online Liberty City details While the idea of roaming Liberty City sounds like a pipe dream, Matheusbr9895 explained how Rockstar plans to implement the New York parody into the world of GTA Online. Unfortunately, the whole city won’t be fully accessible with only a “limited area” being available for players. “Rockstar Games is planning hacks for anyone trying to get out of the edge for 10 seconds,” the leaker claimed. I’m sure it will be nice to walk around in some areas of LC, because of the Actual RAGE for GTAV, it will not be the same LC as in 2008. For end limits are those that will try to overtake by plane or boat, for example. — mvbr★ (@Mvbrr) April 5, 2022 That said, players will still apparently get the opportunity to walk around some areas of Liberty City, but because of the Rage engine, it won’t be the same setting as 2008’s GTA 4. Furthermore, Matheusbr9895 hinted that a full version of Liberty City could be available at a later date. In a follow-up tweet the insider claimed, “Rockstar plans a Special Bundle, including some landmark titles from the HD universe,” once GTA 6 finally releases. As always, take these rumors with a grain of salt until they’re confirmed, but it will be fun to see what Rockstar has planned and if these leaks end up being accurate.

  • GTA Online leak reveals scrapped vehicles and content from summer update – Dexerto

GTA Online leak reveals scrapped vehicles and content from summer update Rockstar GamesScrapped Grand Theft Auto Online files have revealed some of the plans Rockstar Games had up their sleeve for the Los Santos Summer Special update before deciding against releasing them. After weeks of waiting, Rockstar Games finally revealed their annual summer update on August 11, releasing a whole host of content through the Los Santos Summer Special event. Inside the new update, GTA Online fans have been able to make use of their Super Galaxy Yachts with a batch of new jobs, spend wads of cash on the 15 new vehicles, and battle it out in new adversary mode missions. The summer updates have typically never been full to the brim with content, with Rockstar usually having other plans – including a winter update before 2020 draws to a close – the devs seemingly had a whole load of other plans that were eventually scrapped. WildBrick142 laid out a lengthy Twitter thread of things that were scrapped from the update, with it all centering around customing vehicles – mainly cars and motorbikes. Some of the scrapped things included roof scoops, side skirts, new variants for truck beds, and custom engine. Though, the biggest bit of content that was scrapped was a new variant of the Surfer van alongside a Sea Sparrow and Cargo Bob. “Surfer3, found by @TezFunz2. Listed as a part of this DLC in the creator scripts,” the game designer tweeted. “Most likely a custom/Benny’s variant of the Surfer.” so, the vehicles. – seasparrow2, only leftover is its name for texture linking in vehicles.meta – cargobob5, only its audio bank remains. – surfer3, found by @TezFunz2. listed as a part of this dlc in the creator scripts. most likely a custom/benny’s variant of the surfer. [7/11] pic.twitter.com/6s9WUlD9s3— WildBrick142 ❄️ (@WildBrick142) August 21, 2020 Given that it’s purely files and strings of code, there’s no telling what the new variant would have looked like. Though, given the popularity of the Surfer van with some GTA Online players, it seems like something that would have sold like crazy – especially if it was Benny mod. With the Surfer being such a beach and summer-related vehicle, it’s unlikely that we’ll ever see it in-game unless the devs decide to resurrect it and bring it out sometime soon.

  • GTA Online leak reveals long-awaited feature finally coming in winter DLC update – Dexerto

GTA Online leak reveals long-awaited feature finally coming in winter DLC update Rockstar GamesA GTA Online leaker has claimed that the long-awaited fast travel taxi service will finally be coming as a part of the 2022 Winter Update. Even though GTA Online is almost a decade old at this point, there are still plenty of exciting things to do on the virtual streets of Los Santos. For some players, there’s nothing better to do than lifting an expensive car out of their collection and just going for a drive around the map. Sure, they may get into some hijinx on their travels, but they want to rip through the open road at high speeds. Others, though, would prefer the game to give them a helping hand. There are some fast travel systems in-game, but there isn’t one that lets you quite go anywhere. Though, that’s set to change soon. GTA Online taxi fast travel coming soon Back on November 16, Rockstar insider TezFun2 noted that the game developers floated the idea of GTA+ members having the ability to fast travel around the map. Tez noted that seemed to be a taxi service as well. Well, now supposed leaker Gaming Detective has claimed that the feature will be coming in the annual winter update, alongside a handful of new characters that players will have to interact with. “GTA Online winter DLC leaks: A new fast travel feature, new dead drop collectibles, and a new property that introduces a character called Dax. It’s also possible that Wade from single player will be returning too!,” they tweeted on November 30, attaching an image of some text that appears to be from the game’s files. As noted, it wouldn’t exactly be GTA Online’s first fast travel feature. That has always existed in some way. However, it would likely work a little differently from the current ones. For example, if you use the Casino’s fast travel service, you’re limited to a select few locations – same too with the helicopter drop-offs as a CEO. The fast travel taxi service would likely work more closely to its single-player counterpart, where you can go anywhere around the map. Though, we’ll just have to wait and see for sure.

  • GTA Online leak reveals feature players have been waiting a decade for is finally coming – Dexerto

GTA Online leak reveals feature players have been waiting a decade for is finally coming Rockstar GamesA GTA Online leak has revealed that players might soon be able to use a feature that they’ve waited over a decade for, and it could be another hint for the games’ future with GTA 6 around the corner. When Rockstar Games launched GTA Online over a decade ago, they probably didn’t expect it to become the behemoth that it has today. The multiplayer side of Grand Theft Auto 5 has made almost $10 billion alone, spawned thousands of roleplay servers, and sustained multiple console generations. With GTA 6 on the horizon, many Grand Theft Auto fans have been wondering what the future will hold for GTA Online, and if Rockstar will follow it up with some sort of GTA Online verison two. Well, they haven’t give up on it yet, pushing out recent updates like Bottom Dollar Bounties. Yet, they’ve also got something else planned. As per Rockstar insider TezFun, the Grand Theft Auto developers are planning to releasing a public version of their mission creator for GTA Online. “Rockstar is seemingly working on a public version of the Mission Creator,” Tez tweeted on July 20, with a screenshot of the new files. “This new script was added with the Bottom Dollar Bounties update, but is currently empty.” Plenty of GTA fans were quick to chime in on the discovery, saying it was “about time” that Rockstar released the mission creator. “Makes a lot of sense to add before end of life support. User generated content has proven time and time again to be efficient to keeping the community alive,” one commented. “This is something I’ve been wanting for years,” another added. Some suggested that it could be the “last hurrah” for GTA Online and be a part of the annual winter update. Though, we’ll just have to wait and see how things pan out.

  • GTA Online leak reveals big change coming to Casino’s Lucky Wheel spins – Dexerto

GTA Online leak reveals big change coming to Casino’s Lucky Wheel spins Rockstar GamesRockstar Games are considering a major buff for GTA Online’s Diamond Casino rewards, with the number of Lucky Wheel spins per player increasing soon, according to a leak. For those who are not aware, the Lucky Wheel can be spun once in a 24-hour period, with a number of incredible (and terrible) rewards on offer. It has worked like this since the Casino first opened its doors, and has become very popular due to the ever-changing list of podium cars people can win – if they’re lucky. Well, the way it worked could be about to change, if a leak is to be believed. GTA leak reveals Diamond Casino lucky spin change Tez2, one of the most popular and accurate leakers in the Grand Theft Auto community, has re-shared information from a source that suggests major changes are coming to the Lucky Wheel. According to GaffaTV, the tweet says: “As part of GTA Online’s Criminal Enterprises, Rockstar could now grant further Lucky Wheel spins in the future up to 2 or 3 or 4 times a day.” The source also suggests that this buff could come in the form of a weekly bonus, or part of the GTA+ online subscription service, which costs $5.99 per month. This would be a more popular move, of course, if it wasn’t put behind a paywall. However, those chasing the top mystery prizes will be hoping for it to come to fruition in any case. There has been no official confirmation on this, as of the time of writing, though we will keep you updated every step of the way.

  • GTA Online leak reveals all drip-feed cars coming from Los Santos Tuners update – Dexerto

GTA Online leak reveals all drip-feed cars coming from Los Santos Tuners update Rockstar GamesA fresh GTA Online leak has revealed the seven drip-feed cars that will be coming later in the summer as the Los Santos Tuners update continues to roll on. After weeks of waiting, Rockstar Games finally dropped the 2021 summer update for GTA Online in the form of Los Santos Tuners. As the name suggests, there is a massive focus on cars, but there’s plenty of new content too in the form of contract missions and new collectibles to uncover. Though, cars are the main focus. With the update, Rockstar added 10 new cars to the in-game stores and noted that a further seven would be coming through their usual drip-feed process. Now, a leaker has revealed all the details about what’s coming when, how much they’ll cost, and where you’ll be able to get them from. All GTA Online drip-feed cars for Los Santos Tuners As YouTuber Broughy1322 points out, Rockstar will drip-feed these cars out via their weekly updates. These are the updates that come out on a Thursday, and the first of which will come on July 29. The seven cars that have been held back for this process are split between those coming to Legendary Motorsports and those going to Los Santos Super Autos, with Legendary Motorsports getting four new cars versus three new rides for LSSA. The four cars coming to Legendary Motorsports, in release order, are: Comet S2, Vectre, Growler, and Cypher. As for LSSA, they’ll have the Dominator ASP, Sultan RS Classic, and Previon. While these cars are in release order for their own website, Rockstar will likely choose to splice the two together. For example, giving players a Legendary Motorsports car one week, and then adding one to LSSA the next, and continuing that pattern. Of course, we’ll know more as Rockstar starts to add them over the next few weeks, so if one takes your fancy, be sure to keep an eye out for it.

  • GTA Online leak hints that more GTA 6 teases could be coming soon – Dexerto

GTA Online leak hints that more GTA 6 teases could be coming soon Rockstar GamesGTA 6 fans have spotted what appears to be two more teasers for the series’ next installment within GTA Online’s code. Fans of GTA 6 have been on red alert ever since Rockstar Games suffered the massive leak that showed off plenty of pre-reveal material for the series’ next installment. As such, fans have been keeping a close eye on everything Rockstar has put out since, including updates for the ongoing GTA Online service. Now, some eagle-eyed fans have spotted what appears to be GTA 6 teases found in two recent updates, which suggests that more in-game teasers for the much-anticipated sequel could be headed to GTA Online in the future. GTA 6 teasers appear in GTA Online A post on Twitter highlighted some subtle updates added in two recent GTA Online patches that reference Vice City through the Metro Mule logo added to the game as well as a decal for the Vice City Mambas football team. The Metro Mule logo was added as part of the GTA Online Arena War update back in 2018, which bore striking similarities to the same logo featured in the GTA 6 leaks. The Vice City Mambas football team decal was added as part of the LS Tuners update as a decal for the Vectre. While some might suggest these are simply fun references to past games, the Metro Mule logo paints a different picture, as the Metro Mule service did not exist when GTA Vice City was first released back in 2002. As such, the idea that Rockstar snuck in this previously unknown logo as a reference to Vice City doesn’t add up, suggesting it really was intended to be an Easter Egg. This is further supported by the Metro Mule logo showing up in the leaked GTA 6 footage. To make things more interesting, these logos are still unreleased in GTA Online and were added to the game before 2022. The Metro Mule logo was added in 2018 while the Vice City Mambas decal came in 2021. As such, who knows what other GTA 6 hints are already hidden within GTA Online that players simply haven’t spotted yet? Only time will tell, but it seems Rockstar games is certainly ready to use GTA Online as a playground for Easter Eggs as GTA 6’s reveal approaches.

  • GTA Online launched 8 years ago: 5 things Rockstar needs to do before GTA 6 – Dexerto

GTA Online launched 8 years ago: 5 things Rockstar needs to do before GTA 6 Rockstar GamesGTA Online turns eight years old today and we’ve compiled a list of what the game needs before it rides off into the sunset behind GTA 6. October 1, 2013, was a huge moment in gaming history. GTA Online arrived to thunderous applause and players have been obsessed with it ever since. Its effect on the rest of the gaming space has been profound too, as many games have attempted to emulate GTA’s games-as-a-service business model that has kept it afloat since launch. The game has been through a lot of change over the years – the number of ways to make money has increased exponentially, there’s a sharper focus on street racing, and the stakes get raised higher and higher with new content like the Cayo Perico heist. While these have all been welcome additions to the game, there is still a lot that could be upgraded before we say goodbye. 1. Map updates to GTA Online Expanded & Enhanced Edition Los Santos has been explored to the fullest extent possible. There isn’t much left to get veteran players excited about the game’s locale. This could be fixed with a few quick additions though. Even something as simple as restoring the map of San Andreas to its former size and glory would go a long way towards making the game feel fresh again. This could also open up other possibilities for characters and locations across the franchise. 2. New game modes and missions The problem with repetition doesn’t stop with the map. Anyone who has played GTA Online for a long period of time will testify to the lack of variation present in the current system. Though there are lots of things to do, many of the missions end up feeling like copycat variations of each other. Each time a new piece of content comes out the community seems to flock back and give it a shot, but a lack of consistent updates means that the thrill of the chase never comes as often as needed. If the map was expanded, Rockstar would have an easier time setting in new places and people for players to interact with, and could maybe alleviate some of that dreaded feeling. 3. Crossplay for Console & PC Now that GTA 5 & GTA Online are making the jump to the next generation, it’s time to figure out crossplay. Whether it’s allowing cross-generation players to connect to each other or a full cross-compatibility mode, the request for this feature is only going to spike in the coming months. In an age where games like Call of Duty and Apex Legends have already nailed down the crossplay experience, Rockstar’s lack of enthusiasm for this feature stands out in the crowd – and not in a good way. 4. New Heists in GTA Online Following up Cayo Perico is a monumental task, but it’s one that needs to happen before GTA 6. The game’s latest heist was an absolute smash and that kind of quality could separate GTA Online from the pack even its eighth year of existence. Featuring a perfectly unlikeable target, huge rewards, and some of the best action sequences we’ve seen thus far, the blueprint has now been laid and is ready to be improved upon. 5. In-game launch event for GTA 6 It wouldn’t be right to send GTA Online off without a final chance to commemorate the journey, and the open-world of Los Santos is fit to host the perfect going-away party. Whether it be some all-new content to tease the events of the next game or just a nostalgia-filled trip through the iconic events and locations across the years, an official send-off for a beloved title is available now in a way that it never was before. That’s our list of things that GTA Online could do to reach its final form before the arrival of GTA 6. For more GTA Online coverage, check out our main hub here.

GTA Online July 29 update patch notes: Bugs fixed for Cayo Perico heist, races & facility Rockstar GamesRockstar Games quietly rolled out a new GTA Online update on July 29 and here we have the full patch notes. Just days after the launch of GTA Online’s Criminal Enterprises update – which added a number of new vehicles to the game – the developers are at it again with another patch. This one, though, is a little quieter than the standard weekly updates. Since Criminal Enterprises dropped, players have been able to sink their teeth into lots of new content, though some have highlighted recurring issues affecting gameplay. Now, Rockstar has moved to address those, head-on. GTA Online patch notes: July 29 update changes With it being a list of smaller tweaks, the patch notes are unofficial this time. The following changes were confirmed by Rockstar leaker Tez2 on Twitter: Fixed a bug preventing you from buying Festival Bus from the site – Fixed cutscene bug during Cayo Perico Heist Finale – Fixed wall breach glitch – Fixed a bug with Snack & Armor options of Weapon Wheel – Fixes to “Pier Race” & “Splits” Stunt Races – Patched a Facility dupe glitch – Fix for Rubber Band AFK during jobs (Kicks you from the job) – Fixed an issue where the Facility exterior/hatch is open or bugged out – This brings a number of fixes for irritating issues experienced by players in GTA Online, affecting a wide range of elements of gameplay, too. • GTA Online update: Insane electric car, Twitch Prime rewards & more – Dexerto

GTA Online update: Insane electric car, Twitch Prime rewards & more Rockstar GamesRockstar Games have dropped their newest update for GTA Online, giving fans the chance to purchase an all-new electric vehicle, while also picking up some free content thanks to Twitch Prime. So, let’s take a look at the contents of the January 9 update. While plenty of fans are still holding out hope for news about GTA 6 – including diving into GTA 5 and taking eagle-eyed looks at the in-game advertisements and easter eggs – Rockstar Games have continued pumping out updates for GTA Online. As is typical with their new content, the developers have added a few new items that you can spend your hard-earned cash on, or well gambled at the Diamond Casino if that’s more your scene, and catch the eye of everyone else in Los Santos. New GTA Online vehicle: Overflod Imorgon The biggest addition in the new update comes in the form of the Overflod Imorgon sports car. Available from Legendary Motorsport for $2,165,000, the two-door sports car will have you zipping through the streets of Los Santos on the back of electric power. If you’re a car aficionado and are trying to pinpoint what real-life vehicle it’s based, well, it’s a mix. The front of the car looks strikingly similar to the Aston Martin Vulcan, while the back is reminiscent of an Audi R8, so it’s sure to set you apart in GTA Online – so long as you have the cash. Double money in GTA Online Speaking of money, there are plenty of ways to earn quick cash during the next week. The Arena War Series will offer double rewards, including modes like Carnage, Hot Bomb, and Bomb Ball. However, if you haven’t got the cash to enter the Arena War Series, don’t fret. Double bonuses on GTA$ & RP will be available for anyone playing Resurrection, while there are also double payouts on the Contact missions that you receive on your phone or on the jobs page of GTA Online. GTA Online Twitch Prime rewards As for free stuff, because everyone likes free stuff, there’s a chance to win a uniquely customized Obey 8F Drafter from the Casino’s daily lucky spin wheel. That’s not all, though. GTA players who have their Rockstar Social Club accounts linked to Twitch Prime can still get the Pixel Pete’s Arcade property in Paleto Bay for free. If you’ve already paid for it, don’t worry, you’ll get a rebate. As ever, the bonuses from these updates will go away by the time Rockstar drops their next batch of content so you’ll have to be quick if anything interests you. Aside from that, though, it’s time to head back to the Diamond Casino and hit the Inside Track horse racing to try and build up some cash to buy that all-new Imorgon car.

  • GTA Online is giving out the wrong Prime Gaming rewards in-game – Dexerto

GTA Online is giving out the wrong Prime Gaming rewards in-game Rockstar GamesRockstar Games routinely rotate out their GTA Online Prime Gaming rewards for members, but the latest rollout hasn’t exactly gone to plan. For the longest time, Rockstar Games have been giving GTA Online players some free rewards and bonuses each week with different updates. These bonuses can come in the form of free cash, free cars, a discounted property, or some free chips at the casino, among other things. On top of those bonuses from Rockstar, if you have a Prime Gaming account, you can also score more. However, with the most recent weekly update, it seems like Rockstar has made a misstep and advertised the wrong bonuses for Prime Gaming members. In the June 10 update, Rockstar’s Newswire noted that the Prime Gaming benefits for this week came in the form of a free 100,000, 80% off the Sugoi car, and 70% off the Valkyrie helicopter. Yet, as noted by well-known Rockstar leaker TezFunz2, these rewards aren’t right at all – aside from the free 100,000 of in-game cash. Instead, Prime Gaming members can get 80% off the Bestia GTS, 80% off the 190z care, as well as 60% off the Nimbus. In-game prime discounts are different from what the newswire says. In-Game Prime Gaming Rewards: – GTA$100K – 80% Off Bestia GTS ($122,000) – 80% Off 190z ($180,000) – 60% Off Nimbus ($760,000) https://t.co/bCpMVwV5RH— Tez2 (@TezFunz2) June 11, 2021 Some players complained about Rockstar getting things wrong and suggested that the rewards were not good enough. Many focused their frustrations on the free 100,000, given that you can’t buy all that much with that. Others suggested that maybe they’d added the new rewards a little too soon, and they were, perhaps, meant to come at a later date – given they weren’t mentioned in the Newswire update. Either way, if you’re a Prime Gaming member, what is listed above from Tez is what you can get this time around, not what Rockstar is advertising.

  • GTA Online is giving away $1 million and here’s how to get it – Dexerto

GTA Online is giving away $1 million and here’s how to get it Rockstar GamesRockstar Games will be giving away free in-game money to GTA Online players, and here’s how you can get a slice of that action. Like the real world, money is very important to have in GTA Online as you’ll need it to grow your empire, whether that’s through buy new cars or owning the most expensive apartment in the game. The amount given away by Rockstar is actually $2 million, but you would have had to logged into GTA Online between January 30 and February 5 for the first giveaway. While that ship has sailed, players still have an opportunity to earn another bundle of cash. How to get $1 million for free in GTA Online For players to get their hands on some free money, all they have to do is log into GTA Online between February 6 and February 13. Once this is done, players will have the money deposited into their account within 72 hours. It’s an excellent incentive for players to return to the game after a long hiatus. Grand Theft Auto still receives frequent updates, with the final patch of 2019 being the largest one yet. In fact, the reason behind these giveaways is because GTA Online just had its largest month ever in terms of player numbers, over the Christmas period. That’s no small feat for a game that launched all the way back in 2013 for last-gen consoles. With GTA 6 nowhere on the horizon, but rumored to exist, it appears Rockstar will continue to support the game. For the fans out there who enjoy both GTA Online and Red Dead Redemption 2, you can actually claim some rewards in the wild west too. Players who log into Red Dead Online between now and February 10 will be able to get some free gear, so make sure you do that if you own the game. The future is equally as bright for each title, but RDR2 might end up having a long lifespan at this point as we’re probably still years out from a sequel for that.

  • GTA Online players want invite only sessions to be changed – Dexerto

GTA Online players want invite only sessions to be changed Take-Two InteractiveGTA Online players want Rockstar to change invite only sessions, since the server will kick out users for staying idle too long. In many ways, invite-only sessions reduce the hassle of public sessions in Grand Theft Auto Online. And it doesn’t hurt that Rockstar has improved upon private sessions over the years. Notably, The Criminal Enterprises update from this summer introduced Sell missions for those who prefer to jump into invite-only games. Yet some of the similarities between invite-only and public sessions continue to baffle Grand Theft Auto Online players. The invite only sessions in GTA Online have downsides, too RealTshStudios recently took to Reddit to vent about being kicked from an invite-only session while playing GTA’s multiplayer suite. According to the “Alert” notice the player received, they were dropped for “being idle too long.” The Redditor understands why this is a problem on public servers, given that idling takes up an “unnecessary place.” However, RealTshStudios argues that idling by yourself in an invite-only game shouldn’t be an issue. Other Grand Theft Auto Online regulars tend to disagree. Several Reddit users such as MindlessAd9668 and TeenieTineeGamer said booting idling players is a way to mitigate “afk farming.” Apparently, users can abuse GTA Online’s invite-only sessions to build up passive income from their business while actually doing nothing in-game. But it would seem savvy players have even found a way around this particular conundrum. Iluminattipa and ScarceLoot noted that sitting in front of security setups at the nightclub or bunker counts as working. As a result, folks can afk farm in relative peace without triggering an idle alert.

  • GTA Online insider teases big map expansion with Liberty City in Summer 2022 – Dexerto

GTA Online insider teases big map expansion with Liberty City in Summer 2022 Rockstar GamesGTA Online players in desperate need of a change of scenery could get their wish if a rumored map expansion to Liberty City is to be believed. Since GTA Online’s inception with the release of GTA 5, players have been limited to the LA-parody city of Los Santos and its San Andreas suburbs. That could finally be about to change. With GTA Online now offering the controversial GTA+ rewards program for next-gen users, it seems like there could be more to this service than once thought if Rockstar has something big up their sleeves. According to Rockstar Games insider Matheusvictor, players should pack their bags for a Summer vacation as a future update draws near. Insider says GTA Online map expansion is coming In a post on Twitter, the leaker said that his sources told him that a very large update is in the works for GTA. “Recent information I [got] from sources, there’s a BIG summer update coming to GTA Online, and we’ll see good connections between them… map expansion!” he said. As for where the map expansion will take us, the insider didn’t say, but he did include emojis of the Statue of Liberty and a pair of sunglasses. Informações recentes que eu recebo por fontes, há uma GRANDE atualização para o verão chegando ao GTA Online, e veremos boas conexões entre elas… Expansão de mapas! 👓🗽 Soon! — mvbr★ (@Mvbrr) March 29, 2022 While the Statue of Liberty exists in New York, a parody version dubbed the Statue of Happiness is in Liberty City – GTA’s version of the big apple. Interestingly, a number of GTA 6 rumors have claimed that the upcoming game’s campaign will see a return to Liberty and Vice City, so whether or not those are connected to this GTA Online expansion. Like always, take these rumors with a grain of salt, but with spring on the way and summer soon to follow, it won’t be long until we find out if this leak ends up being real and players can return to Liberty City.

  • GTA Online insider says “leaked” GTA 6 screenshot mystery will finally be solved soon – Dexerto

GTA Online insider says “leaked” GTA 6 screenshot mystery will finally be solved soon Rockstar GamesA mysterious screenshot thought to be the first legitimate image of GTA 6 will finally be addressed by Rockstar in GTA Online according to an established insider. Back in 2021, GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition players made a big discovery in San Andreas when they noticed a new photo in the Lil’ Probe’Inn alongside images from Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA 5. The photo featured a house not found in an existing Rockstar title and a UFO off in the distance. News of the discovery quickly went viral with players eventually determining the house seemed to be located in Florida – the real-life version of GTA’s Vice City. Although there has not been any new information related to the mysterious house photo, well-known insider Tez2 says that Rockstar has something planned in GTA Online that could lead to a GTA 6 tease. Insider says GTA 6 teaser might be coming in October In a post in the GTAForums, Tez2 revealed that Rockstar will start having UFOs appear in GTA Online just 16 days before Halloween. Then, on October 23, the stealth UFO will appear in place of the standard UFO model. Why? Well, according to Tez2, it all comes back to the leaked photo from GTA Trilogy. “A year ago, we had this interesting mystery hunt,” he said, referring to the house image. “The mysterious picture just happened to be displayed within Lil’ Probe’Inn, a UFO-themed bar.” In a follow-up comment, the insider said there’s a “high chance” for a GTA announcement in October alongside the UFO event. “There’s no in-game hint towards GTA 6 within GTA Online files. Rockstar is cautious enough not to do that. But the hint may arrive within the tweet Rockstar will prepare to talk about the UFOs happening on GTA Online,” he continued. “We may receive a tweet like this one from Rockstar, except the newspaper may have a small extra section below suggesting tropical storms in two days or something like that. Thus, hinting at GTA 6’s announcement.” Fans have been patiently awaiting an official trailer or announcement from Rockstar for GTA 6, but have been left in the dark so far. Instead, the company has hyped the game stating they want to exceed expectations and set “entertainment benchmarks” for the industry. Until then, however, fans may have a little bit longer to wait to see if the screenshot mystery is solved and if GTA 6 finally gets teased by Rockstar.

  • GTA Online player’s in-game robbery foiled by clever shop owner – Dexerto

GTA Online player’s in-game robbery foiled by clever shop owner Take-Two InteractiveA GTA Online player’s robbery of an in-game store was thwarted by a clever and resourceful shop owner. Freedom of expression in Grand Theft Auto Online works such that players can pretty much embody any role they desire, including that of an armed robber. Developer Rockstar Games has created entire expansions around high-profile heists and the like. But some fans prefer to keep things relatively simple by getting back to basics and taking on smaller storefronts. One user learned the hard way, however, that the owners of such shops do not go down without a fight. Store owner foils GTA Online player’s in-game robbery attempt After entering a convenience store in GTA Online, Reddit user vipstrippers took money from the cash register, then proceeded to scope out the rest of the establishment for more goodies. Their search came to a swift end when the patiently waiting store owner caught them by surprise. In a brief gameplay clip, the player is seen pushing through a swinging door that leads to a back room. They don’t even get one foot inside, though. Instead, the shop owner stands on the other side of the door, with a shotgun in hand. The NPC wastes no time firing off a shot that instantly slays the culprit. The original poster and several other Redditors have expressed how impressed they are by the NPC’s smart thinking. “After being robbed and killed by millions of other GTA online criminals, he finally figured it out,” one person wrote in response. A few other GTA Online players joked the would-be robbery victim was an elite camper. Someone else offered the protip of “shooting the doors open first instead of going through them.” It seems Grand Theft Auto Online users would be wise to exercise caution when engaging in criminal activities.

  • GTA Online Imani Tech: What is it and which cars use it? – Dexerto

GTA Online Imani Tech: What is it and which cars use it? Rockstar GamesImani Tech offers players valuable upgrades they can use to enhance their GTA Online vehicles, so here’s what it does and which wheels can be fitted with the new gear. Although all eyes are pointing towards GTA 6 and what that could mean for the multiplayer component, GTA Online payers are still being treated to fresh new content fairly regularly. Last year’s The Contract update, starring none other than Dr. Dre, was one of the biggest drops in recent memory. It came with a host of brand new vehicles, weapons, and properties, and even saw the return of Franklin from the single-player campaign. However, one of the most intriguing additions was Imani Tech, which can be applied to specific vehicles in players’ garages. Here’s everything you need to know about GTA Online Imani Tech, including which cars it works on. Contents What is GTA Online Imani Tech Imani Tech is a set of powerful upgrades that give vehicles incredible abilities, provided by Imani herself. Which GTA Online vehicles can use Imani Tech Unfortunately, not every vehicle in your garage is compatible with Imani Tech. In fact, it’s only those added to the game by The Contract update that are eligible for the upgrades, which means it’s currently impossible to fit the likes of the Elegy RH8 and the Adder with invisibility. • GTA Online: How to remove wanted level in Casino heist setup missions – Dexerto

GTA Online: How to remove wanted level in Casino heist setup missions Rockstar GamesThere’s actually a way to completely remove your wanted level from Grand Theft Auto V’s Diamond Casino heist setup missions, and we’re going to show you exactly how to do it. GTA Online still sees millions of players pour into the game each month and that doesn’t look likely to change any time soon, with the current title being remastered for next-gen consoles in the near future. So, getting to know how to complete the current heists isn’t going to be just handy knowledge to have now, but also in the future as well. [jwplayer Gd3gIdIX] As regular players will know by know, these heist setup tasks can be quite gruelling, especially if you’re matched up with strangers who tend to go rogue from time to time. They often take up the most time to complete in the grand scheme of things, although there is a way to get the cops out of the picture, and potentially speed up your process. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to do it – using information from Reddit user TheRevengance. How to lose the cops in GTA Casino heist setups Load up GTA Online. – Start up the Diamond Casino heist in-game. – Head into one of the setup missions, with friends or matched players. – Call Simeon, Ron, or Gerald using your iFruit phone – and request a job. – Once the job is confirmed, join it and leave. – This should erase your wanted level quickly, leading to a quick escape from the police. – The police play a role in many of these setups, as many will know, and losing them are a key part of advancing to the next stage, once you have cleared certain objectives. It’s unclear as to whether or not this handy trick will actually survive for a long time in GTA Online, or be patched out at some point. However, while it lasts, there’s no doubt that players will be using it once, twice, and many more times while it’s live. This isn’t the only thing members of the community can do to gain an advantage in the Casino heist, either, as you can also cheaply change your rewards if you know. Full guide on that here. • GTA Online: How to recover blown up Special Cargo, CEO Crates & Stocks – Dexerto

GTA Online: How to recover blown up Special Cargo, CEO Crates & Stocks Rockstar GamesSeeing that your cargo drop has been blown up or destroyed before you had the chance to claim it can be very annoying in Grand Theft Auto V, but there’s one way players can actually get them back. These special cargo drops, CEO crates, and stock packages can be destroyed quite easily by other online players, who simply have to track them down on the map. [jwplayer Gd3gIdIX]However, in doing that, those who stand to lose the most are those trying to reap the rewards of getting one delivered safely. Thankfully for those people, one player has discovered a way to make the problem a thing of the past. How to get back destroyed Special Cargo, CEO crates, and stocks To put things in perspective, each Special Cargo drop can sell for up to $150,000 in-game, so seeing that burn away can be a nightmare. YouTuber Bipolar Gamers, who has just over 3,000 subscribers on their channel, has released a video that shows how to get back the valuables that have been blown up. Below we’ve put together the main points from his video, with a step-by-step guide. Drive around with your CEO stock (or other cargo) until another online player comes on the attack. – Wait until they have blown up the vehicle carrying the load. – From there, you need to close your game application or disconnect internet connection immediately. – You will then respawn in single-player mode. Reconnect internet or load up the app to restart. – Head back into GTA Online and your cargo drop should still be active, ready for another attempt to cash in on it. – The informative video can be seen below, but it’s unknown at this time whether this is something that will be patched by Rockstar Games in the future. During the clip, the YouTuber says: “I’m not sure if you would label this as a glitch, or an exploit, but basically what this allows you to do is keep your CEO, or special cargo, stock, all that good stuff even after it’s been blown up.” GTA Online: How much do Special Cargo, CEO crates, and stock sell for? If you’re wondering about the potentially lost returns on your work, should your cargo get blown up, we’ve included all values below for you. Special Cargo drop: Up to $150,000 – CEO Crates: Prices increase per amount delivered, from $10,000 (for one) to $$1,950,000 (for 100). – Stock: Again, it depends on the amount. Without upgrades, $125,000 for 25 in Blaine County. For 100, without upgrades, it could be around $500,000. – So, there you have it! That’s how you can move from one place to another with your valuable cargo without fearing the worst, even after being blown up. It’s a safety net for now, but there’s no way of predicting if this will be removed in the future. So, give it a try and hopefully it saves you plenty of time – usually spent getting these drops in the first place.

  • GTA Online: How to never fall off a motorbike or BMX – Dexerto

GTA Online: How to never fall off a motorbike or BMX Rockstar GamesA simple glitch has been found in GTA Online that can prevent players from falling off their motorbike or BMX, with the help of a friend. Reaching top speeds and attempting crazy stunts on a motorbike or BMX can be a fun activity to try in GTA Online, although the inevitable crash can be pretty frustrating for almost any player. However, some GTA fans have found an interesting glitch in the popular multiplayer mode that allows them to stay on their two-wheeled vehicle of choice, even when their character would normally fly over the handlebars. While the unusual glitch can only be done with the help of a friend, it can be quite simple to pull off when looking to attempt some new stunts. The trick, which was shared by u/xArttu, requires you to have a friend with a full parking garage with 7 vehicles, such as the Casino penthouse garage, and of course, the motorbike or BMX that you want to use. Once your friend’s garage is full of cars, they will want to drive yet another vehicle up to the door, with you in the passenger seat, and that will prompt a notification which allows you to trigger the glitch. You can find all of the steps below. How to never fall off your motorbike/BMX in GTA Online Have your friend drive you to his parking garage when it is full. – When the ‘facility is full’ icon pops up they must remain on that screen while you exit the vehicle and climb onto your nearby motorbike or BMX. – Once you are on the bike you want to glitch, they have to leave that screen by hitting the ‘back’ button. – Enjoy! You should no longer be able to fall off the motorbike or BMX even if you land on your back. – It is worth noting that while you will not fall off, it does not make you invincible as the motorbike or BMX can still be destroyed if it receives enough damage. This glitch can open up many new possibilities, allowing players to even travel upside down on their motorbike/BMX after gathering enough speed. It is unclear just how long this trick will be around, however, as Rockstar will likely be looking to implement a fix in one of the future updates.

  • GTA Online: How to get the Perico Pistol in Cayo Perico Heist – Dexerto

GTA Online: How to get the Perico Pistol in Cayo Perico Heist Rockstar GamesGTA Online’s new Cayo Perico Heist has a bunch of exciting additions, including a very well-hidden Perico Pistol. Here’s how you can find it. After months of anticipation, Grand Theft Auto Online got one of its biggest ever updates on December 15, 2020. The Cayo Perico Heist add-on includes a brand new island map expansion, plenty of new vehicles to discover, and even a cameo from Dr. Dre. Described by Rockstar Games as the “biggest, most daring, and action-packed addition” the game has ever seen, the new heist takes players to the private party island of Cayo Perico, with the overall goal of stealing millions from drug lord El Rubio. But there’s also a special weapon called the Perico Pistol that’s hidden somewhere on the island – and the location has now been discovered. Where to find the Perico Pistol in GTA Online The newly-added Perico Pistol is a single-shot pistol. It’s inspired by the iconic James Bond movie The Man With The Golden Gun, and it isn’t easy to find. Before you can get your hands on the weapon, you’ll need to purchase the Kosatka submarine, which will grant you access to the Cayo Perico Heist. It will set you back $2.2 million, and can be purchased from Warstock Cache and Carry. You’ll also need to find a key to the drawer containing the pistol. This can be found by looting a sleeping guard, who will appear in a random location during free roam. You’ll get the Small Key item once you do this. The Perico Pistol is located inside a desk in El Rubio’s office. You can either take the stairs that surround the upper level of the building, which will leave you vulnerable to enemy fire, or use an elevator in the basement. Make your way to the compound without being detected by patrols or snipers. – Infiltrate the compound through any of the entry points, and enter the main building. – Make your way to El Rubio’s office by taking the stairs or finding the elevator in the basement. – Enter El Rubio’s office. – Loot the drawer on the right of the desk and you’ll find the Perico Pistol. – Only the person who collects the gun will be able to use it, so if you’re playing as part of a team, you’ll have to decide who gets their hands on it. You can, of course, replay the heist if you don’t get it on the first attempt. It’s also worth pointing out that some players have claimed the weapon’s location can change, so you might be able to find it in multiple areas. How to get more chips at the GTA Online Casino Rockstar / TwitterThe GTA Online Casino presents a huge opportunity to make more GTA 5 cash, and we’ve got some tips for players looking to grab as many chips as they can. There are thousands of new GTA Online players running around Los Santos, since the Cayo Perico heist update in December, 2020. While there’s a lot to explore in the latest expansion, many still return to the Diamond Casino resort regularly for gambling. For those who don’t know already, the casino building is located right next to the Vinewood Racetrack, and features a good few games that could be used to boost your amount of cash. GTA Online players will be very much aware that Shark Cards can cost a pretty penny from the online store, but the Diamond Casino presents an opportunity to make money a different way – without having to grind through missions and heists. Let’s face it, that can be a little repetitive at times. Those who haven’t really played at the Casino too much might not be familiar with the chips system, but it’s quite easy to understand. You can turn real money into in-game cash, then buy chips with it, if you really want to. Read More: GTA Online weekly update patch notes – What we want to give you with this guide, however, are tips that will prevent you from spending real cash – instead, make the best of what’s available in-game. Welcoming bonus The first time you enter the building you will be awarded with a gift of 5,000 chips after paying the $500 membership fee (not real money of course), which should be more than enough to get you started. From there, players will be granted a further 1,000 chips from the cashier every other time they visit. Conversion rates are simple to understand, too. Each in-game dollar can be swapped for one chip and swapped back to GTA dollars at any time. This can all be done by approaching the cashier inside the casino. GTA Online Inside Track horse racing tips One of the games that you can play is Inside Track, and there really is quite a knack for it. First of all, once you have logged in on one of the automated betting units inside the Casino, you will notice that there are live online races and offline tracks as well. The first, which is called Main Event, you can compete against friends. Secondly, you can see Single Event, which is single-player. There are some very specific things to know about the game, as seen in our tips guide. This guide compiles a few methods for predicting different outcomes and things to avoid doing, such as betting on the ones with the highest odds. Chances are, you won’t win too much doing that. One example the guide lays out, however, is that: “If Hennagin’s Steed is in the second position on the list against a horse with the same odds above it, it’s very likely to be the winner.” Lucky Wheel rewards You won’t be shocked to find that the Diamond Casino has a whole load of games that could help boost your amount of chips really quickly. Aside from the obvious choices of slot machines, horse racing, and others, there’s a Lucky Wheel that players can spin once every day and receive random bonus prizes. Prizes aren’t just limited to chips, though, as there are also a plethora of other rewards available such as new clothing, RP, extra cash, and even a chance of winning the incredible podium vehicle inside the casino. Imagine walking away with a brand new set of wheels! Each week, with content updates, Rockstar adds a new car to the GTA Online Casino podium. The latest can be seen in our ever-updating patch notes page. You can see which one is up for grabs just by peering your head over in the direction of the podium, and you might be surprised to know some cars featured in the rewards have been worth over $4 million in-game – such as the Formula 1 racers. GTA Online Casino hidden playing cards Those visiting the casino for the first time will spot the following notification, as seen below. The feature could be described as a treasure hunting task for hidden casino playing cards. These are dotted around both Los Santos and Blaine County, and once players have collected them all they will be awarded with some extra chips and RP.

  • GTA Online: How to get into a solo public lobby – Dexerto

GTA Online: How to get into a solo public lobby Rockstar GamesIf you want to avoid distractions in GTA Online, using a public lobby could be the best option for you. These are great alternatives to the busier and more chaotic public lobbies and you can increase your productivity in a quieter setting in the game, so here’s exactly how to access solo public lobbeys in GTA Online. Most players in public GTA Online lobbies are respectful to others and will let you get on with jobs, races, or whatever else you’re doing during the weekly update without bothering you. Due to the public nature of these sessions though, there can still be troll players who will try to intervene with what you’re doing. There’s nothing more annoying than starting a business delivery, or setting up a race using the array fast cars and bikes available only to have another player attempt to ruin the fun for those involved. Private sessions that are invite-only can solve this issue but unfortunately, you can’t earn as much money from them. Solo public sessions however also eliminate the problem of bothersome players in the game and don’t have any limit on the amount of cash you can gain through your jobs. Here’s how to get into a solo public lobby in GTA Online. Contents (PC) How to get into a solo public lobby in GTA Online – (PS4/PS5/Xbox) How to get a solo public session in GTA 5 Online – Alternate solo public lobby in GTA Online – How to get into a solo public session in GTA Online on PC Before you get started, it’s important that you are inside a building you own. This will prevent the game from sending you to GTA 5’s story mode, making the process take longer. By using the task manager’s network performance monitor, simply suspend the process of GTA 5 running on your PC, and then resume it again within a few seconds. The game will then put you in your own lobby. Join a public GTA Online session and head to a building you own. – Alt-tab out of GTA Online and open ‘Task Manager‘. – Select the ‘Performance‘ tab. – At the bottom, click ‘Open Resource Monitor‘. – From there, find GTA5.exe. – Right-click, and select ‘Suspend Process‘. – After waiting a few seconds, right-click once more and select ‘Resume Process‘. – Return to the game, and you’ll now have your own session! – PC players can also try a couple of other methods that also work for console players, though the above steps are generally much quicker: How to get into a solo public lobby in GTA 5 Online (PS4/PS5/Xbox) The most common method that can be used to get your own solo public session focuses on disrupting your internet connection. To do this, you can either pull out your router’s cable, or try to follow the same method with a phone hotspot and Airplane Mode instead (though this will likely be tough on your phone’s data plan). Within a few seconds of removing the cable, or switching to a new internet connection, you then just put everything back to how it was. At this time, the game should kick you out of the lobby you were in and put you in a new one: Load into GTA 5 Story Mode with an Ethernet cable connected. – Unplug the cable, and connect to a wireless network. – Join a public GTA Online session and head into a building you own. – Reconnect the Ethernet cable to your console, and all players should be kicked from your lobby. – After a few more seconds, you should be in your own public lobby. – It’s worth noting that these methods do not guarantee you to have the lobby on your own for your whole play session. Alternate GTA Online solo public session method There’s one more way that you can ensure a public lobby on all platforms, too. This method does take slightly longer, and you’ll need to have a friend help you out. Open up the game’s menu while in a public session, and select the ‘Online‘ menu. – Scroll down to ‘Playlists‘ and then choose ‘Create‘. – You’ll see an option that then says ‘Add Race‘ – select that. – To make this method as quick as possible, you need to choose the shortest race available, ‘Criminal Records‘. – Once that’s selected, return to the previous menu and scroll to find ‘Save Playlist‘. A window will pop up asking you to enter a name. Type in whatever you like. – Back under the ‘Playlists’ menu option, select ‘My Playlists‘ and jump into the one you just saved. – Once you load into the race, set the number of laps setting to one. – Start the race, finish it, and a menu will appear that lists your position, RP, and cash earned. – At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see ‘Like‘ next to a button prompt. Hit the corresponding button for that, followed by the button prompt for ‘Restart‘. – As soon as the timer reaches zero, invite your friends to the game. – Once your friend joins the race, ask them to quit, and they will then be in their own solo public session. – Quit the playlist, and then ask your friend to invite you to that session once you’re back in a regular lobby. – That’s it! You should now be in a session with just your friend. If they leave, the session shouldn’t receive any new players. – After a while, it’s possible that another player could find their way into your lobby, but if you repeat the processes listed above, it won’t be long before you’re in a new, empty one again. That’s everything you need to know about how to get a solo ‘public’ lobby session in GTA 5 Online. • GTA Online: How to find treasure with your submarine – Dexerto

GTA Online: How to find treasure with your submarine Rockstar GamesGTA Online’s Cayo Perico update added a brand new selection of vehicles and one of the most expensive was the submarine, but you can use it to get cash back if you know what you’re doing. The game’s not only added huge underwater vehicles to the mix, equipped with lock-on rocket launchers, but also in an almost challenge-like way players who own one can start to hunt for treasure. The actual name of this in-game is Hidden Caches, which are hidden in the depths of the sea. Tracking them down isn’t the easiest thing in the world at first, though with the right setup, you will be farming treasure – which means cash and RP – in no time. It’s actually quite a simple process. How to farm Hidden Caches in GTA Online Firstly, it’s worth noting that there will be 10 of these Hidden Caches to find in GTA Online every day. Each one you tick off, you will get an RP boost and $7,500 cash per capture. That means you’re looking at $75,000 per day, if you play your cards right. Read More: Dr. Dre stuns GTA players with heist cameo – Follow the instructions below and you will be well on your way: Load up Grand Theft Auto 5 and enter GTA Online. – Purchase the submarine from your iFruit phone. – Go into upgrades and select the Sonar System, which will help you track down Hidden Caches. – Purchase the mini Submarine option, allowing you to sound out the treasure in the big sub, and switch to the smaller one to collect it. – Pick the nearest Hidden Cache and travel towards it – repeating this process to farm them. – How to find Hidden Cache in GTA 5 They’re easy to spot once you have completed those steps. As seen below, they appear in the water with easily recognizable icons. How much are submarine upgrades? Clearly, with a hefty $2.2 million price tag on the submarine, this isn’t going to be for everyone. Many members of the game’s online community will have a shed load of cash, because it’s been out for so long, making it a little more accessible than the absurd amount may perceive. The Sonar System is $1.2 million and the added feature to store a Kraken Avisa submersible inside will cost an additional $1.54 million. That’s for sure.

  • GTA Online: How to escape Casino heist undetected in Big Con approach – Dexerto

GTA Online: How to escape Casino heist undetected in Big Con approach Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto Online players have found a sneaky way to complete the Diamond Casino Heist without being detected with The Big Con heist approach – even if the job glitches out towards the end. When Rockstar made the Diamond Casino heist-able back in December, GTA Online players were chomping at the bit to bust through the doors and steal some major money. Though, you don’t have to go in all guns blazing. Instead, you can sneak your way in with the Silent and Sneaky approach or pretend to be a part of the everyday casino routine with the Big Con approach. However, a few glitches have been putting these quiet approaches in danger with guards being stuck in place and, now, having the exit disguises bug out and disappear before you reach the end. GTA Online Diamond Casino heist undetected exit tips If your exit disguises manage to disappear, however, you don’t need to fret. According to YTFatGuyGaming – who also had a workaround for the frozen guard glitch – you can still escape the heist undetected. All you have to do is, still, follow the usual exit plan to get towards the room where the exit disguise would be – while staying undetected, that is. From there, follow the steps laid out by the YouTuber below and not only will you escape scot free, but you should also bank some extra cash through the elite challenge. After coming up the stairs, do the same thing you would usually do to get to the exit disguises. – Go into the laundry room and go to the last door on the left (directly across the hall from the double doors leading to the staff lobby) – Make sure the guard in the hall, as well as the other two guards, are patrolling the staff lobby – Head to the staff lobby, through the metal detector, and out the staff lobby door. – Once outside, go directly to the right and knock out the N.O.O.S.E. agent on the left side of the van. – Go left to the outside wall of the track and run around the perimeter of the track to the parking lot. – Go out to the road, steal a car/get a getaway vehicle, and drive to the exit. – Of course, this is slightly easier said than done – you need your teamwork to be on point to get around the casino heist undetected, after all. Though, putting in the hard work and extra effort, as well as getting extra prep items like the staff patrol routes, will ultimately pay off in the end. Just make sure you aren’t spotted and have your heist ruined.

  • GTA Online: How to complete lowrider mission for daily objectives – Dexerto

GTA Online: How to complete lowrider mission for daily objectives Rockstar Games[jwplayer wZHxbKhS]Grand Theft Auto Online has caused some confusion by challenging players to complete a ‘lowrider’ mission. Here’s what you need to know about ticking off the unusual daily objective. As there is plenty to do inside GTA Online, sometimes players – rookies and veterans – can find themselves getting a little lost. Sometimes the game will ask you to do something that you either didn’t know existed or don’t know where to find it as it’s a bit of a secret. In recent days, the lowrider-themed missions have caused some confusion after cropping up as one of the rotating daily objectives that GTA Online dishes out. However, starting one up is actually pretty simple. You don’t have to trigger a special event or anything like that, you just need to call one familiar face. How to get a lowrider mission in GTA Online Yes, all you need to do to start a lowrider mission is to call Lamar. Yes, now and again he does offer up some pretty annoying missions and floods your phone with calls, but he is the key to this. Why, you ask? Well, when the Lowriders DLC was added back in October 2015, he took center stage. The character, who is a friend of Franklin in the single-player mode, can offer up eight different lowrider missions. They all, pretty much, follow the same formula. Hop in a lowrider, head to a location, and either eliminate someone or steal something. Sometimes, you might even have to blow up a few of the custom cars but its a sacrifice worth making. Open your phone – Scroll down to Lamar – Call Lamar and wait till he offers a mission – Complete the mission and the objective will be ticked off – If you’re new to GTA Online, no, you don’t need to own a lowrider to unlock the missions – Lamar will just offer them up through the phone. Though, you might have to complete a few non-lowrider missions before he decides to dish them out and help you complete the objective.

Thanks to the GTA Online subreddit, we’re able to share some valuable tips that will increase your in-game currency: Selling off vehicles in quick succession will trigger a sale limit, even if you’re selling it for $0 – Only sell one car per hour and no more than seven cars in a 30-hour time period – Breaking these ‘rules’ will increase your sale limit – The limit for selling vehicles like the Kuruma resets slowly over time, making it harder to get rid of them over days, weeks, and even months. An alternative method that requires a bit more work can be achieved too: Steal a car and drive it into your garage where your Kuruma is stored – Overwrite a Kuruma with the stolen car – Destroy the stolen car – This should remove any sale limits, making it easier to generate money in the game. Just make sure you don’t overwrite any vehicles you’d prefer to keep. Now you’re all set to claim your free Kuruma and wreak havoc across Los Santos. • GTA Online: How to choose your own Casino Heist vault rewards – Dexerto

GTA Online: How to choose your own Casino Heist vault rewards Rockstar GamesGTA Online players can choose exactly what reward they want to receive for completing the Diamond Casino Heist with a simple trick. After much demand from the GTA community, Rockstar finally opened up the Diamond Casino in Vinewood on December 12, giving players another way to make use out of their hard-earned cash. It did not take long for fans to set their eyes towards the casino’s vault and its potential, however, with the Diamond Heist launching shortly after, offering up a variety of rewards and approaches for players to enjoy. While the Diamond Casino Heist is one of the most rewarding heists to complete, with a maximum payout of GTA$3.6 million up for grabs, the content of the casino’s vault changes with each playthrough, potentially costing you a lot of money. One GTA fan u/richymc9786 revealed how you can make the most out of your time by choosing your own rewards when attempting the heist, to earn the maximum payout. How to choose Casino Heist rewards in GTA Online Complete the casino heist once. – Restart casino heist and start the ‘scope vault contents’ mission. – Start the mission as normal until you hack into camera feed. – When in camera feed find the vault contents. If you are unhappy with content, ring Lester and cancel casino heist. – Leave casino and go back inside. – Complete ‘scope vault contents’ with whatever the loot was- it doesn’t matter as the heist is already canceled. – Return to the arcade and restart the heist. The vault’s contents should already be confirmed as whatever you had during your previous run at the Casino Heist. – The glitch only allows you to earn the same rewards as you did in your previous run, so it requires you to have completed the heist with the desired rewards already. It is also worth noting that there is a fee of $25,000 to restart the heist, although you can earn much more in return for making use of the trick.

  • GTA Online: How to avoid Los Santos Customs daily sell limit – Dexerto

GTA Online: How to avoid Los Santos Customs daily sell limit Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto Online players have found a clever trick to avoid the daily sell limit for vehicles in Los Santos Customs. Here’s what you’ll need to do. Selling vehicles in Los Santos Customs can be a quick way for players to earn some extra cash in Grand Theft Auto V. You can simply pick a car up, take it over to the mod shop, and sell it no questions asked. However, for GTA Online, Rockstar has added a ‘daily sell limit’ for players who have attempted to abuse this tactic and making tons of money in a single day. Usually, players with this daily sell limit can only sell one vehicle in the Los Santos Customs shop before having to wait a full in-game day, but some GTA players have found a simple trick to get around this long wait. Reddit user u/Tego31DaGreat was among the first to share this easy method and revealed that players with this limit could sell up to three vehicles a day. While this trick is fairly straightforward, it would help to have all the vehicles you plan on selling ready before trying it. Here’s how to skip the daily cooldown in Los Santos Customs. How to avoid Los Santos Customs daily sell limit Bring your first vehicle to any of the Los Santos Customs shops and sell it. – You will then need to quickly look for a new session. – After finding a new session, you should be able to sell another car at one of the other LSC shops in-game. – You should be able to repeat the second and third steps one more time to sell three cars in one day. – The GTA Online player also revealed that this trick works for both Xbox and Ps4, and that it might be better to use public lobbies when attempting it. As with all bugs found in GTA Online, it is quite possible that Rockstar could look to patch this glitch in one of their future updates.

  • GTA Online: How to avoid guards not moving in Casino Heist glitch – Dexerto

GTA Online: How to avoid guards not moving in Casino Heist glitch Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto Online players have been left frustrated by a glitch in the Diamond Casino heist where guards before frozen and it becomes pretty difficult to sneak by them. Here’s how you can solve that. The Diamond Casino heist was added to GTA Online back in December of 2019, as fans finally got their long sought after wish. Since then, players have been busting into the vault in a number of different ways and taking home a huge score. One of the best ways to get things done is by going silent and sneaky. After all, you can avoid fighting the hordes of security guards by taking this heist approach. However, players have been running into an issue where, in certain situations, these guards will become frozen. This means you can’t sneak by them as normal, and it pretty much ruins the sneaky aspect of the Heist. Yet, one player – Reddit user YTFatGuyGaming – has found a way to get around the frozen guards that have decided to abandon their patrols. According to the Redditor, your best bet is to quickly take down some of them, but not all of them. The ones that you don’t fight can trigger a bigger problem like the game saying that a body is found and more guards come your way. If you follow the steps given by YTFatGuyGaming below, you should be able to get around the annoying frozen guard glitch without a hitch. First guard: Don’t do anything. If you shoot him through the double doors, the game will glitch. – Stairs Guard: Pop around the corner and quickly shoot him down. – Guard in the security checkpoint: Go through the set of double doors to the right, shoot the two guards behind the desk, then turn left and shoot the guard. – Two Guards in the security checkpoint coming out of mantrap: Leave them alone. – Staff Lobby Guard: he will be glitched to the right of the security office, so exit the office on the left and make your way to the staff lobby door. – Of course, these tips only work if your silent and sneaky heist falls to the frozen guard glitch. Though, players have also noted that it is a problem with the Big Con heist approach too. Rockstar have recently rolled out patches fixing glitches and other bugs – with the most notable being the God Mode and money exploit. So, we’ll just have to wait and see as to whether or not they’ve got a more permanent solution for this issue.

  • GTA Online hotfix update patches taxi god mode and four other glitches – Dexerto

GTA Online hotfix update patches taxi god mode and four other glitches Rockstar GamesThe frustrating god mode taxi work mission glitch has been patched along with several other GTA Online glitches. For a week, GTA Online players have been complaining about the latest game-breaking bug that has been making playing in public lobbies almost impossible. “God mode” glitches are nothing new in GTA Online, as they allow players who exploit certain glitches to become indestructible and sometimes get other impossible abilities like being able to fly or never running out of ammunition. The latest such exploit that has been plaguing the game revolves around the new Taxi Work update, which gives players the chance to earn some extra money as one of Los Santos’s many, previously-unnamed cabbies. Luckily, the issue and several others, have been patched. GTA Online pushes hotfix for god mode taxi bug Scooper Tez2 recently shared a hotfix that had been pushed out for GTA Online by Rockstar. The hotfix targets five glitches, including the “Taxi God Mode” glitch. The hotfix also patched a workaround where players could avoid the cooldown on the missions offered by Dax and Yohan, a glitch that lets players merge two cars in the auto shop, another glitch that lets players get through the Cayo Perico heist by using wallhacks, and a glitch that let players skip the prep stage of the Doomsday heist. Players are, of course, thrilled to see these issue glitches like god mode patched out, but others are upset either that they are losing a way for them to grind through the missions more quickly, or because there are still glaring glitches still yet to be fixed. “Of course. Had to patch harmless glitches first, right,” one player said in the replies to Tez2’s tweet. “[B]etter late than never I suppose, now we wait for all the others,” another lamented. While these bug fixes might please fans tired of gods ruining their public sessions, there are still plenty of hackers out there to cause grief to GTA Online players.

  • GTA Online player reveals hilarious tactic to stop Oppressor MK2 griefers – Dexerto

GTA Online player reveals hilarious tactic to stop Oppressor MK2 griefers Rockstar Games/Imgur: DiletantGTA Online players have been putting up with a scourge of Oppressor MK2 griefers throughout Los Santos recently, and members of the community have started fighting back in creative ways. While trolling is a completely normal part of the GTA Online experience, there’s nothing sweeter than getting back at players that just did you wrong. Well, there’s a batch of people that typically take to the skies in helis, jets, and the popular Oppressors to ruin people’s days. There’s plenty of instances where Oppressor users, especially, take the trolling a bit too far and just start to get frustrating to deal with. True to form for the GTA Online community, people have been plotting against them and finding hilarious ways of downing the griefers. Reddit user ‘Yung_Almonds’ shared how they decided to take care of a bully in GTA Online, catching them at an opportune moment of weakness. The best part of GTAO is probably how cinematic the game can get, given the right moments and point of view of when all the action happens. Ducking out behind a wall, Yung_Almonds used the third-person perspective to his advantage in a scheme to get revenge on someone that kept killing him with the Oppressor. Once the MK2 was in the air, the player waited until just after takeoff to set off the sticky bomb they had planted on the backside of the ride. The bomb went off just as it looked like the Oppressor was going to get away to terrorize some other player, but he didn’t quite make it out. People have been getting so clever with their kills, there should be awards for creative, authentic Oppressor takedowns if these wild plays keep happening. GTA Online players getting back at Oppressor trolls in funny ways has been a neat twist to the game’s current saga with griefers.

  • GTA Online heist players slam Rockstar over response to crashing issues – Dexerto

GTA Online heist players slam Rockstar over response to crashing issues Rockstar GamesA game crash wiped a crew’s heist progress, and community members were less than pleased with Rockstar’s response to the problem. Completing heists in GTA Online is one of the best ways to make money. For example, stealing a panther statue as part of the Cayo Perico heist awards players $2 million, and players can claim a $2 million heist bonus Payouts are great, but completing heists requires hours of effort on some occasions and perfect coordination from crew members. One group of players lost all of their progress while attempting to complete a heist, and Rockstar responded there was nothing the developers could do. GTA Online players frustrated by heist crashing A GTA Online player reached out to Rockstar Support asking for a reinstatement of their crew’s heist progress after a game crash wiped their progress from the Criminal Mastermind Challenge. “We all don’t have a lot of time to get on nowadays, and it was a hassle to even get this far with our schedule. If this is any way you can verify with the servers that we still have our progress, or even reinstate it, that would be great.” Rockstar responded, “We are sorry to inform you that, unfortunately, we will not be able to restore the heist progress,” and recommended the players play with a more stable internet connection. One player responded, “I’ve contacted Rockstar three times about saving issues and crashes, losing hours of my progress. They have never helped me.” A second user added, “I got into a four-day battle with support, and it basically went from we don’t believe you to okay, you have given us irrefutable evidence that this did happen, but we still don’t believe you.” Community members uniformly agreed, Rockstar asking the crew to play on a more stable internet connection was not an adequate response to the issue.

  • GTA Online Heist Challenge sets $2 trillion goal with mystery prize – Dexerto

GTA Online Heist Challenge sets $2 trillion goal with mystery prize Rockstar GamesRockstar Games have set GTA Online players the task of stealing $2 trillion with their new Heist Challenge, and there’s a mystery reward for the community if they manage it. As the heists in Grand Theft Auto Online have gotten bigger and better over the last few years, Rockstar Games have also made a point of rewarding players in a pretty big way for completing them multiple times. Heist targets in the Cayo Perico and Diamond Casino jobs change each time you run the heist, but the iconic game developers go further than that as well. They’ve constantly added bonus cash as well with events and challenges. The biggest of which is the annual heist challenge event, where players can get double rewards for classic heists like The Pacific Standard Job. But, that’s not all. How to get GTA Online heist challenge 2022 mystery reward The GTA Online community has, at times, been challenged to smash a collective target of stolen money that ultimately leads to everyone getting a reward. Well, that’s back this year, with Rockstar taking things to a new level. Instead of the $100 billion target of two years, players have been challenged with stealing over $3 trillion. That’s right, $3 trillion. On top of their bank balances receiving a nice boost, players who take part will also unlock a “special reward” that will be distributed later in the year should the challenge be completed by the community. So, drop in, complete a heist, and you’ll be eligible. The “special reward” will, obviously, catch the eye of plenty of players who will want to see what Rockstar might dish out. Though, there will be some who are skeptical and be just expecting a new t-shirt or mask for their efforts. Either way, it’s very likely that the community manages to smash this target once again, so make sure you get involved and don’t miss out on whatever prize Rockstar dishes out for it.

Collectively, the community needed to reach a score far greater than years gone by – but still, they managed to pull it off. Players that completed heists to help smash the community objective will be able to claim a new vehicle in a future update, according to Rockstar. However, it’s very much an unnamed vehicle at this stage. Here’s everything we know about the rewards so far. GTA Online heist rewards revealed “Shout out to the GTA Online community for once again obliterating our expectations in The Heists Challenge, this time surpassing over $4 trillion total!” they tweeted on December 1. In 2020, the challenge total was set at just $100 billion, so in two years the community is still looking stronger than ever. They actually doubled the $2 trillion asked of them. They continued: “As a result, you’ve unlocked a free new vehicle coming soon to GTA Online. Stay tuned for more details.” Rockstar has now officially confirmed what vehicle players can expect, with the most recent winter update announcement noting that players will receive a “retro-styled Declass Tahoma Coupe” for the smashing success in the heists Challenge. How to claim GTA Online heist challenge rewards To get your hands on the Tahoma Coupe, you’ve simply got to go to the Southern San Andreas Super Autos website in-game and claim it. The easiest way to find it will be to change the price filter so the ‘free’ cars pop up first. From there, simply click on the Tahoma, pick the style you want, and order it to a free space in one of your garages. When are GTA Online heist challenge rewards out? Rockstar have only made the Tahoma Coupe available for a very short period of time. It’ll be free from December 16 to December 18 using the steps above. After that, the car will still be live on Southern San Andreas Super Autos, but it will cost $1,500,000. So, get it while you can!

  • GTA Online heatmap reveals Los Santos’ most popular locations – Dexerto

GTA Online heatmap reveals Los Santos’ most popular locations Reddit: xslaughteredxOne dedicated Grand Theft Auto Online fan has gone above and beyond to reveal the most popular locations in Los Santos. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the most active location is located within the main city. GTA Online’s vast Los Santos map gives players the chance to do pretty much whatever they want. You can cause havoc in the populated main city, keep to yourself in the desert-like northern section, or even go out and sail across the sea. Even though the map is gigantic, players do usually congregate on certain areas – be it the Airport, Casino, or around the Ammu-Nation in Pillbox Hill, to name just a few. Yet, one player has produced a heatmap that shows off some of the other popular locations so you know where to avoid as a new player. The incredibly detailed map comes from Zack Zwiezen, showing that the most popular location in all of Los Santos isn’t the Airport or Casino. Instead, it is the set of apartments located towards Vespucci Beach that pretty much everyone owns, or has owned at some point. Aside from the apartments, the Los Santos Customs that sits just down the road near Rockford Hills is also highly-populated. As Zack points out, this could be because of the number of griefers that want to ruin another player’s day – though, Rockstar have implemented changes to counter those trolls. On top of the popular city-based locations, Fort Zancudo and Paleto Bay dominate the popularity in the north. These are both understandable given that you can break into Zancudo and grab a jet. As for Paleto Bay, well, there are plenty of cheap properties up there – including a bunker and arcade that have been free in the past so that players can run different businesses. Obviously, players are going to have their favorite locations aside from those that they need to visit like homes and businesses. As more and more players continue to flood into GTA Online, other spots will, no doubt, fly up the rankings in the future.

  • GTA Online player recreates The Hangover after going to somebody’s apartment – Dexerto

GTA Online player recreates The Hangover after going to somebody’s apartment Take-Two Interactive, WB PicturesAfter visiting a stranger’s apartment in GTA Online, one player found themselves in a situation akin to The Hangover movie. For years, Grand Theft Auto Online has allowed players to join up with friends and enjoy the pleasures and chaos of Los Santos. Users have the option to explore the open-world setting with strangers, too, of course. However, teaming up with randoms is not always the best course of action. It seems that even befriending strangers in the digital world can lead to a comedy of errors and The Hangover levels of mayhem. GTA Online players channel The Hanger with bizarre meetup 2009’s The Hangover follows a group of friends who awake one morning after a bachelor party in Las Vegas to find the groom-to-be is missing. Reddit user katelynrfitzx encountered somewhat of a similarly surprising situation in GTA Online. The Redditor said they got into a stranger’s vehicle, then later arrived at an apartment complex. Nothing too wild. However, once entering the apartment, the player found themselves face-to-face with a scantily clad exotic dancer. Said NPC is pictured in the NSFW screenshot below: The post has, thus far, garnered well over 4,000 upvotes in the official GTA Online subreddit. And other users were quick to point out the name of the photographed sex worker – Sapphire. For anyone else who may have an interest in The Hangover-esque fun in GTA Online, Loaded_up-Now detailed the best way to kick off an apartment party. Apparently, going to your in-game apartment, calling for a dancer, then inviting the whole lobby is a “nice change of pace from the hustle & bustle of Los Santos.”

Explaining the concept in a blog post, Rockstar said: “The end is nigh in Judgement Day, a new Adversary Mode that pits a small team of powerful Riders against a vulnerable group of Hunted in a kill-or-be-killed, hide-and-seek scenario. The Hunted need only worry about surviving through dawn. “Riders will begin each round on an LCC Sanctus and are equipped with extra health, speed, a Double Barrel Shotgun, Stone Hatchet, and a host of abilities — including a brief burst of thermal vision, heartbeat sense, and health regeneration when near their Sanctus. Riders also deal increased damage when near their Sanctus and will respawn if downed before the final minute. “Riders must sniff out and eliminate the Hunted to emerge victorious. Hunted will find weapons strewn across the map, which Riders cannot pick up. While killing a Rider won’t be an easy task, it’s the only way to bring a fallen teammate back into the fray for a crucial bit of backup — though resurrections are disabled in the final minute.” Is there a GTA 6 teaser in Halloween update? There has been a lot of speculation about the possibility of a GTA 6 teaser being dropped in the Halloween update. While it has not been found yet, we will update fans should it appear.

  • GTA Online Halloween Surprise 2021: Start date, new events & more – Dexerto

GTA Online Halloween Surprise 2021: Start date, new events & more Rockstar GamesHalloween might still be a few weeks away but some of the GTA Online content to celebrate the holiday has started to leak out. So, here’s everything you need to know. Just like plenty of other multiplayer titles, Rockstar Games will give players the chance to celebrate real-world holidays inside the virtual world of GTA Online. The annual Christmas events have been spectacular, and there is usually fun to be had around Valentine’s Day, Easter, and Independence Day to boot. Halloween is another of those that players can expect new content for – even if it’s as game-changing as Christmas – and this year looks to be no different as some details have started to filter out. When does Halloween Surprise 2021 start in GTA Online? Now, the spooky day of Halloween might happen on October 31, but in 2021, that’s a Sunday, which throws a bit of a spanner into the works when it comes to a GTA online update. Just like previous years, the actual Halloween Surprise update will go live days before the day itself and likely fall in line with the weekly Thursday updates. That means that Thursday, October 28 is likely when we’ll see the new content drop into GTA Online and it should last for at least a week. Last year’s event was split across two weeks, running until November 16, so Rockstar may opt for something similar this year given that was a success. Halloween Surprise 2021 events For the past two years, the main event for Halloween Surprise has been the return of the Peyote Plants. Players can eat one and randomly turn into an animal, which provides some fun. However, this year, something else could be in store. In late August, monkeypolice188 claimed that a random in-game encounter that is inspired by the Fiery Fury scene from the movie Christine will take place in Paleto, with a Tornado Custom taking the place of the iconic horror car. (2/5) It appears to take place at the Blaine County Savings Bank. A custom vehicle and robber spawns at the bank. A ped is run over and set on fire. pic.twitter.com/VPP7SIhMoa — Monkeypolice188 (@monkeypolice188) August 24, 2021 New Halloween Surprise event teasers While there’s still no official word on what new content is coming with the event, we have received the first official hint and it looks like there’s some unusual UFO activity over the Paleto Bay waters. Strange sightings in GTA Online as Halloween approaches. pic.twitter.com/DsJm8dFhsk — Rockstar Games (@RockstarGames) October 15, 2021 Players have reported seeing these UFOs hovering over the bay, and it seems as if they’re harmless for now, but there’s plenty of time for that to change before the event actually starts. Will Halloween Surprise have new vehicles? In terms of potential new vehicles, Rockstar hasn’t added a new vehicle in the Halloween update since 2019 when they introduced the Western Rampant Rocket. Last year, the Casino Lucky Wheel got two updates with the XA-21 and S80RR getting their moments in the spotlight. However, neither of those are particularly spooky. We’re not betting on a new car being added to the game this year either, but that could change. As is typical with the Halloween updates, players will likely be able to get Double GTA$ and RP rewards in Survival missions as well as Double GTA$ and RP rewards from Adversary Modes. If anything changes, we’ll update this post, so be sure to check back for more as we get closer to the day.

  • GTA Online Halloween Surprise 2020: Start date, new jobs, event details – Dexerto

GTA Online Halloween Surprise 2020: Start date, new jobs, event details Rockstar GamesWith Halloween on the horizon, GTA Online players have been asking if Rockstar will keep up with traditions and have a limited-time event. So, here’s everything we know. [jwplayer M2iRw99J] Since GTA Online released back in 2013, Rockstar Games have had an affinity for limited-time events around holidays. This has included Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Independence Day, and Easter. The Grand Theft Auto developers will typically make new content available with these updates too – be it cars, clothes, houses, or new jobs. Though, as we’ve seen over Christmas before, decorations and weather across Los Santos can change too. With Halloween on the horizon, and everyone gearing up to the spooky holiday, some GTA V fans have been left asking if Rockstar will have an event – seeing as they didn’t celebrate GTA Online’s birthday this year. So, here’s what we know. GTA Online Halloween Surprise 2020 date While Halloween is celebrated around the world on October 31st, Rockstar has typically taken a few days before, and after, to keep the party going in GTA Online. The earliest start to the Halloween celebrations came back in 2017, when Rockstar’s update rolled out on October 27. The latest that the spooky event has gone away came in 2015, when Halloween last all the way until November 16. This year, it should start around October 29 – given that it is the last Thursday, the day updates are released, before Halloween. As for when it will end, November 5 would be a full week on, so that seems likely as an ending point. New cars and missions for Halloween Surprise 2020 update? As for new content, Rockstar will more than likely add a Halloween themed vehicle to the Casino podium. Last year, this honor went to the LCC Sanctus motorbike, and it wouldn’t be a shock to see that return too. There are also typically new Survival missions and cash bonuses. These should also return too. As for where the double cash and RP bonuses might go to, Survival missions or Adversary mode jobs. Will Peyote Plants return to GTA Online? In addition to those, we could see the return of the Peyote Plants. These plants are dotted around Los Santos and consuming one will turn you into a random animal. Like the new vehicle and survival missions, this was a part of last year’s Halloween Surprise update, so it could be a case of rinse and repeat for Rockstar. If the Peyote Plants do make a return, you’ll be able to find them using our map and guide, which can be found here. Given that Rockstar didn’t celebrate GTA Online’s birthday, there might be some skepticism surrounding Halloween Surprise this year, especially as the major winter update is too far away either. However, if anything changes – be it good news or bad – you’ll be able to find the latest update here on Dexerto and our GTA Twitter page – GTA_Intel.

  • GTA Online player reveals hilarious Halloween cosplay in-game – Dexerto

GTA Online player reveals hilarious Halloween cosplay in-game Take-Two InteractiveOne GTA Online player is celebrating Halloween with hilarious in-game cosplay inspired by the beloved Mr. Bean character. Rockstar Games kicked off its own Halloween celebration with the release of GTA Online’s Judgement Day mode. The month-long event began this week and will end in early November. As an Adversary mode, Judgement Day pits powerful teams of Riders against vulnerable Hunted groups in a hide-and-seek-style scenario. Though such a challenge will surely keep players busy for a time, some GTA Online users have also taken to making their own kind of fun. GTA Online Halloween cosplay introduces Mr. Bean to Los Santos GTA Online player FudgeControl has gained a lot of attention in the game’s subreddit because of their recent Halloween-themed post. The user dressed their player character in Mr. Bean-inspired cosplay, complete with the character’s signature tweed jacket and red tie. Better still, the player managed to customize their car to look like Mr. Bean’s iconic MINI, though the coloring is a bit off. Check it out in the post linked below: The Reddit post hasn’t been up for a full day at the time of writing, yet it’s already gone viral. Thus far, the GTA Online player’s Halloween cosplay has accrued more than 10,000 upvotes. Evidently, Grand Theft Auto fans are impressed by the effort. “If any griefers go after Mr. Bean, the whole lobby should destroy them,” one person joked. Several others simply seem happy to see in-game cosplay that’s not inspired by the likes of Joker, John Wick, or Hitman’s Agent 47. The imaginations of GTA Online users never cease to amaze. In recent years, players have also dressed their characters in Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi cosplay, for example. With Halloween nearly upon us, even more creative in-game builds are bound to make the rounds online.

  • GTA Online Halloween event adds terrifying killer clowns on the hunt – Dexerto

GTA Online Halloween event adds terrifying killer clowns on the hunt RockstarAs part of Rockstar’s Halloween celebrations, killer clowns are starting to appear in GTA Online, and players are seriously creeped out. The killer clown craze is having a resurgence in GTA Online as more and more players report spooky interactions with not only them, but ghost cars, UFOs, and other weird goings-on. Rockstar has been known to add different interactions and events to GTA Online during the Halloween Surprise period, but this time they’ve gone all out with killer clowns being on the loose. There appears to be a variety of different killer clowns running around Los Santos, with some of the spookiest being inspired by Pennywise the Dancing Clown from Stephen King’s IT. Though, there have also been sightings of other creepy stalkers based on different slasher icons too. Killer clowns and masked serial killers in GTA Online Players have reported seeing masked serial killers carrying a machete which seems to be based on Jason Voorhees from the Friday the 13 franchise. While other players have seen NPCs that resemble Freddy Kruger from Nightmare on Elm Street. While some killer clowns can be taken down, some of them and the other murderers in GTA Online are seemingly unkillable, according to players who’ve interacted with them, due to their increased health. These villains slowly trudge towards players and attack if they get too close or have a weapon pointed towards them. Each one has unique sound effects too, which makes it incredibly spooky at times. Ghost cars stalk the roads of GTA Online However, it’s not just killer clowns that are on the loose. Players have also had random interactions with ghost cars that have no driver and point red headlights at the player. These are, again, based on another classic Stephen King icon – the killer car Christine. Those who get tailed by the car will have to be careful. Some of them will burst into flames and charge towards the player at speed, hoping to run them over. It can be truly unsettling. https://twitter.com/NWhereabouts/status/1451372275219980288 How to find killer clowns in GTA Online Players who want to experience the weirdness for themselves need to log in to a private or public session and walk around for a while. Those who have experienced the killer clowns and other scary events said they usually spotted it while walking around Los Santos or driving slowly. It may also take up to 20 minutes for something to spawn. But you’ll know it when you see it, and be prepared once you do. These killer clowns are as deadly as they look!

  • GTA Online hackers are ruining lobbies with bizarre God Mode exploits – Dexerto

GTA Online hackers are ruining lobbies with bizarre God Mode exploits Reddit: N_LotusGTA Online players have found that a number of hackers are handing out God Mode exploits but completely ruining their sessions in the meantime. Even though GTA Online is almost a decade old, players have been flooding to Los Santos in recent weeks after Epic Games gave Grand Theft Auto V away for free to PC players. As a result, the multiplayer side of GTA V is as populated as ever – even though these new players are low levels and just getting started. However, with the game being given away for free, an influx of hackers have also been making themselves known by rolling out some hilarious, yet annoying, exploits. In the case of Reddit user N_Lotus, they noted that they were recently turned into an orange ball by a hacker. The Redditor claimed that they were minding their own business inside their Arcade when their appearance suddenly changed. Read More: How to get a flying tank in GTA Online – Plenty of players pointed out that the exploit wasn’t exactly a bad thing as the orange ball represented a God Mode hack where you can’t be killed by bullets. However, on the flip side of things, you can’t really do much else but roll around Los Santos when you are an orange ball. Obviously, having hacks dropped on your player can be a cause of concern – especially if Rockstar decides to roll out an automatic ban wave for cheaters in the near future. However, if this cruel and unusual fate falls upon you while playing GTA Online, you don’t have to worry about your future games being ruined as well. Simply quit out of your game and head to story mode. By waiting for a few minutes inside story mode, you’ll be able to rejoin GTA Online and return to your normal self within a few minutes. If you jump away from the hacks quickly, the Rockstar servers might not register the fact that your character has been infected by exploit and you might be alright when it comes to cheating bans later in the year.

  • GTA Online hack can reportedly corrupt game data & “affect your PC” – Dexerto

GTA Online hack can reportedly corrupt game data & “affect your PC” Rockstar GamesGTA Online community mainstay ‘TezFunz2’ has issued a warning over a hack that can corrupt game data and have adverse effects on a player’s PC. Hacking has been a longstanding issue in GTA Online. From nefarious cheats that can get other players slapped with bad sport penalties to lighthearted things like spawning an elephant in the middle of Los Santos, it’s a well-traveled topic in 2023. However, the community is riled up over the situation once again thanks to a new cheat that is allowing hackers to completely delete characters from the game, potentially ruining hundreds of hours of playtime for any unlucky target. GTA Online’s “Remote Code Execution” hack sparks worry TezFunz2 first put out a warning to players to remind them that they should be playing with a firewall at all times if they want to steer clear of anyone jumping in their lobby and getting them banned – or hit with the aforementioned penalties. “New extreme exploits have appeared allowing cheaters to remotely add/remove/modify your stats and permanently corrupt your account,” he announced. He also encouraged users to stay offline entirely for the time being, if they can help it. “The exploit is partial remote code execution. Paid mod menus are racing as we speak to abuse this to a further extent. This could transform into something much worse to extend beyond a game and affect your PC.” The insider also revealed that this is “at the top of the highest priority tasks internally right now” for Rockstar and that the development of a full Remote Code Execution may add “legal pressure” to the situation. It’s important to note that these hackers do not have to be invited into a session to join it, which is what makes a firewall so important to keep any potential victims safe. All in all, it may be safer to stay off the servers entirely until the dev team gets a handle on the situation.

  • GTA Online Gun Van: Battle Rifle, daily location, weapons, more – Dexerto

GTA Online Gun Van: Battle Rifle, daily location, weapons, more Rockstar GamesGTA Online’s new Gun Van is finally here and it contains some of the best weapons in the game. Here’s what you need to know about it and the Gun Van’s location today. While plenty of Grand Theft Auto fans are still waiting for more information about GTA 6, given that we’ve finally seen a trailer, Rockstar Games have been moving forward with updates for GTA Online. The game devs have dropped a few big updates, including the Los Santos Drugs War update, The Cluckin’ Bell Farm Raid, and Bottom Dollar Bounties – the middle of which being the first heist in GTA Online for four years. The Drug Wars update, though, gave us the Gun Van and Acid Lab business. GTA Online Gun Van daily location & mini-map blip If you haven’t already seen the previous leaks and rumors about the Gun Van, well, it’s a pretty simple thing to understand. Some of the best weapons that you could previously purchase at Ammu-Nation have now been placed in the Gun Van, which will turn up at different locations around Los Santos. Unlike Little Jacob from GTA 4, this isn’t a service you call and it’ll arrive at your location, instead, you’ll have to go to it. The gun van isn’t actually shown on the map unless you go near it or subscribe to GTA+. Though, we know its location. On September 17, the Gun Van can be found at the Land Act Reservoir. GTA Online Gun Van weapon stock As noted, the Gun Van is home to some of the best weapons you can wield in GTA Online, including the newly released Battle Rifle from the Chop Shop update, the Grenade Launcher, and more. Don’t expect a discount just because you’re not using Ammu-Nation, however, the weapons are still costly. You can find a full list of the current stock below: Pool Cue (10%, GTA+ 20%) – Stun Gun (20%, GTA+ 20%) – Unholy Hellbringer (10%, GTA+ 20%) – Double Barrel Shotgun (10%, GTA+ 20%) – Compact Rifle (10%, GTA+ 40%) – Assault SMG (10%, GTA+ 20%) – Grenade (10%, GTA+ 20%) – Pipe Bomb (10%, GTA+ 20%) – Sticky Bomb (10%, GTA+ 20%) – Super Light Armor (10%, GTA+ 20%) – Light Armor (10%, GTA+ 20%) – Standard Armor (10%, GTA+ 20%) – Heavy Armor (10%, GTA+ 20%) – Super Heavy Armor (10%, GTA+ 20%) – This stock could change as a way for Rockstar to balance things out, but we’ll have to wait and see if and when they choose to do so. If there are any big changes made to the Gun Van mechanic, we’ll have them here. So, keep checking back for more.

  • GTA Online has a God mode cheat problem and players are furious – Dexerto

GTA Online has a God mode cheat problem and players are furious Rockstar GamesGTA Online has an issue with people abusing a God mode cheat and players are voicing their frustrations at Rockstar to address their concerns. Grand Theft Auto 5 has been online for eight years, and the game’s still growing in popularity with everything from RP servers to hectic lobbies where rules can wildly change. But fans have been encountering more instances of disruptive players using cheats that ruin gameplay for everyone else. This isn’t the first time people have called on the devs to do something about God mode hackers. Though Rockstar has tried to quell the problem before, people are finding cheaters cropping up again. GTA Online God mode causes concern Once again, GTA Online players are asking for a bit more urgency from the developers to stop God mode cheaters on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. “The amount of people cheating on GTA Online on console is the worst I’ve ever seen it,” GTAO YouTuber ‘GhillieMaster’ said on Twitter. “It’s almost rare to not see someone abusing some form of God mode. “There’s a reason the video I made about countering it got tons of views, people are sick of seeing that s**t.” The amount of people cheating on GTA Online on console is the worst I’ve ever seen it. But just now, I’ve encountered a permanently off-radar God mode player on an MK II.” Some GTA Online’s notorious Oppressor Mk II griefers have apparently been exploiting a combination of cheats that is getting out of hand. Rockstar are reportedly getting ready to drop a few upcoming projects, but players want to devs to take a closer look at GTA Online’s problems too.

  • GTA Online glitch is trapping players inside the Diamond Casino – Dexerto

GTA Online glitch is trapping players inside the Diamond Casino Rockstar GamesA GTA Online glitch can trap players inside the Diamond Casino at random, making it one of the stranger bugs that people have come across – and there’s a simple way to wiggle out of there with some persistence. GTA Online is beloved for its open sandbox that lets players create chaos in every part of Los Santos. After 2019’s The Diamond Casino & Resort update, Rockstar gave players an entire casino and resort to mix up the gameplay. It’s been a couple of years since then and the resort still has plenty for GTA Online players to do, but sometimes it can work against you. Reddit user ‘shaideen76’ was the latest victim of a bizarre Diamond Casino glitch that loads the lobby’s NPC’s a tad too late – and are near-immovable when they appear. “I thought all the NPC were on strike but nope they just wanted to trick me then trap me between these 3 NPCs,” they quipped. The GTA player was greeted with an empty Diamond Casino lobby with only some NPCs stationed at the bar and the like. The show floor was completely void of anyone, so it looked safe to go in. But in an instant, like if the GTA server turned on the lights, dozens of NPCs immediately spawned around the player. Unfortunately, a cluster of three NPCs literally surrounded shaideen76, trapping them inside the huddle. How to get out of Diamond Casino bug This is something players suspect happens when the GTA Online lobby is full, so it’s catching up to render some assets around the map. To get out of the Diamond Casino NPC bug, some people found success by switching to 1st person mode. If that doesn’t work, then some players even enlisted the help of a friend to try and dislodge some of the NPCs from the back. This GTA Online bug is random and annoying, but at least players have some options at their disposal in case they get trapped in the Diamond Casino.

  • GTA Online glitch ruins the way mechanics drop off your cars – Dexerto

GTA Online glitch ruins the way mechanics drop off your cars Rockstar GamesA strange bug has been discovered in GTA Online that completely ruins the way mechanics drop off cars, instead turning them into the biggest troll on the planet. As regular players will know by now, a simple call to your mechanic can see them drop off one of your cars in a few seconds. They actually get paid to do it, hence the notification you receive each time you play. However, while this is usually a simple process that sees cars arrive soon after the phone call ends, a new bug has thrown a spanner in the works. Instead of your vehicle rolling up at its intended location, the glitch actually sees it spawn multiple times in a variety of nearby locations. So, when your driver says that he’s “Johnny on the spot” and picks a drop-off spot, don’t always believe what he’s saying. When the bug kicks into action, it can actually look pretty embarrassing chasing shadows. As seen in a post from CSchreiber97, their car teleported not once, but twice, three times, and even more than that in just a few seconds. As soon as they got close to their ride, boom, there it goes again. “My mechanic thinks he’s funny,” the user said. The funniest thing about it, though, is that the mini map is updating just as fast – showing the car spawning in different places. It’s fair to say that this would be an absolute disaster if you had to escape a place real fast or were chasing another player. Whether or not this is a widespread issue that Rockstar Games are looking into is unknown at the time of writing, but members of the community should expect to see it reolves shortly, just like all other problems. Until then, well, we should stop paying our mechanic – until he gets his act together.

  • GTA Online glitch makes MK II Oppressor bikes invisible – Dexerto

GTA Online glitch makes MK II Oppressor bikes invisible Rockstar GamesGTA Online players have come up with a dastardly trick that allows them to become invisible while riding on the MK II oppressors. Even though there is plenty of variation when it comes to vehicles in Grand Theft Auto, you always know when you’re going to combat a troll when you see a MK II Oppressor hoverbike buzzing around in a lobby. The hoverbike, which has been nicknamed the Boom Stick by many Grand Theft Auto Online players because of its rockets and resemblance to a broomstick from Harry Potter, can regularly be found chasing an unsuspecting player down before unleashing a barrage of explosives on to them. While they’re a nightmare to deal with at the best of time, some players have taken things a step further and found a way to make them invisible. That’s right, when you drop into a GTA Online lobby now, you might just have to combat an invisible MK II Oppressor. Why? Well, there’s a visual glitch going around. Players have found a way whereby they spawn into a game, load up the Rockstar Creator, and then force an error message. By doing this, they are then sent back into the lobby and to their bike. By boosting the hoverbikes jet as they return to the game, these players are then made invisible thanks to the visual glitch. It isn’t god mode, but it is pretty annoying to deal with. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hdrNWYM9v0M&feature=youtu.be Once invisible, these players can fly about as carefree as they like. They might still pop up as a minimap icon but even then, it’s difficult to fight an enemy that you can’t exactly see. Given that it’s not really an exploit, but does have cause to be very annoying if it becomes widespread, Rockstar Games might have to roll out a hotfix so that the MK II Oppressor’s can’t just terrorize lobbies in an even more villainous way.

  • GTA Online glitch makes cars into flying hazards and players are confused – Dexerto

GTA Online glitch makes cars into flying hazards and players are confused Rockstar Games via Hazardous YTGTA Online players are noticing a bizarre glitch lately that’s making the streets of Los Santos wildly unpredictable, as cars are starting to fall from the sky. There are people that are starting to get annoyed by the latest GTAO glitch. At first, seeing NPC vehicles randomly spawn can be one of those funny moments that the game creates, But it’s actually been happening quite a few times, to where it’s starting to affect players’ gameplay that can lead to unwanted consequences. “Cars have been spawning in weird places for me all week. It usually completely f**ks up whatever I’m trying to accomplish,” user ‘BrianosaurisTex’ said, explaining how tasks that require you to drive can get derailed. They were responding to a clip by ‘inkei_memez’ that showed them cruising down the boulevard when on the corner of their screen a white sedan spawned in the air. It wasn’t just that it spawned in the sky and dropped to the ground. The vehicle appeared to be flung before it came barreling down the road. “Has this been happening to anyone else lately??” inkei asked the GTAO community, and was reassured by a surprising amount of people who also came across the glitch. Apparently there’s been a spike in these occurrences lately, with people asking for Rockstar to look into the problem. “The game has glitched way too many times this week. It is starting to get irritating,” another player said. The same is also happening with cars appearing on the road driving sideways, so GTAO players are keeping an attentive eye in all directions. Some people say that these occurrences happen far less in invite-only lobbies whereas it appears more often in public lobbies. The GTAO community wants Rockstar to address the glitch, but there’s no word yet from the developers on when a patch could come through.

  • GTA Online glitch is making the Casino heist impossible to complete – Dexerto

GTA Online glitch is making the Casino heist impossible to complete Rockstar GamesRockstar Games might want to look into a Grand Theft Auto Online glitch that is preventing players from successfully completing the Diamond Casino heist. The game developers would have been delighted to see a record number of players flock to their online mode when the Diamond Casino and Resort first opened in July last year, not to mention how many returned to steal it following the introduction of a special heist for the gambling venue. With weekly content updates, GTA Online players have even been given the opportunity to pick up diamonds in the rewards too, making it a highly lucrative opportunity for members of the community. However, after completing all of the steps to get to the final mission, some have found a bug in the actual heist that’s stopping them from escaping with the loot. The heist is broken up into different parts, which includes a few different routes to enter the vault where money, diamonds, and gold bars can be found. Some ways of getting inside are easier than others, although they all take time. With that said, some are getting inside the vault, hacking their way into rooms to collect their takings, only to find that the door has slammed shut behind them. Clearly, this means that they are then unable to exit and ultimately die to the security system gas once the timer runs out. This issue can be seen in a Reddit post from ‘ItsNotVortex,’ below. They asked: “Anyone else had this glitch?” and a fair few responded, claiming to have experienced the same thing as well. One user responded by claiming when this layout of loot appears, one cart room is usually bugged, while another stated that they had seen the bug only when completing the heist using an aggressive approach. Another joked that the casino might have stepped up their security efforts, but that’s obviously not true. Whether or not many players have been impacted by this problem is unclear, although it is clear that a handful – at least – have been left frustrated by it. After all, checking off all of those setup tasks and then not being able to complete the heist at the end isn’t ideal. The heist itself could be worth up to $2,115,000, and even higher when diamonds are included in the loot. Players will be hoping that Rockstar rolls out a hotfix for the problem soon, hopefully before these diamonds leave the game.

  • GTA Online glitch is making mechanics drop cars off miles away – Dexerto

GTA Online glitch is making mechanics drop cars off miles away Rockstar GamesA recently-discovered glitch is causing frustration among GTA Online players, as it causes mechanics to drop their cars off miles away from where they ordered them. Regular players will know that one of the most convenient features in GTA Online is the ability to call a mechanic to deliver your vehicles directly to your location. You’ll pay for the service, but it’s only a small fee for such a useful feature. While this usually works without a hitch and spawns requested vehicles in just a few seconds, a new bug is making the feature pretty pointless for some players, as it’s begun dropping vehicles off in entirely different locations. The glitch was pointed out by Reddit user Choice_Ad_8423, who shared a screenshot of their map. It highlights the difference in location from where they ordered the vehicle and where it actually appeared. “Ordered my Toreador and it spawned a mile away. Wtf [Rockstar],” they wrote, later adding that there have been a few places on the map that this glitch has happened. This bug is especially frustrating as there’s a two-minute cool-down time between vehicle deliveries, so players need to wait around if they want to try again and get the vehicle delivered to their actual location. A number of GTA Online players replied saying they’ve experienced the same problem. It seems as though this is a glitch that’s been happening since the Cayo Perico Heist update, which launched on December 15, 2020. “Calling your vehicle anywhere near the Simeon corner of the docks now spawns your car near the Longfin drop off,” wrote one Reddit user, while another added: “I’ve had it happen when requesting my vehicle near the Merryweather base as well.” It seems the only way to get around this glitch right now is to move to a different location before spawning your vehicle again. As one GTA Online player jokingly put it, “Ey man, Johnny isn’t on the spot like usual.” Given that this bug has been occurring for some players since the Cayo Perico Heist update in December last year, we’d hope that Rockstar will deliver a fix for the problem soon enough.

  • GTA Online glitch gives players a passive God Mode for VIP Work – Dexerto

GTA Online glitch gives players a passive God Mode for VIP Work Rockstar GamesA new glitch in GTA Online is giving players invincibility against enemy NPCs, but not other players. Nevertheless, it’s still a powerful tool for those who want to use it. Getting killed in GTA: Online during an NPC mission can be one of the most frustrating things to happen to any player, old or new. However, a new glitch is apparently letting players zoom through VIP missions with no risk of dying at all. Reddit user ‘Gunflyzegaming’ posted information about the glitch, along with a step by step process for how players could replicate it for themselves. It does take a few steps, but if you want to be able to complete VIP missions with no interruption, or without having to deal with greifers, than this definitely may be worth a look. First, you have to set your aim to free-aim instead of aim-assist. After that, you’ll have to head to Ammunation and go to the armor stand, then join a player with the opposite aim settings then press accept, followed by a quick decline. Once you do that, you’ll need to go to the “kill yourself” option in the quick menu, but just before your character takes the pill, join the same person (with opposite aim) as you did in Ammunation while spamming the interact button. If you do it right, you’ll end up in the armor menu with your screen black and white. After that, all you have to do is wait to spawn outside, and you should come into the game as your own special demigod, unable to be killed by other players and NPCs, but able to rain down death on all AI characters that dare oppose you. As an important note: You can’t kill other players, because that would just be unfair. Of course, as with Rockstar and most other GTA Online glitches, it will only be a matter of time before this impromptu “God-Mode” bug is patched out, but for now, there’s nothing stopping us from taking advantage of it. If you don’t want to take advantage of this glitch, or are already scared of those who do, don’t worry, because you won’t be able to kill other players while using this glitch – just NPCs.

  • GTA Online gets Halloween map changes and players are loving it – Dexerto

GTA Online gets Halloween map changes and players are loving it Rockstar GamesGTA Online’s Halloween update is in full swing and players are loving the new and returning changes to the map like Peyote Plants and costumes. GTA Online is once again celebrating Halloween with some fun seasonal updates to shake things up. Along with new seasonal cosmetics, players can play the new Judgement Day mode and experience the terror of the Cerberus freemode event. Now, it seems Rockstar is rolling out some map changes to really get into the spooky spirit and players are loving the seasonal filter. GTA Online gets Halloween map changes A post on the GTA Online subreddit showed the newly updated Halloween filters in action. “Just hopped into a new lobby and realized we got that green filter again, Happy Halloween!” The attached video showed a GTA character walking around a green-tinted world complete with thunderstorms and rain puddles. Other fans in the replies noted that it wasn’t just the green filter that players may randomly encounter, but an orange filter as well. “For me I got orange, though it only lasted like a minute. My game looked like Mexico in Breaking Bad,” said Reddit user RetroPlayer_80. Of course, not everyone is a fan of the Halloween filter. Some players wondered if there was any form of toggle for the filter as they found it distracting to play with. “Can you turn it off? Or are we stuck with it? Kinda annoying to me,” said Sensei_Zaya, while CRAZYC01E commented that they thought they’d “glitched into Peyote mode.” This is a reference to the Peyote Plants that have popped up around the map that turns players into different animals. Others instead posted tips to help players enjoy some helpful bonuses as part of the Halloween update, like taking photos of UFOs for easy cash. “Remember, taking a photo of a UFO bags you 15k. I had 5 in my lobby, made [a] quick 75k,” said mrangeloff. Whether players enjoy the Halloween event content or not, it won’t stick around forever. Those wanting to see everything GTA Online has in store for Halloween dive in before the event ends starting in November.

  • GTA Online: Game-breaking casino exploit gives free cash and supercars – Dexerto

GTA Online: Game-breaking casino exploit gives free cash and supercars Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto players welcomed the chance to make more cash in GTA Online when the Diamond Casino and Resort opened its doors, but it seems some players have found an exploit to land themselves big prizes and mega money already. The new gambling hub was added by Rockstar Games on July 23 and proved to be a big hit with the game’s online community, as people swap over their in-game cash for chips to play. There are a number of games to play inside the casino, too, including slot machines and betting on horse races, but the one feature that has caught the attention of many players is the huge Lucky Wheel that gives them an opportunity to land some major prizes in GTA. So much so that an exploit has been uncovered for it. For those who aren’t aware, Rockstar will be placing up to 22 brand spanking new vehicles in their casino and all it takes to drive one home with you at the end of the night is a lucky spin of a wheel. Each player should only really have one spin of the Lucky Wheel each day, but there’s a new cheat that can allow multiple tries. The wheel includes other rewards, including cash prizes and character outfits, but there’s a new trick that developers might not be aware of that enhances the chance of picking up a big win every day. It might seem very easy, but it will presumably be a huge time-consumer by the same token. Those playing GTA Online on console have discovered that as soon as you’re made aware of the prize you have landed, if you quit out of the application and return to the casino in-game, you will be handed yet another spin on the Lucky Wheel. Clearly, this is something that shouldn’t be allowed. Some users on the GTA Online subreddit claimed to have had up to 30 consecutive spins in the casino with a post on July 25, and it appears that some got what they were looking for. “I got it after over 30 times,” one said, after taking home a brand new Truffade Thrax vehicle – which is valued at over $2 million. Another, who is still yet to win the supercar, suggested that they were on their 77th spin but were still yet to hit the jackpot. While more attempts are made available using the exploit, there’s no guarantee that rewards will be on the way any time soon. Nevertheless, it shouldn’t be possible. Whether or not Rockstar are actively looking into this problem or not is unknown, but clearly it’s a strategy that undermines their intentions for the feature. It’s also worth noting that those who are using the exploit in-game could face consequences in the future and it’s not advisable to attempt it in the casino.

  • GTA Online free car has mysteriously gone missing – Dexerto

GTA Online free car has mysteriously gone missing Graphics: Rockstar GamesMany Grand Theft Auto Online players are reporting that one of the previously free vehicles at Legendary Motorsport has mysteriously disappeared. Rockstar Games offers a very wide selection of vehicles to purchase in GTA Online, including cars, bikes, planes, military vehicles and more – all available to buy on the in-game mobile phone. However, some players have noticed that one set of wheels, which has always up for grabs for free since the game first released in September 2013, has finally ran out of stock. While there might be a plethora of highly customizable cars in the game anyway, the Annis Elegy RH8 is known to be one of the most popular – not only because it’s free, but because of what work can be done to reshape it. A post to the GTA Online subreddit has been gaining a huge amount of traction, as of August 23, revealing that the stock had run out – with tons of users shocked by the news, as well as some claiming to have bought the last one. There hasn’t been any mention of removing the vehicle from the online store in Rockstar’s news feed for the game, and is therefore we have no official word on the potential change, but it does appear to be affecting players. Some have their suspicions, too. 600“Looks like the glitchers bough the entire stock down,” one posted. Another said: “The car is still free on my account and not out of stock,” before restarting their game and noticing it was indeed gone. The update on August 22 revealed a brand new car had been added to the casino podium and even a new 70’s vehicle being added to the game, but as of the time of writing the Elegy’s disappearance is a mystery.

  • GTA Online: Franklin & Michael actors tease appearance in new heist – Dexerto

GTA Online: Franklin & Michael actors tease appearance in new heist Rockstar Games[jwplayer I6dekNS8]The voice actors behind Grand Theft Auto V’s Michael and Franklin have teased the possibility of their characters appearing in GTA Online’s next heist. But, will it happen? Back on July 24, Rockstar Games confirmed that they have another GTA Online heist in the works – with players getting to experience an “entirely new location.” Since that announcement, speculation has run wild about where this robbery might take place. Some fans have suggested that the developers might bring back Vice City or San Andreas. Others have wild fantasies about a random, new island. While it seems as if it’ll actually be happening in the middle of Los Santos, the voice actors behind Michael and Franklin have already registered their interest in getting involved by teasing their potential appearance. The speculation behind the two characters appearing stems all the way back to one of their Instagram lives from April. The pair discussed GTA 6 and while they don’t believe it’s in the works, they did say they want to be involved with GTA Online. “Oh yeah, that would be fun. I would love to be one of the guys who send you out the missions, yeah,” said Ned Luke, the voice of Michael. “I heard they had something coming up with us to do that, so, wait and see,” added Shawn Darnell Fonteno, the voice behind Franklin, however, Ned commented that he “hadn’t heard that.” [deleted by user] by inGTA6 With the video hitting social media after the new heist announcement, it has sparked some speculation. However, the pair do regularly joke about their involvement with future GTA related projects, so it very well could be them just having fun with fans. It wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibility though. Plenty of GTA V single-player characters have played a role in GTA Online, with Trevor even being a part of a heist himself. We’ll just have to wait and see as to what Rockstar has up their sleeve once the new heist is finally unveiled.

  • What does GTA Online’s “this feature is not available now” Casino error mean? – Dexerto

What does GTA Online’s “this feature is not available now” Casino error mean? Rockstar GamesGTA Online players have been left stumped by a new problem that is denying them the chance to win big money at the newly opened Diamond Casino. After years of waiting, GTA V players were finally able to walk through the doors of the in-game casino after Rockstar launched the Diamond Casino and Resort on July 23. Players have already set about creating chaos in the surrounding area, grabbing previously unclaimable vehicles, and even taking as many spins as they wish on the lucky spin wheel. However, some fans aren’t even able to do that. They might be able to fling open the doors of the casino, but they aren’t able to spend their hard-earned money on a night of slot machines and poker. Members of the GTA Online subreddit raised the issue on August 1, noting that they are greeted with a message that denies them from spending money in the casino. Despite being able to earn the daily free chips, have a spin on the lucky wheel, and watch their friends plunge themselves into debt, some fans in the US, UK, Canada, Germany, Sweden, and the Netherlands receive a “this feature is not available now. Please come back later,” in-game note. Some countries are outright denied access to Casino features due to anti-gambling laws in their area, but those players are welcomed with a “This feature is not available to you,” message – which is different from the wider error. Of course, many fans have sought out help from Rockstar themselves, and the developers have been swarmed with requests for a fix, but have yet to issue a response. “Numerous tickets have been submitted to R*, but as of my investigation, I haven’t seen any credible information of a response from them,” posted Redditor ohchimpanzeethat. “R* Support on Twitter is not responding to ANY of the questions posted.” Players have resorted to their own attempts at fixing the issue – with the classic restarting of the game, joining a new multiplayer session, and even clearing their cache. However, these have not fixed the problem and it has, instead, become a waiting game as some fans have noted that they’ve had to sit tight for up to a week before the issue resolved itself. With a new content updated expected on Thursday, August 8, it remains to be seen if Rockstar has a patch to roll out that will solve the problem. Until then, players will be left scratching their heads and wondering why they are unable to spend their in-game cash.

  • GTA Online: Fastest ways to make money with Motorcycle Club businesses – Dexerto

GTA Online: Fastest ways to make money with Motorcycle Club businesses Rockstar GamesOwning a Motorcycle Club in GTA Online can set you on the path to becoming a millionaire but what is the best bike business to invest in? We’ve got a breakdown that new and old players will need. In the vast world of GTA Online, there are plenty of ways to earn cash but if you’re someone who already has a good bit of cash stocked up, you can make even more money in the background. The best case for this are the Motorcycle Club businesses. These different illegal activities can be started via the Open Road laptop in your MC Clubhouse but if you’re just getting started, you might find yourself asking which is the best route to follow. Well, we’ve got a breakdown that might give you a leg up. In the biker businesses, you can start producing Document Forgery, Counterfeit Cash, or go down the narcotics route with a lab, farm, or factory. All of the businesses produce cash in the background – though you will need to get involved at the end of things to get your payout. Read More: How to use emotes in GTA Online – According to a breakdown from Reddit user Echobox419, the factory is the most profitable source of income but if you’re trying to do things single-handedly, you might run into some problems in the cash of losing. Each different business has their own difference when it comes to the best time to sell. For example, the factory is pretty much worthless until two bars of progress have been completed in-game. On the flip side, the lab and counterfeit cash are speedier. Though, according to the Redditor, going down the Document Forgery route is actually pretty worthless. In fact, you’re likely to lose money by exploring this business compared to the others and end up wasting your own time. Now, while these businesses are passive and work in the background, you will need to be running around GTA Online to keep them ticking over. You can complete other jobs in the meantime, however, if your business runs out of supplies to continue making product with, you will have to stop what you’re doing to keep it topped up. That can be a balance but if you want to make serious amounts of cash, you’re going to have to work for it.

  • GTA Online: Fastest ways to make money with an Arcade – Dexerto

GTA Online: Fastest ways to make money with an Arcade Rockstar GamesGTA Online is awash with different ways for players to make money. One of the most entertaining ways comes in the form of the Arcade business as you, literally, do nothing at all. Arcades were introduced to GTA Online back on December 12, as they became the backdrop for the Diamond Casino heist. You can rock up and chill out in your gaming paradise, but the most fun is to be had underground in the heist planning area. As players have found out, the arcade isn’t just for show or another place to store vehicles. You can play mini-games on the different arcade cabinet machines and even make a bit of cash from them as well. If you want to turn your gaming hub into a business empire, here’s how you do so. How to get an arcade in GTA Online You can buy an arcade for anywhere between $1,235,000 and $2,530,000 in GTA Online – or claim one for free by connecting your Twitch Prime account to Rockstar Social Club, if you haven’t done so already. Like the Motorcycle Club businesses, you can only start your arcade via a public session as you have to pick up some starter machines and take them to the arcade. By doing so, your arcade business will start making money in the background as a passive business. How to make the most money possible from arcades in GTA Online Now, the arcades aren’t going to have you rolling in money like the passive business for the CEO or Motorcycle Club. It is a bit more of a hard slog than that. Yes, you can fill your arcade with free machines and make around $3000 per in-game day (nearly an hour of real-world time) but you will have to invest in others. A fully completed arcade will net you roughly $6000 per hour. Though, you will have to spend a staggering $3,767,000 to get every machine. As pointed out by gtamaxprofit, it will take around 628 hours to make all your money back if you get an arcade for free and then invest the full $3,767,000 on the machines. They will give you the fastest lap time in Open Wheel races, but that’s it. After the BF Weevil Custom, you’ve got the Ocelot Pariah which has been clocked at 136 mph; the Grotti with a top speed of 135.30 mph; and the Pfister 811 at 132.5 mph. • GTA Online fans worried next-gen update will add controversial Red Dead feature – Dexerto

GTA Online fans worried next-gen update will add controversial Red Dead feature Rockstar GamesGTA Online players have voiced their worries about Rockstar Games potentially introducing something similar to Red Dead Online’s Gold Bar currency when the expanded and enhanced update drops. Ever since Rockstar Games first announced that GTA 5 and GTA Online would be making their way over to Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation with a next-gen update, GTA fans have been throwing out ideas for changes. Many would still like, as unlikely as it may be, to get some sort of story mode DLC, while many GTA Online fans are just hoping for quicker load times when it comes to joining a new session. However, fans have also highlighted that they might be additions that they don’t like, including something similar to Red Dead Online’s Gold Bar currency. In Red Dead Online, the Gold Bars can be purchased in bulk using real-world money, and can also be earned through jobs and missions. However, there have been plenty of complaints about the payout of gold versus the price of items. The potential of having something similar to it in the GTA Online next-gen update was flagged by Redditor GooComedian, who called it the “scariest potential addition” that Rockstar could implement. Other fans quickly agreed, poking fun at how Rockstar could bring it up-to-date with cryptocurrency or even NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens.) “I’d say the double currency system was a stupid idea and they probably know. But yeah, this would suck,” added one fan. “Imagine. GTA NFT’s. *Shudders*,” commented another. Some players noted that the multiple currencies are what has made them stop playing RDR Online, calling the system “broken” and “confusing.” The addition of more currencies would drive revenue for Rockstar and Take-Two, but it has certainly been controversial. We’ll have to wait and see what happens, but it might be something for way further down the road, say, in GTA 6.

  • GTA Online fans uncover secret features players have missed for years – Dexerto

GTA Online fans uncover secret features players have missed for years Rockstar GamesGTA Online players have highlighted some tips that fans may not have known about after 10 years, and there are pretty helpful secrets to be found. When Rockstar Games released GTA V and GTA Online back in 2013, not even they could have expected the game to span over three different console generations and become the most successful game of all time. Even with so many players being excited for GTA 6, especially after the wave of viral leaks, there are plenty still diving into Los Santos through GTA Online – building their business and criminal empires. While the multiplayer side of things has been around for almost a decade, players are still uncovering secrets to this day. And, there are plenty of helpful tips that you may have missed along the way. Secret GTA Online tips that players may have missed One inquisitive Redditor put the call out for features and tips that players might not know about, even though the game has been around since 2013. Some of them are pretty silly – like if you don’t pay your bills, you won’t be able to request a car, or the fact that you can send in-game emails to other players – but there are a few helpful ones out there. As Hyd_xx pointed out, if you have a wanted level and then throw on a mask while outside the view of police, said wanted level will drop down a level. Similarly, if you find a bush big enough to hide your character model while getting chased by the police, that wanted level also will also vanish. You don’t always have to call Lester. Put a mask on to remove part of a wanted level – Hide in a bush to remove a wanted level – Shooting a car window avoids bounties being put on your head – 2 weeks of full popularity on a nightclub gets you a trophy for your desk – Equipping an earpiece on your character lets your shoot during phone calls – You can get a full stash of body armor from Franklin for $5000 – Flare gun can also be used to mimic flares if you’re locked on by a missile – You might already know about a few of these tips if you’re a hardcore grinder, but if you’re not, they’re definitely useful to keep in your back pocket. With GTA 6 and a follow-up to GTA Online seemingly still a few years away, you’ll probably get plenty of use out of these helpful tips.

  • GTA Online fans rally behind big change to LS Car Meet after update – Dexerto

GTA Online fans rally behind big change to LS Car Meet after update Rockstar GamesGTA Online’s Los Santos Tuners update has only been live for a matter of days but already some GTA 5 fans want changes, especially to the way rep works. After weeks of waiting, GTA Online’s 2021 summer update finally hit the live servers on July 20, bringing the Los Santos Tuners add-on to Los Santos. The new content has already proven popular with players, especially those who love their cars as there are new rides to purchase and fresh races to run. There is also the addition of Car Meet rep where, for doing certain activities and objectives, you can rank up your LS Car Meet level and unlock better items, car discounts, and more. The rep works similarly to how the classic RP system where, you can get rep from just standing around or from completing certain missions, as well as everything in between. Yet, some players have urged Rockstar to make it different. The idea comes from Redditor cryogenicToast1, who suggested that players should be able to Car Meet rep from Auto Shop contracts and Car Deliveries.

  • GTA Online fans “pissed” as devs remove nearly 200 vehicles from in-game store – Dexerto

GTA Online fans “pissed” as devs remove nearly 200 vehicles from in-game store Twitter: RockstarGamesGTA Online players are not all too thrilled with developer Rockstar after they reportedly removed nearly 200 vehicles from the in-game store to create a more streamlined experience. Grand Theft Auto Online is a game that almost everyone on the internet knows to some degree. The classic hit-and-run formula attached to a huge open world creates a sandbox environment with plenty of things to do. Whether that be committing heists, armed robberies, or races, the game makes sure that players are satiated with their playtime. One of the best ways to spend time within the game can be through driving. Grand Theft Auto Online hosts a multitude of different forms of transportation, allowing players to add whatever they want to their collection. Unfortunately, it appears that Rockstar has removed a good amount of these cars from the in-game store, causing upset from some of the players. GTA Online players fuming as Rockstar removes 195 vehicles from in-game store Rockstar announced on June 13 that they had removed lesser-used vehicles from the game’s store, instead placing them in event showrooms and the Lucky Wheel. However, it turns out Rockstar removed 195 vehicles in total from the store in total, resulting in an outcry from the player base. “The vast majority of these vehicles are not simply less-common or spawn-on-the-street vehicles,” one player lashed out on Reddit. Some, like the Stirling GT, are among the most competitive vehicles in their specific classes. And in that particular case, the Stirling GT is still available for purchase—for GTA+ members only at the new “Vinewood Car Club,” a location where 10 vehicles will be shuffled around every week for test driving/purchasing.” the post states. The Redditor continued by commenting on how strange it is for Rockstar to introduce FOMO (Fear of Missing out) into a game as old as GTA Online. “It’s a fairly baffling example of attempting to introduce FOMO into a decade-old game at this point, and the community is rightfully pretty pissed.” “That’s a disgusting amount of content removed.” another agreed. It’s uncertain what Rockstar does from here, but with the player base fuming over these removals, they’ll need to try something to appease their players. Perhaps we’ll see some of these vehicles reinstated shortly.
