Eri chose not to become a Hero One of the most gut-wrenching storylines in My Hero Academia is the Shie Hassaikai Arc. It showed Overhaul torturing Eri every day to exploit her powerful Quirk until she was saved by Mirio, Deku, and the Pro Hero team. After this, many fans believed she\u2019d aspire to become a Hero like her saviors. However, during the Final War, Aizawa told Deku how little Eri had a new dream.
