The first season ends with Luffy and the Straw Hats heading toward the Grand Line. This is the moment when the crew will finally begin their true journey. They will first head towards Loguetown, which is popularly known as the \u201ctown of the beginning and the end.\u201d It\u2019s a small town in the East Blue where the Pirate King Gol D. Roger was born and executed. The Straw Hats will encounter a Marine Captain, who stops all pirates from East Blue from entering the Grand Line. However, the crew will evade the opponent and enter the pirate graveyard with much difficulty.
