Apex Legends players infuriated as weekly challenges still broken EAAs Apex Legends\u2019 Season 3 draws to a close, players are still waiting for a fix for the weekly challenge bug, preventing them from progressing and obtaining rewards. Now that the Grand Soir\u00e9e Arcade Event is wrapped up and out of the way, players are looking forward to what the fourth season of the Apex Games has in-store. However, while some are attempting to gain as much XP as possible to prime themselves for Season 4, they are running into a large hurdle in the form of their weekly challenges. Weekly challenges are broken \u2013 four weeks later\u2026 Weekly challenges act as a primary method of keeping players engaged in Apex Legends, while simultaneously allowing them to gain XP rewards. Yet, an almost month-long bug is plaguing players\u2019 ability to complete the weekly challenges and rendering the rewards unattainable. There were widespread reports that the same error occurred on PS4 during the Grand Soir\u00e9e event, but it appears that the challenge bug has also translated across to regular challenges. Following an update on January 28, players vented their concerns to the Apex Legends subreddit, where they stated that \u201cfour weeks worth of challenges are still bugged.\u201d Naturally, players have been left infuriated by the absence of weekly challenge rewards, with one Reddit user pleading for Respawn to fix the issue: \u201cPlease fix the bug for the weekly challenges seeing as we have 4 weeks of challenges that cant be completed, there are people who won\u2019t be able to finish the battle pass because of this bug.\u201d Another user responded by venting their concerns over how they\u2019ll struggle to complete the Battle Pass before February 4 in the absence of weekly challenge XP. \u201cI did not get my weekly battle pass challenges last week and this week as well.\u201d While Respawn will likely have their eyes honed in on the launch of Season 4, so they should be listening to player feedback and will attempt to roll out a hotfix as soon as possible.
