The creator acknowledged that they \u201cdon\u2019t own the concept of nice emojis\u201d but argued that their \u201cown style is recognizable\u201d and that this design is identical. Calling out Respawn, mothcharm thinks the least EA can do is give them some money after their work has been \u201cripped off\u201d from their perspective. As Apex Legends makes \u201cmillions\u201d, the artist believes that Respawn should pay for the right to use their emojis.
