In it, he claimed \u201cno one wants to watch\u201d the game. He also declared playing the title \u201cmakes him want to cry.\u201d No surprise, Apex Legends players were less than impressed. Now, the star YouTube streamer has moved to set the record straight, in a bid to clear any bad air with Apex Legends fans on the eve of Season 10\u2019s release. Dr Disrespect didn\u2019t exactly apologize for his outburst, which also included claims Apex Legends \u201cwill never be a top-tier esports title,\u201d and a series of complaints about \u2018time to kill.\u2019 He did, however, admit it was a little off-base. \u201cI spoke my mind in the heat of the moment,\u201d he said. \u201cAt the time, I was in the heat of the moment in that Apex Legends game, yeah. As you people know, everyone that is actually inside the Arena knows, I\u2019m enjoying myself with Apex Legends. I\u2019m having a good time.\u201d The two-time also revealed that he sees Apex Legends as a \u201cbreath of fresh air\u201d in a time where rivals like Warzone and Fortnite are flagging in the gaming scene. The Doc continued by explaining that his iconic streaming outbursts \u2014 many of which have gone viral in the past \u2014 aren\u2019t because he dislikes those games. In fact, he only lays it on thick for franchises he actually wants to see improve. \u201cIf I\u2019m not screaming, I don\u2019t like it,\u201d he claimed. \u201cIf I\u2019m there, not yelling about your game, not tweeting it out,\u201d the two-time continued in his August 2 broadcast, \u201cthen yeah, I don\u2019t much like that game. \u201cIf I\u2019m not there tweeting about Apex, you could tell I don\u2019t actually like the game.
