Baldur\u2019s Gate 3 players highlight the Emperor\u2019s blatant double standard One player on the Baldur\u2019s Gate 3 subreddit highlighted the fact that Cazador and the Emperor both enslaved people against their will, with Cazador controlling everyone\u2019s beloved, Astarion, and the Emperor manipulating Stelmane, former leader of Baldur\u2019s Gate. The difference in treatment could be down to the fact that no one likes Stelmane as much as Astarion. To be fair, no character is liked as much as Astarion. Still, it gave some players pause for thought.
