These can be anything from Supply Packs to individual food items you find on your journey, each of which has its own Camp Supply value. As long as you have (and use) enough, you\u2019ll get all the benefits of a Long Rest. However, as Reddit user yoboililj shared, there\u2019s actually another, even larger variation of the Supply Pack: the Heavy Supply Pack.
