At its core, Baldur’s Gate 3 is an epic fantasy game, taking its style from Dungeons & Dragons. During the game you explore love and heartbreak and take part in some epic battles, but they’re not always the most memorable aspects of the expansive RPG. Often, it’s the locations that truly stick in a player’s mind, whether that’s heading into the Underdark for the first time, entering Baldur’s Gate in all its grandeur, struggling through the tricky Trials of Shar, or accidentally wandering into a scene straight from Resident Evil. Baldur’s Gate 3 players adore one key creepy location “Seriously. The House of Healing is creepy AF” posted one Baldur’s Gate 3 player on Reddit, sharing a meme explaining: “When you walk into the House of Healing and the game turns from Dungeons and Dragons into Resident Evil.” The House of Healing is certainly one of the creepier locations in Baldur’s Gate 3 and features a disturbing hospital filled with undead nurses and a rather offputting head surgeon. In typically Resident Evil fashion, it all gets so much worse the more you explore, and players typically witness some truly horrific scenes in that building as well as it being a pretty important plot point for Arabella. The poster wasn’t the only one who found the whole location to be a little freaky, as one user commented: “Super creepy yes. The nurse over Arabella’s parents probably bothers me the most, honestly.” Interestingly, one user revealed that it almost feels worse with that specific nurse as “She honestly seems like she’s trying so hard to be a good nurse and help them. Her mind is just so f***ked.” While some thought it paid homage to Resident Evil, others thought the location was “more Silent Hill than Resident Evil honestly. The zombie nurses was a tad on the nose” although some thought it was probably an intentional nod from Larian. Regardless, many fans adored the location, with some even wanting it to be “bigger and crazier.” Either way, for a lot of fans, despite its creepy nature, it’s certainly memorable and a favorite location for tons of players.

Baldur’s Gate 3 players love creepy “Resident Evil” style location Larian StudiosBaldur’s Gate 3 has taken a leaf out of the horror genre with its creepy Resident Evil-style location that has players obsessed and slightly unnerved.
