100 Thieves CEO Nadeshot discusses \u201cdisappointing placing\u201d at CWL Vegas Following 100 Thieves\u2019 performance at CWL Vegas that saw them end the weekend with a Top 12 finish, CEO Matthew \u2018Nadeshot\u2019 Haag has given his thoughts on the tournament. With 100 Thieves diving back into Call of Duty for the Black Ops 4 season with a high-profile roster, the expectations for their first event were through the roof. After struggling through the Pool Play stage, however, 100 Thieves went on to get bounced from the tournament by Luminosity Gaming, sealing their fate with a 9-12 finish. Despite what he acknowledges as a \u201cdisappointing placing,\u201d Nadeshot is nonetheless optimistic about the future of his team. \u201cAt the end of the day, man, we\u2019ve got a lot of talent on our team and it\u2019s a new game,\u201d Nadeshot said about his team\u2019s performance in Vegas. \u201cSome things take time.\u201d While some might be looking at the team\u2019s performance as evidence that a roster move is already needed, Nadeshot assured fans that the team is fine as is. \u201cThere\u2019s a lot of upside for our team. That\u2019s the one thing that I want everyone to realize,\u201d Nadeshot says about his roster. As Nadeshot sees it, the team simply needs to work on working together as a unit since having \u201call the talent in the world\u201d won\u2019t matter if they\u2019re not playing together well.
