Here’s our best FSS Hurricane loadout in Warzone 2, complete with attachments, Perks, and equipment. The FSS Hurricane is an SMG based on the real world AR-57. It’s effectively an M4 that has been converted to take P90 magazines resulting in its huge default 50 round magazine. Its large magazine and impressive mobility make the FSS Hurricane a good choice for aggressive playstyles and getting up close and personal. It can be a little underrated compared to other SMGs but when used with the right loadout the Hurricane can dominate. We’ve put together the best FSS Hurricane loadout in Warzone 2, including the ideal attachments, Perks, and equipment. Contents Best FSS Hurricane Warzone 2 loadout – Best FSS Hurricane Warzone 2 class: Perks & equipment – How to unlock the FSS Hurricane in Warzone 2 – Best FSS Hurricane alternatives in Warzone 2 – Best FSS Hurricane Warzone 2 loadout Muzzle: Bruen Pendulum – Laser: Corio LAZ-44 V3 – Underbarrel: Schlager Tango – Ammunition: 5.7x27mm Armor Piercing – Rear Grip: Xten Grip – The focus of this FSS Hurricane loadout is to make this SMG as accurate as possible to take advantage of its high bullet velocity. Despite being an SMG its fantastic bullet velocity and low recoil make the Hurricane capable of winning mid-range gunfights against assault rifles if built correctly. The two attachments used to minimize recoil are the Bruen Pendulum muzzle and Schlager Tango underbarrel. These mostly reduce vertical recoil whilst also slightly decreasing side to side bounce. To keep the FSS Hurricane feeling fast and like an SMG it’s best to use the Corio LAZ-44 V3. This is preferred over the FSS OLE-V Laser as it’s much less visible after the Season 3 nerf. The Xten Grip combines well with the laser to greatly reduce sprint to fire time. The last attachment isn’t as important but the 5.7x27mm Armor Piercing rounds let the FSS Hurricane shoot through walls which can be useful when trying to finish off a fleeing enemy. Some players may prefer to use a close range optic like the Cronen Mini Pro instead. Best FSS Hurricane Warzone 2 class: Perks & equipment Base Perk 1: Overkill – Base Perk 2: Double Time – Bonus Perk: Spotter – Ultimate Perk: High Alert – Lethal: Drill Charge – Tactical: Smoke Grenade – With the FSS Hurricane being an SMG it tends to struggle at long range so you are going to want another gun to cover that weakness. To achieve this use Overkill and partner the Hurricane with either a long range assault rifle, LMG, or sniper. Naturally, with an SMG you’ll be running around a lot and so using Double Time to speed up that movement is a must. Also, Spotter is a great Bonus Perk to have as it lets you spot enemy equipment and avoid being downed by a concealed proximity mine or cluster mine. For Ultimate Perk, it’s recommended to use High Alert as the intel it provides is invaluable. Being told when another player is aiming at you gives you the opportunity to react, get to cover, and avoid getting killed. Since this build is focused on aggression using a Drill Charge is a good choice as they can pass through walls and force stationary players to move. For tactical equipment, Smoke Grenades are excellent as they can provide impromptu cover when running in the open. How to unlock the FSS Hurricane in Warzone 2 To unlock the FSS Hurricane in Warzone 2, you’ll first need to use the FTAC Recon until it reaches Level 16. Due to how this year’s Gunsmith system works, you’ll first need to get the M4 to Level 13 to get hold of the FTAC Recon. Best FSS Hurricane alternatives in Warzone 2 An obvious alternative to the FSS Hurricane is the SMG that it’s based on, the PDSW 528. The PDSW offers superior mobility at the cost of harder to control recoil. Those looking for a more traditional SMG should consider the Vaznev-9K which still performs well at medium range whilst dominating up close. That’s all for our FSS Hurricane loadout!
