Black Ops 4: Everything you need to know about the new \u2018Zero\u2019 Specialist in Multiplayer and Blackout The new Operation Absolute Zero has gone live in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, and it\u2019s added a lot of new content to the game\u2019s three main modes. One of the major new additions is the brand new Specialist called \u2018Zero,\u2019 which is currently playable in both the Multiplayer and Blackout modes. As with all of the Specialists in Multiplayer, Zero has two main features that players will be interested in \u2013 the Disruptor and Icepick abilities. The Disruptor is an EMP grenade, the first of its kind in Black Ops 4, which can be thrown at any enemy equipment to render it useless. The Icepick is a hacker ability that allows any player using Zero to hack into enemy scorestreaks and take control over them, a similar but faster version of the Black Hat equipment from Black Ops 3. But Icepick does seem like a handy Specialist ability to have on your team, especially since it can turn the tide on some of those ridiculously overpowered scorestreaks such as the Attack Chopper or Sniper\u2019s Nest. The Specialist can be unlocked simply by reaching Tier 1 of the new Operation Absolute Zero content stream in the Black Market, which should take no more than one or two games to do. This also unlocks Zero as a playable character in Blackout, so battle royale players can dive in as the new Specialist almost immediately, albeit without any of the special abilities.
