A veteran CoD player, Censor first competed in the original Black Ops title back in 2011, before retiring from competing in 2016. After missing the Infinite Warfare season, he made his first comeback for the return to boots on the ground with CoD: WWII in 2017, but struggled to find success at any major events he attended. Censor is officially LFT After he originally planned to join the Evil Geniuses roster for Black Ops 4, it’s rumored Censor lost his spot to former eUnited player Tyler ‘FeLo’ Johnson, leaving no viable options for him and forcing him into retirement once again. Back in December of 2018, Censor tweeted “I’ve been watching teams practice and go to these events and all I can say is man… a LOT of teams really need my help.” In a YouTube video posted only hours later, Censor said he wanted to take a spot on the FaZe roster specifically. Now, in a new video released following the 2019 CWL Championship, Censor said he doesn’t care which org picks him up, as long as he can play professional Call of Duty once more. “I am literally flying out here (CWL Champs) specifically to meet with fans… and just show it to these franchises, because I really want to get picked up by a Call of Duty franchise next year,” Censor said in the video. “I just wanna show these franchises that there’s a community behind me who really want to see me play and support me.” After schmoozing it up with fans at the CWL champs, a freshly-shaven Censor explained more about why he wants to get back into pro play. “I want you all to understand how important I think this is and I really believe I could be the face of Call of Duty gaming, Call of Duty esports, I could make Call of Duty competitive blow up and be the coolest thing in the world,” the former pro said. “I have been dying – DYING – to play on a Call of Duty team, especially a top team since I won a championship.” New YouTube video New livestream Birthday tomorrow Meeting with franchise following day :hand_with_index_and_middle_fingers_crossed::skin-tone-2: Bald is beautiful. https://t.co/p8e0diGOwp pic.twitter.com/byYSKdgcdf— FaZe Censor (@Censor) August 20, 2019 But Censor’s ambitions to return to pro play now could be more serious than his previous attempts to make a comeback. “My plan guys, I have a meeting on Thursday, I don’t want to say with who in public,” he revealed. “It’s gonna be really obvious, I’ll leave it at that.
