During the pre-show at CWL Anaheim, Clayster suggested that Samuel \u2018Octane\u2019 Larew, one of the two newer additions to OpTic, is no longer playing the main AR role. Octane has been one of Call of Duty\u2019s premier main AR players over recent years, not only one of the greatest in his role but at times even a candidate as the single best player in the world. If Clayster is correct, however, it seems he could now be making a shift in playstyle. Octane isn\u2019t the only main AR candidate in the team, however. Anthony \u2018Methodz\u2019 Zinni also played main AR prior to joining OpTic, and even Ian \u2018Crimsix\u2019 Porter filled the position on the former squad earlier in the season before returning it to Matthew \u2018FormaL\u2019 Piper. Potentially difficulties balancing roles was consequently one of the questions raised when the new line-up was announced, and it seems the team is in fact still figuring out how best to organize. Clayster didn\u2019t specify who would be taking up the role in place of Octane, but given Crimix\u2019s famous versatility it seems most likely that the change would be made in order to accommodate Methodz\u2019 preferred playstyle. If a change has indeed been made, OpTic Gaming will have plenty of chances to test the new arrangement over the coming weekend as they fight for the CWL Anaheim trophy.
