How Weapon Rarities Will Work in CoD: Black Ops 4 \u2018Blackout\u2019 Battle Royale Mode New information has been revealed as to how weapon rarities will work in CoD: Black Ops 4\u2019s upcoming \u2018Blackout\u2019 battle royale mode. GameInformer, who have been given early access to try out Blackout, have mentioned that the mode will feature Special Chests taht will give players Gold Guns. These Gold Guns will be modified versions of the standard weapons that will be in Blackout and will be equipped with special attachments and enhancements. One gold variant that has been confirmed is the gold Titan LMG, which the testers at GameInformer said they received from a Special Chest in the Estates location of the map. However, an important note about these Special Chests is that they do not spawn in every game, and their rate of spawn is random. However, their locations, if they do spawn in, are consistent and do not change.
