With Modern Warfare being developed by Infinity Ward instead of Treyarch, it isn\u2019t a given that a BR will show up, but that hasn\u2019t stopped the rumors from swirling. What did the dev say? The rumors first started with YouTuber \u2018TheGamingRevolution\u2019 saying that a mode was being worked on, claiming it was never originally planned but instead was being added as a last minute addition, according to his source. Nothing has been confirmed as of yet, but now we have an actual response from Infinity Ward and it just might end up fueling the flames even more. An Infinity Ward developer responded to a fan on Twitter who asked about the battle royale mode and the developer responded simply with a gif of Jim from The Office. The fact that they are not giving a comment is just stoking the flames for the fans even more considering it\u2019s not an outright denial or confirming, leaving a lot of wiggle room for there to actually be a BR. It wouldn\u2019t really be surprising if Modern Warfare has a battle royale mode as it\u2019s still a mega-popular genre.
