In a tweet sent out by 100 Thieves\u2019 newest acquisition, SlasheR asked his fans if Call of Duty would be better off removing snipers from competitive Search and Destroy. He said: \u201cAm I the only one who thinks competitive SnD would be 100x better without snipers? Or if they aimed in slower?\u201d Nadeshot replied, saying that while he understood SlasheR\u2019s idea was meant to improve the competitiveness of the game, he felt that it would lessen the entertainment value of the esport. \u201cYou can\u2019t forget that entertainment is absolutely necessary and there\u2019s nothing better than seeing huge snipes in S&D,\u201d he argued. \u201cFrom a viewer perspective, you are right,\u201d responded the assault rifler. \u201cI just dislike the fact that you are not risking anything pulling out a sniper class. With Call of Duty switching to 5v5, it\u2019s currently unclear how teams will set up during competitive gameplay.
