Ninja roasts OpTic Scump over CoD tournament wins during Blackout beta Ninja\/TwitchTwitch star Tyler \u201cNinja\u201d Blevins teamed up with former pro CoD players Matt \u201cNadeshot\u201d Haag, Tyler \u201cTeePee\u201d Polchow and current professional Seth \u201cScump\u201d Abner on the PC Blackout beta \u2013 and was all too aware of the latter\u2019s recent tournament wins drought. Prior to the 2018 CWL Season, Scump had won at least one tournament in every season of competitive Call of Duty, since he began competing, but his run came to and end during CoD: WWII. Ninja, a former professional Halo player himself, has apparently been keeping up with events in competitive CoD, and hilariously roasted the OpTic Gaming star on his recent dip in tournament form. After Scump completely missed a Rick & Morty reference (one of Ninja\u2019s favorite shows it seems), he entered Morty\u2019s voice to call Scump \u201cthat washed up Ginger\u201d, before switching to a Rick impression: \u201cYeh Morty, you know what I\u2019m saying \u2013 I can\u2019t remember the last time he won a tournament.\u201d Ninja was sure to make clear that he was only saying it in jest, but Scump said \u201cit\u2019s all motivation for next year\u201d, as competitive Call of Duty turns its attention to Black Ops 4. The OpTic Gaming roster for the upcoming season may not be completely announced yet, but we do know for sure that both Scump and long time teammate Ian \u201cCrimsix\u201d Porter will be staying with the organization. The first event of the year is set to take place on December 7-9, at CWL Vegas, but before that, Ninja himself will have the opportunity to win a Black Ops 4 tournament, as he is one of the captains at the Doritos Bowl tournament.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
