OpTic Gaming\u2019s Scump Shares His Plans for Streaming Black Ops 4 Scrims and Moving to Texas OpTic Gaming\u2019s Seth \u2018Scump\u2019 Abner has made it clear that he intends to stream during Black Ops 4, whether his teammates like it or not. The 2017 Call of Duty world champion made his highly anticipated return to Twitch for the release of the Blackout battle royale beta and one of the most common questions throughout the stream was whether he would return to doing so regularly next season. In response to one such question, Scump stated \u201clisten, I\u2019m making it a fucking rule on my team next year that I\u2019m fucking streaming scrims when I wanna stream them\u201d. Scump was not a big fan of the most recent Call of Duty title, WWII, and stopped uploading daily videos and streaming regularly for the first time in a number of years. A debate about whether players should stream their team scrims and practices or not has also been raging in recent seasons, but it sounds like Scump has made his mind up to return to doing one of the things that made him and him so popular during the likes of Black Ops 2. His absence from streaming wasn\u2019t purely down to a dislike of WWII, though. The OpTic man has also been battling internet issues for what seems like forever, and he admits that those issues made him \u201cpessimistic\u201d about attempting to stream regularly. Luckily for fans of the 23-year-old, those issues will soon be a thing of the past as he has revealed that he will finally be moving to OpTic\u2019s home state of Texas and getting his hands on some top quality internet soon. \u201cI\u2019m gonna be in Texas, I\u2019m gonna have fiber there. I mean my internet here is really bad, I\u2019m sure you guys know that\u201d, he said. Unfortunately, the veteran player is remaining rather close lipped about just when that move to Texas will occur simply stating \u201cI move soon, I don\u2019t know if I can say when I move\u201d.
