Pro Players and Casters Leak OpTic Gaming and Luminosity Roster Rumors on the CoD Cast The most recent episode of the CoD Cast was yet another gem, as fans were let in on plenty roster intel and behind the scenes knowledge. Started by former veteran player Anthony \u201cNAMELESS\u201d Wheeler, the show is live streamed on his Twitch channel, where he invites pro players and others from the Call of Duty esports community to discuss the scene. And of course, with the current hot topic in CoD being rostermania, there was no shortage of roster discussion \u2013 as well as a few intel leaks. At the center of rostermania is the rumored OpTic Gaming split, and potential for a swap between OpTic\u2019s Matthew \u201cFormaL\u201d Piper and Luminosity\u2019s Sam \u201cOctane\u201d Larew. There has been lots of evidence stacking up suggesting that this is a certain move, such as images of FormaL apparently scrimming with the LG roster, and Echo Fox player strongly hinting it on numerous occasions. And the conversations on the CoD Cast have doubled down on this, as caster and former pro Joey \u201cMerK\u201d De Luca all but flat out stated FormaL\u2019s new team, as he stutters on the word \u201cLuminosity\u201d, catching himself mid sentence. \u201cSome [FormaL fans] will still support OpTic, but some will say: \u2018I\u2019m not going to support OpTic anymore, I just support FormaL he\u2019s my favorite player \u2013 I hope Lumi-, uh you know whatever team wins\u2019.\u201d The conversation throughout the CoD Cast also seemed to hint strongly that Octane and FormaL will be a straight swap, as the cast debated which players and teams would perform best elsewhere.
