This includes Call of Duty, and OpTic Scump revealed shortly after the news broke that he thinks it could be very beneficial for the series. \u201cJust look at Halo\u201d https:\/\/youtu.be\/voSFOi2vHwA After telling viewers he had no idea about the deal beforehand, Scump said he wasn\u2019t 100% sure what the deal would mean for Call of Duty, but it could be just what the community has been waiting for. \u201cI don\u2019t know how it\u2019s going to affect like, the development of the games, I don\u2019t know what\u2019s going to happen with the studios,\u201d he admitted. \u201cI would assume there\u2019s probably going to be a little bit more emphasis on certain things that we\u2019ve been waiting on.\u201d Scump pointed to Halo Infinite as an example of what could happen to the CoD franchise once it becomes a Microsoft IP. \u201cJust look at Halo for instance, they came out with an incredible ranked system, a fully polished game \u2013 for the most part,\u201d he added. \u201cIt\u2019s just really exciting, nobody knows what it means!
