The former CS:GO pro was asked about his thoughts on Level 3 Armor while live-streaming on Twitch, and he proposed several solutions that Treyarch could explore. The first solution would involve either getting rid of the helmet portion of the item, or completely removing Level 3 Armor from the game, leaving only Level 1 and 2 for players to pick up and use. \u201cThey need to remove it. I\u2019m sorry, I\u2019m going to stand by that,\u201d Shroud said. \u201cOr remove the helmet completely. It\u2019s just not fair. It\u2019s literally not fair.\u201d Treyarch\u2019s David Vonderhaar, in a recent interview with GameInformer, has said that, while changes to Level 3 Armor are being tested out, the development team will likely not remove it from the game because it would be \u201cthe wrong call.\u201d Knowing this, Shroud offered up an alternative solution, one that would require players to sacrifice a significant amount of movement speed if choosing to equip Level 3 Armor. \u201cOr, make the Level 3 Armor reduce your movement speed in half,\u201d he proposed. \u201cThat way you choose to be more of a tank, but you can\u2019t be as fucking fast. So when you see a Level 3 Armor and you have Level 2, in your head you\u2019re like \u2018do I want speed or do I want to be a tank?’\u201d In the short period that the Blackout beta was live, Shroud established himself as one the game\u2019s top performers.
