When Warzone’s integration with Modern Warfare 3 first launched, there were fears that guns from Modern Warfare 2 were going to be left behind. Some players even complained that fan-favorite options had become “unusable” thanks to the health and TTK changes. Now, in Season 2, those fears have completely been put to bed. There are a number of guns from MW2 that are competitive in the meta, including long-standing favorites like the M4 and the Lachmann Sub. They could soon be joined by the Tempus Torrent, too, as Warzone expert WhosImmortal has highlighted it the MW2 Marksman Rifle as having one of the best TTKs right now – even though hardly anyone is using it. Best Tempus Torrent loadout in Warzone for Modern Warfare 3 Season 2 “Another weapon I don’t think gets enough credit is the Tempus Torrent. This thing could honestly be built out as sniper support and work decently well there too but then also over ranges, this thing is ridiculously strong there too and I’d say slept on as well,” the YouTuber said in his February 18 video on best Time to Kills. WhosImmortal noted that the MW2 favorite has a 619 ms TTK in fights around 40 meters, so it is a mid-range beast, utilizing attachments like the Corio Eagleseye 2.5x optic, 24’ Outreach barrel, and FTAC SP-10 Angle Grip. “Another MW2 gun that probably doesn’t get enough credit. This thing can be pretty nasty,” he added. Muzzle: VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor – Barrel: 24’ Outreach 4 – Underbarrel: FTAC SP-10 Angle Grip – Optic: Corio Eagleseye 2.5x – Magazine: 50 round drum – Timestamp of 6:27 The only real drawback to using the Tempus Torrent is that 50-round drum, which utilisies the clunkier 7.62 rounds. Though, the marksman rifle is pretty easy to control, so if you hit your shots, you’ll be fine anyway. As we’ve seen, it isn’t the only MW2 gun to start outperforming some options from MW3 – the STB 556 was also recently highlighted as a top option. So, we might see some of the classics start to return to the fold in a big way.

“Sleeper” MW2 rifle dominates with one of Warzone’s best TTK in Season 2 ActivisionOne of Modern Warfare 2’s most popular Warzone rifles is proving to be pretty dominant in the battle royale again, as it has a TTK to compete with plenty of meta guns and choices from MW3.
