The 31-year-old Twitch streamer is famous for one of the worst fails in the history of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive \u2013 killing himself with his own Molotov grenade after clutching a 1 vs 2 at match point in a DreamHack Austin elimination match. The moment has haunted summit ever since, especially considering the fact that his Splyce team would go on to lose the match in overtime, but he\u2019s been good-humored about it and even has a Twitch chat emote dedicated to it. Well, that particular emote came in handy for anyone that was watching summit play Call of Duty: Blackout this weekend, as yet another potential victory went up in flames thanks to his own Molotov! Summit and his teammate, fellow streamer JoshOG, were among the final few players in the game and appeared to have an opponent trapped in a building as the circle closed in. Unfortunately, when they tried to work together to open a door and kill that opponent, disaster struck: After hitting the wrong key and almost burning himself to death, summit ran away while his duo was taken down by the player that they had been just seconds away from killing.
