Tommey\u2019s amazing gesture helps amateur player attend CWL Las Vegas After missing his flight an amateur Call of Duty gamer took to Twitter pleading for money to get him to CWL Las Vegas before the start of the tournament. Luckily for him, Thomas \u2018Tommey\u2019 Trewren answered the call. Amateur player Callan Adamson \u2013 who goes by the name of \u2018Hayz\u2019 \u2013 has jetted off to Vegas courtesy of the Team Reciprocity player, following an exchange on social media. Hayz had missed his initial flight to the \u2018Entertainment Capital of the World\u2019 because he stayed behind with his friend, who needed to go to hospital. Adamson revealed that he couldn\u2019t have gone to the event without his duo \u2018Seannyy\u2019 alongside him. He posted on Twitter: \u201cNeed 370 quid for a flight tomorrow, it\u2019s unlikely but if anyone can sort me out I\u2019ll pay you back after new year weekly for it\u201d. Little did he know, Tommey \u2013 who placed second at the CWL Birmingham Open in 2018 with Splyce- would reach out and offer him support. Hayz has since tweeted on a number of occasions, thanking Tommey for his kind gesture and has also updated people on his journey to Vegas. The tournament will be based in the Hard Rock Hotel and will kick off on December 7, where it will run for two days. There will be three main locations for the event, which are Artist Hall, The Joint and Muse Hall. Teams involved in the tournament will go head-to-head on Call of Duty game modes Hardpoint, Search and Destroy, as well as Control \u2013 which is a brand new game mode in Black Ops 4.
