The new season includes a variety of content for fans to unlock, master, and more. The new season will run from March 6, 2024, the fourth and final rotation ending on April 3, 2024. These changes include multiple buffs and nerfs to various weapons and gameplay elements as well as some brand-new guns such as the Soulrender and SOA Subverter. However, a major part of the playlist rotation is, you guessed it, the way in which the devs change up what maps can be played, how large squads can be in each match as well as old and new game modes. While fans were initially excited about this change up and reintroduction of the Vondel Battle Royale mode as it would bring back the fan-favorite Ashika Island Resurgence map, some players have turned their excitement into frustration after discovering what additional changes the devs made to the map rotation. Fans have taken to social media and various forums to slam the devs for various new changes including restricting player counts for all maps. In light of this, some Warzone players have begun calling this new rotation the “worst one yet.” One X user (formerly known as Twitter) slammed the new rotation list, stating, “what the absolute f**k are those resurgence playlist rotations, oh boy…” Another added that these new rotations are “sooooo bad. They literally hate us.” A third called out the devs and questioned, “So what’s the point of having a rotation playlist if they just shove the worst map ever made on quads?” In light of these concerns, Raven Software recently issued a message on social media platform X, hoping to clear up some of these initial concerns from fans. “To recap the plan: All four squad sizes are to remain available for the next month. Each week, each squad size will be paired with a dedicated map,” began the dev team. “Throughout this process, we’ll be collecting detailed data on the performance of our Resurgence offering, allowing us to consider how to better optimize our playlist to satisfy the widest range of players possible. Following a full rotation like the one that we’ve announced provides us with a clear, fixed stream of data to analyze Resurgence optimally.” They then finally added, “As always, we remain committed to fostering a community-driven environment and appreciate the ongoing feedback from our players as we continue to fine-tune the massive game that is Warzone.”

Warzone players slam new Season 2 Reloaded playlist rotation as “worst one yet” ActivisionWarzone players have called out the devs over new Season 2 Reloaded playlist rotation, claiming it’s the “worst one yet.” Call of Duty Warzone players are finally able to dive into Season 2 Reloaded.
