Pixabay / MLGCall of Duty squad are well known for their incredible skill with a controller in their hand, but three of their star players squared off in the ultimate battle – a chicken nugget eating contest. Like all good athletes, the OpTic CoD boys clearly take nutrition seriously, accepting Ian ‘Crimsix’ Porter’s chicken nugget challenge to see who out of Seth ‘Scump’ Abner, Brandon ‘Dashy’ Otell, and Thomas ‘TJHaly’ Haly could devour a full box of 20 nuggets first. OpTic Gaming are used to winning championships together, but it was every man for themselves in this competition, with Crimsix filming for YouTube, and watching out for any ‘fowl play.’ After some pacing from Scump, Crim finally got all three contests to their starting positions on the couch, and enlisted the help of teammate Damon ‘Karma’ Barlow who wisely chose not to participate, to start proceedings. Dashy may be counted as one of, if not the best Black Ops 4 players in the world, but his eating skills leave a lot to be desired, with the AR player left lagging well behind his teammates, with Crimsix eventually telling him to stop because he was so far behind. The battle between the other two was close, with TJHaly storming ahead, but Scump mounting a late comeback to find himself on level pegging with just two nuggets left each. In the end, though, the “Iceman” TJHaly was the king of chicken consumption, ramming both of his remaining nuggets into this mouth to secure victory in OpTic’s most important tournament of the year. “Get the fuck off me,” a victorious TJHaly shouted, before shaking hands with his rival to congratulate him on a close battle. The idea of the challenge came around after Scump claimed he would be able to eat 50 nuggets in 15 minutes, but with the legendary CoD player barely eating 20 in 10, it seems like his boasting was extremely misplaced. While Haly was the eventual winner, it doesn’t look like it was worth it, with the pro player sitting with his head in his hands, before standing up to release a huge burp. Karma was on hand to bring a wastebasket in case of any incidents, but thankfully all three players were able to keep the nuggets in the stomachs!

Who won when OpTic CoD squared off in the ultimate chicken nugget challenge?
