ZooMaa appears to confirm future away from FaZe CoD heading into franchising MLGTommy \u2018ZooMaa\u2019 Paparatto has revealed some surprising information about his future with FaZe Clan\u2019s CoD team as everyone prepares for the franchised Call of Duty League. With the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 competitive season firmly in the rearview mirror, players and teams are looking to build the best rosters possible for the new franchised Call of Duty League. We\u2019ve already seen hints at the break-up of OpTic\u2019s big three, the possible reunion of Seth \u2018Scump\u2019 Abner and Matthew \u2018FormaL\u2019 Piper, as well as Alec \u2018Arcitys\u2019 Sanderson announcing his departure from eUnited. Yet, one of the biggest changes to date could very well come from FaZe and ZooMaa, who appear to be going their separate ways. During his September 12 stream, the FaZe Clan pro had been trying out the Modern Warfare beta alongside teammate Trei \u2018Zer0\u2019 Morris and former Evil Geniuses player Lamar \u2018Accuracy\u2019 Abedi, when a fan asked him if FaZe were getting a spot in franchising. ZooMaa quickly fired back: \u201cI don\u2019t know, I\u2019ve been wondering the same thing for five months.\u201d Zer0 himself had to inject with a quick \u201csix,\u201d correcting the longtime member on his timekeeping, prompting ZooMaa to open up even further. He added: \u201cAnd if they got a spot, I most likely won\u2019t be on it.\u201d While the 24-year-old didn\u2019t expand any further, him not being on a FaZe Clan roster would certainly be a huge shift in the scene. Paparatto has been with FaZe since 2015, and even though they didn\u2019t qualify for Black Ops 4\u2019s Pro League off the bat, he remained out of competition \u2013 bar a substitute appearance for OpTic Gaming \u2013 until they were able to claim a spot in late April. Just exactly what the future holds for ZooMaa and FaZe Clan moving forward remains to be seen, but it appears that both parties are headed for a fresh start.
